- 0:01Speaker 1: Jared Katie and Josh one hundred off the air this morning.
- 0:05Speaker 1: I've just been listening to josh talk about how he
- 0:07Speaker 1: is a horrible human and I thought you were a
- 0:09Speaker 1: good guy. Really disappointing that you're not helping our teachers.
- 0:13Speaker 2: Out, Josh Are you serious?
- 0:15Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 0:16Speaker 1: Wow, yeah. I was listening to him spout off about
- 0:19Speaker 1: he is not going to help teachers this year.
- 0:21Speaker 2: I feel he.
- 0:22Speaker 1: Doesn't care for children. Friends mean nothing to You saw
- 0:29Speaker 1: a woman naked and you still won't give her school supplies,
- 0:33Speaker 1: just you saw her boobs and you won't give.
- 0:38Speaker 4: Her a First of all, whenever I saw that that
- 0:41Speaker 4: was a long time ago, that first of all, that.
- 0:45Speaker 2: Was okay, yeah, this is that was a long time.
- 0:50Speaker 4: But I have been bombarded with text messages and emails
- 0:55Speaker 4: from friends of mine who are teachers, and the emails
- 1:00Speaker 4: have like the Amazon wish list link of like hey,
- 1:02Speaker 4: if you can help out, and it's not just to me,
- 1:05Speaker 4: this is like their mass email. I'm on an email list.
- 1:07Speaker 4: But then the teachers that have sent these email lists
- 1:11Speaker 4: out notice that Joshua has not bought anything on their
- 1:15Speaker 4: Amazon wish.
- 1:15Speaker 2: List for class.
- 1:17Speaker 4: And I just don't think I have to I am
- 1:20Speaker 4: not a person with a kid in their class. I
- 1:23Speaker 4: don't you will nothing to do with karma. All of
- 1:27Speaker 4: them is like in Adams County district. Like I'm not
- 1:30Speaker 4: setting my child there, there's nothing.
- 1:32Speaker 1: What do you have against Adams County?
- 1:34Speaker 2: I don't live there.
- 1:34Speaker 3: I think you there's.
- 1:36Speaker 5: No way, Jeremy, you would give a teacher money for
- 1:39Speaker 5: a list if you didn't have a kid.
- 1:40Speaker 1: I wouldn't give her money, but I would buy some
- 1:42Speaker 1: stuff on those I've gotten about fifteen of those requests
- 1:46Speaker 1: from various teachers, and I've filled like two or three
- 1:48Speaker 1: things on every one of those requests.
- 1:49Speaker 6: You have.
- 1:50Speaker 2: That's a lie you have, not that is a lie
- 1:53Speaker 2: of hell.
- 1:55Speaker 1: So I don't know what you have against children and
- 1:58Speaker 1: why you're not just helping out your friends. Who have
- 2:00Speaker 1: you seen naked?
- 2:01Speaker 2: Because these first of all, you know what say?
- 2:04Speaker 1: I mean that is like a total like I've seen
- 2:07Speaker 1: you naked.
- 2:07Speaker 2: So it was the way man, and it was an accident.
- 2:10Speaker 1: I'm going to give you a couple of rolls of paper,
- 2:11Speaker 1: towlons and pencils for your classroom. I just don't think
- 2:14Speaker 1: for the peep.
- 2:15Speaker 4: Show the things that they're on the wishless are expensive.
- 2:19Speaker 4: It's not a box of Kleenex. It's like, hey, I
- 2:22Speaker 4: want this bin with the dividers. That's one hundred and
- 2:24Speaker 4: ten dollars off of Amazon.
- 2:25Speaker 1: Much just spin on that latest watch that you keep flaunting.
- 2:28Speaker 2: Oh I love this watch.
- 2:29Speaker 1: How much was it? How much was it? Because every
- 2:31Speaker 1: day you come in with a different watch from this
- 2:33Speaker 1: grandma's inheritance.
- 2:35Speaker 2: This was more than this was more than the bin
- 2:38Speaker 2: that she was asking.
- 2:39Speaker 1: Okay, but that's for me.
- 2:41Speaker 2: I can buy what I want.
- 2:43Speaker 3: How many kids and he gets?
- 2:44Speaker 2: So I worked hard for this.
- 2:46Speaker 1: Back to the community, man, you don't need another five
- 2:48Speaker 1: thousand dollars watch.
- 2:49Speaker 5: This is nuts that we're actually giving teachers money for
- 2:53Speaker 5: their classrooms.
- 2:53Speaker 3: If you don't have any.
- 2:55Speaker 1: Tie, no tie to other than the fact that I
- 2:57Speaker 1: know that people donate to the homeless and they've never
- 3:00Speaker 1: done the streets before.
- 3:01Speaker 2: Can I get my time to children's hospitals? See that's
- 3:03Speaker 2: the thing.
- 3:04Speaker 5: I had no idea that teachers were hitting up their
- 3:06Speaker 5: friends for their classroom.
- 3:08Speaker 3: I thought that was a parent's the.
- 3:10Speaker 1: List, that was the currents.
- 3:12Speaker 3: But somebody who is directly.
- 3:14Speaker 1: Community coming together to raise our youth so we have
- 3:17Speaker 1: a better future. It's not my community, not even giving
- 3:20Speaker 1: them a pack of highlighters.
- 3:22Speaker 4: And it's not even the fact that they're reaching out
- 3:24Speaker 4: being like, hey, could you do this? Or I noticed
- 3:26Speaker 4: you haven't yet?
- 3:27Speaker 1: Yeah, why hell are you? Because that's because you're flashing
- 3:30Speaker 1: your expensive watches online.
- 3:32Speaker 6: I'm not.
- 3:33Speaker 3: I'm not.
- 3:33Speaker 2: I'm just wearing it.
- 3:34Speaker 1: Wear it every day on our live stream. These teachers
- 3:36Speaker 1: are noticing no one sees.
- 3:38Speaker 2: Me on the lives.
- 3:39Speaker 3: I am genuinely shocking to YouTube right now.
- 3:42Speaker 1: Mixed one and take a lookally really expensive. That's a
- 3:45Speaker 1: big watch. What's the brand of that.
- 3:48Speaker 2: I'm not going to say that.
- 3:51Speaker 1: A lot of sharpies.
- 3:52Speaker 5: I say, Josh, well, kids, buy all the watches you
- 3:55Speaker 5: can because, like I'll tell you what, once you have one,
- 3:59Speaker 5: you will never see.
- 4:00Speaker 3: Another new.
- 4:02Speaker 2: And watch everything.
- 4:03Speaker 1: Yeah, anyone's gonna appropriate with you after they heard this.
- 4:08Speaker 1: You don't like kids in Adam's County. You know what?
- 4:10Speaker 2: Good good?
- 4:12Speaker 1: This is wild to start the day. To all the
- 4:18Speaker 1: ladies out there, don't show Josh because he'll do nothing
- 4:21Speaker 1: for you, absolutely nothing for you. Hold on to your balls.
- 4:26Speaker 1: It's time for a Mixed one hundred Sports Reports with
- 4:30Speaker 1: Jeremy Katie and Josh some of the big news trickling
- 4:32Speaker 1: out of the NFL this morning. Kansas City Chiefs coach
- 4:36Speaker 1: Andy Reid is defending Travis Kelcey right now because a
- 4:41Speaker 1: lot of people are noticing that he's showing up for
- 4:43Speaker 1: these training camps with a big old dad bod jelly.
- 4:49Speaker 1: He's got a little thick. He's letting himself goes. Since
- 4:53Speaker 1: he's been hanging out with that Taylor Swift, I think
- 4:56Speaker 1: it's becoming serious between those two. He reads out there saying, Ah,
- 5:01Speaker 1: he's in good shape. He doesn't have a dad bob.
- 5:04Speaker 1: He looks the same as he's always looked to me.
- 5:07Speaker 1: People are just crazy. He's doing a nice job with everything. Yeah.
- 5:12Speaker 2: Have you seen what Andy Reid looks like?
- 5:14Speaker 1: I know, and like a biscuit?
- 5:17Speaker 3: Oh and Jason Stefanite or I'm sorry, Travis is definitely
- 5:21Speaker 3: looking like Jason.
- 5:22Speaker 2: We'll put it.
- 5:23Speaker 3: Yeah, he's getting thick like his brother.
- 5:25Speaker 2: I saw someone comment underneath the photo of him Jason.
- 5:28Speaker 3: Yeah, why I said it. It's looking straight.
- 5:31Speaker 1: Out of him. He's gonna be fine. He's gonna be
- 5:33Speaker 1: ready to play. What is he kicker or something? No,
- 5:35Speaker 1: I don't even know a position. He's in year fourteen.
- 5:38Speaker 1: He's he's flapping right, yeah, all right? And in big
- 5:41Speaker 1: news for Super Bowl sixty one, it is set for
- 5:44Speaker 1: February fourteenth, that's so far. Stadium in Inglewood, California, Inglewood
- 5:50Speaker 1: up to no good? First time. The game is gonna
- 5:53Speaker 1: be hosted by ESPN, and it's also gonna air on ABC,
- 5:57Speaker 1: which are Disney properties, right, I think Disney. Anyway, Disney
- 6:02Speaker 1: did report yesterday that all of their ad spots are
- 6:05Speaker 1: already sold out for the Big Game. Fifty eight different
- 6:09Speaker 1: brands and thirty four different categories bought commercials with nine
- 6:12Speaker 1: first time advertisers. Ooh, who are they? Sixty second commercials
- 6:17Speaker 1: are allegedly costing you eight to ten million dollars. If
- 6:21Speaker 1: you want you to get your product up for the
- 6:24Speaker 1: Super bowls, can we pull that together into a JKJ spot?
- 6:28Speaker 3: Oh my yes, please, let's sung you Rich Homie second Kidney.
- 6:32Speaker 1: This guy won't even donate the teachers.
- 6:35Speaker 4: That's what I got to me, Rich, Homi Joch, stay rich?
- 6:38Speaker 3: All right?
- 6:39Speaker 1: What else is going on?
- 6:40Speaker 6: Well?
- 6:40Speaker 4: At Cherry Creek School District, school is in some hot
- 6:42Speaker 4: water with the NHL. This was a story that just
- 6:45Speaker 4: came out recently, and I was kind of shocked to
- 6:47Speaker 4: hear this. The Buffalo Sabers are in contact with Smoky
- 6:50Speaker 4: Hill High School out in Aurora, Colorado.
- 6:53Speaker 2: Because they're worried about their logo.
- 6:55Speaker 4: Apparently, in two thousand and one, Smoky Hill created a
- 6:59Speaker 4: Buffalo Saber because they are the Buffalo's Head that their
- 7:03Speaker 4: logo looks almost identical to the Buffalo Sabers of the NHL.
- 7:08Speaker 4: So they reached out and said, hey, we don't love
- 7:12Speaker 4: that you're copying our logo. Now, the school has temporarily
- 7:15Speaker 4: temporarily paused printing and selling of this merchandising logo. However,
- 7:20Speaker 4: they said we're still gonna use it for our sports
- 7:22Speaker 4: now because y'all haven't completely told us not to do
- 7:24Speaker 4: this yet. Oh however, the Sabers are going to continue
- 7:27Speaker 4: pressing charges if you will, or making this a big deal.
- 7:31Speaker 2: So the school has come up with something kind of cool.
- 7:33Speaker 4: They either said, hey, we're gonna try to get a
- 7:35Speaker 4: royalty free symbolic licensing agreement with them, or if we
- 7:39Speaker 4: can't do this, we're gonna allow the high schoolers to
- 7:42Speaker 4: create a new logo refranding.
- 7:44Speaker 2: Yeah, and I actually like that.
- 7:45Speaker 4: So if they're unable to go through with this and
- 7:47Speaker 4: keep their logo that they have right now, they're gonna
- 7:49Speaker 4: do something cool this next school year coming up, right.
- 7:52Speaker 1: That'd be a good like art project. They should do that.
- 7:54Speaker 1: I think it was good on the old college resume
- 7:56Speaker 1: for whoever gets picked.
- 7:57Speaker 6: Right.
- 7:57Speaker 2: Hey, I just created the schools pre I kind of
- 8:00Speaker 2: like it.
- 8:00Speaker 4: I'm kind of hoping they go that route. But I
- 8:02Speaker 4: will say the logo they have right now is really
- 8:03Speaker 4: freaking cool.
- 8:04Speaker 2: So we'll see. We'll keep you updated on what happens
- 8:06Speaker 2: with the Buffalo cabri Hido.
- 8:09Speaker 1: Please, you thought you'd heard it all.
- 8:11Speaker 6: Just think you've seen everything?
- 8:13Speaker 1: Yeah, not even close.
- 8:14Speaker 3: Who's spirally? Who's getting canceled?
- 8:17Speaker 1: What's the local buzz?
- 8:18Speaker 3: What can we expect? We're diving headfirst into the chaos.
- 8:22Speaker 3: It's the mile high height?
- 8:24Speaker 5: You know?
- 8:24Speaker 1: What's up?
- 8:24Speaker 2: What's what's up with jkj on nick?
- 8:28Speaker 1: Really quick? They just saw this and I'm gonna throw
- 8:30Speaker 1: it in. It's weird about Adam Sandler. His daughter Sonny,
- 8:33Speaker 1: was on some sort of late night talk show and
- 8:36Speaker 1: she was talking about how Adam has a weird habit.
- 8:39Speaker 1: He wears his socks in the pool. She says he
- 8:42Speaker 1: can't bend to take them off on land, so does
- 8:45Speaker 1: he have a bad back or something, and so he
- 8:48Speaker 1: just leaves him on. When he's in the pool, she
- 8:51Speaker 1: goes and then he'll drain them and then you can
- 8:52Speaker 1: play catch with him. What a weird family, right, I
- 8:55Speaker 1: mean yeah, big ob my feet, big, you'll go get
- 9:00Speaker 1: wake your pool. Why do you girl? They're in the movie.
- 9:09Speaker 1: They're all in the movies. Now, they're all movies starts.
- 9:12Speaker 3: Yeah, they have a lot of movies.
- 9:13Speaker 1: Now think about that. We're in uh socks in the pool.
- 9:16Speaker 1: Sounds incredibly uncomfortable.
- 9:18Speaker 5: Yeah, I don't even like thinking about that. Move on
- 9:21Speaker 5: chairmy next story.
- 9:23Speaker 1: It's kind of like when I wake up in the
- 9:24Speaker 1: middle of the night and I'm sweaty and everything's wet.
- 9:26Speaker 3: Oh, now I don't like it, even Jimmy, he's.
- 9:32Speaker 1: What else is going on? Charlie Sheen is going to
- 9:34Speaker 1: have a new podcast coming out. It's called mostly Sheeness.
- 9:41Speaker 1: That's supposed to be a play on He'd be Ding
- 9:43Speaker 1: ding feature you're looking at me. I'm like, let's wrong
- 9:50Speaker 1: with Charlie Sheen in his own podcast?
- 9:52Speaker 2: I'm just last name? Oh?
- 9:55Speaker 1: It sounds like because he always talks about his sexual escape.
- 9:59Speaker 3: Ye uh.
- 10:00Speaker 1: He said he's gonna have the biggest names in entertainment, sports, music,
- 10:03Speaker 1: and popular culture. So anyway, I'm not gonna watch that
- 10:08Speaker 1: or listen to it. This is funny. Bmd W owners
- 10:11Speaker 1: are pissed right now because I guess they're getting force
- 10:15Speaker 1: fed advertising on their impertainment systems. They're in the car. Oh,
- 10:19Speaker 1: they're actually getting ads now, and the biggest one is
- 10:21Speaker 1: the silly Spider Man brand New Day movie. It's all
- 10:25Speaker 1: over their dashboards like pops up when the car has
- 10:29Speaker 1: started and you have to actually click on it and
- 10:31Speaker 1: you can see this the full ad or do something,
- 10:33Speaker 1: just get it off there.
- 10:35Speaker 2: And people are like, I.
- 10:36Speaker 1: Didn't pay there's a guy flexing on here. I didn't
- 10:39Speaker 1: pay one hundred and thirty thousand dollars to get a
- 10:41Speaker 1: Spider Man commercial on my car.
- 10:43Speaker 5: Sorry, sir, but they saw you come in and they're like,
- 10:46Speaker 5: this guy will buy anything.
- 10:48Speaker 1: Yeah, they said, BM double is trying to slowly normalize
- 10:52Speaker 1: displaying ads on the screens. I hate that one hundred again.
- 10:57Speaker 1: I've been I've been complaining off the year. I want
- 11:00Speaker 1: to go back to like a nineteen ninety eight pickup
- 11:02Speaker 1: truck with no bells and whistles. Let me tell you
- 11:06Speaker 1: air and breaking gas.
- 11:08Speaker 3: I have one car and Katie's one.
- 11:10Speaker 5: Is the don't thing ever like my You know, my headlights,
- 11:15Speaker 5: I just do this click click.
- 11:17Speaker 1: I want that my truck. I have to search through
- 11:20Speaker 1: the screen to find my headlights to turn them on
- 11:23Speaker 1: and off. There is no physical button, dial anything. It's
- 11:26Speaker 1: buried within the screen. Drive me amongst everything else.
- 11:29Speaker 3: Yeah, it's it's a power move to go back to
- 11:33Speaker 3: the nineteen comes.
- 11:35Speaker 1: I want a CD player in my car.
- 11:37Speaker 3: Got one, got one. It's pretty fabulous.
- 11:40Speaker 1: I still want power windows.
- 11:42Speaker 3: I don't have those.
- 11:43Speaker 1: I don't want to roll my window down.
- 11:44Speaker 3: Also don't have cruise control or a center counsole, but
- 11:47Speaker 3: it's worth it.
- 11:47Speaker 1: I don't want any of the infotainment. I don't want
- 11:50Speaker 1: them tracking me. I want none of that.
- 11:53Speaker 5: I'm like quickly falling in love with my car more
- 11:55Speaker 5: and more every day, so I'm in.
- 11:57Speaker 1: Love of the two. You might find me out there
- 11:59Speaker 1: laying on it all right. One final thing for you,
- 12:01Speaker 1: really quick. They Social Security Administration released their list of
- 12:06Speaker 1: the most unusual baby names of last year for boys
- 12:09Speaker 1: and girls. Some of the girls tsunami, Mabeline, luxury linen,
- 12:17Speaker 1: applicator confusion, I confused, slimmingine. And then for the boys
- 12:25Speaker 1: was matrix billion, corduroy, kreatim maybe a play on creating
- 12:33Speaker 1: brisket and fleshy. So, yeah, those are some of the
- 12:37Speaker 1: weirdest names.
- 12:38Speaker 3: Somebody named their baby brisket.
- 12:40Speaker 1: Yeah, it was a junkers. Okay, isn't that wild?
- 12:45Speaker 3: Ye smells smoky too?
- 12:47Speaker 2: What that is?
- 12:48Speaker 1: Always make me smile? What else?
- 12:50Speaker 3: Okay?
- 12:50Speaker 5: So AMC has a couple of new theaters that they've
- 12:52Speaker 5: got in Colorado, a few locations around the Mile High City.
- 12:57Speaker 5: The screen X so what it does is it surrounds audiences. Yeah,
- 13:01Speaker 5: with the two hundred and seventy to panoramic presentation, it
- 13:04Speaker 5: actually extends select screens onto the auditorium sidewalls as well.
- 13:09Speaker 5: So the movie spills over into the side and people,
- 13:13Speaker 5: you know, you look around.
- 13:15Speaker 1: Yeah, Josh went Spider Man.
- 13:17Speaker 2: There, Like I think the guy said, it's opening night
- 13:20Speaker 2: for that screen.
- 13:21Speaker 1: How much did that ticket cost you?
- 13:23Speaker 3: So?
- 13:23Speaker 4: Uh a little bit more. It was like thirty five
- 13:26Speaker 4: a person, But it wasn't too too bad. It wasn't
- 13:29Speaker 4: like an imax you know price, but that being said,
- 13:32Speaker 4: I would think that it would be overwhelming too, and
- 13:34Speaker 4: it wasn't. It was only on for the Spider Man movie.
- 13:37Speaker 4: The scenes when he's like moving through the city and
- 13:39Speaker 4: it shows like a panoramic view of New York City
- 13:42Speaker 4: and stuff.
- 13:43Speaker 1: That's neat.
- 13:43Speaker 2: I really liked it.
- 13:44Speaker 4: But when it was just like you know, Spider Man
- 13:46Speaker 4: and MJ or something, you know, no spoilers, it just
- 13:49Speaker 4: went to the main screen, the first screen, well.
- 13:51Speaker 2: I don't like it.
- 13:52Speaker 5: They've got a few other things involved with it. It's
- 13:54Speaker 5: not just the screen, it's the synchronized motion seats and
- 13:57Speaker 5: maybe environmental effects as well, so the water, the wind,
- 14:01Speaker 5: all that stuff. It incorporates it into the movie. So
- 14:04Speaker 5: it's an entirely immergerive.
- 14:06Speaker 2: I got shot with Webb the entire I bet.
- 14:09Speaker 5: It was ridiculous, But it is an immersive experience that
- 14:12Speaker 5: they're saying. So they're going to have a few more
- 14:15Speaker 5: across the Denver area They're.
- 14:18Speaker 1: Gonna be it's too bright, like is it like?
- 14:21Speaker 2: Okay?
- 14:21Speaker 4: So it is like its daylight, like a daylight scene
- 14:25Speaker 4: in there. You can see everybody in there.
- 14:26Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 14:27Speaker 1: See, I don't like that because I sneak snacks in
- 14:29Speaker 1: so if I my buddy.
- 14:30Speaker 2: Had it's good.
- 14:31Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I would bring I bring jars of pickles.
- 14:34Speaker 2: So it's okay, no one will see.
- 14:36Speaker 5: So they're going to have five rolled out in the
- 14:38Speaker 5: Denver market. We heard about the one in Highlands Range
- 14:40Speaker 5: that Josh went to. The other one that already opened
- 14:43Speaker 5: is the Westminster Promenade one and then three more. They're
- 14:46Speaker 5: going to open one in the Southlands, one in the
- 14:50Speaker 5: Orchard for Dobe Cinema, and then another one in the Orchard. Oh,
- 14:54Speaker 5: I guess I want to already opened in twenty twenty four.
- 14:56Speaker 5: So they have a few that.
- 14:57Speaker 2: Really like it's.
- 14:59Speaker 3: Exciting, Like I'm looking at it and I'm like, I
- 15:01Speaker 3: would see a.
- 15:01Speaker 4: Movie like this kind of immersive exhibit if you will.
- 15:06Speaker 3: I like it. It's pretty neat. So if you get
- 15:08Speaker 3: a chance to check them out, to do so. The
- 15:11Speaker 3: Denver Bar.
- 15:12Speaker 5: They're offering a five hundred dollars reward here, so they're
- 15:14Speaker 5: asking for the public's help for the return of a
- 15:18Speaker 5: DJ's mobile wheels the Steel. Yeah, it's kind of shocking
- 15:23Speaker 5: to me. How did they even get away with this?
- 15:24Speaker 3: Right?
- 15:25Speaker 5: How do you go in the Steel DJ's mobile J set? Like, Okay,
- 15:30Speaker 5: so imagine the the strikes that they bring out to sell,
- 15:34Speaker 5: like popsicles and Tamali's and things like that. Somebody took
- 15:38Speaker 5: one of those and turned it into a mobile DJ
- 15:40Speaker 5: set and they had it out.
- 15:42Speaker 3: At de Or Desert Social, Denver.
- 15:45Speaker 5: So they've been going out there every Saturday night in
- 15:48Speaker 5: djane Live. But surveillance video captured a man entering Desert
- 15:52Speaker 5: Social Denver's property back lot Sunday morning and he actually
- 15:56Speaker 5: cut the lock and walked away with the Bright Orange
- 16:00Speaker 5: cargo tricycle before riding off.
- 16:02Speaker 3: And it's belongs to d J Salvage, I believe. And
- 16:08Speaker 3: so he's again.
- 16:09Speaker 5: Been showing up each and every Saturday to you know
- 16:12Speaker 5: spin and somebody just totally came in and stole this strike,
- 16:16Speaker 5: so they're looking for it and offering again a five
- 16:18Speaker 5: hundred dollars reward. But it is kind of unique that
- 16:21Speaker 5: he does this, Like, you know a lot of people
- 16:23Speaker 5: just bring in their DJ stuff to the actual venue,
- 16:27Speaker 5: but this guy just rolls up with his strike and
- 16:30Speaker 5: his you know decks and everything, and somebody stole it.
- 16:33Speaker 2: Like cool idea, but that's really sad, yeah.
- 16:35Speaker 3: Really sad. So again bright Or should be able to
- 16:38Speaker 3: find it, but they can't.
- 16:40Speaker 5: And I'm just shocked to tell how they even how
- 16:42Speaker 5: they even got away with it.
- 16:43Speaker 3: It's just wild. But yeah, they're asking for theself and
- 16:47Speaker 3: again but again, so it was just like the broad
- 16:49Speaker 3: daylight though it literally like Homie walked up and just
- 16:52Speaker 3: cut it.
- 16:53Speaker 1: Like you just didn't care, didn't care at all. DJ
- 16:56Speaker 1: Salvage Salvage, I believe I'm DJ.
- 16:59Speaker 3: Theft Yeah, DJ, yeah, DJ Salvage is who it got
- 17:03Speaker 3: stolen front. It's very sad Salad, your savage Salvage sal
- 17:08Speaker 3: vaj So okay, probably because you've built.
- 17:11Speaker 1: That out of y. Probably, Yeah, that's what it sounds like.
- 17:14Speaker 5: Well, either way, they're looking for this big orange red strike,
- 17:17Speaker 5: so if you see it, definitely let them be aware
- 17:20Speaker 5: because that's messed up. And then the Prey to Homes,
- 17:23Speaker 5: So the twenty twenty six Denver Preay to Homes. It
- 17:26Speaker 5: starts today and then it runs through Sundays through August
- 17:30Speaker 5: twenty third. So if you've never been to the Parata homes,
- 17:33Speaker 5: so much fun.
- 17:34Speaker 3: They give you those little booties to put on your shoe,
- 17:37Speaker 3: right so you don't track stuff in it. But I'll
- 17:40Speaker 3: never forget I went to the Plata homes quite a
- 17:42Speaker 3: few times over on the western Slope, and one house
- 17:45Speaker 3: in particular belonged to the owner of the.
- 17:47Speaker 5: Taco Bell and he had his basement. This man cave
- 17:52Speaker 5: was the man cave of all man caves. It was
- 17:55Speaker 5: so amazing. It's so many like different sports memorabilia. You
- 17:59Speaker 5: walk in and like you could turn it.
- 18:02Speaker 3: It's hard to explain, but it was absolutely amazing. It
- 18:05Speaker 3: was so neat and yeah, so if you love yeah.
- 18:09Speaker 5: This year they're actually featuring a luxury custom ranch home
- 18:14Speaker 5: near Franktown, so it's priced out like two point seven million.
- 18:17Speaker 1: They don't like it when you go in and fill
- 18:19Speaker 1: the tub up though with bubbles and lay in it.
- 18:20Speaker 1: No experience.
- 18:22Speaker 5: There aren't many tubs anymore. That's something that they've noticed. No, well,
- 18:27Speaker 5: that's one thing that they're doing with homes now is
- 18:29Speaker 5: they're not putting bathtubs in it. It's one of like
- 18:31Speaker 5: the upgrade features. It's all the big spa showers and stuff.
- 18:35Speaker 1: Our master bath needs to be remodeled really bad, and
- 18:39Speaker 1: that is kind of in the plans, is to get
- 18:41Speaker 1: rid of the gigantic jetted tub that's in there, and.
- 18:44Speaker 3: All people do crash it they get rid of their tubs.
- 18:47Speaker 1: I want one of the showers with no door that
- 18:50Speaker 1: you just walk in. Yeah, and I'm in a fight
- 18:52Speaker 1: with my wife about that right now.
- 18:53Speaker 3: Shower type things.
- 18:54Speaker 1: Just want to walk in and have two heads in there,
- 18:57Speaker 1: no door to clean and you just stand there naked
- 19:00Speaker 1: for the whole world to see you.
- 19:01Speaker 2: I guess, and you get like.
- 19:02Speaker 1: Six or seven people in there. It's a fun front
- 19:03Speaker 1: of you.
- 19:04Speaker 3: It's so much fun.
- 19:04Speaker 5: But I get the no door thing, but just be wary, like,
- 19:07Speaker 5: you will be so cold. I have the argument, and
- 19:12Speaker 5: you will be I will tell you one hundred percent.
- 19:14Speaker 3: You will be cold. It's like it completely opens it
- 19:17Speaker 3: up and the steam can't get trapped by anything.
- 19:20Speaker 1: So it's like make the door smaller.
- 19:21Speaker 3: You're freezing in the shower.
- 19:23Speaker 1: So that's her argument. You're not helping me out.
- 19:25Speaker 3: I'm just telling you I agree with there's one.
- 19:30Speaker 1: It's done for your.
- 19:34Speaker 5: But pretty much that and then the there's another thing
- 19:37Speaker 5: that taps the water taps right over the stoves.
- 19:40Speaker 1: Do you have any o the pods enough?
- 19:42Speaker 5: I told you, yeah, I got to, but you really yeah,
- 19:45Speaker 5: like that's fancy you fancy? Because yeah, so just some
- 19:50Speaker 5: of the fun little home things that you'll see at
- 19:53Speaker 5: the pary to Homes and again that starts up today
- 19:55Speaker 5: and runs through August twenty third.
- 19:57Speaker 3: Oh, there you go. The high Hi, Jarkadie and Josh one.
- 20:03Speaker 1: Hundred everyone else out there protein maxing right now, trying
- 20:08Speaker 1: to get four times your body weight in protein each and.
- 20:11Speaker 3: Every day, four times.
- 20:13Speaker 1: Yeah, I think it's four times the amount. Yeah. So
- 20:16Speaker 1: if you're one hundred pounds, you need four hundred grams
- 20:19Speaker 1: of protein. Yeah, all the time. In an effort to
- 20:23Speaker 1: achieve my protein maxing, I made those I don't know
- 20:27Speaker 1: if you call them viral, but they have been popping
- 20:29Speaker 1: up quite a bit on my feet. It's the three
- 20:32Speaker 1: to four ingredient protein bars. I made them last night.
- 20:36Speaker 1: Here's a little picture of them. They're supposed to be cookies,
- 20:39Speaker 1: but I just laid them off. I just made it flat,
- 20:42Speaker 1: the whole cookie sheet, and then I took my pizza
- 20:44Speaker 1: cutter to it, made like little bars out of them.
- 20:47Speaker 1: But it's squished up banana, A couple scoops of protein powder,
- 20:53Speaker 1: and then some chocolate chips is all it is. I
- 20:56Speaker 1: added some oats to it because oats are really good
- 20:58Speaker 1: for you and you a little bit of fire. So
- 21:01Speaker 1: I tried it for everybody so you don't have to
- 21:04Speaker 1: and me. Yeah, it's I don't know, there's you put
- 21:09Speaker 1: it in the oven for like fifteen minutes. It probably
- 21:11Speaker 1: should go for about twenty five because it's a little squish.
- 21:16Speaker 2: Still super banana eat but yeah, I mean that's your base.
- 21:20Speaker 1: The banana is the base. But all in the name
- 21:24Speaker 1: of health, I should have given you guys a taste.
- 21:26Speaker 1: I brought some in this morning, and Josh said, I
- 21:29Speaker 1: was eating cookies.
- 21:29Speaker 5: I know of all the things that you want to
- 21:31Speaker 5: offer us. I mean you can keep those ones too. Yeah,
- 21:34Speaker 5: that's right, but I know exactly what you can do
- 21:37Speaker 5: to fix it. Yeah, you add butter and flour and
- 21:40Speaker 5: sugar and then they're perfect.
- 21:44Speaker 1: Katie, I got something kind of embarrassing to tell you. Okay,
- 21:48Speaker 1: So first of all, shout out to some of the
- 21:50Speaker 1: kids going back to school today. Something you might be
- 21:52Speaker 1: in the car right now. Adam's school district.
- 21:54Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, I know, there's a couple couple different areas
- 21:57Speaker 5: going back.
- 21:58Speaker 1: Bummer for you guys, going back wicked early. So we
- 22:04Speaker 1: have here over the summer, made my kids continue to
- 22:07Speaker 1: do schoolwork because we don't want the summer brain drain.
- 22:11Speaker 1: And so my daughter's got this math workbook that she's
- 22:13Speaker 1: been doing all summer long.
- 22:15Speaker 3: Huh.
- 22:15Speaker 1: She hates us for it. And I'm like, you know what,
- 22:17Speaker 1: one day, girl, you're going to be a boss r
- 22:21Speaker 1: B because of all this. I want her to rule
- 22:23Speaker 1: the world. So anyway, she is doing long division in
- 22:28Speaker 1: the book right now.
- 22:29Speaker 3: Wow, yeah, gosh, I feel for her.
- 22:32Speaker 1: She was having some issues yesterday with a couple of
- 22:34Speaker 1: the problems, huh. So I sat down to help her out.
- 22:37Speaker 1: I was like, ah, I'll let dad take over. I'll
- 22:39Speaker 1: help you out with some of this long division. And
- 22:42Speaker 1: I sat down and I kid you not. I stared
- 22:47Speaker 1: at it for like three or four minutes, and I
- 22:50Speaker 1: was like, holy crap. Yeah, I don't remember how to
- 22:53Speaker 1: do long division.
- 22:54Speaker 3: Got humbled real quick, didn't you, Katie.
- 22:56Speaker 1: I had no idea how to do it, especially when
- 23:00Speaker 1: you get two or three digits there on the left, Yeah,
- 23:03Speaker 1: you know, on this on the side of the I
- 23:06Speaker 1: don't even know what it's called the division side as
- 23:08Speaker 1: many points. Yeah, I blink, and I go, holy crap,
- 23:13Speaker 1: I go, I told her, I go, I don't remember
- 23:15Speaker 1: how to do this. And she goes, well, see, I
- 23:18Speaker 1: don't need to do this because I'll get older and
- 23:20Speaker 1: you I won't even remember and I won't even need it.
- 23:22Speaker 1: I was like, no, we're not playing that game right now.
- 23:25Speaker 5: No, no, no, yeah, it's probably gonna be important when
- 23:27Speaker 5: she gets old.
- 23:28Speaker 1: Well, and then she was trying to show me and
- 23:29Speaker 1: it's completely different now how they do it than we
- 23:32Speaker 1: were taught, you know, growing up. Yeah, that was even
- 23:35Speaker 1: more confusing to me, so I embarrassing. Lee had to
- 23:40Speaker 1: sit there on the couch next to her, get onto.
- 23:43Speaker 3: YouTube and figure it out.
- 23:45Speaker 1: I had to watch four or five like YouTube shorts
- 23:48Speaker 1: from math teachers how to do long division.
- 23:51Speaker 5: I'm gonna tell you right now. That's one thing. When
- 23:53Speaker 5: baby Nana got to be about that age, we realized
- 23:56Speaker 5: we were taught this completely different, totally different.
- 23:59Speaker 3: There's a lot of ways you can reach the same answer. Yes,
- 24:02Speaker 3: we found that out, but our way always I did.
- 24:05Speaker 3: You're telling me, but they are not the same.
- 24:08Speaker 5: And we've frustrated each other so much trying to understand
- 24:12Speaker 5: where you were coming from. So that is a phase
- 24:15Speaker 5: in their school where it is hard.
- 24:17Speaker 1: It is very hard, and you know what, I got
- 24:19Speaker 1: to the point where I was like, you know what,
- 24:21Speaker 1: let's just close this notebok once you go outside and
- 24:23Speaker 1: play for the sc afterc FU.
- 24:25Speaker 7: It's times to play fast five, Fast five?

- 25:36Speaker 3: Yesterday, the one that won.
- 25:37Speaker 5: It was Josh who was a big winner with five
- 25:40Speaker 5: things that come in pairs.

- 28:06Speaker 1: to HR about that.
- 28:07Speaker 6: What's yeah, less, it's less boring than my job, right.
- 28:12Speaker 1: Yeah, this guy he's got like a Southern accident too.

- 31:57Speaker 11: All right, thanks, I'm gonna go google it.
- 31:59Speaker 7: Okay, it up right now, Brian, Hi Kara, good morning.
- 32:09Speaker 1: Good morning. My note says you're heading to the office. Away.
- 32:12Speaker 6: You go away, I go into the tech center.
- 32:16Speaker 1: What do you do out there?
- 32:18Speaker 9: I do residential real estate closing houses?
- 32:23Speaker 1: Yeah, what's the most expensive house you've helped with?
- 32:28Speaker 6: Oh?
- 32:29Speaker 7: Five million?
- 32:30Speaker 1: Not too bad, not too bad. Probably like a little
- 32:34Speaker 1: townhouse in Denver.
- 32:36Speaker 8: Little townhouse, little penthouse, a.
- 32:39Speaker 1: Little two bedroom, one bath. Please all right, all right, good, good, good?
- 32:43Speaker 1: You dying to go see Noah.
- 32:44Speaker 10: Khan, I am.
- 32:46Speaker 6: I would love to take my daughter.
- 32:48Speaker 1: Yes, all right. What's your daughter's name?
- 32:51Speaker 7: McKenzie, Little McKenzie.
- 32:54Speaker 1: All right, yeah, it'd be a fun night out. Okay,
- 32:56Speaker 1: So I need I like this one. This came in
- 33:00Speaker 1: from a listener last night. Jennifer is the name I need.
- 33:03Speaker 1: Any five famous Jennifers go.
- 33:08Speaker 8: Jennifer Annison, Jennifer Love Hewett, Jennifer Beale, Jennifer Smith.
- 33:20Speaker 3: Jennifer Smith.
- 33:21Speaker 1: I see what you're doing there, Jennifer Smith does Jennifer Connolly, Gardner, Lawrence,
- 33:28Speaker 1: Jennifer Lawrence. You said my favorite Jennifer Love Hewitt. So yeah,
- 33:34Speaker 1: try again tomorrow, Cairo. We appreciate you.
- 33:37Speaker 6: Bye.
- 33:40Speaker 1: We got an Alex on the line.
- 33:41Speaker 6: Hi Alex, Hey, how's it going well?
- 33:43Speaker 1: We're super Dupe's buddy. How are you doing today?
- 33:46Speaker 6: Man? I'm doing good today. I'm on my way to
- 33:49Speaker 6: get some Brakfast Britos. Then I'm gonna drive my girlfriend
- 33:52Speaker 6: to work.
- 33:52Speaker 1: So you're a good boyfriend.
- 33:55Speaker 5: Ask you where do you get your burritos?
- 33:59Speaker 1: Oh? Is there anywhere else?
- 34:01Speaker 6: Yeah? The half and half.
- 34:04Speaker 5: So our boss has a pro tip. He gets enchilada
- 34:06Speaker 5: sauce in his burritos. He's not a fan of green chili.
- 34:09Speaker 5: I wasn't sure I felt about.
- 34:11Speaker 3: That at first, but it's actually quite tasty.
- 34:13Speaker 1: Game changer, well, change up.
- 34:14Speaker 5: Yeah, I know I didn't either at first, Alex, but
- 34:18Speaker 5: I was like, I don't, don't hate it.
- 34:20Speaker 1: Ench a lotta sauce is awesome.
- 34:21Speaker 6: It's good, and we kind of love green chili.
- 34:25Speaker 2: I do too.
- 34:26Speaker 5: It's usually the half and half when you get spicy
- 34:28Speaker 5: and mild and oh it's the best.
- 34:30Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 34:31Speaker 1: I feel like I could do a little inch a
- 34:33Speaker 1: lot of sauce with a green chili. Let's try that combo.
- 34:36Speaker 1: Let's go crazy, Let's put it all in there. What's
- 34:38Speaker 1: your girlfriend's name, Alex, her name Danielle, Danielle. You're gonna
- 34:44Speaker 1: put a ring on it? Uh, Sunday, someday you're feeling it. Huh.
- 34:50Speaker 3: That's a good answer.
- 34:51Speaker 1: Else, she's in the car right now.
- 34:54Speaker 6: Huh.
- 34:55Speaker 1: No, Oh darn, I wish she was.
- 34:57Speaker 3: I wish she was too.
- 34:58Speaker 1: What's the most annoy thing about your girlfriend?
- 35:05Speaker 6: She's just always gives too much.
- 35:09Speaker 1: She's got she's got that toxic positivity.
- 35:13Speaker 6: The toxic positivity. That's great.
- 35:14Speaker 1: Yeah, good, Katie has that. I have to deal with
- 35:17Speaker 1: it every day. Everything is awesome, Everything is awesome. Oh
- 35:23Speaker 1: my god, I cut my hand open. Then I'm bleeding
- 35:24Speaker 1: to death. But oh my god, how cool is the
- 35:26Speaker 1: inside of my hand? Yeah?
- 35:28Speaker 6: Well, yeah, it's all good. Everything is good.
- 35:32Speaker 1: All right, Alex, with your burrito. Let's play fast five.
- 35:35Speaker 1: This one's very subjective, so we'll see what you come
- 35:38Speaker 1: up with in ten seconds. Buddy, I need to yead
- 35:43Speaker 1: five reasons you might get kicked out of a bar
- 35:47Speaker 1: and go.
- 35:50Speaker 6: Fighting, being underage, being too drunk, being disrespectful, t wearing,
- 35:59Speaker 6: or mine lying.
- 36:05Speaker 1: I guess if you're if you're drunk and you're belligerent
- 36:08Speaker 1: and you're swearing a lot. Oh yeah, yeah, they might
- 36:11Speaker 1: kick you.
- 36:11Speaker 3: Out exactly all the other reasons too. You're underage.
- 36:16Speaker 1: Would your girlfriend be over the moon if you told
- 36:19Speaker 1: her that you want Noah con concert tickets today?
- 36:22Speaker 6: I'm actually calling to uh because she wants to go
- 36:26Speaker 6: so bad and uh we've been trying to get tickets,
- 36:29Speaker 6: so she's like, you have to call them.
- 36:31Speaker 1: So do you know how many good boyfriend points you
- 36:35Speaker 1: would get if you won Fast five?
- 36:37Speaker 6: It would be unbelievable.
- 36:38Speaker 1: Yeah, you could. You could propose at the concert.
- 36:43Speaker 6: Oh my god, He's like, whoa.
- 36:47Speaker 1: Pump the brakes there, jar bear, Alex do you know
- 36:51Speaker 1: what you're supposed to say when you win Fast five?
- 36:55Speaker 1: Are you supposed to ask me? That's what we're looking for? Yeah,
- 37:03Speaker 1: Alex one, Yeah, horay.
- 37:07Speaker 6: Oh my gosh, I can't wait to tell her.
- 37:09Speaker 1: Dude, not only are you winning these Noacan concert tickets,
- 37:12Speaker 1: you're gonna have a nice little night out up the
- 37:14Speaker 1: hill at Bally's Casino with a big old Bally's Casino
- 37:17Speaker 1: prize pack. You got a couple of date nights lined up.
- 37:20Speaker 6: My gosh, you guys are the bad I know you
- 37:23Speaker 6: could get married, Yes, proposing blackhawk again.
- 37:28Speaker 1: All right, you you should like film when you're telling
- 37:32Speaker 1: her that you won. Unless she's listening right now, see that.
- 37:36Speaker 6: Okay, I'll do it.
- 37:37Speaker 1: Film, film your conversation and then send us the selfie
- 37:40Speaker 1: and the videos to the text line. It's a saying
- 37:42Speaker 1: the same number you call today.
- 37:43Speaker 6: All right, okay, when I can do that.
- 37:45Speaker 1: Thanks, brother, We want to see it, Alex. Yes, congratulations.
- 37:49Speaker 1: I'm gonna put you on hold. We'll come back and
- 37:50Speaker 1: tell you how to get that awesome prize pack. What
- 37:53Speaker 1: a good winner today.
- 37:54Speaker 3: Yeah, Jared, you, Katie and Josh big old shot out
- 38:00Speaker 3: to a bunch of kiddos going back to school.
- 38:02Speaker 1: Today, Go learn something. Shout out to all the parents
- 38:06Speaker 1: who get a little more free time, maybe a little
- 38:09Speaker 1: less stress. I think Adams went back today. I just
- 38:12Speaker 1: saw something about Aurora Public schools. Yeah, those kiddos are
- 38:16Speaker 1: going back, so shout out to a brand new school year.
- 38:20Speaker 1: I kid you not. I looked up just a little
- 38:22Speaker 1: bit ago, because I really haven't looked at Katie too
- 38:24Speaker 1: much today, and she straight up looks like a teacher
- 38:29Speaker 1: out of the early two thousands.
- 38:31Speaker 3: You look like a teacher today, But.
- 38:35Speaker 1: Crazy are you right, like late nineties, mid nineties.
- 38:39Speaker 3: I think I look cute.
- 38:42Speaker 1: You're like miss Frizzle, My gosh, post a picture? Can
- 38:46Speaker 1: I post a picture of you?
- 38:47Speaker 5: I'm all about it because this is my favorite dress
- 38:50Speaker 5: and I got a te in yesterday.
- 38:51Speaker 3: And I mean dress, it's my favorite dress to wear.
- 38:56Speaker 3: She need, it's my favorite color, has a fun print
- 38:59Speaker 3: on it. It's got this little neck design that's like.
- 39:02Speaker 1: You got your little sweater on top of this because
- 39:05Speaker 1: it's cold up in here.
- 39:06Speaker 2: Teacher from the mid nineties, it's the sound of music.
- 39:09Speaker 1: Let me, Can I take a picture of you? Are
- 39:11Speaker 1: you okay with that? If I took a picture, we'll
- 39:13Speaker 1: just do like a quick survey Katie. Does Katie look
- 39:16Speaker 1: like a teacher today?
- 39:17Speaker 3: I mean, and I do kind of look like a teacher.
- 39:19Speaker 3: But I still like this dress.
- 39:20Speaker 1: Yeah, that's a good one. Yeah okay, Oh wow, you're single.
- 39:26Speaker 3: This is a fabulous dress. It's very pretty. It's a
- 39:30Speaker 3: nice color.
- 39:32Speaker 5: What do you mean what anything wearing like a booty
- 39:36Speaker 5: dress to work?
- 39:37Speaker 3: Am I supposed to be like in the club? Tearing
- 39:39Speaker 3: it up, shaking it? Like? What do you expect from me?
- 39:42Speaker 3: When I don't to work?
- 39:43Speaker 1: They do on the local news cast. Kind to come on,
- 39:48Speaker 1: we got a live feed going.
- 39:49Speaker 3: Hey, is that what I need to do?
- 39:50Speaker 1: I need to bring the shorts on.
- 39:52Speaker 3: Okay, I'm sorry, I'm doing it wrong.
- 39:55Speaker 1: I love what you're wearing too. I think it's very unique.
- 39:58Speaker 1: So we'll get a picture up.
- 40:02Speaker 3: Fine, Fine, I'm okay with it. I'm okay with the picture.
- 40:06Speaker 1: It's a weird sege know, because I didn't want to
- 40:08Speaker 1: talk about that at all. It was purely observation. I mean,
- 40:11Speaker 1: but I think it's important that we do talk about
- 40:13Speaker 1: this because of that Hilton guy that was in the
- 40:16Speaker 1: news the other day cutting himself and live streaming. Yeah,
- 40:20Speaker 1: we were talking off the air about how graphic, how
- 40:24Speaker 1: graphic everything is, and how many disturbing videos people have
- 40:28Speaker 1: access to.
- 40:29Speaker 5: Now right absolutely, I mean they're all over the place,
- 40:31Speaker 5: and honestly, the younger generations is who I'm worried about,
- 40:35Speaker 5: because when I see something that has the caution this
- 40:39Speaker 5: is bad, you might not want to watch it. I
- 40:41Speaker 5: just don't watch it.
- 40:42Speaker 2: I don't want you don't click it.
- 40:44Speaker 3: I don't.
- 40:44Speaker 5: I don't want to put that in my brain because
- 40:46Speaker 5: you can't unsee things.
- 40:47Speaker 1: Yeah, and stuck there forever exactly.
- 40:49Speaker 3: But you know the younger generation.
- 40:51Speaker 2: That's all I click it every time.
- 40:53Speaker 5: Oh sensational everything. And you know you're not the only one.
- 40:56Speaker 5: I know, Baby Nana, all of her friends, they're clicking
- 40:59Speaker 5: these videos to see it because it doesn't hit them
- 41:01Speaker 5: the way it hits us.
- 41:03Speaker 2: Become very desensitized, you really do.
- 41:06Speaker 3: Experts are saying that this is still not good for us.
- 41:09Speaker 5: It's not good for us to be absorbing all these
- 41:11Speaker 5: images to have to kind of decipher through it. It
- 41:15Speaker 5: still makes us feel feelings of unease. And even if
- 41:19Speaker 5: we don't, like you know, acknowledge it, it needs to
- 41:22Speaker 5: come out somewhere.
- 41:23Speaker 3: So they're saying, there are some things that you can
- 41:25Speaker 3: do to help you with this.
- 41:26Speaker 5: If you are seeing graphic videos and you don't like
- 41:28Speaker 5: how they're making one one, don't look at it if
- 41:32Speaker 5: you can.
- 41:33Speaker 1: If that one, try not to. I don't mean to
- 41:35Speaker 1: interrupt you. But the one about the the Mexican influencer
- 41:39Speaker 1: that was out in front of a hotel or something
- 41:42Speaker 1: yesterday and they rolled up on a motorcycle and shot him,
- 41:45Speaker 1: and like everyone's reposting it on Facebook, to Instagram and
- 41:48Speaker 1: and you know, an X and all that, and I'm like,
- 41:50Speaker 1: I don't know, Yeah, there's no reason to see that.
- 41:54Speaker 5: And you make a really good point there, because they're
- 41:55Speaker 5: saying one of the things that you can do to
- 41:57Speaker 5: help curb this is instead of repost report it, make
- 42:02Speaker 5: sure it gets taken down, because I mean, even you
- 42:04Speaker 5: talk about Pez Hilton, that live stream that was on
- 42:07Speaker 5: TikTok for thirty four minutes, and the moderators can't keep
- 42:12Speaker 5: up with the amount of stuff people are posting on
- 42:14Speaker 5: the internet. So that's why they're saying we need to
- 42:16Speaker 5: take certain steps. Another thing that you can do, just
- 42:19Speaker 5: personally that will help you forget it is if you
- 42:22Speaker 5: see something like that, First of all, again, stop watching
- 42:24Speaker 5: it as soon as you can, but bust down a
- 42:27Speaker 5: game of old school tetris, because they're saying that specifically,
- 42:32Speaker 5: you can counter program the unsettling content, so if you
- 42:36Speaker 5: engage in something that's comforting and pleasant instead. It could
- 42:41Speaker 5: mean listening to your favorite song, playing with your pet,
- 42:43Speaker 5: or watching a soothing TV series. Research suggests that playing tetris,
- 42:48Speaker 5: because it's keeping your brain busy with a visual puzzle.
- 42:52Speaker 5: Absolutely already, I feel better, Jared.
- 43:08Speaker 3: So soothing, so soothing.
- 43:10Speaker 1: But that's kind of traumatic there is.
- 43:12Speaker 3: It is a little, but if.
- 43:13Speaker 5: You splash ice cold water on your face, that'll also
- 43:16Speaker 5: kind of shock your body. It's just something different and
- 43:19Speaker 5: something that I learned. Baby Nana told me something that
- 43:22Speaker 5: a therapist once told hers. If you're dealing with feelings
- 43:25Speaker 5: of anxiety and this kind of stuff, eat sour can.
- 43:29Speaker 1: I was just gonna say, yeah, sour can.
- 43:31Speaker 5: Because your brain can't focus on those two things at once.
- 43:34Speaker 5: It really has to rein in on the oh my gosh,
- 43:36Speaker 5: that's sour, like that's all I can focus on, and
- 43:39Speaker 5: so it kind of just dismisses the other stuff and
- 43:42Speaker 5: you can really train your brain into freak.
- 43:45Speaker 1: They say to do that too. If you've got to
- 43:47Speaker 1: do some public speaking or get up in front of
- 43:49Speaker 1: everybody on an all staff meeting, keep your pockets full
- 43:51Speaker 1: of sour patch kids, absolutely and toss a few in
- 43:55Speaker 1: your mouth and it'll you'll focus on that versus how
- 43:57Speaker 1: terrified you are to be up in front of it
- 44:00Speaker 1: everybody talking, and.
- 44:00Speaker 5: So just the little tips and tricks. But they're saying
- 44:03Speaker 5: because obviously there are people who are very just particularly
- 44:06Speaker 5: vulnerable to this kind of stuff. So if you're trying
- 44:09Speaker 5: these things, and it's still not working, and you're still
- 44:11Speaker 5: feeling just.
- 44:11Speaker 3: Like, oh, I just don't like this. Maybe reach out
- 44:14Speaker 3: for some professional help.
- 44:15Speaker 5: Yeah, sometimes it just gets to be too much and
- 44:18Speaker 5: someone needs to help you, and that's okay.
- 44:20Speaker 1: I think part of this might be too, is it's
- 44:22Speaker 1: we're in the world of AI, so when you're seeing
- 44:24Speaker 1: stuff too, you're like, is this real. I'm gonna watch
- 44:27Speaker 1: it any way to see if I can spot this
- 44:29Speaker 1: is real or fake, and then you end up seeing
- 44:31Speaker 1: something horrific absolutely, and then it sticks with you. This
- 44:35Speaker 1: is just another reason I give kudos to the Zears,
- 44:39Speaker 1: which I don't a lot. Is like, you know, a
- 44:41Speaker 1: lot of them get are getting back to the dumb
- 44:43Speaker 1: phones that they don't have social media because it consumes
- 44:46Speaker 1: you and there's horrible stuff on there. So they just
- 44:49Speaker 1: have basic old school phones that just make phone calls
- 44:51Speaker 1: and you can maybe text each other.
- 44:53Speaker 3: Kind of jealous of that, I so it.
- 44:56Speaker 1: Just makes me want to shut down all my social media. Yeah,
- 45:00Speaker 1: I don't worry. You know, it concerns me for my
- 45:02Speaker 1: kids too, because they play you know, the fart night
- 45:05Speaker 1: in the roadblocks and all this stuff that you hear
- 45:08Speaker 1: the horrific stories of pictures and predators on there as well.
- 45:12Speaker 1: You've got to monitor this stuff like constantly, really, and
- 45:15Speaker 1: it's consuming.
- 45:16Speaker 3: Yeah, it can be. It can be all consuming.
- 45:18Speaker 5: So if these help you out, then you know we're
- 45:21Speaker 5: here for it.
- 45:22Speaker 1: Yeah. I'm gonna go buy some sour Patch kids.
- 45:24Speaker 3: Hey, don't need another reason to do that.
- 45:27Speaker 1: They are tasty. I do have a story here about
- 45:31Speaker 1: when you reach your peak happiness at what age? Okatie,
- 45:35Speaker 1: you've blown way past this because six years this story
- 45:40Speaker 1: here says good news if you're approaching your late forties.
- 45:43Speaker 1: A new survey is saying that the age forty seven
- 45:47Speaker 1: is when most people hit their peak health and happiness.
- 45:51Speaker 2: Okay, okay.
- 45:52Speaker 1: They surveyed like two thousand people and they said, yeah,
- 45:55Speaker 1: late forties often you feel fitter, happier, and more confident
- 46:01Speaker 1: than ever before. Uh huh. You finally understand your body
- 46:05Speaker 1: a whole lot better.
- 46:06Speaker 2: Seven.
- 46:06Speaker 1: You're more likely to buy healthier foods and cut back
- 46:10Speaker 1: on partying. And another big factor is perspective. People in
- 46:14Speaker 1: their late forties said that they are more focused on
- 46:17Speaker 1: their well being instead of their appearance. You've lived enough
- 46:21Speaker 1: life to know, yeah, you kind of get to a
- 46:23Speaker 1: point where you're like, well, this is what I got
- 46:25Speaker 1: to work with. It's generally okay. Now I'm just gonna
- 46:28Speaker 1: eat healthier.
- 46:29Speaker 3: That's what I'm bringing to the table.
- 46:30Speaker 1: You get what you get, you know, and you don't
- 46:33Speaker 1: give a blank forty seven and I guess after forty
- 46:39Speaker 1: seven is just well, that's.
- 46:41Speaker 5: When the body just won't like it doesn't matter how
- 46:44Speaker 5: like you know you've worked it up in your brain,
- 46:46Speaker 5: your body tells you a different story, like, oh no,
- 46:48Speaker 5: you can't do that anymore. I don't care what you think.
- 46:50Speaker 5: Oh no, you can't do that anymore. I don't care
- 46:52Speaker 5: what you think.
- 46:53Speaker 1: I follow some of these dudes on the Instagrammy's yeah,
- 46:56Speaker 1: it's a bunch of these guys like in their fifties
- 46:58Speaker 1: and sixties who are just jacked, and I'm like, there's
- 47:02Speaker 1: no way, Like, how was that possible? They're either hying
- 47:07Speaker 1: about their age or something else. Is well that is like,
- 47:11Speaker 1: like that is all encompassing. I think when you.
- 47:13Speaker 2: Get to that age, it's your job.
- 47:15Speaker 1: And yeah, I mean you are counting every calorie. Yeah,
- 47:18Speaker 1: you're on forty different supplements.
- 47:20Speaker 2: That's no way to live.
- 47:21Speaker 1: That's I mean, you look awesome. But how would like you?
- 47:25Speaker 3: Also don't get to eat cake? So how great of
- 47:27Speaker 3: a life is that?
- 47:28Speaker 4: Right?
- 47:29Speaker 2: A life?
- 47:30Speaker 1: I want a little life. But they do look really good.
- 47:34Speaker 1: They do reddish ShredIt road jump on them, I'll tell
- 47:39Speaker 1: you that much. Well, this is when we kind of
- 47:42Speaker 1: dive into some of your dilemmas, questions, thoughts, concerns. We
- 47:46Speaker 1: talk about them on the air and then let our
- 47:48Speaker 1: listeners sound off about them. So here's our number. If so,
- 47:52Speaker 1: if this tickles your pickle, three oh three six nine
- 47:55Speaker 1: one mix three oh three six nine one sixteen forty nine,
- 48:00Speaker 1: let's talk about your X and all the stuff they
- 48:02Speaker 1: gave you.
- 48:02Speaker 5: Yeah, And I got a message from Jay, And first
- 48:05Speaker 5: of all, he started it out with, Hey, how do
- 48:07Speaker 5: I get a message to you guys? And you can
- 48:09Speaker 5: do that by sending it to our social media pages
- 48:12Speaker 5: individually Jeremy, myself, Katie M on the radio or Josh
- 48:16Speaker 5: or at Jeremy, Katy Josh.
- 48:17Speaker 1: That's how you reach us.
- 48:19Speaker 5: But Jay had a suggestion for the suggestion box, and
- 48:23Speaker 5: he was just like, I'm just curious.
- 48:24Speaker 3: Since I just broke up with my partner, I reached
- 48:27Speaker 3: out to Jay.
- 48:27Speaker 5: He said that they'd been together for about between four
- 48:30Speaker 5: and five years, and he said, I was just wondering
- 48:33Speaker 5: if we just broke up, if I should get rid
- 48:36Speaker 5: of the pictures and mementos right away, or if it's
- 48:39Speaker 5: okay to hold onto them. He went on to say
- 48:42Speaker 5: he's kind of going through it. He's in like the
- 48:44Speaker 5: numb stage right now, so he doesn't want to make
- 48:46Speaker 5: a decision that he regrets, but he says love sucks
- 48:50Speaker 5: for sure, keep your head up, and he's just kind
- 48:53Speaker 5: of wondering where to go in this situation, like do
- 48:56Speaker 5: you hang on to things for a specific amount of
- 48:58Speaker 5: time or do you just get rid of it all
- 49:01Speaker 5: together as soon as you guys break up.
- 49:03Speaker 3: So I thought that that was a really good.
- 49:06Speaker 1: Way to look at, you know, because we've all kind
- 49:07Speaker 1: of gone through that right.
- 49:08Speaker 5: Absolutely, And when you're dealing with heartbreak, especially in the beginning,
- 49:12Speaker 5: you hate that person right like you want nothing to
- 49:14Speaker 5: do with them, or maybe you miss them like crazy.
- 49:16Speaker 5: Maybe you're in that boat. So you're either one trying
- 49:19Speaker 5: to burn everything they ever touched or to hold onto
- 49:23Speaker 5: everything because you don't want it to end, and you
- 49:25Speaker 5: never know when the next time you're going to get
- 49:27Speaker 5: a piece.
- 49:27Speaker 3: Of that person.
- 49:28Speaker 1: So, but then there's like a hierarchy of stuff in
- 49:31Speaker 1: my opinion, you know, there's like different levels of stuff
- 49:34Speaker 1: they gave you that maybe it's easier to get rid of.
- 49:38Speaker 1: Like maybe they gave you a TV for a birthday gift?
- 49:42Speaker 1: Do you hold onto that or every time you watch
- 49:45Speaker 1: the TV? Oh my god, I'm thinking of Tina.
- 49:49Speaker 3: Yeah, well no, I think that that's it.
- 49:51Speaker 5: And not only that, but the specific rank of people, right,
- 49:56Speaker 5: because I'm sure certain people you'd want to hang on
- 49:58Speaker 5: to stuff from them, and then someone cheated on you,
- 50:00Speaker 5: like I never want to see a.
- 50:02Speaker 3: Guy with your name again, right like that? You know.
- 50:06Speaker 1: So I'm trying to think of the different levels too.
- 50:08Speaker 1: So you've got like major electronics, maybe olding you got
- 50:13Speaker 1: a hoodie or some softy pants or something that they
- 50:16Speaker 1: gave you. Yeah, do you get rid of those? Like
- 50:18Speaker 1: I feel like I would hold on to an awesome hoodie,
- 50:21Speaker 1: you know, or there's something maybe for your car, or
- 50:24Speaker 1: is there like what's the bottom? I haven't given a
- 50:27Speaker 1: girlfriend anything for so many years. I mean, do people
- 50:31Speaker 1: they don't do like CDs anymore? Do you send your
- 50:35Speaker 1: plate les?
- 50:36Speaker 3: It has been a minute since you're given against Nicole
- 50:40Speaker 3: a record.
- 50:41Speaker 1: But you give them like their their accounts years down. Yeah,
- 50:44Speaker 1: but I don't wouldn't give that, and you don't really
- 50:47Speaker 1: like get rid of that or do you just log out?
- 50:49Speaker 1: I don't know what's everybody's thoughts. Three O three six
- 50:52Speaker 1: nine and one. I'm sorry I brought up CDs three
- 50:56Speaker 1: sixteen forty nine, But in my defense, did you read
- 50:59Speaker 1: the article about how many CDs were sold last year?
- 51:03Speaker 1: A lot?
- 51:03Speaker 3: A ton.
- 51:04Speaker 1: The seers are going back to records and CDs, so
- 51:07Speaker 1: suck it so really quick. We got to take Mike
- 51:10Speaker 1: because he's been on hold for a while. Hi, Mikey, Hey,
- 51:14Speaker 1: how're we going? We're good bye, We're good. So how
- 51:18Speaker 1: long do you hold on to stuff from the exes?
- 51:21Speaker 9: So that is fun because my wife and I moved
- 51:26Speaker 9: I don't know three four years ago and she was like,
- 51:29Speaker 9: what's in this box? And I said, I don't know,
- 51:32Speaker 9: let's open it and find out. And so naturally was
- 51:34Speaker 9: all pictures and stuff like that from a gal that
- 51:37Speaker 9: I dated in two thousand and one through two thousand
- 51:39Speaker 9: and four. But I was head over heels for this gal,
- 51:44Speaker 9: and yeah, she broke it off with me, and so
- 51:47Speaker 9: it's like love lost, right, So I'm like hanging on
- 51:50Speaker 9: and I'm like, no, I can't get rid of that stuff.
- 51:53Speaker 9: But my wife was like same thing, So how long
- 51:56Speaker 9: are you gonna try to win her back for?
- 52:01Speaker 1: You're like, are you still pinting to this woman?
- 52:06Speaker 6: And I was like, Okay, I'll let it go, But in.
- 52:09Speaker 9: My heart I was like no.
- 52:12Speaker 3: In the moment, like you wanted to hang on to
- 52:15Speaker 3: all that, right, you don't want to let that go. Yeah.
- 52:18Speaker 9: So this was three years ago, but we dated in
- 52:21Speaker 9: two thousand and one through two thousand and four, so
- 52:23Speaker 9: it's been twenty years.
- 52:24Speaker 1: So your answer, Mike, as you hold onto things for
- 52:27Speaker 1: twenty years?
- 52:30Speaker 9: Yeah, I don't go with that, because then I finally
- 52:31Speaker 9: had to let it go.
- 52:33Speaker 1: I gotta ask you, Mike. I got to ask you.
- 52:36Speaker 1: Your wife's probably not listening. Did you just like save
- 52:39Speaker 1: one picture or just something to have? I did.
- 52:43Speaker 9: That's why I was like, okay, just for a nostalgia
- 52:45Speaker 9: saying I knew it in the put it in like
- 52:48Speaker 9: the photo album kind of you hit it because.
- 52:51Speaker 3: You hit it better this time.
- 52:52Speaker 1: Yeah, it's out in the toolbox in the garage.
- 52:55Speaker 11: Yeah, yeah, exactly, the one that got away.
- 52:59Speaker 1: Mike I'm sorry.
- 53:02Speaker 6: That's my vote. So that's what happened to me.
- 53:04Speaker 1: A right, So Mike says, twenty years until your wife.
- 53:07Speaker 3: There as long as your wife lets you keep it.
- 53:08Speaker 1: Mike, You're awesome, Thank you so much for this spectacular call.
- 53:12Speaker 1: How long do you hold on to stuff from your ex? Ashley? Hey,
- 53:16Speaker 1: how's it going?
- 53:18Speaker 2: Hey? Like, we're really really good.
- 53:21Speaker 1: I don't think any of us have broken up with
- 53:23Speaker 1: anybody in a while. Well maybe Katie speak for your
- 53:26Speaker 1: south Jey, what are your thoughts on this? Ashley?
- 53:29Speaker 10: Well, I am single, so.
- 53:30Speaker 8: I've had a few breakups, but I really think it
- 53:34Speaker 8: depends on what the relationship was.
- 53:37Speaker 5: Like.
- 53:37Speaker 10: Are we talking about a boyfriend I had it for
- 53:39Speaker 10: a couple of months that I stole my hoodie, stole
- 53:41Speaker 10: his hoodie from or are we talking.
- 53:43Speaker 8: About like a first boyfriend that is sentimental?
- 53:47Speaker 1: Right?
- 53:47Speaker 10: So, Like, my kid and I were going through my
- 53:49Speaker 10: garage the other day. We came across a box of.
- 53:52Speaker 8: Old photos and she's like, oh, mom, who's this.
- 53:55Speaker 10: I was like, Oh, that was my very first boyfriends,
- 53:59Speaker 10: and she was like cringe. But it was fun being
- 54:02Speaker 10: able to go through that box with her, and it
- 54:05Speaker 10: struck up a lot of conversation between us, and you know,
- 54:08Speaker 10: she's thirteen. So she started talking about.
- 54:10Speaker 8: Well, you know, when she gets her first boyfriends and what's.
- 54:13Speaker 10: He gonna look like? Definitely not gonna look like mom's
- 54:15Speaker 10: first boyfriend.
- 54:17Speaker 9: I really think, I really think it.
- 54:20Speaker 1: Honestly, that's funny. Was she in a roundabout way saying
- 54:23Speaker 1: that your first boyfriend was ugly?
- 54:24Speaker 7: Right now?
- 54:26Speaker 1: I will?
- 54:27Speaker 10: You know some of the photos, old photos were of
- 54:30Speaker 10: her dad too, and she's just like, oh, mom, like
- 54:33Speaker 10: what were you thinking?
- 54:33Speaker 11: I was like, I mean, come on, kid, we made
- 54:36Speaker 11: view and exactly, you're great.
- 54:38Speaker 1: Yeah, it'll be quiet.
- 54:40Speaker 3: You wouldn't be here if I wasn't.
- 54:43Speaker 1: You're like, Mommy had a lot of shots. There's funny.
- 54:50Speaker 10: May have had some rose colored glasses on, Yeah.
- 54:52Speaker 1: There is. That's funny that you're talking about this because
- 54:55Speaker 1: I've got a gigantic, like tuppleware bin full of stuff
- 54:59Speaker 1: in the basement, and you know, ninety nine percent of
- 55:03Speaker 1: it I think is me and my wife Nick Knack
- 55:06Speaker 1: and just me as a as a kid and stuff.
- 55:09Speaker 1: But I know in there there's some pictures of previous girlfriends,
- 55:14Speaker 1: and I've always wondered what that would be like when
- 55:17Speaker 1: the kids are going through that or I'm down there
- 55:19Speaker 1: cleaning and they see all that and they're like, who
- 55:21Speaker 1: are these girls that you're like kissing and holding on to?
- 55:24Speaker 1: I feel like that would be very awkward. Yeah, was
- 55:27Speaker 1: that awkward for you in any way?
- 55:29Speaker 10: It wasn't awkward.
- 55:31Speaker 8: I mean, Mike Can I have a really close relationship,
- 55:34Speaker 8: and you know, she's very open with me about things
- 55:37Speaker 8: that I think. I think it's partly how I parent
- 55:40Speaker 8: and keep that line of communication open.
- 55:43Speaker 10: And so it was more of just like an.
- 55:45Speaker 11: Nostalgic because she's not She's also not thinking about.
- 55:48Speaker 8: Like certain things at this age.
- 55:51Speaker 10: So she Moore was like, oh, look at that shirt
- 55:54Speaker 10: you were wearing. Oh that's in style now. Yeah, So
- 55:58Speaker 10: there was other aspects of the phone she got you.
- 56:01Speaker 1: Got you well, Ashley. We really appreciate you calling in
- 56:05Speaker 1: and sharing your life with us. This is a great call.
- 56:09Speaker 10: Yeah, thank you for having me on the air. I
- 56:10Speaker 10: appreciate it.
- 56:11Speaker 8: Like listen to you guys all every morning while I
- 56:14Speaker 8: go to work, I have about a fifty minute drive.
- 56:16Speaker 10: So you guys keen entertained for sure.
- 56:18Speaker 1: That's incredibly nice of you, really really quick give your
- 56:22Speaker 1: daughter a shout out what's her name?
- 56:24Speaker 11: Her name is Chloe, And unfortunately I know she's not
- 56:27Speaker 11: listening because she gets to vacation with some friends and
- 56:30Speaker 11: Oregon right now, so she's on the coast and enjoying,
- 56:34Speaker 11: enjoying it over there.
- 56:36Speaker 1: What we'll do is we'll turn this into a podcast
- 56:38Speaker 1: and you can download it, and you can even send
- 56:40Speaker 1: her the link or the full file and let her
- 56:44Speaker 1: know we were talking about her on the air and
- 56:45Speaker 1: her goofy mom.
- 56:46Speaker 10: Oh man, that's thoughts.
- 56:47Speaker 11: And in that case, Chloe, I love you, sweetheart.
- 56:50Speaker 8: I hope this next school year is amazing. And hey,
- 56:55Speaker 8: we're on the air.
- 56:56Speaker 1: Yeah, Chloe, your mom is awesome. Awes she only dated
- 57:00Speaker 1: hot dude. Yeah, so many hot dudes. Ashley, thank you
- 57:11Speaker 1: so much for the call. That absolutely made our day.
- 57:14Speaker 1: We appreciate you, guys hanging out with Jeremy, Katie and Josh.
- 57:17Speaker 1: It's time to grab your balls and ducks. Sports Who
- 57:24Speaker 1: Sports Report with jkj.
- 57:28Speaker 4: Now.
- 57:29Speaker 1: Travis Kelsey is in the news this morning because people
- 57:33Speaker 1: are watching him at the Kansas City training camp and
- 57:36Speaker 1: they're saying, whoa big back here? Him has been eating
- 57:41Speaker 1: in the off season. He's kind of letting himself go.
- 57:47Speaker 1: Since he's been hanging out with his tailor chick, he's
- 57:49Speaker 1: been eating on sour no bread. People are saying, Travis
- 57:53Speaker 1: Kelsey's got a bit of a dead bod now. But
- 57:56Speaker 1: Andy Reid, who is in prime physical shape, is coming
- 58:00Speaker 1: to his defense, saying, oh, no, no, no, he doesn't
- 58:04Speaker 1: have a dad. Body looks the same as he's always looked.
- 58:08Speaker 1: He's playing like crazy and he's doing a nice job.
- 58:11Speaker 1: Leave the poor guy alone. Yeah, dude's been playing for
- 58:15Speaker 1: years and years and years, and he's going to be
- 58:17Speaker 1: getting thick. I mean, he's starting to look like.
- 58:20Speaker 3: His brother though. That's the thing is. People are starting
- 58:22Speaker 3: to say he's looking like Jason.
- 58:23Speaker 1: Oh really like the lineman. Yeah.
- 58:26Speaker 3: No, he's a big boy, tight end's got to be
- 58:28Speaker 3: fast and quick.
- 58:29Speaker 1: That I thought he was kickers.
- 58:30Speaker 3: No, he's a tight end, so not so much anymore.
- 58:34Speaker 1: He's a flabby end at flabby, but you know, he's
- 58:37Speaker 1: an fie.
- 58:37Speaker 3: It's still awesome.
- 58:38Speaker 5: Have you seen like Andy Reid so for him to
- 58:42Speaker 5: come out and say something like that. Have you seen
- 58:45Speaker 5: the baby dressed up as Andy Reid for Halloween?
- 58:48Speaker 8: I have?
- 58:48Speaker 1: And he's got the little mustache and everything.
- 58:51Speaker 3: Yeah, so you know what, maybe Travis, maybe we're okay with.
- 58:54Speaker 1: This as he'll drop it. He'll drop it right, Oh yeah.
- 58:58Speaker 3: He'll start playing sweat it Out brand note sweated out
- 59:01Speaker 3: all right.
- 59:01Speaker 1: The other big NFL news is it's Super Bowl sixty one.
- 59:07Speaker 1: It's set for February fourteenth, Sofi Stadium in Inglewood, California.
- 59:11Speaker 1: First time. The game is going to be hosted by ESPN,
- 59:14Speaker 1: and it's also going to air on ABC. These are
- 59:16Speaker 1: Disney properties, So Disney reported yesterday that all of their
- 59:20Speaker 1: TV ad spots are already sold out. As of right now,
- 59:25Speaker 1: you got fifty eight different brands that have bought spots,
- 59:28Speaker 1: thirty four different categories, and nine first time advertisers. Welcome aboard, matey.
- 59:35Speaker 1: Thirty second commercial is going to cost you anywhere between
- 59:38Speaker 1: eight to ten million dollars this season for the big Game.
- 59:42Speaker 3: We'll probably see it all before the Super Bowl anyways.
- 59:45Speaker 1: Allowed to shut out and they can broadcast it right
- 59:48Speaker 1: on Travis Kelsey's belly.
- 59:49Speaker 2: Yeah they can't.
- 59:50Speaker 3: Yeah, So there, good screen.
- 59:52Speaker 1: There's my section of sports. What you got, Josh?
- 59:55Speaker 4: Well, The National Hockey League team, the Buffalo Sabers, are
- 59:59Speaker 4: very angry at a Cherry Creek School District school Smoky
- 1:00:02Speaker 4: Hill High School has been using the goat head Bison
- 1:00:06Speaker 4: as their logo since two thousand and one for all
- 1:00:08Speaker 4: their sports teams to carry in this.
- 1:00:10Speaker 2: For a second, the Buffalo Savers have been here.
- 1:00:12Speaker 4: Since before two thousand and one, and they've also had
- 1:00:14Speaker 4: the exact same goat head logo. So when they found out,
- 1:00:18Speaker 4: or when it was brought to their attention that a
- 1:00:20Speaker 4: little tiny high school in Colorado is using the exact
- 1:00:23Speaker 4: same logo, they weren't too happy about it. So the
- 1:00:26Speaker 4: school was advised to temporarily pause printing and selling their
- 1:00:30Speaker 4: new merchandise. However, they said, we're gonna still be using
- 1:00:32Speaker 4: it for our sports teams until you tell us not to.
- 1:00:35Speaker 4: H They're actually probably going to take this to court,
- 1:00:37Speaker 4: So that's what it sounds like. The school itself wants
- 1:00:40Speaker 4: to maybe do something where they can get a royalty
- 1:00:42Speaker 4: free symbol licensing.
- 1:00:44Speaker 2: I don't know whatever. That's all legal stuff.
- 1:00:46Speaker 4: But they said, on the other hand, if we are
- 1:00:47Speaker 4: not allowed to use this and they go full hey,
- 1:00:49Speaker 4: we're taking this logo back to ourselves, they said they
- 1:00:52Speaker 4: may rebrand and allow the students to design a brand
- 1:00:55Speaker 4: new logo this school year, which I think would be
- 1:00:57Speaker 4: kind of cool, right if you're a little.
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: For the art, it's the logo.
- 1:01:00Speaker 3: Well, if you're trying to make it into a bright situation, that's.
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: A good way to do it. It really is class
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: half full over there looking out for those art kids. Yes,
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: we'd be happy to help our sports teams. Yes, exactly,
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: Art class well. BMW drivers are pissed right now, mostly
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: because people just don't part out of their way and
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: let them take it the entire highway.
- 1:01:27Speaker 3: Ye.
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: No, they're mad because they're getting advertisements now on their
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: infotainment screen they're in the car. Most recently, they're pushing
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: Spider Man ads into these BMW's one guy who's full
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: of himself. There's a quote online that said, I spend
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: one hundred and thirty thousand dollars to get a Spider
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: Man commercial's kissing me off them. I don't like it.
- 1:01:55Speaker 5: I'd be mad too if you tried to turn on
- 1:01:57Speaker 5: your car and it made you play an ad or
- 1:01:59Speaker 5: watching it ad before you could go expect this, hate it.
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: This is the way things are going to be going,
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: for sure. They're going to be pushing ads onto those screens.
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: Like crazy.
- 1:02:07Speaker 3: One more reason I love my car from the I
- 1:02:10Speaker 3: want to.
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: Go back to twenty ten f one fifty, back.
- 1:02:15Speaker 3: Farther before digital even began nineteen seventy.
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: E go No, I want power windows and power lock stuff.
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: But I want no infotainment. I want heating, I want air,
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: I want gas. I want break That's all I want.
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: I don't need anything else. I want physical buttons and dials.
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: I don't want my touch screen anymore.
- 1:02:34Speaker 3: Do you know my headlights? Yeah, I turn them on,
- 1:02:36Speaker 3: click click, I turn this lip.
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: I want that. Mine's in a menu somewhere in the screen.
- 1:02:41Speaker 3: I don't have to scroll through five different screens before
- 1:02:44Speaker 3: I get to my headlights.
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: I'm feeling it. It's like everything's tracking me and watching
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: me in the car, you know, because they've got things
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: that watch your eyes now in there. Yeah, give me
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: an old f one fifty with a B eight and
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: let me go leave me alone. Letter letter Rep. Just
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: pick up one fifty. Let me give me one more thing.
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: The most unusual baby names of twenty twenty five has
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: been released from the Social Security Administration. I love these
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: each and every year because you think of these little
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: babies being named like mabeline for girls, luxury linen applicator, confusion, uh, slimming,
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: tine and tinkle. Oh yeah. For the boys, there was Howdy,
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: there was Papa. There is Kreatim, what, fleshy, Crease, Zamboni,
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: all these weird names people are naming their kids.
