Newcore Gold Sees a Major Valuation Gap After Enchi PFS | Luke Alexander
Newcore Gold President and CEO Luke Alexander joins Kitco Mining’s Kitco Spotlight with Paul Harris at the 2026 Precious Metals Summit in Beaver Creek to discuss the Enchi Gold Project in Ghana and what comes next after its pre-feasibility study.
At a $4,200 gold price, the PFS outlined a $647 million after-tax NPV, a 45% IRR and roughly $351 million in initial CapEx. With Newcore trading at a market capitalization of about $80 million, Alexander says “there’s a fundamental disconnect” between the company’s valuation and the project economics.
