- 0:55Baby sneezing, Mommy pleases. Daddy freezes in.
- 1:08So good on paper, so romantic. It's so bewildering.
- 1:23I know. Nothing stays the same, but if
- 1:27you're willing to play the game, it's coming around again.
- 1:36So don't mind if I fall apart. The small room in a broken
- 1:46heart. Heavy.
- 1:47The grosser fix, the toaster. Kiss the host, go back.
- 1:59Then you break a window, burn us to play, Scream.
- 2:14I know nothing stays the same, but if you're willing to play
- 2:20the game, it's coming around again so don't mind if I fall
- 2:30apart. There's more room in a broken
- 2:34heart and I believe in love, but what else can I do?
- 2:43I'm so in love with you. I know nothing stays the same,
- 2:54but if you're willing to play the game, it will be coming
- 2:59around again. I believe in love.
- 3:14Come around again, coming around again and nothing stays the
- 3:21same. But if you're willing to play
- 3:24the game, it will be coming around again.
- 3:35I believe in love. I believe in love.
- 3:42It's coming around again, coming around again, and nothing stays
- 3:49the same. But if you're willing to play
- 3:52the game, it will be coming around again.
- 4:00I do believe, I do believe. I believe in love.
- 4:07I believe in love. Coming around again, coming
- 4:12around and come. So where did all this energy in
- 4:39space come from? The answer was found after
- 4:44decades of work by scientists, space and energy.
- 4:49Was spontaneously created in an event we now call The Big Bang.
- 5:00At the moment of The Big Bang, an entire universe full of
- 5:04energy came into existence, and within Spain it all inflated
- 5:14just like a balloon being blown up.
- 5:20So where did all this energy and space come from?
- 5:26How does an entire universe full of energy, the awesome vastness
- 5:30of space, and everything in it simply appear out of nothing?
- 5:38The sun? This is where God comes back
- 5:42into the picture. Soldiers, don't give yourselves
- 6:53to brutes. Men who despise you, enslave
- 6:55you, who regiment your lives, tell you what to do, what to
- 6:58think of what to feel, who drill you, diet you, treat you like
- 7:01cattle, use you as cannon fodder.
- 7:04Don't give yourselves to these unnatural men, machine men with
- 7:08machine minds and machine hearts.
- 7:10You are not machines. You are not cattle.
- 7:12You are men. You have the love of humanity in
- 7:15your hearts. You don't hate.
- 7:17Only the unloved hate, the unloved and the unnatural
- 7:20soldiers. Don't fight for slavery, fight
- 7:22for liberty. In the 17th chapter of Saint
- 7:25Lucas written the Kingdom of Goddess within man.
- 7:27Not one man, nor a group of men, but in all men in you, you the
- 7:31people have the power, the power to create machines, the power to
- 7:35create happiness. You, the people have the power
- 7:37to make this life free and beautiful, to make this life a
- 7:40wonderful adventure. Then in the name of democracy,
- 7:43let us choose that power. Let us all unite.
- 7:46Let us. Fight for a new world, a decent
- 7:49world that will give men a chance to work, that will give
- 7:51you the future and old age and security.
- 7:54Like the promise of these things, brutes have risen to
- 7:56power, but they lie. They do not fulfill that
- 7:59promise. They never will.
- 8:01Dictators free themselves, but they enslave the people.
- 8:04Now let us fight to fulfill that promise.
- 8:08Let us fight to free the world, to go away with national
- 8:11barriers, to go away with greed, with hate and intolerance.
- 8:15Let us fight for a world of reason, a world where science
- 8:19and progress will lead to all men's happiness.
- 8:22Soldiers, in the name of democracy, let us all unite.
- 8:51Have to believe in. Your magic Don't let your aim in
- 8:56the street. Well, hello ladies and
- 9:31gentlemen. My name is Brett Keen and you
- 9:33are watching and listening to the Brett Keen Show.
- 9:36I hope you're all having a wonderful day out there.
- 9:38Some of you are probably wondering what happened to the
- 9:417:00 PM show. Well, I was trying something
- 9:44new. I was trying to stream using OBS
- 9:47and study using stream yards or any other kind of software.
- 9:52And I thought, man, if I could get this to work, I could do
- 9:55some really, really neat stuff and I'd be able to change up the
- 9:58quality of my audio and video and all that kind of stuff.
- 10:03Basically I was getting excited. I thought I had the whole wide
- 10:07world right in my hands, but unfortunately.
- 10:12Although my video card ain't too bad and my computer's rocking
- 10:18well, it's a decade old computer, but it's got upgrades
- 10:22to it and such, so I tried to use it.
- 10:25Unfortunately OBS and the streaming softwares, they
- 10:29require good Internet connection and that's what I'm lacking.
- 10:33I have low Internet connection standard, just enough to be able
- 10:37to watch a movie or TV show, but.
- 10:39Not to be running this, or at least running this as well as
- 10:44somebody watching TV and another person using the computer and
- 10:48the household, same household using up the Internet.
- 10:51So that's what I found myself then.
- 10:55Sad, huh? Yeah, so we're stuck using this,
- 11:00but I can do some nice things with it, so it's all good.
- 11:04I see the Kaylin pack is out there.
- 11:06I don't know why she hasn't joined the room yet.
- 11:08I seen Rex earlier. He knows I do like an
- 11:12introduction thing before I, you know, come out and start
- 11:16chatting. You're going to come in.
- 11:18The link is out there, ladies and gentlemen, if you want to
- 11:20chat. I don't like doing live
- 11:22broadcast where I just sit here and Babble on incoherently.
- 11:26I will talk for a while. But I don't do three hours or
- 11:30even 2 hours or even close to that all by myself.
- 11:35So if you guys want to show the work and function, then you
- 11:39better click the link, come in and actually hang out with me
- 11:42and do some chat. And because that's why I do this
- 11:45thing, so I can talk to you and listen to your stories and
- 11:49listen to your life and find out what you're about.
- 11:53And. Know a whole sharing and
- 11:55communicating back and forth type of thing.
- 11:57That's what I'm into. Well, while I'm waiting for you
- 12:02to figure out if you know how to click a link and come in and
- 12:05know how to use your microphone in the year 2023.
- 12:09And I guess I'll tell you guys a little bit about what I've been
- 12:11seeing going on in the world. Recently I made two videos about
- 12:17Starfield and how my computer almost blew up while trying to
- 12:21play it. I bought the $100 premium
- 12:24edition and that damn thing just killed me.
- 12:27It was horrible. Hey, it's Mr. Captain Stump.
- 12:31Goodness gracious. Hey Mr. Stump.
- 12:33I was just whining and crying about my computer not being able
- 12:37to handle Starfield a moment ago.
- 12:39Have you even heard of that game before?
- 12:42Is that that one that's like a? Star Trek type thing with like
- 12:45fast universe. You could travel around the
- 12:47spaceships. I think something like that.
- 12:48I think that's the one. Yeah, it's supposed to be a big
- 12:51revolutionary game. And I about a year ago, I found
- 12:56out the minimum requirements for it.
- 12:58So I went to my computer guy and I said, dude put in a video card
- 13:02that can handle this thing. And he said all right, so he
- 13:06took a couple $100 from me. The game comes out and the video
- 13:09card doesn't work for it. So I I was very tempted to
- 13:14slapping him in the mouth. I definitely fired him, but
- 13:18yeah, and he he wasn't going to refund me my money either.
- 13:21So that's how it is, you know, you got to turn the other cheek,
- 13:25love your enemy and all that kind of stuff.
- 13:27I can't believe he goofed me. I've been good to that, man.
- 13:32That's the nature of falling, falling, man.
- 13:34Sometimes they either mess up or they mess up on purpose.
- 13:36Who knows? But it wasn't.
- 13:38The memory wasn't big enough. That's what it is.
- 13:39I'm not a computer guy, but memory wasn't big enough.
- 13:42It can't process the game. The game set at 4K and all, but
- 13:48Oh my goodness so yeah it was it was falling apart on me, just no
- 13:53good. Well my son though, a while back
- 13:56I got him an Xbox S and he brought it over and we tried out
- 14:01the game on his machine and it seemed to work out this fine.
- 14:05Is that the real knock? Hold on a second, Is that the
- 14:08real? Not that in the trouble, is it?
- 14:10Hey, what's up man? Oh hey man, let me go ahead and
- 14:14put this up on the screen, all right?
- 14:17You getting on camera? You going to show something
- 14:20beautiful in the live stream? Or you.
- 14:22I was going to, but then I realized I don't have my camera
- 14:25hooked up. So yeah, just be my avatar.
- 14:28All right. What you up to, man?
- 14:30Are you still a theist or things gotten to you?
- 14:34No, you know, definitely still a baby theist.
- 14:37I just don't know what you know, I I don't even I I don't even
- 14:42really like to use the term God because I think it's a human
- 14:45conception of of the word. I know when like.
- 14:48When I use the word people think automatically assume I'm I'm
- 14:51talking about the Christian God or their personal God or
- 14:54whatever. And it's like, now did I, I
- 14:56whatever's out there, I think is a natural thing.
- 14:58You know, it's. I think it's a result of the
- 15:00universe, not the cause of it. So yeah, but yeah, I definitely
- 15:04am a baby theist. I just don't know what yet.
- 15:09Well, I'm wondering when you're going to get the rumors flying
- 15:12about you. I got them for six years because
- 15:16that's how long I've been a theist.
- 15:18The first rumor was Brent is suffering from some kind of
- 15:22brain malfunction. He's retarded or something.
- 15:25Or he hit his head on the toilet or something.
- 15:27I've gotten that a bit, yeah. You got that one already?
- 15:30Oh yeah, What about this one? So knock how many times you're
- 15:36going to change your view and all that?
- 15:38I've been asked that a million times.
- 15:40What's your thoughts? Oh yeah, I've gotten that a bit.
- 15:42But I don't really blame people for that one, because I did.
- 15:45You know, I I for the last the last six months that I was
- 15:49actually straining. Seriously, I'd I'd say I was
- 15:52kind of flip flopping back and forth, You know, I was really
- 15:55looking hard at Buddhism. Then I I proclaimed myself an
- 16:00agnostic, you know, And then I I went hardcore atheism again and
- 16:05then I I, you know, became this baby theist.
- 16:08I had my little personal experience that I had or
- 16:10whatever. So yeah, I mean, I I definitely
- 16:12don't blame people for that one. Because it's it's rather
- 16:15accurate. My buddy Adam Lore has been
- 16:18staying away from the Internet for a while now because just a
- 16:22couple weeks ago he turned into a theist and he's taking a lot
- 16:26of heat over that himself. Just a few weeks ago, 10 years
- 16:30he's been was an atheist and this gracious stump.
- 16:33Are you familiar with Brother Not?
- 16:36I am not. I'm not a hardcore atheist.
- 16:40Yeah. He was the hardcore atheist.
- 16:43Yeah, the raging atheist. I was the raging.
- 16:46Atheist. Oh, raging atheist.
- 16:48I've heard that name. I maybe by face I'd recognize,
- 16:52but OK, you can turn into a theist.
- 16:54Wonderful, Wonderful. He's now the raging he's now the
- 16:57raging badass theist. Yeah, yeah, I was getting the
- 17:00raging Buddhist for a while. I know Ger calls me like the
- 17:04raging agnostic or something. It's it's kind of funny.
- 17:09Why would he call you agnostic? Why would he call you agnostic?
- 17:13For that means that you don't have knowledge either way.
- 17:16Yeah, well, it's because I I claimed you, I I, I did adopt
- 17:20agnosticism as my philosophical point there for a while.
- 17:24I'm trying to get out of my heart, Atheist.
- 17:25I'm trying to. You know, my main goal before I
- 17:28had my personal experience was, you know, I wanted, I wanted to
- 17:32stop being raging. I wanted to start being more
- 17:34accepting. You know, I'm never going to
- 17:37even change my politics, but I even wanted to be more accepting
- 17:39with opposing politics. You know, and and Brett, you
- 17:42know, you, you know how how visceral I could get when it
- 17:47come to politics and how divisive I could get.
- 17:49So like I I was just trying to be open minded and and have a.
- 17:54I don't know a better philosophical view on it, but
- 17:57then, you know, I ended up just kind of slipping right back into
- 18:01the hard atheism old habits are kind of hard to get rid of.
- 18:05I hear you there. What do you think that happens
- 18:08to you for? I don't know.
- 18:15You know, I know like two years ago Khalil Allah trapped me
- 18:19philosophically. In a Richard Matson room and you
- 18:24know I lost my shit look kind of like I do sometimes.
- 18:29But what it did is when I woke up the next day, I I'm, you
- 18:32know, I I made it. I made a vow to myself like I'm
- 18:35not going to be caught like that again.
- 18:37That I'm going to actually Start learning some philosophy.
- 18:39Started reading the classics which a lot of people criticize
- 18:43me. Said I I should have started
- 18:44modern. But I really I wanted to to
- 18:47start at the beginning of philosophy and work my way up.
- 18:50And I've I've pretty much done that over the last couple years.
- 18:53I'm still by no means an expert, but I I think I definitely have
- 18:58a a better ontology, a better, I don't know just philosophical
- 19:05view of the world than I did before.
- 19:07And it's a it's a work in progress.
- 19:08You know, I I think the best thing that I've done is kind of
- 19:12step away the last few months like I have because it it
- 19:15allowed me the time to think instead of just talk.
- 19:21Yeah, you've been away for a while.
- 19:22I haven't seen you seen you in my live rooms.
- 19:25You know one thing about me? It was it was difficult for me
- 19:28to make the transition to in the beginning.
- 19:32But luckily for me, besides getting theist to support me and
- 19:36all that, and I'm talking about like emotionally and spiritually
- 19:39not, you know, dropping me a check or anything.
- 19:42Conservatives are selfish. You're right about that.
- 19:47I'm just dead. Well, I think both sides are,
- 19:50honestly. But it was it.
- 19:52I have given credit to non believers.
- 19:54They were so damn cruel to me back then.
- 19:57Whenever I was having my view change that, they kind of helped
- 20:00encourage me to stay on my path on that for sure.
- 20:04So I got to think the Thea stand non believers for that.
- 20:07Well, and I I can see that, you know, like I've had some really
- 20:11great people stick by me. You know, what I call my core
- 20:14has kind of they don't really care, you know what I am.
- 20:17They don't care that I don't play for the same team anymore
- 20:20or whatever, and they still support me fully.
- 20:22But so many flip the script, you know, like, I can't tell you how
- 20:26many times I've been compared to you, Brett.
- 20:31That's what they do, yeah. It makes me think, you know, all
- 20:35those things I've heard about Brett Keen.
- 20:37How much of it is actually true Because they did this?
- 20:40Not all, you know, not all. Like a lot of great atheists
- 20:42stuck by me. Chris from hereticals.
- 20:45You know Oz, as hardcore atheist as he is, he's he's been totally
- 20:50cool with me. You know secular Peg and mom
- 20:53Cahova, CPA, so many Brie. But then but there's been so
- 20:57many others that just just level accusations at you.
- 21:01Oh, you're a grifter this and you're that.
- 21:03And you're it's like, you know, it's like, no, I just, I had an
- 21:08experience that I can't explain away rationally.
- 21:12And then once I had started to explain it away rationally, once
- 21:15I had stuffed it back into my naturalistic worldview, other
- 21:20shit happened. You know, it.
- 21:22The universe was trying to give me a message, and when I was
- 21:24ignoring it, it went out of its way to give it to me again.
- 21:28And I'm not going to ignore that just because I had a lack of
- 21:32belief in a God. It would to me, it would be
- 21:35foolish to ignore it. How do you feel about that,
- 21:39Mister Stump? Did you go through anything like
- 21:42that or have you always been a faith-based man yourself?
- 21:47Well, I wasn't raised in any type of faith, but I've always
- 21:50knew something was going on besides what we see in front of
- 21:53our natural eyes. I know there was more to this
- 21:55world than what we see for whatever reason.
- 21:58But rage and atheist, I'd like to ask what experience that was
- 22:01brought to you. And it's interesting point.
- 22:03You don't actually say there's a creator type God, but you say
- 22:06there's a result of nature type God.
- 22:09Yeah. Well, I I I think my, my opinion
- 22:13on it is that you know it it's the universe is sentient and it
- 22:17has a mind and it has a plan. But for me personally, you know,
- 22:22I I I'd gotten into a really dark place.
- 22:25I I wasn't working. Chronic pain had kind of taken
- 22:29over my life. I hadn't worked for well over a
- 22:33year, probably close to a year and a half.
- 22:35I was losing everything. I was losing my home.
- 22:38I was losing my possessions. I was possibly going to lose my
- 22:41child. I was probably going to have to
- 22:43send my child to her mother's when I had taken care of her her
- 22:47entire life. And I fought so hard to get
- 22:49custody and and I talked about it in a video.
- 22:55But I had this really at the real experience, just sitting on
- 22:59my couch. I don't call it a voice, but a
- 23:03feeling overtook me. I was the only way to describe
- 23:08it was teleported in my past. I saw a very particular memory
- 23:13that was more than a memory. It was too vivid to just be a
- 23:16memory. It felt like I was there, even
- 23:18though it also felt like I was still sitting on my own couch.
- 23:22It forced, like, I immediately changed my life.
- 23:28I immediately started fighting against the pain.
- 23:30I got a job. I kept a job.
- 23:32I worked outrageous hours. And then, you know, I had
- 23:36stuffed it all back into my naturalistic worldview.
- 23:40Kind of like the explanation I just gave you, you know, I think
- 23:43that the universe is sentient. I think it's a natural process,
- 23:46blah, blah, blah. I I stuffed it all back into my
- 23:49naturalistic worldview. And then I had other stuff
- 23:52happen that just went out of its way to to kind of like scream at
- 23:56me hey, no, wake up, dude. And and you're you're exactly
- 24:00right. And it's not so much that it's
- 24:01not what we don't see, it's what we just don't know.
- 24:05We human beings are stuck on a planet flying throughout our
- 24:08space, but it's a very miniscule atom of the the entire universe.
- 24:15And we think that we know so much and we sit in our
- 24:17perspectives and we think that we know everything.
- 24:19But we don't. I I know I did it for the last
- 24:22six years on YouTube, you know, talking to people about how
- 24:26they're wrong. And I'm right.
- 24:29And honestly, none of us are right.
- 24:31None of it. We only know the very limited
- 24:34information that we've been able to gather on this planet.
- 24:37When you consider the the infinite size of the universe,
- 24:40and I say infinite, even though it's not infinite in the
- 24:43philosophical terms, but to us the size of it is so massive it
- 24:46might as well be infinite. We know nothing.
- 24:49And that was my ultimate conclusion is how can I sit here
- 24:53condemn everybody for their beliefs when I don't even know
- 24:56what the hell is going on? By the way, I've been really
- 25:00curious. I heard you there and Mr.
- 25:03Something said Amen and Amen, definitely that for sure.
- 25:07I'm curious how is your health been been worried about you on
- 25:10that it's better you know I've I've I've giving up the weed I I
- 25:17feel a little bit healthier I'm gonna give up the cigarettes I
- 25:19got another plan. Sunday is my quit day again.
- 25:23My legs still suck but you know like I'm overcoming the pain
- 25:27like I I find strength where I didn't have it before and you
- 25:34know I I only I don't take the credit for that.
- 25:37I I I think that something's guiding me to that because I
- 25:41like I said for a year and a half I couldn't do it.
- 25:43So whatever that thing is, I'm grateful to it.
- 25:46But I'm overcoming it and I I think it's getting better.
- 25:50I think being active, I'm losing weight.
- 25:52I've lost £50. I I'm, I feel healthier and I my
- 25:57legs feel healthier, but I still deal with the chronic pain.
- 26:02So you you said that you believe that the universe is alive.
- 26:06Are you also kind of incorporating pantheism?
- 26:10I mean in in a way I I know I've looked at several definitions of
- 26:15it. I think that is probably comes
- 26:17close there for a while. I I consider myself anonymous,
- 26:20you know, like and I still think that part of it, like I think
- 26:24that every religion in the world has been influenced by something
- 26:28out, you know, out in that universe that that we can't
- 26:32understand right now. So I think that there's a little
- 26:35bit of truth in all of these religions and I think that they
- 26:39pretty much all come from the same source.
- 26:42But I also believe that there's a lot of human untruth in these
- 26:45religions as well. So yeah, I'm, I haven't really
- 26:48been able to label it outside of the fact that, you know, like
- 26:52I'm just, I'm, I'm trying to be open.
- 26:56And if it, you know, if it is a a just deity, whatever that
- 27:02deity might be, I think it would be pretty cool with it.
- 27:06See, I have a kind of the same belief whenever it comes to the
- 27:10truth can be found in a lot of things, and I know Mr. Stump may
- 27:14get on to me for this, but give me a moment and I'll explain.
- 27:18I feel like God has interacted. I'll just call it God.
- 27:22I know that you use like a different word on this knock,
- 27:25but I believe that God's interacted with many different
- 27:28different groups of people throughout time.
- 27:30People who have had pain, suffering, people looking for
- 27:34guidance, everything else. And I believe it's simply
- 27:37because of the language change and diversity.
- 27:40Why it is God has been given all these different names.
- 27:44If you're Chinese or Japanese, the name you're going to have
- 27:47for God is going to be different than someone who's in America.
- 27:51You get my point. Well, yeah, and and I mean you
- 27:54can go as far back and I don't. I know a lot of people would
- 27:56argue with me with about this, especially atheist would, but I
- 28:02think that there's actual archaeological evidence of this,
- 28:06and probably in Homo sapiens, most primitive time.
- 28:12In our earliest times we were animist.
- 28:16I've noticed, like I've seen a lot of atheists saying what I've
- 28:19said for so long. You know, things like, you know,
- 28:22religion is just about control or belief in God is just about
- 28:25controlling people. And I'm like, well, was it
- 28:27control when human beings were at one with nature and we
- 28:31worshiped animals as our gods? You know, the biggest evidence
- 28:35for something out there, something, the great mystery I
- 28:38like to call it, is the fact that human beings have always
- 28:42believed in that great mystery. Whatever it is, they've always
- 28:44sought the answers to it. And you know, atheists always
- 28:49want answers. I always wanted answers.
- 28:51And I think that that's really the only answer we can get at
- 28:54this point is there's got to be something to the fact that human
- 28:56beings have always believed in something, you know, well before
- 29:00Jesus came along, well before Muhammad came along or or Gandhi
- 29:06or the Buddha or, you know, just any anybody that might have
- 29:13contributed to the start of religion.
- 29:16Human beings were believing in something, you know?
- 29:19And to me that that's that's great evidence that there's just
- 29:22so much that we just don't know. And I think we like to sit in
- 29:26our knowledge and and and feel superior because of that.
- 29:30And I I think it's a human trait.
- 29:32I think it's natural. I'm not condemning anybody for
- 29:34it. But I think if we want to be
- 29:35sophisticated, we need to rise above that.
- 29:38And thankfully, at the age of 46, I'm finally starting to do
- 29:41it. You know, I I think that one of
- 29:44the reasons why you and I take a lot of heat from some atheists
- 29:48for our transition changes because they're simply not in
- 29:51the same position as we are. They might have questioned.
- 29:54They might have asked, but a lot of them are not fathers.
- 29:58A lot of them are young people. They don't know what it's like
- 30:01to be responsible for someone and to work until you're damn
- 30:05you know, nails are digging into your skin and all that.
- 30:08They don't know what it's like to actually see real suffering
- 30:12and pain. And then see a light at the end
- 30:14of the tunnel. And maybe it's not their fault
- 30:17or whatever, but I just wish people would have more of an
- 30:20open heart and open mind instead of quickly jump on the oh, you
- 30:23don't have my label anymore so I don't love you attitude that's
- 30:27that's so weak. It's so shallow.
- 30:29Yeah, I I agree. And and you know, I think I
- 30:35became aware of how cruel I was and once I was able to become
- 30:40aware of how cruel I was because you know, I I like to sit in my
- 30:43on my pedestal and talk about how morally superior I was.
- 30:47I mean the hell the whole the whole thing was Smokey before
- 30:50Smokey ever went and did what he did with with whatever was, you
- 30:54know, when we were doing battle is my whole point was to stand
- 30:58on the moral high ground and I was able to do it for a long
- 31:00time. But, you know, once I was able
- 31:04to see just how cruel I was being with people, I think it
- 31:07opened me up and I was able to see how cruel other people are
- 31:10being with people. And, you know, I've been able to
- 31:13experience it. And honestly, I I kind of
- 31:16welcome it when, when, when it happens, you know, I put this
- 31:19post on Facebook the other day just referencing a, you know,
- 31:23kind of this, this Buddhist mantra be like water.
- 31:27And I in that post I talked about living water, right?
- 31:30And I know you probably recognize the reference from the
- 31:33Bible. It's most famous in the Bible
- 31:35when Jesus talks about the living water, he's talking about
- 31:38God's salvation. But he references living water.
- 31:40And I referenced it in this Buddhist mantra about be like
- 31:45water and how water it adapts it.
- 31:47It changes. Water can be alive, you know?
- 31:51And a couple atheists started coming at me really hard and
- 31:54they they're mocking me in it. For one, I was like, dude, do
- 31:57you not understand what a metaphor is, right?
- 31:58Like, I'm not literally saying waters alive.
- 32:01Like, it's not sitting there breathing, but it's like the
- 32:05same metaphor as saying we live it on a living planet, right?
- 32:08Like who knows that the planet is alive?
- 32:10I like to think that it is, but we don't know if the planet is
- 32:13an actual living thing, right? But we, we call it a living
- 32:17planet. And the same is, it's the same
- 32:19for water, right? Water is teeming with light.
- 32:22That bacteria in that water is alive.
- 32:25All those creatures in that water is alive.
- 32:26That fungus. That algae, the the coral reefs
- 32:30I mean. But they don't see that like
- 32:33it's it's just automatically point the finger and you not on
- 32:36my team anymore. Let me bring you down as much as
- 32:39I can bring you down. I'm like dog you can't bring me
- 32:41down because I'm I'm actually pretty comfortable on my skin
- 32:44now. You know like you're not gonna
- 32:47get me raging on you. I might I might have a little
- 32:49fun with you but you're not gonna give me raging on you
- 32:51anymore because I'm I'm comfortable with where I'm at.
- 32:53I like myself again, and I didn't before.
- 32:56And I'm not saying all atheists don't like themselves, but I
- 32:58certainly didn't. I don't understand what the
- 33:01problem is with the water concept.
- 33:03I mean, even if someone didn't believe in God, if you believe
- 33:08that everything evolved from the water, you have to believe
- 33:11there's essences of life even within the water itself in order
- 33:15for things like without water there's no life.
- 33:19But even like the reference of living water is a known
- 33:22reference, like I said, it's most known in the Bible.
- 33:26Jesus uses it twice. But even outside of that I've
- 33:29read a lot of books and if you actually read books and not not
- 33:32the water, you'll get and and not just watch the movie, you
- 33:36know, you'll get, you'll get a lot more from those books.
- 33:39You'll get the thoughts and you'll get references.
- 33:41And you know, like I can remember like a river runs
- 33:43through it talks about how the river was alive, right.
- 33:46And and I've been canoeing and I've been down whitewater
- 33:50Rapids, and I don't think anybody that's had that
- 33:53experience could tell you that it's not alive, right?
- 33:57In a sense of the word. I'm not.
- 33:59Again, it's not like saying it's a living creature, but alive
- 34:04doesn't just mean living. It's also can be, like I said, a
- 34:08metaphor. It can be an adjective.
- 34:10We use words in in many different ways.
- 34:13But you want to get stuck on that one thing and think you
- 34:15have your hot aha moment with the former raging atheist.
- 34:18You're gonna make make me look like a damn fool and all you're
- 34:21really doing is just showing your own cruelty.
- 34:24You need to recognize that people get mad at me because I
- 34:26talk about how I was bigoted against Christians, and I think
- 34:29a lot of atheists are, and I'm being I'm being honest about it
- 34:32now, but they automatically assume I'm talking about them.
- 34:35No, if you if you're not bigoted, I'm not talking to you.
- 34:39But if you're getting defensive, maybe you should look at
- 34:41yourself. By the way, I'm looking around
- 34:47and I don't see where your other YouTube channel is.
- 34:50You didn't get rid of it, did you?
- 34:52What the raging? Well, I see the raging atheist.
- 34:56But you, I believe you said a while back on live broadcast
- 35:00that you were going to be doing a different channel.
- 35:02To get away from that type of thing.
- 35:04I don't know if you changed your mind.
- 35:06No. It's rage to reason.
- 35:08You know I dabbled with it a little bit but I I stepped away
- 35:11a couple months ago so I haven't done anything new.
- 35:13But it should still be there. Unless still it's still there
- 35:17Rage to reason. Yeah it's it's at 150 Subs.
- 35:20But I yeah, it's been over a month since I've done anything
- 35:22on it. I never.
- 35:24It's been a transition because even on rage to reason, when the
- 35:30whole point was to try not to be the raging atheist anymore, I
- 35:33caught myself slipping back. Like like when you when you when
- 35:37you come on this platform, you know, it's really easy to be who
- 35:41you've always been. I kind of got to give you props
- 35:44for that because, you know, you started as an atheist and you
- 35:47were able to flip that script. You know me when I stream, and
- 35:52especially if I'm in control of the stream, it's different.
- 35:54Like if I'm here having a conversation like we're having
- 35:57right now. But like if I'm in control of
- 35:58the stream, then I find myself slipping right back into it and
- 36:02I'll after the streams over, I'm like, you know, I haven't
- 36:05changed at all. So that that's the main reason I
- 36:08haven't really done anything with it is you know what?
- 36:11I I truly want it to be a different channel than the
- 36:14raging atheist was. And if, if that's going to
- 36:16happen, I got to give it enough time to where I'm not the same
- 36:19person that I was. And it's not so easy to slip
- 36:22back into those old routines and let's just make fun of the
- 36:25theists. No.
- 36:27If I do it, if I'm gonna make fun of, you know, if, if I'm
- 36:30gonna make fun of things. I need to be an equal
- 36:32opportunist and I need to be able to point at atheism and and
- 36:36and with the same harshness, right?
- 36:39Like so. But I don't want to do that.
- 36:41I don't want it to be harsh. I wanted.
- 36:43I want it to be a place where I can build things up, build
- 36:46people up. And I can't do that if I'm
- 36:48slipping back into my hard atheism.
- 36:50So you know, when I do come back to YouTube it will be that
- 36:54Channel and but it will be different than anything I've
- 36:58ever done before. Well, the reason why I was
- 37:01looking around for your link is I, you know, whenever I finish
- 37:05my live streams, I like to put people's YouTube thing, the at
- 37:09yadda yadda yadda so people can click on it and go visit their
- 37:13channel and see what they're doing.
- 37:14But I think that's great. I think that's really
- 37:17responsible, intelligent. You're trying to keep yourself
- 37:19out of the fire. So you can stably think about
- 37:23your position and where you're going from here on out.
- 37:26Just, yeah, there was one time on your.
- 37:29Mouth. Sorry.
- 37:30When people start running their mouth at you and all that, just
- 37:32think about the beautiful things in your life.
- 37:36Think about, Hey, I've got a fantastic daughter.
- 37:38Ain't none of these jackasses paying my bills?
- 37:41Oh yeah. The hell are they to talk to me
- 37:43like that type of attitude? And that's what I do.
- 37:47You know, I I, I try you, you know, my whole thing is I don't
- 37:49want to get offended. You know, I might I might get a
- 37:51little sarcastic with somebody on my Facebook comments, but you
- 37:54know, I I truly don't get offended by any of it because I
- 37:57did the same thing for so long. Like I can't knock any of them
- 38:00for for being the way that they are because I was the same exact
- 38:03way I was probably worse. So I I often say I was probably
- 38:06one of the most vitriolic atheist on YouTube.
- 38:09Like I definitely wasn't afraid to talk shit and to to go out of
- 38:13bounds. You know, I I don't think I ever
- 38:16really took it on a personal level unless people took it on a
- 38:19personal level with me. But still, like, you know, I I I
- 38:22think that, you know it's funny because I've mentioned this a
- 38:26couple times for six years as the raging atheist, I had all
- 38:30these atheists telling me how how I went too far.
- 38:33You know, I would I would say things like all babies are
- 38:36atheist or or or shit like that. But now that I I'm not an
- 38:41atheist anymore and I'm, I'm kind of looking and seeing what
- 38:45other people are like, All the atheists are saying those same
- 38:47things now. And it's like, wait a minute,
- 38:49for years you guys told me I was out of bounds, that I was being
- 38:52too much, and now it's like the accepted.
- 38:56I don't know way for an atheist to talk like, you know, I I sit.
- 39:00I literally had to explain to somebody why a baby can't be an
- 39:04atheist. The the raging atheist, the guy
- 39:05that used to always say babies are atheist.
- 39:07You know, I had, I had to sit there and explain to him, no,
- 39:10like, babies can't have beliefs. They don't have any beliefs.
- 39:13So you can't make a choice not to believe in a God when you're
- 39:16a freaking baby. It's it's the same thing as
- 39:18saying a rock is an atheist. You know, like you know And when
- 39:22I try to tell them you're you're stepping into the into the fire
- 39:25when you're making those statements and all these people
- 39:27are coming down on me for it's like, hey, no, I'm, I'm the
- 39:30raging atheist. I'm the one that said this the
- 39:32most, like maybe take some advice here.
- 39:36Well, you probably. I know that from time to time
- 39:40you've gotten the opportunity to watch some of Matt Powell stuff.
- 39:42I don't watch him very often anymore.
- 39:46Obviously the aggravation, but he did make a video with some
- 39:49people saying that that atheist supposedly evolved from rocks.
- 39:53I'm sure you've probably seen that.
- 39:55I don't think I've seen that one.
- 39:56I, you know, I did have a recent conversation with Matt.
- 40:00It was it was like Matt interviewing me when I first
- 40:02stopped being an atheist. And I know a lot of atheists
- 40:06didn't like it, and a lot of atheists try to call me a
- 40:09sellout for it. But, you know, I spent six
- 40:12years. Going hardcore at Matt Powell
- 40:16and it didn't work. He's probably worse than he ever
- 40:21was. So, you know, like I I want, I
- 40:24just simply wanted to take a new approach with the guy.
- 40:27And for that, you know, like some people even went as far as
- 40:31to try to put, like his hate speech on me.
- 40:33Like I'm endorsing his hate speech just because I had a
- 40:35pleasant conversation with the guy.
- 40:37You know, because I'm not trying to be raging atheist anymore.
- 40:41Like I've been there. I've done that.
- 40:43How about try to make a change, Like maybe, you know, maybe,
- 40:47just maybe if if, if, if the raging atheist can can show some
- 40:51humility with with the guy and and show him like, you know, I
- 40:58don't know just just something a little bit more.
- 41:00It might just nudge him and and to get away from some of those
- 41:03more extreme things, you know, like it.
- 41:06If he could see a far lefty like me is not a bad dude, you know
- 41:09it. It might go a long way, but to a
- 41:12lot of people I was a sellout for that.
- 41:15See, that's one of the things I've liked about a Fiesta.
- 41:19Not say that it's been 100% great and wonderful, but if I'm
- 41:23wrong about something or I misinterpret something, I'll
- 41:26have some kind of question. Usually say, hey, here's what it
- 41:30means and here's why and explain it to me and all this kind of
- 41:33stuff. But I noticed whenever I was a
- 41:36nonbeliever, if I said anything that didn't go along with their
- 41:40views of their ideas, it was like cutthroat.
- 41:43There's no forgiveness. It's just you're a piece of
- 41:45crap. And you deserved that, you know,
- 41:48burning, you know, some kind of fire pit because they don't
- 41:51believe in hell. So it's it's weird.
- 41:53Hey, Rex. How you doing there, guy?
- 41:56I'm good and just trying to hold back my atheist hate.
- 42:02See, everybody always thinks I'm talking about them.
- 42:07The problem is that. The atheists that are popular in
- 42:10line are loud and aggressive like most people I know are
- 42:14atheists and we just never talk about God because we lack of
- 42:16belief. But we don't have a positive
- 42:19belief in fighting the Christians.
- 42:20I I just don't argue with them. That's why I come here and have
- 42:23peaceful conversations. Yeah.
- 42:25Oh, yeah. You know, I don't think my
- 42:28brother's an atheist anymore. But he, he pretty much told me
- 42:30that same thing. I don't know, about three years
- 42:32ago. He's like, you know, you know, I
- 42:34don't believe in God. And I was like, no, I didn't
- 42:36know that. But he was like, but do you know
- 42:38why I don't watch your channel? And he was like, and I was like,
- 42:41no, I don't. I never really cared if you
- 42:44watched my channel. He was like, I don't care about
- 42:48it. You know, I I go to work every
- 42:49day. I take care of my kids.
- 42:51That's what I care about. I don't care to to mock
- 42:55somebody's beliefs all day. And that's why I don't watch
- 42:58you. And it was probably the first
- 42:59thing that was ever said to me that really made me step back
- 43:01and look at myself. It took a while for me to make
- 43:04the change, but I think that that was like that that seed
- 43:07planted. And I don't even think my
- 43:09brother meant to do it. But I was able to start looking
- 43:11at myself and like, yeah, kind of what he's saying is true, you
- 43:14know, like all I do is just mock.
- 43:16I don't, I don't build anybody up.
- 43:17I don't, I don't even offer a solution to the theist.
- 43:20Right. Like I just mock their beliefs.
- 43:23And it did. It made me really popular there
- 43:25for a while. My grandfather and my sister got
- 43:29on to me whenever I was doing the nonbeliever thing.
- 43:33They took the time to watch some of it and they said, Brett, why
- 43:37do you, why do you do that? For what is what's the point?
- 43:40Your whole family's religious and.
- 43:43We've never done this or done that and all this kind of stuff
- 43:46that you're putting out. I said, well, this is from other
- 43:49people's experiences. This is what other people are
- 43:51saying and all that. And they go and you really give
- 43:54a damn about what has happened on the Internet with people.
- 43:57People are full of shit, as they told me and they were right.
- 44:02Rex, how you been doing, man? You should share with knock some
- 44:06of your views. I think you'll find you
- 44:07fascinating. Oh.
- 44:10I do. I just have, yeah.
- 44:12I got a bit of a headache today, so I don't know how much I can
- 44:15weasel out of being committing to talking about my beliefs.
- 44:18But essentially, in a nutshell, I believe we live in a
- 44:21simulation and I had a, for lack of bit of words, a spiritual
- 44:24encounter. Although I am still an ardent
- 44:27materialist, I think I'm right there with you.
- 44:31I definitely had a spiritual encounter.
- 44:34I still consider myself a naturalist.
- 44:35A materialist. Yeah.
- 44:39So I I'm, I'm right there with you.
- 44:40It's it's made it somewhat confusing for me because the
- 44:43experience I had I you know, it it it didn't seem natural to me
- 44:48at the time. I've been able to stuff it back
- 44:50inside of that box. But yeah I I am.
- 44:54I'm I'm trying to hold on to that naturalist world view and
- 44:57and you know what we see is what we get.
- 45:02Yeah. I I think I'm right there with
- 45:03you now. The simulation thing I I find
- 45:05fascinating. For one, I don't how could we
- 45:08possibly know that that that isn't the truth.
- 45:12You know go back to the Matrix days.
- 45:14The Matrix was brilliant because it's.
- 45:17I think it touched a lot of people because you you look at
- 45:20it and you're like, hey, we could be in the Matrix.
- 45:25Since that's some of the stuff that you're you've been thinking
- 45:28about and all that, maybe the next time you run into some
- 45:31nonbelievers and they're pushing the hole, it's just all nature,
- 45:35nothing else. Ask them what to actually define
- 45:40for you what nature is. Explain where the nature of
- 45:44consciousness and sentience comes in, and then suddenly
- 45:47they'll find themselves going janky.
- 45:49Well, I'm not trying. And that's where I first started
- 45:52getting getting in trouble with some of my atheist friends
- 45:55because I would make statements like I think we all have a
- 45:58purpose. I was, I would make statements
- 46:01like, well, you know, human beings are obviously on this
- 46:04planet something special, the way we think, the way we
- 46:07communicate, the world we've built compared to every other
- 46:12living thing on the planet. And how, How do you escape that
- 46:18fact, right? Like, how do you, you know, it's
- 46:20easy to sit here in the moment. It's easy to sit here and and
- 46:24and look around us and say this is it, This is all there is.
- 46:26But again, we live on a planet that's basically, I mean, it's
- 46:29probably smaller than an atom on the scale of the universe,
- 46:33right? Like, so how do we know what we
- 46:36don't know? And and that's what really
- 46:38stumped me, that's, that's what got me really thinking is, you
- 46:41know, I sit here and pretend like I know there's no God.
- 46:43I, you know, and I can sit here and and be pretty positive when
- 46:47I say, like, I don't think that there's a Yahweh.
- 46:49I think that most of that was human invention.
- 46:53But at the root, at the core, the concept of God, How the
- 46:57hell, how the hell could we know anybody that says they have the
- 47:01answer? I I I don't really think they're
- 47:03being honest with themselves. Well, you know, you know, in
- 47:06Christianity we have what we call scripture, Holy Scripture,
- 47:09that we say we're inspired by God directly to man.
- 47:12And we we claim that we know because he has told us, right?
- 47:16This Creator has told us. And he put it in a book called
- 47:19the Holy Bible, which we understand.
- 47:21And this is how we know, first of all, where we came from, why
- 47:26we're here. What to do while we're here and
- 47:29where we're going. In the end, it will depend on
- 47:30our choices. So I think we can say that we
- 47:34know because we believe God has told us in this holy scripture.
- 47:40Well, I mean the Buddhist could say the same thing.
- 47:42The the Muslim could say the same thing.
- 47:45Hell, the Sumerians 10,000 years ago would have told you that.
- 47:47Probably the same thing, you know, to me.
- 47:53All right, so take the Bible. There's so many things in the
- 47:57Bible that I can't believe, You know, if if you know if it was
- 48:02straight from God and it was infallible.
- 48:05I I think that probably the sun was made before plants, right?
- 48:09You know, there's just so many inconsistencies, so many just
- 48:13clear untruths in the Bible. I can't take it as fact.
- 48:16Well, I think it's worse than that.
- 48:18If you really understood the Bible, you would understand that
- 48:20the guardian that's the counter in Genesis too, is actually the
- 48:23beginning of man. In his world and that we're he
- 48:27says Rex say simulation. I mean we can compare that to to
- 48:31what scripture tells us because we see in Genesis one what we
- 48:35what you just mentioned about the creation of the plants and
- 48:37all that that it's you can think of that assimilation because
- 48:39that's not where we richly came from.
- 48:41And scripture says that that this place is like a place that
- 48:44we've been put here because what we did our since we were fallen
- 48:47a fallen humankind and we're here because of that because of
- 48:51that. And that's this is the
- 48:52simulation that Rex speaks of. This is where I can equate it
- 48:56and it's what scripture tells us we're in and we're not going to
- 48:59be here in the end. So that it's a little different
- 49:01in that manner. And you can understand if it's a
- 49:03simulation and you can understand why things can be in
- 49:05certain orders without being contradictory.
- 49:09But you know, I'm just, I'm just here to say why we believe we
- 49:13have the truth. Now sure, the Muslims could say
- 49:15they have the truth or the Buddhist then for you or like
- 49:19you're a theist, now it's it's you're going to have to find the
- 49:21truth. You're going to have to try to
- 49:22find the truth. I don't think you could end it
- 49:24being a theist. Well, that's it.
- 49:25There's there's still some. There's a truth.
- 49:27There's a not truth, right? There's no truth to this world.
- 49:29So I think, and that's my thing, when I had my experience, when
- 49:33whatever it was was talking to me, it didn't proclaim itself.
- 49:36It didn't give itself a name, you know, it it gave me no
- 49:40reason to think that whatever it was was a Christian God.
- 49:45And you know, I I was able to rebuff the pressure of going
- 49:48back to Christianity. My dad really thought like the
- 49:50moment I announced I wasn't an atheist anymore.
- 49:53Like I was going to be a Christian again, because that's
- 49:55how I was raised. For me, it transcends all of
- 50:00that, for the imperfect nature of humanity makes it literally
- 50:05impossible for any of these human made religions in my eyes
- 50:09to be true. I want to.
- 50:11I want to look beyond that because you can find those truth
- 50:14Nuggets in anything and you should look for him in any
- 50:18religious text in any fictional text.
- 50:20You can find those truth Nuggets that's going to going to give
- 50:23you a little bit of knowledge that you didn't have before but
- 50:26it's looking inside of yourself. I think you're going to find the
- 50:29God within yourself, right? And I think that Jesus even
- 50:33speaks of that and and the New Testament he off quite often it.
- 50:37When they ask him if he's the son of God he says no.
- 50:39I am the son of man. You are the Son of Man, and he's
- 50:42referring to the that whatever this thing is, it's inside all
- 50:46of us and and all once you, once you start looking inward, you're
- 50:50gonna find your connection to that universe, the thing that
- 50:54connects us all. That's the great mystery Dow
- 50:58talks about. If you name the Dow, you are
- 51:01giving it the wrong name. If you explain the Dow, you're
- 51:05explaining it wrong. And I think that that's the best
- 51:08explanation for deity that we have.
- 51:11You know what you kind of sound like?
- 51:12Like you understand what scripture actually means, right?
- 51:15I've. I've read my, yeah.
- 51:18That, you know, Jesus says the Kingdom of God is within you.
- 51:22You get that, right? You get that, But you're not
- 51:24connected with the with the God of the Christian Bible.
- 51:26I understand that because you've been part of Christianity that
- 51:29tells, you know that's not true. God is somewhere else.
- 51:31So is he's over here and, you know he's not really.
- 51:34He's like he's he's like a little puppet master, you know?
- 51:37Well, no, I found that on my own.
- 51:39I I was, I was born and raised into the Christian faith.
- 51:42I was born, I was born a Baptist.
- 51:46I was baptized a Baptist. And then when when we moved to
- 51:49North Carolina I went to church as a Southern Baptist right up
- 51:53until I was about I don't know, 2122 years old and I started to
- 51:58lose my faith in that religion then and for the longest time I
- 52:01thought I was an atheist because I couldn't explain what I
- 52:03thought, what I was and and now I have a better explanation for
- 52:08it I think. But at the same time, to most
- 52:10people, it's unintelligible because you know, they, they
- 52:13have their beliefs. You know, if you believe in the
- 52:16Bible, I'm not going to knock you for it because that's your
- 52:18belief. I've just, I've had the
- 52:22opportunity mainly because I just have this thirst for
- 52:25knowledge that I've. I've studied many, many
- 52:27religions and so, you know, I kind of know where religion
- 52:31comes from. You know, like when I was
- 52:33speaking earlier of humans worshiping animals, that's what
- 52:38we did for the longest period of time, you know, longer than any
- 52:42of these modern religions. You know, this Christianity has
- 52:45been around for 2000 years, Judaism maybe maybe 4000.
- 52:51Right now the the, the longest modern religion we have on this
- 52:54planet is Hinduism. And that's that's a that's
- 52:59nothing compared for the amount of time humans were worshipping
- 53:02animals. And back then you know it was
- 53:04just that feeling that nature was our God, nature was what was
- 53:08guiding us. So we placed our our deities
- 53:11into that nature and and it just kind of evolved from there.
- 53:16Human beings have always been trying to solve the great
- 53:19mystery. I just don't think we have yet.
- 53:23Can I ask you, I like to ask you a Brett type question, if a
- 53:26perfect, perfect world for you, what is the end at the end of
- 53:30your life? If you were under, what would be
- 53:32the perfect place for you to be like, to understand what about
- 53:35this, this theist view that you have?
- 53:37What would be the perfect ending to it?
- 53:39Would it be to find the one theist that's right, or would it
- 53:42be just coming to, you know, I don't know Nirvana about the
- 53:46world or what it would simply to be a a a better human being than
- 53:50I was yesterday. That is my only goal right now
- 53:53is, is to be a better human being, a more compassionate
- 53:57human being, not such a judgmental human being.
- 54:00And know my own infallibility, know that I do not know
- 54:03everything. I don't have the answers.
- 54:06I can sit here and talk with you guys about what I think and what
- 54:09you think, but ultimately, I don't know which one of us is
- 54:12right. I can look at the Bible and and
- 54:14and point out like this, I can't.
- 54:16I can't do, I can't do that. I can't do that.
- 54:18But when it comes to like the Godhead Yahweh, if Yahweh's
- 54:22real, I guarantee you one thing, he's nothing like we think he
- 54:26is. I guarantee you that because
- 54:28human beings, we have imaginations, we have
- 54:31creativity. When this thing speaks to us,
- 54:35parts of ourselves are reflecting that to ourselves.
- 54:38We have to rationalize it to ourselves.
- 54:42And and so humanity is going to be mixed into that, you know,
- 54:46and and I think that that's that's common sense.
- 54:49But that's common sense to me, right?
- 54:52I can't expect it to be common sense to everybody else.
- 54:55Right, right. I just, I just wondered where
- 54:56you where you, where you might believe you're going in your
- 54:58walk with. I'm not sure you know.
- 55:03Whatever you believe, Buddhist thinks that that there's a
- 55:0710,000 other dimensions or alternate universes out there.
- 55:12You know the Christians think that there's one heaven, you
- 55:16know, or in one hell. I think Muslims probably believe
- 55:21the same. And and Jews, they, they have
- 55:24quite a different take on it. You know, when it comes to
- 55:28Hindus, they, I don't even really know what they think.
- 55:33Egyptians, they, they would mummify their people.
- 55:35That was the path to the afterlife.
- 55:37You know, I I, I don't know. All I know is what I do know is
- 55:42if I can be the best human being I'm possible to be, Whatever it
- 55:46is, if there's anything that's going to be judging us, I think
- 55:49that that's what it's going to be looking for.
- 55:51But I don't think that there's anything that's going to be
- 55:52judging us. I think that we just take our
- 55:55natural place back in the universe.
- 55:57Whether that's non existence, whether that's particles,
- 56:00whether that's reincarnation, I have no idea.
- 56:02If it's, you know, maybe death is a doorway to another
- 56:06universe, Maybe we, maybe our consciousness live forever.
- 56:10I have no idea. But I think that the only thing
- 56:13that I can do is to try to be a better human being today.
- 56:18Answer my question and I was wondering if you thought there
- 56:20was afterlife where we're going, Is there more is at the end and
- 56:23you just go away going to darkness?
- 56:25And then to answer my question, not really sure.
- 56:27I mean, just, yeah, I mean, even as an atheist, I would hope that
- 56:31I get to see my loved ones again, right?
- 56:33Like, you know, even as an atheist, I didn't believe in an
- 56:36afterlife. But you know, if there isn't
- 56:38afterlife, hey, if I, you know, as long as I wasn't burning in
- 56:42hell, like if I can go and and and see my mom again, man, you
- 56:47know, my mom's died so suddenly, I never even really got to say
- 56:50goodbye to her. I would love that.
- 56:52I just don't know if that's the case.
- 56:54If it happens, man, I'm gonna be overjoyed.
- 56:57But one thing I don't think is going to happen pretty much no
- 57:02matter what you do, you could do the worst thing in the world.
- 57:04I I don't think that there's some fire waiting.
- 57:07I just don't. I I don't think that there's
- 57:09some punishment waiting. I think that there's maybe
- 57:12another chance. Maybe.
- 57:13I don't know. I have no idea.
- 57:16Yeah, well, just just so I don't be remiss in my as being a
- 57:19Christian, the only way to to all that what you just mentioned
- 57:23by seeing your loved ones, you know, no more tears, no more
- 57:26pain is through Jesus Christ who died for us and it's the
- 57:29detonment for our sins. And I just got to tell you that.
- 57:31I know you may not want that pushing and I'm trying to push
- 57:33it on you, but at my job as a Christian, I have to type.
- 57:36Oh yeah. I don't think it's pushing it on
- 57:38me, but I I I think it's kind of, I don't know.
- 57:43Of course, you know like Christians think that because
- 57:46that's what they've been told. But I like I said, you know, all
- 57:50right so let's let's take the Christian story.
- 57:53So if if Lucifer revolted because God loved humanity so
- 57:57much and God is infinite and and and knows everything, right.
- 58:03God knows what we are He he knows our capacity to be good
- 58:07and evil and and I think we all hold that capacity.
- 58:10We can all we can all be capable of great acts of love and we can
- 58:15all be capable of committing great acts of atrocity.
- 58:18And I think that God understands that and that you know, why
- 58:26punish us for the natures that according to the, you know, I'm.
- 58:30I'm not. I'm not saying I believe this,
- 58:32but according to the Christian theology, why punish us for the
- 58:36natures he created? It doesn't make much sense,
- 58:40especially if the stories are true.
- 58:42And he loves us so much that his number one Angel, the most
- 58:46beautiful Angel in all of the heavens, the leader of the host,
- 58:50Lucifer, the morning star, actually revolted.
- 58:52And not only revolted, got a third of the heavenly hosts to
- 58:56revolt. You know it to me is it's just
- 59:00not that logical. I can't.
- 59:03I can't really get behind that. I think that he would accept us
- 59:05in all of our glory and all of our decrepit human failures.
- 59:11Why? Why else would would Lucifer
- 59:14revolt? If you don't mind, let me put
- 59:18out a quick thought here real quick.
- 59:20You you. Basically you're pointing out if
- 59:23I'm hearing it right, as you're saying why would God punish
- 59:26someone? If he already has like knowledge
- 59:29that they're probably going to do it because that nature is
- 59:32within them, well, parents and stuff.
- 59:34You being a father, me being a father, we know we knew before
- 59:38our children came into the world and stuff while they were still
- 59:41in the womb that they most likely were going to make
- 59:44mistakes. They were going to have their
- 59:45hearts broke, things were going to happen.
- 59:47Their life is like a roller coaster ride.
- 59:49You're going to have your ups and downs.
- 59:52But that didn't mean that when the down happened that there
- 59:55wasn't going to be some kind of you're going to need a timeout.
- 59:58There's got to be some kind of discipline there on on what
- 1:00:01happens, even though you're aware that the possibility was
- 1:00:05there, you agree? Well, yeah.
- 1:00:08I mean, if you put it into those human terms, it seems fairly
- 1:00:13logical, but we're talking about so.
- 1:00:16So when I made my daughter, all I really did was, you know,
- 1:00:20pardon my, pardon me being me. All I did was put a penis in a
- 1:00:25vagina. You know, I had no control,
- 1:00:28right? And all I can do as a father is
- 1:00:32accept my child for who she is and good and bad.
- 1:00:39But when we're talking about a creator, an infinite creator of
- 1:00:42of this massive, massive universe, and A and a creator
- 1:00:47that created a species that, you know, I'm not saying this, the
- 1:00:53theology says this, that loved us so much that a third of his
- 1:00:58heavenly host revolted against him for it.
- 1:01:00That that's a love that I really don't think could be denied.
- 1:01:04So I don't think that God is going to judge us like we would
- 1:01:10judge ourselves. Do you understand?
- 1:01:13That's the toxic toxicity of traditional Christian
- 1:01:17understanding what you just said there.
- 1:01:20Does the traditional Christian understand that Satan revolted?
- 1:01:23He's a being. He's some kind of being that
- 1:01:24revolted. I don't believe that's what
- 1:01:26script was telling us. We had.
- 1:01:27I had a show yesterday about exactly that.
- 1:01:30Who exactly is Satan? Who is a man?
- 1:01:32Who was the cherubims that described in the garden?
- 1:01:35I think Christian traditional Christianity poisons people to
- 1:01:38understand of the truth, but I just like to ask one question
- 1:01:41for it real quick. Would you die for your, For your
- 1:01:43kid? For your daughter?
- 1:01:45Oh yeah, without a. Doubt Jesus Christ.
- 1:01:47There's Jesus Christ right there.
- 1:01:49That died for us. That's how much he loved us.
- 1:01:51That's the truth. I don't know.
- 1:01:59So for me personally, for several years, I was a
- 1:02:02mythicist. I didn't even think Jesus was
- 1:02:05true. I've kind of changed that.
- 1:02:08I've kind of accepted the historical view on it.
- 1:02:14But even with that historical view, I I personally just don't
- 1:02:18think Jesus was the son of God. And I don't think that Jesus
- 1:02:22says he's the Son of God. I think he says he's the Son of
- 1:02:24man. I think that though the one,
- 1:02:27there's two times that he actually says he's the son of
- 1:02:28God and he was under great duress.
- 1:02:31And I think both times he was talking directly to the pontiff.
- 1:02:36So when he when he was talking to his people, he never claimed
- 1:02:40that he only claimed to be the Son of man.
- 1:02:42And he also said that they were the son of man, that they were
- 1:02:45the sons of gods themselves. So I think that his point was
- 1:02:49that this divinity, this connection to the universe is
- 1:02:52inside of us all. And I think that that that's
- 1:02:55what he was trying to convey. And I think that you're right.
- 1:02:57I think that Christianity has gotten it wrong.
- 1:02:59But it's not a knock on Christianity.
- 1:03:01It's an it's just human nature. Like humans, we are imperfect.
- 1:03:06We are incapable of perfection, just incapable of it.
- 1:03:09We'll we'll have our moments. You know, a pitcher can pitch a
- 1:03:12perfect game, but even within that perfect, perfect game, so
- 1:03:15many mistakes are made. So much luck is involved, right?
- 1:03:18Like it's not really perfect. It's just as perfect as it can
- 1:03:23be. Yeah, I I was going to let Rex
- 1:03:27know. Rex, I can see you typing out
- 1:03:31there. I seen you write wow, slow down,
- 1:03:33knock and write this down PMD babies.
- 1:03:36Since I've been concentrating on the people in the live stream
- 1:03:39that are actually talking. If you don't mind, Mr. Stump,
- 1:03:42I'd like to ask you a question because like I said in our last
- 1:03:46show and when we were talking proverbs, I consider you very
- 1:03:50well educated biblically, and I'd like your interpretation or
- 1:03:54view of this. James chapter 2, verse 10.
- 1:03:58It says for whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles at
- 1:04:01just one point is guilty of breaking all of it.
- 1:04:05For who said you shall not commit adultery?
- 1:04:07Also said you shall not murder. If you do not commit adultery
- 1:04:11but do commit murder, you have become a lawbreaker.
- 1:04:14It seems to me when I read these passages that it's saying that
- 1:04:17all sin is equal. What is your view on this?
- 1:04:23I I agree all all sins. If you break one you break them
- 1:04:25all. This is the what scripture also
- 1:04:28calls abomination of of desolation.
- 1:04:30That's what get us kicked out of garden right.
- 1:04:32Like the perfect spot for human to be with with God dwelling in
- 1:04:35his garden being the priest and king to God and in the end we'll
- 1:04:39be back there of course but yeah that's what that's what God is
- 1:04:41here sin. So and the the 2 greatest
- 1:04:44commandments Jesus says there's the love the Lord that God with
- 1:04:47all your heart mind and soul and love your neighbor as yourself.
- 1:04:50Those are the two commandments. So like like.
- 1:04:52Not the same. You know, I'm she's trying to be
- 1:04:54a better guy, try to be a better person.
- 1:04:56That's good. That's what Jesus wants you to
- 1:04:57do. That's what he had orders to do.
- 1:04:59Love our neighbor as ourselves, right?
- 1:05:00And love the Lord to God. He's just missing part of it.
- 1:05:03And hopefully he'll get there. God will.
- 1:05:04He'll get there. The reason why the passage got
- 1:05:07my attention and stuff just for a moment and then you guys can
- 1:05:10go back what and whatever you want to talk about.
- 1:05:13But the reason why it got me is I do notice that there are some
- 1:05:16some Christians out there. It's as if they focus on certain
- 1:05:21sins. And put them above their own
- 1:05:25stuff or or what they're doing and all that.
- 1:05:27So if you're saying that it's all equal and everything, then I
- 1:05:31would suppose that a person shouldn't be, like into
- 1:05:35condemnation whenever they're just as bad as as a lawbreaker.
- 1:05:40Hey man, I agree 100%. I mean, I I know the the by word
- 1:05:43today is a homosexuality, right? That's because it's prevalent.
- 1:05:46It's being pushed in the media. But it's no, it's no different
- 1:05:48than being a thief or whatever sin it is, you know.
- 1:05:51It's a sin in in God's eyes. He he makes the rules, He's God
- 1:05:54and that's the sin. So what we need to tell people
- 1:05:56you have to turn from your sin just like I have to turn from
- 1:05:58mine, right. I'd be a hypocrite to say you
- 1:06:00you shouldn't be a homosexual but yet I'm out here drinking
- 1:06:03and and reveling and and you know chasing women in a in a non
- 1:06:06homosexual way, that's a hypocrite and of course
- 1:06:10hypocrites are going to have the parts of lake fire corner
- 1:06:12scripture so we can't do that. We have to tell the truth
- 1:06:14though. We have to say that's the sin
- 1:06:15and and God doesn't want you committed that sin.
- 1:06:17Well, and and I would argue that that's another thing that
- 1:06:19Christianity is just wrong about.
- 1:06:21So when it talks about a man not laying with another man or or
- 1:06:27not dressing like a woman, it was talking to very specific
- 1:06:30things in the Israelite culture at the time, mainly the the act
- 1:06:36of adult males buying child male prostitutes.
- 1:06:41I can't remember the direct term for it, but there is a direct
- 1:06:43term for it and and that was a huge problem.
- 1:06:47It was also in reference to the sex cult of of Dionysus which
- 1:06:51was very prevalent at the time that those particular scriptures
- 1:06:55were written. So but what we've had is 2000
- 1:06:59years of of of a Christian Church or not just a Christian
- 1:07:03Christian Church but a Catholic Church or you know Christianity
- 1:07:06as a whole, turning it into something that that we're
- 1:07:10dealing with in modern times something with and I'm not
- 1:07:14saying that there wasn't homosexuality back then but they
- 1:07:16just didn't have that concept back then.
- 1:07:20There were there's been homosexuality and and humanity
- 1:07:23since humanity has been here and we we we definitely found
- 1:07:28archaeological evidence of that. I can just go to my Native
- 1:07:31American roots and tell you about the tribes that were very,
- 1:07:35very accepting of homosexuality and even cross dressing
- 1:07:38transgenderism, very, very accepting if you were a man but
- 1:07:43you you were feminine and you were allowed to wear those
- 1:07:47feminine clothes and and to be with the women.
- 1:07:49It was it was a very natural thing within the tribe.
- 1:07:52But I think that we've had 2000 years of of a church demonizing
- 1:07:58A subset of a group trying to say what sin is.
- 1:08:02But again none of us can know the true nature of quote UN
- 1:08:06quote God. We are just stuck here on this
- 1:08:09planet. And you know, I know Christians
- 1:08:13don't like to really think about this, but every single human
- 1:08:15being that put pen to paper when it comes to the Holy Bible was a
- 1:08:19human being. They were imperfect, so there's
- 1:08:22no way they can have a perfect comprehension of whatever
- 1:08:25signals they were being sent. Just like when I had my
- 1:08:31spiritual experience, there was no way for me to comprehend if
- 1:08:34that was a Christian God or a Buddhist God or a Hindu God or
- 1:08:41whatever God from our from our past.
- 1:08:43Because there's been so many of them that we just forgot through
- 1:08:46through the course of time, right?
- 1:08:48Like I could take you to to the Sumerian roots of inkle and
- 1:08:53inkle and Annie I think their names was right but like even
- 1:08:58before then but prehistory they human beings were worshiping
- 1:09:01gods and we don't even know what God's those were.
- 1:09:04You know it's like there there was number way for like it
- 1:09:09didn't come with a calling card. It just it just came at me and
- 1:09:14the way that it knew it was gonna get me right.
- 1:09:17Like you know you're not gonna get an atheist in the same way
- 1:09:19you're gonna get a Christian. You're gonna speak to what that
- 1:09:22human being knows and feels. You're gonna work through that
- 1:09:25human being so that human beings, feelings and knowledge
- 1:09:29is coming into play. And I'm not just pointing out
- 1:09:32the Christian religion and we're talking Christianity here, but I
- 1:09:34I I feel very strongly. I love the Dollar de Ching.
- 1:09:38I've read it 1000 times, but it's not infallible.
- 1:09:42It was written by a human being. We don't know who that human
- 1:09:44being really was, but you know, we we attribute it to a person.
- 1:09:51But you know, it's not a perfect philosophy.
- 1:09:56You know it and nothing that we've been given when it comes
- 1:10:00to trying to solve the great mysteries, perfect you.
- 1:10:03But it's up to you how how you you make it.
- 1:10:07And when it comes to homosexuality, I don't equate it
- 1:10:10to something like thievery. You know, something that we have
- 1:10:13a choice in doing, right? I know too many gay people to
- 1:10:17honestly believe that they don't have any choice in being gay.
- 1:10:20They're just gay. OK, well, I don't have to argue
- 1:10:23about that. I clearly says in a scripture
- 1:10:26that it's wrong and Old and New Testament.
- 1:10:27But you know, that's that's my book that I believe in.
- 1:10:30Well, I mean, they didn't even. Have to believe in it.
- 1:10:31I can't. I can't.
- 1:10:32They didn't. They didn't, you know, there
- 1:10:34wasn't a word for homosexuality back then, you know, but there
- 1:10:37was a problem with the sex cult of Dionysis and there definitely
- 1:10:40was a problem of prostitution and and males being with young
- 1:10:46children that were were male. Definitely.
- 1:10:49Like that was a problem within the Israelite society back then,
- 1:10:53and it's still a problem in that part of the world.
- 1:10:54In some parts of it, primarily Afghanistan, it was still
- 1:11:00dominant when we found out the hard way when we invaded.
- 1:11:07OK, yeah, I won't argue with you about that because I have to go
- 1:11:10to my scripture to show you and you don't believe in it.
- 1:11:11So that'll be like a well, no, I've read.
- 1:11:14All the inner circles. I've read all the verses.
- 1:11:16Yeah, you. Believe that it's about.
- 1:11:17It's about young children and men.
- 1:11:19I've heard this from atheist many times.
- 1:11:21I mean that it's not going to be.
- 1:11:23One, it's not just from atheist. I mean, there's plenty of plenty
- 1:11:27of Christian scholars that say the same thing is it's, you
- 1:11:32know, if you if you have a better understanding of the of
- 1:11:34the time, Yeah, I think it's easy to come to that conclusion.
- 1:11:37Well I'm going to say this God's word is written for for us
- 1:11:40throughout history. It's not for a certain time but
- 1:11:42like I said it's it's a it's a exercise of fertility because if
- 1:11:45you don't believe the scriptures or you know scriptures is all
- 1:11:47scriptures given by the inspiration of God, first you
- 1:11:49have to breathe the scriptures to believe that that's true,
- 1:11:51right. And and that the inspiration of
- 1:11:53God means that that God breathe. That's the word that's
- 1:11:57translated from. So it it really doesn't matter,
- 1:12:00right. It's like it'll be like in the
- 1:12:02circle for me to say well look at this scripture and you say
- 1:12:04well you know so but you know just to just because he asked me
- 1:12:09about 01 sin over the other so that the whole the whole
- 1:12:12discussion was about is 1 sin worse than the other.
- 1:12:15No, you shouldn't be committing sin.
- 1:12:16That's that's as a Christian believe you shouldn't be doing
- 1:12:17it. Whether it's homosexual, Steven,
- 1:12:20lying, killing, you know. One of the one of the reasons,
- 1:12:24no. Tree any of that stuff.
- 1:12:26Mr. Stump, one of the reasons why I brought it up too is I've
- 1:12:30been told by a lot of Christians and I've watched a lot of videos
- 1:12:33where they talk as though it's just a matter of just simply
- 1:12:37believing and having faith and all that.
- 1:12:39And then you read something like James, where it says even the
- 1:12:42devil and the demons believe and they tremble.
- 1:12:45I mean, they they know God on a firsthand basis.
- 1:12:48I mean, so it's when I hear some folks say Saved by grace or
- 1:12:54there's. No merit involved in all this.
- 1:12:56Then I question why, whenever I'm looking in the Book of
- 1:12:59Revelation, why it says it will be judged based on our
- 1:13:02transgression. Well, transgression would be
- 1:13:05against the law. So why do some say that there's
- 1:13:08no law or no order or no works and all that?
- 1:13:11When it says clearly, we'll be judged based on all that.
- 1:13:16Hey man, I agree. They they they read things.
- 1:13:18They twist things to their own destruction.
- 1:13:20They don't understand that they they need to quit their sinning.
- 1:13:22Some people want to live and since they make up excuse and
- 1:13:24say, well, we're saved by grace. Therefore, if I'm a homosexual
- 1:13:27or I'm a guy who's on the Internet always listening or
- 1:13:29porn, I'm safe because I believe in Jesus Christ.
- 1:13:31But that's not what scripture tells us.
- 1:13:33In fact the market obese tells us that living in sin is that
- 1:13:36mark, that's what mark shoes belonging to Satan.
- 1:13:38And that's a guy. So people twist things to their
- 1:13:41what they suits them. Sure, I'd love to be able to do
- 1:13:43my sins that I enjoy, right? I'd love to be able to do them.
- 1:13:45But that's not what God tells me to do.
- 1:13:47So I have to. Kill the flesh.
- 1:13:49That's what. Which you tell us, right?
- 1:13:50Picking me cross daily and follow Jesus.
- 1:13:54What did Jesus do? He went on the cross and his
- 1:13:56flesh was gone. So Christian, typical Christian
- 1:14:00beliefs are what poisons the word for everybody.
- 1:14:03I'll tell you that I don't. That's why I don't follow him.
- 1:14:06That's why I when I listen to folks, even if I really, really
- 1:14:11like somebody and they're sounding really good and my ears
- 1:14:14are itching and all that. I always try to go right back to
- 1:14:17the book and see if what they're saying is actually coherent or
- 1:14:21goes along with it for some reason.
- 1:14:23And I think all of you will agree.
- 1:14:25There are some people who believe in God, and they believe
- 1:14:28what the Bible says, But there's others who have
- 1:14:30anthropomorphized God, and God has become just an amplified
- 1:14:35version of themselves. Amen.
- 1:14:39I believe that 100%. Well, let me, for instance, let
- 1:14:41me read Revelation. I think that's true of
- 1:14:43everybody. Can I read Revelation 2214 real
- 1:14:46quick? Because this, this tells some
- 1:14:48this is the the last chapter of the Bible.
- 1:14:50It's over, right? We're all either with God or
- 1:14:52we're not. We're in whatever you want to
- 1:14:54call hell, the doctrines of blackness forever or fire,
- 1:14:57whatever you call it. It's either that or that And it
- 1:14:59says in in Revelation 2014, blessed are they that do his
- 1:15:03commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life
- 1:15:05and may enter through the gates into the city.
- 1:15:08How do how does people get around with that?
- 1:15:10Say, you know you can just do what you want and receive by
- 1:15:12grace. How do you get around that
- 1:15:13first? They do it because they want to,
- 1:15:16just like everything else. Like when they say, well,
- 1:15:17homosexuals, not really in the Scripture.
- 1:15:19It's about boys, you know, and men.
- 1:15:21They they want to get around that.
- 1:15:22So this is what the human mind does.
- 1:15:23It doesn't. Take you.
- 1:15:26That's one of the reasons why I dig you.
- 1:15:27Ever since I've met you and talked to you and all that, you
- 1:15:31and I seem to be on the same wavelength.
- 1:15:33I have yet to meet another theist or Christian who has went
- 1:15:38down this this type of corridor with me before.
- 1:15:41That's awesome. But faith?
- 1:15:43Has to have something to do with it, right?
- 1:15:52My lack of that faith, even if I were to keep the commandments
- 1:15:55and do the best, I still would be the died eternal life,
- 1:15:58correct? Because I couldn't just follow
- 1:15:47the laws and do what the Bible says and make it into heaven
- 1:15:50without. I believe that says right.
- 1:16:01You still have to believe in it. The atonement that Jesus Christ
- 1:16:04came died for our sins, made an atonement with his blood for us,
- 1:16:07right? To make us right with God.
- 1:16:09That's the part where that's considered grace.
- 1:16:11Now, we still have responsibility to follow His
- 1:16:13word, right? The scripture says whoever
- 1:16:16believes on him. What does believe mean?
- 1:16:17Does that mean like you believe Santa Claus?
- 1:16:19You don't know. It means that you believe what
- 1:16:21he says. You try to do it the best your
- 1:16:22ability. Not saying that I don't slip up
- 1:16:24or can't slip up, that I'm perfect.
- 1:16:26I don't think a man can be actually perfect.
- 1:16:28I think we will slip up. But you can't live in sin.
- 1:16:30I think that's the whole purpose of understanding what that means
- 1:16:33about sinning. You can't live in sin.
- 1:16:35I cannot keep a porn site on my thing, go back to it and it feel
- 1:16:38bad and go, oh, I need to go back to God and then come back
- 1:16:40two days later and and click about it again.
- 1:16:42There I am again doing the same thing.
- 1:16:44God gives us the the ability to overcome that type of sin.
- 1:16:46That's what we need to do. Yeah, Rex, I know.
- 1:16:48It's Rex. I don't believe that.
- 1:16:50I don't believe that. How do I put it?
- 1:16:55There's there's some Christians out there who believe that they
- 1:16:58can literally sit on their ass eating Twinkies and Doritos all
- 1:17:01day. Go out and do the most heinous
- 1:17:04ass things. And because they put their paws
- 1:17:06together at the end of the day and and mumble some words that
- 1:17:09everything's going to be fine, I believe that the people who are
- 1:17:12actually trying, who are putting forth an effort to do their
- 1:17:16best, I don't believe that we're going to be perfect and we're
- 1:17:19not going to do all the great things and stuff that we'd like
- 1:17:22to do. But if we send intentionally
- 1:17:25over and over and over again, then it's obvious that we're not
- 1:17:29taking the invitation or even following the rules.
- 1:17:33Well, I have two things. I'll let you go and then I'll
- 1:17:37say. Paul says over and over again
- 1:17:39what I do not want to do, I do, and what I want to do I do not
- 1:17:41do. So even Paul was talking about
- 1:17:44how often he is sending and 2nd, how do we decide which laws in
- 1:17:47the Bible we are still supposed to keep?
- 1:17:50Good question. Well, the two that the two that
- 1:17:52Jesus said to keep right, He says all the laws are hung on
- 1:17:55these two. These two commandments love the
- 1:17:57Lord thy God. And love your neighbor as
- 1:17:59yourself. So if you're doing things to
- 1:18:01harm either God or to your neighbor, you know that's the
- 1:18:04sin you shouldn't be doing, right?
- 1:18:05So if you're out here stealing, that's that's that's harming
- 1:18:08your neighbor, right? If you're out here shooting
- 1:18:09killing them, that's harming your neighbor, right?
- 1:18:11If you're. Out here.
- 1:18:12Lusting over women. That, and you're a married man
- 1:18:15and that's that's harmful to God because God wants one man and
- 1:18:17one woman in marriage, right? That's that's harming God.
- 1:18:20Those are the things we should bear.
- 1:18:21Not not the ones you shouldn't wear.
- 1:18:22Cotton and mixed fabric, you know.
- 1:18:25That's not that's. Those are Old Testaments for the
- 1:18:27Jews that were they were in a theocracy.
- 1:18:30We're not to worry about that. That's not hurt.
- 1:18:31God, if you wear twists or you eat, or you catfish or whatever,
- 1:18:34you know. Let me interject when.
- 1:18:35You do those things, it hurts them.
- 1:18:36Then why is homosexuality not a cultural law?
- 1:18:39The same? The same as a holy kiss?
- 1:18:41Because it's a pragmatic law. The reason they weren't allowed
- 1:18:43to be homosexual was because homosexuals don't make children.
- 1:18:46And you don't have children, you don't have soldiers.
- 1:18:48And before the modern age, you need soldiers to spread your
- 1:18:51religion. That's that's what you're
- 1:18:53saying, right? I'm saying God said that he has
- 1:18:55made man and woman right to to cleave to one another and be 1
- 1:18:58flesh. They did not say man and man.
- 1:19:00Plus we have to understand that the relationship between God and
- 1:19:03his church, meaning the people. And I talk about a building his
- 1:19:05people, his believers is a bride.
- 1:19:08The the church, the believers and hold.
- 1:19:10It's going to be quick hold. It's going to be quick and Jesus
- 1:19:15Christ, right? This is this is a relationship
- 1:19:17of a man and a woman, a bride and A and A and a groom.
- 1:19:21Now you take 22 grooms and put them together 2 brides.
- 1:19:23Now you're mocking God and his what he wants done.
- 1:19:26So the third thing is mocking God because you had mentioned
- 1:19:29two and none of them had to do at all with with homosexuality.
- 1:19:34What's that? I don't understand what you're
- 1:19:36saying. The two things that you
- 1:19:38mentioned, like I know one was don't harm your neighbor, I
- 1:19:40can't remember what the other one was.
- 1:19:41But neither of the two things that you mentioned I don't.
- 1:19:46I don't see how you could put homosexuality there and but now
- 1:19:48you're saying that well mocking God is is and and you're again
- 1:19:54like it seemed. You know, I don't.
- 1:19:56I'm not trying to be offensive, but I'm it seems you're putting
- 1:19:59a human aspect to something that can't be human.
- 1:20:03What you mean like the. The relationship between God and
- 1:20:05His church is bright and his groom the bride and groom, that
- 1:20:08relationship or the. Like like like it like it would
- 1:20:11be possible to even mock something like that.
- 1:20:14Sure it is sure it is. You could you could you can mock
- 1:20:17God like that easily there show to band being like.
- 1:20:19I mean, you can mark a human like that, but don't you think,
- 1:20:22you know, like a creator of the universe would be kind of above
- 1:20:24that? And again, like, you know, I I
- 1:20:28just don't see how two people that love each other is a
- 1:20:32mockery of God. If you know if two people that
- 1:20:35love each other, that want to be married and have the same legal
- 1:20:38rights that you enjoy as a heterosexual male.
- 1:20:42I don't see how that's a mockery of any God.
- 1:20:45I don't see how it could be. That's fine.
- 1:20:48You know you're not a believer, a Christian believer.
- 1:20:50So. It's not about being a believer.
- 1:20:52It's about mockery, right? It's about what is mockery,
- 1:20:55right? But how do you term what mocks
- 1:20:57got or not? That's what I want to like
- 1:20:58scripts. How do you?
- 1:21:00I'm not the one, but I'm not the one that is determining that I
- 1:21:04we don't want to. I don't want to get into angry
- 1:21:06thing with you because. I'm I'm not being angry.
- 1:21:08I'm just saying I'm not the one that is determining what what
- 1:21:11God sees as mock. Well you are because you're
- 1:21:13saying it doesn't mock him. You're you're being determined.
- 1:21:15I'm no. You're saying it is.
- 1:21:16I'm asking you how you know that from the beginning God created
- 1:21:19Adam and Eve, right? These are man and the woman.
- 1:21:21We know this. This is not two men.
- 1:21:23This is not two women. Who So now Genesis is true?
- 1:21:28Sure, it's true. Whoever said it wasn't true?
- 1:21:31You you've been poisoned by a traditional critic.
- 1:21:33You literally or so when I brought up, you know, the plants
- 1:21:38being before the sun, you're like, well, you can't take that
- 1:21:41literally in Genesis. But now we're supposed to play
- 1:21:44the play the tape bag. I say you don't fully understand
- 1:21:47the story of Genesis because you believe Tristan Cris.
- 1:21:49I said the garden was the first account, the the next thing was
- 1:21:53like the remake, the carnal remake, but I equated to the
- 1:21:55simulation. I didn't say it wasn't real.
- 1:21:57We're here, we know it's real. We see all these things but but
- 1:22:01see you don't you don't understand my my point of view.
- 1:22:03So I don't want to make this into argument but, but I don't
- 1:22:07expect you as. I've read scripture quite a day.
- 1:22:10I don't. I don't even think like Adam and
- 1:22:12Eve if there wasn't Adam and Eve.
- 1:22:14We're the first human beings. I don't think Scripture says
- 1:22:16that. I think Scripture clearly says
- 1:22:18he made the nations of the world.
- 1:22:19He had the first seven days, and then he made the Garden of Eden
- 1:22:22and made Adam and Eve. Yeah.
- 1:22:25And I believe that's the wrong way of interpreting Scripture.
- 1:22:27Well, I mean, so when when Adam and Eve's children marry, they
- 1:22:31don't marry Eve, right? I got again.
- 1:22:37I got a question for you knocked as well as Rex.
- 1:22:39Are you still there, Rex? I'm gonna take a quick break to
- 1:22:42the bathroom. Yeah, stop.
- 1:22:42Be. When you come back, I would like
- 1:22:44to continue this and and run you down some questions.
- 1:22:46Oh, you guys. You guys.
- 1:22:47In a peaceful one. But yeah, let me empty my
- 1:22:49bladder so I can have plenty of time.
- 1:22:52Okay. So Rex, my question is this.
- 1:22:55I'll start with Rex first. Rex, you believe in a goddess
- 1:22:59who created simulations and reality base and all this.
- 1:23:03Now if your goddess were to have a vision today with you or take
- 1:23:07you out into the base reality and said that one of the scripts
- 1:23:11or one of the things that the goddess is interested in is it
- 1:23:14doesn't want gender on gender at once, man and woman.
- 1:23:20Now if it tells you that the straight up what would you, how
- 1:23:23would you react to that would you say, well no, I'm, I'm not
- 1:23:27doing that. I'm not going along with that
- 1:23:29view. How would you react to it?
- 1:23:31And not the same as with you. I know that you're not really
- 1:23:34sure who it is, it's actually talking to you at this point or
- 1:23:37where the visions are coming from.
- 1:23:39But if the entity or whatever it is comes to you and says look,
- 1:23:44this is. It starts laying out some things
- 1:23:47that it does not want to be done or or for you to endorse.
- 1:23:52How would you react it out? All right, well let me give a
- 1:23:57quick answer first I it would seem to be kind of
- 1:24:01contradictory. So I guess I would ask her why
- 1:24:04and I would want to reason. I can see reasons for
- 1:24:07homosexuality is a is bad for society at times, but once you
- 1:24:13get to a certain technological level with it?
- 1:24:15And you reproduce, you don't need the numbers as much and so
- 1:24:17it's not bad for society. So I I guess I would ask why and
- 1:24:20I would need a compelling reason.
- 1:24:24All right, so it gives you a couple reasons.
- 1:24:27Perhaps. Let's just say for the hell of
- 1:24:30it, you don't like the reasons. You don't think they're good
- 1:24:32enough. So what now?
- 1:24:34You are standing before a goddess who's created the
- 1:24:37simulation, who tells you what she wants in life for you.
- 1:24:42What will you do? Will you say?
- 1:24:43Well, you can just kiss my ass there, pal.
- 1:24:46Or would you say all right? I suppose I did not like the
- 1:24:51reasons. Again, I don't think that the
- 1:24:54creator of the simulation has Omni properties, so I would just
- 1:24:57assume that she was wrong. I I could also be wrong, but I
- 1:25:01would assume based on my current thought process that she is
- 1:25:03wrong. What if she made a deal with you
- 1:25:05though, and said, I'll tell you what, I'll go ahead and let you
- 1:25:09endorse us for the rest of your life.
- 1:25:11But for the next year you have to be gang banged by a bunch of
- 1:25:14males and all that over and over again.
- 1:25:17Would you say sure to that? I would say does my childhood
- 1:25:21count? Oh, that's rough.
- 1:25:24Goodness gracious. What about you knock?
- 1:25:26I know I'm getting a little rough there, but what's your
- 1:25:29opinion and why you guys are trying to figure that all out?
- 1:25:38I do need to make sure in case people ain't figured it out yet.
- 1:25:42I have no hatred or animosity towards homosexuals whatsoever.
- 1:25:47I've got plenty of friends that they have their own interests
- 1:25:50and all that. I believe that people can't help
- 1:25:53who they're attracted to, but you can help and choose who you
- 1:25:57actually sleep with. Bubble gut.
- 1:26:02I agree with you there. But where?
- 1:26:03Where in scripture, Brett, do you get that it it is wrong to
- 1:26:06be homosexual. Can you just walk me through
- 1:26:08scripturally where you where you get that idea?
- 1:26:10There's actually over 60 verses about homosexuality and then the
- 1:26:14New Testament. It's mentioned by Paul quite a
- 1:26:17bit. He mentions as being like a
- 1:26:19perversion. Also Revelations mentions that
- 1:26:23as well. Now, as far as I'm concerned,
- 1:26:25the first time I see it brought up in the Bible, whenever it
- 1:26:30comes to like a sexual deviancy or a problem is a story of Onan.
- 1:26:36I don't know if you guys are familiar with it.
- 1:26:37Mr. Stump probably is. I do have a doctorate in the
- 1:26:45Bible, so I am familiar. Well, you probably also, if if
- 1:26:51you are as well educated in the Bible as you are, you probably
- 1:26:53know the history as well. You do realize that humanity
- 1:26:57lived during a time where there were no cops, there were no
- 1:27:00guards and all that. There was no protectors.
- 1:27:03Quite a bit of time for primitive people, so people
- 1:27:07could do whatever they want. If you were out hunting or
- 1:27:09something, or you sent your son out to go do some hunting while
- 1:27:13you took care of your sick wife or something like that, and a
- 1:27:16bunch of Raiders or bandits or whatever they're called back,
- 1:27:19then let's say meta Knights decide to abuse your son.
- 1:27:22Males doing abusive things to your son.
- 1:27:25What would you say about that? Because that's one of the things
- 1:27:27the Bible mentions on why it is God even started going against
- 1:27:31us. Well, I mean the Old Testament
- 1:27:33would say lex talionis, but we no longer live under that,
- 1:27:35right? No longer an eye for an eye.
- 1:27:37So we would kill these men for that.
- 1:27:39And that would be what the prescription in the Old
- 1:27:40Testament was. I get to the Old Testament is
- 1:27:43very clearly anti homosexual, but the New Testament is not
- 1:27:46saving Paul's opinion. But there's lots of things
- 1:27:49Paul's give his opinion on that you simply don't follow.
- 1:27:54I mean, sorry, Paul doesn't say it's his opinion.
- 1:27:57You know, I I'll tell you what I I find myself in a very unusual
- 1:28:02position there. Stump, are you there?
- 1:28:04Oh, yes, ma'am. For the longest time, even for
- 1:28:07the last six years, I've I've not made hardly any videos
- 1:28:13whatsoever where I even address homosexuality.
- 1:28:16I know it's a problem in the Bible.
- 1:28:19I know it's an issue with God. I get it and I know with a lot
- 1:28:22of Christians out there, it's a big deal.
- 1:28:24Hell, I even had a couple Christians dump me because they
- 1:28:26thought I was too loving and kind to homosexuals.
- 1:28:29But on the other hand, what I what I find weird is I had a
- 1:28:34Christian tell me a while back whenever I was an atheist.
- 1:28:38They said, you know what if you open up marriage and wedding?
- 1:28:42Weddings for homosexuals. You do realize pedophiles are
- 1:28:45next. And I'm like, oh, that's stupid.
- 1:28:47I actually said that is stupid, That's dumb that you would think
- 1:28:50that they would ever try to normalize pedophilia in society.
- 1:28:53I didn't think the human race was that disturbing or
- 1:28:56disgusting. But then I hear all these
- 1:28:59stories from people about what has happened to them whenever
- 1:29:01they were a child. I see all this crap on Twitter
- 1:29:04about what they're trying to push in the schools and and
- 1:29:08pushing the kids as face. Putting 13 year old kids and
- 1:29:11drag queen and having them prance around on a stage
- 1:29:14practically naked. I don't know what has happened
- 1:29:17to this world, but that Christian was right, what they
- 1:29:20told me a while back, and it's starting to anger me.
- 1:29:25I would say they're wrong, but I would say that deviance has been
- 1:29:29within humanity since the beginning of time.
- 1:29:31And I don't know. I have no problem fighting
- 1:29:35sexual deviance. Yeah, so.
- 1:29:38So let me let me jump in here again.
- 1:29:42I I do. I think that Rex is on the right
- 1:29:45track there. I I think that the Bible is kind
- 1:29:48of speaking against sexual deviants, you know, taking
- 1:29:50advantage of people sexually. But all right, so like gay
- 1:29:54marriage has been around for 10 years, right?
- 1:29:56Give or take. Priests and and preachers and
- 1:30:02and people in general have been molesting children for
- 1:30:06thousands. So I mean you, I don't think
- 1:30:09it's a very fair equation to to say, you know, gay marriage is
- 1:30:14opening the floodgates of pedophilia, pedophilia.
- 1:30:17Those floodgates have been open. And what gives pedophilia power
- 1:30:21is people not really wanting to address it.
- 1:30:26You know, I've made several videos on child abuse, child
- 1:30:32sexual abuse. People don't watch those videos,
- 1:30:35they're very uncomfortable videos.
- 1:30:36It's a very uncomfortable conversation, especially if
- 1:30:38you're a parent cuz you don't wanna think about the very true
- 1:30:41reality that 3 Doors Down. There's a, there's a, there's a
- 1:30:45damn pedophile. You you can't think like that
- 1:30:48because you'd never let your child outside the house, right?
- 1:30:52So we don't want to face the brute facts of it, but the brute
- 1:30:54facts is pedophilia's been around forever, forever.
- 1:30:58And until we address that, until we actually face it head on,
- 1:31:02it's going to continue to be around.
- 1:31:04And when it comes to like gay marriage leading to pedophiles
- 1:31:10being able to get married. That's just not the case.
- 1:31:14You're you're you're right. I don't see society as ever
- 1:31:16normalizing it. But we do normalize it when we
- 1:31:20don't talk about it or when we run away from the conversation.
- 1:31:23It's not because we started we we gave gay people the same
- 1:31:28legal rights that heterosexual people have enjoyed forever.
- 1:31:31It's because we refuse to tackle the conversation.
- 1:31:36Well, what I'm what I'm saying is, I'm not saying that if
- 1:31:39people get married and they're homosexuals that they're going
- 1:31:42to turn into pedophiles. The idea is, is that the
- 1:31:46pedophiles are literally in mainstream media using the same
- 1:31:51arguments that homosexuals did, like for example.
- 1:31:54And I even use this argument whenever I was non believer.
- 1:31:57The animals do it. The animals have, you know.
- 1:32:01They're homosexual sex. Dolphins like to tickle each
- 1:32:04other's holes and all that. So what are you going to do
- 1:32:07about that, you know? And then of course, I would
- 1:32:10throw God into the equation on that.
- 1:32:12However, it is true the they come along and they said, well,
- 1:32:17animals do it. It's a part of nature.
- 1:32:19And if there is no God, then why should we have any moral
- 1:32:22parameters on the issue? It's a very nihilistic view, but
- 1:32:25I'm seeing more and more of it and it's concerning me.
- 1:32:28It's not nihilistic, it's cynical.
- 1:32:32Hey. Hey, Rex.
- 1:32:34Hey. Hey, before you start talking
- 1:32:35real quick question. I sent you 2 text messages last
- 1:32:37talk about it. Did you see either of them?
- 1:32:39I just asked if you could see me chatting.
- 1:32:40Something is up. I just Brett can see me.
- 1:32:43I don't think anyone else can. No, I don't.
- 1:32:45No, I don't see him. OK.
- 1:32:47No big deal. I won't mention it again.
- 1:32:48Thanks. Good.
- 1:32:50Um, yeah. I think knock.
- 1:32:51My good point about not talking about like people don't wanna
- 1:32:54talk about they wanna touch it. And here's the thing with
- 1:32:57pedophiles. Pedophiles are gonna look for
- 1:32:59positions and put some. Closer to kids.
- 1:33:02So them being priests, them being school teachers, it's like
- 1:33:06no duh, no surprise. That's the positions they're
- 1:33:09going to look for. And nobody wants to talk about
- 1:33:12the amounts of pedophiles in correctional facilities for
- 1:33:14teenagers. It's basically a brothel there.
- 1:33:19But I I'm. Sorry, I'm trying to make it to
- 1:33:24where more people appear on the screen but it's giving me
- 1:33:27problems. Yeah, OK, all right.
- 1:33:29I thought it. Here's the reason why
- 1:33:32homosexuality, homosexuality is wrong.
- 1:33:37Here's the evil. You gotta understand.
- 1:33:40Evil requires some things you first you need, you need to know
- 1:33:43what you're doing. So it requires intention.
- 1:33:46You also need knowledge of what you're doing in that.
- 1:33:49And so you need those two combinations to know for it to
- 1:33:53be evil, for example. So if you have a a young team.
- 1:33:58Who gets drunk and you know ends up in a homosexual relationship.
- 1:34:03He wouldn't be considered evil, but somebody who knows, let's
- 1:34:08say something like Matt Delahunty, who knows he is the
- 1:34:12creation of God and know what and knows what he's doing.
- 1:34:17He is now considered evil because he's going against the
- 1:34:20creation. So God created for men to be
- 1:34:23with woman, not men to be with men.
- 1:34:26So this is akin to, like, let's say I'm an artist and I draw the
- 1:34:30Mona Lisa. And then like, I gave you like,
- 1:34:33hey, you could purchase this, but there are, you know, some
- 1:34:37turns and conditions. And then you, right after
- 1:34:40purchasing it, you shove it up your ass.
- 1:34:43Well, I get you're trying to mock me, but it it.
- 1:34:49It was within you doing that intentionally and knowing that
- 1:34:52you did that intentionally, that that right there is what makes
- 1:34:55it evil. It's whenever you're basically
- 1:35:02saying whenever they know better, but they go ahead and do
- 1:35:05it anyway. Well, yeah, they know what
- 1:35:07they're doing, and they're doing it intentionally because they're
- 1:35:09trying to mock God. Of course you can't mock God
- 1:35:13because, well, yes, you can mock God, but God won't be insulted.
- 1:35:16It's like at the end if I'm like.
- 1:35:19Well, if I'm the authority, if I'm like Kim Jongun in North
- 1:35:23Korea, and then I have like a peasant, I don't know, throw
- 1:35:26poop at me, sure, that's mockingly.
- 1:35:35If this was such a egregious thing to God, and I know
- 1:35:38Bubbles, I don't think you believe Jesus is God, that the
- 1:35:40other two people in the room have some thought like that,
- 1:35:43then why did Jesus not take any time to mention it?
- 1:35:29But do you think I'm gonna be triggered?
- 1:35:30No, I I just end him. I win at the end of the.
- 1:35:47Why only Paul later on give his opinion?
- 1:35:49He didn't like it. I I yeah, I think that's a that
- 1:35:55is a problem with Christian. Sometimes they don't really
- 1:35:57layout the laws, but they just kind of hint at it.
- 1:36:02Well, there's also an assumption of of knowledge of evil there.
- 1:36:06So you made a couple statements. You made a statement that gay
- 1:36:09people know that they're being evil when they're being gay.
- 1:36:13I don't necessarily think that's true.
- 1:36:16You made it. A comment about Matt Dillahunty
- 1:36:18knowing he's a child of God and and yet committing evil when he
- 1:36:23speaks against God. I definitely know that that's
- 1:36:25not true because I was an atheist for 20 years.
- 1:36:28I didn't. It took a very personal
- 1:36:30experience for me to come to even the very baby theist
- 1:36:34position that I have right now. It definitely but.
- 1:36:39It definitely wasn't me knowing better and and just doing
- 1:36:44otherwise For for 20 years I was an atheist.
- 1:36:47For six years I was a very vocal atheist and I believed
- 1:36:50everything that I said there, there was number knowledge or
- 1:36:54intent to break knowledge there. You're assuming that you know
- 1:36:59things about people you can't possibly know.
- 1:37:01You know. There's a difference.
- 1:37:03Let me point out something real quick and I want you guys
- 1:37:06opinion on this there. As you know, there's been
- 1:37:10parades that are going on and all this.
- 1:37:12And there was a parade that I seen on a video where they, one
- 1:37:17of the homosexuals, actually wanted to imitate Jesus and made
- 1:37:21himself look like he was on a cross.
- 1:37:23And one of the things that were going on through the crowd while
- 1:37:26another guy, he was barely dressed at all, started, you
- 1:37:31know, rubbing all up on him, getting up on him.
- 1:37:34And I I don't understand for the life of me why is it that
- 1:37:37atheists and nonbelievers, most of them believe that there was a
- 1:37:42man named Jesus that existed. They just have a problem with
- 1:37:45the supernatural and the God part of it.
- 1:37:48But why don't they say something about that?
- 1:37:50Why don't they get make videos where they say this is wrong?
- 1:37:54This is not right to do. I mean, even if they didn't show
- 1:37:58any value in Jesus at all, but the idea that someone died and
- 1:38:03then someone's imitating the death of a person while someone
- 1:38:06else is basically probing them, don't you find that immoral at
- 1:38:11all? I can tell you personally,
- 1:38:13Brett, from my personal experience, most most atheists
- 1:38:17do speak up about it. Most the atheists do believe it
- 1:38:19in a historical Jesus. Now they believe that that Jesus
- 1:38:22was Yeshua Ben Yosef. Most likely that's the name that
- 1:38:28most people go with. But they believe he was a Jewish
- 1:38:30rabbi and he was nothing more than that.
- 1:38:33And I can, I can tell you this because I spent the last two
- 1:38:36years as a mythicist arguing with atheist about it.
- 1:38:40And as in most atheists. I do accept the historical
- 1:38:43Jesus, so mythicists are a minority amongst the atheist
- 1:38:45community. I was a vocal member of that
- 1:38:48minority and I took a lot of shit for it.
- 1:38:53I'm saying it's. Something to defend the
- 1:38:54mythicism It's. Going to make the point just you
- 1:38:59don't have to believe in what you know.
- 1:39:00For example, Erin Raw knows there's a God, but he's a
- 1:39:03sadist. So atheism is just basically
- 1:39:07says. Normal.
- 1:39:08And you know the potato is the master of the universe you're
- 1:39:11just lying to. Yourself Well and and Aaron Ross
- 1:39:13not really a Satanist. He he belongs to the Temple of
- 1:39:15Satanist more of a political stance than it, than it is an
- 1:39:18actual Satanist. No, he's he's an actual
- 1:39:21practicer of Satanist. He he goes to the temple.
- 1:39:24But again, most of the people in that sect of Satanism aren't
- 1:39:29it's it's a religion without deity, like Buddhism is.
- 1:39:32Here's the thing. Anything just means you don't
- 1:39:36believe in God. But guess who else doesn't
- 1:39:38believe in Jesus? Satanist.
- 1:39:41So Satanist can take up the label atheism and hide under it.
- 1:39:45Every RAW is a Satanist. He.
- 1:39:46Is no. But what I'm saying is the most
- 1:39:49now. There's still your traditional
- 1:39:51Satanist. I can think of 1.
- 1:39:52I did. I did a couple videos on him.
- 1:39:54Pazuzu Algorad. He lived in Clemens, North
- 1:39:56Carolina, the town over from where I grew up.
- 1:39:58In the time that I was growing up, I'm surprised I never met
- 1:40:00the guy. He was an actual Satanist.
- 1:40:03There's actual Satanists out there that do ceremony, that do,
- 1:40:07you know, black magic, whatever, right?
- 1:40:09And then there's the temple of Satan.
- 1:40:11And and some of those Satanists I will grant you believe in the
- 1:40:15deity Satan, right? But most of them?
- 1:40:19It's not. It's a political statement.
- 1:40:21It's a fight against religion. In schools mostly, but but
- 1:40:25religion in society broadly. I know plenty of those
- 1:40:29Satanists. I am friends with them and they
- 1:40:31do not believe in a literal Satan.
- 1:40:34Or they believe that Satan is the God figure, the good figure,
- 1:40:38and and and God is the bad figure.
- 1:40:41You know, it's a it's usually one or the two.
- 1:40:44Now you do still have those traditional Satanists from the
- 1:40:47whole Satanic panic back in the day, I grant you that.
- 1:40:50But what I'm saying is ARNRA joined a political movement.
- 1:40:55That's what I'm. Saying no, Evan Raw actually was
- 1:40:58practicing Satanist. He actually was in touch with a
- 1:41:01paranormal This is his owns words.
- 1:41:04Maybe. So.
- 1:41:05I'm not a I'm not an expert on ARNRA, but I'm just.
- 1:41:08Yeah, so like, maybe, but I doubt it.
- 1:41:11Yeah, he wasn't actually saying. Link link The video bubbles
- 1:41:14because I I also press X to doubt.
- 1:41:16No, this was one of his modern day debates.
- 1:41:19He's he mentioned this, so I would have like look through all
- 1:41:22those. So basically.
- 1:41:23I don't know if you knew this, Mr. Darth, but I actually had a
- 1:41:27bunch of Satanist coming to the show a long while back and they
- 1:41:31all were claiming that they weren't theistic Satanist that.
- 1:41:35They were actually atheist. Satanists 1 even said I'm a
- 1:41:38deist. I do believe that there's some
- 1:41:40form of God. It's just not interactive.
- 1:41:42I believe in my evil force. That's the type of sadness that
- 1:41:45I I know, yeah. Yeah, the the issue was though,
- 1:41:49when I checked out there, when they gave me their website and
- 1:41:52all that, I looked around on it and I've seen that they actually
- 1:41:55had prayers and and all this other kind of stuff and I asked
- 1:41:59them while they were actually on the show, I said.
- 1:42:01Why does your website say that you do this kind of rituals?
- 1:42:04Why is it that it says that you're actually praying to the
- 1:42:07entity and all this if you don't believe it's actually real?
- 1:42:11They well that that's for some people who are interested.
- 1:42:14So, I mean, they are Satanist, so should we really even take
- 1:42:18what they're saying now, you know, with I would argue,
- 1:42:21because because I do know quite a few of them.
- 1:42:23A lot of them do those those rituals to piss off Christians
- 1:42:27or to make a point. A lot of them will do those
- 1:42:30rituals publicly to make a point.
- 1:42:33Hey, you get to do yours publicly, so let's make you a
- 1:42:36bit uncomfortable. It's all a political statement.
- 1:42:38Not all, but most of what they're doing is a political.
- 1:42:42Statement it might be. It might be just a theatrical
- 1:42:46for like a few members, but those in the know within that
- 1:42:50group know they are doing actual ritual.
- 1:42:59How long have you been a migrator, Bubbles?
- 1:43:02No, it's because I know there's a bunch of actual Satanists
- 1:43:05hiding under the label of atheism, and Ross being one of
- 1:43:08them. Well, there's an easy way to be
- 1:43:11able to approve what we're talking about, Mr. Darth.
- 1:43:14There's thousands of videos on YouTube.
- 1:43:16I've watched quite a few of them where Satanists ended up leaving
- 1:43:21Satanism and then they become a theist and they tell their war
- 1:43:24stories about what it was like and what they got put through.
- 1:43:27So. Yeah, I just, whenever I hear
- 1:43:30people say, well, I'm doing it for this either way, even if
- 1:43:33they don't believe in it, but they're doing it to piss people
- 1:43:36off. They're not contributing
- 1:43:39anything good to the world anyway.
- 1:43:41They're useless. They're cockroaches, right?
- 1:43:43I would say that some of those stories are true, some of those
- 1:43:46videos are true. Some of those people probably
- 1:43:48had real experiences that that freaked them out and they can't
- 1:43:52explain it. Vast majority of them.
- 1:43:55People are lying to your dog. They're making shit up to get
- 1:43:58views, to get money. They're making it as fantastical
- 1:44:01as they can. I've done a couple videos on
- 1:44:05this guy Ramirez. I can't remember his first name,
- 1:44:08but he's pretty well known for this.
- 1:44:11A former Satanist that that became a Christian and tells all
- 1:44:14on Satanism. And he'll talk about how Satan's
- 1:44:17with Satanist would you know, curse Halloween candy and just
- 1:44:21just crazy crazy, crazy stuff. And it's all fantastical and all
- 1:44:25designed to make him famous and wealthy and and to to really
- 1:44:30grift the income of believers. Now, I'm not saying that some of
- 1:44:34them aren't true. I think that some people have
- 1:44:37lived some really messed up experiences.
- 1:44:39You know, a lot of atheists dismissed the Satanic panic.
- 1:44:42It was a real thing. People were getting into it back
- 1:44:44in the late 70s, early 80s. Again, I mentioned Pazuzu
- 1:44:48Algorad who definitely took it as a very literal thing.
- 1:44:53So they are out there, but a lot of people on the Internet grift
- 1:44:57and and that's just the sad fact of Internet.
- 1:45:00Yeah, the thing I was a total grifter.
- 1:45:02I was a teenager during the Satanic Panic.
- 1:45:04And yes, my buddy's parents were like actual Satanist.
- 1:45:08You know, not the kind who are just political Satanist, but the
- 1:45:11yeah, yeah, the rituals, all that fun stuff.
- 1:45:13Yeah, there's an actual A lot of atheists will dismiss that.
- 1:45:17But there was actual crazy shit going on back.
- 1:45:20Then people got killed like that was a no joke.
- 1:45:22People actually got killed doing that thing.
- 1:45:23Well, they killed animals and stuff.
- 1:45:25They never killed people. Nothing.
- 1:45:27They did kill. OK, the people that I knew that,
- 1:45:29yeah, it was very rare, like some people did get killed.
- 1:45:32Pazuzu Alvarad is is one, He did kill two people in satanic
- 1:45:36ritual. But yeah, it was very it was
- 1:45:39very rare. Most of them were killing
- 1:45:41animals. Pazuzu, he started out his mom,
- 1:45:44I think it was a rabbit. She would go buy a rabbit every
- 1:45:47Friday and he would sacrifice it.
- 1:45:49So it started with animals, and for him it progressed to human
- 1:45:52beings. And back in the late 70s, there
- 1:45:54were definitely some cults, satanic cults that were
- 1:45:58sacrificing human beings, but it was a very rare thing.
- 1:46:01But you do know why they do it right?
- 1:46:03Oh, before you guys continue on about the filthy bastards of the
- 1:46:07world. I wanted to let not know
- 1:46:09something. I don't know if you heard about
- 1:46:11the new feature that Stream Yards has not, but you can
- 1:46:15actually stream from someone else's show now to your own
- 1:46:19channels and all that. Just to let you know.
- 1:46:22I didn't know that. Yeah, I've been gone so long, I
- 1:46:25don't, you know, I anything that's happened the last three
- 1:46:29months, I have no idea. Well, let's say you got a buddy
- 1:46:33who's putting it out there and he gives you the link early,
- 1:46:35before the show even starts. If you come in, there's a button
- 1:46:39at the top. You know normally where you hit
- 1:46:42live. Well, if it's not your room and
- 1:46:44you look up, there's a button, say broadcast, and just connect
- 1:46:48it to your channel and all that. Boom, you can actually broadcast
- 1:46:53at the same time. It's pretty cool.
- 1:46:58Yeah, I'll. I'll have to look into that once
- 1:47:00I start streaming again. Yeah, that that's an interesting
- 1:47:03feature there. There's there's plenty of shows
- 1:47:05that I go on, you know, and if they're good, if they're good
- 1:47:08conversations, I'll usually put them on my channel.
- 1:47:11But it would be nice to be able to just be like, hey Gur, you
- 1:47:13know, I'm gonna be on your show tonight, so, you know, it's
- 1:47:17gonna be on my channel too. I give everybody permission.
- 1:47:22If they want to do it, they can do it.
- 1:47:24I just thought you'd think that was neat because I know that you
- 1:47:27do like to frequent a lot of different shows.
- 1:47:31Back to evil Satanism and, you know, dirty people of the
- 1:47:34planet. I want to.
- 1:47:37I want to bring a different view on Satan if I could.
- 1:47:40I believe Satan and Satanist and atheist.
- 1:47:44I wanted the same creature. The person who rejects God,
- 1:47:47right? He makes himself God, but unless
- 1:47:49there's some other God he believes in.
- 1:47:52But if you you reject God, you make yourself God.
- 1:47:54These are the the Satanists and atheists share that same belief
- 1:47:57that they're the God of their own world, own universe.
- 1:48:00I think scripture bears us out. When we read scripture, we see
- 1:48:04that Lucifer is described as the fallen Angel that wants to be
- 1:48:08like the Most High, yet we see it in the Garden Eden story.
- 1:48:12We see that the serpent who people equate to Satan.
- 1:48:16Tells Eve you will be like the Most High.
- 1:48:18Not I will be like the Most High.
- 1:48:20He says you will be like the Most High knowing good and evil.
- 1:48:24So when Christians interpret the Bible, say that Satan is an
- 1:48:28individual being, some guy walking around with a pitchfork
- 1:48:30in the horns and is trying to do evil things, I think they're
- 1:48:33plainly wrong because Scripture does not back that up.
- 1:48:36It says clearly that Lucifer wants to be like the Most High,
- 1:48:40yet it wasn't the serpent in the Garden who we interpret as
- 1:48:43Satan, Lucifer for the Devil. Who said this?
- 1:48:45He said it to Eve, and Eve fell for it and ate from that tree.
- 1:48:48Right? Mankind who checks God and
- 1:48:51accepts their own word is a Satanist, and that's what they
- 1:48:55are. So a Satanist in the traditional
- 1:49:02meaning of the word, like a true Satanist, right?
- 1:49:04Somebody that worships the devil.
- 1:49:05I don't think that they can reject God.
- 1:49:07It's part of their theology. I think that they probably have
- 1:49:12a different view on Satan than you do, but I think to compare
- 1:49:15atheists and Satanists, it's not very logical.
- 1:49:20Atheists, we have a lack of a belief.
- 1:49:23Satanist in the traditional sense would definitely be
- 1:49:25theist. Well, here's the thing.
- 1:49:28Satanist doesn't have to believe in God.
- 1:49:32They know there's a God, but you don't have to believe in God.
- 1:49:36For example, I can be an atheist against cats.
- 1:49:38I I can know there's cats. I just, I don't.
- 1:49:40I just don't have to believe that there's cats.
- 1:49:45The Church of Satan is that. Are those actual Satanists or
- 1:49:47who are they? Does anybody know that like the
- 1:49:50Church of Satan? Are Lavey and Satanists?
- 1:49:52And no, they don't. Most of them don't believe in
- 1:49:54any deities at all. They just.
- 1:49:55Don't exactly. Right.
- 1:49:56Yeah, that's the. Ones I understand from, yeah,
- 1:49:58but I'm. Pretty sure like the upper guys
- 1:50:00are true satanists. They could be.
- 1:50:03I have no way of knowing. I mean, yeah, I think unless you
- 1:50:08actually talk to them where they came out and admitted it.
- 1:50:10I mean, that's just an assumption.
- 1:50:13Well, there's a they have a statement of policy or something
- 1:50:16I was trying to find. Because they say that.
- 1:50:17They say that the two things they say that they don't believe
- 1:50:20there is a God, and they say that man himself is God and we
- 1:50:23just a higher form of animal and we're ourself, our God of our
- 1:50:27own universe. Yeah, that's.
- 1:50:28Misunderstanding from so that that would be a very non
- 1:50:31theistic, very naturalist worldview, right?
- 1:50:34So that that would not be your traditional Satanist by any
- 1:50:38standards, because the traditional state Satanist is a
- 1:50:41theist. They do believe in a deity,
- 1:50:42Lucifer. I think that.
- 1:50:46I got the deity from the Bible, believe it or not.
- 1:50:48Just Trump got humanism with with theater glows on.
- 1:50:51I think they're trying to avoid saying there is no God, because
- 1:50:53as soon as you make that statement, there is no God.
- 1:50:56You get into a legal, you get into a legal trouble.
- 1:51:01How do you get in legal trouble? Corona, I think you get in
- 1:51:05trouble. Me personally, I think I was in
- 1:51:09trouble for a very long time when it comes to my knowledge.
- 1:51:13You know, I was, I was making a knowledge.
- 1:51:15When you're making a claim that there is no God, you're making a
- 1:51:17knowledge claim, right? I think that's the trouble you
- 1:51:21get into as a knowledge trouble. I don't see how you get into
- 1:51:23legal trouble. For example, demons are actually
- 1:51:26very legalistic. So you have, you have your God
- 1:51:30giving you free will. And so let's say, let's say
- 1:51:35maybe you're like in your 20s and you give yourself, you know,
- 1:51:38you say, quote, UN quote, hey, demons, you can have myself.
- 1:51:43And then, you know, maybe 20, maybe 10 years down the line,
- 1:51:47you know you're all fine. But then you hit rock bottom in
- 1:51:50your 30s, and then now the demons will come in and say,
- 1:51:54hey, you remember that we accept.
- 1:51:57But now what God has to do, God has to accept your free will,
- 1:52:01choice of giving your soul away. So whatever, whatever thing you
- 1:52:05say, we speak with your tongue in this world.
- 1:52:08God has to know. Accepted also in the next SO.
- 1:52:17So if I say next life I'll be super God ask let me be super
- 1:52:21God. No, you can do whatever you want
- 1:52:26with your soul, but as a term, as you know.
- 1:52:30You can sell it away. You have a freeway of choice
- 1:52:33that that doesn't mean you have the ability to do whatever you.
- 1:52:36Want. Well, like I have limited free
- 1:52:37will because like I just say right now, God, I want you to
- 1:52:40take my soul. Definitely don't send it to.
- 1:52:41Hell no. Free will don't.
- 1:52:43Don't punish me. Don't punish my soul.
- 1:52:44That's what I. Want no free will means your
- 1:52:46consciousness isn't being controlled.
- 1:52:48That's all free will means. It doesn't mean you get like to.
- 1:52:50Do. So somebody give you ultimate
- 1:52:54power that doesn't. That doesn't what Free.
- 1:52:57Free will doesn't mean that I'm not.
- 1:53:04Maybe I'm just not understanding you.
- 1:53:05So you made a claim that I don't know if you were talking about
- 1:53:10atheist Satanist. I don't really know who you're
- 1:53:12talking about. But like, we say things and then
- 1:53:14we hit rock bottom and the demons take over, right?
- 1:53:17I can tell you very my personal experience that I had that that
- 1:53:20made me a baby theist again, that made me reject me in the
- 1:53:23raging atheist, made me reject being a hard atheist.
- 1:53:25Mainly open to the divine was me hitting rock bottom.
- 1:53:29And it wasn't. It wasn't demons overtaking me
- 1:53:32or or or them coming to fulfill some pact that I made 20 years
- 1:53:36ago. It was me coming to the
- 1:53:38conclusion that I was just simply wrong about about things,
- 1:53:43you know and and that was in my absolute most rock bottom.
- 1:53:46I my absolute most rock bottom. So I I I You can't have a
- 1:53:51conversation or with things that you don't believe in, and you
- 1:53:55can't give away a thing that you don't believe in.
- 1:53:59So this is the thing. Demons can't say there is no
- 1:54:02God. So demons don't have to believe
- 1:54:04in God, but they can't say there is no God.
- 1:54:07Again, it's it's it's illegal. How do you know this?
- 1:54:10Cuz they are legal You like that?
- 1:54:13Like have you have you spoken to demons like you?
- 1:54:17Is is a demon your best friend? Like how do you know this?
- 1:54:20Because OK, the same reason that demon just can't take over your
- 1:54:24body. You have to give it permission.
- 1:54:27How do you know? Like so if there is a demon, if
- 1:54:29there is a supernatural entity out there that that that can
- 1:54:34influence you, how do you know it can't take over your body?
- 1:54:37I mean, no, you can't. Take over your body.
- 1:54:39The Christian theology would kind of argue against that.
- 1:54:41I mean, 2000 years of Christian theology would argue against
- 1:54:45that, or there'd be no need for exorcism.
- 1:54:47No. Yeah, and the.
- 1:54:49In in Christianity you don't have to.
- 1:54:52In some cases there was no choice made, there was just
- 1:54:56simply the possession that. No, you you have to give them.
- 1:54:59You have to give them the legal right to it because they can't
- 1:55:02do it. Well, that might be as a
- 1:55:03Christian, because the Bible's very explicit that Christians
- 1:55:06can't be inhabited by demons. So maybe, if you like.
- 1:55:09Are you saying maybe? In that scenario you could have
- 1:55:11to ask a demon to come in if the Bible's very implicit that a
- 1:55:13Christian cannot be? Possessed.
- 1:55:15Yeah. Christian, the question cannot
- 1:55:16be so so. They're under the legality of
- 1:55:19the Christian God. So because if demons could just
- 1:55:23possess anybody, they would just do it and just kill everybody.
- 1:55:26Because again, why do Satanists do all this thing, You know,
- 1:55:30kill people, kill buddies. Why they doing that?
- 1:55:33Because they cannot kill God. So what's the next best thing
- 1:55:36they can do to hurt God? You kill his creation.
- 1:55:39So when homosexuals intentionally, satanic
- 1:55:44homosexuals intentionally, you know?
- 1:55:47Do the little homosexuality, it's meant to be an upfront
- 1:55:51towards God, then they know what they're doing.
- 1:55:53So when you have these new new LGBT pastors who say God is gay,
- 1:55:59they know what they're doing. Hey, I got.
- 1:56:03I gotta go. Bread.
- 1:56:04Thanks for having me, brothers. I appreciate you guys.
- 1:56:06Conversation was it was a good time.
- 1:56:08The truth and the life. All right.
- 1:56:13Good night, brothers. All right, man, this is so.
- 1:56:18All right. I will grant you, homosexuals
- 1:56:22are just as capable of sexual deviancy as heterosexuals.
- 1:56:27I mean. Well, I'm not.
- 1:56:30I'm not saying cuz they are, but no.
- 1:56:33But you are saying you are saying that homosexuals are like
- 1:56:39literally, you know, like spitting in God's eye when
- 1:56:42they're when they're in love with somebody and having sex
- 1:56:45with them like I. Is it the same for the
- 1:56:49adulterer? I mean, I.
- 1:56:51It's it's only spitting in their face once it come to knowledge
- 1:56:54and intention. So I've been I've been with my
- 1:56:56partner for a long time and we've never got married.
- 1:56:58I was married to my first wife, but we have a kid together, so
- 1:57:01every time we are intimate, am I spitting in God's face?
- 1:57:05Say what? My partner We're not married,
- 1:57:08never got married, never took the time.
- 1:57:09Neither of us want to. We think it's kind of pointless
- 1:57:11and it just it does tax stuff that we don't want.
- 1:57:14So every time we're intimate, are we?
- 1:57:16Are we an affront to God? No, Rex, you do realize you've
- 1:57:20had quite a few conversations with Darth and the show?
- 1:57:23You do realize that he doesn't claim to be a Christian, right?
- 1:57:28Right, right. Plus, that's not even a
- 1:57:29Christian. The the Old Testament.
- 1:57:32The Old Testament isn't even an effect.
- 1:57:35Right. I was just trying to see if he
- 1:57:36was consistent with this thought.
- 1:57:37I just said if it. So it's the it's the homosexual
- 1:57:40act. It's not the fact they aren't
- 1:57:42married. Or what it's it's not.
- 1:57:44That the problem with It's not right.
- 1:57:47Heterosexual acts between consenting adults are not in the
- 1:57:50front of God. It's not the act in and of
- 1:57:52itself, so you need it's. Also, it's the act plus
- 1:57:55intention plus knowledge, so you need to know what you're doing
- 1:58:00and intentionally doing it. So for example.
- 1:58:04Get a little personal here. So for example, a couple of
- 1:58:06weeks ago proverbs guide them were telling me that certain
- 1:58:10sexual acts or went affront to God or were sexually devious.
- 1:58:13And I thought, well, I can't be. And so I went on my way to do
- 1:58:16them because I'm like, that's silly.
- 1:58:18So I had the intent because I thought that's silly.
- 1:58:21So was I? Was I them blaspheming God?
- 1:58:23I mean are you shoving like a jar?
- 1:58:26A class jar after ass. No, it's just like a consensual
- 1:58:31anal stuff with my partner. Her.
- 1:58:33Not me. So she was like, wait, were you
- 1:58:38the one getting pounded? Or was she doing the pounding?
- 1:58:41No, no, I was, I was the penetrator.
- 1:58:42I was it was normal penetration or why does that matter though?
- 1:58:46Right. But I mean, I'm just saying that
- 1:58:47scenario. I guess it could matter.
- 1:58:48Maybe it's somewhat wrong if she's I don't want to be paid
- 1:58:50because I have hemorrhoids, but maybe, uh, maybe if I didn't.
- 1:58:53Ouch. Yeah.
- 1:58:54I mean, it's only wrong if you don't want that.
- 1:58:56Like, I think what's being lost here is that that people having
- 1:59:03consensual relationships. I just don't understand the
- 1:59:06issue with that. Like, come on, I think you're
- 1:59:08trying to say like Satanist, maybe?
- 1:59:11I don't get it. Like, I haven't been a single
- 1:59:14gay person that has made a deal with the demon to be gay like
- 1:59:20that. That's most gay people I would,
- 1:59:22I talk to would tell you, like, if they had a choice, they
- 1:59:24wouldn't be gay. Who wants to be ostracized?
- 1:59:26Who wants who? Who wants to have three straight
- 1:59:29men, four straight men here talking about them like this,
- 1:59:32right? Like, you know who wants that?
- 1:59:35You're like if you're a Satanist, you're going to do
- 1:59:38whatever the you know, whatever the demons tell you is an
- 1:59:41upfront to God. So the the demons will utilize
- 1:59:44your body which is created by God.
- 1:59:47Has an upfront to him cuz they can't hurt God.
- 1:59:51Do you actually believe in demons?
- 1:59:53Yeah, like every, every, every religion has demons.
- 1:59:58All right, fair enough. Do you think Islam and Jen are
- 2:00:01just demons too? No, I don't think goals are
- 2:00:05demons, so I do believe in goals.
- 2:00:07Again, I I think you're making a knowledge claim there that you
- 2:00:10can't possibly. No.
- 2:00:11You say every religion has God is I I can't.
- 2:00:14Or has demons. I I can't.
- 2:00:16I mean, if you know anything about history, you would know
- 2:00:19that there's a crazy amount of religions that we've just lost
- 2:00:22to time in history. Like, you can't make that claim
- 2:00:25that every religion has demons. Quite a few don't.
- 2:00:28Jainism, as far as I know, has no demons in it, right?
- 2:00:32Like Buddhism, as far as I know, doesn't really have demons.
- 2:00:37Well, Buddhism is just like it's just a spin off of Hinduism and
- 2:00:41Hinduism has like more Hells than a personality.
- 2:00:44You can say that Buddhism gets its roots from Hinduism, but
- 2:00:47they're quite. Different modern Buddhism.
- 2:00:49Is mainly most people that practice Buddhism in the modern
- 2:00:54day don't have a deity. Here's the thing.
- 2:00:56Buddhism is basically a made-up religion.
- 2:01:01I mean, you could say that about all of them.
- 2:01:03It literally is. All links are made-up.
- 2:01:06Except now, Well, no. We have a record.
- 2:01:08We have a record of Buddhism being made-up, that's what.
- 2:01:10Technically, we. Have a record.
- 2:01:12There are people being made-up. There are.
- 2:01:15People, there are people technically.
- 2:01:18Are you guys able to hear me? Yeah.
- 2:01:21Technically, there are obviously some Buddhists who.
- 2:01:24Respect and they attribute their ideas to Buddhism by the
- 2:01:28philosophy. But there are theistic Buddhists
- 2:01:31out. Oh yeah, I'm not saying that
- 2:01:32there's not, but I'm just saying the majority, the majority,
- 2:01:38especially in Western civilization, are non theistic.
- 2:01:43To be one with any particular God so they could still believe
- 2:01:47it. Again, if you're practicing
- 2:01:48Buddhism and trying to reach enlightenment or Nirvana, you're
- 2:01:51not necessarily doing it in. For gods.
- 2:01:55Yeah, I mean, and most Buddhists, they they would.
- 2:01:58I mean most Buddhists that are theistic would probably have
- 2:02:01more of a Hinduish Hindu God. There's not a single Buddhist
- 2:02:05that I would know that would sit there and tell you like Buddha
- 2:02:07is some some God or or Messiah of God.
- 2:02:11Buddha is a teacher. He's a human teacher that
- 2:02:14teaches us a path. Yeah, that's the thing.
- 2:02:17Buddhism is just trying to have the divinity without the divine.
- 2:02:20It's just like it's just like coach, coach culture.
- 2:02:25I agree with you. And how do you know that that's
- 2:02:27the wrong path to take? Because it's it's literally
- 2:02:31made-up. Everything's made.
- 2:02:34Up Take a moment to welcome Proverbs Guy to the room, if
- 2:02:37that's really him. Is that the real Proverbs guy,
- 2:02:40not a socket count? Unfortunately, it's the one and
- 2:02:44only Proverbs guy. Just making through someone
- 2:02:47ain't trolling you there, guy. Nobody would want to pretend to
- 2:02:51be me, I assure you, Brett. Well, I've been pretending to be
- 2:02:54you with credit cards for a couple of weeks now.
- 2:02:56I don't know. I got a lot of people that
- 2:02:58pretend to be me, and if you can pretend to be me, you can
- 2:03:00pretend to be anybody because I'm an asshole.
- 2:03:03Trump was in your earlier proverbs.
- 2:03:06The discussions been all over the place.
- 2:03:08It's either about Buddhism or it's about Satanist and what
- 2:03:11cockroaches they are, and also people's views against
- 2:03:15homosexuality or for it. What's your views there, Mr.
- 2:03:18Proverbs? Or do you not want to get into
- 2:03:20the hot plate just so quickly? And real quick, I want to say
- 2:03:23I'm really enjoying this conversation.
- 2:03:25I hope nobody thinks that I'm offended or being mad at them.
- 2:03:28I'm enjoying the conversation. I think it's a I think it's a
- 2:03:31great conversation. No, I I actually agreed with you
- 2:03:35earlier too, whenever you said that people should acknowledge
- 2:03:38and talk more about what's going on with pedophiles in the world.
- 2:03:42The only reason why a lot of people, including myself, don't
- 2:03:45do more videos about abuse and all that kind of stuff is
- 2:03:48YouTube. They got an AI that runs over
- 2:03:51our captions. And.
- 2:03:53Information. They screw us over on that shut
- 2:03:56or I'd be making a lot of videos.
- 2:03:58I've actually suffered some great deals of abuse growing up
- 2:04:01and I can talk a lot about it. I agree with you there.
- 2:04:05I definitely think that that's that's a definite issue every
- 2:04:08single video that I've made. Dealing.
- 2:04:10Not even with just pedophilia, but just just child abuse in
- 2:04:14general. Demonetized and very likely to
- 2:04:17be taken down altogether. Yeah, I.
- 2:04:20Was thinking about starting to put up some stories, but Tik
- 2:04:23Tok's pretty pretty free with you can say whatever you want on
- 2:04:26there for the most part. I haven't had anybody else taken
- 2:04:28down, and I've talked about some pretty egregious stuff on there.
- 2:04:32Yeah, if you're going to do something where you just going
- 2:04:34to let everything fly and all that, you got to use Rumble or
- 2:04:39Odyssey or something like that. YouTube, even this conversation
- 2:04:43we're having is it. To me, it's pretty tame and I
- 2:04:47enjoy actually getting into the depth of morality and ideas and
- 2:04:51how people exist. But YouTube?
- 2:04:53I have no idea how they're going to act towards this damn video
- 2:04:57and whether they like it or not, All my stuff gets imported to
- 2:05:00Rumble anyway. I think people will come.
- 2:05:03I mean, we're the only people who.
- 2:05:05Actually, will talk. About it.
- 2:05:08I think that the problem is that lots, lots of people have just a
- 2:05:11few. There's, well, my personal
- 2:05:13opinion, like there's a few issues that I have with
- 2:05:15Christianity that I just personally don't like, and
- 2:05:18homosexuality is one of them. Thought crimes is the other
- 2:05:21term, prediction. So there's.
- 2:05:22It's like the. Homosexuality one is is I think
- 2:05:25the the biggest one that hurts Christianity from seeing the
- 2:05:28spread because it takes a stance on things that most people.
- 2:05:32Do not find objectionable anymore.
- 2:05:34What's the thing if if you're just gonna say the axiom is
- 2:05:36consent, A child can consent and so we gotta.
- 2:05:41No, a child, a child can't consent.
- 2:05:44Yes they can. They can say the words, but they
- 2:05:47don't have the capacity to consent.
- 2:05:49Yes, they can. They have the competitive
- 2:05:51consent. Well, don't if you believe that
- 2:05:54you might wind up in prison. So just you're wrong.
- 2:05:56No. OK, not all children would be
- 2:05:59like knowledgeable what the heck they're doing.
- 2:06:01But they can't consent. Well consent I think consent
- 2:06:06does require knowledge. I mean what is the definition of
- 2:06:11consent? Cuz consent just means to agreed
- 2:06:13upon, isn't it? No.
- 2:06:17I mean, I'm a father, I don't know if you are.
- 2:06:20You can get a child to agree to just about anything, cuz they
- 2:06:23don't have the knowledge not to agree.
- 2:06:26Yeah, no, that's true. I'm also a father.
- 2:06:28Kids are so stupid. Yeah, but.
- 2:06:30It cards, but super stupid. Yeah, but knowledge isn't a
- 2:06:33requirement for consent. So, but, so I think we're
- 2:06:37speaking about two different consents here.
- 2:06:40Like you're speaking in a very broad definitional term and
- 2:06:44we're talking about the act itself, especially when it comes
- 2:06:47to a sexual nature. So you really often I.
- 2:06:52Mean when it comes down to it, and I think you'll agree with
- 2:06:55this not also depends on the kid.
- 2:06:57There's a lot of kids out there and I heard I agree with you are
- 2:07:01in some parts of that proverbs. But there are some children out
- 2:07:04there that are geniuses. They understand when they're
- 2:07:06being abused. They understand when they're
- 2:07:08being heard. They just don't know an
- 2:07:10alternative on how to get out of it.
- 2:07:12So, so a genius child is is a child that has a very advanced
- 2:07:16brain can process information. Better than other children,
- 2:07:22we'll put it that way. But when it comes to have living
- 2:07:25life, right to having the knowledge of life, to having the
- 2:07:28knowledge to be able to to understand what's right and
- 2:07:31wrong, I don't think genius has anything to do with that.
- 2:07:34I think that takes time, That takes living experience.
- 2:07:37That's why we we talk about adult consensual relationships
- 2:07:41is because adults have the capacity to consent in that
- 2:07:44situation. But I think the capacity just
- 2:07:49means the legal rights. They don't actually mean like a
- 2:07:51mental knowledge. From a legal standpoint, they
- 2:07:55certainly can't consent because it's defined legal in a way from
- 2:07:59the colloquial sense of consent. Like, if you're just looking at
- 2:08:01the first two definitions of the dictionary, then sure, kids can
- 2:08:04consent, but legally they certainly cannot.
- 2:08:07Yeah, I think that's it. That's the only thing, you guys.
- 2:08:09It's it's just a legal opinion. By the way, hi Rex.
- 2:08:12I've missed you. We were.
- 2:08:15On the channel. I was on your channel earlier,
- 2:08:16but you weren't there. I was arguing with Dustin.
- 2:08:18He sometimes, if I'm in a good mood, Dustin doesn't get to me.
- 2:08:22He's he's just his ideas. Him and Bubbles, I just have
- 2:08:24these ideas. They're just so out there, man.
- 2:08:27Well, I was supposed to be farming today, but we got pushed
- 2:08:31back like three or four days, so I had free time that I wasn't
- 2:08:37expecting and Chuck was doing a 12 hour stream.
- 2:08:40So I hopped on there for just a little while, but it ended up
- 2:08:44being 4 hours. So I was on Chuck's stream while
- 2:08:48Jeremiah was doing a stream on the channel.
- 2:08:54Yeah, yeah, Jeremiah was like. Jeremiah has an uphill battle.
- 2:08:58He's trying to it's it's a it's a good thought what he's doing,
- 2:09:01he's trying to see if you could start with just knowing that God
- 2:09:05exists, right. So you're just past that.
- 2:09:06You're acknowledging a God exist.
- 2:09:08Can you get to the Christian God?
- 2:09:10Without the Bible, Just sort of inductively?
- 2:09:12I don't think so. I don't.
- 2:09:13I think that revelation is sort of baked into finding the
- 2:09:17Christian God, but I wish him luck.
- 2:09:20Well, I I I think you can. You can.
- 2:09:24I'll put it this way, I I know you can get to the God of
- 2:09:27Abraham just just by philosophical arguments because
- 2:09:30I've seen it done, Khalil. Allah was able to find Allah
- 2:09:33just from philosophy. But yeah, I think, I think if
- 2:09:38you're going to have a really hard time, if you're really
- 2:09:41being honest and you're starting from a position where there's a
- 2:09:44God, but I don't know what the God is, think you're going to
- 2:09:46have a really hard time getting to the Christian God is.
- 2:09:50The Trinity of what's going to pick him up.
- 2:09:51The Trinity is just much a complicated doctrine and so
- 2:09:55important to Christianity. I just don't think you can find
- 2:09:57it without the Bible. Yeah, I think I would agree.
- 2:10:03With that, you sit down and have a conversation with Proverbs
- 2:10:06about the Trinity thing. That was something I've had
- 2:10:09problems with back and forth over and over, but Proverbs has
- 2:10:13an excellent way of explaining that, and I've I've watched tons
- 2:10:17of videos where people tried to explain and it just wasn't
- 2:10:20coherent. But Proverbs, he rocked at the
- 2:10:23last show we did together. If you want to give the can you
- 2:10:26give a 5 second or a 5 minute Quick so I can, I don't.
- 2:10:31Have. To do it.
- 2:10:34He works into it. He brings the people's elbow.
- 2:10:39I can try to give you like a condensed version Okay.
- 2:10:41So we're told in the scriptures that Jesus is the word of God,
- 2:10:45but also that scripture verse where Jesus ascends into heaven
- 2:10:49and he sits at the right hand of the Father.
- 2:10:52In the Hebrew, which we have some of the Hebrew scrolls of
- 2:10:56the Gospels. Now in the Hebrew it reads more
- 2:10:59like Jesus ascends into heaven to sit as the right hand of the
- 2:11:03Father. So he's the right hand of God.
- 2:11:06He's also the word of God and he's spirit of God, so he's
- 2:11:10parts of God himself, which to me makes the Trinity make a lot
- 2:11:15more sense. So my question did Jesus have
- 2:11:18any flaws? No.
- 2:11:22He was the blemish free lamb. He had to be absolutely blemish
- 2:11:27free or he would not have been accepted as a Passover
- 2:11:30sacrifice. So my next question is doubting
- 2:11:33God a flaw? Ouch was a good one.
- 2:11:44Holy Dang. I'm contemplating.
- 2:11:46I'm not avoiding. Give me.
- 2:11:47Just no, I know you're thinking because that that's the thing
- 2:11:49that always got me that when I I like to think I remember the the
- 2:11:52Latin. But when Jesus says, my God, my
- 2:11:54God, why have you forsaken me so?
- 2:11:56That right, that is. My big problem with the Trinity.
- 2:11:59What do? You think is the difference
- 2:12:01between having? Do you think that it's somehow
- 2:12:04sinful for you to question or ask?
- 2:12:08Well, he's supposed to be perfect, so would that be a
- 2:12:12flaw? That's the thing.
- 2:12:13Why would it? Why would there be some kind of
- 2:12:15issue with just throwing out a like a question or you know,
- 2:12:20thinking things over? Well, the the problem would come
- 2:12:24to arise. If you're gonna say God is Jesus
- 2:12:26is perfect, that that's where it's going to get.
- 2:12:29It's going to be handy there. I don't think that was a sign of
- 2:12:34Jesus doubting God. I think that was like an
- 2:12:37ultimate sign of Christ's humanity, summed up in the flesh
- 2:12:43and knowing what was it to come and knowing the pain he was
- 2:12:47about to endure. Like I would cry out too, even
- 2:12:50knowing the perfect plan. By knowing that it all worked
- 2:12:54out for for the Father's will. But I don't see that as
- 2:12:58questioning God. I see it as just showing his
- 2:13:00humanity in those final hours. Okay.
- 2:13:04I mean, the problem I guess would get to me about it is
- 2:13:06because he says over and over again, he knows he's going to
- 2:13:08die. He knows he's a sacrifice, He
- 2:13:10knows it's coming. But when it gets to it, this
- 2:13:13sort of broken, flawed human nature comes out in my opinion,
- 2:13:16and he and he reaps out. Why, God, why have you forsaken
- 2:13:20me? And it just even now, like I can
- 2:13:22get the tingles talking about it.
- 2:13:23I would give these sermons about it and just I would try to
- 2:13:25rationalize it even in my congregation.
- 2:13:27And it just it always got to me. I just always thought, this is
- 2:13:30a, this is a broken man. This is a man who knew he was
- 2:13:33going to die. But it's now facing the reality
- 2:13:36of that death. And something is a is not what
- 2:13:40he. Expected.
- 2:13:42And you can also, you know, it doesn't have to even be in that
- 2:13:45that moment of the crucifixion. Yeah, you could.
- 2:13:48I guess you could blame. Human pain and and and his
- 2:13:52humanity coming out in that moment.
- 2:13:55But you go the Mount of Olives. You know, on the night of the
- 2:13:59Last Supper, before he was even crucified, before he was even
- 2:14:01captured, he was praying and he was praying to God.
- 2:14:03He wasn't praying to himself. Yeah, I don't see that as a
- 2:14:09bigger problem. I mean, I do.
- 2:14:11I get it like it's a big problem for the the Muslims because like
- 2:14:15Allah prays for Mohammed. Well, who's Allah praying to?
- 2:14:17Because he's one. Well, at least if he's try you
- 2:14:20and in three parts he could just be tried playing to a different
- 2:14:22part of himself, like no different than us speaking to
- 2:14:25ourselves. I think that can be justified,
- 2:14:27at least easier in my opinion anyway.
- 2:14:28But I do see it. I can see where someone might
- 2:14:30have a problem with. It, Rex.
- 2:14:32You ever visit the Muslim rooms? I talked to him, but they're a
- 2:14:37little they're Dala guys are much more aggressive than the
- 2:14:41Christian Dala guys. They're like hardcore atheist
- 2:14:44aggressive because that's what that's what's popular.
- 2:14:47Yeah, it is. It's it's really hard to have a
- 2:14:49conversation on the Internet with with with the Muslims, I
- 2:14:52found, because yeah, the aggressiveness, it's it's hard
- 2:14:54to have an honest conversation. You're gonna get talked over.
- 2:14:57And if push comes to shove, they're just gonna try to push
- 2:15:00it into a philosophical place because they they know that most
- 2:15:04American atheists aren't, aren't aware of of a lot of the
- 2:15:09philosophy that they know. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 2:15:12He could choose a beast. Oh yeah, except that he says
- 2:15:16it's OK to have relations with the 12 year old girl as long as
- 2:15:19she doesn't. So you guys really do find the
- 2:15:25Christian channels to be more welcoming than the the Muslim
- 2:15:28channels? Yeah, for sure.
- 2:15:31They kicked me out of the Danny Hickett.
- 2:15:33You. Yeah, he needed me.
- 2:15:35The Muslims are really, really rough on the atheist community
- 2:15:39and whenever it comes to Christians, they usually like to
- 2:15:42debate the Trinity and. And all that and they also get
- 2:15:45on the they like to throw a lot of stuff that Paul said that
- 2:15:50doesn't seem to go along with James or John and all that.
- 2:15:53So that's their thing. They like me though but I did
- 2:15:56the floor him a couple times. I they said why?
- 2:15:59Why Jesus? And you know because we respect
- 2:16:02Jesus and all that but why Jesus?
- 2:16:04Why don't you go for the Quran and all that?
- 2:16:07And I said well even in the Quran Jesus had more value than
- 2:16:10any of the other prophets. And they they said, what do you
- 2:16:13mean by that? You know, and they did that
- 2:16:16whole Salaam thing or whatever. You know, what they do whenever
- 2:16:19they hear something they think is offensive.
- 2:16:22And I said, well, even your Quran says that there was
- 2:16:24Immaculate Conception. Mohammed didn't get that.
- 2:16:28None of the men in the in the book had that Immaculate
- 2:16:31Conception basically born a spirit of God like that.
- 2:16:35So they didn't have nothing harm me on that?
- 2:16:41Yeah, yeah. Ask him how many how many hands
- 2:16:44the law has. He has two when they're both
- 2:16:46left. What's that's?
- 2:16:49Crazy. Oh yeah, like the the the whole
- 2:16:53idea in the Islamic faith is that Allah is something totally
- 2:16:56other. He is not like his creation at
- 2:16:58all. But however, Muhammad often
- 2:17:01describes a law and human ways. So he describes he has two
- 2:17:05different left hands, like a foot, a shin, and in fact in the
- 2:17:09Day of Judgment. A good Muslim will know a law by
- 2:17:13recognizing A shin. So you need to know what a law
- 2:17:16shin looks like in the day of judgment to get into paradise.
- 2:17:20However, it's going to be something totally unlike our
- 2:17:23shin. I I it's even more confusing
- 2:17:25than than I'm making it sound. It's I can.
- 2:17:27See, You were saying shit for a minute there.
- 2:17:29I'm like, what? I don't remember.
- 2:17:31I'm not gonna lie, I thought that's what you were saying.
- 2:17:33To shin the the upper part of the foot.
- 2:17:36No, I get that now. Yeah, OK.
- 2:17:38I I literally was sitting here visualizing what judge they
- 2:17:42looking at shit are. You I was.
- 2:17:44Thinking that I was like, are they just practicing in port or
- 2:17:47potties? Like, how do you prepare for
- 2:17:49that God's poop? Well, I can see why they I can
- 2:17:52see why they won't let you draw him.
- 2:17:53Now it's gonna look kind of funny.
- 2:17:56You know, this conversation might be why we don't get
- 2:17:59invited on Muslim channels. You know you're not allowed to
- 2:18:02draw. They're very niche.
- 2:18:03Bubbles, do you know why the the rule about no drawing is oh.
- 2:18:08This is great. This is it's ridiculous in the
- 2:18:10modern day. But in the day of judgment, if
- 2:18:13you drew something and that insinuates you have the power to
- 2:18:15create. So a lot is going to stand
- 2:18:17before you and say, all right, you drew that make it come
- 2:18:20alive. Well, what about like computers
- 2:18:23and pictures and all the images now?
- 2:18:25Like, a lot's going to have a lot of, like, have the
- 2:18:27conversation a lot, I guess. Yeah, I guess.
- 2:18:31That's why you can't draw, because it insinuates you have
- 2:18:33the power to create. In Allah is the best of
- 2:18:36creators. Not just that, but their version
- 2:18:38of God is like, really small, right?
- 2:18:40Because, OK, so God comes to Moses and says, Moses, tell the
- 2:18:44people this, and Moses is like, oh, but God, I stutter, you
- 2:18:47know, God's like, shut up. You have a brother.
- 2:18:50He's going to do it for you, but it's going to get done.
- 2:18:52But with Allah, he shows up to Mohammed and says, Mohammed,
- 2:18:56write this down. And then Mohammed's like, but,
- 2:18:58Lord, I can't. I'm illiterate.
- 2:18:59And then Allah's like, all right.
- 2:19:03Like that's a weak, small God. Oof.
- 2:19:08That's rough Yaks. But it's kind of funny you guys
- 2:19:11are making fun of like a Muslim God but the the Greeks in like
- 2:19:15the early before the Christianity became big some of
- 2:19:18the some of the Greek making fun of as a Christian God was like
- 2:19:24well Jesus was if like if if a Hercules was about to get
- 2:19:30crucified Hercules it would beat the shit out of you.
- 2:19:33And so, like, so they they're making a I'm gonna tell you.
- 2:19:37Right now, Samson would run Hercules around in circles.
- 2:19:41Like a little pit, Yeah. But but The thing is, like,
- 2:19:45they're making they're making fun of Jesus because he's not
- 2:19:48this badass. Yeah, he's no, he's no Spider
- 2:19:52man. They must not have wrote
- 2:19:54revelation when he comes back with brown skin and flaming
- 2:19:58eyes. Well, so for one.
- 2:20:01For one, I had to disagree with Samson being greater than
- 2:20:04Hercules. Samson had what the strength of
- 2:20:0610 men. I do believe Hercules was a
- 2:20:09demigod, but outside of that so when it when it the mockery of
- 2:20:15Allah is kind of funny as Rex was pointing out there because.
- 2:20:19It's it's the same God. And and I'm not just saying that
- 2:20:22because it's the God of Abraham, I'm saying that because Muhammad
- 2:20:25literally stole aspects of the Christian God, just like he
- 2:20:27literally stole aspects of the Jewish God, and he got those
- 2:20:30aspects on the caravan routes that he ran with his uncle when
- 2:20:34he was a young child. Anybody that's really, like
- 2:20:37studied the history of Islam knows this, right?
- 2:20:40Like so. I mean, when when you're mocking
- 2:20:45Islam as a Christian, you're literally mocking the things
- 2:20:50that Muhammad took from your own religion.
- 2:20:54No, no. What I'm doing is mocking a
- 2:20:57silly perversion of the stories they took from my religion.
- 2:21:01I mean, he knows he knew that Trinity.
- 2:21:02He had it down perfectly. Father Jesus and Mary, perfect.
- 2:21:09Yeah, they called him the Ear because he would just even
- 2:21:11listen to everything anyone said and then sort of incorporated
- 2:21:14into religion, in fact. Eben Kabul I might have met the
- 2:21:18guy anyway. Like the most prominent scholar
- 2:21:21left Islam at first. He came back eventually because
- 2:21:24they were gonna kill him, But because Muhammad was finding a
- 2:21:27verse to him and he changed the verse and added something in the
- 2:21:31end. And Muhammad said, Oh yeah,
- 2:21:32that's actually better that that what you said.
- 2:21:34That's what a law revealed. He's like, wait a minute, that's
- 2:21:36not what you just said 30 seconds ago.
- 2:21:38And so he he went and left because he realized Muhammad was
- 2:21:41sort of making it up as he went along.
- 2:21:45Yeah. It's like, yeah, Muslims do have
- 2:21:49like because they they get triggered because they say the
- 2:21:51word of God is infallible and then then this this is what
- 2:21:55they'll say. And then the question would
- 2:21:56reply, well isn't doesn't that mean since Allah told you to
- 2:22:00look look towards the Bible, then that the Bible must be true
- 2:22:05and then they get triggered by that because they they have to
- 2:22:09admit that Jesus is God now? Cuz right.
- 2:22:12And honestly, what is a pervert? I'm gonna do some assuming here.
- 2:22:17Earlier people were assuming what people were thinking.
- 2:22:20So I'm gonna assume, and I think it's kind of common sense, I can
- 2:22:24almost guarantee that the first Christians would look at any
- 2:22:28Christian Church and call that a perversion, any Christian Church
- 2:22:32in the modern day, I I I think any Christian faith, the first
- 2:22:36Christians would would just find it so alien to them, right?
- 2:22:40So like, what is a perversion? Because I think that you can
- 2:22:42argue all of it's a perversion at this point.
- 2:22:46So the first generation of Christians would have actually
- 2:22:50been Jews that believes exactly. Christ was the Messiah and we
- 2:22:56have that exact belief in people today.
- 2:22:59It's called messianic. It's a rather large group.
- 2:23:04They also have like Jews for Jesus.
- 2:23:06It's a YouTube channel. So what you said is just, you
- 2:23:10know, no disrespect is just completely false.
- 2:23:14Well, but so, but you said it yourself, Messianic Jews or Jews
- 2:23:18for Christ, they consider themselves Jews.
- 2:23:20They don't consider themselves Christian.
- 2:23:21My statement was looking at the Christian faith.
- 2:23:24What is a Christian? To me, it's somebody that
- 2:23:28believes in Jesus, but Christians?
- 2:23:30Something else? But a Jew can believe in Jesus.
- 2:23:33For instance, my father is Hebrew was he passed away.
- 2:23:36My father was Hebrew. My mother's Christian.
- 2:23:39I am a Hebrew Christian. So it is such a thing, but do
- 2:23:45you do you actually think that you had the same beliefs as the
- 2:23:48first Christians? Well, Judaism has been very
- 2:23:53consistent for the past 4000 years that we know of so.
- 2:23:57Yeah. I mean, we have meticulous
- 2:23:59records and they have an oral tradition that is second to
- 2:24:03none. Well, so an oral tradition is
- 2:24:06never meticulous for one. And for two, we don't have very
- 2:24:10many records from the first Christians.
- 2:24:12We don't, no. We have a good amount mostly
- 2:24:15attacking their heresies, but yeah, so there were a lot of
- 2:24:18heresies. So, depending on what you mean
- 2:24:20by early Christian. There were a lot.
- 2:24:22I mean like in the first very first generation of.
- 2:24:25Christians right the very they were not certain if Jesus had a
- 2:24:27physical body or not for a very long time in the early church.
- 2:24:30Even the, yeah, even the Greeks, even the Greeks point this out
- 2:24:34like, they talk about how, like the Christians have parties.
- 2:24:38So they talk about, like, how they have a bunch of sex,
- 2:24:40they're fighting each other. But I I think by the time the
- 2:24:452nd century rolled around there uniformity was starting to take
- 2:24:48over and the force of both. Military might and just doctrine
- 2:24:55had settled and sort of things were getting worked out.
- 2:24:57There were still heresies. Like, yeah, they were.
- 2:24:59And that that goes to my question, like, what is
- 2:25:02perversion? I'm sure that those very first
- 2:25:05Christians, even a century later, would consider that a
- 2:25:08perversion. You know, like what is?
- 2:25:10It's easy to sit here in the modern times and scoff at Islam
- 2:25:13and say that's a perversion. But you know, in my opinion,
- 2:25:16it's all a perversion at this point.
- 2:25:18Well, the problem with Islam specifically is that by the time
- 2:25:21Muhammad was preaching his message, there was a very well
- 2:25:25established Canon and the doctrine of the Quadric Church
- 2:25:29was very well established and he just simply didn't know what
- 2:25:32they were teaching. So he was just factually wrong
- 2:25:33what they believe, even if they. But I totally agree with that.
- 2:25:36So I guess that that's really why he gets criticized so hard,
- 2:25:39because he just said things they simply did not believe.
- 2:25:42Oh yeah, I totally agree with that.
- 2:25:43But I think plenty of Christians have done the same.
- 2:25:47Sure. Quiet.
- 2:25:59That there's something wrong. There's a younger creationist
- 2:26:03Dr. I I closed my spreadsheet and I can't find it.
- 2:26:06It's like Doctor Marcus, something of Herbs guy, and I
- 2:26:09want you to watch him because he he's like the first young Earth
- 2:26:12creationist that I've heard of who, like, has no problem with
- 2:26:15the Earth being old. I don't know how he establishes
- 2:26:17it. Like, I only know about him
- 2:26:19because he can't. Be a Young Earth Creationist if
- 2:26:22he believes the Earth is old like.
- 2:26:24He believes it was made local or something.
- 2:26:25You have to read his. Doctor I've I've well, I've
- 2:26:29heard they still believe it's like under 10,000 years, but
- 2:26:32they believe it was made with the appearance of a very old
- 2:26:35Earth. I've heard that theory.
- 2:26:36But I mean, so you let me ask you this question.
- 2:26:40If you didn't have the Bible, and since you went in, do you
- 2:26:42think anyone gets to be believe the earth is young without
- 2:26:46starting with the Bible? Okay.
- 2:26:48So yes, to answer your question, I believe you can get to a young
- 2:26:53earth without the Bible. However, you cannot get to a
- 2:26:586007 thousand year old earth specifically without the Bible.
- 2:27:04If that makes sense. So can you.
- 2:27:05I don't have to put you on the spot you know of like because I
- 2:27:08have I've not found anyone like who has come to the complete
- 2:27:11because like I I get maybe scientists and maybe there's
- 2:27:14conspiracy and they all want the earth to be old maybe somebody
- 2:27:17they got. But some people are just have
- 2:27:19integrity and just honest and if they were looking and they say,
- 2:27:21you know what, these numbers aren't adding up, the earth
- 2:27:23really doesn't much younger than everyone say they would.
- 2:27:26They make stink. And I just don't see those
- 2:27:27stinks from people who have a presupposition.
- 2:27:32Well, it's it's like this, OK? They say that because of the
- 2:27:35solar something rather 10, just 10,000 years ago, everything on
- 2:27:40Earth would have been getting cancers and died off.
- 2:27:44You can get to at least around 60,000 years with the
- 2:27:47gravitational pull from the moon, right?
- 2:27:49Just 60,000 years ago, with the moon being that much closer, it
- 2:27:52would have just completely destroyed the the earth.
- 2:27:56It would have been uninhabitable.
- 2:27:58Nothing would have been able to live except for aquatic life.
- 2:28:02So I think you can get to safely around 40,000 years, which I
- 2:28:07would still consider a young Earth even though I go younger,
- 2:28:10I think it's under 7000 years. I guess I'm so why do you think
- 2:28:17that so many people independently get like like
- 2:28:20dating things like for instance argon ports, Argon dating I
- 2:28:26think it is. Anyway, I or you know your
- 2:28:28rainium are gone dating. Why is it that all those dates?
- 2:28:31They're just so consistent with each other when different people
- 2:28:33do it. Well, first of all, the results
- 2:28:44often do vary from one facility testing the age to another.
- 2:28:33It's just that, I don't know. It seems like if different
- 2:28:35people were doing it and the method didn't work, they would
- 2:28:37get like constantly widely different results.
- 2:28:39And that's just not what? And also they're dating that
- 2:28:50information based off of other things that they've dated with
- 2:28:55the same equipment. So they're assuming that the
- 2:28:58first dating was correct to date.
- 2:28:59The second thing, it's just very it's almost it takes as much
- 2:29:03faith to believe that that's accurate as it does, that the
- 2:29:07Bible is accurate. And from my worldview.
- 2:29:12Yeah, I've heard that. I just, I don't agree with it
- 2:29:13because people have like wildly different worldviews.
- 2:29:15You got Hindu scientists, you got atheist scientists, you got
- 2:29:18Christian scientists that all are getting similar numbers.
- 2:29:21I I do. There is variation, but if you
- 2:29:23use the correct dating method. You're going to get within an
- 2:29:28acceptable margin of error every.
- 2:29:30Time and well there. There is a thing though, Rex,
- 2:29:33that I should point out. They have changed their view on
- 2:29:38a lot of things and they are thinking about, they're
- 2:29:41speculating but changing the age of the Earth.
- 2:29:43Again, I don't know if you heard, but on my last show I
- 2:29:46pointed this out. It's official.
- 2:29:49They're claiming that the universe went from three, not
- 2:29:52three, but 13 to 16 billion years to now double that.
- 2:29:56Now they're rounding it off to 30 billion years old.
- 2:30:00The universe. I think there's a simple
- 2:30:02explanation for that. But it's our our our technology
- 2:30:05is getting more advanced, more sophisticated.
- 2:30:08We we have more of an ability now than than before to to to be
- 2:30:13more accurate. I I, I don't.
- 2:30:16I I don't know how old the Earth is 1, but I don't even think you
- 2:30:20really need to get into dating methods to get beyond a 7000
- 2:30:26year old Earth. I mean just just the history
- 2:30:28that we know goes back what, 10,000?
- 2:30:30And then you have prehistory. So I mean you know, like how do
- 2:30:33you explain the Sumerian civilization that that that was
- 2:30:36before any other civilization and and we pretty much know that
- 2:30:40they were about 10,000 years ago.
- 2:30:42Do we get there from dating? I mean, I'm sure that we do date
- 2:30:46some of that, but you know, we know a certain amount of history
- 2:30:49at this point and then there's a lot of prehistory that we don't
- 2:30:52know and we definitely need dating for that.
- 2:30:55But yeah, when it comes to the age of the Earth or even
- 2:30:58knowledge of the universe, I think that we're only going to
- 2:31:01get more and more and more sophisticated and more and more
- 2:31:03and more accurate as as as our technology gets more
- 2:31:07sophisticated and accurate well. Proverbs, you got me on the
- 2:31:11whole Trinity thing. I thought your argument was
- 2:31:14definitely wonderful and it actually got me over.
- 2:31:18But the the Earth age, this is something that I've been going
- 2:31:21back and forth. I've listened to Kent, I've
- 2:31:24listened to you, I've listened to many people, and I just can't
- 2:31:27bring myself to young Earth creationism.
- 2:31:30I believe in creation, believe in a literal Adam and Eve and
- 2:31:34humans actually being designed by God.
- 2:31:37But the age of the earth, that's a tough one.
- 2:31:40What's the what do you think the three biggest things are that
- 2:31:44pose an idea for you to go with the young Earth?
- 2:31:52Well, first of all I'd say the gravitational pull from the moon
- 2:31:56would be the the smoking gun for me.
- 2:31:59Besides that it would be the solar flares in the radio,
- 2:32:05active rays from the sun that they say would cause cancer
- 2:32:08cells on on everything to grow. That would be the second biggest
- 2:32:13reason. I think the third biggest reason
- 2:32:15is because. I don't trust the, I don't trust
- 2:32:21the scientific consensus for time for their history of the
- 2:32:29world, especially when it comes to Egypt.
- 2:32:32I think that there was a lot of miscalculations with Egypt,
- 2:32:35especially considering that at often times they had two to
- 2:32:39three Pharaohs ruling simultaneously and also they had
- 2:32:44Pharaohs that would be reigning in Memphis.
- 2:32:47And then they would be ringing as a coregion, and then once the
- 2:32:50pharaoh in Thebes died, the the coregion pharaoh from Memphis
- 2:32:56would go to Thebes and until he elected another coregion, he
- 2:33:02would be ruling both parts of Egypt.
- 2:33:05As two separate names, because you would be named an emperor or
- 2:33:09a pharaoh in Thebes after the God that they worshipped there.
- 2:33:13And then in Memphis he would be known as the God that they
- 2:33:16worshipped there. So they don't take all of that
- 2:33:19into account and I think that would be my third biggest
- 2:33:22reason. Well, I agree with you on the
- 2:33:24Egyptian thing. In the last decade, I ended up
- 2:33:27watching a documentary called Patterns of Evidence.
- 2:33:31I don't know if you heard of that, but they showed clearly
- 2:33:34that there were. A lot of problems with the
- 2:33:37Egyptian time frame and all that, and a lot of things are
- 2:33:41mixed up and they were trying to piece it together.
- 2:33:43Did you see that? Yeah, that's with Tim Mahoney,
- 2:33:47and he has several videos that are really good.
- 2:33:49I own all of them, and I'm going to be interviewing him sometime
- 2:33:53soon in the future. Well, and you're going to get
- 2:33:56that throughout history. I'm not saying, and I've often
- 2:33:59said, even as the raging atheist like you can't trust history
- 2:34:04100%, I I think you'd be foolish to do so.
- 2:34:08You you would have the same problem in the Roman Empire, not
- 2:34:11just in Egypt. I mean there there was quite a
- 2:34:14long time where the Roman Empire was split up into two, maybe
- 2:34:16even 3 kingdoms at points ruled by two separate people until one
- 2:34:21person would overthrow the other one.
- 2:34:22And, you know, you would have the same issues.
- 2:34:25Victors often write the histories, but but now in the
- 2:34:30modern day, we also have archaeological evidence to go
- 2:34:33along. We're learning more and more and
- 2:34:34more. We're not relying so much on the
- 2:34:36written history anymore, but on what we're finding as we're
- 2:34:40searching and exploring and learning.
- 2:34:44Yeah, I mean, I don't know. I think it's a stretch to just
- 2:34:47pretty much say you know it's a 7000 year earth.
- 2:34:50I don't trust the scientists like it is assuming this grand
- 2:34:54conspiracy on a level like I just don't think it is possible
- 2:34:57for humanity. Maybe at some point humanity
- 2:34:59will be so succinct to be able to have a grand conspiracy like
- 2:35:03that. But I I just don't think as Rex
- 2:35:05was pointing out earlier you have so many different
- 2:35:07worldviews from so many different scientists coming to
- 2:35:10the same conclusions. I I don't really see how you how
- 2:35:13you can get there. Well, it.
- 2:35:14Doesn't think. Not all scientists agree.
- 2:35:17Well, no, you know. We have most.
- 2:35:22One of the that's one of the problems though, that's one of
- 2:35:25the problems with science, though not because that usually
- 2:35:29the the theory that gets popular and stuff is usually because
- 2:35:33it's some kind of publicized scientist.
- 2:35:35I mean, Dawkins, for instance, a lot of people thought he was
- 2:35:38super intelligent. And then nowadays, look at them.
- 2:35:41People wipe their ass with what he thinks.
- 2:35:44So, well, that's just the progression of humanity though.
- 2:35:46That's what I was saying. Like we're gonna get more and
- 2:35:48more sophisticated what we think we know now.
- 2:35:51I mean, I got in trouble with atheists when I I mentioned this
- 2:35:55a few months back and atheists were just scoffing at me.
- 2:35:57But like, I don't see how you can see it otherwise.
- 2:36:00Like in 1000 years, human beings are gonna look at at our
- 2:36:03knowledge now as being infant, right?
- 2:36:06Like we're gonna learn more and more with each generation.
- 2:36:09It's what human beings have done since we've been here.
- 2:36:12You know, it's it's it's it's how we're still here today is
- 2:36:16that we learn from the generations before us and we we
- 2:36:19advance what they do. So yeah, I mean, I don't know,
- 2:36:24it's just it seems hard to get at this point.
- 2:36:27You take away evolution. It just seems really hard to get
- 2:36:31to a 7000 year old Earth to to me.
- 2:36:36To me it is. Yeah, I agree.
- 2:36:39I think it's really just kind of wacky.
- 2:36:41I don't think you could get the 6000 year though.
- 2:36:43Well, let me ask you guys a question.
- 2:36:45Do you agree that heavy stress ages a person physically in
- 2:36:49appearance? Sure, without a doubt, I think.
- 2:36:52You didn't magnetize. Well, if the Christian narrative
- 2:36:55is correct. And let's take the global flood.
- 2:36:59That kind of scarring and catastrophe.
- 2:37:02Don't you guys think that could possibly give the Earth a much
- 2:37:05older age going through that kind of trauma?
- 2:37:12But I think the. Thing what it's really going to
- 2:37:14catch is you know, it's the civilization history because
- 2:37:17like that cannot be denied. No, I think the time period can
- 2:37:23be denied. I think what we know as ancient
- 2:37:25history, like the Egyptians go up into like the beginning of
- 2:37:30after the flood. And I think what you know is
- 2:37:33like prehistory would be everything before the flood.
- 2:37:37So what are you talking of? A global flood?
- 2:37:40I am absolutely talking about the global flood.
- 2:37:42What evidence is there for that? Because I mean like.
- 2:37:45That's simple basic geology. Kind of just debunked that in
- 2:37:50the late 1800s. I mean, how would you explain,
- 2:37:53how would you explain the walls of the Grand Canyon?
- 2:37:57What do you mean? OK.
- 2:37:58The walls of the Grand, the Grand Canyon, there are deposit.
- 2:38:02How did that get there? I've actually studied this in my
- 2:38:08dealings with Matt Powell. I can't give you like the
- 2:38:11correct correct answer. But what I can tell, well, I
- 2:38:16think that they do know basically the Grand Canyon was
- 2:38:20underwater for like 1,000,000 upon millions of years, but it
- 2:38:25wasn't a global flood. It was just it was in the ocean
- 2:38:27at that time. So there's the thing, the Grand
- 2:38:31Canyon, it's all layers from top to bottom.
- 2:38:34So that means at some point or another the water was that high.
- 2:38:38That's that's a global. Well, yeah.
- 2:38:40Yeah. Well, no, I mean, science backs
- 2:38:44that up. Like I said, I mean, so the
- 2:38:48plates shift over over a matter of time.
- 2:38:50Our continents have shifted where, you know, we went from
- 2:38:52Pangaea to A to the continents we have now at.
- 2:38:57For the longest period of time, that part of America was
- 2:39:02actually in the ocean. You know, it was underwater.
- 2:39:08So you think it just like a guy? It got lifted up?
- 2:39:12No, the waters receded. Yeah, I mean, we.
- 2:39:16OK, so like the walls of the Grand Canyon.
- 2:39:19I'm not. I'm not talking about the ditch.
- 2:39:20I'm talking about the walls. So the walls of the Grand
- 2:39:23Canyon, they're all deposited from all the way from the
- 2:39:26bottom. Really.
- 2:39:27To be accurate with this, I'd have to find my notes from like
- 2:39:30five years ago that that'd be impossible.
- 2:39:32So I'm kind of speaking just out of my ass from memory.
- 2:39:35And I'm not gonna do it justice. You know I'm not.
- 2:39:38It's not gonna be accurate. So I really shouldn't even.
- 2:39:41This really isn't my my Forte. I found out the hard way talking
- 2:39:46with Matt Powell. Yeah, you should look up.
- 2:39:48You should look up documentaries on the Grand Canyon and they'll
- 2:39:51tell you they don't know how it got there.
- 2:39:55Well, no, I have studied it and I have reams of notes on it.
- 2:40:00They do think they know how it got there.
- 2:40:03I think Chris don't wanna believe how they think it got
- 2:40:06there. Have they explained the closed
- 2:40:08clams at the top of Mount Everest yet?
- 2:40:11Oh yeah, yeah. That comes from an actual
- 2:40:14regional flood that that's well known.
- 2:40:17I think it was 2030 thousand years ago.
- 2:40:18It's just weird because, like, they have no problem believing
- 2:40:21that there were all these like gigantic regional floods and.
- 2:40:25There were some reasons We don't have problem believing it
- 2:40:27because we observe. It's like mind blowing ly
- 2:40:30impossible. Oh, there, Mr. Proverbs.
- 2:40:33There. There's plenty of atheists out
- 2:40:35there who? It's weird how they do this.
- 2:40:38It's like some kind of what is the dissidents is what it's
- 2:40:41called. They'll tell you that it's
- 2:40:43impossible for the world to flood over yet.
- 2:40:46Bill Nyle, get on the news, mainstream media and say, oh,
- 2:40:50but if the ice caps were to melt, then we're going to drown,
- 2:40:54You know, so they believe the world could do that and stuff,
- 2:40:57but for some reason they have issue of it happening in the
- 2:41:00past. Not just that Brett, but I mean,
- 2:41:02no offense. Did you hear what he said?
- 2:41:04He said that is that that the Grand Canyon used to be
- 2:41:08completely submerged underwater. So like these oceans are just
- 2:41:12picking up their britches and walking across a few miles and
- 2:41:15resting somewhere else. Like we have oceans just
- 2:41:18evaporating and reappearing. No, it has nothing to do with
- 2:41:23ocean. It's plate tectonics.
- 2:41:25It's it's land masses shifting. Do not think that Pangaea ever
- 2:41:29existed. Proverbs guy.
- 2:41:32I'm kind of split on that. I think it's possible, and I
- 2:41:36think it if it was possible, I think it would have been that
- 2:41:39way until the flood. So when I was on your show last
- 2:41:44time, I was talking about these things I'm raising called fairy
- 2:41:46shrimp. I'm thinking of my fish.
- 2:41:47They're really cool little crustaceans.
- 2:41:49They they live in what's called vernal pools.
- 2:41:52Every year when it rains, the dirt gets real wet and these
- 2:41:56little puddles form. And then the fairy shrimp, they
- 2:41:59live about 60 days and they lay eggs.
- 2:42:01So if you're saying the flood was 4000 years ago, they have no
- 2:42:04way of traveling. How did several 100 species of
- 2:42:07fairy strip get all over the world?
- 2:42:08Because they couldn't have survived A worldwide flood.
- 2:42:11Here's the thing. I'll answer that.
- 2:42:13Let me answer that. Brett, real quick.
- 2:42:15Pete Mars is in your side chat. Do you guys know you guys know
- 2:42:20how? Putting the N word in your side
- 2:42:22chat just let you know. He's gone now.
- 2:42:25See you later there buddy. It only takes like 3 seconds for
- 2:42:28me. Get rid of a prick.
- 2:42:29That is, I haven't seen P Mars do that in a couple years.
- 2:42:32Man, it that takes me back to old times.
- 2:42:34Yeah, P Mars. I've tried so hard to be good to
- 2:42:37that guy, but he's kind of stupid in the head.
- 2:42:40And you know, what are you gonna do?
- 2:42:43So here's the thing. You guys know how oil is made.
- 2:42:46Crude oil. That's algae.
- 2:42:49And you require pressure and you require heat.
- 2:42:53There's a bunch of oil, a lot bunch of bunch of bunch of crude
- 2:42:56oil. The question now becomes, how
- 2:42:58did it get there? You need to bury it, and not
- 2:43:01only do you need to bury it, so you can't just wait long, long,
- 2:43:05long time for it to, you know, to turn the oil, it'll
- 2:43:08fossilize. So you need that.
- 2:43:10You need to bury it fast, and you need to heat it up fast,
- 2:43:13right? He's back, OK?
- 2:43:16Bubbles, but how does that answer my very question?
- 2:43:18I I understand oils made but how how would in 4000 years?
- 2:43:23Here's the thing. They would have been taken on
- 2:43:25the they would have been taken on the ark because they could
- 2:43:27not have survived the global flood.
- 2:43:28They simply cannot live unless they have dry conditions to lay
- 2:43:31their eggs in. You're right, they did it.
- 2:43:34So I think, I think they were killed.
- 2:43:36So I I don't believe in the Christian, you know, all the
- 2:43:38animals were in the ark. So I think those animals were
- 2:43:42sacrificed to make the crude oil.
- 2:43:45OK, but that that would not answer.
- 2:43:46That's not a young Earth creationist, so that's not what
- 2:43:47I'm talking about from a young earth creation standpoint.
- 2:43:50How could fairy shrimp have speciate it and spread around
- 2:43:55the world when they have no means of travel, Animals don't
- 2:43:57carry them and in fact they are almost they're going to extinct
- 2:44:00that a all. Right.
- 2:44:01So hold on, hold on one second. Hold on one second.
- 2:44:04Can you guys type something in the text chat so I can make you
- 2:44:08a moderator? Hey, Brett.
- 2:44:11Yeah, I got it. I got you.
- 2:44:16Yeah, just say idiot on board or something.
- 2:44:13Yeah, I'll, I'll type something over.
- 2:44:18Short bus coming through. I get you.
- 2:44:21Just type something and I'll make you guys some moderators.
- 2:44:24I should have probably made some moderators while back.
- 2:44:27Oh wow, I already got a pop up on my video basically stating
- 2:44:31that because why did that happen for?
- 2:44:37Probably because somebody kept spelling out the bad N word.
- 2:44:41Well, it's saying something about medical information on my
- 2:44:45video. What did we even talk about
- 2:44:48medical stuff? I don't believe we did.
- 2:44:50I think that's one topic we haven't delved into.
- 2:44:52I know, right? I I talked about dating
- 2:44:56potassium orgon. Is that the closest we got?
- 2:44:59What? How does this guy have so many
- 2:45:01like racist name or it's like does YouTube like not catch this
- 2:45:05guy? How does he keep it?
- 2:45:06Is impressive how racist this guy is.
- 2:45:09Oh, yeah, yeah, he he. He's he's been making these
- 2:45:12racist soccer counts for years and he, like, holds them to to
- 2:45:15hit a channel, you know? But what does he get out of
- 2:45:18this? Like what I I just don't.
- 2:45:20People just amaze me. It was me too.
- 2:45:22It's. It's the anonymity of the
- 2:45:24Internet. Like he he would not do this if
- 2:45:26people knew he was, because the the world would shame him and he
- 2:45:29would be punished socially. Well, and and that's what I.
- 2:45:32Screamed. I would walk him down the Main
- 2:45:34Street of Saint Louis and see how he likes it over there.
- 2:45:37That's right. I let him just.
- 2:45:38I let him spam this on Kings Highway in Ataska.
- 2:45:41And this is the thing that I'm trying to do now right?
- 2:45:43Like I I've, I've yelled at P Mars.
- 2:45:45I've screamed at him. I'm beyond that now.
- 2:45:47I'm just trying to understand him like what happened to this
- 2:45:50guy to make him this way right. Like you know I've been plenty
- 2:45:55mad and live streams I've never felt the inclination to get into
- 2:45:58somebody's side chat and and and I don't know try to get their
- 2:46:02channel taken down like is that's never been.
- 2:46:05I don't know. I just I.
- 2:46:06It's hard for me to to understand people's motivations
- 2:46:10sometimes, and that's what I'm trying to understand.
- 2:46:12Like P Mars. Ethical man this is.
- 2:46:14What did you do, man? What happened to you?
- 2:46:16Who? Touched you was the Christian
- 2:46:19wasn't. It all right I I.
- 2:46:22Said Wait, did he not like you because you're Christians or
- 2:46:24atheists? Why does this guy not like?
- 2:46:25I thought he was doing this for a while.
- 2:46:27Well, let's not give the loser any attention, OK?
- 2:46:31Yeah, I just think he doesn't like people.
- 2:46:33I don't think it matters what you are.
- 2:46:35So it's just a just a piece of crap troll in general.
- 2:46:39Anyway, yeah, explain very shred problems.
- 2:46:41Explain them right now. Guys, guys, some of you may need
- 2:46:46to refresh your page so you can see that you're moderated.
- 2:46:53There we go. OK.
- 2:46:55Yeah, just refresh your your YouTube page and you could have
- 2:47:00moderator ability. Why wasn't you didn't have to re
- 2:47:05press stream yards? Well, you didn't specify that,
- 2:47:11Brett. It's all good.
- 2:47:14OK, So, Rex, I have to ask you a question, my brother.
- 2:47:18All right, so you believe in evolution, and one of the large
- 2:47:21consensuses going around right now are that all these monkeys
- 2:47:25held on to these floating tree limbs and got from continent to
- 2:47:29continent. You don't think fairy shrimp
- 2:47:32could have done the same? I think tree limbs is a stretch.
- 2:47:36So what we know, what we know have the Redwood forest size
- 2:47:41logs. Okay, it's still.
- 2:47:43No, it was. No, it's not idiotic.
- 2:47:45We see it. We observe it in modern times
- 2:47:49like chunks of continents will break away.
- 2:47:52And there will be life on that, on those, on those chunks that
- 2:47:56break away and they'll they drift to other.
- 2:47:58I mean, we we observed that in modern times, Rex.
- 2:48:01That's my answer. The fairy shrimp floated over
- 2:48:05with the monkeys on the rafts. Well, their eggs can't live in
- 2:48:07water and they only live 60 days at most.
- 2:48:10Some species live like 12 days and they're also like.
- 2:48:13They're also like an inch. It took me an inch.
- 2:48:15It only took 58 days for the raft to get from A to B.
- 2:48:19Well then and again, I only know that because Matt Powell did the
- 2:48:22whole, you know, monkeys surfing to America thing, so I had to
- 2:48:26look it up. They also only live in puddles,
- 2:48:28so how do they get out of their puddles?
- 2:48:30Well, that's the thing. After after the arc, how do the
- 2:48:33Kangaroos get to Australia? That's a really good question.
- 2:48:39I don't know. Surfing with the monkeys?
- 2:48:43I don't know. Oh, I didn't point out earlier
- 2:48:47one other thing about the whole flood thing.
- 2:48:50I've said this in some of my videos, but I'm sure all of you
- 2:48:53haven't heard it. You guys do realize the
- 2:48:55scientists claim that there's enough water beneath us in the
- 2:48:59ground to fill the oceans three to four times over.
- 2:49:03So we already live on a planet that is a water planet that has
- 2:49:0675 to 80% water. And if we've got more water
- 2:49:11underneath, the Bible doesn't just say it rained, it says.
- 2:49:14The ground actually opened up and water came from beneath as
- 2:49:18well. Yeah.
- 2:49:20And there could also be a loss of hydrogen and oxygen.
- 2:49:23So I mean that that's all you really need to make water
- 2:49:26hydrogen. And if the atheist is gonna
- 2:49:28argue plate tectonics, fine, that's great.
- 2:49:31Then that means the ground can open up and water shoots out.
- 2:49:35Well, your terminology there, the atheist is gonna argue.
- 2:49:38I I I think this the the evolutionist scientists argue
- 2:49:41it. But I I wanted to point out
- 2:49:44because I know you know somebody made the the comment to Rex that
- 2:49:47you know you believe in evolution.
- 2:49:50I don't consider myself an evolutionist.
- 2:49:52I I think I'm a realist. I wasn't there and I don't know.
- 2:49:55But what evolution does have is a whole hell of a lot of
- 2:49:58evidence. So I I tend to take it.
- 2:50:01More at face value with evolution than I do with Young
- 2:50:04Earth Creationism, because I don't really see a lot of
- 2:50:06evidence considering his evidence though.
- 2:50:08The fossil record. I mean, we could just talk about
- 2:50:10the beads, right? Like the beads that we literally
- 2:50:14contract the migration of humanity out of Africa.
- 2:50:17I've done several research and just based on things that Matt
- 2:50:20Powell said in the past, again, I am no scientist.
- 2:50:23Science is not my Forte. You know, I I, I read the Bible.
- 2:50:27That's what I do. And that's as the raging
- 2:50:29atheist. I spent most of my time
- 2:50:31dissecting and disrespecting the Bible.
- 2:50:33But when it comes to evolution, I don't consider myself an
- 2:50:36evolutionist. I wasn't there.
- 2:50:38I don't know, but I think science provides a lot more
- 2:50:41evidence than the Bible does. Whenever I whenever I was a
- 2:50:46former atheist, I went along with the evolution thing.
- 2:50:50But after hanging out with a lot of theists and them showing me
- 2:50:53like for instance, one of the big things I like to argue is
- 2:50:56we'll explain all the fossils, explain the museums, all this is
- 2:51:00evidence. And then they pointed out one
- 2:51:03one of the major things was Lucy, Lucy.
- 2:51:06They literally found little fragments of bone and a crushed
- 2:51:09ass skull. And then they made wooden feet
- 2:51:12for it and use this material to give it human looking feet.
- 2:51:18So they designed it and basically filled in the parts
- 2:51:22that they wanted to represent it as.
- 2:51:25So I I don't buy it. And we've got museums in Saint
- 2:51:28Louis and they use a lot of wooden ship and plastic.
- 2:51:32To try to just fill in where missing pieces are supposed to
- 2:51:36be or where they think they ought to be.
- 2:51:38So I don't know about all that, if I could say.
- 2:51:40Well, I mean, we, that's just kind of what human beings do,
- 2:51:43Brett. We did the same thing with the
- 2:51:45dinosaurs, right? I I will say, you know, when it
- 2:51:48comes to Lucy, I will grant that there's probably some problems
- 2:51:51there. Again, I'm not a scientist.
- 2:51:52I don't. I don't really know, but I would
- 2:51:54grant that there's probably some scientists there.
- 2:51:56Lucy was like one of the first time and is that we actually
- 2:51:58found a pretty good sample of, I do believe.
- 2:52:01But I can tell you this, I've watched enough documentaries to
- 2:52:04know we've got way better examples than Lucy.
- 2:52:06I couldn't name them. But I know.
- 2:52:08They're there. None of them would say that it's
- 2:52:12in the transitional, so they got a bunch of dead.
- 2:52:17Gorillas and stuff, but none of them.
- 2:52:18No, I think they actually do have missing links at this
- 2:52:20point. No.
- 2:52:21Let me let me ask you all a question real quick.
- 2:52:24If you were to find elongated skull of a monkey and stuff, and
- 2:52:30someone were to claim that it was a transition, how do you
- 2:52:33know that it's actually an evolved transition and not a
- 2:52:36monkey that suffered from, let's say, meningitis?
- 2:52:40I don't know the person that had this conversation with that, and
- 2:52:44I don't want to disrespect anybody's knowledge.
- 2:52:46I just don't know you guys well enough.
- 2:52:48I do know myself well enough. I'm not a damn scientist.
- 2:52:51Gutsic Gibbons. This is what she does.
- 2:52:53This is what she studies. This is what she knows.
- 2:52:54She would be the person to ask. Oh, I'm well acquainted.
- 2:52:57Gutsic Gibbon. She has.
- 2:52:59She has run away from me. Here's the question.
- 2:53:03I don't know. I don't know if I believe that.
- 2:53:05Well, look, I'll show you the question she didn't want to
- 2:53:07answer according to evolution. The door measure evolved from
- 2:53:12the Gray wolf. So my simple question is now
- 2:53:15present to me one single transitional between the Gray
- 2:53:18wolf and the door measure that existed.
- 2:53:21That's a given nose and there's not a single transitional well
- 2:53:27and that brings up an excellent point.
- 2:53:28The bar is always set to an unfair standard for us.
- 2:53:32This is people can point and say, like, OK, the evidence is
- 2:53:37stronger for this side, but it's an unfair advantage that that
- 2:53:40side has, right, because they dig up rocks in the ground and
- 2:53:44they can say from the little tiny indents, this is a
- 2:53:46transitional fossil. This is evidence, and we believe
- 2:53:50it. But archaeologists have also dug
- 2:53:53up the whole city of David, which is described in the holy
- 2:53:56scriptures, and that somehow isn't evidence for God.
- 2:54:00So it's an unfair standard and Christians are getting screwed
- 2:54:03here. And notice how they always keep
- 2:54:05the transitionals before genetic testing.
- 2:54:08So as soon as they accept within the circle of genetic testing,
- 2:54:11all the transitionals disappear. So they'll say tectalic, which
- 2:54:15you cannot DNA test is a transitional, but as soon as you
- 2:54:19bring it within the circle DNA testability, they disappear.
- 2:54:23Wow. Well, there's there's also a big
- 2:54:27time contradiction too. You guys have heard of the the
- 2:54:31extinction that we we had with the planet supposedly destroying
- 2:54:36all the creatures and life forms, but somehow the dinosaurs
- 2:54:39managed to turn into birds while the earth was clouded in
- 2:54:43darkness for over 200 years according to it.
- 2:54:51I know you're not a scientist, Mark.
- 2:54:53It's all good. Well, no, no.
- 2:54:55I just wanted to address like the City of David thing, right.
- 2:54:57So I don't think, you know, even as as an atheist, I've never
- 2:55:01really contested cities in the Bible, dates in the Bible.
- 2:55:06I contest the supernatural elements of the Bible.
- 2:55:09Of course, the writers of the Bible are going to use real
- 2:55:13sites, real cities. If there was a David and David's
- 2:55:18responsible for the City of David, I don't really know if we
- 2:55:20can prove that. That doesn't make the Bible
- 2:55:24true. It just means that that city was
- 2:55:26true. I mean, I don't think that
- 2:55:28there's a the only unfair disadvantage that I see
- 2:55:30Christianity has is Christianity made it a lot of claims and now
- 2:55:36we're finding out differently. I mean that's that's the
- 2:55:38disadvantage I would say maybe except for the fact that not
- 2:55:42only have we dug up the city of David, but there are secular
- 2:55:47historical writings about King Solomon and King Solomon was the
- 2:55:50son of King David. So I mean, again, there's no
- 2:55:54evidences like I just, I don't think we're contesting that
- 2:55:57David existed or Solomon existed.
- 2:56:00I think some atheists probably do.
- 2:56:03I don't know. I've never really thought about
- 2:56:06the reality of their existence. The problem isn't that I don't
- 2:56:10think that Solomon existed. I just don't think Solomon was
- 2:56:14chosen by God to to to be king. You know?
- 2:56:19I don't think Solomon was God's favorite person on the planet,
- 2:56:21because if he was, it's kind of fucked up.
- 2:56:24But The thing is, is if we keep finding proof for Solomon and we
- 2:56:27keep finding proof for the city of David, for King David, and we
- 2:56:32can do this for all these characters, I mean we have found
- 2:56:36scrolls with the markings of Jeremiah, ancient seals with the
- 2:56:40the son of Hezekiah, like all kinds of stuff.
- 2:56:44That only proves that human beings have been creative for a
- 2:56:47long time. That's all that it proves.
- 2:56:49I it. Sure, we can prove that these
- 2:56:51people existed, but you can't prove that what they wrote or
- 2:56:53said was true. Proverbs like on the.
- 2:56:57Locations and people in the Iliad, for the most part, exist.
- 2:57:00That doesn't make Iliad true. Just real quick, before we get
- 2:57:03too far ahead of Proverbs, can you read this out loud?
- 2:57:09Another source of conviction in the existence of God, connected
- 2:57:12with the reason and not with the feelings and presses me as
- 2:57:17having much more weight. This follows from the extreme
- 2:57:20difficulty, or rather impossibility, of conceiving
- 2:57:23this immense and wonderful universe, including man, with
- 2:57:26his capability of looking far backwards and far into ferturity
- 2:57:31as a result of blind chance or necessity.
- 2:57:34When the use. When thus reflecting, I feel
- 2:57:37compelled to look to a first cause, having an intelligent
- 2:57:40mind, and some degree analogous, analogous.
- 2:57:46Analogous OK to that of man, and I deserve to be called a theist.
- 2:57:52Well, just the thing here. The thing is, Charles Darwin
- 2:57:57wasn't the first evolutionist Christians were.
- 2:58:01Atheists got their evolution in theory from Christians.
- 2:58:04It was Christians who introduced micro evolution and all the all
- 2:58:09the atheists simply did was steal from that and ran with it.
- 2:58:17If I run with it, you mean follow it to its logical
- 2:58:19conclusion, then yes. But let me make a very important
- 2:58:21point about evolution, because I just went upstairs and I just
- 2:58:24came down with something that proves it without a doubt.
- 2:58:27I have Lays chips that are Cheeto flavored.
- 2:58:29How did that evolve actually? Checkmate atheist.
- 2:58:34So before we, that's the design. Adam.
- 2:58:37Before we start evolving tails and such, are you guys seeing a
- 2:58:40wrench next to your name out there?
- 2:58:42Let's make sure that Outrage and Atheist has one.
- 2:58:45What about you guys? I do.
- 2:58:48I have two wrenches, one for each of you.
- 2:58:52Well, I don't know if you realize that or not, but you're
- 2:58:54still under the name Rage and Atheist there.
- 2:58:58Yeah, I'm on. I'm on the rage account.
- 2:59:00That's like my main account that I go to.
- 2:59:02Usually when I'm inside chats nowadays I try to use the other
- 2:59:05one, but I'm just not on that account right now.
- 2:59:07So I heard, like, through the Grapevine, you're the one who
- 2:59:10just converted, right? I'm a baby theist, yes, but I'm
- 2:59:13not a Christian. I don't believe in any human in
- 2:59:16human. I don't believe in human
- 2:59:18deities. I think humans.
- 2:59:20I think we we've been influenced by something and in our
- 2:59:23imperfection have just gotten it wrong forever.
- 2:59:27I got you. I have a really good friend who
- 2:59:29was an atheist for a long time, Adam, and he just became a
- 2:59:34theist and now we're working on bringing him to Jesus.
- 2:59:37We're going to add you to our list.
- 2:59:40Yeah, I mean, I definitely had an experience that that that
- 2:59:44brought me out of my heart atheism.
- 2:59:46Now as to what? That.
- 2:59:49Was. I don't know and I don't pretend
- 2:59:51no. Maybe maybe at some point it'll
- 2:59:53come with its calling card. But it it didn't have a name.
- 2:59:56It just. I don't know.
- 2:59:58To me it was it it I I I think, you know I I spoke of this as an
- 3:00:04atheist. I got in a lot of trouble.
- 3:00:05I think people have a purpose and I think sometimes people
- 3:00:08have a great purpose and I think sometimes if people don't
- 3:00:10fulfill that great purpose. Then the universe takes notice,
- 3:00:14or whatever it is out there in that universe that that would
- 3:00:17take notice of us. And I think that it can
- 3:00:20communicate with us and it communicated with me.
- 3:00:22I just don't know what the hell it was.
- 3:00:25Guys, I I need to point out the Rex Rex.
- 3:00:27I'm having a weird anomaly happen here inside the stream
- 3:00:32yards. I can see when you type things,
- 3:00:35but when I went on the outside to wrench everybody, your name
- 3:00:38isn't appearing on the actual comments board.
- 3:00:42I don't know why that is. I've been having some funny
- 3:00:44stuff happen since I became a YouTube partner.
- 3:00:48Yeah, I don't. That's what I've been trying to
- 3:00:49tell you. Like I I I don't know.
- 3:00:51It's just your channel too. It's very strange.
- 3:00:53And only you can see me on the YouTube comments, like all the
- 3:00:56stuff I typed. Only you can see it, and I'm
- 3:00:59typing that in stream yards. Oh, I can only I can only see
- 3:01:02you or typing out there with through is.
- 3:01:05He blocked Brett from LIKE. I will check it, I will see if
- 3:01:12that might be a problem. I've done that with a lot of
- 3:01:16people. I might have even had Rex
- 3:01:18blocked it once, although I can't imagine why, because he
- 3:01:20and I have always been on good, polite terms.
- 3:01:23You know, I've only blocked like two people, but my mods blocked
- 3:01:27hundreds of them, so every month I have to go through and unblock
- 3:01:29people. It's just take take away some of
- 3:01:32those wrenches. I have a total of like 20 people
- 3:01:35blocked in. 98% of them probably are just atheists who hate me
- 3:01:41because I support Kenton Hoeven. You know, I I know Kent.
- 3:01:47I've. I don't know him, Know him.
- 3:01:50I I was invited down to his compound for Thanksgiving
- 3:01:52dinner. I know him through Matt Powell.
- 3:01:54He has my phone number because Matt gave it to him.
- 3:01:57I've talked to him on the phone. I don't like Kent Hoeven for the
- 3:02:03thing, you know, for his religious teachings.
- 3:02:06I've criticized some of his actions, but I don't dislike
- 3:02:10Can't Hoeven. As a human being, I think all
- 3:02:14human beings have merit. And that's one thing that I'm
- 3:02:16trying to get a lot better at is, is expressing that openly
- 3:02:20instead of falling into the the box of oh, I must hate can't
- 3:02:24Hoeven, because I am this. You know, like, Nah, man, he's a
- 3:02:27human being. He makes mistakes.
- 3:02:29Nobody's nobody's, you know, infallible here.
- 3:02:34Who am I to judge? Can't Hoeven?
- 3:02:36I I would hope that he would do what I'm doing and try to be a
- 3:02:40better human being tomorrow than he was today.
- 3:02:42Yeah, everyone has redeemable qualities except for Darth.
- 3:02:46Yeah, Darth Dawkins. If you're talking about him,
- 3:02:48screw that guy. No.
- 3:02:49No. Darth Thorn has.
- 3:02:50He doesn't know Darth Dawkins. I've talked about Darth Dawkins
- 3:02:53before, but Steve, how are you? This guy will not go watch it.
- 3:02:56You need to Google Darth Offens and just watch one of his
- 3:02:59debates and that'll give you an idea what all his debates you
- 3:03:01like I have. Yeah, you just need to see one
- 3:03:03of them. I've got this Darth here and
- 3:03:05this Darth gives me like Gray hairs already so I can't handle
- 3:03:09a second. Yeah, yeah.
- 3:03:10When Darth the rain is came on, I thought I thought could be
- 3:03:13because Darth follows me around and last time I was on Brett
- 3:03:15show Darth Dawkins came in. So when he when Brett first said
- 3:03:18Darth, I'm like, oh, here we go again.
- 3:03:21Damn it. I'm so glad it's you and not
- 3:03:23him. The guy who calls everyone
- 3:03:25Internet stalker follows you around.
- 3:03:29Oh yeah, yeah, yeah. He follows me around, yeah.
- 3:03:32Know why you're a theist now? Well, and because when he first
- 3:03:37met me, I knew nothing about philosophy.
- 3:03:39So he figured, like, here's an atheist I can really get, you
- 3:03:42know? Yeah, now I know a little bit
- 3:03:44more. So the last conversation we had
- 3:03:46I don't think went quite as well as he wanted it to.
- 3:03:51I don't even know why he bothers talking to people, like he could
- 3:03:53just have the conversation with himself.
- 3:03:54It's just a script every time. Yeah, he I think he does the
- 3:03:58Steven Crowder approach. He thinks he's gonna debate like
- 3:04:01a teenagers who don't know anything.
- 3:04:02Yeah, yeah, yeah. And he always says, How old are
- 3:04:06you, Sir? Well, you sound like a petulant
- 3:04:0816. Year old?
- 3:04:10Oh, yeah, I've gotten that one quite a few times.
- 3:04:12Yeah, I'm like, I'm 46, man. I ain't been a teenager in a
- 3:04:17long time. But I'll give you that.
- 3:04:18I act like one sometimes. Talking about converts, as you
- 3:04:23see, a godless girl. Also, I became a thesis.
- 3:04:26You know who she is. She yeah, yeah, she she reached
- 3:04:30out to me on Twitter not too long ago.
- 3:04:32I have an extensive history with her.
- 3:04:34I find her fascinating. She wanted to have like this,
- 3:04:39this heart to heart exchanging of stories on my channel.
- 3:04:44But she reached out to me like 2 days after.
- 3:04:46I was like, I'm done with YouTube for a while.
- 3:04:48Like this is the first time I've even been on anything in like 3
- 3:04:51months. So like I I never responded to
- 3:04:54her. So she probably took offense to
- 3:04:55that. But I was just, you know, like
- 3:04:57as a baby theist, I I wanted to stop talking because every time
- 3:05:01I talked, especially here on YouTube, I caught myself
- 3:05:03slipping back into my heart atheism.
- 3:05:05I I think I've done it a little bit tonight with with my
- 3:05:09approach here because it's so easy to fall back into bad, bad
- 3:05:12habits. But I think I am trying to be
- 3:05:15more respectful than I've ever been before.
- 3:05:17Like I'm I'm, I'm trying to have a conversation before I think
- 3:05:20Brett will tell you. Before I wasn't really
- 3:05:22interested in having a conversation with you.
- 3:05:24I was interested in proving you wrong and and I'm trying not to
- 3:05:27be like that anymore. Well, you know yourself at every
- 3:05:30age. Brett, you should have got Adam,
- 3:05:32Lauren here for this. Nothing.
- 3:05:36I don't know if you realize this, Proverbs, but Adam
- 3:05:40recently lost someone in his life, so he's been going through
- 3:05:43a grieving process. He emailed me so.
- 3:05:46He's probably won't be on for a while.
- 3:05:48Adam Lower. I've never heard.
- 3:05:49Is he, like Adam, friended? His name's this Adam Lower.
- 3:05:55His channel is mostly based upon his art and his comics and all
- 3:05:59that kind of stuff, and but right now he's going through
- 3:06:03some troubled times, so he'll be back later.
- 3:06:10Yeah, he's an intelligent guy are.
- 3:06:13You guys. Familiar with the gods of the
- 3:06:16Cthulla mythos. Are you making this up right
- 3:06:20now? Well, no.
- 3:06:21Cthulla certainly seems familiar.
- 3:06:24I'm not sure. Well, just HP Lovecraft made-up
- 3:06:27like a whole Canon of gods. HP Lovecraft, right?
- 3:06:30I was thinking, not my end, but I was thinking of Aztec.
- 3:06:36But no. Yeah, I was totally off there.
- 3:06:38So. Yeah, I got I would love to live
- 3:06:40in the world where these gods are real.
- 3:06:41They're very capricious, but like, the head God is Azatoth.
- 3:06:44Anyway, I say this because if I ever argue with Darth Dawkins,
- 3:06:47I'm just going to argue as though I believe Azatoth is the
- 3:06:49real God, right? I I don't think he'll know what
- 3:06:53to do because Azatoth is not only the most powerful God, he's
- 3:06:56referred to as the blind Idiot God.
- 3:07:01OK, there was this one old school Christian guy.
- 3:07:04I can't remember his name and I should gosh, you guys would all
- 3:07:07know who I'm talking about and I just can't remember.
- 3:07:09I've talked to so many at this point.
- 3:07:12But I got him with Wonk and Tonka one day, and Wonk and
- 3:07:18Tonka is a Native American God. And yet that when you get to to
- 3:07:23gods that most people have no understanding of or have never
- 3:07:27heard of, you can really throw a wrench in the conversation.
- 3:07:33Right. Like what do you do with the God
- 3:07:34who has Omni properties? But it's both blind, deaf, and
- 3:07:38actually crazy. That sounds like my kind of God.
- 3:07:46Yeah, at the top is the key and the and the gate.
- 3:07:50Wait, so Darth and Rex, which one of your guys is God is like
- 3:07:54higher on the tier of God's? Minus.
- 3:07:58And just saying that because you're biased.
- 3:08:00Yeah, it's because I can. I can make anybody reveal my God
- 3:08:03for them, so. For example, do you know that
- 3:08:06you? Can All you can do is make
- 3:08:08somebody run in circles for hour and a half to reveal chaos as
- 3:08:12God. Well, yeah, everybody will get
- 3:08:14the chaos. Did you know Proverbs?
- 3:08:16Inevitable. Except I've never seen you lead
- 3:08:19anybody to chaos. Look, look about debate with
- 3:08:21Darth. You lead people.
- 3:08:22To madness. You like me?
- 3:08:24To madness, but never problems. Yes, Sir.
- 3:08:26Proverbs, did you know that there's a religious position out
- 3:08:30there? And I was surprised to find it,
- 3:08:32but there's one that is. Theistic and atheist, almost at
- 3:08:37the same time. It's kind of a hybrid.
- 3:08:39You know how it works. Intrigue me.
- 3:08:43OK, so people believe that there was once a God that actually
- 3:08:48created the universe. But here's the catch.
- 3:08:51When the God created the universe, it destroyed itself
- 3:08:55and its essence became the stars and the energy and the very
- 3:08:58universe. So it basically destroyed itself
- 3:09:01in order to use its body to create the universe.
- 3:09:05So in a way you can believe that there was a God, but now there
- 3:09:09isn't. So that's how they're able to do
- 3:09:12religion theistic as well as atheists at the same time.
- 3:09:16That just sounds like old dredged up paganism, or maybe
- 3:09:19even some ancient Greek theology.
- 3:09:22Well, anything outside of the Abrahamic theology, the Big
- 3:09:26Three is going to be considered paganism.
- 3:09:28You're right on that. Well, we consider you guys Pagan
- 3:09:32because Pagan just means a person who doesn't worship your
- 3:09:34God. So to me, you guys are Pagan.
- 3:09:38Yeah. Robert guys, did you ever hand
- 3:09:39out? Chick tracks.
- 3:09:41Chick tracks. Do you not know what chick
- 3:09:44tracks are? Are those were the ones that
- 3:09:46look like a $20 bill and then you open it up and it's like
- 3:09:49John 316? Maybe they're not quite that
- 3:09:52egregious. They're like little storybooks.
- 3:09:54A guy named Jack Chick. He was real, I thought.
- 3:09:56Most Christians, he was he. They're like, they're like
- 3:09:59little gospel messages. Anyway, I posted a side chat
- 3:10:03like a long time ago or a couple years ago someone made a chick
- 3:10:05track for Cthulu and essentially it's it walks you through the
- 3:10:09promise of Cthulu that you will get eaten first when he returns.
- 3:10:14But yeah, chick tracks are look a lot.
- 3:10:16The old chick tracks are crazy, man.
- 3:10:17They're really like all over the place and sort of weird.
- 3:10:28Have you heard of them, Brett? Like when you were as a
- 3:10:30Christian or when you were an atheist?
- 3:10:31Did you never get a chick track? Shit.
- 3:10:34Track. Chick.
- 3:10:38Chick. All right, So what are you
- 3:10:40asking me about again? Try that one more time.
- 3:10:42I guess you never got one. Has anyone besides me heard of
- 3:10:45Chick? Try.
- 3:10:45I thought it was, like, ubiquitous.
- 3:10:46Maybe it was just. Where I was from never heard of
- 3:10:48it. I've seen what you're talking
- 3:10:50about, but yeah, I never, I've gotten those like fake dollar
- 3:10:53bills because I used to be a server.
- 3:10:54And then you you you're like, you know, at least they left me
- 3:10:58something is only a dollar. And then you turn it over and
- 3:11:00it's like come to Jesus or whatever.
- 3:11:02I don't know if that's what you're talking about.
- 3:11:05I don't know if he made the dollar bill one.
- 3:11:07He might have. He's that that kind of guy.
- 3:11:08But he just, he made all sorts of things like there have scary
- 3:11:12messages about how you're going to go to hell.
- 3:11:13And some of them like they have messages like why you shouldn't
- 3:11:16touch yourself and there's really like.
- 3:11:18Just like basic Christian theology condensed in a weird
- 3:11:21comic book style. Yeah, I know what you're talking
- 3:11:23about. Those things.
- 3:11:26Yeah, they're, they're, they were all replaced.
- 3:11:28They're. Little pamphlets, right?
- 3:11:31Comics. Booklets.
- 3:11:31Yeah. I haven't seen them in a while.
- 3:11:36They've gone out of fashion, thank goodness, but they are.
- 3:11:39They're just awful. Yeah, yeah, I don't know.
- 3:11:43I think I might be able to. So like, I've had this idea and
- 3:11:48it kind of goes with what, like Brett had said, I've had this
- 3:11:51idea before, like maybe there was a God and and God created
- 3:11:55the universe with its own self sacrifice.
- 3:11:58That's where we get The Big Bang and that essence of God spread
- 3:12:01throughout the universe, created the universe, and now it's now
- 3:12:04coalesced all these billions of years later in a sentient life
- 3:12:07here on Earth, maybe even sooner throughout the universe.
- 3:12:11I, you know, I don't know how Christians feel about aliens.
- 3:12:14I don't necessarily believe aliens come to Earth, but I
- 3:12:16definitely think that they're out in the universe.
- 3:12:18I think that there's other sentient lifeout there, and I
- 3:12:22the idea that of, you know, of that deity being a part of what
- 3:12:29makes us seemingly so special. I, you know, I find it to be a
- 3:12:33fascinating idea. I can't claim that I created it.
- 3:12:36I've I heard it somewhere. Maybe it was some kind of
- 3:12:38ancient theology that I had researched at some point.
- 3:12:41But I found it to be a fascinating idea and it's one.
- 3:12:44As an atheist, I don't really think it would be hard to argue
- 3:12:47against that, I think because it it would match up with what we
- 3:12:50know about the universe. I was going to say as far as
- 3:12:54aliens and the concept of God and all that this gets me in
- 3:12:58trouble with other religious folks, but by definition God is
- 3:13:02an alien. So I I see him as an actual
- 3:13:06extra dimensional deity. I even got Matt Powell to admit
- 3:13:10that breast so don't feel too bad when I when I broke it down
- 3:13:14for him. And I'm like, you know, an alien
- 3:13:16is, is is this creature that wasn't born on Earth, right.
- 3:13:20So technically, God's an alien. I was like, Matt.
- 3:13:22Matt was like, yeah, I I guess I can see where you're coming
- 3:13:24from. Yeah, I I guess some people when
- 3:13:29they think of aliens, they visualize green monsters or some
- 3:13:33sludge floating around on Mars or something like that.
- 3:13:36But to me people should look into like 12 dimensional.
- 3:13:42Beings and entities and all that.
- 3:13:44Carl Sagan talked about it. Yeah, I I think if aliens are
- 3:13:48coming to Earth, they're not traveling through space.
- 3:13:50They're probably traveling through dimensions.
- 3:13:53It's funny cuz like the questions will deny aliens
- 3:13:56because the theological reasons it doesn't match up with the
- 3:13:59theology, and like atheists will deny aliens because it doesn't.
- 3:14:03It contradicts their evolutionary, yeah.
- 3:14:06Their evolutionary religion, because they have now have to
- 3:14:09say somewhere in outer space there's green monkeys.
- 3:14:14Well, no, I I don't think it contradicts our evolutionary
- 3:14:16position at all. I think if anything it would
- 3:14:18only substantiate it that it's something, it's a normal process
- 3:14:22within the universe. The thing you're gonna have to
- 3:14:24say there's green monkeys out there and they don't want to say
- 3:14:26that. Well, there there is an
- 3:14:28argument. There is an argument about
- 3:14:30aliens. It does.
- 3:14:31You've never seen Beast Boy? I was going to say there is
- 3:14:35there, there is an argument that bothers non believers when it
- 3:14:39comes to aliens and that's the Fermi Paradox.
- 3:14:41But besides that, Oh yeah, most atheists I've met actually do
- 3:14:48believe that it's very probable that there's other life forms in
- 3:14:52the universe. I have met very few that would
- 3:14:54claim that they don't think there's lifeout there.
- 3:14:57Yeah, it's kind of weird because you know, I I had a preface
- 3:15:01bringing up aliens at all with, you know, I don't really think
- 3:15:04that they can get to Earth because yeah, atheists will jump
- 3:15:07your shit, man. They they believe that aliens
- 3:15:10are out there. But the moment you talk, start
- 3:15:12talking about, you know, UFO encounters here on Earth and
- 3:15:14you're a conspiracy theorist or some shit, it's crazy.
- 3:15:17I I I can't equate the two. Like, it doesn't really make
- 3:15:19sense to me. Like, all right, so you you
- 3:15:22believe the mathematical probability of sentient life on
- 3:15:24other planets, but you can't get to the point to where it's
- 3:15:28possible that they're here. I don't know.
- 3:15:31I've never really understood that with the atheist community.
- 3:15:34I don't believe that they can get to Earth because I haven't
- 3:15:36seen one. But if I saw a damn spaceship,
- 3:15:39I'd probably believe it, right? Well, I know what they're doing
- 3:15:42it cuz atheism's about keeping people in the dark.
- 3:15:45So they can't let you know that there's a God.
- 3:15:48They can't let you know there's. I totally disagree with that.
- 3:15:50I would say atheism's about bringing you out from the dark,
- 3:15:53about trying to inform you with real knowledge as opposed to
- 3:15:57fake knowledge. It tries to.
- 3:15:58It tries to disguise itself as an effort.
- 3:16:01It is doing that. But it's real intentionality to
- 3:16:05draw you away from spirituality, draw you away from the greater
- 3:16:10reality. No, I I can personally guarantee
- 3:16:13you that as much as I was disdainful towards the Christian
- 3:16:16religion, especially, my my goal, and I've always stated
- 3:16:21this, was never to bring anybody out of Christianity.
- 3:16:24It was just to merely say, I'm here, I'm here too.
- 3:16:29I live in this society too. And I should not be subjugated
- 3:16:31to your Christian theology as rules and regulations for my
- 3:16:35life, that that was the whole point of me being on the
- 3:16:37Internet. It wasn't to bring people away
- 3:16:40from from religion. It was to simply say I'm here
- 3:16:43and I can. I can say what I want.
- 3:16:45But that's the thing. You wanted truth, and that's why
- 3:16:47you converted. But the atheist, the hardline
- 3:16:50atheist, they don't want the truth.
- 3:16:53They don't. They're not seeking the truth.
- 3:16:56I'm not gonna argue with you because I think that everybody
- 3:16:59gets into their boxes, right? So even I think a lot of people
- 3:17:02that think they're seeking truth are stuck in a box and they
- 3:17:05don't even know how to seek it because they're confined.
- 3:17:08So I won't argue with that. But again, you're assuming
- 3:17:12people's motives that you can't possibly know.
- 3:17:14It's an assumption on your part because it's a threat to your
- 3:17:17theology. It's a threat to your beliefs.
- 3:17:19I did the same thing with Christians for years, right?
- 3:17:21I think that's a human reaction. I'm not judging you for it.
- 3:17:24But but when people assume that they can know people's
- 3:17:27intentions and thoughts, you're fooling yourself.
- 3:17:30I'm pretty sure I can know the intentions of a Satanist.
- 3:17:34So a Satanist who let's say there's an atheist who won't
- 3:17:38come out as a Satanist, and they know they're a Satanist.
- 3:17:41I think I fully understand the intentionality.
- 3:17:43They're not being honest. So, for example, Mark Reid is a
- 3:17:48Satanist, but he won't tell the Christians he's debating that he
- 3:17:51is a Satanist. He'll present himself as an
- 3:17:54atheist. Mark Reid is not a Satanist.
- 3:17:57He is. He said that to me.
- 3:17:59He is a Satanist. He is again, He's probably a
- 3:18:03political Satanist. He.
- 3:18:05I know Margaret. Yeah, he's.
- 3:18:06Not a political Satanist. He got any kind of Satan?
- 3:18:08Yeah, yeah. I've never heard that before.
- 3:18:10No. Yes.
- 3:18:11You don't have that video either, Darth.
- 3:18:13No, here's what happened with that some freaking idiot.
- 3:18:16It's 10, OK? I know Mark.
- 3:18:17He's not a Satanist. He literally is.
- 3:18:21I got him to it. May.
- 3:18:21He was a Satanist. Here's what.
- 3:18:23I I've talked to Mark many times.
- 3:18:25He's never said anything about believing, so if you got him to
- 3:18:29say he was a Satanist, he was probably being sarcastic with
- 3:18:32you because he was frustrated with you.
- 3:18:34I can say yeah, I can say I'm a Satanist just to piss off
- 3:18:38somebody and not mean it like. I didn't even think he would do
- 3:18:42that. Though, So what?
- 3:18:43Yeah, neither do I I just don't get it.
- 3:18:46No, this is not the mark read I know.
- 3:18:48No, he was just embarrassed I caught him that he is saying
- 3:18:50this. You can ask him, but here's what
- 3:18:52happened with the freaking evidence.
- 3:18:54Some freaking idiot. OK, I'm a I'm a mod at saying
- 3:18:57for truth. You know what's saying for
- 3:18:58truth, right? Oh, yeah, yeah.
- 3:19:00Standing for truth was the first Christian I ever talked to you
- 3:19:03on a live stream. So yeah, so I, he admitted in
- 3:19:06the comment section. But some freaking idiot.
- 3:19:09Standing for truth that lead his freaking comments and I wasn't
- 3:19:13able to freaking capture it before You're fucking like I got
- 3:19:16a so he he made a comment based on something he saw.
- 3:19:20No, I I got him to admit he was a sadist.
- 3:19:23Why he's. Standing for the truth, so.
- 3:19:24He he said. Why?
- 3:19:26Would they want to not discredit the promenade?
- 3:19:28Yes. No, that makes no sense.
- 3:19:30No direct words is, he said. I am a Satanist.
- 3:19:34Exit out. Yeah, I I I bet you right now if
- 3:19:39you go and ask Mark Reid if he's a Satanist, he'd probably say
- 3:19:42no. Yes, but some.
- 3:19:45I now would have the evidence. But some freaking moron at
- 3:19:48stunning for truth like he was another mod.
- 3:19:50I think it was freaking Dokie because.
- 3:19:51I was talking to this dude named Arthur Anis and he kept telling
- 3:19:53me he was a Satanist. But like, you know what?
- 3:19:57Brett Keane deleted the video before I could download it.
- 3:20:00No, it's just look, you can actually see my comments
- 3:20:04replying to him and other people replying to him, but you can't
- 3:20:07see his comments cuz some freaking moron standing for
- 3:20:10truth that's decided to ban him. So the one thing you can't see
- 3:20:17in a comment war when you're when you're writing comments
- 3:20:21back and forth to each other. Is sarcasm right?
- 3:20:25Like it wasn't sarcasm. You can.
- 3:20:26You can. One thing I can see Mark doing
- 3:20:28is, is Mark can get frustrated. He can get frustrated with with
- 3:20:32what he considers to be stupidity, right?
- 3:20:35Like that's the only way I can see him saying I guarantee you,
- 3:20:38like if you had a serious conversation with Mark Reid, he
- 3:20:40would not. He would tell you he's not a
- 3:20:42Satanist. Just like I can almost guarantee
- 3:20:44you if he had a serious conversation with Arun Rah, he'd
- 3:20:46break down his Satanism. You know, ever since on Rod
- 3:20:50announced he was a Satanist, Christians have had a fucking
- 3:20:52wet dream with it. But like, it's a political
- 3:20:55movement. It's not.
- 3:20:58It's not a deity movement. It's not a political movement
- 3:21:00for Aaron Rock cuz he was an actual petitioner practitioner.
- 3:21:05So on Rod, back in the day. Maybe not.
- 3:21:10I don't know. I don't know Onra enough to to
- 3:21:13reach out to him and ask him. I've been in one stream with the
- 3:21:16guy and he called me a street atheist when it came to Matt
- 3:21:19Powell's movies Science Falsley, So, so-called.
- 3:21:22That's the only interactions we've ever had.
- 3:21:23But when it comes to Mark Reed, I know Mark Reed.
- 3:21:25I can ask him and I probably will tomorrow.
- 3:21:28Like he might even be. He might even be live right now
- 3:21:30because he's Australian. And don't tell, don't tell,
- 3:21:33don't don't tell him about this, OK?
- 3:21:34Try to bait him into saying it. I'll.
- 3:21:37I'll. Just not even lie about.
- 3:21:38It no, I I I'm not gonna mention you at all.
- 3:21:40I'll just like Mark, Are you a Satanist?
- 3:21:42And he's gonna be like, no, that's that's gonna be it, you
- 3:21:46know? Yeah.
- 3:21:48Just just as like because just just like don't, just don't let
- 3:21:53him that I was involved because he he'll know and then he'll try
- 3:21:56to obfuscate it. No, no, I'll just.
- 3:21:58I'll just ask him like I've. Hey, man, I heard you as a
- 3:22:00Satanist. Is this true?
- 3:22:02And he'll be like, what are you talking about, traitor.
- 3:22:07All right. And after he says yes, tell him
- 3:22:10bubble gum says pay up your him $1,000,000.
- 3:22:13You know what I'm talking about. Or let me unmute.
- 3:22:18If he says yes, I'm gonna be shocked of it.
- 3:22:21And then I'm gonna have to wonder.
- 3:22:22All right, so now there does seem to be this apparent
- 3:22:25movement of atheists moving to Satanism, and I'm getting caught
- 3:22:29out for just, you know? Having my little couch
- 3:22:32experience and being like, dude, I'm not an atheist anymore, but
- 3:22:35nobody's calling out the Satanist.
- 3:22:37I need to find out about this. Cool.
- 3:22:43All right, I'm about to hop out. It's getting late on my end.
- 3:22:49Alright man, See you later there you.
- 3:22:51Me too. I was going to do it actually at
- 3:22:53midnight because that was past my bedtime and now it's 1:30.
- 3:22:56If I don't go to sleep, I'm going to regret it.
- 3:22:57So I I appreciate y'all let me have this conversation with you
- 3:23:00guys tonight. It was good talking to you.
- 3:23:03Remember every Friday 7:00 PM Central I try to do things.
- 3:23:08I tried to do one at 7:00 PM earlier, but I used Obf's
- 3:23:11instead of stream yards and my Internet went.
- 3:23:14Yeah, I I I was here for that one because I I was gonna
- 3:23:17actually jump in back then. I do have a different job now.
- 3:23:20So one of the reasons why I haven't been around outside of,
- 3:23:23you know, I just wanted to keep my mouth shut for a while is I
- 3:23:26had this job, I was working seven days a week, I was putting
- 3:23:28in about 76 hours a week, so I just didn't have time for
- 3:23:33Internet stuff. So I I switched jobs.
- 3:23:35I should have more time off, especially on the weekends.
- 3:23:38So yeah, definitely if I'm not working on a Saturday I'll I'll
- 3:23:42try to jump in a bit more. Well, remember, man, if you come
- 3:23:45into the live streams, it'll always be relaxing for you.
- 3:23:49If anybody comes and starts bugging you, I don't mind being
- 3:23:52the bad guy and fucking somebody right out of here.
- 3:23:55Oh yeah, I I definitely enjoyed this conversation tonight and
- 3:23:59but but I've I've pretty much enjoyed almost all of our
- 3:24:02conversations except for that one at the very beginning when
- 3:24:04we met, when I went on your channel all drunk.
- 3:24:08It's all good. But all right.
- 3:24:10Y'all have a good night. Thanks for thanks for the great.
- 3:24:12This was a great conversation, man.
- 3:24:14All around every every topic. I thought, you know, we we had a
- 3:24:17good conversation. Tonight About you, Mr. It looks
- 3:24:27like Darth took off. No, Rex.
- 3:24:29You got anything on your mind, man?
- 3:24:32No, I think I should probably get going too.
- 3:24:34I just you and me. I'm also tired.
- 3:24:38All right, well, I hope that your headache has went away or
- 3:24:41going away and let's get you some good sleep.
- 3:24:44And oof, you know what can you do?
- 3:24:50All right man. Well, I'm glad you're working on
- 3:24:52trying to get me to be show up in your chat.
- 3:24:54It's just annoying as I'll get out.
- 3:24:57Yeah, I'm sorry about that, man. I know it's nothing that
- 3:25:00happened on purpose. It might not have anything to do
- 3:25:03with you. You never know.
- 3:25:04It's just mildly annoying. But.
- 3:25:06I can always come in and voice my opinion.
- 3:25:08Well, I tried to find you so I can moderate you and all that.
- 3:25:12That's how much I like you and trust you.
- 3:25:14So I'm sorry, but I just can't see you on the actual YouTube
- 3:25:19page. Yeah, if you think about it,
- 3:25:22just look through your band list.
- 3:25:23I might be in there. Or it might just be a glitch,
- 3:25:25but whatever, no biggie. It's a glitch because there was
- 3:25:29no if you were shut down on YouTube.
- 3:25:32Then you wouldn't have showed up on stream yards out there in the
- 3:25:36stream yards chat. Yeah, I don't know, like I
- 3:25:41tried. Maybe I'll try joining you from
- 3:25:43a different web browser next time I'm using Brave.
- 3:25:47Maybe I'll just switch to Chrome, see if that makes a
- 3:25:48difference. But.
- 3:25:52We'll try to figure it out. Well, sweet dreams now.
- 3:25:55Alright man. See you next week.
- 3:25:56Bye.
