- 0:44Speaker 1: to you by Superior Air Repair. You're an Aggie Yes,
- 0:50Speaker 1: where are we today?
- 0:52Speaker 2: Hey?
- 0:53Speaker 1: Going to the playoffs? Taxes? Isn't Everything's good? Let's move on.
- 1:00Speaker 2: Okay, So you're talking about college football playoffs.
- 1:03Speaker 1: Now I'm talking about you, I'm talking about everybody. I'm
- 1:05Speaker 1: talking about Aggie Nation. Where are we what's the temperature today? Great, Okay,
- 1:12Speaker 1: that's all I want to know.
- 1:13Speaker 2: Chip. What was Ohio State's ranking last year before they
- 1:20Speaker 2: lost to Michigan.
- 1:21Speaker 1: They were one, weren't they?
- 1:22Speaker 2: No, they were not one.
- 1:23Speaker 1: Oh I don't remember that because they lost to They
- 1:27Speaker 1: lost to Oregon.
- 1:28Speaker 2: Rights to Oregon. Okay, they were two. Okay, and they
- 1:32Speaker 2: lost to Michigan.
- 1:33Speaker 1: That's correct.
- 1:34Speaker 2: How far did they fall?
- 1:36Speaker 1: I don't remember.
- 1:37Speaker 2: They felt four spots.
- 1:39Speaker 1: Okay, they went from from two to six. Okay.
- 1:42Speaker 2: A and M just went from three to seven.
- 1:44Speaker 1: So you're you're making the connection that A and M
- 1:48Speaker 1: is going to be this year's Ohio State.
- 1:51Speaker 2: Maybe if you're in the tournament, you have a chance
- 1:53Speaker 2: to be this year.
- 1:53Speaker 1: There oustairs no doubt. Everybody's in the tournament has a shot.
- 1:57Speaker 6: Okay.
- 1:57Speaker 2: And contrary to what people from Michigan think, nobody affiliated
- 2:06Speaker 2: with Ohio State cares it all that they lost to
- 2:09Speaker 2: Michigan last year.
- 2:12Speaker 1: After the fact, after the fact, they cared like crazy
- 2:16Speaker 1: until Ohio State won the national championship.
- 2:19Speaker 2: But there was the the the Michigan Well, it's tainted
- 2:24Speaker 2: because y'all lost to us.
- 2:27Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 2:27Speaker 2: No, if you're in the tournament, you have a chance
- 2:32Speaker 2: to win the national championship, no doubt. And A and
- 2:35Speaker 2: M has just as much chance as Ohio State did
- 2:39Speaker 2: last year.
- 2:42Speaker 1: I don't remember Ohio State went to Tennessee and beat
- 2:47Speaker 1: their butt, right, Tennessee went to Ohio State and took
- 2:51Speaker 1: all the fans because it weren't in the Ohio State
- 2:54Speaker 1: fans because they were upset because they lost to Michigan
- 2:56Speaker 1: and I thought the season was over.
- 2:58Speaker 2: I don't think that's going to happen.
- 3:01Speaker 1: No, No, that's not going to happen at Kyle Field
- 3:04Speaker 1: at all. That's not gonna happen at all.
- 3:07Speaker 2: Okay, when the Atlanta Breaks won all those things and
- 3:12Speaker 2: the fans got jaded, the Houston National fans never got
- 3:16Speaker 2: jaded about playing afternoon playoff baseball, Yeah they didn't. They
- 3:20Speaker 2: didn't act like the Braves did. Okay, ain't infants are
- 3:24Speaker 2: not going to be jaded and be like, well.
- 3:28Speaker 1: Why why am I suggesting?
- 3:30Speaker 2: No? No, But I'm saying, yes, that's what happened, and
- 3:35Speaker 2: they and they beat Tennessee and then they went on
- 3:38Speaker 2: and won a national championship.
- 3:41Speaker 1: Now I've lost my train of thought. Okay, okay, but.
- 3:45Speaker 2: That's why there is there is distinct disappointment in losing
- 3:52Speaker 2: last week's game. Okay, no doubt, but it doesn't matter
- 3:59Speaker 2: when you're going the playoff now.
- 4:02Speaker 1: Been much how much does it matter depending on how
- 4:07Speaker 1: many playoff games you win? Not winning the national I'm
- 4:10Speaker 1: not saying, hey, win the national championship, obviously. What's a
- 4:15Speaker 1: good bomb for that? Is it winning two games?
- 4:18Speaker 2: Is it making the semifinals?
- 4:20Speaker 1: Yeah? I mean that's a good year, right, really good year.
- 4:22Speaker 2: That's a really good year. Okay, you go to finals
- 4:27Speaker 2: and lose, that's a fantastic year.
- 4:31Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean you don't feel that way, but in
- 4:33Speaker 1: the end, of course it is.
- 4:35Speaker 2: Agie baseball had a fantastic year two years ago, right
- 4:38Speaker 2: when they were outs away from winning a national championship. Yeah,
- 4:41Speaker 2: it's a fantastic, fantastic year.
- 4:44Speaker 1: Yeah. Well, again, there's some fans you have to talk
- 4:48Speaker 1: down from the ledge even though it was a fantastic year, Yes, right.
- 4:51Speaker 2: Without a doubt. Okay, Now, do I still wonder about
- 4:55Speaker 2: coaching decisions of that. Yeah, but it's still a fantastic
- 4:59Speaker 2: year for those players, what they did. It's a fantastic here. Now,
- 5:03Speaker 2: last night, was I surprised at the positioning of Texas,
- 5:08Speaker 2: A and M as opposed to Ole Miss. Yes, and
- 5:12Speaker 2: it had nothing to do with if their coach coached
- 5:17Speaker 2: or not, because they said the week before that until
- 5:20Speaker 2: Old Miss has a game where they don't have the coach,
- 5:25Speaker 2: like Florida State had a game two years ago where
- 5:28Speaker 2: they didn't have the quarterback, and we can look at
- 5:30Speaker 2: them and we can say they're not that good now
- 5:36Speaker 2: because the committee is lies and says whatever they want
- 5:39Speaker 2: according to what from from your perspective, what their TV
- 5:43Speaker 2: partner tells them to do. No question about it, okay
- 5:46Speaker 2: for whatever that which is.
- 5:47Speaker 1: Why we don't have any metrics. They will not give
- 5:50Speaker 1: you metrics exactly. They will not say last year of course, oh,
- 5:55Speaker 1: strength of schedule, you've got straight to records record, Yeah,
- 5:58Speaker 1: you've got to play these they're the most that's the
- 6:00Speaker 1: most important thing.
- 6:01Speaker 2: Where did that go? Have no idea how did that disappear?
- 6:04Speaker 2: I have no idea exactly what happened. Because if the
- 6:10Speaker 2: metrics that you tell somebody at and you look at
- 6:15Speaker 2: the strength of record of A and M, it's higher
- 6:20Speaker 2: than Oregon, Texas Tech and Ole Miss, right, I mean,
- 6:26Speaker 2: but don't talk to me about Texas Tech has a
- 6:31Speaker 2: tremendous offense and a tremendous defense, and then not say
- 6:36Speaker 2: and they have played the weakest schedule out of these
- 6:39Speaker 2: four teams, because how do you have great offense and
- 6:42Speaker 2: great defense? You dominate bad teams, play even against good teams,
- 6:48Speaker 2: and you dominate bad teams. Your your statistics can look
- 6:52Speaker 2: like whatever you wanted to do. Why was Texas Tech
- 6:55Speaker 2: going for a score up forty nine to seven two
- 6:57Speaker 2: weeks agobsolutely.
- 7:00Speaker 1: While was Notre Dame doing it against Stanford Saturday night?
- 7:03Speaker 1: Exactly right?
- 7:05Speaker 2: Objects it's optics, yes, yeah, but.
- 7:09Speaker 1: But that doesn't have anything to do with strength of
- 7:11Speaker 1: schedule or strength of records.
- 7:13Speaker 2: But they're not talking about those anymore.
- 7:15Speaker 1: You're exactly right. They're not talking about.
- 7:17Speaker 2: Them offense and how good is your offense and how
- 7:20Speaker 2: good is your defense?
- 7:21Speaker 1: They're talking about records and records. Let's be honest.
- 7:24Speaker 2: Well, all these teams have one loss, so the record
- 7:27Speaker 2: is the same.
- 7:28Speaker 1: One loss, and into the two losses as well, right
- 7:31Speaker 1: where they're plugging people in, Well, yeah, they're comparing all
- 7:34Speaker 1: the two loss Alabama getting in with the loss.
- 7:37Speaker 2: Depends on how bad the loss is, so they can
- 7:42Speaker 2: look overtime, You lose on a field goal to Georgia. Yeah,
- 7:46Speaker 2: I think you're still getting in.
- 7:47Speaker 1: Do they deserve to be in with three losses? Yes?
- 7:54Speaker 2: No, I understand protecting and I understand. Why do you.
- 7:58Speaker 1: Want to they like they got hoes last year?
- 8:01Speaker 6: Right?
- 8:01Speaker 7: Yes?
- 8:01Speaker 1: And I'm saying there's no way they're keeping Alabama out
- 8:04Speaker 1: this year. They had three longs because it's Alabama, I understand.
- 8:07Speaker 2: I understand, but they still kept them out last year.
- 8:09Speaker 1: And they lost their terrible Oklahoma team we right, last
- 8:12Speaker 1: regular season games?
- 8:13Speaker 2: Yes, yeah, not not the Texas team that just beat
- 8:17Speaker 2: A and M, but that Oklahoma team that had a
- 8:19Speaker 2: losing record last year beat them.
- 8:22Speaker 1: I think Alabama is better last year than they are
- 8:24Speaker 1: this year.
- 8:25Speaker 2: I agree, yeah, but they had three losses.
- 8:28Speaker 1: I get it, Okay, But what I'm saying is if
- 8:33Speaker 1: Alabama loses, in my mind, they should be out. But
- 8:37Speaker 1: I don't think they're going to be out. I think
- 8:39Speaker 1: they're going to be in.
- 8:40Speaker 2: Well, I think it still depends on what BYU does.
- 8:44Speaker 1: B YU can screw things up, can screw things up? Right,
- 8:47Speaker 1: there's two games, without a doubt, two games that screws everything. Yes,
- 8:52Speaker 1: all right, And do you want to see that chaos.
- 8:55Speaker 2: Sure, why do you want to see let's have chaos,
- 8:58Speaker 2: because then you get a sixteen team turned.
- 9:00Speaker 1: Well, even with the sixteen team tournament, I don't trust
- 9:04Speaker 1: the sixteen teams. I don't trust the twelve teams. I
- 9:07Speaker 1: wouldn't trust the sixteen teams. I wouldn't trust twenty four
- 9:10Speaker 1: teams with the way they're doing these things at all,
- 9:14Speaker 1: because there we don't have any metrics. They're not telling
- 9:19Speaker 1: us how they're picking the team because last night and
- 9:21Speaker 1: they're changing last night.
- 9:23Speaker 2: They said we've had clarification over what the committee chair
- 9:27Speaker 2: said last year that was wrong. And games that could
- 9:31Speaker 2: be played this weekend. Oh please, if you're not playing
- 9:34Speaker 2: this weekend, you are not locked into the spot you
- 9:36Speaker 2: currently are.
- 9:37Speaker 1: Oh yeah, we were just fair. It's just fair.
- 9:39Speaker 2: Chip.
- 9:40Speaker 1: Yeah, that's fine. But that's enough. I don't want to
- 9:44Speaker 1: talk about that anymore.
- 9:45Speaker 2: You don't want to talk about any now.
- 9:46Speaker 1: Let's talk basketball. Let's talk a little basketball.
- 9:49Speaker 2: Okay, stat of the night, two stats of the night.
- 9:54Speaker 1: Well, i'll give you one of them. Okay, in my mind,
- 9:59Speaker 1: twenty out of twenty two from the free throw line.
- 10:02Speaker 2: That's part of one of my stats.
- 10:04Speaker 1: That's one of my stats of the night, part of
- 10:06Speaker 1: one of my stats of the night. Okay, okay.
- 10:09Speaker 2: At the end of the sixteen oh run that Pittsburgh
- 10:13Speaker 2: had to take a.
- 10:14Speaker 1: Four point lead after the technical after the.
- 10:17Speaker 2: Technical to take a four point lead, sixteen oh run
- 10:21Speaker 2: take a four point lead. Up until that point in
- 10:24Speaker 2: the ballgame, Texas, A and M had missed eleven layups
- 10:29Speaker 2: and a dunk.
- 10:30Speaker 1: Okay, okay, they.
- 10:32Speaker 2: Were ten for twenty one inside the charge circle.
- 10:37Speaker 1: Okay, all right, that gets you beat it well most games, yes, Okay.
- 10:43Speaker 2: From the six forty seven mark to the end of
- 10:46Speaker 2: the game, A and M did not miss a basket
- 10:49Speaker 2: or a free throw. They were perfect from that point forward.
- 10:53Speaker 2: They did not miss again, that's good. Yes, they made
- 10:58Speaker 2: four layups and a three.
- 11:01Speaker 1: Okay, Now with three by age, What the heck is
- 11:04Speaker 1: he doing?
- 11:05Speaker 2: No, no dout ship. We looked at the stats last year.
- 11:07Speaker 2: He was last week.
- 11:09Speaker 1: No no last week for last year your sex, Yes,
- 11:11Speaker 1: and yeah here, I still believe that the guy went
- 11:16Speaker 1: for twenty one and thirteen. Okay, let's take the three away.
- 11:20Speaker 1: It's still eighteen and thirteen. He went for seventeen and
- 11:22Speaker 1: seventeen against Florida State, right, keep him in the damn
- 11:25Speaker 1: paint quitch shooting threes.
- 11:28Speaker 2: Yeah, but I like the fact that he can pass
- 11:30Speaker 2: the ball out of that position.
- 11:33Speaker 1: Okay, out of the paint. No, I'm saying, or the
- 11:36Speaker 1: top of the key.
- 11:37Speaker 2: Both him and what's his name from Austin.
- 11:39Speaker 1: He's a good passer. Vincent's been playing less than less
- 11:41Speaker 1: by the way.
- 11:43Speaker 2: No, who is the one from the kid from Austin
- 11:46Speaker 2: that came from Kansas.
- 11:47Speaker 1: Oh, from Kansas clements.
- 11:50Speaker 2: Yes, yeah, both of them give you something in your
- 11:53Speaker 2: offense at the top of the key. They're pick and
- 11:55Speaker 2: roll is good, okay, and if they shoot two threes.
- 12:01Speaker 1: A game, well, there are two other bigs. Last night
- 12:04Speaker 1: weren't very good and Bacco wasn't very good. Comments had
- 12:07Speaker 1: a bad game, right, yes, just had bad games.
- 12:09Speaker 2: Right. But when you go sixteen to sixteen from the field,
- 12:14Speaker 2: I mean from the free throw line, and you make
- 12:16Speaker 2: the four layups when you're shooting fifty percent for the game,
- 12:20Speaker 2: and then all of a sudden you make the four
- 12:21Speaker 2: layups you have then you can rally and win a
- 12:24Speaker 2: game on the road. That was that was you know,
- 12:28Speaker 2: they and they they didn't miss layups against Florida at
- 12:32Speaker 2: the rate I'm in Florida State, at the rate that
- 12:34Speaker 2: they had been missing them. They have got to put
- 12:37Speaker 2: the ball in the basket because we saw them passing
- 12:40Speaker 2: out and not taking layups. Now they have if they're
- 12:45Speaker 2: going to finish at the rim, they have got to
- 12:47Speaker 2: get the balls to go down at seventy five percent.
- 12:50Speaker 1: Well. And the other thing was, I thought they passed
- 12:52Speaker 1: up quite a few threes last night too.
- 12:56Speaker 2: Yes, but some of those turned into layups that they missed.
- 13:00Speaker 1: You know, they ended up thirty nine percent from three.
- 13:02Speaker 1: I would take that every every game you shoot thirty
- 13:06Speaker 1: nine percent for three.
- 13:07Speaker 2: What would they have been if you're if you don't
- 13:09Speaker 2: want Ag taking that three?
- 13:11Speaker 8: Uh?
- 13:11Speaker 1: They would have been eight for twenty two? Okay, so
- 13:15Speaker 1: that would that would take the percentage down slightly just
- 13:17Speaker 1: a second. Eight for twenty two. What's that percentage?
- 13:22Speaker 2: Thirty six percent?
- 13:24Speaker 1: Okay, not as impressive as thirty nine percent. I still
- 13:28Speaker 1: don't want Ag taking threes. I want I don't care
- 13:31Speaker 1: what you say.
- 13:31Speaker 2: I want Ag taking open threes if he thinks it's
- 13:35Speaker 2: time for him to take it three because he's not
- 13:37Speaker 2: he's not looking for it. That's the difference two weeks ago,
- 13:40Speaker 2: he's looking for a three.
- 13:42Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't want him taking a three.
- 13:44Speaker 2: I want him taking a three if it's open now,
- 13:46Speaker 2: no way. But I just want them. I just want
- 13:49Speaker 2: them shooting seventy.
- 13:50Speaker 1: Give your big career in under the basket and keep
- 13:53Speaker 1: doing what you're doing. Because he's been he's been really good.
- 13:56Speaker 1: Now they haven't faced two teams with great post people.
- 14:02Speaker 1: All right, Dunning is a good is a nice player
- 14:04Speaker 1: for them? Right, They're not very good, you know. Uh,
- 14:08Speaker 1: and I still don't think Florida State is very good.
- 14:11Speaker 1: But I don't take away from road winds, right, I mean,
- 14:14Speaker 1: I know, I know Florida State was, but but but
- 14:18Speaker 1: you have to fly to Florida to play Florida State, right,
- 14:21Speaker 1: So say say what you want, but but still all
- 14:25Speaker 1: of those wins you want. I still don't know why
- 14:28Speaker 1: they're playing s MU at ut Arlington. I don't understand that.
- 14:31Speaker 1: I don't know if they're coming back and playing in
- 14:33Speaker 1: Houston next year. I don't know what the contract is.
- 14:37Speaker 1: But it's it's stupid, you know, it's just stupid. Do
- 14:41Speaker 1: a home and home, you know, go up there, Moody
- 14:43Speaker 1: and play them and come down here next year and
- 14:45Speaker 1: host them or vice versa. I mean, I don't know.
- 14:48Speaker 1: I don't get that. I guess it's a TV deal.
- 14:51Speaker 1: It's at four o'clock Sunday afternoon, but still it's I
- 14:56Speaker 1: don't know why they're doing it. If you beat the Mustangs,
- 14:59Speaker 1: Mustangs are pretty good.
- 15:00Speaker 2: If you beat them up.
- 15:01Speaker 1: Did we say that they're between forty and fifty in
- 15:04Speaker 1: the net? Caleb? Yesterday we weren't there about forty five.
- 15:07Speaker 1: I don't think they're that not in the net. They
- 15:09Speaker 1: weren't that high forty one forty one. Okay, Uh, it's
- 15:15Speaker 1: a good win, right if they can if they can
- 15:17Speaker 1: get that win, it would be a good win, right,
- 15:20Speaker 1: and then they get nothing, you know, for a while,
- 15:22Speaker 1: so they get a chance to beat some teams.
- 15:25Speaker 2: Right, So I think they got better from their losses.
- 15:28Speaker 2: Since their losses, they've gotten better.
- 15:30Speaker 1: Well, they've got they've they've improved, for sure. I mean
- 15:32Speaker 1: they've definitely improved.
- 15:34Speaker 2: And Griffin looked more like what I expect Griffin to
- 15:37Speaker 2: look like last night.
- 15:39Speaker 1: Well, unfortunately, unfortunately he's coming off the flu.
- 15:42Speaker 2: Right, but guess what, mister dunk, Yeah, he didn't miss
- 15:46Speaker 2: a dunk.
- 15:46Speaker 1: He did miss eleven and you're and you're not. Pop
- 15:51Speaker 1: wasn't very good. He didn't play a lot Griffin. Like
- 15:56Speaker 1: I said, coming off the flu, he played much better
- 15:58Speaker 1: than I thought he was gonna play. I'll be honest
- 16:00Speaker 1: with you. You know, it wasn't great, but he had
- 16:02Speaker 1: he had nine points. You know, he had three boards. Uh,
- 16:05Speaker 1: so you know he was active.
- 16:07Speaker 2: I thought of listening to Andrew and Coach Thornton and
- 16:13Speaker 2: Bucky last night. Okay, correctly, that group had a flow.
- 16:19Speaker 2: That group was making shots, No doubt that was who
- 16:22Speaker 2: I was gonna run with.
- 16:23Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 16:24Speaker 2: I like the fact that maybe they weren't some of
- 16:26Speaker 2: your ones, and you didn't put your ones back in
- 16:30Speaker 2: because you know, you do have some depth and you
- 16:33Speaker 2: don't have to always have your ones out there.
- 16:35Speaker 1: Hey, Imbaco didn't play down the stretch. Pop didn't play
- 16:39Speaker 1: down the stretch, right, Yes, those as you mentioned, the
- 16:43Speaker 1: guys that were playing, they were tuned in and playing
- 16:46Speaker 1: really well. Yes, So I like that too. I liked
- 16:49Speaker 1: that he didn't pull somebody after they hit three shots
- 16:52Speaker 1: in a row.
- 16:53Speaker 2: When have you seen the coach do that?
- 16:54Speaker 1: Oh it's been you know, eight months.
- 16:57Speaker 2: Yeah, But I just like the fact that they've gotten better.
- 17:04Speaker 1: They have gotten better, and.
- 17:06Speaker 2: Two games in a row they stood a run and
- 17:10Speaker 2: then answered in a big way after.
- 17:12Speaker 1: It, which was an issue early. Right, So yeah, that's
- 17:18Speaker 1: you know, I like the fact that they're they're fun
- 17:21Speaker 1: to watch. I like the style. There's certainly holes and
- 17:27Speaker 1: there's certainly games we already know. And Bucky said this
- 17:32Speaker 1: after the Florida State game. When the ball goes in,
- 17:34Speaker 1: you look great, You look really good. When it doesn't
- 17:38Speaker 1: go in, you don't look very good. And they're gonna
- 17:40Speaker 1: be knights that it ain't going in, right, I mean,
- 17:43Speaker 1: that's just a fact. You shoot a lot of threes.
- 17:46Speaker 1: It's a percentage game. It's going to catch up with you.
- 17:49Speaker 1: If you don't shoot thirty nine percent, you shoot twenty
- 17:52Speaker 1: nine percent from threes, which we've seen, you know, it's
- 17:55Speaker 1: not gonna be a good night. But I think there's
- 17:58Speaker 1: I'm more con uh, I'm more encouraged right now that
- 18:03Speaker 1: there's going to be more good nights and bad nights. Yeah,
- 18:08Speaker 1: and I do. And they are going to get better.
- 18:10Speaker 1: And I noticed that they had said the preh the
- 18:16Speaker 1: pregame shoot around was the first time all year they've
- 18:19Speaker 1: had every player participate. Pretty amazing right.
- 18:24Speaker 2: Yes, Now, if Ruben der Mingez can get you some
- 18:29Speaker 2: drive when guys are flying at him because he's raining
- 18:34Speaker 2: down threes at a high clip. If he has a
- 18:39Speaker 2: complimentary part to his game, that can change how he's
- 18:45Speaker 2: defended for the next obviously against SMU, but through the
- 18:50Speaker 2: first couple of games of conference, if he if he
- 18:52Speaker 2: has a complimentary part of that game, uh, he will
- 18:56Speaker 2: have some opportunities to pump, fake a three and drive
- 19:00Speaker 2: the basket. It's got to finish.
- 19:04Speaker 1: I'm looking at the start of the schedule. You know,
- 19:09Speaker 1: LSU's not very good, Auburn's not as good as they've been,
- 19:12Speaker 1: but you have to go there, and that's you know.
- 19:14Speaker 1: But A and M had success there. But again new coach,
- 19:17Speaker 1: new system.
- 19:19Speaker 2: No new system here. Oh I thought you meant there
- 19:23Speaker 2: it be just like playing there.
- 19:24Speaker 1: No, yeah, it's the same. Oklahoma. I have not watched
- 19:29Speaker 1: play yet, so I don't know what they are. You know,
- 19:32Speaker 1: they come in, you go to Tennessee, which isn't as
- 19:36Speaker 1: good as they've been under Rick Barnes. I watched him
- 19:39Speaker 1: last night. You can't lose at Syracuse, I mean you can't.
- 19:44Speaker 1: And they figured figured out how do you have.
- 19:46Speaker 2: Lost at Syracuse or Generations.
- 19:48Speaker 1: Twenty years ago, not anymore. That was bad loss by Chip.
- 19:53Speaker 2: Hey, Hey, I know what the weather was up there.
- 19:55Speaker 1: It was snowy Okay. Yeah, but I'm saying they're going
- 19:59Speaker 1: to come out a lot more than they had a
- 20:01Speaker 1: good crowd. They got a good crowd. You had to
- 20:03Speaker 1: travel up there in that bad weather.
- 20:05Speaker 2: I got it. And then Rick Barnes is your coach.
- 20:09Speaker 2: You got to play better defense than they played last night.
- 20:11Speaker 1: Well, you know, they're just they don't have the go
- 20:17Speaker 1: to guy for sure that I've seen right that he's
- 20:20Speaker 1: had when you absolutely need a basket.
- 20:23Speaker 2: Yes, he was lucky to have the last to the
- 20:26Speaker 2: last two years.
- 20:28Speaker 1: Yes, And and he got the last shot, and he
- 20:30Speaker 1: got a really good shot in the paint. I mean
- 20:32Speaker 1: they could have won the game and it it went
- 20:34Speaker 1: off the rim. So uh, they go to, oh, it's
- 20:40Speaker 1: not breaking, Then why are you giving this to me
- 20:43Speaker 1: if it's not breaking? Oh, it's important.
- 20:45Speaker 2: He didn't play the breaking sounder. It's an important thing.
- 20:51Speaker 2: Well read it. If it's important.
- 20:52Speaker 1: Chip clark Lee said yesterday he told his team to
- 20:56Speaker 1: have their bags packed in case a team wanted to
- 20:58Speaker 1: play this Saturday, and that is true of today. He
- 21:04Speaker 1: said he'd prepare his team to play in two days
- 21:07Speaker 1: if called to. What does this have to do with anything.
- 21:09Speaker 2: It's the Miami thing we were talking about yesterday.
- 21:11Speaker 1: I remember, No, I don't remember.
- 21:13Speaker 2: Would they play Miami. No, you can't because you're limited
- 21:18Speaker 2: by the number of games. That's just that's just coke.
- 21:23Speaker 2: If you play Hawaii, if you play.
- 21:25Speaker 1: Hawaii, Yeah, that's not happening. That's crazy.
- 21:29Speaker 2: That's crazy talk.
- 21:30Speaker 1: That's crazy.
- 21:31Speaker 2: It's as crazy as and I hate to jump back to. Well,
- 21:34Speaker 2: now Vandy's on my mind. Vandy stole the quarterback from Georgia.
- 21:39Speaker 1: Yes, they were five star, number two, five star quarterback.
- 21:43Speaker 1: But I said yesterday, this five star quarterback. By the
- 21:50Speaker 1: time he gets to play Diego Pavia may have grandkids
- 21:53Speaker 1: playing with him on the team.
- 21:55Speaker 2: Yeah, it goes done.
- 21:55Speaker 1: After this chip, you think, Yes, he's exhausted all efforts.
- 21:59Speaker 2: Yeah, now he's trying to get them to play to
- 22:03Speaker 2: get us in the playoff. He understands he's done. I
- 22:06Speaker 2: know he's done.
- 22:07Speaker 1: I know, but I love him. He's been awesome in
- 22:09Speaker 1: the last four and a half weeks. So I'm trying
- 22:14Speaker 1: to figure out this acc SEC Challenge Oklahoma one A
- 22:20Speaker 1: and M one. Did South Carolina beat Virginia Tech? Do
- 22:23Speaker 1: you know they lost?
- 22:25Speaker 2: Yes?
- 22:26Speaker 1: Okay, that's two.
- 22:27Speaker 2: There's only two wins last night.
- 22:28Speaker 1: Those are the only two wins. Those were the only
- 22:31Speaker 1: two wins.
- 22:31Speaker 2: Actually, right, acc won as many games last night as
- 22:35Speaker 2: they won last year. Two and three last night.
- 22:39Speaker 1: Or four, no, no, no, two and seven. There were
- 22:41Speaker 1: seven games last night. Okay, so maybe and tonight.
- 22:45Speaker 2: Oh that was after the early games.
- 22:47Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, yeah, there were. So the SEC was two
- 22:49Speaker 1: and seven tonight one two, three, four five six seven
- 22:54Speaker 1: more right?
- 22:55Speaker 2: Yes?
- 22:56Speaker 1: So se Music Vanderbilt, which was was number four or
- 23:01Speaker 1: five in the net this week, which is incredible. Uls
- 23:05Speaker 1: he was at Boston College. That's like an ugly fast
- 23:09Speaker 1: slap fest. Louisville's at Arkansas. Louisville's really good. I mean
- 23:14Speaker 1: Arkansas will have to play really well, Yes, really well.
- 23:18Speaker 1: That game is the early game at six o'clock on ESPN.
- 23:21Speaker 1: Oh yeah, I'm gonna go watch it. I watched a
- 23:24Speaker 1: lot of hoop last night, man, a lot of really
- 23:27Speaker 1: good basketball. There are some remarkable freshman players around the
- 23:32Speaker 1: country this year. It's amazing that Kambooser kid, He's unguardable.
- 23:39Speaker 1: You can't guard him.
- 23:40Speaker 2: He's not as good as the one they had last year.
- 23:42Speaker 1: Oh please, the big seven foot kid.
- 23:45Speaker 2: No, I'm talking about the one the Mavericks drafted.
- 23:48Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah, No, I think he is. No, he's
- 23:51Speaker 1: not seven feet, but I guarantee he's as good. I
- 23:55Speaker 1: guarantee it.
- 23:56Speaker 2: I don't even know if he's as good as his
- 23:57Speaker 2: daddy yet.
- 23:58Speaker 1: I'm telling you what. This guy's unguardable. He is really
- 24:02Speaker 1: really good.
- 24:03Speaker 2: And scoring Louisville.
- 24:05Speaker 1: He doesn't have to lead them in the scoring every night.
- 24:07Speaker 1: Louisville apparely in Florida has an incredible freshman. North Carolina
- 24:13Speaker 1: has an incredible freshman. Uh they're they're some really outstanding
- 24:19Speaker 1: players right now.
- 24:20Speaker 2: So good one between Kansas North Carolina, I turn that off.
- 24:23Speaker 1: Kansas and Yukon. Yukon came from behind.
- 24:26Speaker 2: Okay, that upset you, now.
- 24:29Speaker 1: I kind of liked it. I liked it a lot.
- 24:34Speaker 1: North Carolina play Kentucky, Okay and North Carolina.
- 24:38Speaker 9: One like with was uh.
- 24:40Speaker 1: In the last ten seconds was uh?
- 24:43Speaker 2: Uh dig vatal correct? They need to hang a banner
- 24:49Speaker 2: to cal up in the in the room. Absolutely absolutely.
- 24:53Speaker 2: I don't know why you why you wouldn't. Of course

- 28:27Speaker 1: the day today.
- 28:30Speaker 13: I'm gonna need you to be a little more.
- 28:32Speaker 1: Specific because well, I mean.
- 28:35Speaker 13: If this is the breaking news.
- 28:38Speaker 1: It's a slow day, I'm not gonna I'm not gonna
- 28:41Speaker 1: I'm not gonna lie to you.
- 28:44Speaker 8: I mean, yes, this is breaking news. Oh Ault Travis
- 28:52Speaker 8: did a podcast and I'm just kidding.
- 28:55Speaker 13: Travis Kelsey and his.
- 28:56Speaker 8: Brother they have a podcasts. Everyone does this because we talk.
- 28:58Speaker 8: We talk about it all the time. Yes, apparently, though
- 29:02Speaker 8: Travis and Taylor Swift have a very peaceful love story.
- 29:06Speaker 8: Chip the Kansas City Titan, made a surprising claim today
- 29:12Speaker 8: actually on his podcast New Heights while interviewing guests George Clooney, which.
- 29:17Speaker 1: Look, that's that's now.
- 29:21Speaker 13: I mean, I.
- 29:22Speaker 8: Guess you get engaged to Taylor Swift, and you can
- 29:25Speaker 8: interviewey on your podcast with your brother. When asking Clooney
- 29:32Speaker 8: about his about his past claim that he and his
- 29:35Speaker 8: wife Aamal have never gotten into an argument and they're
- 29:39Speaker 8: ten years together, Kelsey had the script flipped on him
- 29:42Speaker 8: by the Oscar winner himself. He said, no, I'm not lying,
- 29:45Speaker 8: Clooney said, Travis, shall we ask you the same questions?
- 29:49Speaker 8: Kelsey did laugh at a reference to his fiance Swift, claiming, well,
- 29:53Speaker 8: it's only been two and a half years, and you're right.
- 29:56Speaker 13: I haven't gotten into an argument never once.
- 30:00Speaker 8: He went on to explain that he and the mall
- 30:01Speaker 8: don't see the points in arguing, noting neither of us
- 30:04Speaker 8: are going to win the argument, So why.
- 30:07Speaker 13: Get in dude.
- 30:08Speaker 8: I'm sixty four years old, and what am I going
- 30:10Speaker 8: to argue about? At this point?
- 30:12Speaker 13: You know, I've made this.
- 30:13Speaker 8: I've met this incredible woman that is she's just beautiful
- 30:17Speaker 8: and smart, and she stands for all the most important
- 30:20Speaker 8: things that I believe in the world, and I can't
- 30:22Speaker 8: believe how lucky I am. So what am I going
- 30:23Speaker 8: to fight about? Clooney then told Travis and his older
- 30:28Speaker 8: brother Jason that they could follow his example, and Travis admitted,
- 30:34Speaker 8: I am for sure. I'm just taking notes this whole time,
- 30:37Speaker 8: big guy. You don't even know so well.
- 30:41Speaker 1: I think I think this. People who don't argue aren't
- 30:47Speaker 1: really trying.
- 30:50Speaker 8: That's kind of fun to argue, you know.
- 30:53Speaker 1: I'm just saying, I just I don't trust. I don't
- 30:57Speaker 1: trust people who say, oh, we've never had a fight going, Well,
- 31:01Speaker 1: you're probably on the opposite ends of your house. You're
- 31:04Speaker 1: not even living together.
- 31:05Speaker 8: Then yeah, well there he's like, yeah, we never see
- 31:09Speaker 8: each other.
- 31:10Speaker 1: Why we exactly.
- 31:13Speaker 8: My point, we don't have a chance to argue.
- 31:19Speaker 1: I just I don't trust that. But hey, that's okay.
- 31:23Speaker 1: Here's a spoiler for all you Voice people. Michael Boublay
- 31:28Speaker 1: and Reber are in the hot seat. Monday mark the
- 31:32Speaker 1: beginning of the playoffs for the Voice and the coaches
- 31:36Speaker 1: each chose a contestant from their team to move on
- 31:40Speaker 1: to the final, beginning with Team Boublay. Each remaining member
- 31:46Speaker 1: put on a performance in hopes of being chosen. Then
- 31:50Speaker 1: at the end of the episode, the Canadian crooner called
- 31:54Speaker 1: them back, this is just the beginning of the trip
- 31:58Speaker 1: for y'all. I didn't think Canadians said, y'all, once these
- 32:02Speaker 1: cameras shut off, I'm still your guy. This isn't the end, guys,
- 32:08Speaker 1: It's just the beginning. He told Jazz McKenzie, Max Chambers,
- 32:15Speaker 1: Rob Cole, and Trinity. Then Boublay announced McKenzie as his finalist,
- 32:26Speaker 1: and then of course he had to say good things
- 32:28Speaker 1: about all the Yeah, Jazz's voice has raised soul depth.
- 32:35Speaker 1: I want her to be my three peat. She's the
- 32:38Speaker 1: perfect person to represent Team bou Blay. It's called the voice,
- 32:44Speaker 1: and she's the greatest voice I've ever had on here.
- 32:50Speaker 1: After the announcement, host Carson Daily reminded viewers it's not
- 32:55Speaker 1: over for the Home Singers team quite yet. This season
- 33:00Speaker 1: in America has the opportunity to vote one more contestant
- 33:05Speaker 1: from his team through to the final. When the attention
- 33:09Speaker 1: turned to Reeber and her team of Aubrey Nicole, Ryan Mitchell,
- 33:15Speaker 1: Aaron Nichols, and Peyton Kyle, she admitted she didn't know
- 33:21Speaker 1: what she was going to do. I know you've made connections,
- 33:26Speaker 1: You've taken advice from world famous mentors. The learning experience
- 33:31Speaker 1: is incredible. I love you with all my heart. But
- 33:36Speaker 1: apparently she loved Nicole the most.
- 33:43Speaker 13: But not as much as Nicole.
- 33:45Speaker 1: Nicole burst into tears when she got the news. There's
- 33:49Speaker 1: just so much drama on these shows. Isn't that the
- 33:54Speaker 1: point as written by the producers.
- 33:57Speaker 13: You know what my favorite thing is, though, is.
- 34:01Speaker 8: Michael blue Way said all those nice things about the
- 34:04Speaker 8: person he picked, but someone else from his team is
- 34:07Speaker 8: going to get voted in.
- 34:08Speaker 13: Can you imagine being that person who's like.
- 34:11Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't like you so much? Or he could
- 34:14Speaker 1: come back and say, Michael, you know that that stuff
- 34:18Speaker 1: I said about her, Well, I think the same thing
- 34:21Speaker 1: is true about you.
- 34:23Speaker 8: He's like, thank you, the best voice I've ever had
- 34:30Speaker 8: on my team.
- 34:31Speaker 13: Here comes America's pick.
- 34:33Speaker 1: This is gonna be awesome, just awesome.
- 34:37Speaker 13: Oh how exciting.
- 34:39Speaker 8: Well if you're into that show.
- 34:42Speaker 1: Yeah, I've never said you want to pick who you
- 34:44Speaker 1: want to win? Never seen it.
- 34:49Speaker 8: Well, I have great news. Okay, good, I have Megan
- 34:52Speaker 8: Markle news.
- 34:53Speaker 1: Oh good. You know yesterday it was Harry. Oh yes,
- 34:58Speaker 1: he's and of course he snuck off to Canada to
- 35:02Speaker 1: get that one hundred dollars speaking fee for the family.
- 35:05Speaker 8: Of course, Meghan's like, what do you mean y'all are
- 35:07Speaker 8: only talking about Harry. I'm here too, so now we're
- 35:11Speaker 8: going to talk about Meghan. Can't leave her out. She's
- 35:14Speaker 8: keeping at least one British Christmas tradition alive in her family.
- 35:20Speaker 8: On her Netflix special With Love Meghan Holidays celebration.

- 35:46Speaker 8: and tricks for entertaining and celebrating over the holidays.
- 35:49Speaker 1: How much do you think Megan is going to be
- 35:52Speaker 1: entertaining over the holidays?
- 35:56Speaker 13: Zero?
- 35:58Speaker 1: I think Can you imagine people getting through the locked
- 36:03Speaker 1: gate of their neighborhood and knocking on the door to
- 36:07Speaker 1: seeing Christmas carols and Megan opening up with a horror
- 36:11Speaker 1: horrified look on her face and.
- 36:14Speaker 8: Yelling cousins and throws sat down.
- 36:18Speaker 1: Exactly her cold cup of tea in their faces. You people,

- 36:36Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 36:37Speaker 8: During one segment, she is joined by a restaurant her.
- 36:44Speaker 13: I don't know if I said that wrong right at all?

- 37:02Speaker 1: This is a home that they're filming. Okay, because she did.
- 37:08Speaker 1: She didn't want all those cameras and especially camera men
- 37:11Speaker 1: in her house filming, so she read forbid.
- 37:14Speaker 8: We see that Megan is a human in a real home.
- 37:18Speaker 8: Everything has to be perfect in this one where the kids.
- 37:21Speaker 13: Can't destroy it.
- 37:22Speaker 8: Yeah, crackers can sent a cardboard tube covered in festive wrapping,
- 37:28Speaker 8: tied off at both ends. When the ends are pulled,
- 37:32Speaker 8: the friction reactive strip of paper within the cracker snaps,
- 37:36Speaker 8: creating a loud sound, and it's splits into too, revealing
- 37:39Speaker 8: a sweet treat or a message, and traditionally a paper
- 37:41Speaker 8: crown for the winner to wear. I didn't know about this.
- 37:44Speaker 8: I've actually done this before with my kids. Really, Yeah, i'd.
- 37:49Speaker 13: Rather had.
- 37:51Speaker 1: I can't tell you how disappointed I would be if
- 37:54Speaker 1: it's a message and not a sweet treat.
- 37:57Speaker 13: What do you mean I don't want this message Christmas?
- 38:01Speaker 13: I didn't eat that, she does say.
- 38:06Speaker 8: Living in the UK, it's such a big part of
- 38:09Speaker 8: the culture over there. Typically people cross their arms and
- 38:13Speaker 8: do it. They sit around the table and they all
- 38:16Speaker 8: put it at the same time. It does really feel
- 38:19Speaker 8: connected and sweet. That way that I started to know
- 38:22Speaker 8: them and was that they would always have some fortune
- 38:26Speaker 8: cookie sized joker written riddle or something sweet. Oh good God, sorry,
- 38:35Speaker 8: I try to do my best fake what I would
- 38:38Speaker 8: picture her.
- 38:38Speaker 1: So yesterday we talked about Oprah's favorite gift Guide. Oh yes,
- 38:47Speaker 1: today you have an even more special gift guide.
- 38:51Speaker 8: I am the Karandashian Gift Guide.
- 38:53Speaker 1: The Kardashian Gift Guide. I think this is so much
- 38:57Speaker 1: better than Opah's.
- 39:00Speaker 13: One hundred percent. All right, okay, let's start off.
- 39:04Speaker 8: Okay, because you know, I feel like, well I was
- 39:07Speaker 8: going to say something but that I'm looking at the
- 39:09Speaker 8: actual price points of some of these things, So let
- 39:11Speaker 8: me just start talking first. Yes, Kylie Jenner's Cosmetic King
- 39:16Speaker 8: Kylie Collection Matt Lipkit is thirty six bucks.
- 39:19Speaker 1: Okay, that's affordable.
- 39:21Speaker 8: Yes, the let Me Chill In Sleep Bundle is fifty five.
- 39:26Speaker 8: Let me play, which I think those are gummies by
- 39:28Speaker 8: the way, it from important are twenty two. I have
- 39:31Speaker 8: no idea if I'm being honest, twenty two fifty. Nike
- 39:35Speaker 8: Skims gym bag is one hundred and forty eight.
- 39:37Speaker 1: That's sames. That SAME's a pricing for a gym bag.
- 39:40Speaker 8: Oh, it gets crazier. Skim's elevated flannel crop pajamas is
- 39:45Speaker 8: one hundred and ten sixty Skim's long sleeve button up
- 39:49Speaker 8: shirt and pants pajama set is fifty six.
- 39:51Speaker 1: So that one's not terrible.
- 39:53Speaker 13: A little more coverage and more de surprise.
- 39:56Speaker 8: But let's move on to good America Crystal jacket is
- 40:01Speaker 8: two hundred.
- 40:01Speaker 13: And forty eight dollars.
- 40:02Speaker 1: That seems a lot.
- 40:04Speaker 8: Good American velvet mini dress is one hundred and eighty
- 40:08Speaker 8: eight can Yeah, good Waiste Palazzo jeans or one hundred
- 40:16Speaker 8: and eighty eight dollars, So if you want more.
- 40:18Speaker 1: So reasonable, what's the what's the going rate for just
- 40:22Speaker 1: like a regular pair of non name brand jeans these days?
- 40:30Speaker 1: Like just normal just jeans come up. You just go
- 40:33Speaker 1: to Target and get some jeans.
- 40:36Speaker 8: I don't know, I feel like it could range anywhere
- 40:39Speaker 8: from forty to eighty sixty.
- 40:42Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 40:43Speaker 13: I could be completely off base.
- 40:44Speaker 8: I don't love jeans, so I don't pay them that often.
- 40:48Speaker 1: So not one hundred and eighty eight dollars.
- 40:51Speaker 8: No, these things better give me life, O suption? If
- 40:54Speaker 8: I everything better for one hundred eighty dollars.
- 41:00Speaker 1: What I like that?
- 41:02Speaker 2: Uh?
- 41:03Speaker 13: You know?
- 41:04Speaker 1: So in Las Vegas, there's a new attraction at the
- 41:07Speaker 1: Madame Tusso's Wax Figure Museum, Lady Gaga. Okay, yeah, Like
- 41:18Speaker 1: visitors can start viewing it Friday. Okay, they put it.
- 41:24Speaker 1: They put it up there next door to I've been
- 41:27Speaker 1: there by the way, next door to the Venetian, and
- 41:31Speaker 1: they will start accepting visitors on Friday. The multi national
- 41:36Speaker 1: wax figure museum chain said the figure was inspired by
- 41:40Speaker 1: the Megastars Jazz and Piano residency just down the strip
- 41:46Speaker 1: that ended last year. The Gaga figure is posed leaning
- 41:50Speaker 1: forward while blowing a kiss, and is outfitted in a
- 41:55Speaker 1: rose gold, sunburst pleated silk gown adorned with crystals. Artists
- 42:02Speaker 1: also gave the figure glossy red lips winged eyeliner and
- 42:08Speaker 1: a blonde bob with a side curl. Madame Tussau says
- 42:14Speaker 1: that it takes a team of around twenty about a
- 42:18Speaker 1: year to complete a single figure. My gosh, no wonder
- 42:23Speaker 1: it's so expensive to get in and look at all
- 42:25Speaker 1: those wax figures. Gabriel HUBITTT Gabriel Hewitt, general manager of
- 42:31Speaker 1: Madame Tussau's, says Lady Gaga embodies everything Las Vegas is
- 42:38Speaker 1: known for glamour, creativity, showmanship, drugs, parties, alcohol. I added
- 42:50Speaker 1: that last part her new figure is a celebration of
- 42:55Speaker 1: that spirit, giving guests a chance to share an unforgettable
- 43:01Speaker 1: moment with one of music's most captivating performers.
- 43:07Speaker 8: He is a good performer.
- 43:09Speaker 1: I will say, yeah, I've wanted to go see her,
- 43:12Speaker 1: but I haven't been able to afford the tickets.
- 43:15Speaker 13: I could see that.
- 43:16Speaker 8: Yeah, you know, especially in this day and age. You know, yep,
- 43:21Speaker 8: Well what can you do not go? I guess yes, okay,
- 43:33Speaker 8: I didn't know if you were still there, you got.
- 43:34Speaker 1: I'm waiting on you. No, no, I'm waiting you have
- 43:39Speaker 1: the next big story.
- 43:42Speaker 13: Big in quotation marks.
- 43:45Speaker 1: Slow news day.
- 43:47Speaker 8: Yeah, data Jones have no beef with CNN.
- 43:50Speaker 1: Heard we haven't heard from them, lightly.
- 43:53Speaker 13: We haven't.
- 43:54Speaker 1: Isn't Michael Douglas kind of close to ninety now, I know.
- 44:00Speaker 1: I look that up. Now, you go ahead, get this
- 44:03Speaker 1: story and I'll look at it.
- 44:04Speaker 8: I was like, I mean, I wouldn't disagree with you,
- 44:06Speaker 8: but I'm also not sure. The Merrine stars are responding
- 44:10Speaker 8: to a rumor that they were upset with the news
- 44:12Speaker 8: network after their son, Dylan Douglas debated conservative Scott Jinny
- 44:18Speaker 8: on Newsnight last month. The rumor that Catherine and Michael
- 44:21Speaker 8: are boycotting CNN is news to them. They support accurate reporting,
- 44:26Speaker 8: which this rumor isn't. A representative for Douglas tells EW
- 44:32Speaker 8: that the actor has no problem with going on or
- 44:34Speaker 8: watching CNN either.
- 44:36Speaker 13: The rumor dates back.
- 44:37Speaker 8: To Saturday, when Gossam columnists column misted Rob Shudder maybe
- 44:42Speaker 8: I don't know claimed on substack that Dylan's famous parents
- 44:47Speaker 8: were fuming at CNN full on never again, blacklets the
- 44:51Speaker 8: whole network level of furious. Megan McCain then asked Jennings
- 44:56Speaker 8: to respond to the rumor when he appeared as a
- 44:58Speaker 8: guest on the podcast Sin McCain on Monday. Well I
- 45:02Speaker 8: was surprised, he said, I am more than willing to
- 45:05Speaker 8: apologize personally, to Catherine's Nanda Jones over a nice seafood
- 45:08Speaker 8: dinner if she wants to do it. Jennings super previously
- 45:11Speaker 8: worked for George President George W. Bush, and has been
- 45:15Speaker 8: closely associated with the former Senate and Majority Leader Mitch
- 45:18Speaker 8: McConnell McK McConnell mc connelly.
- 45:24Speaker 13: I'm sorry, I'm the st up bad you know.
- 45:27Speaker 1: I misspoke on Michael Douglas. He's not nearly ninety years old.
- 45:33Speaker 1: He turned eighty one in September.
- 45:38Speaker 13: How dare you, chick?
- 45:39Speaker 1: I'm sorry.
- 45:41Speaker 8: I want to apologize to be fair, though I feel
- 45:44Speaker 8: like he's given the same.
- 45:48Speaker 13: I mean, I'm not going to say anything. I'm just
- 45:50Speaker 13: quiet in.
- 45:51Speaker 1: Her mind anyway, Michael, you go. And I think Catherine
- 45:55Speaker 1: Zena Jones is probably close to fifty now.
- 46:00Speaker 13: I don't know sure.
- 46:03Speaker 1: I'm kind of happy about this. Michelle Pfeiffer is back
- 46:06Speaker 1: acting again, you know. She She said she took time
- 46:09Speaker 1: off to raise children, and with the children out of
- 46:14Speaker 1: the house, she's got a Christmas movie out and Oh
- 46:23Speaker 1: What Fun, a holiday comedy streaming on Prime. She said
- 46:31Speaker 1: it was a little hard to get in the Christmas
- 46:33Speaker 1: spirit because it was shot in Atlanta during the summer
- 46:37Speaker 1: when it's one hundred and ten out with ninety percent humidity,
- 46:40Speaker 1: All you're thinking about is why did I pick this
- 46:43Speaker 1: wool sweater? How do I get cooled off so my
- 46:47Speaker 1: brain doesn't explode. The film stars Pfeifer as Claire Clauster,
- 46:53Speaker 1: a Texas mom who dreams of being a celebrated mother.
- 46:58Speaker 1: On her favorite daytime talk show, her husband Dennis Leary,
- 47:04Speaker 1: grown kids, Felicity Chloe Apple moses no, no, no, no, forget
- 47:13Speaker 1: to nominate her. They accidentally leave Claire behind on a
- 47:17Speaker 1: family outing to a holiday dance performance that was her idea.
- 47:24Speaker 1: A hurt, Claire bolts for a solo road trip on
- 47:27Speaker 1: Christmas Eve and leaves her loved ones to fend for themselves.
- 47:35Speaker 1: So many women, maybe all mothers, know what it's like
- 47:38Speaker 1: to be the one who's keeping everything together. We don't
- 47:42Speaker 1: even think about it, we just do it. That led
- 47:45Speaker 1: her to think about how there aren't many Christmas films
- 47:47Speaker 1: about moms or women. It's always about men, which is
- 47:51Speaker 1: sort of odd. Women are the glue that to a
- 47:54Speaker 1: lot of families, moms go underappreciated. I thought that was
- 47:59Speaker 1: an interesting take, So there you go. Oh what fun
- 48:05Speaker 1: out on Prime with Michelle Pfeiffer. Yeah, I love that
- 48:10Speaker 1: Michelle Pfeiffer. All right, let's do some birthdays. JP Morgan
- 48:15Speaker 1: from The Gong Show is ninety four years young today.
- 48:21Speaker 1: Wowsers Uh. Mickey Thomas Jefferson Starship is seventy six today.
- 48:31Speaker 8: Julianne Moore is six like.
- 48:33Speaker 1: I like her.
- 48:35Speaker 8: Oh Frazer, I love Brendan Fraser, He's.
- 48:38Speaker 1: Got he's got a new movie out. Darryl Hannah is
- 48:42Speaker 1: sixty five. I guess she's still with Neil Young. I
- 48:46Speaker 1: haven't heard otherwise, what else do we have? Tiffany Hates
- 48:56Speaker 1: Okay forty six.
- 48:59Speaker 8: She's funny when her life together. Missus Creed Okay from

- 50:20Speaker 1: It's about time to start talking about the people who
- 50:22Speaker 1: have died in twenty twenty five.
- 50:25Speaker 8: Maybe we'll I feel Nope, I'm not going to say
- 50:29Speaker 8: it because it'll cause a chain reaction.
- 50:31Speaker 13: Yeah, I was gonna say.
- 50:33Speaker 8: It's feeling it's been a little bit of a lighter
- 50:35Speaker 8: year this year.
- 50:36Speaker 1: Well, we'll see, we're gonna see, you know, when we
- 50:38Speaker 1: start looking at the list, we'll go I forgot about that,

- 51:24Speaker 4: It was after a hailstorm a few years back. I
- 51:26Speaker 4: needed a new roof. Yeah, I shopped around and then
- 51:29Speaker 4: I found Shorlty Roofing and POI I'm glad I did.
- 51:31Speaker 4: The folks at Shulty guided me every step of the way.
- 51:34Speaker 4: They showed me my options. They told me what my
- 51:37Speaker 4: out of pocket cost would be after insurance. They took
- 51:39Speaker 4: the complication out of an otherwise very stressful situation. They
- 51:43Speaker 4: took off the damage roof, put on the new roof,
- 51:45Speaker 4: did all the cleanup, and I had my new roof

- 51:58Speaker 2: Some Cowboys fans have taken a different approach recently, given
- 52:01Speaker 2: owners lash GM Jerry Jones credit for the turnaround this
- 52:04Speaker 2: Cowboy's team has shown this year. Here's what he had
- 52:06Speaker 2: to say.
- 52:07Speaker 6: Well, thank you, and I do because if it's going
- 52:12Speaker 6: to work, it's going to pay off. It wins, and
- 52:14Speaker 6: we all know that, and I understand that, and I
- 52:16Speaker 6: understand criticism when we don't get it done in terms
- 52:20Speaker 6: of winning the ball games. But I really am pleased
- 52:25Speaker 6: with how this team has come together over these last
- 52:29Speaker 6: two or three weeks. And you always think you have
- 52:32Speaker 6: that potential or you wouldn't have made those decisions to
- 52:35Speaker 6: begin with. And we really have strengthened really our fronts
- 52:43Speaker 6: over the last couple of years. We look differ. We're bigger.
- 52:47Speaker 6: We're bigger on the front on defense, bigger on the
- 52:49Speaker 6: funt on offense. That was very deliberate with.
