- 4:00Okay, well, that's enough of the business, y'all. We have
- 4:03a fantastic show tonight. I have Charles Andrews in the studio tonight. I
- 4:10have been getting to know Charles. He is one of the most dedicated boots
- 4:13on the ground Bigfoot field researchers. He's out of New York. He's I
- 4:17think him a Long Island Bigfoot. They're gonna be good friends once they meet
- 4:21one day. They're just about They both do just about the same amount of
- 4:26boots on the ground field research. I myself have been out field research in
- 4:29this past week. My son was out of school for winter break, so
- 4:32we were up in the woods quite a bit this week, and man it
- 4:36was amazing. I am so recharged. I feel great tonight. So yeah,
- 4:42after this show, don't forget the After Hours has a fantastic program set
- 4:45up for us, So y'all go over there after we're done. Okay,
- 4:48that was long winded, wasn't it. Okay, let's get to our guest
- 4:53tonight. Charles Andrews is a bigfoot researcher from the Cat's School area of the
- 4:58cats School Mountains, located in upstate New York, who has a bigfoot research
- 5:02team called Catskill Mountain Bigfoot. They conduct field research on multiple family groups and
- 5:09areas in which they inhabit. From October twenty twenty one to October twenty twenty
- 5:14two, Charles conducted a year of full time research minimum of five days a
- 5:18week, which allowed him to work many different theories and hypothesis, ultimately obtaining
- 5:25an abundance of knowledge and information retaining to the bigfoot species in the Catskill Mountains.
- 5:31And Oh my gosh, I cannot wait to talk to Charles tonight.
- 5:34You guys please help me. Welcome to the show, Charles Andrews. Hey,
- 5:40Charles, Hello, Hey, welcome to Space Out Radio. Thank you
- 5:46for being here tonight. Let's do it. Can you hear me? Yeah?
- 5:51I can hear you? Yeah? Okay, good, awesome. I
- 5:55am so excited to be here. I've really had a good time talking to
- 5:58you the past week or so, catching up and learning about your research out
- 6:02there in the Catskill Mountains. You are a very dedicated boots on the groundfield
- 6:09researcher, and I can appreciate that big time. And I think you and
- 6:13I have a lot in common. Okay, So tell me tonight a little
- 6:16bit about your research, tell me how you got into it, and yeah,
- 6:21we're going to start there. How about that? All right? Well,
- 6:27the way I got into it was I seen the documentary Discovering Bigfoot,
- 6:31and I thought it was believable and interesting. And my family's from red Hook,
- 6:41New York, which is in Duchess County, and red Hook, New
- 6:44York is an extremely hot spot for bigfoot. It's like a common thing over
- 6:47there. Not that I was ever interested in it prior to that, but
- 6:53I've heard of it before. There's like a little museum over there, there's
- 6:57a lady that does research over there, and so when I saw the documentary,
- 7:02I was like, I want to try to go do that. So
- 7:06over like a month after I seen the documentary, I did a bunch of
- 7:11research, watching a bunch of different podcasts, into interviews with researchers, and
- 7:17I learned signs and symbols and how to read topo maps and qualifications for a
- 7:23habitat, and I made plans to go out for a hike with a buddy
- 7:28of mine, and the night before the hike it snowed like eight inches,
- 7:32so we canceled the hike the next morning, but I still went out for
- 7:35a ride, and that morning I found eighteen inch tracks going across the field.
- 7:42It was eight feet from step to step. The eighteen inch tracks were
- 7:47chasing a deer. They ran into a woods line where they ran into a
- 7:51sixteen inch track. At that point there was like a big indentation in the
- 7:57snow, and it was like yellowish green, mute is all down in the
- 8:01indentation. At that point, there's no more deer tracks, and the two
- 8:05tracks go down around the field into the creek and up into the ridges in
- 8:09the backside. That same day, my mom goes down the Catskill and she
- 8:16sees what she thinks are tracks on the way down the Catskill. So we
- 8:22go down there, we look, and sure enough it's again barefoot tracks in
- 8:26the snow. They're not as big as the other tracks, they're more like
- 8:28five nine and thirteen inches, but they are barefoot tracks coming down out the
- 8:35woods, hanging around this old eighteen hundred cemetery, and then going back up
- 8:41this hill into the woods and we go there and we check the tracks out,
- 8:45and we go up the hill and at the top of the hill we
- 8:46find the tree bray a couple of tree structures. So we're like sight right,
- 8:52And I have pictures and videos of all this on my Facebook group,
- 8:58probably not the YouTube channel. And so I go home that night and I
- 9:05google bigfoot sightings in Catskill, New York, and the first thing that comes
- 9:11up is a lady, miss Williams, that caught a juvenile eating out of
- 9:15her pigs pen, and she calls some researchers. They come over and do
- 9:20some research. They call it inconclusive. But the lady, miss Williams is
- 9:24like a mile down the road from where we found the tracks. It's the
- 9:28same batch of woods. So we wait. So we wait like three weeks
- 9:33for this snow to meltdown, and we go back there. And the first
- 9:37day we go back there, we find all kinds of tree structures and tree
- 9:41brakes and tracks. And then we're clearly being flanked the whole time, like
- 9:48something's following us through the woods pretty much the whole time. At one point
- 9:52we take little rest down in a gully with there's ridges on both sides of
- 9:58us, and on both the backside of both of those ridges, we could
- 10:03hear things moving around and we could hear something moving around. So we moved
- 10:09down a couple hundred yards and it follows us, and at that point we
- 10:13were pretty much we were hooked. You were hugged. So I got your
- 10:18adrenaline pump in, I bet, because that's that's kind of how I got
- 10:20hipped into. It was the It's just an adrenaline rush, right, and
- 10:24it's it's like, Wow, you're seeing things that aren't supposed to exist,
- 10:30and you're experiencing things that are not supposed to exist. We're not supposed to
- 10:33have monsters like this. You're a monster. They're not monsters. I'm not
- 10:35calling the monsters, but some people do. They don't know what they're what
- 10:39they're dealing with out there, so I can, I can. I'm sure
- 10:43there are so many things going through your head at that point. Yeah,
- 10:46it's definitely scary, fun, that's for sure. It's always scary. You're
- 10:52there for them, but it's always scary, right, But it's fun scary.
- 10:54It's way better than a haunted, haunted hay ride or something. Right.
- 10:58It's like you, yeah, you want to have fun on Halloween go
- 11:03to go on a nighttime bigfoot expedition in a hot spot. That's why I
- 11:09always tell everybody it's so important to get your your mind straight before you go
- 11:11out in the field because it's not for the faint of heart, and you
- 11:16really need to have your thoughts together, okay, because when you do experience
- 11:20something that's a little scary, like that are a lot scary, you know,
- 11:26you don't want to be that person. That's like taking off running and
- 11:28waiting your pants, you know what I mean. So does you gotta be
- 11:31prepared for You gotta be tough basically, I think definitely. Yeah. It.
- 11:37You got to be spiritually sound, that's for sure. Yeah, for
- 11:41sure, for sure. Well you you actually spent a full year out there,
- 11:45uh five days a week, at least five days a week, every
- 11:48every week for a whole year. How was that and what did you learn
- 11:52from that? Well? Well, I think the coolest thing that I learned
- 11:58is I was able to go to multiple habitats in the same day, right,
- 12:05And when I did that and I had activity in multiple habitats in the
- 12:09same day, I started getting the drift that Okay, these are really it's
- 12:15not a family group that's inhabiting all of cat skill. It's multiple different family
- 12:22groups, right. And then I came up with a way to cause in
- 12:26Upstate New York, the tracks are kind of they're not pretty like you see
- 12:31on television. Right. I came up with a way to measure length and
- 12:35width of the tracks, and I started document them the tracks, and I
- 12:39started realizing that certain track sizes only stayed in certain areas. They were never
- 12:46over there, they were always here, you see what I'm saying. And
- 12:50ultimately I figured out that it's multiple family groups that if you ask me living
- 12:56some sort of community setting. Because if you look at but if you took
- 13:01a map and you knew where all the family groups were and you circle their
- 13:03habitats, it would ultimately look like a little community of properties, right.
- 13:13And I think that is one thing that if you went on the weekends,
- 13:16just the weekends, you would never be able to figure that out. The
- 13:20only way I was able to figure that out was being able to go five
- 13:24days a week constantly multiple habitats because it's so far hard to find fresh tracks
- 13:30because you're not going to measure the same track over and over. Right,
- 13:33The jacks only good for one measurement. You got to constantly be producing fresh
- 13:37tracks to get fresh measurements, to make sure that these footsteps, these sized
- 13:43footsteps are rolling in this habitat and they're not going over there right now.
- 13:48I don't necessarily think that that is universal across the country. I think it
- 13:54the bigfoot species here main food source is the deer, and deer in upstate
- 14:01New York aren't really a migrant species. Like if that buck lives in that
- 14:05woods, that buck kind of lives in that woods, right, they don't
- 14:09mind. Like elk is what I'm getting at. If you go over to
- 14:11like the western the West coast, like Colorado, their main food source would
- 14:16be elk as far as meat, and elk is a migrant source. So
- 14:20it would make sense that the sasquatch species over there would be a migrant species
- 14:26following the elk as opposed to the species here is more stable in one area
- 14:33constantly because their food source stays in that one area constantly, they don't have
- 14:39to migrate. That is so interesting. Okay, So I was out doing
- 14:43some big footing myself this week, and there's this one field that I keep
- 14:48getting drawn to, and it's an open field that's been plowed. It's not
- 14:52some government property, okay, like a WMA kind of a deal wildlife management
- 14:56area, and so they plow this field. And every time I go into
- 15:01up to this field, and there's a bunch of these fields all over Georgia,
- 15:03but there's always a ton of deer sign, okay, deer. Deer
- 15:07sign is like deer tracks, okay, any where there. We actually found
- 15:13a gigantic a big antler. Okay, it wasn't it was like a three
- 15:16pointer, but it was still pretty big, just laying on the ground there.
- 15:20But there is just covered in deer sign, okay. And that includes
- 15:24poop y'all okay and all that kind of stuff. So you can tell it
- 15:28with where if that's how you tell, like if they're deer, if they're
- 15:31doze, or if they're bucks by that okay. But but I've I figured
- 15:37if there's any place that we're going to find some tracks, it's going to
- 15:39be in that field, okay, bigfoot tracks, because that is a perfect
- 15:43place for all the deers to go food source. The only thing we ended
- 15:48up finding, by the way, was just that antler. But but that's
- 15:52a great place to go. I think that's a good bit of advice for
- 15:54people who want to go bigfooting. And I want a good place to go,
- 15:58go go to a place it has a lot of deer deer tracks,
- 16:02you know, uh, somewhere that has a lot of resources for the bigfoots
- 16:06to eat, Right, wouldn't you say the same to produce constant tracks?
- 16:11Is I know I've put eyes on every single inch of the habitats, right,
- 16:15so I know there's certain areas of the habitats that are going to have
- 16:18softer ground when it rains, or maybe softer ground all the time, and
- 16:22you got to check those areas constantly. You gotta constant You gotta know every
- 16:27inch of your habitat. You gotta know what areas are gonna even take a
- 16:33track when they come across it. And then you have to constantly check those
- 16:37areas for the tracks. Right, Like we talked about, the mountains are
- 16:44the same here and where you're at, Right, it's the same stretch of
- 16:47mountains. It's the appalations all the way from New York where in Georgia,
- 16:51Yes, in Alabama, that area it's all rock, it's not soft soil,
- 16:56right, it's all it's not sandy it's all rot right. So you
- 17:02got to find the areas in your habitat that are going to be subcessible to
- 17:08tracks that they're going to leave a track, and you got to constantly go
- 17:11back and check that area. Check that area. Look for the tracks around
- 17:15a swamp, around the lake, around a creek bed, maybe a little
- 17:21runoff creek that only happens when it rains that comes down through the woods,
- 17:25off a bridge, anywhere that gets moist, soft ground. You got to
- 17:30know it, and you got to go back constantly and keep checking and keep
- 17:33checking, and the tracks will be there if you know what you're looking for.
- 17:37Yeah, you know, I had read you know. I follow you
- 17:41and I'm part of your Facebook group Caskill Mountain Bigfoot, and you put some
- 17:45fantastic videos out there. It's super impressive. But I remember you making a
- 17:52post talking about the black bear population. You are saying that you believe that
- 17:56some of the Bigfoot families and the groups up there outnumber the black bear population.
- 18:00There's a lot of black bear up in New York. From want I
- 18:03understand, I believe that if you took a map out and you drew a
- 18:07line at the Hudson River, right, we're talking about Catskill, New York.
- 18:11So if you took a map out of the Catskill, New York,
- 18:12and you drew a line at the shoreline of the Hudson River, and then
- 18:15there's Route twenty three that goes from Catskill to Panlin Bill, you drew a
- 18:19line just off off that Route twenty three, and then you got Route twenty
- 18:26three that goes from Catskill to Caro. I you drew a line there,
- 18:29and then you connected that line. I just made you a box, right.
- 18:32I can tell you without a doubt in that box there was easily an
- 18:37equal amount of bigfoot to black bear. But I believe it exceeds because I'm
- 18:44researching the foothills of the Catskill Mountain. So I'm researching significant size patches of
- 18:49woods that have the qualifications for a habitat. Right. So while I'm in
- 18:52there in those patches of woods, looking for bigfoot, looking for bigfoot signs,
- 18:57what else do I see? I see the and I see the bear
- 19:00tracks, and I see the bear signs. So I get an idea of
- 19:03how many bears are in this batch of woods, and I get from taking
- 19:10lengthen with on the tracks, I have an idea of the size of the
- 19:14family unit that lives in that woods. In the family unit, even if
- 19:18it's by one, always outnumbers the bears. So if that happens in each
- 19:22habitat, what do you got more big foot than bear? Right? Yeah?
- 19:29Okay, how many how many members of each family or group do you
- 19:33think there are? Are they are these big groups big families? Or are
- 19:37there like five or six or three or four? What do you think?
- 19:41What I've counted ranging from three to seven, seven being the largest, three
- 19:45being the smallest, and and is what I think personally? Right? This
- 19:51might be a little bit out there, but uh well, we're not talking
- 19:55about animals. Let's just get that straight. Right, We're talking about people,
- 19:59right, and people that have a level of discipline that us people could
- 20:03never even begin to understand. Right, So we're not talking about a stupid
- 20:07person or anything like that. We're talking about an extremely disciplined, intelligent person
- 20:12of the woods, right, So let's get that straight. So I believe
- 20:17that they live in a community setting right where I used to live. They
- 20:22used to come up on the creek bank all spring, summer, and fall.
- 20:26Sometimes there would be more individuals on the creek bank than there is in
- 20:30any family group. Then I learned, you know what, You almost never
- 20:34see big daddy, right, You always see juveniles. Big Daddy would probably
- 20:40never be on the creek bank, nor neither would mama. It's probably all
- 20:45the juveniles from the local family groups, right, Yeah, Yeah, it's
- 20:52nice. Something's juveniles likely to come out and mess with us and smack us
- 20:57from behind and things like that when out there when we're not paying attention and
- 21:03throwing rocks and stuff. I think that a lot of that is juvenile activity
- 21:07coming from my experience. Yeah. Well, so now the habitat that they
- 21:12inhabit, right, you would imagine that that family group probably inhabited that land
- 21:17for hundreds of years, right, Okay, but it would have to hand
- 21:19down, I don't know, maybe to the eldest child, right, because
- 21:22it would have to hand down eventually the parents would die and the land wouldn't
- 21:26just come open. You would think it would hand down to a child.
- 21:30Right. They're inheriting land like we inherit land. But the other siblings would
- 21:37have to go off and start their own family group in their own patch of
- 21:41woods. And when you come across the three member that's a new family that
- 21:45has a young new family that has recently inhabited dispatch of woods. They only
- 21:51got one kid, right, new family, it's not a full family.
- 21:56Full family got two adults, I would say four children. Right, That's
- 22:02that's what I think. Ok, that's it. Yeah, Well I was
- 22:10I have a quick question because I was thinking about this. My friend David
- 22:12Pardu up in North Carolina. He's a dedicated boots on the ground field research
- 22:18or too. He goes out with our and he's part of my team.
- 22:21And uh, and he's up there, he has a lot of He comes
- 22:23across a lot of stick structures and like trees that have been twisted time and
- 22:29time again, just like huge trees that are twisted and twisted and twisted and
- 22:33stuff. But there's there's some of these stick structures that he comes across,
- 22:36and they're very what do you want to call it. It's like not intricate
- 22:42or anything. It's just kind of plane, like some sticks up against a
- 22:47tree. And and to him, he's been going out there long enough,
- 22:49he knows these bigfoot families that are out there, and he says that he
- 22:52believes that those sticks are indications of how many bigfoot are in that area.
- 23:00Yeah, so like they put like a number there to like notify this is
- 23:03how many of us are here and stuff. So do you do you come
- 23:06across stuff like that out in your area that you research? You know,
- 23:11the biggest tree structure that I run into is triangles. You could say it
- 23:15looks like a triangle. You might say it looks like an a. Right,
- 23:18those the star structures. I don't run into them all the time.
- 23:22And I've never found a structure that the number of sticks directly correlated with the
- 23:29number of individuals in the family group. Right, I guess other than the
- 23:33three member group in the triangle is three sticks, but I never added that
- 23:38up like that, right. Yeah. Good. I have no idea what
- 23:42the stick structures mean. I just know that they do them. No,
- 23:45right, Yeah, we have been across a lot of like tree bins and
- 23:51tree arches and stuff, and well, you know, it's weird. It's
- 23:56like I want to Okay, So, like I've been taught they you don't
- 24:00just automatically think of it as being a bigfoot structure, right, because you
- 24:04can never underestimate the power of a drunk camper or something, or you know,
- 24:11just anybody that's bored or something, or somebody that's trying to like trick
- 24:15you or something. They know where your research area is, you know,
- 24:18but these things are so massive and they look small, but like when you're
- 24:23there in person, it's like this, you know, thirty foot tall tree.
- 24:27It's bent over and it's like twelve feet up in the air where that
- 24:30arch is, and then it's tied together with other sticks from other trees that
- 24:33aren't even around the area. Different types are trees and stuff where those sticks
- 24:38come from. So it's it's a little confusing, but it's also fantastic because
- 24:45I think that it absolutely could be a bigfoot made structure. Now is that
- 24:51kind of where your head is too, Like, do you think that it
- 24:52could be like humans out there making somebody's that bigfoot? This is a good
- 24:56way to look at it. It's never just the arch or the structure,
- 25:00right, It's everything in conjunction with one another. Right, So that arch,
- 25:07that structure, and that track all validate one another. You understand what
- 25:11I'm saying. So if you're somewhere and that track, that arch, and
- 25:15that structure all validate one another. The arch by itself might not be nothing
- 25:21spectacular, but when you take the arch and you put it with the structure
- 25:23in the track, it starts validating one another. That's one thing. Another
- 25:29thing is six out of ten times, right, And I don't care what
- 25:33anybody says. Six out of ten times the tree structures, the tree breaks,
- 25:37or the stick manipulations or the tree manipulations are in manners that no human
- 25:42can do it. No human can do it. The humans can't rip living
- 25:48trees off stumps and pick them up and put them places. Even a dead
- 25:55tree, a small dead tree is very heavy. You ain't picking it up,
- 26:00like, yeah, maybe even more. I'm trying to be conservative,
- 26:03right. Wood is so heavy, like if you topwood is heavy, man,
- 26:11Yeah, totally even Like I told you, I was out the other
- 26:15day and I took a couple of videos of a couple of structures, and
- 26:18one was so simple. But if we it was two live trees that were
- 26:25teepeed in a real old stick that was bent up and leaned on top of
- 26:30it. Right, if any humans tried to do that, they break the
- 26:33stick. There's only one stick. You only got one shot. They break
- 26:36the stick. They're not bending the wood, right, We're not able to
- 26:40bend wood somehow, they are able to bend wood and the other structure.
- 26:45The top branch that was going through it was woven through. Right. We
- 26:52tried to do that. We break every branch on the stick, trying to
- 26:55do that. Right, If we don't do that and not break no branches
- 26:57and it looks pristina that the doesn't happen like that. It's just one of
- 27:02those sayings that mainstream media and mainstream science utilized to discredit the Bigfoot universe.
- 27:11It's one of so many of the things that people say, drive me nuts,
- 27:17and just a little bit of logic and really looking at it and you
- 27:21see that it really you're not mistaking a big foot track for a bear track.
- 27:26It's not happening. And I don't know, I just I'm not even
- 27:30like an avid woodsman. I'm not mistaking the two. You're not going to
- 27:34mistake your foot track for a bear track, are you. You're gonna go
- 27:37out step in the sand and say, wow, that looks like a bear
- 27:40track. No, no, no, exactly. Well, you know that's
- 27:45why it's so important for people who are out in the field, like really
- 27:48know your your animals, okay, know the animals that are negative to the
- 27:52area. I mean, we came across this gigantic bird track. It was
- 27:56like huge. It was the same size as my hand. I have like
- 27:59gigantic hands for them. Okay that begins. Okay, I'm not gonna lie.
- 28:03That footprint was like that, the bird track, it was so large.
- 28:07I was like, Okay, it had to be in a buzzard or
- 28:10something. But it was in the middle of the woods on this back road,
- 28:14like under a tree canopy. It was just really odd that this would
- 28:18have been there and we found that day before I guess that was yesterday actually,
- 28:22But it's important to know. And I was like, man, I
- 28:23wish I knew that all the birds that were out here. You know,
- 28:27I went home. I forgot to do my research, you know. But
- 28:32nonetheless, it's important to know all the animals and to know what their tracks
- 28:34their footprints look like before you go out there and do your big footing and
- 28:37stuff. Yeah, remember what I told you earlier. If you're going to
- 28:41go and do bigfoot research and you're going to research bigfoot habitats, one of
- 28:45the most important things to do is to research not bigfoot habitats, right and
- 28:51find this place that you know is definitely not there's nothing, no bigfoot living
- 28:56there, and go research that batch of woods and see exactly what what a
- 29:00natural batchelwoods looks like with no bigfoot species manipulation. Right, get a good
- 29:06idea of what it looks like. Go to a couple places, get a
- 29:08good idea of what it looks like. Then when you go, when you
- 29:11start going into a habitat, you have a better idea of things. Yes,
- 29:15don't listen. Don't listen to people. That's right, well, because
- 29:19a lot of things that we're going to see are like the bree huts that
- 29:23survivalists make and things like that too. But I have a question for you.
- 29:30So when when the bigfoots are you know, I'm going to say go
- 29:33to sleep? Okay, Like, where when the bigfoots are resting? Where
- 29:37do you think they go? Because I know you have explored you have some
- 29:41caves in your area where you live, and and a lot of people think
- 29:44that bigfoots retire to the caves during the day or the night whenever they're sleeping.
- 29:48What do you think about that. I think that they just wherever is
- 29:55good for them at that moment. I think that they Okay, so they're
- 30:02they're extremely disciplined, right, and their whole there, They've got to be
- 30:06able to evade humans right at all costs. Okay, I doubt that they're
- 30:14gonna all bundle into a cave unless it has multiple exits, right. I
- 30:19think that they literally just right out in the in the open. They find
- 30:23a nice thick pine needle bed, and that's where they sleep. The family
- 30:29group rests there during the day while the day watchers watch out and make sure
- 30:33nobody's coming through so they can rest. And they definitely use caves because the
- 30:41one caves that are researched the most. They get real antsy every time you
- 30:45go near it, and they broke trees down in front of it to hide
- 30:48it from people being able to see it that are walking up or down the
- 30:52creek. Right, they broke big trees down in front of the caves so
- 30:56you can't see it no more from the creek. But I don't think that
- 31:00the cave is like their home. I think they utilize it, but I
- 31:04don't think it's their home. So they utilize it. They could be using
- 31:10them as tunnel systems and stuff. Spin being Elsa, she says, here
- 31:15in o Z, what is Oz where I don't know. Yes, okay,
- 31:23I know, I'm we're just saying, okay, maybe it's Ozarks.
- 31:29I don't know. Okay, they know their way through mountains and tunnels to
- 31:32the other sides of the other mountains and stuff. And my gosh, we
- 31:34have so many caverns and caves and and there are like tunnel systems, you
- 31:38know, with these mountains. I mean, we can probably there's probably some
- 31:41kind of tunnel that goes from where your house in my house down here,
- 31:44okay, through the Appalachians. I had a buddy, right, I had
- 31:47a buddy his name is Scott, growing up right, and he used there's
- 31:51a cave system that goes from Jefferson Heights and Catskill across to the other side
- 31:56of Catskill where Quorterskill Road would be up the map and look at it.
- 32:00It's a long cave. And he used to go down there all the time,
- 32:05used to bring people. They used to go out party and get drunk
- 32:07and then go hiking through the caves, climbing, crawling through the caves.
- 32:10I guess, oh god, no, that is so dangerous. No,
- 32:14I'm not a huge fan. I'm not a fan of cave of caves,
- 32:17Okay, Charles, I went to I have investigated one cave and that was
- 32:22in Tennessee, and I've talked about it, so dagga much it was.
- 32:27It was. It was rather scary, actually it was. It was almost
- 32:31like walking into a whole new realm as soon as you went down into this
- 32:35cave. And yes, of course we were told there were skin skinwalker activity
- 32:38and stuff, but there was bigfoot activity, dog man activity on the property.
- 32:44All this stuff was going on there. But we got inside this cave
- 32:46and the whole ground I remember, all all of us. It was me
- 32:50and a bunch of guys and our friend Pharah, who lives there. We
- 32:52put on we all had on our boots, our hiking boots. I had
- 32:55on my mut boots. And as you walked in that cave, it was
- 32:59so thick of mud. There was no way we would not have seen tracks
- 33:02of a bigfoot in that cave. However, there were no tracks, there
- 33:07were no footprints. There was nothing in there in that cave. So it
- 33:12led us to it. But the chicken feathers from the missing chickens were all
- 33:15like the feathers were leading into that cave. But once you got in there,
- 33:19they disappeared which led us to believe. Okay, well, either the
- 33:22bigfoot was If there was a bigfoot taking the chickens, it was either climbing
- 33:27on the walls and going up into the caverns or something, or maybe it
- 33:31went through a portal. I don't know. It was my bombing. Honestly,
- 33:38I don't mess. I will not go in the kve. I have
- 33:40a buddy that does some research with me. His name is Rob, and
- 33:44he always wants to go in the caves, and the caves that was behind
- 33:47my house, the one that you've seen in the picture of He always wants
- 33:51to go in that cave, and I'm always telling him, like, dude,
- 33:52this is in my backyard. If we go in their house, they're
- 33:55going to come in my house. And I don't like the idea of that.
- 33:59So right now I don't I'm a little bit looser. I might let
- 34:01him know. Yeah, there it is. That's the cave. Wow.
- 34:07Okay, yeah, that that looks like a fun place. Mean, it'd
- 34:08be a great place to you know, bug out and stuff if you had
- 34:13to. However, you just don't know what's in there. Okay, you
- 34:16don't know what's in there? Do you do you think that the bigfoots could
- 34:19be utilizing that cave, potentially that one cave right there, they could be
- 34:27the babies could be shimmying up in there, right, Okay, Yes,
- 34:32for sure something important about it. They get real anty when you go near
- 34:37it, and they're trying to hide it. So there's something about it.
- 34:42Wow, chances of any human answer we give to it is probably not going
- 34:45to be correct exactly exactly. Yeah, well, I'm looking at these pictures.
- 34:51I actually have several pictures uploaded here that you sent me, and some
- 34:54of them are posted on your Facebook group, and there's there's some that are
- 34:59really cool in and I would love to show the audience some of these of
- 35:01that's okay, okay, okay, let me take the comments down so we
- 35:07can see them. What's going on There's well, there's this, I believe
- 35:10it's this one. I want to show the audience the one. It looks
- 35:15like a bigfoot peeking around a tree or something. Here. Let's see if
- 35:17I can find it. Is it this one? Yeah? That tell me
- 35:22about this picture? What's going on here? That was I think like my
- 35:28eighth sighting. Yeah, yeah, that's that's more closer to the original.
- 35:34It's not so cropped up that one. I knew that they were following me
- 35:38all the way out the woods. Yeah, that's back a little bit further.
- 35:43Now you could really get a better idea. I can't see the top
- 35:46on here, maybe everyone else done, but that one you can get a
- 35:51better idea of how big the head was compared to the trees and everything next
- 35:53to it. I knew that they were following me all the way out practically
- 35:59to the road, when I was leaving the habitat a couple of weeks earlier.
- 36:05A couple of weeks before that, me and my nephew were out there
- 36:08hiking, And the whole time we were out there, like normally you get
- 36:12like one or two sticks thrown at you in like four hours, and on
- 36:15this day the sticks were coming like every twenty minutes. And and on the
- 36:22way out we we saw like a concrete colored bigfoot behind a tree. I
- 36:30got a picture of that as well. And when I seen that one,
- 36:36I knew that they were following me out. So that day I could hear
- 36:37that one following me, so I knew it was gonna follow me that to
- 36:42that bank, right, that Creek bank. Yeah, that's the one I
- 36:45got with my son, taking a walk with my son. I could whistle.
- 36:50You see, that's a good one. You see the nose, you
- 36:52can see the Yeah, that was kind of wreaky. Yeah, if you
- 37:00look at the original, that head is about the size of my head.
- 37:02So if you want to put it in context as to how big that would
- 37:06be, yeah, that would be like me peeking around the tree. But
- 37:10the other picture, I knew they were following me out, and I knew
- 37:13that would follow me to that creek bank. But I don't really Yeah,
- 37:16that one, I don't really know how to use the camera that great,
- 37:20So I use auto zoom still and in the amount of time it takes my
- 37:22camera to focus, they're moving from wherever I caught a glimpse of them,
- 37:28or I thought that they were right, they're hiding before my camera's focusing.
- 37:34Clicklick, right, they're going before the click came. So that time,
- 37:38I was down in that gully and I turned around and propped my butt up
- 37:43against the wall of the other side of the gully, and I hit and
- 37:46I started zooming the camera before I even turned around. Luckily, the camera
- 37:51did actually focus zoom and caught it, and I saw it for maybe three
- 37:58to five seconds afterwards before it actually moved and wasn't there no more if you
- 38:04look real close. You know, one thing I want to say about any
- 38:07pictures that you show on these uh chances are like me. When they take
- 38:10the pictures, you're taking them in ten eighty p. And the moment that
- 38:15you put them on Facebook or something like that, I think it's seven forty.
- 38:19It goes down to so in all reality, the original pictures, yeah,
- 38:24it drops epixelates them, it drops. I'm taking them with my camera
- 38:30in ten eighty. The original is ten eighty. That's seven forty. The
- 38:35moment that you load something on Facebook, it drops it to seven forty P.
- 38:39Okay, that's important to actually point out, Charles, Okay, because
- 38:45a lot of people have whenever we're out there, like people, if you
- 38:47fumble around and get your camera in time to actually get a picture of one
- 38:51of these things, a lot of times they're blurry, Okay, a lot
- 38:54of blurry creative pictures of cryptids, and it's maybe they're just moving or whatever,
- 39:01but it's almost like they have the ability to blur out their image too,
- 39:07and to to have it go down into the pixelation. That's really odd,
- 39:13right, yeah, yeah, And you know what, also, you
- 39:16got to think of sightings. What three to five seconds long? One to
- 39:21be done right? One, two, three, four or five done?
- 39:27Right? Did you get your camera out take a really good picture with that?
- 39:30Probably not? No, no catching them in motion? They're so fast.
- 39:35Can your camera really focus on something moving that fast? Do you got
- 39:38the picture of the little gray guy running? Let's see little gray guy.
- 39:46I'm not sure if I do or not. Let's see I do. Okay,
- 39:49this one, this is kind of cool because I could see the I
- 39:52think it's an example of cloaking. Yeah, the cloaking. There's a face
- 39:55in the middle of that picture that I could see. Yeah, that's really
- 39:59good. And now if you look down in the far the bottom left corner,
- 40:02there's one not cloaking. You can see its teeth. You see that,
- 40:07I mean, I see the one in the middle. Wait, hold
- 40:08on, right here, there's one like right there, there's a face in
- 40:12the middle of that picture. That's that's what I see. I was.
- 40:16I was so taken aback by that right there. I was like, oh,
- 40:19that's cool. Yeah, bottom left side of the picture. Okay,
- 40:22is that my side where I am down there. Yeah, I can't set
- 40:27everything's backwards over here, y'all. Yeah, that's really cool. This is
- 40:34a good advice for anybody that's going to do the research. Get yourself a
- 40:37good magnifying glass. Everything that I look at, I look at with the
- 40:42magnifying glass. Yes, Okay, when I go through them and I look,
- 40:46I look with the magnifying glass. The older I get, the more
- 40:51I have to use a magnifying glass. And I am not lying, that's
- 40:53for sure, especially when I'm trying to bake or make food. Okay,
- 40:58this is a really cool picture too. Okay, there was some eye shine
- 41:01in this picture. I can't see it from my computer eye. That's not
- 41:07the eye shine. One. Great to the right side of the tree,
- 41:10you'll see an individual standing there. You can see the black crew of the
- 41:15eyes. Once you get a beat on the eyes, see the nose,
- 41:17the face, and actually the head down to the shoulder is actually kind of
- 41:22highlighted. Oh, very cool, very cool. I thought that was I
- 41:25see. I can't see on my computer and on my phone right now,
- 41:29So that's really cool. Though. The other thing is actually an orb.
- 41:32Oh an orb. Okay, tell me about orbs. What is your experience
- 41:36with orbs and beefoots out in the field. They definitely run. They come
- 41:40together when when they would come up on the creek, on the tree line
- 41:45on the creek. One of the ways that I would know that they're there,
- 41:47which there was a couple of different ways, but one of the ways
- 41:51was the orbs flying all around. I've got videos of up to ten orbs
- 41:54flying all around. They're coming at me, They're like going through me and
- 41:58stuff. I don't know. Oh wow. Yeah, that's like a constant
- 42:02that we have out in the field. We always have a lot of orb
- 42:05activity and it has to do with any kind of I mean, it's kind
- 42:08of with any kind of paranormal activity that we have out there, but particularly
- 42:13Bigfoot and I mean I've seen I've seen orbs that flash through the woods and
- 42:19then you hear like a growl and a huff that was a bear. I
- 42:22think that the orbs are some sort of energy source. I know. I
- 42:27know as much. The orbs definitely run hand in hand with the Bigfoot.
- 42:30When the Bigfoot would come, the orbs would be there when the Bigfoot wasn't
- 42:35there, no orbs, right, So they definitely look together. I think
- 42:42that maybe they might be able to put themselves. Maybe that orb is their
- 42:47spiritual energy that you're seeing. Maybe that's one of the ways that they're able
- 42:52to do all the crazy stuff that they're able to do. I don't know.
- 42:54It definitely has something to do with them. Definitely has something to do
- 42:59with them. I think so too. Well. It makes it. It
- 43:04kind of makes me wonder, like what if these things were able to shape
- 43:07shift or something. You know, I've never seen it. I can't say
- 43:10that they do, but I'm just you're trying to like wrap your head around
- 43:15everything that's going on out there. And once you've been doing it as long
- 43:17as you and I have been in this in this game for a while,
- 43:20I know you've been out there researching for quite a while. And you know,
- 43:24after you're out in the woods as much as you've been, you start
- 43:28trying to make you know, you kind of start making these connections like,
- 43:30well, what if this is a shape shifter and there's other cryptids out in
- 43:34those woods too. It's not just Bigfoot. You have something that's pretty famous
- 43:40out there as well. Not not to get off the Bigfoot topic, but
- 43:45maybe we will just for a second. You have something that's one of my
- 43:47favorite topics. Little people gnomes uh. And there's a famous case. It's
- 43:53actually from a book, okay, and I believe that was Washington. Irvin
- 43:58wrote a book called Rip van Winkle. Handa, tell me the connection to
- 44:02your area in Rip van Winkle, and we'll get into that story briefly.
- 44:07Tonight was a Katskillion like myself. We're actually from the same town. He
- 44:13lived in the Kiskatan Palinville area, and he was a farmer. And one
- 44:20day he hiked up into the mountains and he encountered little people and he took
- 44:25a drink from them and fell asleep for seven the years there he is.
- 44:30That's a real cartoony. That's not the rip by. Now there you go.
- 44:37That's when you when you drive into Palinville, it says Palinville the home
- 44:43of Rip van Winkle. I can actually see rips Rock from my front yard.
- 44:46I go right out of my porch and I could see rips Rock from
- 44:50where my from my house. Now, so you got Rip van Winkle.
- 44:57Now you also have Henry Hudson that the Hudson River was named after. He
- 45:00docked in Catskill and he hiked up to Cattterskill Falls, And when he got
- 45:07up to Catterskill Falls, he encountered little people and they started offering him and
- 45:13his men drinks. And the men that took the drinks first started passing out
- 45:16into like a coma, and Henry Hudson got the rest of his men together
- 45:22and got up out of there. The Catterskill Falls where Henry Hudson wrote about
- 45:30in his journal, and Rips Rock where rip Berwinkel supposedly fell asleep, are
- 45:36really they're maybe a mile away from each other, and I think they're at
- 45:39basically the same elevation. They're in the same area of mountain. They were
- 45:45probably a mile away from each other at the same elevation. It's ironic.
- 45:51Also, the Catskill Mountains, pretty much all through the nineteen hundreds it was
- 45:55a big resort area. And in the Catskill and Carrow area there was all
- 46:00these little reasons. Not no more, but there used to be all these
- 46:04little resorts. And if you go back and you look out all the vintage
- 46:08memorabilia, it's all little people themed, every last bit of it, either
- 46:15either ferries, gnomes, puck wedgies, or native little people one or another.
- 46:20Also, the indigenous people in this area were Mohegans, right, the
- 46:27M'hegans Native Americans lived here. They called the native little people whipple Wills because
- 46:35of their usage of the Whipple willow, and the local campground and caro is
- 46:39called Whipple will Campsite, named after the indigenous little people of the Catskill Mountains.
- 46:45No way, but like I said, if I was little people,
- 46:51I would not go back. Okay. Oh you told me that before the
- 46:54show started tonight. Okay, So so we were we were kind of joking
- 46:59around before we went life tonight about how, uh, you are actually more
- 47:02worried about the little people than you would be the Sasquatch and the bigfoots out
- 47:07there, uh, because they're just mist of us and uh and it's almost
- 47:12like unpredictable. And I'm saying Sasquatch is predictable. Yeah, And I'm not
- 47:20trying to do the next guy to fall asleep for seven years, I know.
- 47:23Okay, So the story behind that is this the rip van Wakle.
- 47:27His his wife was being a little bit naggy. She was not being very
- 47:30nice. Uh, and she was she was fussing to him. I don't
- 47:35know, maybe he had a drinking problem. I don't sounds like it,
- 47:37okay, but uh, but she but he he got he and his dog
- 47:40went for a walk to go out into the mountains. He up to where
- 47:45that area is right by where you you research and stuff, and uh,
- 47:49and he met a man that had a keg of beer or some some kind
- 47:53of intoxicating substence and uh and him and his dog and I think they were
- 47:59met by a aparently was a bunch of little people like nomes. They don't,
- 48:02they didn't say that in some of the stories. They just say it
- 48:05was men wearing Dutch outfits, is what it said. But yeah, he
- 48:09ended up drinking this liquid and he woke up what you said twenty years later?
- 48:15How many years later? Charles seventy years later? Seventy good gosh,
- 48:20seven years later with a long beard. He It makes me wonder like if
- 48:24this was based on a true story, well, which I'm learning a lot
- 48:29of mythological stories I think might have actually been real to some extent some of
- 48:34them. Yeah, Yeah, it was probably some sort of real part of
- 48:37the story, and it probably grew over the years. Maybe he just went
- 48:43up there and saw little people and left his wife because she was annoying and
- 48:45dipped off and didn't come back. Seventy years later he popped buck up,
- 48:50like, hey, I fell asleep on the mountain. He was living his
- 48:53best life with the nomes, is what he was doing. Probably who knows,
- 48:58who knowmes, I'm just kidding. That's terrible. Yeah, that's cool
- 49:02to see you a little person, right, obviously, that would be cool,
- 49:06right, I'm a cryptid researcher. So but man, just I do
- 49:12a lot of studying, and through that studying, almost all Native American cultures
- 49:19say, if you encounter a sasquatch, don't disrespect it, don't bother it.
- 49:23It won't bother you to encounter little people, apologize forever being there,
- 49:29and get up out of there immediately, you know. And it's almost universal
- 49:34throughout all Native American legend, right, And I just think that they're dangerous,
- 49:39And I don't know. Maybe if I were to pick right, I
- 49:44would say, maybe the little native ones wouldn't be so scary, but like
- 49:46a puck leggie or a gnome or a fairy would probably really bug me out.
- 49:53I'll probably go running right on down the mountain. I'm with you.
- 49:58I'd rather see a big foot. I think, I think I would.
- 50:01I have not yet seen one, but yeah, I don't know. Well,
- 50:07okay, so well it kind of put Okay, let's put this out
- 50:10there. If that weren't based on a true story of some sort or at
- 50:15least part of it. I mean, could that guy have like walked through
- 50:17a portal? I mean, we've got the we've got the missing Okay,
- 50:22he's missing time of decades, almost a century of missing time there. Okay,
- 50:28that's seventy seven decades missing. And I mean we talked about time edits,
- 50:34time jumps, time loops, time travel. Okay, we talked about
- 50:37all that stuff and portals. Something definitely happened, that's my belief. Something
- 50:44definitely happened, right, probably not just the whole story that you get today,
- 50:49but somewhere in there was the beginning of the story. Something definitely happened.
- 50:53He probably encountered little people. It probably started off as whipped them winkled
- 50:58a crazy man that says there's little people up in the woods and a probably
- 51:00group from there. Someone them lines, right, that's how it goes,
- 51:05tell history goes. It's exactly well. I think I think there's a little
- 51:08bit of truth and a lot of these mythological tales that we're told. And
- 51:14also there's a lesson in it. And I guess the lesson is, don't
- 51:15go drinking with the nomies. Okay, with your homies with the nomies,
- 51:22Yeah, chilling with my gnomies. Don't go drinking with the nomies. Okay,
- 51:27Yeah, that's that's great. But it's right there, you know,
- 51:30in the middle of all this. And I only thought there's people in the
- 51:34chat saying I just thought that was a tall tale. Well, me too.
- 51:37But you know, a lot of these things that we're studying now it
- 51:40seems as though there they got some truth behind them. So you know,
- 51:45well, I mean, if you look at Disney, right, if you
- 51:47look at Disney and you look at a lot of their movies, it's you
- 51:53start doing cryptid research. Right, Bigfoot is encrypted. It's impossible to not
- 52:00end up at another cryptids such as little People or dog Man or one or
- 52:05the other right, or other things, right, giants, mountain giants.
- 52:09Right, it's hard to not end up at one of these other things.
- 52:14And it's always a cartoon, right, A cartoon about a giant, a
- 52:17cartoon about an igor, a cartoon about fairies, firm gully I'm starting to
- 52:24believe ferm Gully is a real, a real thing, right, Like my
- 52:29sister used to watch that growing up, fern Gully And there probably is whole
- 52:34little villages that exist in the bush out back right right, that's firm Gully.
- 52:47In the fairies, right, tinker Belt, what's tinker Bell a fairy?
- 52:52Right? Little? Do we know fairies are dangerous? Yeah? Just
- 52:57slightly? Yeah. Well, even like Miana, you know they've got that.
- 53:01You know, you and I both have kids, so that's why we're
- 53:04we know these movies, Okay, we know these Disney movies and uh,
- 53:07and so even in Milana they've got like the Sleeping Woman who's like an island.
- 53:10And now today, like I'm doing all this research and stuff on these
- 53:15sleeping Titans. Okay, like the mountains might have been people back in the
- 53:21day. So it's almost like they're showing that in the movie. Uh,
- 53:23Foxy Joe, thank you so much for that supersticker. We appreciate you here
- 53:27at Space out Radio. Thank you for that. I want to start researching
- 53:30like up in the mountains more. Uh. It's such a hike. It's
- 53:36hard to go on a ten mile hike to do research. When you can
- 53:39go on a ten minute hike and do research. Right, Yes, well,
- 53:44I'm sure there's just absolutely amazing stuff up in those mountains. Like I
- 53:50was saying before, the mountain, the Catskill Mountains is a huge mountain range,
- 53:52right, huge. And I've gotten reports of thunderbirds, right, I've
- 53:58gotten two reports of underbirds. I get at least one bigfoot report a month
- 54:04through my Facebook group. I've gotten one dog man report. Right. Uh,
- 54:10it's I don't doubt what anybody said this. I mean, I see
- 54:15bigfoot, they come and visit me right at my house. I don't tell
- 54:20what anybody says anymore. Exactly a thunderbird, I believe it said. It
- 54:24was more down towards like mon talk or whatever, down towards that way,
- 54:29right where the hell do they live? That's where I did some Bigfoot research
- 54:35with Long Island Bigfoot Mike is in the chat by the way, he said,
- 54:37y'all, y'all are gonna have to do some research together. I was
- 54:40up there with him and a bunch of people that were actually Montalk survivors from
- 54:45that program, but him. Okay, So Long Island Bigfoot Mike and Brian
- 54:50from Montalk is Strange on YouTube and Michael Roser from Dark Hour Paranormal. We
- 54:54were up there doing some big footing together and and there are bigfoot. It's
- 55:00on Long Island, New York. Absolutely super. My mom moved to Kingston,
- 55:07right, We all had to move from where we were living, and
- 55:09my mom ended up moving to Kingston. And Kingston's like a little city.
- 55:13And she lives like right off the river in Kingston. And where she lives,
- 55:19if you go three blocks over, it's woods and bridges and right she
- 55:22lives right off the river, like three blocks from the woods and stuff.
- 55:29And she's swore to God that she heard whoops the other night, like heard
- 55:34what she thought was whoops coming from that away where the woods be. And
- 55:40I don't doubt it, because they really my mom had like this crazy relationship
- 55:45with them. They probably are. She's searching her out over there, whatever
- 55:50group is over there. I think that you become imprinted imprinted. I guess
- 55:53it's just that's the way I used to explain it. If you ever watched
- 55:58the Twilight series, Right, you never watched Twilight series? Oh yeah,
- 56:01team was it? Jacob? Jacob? You know how you knoww the Werewolf's
- 56:06imprint right, and Draco and that that the werewolf. Yeah I like him.
- 56:12Yes, I think that, yeah, yeah, I think they imprint
- 56:16on you. And then I think all bigfoot can see it. It's weird.
- 56:20It's like, once you become habituated with a big foot or a bigfoot
- 56:24group, you can go anywhere and they will come to you. Right.
- 56:29You don't even really have to search them out no more. You just have
- 56:30to search out their habitats. They'll come to you once you become habituated.
- 56:35It's really strange. It's also that frequency too, right, don't you.
- 56:39Uh, It's like that when you're on that frequency, it's like you're always
- 56:44on that frequency. In my opinion, once you once you made that contact
- 56:47with them, So I think I don't know. This is fascinating. Charles.
- 56:51Oh my gosh, we have actually come to the end of the hour,
- 56:53and and you and I could talk all night about this stuff. Okay,
- 56:57we really could, And so please will you promise me you'll come back
- 57:00and hang out with me again here at Space Out Radio? Please? Absolutely?
- 57:05Okay, thank you to tell the audience where they can find you.
- 57:08Tell everybody about your Facebook page and your YouTube channel. Please, Oh,
- 57:14and thank you Jennifer Patterson. I'm sorry, thank you for that supersticker,
- 57:16Jennifer. I appreciate you so much. Group called Catskill Mountain Bigfoot, and
- 57:24that's probably the most of my researches on. I do have a YouTube channel
- 57:30though, that has a lot of good videos on it as well, but
- 57:36there's no pictures, so you know, there's more stuff on the Facebook group.
- 57:42And I'm going to start a YouTube channel podcast and I'm going to try
- 57:46to do my thing. I think at the very least, I can put
- 57:50out one of the most informational podcasts out there. Right if you were to
- 57:55watch it, you'd be able to go do some bigfoot and on your own,
- 57:58that's for sure for sure. I mean, hey, asked me to
- 58:04come on your show. Sometimes we'll do it. We'll do some collapse,
- 58:07okay, because that would be freaking awesome. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 58:10I mean on the Facebook group until I get and able to put it.
- 58:17I do have the videos on a chip, but until I'm able to get
- 58:22access to an actual computer to plug the chip in to log this stuff onto
- 58:27the YouTube channel. On the Facebook pages, if you go down to the
- 58:30bottom and you'll see a chunk of videos way down at the bottom. Probably
- 58:35the first chunk of videos. In that chunk of videos is those big Foot
- 58:39vocalizations. They're doing their little clicking language, little frog clicking language. And
- 58:45there's amazing tree knocks. If you want to know what a tree knock sounds
- 58:47like, go on over there and check it out. I've never heard any
- 58:52of that good anywhere else. It's fascinating. You have the best Facebook channel
- 58:58or the Facebook group with all of all of your evidence, all of your
- 59:02explorations, all of your exponition, everything you're doing out there. You document
- 59:06it so well and you're just a wealth of knowledge. Charles, So thank
- 59:09you so much for being here. You guys, please go go subscribe.
- 59:14Just can't scale Mountain big Foot on YouTube, and as soon as you get
- 59:16another if you get another channel going, I'll send everybody over to you channel
