- 0:27Speaker 4: Oh, we're all on the practice today.
- 0:30Speaker 5: Give her a Memorial Day.
- 0:32Speaker 2: All right, I'm sorry.
- 0:34Speaker 1: I've been doing this for and Tanya Rad and iHeart
- 0:37Speaker 1: Radio and two time People's Choice Award winning podcast.
- 0:44Speaker 6: Hello everybody, we are scrubbing in.
- 0:50Speaker 2: Like I mess up one time after doing this for
- 0:52Speaker 2: nearly eight years. And the look I got.
- 0:56Speaker 5: Everybody's just being a little rusty today, and everybody to
- 0:59Speaker 5: focus in things, deliver an incredible podcast today.
- 1:03Speaker 7: The thing is that every time Mark is played the
- 1:06Speaker 7: wrong one, I'm the one who catches it.
- 1:12Speaker 2: I would have called actually, no, no, no, no, how
- 1:15Speaker 2: is everyone doing?
- 1:16Speaker 4: Oh so good?
- 1:17Speaker 3: Feeling resided, feeling summertime ready?
- 1:22Speaker 2: Yeah, summertime is nearly It's here.
- 1:24Speaker 3: Yeah, officially is official, the official kickoff.
- 1:28Speaker 2: It feels good? Yeah, I mean la is near. It's
- 1:32Speaker 2: kind of summer. I would say eighty percent of the.
- 1:35Speaker 4: Time, endless summer. That was the whole beach Boys Vibe,
- 1:38Speaker 4: endless summer.
- 1:39Speaker 5: Not so much anymore, if I'm being honest. It gets
- 1:42Speaker 5: cold up in here.
- 1:43Speaker 4: Yeah, but if you lived in Minnesota, you would see
- 1:45Speaker 4: this is Minnesota, right, But I'm just saying it's all relative.
- 1:49Speaker 8: Yeah, it is all relative, such as life.
- 1:52Speaker 9: Such as life and her puffer literal winter puffer jacket
- 1:57Speaker 9: for her first podcast of the summer.
- 2:00Speaker 5: That's right.
- 2:00Speaker 3: I got my big puffer on today, but it's cropped, so.
- 2:04Speaker 7: Yeah, not full length. This is the summer puffer. Yes,
- 2:08Speaker 7: this is the summer fun.
- 2:11Speaker 4: California. Is it really exactly eighty degrees?
- 2:14Speaker 2: I'm in a sweater, but I was saying, like, I
- 2:15Speaker 2: went outside to walk Phoebe and it was cold, and
- 2:19Speaker 2: I thought, I'm gonna wear sweater today. And then I
- 2:21Speaker 2: walked back outside in my said sweater and it was
- 2:25Speaker 2: eighty and sunny.
- 2:26Speaker 5: So so I realized that I run cold, like just
- 2:29Speaker 5: to generally like, I run cold, like I am a person.
- 2:32Speaker 3: Some people run hot, some people run cold. I run cold.
- 2:35Speaker 5: And I realized I was talking to this lovely hostess.
- 2:41Speaker 5: Uh not over the weekend? When was it maybe last week?
- 2:44Speaker 5: And She was explaining to me that I should cut
- 2:46Speaker 5: out cold foods, and I.
- 2:48Speaker 2: Was like, Aha, what cold foods? Are you having anything
- 2:51Speaker 2: that's cold?
- 2:52Speaker 5: I know I'm done with it?
- 2:54Speaker 2: What is that just there?
- 2:56Speaker 3: I've done. If I want dessert, I'm gonna have a
- 2:59Speaker 3: warm cookie.
- 3:00Speaker 4: And this will change your entire body.
- 3:03Speaker 3: By my something internally. Yeah.
- 3:05Speaker 2: So it couldn't have anything to do with like the
- 3:08Speaker 2: Hashi mottos or like the autoimmune stuff. It's just eating
- 3:12Speaker 2: cold food.
- 3:12Speaker 3: Yeah, so like cold salads?
- 3:15Speaker 2: Was she a doctor? This one?
- 3:16Speaker 4: More salads?
- 3:17Speaker 6: No?
- 3:17Speaker 5: Cold not cold? Warm salads?
- 3:18Speaker 4: Yes, groast cold salace woman?
- 3:21Speaker 2: Was this woman a doctor?
- 3:22Speaker 5: Or did she ever remembered listening to a podcast which
- 3:25Speaker 5: I'm a huge fan. I read a book by some
- 3:29Speaker 5: I can't remember the name of the person, but I
- 3:30Speaker 5: was like, wow, it makes a lot of sense.
- 3:32Speaker 2: Your soup. I can't wait to hear.
- 3:39Speaker 5: Warmth.
- 3:40Speaker 2: She's leaning into warmth.
- 3:41Speaker 3: If it's cold, don't give it to me.
- 3:43Speaker 7: Okay, So every drinks are all warm? Oh yeah, your
- 3:49Speaker 7: water's warm right now?
- 3:50Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 3:51Speaker 5: Stuffine not cold, but it's Yeah.
- 3:54Speaker 4: According to Chashi, there is some validity to the idea
- 3:57Speaker 4: that people who run cold might benefit from avoiding cold.
- 4:00Speaker 2: Food This isn't like this is common sense that if
- 4:05Speaker 2: you want to warm up you eat warm foods.
- 4:08Speaker 5: You don't have common sense to me because I've been
- 4:10Speaker 5: eating cold foods my entire life, freezing shigary like a timber.
- 4:14Speaker 2: I don't think you eat a lot of as many
- 4:16Speaker 2: cold foods as you think.
- 4:17Speaker 5: I eat so many cold foods every time I grab
- 4:19Speaker 5: something out of fridge. Cold cucumbers, cold tuna salad, cold cold,
- 4:24Speaker 5: right for it.
- 4:25Speaker 2: To be okay to eat?
- 4:27Speaker 5: No, you watch hot tuna salad yeps, like a bacteria growth. Well,
- 4:34Speaker 5: maybe tuda salad is not gonna be on the menu anymore.
- 4:38Speaker 5: This is new pursuit for my summer venture.
- 4:41Speaker 7: Okay, we'll check back on that in a few weeks,
- 4:45Speaker 7: potentially by Thursday's episode.
- 4:50Speaker 3: I have warmags for breakfast.
- 4:53Speaker 2: Yeah, like scrambled eating.
- 4:56Speaker 4: Eating warm foods are cold, It doesn't change your body composition.
- 5:00Speaker 4: Warm foods might support digestion, comfort and that sort of
- 5:03Speaker 4: thing which could indirectly help your overall physique.
- 5:08Speaker 3: Yep, thank you.
- 5:09Speaker 2: Okay.
- 5:09Speaker 7: So also, if you're cold, wear warm clothes.
- 5:14Speaker 3: It couldn't be warmer. I'm wearing puffer.
- 5:16Speaker 2: And if you're cold, wear less clothes.
- 5:19Speaker 4: Wow.
- 5:20Speaker 2: I mean if you'r hot, wear less clothes. If your cold,
- 5:22Speaker 2: wear more clothes.
- 5:24Speaker 8: Yes, doing that same viment.
- 5:27Speaker 3: I'm literally doing that.
- 5:30Speaker 2: Well I'm excited to hear if that changes anything for
- 5:32Speaker 2: you and check in with Robbie and see, like if
- 5:34Speaker 2: you're wearing less clothing. How was San Diego? It was great.
- 5:42Speaker 5: I feel like I did so much in one weekend.
- 5:45Speaker 5: It's crazy.
- 5:46Speaker 2: Start us from the beginning.
- 5:48Speaker 5: Well, if you must know, no joking, we hit a
- 5:51Speaker 5: bit of traffic. We went down to San Diego. Was
- 5:52Speaker 5: my mom's seventieth birthday.
- 5:54Speaker 2: Was that Friday or Saturday?
- 5:55Speaker 3: We left Saturday morning thinking we'd beat the traffic.
- 5:57Speaker 4: Oh, I've done that because my daughter goes to school
- 5:59Speaker 4: down there Saturday morning. You think you're going to beat
- 6:01Speaker 4: the system. Yeah, if you want to leave by seven am, great, Yeah,
- 6:04Speaker 4: yeah that was I forget it.
- 6:06Speaker 5: Yeah, that was our issue.
- 6:08Speaker 4: But but what's interesting is that it backs up in
- 6:11Speaker 4: the middle of nowhere, Like you think it back up
- 6:14Speaker 4: as you get into the city, But there's a stretch
- 6:16Speaker 4: kind of near Camp Pendleton down there where there's nothing
- 6:19Speaker 4: around you for miles and it's just bam.
- 6:22Speaker 3: Bam, bam.
- 6:23Speaker 5: Yeah, so we we the whole plan was sleeve Saturday
- 6:26Speaker 5: morning so that we'd like beat the traffic, and we
- 6:28Speaker 5: in fact it not. But let me back up, because
- 6:30Speaker 5: Friday night we had a big venture to Creighton Barrel.
- 6:34Speaker 5: You had a new coffee machine.
- 6:35Speaker 2: Didn't know what you were gonna say. Okay, so I
- 6:38Speaker 2: don't know.
- 6:39Speaker 3: If you're one of these people.
- 6:40Speaker 5: But we walk in and there was like a floor
- 6:44Speaker 5: model and you know, like every store has like their
- 6:46Speaker 5: floor model. Yeah, they're basically selling it for fifty percent off,
- 6:49Speaker 5: and this was like the Big Mama.
- 6:51Speaker 9: The floor model was fifty percent off, yes, of its
- 6:54Speaker 9: original price, and this was like the Big Mama.
- 6:55Speaker 5: This is like the one that like you have in
- 6:57Speaker 5: like the barista saw shops, Like no human needs a
- 7:02Speaker 5: coffee machine that like this detailed in advanced. Yeah, but
- 7:07Speaker 5: the price of the Big Mama on the floor display
- 7:12Speaker 5: was like literally just a hair more expensive than like
- 7:16Speaker 5: the worst model in the store. So the woman's like
- 7:18Speaker 5: really trying to discourage us from getting the floor model
- 7:21Speaker 5: because she was like, you don't know what pieces are missing,
- 7:23Speaker 5: we can't guarantee that it even works, like you know,
- 7:25Speaker 5: all those things.
- 7:26Speaker 3: It's basically like final sale.
- 7:27Speaker 5: You get what you get and we can't guarantee anything, right,
- 7:29Speaker 5: So Robbie picks it up, brings it over to the
- 7:32Speaker 5: outlet to plug it in to make sure that it works.
- 7:34Speaker 5: It works somehow. It's like we figure out what pieces
- 7:38Speaker 5: are missing. You can order them all on like the
- 7:40Speaker 5: website to get delivered to your house. So we're walking
- 7:43Speaker 5: home with this freaking gigantic espresso maker that doesn't even
- 7:49Speaker 5: fit in our kitchen.
- 7:51Speaker 3: The thing doesn't even.
- 7:52Speaker 2: Fit out of the cabinets of our kitchen. I'm stressed.
- 7:59Speaker 3: And it's all ours now. It was final sale and
- 8:03Speaker 3: upid deal.
- 8:04Speaker 4: It doesn't fit in your house. You don't know how
- 8:06Speaker 4: it works. You have to order parts online.
- 8:09Speaker 2: Inconvenient on sale.
- 8:13Speaker 5: It's literally I'm like the corner right by our sink
- 8:15Speaker 5: because it's like the only place in our kitchen that
- 8:17Speaker 5: it'll fit.
- 8:17Speaker 3: I'm like, where were supposed to put our dirty dishes?
- 8:19Speaker 2: Is he making some good coffee?
- 8:20Speaker 5: Though?
- 8:21Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 8:23Speaker 7: Let me tell you, once you find the space for that,
- 8:25Speaker 7: bad boy, get the missing part.
- 8:27Speaker 3: We might put it up in our bedroom. But once
- 8:30Speaker 3: we find a space for it, yeah, it's gonna be
- 8:32Speaker 3: worth it.
- 8:33Speaker 5: Bottle, Yeah, exactly. So Anyways, that was our big Friday night. Saturday,
- 8:38Speaker 5: we went down to San Diego and spent a lot
- 8:42Speaker 5: of time with my family, slept at my parents' house.
- 8:45Speaker 5: I don't know about your parents, but like I could
- 8:47Speaker 5: literally sit on the couch with my mom for twenty
- 8:49Speaker 5: four hours and she would be so happy, Like that's
- 8:51Speaker 5: literally all.
- 8:52Speaker 2: Yeah, my parents are quite content like that as well.
- 8:55Speaker 5: Yeah, like all she wants to do is just sit
- 8:56Speaker 5: on the couch with me. She doesn't need any fancy nothing,
- 9:00Speaker 5: like just me plopped down on her couch.
- 9:03Speaker 3: But we did. We went and had like a big
- 9:05Speaker 3: lunch on Saturday.
- 9:06Speaker 5: My brother went surfing, or my Robbie and my brother
- 9:09Speaker 5: went surfing Saturday morning together Sunday morning, I don't even know.
- 9:12Speaker 3: Yeah, and then we did.
- 9:13Speaker 5: A big barbecue. My dad celebrated fifty years in the
- 9:15Speaker 5: United States. Wow, which is crazy.
- 9:18Speaker 2: That's cool.
- 9:19Speaker 5: We celebrated that anniversary. And then we came back on Monday,
- 9:24Speaker 5: Memorial Day and had a barbecue with his dad and
- 9:28Speaker 5: that was it. Wow, a big day, A lot, a
- 9:31Speaker 5: lot going on.
- 9:32Speaker 3: Lot going on. Yeah, traffic on the way home.
- 9:34Speaker 5: Was great, and yeah, because you never know, you never
- 9:37Speaker 5: know to come back Monday morning.
- 9:40Speaker 4: Oh nice.
- 9:40Speaker 2: On the holidays, yes, yes, sometimes you think it's going
- 9:44Speaker 2: to be smart and then everyone's trying to get back
- 9:46Speaker 2: at the same time.
- 9:47Speaker 9: Yes, we had fears, but had traumas from the previous excursion.
- 9:52Speaker 5: But we made it back in like a little under
- 9:54Speaker 5: three hours.
- 9:55Speaker 2: Yeah, nice, would you do? I mean I felt like
- 9:59Speaker 2: we I basically didn't have much to do all week,
- 10:03Speaker 2: so I kind of had like the week off, so
- 10:05Speaker 2: we like had last yeah, last Wednesday, summer break year
- 10:11Speaker 2: round for me. On Wednesday, Hailey was off as well,
- 10:16Speaker 2: so we went to Malibu and went to the beach
- 10:19Speaker 2: and it was so fun because hardly anyone was there
- 10:23Speaker 2: and we took Phoebe. And then Thursday we went to
- 10:26Speaker 2: this Pride and Prejudice event. So I'm not a big
- 10:31Speaker 2: period piece same lover. Like I never got into Bridger
- 10:34Speaker 2: To I never got into those movies, but it's one
- 10:37Speaker 2: of Hailey's favorite movies. And so she told me that
- 10:40Speaker 2: she got tickets for this twenty year anniversary event. Yeah,
- 10:47Speaker 2: and it was just a very like like it was
- 10:50Speaker 2: a ball basically, So, I mean it was beautiful. Was it?
- 10:53Speaker 2: Huntington Gardens in Pasadena at the Langham or whatever the
- 10:57Speaker 2: hotel and it looked I mean they had like ice sculptures,
- 11:01Speaker 2: a caviar bars. It was really fancy. But everyone was
- 11:04Speaker 2: so dressed up. It was really cute, very wholesome. They
- 11:07Speaker 2: had an orchestra playing in the ballroom. It was very cute.
- 11:11Speaker 2: And Haley has a book her next books called where
- 11:15Speaker 2: There's Room for Us and it's kind of a period piece.
- 11:19Speaker 2: So we went to get inspired, Get Inspired, and so
- 11:24Speaker 2: that was on thursdaynight. It was actually really fun. And
- 11:27Speaker 2: then Friday we had a birthday dinner for our friend Keana.
- 11:32Speaker 2: Went to dinner and then we went out to a
- 11:33Speaker 2: bar after. I haven't done that in a long time.
- 11:35Speaker 2: But bar oh, it was so cute. I don't even know.
- 11:39Speaker 2: It was over by little tavern No, no, no, it
- 11:43Speaker 2: was like on the east Side.
- 11:44Speaker 5: East side.
- 11:45Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know. It didn't even have signage the bar. Oh.
- 11:48Speaker 2: But you go in and then in the back there's
- 11:50Speaker 2: like this tiny little alleyway with like brick walls. It
- 11:52Speaker 2: felt like we were in New York City. It was
- 11:54Speaker 2: really cute. I'll get the name for you so we
- 11:56Speaker 2: can go rage. Yeah. We had her niece's birthday, so
- 12:02Speaker 2: we had family time that we went to all Mission Impossible.
- 12:04Speaker 2: Oh wow, we love the Mission Impossible series. I do too.
- 12:08Speaker 3: I've never seen one episode.
- 12:09Speaker 2: Okay, so during COVID we watched all of them during
- 12:14Speaker 2: the pandemic.
- 12:14Speaker 3: How many are there?
- 12:16Speaker 2: I think this was the eighth.
- 12:17Speaker 4: Yeah, I think the race.
- 12:19Speaker 2: You actually would probably love them really so. They're so fun,
- 12:24Speaker 2: they're so fun.
- 12:25Speaker 3: And they're all Tom Cruise.
- 12:26Speaker 2: Yes, okay, this is.
- 12:28Speaker 4: The eighth and final?
- 12:29Speaker 2: Yeah, even final.
- 12:31Speaker 3: You think they would want to do ten?
- 12:34Speaker 2: He could have split this one into two in my opinion,
- 12:36Speaker 2: and maybe done a third one. He's probably tired. He
- 12:39Speaker 2: does all his own stunts.
- 12:40Speaker 3: Well, let's get a stunt man for the tenth.
- 12:42Speaker 2: There's one scene where in it's on the poster, so
- 12:45Speaker 2: I'm not giving me. He's on a plane and he
- 12:48Speaker 2: did the stunt like he's on a plane on the outside,
- 12:52Speaker 2: on the wing of an airplane.
- 12:53Speaker 4: It's crazy, but it really does add to the film.
- 12:57Speaker 2: Did you see it does?
- 12:58Speaker 4: Does previous?
- 13:00Speaker 9: Yes?
- 13:00Speaker 4: You would know, No, you wouldn't.
- 13:02Speaker 2: You can tell. Haley was like, I know he does
- 13:05Speaker 2: all his own stunts, and I know he did that,
- 13:07Speaker 2: but I can't figure out how he did that they're.
- 13:10Speaker 5: Telling me when you're watching all these shows, it's stunt douvil.
- 13:13Speaker 2: No, you've never seen where people pause and you can
- 13:16Speaker 2: tell it's like not.
- 13:16Speaker 4: The Persson when they roll and they hit the ground,
- 13:19Speaker 4: they cover their head. Yeah, because it's not them. Start
- 13:22Speaker 4: paying attention right out of it.
- 13:24Speaker 2: Yeah, but not Tom Cruise.
- 13:27Speaker 4: I love seeing his face off the side of that
- 13:29Speaker 4: mountain or leaping from a building. I think that's really awesome.
- 13:33Speaker 2: I think he's the only person that does it, and
- 13:35Speaker 2: it's what makes those movies feel. So he can hold
- 13:39Speaker 2: his breath for six minutes?
- 13:41Speaker 4: Is that right?
- 13:42Speaker 7: And Haley and I tried and I got to forty seconds.
- 13:45Speaker 3: I should probably do a minute and a half.
- 13:47Speaker 7: You say that, we'll try it after this, Okay, so
- 13:50Speaker 7: start doing your breath work. So anyways, that was Saturday,
- 13:54Speaker 7: and then Sunday we went to the park for Keanu's
- 13:58Speaker 7: like big birthday.
- 13:58Speaker 2: It was her thirtieth. And then it was a really
- 14:00Speaker 2: awesome another new spot. It was this park on the
- 14:04Speaker 2: east in East Hollywood. You can see the Hollywood sign.
- 14:07Speaker 2: It's like, oh, I.
- 14:07Speaker 5: Think I've been there, Ashley, I no, no, no, oh.
- 14:14Speaker 2: But that was a good one too, And then yesterday
- 14:17Speaker 2: we did them all day shopping. We were trying to
- 14:20Speaker 2: find stuff for the a du but no success. But fun,
- 14:23Speaker 2: great times.
- 14:25Speaker 5: There's nothing I would rather do less than go to
- 14:29Speaker 5: a shopping mall, honestly, like Century City. I would like
- 14:33Speaker 5: to go to the movie there. I'd like to go
- 14:35Speaker 5: see a movie there, perhaps dabble in the chocolate shop before,
- 14:38Speaker 5: maybe go to the food court for a little.
- 14:40Speaker 3: Lunch after that.
- 14:41Speaker 4: Right there.
- 14:41Speaker 3: Yeah, but like perusing to shop, so not me.
- 14:48Speaker 2: Yeah, well, oh we went to we just like brows.
- 14:51Speaker 2: We went to Ring Concierge.
- 14:53Speaker 3: And yeah, I saw that, but he's engage in ring.
- 14:58Speaker 2: So we went into in conciers. They gifted us and
- 15:02Speaker 2: jewel I got this this little bracelet, oh nice cute,
- 15:05Speaker 2: and then Haley got a ring. But then they have
- 15:07Speaker 2: like gorgeous engagement engagement rings naturally, and so we were
- 15:11Speaker 2: just like trying on. Haley was like trying to see
- 15:13Speaker 2: what like shape she likes, and she had she did
- 15:16Speaker 2: not find her perfect shape, so that's gonna be.
- 15:19Speaker 3: Oh how does she not? Which ones? Did she try on?
- 15:22Speaker 2: All of them?
- 15:23Speaker 5: And she didn't like any of them.
- 15:24Speaker 2: She just feels like, oh my gosh, like she was like,
- 15:27Speaker 2: this is a stunning ring, but she didn't like how
- 15:29Speaker 2: it looked on her finger, So I'm gonna have to
- 15:32Speaker 2: get really creative. It seems with that process she.
- 15:37Speaker 5: Didn't like any of the shapes. That seems wild.
- 15:41Speaker 2: She would like them, but she was like, oh maybe
- 15:43Speaker 2: if this was turned sideway like you know that. I
- 15:45Speaker 2: think she's just gonna it's gonna be a very specific
- 15:48Speaker 2: you know, she's a she's like cool and edgy and
- 15:50Speaker 2: has her own styles.
- 15:51Speaker 4: I'm so impressed that she can write books like you
- 15:55Speaker 4: wrote a book.
- 15:56Speaker 3: No, but I wrote half a book because we're kel
- 15:57Speaker 3: wrote the other hand.
- 15:58Speaker 4: I could, but plus yours were like in pieces, a
- 16:02Speaker 4: narrative over.
- 16:03Speaker 3: No, it's so different.
- 16:05Speaker 2: One time I thought I could write a book, so
- 16:09Speaker 2: I started it and I maybe did like one notes page,
- 16:12Speaker 2: and I was like, uh, I don't think so.
- 16:15Speaker 5: Not to discredit myself, because what I did was extremely hard,
- 16:20Speaker 5: But when I did what I did, I realized how
- 16:23Speaker 5: incredibly hard it is to write like a full blown book,
- 16:27Speaker 5: because you're right, I had pieces, like I could write
- 16:29Speaker 5: it in pieces.
- 16:30Speaker 2: But do you know what's even seems even harder than
- 16:32Speaker 2: writing a book is directing a movie based on what
- 16:35Speaker 2: that's easy.
- 16:36Speaker 4: Yeah, that's true.
- 16:37Speaker 3: That's piece of case.
- 16:38Speaker 2: Because with a book you can you can stretch your
- 16:41Speaker 2: imagination and you have there's no budget for a story,
- 16:45Speaker 2: like you don't have to go within the limits of
- 16:47Speaker 2: a budget to create a world or story or scene,
- 16:50Speaker 2: whereas when you're filming you have to do it within
- 16:53Speaker 2: a budget.
- 16:55Speaker 4: Than that, when you're creating a world on the page,
- 16:57Speaker 4: the amount of vocabulary and descriptive language, I just don't
- 17:00Speaker 4: think I could ever do that in a million years, So.
- 17:02Speaker 3: It's very hard.
- 17:03Speaker 4: Yeah. Did you like the movie? By the way, it
- 17:06Speaker 4: seemed like you thought it was too long.
- 17:07Speaker 2: I did. I thought it was too long. And I
- 17:09Speaker 2: also felt like, you know how all my favorite part
- 17:13Speaker 2: about the mission impossible movies were like the masks and
- 17:16Speaker 2: all the things where you go, oh my gosh, they
- 17:19Speaker 2: really this is stuff that they could be doing, you know,
- 17:22Speaker 2: with advanced technology. This felt like impossible in a way
- 17:27Speaker 2: of like come on, you know, But but it was fun.
- 17:30Speaker 3: It was a fun movie if you ask me.
- 17:33Speaker 2: You know, I just found it to be long. There
- 17:35Speaker 2: were like so many missions within the one movie. As
- 17:38Speaker 2: opposed I'm like, why didn't I not just do what
- 17:40Speaker 2: Wicked did film at all? Split it into two?
- 17:44Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 17:44Speaker 2: Sure, but I don't know. I haven't I haven't seen
- 17:47Speaker 2: any reviews or I don't know what the people are saying.
- 17:49Speaker 2: So well, but it was entertaining enough.
- 17:52Speaker 4: I was doing a Rotten Tomatoes dot.
- 17:55Speaker 2: Wait before we hear that, let's take a break.
- 17:58Speaker 3: I know you guys also haven't noticed anything about me,
- 18:00Speaker 3: which is.
- 18:02Speaker 5: Sad.
- 18:03Speaker 2: Okay, we'll be right back to discuss, all right on
- 18:27Speaker 2: the Okay, Well, what had Rotten Tomatoes say?
- 18:31Speaker 4: Critics give it eighty percent positive reviews and viewers actual
- 18:35Speaker 4: ticket buyers give it eighty nine positive very good.
- 18:38Speaker 2: I would say I'm in the minority then, which is fine.
- 18:42Speaker 2: I have a low My attention span is the bare minimum.
- 18:46Speaker 2: So the fact that I can sit through a long
- 18:48Speaker 2: movie like that is a success in an in and
- 18:50Speaker 2: of itself. Okay, so we haven't noticed something about you
- 18:55Speaker 2: that's different? Oh your eyebrows?
- 19:00Speaker 5: Oh you don't notice in my eyebrows? Yeah, they're fully laminated.
- 19:04Speaker 2: Okay, wait, I literally, okay, I literally was gonna ask
- 19:08Speaker 2: if you did got your eyebrows done? And then why
- 19:10Speaker 2: didn't you? Because in my mind I feel like you
- 19:13Speaker 2: would have posted about it.
- 19:15Speaker 5: I did, Oh, thanks for watching.
- 19:20Speaker 2: I watched all your stuff, so I must have just
- 19:22Speaker 2: missed it. They look great.
- 19:24Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 19:25Speaker 2: Oh I did see it because I remember I thought
- 19:28Speaker 2: it was I'm sorry, I'm sorry. They look really good.
- 19:30Speaker 2: I didn't know that you ever stopped laminating your brows.
- 19:33Speaker 5: For like, I didn't touch my eyebrows first of all,
- 19:36Speaker 5: like two years, and I regret not doing my eyebrows
- 19:40Speaker 5: before my wedding DNA.
- 19:42Speaker 2: I can't hear about the pre the wedding regrets because
- 19:46Speaker 2: I was like, are you sure you don't want to
- 19:47Speaker 2: do this, and you're like, nope, I just want to
- 19:49Speaker 2: look like every day's self. And you looked amazing.
- 19:52Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean really like I don't have I'm not
- 19:55Speaker 5: serious about it, but I feel like my laminated eyebrows
- 19:59Speaker 5: may me look so put together when I have no
- 20:01Speaker 5: makeup on the eyebrows do?
- 20:03Speaker 2: Yeah, they bring everything together.
- 20:05Speaker 3: They bring it all together.
- 20:06Speaker 2: Did you go to a new person?
- 20:07Speaker 3: Same girl?
- 20:08Speaker 2: But I've only gotten her twice in a couple of years.
- 20:11Speaker 3: See, she's like, who's been doing her brows? I'm like, no, no, no,
- 20:17Speaker 3: I'm not touching them. So last person was you?
- 20:22Speaker 2: They look great?
- 20:23Speaker 5: Thank you, congrats, thank you.
- 20:25Speaker 4: You know you didn't get them for the wedding though,
- 20:27Speaker 4: because gosh, I know, Mark, that's all at my table
- 20:31Speaker 4: was talking.
- 20:32Speaker 3: About my eyebrows up there.
- 20:35Speaker 4: I know, just out of control.
- 20:37Speaker 3: I know, I know, I know.
- 20:42Speaker 2: You did get a matching earring, so you're matching. Yeah, butterflies.
- 20:46Speaker 2: She got these furs for her wedding, the bridesmaids.
- 20:49Speaker 5: I got, like my bridesmaids these butterfly earrings for the wedding,
- 20:53Speaker 5: and they're so cute, Like I'm obsessed with them, and
- 20:55Speaker 5: I was like, why do I not have one that matches?
- 20:58Speaker 3: Said bridesmaids? So I got one.
- 21:00Speaker 2: Yeah, that was the most Tawnia thing you've having. Fomo
- 21:04Speaker 2: over the gift that you got us.
- 21:07Speaker 5: Meanwhile, I feel like you and my sister are the
- 21:09Speaker 5: only people that wear them on the regular.
- 21:11Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 21:11Speaker 3: Yeah, but still, just the fact that all of you.
- 21:14Speaker 5: Have them made me feel like you needed one.
- 21:17Speaker 3: Feel like I needed one.
- 21:18Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 21:18Speaker 3: I feel like I'm just gonna be like summer, Tanya's
- 21:21Speaker 3: gonna be.
- 21:21Speaker 2: A vibe, tell me more.
- 21:24Speaker 3: She's just gonna be like, Yeah, let's discuss.
- 21:26Speaker 2: Your ends and you're out.
- 21:27Speaker 4: What perfect transition that was?
- 21:29Speaker 2: Yeah, because I wanted to talk about your ins and
- 21:32Speaker 2: outs for the summer.
- 21:33Speaker 3: Tell me about yours.
- 21:34Speaker 2: Well, I'm going to talk about yours first. Okay, the
- 21:37Speaker 2: ends taking your dog everywhere.
- 21:39Speaker 5: Everywhere they get like they only get like fifteen summers.
- 21:42Speaker 5: I've been watching a lot of those videos lately, and
- 21:44Speaker 5: my like our family dog is like on her last hurrah.
- 21:51Speaker 5: I don't know if she'll even make it to August.
- 21:53Speaker 5: And it made me realize they only have like so
- 21:55Speaker 5: many summers.
- 21:57Speaker 2: Yeah, so where are you taking her?
- 21:59Speaker 3: Just everywhere everywhere?
- 22:00Speaker 2: So diego going on the honeymoon.
- 22:03Speaker 10: Oh that's the only place we can't really take her.
- 22:09Speaker 10: But yeah, there's like a lot of like foreign policy
- 22:15Speaker 10: with dogs.
- 22:15Speaker 5: Yeah, so a lot of rules, a lot of rules,
- 22:18Speaker 5: And I don't know how she would last on.
- 22:21Speaker 2: She would do great because she was amazing in Mexico.
- 22:24Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 22:24Speaker 2: In the wedding. She was great.
- 22:25Speaker 3: I know, she really stepped.
- 22:27Speaker 2: She's always good, like she's a really great dog, but
- 22:30Speaker 2: better in Mexico than she is at home.
- 22:31Speaker 5: And I agree, like she knew, like she was like
- 22:33Speaker 5: mom and dad are getting married. I need to be
- 22:35Speaker 5: on my best behavior.
- 22:37Speaker 2: I'm assuming homemade almond milk lattes came because you have
- 22:40Speaker 2: carried your two large expresso machine with missing pieces. Exactly.
- 22:46Speaker 5: Who needs a ten dollar when I can make liquid
- 22:49Speaker 5: gold at my house.
- 22:51Speaker 2: Stay tuned for updates on that. Jelly sandals, Yes you've
- 22:55Speaker 2: worn them, Yes and love them.
- 22:58Speaker 5: I just about a second pairw I have clear and
- 23:00Speaker 5: not I have black coming?
- 23:02Speaker 3: What Amazon dot com?
- 23:04Speaker 2: Nice?
- 23:05Speaker 3: Just type in jelly sandals, shorter hair and nails.
- 23:08Speaker 2: The nails are looking long today, so tell me tell
- 23:11Speaker 2: me more.
- 23:11Speaker 5: So I'm getting them done today. Thank you for asking me.
- 23:13Speaker 5: I haven't done them in seven weeks. This is seven weeks.
- 23:16Speaker 3: Have growout.
- 23:17Speaker 2: That is such a great review for whoever did your nails?
- 23:21Speaker 3: Yeah, thank you so much. Seven weeks so I'll get wayward.
- 23:28Speaker 2: Seven weeks is growing to the left.
- 23:32Speaker 3: So I really want to try natural nails. I really
- 23:34Speaker 3: want to try natural nails.
- 23:38Speaker 2: Like this, she's curved.
- 23:40Speaker 5: Yeah, I really want to try to do like the
- 23:44Speaker 5: natural nail look. But I feel like I need to
- 23:46Speaker 5: like wean myself there. So now I'm just gonna go shorter.
- 23:49Speaker 2: Mine are short.
- 23:50Speaker 5: That's very short. Yeah, I heard square nails are like
- 23:53Speaker 5: the new thing.
- 23:54Speaker 3: I don't like square. Did you know that though I did.
- 23:56Speaker 3: Square nails are in for summer, according to your according
- 23:59Speaker 3: to like pop culture.
- 24:02Speaker 2: One thing about me is I do what works for you. Well,
- 24:05Speaker 2: what looks good on me, not what's like popular, because
- 24:08Speaker 2: then is.
- 24:09Speaker 3: That you're very trendy.
- 24:12Speaker 4: I do what work like.
- 24:13Speaker 2: I'll try things, but if I don't like it, then
- 24:15Speaker 2: I'm not going to force it just because it's a trend.
- 24:17Speaker 3: Done it?
- 24:17Speaker 2: Okay, Okay, day drinking?
- 24:20Speaker 4: Okay, wait, how have you done? By the way, my
- 24:23Speaker 4: understanding was Tany was going the entire month of May
- 24:25Speaker 4: without drinking, and it is today May twenty seventh, Tuesday,
- 24:28Speaker 4: the twenty seventh of May, just four days, shy of
- 24:31Speaker 4: make it all the way through the month. So Tanya,
- 24:33Speaker 4: how did we do?
- 24:34Speaker 2: Wait?
- 24:36Speaker 5: Hold on, yes, we made it up until.
- 24:45Speaker 3: May twenty fourth.
- 24:47Speaker 2: You did?
- 24:47Speaker 3: You're drinking until May twenty fourth?
- 24:50Speaker 2: Wow?
- 24:50Speaker 3: On Saturday for my mom's seventieth Oh oh.
- 24:53Speaker 4: You look at me like I'm supposed to feel bad
- 24:55Speaker 4: for such.
- 24:55Speaker 5: Yeah, we don't drink celebrate birthday.
- 24:58Speaker 3: We needed to celebrate and did we had a minimum?
- 25:01Speaker 5: We had a minimum at honor at our reserve table.
- 25:05Speaker 5: So everybody was like, we just got to do it
- 25:08Speaker 5: for the minimum, So we did it for the minimum.
- 25:11Speaker 2: Yeah, you did what you had to do.
- 25:12Speaker 3: We did what we had to do for my mom's
- 25:14Speaker 3: birthday in.
- 25:15Speaker 4: Honor of I'm sure she appreciates that she did.
- 25:18Speaker 3: She didn't drink, but the rest of us did.
- 25:20Speaker 4: So you could have not.
- 25:22Speaker 2: Your mom didn't drink.
- 25:23Speaker 4: But God, sounds like mom's just the excuse. What Mom's
- 25:28Speaker 4: just the expense.
- 25:28Speaker 2: Honestly, I didn't know you were doing in twenty four days.
- 25:30Speaker 2: Is great.
- 25:31Speaker 3: Thank you so much.
- 25:32Speaker 5: I felt really good about it as well.
- 25:34Speaker 2: Did you feel great or did you not notice the difference?
- 25:41Speaker 5: I realized what I realized through the month of May
- 25:43Speaker 5: is that I tend to like a glass of wine
- 25:47Speaker 5: is just like easy, Like I'm like, oh I lone
- 25:49Speaker 5: want to glass of wine, when in reality I don't
- 25:51Speaker 5: need it.
- 25:52Speaker 3: So I realized that about myself. I did miss it.
- 25:57Speaker 4: And so now that you've started drinking again, yeah, you're
- 26:00Speaker 4: going all in. Oh yeah, day drinking drinking is an inn.
- 26:05Speaker 4: You got to make up for lost time. Yes, yeah, yeah,
- 26:08Speaker 4: just had it way.
- 26:09Speaker 5: Too super super Yeah.
- 26:13Speaker 3: It's like come to mama.
- 26:14Speaker 2: And day drinking has an exclamation point. Wow.
- 26:17Speaker 3: Next, because night drinking is not for me.
- 26:20Speaker 2: Okay, if you want to experience your hangover same day, yes, yeah,
- 26:24Speaker 2: wake up fresh, yes, okay, walking ten k a day,
- 26:28Speaker 2: that's I feel like that's been an in pretty for
- 26:30Speaker 2: a minute. Yeah, soft blank with jalipanio.
- 26:33Speaker 5: Yeah, don't be a new drink for summer.
- 26:35Speaker 2: You like it.
- 26:36Speaker 3: I haven't tried it, but it's going to be my
- 26:37Speaker 3: new drink.
- 26:38Speaker 2: How are these your tried them?
- 26:41Speaker 3: Because it's like the new thing.
- 26:42Speaker 5: I've been seeing a lot of people that's saying savion
- 26:45Speaker 5: blanc with halapano is like the drink of the summer
- 26:48Speaker 5: twenty twenty.
- 26:48Speaker 2: Five, because it's probably it gives the same effect as
- 26:51Speaker 2: the spicy margarita. Probably. Yeah, Okay, Mustaches.
- 26:55Speaker 3: For men obviously had to throw one in there for Robbie.
- 26:59Speaker 2: Yeah, what about for women?
- 27:04Speaker 3: Mustaches for women?
- 27:05Speaker 2: Now? Living it up during your luteal phase? Correct?
- 27:11Speaker 5: Okay, I tend to be a little hibernation the nation
- 27:15Speaker 5: during the luteal phase, not in the summer.
- 27:21Speaker 4: The downer that leads into it.
- 27:23Speaker 2: Correct, gotcha, it's the week where everyone hates you. Nothing
- 27:28Speaker 2: fits right, you look, you don't look like yourself. Everything's heavy.
- 27:33Speaker 2: But not for Talua this summer grilled corn. Yes, is
- 27:38Speaker 2: that not? Has that ever been an owl?
- 27:40Speaker 5: I've never liked corn, and now I've discovered this love
- 27:44Speaker 5: of corn.
- 27:45Speaker 3: I'm like so happy and I feel like I missed
- 27:48Speaker 3: out on so much of it in my life.
- 27:50Speaker 4: Corn is like, I'm serious, corn on the grill, the
- 27:55Speaker 4: corn on the cob on the grill and phenomena.
- 27:57Speaker 5: Yes, and you should try Robbie's because he rubs it
- 28:00Speaker 5: with like different spices.
- 28:02Speaker 4: Oh, I'm sure it's great.
- 28:03Speaker 5: It's so good, and I'm like saddened that I've wasted
- 28:08Speaker 5: a good twenty to thirty years of my life without corn.
- 28:11Speaker 3: So this summer there's corn on the menu.
- 28:14Speaker 2: Summer of grilled corn.
- 28:15Speaker 3: I'm ordering it.
- 28:16Speaker 4: Something turn you off to corn at some point in
- 28:18Speaker 4: your life?
- 28:20Speaker 3: No, I don't know.
- 28:20Speaker 5: I heard it was like very sugary.
- 28:22Speaker 4: Yeah, it's it's not like a vegetable.
- 28:24Speaker 3: No, No, it's not like good for you growing up.
- 28:25Speaker 4: So that was one of our vegan yes too.
- 28:29Speaker 3: Yeah that's wild.
- 28:30Speaker 5: Yeah, I've always heard like corn is just so it's
- 28:32Speaker 5: like basically candy. So my mind, I just like never
- 28:35Speaker 5: wanted corn, Like I wouldn't even let them put corn
- 28:37Speaker 5: in my salad.
- 28:39Speaker 3: Yeah, I know.
- 28:41Speaker 2: So now it's a big summer for you. Summer corn
- 28:44Speaker 2: All day Bay Bay Staple earrings.
- 28:50Speaker 5: Yeah yeah, yeah, I don't want to be like changing
- 28:52Speaker 5: my earrings every day.
- 28:53Speaker 2: Oh I just have your stack. Yeah okay, uh trashy reality.
- 28:58Speaker 4: TV shows seems like a perennial.
- 29:00Speaker 5: Summer of Love Island. I mean, you gotta give it.
- 29:02Speaker 5: You just got to give in.
- 29:03Speaker 2: Thirty SPF Tower twenty eight.
- 29:05Speaker 5: Yeah, they have a new sunscreen.
- 29:08Speaker 2: This podcast is not sponsored.
- 29:12Speaker 5: Put a lot of work into that sunscreen. So I'm
- 29:14Speaker 5: gonna be rocking it this summer. Red light masks, yes,
- 29:18Speaker 5: have you noticed my face?
- 29:20Speaker 2: I just feel like you're always glowing, so like when
- 29:22Speaker 2: you try these things, I feel like you always have
- 29:26Speaker 2: like glowy pretty skin.
- 29:28Speaker 5: Always meaning before my wedding, always really interesting so.
- 29:34Speaker 2: We can eat. I think we can credit the La
- 29:36Speaker 2: facialist Candice for your skin more than the red lights.
- 29:39Speaker 5: I feel like because I started doing this red light
- 29:42Speaker 5: mask after the wedding because I didn't want to do
- 29:44Speaker 5: anything new before the wedding, when I'm so pissed I
- 29:46Speaker 5: didn't because it has like literally I don't know what
- 29:49Speaker 5: it does, but it's doing something to my face.
- 29:52Speaker 4: Do you sleep with it? Or it's just ten minutes
- 29:54Speaker 4: of red light watching TV?
- 29:56Speaker 3: Or well I don't open my eyes, so I just
- 29:58Speaker 3: kind of like sit there.
- 30:00Speaker 2: It's very interesting. You and Alley are so similar but
- 30:02Speaker 2: like different fonts.
- 30:04Speaker 3: Fonts.
- 30:04Speaker 2: Yeah, you're like y'all are the same but different.
- 30:07Speaker 6: Tell me just like your fixations and like what you
- 30:10Speaker 6: you focus on something for like a just a second
- 30:13Speaker 6: and then you're it's okay the second I'm saying, like
- 30:16Speaker 6: you like, and then you're wearing this red light mask
- 30:19Speaker 6: into eternity.
- 30:20Speaker 8: Well, yeah, okay, so this is not just an end
- 30:22Speaker 8: for this summer. Yes, this is a longer term might end.
- 30:27Speaker 8: Oh yeah, and this.
- 30:32Speaker 2: Corn chowder and like.
- 30:33Speaker 3: The fall, No, no, no, no, no.
- 30:36Speaker 2: Corn nuts, candy corn.
- 30:40Speaker 3: What's a candy corn?
- 30:42Speaker 2: It's delicious, it's not cold. It's not cold, it's candy.
- 30:50Speaker 2: It's cold. Using chat GPT for everything that's in yes, no,
- 30:56Speaker 2: oh yeah, I had for the environment. We can't use
- 30:59Speaker 2: it for everything.
- 31:00Speaker 5: Playing that to me, I don't understand that it's using energy.
- 31:02Speaker 5: It's like using energy or what doesn't use energy?
- 31:05Speaker 2: Well, I think it's just saying it's using it's it's
- 31:07Speaker 2: saying we already have a lot using energy, so you're
- 31:10Speaker 2: you're adding more. I use it. I'm just saying for everything,
- 31:13Speaker 2: we have to still use our brains. We have to
- 31:15Speaker 2: like grow, like we can't be like getting older and
- 31:18Speaker 2: not use our brains and like do research on things.
- 31:20Speaker 3: No, well where would you research on Google?
- 31:23Speaker 2: Yeah? Use chat chipet Yeah, I don't know. I just
- 31:28Speaker 2: every time.
- 31:28Speaker 4: Idea is the chetch uses more energy than a Google
- 31:31Speaker 4: AI does.
- 31:32Speaker 2: Yeah, I guess AI in general uses more energy, is
- 31:35Speaker 2: what I've read.
- 31:36Speaker 5: Well, then let's stop the AI people taking people's jobs. Fine,
- 31:42Speaker 5: to let them take over the other Internet engines. I
- 31:45Speaker 5: don't care about that, but like the AI that's gonna
- 31:48Speaker 5: start videot being the video people on movies and.
- 31:53Speaker 3: Like all that stuff that take you away jobs.
- 31:57Speaker 5: Let's stop that.
- 31:57Speaker 2: Yeah, I agree, I'm with you, thank you. I'm not
- 32:00Speaker 2: against you on that. I love. I fear that chat
- 32:05Speaker 2: GPT is too convenient and it makes things so easy
- 32:07Speaker 2: that you don't have to like use critical thinking. It's amazing,
- 32:10Speaker 2: but it like it takes you.
- 32:12Speaker 3: Using critical thinking for.
- 32:13Speaker 2: I'm saying anything if I have a question about it,
- 32:15Speaker 2: instead of like going on and like looking and researching
- 32:19Speaker 2: it's so easy to just go to chat GPT and
- 32:21Speaker 2: it's right there. You don't have to think or use
- 32:23Speaker 2: your your brain. Really, you know what I'm saying.
- 32:26Speaker 3: I love it.
- 32:27Speaker 4: Couldn't you make the same argument about Google twenty years
- 32:29Speaker 4: ago the Internet?
- 32:31Speaker 2: You can. I'm just telling AI is a little I'm
- 32:35Speaker 2: not one hundred percent sure about it, and I use it.
- 32:37Speaker 2: I'm just saying for everything.
- 32:38Speaker 5: I don't you know what you could use chat GPT
- 32:40Speaker 5: for what you could put in a picture of Haley's
- 32:43Speaker 5: hand and say I want a cool edgy engaging ring
- 32:47Speaker 5: for my girlfriend and it would give you amazing options.
- 32:53Speaker 2: Yeah, but see, that's something I would like to put
- 32:55Speaker 2: the thought in, like my own thought. But you know
- 33:00Speaker 2: what I loved it for was seeing what Phoebe would
- 33:02Speaker 2: look as a human.
- 33:03Speaker 7: That's very important, and that's important that they feel important,
- 33:06Speaker 7: and she it was quite accurate to what I've always pictured.
- 33:11Speaker 2: Okay, here are Tanya's outs. But should we take a break.
- 33:13Speaker 4: I think we should? But what if tiny things out
- 33:16Speaker 4: for the summer of twenty five?
- 33:18Speaker 5: Is anyone not corn?
- 33:39Speaker 2: All Right? We are back with Tanya's outs ten dollar coffee.
- 33:45Speaker 2: Of course, she's got to say that because they have
- 33:47Speaker 2: just splurged on an oversize espressent machine.
- 33:50Speaker 5: Yeah, but those lattes are expensive these days. You know
- 33:53Speaker 5: what it's crazy.
- 33:54Speaker 2: You know what's crazy is I went we on our
- 33:57Speaker 2: shopping journey yesterday. In between stores, I was like, I
- 34:00Speaker 2: need a snut, a little espresso. No, we went to
- 34:02Speaker 2: McDonald's and I just wanted a little salty fry and
- 34:06Speaker 2: a little salty dye coke. And I went to pay.
- 34:11Speaker 2: We all got a fry and a coke. It was
- 34:14Speaker 2: thirty dollars, so many of you four and used to
- 34:19Speaker 2: be able to get that felt so expensive to me.
- 34:22Speaker 4: So we got four we didn't even get Oh we.
- 34:24Speaker 2: Did get we got a chicken strip thing. But that's it.
- 34:28Speaker 2: Thirty dollars.
- 34:29Speaker 4: I'm McDonald's in a long long time. Yes, I'm with you.
- 34:32Speaker 4: Like fries used to cost like a dollar, like a
- 34:35Speaker 4: dollar small fries was on the ninety nine.
- 34:39Speaker 2: Yeah, that's what I'm saying.
- 34:40Speaker 5: Anyways, Yeah with you.
- 34:42Speaker 2: So, yeah, the lattes are twenty bucks.
- 34:45Speaker 5: You can get it, not really twenty but ten dollars.
- 34:48Speaker 7: I feel like my parents though, because like they talk
- 34:50Speaker 7: about how cheap everything was, and I'm experiencing that now
- 34:54Speaker 7: and it's weird, it's jarring, you know whatever.
- 34:59Speaker 2: So this one you say it was controversial, Yes, out
- 35:02Speaker 2: up in arms or a ring?
- 35:05Speaker 5: Wow, why is it out for you?
- 35:08Speaker 3: I had a realization and it's twofold. Why it's out
- 35:12Speaker 3: for me? One?
- 35:13Speaker 5: I was obsessed with it. I have an obsessive personality.
- 35:17Speaker 5: I don't know if you if you know that about me,
- 35:19Speaker 5: but I became very obsessed with it and I felt
- 35:22Speaker 5: like it was like not helping me in any way,
- 35:25Speaker 5: Like if it said I was having if I slept bad,
- 35:27Speaker 5: I would have a bad day, when I was like,
- 35:30Speaker 5: so dumb because I didn't need to have a bad day, right,
- 35:32Speaker 5: So A I felt like I became to obsess with it.
- 35:35Speaker 5: And then B I don't know what the word is.
- 35:38Speaker 5: What are these emf e?
- 35:40Speaker 3: Is it emf oh?
- 35:42Speaker 5: Like all the wearables that people are wearing, sure, the
- 35:45Speaker 5: apple watches, the or rings, these things that are just
- 35:48Speaker 5: on our skin twenty four to seven. I don't like it.
- 35:51Speaker 5: I don't want it on me. I don't want touching me.
- 35:53Speaker 5: And when I sleep, I sleep on my hands like,
- 35:56Speaker 5: I sleep with my thighs, my hands on my thighs
- 36:01Speaker 5: so like, and I sleep my hands go on my
- 36:06Speaker 5: thighs and I'm on the bed like this, so my.
- 36:11Speaker 3: Hands are in between my bed and my thighs. So
- 36:13Speaker 3: not only is it right around my.
- 36:14Speaker 4: On your stomach, yeah, we got to get more into this.
- 36:17Speaker 3: Yeah, on my stomach, on your stomach, yes, oh.
- 36:20Speaker 5: On my stomach, on my bed. So this is my bed.
- 36:21Speaker 5: I'm on my stomach. My head is tilted to the side,
- 36:24Speaker 5: usually the side.
- 36:25Speaker 2: Hands on your thighs, yes, because I'm cold, but not
- 36:28Speaker 2: anymore because we're switching to warm pood.
- 36:31Speaker 3: So my hands are between the bed and my thighs.
- 36:34Speaker 3: So that's what I'm saying.
- 36:35Speaker 2: Not only.
- 36:37Speaker 5: So it's not just like around my finger now it's
- 36:39Speaker 5: around my finger and my leg.
- 36:41Speaker 2: But the inner, the inner, it is what you're worried about,
- 36:44Speaker 2: not that it.
- 36:46Speaker 3: Where are these rays going these? Is it EMFs?
- 36:48Speaker 4: Electromagnetic field?
- 36:49Speaker 5: Yes? Where are these EMFs going? I don't need them
- 36:51Speaker 5: around my finger, around my thigh or on my vagina.
- 36:53Speaker 5: I don't need them around.
- 36:54Speaker 3: Any of it.
- 36:55Speaker 2: Thank you. Okay, So that's out.
- 36:58Speaker 4: Yes, that's quite a mental picture of that position to sleep.
- 37:02Speaker 2: Well, I was picturing her on her back, So the
- 37:05Speaker 2: head to the side really threw me like you do
- 37:09Speaker 2: you need a brace? Are you looking at Robbie? Why
- 37:11Speaker 2: are you.
- 37:12Speaker 5: Doing I've slept with you in the same bed.
- 37:14Speaker 3: You didn't notice?
- 37:15Speaker 2: No memory is really sick that one night. Oh no,
- 37:19Speaker 2: I didn't and I actually okay Rose mm hmm.
- 37:26Speaker 4: The artist, Oh wow, thank you the artist.
- 37:31Speaker 3: I'm kidding Rose. The wine okay, just not you just
- 37:36Speaker 3: so basic. What's the block with Edgy?
- 37:40Speaker 2: You even had it basic? If you love Rose, don't
- 37:46Speaker 2: listen to her. That's just okay.
- 37:48Speaker 7: Jorts Yeah, you literally last week said your jorts are in.
- 37:53Speaker 2: You ordered them?
- 37:54Speaker 3: Yeah, it was bad, got them.
- 37:59Speaker 2: I'm so tamazon they went. She's sent me a picture.
- 38:04Speaker 3: It's horrendous.
- 38:06Speaker 5: I tried it with every shoe in my closet, a
- 38:08Speaker 5: tennis shoe, a sneaker, a heel, a mule.
- 38:12Speaker 3: A kitten heel. Bad.
- 38:14Speaker 2: Where did they hit? They hit like below the knee
- 38:18Speaker 2: or a right.
- 38:18Speaker 3: Above the knee. No, I think my knees.
- 38:23Speaker 2: Do you think they're in two time?
- 38:26Speaker 5: I think my knees.
- 38:27Speaker 2: Listen, Prime, we're not talking about their knees aging enough.
- 38:32Speaker 5: Yeah, what am I thirty seven about to be thirty eight?
- 38:37Speaker 3: My knees?
- 38:37Speaker 5: It's time for my knees to be covered.
- 38:39Speaker 4: I think, I mean visually, your knees are aging, not internally.
- 38:43Speaker 5: Well actually both yeah, yeah, I don't think they're aging.
- 38:47Speaker 5: They're just not looking crisp like they do.
- 38:49Speaker 2: Well, that's what I'm saying.
- 38:51Speaker 5: They don't have the right above the knee, and the
- 38:56Speaker 5: knee becomes the focal point of the outfit.
- 38:59Speaker 3: We have made your issues.
- 39:00Speaker 5: Okay, Mama is not coming home.
- 39:04Speaker 2: I think you need to try a dort below the knee.
- 39:08Speaker 2: That's what I was picturing for you, below the knee jort,
- 39:11Speaker 2: like a low rise below the knee jort with a
- 39:14Speaker 2: heel and a cute like sleeve. Us stop, I'll try it, yeah,
- 39:18Speaker 2: why not?
- 39:18Speaker 5: Yeah I will, But let me tell.
- 39:22Speaker 2: You chunky jewelry.
- 39:24Speaker 5: Yeah, to try hard for me, Like it's too hard
- 39:29Speaker 5: for you. No, it's just like me. It's like I'm
- 39:31Speaker 5: trying too hard.
- 39:32Speaker 2: With like the boo.
- 39:34Speaker 4: I know.
- 39:34Speaker 2: I love when people can do it effortlessly.
- 39:36Speaker 5: Yeah, like I'm just gonna be effortlessly cool.
- 39:39Speaker 2: Thing I love. No, I said, I love when people
- 39:42Speaker 2: can effortlessly weary. She said, yeah, yeah me indoor meals
- 39:49Speaker 2: unless it's room service, always room service.
- 39:52Speaker 5: Yeah, I want to be outside as much as possible
- 39:54Speaker 5: this summer. Okay, So like eating outside, eating in our backyard.
- 39:58Speaker 4: Eating it home outside, a restaurant outside.
- 40:01Speaker 3: Yeah, if it's an indoor restaurant, not.
- 40:03Speaker 2: For me, eating out the summer of eating.
- 40:06Speaker 5: The summer of eating outside, exactly.
- 40:10Speaker 2: Maxing out during follicular.
- 40:12Speaker 5: Face with it?
- 40:14Speaker 4: Okay, what does that mean?
- 40:16Speaker 5: Like I would always save everything for my follicular face
- 40:18Speaker 5: like in my lot be like, oh, I'm not doing
- 40:20Speaker 5: any of this, I'll put all my calendar for when
- 40:22Speaker 5: I'm like in my filicular stuff done.
- 40:24Speaker 3: Yes, yeah, too much. I'm gonna spread it out.
- 40:27Speaker 2: Long swim trunks for men, yeah, don't want them short
- 40:31Speaker 2: short like speedo.
- 40:34Speaker 5: No, not speedo, but like short shorts.
- 40:36Speaker 4: Is that the trend?
- 40:36Speaker 6: Though?
- 40:37Speaker 4: The trend is not that.
- 40:40Speaker 2: These are for Yeah, these are just to clarify these
- 40:43Speaker 2: are This is not a it's not as a please
- 40:48Speaker 2: okay drama exclamation point. It's out save it for who,
- 40:52Speaker 2: save it for your mom? Find my?
- 40:56Speaker 3: Yes, actually wanted to talk to you about this.
- 40:58Speaker 5: So life three sixty is so much better than to
- 41:02Speaker 5: find my because you really I can see, like how
- 41:05Speaker 5: fast you're driving, I can see what percentage battery your
- 41:08Speaker 5: phone is at. I can see so much that I
- 41:11Speaker 5: don't have to ask you questions anymore. Because if you're
- 41:14Speaker 5: at like a restaurant, I can see the name of
- 41:15Speaker 5: the I can see the like a three sixty video
- 41:18Speaker 5: of the restaurant. So if you could get Life three
- 41:21Speaker 5: sixty and add me, I'd love it.
- 41:24Speaker 2: Yeah, uhuh, we'll talk.
- 41:27Speaker 4: Why do you want to know how fast she's going
- 41:29Speaker 4: on the freeway?
- 41:30Speaker 3: It's just nice.
- 41:32Speaker 4: Why do you want to know what battery life she has?
- 41:34Speaker 3: It's just nice, but it's not necessary. It's just nice information.
- 41:38Speaker 4: I think it's a stepping over the line. If it's family.
- 41:41Speaker 4: If you want that for your step sons who are
- 41:43Speaker 4: going to be at friends' houses maybe driving at some point,
- 41:46Speaker 4: understand the book because we have that for the family.
- 41:48Speaker 4: But one of our friends on Life three sixty it's
- 41:50Speaker 4: too much information.
- 41:51Speaker 5: So that's what it is. I have family on Life
- 41:53Speaker 5: three sixty and friends on find My, and I'm just
- 41:55Speaker 5: finding that find My is just like not as great.
- 41:59Speaker 5: So if all my friends could migrate Life three sixty,
- 42:02Speaker 5: it'd be splendid.
- 42:05Speaker 2: Aggress on it, aggressive workouts.
- 42:07Speaker 3: Yeah, done with them?
- 42:09Speaker 2: What does that mean?
- 42:10Speaker 5: Like the like run round round round, run, Like wah,
- 42:15Speaker 5: you were doing that?
- 42:16Speaker 4: Yeah, what happened to pay no gain?
- 42:19Speaker 5: That is like so out?
- 42:20Speaker 2: Really?
- 42:21Speaker 3: Yes, I forgot about them. Yeah, no, pay no gain
- 42:26Speaker 3: was this was like two years ago, probably more than that.
- 42:30Speaker 4: Wow.
- 42:31Speaker 3: Yeah, you know why we've been fed that.
- 42:34Speaker 5: You don't have to have.
- 42:35Speaker 3: Pain for you.
- 42:36Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 42:36Speaker 3: Yeah, but we don't have that pain to have gain,
- 42:38Speaker 3: you know what I mean?
- 42:42Speaker 2: Cold salads, gosh.
- 42:44Speaker 4: Got it? No, put it out in the sun for
- 42:46Speaker 4: a few hours.
- 42:46Speaker 2: Yes, let it rot. Let it warm up and rot
- 42:52Speaker 2: before I'm eating it, before I touch it with my
- 42:55Speaker 2: ice cold hands. Exactly.
- 42:57Speaker 5: Yeah, give me a warm dressing. Put in the microwave,
- 43:01Speaker 5: no minrowave, put it over the.
- 43:03Speaker 2: Stove, scrolling after eight pm?
- 43:05Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 43:06Speaker 2: Out?
- 43:06Speaker 4: And again you were texting me at ten o'clock the
- 43:09Speaker 4: other night and it wasn't even related.
- 43:11Speaker 3: What day was that, mark?
- 43:14Speaker 2: There's no specific days here.
- 43:16Speaker 4: I don't think it matter.
- 43:17Speaker 5: This is summer, and technically summer is now.
- 43:21Speaker 2: Oh she's saying today agains the rules?
- 43:24Speaker 3: Yes, yesterday technically all right?
- 43:28Speaker 2: Cool?
- 43:28Speaker 5: Yeah, So it was a Tuesday night, last Tuesday before
- 43:34Speaker 5: the summer, okay, exactly.
- 43:39Speaker 2: Well, my ends right off the top of my head?
- 43:42Speaker 2: Are having a clean car? Oh?
- 43:45Speaker 5: Yeah, the car says a lot about a person.
- 43:48Speaker 2: I read that and I'm trying to focus. Did you
- 43:50Speaker 2: read it or.
- 43:51Speaker 3: Did you hear Chris Jenner say it?
- 43:53Speaker 2: Actually it was a TikTok with Chris Jenner. Yes, yes, yes,
- 43:57Speaker 2: but it wasn't Chris Jenner. And then my out is
- 44:02Speaker 2: life three. I'm just kidding. It's not an out, but
- 44:11Speaker 2: it's unlikely. But you still have Fine Mie, Yes.
- 44:16Speaker 3: That's we always have.
- 44:17Speaker 2: We will always have Fine mine. Well always, okay, there
- 44:22Speaker 2: is Oh. First of all, I'm so sad because I
- 44:24Speaker 2: forgot their names. But at the birthday dinner I went to,
- 44:27Speaker 2: two scrubbers came up and they had gone to the
- 44:30Speaker 2: Bungalow because they were like, maybe they heard us talking
- 44:33Speaker 2: about I think the Bungalow when Haley and I had
- 44:36Speaker 2: like when we first started dating there like maybe we'll
- 44:38Speaker 2: see beck at the Bungalow. And then they went to
- 44:40Speaker 2: this restaurant and Haley and I were there and.
- 44:43Speaker 4: They were weird.
- 44:44Speaker 2: Oh my, like they were like, this is the craziest thing.
- 44:46Speaker 2: One of them was from Canada, the other one from
- 44:48Speaker 2: the Bay Area, and they were so cute. Shout. I know,
- 44:51Speaker 2: shout out please. I was a little I had had
- 44:54Speaker 2: a couple of cocktails, so.
- 44:55Speaker 3: You don't remember the name. Stephanie will shout out to
- 45:02Speaker 3: the cutest scrubbers ever.
- 45:04Speaker 2: Thank you for saying hill are the best.
- 45:05Speaker 3: Do you want to hear the craziest thing.
- 45:07Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 45:09Speaker 3: So I'm in San Diego with my family. Two aperol
- 45:12Speaker 3: sprits is deep.
- 45:13Speaker 5: I can come go to the bathroom and I'm coming
- 45:15Speaker 5: back to the bathroom and I hear Tanya.
- 45:17Speaker 3: Who is this I don't know, walk over to her.
- 45:22Speaker 5: She goes, it's me Ozma. I got stuck with you
- 45:25Speaker 5: in Mexico one night and I was like, oh my gosh.
- 45:29Speaker 5: So in twenty eighteen, I was flying back from Cabo.
- 45:34Speaker 5: From Cabo to La my flight got canceled. When I
- 45:38Speaker 5: was already like on the plane, they canceled the everybody
- 45:40Speaker 5: get off the plane. We're not leaving till tomorrow. I
- 45:43Speaker 5: didn't have anywhere to go. My phone for some weird
- 45:47Speaker 5: I don't remember, but it was broken. It like wasn't working.
- 45:50Speaker 5: So I'm like, I have no way of like communicating
- 45:52Speaker 5: with anybody. The airline put us up in a hotel room.
- 45:55Speaker 5: But like it was like, I didn't know this, I
- 45:58Speaker 5: don't know anybody, my phone's not working, I'm staying the
- 46:00Speaker 5: night in Mexico. Like it was all just like so crazy.
- 46:04Speaker 5: I end up meeting this girl who lends me her
- 46:06Speaker 5: phone to like call my parents let them know I'm
- 46:08Speaker 5: like stuck, but I'm safe, and she ends up kind
- 46:11Speaker 5: of being like my savior for this twenty four hour
- 46:14Speaker 5: stint in Mexico. We start following each other on Instagram.
- 46:17Speaker 5: I literally slept that night in my hotel room with
- 46:19Speaker 5: like a a chair on my door because I was
- 46:23Speaker 5: like alone, like I don't know. I was like, sar,
- 46:24Speaker 5: I didn't know where it was. My phone wasn't working anyway.
- 46:28Speaker 5: So if you start following each other on Instagram, and
- 46:30Speaker 5: so I've been following her on Instagram and.
- 46:32Speaker 2: It was her Wow, that's crazy.
- 46:34Speaker 3: And I just randomly saw her in San Diego.
- 46:36Speaker 4: That's cool, I know.
- 46:37Speaker 5: And she's like, I saw you got married, d She's
- 46:41Speaker 5: married now living in San Diego.
- 46:43Speaker 2: So crazy, that is crazy.
- 46:45Speaker 3: I know.
- 46:46Speaker 5: So you never know, you never.
- 46:47Speaker 3: Know who life's gonna throw back at.
- 46:49Speaker 5: You, right back at you, right back, gotcha?
- 46:51Speaker 2: Before we go, I want to talk about your is
- 46:54Speaker 2: it a la booboo.
- 46:56Speaker 5: Yeah, is that how you say it? La boo boo?
- 46:58Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 46:58Speaker 3: Yeah that jealous?
- 47:00Speaker 2: No, but I'm not.
- 47:03Speaker 5: But how how is it?
- 47:04Speaker 2: Because I'm seeing there them everywhere?
- 47:06Speaker 3: Yes, I know.
- 47:07Speaker 2: How do you feel to be on trend? So cool?
- 47:10Speaker 4: Also in for summer la boo boo. Yes.
- 47:13Speaker 5: However, people were messaging me after they saw my prized
- 47:16Speaker 5: possession on my social media and they said, be careful.
- 47:19Speaker 5: People are like stealing people's bags on the street to
- 47:22Speaker 5: like get the la boo boos if you leave it
- 47:24Speaker 5: in your car, your laboo in the car. People are
- 47:26Speaker 5: breaking into people's cars, so it's like a whole thing.
- 47:29Speaker 2: Okay, so those there, Yeah, it's basically the must have item.
- 47:35Speaker 2: It's like walking around with like a Tomagotchi.
- 47:38Speaker 3: I was gonna say Cardia watch, but sure.
- 47:41Speaker 2: It reminds me of like, I mean, you don't say
- 47:44Speaker 2: take you don't have to take care of them like
