Transcript
- 0:00[SPEAKER_00]: Good morning friends and enemies and today's video.
- 0:04[SPEAKER_00]: We're gonna be going through my top 50 rankings overall four the 2026 fantasy football season.
- 0:09[SPEAKER_00]: These are four full PPR leagues One quarterback leagues, all right, and they are broken down by tears So hopefully that helps you draft if you have one coming up within the next couple days or the next couple weeks Obviously these rankings will shift dramatically as the preseason weeks
- 0:22[SPEAKER_00]: Move on.
- 0:23[SPEAKER_00]: I am a little sweaty and a little disheveled because I just played basketball.
- 0:26[SPEAKER_00]: So apologize for the appearances here.
- 0:29[SPEAKER_00]: One ball to another ball.
- 0:31[SPEAKER_00]: We love all balls equally.
- 0:33[SPEAKER_00]: Let's talk fantasy football.
- 0:34[SPEAKER_00]: Starting at the very top of things in tier one.
- 0:37[SPEAKER_00]: By the way, if you want access to these available on bdge.co.
- 0:41[SPEAKER_00]: If you are a fantasy member on the website.
- 0:44[SPEAKER_00]: you can obviously choose between PPR, have PPR, quarterback super flex, you can break it down by rounds.
- 0:49[SPEAKER_00]: So when you're on the clock and you are checking players off of the list, et cetera, you can kind of see based on that sort of tier as well.
- 0:55[SPEAKER_00]: But let's start off a tier number one, right?
- 0:57[SPEAKER_00]: And that is the top dogs.
- 0:59[SPEAKER_00]: We've got Gibbs, we've got Pook and we've got B-John and what you'll see here is that I am actually significantly ratio wise.
- 1:05[SPEAKER_00]: much higher than everybody else in Pook and Akui.
- 1:07[SPEAKER_00]: He's my number two overall player here.
- 1:09[SPEAKER_00]: I have moved him up ahead of Bijon and we had some new player prop updates from Vegas come in this morning and Pook is at 117 receptions on the season.
- 1:20[SPEAKER_00]: So for me, Gibbs is the clear 101.
- 1:22[SPEAKER_00]: It really was between Gibbs and Bijon for a long time and probably a month ago I decided to put Gibbs up there.
- 1:27[SPEAKER_00]: I just think he came in the bell-cow roll and that Detroit offense is going to be
- 1:31[SPEAKER_00]: Up in Anza, I just trust the offense.
- 1:33[SPEAKER_00]: I trust the structure.
- 1:33[SPEAKER_00]: They've had a lot of continuity for a long time there.
- 1:36[SPEAKER_00]: Gives is going to explode this year.
- 1:37[SPEAKER_00]: No doubt about it.
- 1:38[SPEAKER_00]: And then I move Puka above Bijon again, because I think I trust the situation a little bit more.
- 1:44[SPEAKER_00]: Puka is just so dominant when he is in your lineup.
- 1:46[SPEAKER_00]: He is so consistent.
- 1:48[SPEAKER_00]: I think if you believe that Devante Adams is going to fall off even more than he did last year.
- 1:53[SPEAKER_00]: You know, in terms of the overall structure of the season and how strong he finished, how strong he did not finish getting another year older.
- 1:59[SPEAKER_00]: This team is just going to be dominant.
- 2:01[SPEAKER_00]: And I think there's a chance of Puka has 35 to 40% of the team's targets, which is absurd.
- 2:06[SPEAKER_00]: But again, if there's a slight decline for Devante Adams, in terms of his ability to separate, like there's no one else on the Dept chart.
- 2:13[SPEAKER_00]: Had they drafted Mackay lemon 13 overall or somebody in the first or second round, maybe you could see targets starting to shift off of Puka.
- 2:21[SPEAKER_00]: Again, one of my preseason big calls last year was that I thought Puka was going to have a Cooper Cup 2021 type of season and you know, he didn't have that ceiling.
- 2:30[SPEAKER_00]: Cooper Cup has the single greatest fantasy season of all time by a wide receiver in 2021.
- 2:35[SPEAKER_00]: But Puka, you know, last year did some damage.
- 2:37[SPEAKER_00]: He was not super far behind, like, you know, pretty far behind because everybody's far behind the number one overall fantasy player of all time.
- 2:44[SPEAKER_00]: But Puka was
- 2:45[SPEAKER_00]: amazing last year, obviously, and I just really don't see anything changing there, so I feel really good with the consistency of poop at the top of the line up, but we're not going to talk about every single player on this list.
- 2:53[SPEAKER_00]: I'm also, I guess, want to touch on guys that I haven't touched on too much or I have way above or below consensus for the most part, like, these guys are going to go around the same order and you're not going to lose your league by taking.
- 3:04[SPEAKER_00]: any of the top dudes here, but I've Gibbs, Puka, B. Jean as my top three next year is just Chase and CMAC together.
- 3:10[SPEAKER_00]: I think those are like the next elite guys that they're positions tier three, JSN, Amon Ross same round.
- 3:16[SPEAKER_00]: They're great as your wide receiver ones.
- 3:18[SPEAKER_00]: And then we move to tier four where I've got CD lamb.
- 3:20[SPEAKER_00]: James Cook and Jonathan Taylor is the last like small to your I believe I have in my rankings.
- 3:27[SPEAKER_00]: So CD lamb, one spot above 80 P I have him here and you could always sort the 80 P's by whatever platform you're playing on.
- 3:33[SPEAKER_00]: So you have PSPN, you have Yahoo, you have sleeper, you want to go towards more of a sharp league like NFFC or underdog.
- 3:39[SPEAKER_00]: Those are all available here.
- 3:40[SPEAKER_00]: But the 80 P I'm using for this video purpose is the average of all of these together.
- 3:45[SPEAKER_00]: So I think it does give
- 3:46[SPEAKER_00]: a good consensus of what the fantasy football people at their kind of thinking are going through.
- 3:52[SPEAKER_00]: Let's relate a little bit, right?
- 3:53[SPEAKER_00]: Let's not always talk about what's going on underdog.
- 3:56[SPEAKER_00]: The sharpest of the sharps where you can't get fucking anybody at value.
- 3:59[SPEAKER_00]: James Cook, number nine, three spots above consensus.
- 4:02[SPEAKER_00]: James Cook is in one of the single best situations you're going to find.
- 4:07[SPEAKER_00]: As the workhorse in the Buffalo Bill's backfield, he jumped up from 200 to above 300 calories last year.
- 4:13[SPEAKER_00]: He is used on the goal line heavily, which has been music to our ears.
- 4:17[SPEAKER_00]: And the great thing about it is even if Josh Allen's going to eat down there, they're such a good offense consistently.
- 4:21[SPEAKER_00]: They've been inside the top five scoring for five consecutive seasons.
- 4:25[SPEAKER_00]: They're just going to live inside the goal line.
- 4:26[SPEAKER_00]: So there's no worry about these scoring situations not being there for a guy like James Cook.
- 4:31[SPEAKER_00]: What we're looking for is more passing involvement here.
- 4:34[SPEAKER_00]: We need to see the targets uptick.
- 4:36[SPEAKER_00]: Unfortunately, when we did upload the new season long props today, James Cook's receiving line is at 30 and a half.
- 4:42[SPEAKER_00]: Now, again, anytime I talk about Vegas lines, I want to be very, very clear.
- 4:47[SPEAKER_00]: I think these are useful and probably more fun to look at than actually accurate.
- 4:52[SPEAKER_00]: They're not necessarily trying to be super accurate.
- 4:54[SPEAKER_00]: I think they're like, directionally accurate for the overall, sorry, where like energy of what they're trying to say.
- 4:59[SPEAKER_00]: They're trying to say basically, like, we don't think James Cook will be overly involved in the passing game, despite all of the narratives of Pete Carmichael coming over as you often to coordinator.
- 5:08[SPEAKER_00]: But Vegas lines, especially when it refers to player props, there is very little liquidity in the market relative to like on other NFL markets.
- 5:15[SPEAKER_00]: So like team totals and who's going to win the championship and MVP and stuff like that.
- 5:18[SPEAKER_00]: So the lines very rarely move because there's very little money actually going into these.
- 5:22[SPEAKER_00]: It does not ever take into account upside and downside.
- 5:25[SPEAKER_00]: If hackers into.
- 5:26[SPEAKER_00]: It's a median for the most part and then it also factors in like games being missed for injury So this is not like saying the James Cook is gonna have 31 catches this year It is saying that they probably expect him to still be on the lower side in terms of receptions That being said, you know, things happen and Vegas is wrong often so are we But I like I like the real narrative of P. Carmichael getting signed up as the OC here He comes from a Sean Peyton offense, all right, and that is where running backs get targeted over and over and over and over and over again
- 5:54[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe it's not a 70-cat season from James Cook, but if you can take around what he's done on the ground in that offense, which is one of the more explosive, elusive, visionary running backs.
- 6:04[SPEAKER_00]: You know the Russian workloads going to be there.
- 6:06[SPEAKER_00]: You know the Russian production is going to be there behind a very strong offensive line.
- 6:09[SPEAKER_00]: Right now they are ranked as the number four offensive line in the NFL.
- 6:13[SPEAKER_00]: We've got all this stuff within our fantasy package as well.
- 6:17[SPEAKER_00]: Team win total of 10 and a half, just a very good situation.
- 6:19[SPEAKER_00]: I think we can see him bump up to 50 catches, you know, 48 catch or something in that frame and again, cement himself as a top five fantasy running back.
- 6:27[SPEAKER_00]: So continuing down the list here, we've got tier five.
- 6:29[SPEAKER_00]: And this is a tier about eight or nine players, starting with Sequon at 11, Kenneth Walker, Ashton Jenty, Justin Jefferson, Chase Brown, Drake London, Derek Henry, Omar in Hampton, and Brock Bowers.
- 6:42[SPEAKER_00]: And at this point, it's not really that I dislike any of these guys, like I guess they're lower than the ADP, but I do really like Ash and Gentie.
- 6:48[SPEAKER_00]: You can acknowledge the upside, while still preferring to draft the running back that's in an offense that we trust more, right?
- 6:55[SPEAKER_00]: And that's kind of the way I'm looking at a Kenneth Walker or a Sake One Barclay.
- 6:59[SPEAKER_00]: I'm already in Hampton.
- 7:00[SPEAKER_00]: I really like to.
- 7:01[SPEAKER_00]: I probably won't get them at this spot if I'm waiting until the middle of the second round.
- 7:05[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe in a home league, you will be able to get him.
- 7:07[SPEAKER_00]: I do kind of look at the rest of the running back group there.
- 7:09[SPEAKER_00]: Like I do think he and Mitchell will be overly involved.
- 7:11[SPEAKER_00]: And I think they're going to have a lot of plays for him.
- 7:13[SPEAKER_00]: Overall though, like again, I'm already having an 18th rank player.
- 7:16[SPEAKER_00]: You're picking and choosing here like, oh, I'm 16.
- 7:17[SPEAKER_00]: I haven't 18.
- 7:18[SPEAKER_00]: So he's going to drop a little bit.
- 7:19[SPEAKER_00]: You might not get him if using these rankings.
- 7:21[SPEAKER_00]: But if he falls to me at 18, I'm happy to get him.
- 7:23[SPEAKER_00]: But the one guy have much higher than ADP right now.
- 7:26[SPEAKER_00]: And I continuously move him up and up and up is K-Dubbs.
- 7:30[SPEAKER_00]: Kenneth Walker, the third.
- 7:31[SPEAKER_00]: I have them all the way as my 12th ranked player right now, which is five spots above ADP.
- 7:37[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm starting to settle into the fact that
- 7:39[SPEAKER_00]: This is about where I had Devon HN ranked last year and I was above 80p and he was the guy I kind of went out on a limb four and wanted to get everywhere I could and was the player that I really like put a stamp on and I'm coming more and more to grips with I think that's going to be Kenneth Walker this year.
- 7:54[SPEAKER_00]: I
- 7:55[SPEAKER_00]: love the set up there in Kansas City.
- 7:57[SPEAKER_00]: I think the offensive line is severely underrated.
- 8:00[SPEAKER_00]: I think they're going to get a ton of push for him and like Kenneth Walker's a guy where if you can get him a little bit of push that that was something that's they struggle with for so long and Seattle just getting him a few lanes, getting him some open holes and he explodes through them and he was doing that often last year but the coaching staff just did not want to give him the full workload.
- 8:16[SPEAKER_00]: They just love using Zack Sharberney.
- 8:18[SPEAKER_00]: And to be honest, you can't even fault them because they won the fucking Super Bowl.
- 8:21[SPEAKER_00]: So clearly they know what they were doing.
- 8:22[SPEAKER_00]: They wanted to keep both of their guys healthy and it worked.
- 8:24[SPEAKER_00]: Now Kenneth Walker, the contract that he gets and, you know, we'll kind of size it up here.
- 8:29[SPEAKER_00]: It's going to be in the in the right up.
- 8:30[SPEAKER_00]: I do a right up for every single fantasy relevant player in these rankings as well.
- 8:35[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, three year, 43 million dollar deal.
- 8:37[SPEAKER_00]: That is a bell cow deal.
- 8:39[SPEAKER_00]: The chiefs are trying to get a bell cow in their backfield and they have it with Kenneth Walker reports out of camp despite him having a very low reception total here 30 and a half are that they are really using him in the screen game and I think there's going to be a lot of design targets to them what you love to see because again you get a guy came in space you let them run off chunk plays.
- 8:57[SPEAKER_00]: And it's going to be magic.
- 8:57[SPEAKER_00]: And Patrick Holmes has not had a good running back behind him since his early days of Kareem Hunt.
- 9:03[SPEAKER_00]: And even that was like Kareem Hunt got kind of bad kind of quickly.
- 9:06[SPEAKER_00]: So kind of walker by far and away the most explosive back that they've had in that backfield.
- 9:10[SPEAKER_00]: You sign up to that kind of money.
- 9:11[SPEAKER_00]: I think a little bit of it is obviously my Holmes is coming back from the ACL territory.
- 9:14[SPEAKER_00]: You don't want to put everything on his plate, as soon as he comes back, he's going to struggle a little bit with that.
- 9:19[SPEAKER_00]: If you're overloading him and asking him to scramble and make plays with his legs, and I think Kenna Walker will be a little bit of an extension of probably pulling back on the Rashew Rice screens.
- 9:27[SPEAKER_00]: Because Rashew Rice had like 28 screens or something like that.
- 9:31[SPEAKER_00]: Last year, 26 screens, it was an enormous chunk of his overall target share where these screens, and it was the extension of the run game because they could not get any explosive plays out of it.
- 9:40[SPEAKER_00]: And it worked well, but there's a matter of time before that soft working, because teams are going to be able to look at all the screens that brought you guys on the outside and shut that down.
- 9:47[SPEAKER_00]: So I think Kenneth Walker is kind of the way to combat that, because you've seen a lot of defenses start to play that cover to high against my homes, and it's really like disallowed them to throw the ball deep at all, right?
- 9:56[SPEAKER_00]: And now you're seeing a lot of teams kind of combat that with the use of a workhorse running back.
- 10:01[SPEAKER_00]: And I think we're going to see Kenneth Walker get 20 touches weekly.
- 10:03[SPEAKER_00]: And when the games actually start and you're like fuck Kenneth Walker's getting 20 touches weekly and he's on the chiefs, you're going to regret not drafting him in fancy football.
- 10:10[SPEAKER_00]: So I am in love with Kenneth Walker in the early second round this year and he will be the guy will be targeting almost all my drafts there.
- 10:16[SPEAKER_00]: To your number six, we've got Rossi Rice, Nico Collins, Malik Neighbors, AJ Brown, Davata Smith, George Pickins, Devon A-Changer, my love and trait, McBride.
- 10:26[SPEAKER_00]: This is where the rankings start to get a little bit more separated here.
- 10:30[SPEAKER_00]: I have surprisingly Rossi Rice five spots higher than ADP, but he's kind of still the end of the second round, so I think that price is fair.
- 10:36[SPEAKER_00]: Now, Malik Neighbors, you can see that I moved him up dramatically.
- 10:39[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, the reports out of camp now have been a 180 swing from what they were just a month ago.
- 10:44[SPEAKER_00]: He is running.
- 10:45[SPEAKER_00]: He is looking really smooth.
- 10:47[SPEAKER_00]: He's cutting with agility and quick agility.
- 10:50[SPEAKER_00]: And they're saying that there is a very, very real chance that he's just ready to go by week one.
- 10:54[SPEAKER_00]: So huge, huge swing of things.
- 10:56[SPEAKER_00]: As long as the positive reports keep coming out from elite neighbors, like
- 11:00[SPEAKER_00]: And you're able to get him in the third round.
- 11:02[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, that's the type of upside swing where you're getting Mr. Wider Schiever 2 or if you've draft two stud running backs, you need to get him as your Wider Schiever 1.
- 11:09[SPEAKER_00]: He's a type of dude that if over the second half of the year, he's the Wider Schiever 1 overall in fantasy.
- 11:13[SPEAKER_00]: There's not a single person that's going to be surprised.
- 11:15[SPEAKER_00]: And health was the biggest concern here.
- 11:16[SPEAKER_00]: So if he continues to be healthy and look real good, and the reports had a camp from trusted beat reporters are like, yeah, he looks like 90% of himself and he's tracking to play in week one.
- 11:28[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think you have a choice but to continue to move him up into this tier of other elite alpha-wide receivers, and I think he's probably, if not, the most talented guy amongst his group, just on a par for par route for route, basis combined with his youth, obviously.
- 11:41[SPEAKER_00]: So the other noticeable gap here, I've talked about HN, like AdNawzi, and at this point, I have 11 spots below consensus that is more so like I just want to take the receivers at this cost.
- 11:50[SPEAKER_00]: He will just not end up on my teams unless he drops pretty significantly, but everyone kind of has a fate on him in the fantasy industry.
- 11:56[SPEAKER_00]: So I could see like when real drafts come around you know in three weeks a month from now when the hype has gotten so loud that like no one's taking a chance to second round anymore.
- 12:05[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe he lands on my team.
- 12:06[SPEAKER_00]: Love HN was my favorite player to draft last year, but again, Miami, you've got a mobile quarterback way fewer dump offs rushing scores are going to be hard to come between because they're not going to score a lot.
- 12:15[SPEAKER_00]: They're not going to be a good team.
- 12:16[SPEAKER_00]: It will catch a ton of dump offs I'm sure, but even on the goal line, like they might use Millie Quills down there.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_00]: We also saw Ali Gordon get involved down there on the goal line last year taking away some.
- 12:24[SPEAKER_00]: I just don't see the upside case outside of like insane extreme home run look.
- 12:28[SPEAKER_00]: like he had a lot of it last year.
- 12:30[SPEAKER_00]: And by luck, I don't mean like, oh, he's lucky that he's so fast.
- 12:33[SPEAKER_00]: But luck, I mean, what are the 90%ile outcomes of what his season could be?
- 12:37[SPEAKER_00]: So you need him to finish.
- 12:38[SPEAKER_00]: I think in the luck category of 90% plus on those home runs, he needs to hit eight 40 yard runs or or something like that in order to be the dude you need in fantasy, but just the situation surrounding H and is just miserable to me.
- 12:50[SPEAKER_00]: And I would just rather stay away from drafting guys like that on my team.
- 12:53[SPEAKER_00]: And I realize I timed the filming of this so poorly.
- 12:58[SPEAKER_00]: I am in two minutes going on to the fantasy pros YouTube channel to do a mock draft.
- 13:03[SPEAKER_00]: So you should go over there and check it out, which it probably will be dropping today tomorrow.
- 13:08[SPEAKER_00]: The next day, whatever, go check it out.
- 13:10[SPEAKER_00]: I'm doing it full mock draft over there.
- 13:11[SPEAKER_00]: I believe I have the six pick in that draft, but I'm going to go film that.
- 13:15[SPEAKER_00]: And then because I'm the hardest working man on the planet during the month of August, I will be right back here to finish up this segment.
- 13:21[SPEAKER_00]: All right, bang.
- 13:23[SPEAKER_00]: So now we're later, um, I may have just drafted this single verse team of ever drafted in fantasy football.
- 13:28[SPEAKER_00]: I will say my first three picks though, Christian McCaffrey, safe one, Barclay, Derek Henry in the third round, 12 teamer.
- 13:35[SPEAKER_00]: There was zero wide receivers left after that.
- 13:38[SPEAKER_00]: Again, you can go check that out on fancy pros if you want to see me just.
- 13:44[SPEAKER_00]: We have Joshua Jigas for 29, Josh Allen, T. Higgins, Shimon T. Williams, Chris Alave, Amekabuka, Mike Evans, Zay Flowers, Amar Jackson, and Lad Maconkey.
- 13:54[SPEAKER_00]: So, top of that tier, we have four players.
- 13:58[SPEAKER_00]: Five players that I think are just extremely high floor players.
- 14:01[SPEAKER_00]: Jacob's dealing with some off the field stuff, you know, we still really haven't had any sort of resolution there.
- 14:06[SPEAKER_00]: We're waiting to hear like a finality on the legal situation.
- 14:09[SPEAKER_00]: He's not been charged with anything, but that does not mean that the case is finished.
- 14:12[SPEAKER_00]: They're still investigating and then the leak can hand down some sort of sentencing if they would like to, not criminal sentencing.
- 14:17[SPEAKER_00]: Obviously, I'm talking about suspension sentencing here.
- 14:20[SPEAKER_00]: But I, you know, I'm not buying any any sort of narrative that says that if Josh Jacobs is not on the field, he's not the number one there.
- 14:26[SPEAKER_00]: He's like the boring pick.
- 14:27[SPEAKER_00]: That'll be really good for you.
- 14:28[SPEAKER_00]: That's the same thing with
- 14:30[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, it's the same thing with T. Higgins.
- 14:31[SPEAKER_00]: Obviously, there's a lot of touch on upside of Joe Borough puts up an MVP like season there, got shown, stood every single year, a lobby, very good player in a descending offense.
- 14:40[SPEAKER_00]: Now, the bottom half of this is where things get interesting.
- 14:43[SPEAKER_00]: I'm echo Boota.
- 14:44[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I made a post and if you guys have been watching my video, I talked about how Devonti Smith could be this year's Jackson Smith and Jigba.
- 14:51[SPEAKER_00]: I think they're obviously
- 14:52[SPEAKER_00]: other very good candidates here.
- 14:54[SPEAKER_00]: I'm echo boooka feeling like the top guy there, you know, moving into that number one role in Tampa Bay, incredible start to the season.
- 15:01[SPEAKER_00]: I think with Zach Robinson coming in there and letting him move around the formation and not putting it on the outside as an X is going to be.
- 15:10[SPEAKER_00]: a godsend for a mecca buca when I think about him being in Atlanta and him operating as the offensive coordinator there.
- 15:16[SPEAKER_00]: The very first thing he did was take Drake London and put him in the slot.
- 15:19[SPEAKER_00]: He moved from a guy who was in the slot for about 8% of his snaps when Arthur Smith was the offensive coordinator to a 35, 36, 37% slot guy, which was the first season.
- 15:29[SPEAKER_00]: We saw Drake London jump up to over 100 catches.
- 15:32[SPEAKER_00]: So I think we can see a very similar
- 15:34[SPEAKER_00]: Type B for a mecca book, a very, very, you know, high likelihood that he's this year's JS, and if there is a player that ends up hitting that, also significantly higher than consensus on Mike Evans here.
- 15:46[SPEAKER_00]: Something's broken with Lamar Jackson 80.
- 15:47[SPEAKER_00]: We got to check that out.
- 15:49[SPEAKER_00]: Significantly higher than consensus on,
- 15:52[SPEAKER_00]: Mike Evans here 23 spots higher.
- 15:54[SPEAKER_00]: I think this is just taking a little bit to adjust.
- 15:56[SPEAKER_00]: I guess to the Reiki Pure Sol injury is also dealing with a little bit of an injury here.
- 16:00[SPEAKER_00]: As you can see, we have tags for each player.
- 16:02[SPEAKER_00]: Let's look at the updated Mike Evans injury report here.
- 16:05[SPEAKER_00]: As of August 3rd, Mike Evans decided line with a quad strain, but the injury is portedly.
- 16:09[SPEAKER_00]: Very minor is not considered serious.
- 16:10[SPEAKER_00]: The 49ers have not provided a specific return date.
- 16:13[SPEAKER_00]: Though the current expectation is that this will be a brief absence rather than a meaningful concern for the regular season.
- 16:18[SPEAKER_00]: Ultimately, I just look at the receiving group there, Ricky Pierce all out for the season, George Kittle, very old coming back from a very serious injury.
- 16:26[SPEAKER_00]: Behind Mike Evans, the recent Debo Samuel, and Debo Samuel wasn't good the last time we played in San Francisco.
- 16:31[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I actually do think Debo Samuel will make probably a larger impact than much of the fantasy community is giving him credit for.
- 16:37[SPEAKER_00]: Evans is like the clear one, the clear alpha there.
- 16:39[SPEAKER_00]: Ricky Pierce all, I think you had the theoretical narrative.
- 16:42[SPEAKER_00]: If you wanted to convince yourself by the end of the year, he could have been the alpha.
- 16:46[SPEAKER_00]: I was fine with that.
- 16:46[SPEAKER_00]: But the fact that he's gone now, Evans is just a high end wide receiver too, hiding in plain sight here.
- 16:52[SPEAKER_00]: So, love Evans.
- 16:53[SPEAKER_00]: Stay flowers at the wide receiver 18.
- 16:56[SPEAKER_00]: This feels like a
- 16:57[SPEAKER_00]: Contrary and approach at this point, I'm only three spots below 80p on him, but it feels like they people have been nointed safe flowers as like the next Tyree kill where I just still feel like there's no world in which his Baltimore offense is pass heavy by any means.
- 17:10[SPEAKER_00]: I still would put significant money on the fact that they are one of the five run heaviest teams in the NFL last year.
- 17:16[SPEAKER_00]: It's Derek Henry, it's Lamar Jackson.
- 17:18[SPEAKER_00]: I understand Declan Doyle's there, and there's been a lot of great reports, and I'm excited for Baltimore, but I also think Todd Munkin was a very good play designer, and I thought he significantly improved Lamar Jackson in each season that he was there.
- 17:30[SPEAKER_00]: Lamar Jackson coming off of a down year, I'm not overly concerned about that.
- 17:33[SPEAKER_00]: It was obviously a lot of the hamstring that ended up pampering him and was the reason that his rushing yards were down there, but I expect a fully healthy Lamar Jackson for say, flowers, they also like, he's not a guy that's gotten above 115, 120 targets.
- 17:45[SPEAKER_00]: So when I look at a divante Smith or look at an amekabuka, those guys have the clear alpha leaving their team.
- 17:51[SPEAKER_00]: So a big uptick in targets makes sense and you can tell yourself why that's going to happen.
- 17:57[SPEAKER_00]: I have a very hard time believing that Zay Flowers is all the sudden going to jump from 115, 118 targets up to 135 or 140.
- 18:04[SPEAKER_00]: which is what I think we need to see for him to have an elite season.
- 18:07[SPEAKER_00]: And I know a lot of people like he was the water she was seven last year.
- 18:09[SPEAKER_00]: He was good last year.
- 18:10[SPEAKER_00]: No doubt about it.
- 18:11[SPEAKER_00]: But his season last year, in any of the five seasons prior, would not have them have even ranked inside the top 10 fantasy water severs.
- 18:18[SPEAKER_00]: So still like a borderline water sever one, but I just have trouble looking at the off into personnel and thinking, oh, he's going to get more involved.
- 18:26[SPEAKER_00]: Inside the 10-yard line inside the 5-yard line, he's going to have a lucky year of touchdowns.
- 18:30[SPEAKER_00]: And of course, again, upper percentile on the 90th percent of the spectrum could happen.
- 18:35[SPEAKER_00]: Of course, but when we look at the last two years, since Derek Henry has come over, this is a staggering stat that I found yesterday.
- 18:41[SPEAKER_00]: Over the last two years, the number of receptions that Zay Flowers has inside the 10-yard line is 11.
- 18:46[SPEAKER_00]: The number of carries that Derek Henry has inside the 10-yard line, 71, okay?
- 18:52[SPEAKER_00]: So, it's like yes.
- 18:55[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe there's touchdown luck to be had there, but it's so clear of what the game plan is when they're inside the 10 or 5 yard line.
- 19:01[SPEAKER_00]: It is Derek Henry.
- 19:02[SPEAKER_00]: It is Lamar Jackson on rollouts.
- 19:03[SPEAKER_00]: So there's all to say like I still would be happy with getting Z-flowers in the middle to the end of the third round.
- 19:09[SPEAKER_00]: I just know there are a lot of people have Z-flowers ranked like as their wide receiver 11, 12, 13, 14.
- 19:15[SPEAKER_00]: Not going to be me if I have to pay that price, but I am fine with getting them in the third.
- 19:19[SPEAKER_00]: I'm fine with getting Lab McConkey here as the bounce back in Mike McDonald's is offense there, healthy offensive line in LA.
- 19:25[SPEAKER_00]: Let's move down to tier number eights and there are a few guys here that I have significantly lower than consensus as well.
- 19:33[SPEAKER_00]: We'll start off with Camp Scatable at 39, Tech McMillan at 40, Breeze Hall at 41, Kyron Williams at 42, Colson,
- 19:44[SPEAKER_00]: 46.
- 19:45[SPEAKER_00]: Now, Jalen Wattles dealing with a little bit of an injury.
- 19:48[SPEAKER_00]: He was limping pretty significantly a practice was wearing a sleeve, not participating in practice, wearing the sleeve on his leg.
- 19:55[SPEAKER_00]: But as since shed the sleeve and I guess it's not overly concerning right now.
- 19:59[SPEAKER_00]: So we'll kind of leave him here and and let the injury updates kind of dictate where we go from here.
- 20:04[SPEAKER_00]: But I, I like this tier, it's good players kind of mixed and matched in, like, weird situations.
- 20:10[SPEAKER_00]: So you have camps, got about coming back from the serious ankle injury, which it seems like he has significantly passed that.
- 20:15[SPEAKER_00]: I expect him to be the bell cow in this offense.
- 20:17[SPEAKER_00]: How good the offense is, you know, I have, you know, juiced the Giants offense to this offseason, a ton.
- 20:23[SPEAKER_00]: And I've talked about how I think they take a big step up.
- 20:25[SPEAKER_00]: The biggest risk to me, by far, is the fact that Matt Nagy is running the offense.
- 20:29[SPEAKER_00]: They have Greg Roman there.
- 20:30[SPEAKER_00]: So they have a lot of hands, a lot of chefs in the kitchen here, where I don't know that I trust any of them by themselves.
- 20:37[SPEAKER_00]: So let alone being together, could be some of my disastrous there.
- 20:40[SPEAKER_00]: So that would be my biggest hangup on the Giants offense as a whole.
- 20:44[SPEAKER_00]: But camscadobo, goal line battering ram, really, really strong pass catcher.
- 20:51[SPEAKER_00]: going to operate as the workhorse.
- 20:52[SPEAKER_00]: So I like cam, touch, touch to Carolina.
- 20:55[SPEAKER_00]: I have recently lower than consensus here.
- 20:58[SPEAKER_00]: He's a mid third round pick.
- 20:59[SPEAKER_00]: Just hard to trust the the jet's offense year over year, man.
- 21:02[SPEAKER_00]: But he is someone that I think I'm going to move up my rankings a little bit.
- 21:06[SPEAKER_00]: They gave him the money.
- 21:07[SPEAKER_00]: They've got an a good offensive line.
- 21:09[SPEAKER_00]: They keep investing into it.
- 21:10[SPEAKER_00]: It's not great.
- 21:10[SPEAKER_00]: Actually, I'm on paper.
- 21:11[SPEAKER_00]: I think a lot of people think it's great because they keep investing into the offensive line.
- 21:14[SPEAKER_00]: But I think they'll be good.
- 21:15[SPEAKER_00]: I think they'll be
- 21:18[SPEAKER_00]: I still don't trust the offensive coaching staff there, Aaron Glenn, anyone calling the play, so could still be a disaster on Sundays for the New York Jets, but I do like Bree's Hall more this year than I did last year.
- 21:28[SPEAKER_00]: Kyron Williams, another guy, boring, could have a very high floor, but you can't write off Blake Korms involvement last year.
- 21:35[SPEAKER_00]: Over the last 10 games of the season, they were basically splitting drives.
- 21:40[SPEAKER_00]: I get that.
- 21:40[SPEAKER_00]: Everyone's like, oh, every offseason people say that someone else is going to take work.
- 21:43[SPEAKER_00]: Someone did take work though.
- 21:44[SPEAKER_00]: The last half of the season, Blake Quorum paced out for over 900 rushing yards.
- 21:48[SPEAKER_00]: So I think they're going to be a clear split in the rushing workload.
- 21:52[SPEAKER_00]: The current is a better pass catcher.
- 21:53[SPEAKER_00]: We'll get more pass catching work.
- 21:54[SPEAKER_00]: However, they don't really throw the ball to the running backs that often.
- 21:57[SPEAKER_00]: I think Kyron will probably be more featured on the goal line.
- 21:59[SPEAKER_00]: But I do think Blake Quorum will take some goal line touches there, too.
- 22:02[SPEAKER_00]: So I've never really been to do that was like fading Kyron Williams.
- 22:05[SPEAKER_00]: Even not a guy.
- 22:05[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't like to take the last few years.
- 22:07[SPEAKER_00]: I wasn't always like, oh,
- 22:10[SPEAKER_00]: This year, it does feel like we have a very real, tangible change that we saw and a lot of the respect to beer reporters out there in LA are talking about how good Blake looks and how much of an impact they expect Blake home to have in this backfield.
- 22:22[SPEAKER_00]: So I'll take Kyron if he falls to me, you know, in the fourth, I'm not going to be investing in him in the way that I would have last year or the year before being like all everyone's overlooking him.
- 22:32[SPEAKER_00]: He's a boring pick.
- 22:33[SPEAKER_00]: Similarly, Josh
- 22:35[SPEAKER_00]: I get the floor though attached to the Rams offense like, you know, at the end of the day, he'll probably be fine for you, but I do think we can't just wipe away the Blake worms probable involvement here.
- 22:44[SPEAKER_00]: So we've got Lovelin as my Titan 3, we've got Devante Adams here, Garrow Wilson and Jalen Waddle, scared of Garrow Wilson's just overall being in the Jets passing offense, terrifies me, should have it up.
- 22:55[SPEAKER_00]: a high-target chair, but they also did add Omar Cooper.
- 22:58[SPEAKER_00]: First round pick, Kenyan Sadeek, first round pick who is dealing with a little bit of a re-aggravation of his sports hernia injury that he had surgery on this offseason.
- 23:05[SPEAKER_00]: So it's up in the air if he even makes an impact this year.
- 23:08[SPEAKER_00]: I think they'd like out an imitial lot there.
- 23:10[SPEAKER_00]: So it's a little bit more target competitive in New York and Garrett Wilson's had to deal with.
- 23:15[SPEAKER_00]: So, you know, Smith can't stay upright.
- 23:17[SPEAKER_00]: And he's anywhere near what he wasn't Seattle, like obviously he made your upgrade for Garrett Wilson, the passing offense, but
- 23:22[SPEAKER_00]: Garrett's probably at a point where the jets are still at a point where it's like, kind of see it to believe it.
- 23:26[SPEAKER_00]: And if I'm taking a shot on a jet's player in the offensive here, it's going to be brief over Garrett Wilson.
- 23:31[SPEAKER_00]: And that's why I have them ranked accordingly.
- 23:33[SPEAKER_00]: So again, you can get all of my rankings on BDE.co.
- 23:36[SPEAKER_00]: If you sign up for the fantasy membership, which is a monthly thing, but it has all of our fantasy perks tools, everything in here.
- 23:42[SPEAKER_00]: And again, you can just click into a player.
- 23:44[SPEAKER_00]: You see a season outlook.
- 23:45[SPEAKER_00]: You see his Vegas props.
- 23:47[SPEAKER_00]: You see if he ends up getting an injury.
- 23:48[SPEAKER_00]: We'll have a right up there.
- 23:49[SPEAKER_00]: for you.
- 23:50[SPEAKER_00]: There's all stuff that you can use on the clock when you are in your draft.
- 23:53[SPEAKER_00]: You got this strength, the schedule here so you can see their entire schedule just in real time.
- 23:57[SPEAKER_00]: You can check out their playoff so you know that Chicago is at Buffalo and week 15, verse green bay and week 16, but a shootout.
- 24:04[SPEAKER_00]: of a game there in a week 17 versus Detroit.
- 24:06[SPEAKER_00]: You could look at the biggest fantasy additions to the offense or defense again.
- 24:10[SPEAKER_00]: All the things that I think you need to know when you're on the clock in the middle of a draft to decide who you want.
- 24:16[SPEAKER_00]: You can, you know, just pull players up actually to and kind of compare them here.
- 24:19[SPEAKER_00]: See who wins the most categories, whatever.
- 24:22[SPEAKER_00]: It's all there.
- 24:23[SPEAKER_00]: It's all built out for you.
- 24:24[SPEAKER_00]: It is sexy and smooth and beautiful.
- 24:26[SPEAKER_00]: I'm very proud of it.
- 24:27[SPEAKER_00]: And you can go get it on bdge.co.
- 24:29[SPEAKER_00]: Cheap is way to get it though.
- 24:31[SPEAKER_00]: All the info up here on partner offers.
- 24:32[SPEAKER_00]: You can get it for 10 bucks free for three months just by going to this page up here and and going through the instructions on there and then to your nine, I'll give you the top 51 because I've already shown you.
- 24:41[SPEAKER_00]: We've got a lot of burden of 47 couldn't shine at judges at forty eight Tyler one of forty nine Travis CT and at fifty entire McLaren at fifty one.
- 24:48[SPEAKER_00]: It does seem like there's no chance I'll get Luther Burton ever if I have him, you know, at the end of the fourth round, it feels like at this point he's like going to be an end of the third round pick by the time summer wraps up, but he is now dealing with a serious injury, which is the only chance I have of getting him he is now dealing with a groin strain suffered it on August 8 as you can see these things are very up to date.
- 25:09[SPEAKER_00]: suffered the growing training in August 8th now expected to miss most if not all of preseason.
- 25:13[SPEAKER_00]: The current time table is roughly three to four weeks, which Chicago, hopefully can return for week one, growing strains can be tricky and carry some re-injury risk if a player comes back too quickly.
- 25:21[SPEAKER_00]: The bear still expected him to be available for the start of the season, but there's some risk here.
- 25:24[SPEAKER_00]: He starts slow because of this.
- 25:26[SPEAKER_00]: So I think that's pretty normal valid.
- 25:28[SPEAKER_00]: Look at the situation.
- 25:29[SPEAKER_00]: They do believe it's three to four weeks.
- 25:31[SPEAKER_00]: That is obviously right on the precipice of when football and the regular season will be starting.
- 25:35[SPEAKER_00]: So I think if I'm
- 25:39[SPEAKER_00]: Super worried about the injury right now.
- 25:42[SPEAKER_00]: Of course, we'll have to like really keep our eye on reports as the season progresses.
- 25:46[SPEAKER_00]: Hopefully he can get, you know, a handful of full practices is in before week one.
- 25:50[SPEAKER_00]: If not, that's kind of spooky hours there, but he'll be back very early in the season.
- 25:54[SPEAKER_00]: If not for week one, and then you probably get that injury discount, which is nice for someone like me who didn't want to over invest in Luther Burton.
- 26:01[SPEAKER_00]: He's a player where I haven't had like a very strong take on.
- 26:04[SPEAKER_00]: And in the current fantasy landscape, not having a strong take on Luther Burton feels like a strong take in itself, which is like kind of one of the more fucking annoying parts of the fantasy industry when it comes to polarizing players like this.
- 26:16[SPEAKER_00]: So if Luther Burton drops and now I can get a mid-fifth round, late-fifth round, somewhere in that range.
- 26:21[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, cool, I now get to share in some fun upside of possibly being the next I'm on Ross St. Brown, but we'll see how the injury impacts him.
- 26:29[SPEAKER_00]: Quinn-chan, Judkins, you know, hard to get excited about the situation like the player.
- 26:32[SPEAKER_00]: Tyler warns like one of those dudes to be honest with you, where like in the fifth round.
- 26:36[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know that I'm necessarily like super excited about drafting him over every player around him, but I will tell you, like, I probably feel the most confident that there's no chance you were at that pick.
- 26:45[SPEAKER_00]: like Alec Pierce with the ankle, Josh downs out with the groin, Michael Pippman out of there.
- 26:50[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know who's going to play any position past the line of scrimmage right now for the Indianapolis Colts.
- 26:54[SPEAKER_00]: The other one might end up with 130 targets this year.
- 26:57[SPEAKER_00]: So yeah, I'd like that line 74.5 receptions for a line for a tight end is really fucking high.
- 27:04[SPEAKER_00]: Like that's more than Teterol McMillan.
- 27:05[SPEAKER_00]: And again, biggest lines, directionally accurate, not really accurate in terms of like nailing down the projection.
- 27:11[SPEAKER_00]: But
- 27:11[SPEAKER_00]: can tell you how involved in the offense they expect Tyler Warren to be that is a significant number there a lot of injuries in Indianapolis right now and I don't think anyone anyone is going to be upset or look back on drafting Tyler Warren in the fifth round and be like damn that was a bad pick no he will be one of the good picks that you make in the fifth round no doubt about it
- 27:29[SPEAKER_00]: That's all I got for you today, right?
- 27:30[SPEAKER_00]: Those are my top 50 rankings broken down by tears.
- 27:34[SPEAKER_00]: As I said, 45 times already, you can get these on bdge.co.
- 27:38[SPEAKER_00]: Our membership has everything that I've shown you so far in this in season.

- 27:43[SPEAKER_00]: So if you're part of the fantasy membership, you'll get access to those again.
- 27:46[SPEAKER_00]: The partner offers page will get you three months free so that will carry you basically into October.
- 27:50[SPEAKER_00]: So thank you guys for hanging out today.
- 27:53[SPEAKER_00]: And that's it.
- 27:54[SPEAKER_00]: So I will leave you with a big fat emoji.
- 27:57[SPEAKER_00]: And I'll see you on Thursday.
