- 0:08Speaker 1: Scarable advice for Shugar Space. It's time. Hello, Hello, Hello, Hello,
- 0:15Speaker 1: welcome to the Naughty but Nice Show. I'm your house,
- 0:18Speaker 1: drup shooter. It's Friday, meaning a dear friend, Corey Andrew
- 0:21Speaker 1: from Instinct magazine dot com is joining us. Corey, are
- 0:24Speaker 1: you there? I am here. Happy Friday everyone. Hello, Darling,
- 0:29Speaker 1: you sound crystal Crystal clear. Hey, we got a ton
- 0:32Speaker 1: of tea. Let's get into the show. What time is it,
- 0:35Speaker 1: my friends? It is tea time. Charlie Sheen is saying
- 0:39Speaker 1: Denise Richards should complain to a judge over the child's
- 0:44Speaker 1: support ruling said Charlie and Denise were married from two
- 0:48Speaker 1: thousand and two to two thousand and six. They shared
- 0:51Speaker 1: two children together, Sammy, who's now seventeen and Lula, who
- 0:55Speaker 1: is sixteen. So a judge ruled that after one of
- 0:59Speaker 1: the daughters, Sammy, after she moved in with Charlie, the
- 1:03Speaker 1: judge ruled, well, now that she's living with her Dan,
- 1:06Speaker 1: Charlie no longer needs to pay child support to Denise.
- 1:11Speaker 1: The actress. Denise was blindsighted by the ruling when approached
- 1:15Speaker 1: by paparazzi outside Whole Food in Malibu. Can imagine him
- 1:20Speaker 1: and the celebrities that you must see in Malibu. I mean,
- 1:23Speaker 1: I just sit there. If I was a photographer, just
- 1:25Speaker 1: sit outside Whole Food in Malibu and you'll see everybody.
- 1:28Speaker 1: So he was approached by a photographer and he was
- 1:32Speaker 1: asked about Denise and the new ruling, and he said
- 1:36Speaker 1: she should go down to the court house and complain
- 1:39Speaker 1: to the judge. After the ruling. She is doing interviews,
- 1:44Speaker 1: he told us Weekly. Then he believes it's extremely fair.
- 1:48Speaker 1: Denise is not doing interviews, but her people are talking
- 1:51Speaker 1: saying she's very disappointed and she's very surprised. But get
- 1:55Speaker 1: this also to Denise's new husband is heartbroken. That's what inside.
- 2:00Speaker 1: Of course, of course that's a massive check they're not
- 2:03Speaker 1: going to be getting anymore. They go on to say,
- 2:06Speaker 1: he's not just heartbroken over the money. He's heartbroken because
- 2:10Speaker 1: Charlie has done this. And it's very unfair because when
- 2:14Speaker 1: Denise is upset, then he's upset you're missing that check. Yeah,
- 2:20Speaker 1: I think, honey, he's missing the coins. And you know,
- 2:23Speaker 1: I wonder though about this. Is this something that Charlie
- 2:26Speaker 1: went to the judge and petition for. I mean, it's
- 2:28Speaker 1: not as if the judge is out of nowhere, goes,
- 2:30Speaker 1: Oh the kid's there now, no more shall support. Like
- 2:32Speaker 1: it seems clear that Charlie was like, hey, I've done
- 2:36Speaker 1: with these payments. I'm trying to did it. Charlie's like,
- 2:38Speaker 1: Charlie's been paying these payments for years and years and
- 2:40Speaker 1: years and the kids were living with Denise, And I
- 2:43Speaker 1: told my source has told me he's a good dad.
- 2:45Speaker 1: He tries to be the best. The card. He mean,
- 2:47Speaker 1: let's remember he's Charlie. She yeah, so good. He's a
- 2:50Speaker 1: you know, sort of a word that we should forget
- 2:52Speaker 1: about it. He tries to be there. But financially he's great.
- 2:55Speaker 1: Every month he get that check for these kids. They
- 2:58Speaker 1: are now too, sixteen and seventeen. I mean we should
- 3:01Speaker 1: I should check this out. I don't know what age
- 3:03Speaker 1: child support as I think eighteen. So now the kids
- 3:08Speaker 1: will at least one of them is living with Charlie.
- 3:11Speaker 1: Remember that whole drama on social media. She said it
- 3:14Speaker 1: was a hellish place living with her mom and she's
- 3:17Speaker 1: happy now to be with her dad. So there's lots
- 3:19Speaker 1: of drama going on there. I love. It just shows
- 3:22Speaker 1: you how shrewd Charlie Sheen is. We think of him
- 3:24Speaker 1: a sloppy but you know what when it comes to legally,
- 3:27Speaker 1: is he got his lawyers down to that courthouse with me.
- 3:30Speaker 1: I'm not paying anymore. He's putting our legacy. He's dad.
- 3:33Speaker 1: I mean, come on, he knows where to go and
- 3:35Speaker 1: he needs the good stuff. He knows who to talk
- 3:37Speaker 1: to his dad. Mean you know, yes, he has good lawyers.
- 3:40Speaker 1: So he's no longer playing child support. His daughter has
- 3:43Speaker 1: moved in with him. Denise is very, very upset about this.
- 3:47Speaker 1: I bet she is. Do you think it's fair? That's
- 3:50Speaker 1: our whole question of the day. Do you think this
- 3:52Speaker 1: is fair? Should he still be paying she's not living
- 3:55Speaker 1: with Denise? Or is this a good idea? Hey? Go
- 3:58Speaker 1: vote on answer to pay. Naughty Nights are all but
- 4:01Speaker 1: on Facebook pages Naughty Gossip. You can leave a comment
- 4:04Speaker 1: there and be sure to check back on Monday to
- 4:06Speaker 1: hear your results. Corey Love, what are you working on? Yes, well,
- 4:10Speaker 1: Kelly Clarkson has shaded her ex husband for trying to
- 4:13Speaker 1: get her ten million dollar house in the divorce. This
- 4:17Speaker 1: story cracks me up, though, I gotta be honest. So
- 4:19Speaker 1: fans are convinced that Kelly Clarkson has shaded Brandon Blackstock
- 4:23Speaker 1: when she recently performed a rendition of Happier Than Thou
- 4:25Speaker 1: by Billie Eilish. Now, they couldn't help but notice that
- 4:28Speaker 1: she had changed a few of the lyrics to the songs,
- 4:31Speaker 1: and she changed the final lyric too, I get it
- 4:34Speaker 1: you hate this city. Now. Many interpreted that lyric as
- 4:37Speaker 1: a reference to her ex husband, Brandon Blackstock, who has
- 4:40Speaker 1: been living at his and Clarkson's former ranch in Montana
- 4:43Speaker 1: ever since she filed for divorce from him back in
- 4:45Speaker 1: July twenty twenty. Now. Clarkson, for her part, has spent
- 4:49Speaker 1: most of her time living and working in Los Angeles
- 4:51Speaker 1: since they're split, but Blackstock has been busy fighting for
- 4:54Speaker 1: a month to try to keep the Montana home as
- 4:57Speaker 1: part of their divorce settlement. Now we need to say,
- 5:00Speaker 1: we need to share that the ranch was bought by
- 5:02Speaker 1: Clarkson for a ten point four million dollars twenty nineteen.
- 5:06Speaker 1: So she bought it, right and so absolutely, and now
- 5:10Speaker 1: a Los Angeles judge is ruling that because she bought it,
- 5:13Speaker 1: the Manta Ranch belongs to Clarkson. And you know what,
- 5:19Speaker 1: he's shady for even trying to get that house he
- 5:21Speaker 1: built their house wasn't his. I can't stand shady divorces
- 5:25Speaker 1: like that. Shady. It's so shady. These two have so
- 5:30Speaker 1: much money now obviously Kelly has way, way more, but
- 5:32Speaker 1: he was her manager for a long time. The manager
- 5:35Speaker 1: never goes poor. They always have money. So he's doing
- 5:39Speaker 1: fine too. He wants to continue living the lifestyle of
- 5:42Speaker 1: Kelly Clarkson's husband, but not be with Kelly Clarkson. That
- 5:45Speaker 1: doesn't work that. It doesn't work like that. If you
- 5:49Speaker 1: want to live the lifestyle of the husband of a superstar,
- 5:53Speaker 1: then stay married. But you're getting divorced. And with divorce,
- 5:58Speaker 1: that's the end of Kelly, and not only Kelly, it's
- 6:01Speaker 1: the end of Kelly money. And so instead of living
- 6:04Speaker 1: in a ten million dollar ranch, about a one million
- 6:07Speaker 1: dollars rancho. I mean, you know, I do think. I
- 6:11Speaker 1: do think people get used to it, though, don't they
- 6:13Speaker 1: And it becomes like a right. They think because they
- 6:16Speaker 1: live like that now they should always live like that.
- 6:18Speaker 1: I'm like, oh no, no, no, no no no. When that
- 6:20Speaker 1: money's over, I mean, who lives in a ten million
- 6:22Speaker 1: dollar house. She's got the house back, and I sort
- 6:25Speaker 1: of love the shadiness. She deliberately changed her lyrics. She's
- 6:28Speaker 1: too much of a musician to change a lyric without
- 6:31Speaker 1: knowing what she's doing. She's not the sort of artist
- 6:34Speaker 1: that goes up on lyrics or doesn't do the work.
- 6:36Speaker 1: She knows her materials, she knows her songs, and I
- 6:39Speaker 1: think on her show they might even be in the
- 6:41Speaker 1: teleprompter because she's always singing a new song every day
- 6:44Speaker 1: by a cover artist, so it's not her catalog, so
- 6:48Speaker 1: they might even be in the telly prompter. And the
- 6:50Speaker 1: new lyric just happened to ryme when she's a lot
- 6:54Speaker 1: of works and somebody wrote that lyric. She Saggitt. She
- 6:57Speaker 1: knows exactly what she's up to, and you know what,
- 6:59Speaker 1: I'm here for it. Britney's sons are making a rare
- 7:04Speaker 1: public appearance. So I've got a photograph of Sean Preston,
- 7:07Speaker 1: who's now sixteen, and Jaden James, who's fifteen. My goodness,
- 7:10Speaker 1: they are growing up. They look great together. We don't
- 7:13Speaker 1: see them very often. The picture was snapped with their dad,
- 7:17Speaker 1: Kevin Federline, who ten years ago we used to think
- 7:20Speaker 1: he was shady and now he's turned out to be
- 7:22Speaker 1: dad of the years. It's amazing. Isn't it. So they
- 7:26Speaker 1: say in the photograph that these are just wonderful boys.
- 7:29Speaker 1: Also too, they call Jaden a child protege because he's
- 7:33Speaker 1: playing the piano in a video. Brittany has said in
- 7:37Speaker 1: the past that she has to be very careful with
- 7:39Speaker 1: her children and she even has to ask permission before
- 7:43Speaker 1: she posts a picture. She said, they're both really private
- 7:47Speaker 1: and extremely independent. My sources tell me since the day
- 7:51Speaker 1: they were born, they have seen fame up close and personal,
- 7:56Speaker 1: and they've not really seen something that they like. Yeah,
- 7:59Speaker 1: that's why these two boys are so private, I know.
- 8:03Speaker 1: Because he seems to be a great piano player, A
- 8:05Speaker 1: lot of people are buzzing, will be a musician? Will
- 8:09Speaker 1: he follow in his mommy's footsteps. I'm told no, he
- 8:12Speaker 1: doesn't want fame. If you've seen it, and you've seen
- 8:16Speaker 1: the dance side of it this closely, I'm told these
- 8:19Speaker 1: two boys want no part of celebrity. Yeah, but you
- 8:23Speaker 1: know what, though, you can still maintain a life as
- 8:26Speaker 1: a musician and not be famous. You know, he could
- 8:28Speaker 1: go on to do all kinds of other things in
- 8:30Speaker 1: music and not be a pop star. So if he
- 8:33Speaker 1: loves music, there's still an opportunity for a career there
- 8:36Speaker 1: without an other craziness. You know, I know you're right,
- 8:40Speaker 1: and I think though being Britney Spears's children, yeah, you
- 8:44Speaker 1: care for they end up. Even if they work in
- 8:47Speaker 1: a bank, there's going to be a certain level of
- 8:50Speaker 1: fame that is going to follow them around for forever.
- 8:53Speaker 1: I was thinking about Madonna's children and her daughter Lola
- 8:56Speaker 1: seems quite comfortable in the spotlight, that goodness because she's
- 8:59Speaker 1: always to have it on her being Madonna's kids. And
- 9:02Speaker 1: then I look at Angelina's kids, who seem to be
- 9:04Speaker 1: much more private. Yea, Yet they're always going to be
- 9:07Speaker 1: Angelina and Brad's kids. And so I just hope that
- 9:10Speaker 1: all this works out here Brittany and the kids. I'm
- 9:13Speaker 1: wishing you all the best. Talking about music, what's this
- 9:17Speaker 1: story about Adele and Beyonce? Yes, well, Adele had a
- 9:21Speaker 1: conversation with Beyonce after the twenty seventeen Grammys. Adele took
- 9:25Speaker 1: home the top award at the twenty seventeen Grammys, but
- 9:28Speaker 1: she maintained the entire time that the Album of the
- 9:31Speaker 1: Years should have gone to Beyonce. Wow. Now, the British
- 9:35Speaker 1: singer who declared her love for Beyonce's Lemonade during her
- 9:38Speaker 1: own acceptance speech, revealed the two spoke privately after the show.
- 9:43Speaker 1: She says, my personal opinion is that Beyonce definitely should
- 9:46Speaker 1: have won. I got overwhelmed. I was like, I have
- 9:48Speaker 1: to go tell her how much I love that album,
- 9:50Speaker 1: how much it means to me, and I'm getting a
- 9:52Speaker 1: bit emotional now. Adele found Beyonce backstage to explain how
- 9:57Speaker 1: much Lemonade meant to her, but the thirty three year
- 9:59Speaker 1: old said she wasn't able to articulate it well during
- 10:02Speaker 1: their first exchange, and after leaving Beyonce's dressing room, she
- 10:06Speaker 1: burst into tears, so her then husband, charity executive Simon Knicki,
- 10:12Speaker 1: he dragged her back in the room a second time,
- 10:13Speaker 1: and Beyonce's publicist cleared the room. So she just said
- 10:18Speaker 1: to her, like, hey, the Grammys have the Grammy's work.
- 10:20Speaker 1: The people who control at the very top, they don't
- 10:22Speaker 1: know what a visual album is. They don't want to
- 10:24Speaker 1: support the way she's moving things forward with her releases
- 10:27Speaker 1: and the things she's talking about. Adele explains, and she
- 10:29Speaker 1: was a bit of an emotional mess at night, though,
- 10:32Speaker 1: you know, because she actually broke her Grammy award. She
- 10:36Speaker 1: broke the award, she still hasn't fixed it, and instead
- 10:39Speaker 1: of like the actual thing being fixed, there's a piece
- 10:42Speaker 1: of fruit wedged in where the break happened in the award.
- 10:45Speaker 1: And it's a limit. So maybe just further acceptance speech
- 10:49Speaker 1: for there. But can I just tell you, if Adele,
- 10:52Speaker 1: if you're listening and I'm a member of the voting
- 10:55Speaker 1: Grammy Voting Academy, we do know, honey, what a visual
- 10:58Speaker 1: album is. Just to be shady, but we do. We
- 11:01Speaker 1: do the Yeah, yeah, it's so tricky, is nixt. My
- 11:04Speaker 1: initial instincts was, oh, this is so lovely that you
- 11:07Speaker 1: so respect her, you go over, But I think you
- 11:09Speaker 1: actually make it worse. I think, you know, Beyonce's backstage
- 11:12Speaker 1: with her people. I've been backstage had the Grammys with
- 11:15Speaker 1: Alicia Keys and different different celebrities, different people I worked for,
- 11:18Speaker 1: And it's really emotional when you lose. You just want
- 11:20Speaker 1: to be by yourself, Like I've been backstage with artists
- 11:23Speaker 1: that haven't won. You don't want the winner in the
- 11:25Speaker 1: room crying. You don't just call me in a week,
- 11:28Speaker 1: like send me a note next week, because send me
- 11:30Speaker 1: some flowers next week, but that night you weren't like
- 11:32Speaker 1: enjoy your win, and it's it is gracious on one hand,
- 11:37Speaker 1: but on the other hand, it's just so awkward. You're
- 11:40Speaker 1: actually making it worse or Beyonce, Yeah, go home, enjoy
- 11:44Speaker 1: your reward. And even though I do believe it's coming
- 11:47Speaker 1: from a good place, I think Adele is really being
- 11:49Speaker 1: honest here and opening up her heart. She loves Beyonce
- 11:52Speaker 1: and that that Lemonade album was fabulous, But there always
- 11:56Speaker 1: has to be a winner. Every award show, there has
- 11:58Speaker 1: to be a winner, and when you don't win, you accepted.
- 12:02Speaker 1: I think Beyonce is a big girl. She's a smart
- 12:04Speaker 1: she knows what's going on to she knows and the
- 12:07Speaker 1: politics of award shows. Every award show, every award has
- 12:11Speaker 1: politics involved in it, so she gets it. You're almost
- 12:15Speaker 1: a pointing out the obvious, Adele. I don't think this
- 12:17Speaker 1: made Beyonce Eddie happier. In fact, I would argue you
- 12:21Speaker 1: made it even more awkward and enjoy it. Enjoyed, enjoy it.
- 12:25Speaker 1: Let's move along quickly before we go to break. Jane
- 12:28Speaker 1: Fonder is a shame to admit that she actually really
- 12:31Speaker 1: cares about what men think. Of her looks. So she
- 12:35Speaker 1: said that if she's going to be on a zoom
- 12:37Speaker 1: call and she knows there's a man going to be
- 12:40Speaker 1: on the call, even if it's a doctor or somebody professionally,
- 12:43Speaker 1: she's a shame to admit that she pays a little
- 12:47Speaker 1: extra attention into how she looks. She goes on to
- 12:52Speaker 1: say that as somebody that grew up in the fifties,
- 12:54Speaker 1: it's just part of her DNA. She knows, she knows
- 12:58Speaker 1: it's not a great thing, but she's probably gonna feel
- 13:01Speaker 1: this way to her death bed. She said, quote, I
- 13:04Speaker 1: do it because I need to feel they find me attractive.
- 13:08Speaker 1: I don't mean sexy, I mean just look good for
- 13:11Speaker 1: my age. Do you do this for certain people too?
- 13:14Speaker 1: Maybe not men or women, but there's certain people that
- 13:17Speaker 1: you want to look you want to look more attractive
- 13:20Speaker 1: for what do you think? I find that at this
- 13:23Speaker 1: stage in life, I don't do it as much. But yeah,
- 13:25Speaker 1: there was a time when like I would make sure
- 13:27Speaker 1: that like every hair was in place, and you know,
- 13:30Speaker 1: the shirt was pressed. But now I'm look, honey, I
- 13:32Speaker 1: don't have time for all that. Here's what I got going,
- 13:35Speaker 1: Here's what I offer. You don't like it by when
- 13:38Speaker 1: I was at university. I can't admit, I can't believe
- 13:41Speaker 1: I'm emitting this, but it is true. When I was
- 13:43Speaker 1: at university, when we'd go out to bars, I would
- 13:46Speaker 1: stuff a sock into my underwear that I know, Oh
- 13:53Speaker 1: my god. I just wanted everybody to be like, oh,
- 13:56Speaker 1: he's amazing, very honestly, but not when I went to
- 14:04Speaker 1: classes at school, but on the night when we'd go
- 14:06Speaker 1: to bars, I would always and you know, Art Corey,
- 14:10Speaker 1: if I didn't have a sock stuffed in my underwear,
- 14:13Speaker 1: I didn't enjoy the night as much. That the psychological
- 14:17Speaker 1: component to that I wasn't a good night and I
- 14:19Speaker 1: would never meet guys without the sock. And I was
- 14:22Speaker 1: convinced it was the size of my anatomy, but in
- 14:25Speaker 1: reality it wasn't. It was the way I was feeling yeah,
- 14:28Speaker 1: and I put out more good vibes. It's like my
- 14:30Speaker 1: friend Damien had this lovely leather jacket at university and
- 14:34Speaker 1: I was poor. I didn't have any money, I didn't
- 14:35Speaker 1: have a leather jacket, and a couple of times Damien
- 14:38Speaker 1: let me wear his leather jacket, and the bars or
- 14:41Speaker 1: the club I always met a guy that night, and
- 14:43Speaker 1: I called it my lucky leather jacket, and I realized
- 14:46Speaker 1: it now. I realized it had nothing to do with
- 14:48Speaker 1: the jacket. It had to do with the energy. That's art. Yeah, yeah, Okay,
- 14:54Speaker 1: we got to take a break while I just blush away.
- 14:56Speaker 1: I'm so embarrassed, I can't talk anymore. We're gonna take
- 14:58Speaker 1: a quick break and we will be don't tell anybody,
- 15:04Speaker 1: Welcome back to the Naughty but By show. I'm still
- 15:07Speaker 1: humiliated about what I just said that we will move alog.
- 15:11Speaker 1: Let's get to the balls. Okay. Yesterday show, Megan Margle
- 15:20Speaker 1: was reportedly eyeing a deal with an infomercial guru. This
- 15:25Speaker 1: guy made Cindy Crawford over two hundred million dollars. Do
- 15:28Speaker 1: you think Megan should take the money or is this
- 15:31Speaker 1: tacky Megan margl doing infomercials. What do you think? Let's oh,
- 15:36Speaker 1: sixty five percent said tacky. It's gonna feel tacky at first,
- 15:40Speaker 1: but after a while you get used to it. Remember God,
- 15:43Speaker 1: Rest in peace, Rest in peace. Larry King with those
- 15:46Speaker 1: garlic pills. I used to see him at two o'clock
- 15:48Speaker 1: in the morning, one eight hundred garlic four payments are
- 15:51Speaker 1: Remember those. At first, that's little, how tacky. Then after
- 15:54Speaker 1: a while I was like, oh, hi, Larry, I might
- 15:55Speaker 1: have even ordered them the same as Cindy Crawford when
- 15:58Speaker 1: I saw Cindy doing that skincare stuff. What's so tacky?
- 16:01Speaker 1: And now I'm like, for you, so I think I agree,
- 16:04Speaker 1: and it's but it's for me. It's both. It's gonna
- 16:06Speaker 1: feel tacky at first, but I guess we'll get used
- 16:08Speaker 1: to it. Don't forget to vote on today's pool. Get
- 16:10Speaker 1: to my Twitter paget Naughty Noise rom or a Facebook
- 16:13Speaker 1: pay Canlady Gossip. You can leave a comment there and
- 16:15Speaker 1: be sure to check back tomorrow to hear your results.
- 16:18Speaker 1: And now it's time for nicest of the day, Yes Child.
- 16:25Speaker 1: Andrew Louis Webber hated the movie Cat so much that
- 16:27Speaker 1: he bought a dog. I mean, I mean, I mean,
- 16:31Speaker 1: come on, I mean, are greatest headline? And yeah, totally
- 16:35Speaker 1: like that's a pulitzer right there, that one. But Andrew
- 16:38Speaker 1: Leue Webber is not a fan of the film adaptation
- 16:41Speaker 1: of his hit musical Cats, and nearly two years after
- 16:44Speaker 1: the film's release, the seventy three year old composer called
- 16:47Speaker 1: it off the scale. Wrong. During an interview with Variety
- 16:51Speaker 1: this week, he admitted that he disliked the film so
- 16:54Speaker 1: much that it prompted him to buy a dog. So,
- 16:57Speaker 1: he says, I saw it and I just thought, oh god, no.
- 17:01Speaker 1: It was the first time in my seventy years on
- 17:03Speaker 1: this planet that I went out and bought a dog.
- 17:05Speaker 1: So the one good thing to come up it is
- 17:07Speaker 1: my little Heavens puppy. I said, I needed him with
- 17:10Speaker 1: me at all times because I'm emotionally damaged and I
- 17:13Speaker 1: must have this therapy dog. Who Variety, So he was
- 17:16Speaker 1: it must have been taken a flight or something, because
- 17:18Speaker 1: he wrote to an airline and he told him about
- 17:20Speaker 1: the dog, and the airline wrote back and said, well,
- 17:22Speaker 1: can you prove that you really need this dog? And
- 17:25Speaker 1: I said, yes, just see what Hollywood did to my
- 17:28Speaker 1: musical Cats. This is so hilarious. And then the approval
- 17:33Speaker 1: came back with a note just simply saying, no doctor
- 17:36Speaker 1: report required. It's my favorite favorite. Andrew Lloyd Webber is
- 17:43Speaker 1: so mad, He's like the mad Lord. I just Wolf
- 17:49Speaker 1: Wolf wolfest of the day, and now I not instid.
- 17:54Speaker 1: Camela Cabello is admitting that she relies on food when
- 17:57Speaker 1: she gets anxious, pointing, let's make it clear here, Camilla
- 18:00Speaker 1: is not analty of the day. It's our emotions and
- 18:03Speaker 1: a lot of people do this. She gets really candid
- 18:05Speaker 1: about her relationship with her body, and she says when
- 18:08Speaker 1: she gets really anxious, she eats more food. It's a
- 18:12Speaker 1: pattern of eating when she's anxious or uncomfortable. I think
- 18:15Speaker 1: a lot of people tense of that. She said, it's
- 18:19Speaker 1: a comfort thing for me. It's just something that's become
- 18:22Speaker 1: unconscious and almost zombie like eating. And then she feels sick.
- 18:26Speaker 1: And she said when she's having negative thoughts about her body,
- 18:29Speaker 1: that's when she wants to binge eat cookies. And then
- 18:32Speaker 1: she said, it's a real weird psychology. The more I
- 18:34Speaker 1: love my body, the more I want to take care
- 18:37Speaker 1: of it. So I've lost a bit of weight recently,
- 18:39Speaker 1: and I've got to admit now that I feel good
- 18:41Speaker 1: about myself, I'm in a much better position to take
- 18:44Speaker 1: care of myself. When I needed to take care of myself,
- 18:47Speaker 1: I didn't feel like I wanted to it. It is
- 18:50Speaker 1: sort of a chicken and an egg. But we certainly
- 18:53Speaker 1: understand with what you are saying. We're sending you at
- 18:55Speaker 1: best quickly before we leave, let's have a moment of
- 18:58Speaker 1: Rob You're gonna raw. So my new book, The Forward,
- 19:01Speaker 1: and so thank you very much for everybody that has
- 19:03Speaker 1: bought a copy. We're still on the Amazon charts, so
- 19:06Speaker 1: I think we're around number forty fifty to day. So
- 19:08Speaker 1: thank you, thank you, thank you. The book is full
- 19:10Speaker 1: of celebrity quotes, and this is a quote that popped
- 19:13Speaker 1: up in my mind to date. It's from Michael J.
- 19:15Speaker 1: Fox quote. My happiness growers in direct proportion to my
- 19:22Speaker 1: acceptance and in inverse proportion to my expectations. So basically
- 19:29Speaker 1: what he's saying here is the more he accepts himself,
- 19:33Speaker 1: his life, what's going, I'm the happier he is. The
- 19:36Speaker 1: more he puts expectations on situations and himself, the less
- 19:41Speaker 1: happy he is. Stop putting expectations on friendships, on yourself,
- 19:46Speaker 1: on your day, and instead just accept. If you accept yourself,
- 19:51Speaker 1: if you accept your life, if you accept your day,
- 19:54Speaker 1: yes you will have a good one. That's it for
- 19:58Speaker 1: us today. We're all going to have a good one.
- 20:00Speaker 1: Thank you so much for listening to them. Not even
- 20:01Speaker 1: nice with Rob and Corey show, our production of iHeartRadio.

- 20:12Speaker 1: that are leaving reviews for my book on Amazon dot com.
- 20:16Speaker 1: That really helps too. Let's say this all together now.
- 20:19Speaker 1: If you're going to be no, you've got to be nice.
