- 0:53Speaker 3: thirty five life coach, and owner of nineteen lifestyle magazine.
- 0:57Speaker 3: We're in season seven of Kicking It with Kiki, and
- 1:00Speaker 3: we have some amazing people that have been here and
- 1:02Speaker 3: we have one with us today. Listen, y'all already know
- 1:06Speaker 3: how I like to do. I like to give my
- 1:07Speaker 3: guests the opportunity to introduce themselves. Listen, don't tell too
- 1:11Speaker 3: much because we're gonna get into everything that you do, Okay,
- 1:14Speaker 3: So just give them a little little narrow introduction I
- 1:16Speaker 3: should say.
- 1:18Speaker 4: Okay, well, I'll just start off with today is thirsty
- 1:20Speaker 4: Thursday deep through thirsty Thursday. So you are now speaking
- 1:24Speaker 4: to the old coach right from New Jersey, and I
- 1:30Speaker 4: am a soxual wellness coach. I'm a menopause coach, and
- 1:33Speaker 4: I've been in business for twenty years. And plus I'm
- 1:39Speaker 4: a domestic violence advocate and I'm the.
- 1:42Speaker 1: Woman that you need to talk to.
- 1:45Speaker 3: Hey, and I thank you for coming to kidding with
- 1:47Speaker 3: me today. I look that it's a great introduction. Yes, yes, ma'am. So,
- 1:55Speaker 3: but before we get into the old coach, all things
- 1:57Speaker 3: the old coach and what you do, break it down
- 2:00Speaker 3: a little bit more for the listeners. I like to
- 2:03Speaker 3: ask this question to all of my guests this season.
- 2:06Speaker 3: If you had to give life a definition, what would
- 2:09Speaker 3: George be and why? Hmm.
- 2:12Speaker 4: That's a good one and I love it. I love it.
- 2:15Speaker 4: I would give it interesting because I keep thinkings spicy.
- 2:22Speaker 4: I'm always involved in something that is interesting, and once
- 2:27Speaker 4: you get to hear who I am and what I do,
- 2:30Speaker 4: you'll see why I'm interesting.
- 2:33Speaker 1: So I like interesting.
- 2:35Speaker 3: I love that. I love that, and you're the first
- 2:37Speaker 3: person to say that.
- 2:38Speaker 5: So, Hey, we want to have a good show. Were
- 2:40Speaker 5: about to have a good show. I'm so excited. We
- 2:45Speaker 5: talk about life, love and all the other shit. Right,
- 2:47Speaker 5: So I want to dive into life a little bit.
- 2:51Speaker 5: What has been your biggest lesson that life has taught
- 2:56Speaker 5: you that you carry what you does.
- 2:58Speaker 4: For being in a relationship and being lonely. Wow, being
- 3:13Speaker 4: in a relationship and being lonely because you know you're there,
- 3:17Speaker 4: You're occupying space, you and that person, and but you
- 3:22Speaker 4: still have that that loneliness in your soul and in
- 3:28Speaker 4: your heart and it's not a good feeling. You know,
- 3:32Speaker 4: you want to be loved by someone that you're partnered with.
- 3:36Speaker 4: And then you say, then you have to ask yourself,
- 3:39Speaker 4: should I just let this go or should I work
- 3:42Speaker 4: on it?
- 3:42Speaker 1: But it's up to the individuals, and it's up to
- 3:45Speaker 1: the person that is making you feel that loneliness, and
- 3:51Speaker 1: maybe it might be them, maybe it might be you.
- 3:54Speaker 1: So you got to revisit and have a conversation with
- 3:57Speaker 1: that person. But let me tell you, don't walk around
- 4:01Speaker 1: feeling like that. You gotta make that decision to either
- 4:04Speaker 1: let it go or work it out.
- 4:07Speaker 3: And sometimes working it out can make you become even lonelier,
- 4:11Speaker 3: especially when you've gone through your healing journey and the
- 4:13Speaker 3: person that you're with is not on theirs and feel
- 4:17Speaker 3: like they don't need to go on there. Then they've
- 4:19Speaker 3: done that. It didn't work out well. And I'm so
- 4:22Speaker 3: glad that I listened when God say hey, it's time
- 4:25Speaker 3: to go home, because I found I would have found
- 4:27Speaker 3: myself in a situation where I would have never met you. Yes, yes, yes,
- 4:35Speaker 3: Can life survive without love in your personal opinion? Oh?
- 4:40Speaker 1: Yes it can?
- 4:41Speaker 4: And why it can because then you have the freedom
- 4:44Speaker 4: to do what you want, make the choices you need
- 4:47Speaker 4: to make.
- 4:47Speaker 1: And I explain that to a lot of women and
- 4:51Speaker 1: a lot of men.
- 4:52Speaker 4: There's a lot of life out here, and there's a
- 4:54Speaker 4: lot of people that are interested in you. But sometimes
- 4:58Speaker 4: you have to take that time to step aside and
- 5:01Speaker 4: gather you, gather your your your piece back, gather who
- 5:06Speaker 4: you are and just be you. And it's fun to say,
- 5:10Speaker 4: you know what, I'm going on the trip this week
- 5:13Speaker 4: and I don't have to answer to nobody. I'm gonna
- 5:16Speaker 4: go home and I'm gonna lay down and I'm gonna
- 5:19Speaker 4: have to answer it to nobody. That is called piece.
- 5:21Speaker 4: Piece is the best thing, you know, Piece is the
- 5:24Speaker 4: best thing. It's like, some people stay around in relationships
- 5:28Speaker 4: for the numbers.
- 5:29Speaker 1: That's not a good way.
- 5:30Speaker 4: To stay in a relationship.
- 5:34Speaker 1: So being by yourself sometimes is the best way to
- 5:38Speaker 1: be because guess.
- 5:39Speaker 4: What, then you get to find out who you are
- 5:41Speaker 4: and you get to tiple your own fancy in many ways.
- 5:45Speaker 3: Absolutely, I have not heard that term in so long,
- 5:48Speaker 3: and it just made me smile because my mom used
- 5:53Speaker 3: to say that all the time, and it just it
- 5:55Speaker 3: made me think of her. I mean, she's she's still
- 5:57Speaker 3: a lot of stuff, but she hadn't said that in
- 5:59Speaker 3: a while, so it just made me think of her
- 6:01Speaker 3: taking of my own fancy, and I love it. Let's
- 6:05Speaker 3: talk about the sexual wellness the old coach? How did
- 6:08Speaker 3: that come about? When did you become the old coach?
- 6:12Speaker 4: I became the old coach in two thousand and seven,
- 6:16Speaker 4: and I crafted myself. At first, I was so nervous
- 6:20Speaker 4: to be the old coach and go out and explain
- 6:24Speaker 4: sexual wellness and vibrators and talk about your glitterists and
- 6:30Speaker 4: talk about your vaginanta and all of that stuff to people.
- 6:33Speaker 1: But Baby, once I got that.
- 6:35Speaker 4: Niche underway and I built that foundation, it's been heaven
- 6:40Speaker 4: ever since.
- 6:41Speaker 1: Heaven must be like this, hello.
- 6:45Speaker 3: But I love it. Did you always want to go
- 6:49Speaker 3: in sexual wellness to educate women about their bodies and
- 6:53Speaker 3: their desires and their passions and fantasies and things like that,
- 6:57Speaker 3: or did you just kind of stumble upon it.
- 7:00Speaker 4: No, I did want to get out there and dive
- 7:05Speaker 4: into something. But I was a young mom, raising the
- 7:09Speaker 4: single mom like a lot of women, and I said, Okay,
- 7:13Speaker 4: my son is getting ready to graduate high school.
- 7:16Speaker 1: What am I going to do? And I've always wanted
- 7:19Speaker 1: to tap in on it. And I was researching and looking.
- 7:22Speaker 4: Now I did sell Avon and I did sell Tupperware,
- 7:25Speaker 4: but now I got hooked up with the right tuppleware
- 7:28Speaker 4: and now I'm like, oh, okay, I.
- 7:30Speaker 1: Can do this.
- 7:31Speaker 4: So my coworking introduce me to it, and I was like, wow,
- 7:35Speaker 4: I love this. So I have always wanted to go
- 7:38Speaker 4: out there and educate women on who they need to
- 7:42Speaker 4: be and how they can get their sexy back.
- 7:44Speaker 1: So yes, I wanted to dive in deep with this.
- 7:49Speaker 3: Okay, we have a lot of stuff in coming. Because
- 7:52Speaker 3: I saw Avon, I did Mary Kay, and I also
- 7:55Speaker 3: did Passion Partner and what I found and I want
- 7:58Speaker 3: real quick that I am not a self. If you
- 8:00Speaker 3: tell me no, I'm not pushing okay no. And then
- 8:05Speaker 3: I love the you know, the community of women that
- 8:07Speaker 3: I got a chance to meet and especially with doing
- 8:10Speaker 3: the passion parties, I learned so much about my body,
- 8:13Speaker 3: about other women, knowing that I wasn't alone in certain
- 8:17Speaker 3: situations and stuff like that. It's just it wasn't a
- 8:20Speaker 3: part of my purpose. I'm excited to know that you
- 8:25Speaker 3: are living doing that. Excited about it because y'all, y'all
- 8:29Speaker 3: can't see her face, but she's over he smiling big, y'all,
- 8:31Speaker 3: she's smiling.
- 8:32Speaker 1: Big, like a diamond.
- 8:36Speaker 3: Yes. When it comes to love, let's talk about the
- 8:39Speaker 3: importance of self love first. Being the old coach, do
- 8:43Speaker 3: you find that more women struggle with self love than not?
- 8:48Speaker 4: Yes, a lot of women suffer with self love because
- 8:52Speaker 4: they just did not ever tap into theirselves.
- 8:56Speaker 1: Again where mothers we wear many hats.
- 9:00Speaker 4: Some women with degrees, they think that they don't need
- 9:04Speaker 4: a man, they don't need love, or they don't need
- 9:06Speaker 4: a partner. Should I say, And it's important to find
- 9:10Speaker 4: that love within yourself because if you can't love yourself,
- 9:15Speaker 4: you can't love nobody else. Honey, Exactly, you have to
- 9:19Speaker 4: find that love within yourself. And there's lots of tips
- 9:23Speaker 4: that you know I can give that you can do
- 9:26Speaker 4: like one do some meditation. If you have spiritual guidance
- 9:30Speaker 4: in your life. I'm not saying you're in church rolling
- 9:32Speaker 4: in Poland, but you know you have some scriptures. Find
- 9:37Speaker 4: a scripture, find something that's motivating for you that you
- 9:41Speaker 4: can steal in you, so then you could find that love.
- 9:44Speaker 4: So then when you go out there and you find
- 9:47Speaker 4: that partner, now you know how to and you know
- 9:50Speaker 4: what you want for you.
- 9:52Speaker 3: You know, when you know what you want and you
- 9:55Speaker 3: love yourself, then you can actually teach somebody how to
- 9:58Speaker 3: love you the way that you want to be loved
- 10:01Speaker 3: and not just settle. Because I want to speak about
- 10:03Speaker 3: the love languages real quick, and this has been like
- 10:07Speaker 3: a broad topic when it comes to the love part
- 10:09Speaker 3: of the segment. Do you believe in the five love languages? Why?
- 10:13Speaker 3: Why not?
- 10:14Speaker 1: M I do believe in them somewhat, because you have
- 10:24Speaker 1: to find your own language. So you need to do
- 10:26Speaker 1: the five love languages with yourself first and then incorporate
- 10:30Speaker 1: it with someone.
- 10:33Speaker 3: And I've found for me from personal experience, and my
- 10:37Speaker 3: love language stems outside. Yeah, I've had the five, but
- 10:41Speaker 3: it's so much deeper than that because I like just
- 10:45Speaker 3: being considered that's a love language. Of mind. I like
- 10:49Speaker 3: for people to put forth effort in showing me that
- 10:52Speaker 3: I matter in their lives. That's a love language for mine.
- 10:57Speaker 3: Not so much on the physical touch, but I guess
- 10:58Speaker 3: it all depends on who it is. Because one I
- 11:01Speaker 3: may need a need a hug for my mama, I
- 11:03Speaker 3: need a might need a hug for my kids, or
- 11:05Speaker 3: you know, I don't need somebody to be up under
- 11:08Speaker 3: me twenty four seven. I'm listen, I get hot, and
- 11:12Speaker 3: I don't need all that to sweat. I sweat a lot.
- 11:14Speaker 3: I don't need you up. But acts of service. I
- 11:18Speaker 3: like acts of service, but I like doing acts of
- 11:21Speaker 3: service for other people. Yes, not so I don't need
- 11:24Speaker 3: I used to need that for myself. But one of
- 11:27Speaker 3: my love languages is I love being able to uplift
- 11:31Speaker 3: myself and validate myself and pour into other people. It's
- 11:36Speaker 3: it's just I love the love languages, but I think
- 11:38Speaker 3: that they're interchanging. And it's more than five.
- 11:41Speaker 4: Yeah, it's more than five because my love language is
- 11:43Speaker 4: listening and giving back serving you know, like some similar
- 11:48Speaker 4: to yours. I love listening. I'll stay quiet and then
- 11:53Speaker 4: I'll deliver. But that's my love language. My other love
- 11:56Speaker 4: language is desired. You know, I want somebody to desire me,
- 12:01Speaker 4: not like like you say, not.
- 12:02Speaker 1: All up on me and not in a sexual way,
- 12:04Speaker 1: but desire me in a respectful as respect you know,
- 12:09Speaker 1: know my character, that's what that's my love language.
- 12:14Speaker 3: Yeah, and I'm I'm I've always been like this, but
- 12:17Speaker 3: I guess the older I get to find that some
- 12:19Speaker 3: stuff just don't matter to me. Like a lot of
- 12:21Speaker 3: people in relationships like to share their location or check
- 12:24Speaker 3: phones and all that, I don't care about that as
- 12:27Speaker 3: long as you're being good to me. What you do
- 12:31Speaker 3: outside of the house, that speaks about your integrity or
- 12:34Speaker 3: your character. I'm not looking for anything because it's just
- 12:38Speaker 3: I'm just I just don't feel like I need to
- 12:41Speaker 3: if I got to do all that. What we're here for,
- 12:42Speaker 3: what we what were together for?
- 12:44Speaker 1: Exactly. I just said that to somebody the other day.
- 12:47Speaker 4: You know, she's going through something, and I said, you know,
- 12:51Speaker 4: you matter first if that person don't show up at home.
- 12:54Speaker 4: And guess what you mad at first? You're getting your bachelor's,
- 12:57Speaker 4: you have three kids, you're you're working a full time job,
- 13:02Speaker 4: and you going to college full time. Get that bachelor's
- 13:05Speaker 4: and you getting ready to go to undergrad Come on, now,
- 13:08Speaker 4: you have to love you, you know, you have to
- 13:10Speaker 4: skip over certain things and you have to find your
- 13:13Speaker 4: own love.
- 13:14Speaker 3: You do, and I think that comes with peace. When
- 13:17Speaker 3: you're at peace and you've done your healing journey, certain
- 13:20Speaker 3: stuff just don't matter to me no more. Like if
- 13:24Speaker 3: it's not going to affect my life in five minutes,
- 13:26Speaker 3: ten minutes, I'm not giving that energy to it. And
- 13:29Speaker 3: I've been called like I guess, like I don't care,
- 13:34Speaker 3: or it's kind of snobbish or whatever, or I'll be
- 13:38Speaker 3: all of that.
- 13:39Speaker 4: Oh well, my piece that my piece means more than me.
- 13:42Speaker 4: So I'll be whatever. I'll be whatever you want me
- 13:45Speaker 4: to be. It doesn't even matter. Guess what my cousin said.
- 13:49Speaker 4: It best over fifty, you don't give a shit.
- 13:52Speaker 3: Oh look, I ain't fifty yet, but I've been not
- 13:55Speaker 3: giving a shit.
- 13:55Speaker 1: And I said, I don't care. And I told him,
- 13:57Speaker 1: I said, I don't care what age you are. You
- 13:59Speaker 1: don't give a shit because at the end of the.
- 14:01Speaker 4: Day, people people need to you need to move people
- 14:04Speaker 4: out of the way. People want to drag their stuff
- 14:07Speaker 4: and dump their stuff on you. That's not happening because
- 14:10Speaker 4: I have so much peace and so much love within myself. Man,
- 14:13Speaker 4: you can keep on moving because you're not doing nothing
- 14:15Speaker 4: over here, you.
- 14:16Speaker 3: Know, right? And im fir believe that when people live
- 14:20Speaker 3: and exist in chaos, they don't know how to be
- 14:24Speaker 3: They don't know how to be recepted to someone who
- 14:26Speaker 3: just like very peaceful nothing. I don't have no hitting agendas,
- 14:30Speaker 3: no motives, none of that. This is just who I am.
- 14:33Speaker 3: I don't care if you looked at a woman's ass
- 14:36Speaker 3: at at the grosure store.
- 14:39Speaker 1: That's your business.
- 14:41Speaker 3: As long as you ain't you ain't trying to feel
- 14:43Speaker 3: on it or whatever. And even if you decide to
- 14:45Speaker 3: feel on it, that is, that's still your business. You're
- 14:49Speaker 3: gonna have to be accountable for that because if you
- 14:51Speaker 3: could go to sleep at night knowing that you betrayed
- 14:53Speaker 3: me and I'm being good for you, that's on you,
- 14:55Speaker 3: not on.
- 14:55Speaker 4: Me, that said right there. So with that comment right there, Yes, So,
- 15:02Speaker 4: when it.
- 15:03Speaker 3: Comes to your business of sexual wellness, do you have
- 15:07Speaker 3: a more or less clientele having a hard time setting
- 15:13Speaker 3: boundaries when it comes with their self love?
- 15:17Speaker 1: Yes? Yes, yes, yes.
- 15:19Speaker 3: Why do you believe that it's hard? It's hard for
- 15:22Speaker 3: people to set those healthy boundaries. Let's put that out there.
- 15:26Speaker 1: Because they don't communicate.
- 15:30Speaker 4: They do not communicate, and they think that they can
- 15:33Speaker 4: do whatever they want. You have to set that boundary.
- 15:36Speaker 4: But that goes back to tickling your fancy. You have
- 15:38Speaker 4: to tickle you and know you. You need to know
- 15:42Speaker 4: yourself in and out in order to you have.
- 15:46Speaker 1: To set the boundary with love. And I hear so
- 15:48Speaker 1: many women step over their own boundaries of letting their
- 15:53Speaker 1: partner do what they want to do, and then they
- 15:55Speaker 1: complain about it. Don't complain about about it, do something
- 15:58Speaker 1: about it, and it's easy. It's an easy fix.
- 16:01Speaker 4: Now, if you feel as though it's not comfortable, you're
- 16:05Speaker 4: not comfortable with having a conversation with that partner, then
- 16:09Speaker 4: you can write them a letter. You can do something
- 16:14Speaker 4: different to speak to make the boundary happen in a
- 16:20Speaker 4: different way. You know, you can set the tone, you
- 16:23Speaker 4: can set the mood, whatever you want to do. But
- 16:25Speaker 4: whatever it is, you have to find some lines of communication.
- 16:29Speaker 4: But I feel like verbally speaking because this is you
- 16:32Speaker 4: and this is your boundary and this is your protection
- 16:35Speaker 4: right here. I have to set my boundary. I don't
- 16:37Speaker 4: want to do anal sex but you want me to
- 16:39Speaker 4: do it. I don't want to have oral sex or
- 16:42Speaker 4: you know, give you oral pleasure because that's not my jem.
- 16:45Speaker 1: But you want me to do it.
- 16:46Speaker 4: That's stepping over somebody's boundary, and you have to stop.
- 16:50Speaker 1: You have to set the boundaries. You have to.
- 16:52Speaker 3: Absolutelyness and not be afraid to stand on them boundaries
- 16:55Speaker 3: because sometimes you'll set boundaries, but then you will talk
- 16:57Speaker 3: yourself out of that. So I had to learn that.
- 17:00Speaker 3: I had to set boundaries within myself to say, you
- 17:02Speaker 3: know what, you got these boundaries in place for a reason.
- 17:05Speaker 3: Come on, now, this is why. And every time you
- 17:08Speaker 3: go against them, you end up hurting again because you
- 17:10Speaker 3: allow people to hurt you when you don't stand on business.
- 17:14Speaker 1: Yes exactly, I agree with you. I agree with you
- 17:19Speaker 1: all right.
- 17:19Speaker 3: So we want to get into all that other shit, right, yes,
- 17:22Speaker 3: all the other other shit, drop it on down. Listen.
- 17:27Speaker 3: Can love survive without all that other ship? Oh?
- 17:34Speaker 1: Yes they can because there's some women.
- 17:38Speaker 4: And men that have issues, you know, and those issues
- 17:44Speaker 4: are and we can speak freely. Those issues are issues
- 17:48Speaker 4: are ed lo lobido. So it ain't happening. So now
- 17:53Speaker 4: how do you make that happen? You know these other
- 17:56Speaker 4: techniques that you can do. Kama Sutra, there's ten, there's
- 18:01Speaker 4: lots of things that you can do. There's you know,
- 18:03Speaker 4: the Bard census. You know, let's tap into that.
- 18:06Speaker 1: You know. I know someone personally that is.
- 18:12Speaker 4: Living with their partner and their partner has ED and
- 18:16Speaker 4: they're like, you know, their partner told them that you
- 18:20Speaker 4: can get a whole pass and she was like, no,
- 18:23Speaker 4: we can do something about this. You know, let's you
- 18:27Speaker 4: can you can fulfill me without you know, with having
- 18:32Speaker 4: your problem. But you know, yeah, but.
- 18:37Speaker 3: What do you say to someone who is experiencing that
- 18:40Speaker 3: with that partner with the ED and the partner didn't
- 18:43Speaker 3: tell them about it. They found out on their own
- 18:45Speaker 3: that they're they're experiencing that.
- 18:48Speaker 1: Mm hmmmm. So that has happened.
- 18:52Speaker 4: And women have come to me and that one and
- 18:56Speaker 4: they and I tell them, well.
- 18:58Speaker 1: We have some things. You can introduce a bedroom toy.
- 19:02Speaker 4: Okay, there's some stimulation creams for him.
- 19:07Speaker 1: Maybe he first need to start with the doctor. First
- 19:09Speaker 1: of all. We need to find go to the doctor.
- 19:12Speaker 1: If he can get a little something or if he
- 19:14Speaker 1: can do something natural, let's see how that works.
- 19:18Speaker 4: If that doesn't work, then let's do some other self
- 19:21Speaker 4: pleasure things.
- 19:22Speaker 1: You gotta self.
- 19:22Speaker 4: Pleasure, do some bold play, do some you know, you
- 19:26Speaker 4: gotta learn how to masterbate, you know, in front of
- 19:29Speaker 4: your partner.
- 19:29Speaker 1: Maybe that might get him off or and.
- 19:32Speaker 4: If none of that, all that fails, then you have
- 19:36Speaker 4: to make a decision yourself. Some women do have play
- 19:40Speaker 4: toys right outside the house and call me up. I
- 19:44Speaker 4: need that great head, I need that loop, I need
- 19:47Speaker 4: the anal. I need the anal, I need the like
- 19:52Speaker 4: a virgin because I gotta go back home.
- 19:54Speaker 1: Just some cases, you know, he does.
- 19:56Speaker 4: You know, it does rise to the attention, and it's
- 19:59Speaker 4: something what happens, you know what I mean.
- 20:01Speaker 1: I gotta jump on it real quick. I gotta make
- 20:03Speaker 1: it tight and right again.
- 20:04Speaker 3: You know.
- 20:04Speaker 1: For me, I said, well, babe, you need to do
- 20:06Speaker 1: some keybo exercises then every day every day.
- 20:13Speaker 3: So what advice would you give to a listener who
- 20:16Speaker 3: has been dealing with a partner that's not satisfying them
- 20:20Speaker 3: and they verbalize that to their partner, but their partner
- 20:24Speaker 3: just withdraw altogether.
- 20:27Speaker 1: We have to make a personal decision.
- 20:30Speaker 4: And is intimacy Does intimacy play a big partner relationship? Yes,
- 20:34Speaker 4: it does because it grows that connection. So but I
- 20:38Speaker 4: always give my women this one advice, get it away,
- 20:45Speaker 4: bring it to the bedroom, tell your partner here. Here
- 20:49Speaker 4: you go, try this on me so I can be satisfied.
- 20:53Speaker 4: That's if you are that. You know, you're married. There's
- 20:55Speaker 4: some married women. I have married women that you know,
- 20:58Speaker 4: say I want to use this because he doesn't get there,
- 21:02Speaker 4: and they want to keep the marriage. They want to
- 21:03Speaker 4: keep the relationship. But then some women's like I'm out,
- 21:07Speaker 4: you know. And then those women that say that they're out,
- 21:10Speaker 4: then I say, you know, there was nothing else I
- 21:12Speaker 4: can do for them, you know, right, nothing else I
- 21:14Speaker 4: could suggest to them because they're you know, they're out,
- 21:18Speaker 4: they're checked out. They want they want to be satisfied.
- 21:21Speaker 4: You know, I have someone that have friendly vagina and
- 21:26Speaker 4: they want to be friendly, you know what I mean?
- 21:30Speaker 3: Okay, so elaborate on the friendly vagina that I've never
- 21:33Speaker 3: heard that before instead.
- 21:35Speaker 4: Of calling some a woman a thought and I've heard
- 21:38Speaker 4: people say that calling them a hue.
- 21:40Speaker 1: And I was like, pause, I said, she has.
- 21:44Speaker 4: Friendly vagina, So what her vagina is friendly and it
- 21:48Speaker 4: has other friends, So what's.
- 21:50Speaker 1: Wrong with that?
- 21:52Speaker 3: As long as you're protecting your staff. Gay, knock yourself
- 21:55Speaker 3: out right friendly vagina, friendly vagina. Okaybout learned something new
- 22:01Speaker 3: today from me. Oh oh, to listen, so we don't
- 22:04Speaker 3: get into a topic that a lot of people need
- 22:06Speaker 3: to talk about. And we're talking about the G spot.
- 22:09Speaker 3: Not too many people can locate it.
- 22:11Speaker 1: M m.
- 22:12Speaker 4: They got to go on up and there to that
- 22:14Speaker 4: two that two inches and you know where to wait.
- 22:18Speaker 1: The G spot is an amazing spot. But that two
- 22:22Speaker 1: to three inches in, that's an exciting spot. So as
- 22:26Speaker 1: you yes, as you enter and then they hit.
- 22:31Speaker 4: That G spot, I'm telling you you'll have a dagon
- 22:35Speaker 4: squirting session going on.
- 22:37Speaker 3: Now.
- 22:38Speaker 4: Some women can squirt, some women can't. But hitting that
- 22:40Speaker 4: G spot is the right spot. You'll be doing the dishes,
- 22:44Speaker 4: getting flowers and everything for that partner.
- 22:49Speaker 3: Yes, absolutely, And we have to we have to know
- 22:53Speaker 3: that it's supposed to be exciting and fun and play
- 22:56Speaker 3: for and you know, just an adventure. I heard I
- 23:00Speaker 3: quote like years ago. It says that if you're having
- 23:02Speaker 3: sex and you're not laughing at some point doing sex,
- 23:05Speaker 3: you're doing it wrong.
- 23:07Speaker 4: You are, Yeah, And if you're not moaning, you're doing
- 23:10Speaker 4: something wrong. What is that part it's supposed to be
- 23:14Speaker 4: screaming to the gods, the God.
- 23:19Speaker 3: Oh my god, I'm bleshing over here. Let's talk about
- 23:24Speaker 3: you know, you being a sexual wellness coach and you
- 23:27Speaker 3: deal with a lot of women, and we want men
- 23:30Speaker 3: to know about this too, the importance of knowing your body.
- 23:34Speaker 3: Not too many people know what they like because that
- 23:37Speaker 3: stigma is taboo. You don't do that. Certain good girls
- 23:41Speaker 3: don't do that. You just don't do that been taught
- 23:44Speaker 3: and it's carried from generation to generation. So let's talk
- 23:47Speaker 3: about the importance of knowing your body what you like
- 23:50Speaker 3: so that you can teach somebody else.
- 23:53Speaker 4: And I'm glad you brought that up because so many
- 23:57Speaker 4: black women when I do it. I've done the sex
- 24:02Speaker 4: expos I've done the other events that are like forty thousand,
- 24:08Speaker 4: maybe four hundred thousand plus, and the black women walk
- 24:12Speaker 4: past the table and be like hmmm, like they holder
- 24:14Speaker 4: than that, like they don't do anything.
- 24:16Speaker 1: When they come to the parties, they act like, oh no,
- 24:19Speaker 1: I don't do that.
- 24:19Speaker 4: But when they get in that shopping room, girl put
- 24:22Speaker 4: that booty ease in that bag. I didn't want my
- 24:24Speaker 4: friend to know that, you know, Yeah, put the right
- 24:26Speaker 4: one in there, so you know, don't be ashamed of
- 24:30Speaker 4: your sexuality.
- 24:31Speaker 1: Fill on your breast because feeling your breast helps massage them,
- 24:36Speaker 1: helps keep breast cancer away. Rub on your glitterist because
- 24:39Speaker 1: it never gets old. And guess what, that's stimulation, because
- 24:43Speaker 1: that's keeping the vagina nice.
- 24:44Speaker 4: And healthy, and keep keeping the blood flow and keeping
- 24:47Speaker 4: the lubrication, the natural lubrication flowing down there, you know.
- 24:51Speaker 4: Rub on your legs, rub on your feet, you know,
- 24:54Speaker 4: find that zone. So then when that partner comes, you
- 24:57Speaker 4: know that they need to touch right there. They need
- 25:00Speaker 4: to hit right there. And that's why I encourage women,
- 25:03Speaker 4: you know, to you know, to buy a toy, you know,
- 25:06Speaker 4: or buy a buzz whatever you want to call it,
- 25:08Speaker 4: a toy, dildo, vibrator, whatever you want to call it.
- 25:11Speaker 1: But it's a difference between the dildo and a vibrator.
- 25:14Speaker 4: But which everyone you want to purchase, just make sure
- 25:18Speaker 4: you use it so that you can find that spot.
- 25:21Speaker 1: You find your own spot. So then when home slice
- 25:23Speaker 1: gets to that spot you like, ah, you touch that breast,
- 25:27Speaker 1: hit on that nipple, ah, hit that booty, you know
- 25:31Speaker 1: what I mean. That's how you got to know your
- 25:34Speaker 1: own spot. You can find up, Oh, you can find it.
- 25:38Speaker 3: It's a text exploration. You have to be willing to
- 25:40Speaker 3: be open and honest with yourself to say, you know what,
- 25:43Speaker 3: there's nothing that's wrong with this, it's healthy. I am
- 25:46Speaker 3: doing this for me so that I'm able to be
- 25:49Speaker 3: satisfied when it comes to having, you know, sexual intercourse
- 25:52Speaker 3: with a partner.
- 25:54Speaker 4: Yes, I mean you get in the shower and touch yourself,
- 25:56Speaker 4: You get in the bathtub and touch yourself.
- 25:58Speaker 1: So why can't you explore your right exactly exactly And
- 26:02Speaker 1: I love that word explore explore yourself.
- 26:05Speaker 3: Yes, so listen, what's the next for the Old Coach?
- 26:10Speaker 4: Ooh, the Old Coach has a lot in store. The
- 26:13Speaker 4: Old Coach just featured in the Survivor edition of nineteen
- 26:18Speaker 4: and everybody should get out there and get that. Okay,
- 26:22Speaker 4: everybody needs to click the link. Click the link, because
- 26:26Speaker 4: that was all about surviving. Yes, it was October, but
- 26:29Speaker 4: we're still trying to survive because we just came We
- 26:31Speaker 4: just came into something on November, right, so we got
- 26:35Speaker 4: to survive that, right, yes, yes, And the Old Coach
- 26:40Speaker 4: also is part of a book anthology, and what anthology
- 26:47Speaker 4: is is when it's a group of people that are
- 26:50Speaker 4: in one book, and a visionary writer is Angela Hawkins.
- 26:55Speaker 4: And then we have fourteen mothers and it's called Different
- 26:59Speaker 4: Shades mother and my chapter is Pedals of Purple. We
- 27:06Speaker 4: all had to choose a color and we had to
- 27:09Speaker 4: speak about our journey on motherhood. And when I mean
- 27:15Speaker 4: that book is going to be a number one seller,
- 27:18Speaker 4: it's going to be a number one seller because all
- 27:21Speaker 4: of the stories.
- 27:22Speaker 1: When we meet, we all have to tell a little
- 27:24Speaker 1: bit about our chapter.
- 27:26Speaker 4: It was hot, heavy, and a lot of a mother's
- 27:32Speaker 4: journey because mothers go through so many things. And next
- 27:35Speaker 4: on my agenda is I am hosting talking about the
- 27:41Speaker 4: new thing that I've been talking about for many years, perimenopause.
- 27:46Speaker 1: So I have a course, an E course that I
- 27:50Speaker 1: am creating and I'm doing e course on perimenopause.
- 27:57Speaker 3: All right, yeah, because we I'm in it. I'm in it,
- 28:01Speaker 3: in it And a lot of people think that it's
- 28:04Speaker 3: like they should be a shame when when that season
- 28:08Speaker 3: of their life comes over. Let's talk about that for
- 28:10Speaker 3: a minute, Like, how tell some about it that it's
- 28:13Speaker 3: okay to not to go older and what's the alternative?
- 28:17Speaker 5: Right?
- 28:17Speaker 4: Yes, it is so important to know so many different
- 28:24Speaker 4: things about this seventy two symptoms that you can develop
- 28:28Speaker 4: door menopause.
- 28:29Speaker 1: Okay, Like I have a wig on today. I ain't ashamed.
- 28:33Speaker 1: I don't want to be saying Jacson, rip it off
- 28:35Speaker 1: right now, right but Earth fell off?
- 28:40Speaker 6: But you know I lost my hair, Like I am
- 28:44Speaker 6: shaved down because I lost my hair arthritis.
- 28:50Speaker 4: You know, I walk different, I feel different. When you're
- 28:54Speaker 4: going through this journey. You need some support.
- 28:59Speaker 1: Yup, get me up. I'm doing one on ones, you know, I'm.
- 29:03Speaker 4: I have I have it designed where we're doing one
- 29:05Speaker 4: on ones separately. Then I'm gonna have it formed into
- 29:09Speaker 4: a group so other women can hear what they're going through.
- 29:13Speaker 4: There's a woman right now that I can share a
- 29:15Speaker 4: little bit. And I told her, you know, if I
- 29:18Speaker 4: needed to, am I able to give her. I got
- 29:21Speaker 4: permission from her to speak about it.
- 29:24Speaker 1: You know, she's grieving.
- 29:25Speaker 4: The loss of two parents, you know, and she's going
- 29:28Speaker 4: through menopause. So grief in menopause it's not even fun.
- 29:33Speaker 4: Like she like literally said that she was making herself sick.
- 29:37Speaker 4: Now I got her to the point where she's uplifting herself.
- 29:41Speaker 4: She's getting her sexy back and you know it's baby
- 29:45Speaker 4: steps mm hmm. But it's important that we have support
- 29:49Speaker 4: and don't let no doctor or let nobody tell you
- 29:52Speaker 4: that you're crazy. If you're sure you got frozen shoulder,
- 29:55Speaker 4: that's part of erymnopause. If you're getting urinal tract infections,
- 29:59Speaker 4: that's part of men If you if you smell different
- 30:02Speaker 4: down there, that means your pH balance is off, you know,
- 30:05Speaker 4: and you feel ashamed about that stuff, but you know
- 30:08Speaker 4: it's okay. I can't take away nobody's feelings, That's what
- 30:11Speaker 4: I always say. But go to someone that can, that
- 30:15Speaker 4: can assist you with what's going on with you. And
- 30:18Speaker 4: I suggest like women do exercising, make sure you take
- 30:22Speaker 4: your vitamins. You know, there's some great tease out there
- 30:27Speaker 4: that you can take me and drink. There's so many
- 30:32Speaker 4: things that go on during the course of perimenopause. And
- 30:35Speaker 4: one of the number one things that people besides hot flashes,
- 30:40Speaker 4: and besides hot flashes and sleep disruption, a lot of
- 30:45Speaker 4: people say they feel.
- 30:46Speaker 1: Like they're losing theirselves m hm. And how can I
- 30:50Speaker 1: get myself back? And I said, I can tell you
- 30:55Speaker 1: that I felt like I lost myself, like I was
- 30:58Speaker 1: losing myself, but I had to keep pushing through, you know.
- 31:03Speaker 1: So I can help you with that pushing through. You know,
- 31:07Speaker 1: you need an accountability person during this journey. It's really
- 31:11Speaker 1: important to have that person, you know that that's going
- 31:16Speaker 1: through it.
- 31:17Speaker 4: That's why I want to develop that support group, whether
- 31:20Speaker 4: it's on via zoom or in person, you know, because
- 31:25Speaker 4: we need each other right now.
- 31:27Speaker 1: We need each other support. And some women had children
- 31:30Speaker 1: late in life, so when they have them late in life.
- 31:33Speaker 1: I have one client she had children late in life,
- 31:37Speaker 1: and she threw this term at me and I never
- 31:39Speaker 1: heard it before. She said, I'm a geriatric mom. I'm
- 31:42Speaker 1: going through menopause.
- 31:44Speaker 4: My husband doesn't understand, my vagina is dry, and I
- 31:47Speaker 4: don't know what the hell to do.
- 31:49Speaker 1: And I was like, okay, okay, she said, now, but
- 31:53Speaker 1: you're going to tell me what to do, right I
- 31:54Speaker 1: was like, okay.
- 31:55Speaker 4: Well, we can just add a little loup. Let's talk
- 31:57Speaker 4: about the loop real quick. Let's talk about look in
- 31:59Speaker 4: the mirror every day and say I love myself. There's
- 32:02Speaker 4: a mirror in your car, there's a mirror in every
- 32:04Speaker 4: bathroom that you go to, even if you don't even
- 32:07Speaker 4: if you don't love yourself that day. You tell yourself
- 32:12Speaker 4: you love yourself that day, it does not matter you
- 32:14Speaker 4: repeat it. You gotta re re retrain the mind. It's
- 32:19Speaker 4: like a piece of plastic. You can reshape it. So
- 32:23Speaker 4: you know, these two women are getting stronger.
- 32:25Speaker 3: They're like, I'm glad, I'm glad that they have you.
- 32:28Speaker 1: Yes, and you need me come on over.
- 32:32Speaker 3: So so tell tell them. Some listeners might be needing
- 32:36Speaker 3: the old coach. How can they work with you?
- 32:39Speaker 1: How they can work with the old Coach. You can
- 32:41Speaker 1: reach out to me.
- 32:42Speaker 4: I'm on Instagram at the Old Coach Underscore sixty nine.
- 32:48Speaker 1: That's t H e CEO A c H.
- 32:52Speaker 4: Underscore six ' nine. Or you can reach out by
- 32:57Speaker 4: texting me and my phoneumber is two zero one three
- 33:02Speaker 4: eight eight three three four six. I'm nationwide and I'm
- 33:07Speaker 4: almost done with my certification, so I can be international
- 33:12Speaker 4: wherever I want to be with you, whoever needs to
- 33:15Speaker 4: jump on board with me. You can also email me.
- 33:19Speaker 4: You can email me at kimber k I M B
- 33:23Speaker 4: E R seven zero one at Gmail, and you can
- 33:28Speaker 4: also find me on Facebook and you can what the
- 33:32Speaker 4: kids call it, d M me at Kimberly Newman n
- 33:38Speaker 4: E W M A N slash Maybury m A B.
- 33:44Speaker 3: R Y and all of her information would be in
- 33:48Speaker 3: the show notes, guys, so you would have her contact information.
- 33:51Speaker 3: If you want to work with her, just book a
- 33:54Speaker 3: call and see if you're a good fit for each other.
- 33:57Speaker 3: Because it's okay to shop around. Like therapy, you don't
- 34:01Speaker 3: have to go to the same therapists you just you
- 34:04Speaker 3: Just like buying shoes, you don't buy the first pair
- 34:06Speaker 3: you see unless you just really really love them and
- 34:08Speaker 3: they fit perfect and comfortable and all of the things.
- 34:11Speaker 3: The same thing with your coaches. Make sure that you
- 34:13Speaker 3: shop around to get the best fit. But you, that
- 34:18Speaker 3: was my last question, how to connect with you on
- 34:21Speaker 3: social media? You just told us all of that. It
- 34:24Speaker 3: would be listed before we get out of here. Do
- 34:26Speaker 3: you have any parting words for any listener who may
- 34:30Speaker 3: be feeling like they're alone on this journey called life, love,
- 34:33Speaker 3: and all that other shit.
- 34:36Speaker 1: Listen, grab ahold of yourself, grab ahold of therapy. You
- 34:42Speaker 1: know you think your friend's are therapy, No, get a therapist.
- 34:46Speaker 4: It's okay, all right, And everybody doesn't need to know
- 34:50Speaker 4: that you have a therapist, because I find a lot
- 34:53Speaker 4: of people's hands.
- 34:54Speaker 1: Oh, my therapist said, what went on with you and
- 34:56Speaker 1: your therapist is? What went on with you and your therapist.
- 35:00Speaker 1: There's one person that I would love for people to
- 35:02Speaker 1: grab her book, and it's called Anita Phillips. She if
- 35:07Speaker 1: anybody that suffered with trauma. She is an amazing woman.
- 35:14Speaker 4: Now I left the day of her book at my desk,
- 35:17Speaker 4: but you can find her on YouTube and you can
- 35:21Speaker 4: definitely see her book because her book is like a
- 35:25Speaker 4: number one seller on trauma and how to get yourself
- 35:29Speaker 4: back on the right track, like she's a doctor, okay,
- 35:32Speaker 4: and she drops it like it's.
- 35:34Speaker 1: Hot with getting yourself back together. But I strongly suggest
- 35:39Speaker 1: your feelings are your feelings. No one can take them
- 35:42Speaker 1: away from you. You learn to stand tall, you learn
- 35:45Speaker 1: to be strong, and you learn to look in that
- 35:48Speaker 1: mirror and you learn to say I love me.
- 35:51Speaker 3: Okay, absolutely, and y'all would I would have that the
- 35:56Speaker 3: name of the book listed in the show notes as
- 35:58Speaker 3: well by Anita Phillip. And just reading is fundamental and
- 36:02Speaker 3: sometimes it's okay to sit back and read. You don't
- 36:06Speaker 3: have to listen as an audio book or find something
- 36:09Speaker 3: on YouTube, but whatever, it's okay to just sit back
- 36:12Speaker 3: and read, take some time out to just be a reader. Yeah,
- 36:18Speaker 3: but yeah, So miss Kimberly, thank you for coming and
- 36:22Speaker 3: kicking with me. Today has been fun as always.
- 36:25Speaker 4: Thank you so much for having me and everyone you have.
- 36:29Speaker 4: The Kiki is the she, She of the shit. Kiki
- 36:33Speaker 4: is the shit, I'm telling you, and I just met
- 36:36Speaker 4: her through a young lady at a content class. That's
- 36:41Speaker 4: how I met her. Like I'm in New Jersey and
- 36:44Speaker 4: she's in Louisiana.
- 36:46Speaker 1: Right, I'm messing up all the time, right, but that's
- 36:49Speaker 1: where she is, and I'm loving her like she's dope.
- 36:52Speaker 1: She's dope from a distance, you know.
- 36:54Speaker 3: What I mean, from a distance. I love that. Thank
- 36:58Speaker 3: you so much. I felt that suit when we first met,
- 37:01Speaker 3: and it's just you could tell that it's genuine. And
- 37:04Speaker 3: I love what I do because I get to meet
- 37:06Speaker 3: some amazing people like yourself. So you keep shining, keep
- 37:10Speaker 3: pouring into other people. It's needed and it takes community

- 38:01Speaker 3: that personal development is crucial, that in boundary is crucial,
- 38:05Speaker 3: and self love is the most crucial of all because
- 38:08Speaker 3: when you love yourself, you says the stage for how
- 38:12Speaker 3: other people will love on you. Because I wasn't always there,
- 38:15Speaker 3: allowed the wrong people to love on me because I
- 38:18Speaker 3: wasn't loving on myself, and I felt like hell to
- 38:21Speaker 3: get out of that and I'm not going back. So yeah,
