Sara D'Ambra is the 4th generation of Casa D'Ambra with her sister Marina. Casa D'Ambra was born in 1888 with Francesco D'Ambra, who bought the local wine to ship it to Naples North Italy and France. In 1956 thanks to Salvatore D'Ambra Casa D'Ambra started the wine production with Biancolella, Forastera, Per''e palummo, the 3 main indigenous varietis.
