We can use that to say what we like. Luna: Right, 'Me gusta' means 'I like'. Lucas: Exactly. So if you like to read, you can say 'Me gusta leer'. Luna: Me gusta leer. Lucas: Perfect. Let's break it down: 'Me gusta leer'. I like to read. Luna: Me gusta leer. That sounds nice. Lucas: Now, what if you like to watch movies? That's 'ver películas'. Luna: Ah, so 'Me gusta ver películas'. Lucas: Yes! 'Me gusta ver películas'. I like to watch movies. Luna: Me gusta ver películas. I definitely like that. Lucas: And another common one: 'Me gusta escuchar música' — I like to listen to music. Luna: Me gusta escuchar música. That's one of my favorites. Lucas: You're nailing these, Luna. Luna: Thanks! So now I can say I like to read, watch movies, listen to music. What about asking someone else? Lucas: Great question. To ask 'What is your hobby?' you say '¿Cuál es tu pasatiempo?' Luna: ¿Cuál es tu pasatiempo? Lucas: Yes. 'Pasatiempo' means hobby. So '¿Cuál es tu pasatiempo?' Luna: ¿Cuál es tu pasatiempo? And to answer, I can say 'Mi pasatiempo es...' Lucas: Exactly. 'Mi pasatiempo es leer' — my hobby is reading. Or 'Mi pasatiempo es ver películas'. Luna: Mi pasatiempo es escuchar música. Lucas: Perfect.
