- 2:02Speaker 7: to debut a brand new animated podcast. So Mario might
- 2:06Speaker 7: not have ever been a thing for Greg had this
- 2:09Speaker 7: other thing gone the way, I think that the universe
- 2:12Speaker 7: had intended to.
- 2:14Speaker 4: Like the entire history as we know, it would have
- 2:17Speaker 4: been different.
- 2:17Speaker 7: I mean, people are put into your path for a reason,
- 2:19Speaker 7: you know, if you believe that kind of stuff, right Sammy.
- 2:21Speaker 2: Yeah, I believe it once your lifetime opportunities.
- 2:24Speaker 4: Right, truly that and this was missed.
- 2:27Speaker 7: Morgan has a will they ticket back? Normally it's a
- 2:29Speaker 7: sea bass testing out the very liberal return policies over
- 2:33Speaker 7: the years.
- 2:34Speaker 5: Liberal.
- 2:34Speaker 2: Yeah suppose.
- 2:35Speaker 8: Well, for the most part, you've you've been pretty successful
- 2:38Speaker 8: over reports. Yeah, we'll see how this one goes. I'm
- 2:40Speaker 8: not quite sure how this one will go.
- 2:42Speaker 9: Yeah, this was an interesting one.
- 2:43Speaker 2: Yeah, but we.
- 2:44Speaker 7: Said this one was going to be so interesting that
- 2:46Speaker 7: we decided to send Morgan out on this one.
- 2:48Speaker 8: I might got arrested, rightly, That's exactly right, That's exactly right.
- 2:53Speaker 7: Sea Bats will have the weekend audio. We'll have some
- 2:55Speaker 7: of the trending news headlines. Men, it's gonna have all
- 2:57Speaker 7: the entertainment stuff. Birthday's port of Birthday all come up
- 3:00Speaker 7: here on the Woody Show. Got a couple stories involving Walmart.
- 3:05Speaker 7: We'll start with Greg because he loves nude news. Sure,
- 3:09Speaker 7: he loves the nude it's comfy. He loves people being
- 3:12Speaker 7: nude in the news.
- 3:13Speaker 5: In Virginia.
- 3:14Speaker 7: Please, got to call about someone causing a disturbance at
- 3:16Speaker 7: the Walmart, and when the cops showed up, they found
- 3:18Speaker 7: the guy inside the store naked and chasing people around.
- 3:21Speaker 2: Awesome.
- 3:22Speaker 7: According to your staff, the man was totally normal and
- 3:26Speaker 7: then just decided to take his pants off and just
- 3:28Speaker 7: start running around.
- 3:29Speaker 4: So the drugs kicked out.
- 3:30Speaker 5: Yeah right, Well was he drunk?
- 3:32Speaker 4: Oh you bad?
- 3:33Speaker 7: Yes, that's what it was. So the police they arrested them.
- 3:36Speaker 7: They charged him with indecent exposure.
- 3:38Speaker 4: As somebody who's been drunk. Is they a million times.
- 3:40Speaker 4: I never have the compulsion to rip my clothes off.
- 3:43Speaker 9: Not even in a store.
- 3:44Speaker 2: No, now that you're you're more apt to take your
- 3:48Speaker 2: clothes off, probably, but for sexy time. Yes, towards the
- 3:51Speaker 2: end of the night, I am, because I do feel
- 3:54Speaker 2: extremely hot. Yeah from the alcohol. Yeah, but you wouldn't
- 3:58Speaker 2: do it. You wouldn't get so ish fake said you
- 4:00Speaker 2: would do it at a restaurant.
- 4:03Speaker 7: And then see, we got this other Walmart story in
- 4:06Speaker 7: New Mexico. This guy was at the Walmart. He decided
- 4:08Speaker 7: he needed to use the bathroom. This guy says that
- 4:12Speaker 7: there was a long line and stall finally opened up.
- 4:14Speaker 7: Another guy was wearing a T shirt with a demonic
- 4:17Speaker 7: symbol on it and he had left that stall. Now,
- 4:21Speaker 7: this guy, he sits down to use the bathroom and
- 4:23Speaker 7: when he did, he said he felt a poke. He
- 4:26Speaker 7: stood up, and that's when he claims that he was
- 4:28Speaker 7: pricked by two syringes that were taped to the toilet
- 4:32Speaker 7: seat that had a pink liquid inside of them. Oh
- 4:35Speaker 7: I bet, So he got up. He alerts the Walmart staff.
- 4:39Speaker 7: They said that, you know, I guess we'll go check
- 4:44Speaker 7: it out. But he said that they didn't seem to
- 4:45Speaker 7: have enough like a fire for the situation. I guess
- 4:49Speaker 7: I didn't believe him. But the cops they checked the
- 4:51Speaker 7: security cameras but they haven't identified any suspects. But as
- 4:54Speaker 7: far as the syringes, the results on what was in
- 4:56Speaker 7: them came back inconclusive, and the guy says he is now, uh,
- 5:00Speaker 7: you know, not sure if the police believe his story,
- 5:02Speaker 7: but he's warning people to be careful.
- 5:05Speaker 2: The police. The current status of the case.
- 5:07Speaker 7: Is labeled as inactive, so they're not even looking into it,
- 5:09Speaker 7: which kind of leads me to believe that did this
- 5:11Speaker 7: guy of course, I mean, he's just trying to get
- 5:13Speaker 7: something out of Walmart.
- 5:14Speaker 2: He's trying to find a way to tell his wife.
- 5:17Speaker 2: There's a guy with a T shirt that had demonic
- 5:19Speaker 2: symbol and he managed to make a syringe stick up
- 5:22Speaker 2: onto it out of a toilet and not see it
- 5:26Speaker 2: that you wouldn't see until you sat.
- 5:27Speaker 4: It down slide back into the toilet.
- 5:29Speaker 5: Yeah, this is uh what was the woman that was
- 5:31Speaker 5: just making stuff up about the needle?
- 5:33Speaker 9: The needle because she treating as an adult.
- 5:37Speaker 2: Apparently it's not a bad way.
- 5:38Speaker 8: But the genius point this is, I mean, if you
- 5:40Speaker 8: got a dumb wife, you need an excuse while you
- 5:43Speaker 8: got the herb.
- 5:45Speaker 2: That's there's just so many cameras like you could easily
- 5:50Speaker 2: prove that at least the guy walking in and.
- 5:53Speaker 8: Out, No, there was a guy a demonic symbol, because
- 5:57Speaker 8: that would make someone believe more.
- 5:59Speaker 4: That the oh this person, they're all drug out.
- 6:03Speaker 2: I mean, just find the video of the guy walking
- 6:04Speaker 2: in and out.
- 6:05Speaker 7: Well, there was a story that was getting a lot
- 6:07Speaker 7: of press here recently. Some guy I think it was
- 6:09Speaker 7: like in London or something somewhere overseas and uh, he
- 6:12Speaker 7: was going around with a syringe and poking people with.
- 6:15Speaker 2: Yeah, terrifying. He got for that, Yeah, he.
- 6:17Speaker 7: Did, because he was he was he was just pranking. Yeah,
- 6:22Speaker 7: you do that in the States, you're gonna get shot.
- 6:24Speaker 7: Yeahs not not with an eight seven seven forty four Woodie.
- 6:30Speaker 7: You can send us a text over to two two
- 6:31Speaker 7: nine eight seven. We got some more Woodies show for.
- 6:34Speaker 2: You, next hang U.
- 6:37Speaker 4: Show.
- 6:39Speaker 7: All right, welcome back, everybody. Today is Thursday. It's a
- 6:44Speaker 7: pretty Friday rip. Yeah for the sixth Today it's a
- 6:48Speaker 7: National Make Men Dinner Day. Yeah yeah, no, I'm kidding,
- 6:53Speaker 7: It's Men Make Dinner Day.
- 6:55Speaker 2: I'm gonna I'm gonna spread it.
- 6:56Speaker 7: I'm I'm gonna spread some misinformation and hopefully get that
- 7:00Speaker 7: good dinner out of it.
- 7:02Speaker 5: No, it's National Men Make Dinner Day, all right.
- 7:05Speaker 2: It's a National nacho Day, so happy your.
- 7:09Speaker 7: Wife minutes, National cash Back Day, It's National Basketball Day.
- 7:13Speaker 5: Make sure you tell your husband.
- 7:14Speaker 7: It's International Stout Day, National Saxophone Day, and the most
- 7:20Speaker 7: fun holiday of them all, greg International Day for preventing
- 7:24Speaker 7: the Exploitation of the Environment and wore an Armed Conflict Day.
- 7:27Speaker 4: That's every day.
- 7:29Speaker 8: No, come on, so damn excite. People got together made that. Yeah,
- 7:34Speaker 8: and then they thought, you know what, we solve problems
- 7:35Speaker 8: and it somehow it got to us.
- 7:37Speaker 4: Weird.
- 7:37Speaker 2: They spread the word enough.
- 7:40Speaker 7: Yeah, that's why I'm trying to spread the word of
- 7:41Speaker 7: Make men Dinner Day.
- 7:44Speaker 4: That's right.
- 7:45Speaker 7: We're gonna have the birthday to the porn of birthday
- 7:47Speaker 7: here in just the second first Medican and tells what's
- 7:49Speaker 7: happening in the world of entertainment.
- 7:51Speaker 2: Yeah, do you know what we missed? What we missed?
- 7:53Speaker 2: The New York Marathon and we don't even talk about it.
- 7:55Speaker 2: So yeah, I heard about that a shout out, so
- 7:58Speaker 2: we can do it. Next year, my stepfather ran the
- 8:03Speaker 2: New York City Marathon. Yeah, he finished. Don't you have
- 8:08Speaker 2: to be like invited or like you can't just run it? No,
- 8:11Speaker 2: it's super hard to get into Boston a lottery and
- 8:15Speaker 2: then you can get picked or you can my mother stuff. Well,
- 8:19Speaker 2: depending on the year, other ones around a certain time,
- 8:21Speaker 2: you can get in.
- 8:22Speaker 7: But it's like not just anywhere my stepfather, like my
- 8:26Speaker 7: stepfather did and then uh, and then also my aunt
- 8:28Speaker 7: has run it a number of times.
- 8:30Speaker 2: You know, I have read up on all this, and yes,
- 8:35Speaker 2: well I have more to talk about. But yeah, like
- 8:38Speaker 2: current day, it's very popular. It's very hard to get into.
- 8:41Speaker 2: You can qualify to get into it.
- 8:42Speaker 7: I'm scarius, Like why you would have read up on
- 8:44Speaker 7: a marathon because I'm reporting on it. So I just
- 8:47Speaker 7: wanted to get so you.
- 8:48Speaker 5: Just did, Okay, I thought it was like marathons.
- 8:51Speaker 4: He's a journalist that his next big thing is running.
- 8:54Speaker 8: Right, Yeah, yeah, so like Greg reading about roller coasters
- 8:58Speaker 8: and flying butterflies.
- 9:00Speaker 2: Yeah screw, I'm sure. Hey, yeah, I'm sure. Back in
- 9:03Speaker 2: the day it was a little bit easier to get into,
- 9:04Speaker 2: but now it's so popular it is a little bit difficult.
- 9:07Speaker 2: Celebrities that have done it. Pamela Anderson, she ran it
- 9:11Speaker 2: in five hours and forty one minutes. Ooh, that's really good.
- 9:13Speaker 2: Ethan Hawke did it in four hours and twenty five minutes.
- 9:17Speaker 2: Will Ferrell three hours fifty six minutes. But but Brian
- 9:22Speaker 2: Cranston three hours thirty minutes.
- 9:25Speaker 9: That's crazy.
- 9:26Speaker 2: But that was in nineteen eighty five, Doctor Wantley on
- 9:31Speaker 2: side felt a little bit younger. Now. They do have
- 9:33Speaker 2: marathons overseas, believe or not, and yeah, they run up,
- 9:38Speaker 2: they do run. And Marcus Mumford of Mumford and Sons
- 9:41Speaker 2: he did the London Marathon in three hours fifty one minutes.
- 9:44Speaker 2: Gordon Ramsey he did it in three hours thirty minutes.
- 9:48Speaker 2: And over in Tokyo. Our boy Harry Styles, the singer
- 9:51Speaker 2: if you don't know, he did it in three hours
- 9:54Speaker 2: and twenty four minutes. That's twenty seven miles crazy, that's insane.
- 10:00Speaker 4: Twenty seven rows.
- 10:02Speaker 2: Yeah, it sucks all right. Now our boy Chris Martin,
- 10:06Speaker 2: he's rumored to be going on dates guys, and it's
- 10:09Speaker 2: rumored that he went on a secret date with the
- 10:11Speaker 2: Game of Throne star Sophia Turner. Now, ye, who is that.
- 10:17Speaker 9: She's Joe Jonas's ex wife.
- 10:19Speaker 5: Right if you left the house, How secret is it?
- 10:23Speaker 2: Yeah? I guess they were spotted somewhere. And yes, she
- 10:26Speaker 2: was married to Joe Jonas. They have two kids together.
- 10:30Speaker 2: She is twenty nine and our boy Chris is forty
- 10:33Speaker 2: eight years old. So people are talking about that. They
- 10:37Speaker 2: always want to know, They always want to know who
- 10:39Speaker 2: Chris is dating, because he's out there now, chare She's
- 10:45Speaker 2: seventy nine and she's she explains a Good Morning America
- 10:49Speaker 2: in an interview that her man, who is thirty nine
- 10:52Speaker 2: young buddy. He says that her boyfriend told her that
- 10:56Speaker 2: she's young at heart, and she may be older, but
- 11:02Speaker 2: she has a younger spirit.
- 11:03Speaker 4: How often do you think they bang?
- 11:06Speaker 2: What is going on often? Okay?
- 11:07Speaker 8: So he has numerous including a like hairline tattoo with
- 11:11Speaker 8: just like random dates scrawled in his number, Like what
- 11:13Speaker 8: is she doing?
- 11:15Speaker 2: He has a grill. Maybe she's yell by that, you
- 11:17Speaker 2: know those? He has a shiny metal grill. Yeah, I
- 11:20Speaker 2: get nothing. These are not good qualities to have. I
- 11:23Speaker 2: don't know. If somebody's forty years younger than you share,
- 11:25Speaker 2: she can do whatever she wants. I think at this point,
- 11:27Speaker 2: if you're seventy nine years old, super rich and famous,
- 11:31Speaker 2: you're smart enough to have some things in place where
- 11:34Speaker 2: if you're dating somebody at thirty nine years old, that
- 11:37Speaker 2: they're not gonna take advantage of.
- 11:39Speaker 10: She has that famous quote from when from like the seventies,
- 11:42Speaker 10: when her mom said, when are you going to find
- 11:43Speaker 10: yourself a rich man?
- 11:44Speaker 2: And she said, Mom, I am a rich man. Abuse
- 11:49Speaker 2: for a reason.
- 11:50Speaker 4: Isn't it weird to think men's total high thought? Our
- 11:53Speaker 4: whole life share has been famous. No, weird. We don't
- 11:58Speaker 4: know life without share.
- 12:00Speaker 2: I don't want to know without I'll go to a
- 12:02Speaker 2: share show.
- 12:02Speaker 4: I went on you did the concert Ruled. This was
- 12:06Speaker 4: like late eighties. She had this kick ass album out.
- 12:09Speaker 5: I loved it, but she like, yeah, that was probably that.
- 12:13Speaker 2: That was probably turned back time. Yeah, the one where
- 12:16Speaker 2: she's on the ship it is, Yeah, there was probably that.
- 12:21Speaker 2: The only thing I've ever liked sharing ever was Masked. Yes, yeah,
- 12:25Speaker 2: Rocky Dennis.
- 12:26Speaker 5: Yeah with the mangled face.
- 12:27Speaker 2: Yeah, Rocky Dennis rules. Though I don't know why off
- 12:31Speaker 2: putting in what rules about her?
- 12:34Speaker 4: I know she's done other movies, mermid.
- 12:37Speaker 2: She's just had a cool vibe. I don't think she
- 12:40Speaker 2: seems ever, like she never seemed to be like bitchy
- 12:43Speaker 2: in any way or.
- 12:44Speaker 5: Just never really thought twice about it. But there's like
- 12:46Speaker 5: all this like worship and praise.
- 12:47Speaker 2: Worship never community, Yeah, but there's worship in praise. But
- 12:51Speaker 2: I don't think she like has ever come off as
- 12:54Speaker 2: like a diva.
- 12:55Speaker 7: No, there's plenty of people who haven't. Yeah, you know,
- 12:58Speaker 7: but somehow they don't end up with the ship and praise.
- 13:00Speaker 7: It's just weird, Like it's like, uh, I don't know
- 13:03Speaker 7: how that happens. It's the bottle thing against her. I
- 13:06Speaker 7: don't I don't dislike her. I've never really thought all
- 13:09Speaker 7: that much about worship and praise definitely becomes a thing
- 13:13Speaker 7: once you make it.
- 13:13Speaker 4: With the gays.
- 13:15Speaker 2: That's exactly worshiped. Ye, yeah, all right. David Beckham, he
- 13:20Speaker 2: got something that I wanted last month. He got knighted
- 13:24Speaker 2: by h that's a real Yeah. Well, he got knighted.
- 13:29Speaker 2: He got knighted for doing charity. Guys, come on whatever.
- 13:33Speaker 2: The King, Yeah, the King by King Charles for being
- 13:37Speaker 2: a good footballer. And he also got praised because he
- 13:40Speaker 2: kind of dressed up as like King Charles dresses and
- 13:44Speaker 2: King Charles shout at the mouth for it, and he's like, oh,
- 13:47Speaker 2: I like your your outfit because he had like the
- 13:51Speaker 2: like like a real proper suit, like a suit had
- 13:53Speaker 2: like tails on it and stuff. His wife designed it
- 13:56Speaker 2: for him.
- 13:57Speaker 7: But did he have a top hat and a cane
- 13:59Speaker 7: the way I did when I went to the Magic Castle?
- 14:01Speaker 8: He was to wear a hat when you get knighted?
- 14:03Speaker 8: There disrespectful? Yeah, he was take that off for the
- 14:06Speaker 8: nighting and then they put it right back on. Thank you, yea,
- 14:09Speaker 8: because you want to look cool.
- 14:10Speaker 4: I saw the headline that I totally nitpicked and got
- 14:13Speaker 4: mad over it, said, uh wait, tell me his name again,
- 14:17Speaker 4: what's his name?
- 14:17Speaker 2: Why Charles David Beckham?
- 14:19Speaker 4: Thank you? It said Sir David Beckham gets knighted.
- 14:23Speaker 2: Well, he's not serious, not a sury.
- 14:24Speaker 4: Yet until he got thank you, So it should have
- 14:27Speaker 4: been David Beckham gets knighted.
- 14:29Speaker 7: But they're writing about after he's already been knight and
- 14:32Speaker 7: soa wouldn't they have to address him as sir?
- 14:34Speaker 2: But then they should do the whole thing in past
- 14:35Speaker 2: time exactly.
- 14:36Speaker 7: It wasn't like it was happening before the event. Crad
- 14:38Speaker 7: look split hair. We should at least get it right.
- 14:43Speaker 7: Yeh've go to split butt hairs.
- 14:44Speaker 5: On that Craig.
- 14:45Speaker 8: We're not wrong time for the birthday.

- 16:39Speaker 7: a Thursday morning. Look what's happening around the world of entertainment.
- 16:42Speaker 7: You're on The Woody.
- 16:43Speaker 5: Show, The Woody Show.
- 16:47Speaker 2: Hi, welcome back everybody, and a happy Thursday to you.
- 16:52Speaker 2: We are the Woody Show, Woody Greg.
- 16:54Speaker 7: Men, Jeannie Brad, we got Sea Bass, We've got Sammy
- 16:57Speaker 7: Morgan is here. Phones are open eight seven seven forty four.
- 17:00Speaker 7: What he sent us a text over to two two
- 17:02Speaker 7: nine eight seven. We got some WOODI Show food.
- 17:05Speaker 2: News let me get a DLDT. You know that that was.
- 17:20Speaker 7: I gotta start with the business of food, all right,
- 17:23Speaker 7: there's some food business to discuss, all you know, because
- 17:26Speaker 7: the the Treasury announced earlier in the year that they
- 17:28Speaker 7: would be stopping minting of pennies because of the high
- 17:31Speaker 7: cost of making them not really being worth it, And
- 17:33Speaker 7: so with that in mind, McDonald's has decided to make
- 17:35Speaker 7: a policy.
- 17:36Speaker 5: Change regarding change.
- 17:38Speaker 7: They announced the memo that while menu prices will stay
- 17:41Speaker 7: the same, the customer's change will now be rounded.
- 17:44Speaker 5: Up depending on the food price.
- 17:46Speaker 7: So if the food item ends with one or two cents,
- 17:49Speaker 7: the price will be rounded down to zero.
- 17:50Speaker 2: Sense.
- 17:51Speaker 7: If it's three four six seven, it gets rounded up
- 17:55Speaker 7: to five cents. All right, I'm saying it gets rounded
- 17:57Speaker 7: to five cents. Anthing ends at an eight or nine
- 18:00Speaker 7: gets rounded to ten. How you just use like the
- 18:02Speaker 7: the good old fashioned rounding. Five or above is rounded
- 18:05Speaker 7: up four and below it's round.
- 18:06Speaker 8: Well, this is a sneaky way to save themselves half
- 18:09Speaker 8: a penny because they take the three four five, right,
- 18:13Speaker 8: or the three and four and one and two. You know,
- 18:15Speaker 8: because there's three four, six laus seven, it gets rounded
- 18:18Speaker 8: to five because it is no two and a half.
- 18:20Speaker 2: The good news is.
- 18:21Speaker 7: To change only affects people still paying cash. The bad
- 18:25Speaker 7: news most of the items and with a nine. So
- 18:29Speaker 7: if you're paying in cash, you're gonna be, you know,
- 18:31Speaker 7: paying a little extra, a little extra business of food.
- 18:37Speaker 7: Denny's has been sold heard about that for three hundred
- 18:40Speaker 7: and twenty two million dollars. The new owners are an
- 18:43Speaker 7: equity firm that already owns PF. Chang's and they're looking
- 18:47Speaker 7: to bring Denny's back from the dead. I guess they
- 18:49Speaker 7: really got hit hard during COVID Denny's, Yeah, and so
- 18:53Speaker 7: they've been struggling bad. Now the deal gets approved, and
- 18:55Speaker 7: it will for the first time in sixty years, Denny's
- 18:58Speaker 7: would be delisted from the public's stock market, which who
- 19:00Speaker 7: knew you could be an owner of Denny's stock h.
- 19:05Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 19:05Speaker 5: Stocks did jump about fifty percent on the news of that.
- 19:09Speaker 2: Yeah, and the.
- 19:10Speaker 7: Parent company of Pizza Hut says that the Hut could
- 19:14Speaker 7: be up for sale in the near future.
- 19:17Speaker 4: Now.
- 19:18Speaker 7: They blame their struggle on a very crowded pizza market
- 19:21Speaker 7: and so far this year sales are down seven percent.
- 19:25Speaker 2: It's because the dining option is gone.
- 19:28Speaker 10: They bring back I know, but I think that could
- 19:31Speaker 10: be jumpstart years ago.
- 19:34Speaker 2: They want to be back on top, right.
- 19:36Speaker 7: I feel like there's so many pizza places opening everywhere. Yes,
- 19:40Speaker 7: that's true, but then they did become a little to
- 19:43Speaker 7: corporate and they forgot about nostalgia, like all the fun
- 19:47Speaker 7: things that made them tach you.
- 19:48Speaker 2: He has a tabletop, Arcades and the Tiffany Lanks. Yeah,
- 19:52Speaker 2: I mean, I supported, I would love to have Dyning.
- 19:55Speaker 2: But just like the type of marketing that they would
- 19:58Speaker 2: do back in the day that got people excite about
- 20:00Speaker 2: pizza Hut, they they left on the wayside and they
- 20:04Speaker 2: just started doing like all these deals and stuff like that,
- 20:06Speaker 2: nothing like actually fun.
- 20:07Speaker 7: I mean little skeezers. They've stepped up, Dominos has stepped up.
- 20:11Speaker 7: One I don't really hear much about it anymore, is
- 20:13Speaker 7: Papa John's. Yeah, yeah, I hear about Papa you know
- 20:16Speaker 7: why because I think Papa John's was the official NFL pizza,
- 20:22Speaker 7: you know whatever. But yeah, not anymore. So used to
- 20:25Speaker 7: see those commercials constantly. I know, Shack's doing a bunch
- 20:28Speaker 7: with Papa John's.
- 20:29Speaker 10: This was always an incredibly unpopular take, especially in college.
- 20:32Speaker 2: With Papa John's. I think the garlic butter sauce is overrated.
- 20:35Speaker 9: What what you do?
- 20:37Speaker 4: Man?
- 20:37Speaker 5: That's the best part of Papa John's is walking into
- 20:40Speaker 5: one and smelling it.
- 20:42Speaker 8: Yeah, all Shane Pizza has lost their strategic advantage because
- 20:46Speaker 8: they no longer have delivery preference because usually what could
- 20:49Speaker 8: you get delivered?
- 20:50Speaker 2: Oh pizza, right, everything.
- 20:52Speaker 5: That's true.
- 20:53Speaker 7: Yeah, didn't think about it that way. All right, So
- 20:54Speaker 7: how about stuff we can actually eat?
- 20:56Speaker 4: All right?
- 20:57Speaker 5: In this round of What Show Food?
- 21:00Speaker 7: So the fine people over Craft, you know, the macaroni
- 21:02Speaker 7: and cheese people, it's another new flavor of mac and cheese. Okay,
- 21:07Speaker 7: just in time for the holidays. Want the flavor is
- 21:10Speaker 7: apple pie?
- 21:11Speaker 2: God damn you.
- 21:13Speaker 7: Now, Craft, No, it's not cheese. There's no cheese in there.
- 21:17Speaker 7: So I guess the pasta would serve as like the.
- 21:19Speaker 2: People have apple buie with cheese on top? Would they do?
- 21:24Speaker 5: Which is weird?
- 21:25Speaker 7: So Craft says, it's the comfort taste you love now
- 21:29Speaker 7: the shockingly delicious, savory and sweet pairing packed with oh cheesy.
- 21:34Speaker 2: Apple cinnami cinnamony. I'm looking at the ingredients. Cheese is
- 21:38Speaker 2: definitely in there. Let's go pa tumeric brown sugar.
- 21:45Speaker 7: Yeah, you can get this limited flavor on the Walmart website.
- 21:49Speaker 2: That I'm doing right now. Yeah, bro, let's go.
- 21:52Speaker 5: It's only a dollar forty eight.
- 21:55Speaker 2: Yeah that's too high. Speak to the Woody Show. Yeah,
- 21:58Speaker 2: all right, I'm a hashtag all In other.
- 22:00Speaker 8: Food food news, the fine people at Oreo have announced
- 22:04Speaker 8: that they are bringing out a new line of limited
- 22:06Speaker 8: edition Thanksgiving cookies. Okay, Now, the thing is these cookies
- 22:12Speaker 8: actually taste like a Thanksgiving dinner.
- 22:16Speaker 2: They come in a tin.
- 22:18Speaker 5: There will be twelve cookies for twenty dollars. Damn do
- 22:22Speaker 5: They're only available for a limited time.
- 22:24Speaker 7: As for the flavors, the cookies will taste like turkey
- 22:26Speaker 7: and stuffing, roast, sweet potato, creamed corn, cranberry sauce. Okay, yes,
- 22:33Speaker 7: pumpkin pie. But didn't they have a pumpkin pie? Yeah no,
- 22:37Speaker 7: or there was caramel apple pie. Familiar Anyway, the cookies
- 22:40Speaker 7: they're available now, but only for a limited time.
- 22:43Speaker 5: That is the Oreo the car.
- 22:47Speaker 8: I'm on the Oreo website and they do have a
- 22:48Speaker 8: twelve count of their Happy Thanksgiving blah blah blah. Oh
- 22:52Speaker 8: wait no, that's a that's a special tin for forty
- 22:54Speaker 8: five dollars.
- 22:55Speaker 7: Yeah, it says that the cookies come in the tin.
- 22:56Speaker 7: It'll be twelve cookies for twenty bucks plus shipping.
- 22:59Speaker 2: That's crazy. I'll hit you on the cash app.
- 23:01Speaker 8: Just order it, blid.
- 23:04Speaker 2: I want the cream corn cookie. Come on this.
- 23:09Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 23:10Speaker 2: What is it? So it's forty five bucks plus shipping?
- 23:13Speaker 2: I'm sure?
- 23:14Speaker 5: Okay, Yeah, it's for well, this says twenty bucks plus shipping.
- 23:17Speaker 2: You talking about the price.
- 23:18Speaker 8: Just order okay, twelve of these things to us in
- 23:20Speaker 8: the studio, sixty five dollars okay, and I'll hit you.
- 23:25Speaker 5: Alright there, one more piece of what do you show?
- 23:27Speaker 5: Food news?
- 23:28Speaker 7: Food News again for the holiday season. Crispy cream shaking
- 23:31Speaker 7: up the menu. New additions like New York Cheesecake okay,
- 23:35Speaker 7: Oreo Cookies and creams.
- 23:37Speaker 2: Sure, Cinnamon apple.
- 23:39Speaker 7: Filled donuts, thank you, the original glazed cake donut okay,
- 23:44Speaker 7: and original glazed cream filled Yes.
- 23:47Speaker 2: Yeah, original cake donuts are great.
- 23:50Speaker 7: On top of that, the seasonal flavors maple iced yes,
- 23:54Speaker 7: I love as my favorite, pumpkins spice cake.
- 24:00Speaker 2: Yes, it's delicious.
- 24:02Speaker 5: Bisc off cookie butter cream okay.
- 24:04Speaker 8: Talking about how biscof sucks balls, it's delicious cookie butter
- 24:09Speaker 8: I'll tell you what it is. It's cookie butter. No,
- 24:11Speaker 8: forget the cookie butter. Probably the bisk Off cookies. An airplane, Yeah, exactly,
- 24:17Speaker 8: because that's the only place you get there, because I
- 24:18Speaker 8: was flying back here and uh, it's like, oh, you
- 24:21Speaker 8: want a cookies Like yeah, I had to me a
- 24:22Speaker 8: bisk Off.
- 24:23Speaker 4: I love.
- 24:26Speaker 8: Stupid short bread plan And I do see them at
- 24:29Speaker 8: the grocery store.
- 24:29Speaker 2: They have them, and I'll buy something if you want to.
- 24:35Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 24:36Speaker 7: They sell them over by like the deli stuff, So
- 24:38Speaker 7: it's kind of over the deli bakery area of the
- 24:40Speaker 7: grocery store. And I had like a little like not
- 24:43Speaker 7: end cap thing, but like a little thing just kind
- 24:44Speaker 7: of sit in the middle of the floor.
- 24:46Speaker 2: Are you positing for us that we only like them
- 24:49Speaker 2: because we're in the sky and we wouldn't like you
- 24:51Speaker 2: got an airplane. Yes, I think I get the passion
- 24:54Speaker 2: of your belief. Like people that say they like black licorice,
- 24:58Speaker 2: know they don't.
- 24:59Speaker 4: Yeah, or if you're like you know, Bruce Springsteen, no
- 25:01Speaker 4: you don't get these. I promise you are good.
- 25:04Speaker 2: They are good.
- 25:05Speaker 5: I love cookie butter, cookie butter.
- 25:07Speaker 7: I'll buy that and then I'll get I'll get little
- 25:10Speaker 7: pretzel twists or like pretzel like the little mini pretzels.
- 25:13Speaker 2: Yeah, those cookie butter see. No, I would I would
- 25:20Speaker 2: agree with your theory. But the problem is, uh to
- 25:25Speaker 2: go back to spirit airlines like the top rahmin that
- 25:28Speaker 2: they have on there. It's like the the Cajun style
- 25:31Speaker 2: and it sucks right, So to go your theory just
- 25:35Speaker 2: because it's on a plane, I would think it would.
- 25:37Speaker 8: Keep it on a plane because number one, it lasts
- 25:39Speaker 8: forever because it's dry AF.
- 25:41Speaker 2: It's not good AF or else would we can agree
- 25:45Speaker 2: to this proof right here? It's fine proof.
- 25:47Speaker 8: You know what's good AF is the things delicious not true?
- 25:51Speaker 8: Because this is my example I use for circus peanuts.
- 25:55Speaker 8: You don't see circus peanuts in the checkout at a
- 25:57Speaker 8: grocery store. Why because they are honestly not popular because
- 25:59Speaker 8: you don't grab for them. Same reason you don't see
- 26:02Speaker 8: bisk Off cookies and giants like there should be shelves.
- 26:05Speaker 4: You've never seen them, period.
- 26:07Speaker 2: Because they're not that popular because they're not that good.
- 26:09Speaker 4: Not saying they're popular, but they are good.
- 26:12Speaker 7: Maple spice, pumpkin spice cake, bisk Off cookie butter cream,
- 26:15Speaker 7: and chocolate fudge brownie are making a return. They're at
- 26:18Speaker 7: Crispy Cream case you forgot what we were talking about. Meanwhile,
- 26:22Speaker 7: three other doughnuts, the original glaze, blueberry cake, original glaze,
- 26:26Speaker 7: lemon filled Yes, and cake batter are being retired.
- 26:32Speaker 2: So alright, that's all right. Did one point two billion
- 26:37Speaker 2: dollars in sales? Yeah to Delta?
- 26:40Speaker 5: Yeah, well yeah, of course.
- 26:43Speaker 4: If there were no repercussions from eating like you wouldn't
- 26:45Speaker 4: gain a single I think I would probably eat twenty
- 26:49Speaker 4: hours a day.
- 26:49Speaker 2: Yeah, no problem.
- 26:51Speaker 4: I just like the more we talk about it, I know,
- 26:54Speaker 4: I just can't stop. I know.
- 26:55Speaker 5: So good The Woody Show.
- 26:59Speaker 8: And you are in two another new hour insensitivity training
- 27:04Speaker 8: for a politically correct world.
- 27:06Speaker 4: I'm Moodie. That's great.
- 27:06Speaker 5: Gory, Hi wood there's menace?
- 27:08Speaker 2: What's up? Jeanie Gratis here? We got Sea Bass, we
- 27:11Speaker 2: got to seem.
- 27:12Speaker 5: Morgan is here.
- 27:13Speaker 11: Hey.
- 27:13Speaker 7: Phones are open eight seven. You can hit us up
- 27:17Speaker 7: with a text to two to nine eight seven. A
- 27:19Speaker 7: lot of people hit us up there or on social media.
- 27:22Speaker 5: Look for us there at the Woody Show.
- 27:25Speaker 2: A lot of nice things that you see when you put.
- 27:28Speaker 7: Yourself out there, whether it's a radio show like this
- 27:31Speaker 7: or just on social media in general.
- 27:33Speaker 2: But it is it is the public, so you have
- 27:35Speaker 2: to take the good yeah, right, If you're gonna put
- 27:39Speaker 2: yourself out there, you gotta expect that at some point not
- 27:42Speaker 2: everybody's gonna love you, right, And I don't know.
- 27:44Speaker 5: There's an update on that chick Themarylisa dot com.
- 27:48Speaker 2: Check oh yeah, the billboard check.
- 27:50Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 27:50Speaker 7: She had said before that she had received thousands of applications,
- 27:54Speaker 7: and you know, she's still going through those, and she's
- 27:56Speaker 7: still getting them, but she said she's also getting a
- 27:58Speaker 7: lot of hate mail.
- 27:59Speaker 12: Now.
- 27:59Speaker 5: She put up like a billboard.
- 28:01Speaker 7: She was having a hard time finding mister Wright, right,
- 28:04Speaker 7: so she put up this billboard.
- 28:05Speaker 5: And you know, say, hey, I'm looking for looking for
- 28:08Speaker 5: a dude.
- 28:08Speaker 2: Yeah, who's interest?
- 28:10Speaker 7: And she said that she expected some negative comments, but
- 28:13Speaker 7: she wasn't ready for people to use the site to
- 28:15Speaker 7: call her a bitch and a whole.
- 28:20Speaker 2: She didn't ask us. We could have told her.
- 28:22Speaker 5: That was coming. We see stuff. He sees stuff all the.
- 28:26Speaker 8: Time, within the first five minutes of the bill being up.
- 28:29Speaker 8: All the time, despite all the hate mails, she's continuing on.
- 28:34Speaker 2: She sees the.
- 28:35Speaker 8: Supportive messages and you know, so she's going through the
- 28:39Speaker 8: hate mail.
- 28:39Speaker 5: She keeps those in a separate Binder's the best.
- 28:42Speaker 2: Yes, it's weird because she's from the San Francisco Bay area, right, Yes,
- 28:47Speaker 2: and in San Francisco there's like eight dudes to every
- 28:52Speaker 2: chick there, and so you think that she would have
- 28:55Speaker 2: her I know because I've talked to women from their
- 28:58Speaker 2: choice who has moved there, and they love it. They said, Oh,
- 29:01Speaker 2: when I lived in New York, I was a six,
- 29:03Speaker 2: but I when I moved to UH to San Francisco,
- 29:08Speaker 2: I'm a nine. Because there's so many tech guys there,
- 29:11Speaker 2: so many tech bros. And those are dorcs too, you know,
- 29:14Speaker 2: so it's not like they have a ton of experience
- 29:15Speaker 2: with women and take it. They can get walk all
- 29:19Speaker 2: over them.
- 29:20Speaker 11: Her list was pretty extensive. I remember, like she wanted.
- 29:23Speaker 11: She was very pretty bicky.
- 29:25Speaker 2: She put it out there.
- 29:25Speaker 5: That's right, But apparently you can be you can for her.
- 29:29Speaker 5: It's a buyer's market.
- 29:30Speaker 2: Yeah it is, I mean, but some guys like that though.
- 29:38Speaker 7: Yeah, true the horror part. Yeah, did Greg miss out
- 29:41Speaker 7: on his true love? His well, he wants to be
- 29:44Speaker 7: a kept man. Greg's dream is to be a stay
- 29:47Speaker 7: at home husband.
- 29:48Speaker 4: That is my dream. What would be better than that,
- 29:52Speaker 4: especially the ones where the husband says you are not
- 29:55Speaker 4: getting a job, you are not to work.
- 29:56Speaker 2: I want you to relax. Yeah, you rest your mouth
- 30:01Speaker 2: for when I get home.
- 30:03Speaker 4: Greg, You're like, all right, I'll be okay, And when
- 30:07Speaker 4: you get home, the house will be picture perfect. You're
- 30:09Speaker 4: gonna have a new dinner every night. Look up recipes.
- 30:12Speaker 4: I'll cook for you, I'll clean.
- 30:13Speaker 7: You say that, and I think it's like how people
- 30:16Speaker 7: feel about a lot of things, like well, if I
- 30:18Speaker 7: had a treadmill, I would use it all the time.
- 30:22Speaker 5: People go, oh, man, I would love to have a
- 30:24Speaker 5: pool all the time.
- 30:26Speaker 7: And you are at first right, and then you do
- 30:29Speaker 7: that stuff, and then within six months, Greg, the house
- 30:31Speaker 7: is a disaster.
- 30:33Speaker 4: Eating. Yeah, there's everywhere.
- 30:36Speaker 2: You've got to make dinner again. Greg Oy sees red
- 30:39Speaker 2: when he hears a housewife say how boring her life is, Greg.
- 30:44Speaker 5: Because that's Greg's dream to live that life.
- 30:47Speaker 4: And I think you're right, because we all want those
- 30:49Speaker 4: certain things, and then when you get them, you just
- 30:51Speaker 4: don't do it.
- 30:51Speaker 7: Nobody likes their own hair. I went totally everybody's you
- 30:55Speaker 7: know once whatever they don't have.
- 30:58Speaker 9: And I want Gina's hair. I want.
- 31:02Speaker 4: I told you I went to college and near a beach,
- 31:04Speaker 4: and I said, I'm going to take a walk in
- 31:05Speaker 4: the beach every day. I did it zero times.
- 31:08Speaker 2: Zero time, zero, not even once.
- 31:09Speaker 5: I mean I rode my bike to the beach. I
- 31:11Speaker 5: think the best intentions.
- 31:12Speaker 7: I signed up for that gym on the first floor
- 31:15Speaker 7: of our building here at the radio station.
- 31:16Speaker 2: It's full intention of going there after the show each day.
- 31:19Speaker 4: Paid for a year.
- 31:20Speaker 7: I paid for the whole year up front. Asked me
- 31:22Speaker 7: how many times I went zero? The only the only
- 31:26Speaker 7: time I because you used your your building like key
- 31:29Speaker 7: card to buzz in the only time I buzzed into
- 31:32Speaker 7: that gym is when I hired Sea Bass and I
- 31:34Speaker 7: showed him the gym.
- 31:37Speaker 8: You know there's a gym here on the site, and oh, yeah, yeah,
- 31:40Speaker 8: you want to see it? Yeah, sure, and then buzzed
- 31:42Speaker 8: him in there. That was the one and only time
- 31:45Speaker 8: I used my one year full membership to.
- 31:47Speaker 2: Buzz in there. And he ended up using it. But
- 31:49Speaker 2: then he had issues. It's weird. It's always the other person.
- 31:52Speaker 7: Well, it's because he was living well. He chose to
- 31:55Speaker 7: live in a van so he didn't have to pay
- 31:57Speaker 7: money for rent. He was living in the van, but
- 31:59Speaker 7: he would used the gym downstairs for showering, and then
- 32:03Speaker 7: all the lockers wore his closet, so he commandeered like
- 32:08Speaker 7: six lockers or something, which i'm.
- 32:11Speaker 2: Because that's not the rules. But again, the rules don't
- 32:14Speaker 2: apply to him.
- 32:15Speaker 5: He just applies the rules to everybody else. Okay, I
- 32:17Speaker 5: was wondering when.
- 32:19Speaker 2: A minute defend yourself.
- 32:21Speaker 7: Then it was great because I understood what he was
- 32:24Speaker 7: saying too, because they provide towels.
- 32:26Speaker 5: Towel service was all good. You have to worry about.
- 32:28Speaker 2: That that I get. Yeah, it's a sound bad when
- 32:31Speaker 2: you lie about the facts.
- 32:32Speaker 8: Okay, one locker, you had one locker for all your clothes.
- 32:37Speaker 8: Yeah that between that and between that and the RV
- 32:41Speaker 8: and the van, I didn't screw.
- 32:42Speaker 2: I didn't store. I wasn't living down there.
- 32:44Speaker 4: I had.
- 32:44Speaker 2: It was either in the dojo or in the RV.
- 32:47Speaker 2: The dojo when well, when he.
- 32:48Speaker 7: First moved, when he first moved here, he was renting
- 32:52Speaker 7: an illegal apartment.
- 32:53Speaker 2: It was a room over a dojo. This is very better.
- 32:56Speaker 7: The only it was it was it was supposed to
- 32:58Speaker 7: be like an office space and the only bathroom was
- 33:01Speaker 7: downstairs where the dojo was, and so in the kitchenette,
- 33:04Speaker 7: and so if you want the visual on this is great.
- 33:07Speaker 7: Anytime he wanted to use the bathroom or the kitchenette,
- 33:10Speaker 7: he would have to go downstairs from his illegal apartment
- 33:12Speaker 7: past all the kids who are taking their karate lesson.
- 33:17Speaker 8: They said the kitchenette was in the back of the room.
- 33:20Speaker 8: So yes, the dog my apartment looked out on the
- 33:23Speaker 8: kitchen on the dojo, but everything was in the back,
- 33:26Speaker 8: so I didn't have to walk through. The bathroom was
- 33:29Speaker 8: the one that all the kids and stuff had to
- 33:30Speaker 8: use too, right, But that was in the back where
- 33:31Speaker 8: my apartm, where my apartment was, So you're waiting for
- 33:34Speaker 8: the bathroom.
- 33:35Speaker 2: But going back to the gym and the building, I'm
- 33:38Speaker 2: trying to remember now, it was the issue of some
- 33:40Speaker 2: towels started disappearing.
- 33:42Speaker 8: There was no issue of that. They never noticed because
- 33:44Speaker 8: no one ever used it. They had ample towels. They
- 33:48Speaker 8: didn't have inventory now either, because our buildings fifty seven
- 33:54Speaker 8: percent empty and they've overpriced the damn place and they
- 33:57Speaker 8: closed it on the weekends.
- 33:58Speaker 2: It doesn't open till five price.
- 34:00Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 34:00Speaker 7: Anyway, Another example, though, typically how Sea Bass will apply
- 34:05Speaker 7: the rules to everybody else. But when there's a rule, well,
- 34:07Speaker 7: what about the garage.
- 34:08Speaker 2: You're at the building, you're storing the vehicle, we were
- 34:11Speaker 2: using dooring, you were storing clothes, and the locker downstairs
- 34:15Speaker 2: which you cut the lock off of a bike rack downstairs.
- 34:20Speaker 8: Actually last week, very satisfied, but I get the point.
- 34:25Speaker 8: The point being is that my quote unquote rules, the
- 34:27Speaker 8: rules are the crimes were entirely victimless, like with the
- 34:31Speaker 8: parking spot.
- 34:32Speaker 2: So what about the lock on the rack downstairs? That
- 34:35Speaker 2: turned out to be a friendly fire issue misunderstanding because
- 34:40Speaker 2: ninety of the locks I cut and remove are eye sores.
- 34:44Speaker 7: He bought like an angle grinder just so we can
- 34:48Speaker 7: cut locks. And also for the sandwich board signs that
- 34:51Speaker 7: people will put out on the sidewalks and they'll like
- 34:55Speaker 7: kind of chain them to a like a light post
- 34:57Speaker 7: or something. I just want to crap up the wrote it.
- 35:00Speaker 7: I don't have to pay for real advertising, and.
- 35:04Speaker 2: I will argue for a sea bass with the bike
- 35:07Speaker 2: lock thing, you don't grown ass man, he shouldn't be
- 35:09Speaker 2: riding your bike to work. Also true, nor.
- 35:14Speaker 8: When I announced that text, he is saying, yeah, we
- 35:17Speaker 8: do that at my work or my school. All the
- 35:18Speaker 8: time because people the vast majority of the time. When
- 35:21Speaker 8: you see an empty bike clock, it's been there for
- 35:22Speaker 8: six years. Yeah, yeah, and it's just a nysore. Well,
- 35:25Speaker 8: going back to Greg in his dream of being a
- 35:28Speaker 8: kept man. So years ago, Ryan Murphy, the Ryan Murphy
- 35:32Speaker 8: was a was a guest on the show, and boy
- 35:35Speaker 8: he came in and he had the biggest crush on
- 35:37Speaker 8: Greg Gory and his gaitar must have been because at
- 35:40Speaker 8: the time, this is before Greg was out of the closet,
- 35:44Speaker 8: so he was still married to a woman homosexual when man.
- 35:48Speaker 2: He shot his shot and Greg wasn't having it.
- 35:52Speaker 7: That's the theme, the topic, the story of the new
- 35:56Speaker 7: animated podcast.
- 35:57Speaker 2: We have a brand new animated podcast based on the store.
- 35:59Speaker 7: I'll play the clip here, but you can see it
- 36:01Speaker 7: just go to our YouTube page, YouTube dot com, slash
- 36:04Speaker 7: the Woody Show, or check it out on our social media.
- 36:06Speaker 2: At the Woody Show, this is years ago. We were
- 36:09Speaker 2: working at a radio station in San Francisco. Ryan Murphy
- 36:12Speaker 2: came in to promote it might have been the beginning
- 36:14Speaker 2: of American Horset.
- 36:15Speaker 8: Yeah, like whatever his current project was, and he was
- 36:18Speaker 8: straight up.
- 36:18Speaker 5: Infatuated with Greg.
- 36:20Speaker 8: Now at a time Greg was married to a woman,
- 36:24Speaker 8: Greg was still in the closet, Greg in his out
- 36:28Speaker 8: of the closet gay self. Right, he could be mister
- 36:31Speaker 8: Murphy right now, I know not Greg Greg Murphy, Greg Murphy.
- 36:36Speaker 4: I'd be living in advance.
- 36:37Speaker 2: He loves you, probably hate him for providing for you
- 36:39Speaker 2: right now.
- 36:40Speaker 4: We would be terrible. He'd be like, I don't to
- 36:41Speaker 4: have I want to have my own career, like those
- 36:45Speaker 4: words would ever come out of my mouth.
- 36:47Speaker 2: And also he's kind of too white for you, right.
- 36:49Speaker 4: Yeah, he's definitely not My.
- 36:50Speaker 2: Tie million dollars make up for that. You gotta see
- 36:56Speaker 2: the visuals and you handed me the podcast waiting for
- 36:58Speaker 2: you right now on our you page YouTube dot com
- 37:01Speaker 2: slash the Woody Show.
- 37:03Speaker 4: There is a plot in Ryan Murphy's new creation, All's
- 37:06Speaker 4: Fair with Kim Kardashian and Naomi.
- 37:10Speaker 5: It's a zero percent critics score to see that it's
- 37:12Speaker 5: up to six.
- 37:13Speaker 2: Thank you? Is it really?
- 37:14Speaker 13: Yeah?
- 37:15Speaker 4: It's I started watching it super dumb. But one of
- 37:19Speaker 4: the subparts is Jessica Simpson, who looks like a different
- 37:23Speaker 4: person and she's going through this divorce and she had
- 37:26Speaker 4: that same complaint. My husband wouldn't let me.
- 37:28Speaker 2: Get a job.
- 37:29Speaker 4: He wanted me to stay home, and.
- 37:30Speaker 2: I thought, and the problem is and and she was
- 37:33Speaker 2: married in the show to a billionaire. Ye, well, could
- 37:35Speaker 2: be better than that. Right, you're not allowed to work,
- 37:40Speaker 2: and then if you get divorced, you'll be able to
- 37:42Speaker 2: tell the judgeable he wouldn't let me work, And so
- 37:44Speaker 2: you'll get support from the rest of your life.
- 37:46Speaker 4: In that lifestyle, you can't have a career.
- 37:52Speaker 7: We'll take a break, we'll come back, Gini Grad's gonna
- 37:54Speaker 7: have the treading news headlines coming up for you next
- 37:56Speaker 7: here on The Woody.
- 37:57Speaker 5: Show, The Woody Show, Right back, kid.
- 38:05Speaker 2: Would all right, Gina Grad, what are the trending news headlines?
- 38:12Speaker 10: Yeah, Well, the death toll is now up to twelve
- 38:14Speaker 10: for that UPS cargo plane that crashed in Louisville, and
- 38:17Speaker 10: the number is expected to get higher. Meanwhile, fifteen people
- 38:20Speaker 10: were injured, at least sixteen are missing, and as we
- 38:23Speaker 10: mentioned yesterday, all three flight crew members were killed, and
- 38:26Speaker 10: now we know that a child was killed as well.
- 38:30Speaker 10: The NTSB says that the left engine detached after fire
- 38:33Speaker 10: shot out of the left wing, and with the engine detached,
- 38:35Speaker 10: the weight balance of the plane was off, which is
- 38:37Speaker 10: what you know why there was a crash at a
- 38:39Speaker 10: ninety degree angle. And to answer MENACE's question from yesterday,
- 38:43Speaker 10: officials say the controller shortage did not play a part
- 38:46Speaker 10: in this crash.
- 38:46Speaker 5: No, no kidding. The engine came off.
- 38:48Speaker 10: Yeah, yeah, nobody had told him to do that.
- 38:52Speaker 7: I think people can't wait. It seems weird because I
- 38:54Speaker 7: keep hearing about it. I think people can't wait for
- 38:56Speaker 7: something to happen, so they.
- 38:58Speaker 5: Be exactly right.
- 39:01Speaker 2: Well, the only reason I asked that question is because
- 39:03Speaker 2: I did not hear about the engine issue.
- 39:05Speaker 4: Right.
- 39:06Speaker 2: Well.
- 39:07Speaker 10: Also, records show that the plane had just gone through
- 39:09Speaker 10: heavy maintenance, So officials are going to see what kind
- 39:11Speaker 10: of work was done on that engine, because that is
- 39:14Speaker 10: not okay. And thanks to the government shut down, the
- 39:17Speaker 10: FAA announced that they'll be reducing ten percent of flights
- 39:20Speaker 10: across forty major airports tomorrow morning. The cuts will be
- 39:23Speaker 10: made in Los Angeles, Dallas, Las Vegas, all three New
- 39:26Speaker 10: York City airports, both Chicago Airports, Atlanta, Boston, a bunch
- 39:30Speaker 10: of others. The announcement means that literally thousands of flights
- 39:34Speaker 10: could be cut per day.
- 39:35Speaker 7: Yeah, they're just trying to help out the air traffick control.
- 39:38Speaker 7: Yeah yea, so yeah, make sure you check your reservations.
- 39:42Speaker 7: They either disappeared, we scheduled you, or.
- 39:45Speaker 5: Canceled your flight.
- 39:46Speaker 7: And now that we're getting into the holiday travel season,
- 39:49Speaker 7: that's going to be that's going to be crazy.
- 39:52Speaker 2: Well that's what the FA said.
- 39:53Speaker 10: They said, our sole role is to make sure we
- 39:55Speaker 10: keep the airspace as safe as possible. And they also
- 39:57Speaker 10: made sure to add that each airline's flights can will
- 40:00Speaker 10: be balanced. But there's no perfect solution. They're doing what
- 40:03Speaker 10: they can. Well, Starbucks is having some issues now that
- 40:06Speaker 10: their union workers have voted to go on strike unless
- 40:08Speaker 10: they agree on a new labor contract by next week.
- 40:11Speaker 5: I still think it's hilarious that there's a barista union.
- 40:14Speaker 2: Dude, right, auto workers get it, nurses workers, electricians, I
- 40:20Speaker 2: get it right.
- 40:21Speaker 9: I feel like we're constantly hearing about them.
- 40:24Speaker 2: Well, also, I got to check my sources, but did
- 40:26Speaker 2: you hear about Castle Bonita the workers striking again too?
- 40:30Speaker 2: Is that the one that's owned by Trey Parker's like
- 40:32Speaker 2: crazy paid all this stuff. They try to do all
- 40:35Speaker 2: these things for the workers and they still strike.
- 40:37Speaker 10: Well, and apparently it's not the waiters and the servers.
- 40:40Speaker 10: It's like the divers and performers that they think are
- 40:42Speaker 10: getting screwed. But yeah, I don't know if that's true. God, Well,
- 40:46Speaker 10: the strike would kick off on the thirteenth, which happens
- 40:48Speaker 10: to be the busiest day of the year since it's
- 40:51Speaker 10: Red Cup Day.
- 40:55Speaker 2: I had to google Red Cup Day.
- 40:57Speaker 9: Really, you know what it was that's been around for.
- 40:59Speaker 10: Years when they put a new Christmas picture on a
- 41:02Speaker 10: red cup.
- 41:02Speaker 9: Okay, it's when the Christmas cups come out.
- 41:04Speaker 14: Honey.
- 41:04Speaker 2: They know what they're doing, they know when to strike.
- 41:06Speaker 10: There are Well, Starbucks and their unions tried to work
- 41:09Speaker 10: on an agreement last year, but the CEO who was
- 41:11Speaker 10: working with them they got replaced. So here's what the
- 41:13Speaker 10: union wants. They want an immediate sixty five percent pay increase,
- 41:18Speaker 10: a seventy seven percent increase.
- 41:20Speaker 7: Of the idea that you'll settle settle, you know, sixty They.
- 41:25Speaker 10: Want extra pay on weekends and days when Starbucks runs
- 41:28Speaker 10: these big promotions. And I looked it up. Apparently the
- 41:31Speaker 10: average Starbucks barista around the country makes seventeen fifty an hour.
- 41:35Speaker 10: But the biggest Starbucks news everybody is how all the
- 41:39Speaker 10: basic bitches are freaking out over a post on Starbucks
- 41:42Speaker 10: that they did on Instagram showing the new bear Restuck cup. Yes, okay,
- 41:47Speaker 10: maybe Sam, we can get a star information. It's shaped
- 41:50Speaker 10: like a bear and has a lid that looks.
- 41:52Speaker 15: Like a hat right with a straw on it, so
- 41:54Speaker 15: you just need to drink it. And it's a cute
- 41:55Speaker 15: little it.
- 41:56Speaker 4: Almost adults instantly.
- 42:00Speaker 9: It almost seeks like.
- 42:01Speaker 15: Those little honey you know, the honey that shaped like
- 42:03Speaker 15: a bear. So it's kind of like that, except for
- 42:05Speaker 15: you know, bigger and has the cute little cap on
- 42:07Speaker 15: its little Starbucks little green with estraw that goes through
- 42:11Speaker 15: it and you put your coffee.
- 42:13Speaker 5: This is what adults are freaking out of.
- 42:17Speaker 2: Would you pay thirty bucks because that's how much they
- 42:19Speaker 2: cause dollars? Yes? No, and only for a limited time
- 42:22Speaker 2: people do I mean the popcorn books fifty something for sure.
- 42:26Speaker 4: Anything. There's people in boardrooms having meetings laughing what you do.
- 42:30Speaker 2: And would ask where do you put it?
- 42:32Speaker 7: What are you doing with all the other one right
- 42:35Speaker 7: next to your stanley.
- 42:36Speaker 2: I've seen videos of people tackling each other at targets
- 42:40Speaker 2: to get Starbucks cubs. We're done done specific clubs. The dude,
- 42:45Speaker 2: they're like made in Indonesia for five cents.
- 42:48Speaker 9: But it's so cute.
- 42:49Speaker 5: Oh so with the uh, then look at it.
- 42:52Speaker 7: The Starbucks union thing that's going on right now. Starbucks
- 42:55Speaker 7: announced that they're testing AI baristas.
- 42:57Speaker 2: Oh there you go.
- 43:01Speaker 7: All customers would have to do is talk into their
- 43:03Speaker 7: phone and say something like I need my Starbucks order.
- 43:05Speaker 7: I'll be there in ten minutes. And they say it's
- 43:07Speaker 7: still a couple of years away. But the company says
- 43:09Speaker 7: they are working on this and a couple other things.
- 43:11Speaker 7: An AI Barista assistant, so that would that programs called
- 43:15Speaker 7: the Green Dot Assist, and it helps the day to
- 43:18Speaker 7: day operations, like giving instructions for equipment issues step by
- 43:22Speaker 7: step on how to make like a specific drink. And
- 43:25Speaker 7: they're rolling this out to more and more stores every day.
- 43:27Speaker 7: But don't worry, baristas. I'm sure your strike will work
- 43:32Speaker 7: because the Starbucks CEO is emphasizing that these new AI
- 43:36Speaker 7: systems are only meant to help employees.
- 43:38Speaker 2: Oh sure, not to fully replace them, help them right
- 43:41Speaker 2: out the door. Yeah, well, I mean they're sugar. They're
- 43:44Speaker 2: still going to have to have somebody maintain them and
- 43:46Speaker 2: stuff like that. Yeah, it's not gonna get the people
- 43:48Speaker 2: who are current baristas are going to be maintaining the
- 43:51Speaker 2: AI systems. But I don't think AI thing is as
- 43:54Speaker 2: you know, magical as everybody thinks. The guy who predicted
- 43:59Speaker 2: the economy me like bubble with the housing crisis all
- 44:02Speaker 2: that kind of stuff. He just put down a billion
- 44:05Speaker 2: dollars against AI that the AI bubble will crash. But
- 44:09Speaker 2: what about flippy.
- 44:12Speaker 5: Meaning the AI bubble?
- 44:13Speaker 4: What like?
- 44:14Speaker 5: What does that mean?
- 44:15Speaker 2: All the investments into AI that like over the top
- 44:19Speaker 2: stuff that the the like, all these different products that
- 44:23Speaker 2: they're trying to put out are not going to be
- 44:25Speaker 2: as great as they are. And then the whole market. Yeah,
- 44:29Speaker 2: all the AI economy is going to crash.
- 44:31Speaker 15: A lot of it's not proven yet, and they're thinking
- 44:33Speaker 15: a lot of money into this knowing if it's really
- 44:35Speaker 15: going to work.
- 44:35Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 44:36Speaker 9: Yeah, but we think it'll get there eventually.
- 44:38Speaker 2: Right, I'm all about it.
- 44:40Speaker 9: It's not right now, but it will happen. Yeah.
- 44:42Speaker 2: Well, Mexica, the Mexican President Claudia Shinbaum, did you guys
- 44:45Speaker 2: see this video?
- 44:46Speaker 10: She was groped by some weirdo and broad Daylight while
- 44:48Speaker 10: she was out talking to supporters of Mexico City and
- 44:51Speaker 10: the whole thing was caught on video. It shows this
- 44:53Speaker 10: dude coming up behind her, leaning into kiss her, and
- 44:55Speaker 10: putting his hands all over her waist. And that's when
- 44:57Speaker 10: you see the President turn around push him before security
- 45:01Speaker 10: grabs him and hauls him away.
- 45:02Speaker 2: Oh that guy's so dead, Greg, I do have a
- 45:06Speaker 2: quick question. Was he drunk?
- 45:07Speaker 4: You bet?
- 45:08Speaker 2: Yeah? People have also called.
- 45:10Speaker 10: The President's security into questions since they were nowhere to
- 45:13Speaker 10: be seen.
- 45:13Speaker 2: With this guy just walked right up to where he started. Test.
- 45:16Speaker 2: That guy I've been seen since. Yeah. I don't think
- 45:18Speaker 2: his family knows where he is.
- 45:20Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 45:21Speaker 10: And finally, a guy in Texas is in trouble after
- 45:24Speaker 10: stealing Legos from a bunch of different target stores. He
- 45:28Speaker 10: spent two months going to twenty three different targets across
- 45:32Speaker 10: fourteen cities and stole over thirty seven thousand dollars in legos.
- 45:37Speaker 2: Menace. I know you like legos.
- 45:38Speaker 7: Can you imagine going to prison over legos?
- 45:42Speaker 2: Witch in for dog?
- 45:43Speaker 5: Yeah, leg legos?
- 45:44Speaker 2: You see, this is not the first time we've heard
- 45:47Speaker 2: about this. It was almost ten years ago that this
- 45:50Speaker 2: COO of a major company got busted trying to steal legos. Well,
- 45:55Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 45:55Speaker 10: If this was for the same reason, because this guy
- 45:58Speaker 10: wasn't even stealthy about it. He just walk in, grab
- 46:00Speaker 10: so he wants and walks out. And when he was arrested,
- 46:02Speaker 10: the cops searched his house. They found tons of other
- 46:04Speaker 10: stolen stuff and drugs and five thousand bucks in cash,
- 46:08Speaker 10: and cops say the guy has eight outstanding felony warrants
- 46:11Speaker 10: and apparently he's a part of a big organized theft
- 46:14Speaker 10: ring in North Texas and Oklahoma that buys legos specifically
- 46:18Speaker 10: and resells them online.
- 46:19Speaker 5: That's so gangster.
- 46:20Speaker 4: Yeah right, warrants.
- 46:23Speaker 3: What I.
- 46:26Speaker 2: Don't know about legs? Which set do you have to
- 46:29Speaker 2: keep away for the kids?
- 46:31Speaker 7: At least the ones with the the engines, the machine,
- 46:34Speaker 7: the electronic ones.
- 46:35Speaker 4: The move in the Death Star.
- 46:36Speaker 2: Yes, godfather, I want that one that's the Titanic. You
- 46:41Speaker 2: have that one, this discontinued.
- 46:43Speaker 7: Marios pleases me, you bring me these lego flower Bouquets's
- 46:48Speaker 7: wedding day.
- 46:50Speaker 2: You have the Game Boy one. Yeah, well that's what's
- 46:53Speaker 2: going on with I.
- 46:54Speaker 5: Thank you very much, Tino grad this is no more.
- 47:00Speaker 7: It was a big day in Odessa, Texas, a grand
- 47:04Speaker 7: opening of a new bass pro shop.
- 47:06Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I don't think I've.
- 47:09Speaker 5: Ever been to a b.
- 47:12Speaker 2: Yeah, they rule so hard.
- 47:13Speaker 9: They're huge.
- 47:14Speaker 2: Yeah, I heard they're big, and I heard they they
- 47:16Speaker 2: got boats, they got at vs inside smells in them.
- 47:22Speaker 5: I've driven by, I've never I've never been in.
- 47:24Speaker 2: They're great.
- 47:25Speaker 5: Yeah, they're the best.
- 47:27Speaker 7: Well, it was a big day. They opened up a
- 47:29Speaker 7: brand new Bass Pro shop. Everyone having a great time.
- 47:32Speaker 7: But then a couple of guys got into a fight
- 47:34Speaker 7: while they were waiting in line for the restroom. For
- 47:37Speaker 7: some reason, I have no idea that. But then a
- 47:40Speaker 7: second fight broke out. Now here is some audio from
- 47:44Speaker 7: the melee.
- 47:54Speaker 2: Well it's no wonder our schools are falling apart. You
- 47:57Speaker 2: idiots are fighting in line at the Bass Pro shop.
- 48:00Speaker 6: Right.
- 48:01Speaker 2: Yeah, nice clothes there too.
- 48:03Speaker 7: Now the cops did show up. Nobody got arrested, but
- 48:06Speaker 7: the dudes who were fighting, they got something way worse,
- 48:08Speaker 7: a lifetime ban from the store. That's dude, for for
- 48:13Speaker 7: any man that wears a triple Xcel Safety orange field
- 48:16Speaker 7: shirt in public, that is a sentence far worse than depth.
- 48:20Speaker 2: Don't you think that is bad?
- 48:21Speaker 9: Where you going to get your bait and tackle?
- 48:23Speaker 2: Right?
- 48:24Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 48:25Speaker 5: Do all the bass pro shops have those fish.
- 48:27Speaker 2: Tanks fishing there. It's pretty much like a little lake.
- 48:33Speaker 8: Yeah, there was one where that's outside, but inside they
- 48:35Speaker 8: have something else.
- 48:36Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 48:36Speaker 7: Right, there's a water feature inside, but outside there's a
- 48:39Speaker 7: stocked pond. Well yeah, all of them, not all of them.
- 48:42Speaker 11: The one I went to as a kid was on
- 48:43Speaker 11: a lake, so you'd ride the boat up to it.
- 48:48Speaker 2: God, inside they always had the huge you can like test.
- 48:53Speaker 2: Some other bathroom drama dude in Florida. He was at
- 48:55Speaker 2: a grocery store nature call, so he hits up the restroom.
- 48:58Speaker 2: He's doing his business, and he heard somebody else rush in.
- 49:01Speaker 2: Now it's a it's a smaller bathroom, like one stall,
- 49:04Speaker 2: one urinal kind of thing. And the guy saw that
- 49:07Speaker 2: someone was in the stall starts banging on the stall
- 49:10Speaker 2: door and demanding that the guy's in there taking a
- 49:12Speaker 2: dump get out so he could use it.
- 49:14Speaker 7: I mean, clearly, this is a Pooh emergency. The man
- 49:17Speaker 7: in the stall, he was trying to hurry as quick
- 49:19Speaker 7: as he could. It just wasn't fast enough. So the
- 49:21Speaker 7: guy outside the stall pulls a knife, kicks the door open,
- 49:25Speaker 7: and threatens the guy get out.
- 49:31Speaker 9: Would have never happened. If it was a girl and
- 49:33Speaker 9: she stuck her thumb up.
- 49:34Speaker 5: And you know, pushed it down.
- 49:37Speaker 7: Yeah, ladies, if you ever constipated, uh, you know, we
- 49:40Speaker 7: we heard about that pro tip where you can just
- 49:44Speaker 7: put a thumb in through your vagina and then push
- 49:47Speaker 7: down from the inside, and apparently it.
- 49:51Speaker 2: Morgan tried it.
- 49:51Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 49:52Speaker 9: More going to hurry and someone's banging on the door,
- 49:54Speaker 9: do that.
- 49:54Speaker 2: Morgan tried it. Yeah, we heard about it.
- 49:57Speaker 7: We asked the ladies if they'd be willing to try it,
- 49:58Speaker 7: because if you're in that situation sometimes you're anything. Yeah,
- 50:02Speaker 7: and Morgan gave it a shot and she said it
- 50:03Speaker 7: really works. After his dump, the cops were waiting for him.
- 50:07Speaker 7: He was arrested, taken to jail. Very worth it, very
- 50:10Speaker 7: worth it.
- 50:10Speaker 10: Do you guys remember the Walmart that had the bomb
- 50:13Speaker 10: squad sent to it because the guy was going in
- 50:14Speaker 10: the bathroom still up up.
- 50:18Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, I'll see if I can find that guy.
- 50:24Speaker 2: Oh good.
- 50:25Speaker 16: Uh.
- 50:25Speaker 7: There was a city council meeting and one of the
- 50:28Speaker 7: members had to run to the restroom. He's a diabetic,
- 50:30Speaker 7: so he used the potty pretty often, which I mean
- 50:32Speaker 7: that sucks, But what sucks even more is the guy.
- 50:35Speaker 7: He goes to the restroom. He sits down on the toilet,
- 50:37Speaker 7: you know, doing his thing. And then he heard one
- 50:39Speaker 7: of the other council members say, before we start, counselman,
- 50:42Speaker 7: are you aware that your camera is live? I have
- 50:46Speaker 7: the clip and I love the the awkward silence here
- 50:50Speaker 7: check it out and.
- 50:50Speaker 2: I'm okay to to start. Yes, yes, no problem and
- 50:54Speaker 2: can you can you see the slave? Okay? And hear
- 50:56Speaker 2: me yes, thanks, perfect good starts. Uh so, that's that's
- 51:01Speaker 2: application relates to the proposed construction of bathroom store. Before
- 51:04Speaker 2: we start, Billy Roger, are you aware of your camera
- 51:07Speaker 2: is life?
- 51:10Speaker 4: Thank you?
- 51:10Speaker 2: All right?
- 51:12Speaker 7: He's like, oh crap. By the way, I should have
- 51:15Speaker 7: said warning, fun accent.
- 51:17Speaker 2: This was in.
- 51:17Speaker 4: Scotland, Bonner, your camera is live.
- 51:22Speaker 5: My labrador, my lubrador Bonner.
- 51:28Speaker 2: And said the Paul so was a dial?
- 51:30Speaker 7: Do I found I found the I found the clip
- 51:36Speaker 7: from the news.
- 51:37Speaker 14: There some scary horns for customers at a Kansas home depot.
- 51:40Speaker 14: Police responded to reports of a bomb threat at the
- 51:42Speaker 14: store in Wichita. A customer alerted employees a man inside
- 51:46Speaker 14: the bathroom said there was a bomb in the building.
- 51:49Speaker 14: Police were able to locate the man responsible for those comments,
- 51:52Speaker 14: and that man told police he warned other guests to
- 51:55Speaker 14: leave the restroom because he was quote fixing to blow
- 51:58Speaker 14: it up but intention of causing a panic. Man also
- 52:02Speaker 14: to others in the room laughed understanding his joke, which
- 52:08Speaker 14: I'm just now dudding. Depot says, they will not be
- 52:12Speaker 14: pressing charges.
- 52:15Speaker 17: To eat it now.
- 52:15Speaker 2: Please, No, you have to go to We're gonna go.
- 52:27Speaker 2: We're gonna get it alight.
- 52:33Speaker 5: There's well you can do this.
- 52:36Speaker 8: All right, turning down to an impassioned plea and a
- 52:39Speaker 8: string of thefts.
- 52:41Speaker 18: Yeah, it happens sometimes the laughter like the most uh,
- 52:49Speaker 18: it happened in the news that one dude was reporting
- 52:51Speaker 18: about some.
- 52:52Speaker 4: Murders and some car crashes and he could not stop laughing.
- 52:56Speaker 2: Like burned to death or yea, the last three people dead.
- 53:02Speaker 19: Police in Nebraska say a rental truck carrying two people
- 53:05Speaker 19: lost control across the median and collide it head on
- 53:08Speaker 19: with a semi truck. Both trucks burst into flames, and
- 53:11Speaker 19: witnesses say there were several explosions to hilarious, excuse me,
- 53:17Speaker 19: the two people in the room, the two people in
- 53:22Speaker 19: the real truck, and the driver of the semi This
- 53:24Speaker 19: is a sad story. Excuse me, we're killed. We had
- 53:27Speaker 19: fires containing about ten minutes.
- 53:29Speaker 11: Apparently they were going on off camera, like right before
- 53:34Speaker 11: they came back from commercial.
- 53:35Speaker 9: They were joking about something.
- 53:36Speaker 5: Yeah, that happens to us all the time, all the time.
- 53:39Speaker 2: Well, we've already explained the cow chip to you this morning,
- 53:42Speaker 2: so I.
- 53:42Speaker 16: Don't want to explain anything.
- 53:45Speaker 2: Just leave it there. It's got quite ray star shot
- 53:53Speaker 2: this morning.
- 53:57Speaker 5: The newsroom loves it.
- 53:59Speaker 4: You're very ammute.
- 54:00Speaker 2: You should say, I know, I can't believe slight radar,
- 54:08Speaker 2: clear disguise. You're just trying to do his job. Yeah,
- 54:12Speaker 2: poor guy, Yeah, just another guy can't stop laughing.
- 54:18Speaker 17: Something special at.
- 54:19Speaker 20: The National Western Stock Show today is Bison hump Day.
- 54:23Speaker 20: Her answers will meet ahead of the show to talk
- 54:25Speaker 20: about ways to improve it's.
- 54:27Speaker 17: Just making me laugh. Ways to improve the bison population.
- 54:31Speaker 5: Now, some of them the talk will be conservation.
- 54:36Speaker 20: Some will talk in your technology to manage the herds.
- 54:39Speaker 20: This is all part of the Roaming to Success campaign
- 54:42Speaker 20: that aims to increase bison population from four hundred thousand.
- 54:46Speaker 2: To more than a million animals. I'm done the hard time.
- 54:52Speaker 7: The way she's the way she's speaking, it sounds like, uh,
- 54:54Speaker 7: you know when someone's giving you a mouth party and
- 54:57Speaker 7: you're on the phone and you're trying to speak.
- 54:59Speaker 2: To someone the Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, you know, like
- 55:01Speaker 2: when your wife surprises you. Guys, sure, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 55:04Speaker 2: like you're on the phone with somebody important and all
- 55:06Speaker 2: of a sudden.
- 55:07Speaker 5: Yeah, yes.
- 55:08Speaker 2: Uh got it sounds great.
- 55:10Speaker 5: Four o'clock on Monday. Ye gotta go alright more what
- 55:13Speaker 5: he shows next?
- 55:13Speaker 2: Hang on the show.
- 55:18Speaker 7: I gotta you make the call. You guys like to
- 55:22Speaker 7: be judgmental, absolutely, so let's see what you think about
- 55:25Speaker 7: this where Steve best. He loves to be judgmental. He
- 55:28Speaker 7: loves to be a judge of jury. Yeah, watch all
- 55:30Speaker 7: out there, all right.
- 55:32Speaker 4: It comes.
- 55:33Speaker 5: Yeah, he likes stuff like this. Yeah, we'll pull away,
- 55:39Speaker 5: all right, let's get here. He comes there there he is, Yeah,
- 55:42Speaker 5: all right.
- 55:43Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 55:43Speaker 5: Make sure you check out on TV and.
- 55:47Speaker 2: Harry sees your dumbes work.
- 55:49Speaker 4: Let me let me let me know when you're ready.
- 55:51Speaker 2: Listen.
- 55:53Speaker 7: So, a woman is accused of theft after she held
- 55:57Speaker 7: part of a security posit from.
- 55:59Speaker 5: A roommate that she was kicking out when.
- 56:02Speaker 7: The roommate moved in the deposit was three hundred and
- 56:05Speaker 7: twenty five dollars, and when he moved out.
- 56:07Speaker 2: He only got two hundred dollars of it back.
- 56:10Speaker 7: The landlord's charges included a cleaning fee, shared expenses, a
- 56:14Speaker 7: magic eraser like as those are great, those are magic,
- 56:21Speaker 7: and the cost of some missing candy. Okay, the roommate
- 56:26Speaker 7: was pissed, did admit to taking some of the candy,
- 56:28Speaker 7: but Number one felt that charging him over it was petty,
- 56:32Speaker 7: and number two that withholding the deposit was against the law.
- 56:37Speaker 5: So it went to court. So what do you guys.
- 56:42Speaker 8: Think over one hundred and dollars undred and twenty five dollars?
- 56:47Speaker 5: How would you rule in this situation?
- 56:50Speaker 10: I think it's lame and petty, but I think that
- 56:54Speaker 10: they're right. I think they can deduct right for stuff
- 56:56Speaker 10: that they need to get you saying hey x.
- 57:00Speaker 2: Y Z and yeah, have you ever got one hundred
- 57:02Speaker 2: percent of your deposit back?
- 57:03Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 57:03Speaker 18: Ever?
- 57:04Speaker 5: Every time? Ever, really, every single time.
- 57:06Speaker 2: That's insane. I mean, I I do a deep cleaning. Yeah,
- 57:10Speaker 2: I don't think I've ever had a penny with hell.
- 57:13Speaker 5: I'll have the I'll have the carpets cleaned.
- 57:15Speaker 10: I down dollars to have our last house deep clean,
- 57:19Speaker 10: and they still took out two fifty for cleaning charges.
- 57:21Speaker 8: See I would argue that, Yeah.
- 57:23Speaker 2: I would.
- 57:24Speaker 5: I would probably would have taken your standards.
- 57:27Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, I would show.
- 57:28Speaker 5: I would show the the receipt.
- 57:31Speaker 4: And you were there for how many years? Six and
- 57:33Speaker 4: you had a deep cleaned Yeah, yeah, you gotta fight that.
- 57:35Speaker 2: I told you. The last one, I got fifty dollars
- 57:39Speaker 2: deducted because that little oven drawer on the bottom of
- 57:43Speaker 2: your oven. Yeah, you never used the broiler. I never
- 57:47Speaker 2: even used it once, and they said it wasn't clean.
- 57:49Speaker 5: And I had I doesn't even know it was there.
- 57:52Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm like, this is a thing.
- 57:54Speaker 5: It's for storing lids.
- 57:55Speaker 4: That's a warming drawer or something.
- 57:57Speaker 2: And then the one before that, I mean I did
- 57:59Speaker 2: punch a hole in the ceiling because my neighbor was
- 58:01Speaker 2: really loud.
- 58:02Speaker 5: That'll do it, all right, So, uh, Gina grad.
- 58:05Speaker 2: I think the plaintiff is right, even though they're lame.
- 58:08Speaker 4: Okay, Greg Gore, Yeah, I think with holding one hundred
- 58:11Speaker 4: and twenty five is fair all right for the landlord. Yeah, landlord,
- 58:15Speaker 4: everybody going with the landlord. Yeah, this is also an
- 58:17Speaker 4: insanely small amounts like, where where.
- 58:19Speaker 5: The hell was this?
- 58:20Speaker 9: Yeah, that's a cheap deposit.
- 58:22Speaker 7: So the court heard the case and decided that the
- 58:25Speaker 7: landlord was right. They ruled that while the law applies
- 58:28Speaker 7: to most tenants, it doesn't apply to roommate to roommate
- 58:31Speaker 7: situations and it's a shared living space. But they said
- 58:35Speaker 7: that the guy was a slob, and so they had
- 58:37Speaker 7: no problem siding with the landlord holding the deposit.
- 58:40Speaker 2: Yeah good, pretty easy.
- 58:42Speaker 7: So bad match for roommates, Yeah, but having dude having
- 58:47Speaker 7: roommates blows it does. I was so lucky to never
- 58:51Speaker 7: have a roommate.
- 58:52Speaker 19: Wow.
- 58:53Speaker 4: Never.
- 58:54Speaker 7: I rented rather than get a place where I would
- 58:56Speaker 7: need a roommate. That's when I rented the rooms in
- 58:59Speaker 7: someone's house. Housemate, No, it's not. I never saw these
- 59:02Speaker 7: people consider a roommate. Then, like some of that you
- 59:05Speaker 7: share all the space with.
- 59:06Speaker 4: You use the kitchen and stuff.
- 59:09Speaker 7: I had access to the kitchen, but I never used it.
- 59:12Speaker 7: It was no like it was these two old brothers.
- 59:15Speaker 7: The house was left to them by their parents. It
- 59:17Speaker 7: was in disarray, it was met. They were hoarders. It
- 59:21Speaker 7: was disgusting. So I never used the kitchen. Greg I
- 59:24Speaker 7: had what was the master bedroom of the house that
- 59:27Speaker 7: they rented out, so it had like a bathroom attached
- 59:31Speaker 7: to it. So I had like a non suite, private
- 59:35Speaker 7: private in my bad, I said, master, I meant primary.
- 59:38Speaker 2: It's still your roommates. But I mean, even though you didn't.
- 59:41Speaker 8: Have a lot of interactions with on that way, like
- 59:43Speaker 8: a roommate, roommate is where like they're on the lease.
- 59:46Speaker 4: Shared then you hang out and watch TV.
- 59:49Speaker 2: I always had the best time with roommates. We only
- 59:51Speaker 2: had one issue one time where one of the roommates like,
- 59:55Speaker 2: oh yeah, my buddy needs a place to stay and
- 59:58Speaker 2: it was supposed to be like four days and ended
- 1:00:00Speaker 2: up being six months. Leave it on the couch. But
- 1:00:02Speaker 2: I've been in those types of situations, so I didn't
- 1:00:04Speaker 2: really have a major issue with it. But then eventually,
- 1:00:08Speaker 2: like everybody's like, Okay, this guy's been here long enough.
- 1:00:10Speaker 2: He's not like trying to get out and go yeah,
- 1:00:13Speaker 2: so he has to leave.
- 1:00:14Speaker 7: If it's a friend and you go on on a plate,
- 1:00:16Speaker 7: I think that's a little bit different. But like when
- 1:00:18Speaker 7: you're out there and posting an ad looking for a roommate,
- 1:00:22Speaker 7: I would.
- 1:00:22Speaker 2: Have no interest in me.
- 1:00:23Speaker 4: You're just gonna get weirdose, yeah, if it's a stranger
- 1:00:25Speaker 4: way right. Some of the best times in my life
- 1:00:28Speaker 4: were with my roommate and our mutual friend Rip Robin.
- 1:00:33Speaker 4: She and I, you guys were friends already, right, It
- 1:00:35Speaker 4: wasn't Robin, but she was a mutual friend of ours.
- 1:00:37Speaker 4: She came over one night and to my roommate, we
- 1:00:39Speaker 4: did the ye old put shaving cream on his hand
- 1:00:41Speaker 4: while he passed out drawing and take his face oh
- 1:00:45Speaker 4: like twenty seven okay, and then he goes to scratch
- 1:00:48Speaker 4: his face gets shaving cream everywhere. So his retaliation to
- 1:00:51Speaker 4: me the day before he moved out, which he thought
- 1:00:54Speaker 4: was equivalent to shaving cream on the face, was to
- 1:00:57Speaker 4: pour syrup all over the carpet and then put potting
- 1:01:00Speaker 4: soil on noise. You got burned hard, gread let's vandalize
- 1:01:09Speaker 4: the place.
- 1:01:09Speaker 2: But with what you said, would he Some of my
- 1:01:12Speaker 2: roommates were from member craigslist, just likenger. I did that
- 1:01:17Speaker 2: one time, but we did interview and we interviewed them
- 1:01:20Speaker 2: to make sure we did.
- 1:01:22Speaker 7: But again, everybody sends their representative, Like whenever you meet
- 1:01:25Speaker 7: somebody job interviews. I always try to like whenever I'm
- 1:01:28Speaker 7: interviewing somebody for a position, Like I try to see
- 1:01:31Speaker 7: through whatever they're trying to show me, right because I
- 1:01:35Speaker 7: feel like I'm the distrusting person anyway. But everybody sends
- 1:01:40Speaker 7: their best representative, the best, absolute best version of themselves,
- 1:01:45Speaker 7: and it takes sometimes a couple of weeks, maybe even
- 1:01:47Speaker 7: a couple of months, that's whether you're dating or interviewing,
- 1:01:50Speaker 7: and then you really start to see how they really
- 1:01:53Speaker 7: are back.
- 1:01:54Speaker 5: You have to you have to break you have to
- 1:01:55Speaker 5: break that down.
- 1:01:57Speaker 2: Give them that much time, because like I give me
- 1:01:59Speaker 2: some within the first ten seconds, I'm like, oh, this person.
- 1:02:02Speaker 5: So well, you're amazing.
- 1:02:06Speaker 2: This person is not good.
- 1:02:08Speaker 8: I think Menace has a better he has a better
- 1:02:11Speaker 8: personal radar than I think.
- 1:02:12Speaker 2: Most most people. Thank you Sea Bass, because people well
- 1:02:15Speaker 2: didn't seem crazy.
- 1:02:17Speaker 7: Yeah yeah right, And then next thing you know, you're
- 1:02:19Speaker 7: in a relationship or you hired this person and trust
- 1:02:24Speaker 7: now you're stuck in a nightmare.
- 1:02:26Speaker 2: Yeah. And then and then you uh yeah, you're like,
- 1:02:31Speaker 2: oh they seem cool whatever, blah blah, and then you're
- 1:02:34Speaker 2: like shocked by it.
- 1:02:35Speaker 11: My last roommate he spent all his money and he
- 1:02:38Speaker 11: went to Brazil into ayahuasca. So you to like kick
- 1:02:41Speaker 11: him out because he wasn't paying rent.
- 1:02:43Speaker 8: So Sea Bass in your roommate situation, he said, you
- 1:02:46Speaker 8: did that once one time with non friends. It was
- 1:02:48Speaker 8: I honestly don't remember why I did this. There was
- 1:02:51Speaker 8: it was an older, older girl, she was twenty five.
- 1:02:53Speaker 8: She's pretty hot too, and she was only going to
- 1:02:56Speaker 8: live in this place for two more months. And she said, hey,
- 1:02:58Speaker 8: do I need you know craigslisted a roommate and I
- 1:02:59Speaker 8: said sure, and I moved in and they made me
- 1:03:02Speaker 8: sign on the lease and then she left and they
- 1:03:05Speaker 8: tried to get me to like they tried to hold
- 1:03:07Speaker 8: me for the whole twelve months, and I was like, no,
- 1:03:09Speaker 8: I can't. I literally couldn't afford anything. I yeah, I
- 1:03:13Speaker 8: was buying a loaf of bread and a pound of
- 1:03:15Speaker 8: bologna every day because that's all I could afford.
- 1:03:17Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:03:18Speaker 8: I had a U haul repossessed for me during that time.
- 1:03:22Speaker 8: I possessed because because you rented it and just held
- 1:03:25Speaker 8: I was, yes, I was too young. I was under
- 1:03:27Speaker 8: twenty five, so I was too young to qualify for
- 1:03:29Speaker 8: a car rental. But I needed to get to my jobs.
- 1:03:31Speaker 8: I was like, hey you haul. Yeah, And then like
- 1:03:35Speaker 8: one day turned into six or seven. Then one day
- 1:03:37Speaker 8: I looked out the window and there was a U
- 1:03:38Speaker 8: Haul the back of a pickup truck.
- 1:03:41Speaker 5: Taking the bus home. Dude, that's ghetto.
- 1:03:44Speaker 8: I was working like a nice corporate office too. Your
- 1:03:48Speaker 8: U haul, Dude, your rides here, that's hilarious. Well, I guess,
- 1:03:51Speaker 8: I guess it's gonna be an hour and a half
- 1:03:52Speaker 8: on the bus.
- 1:03:52Speaker 7: That's so you've always been strange. Yeah, well, I work
- 1:03:55Speaker 7: with a guy who shows up in a U haul every day.
- 1:03:57Speaker 2: I forget. It's like on the rest of development. They
- 1:03:58Speaker 2: would drive the stairs right and they get some pop up.
- 1:04:02Speaker 8: After that, I bought somebody's used car, not to live in,
- 1:04:05Speaker 8: but I lived in their garage for a while, and
- 1:04:07Speaker 8: much like Menace the situation, one of the roomates didn't
- 1:04:08Speaker 8: like that.
- 1:04:09Speaker 2: After a while. He was like, Hey, dude, what's up.
- 1:04:11Speaker 8: Who's this weirdo living in the garage? Those are all
- 1:04:13Speaker 8: friends of mine. So I had much I had longer
- 1:04:15Speaker 8: leash on that one.
- 1:04:16Speaker 2: But I will say this, you are ahead of your
- 1:04:18Speaker 2: time because these street takeovers. They're starting to rent like
- 1:04:21Speaker 2: U haul trucks and stuff and doing three sixties.
- 1:04:24Speaker 5: Well yeah, U hauls.
- 1:04:25Speaker 8: Yeah, it makes sense because you had a lot of
- 1:04:26Speaker 8: these are up. These are no good teens, and no
- 1:04:28Speaker 8: good teens can't get a you know, first rent a car. Yeah,
- 1:04:32Speaker 8: I wonder why because they're not twenty five.
- 1:04:35Speaker 2: So they go to home depot and get one of
- 1:04:36Speaker 2: these trucks you do, burnouse and whatever.
- 1:04:38Speaker 8: If they put it on some either somebody else's credit
- 1:04:40Speaker 8: card or a debit card that they don't have any
- 1:04:42Speaker 8: money on.
- 1:04:43Speaker 2: Yeah, eight seven seven forty four, Woodie.
- 1:04:45Speaker 7: If you want to call in be part of the
- 1:04:47Speaker 7: show this morning, we'd love to have you.
- 1:04:48Speaker 5: You can always check in.
- 1:04:49Speaker 7: Send it's a text over to two two nine eight
- 1:04:52Speaker 7: seven wood Show. There was a some thing that started
- 1:05:00Speaker 7: at all number of years ago with a woman.
- 1:05:04Speaker 5: It was after Christmas and.
- 1:05:06Speaker 2: She attempted to bring back the live Christmas tree that
- 1:05:11Speaker 2: she had bought for Christmas.
- 1:05:13Speaker 5: And it was after New Year's.
- 1:05:15Speaker 2: It was well after New Year if forget christ Yeah,
- 1:05:19Speaker 2: and the thing was completely dead and it was like
- 1:05:21Speaker 2: a lows or a homebeople or something. She and she
- 1:05:23Speaker 2: brought it back and they took it back. Who doesn't
- 1:05:25Speaker 2: just kick her out?
- 1:05:26Speaker 4: I know? I hate that. Yeah.
- 1:05:28Speaker 7: And the other place that was always notorious for their
- 1:05:30Speaker 7: super liberal return policy was bed bath and beyond when.
- 1:05:33Speaker 2: They were around and now they're not around. Go figure out.
- 1:05:36Speaker 2: And Nordstrom famously as well. People would return stuff there
- 1:05:39Speaker 2: that they don't even sell.
- 1:05:40Speaker 5: Yeah, like tires Costco too, Oh yeah, Costco.
- 1:05:44Speaker 7: And so a number of years ago we started something
- 1:05:47Speaker 7: called will they take it back? And Sea Bass was
- 1:05:50Speaker 7: bringing all kinds of stuff, like the people that go
- 1:05:52Speaker 7: will complain, they'll order something in a restaurant, they'll eat
- 1:05:55Speaker 7: ninety percent of what's on their plate and then talk
- 1:05:57Speaker 7: about how it wasn't any good, terrible, yeah, and they
- 1:06:00Speaker 7: want a refund. So one was speaking of Costco and
- 1:06:03Speaker 7: their liberal return policy when Sea Bass took the slice
- 1:06:08Speaker 7: of Costco pizza from the food court all but one
- 1:06:11Speaker 7: byte left, all but one pepperoni slice.
- 1:06:14Speaker 5: That's right, one one pepperoni slice, and then.
- 1:06:16Speaker 2: Brought it his widow. Tom couldn't handle.
- 1:06:18Speaker 7: It and brought it, brought it back up and brought
- 1:06:20Speaker 7: it back up to the to the window and just
- 1:06:23Speaker 7: to see and then we try to take a guess
- 1:06:25Speaker 7: if they'll if they'll take it back or not. And
- 1:06:28Speaker 7: so we were talking about remember the scene in American
- 1:06:32Speaker 7: Pie with the apple pie.
- 1:06:34Speaker 8: Sure, right, and he humped the apple pie. And then
- 1:06:38Speaker 8: we were talking about you know, people putting holes and watermelons,
- 1:06:42Speaker 8: pumpkins and pumpkins and you know whatever. And so we say, hey,
- 1:06:46Speaker 8: what if we cut a hole in a pumpkin or
- 1:06:49Speaker 8: cut a hole in this case of watermelon? Would they
- 1:06:52Speaker 8: take it back at the store? Was this a grocery store?
- 1:06:56Speaker 8: Where did you go? Grocery store?
- 1:06:58Speaker 9: Grocery store?
- 1:06:59Speaker 5: All right, And so we.
- 1:07:00Speaker 7: Were gonna have sea bass to it originally, and we figured, well,
- 1:07:03Speaker 7: the cops might get called or something.
- 1:07:04Speaker 2: It might be a.
- 1:07:05Speaker 8: Little uh yeah, yeah, it might be a guy acting
- 1:07:08Speaker 8: out on his perversions. Because this is a consumer service
- 1:07:12Speaker 8: what we're trying to do here. Sure, this is for you,
- 1:07:15Speaker 8: the people out there as consumers. So yeah, we put
- 1:07:17Speaker 8: a layer of separation from it and say well let's
- 1:07:19Speaker 8: have a lady do it.
- 1:07:21Speaker 7: Yeah, So Morgan went to the grocery store with the
- 1:07:23Speaker 7: with the watermelon.
- 1:07:24Speaker 5: It's got the hole in it.
- 1:07:26Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:07:26Speaker 9: I just sent you guys a picture.
- 1:07:27Speaker 2: It's got a pretty big hole.
- 1:07:28Speaker 9: And I wanted to make it obvious.
- 1:07:31Speaker 2: Looks like a Gina's husband with the town got it.
- 1:07:33Speaker 2: Sure does take a look.
- 1:07:38Speaker 11: Sorry, I wanted I wanted to. But also, this was
- 1:07:42Speaker 11: a small watermelon. I didn't get one of the huge ones.
- 1:07:44Speaker 5: All right, So she goes back in will they take
- 1:07:45Speaker 5: it back?
- 1:07:47Speaker 17: So I have a question. I actually have a return.
- 1:07:49Speaker 17: Can I do that with you? Yeah? Okay, So I
- 1:07:53Speaker 17: want to return this produce.
- 1:07:56Speaker 11: Here's the receipt when it's a it's.
- 1:08:02Speaker 9: A small watermelon, right.
- 1:08:03Speaker 16: Yeah.
- 1:08:04Speaker 11: So my husband and I we saw this funny like
- 1:08:07Speaker 11: article on Cosmo, like if you put his you know,
- 1:08:09Speaker 11: piece in there, then it like feels really good, right,
- 1:08:12Speaker 11: and then if I drink it, it's really healthy.
- 1:08:15Speaker 17: But my husband is so big.
- 1:08:16Speaker 11: That I need to get a bigger watermelon.
- 1:08:18Speaker 9: This one's too small.
- 1:08:20Speaker 4: Okay.
- 1:08:21Speaker 11: My name is Gina, by the way. It's just because
- 1:08:24Speaker 11: my husband is just so big.
- 1:08:30Speaker 17: It's gonna take a moment.
- 1:08:33Speaker 2: It's gonna take a moment. Wow, I'm looking at what
- 1:08:35Speaker 2: you're handing. Her was at least in a bag.
- 1:08:38Speaker 4: It's holding it.
- 1:08:38Speaker 11: There was some other lady, so she was waiting for
- 1:08:40Speaker 11: someone to walk over to just a moment.
- 1:08:42Speaker 8: Type of okay for the listeners, this is a watermelon
- 1:08:46Speaker 8: that's maybe the size of two cantalopes. But again, the
- 1:08:49Speaker 8: whole is the size of two fists. Yeah, well her
- 1:08:51Speaker 8: husband is very big ustantial.
- 1:08:57Speaker 17: By the way, it's just because my husband is just
- 1:09:01Speaker 17: so big.
- 1:09:06Speaker 20: A moment.
- 1:09:06Speaker 17: Yeah, Norris, it's a great article. Have you do read Cosmo?
- 1:09:11Speaker 11: I don't know.
- 1:09:13Speaker 17: No.
- 1:09:15Speaker 11: Yeah, it's supposed to be super healthy for you, like
- 1:09:17Speaker 11: if you drink it after he puts it in, it's
- 1:09:20Speaker 11: like good for your your gut biome.
- 1:09:22Speaker 17: That's what I heard.
- 1:09:25Speaker 2: Okay, that sounds convinced.
- 1:09:27Speaker 9: I don't know what.
- 1:09:29Speaker 5: So the person comes over, ye, and that's the person
- 1:09:31Speaker 5: you're going okay.
- 1:09:32Speaker 9: Yeah, which I assume is the manager.
- 1:09:33Speaker 5: Okay, all right, So the question is, well, will they
- 1:09:35Speaker 5: take this?
- 1:09:36Speaker 8: Uh so, not only the premises my my husband's having
- 1:09:38Speaker 8: sex with the watermelon, but number two I've got that,
- 1:09:40Speaker 8: then consume the water because it's healthy for my Yeah
- 1:09:44Speaker 8: a T B.
- 1:09:45Speaker 2: Two c here Yeah.
- 1:09:45Speaker 7: Yeah, So will will they take back this raped watermelon
- 1:09:50Speaker 7: from from Gina's husband?
- 1:09:53Speaker 2: What do you think we'll start with you?
- 1:09:55Speaker 5: Gina?
- 1:09:56Speaker 2: There's no way. I mean, it's it's decimated.
- 1:09:58Speaker 9: Yeah, when you see the picture, it's there's.
- 1:10:00Speaker 10: I mean, not only is the whole giant, but it
- 1:10:03Speaker 10: looks like all the way down is empty. Now Okay,
- 1:10:05Speaker 10: there's nothing left.
- 1:10:06Speaker 8: Well, I drink it, guts out of it, right, Yeah,
- 1:10:09Speaker 8: there's no way.
- 1:10:09Speaker 2: Okay, no, Greg Gory. Seeing the picture, I would think no,
- 1:10:13Speaker 2: but hearing how accommodating this woman makes happy, I'm gonna
- 1:10:17Speaker 2: say yes, all right, menace. Yeah, they're gonna take it back,
- 1:10:21Speaker 2: for sure.
- 1:10:22Speaker 9: I think they're gonna take it back.
- 1:10:23Speaker 15: There might be a warning like we'll do it this time,
- 1:10:25Speaker 15: but next time we can't see.
- 1:10:27Speaker 2: I think this is a let's get her out of
- 1:10:28Speaker 2: here as soon as possible.
- 1:10:29Speaker 7: In the situation, yeah, I kind of feel that same way,
- 1:10:33Speaker 7: like do they want to take it back?
- 1:10:34Speaker 5: No?
- 1:10:35Speaker 7: But at the same time, you're the manager big chain
- 1:10:37Speaker 7: grocery store. It's one watermelon? Do you really care? Are
- 1:10:42Speaker 7: you gonna Are you gonna argue and fight with this
- 1:10:44Speaker 7: person or potentially not that you were being hostile.
- 1:10:47Speaker 9: No, we were having a great conversation.
- 1:10:49Speaker 7: It was one educational So I'm gonna I'm gonna say that, yes,
- 1:10:54Speaker 7: they will take it back.
- 1:10:55Speaker 17: Let's find out, okay, card Yeah, Cosmo magazine, it's so honorall.
- 1:11:07Speaker 11: But it's great, especially if you haven't been her boyfriend.
- 1:11:14Speaker 17: And that's the receipt for the return.
- 1:11:15Speaker 11: All right, wow, great, and then I'll just have to
- 1:11:17Speaker 11: get a bigger one.
- 1:11:19Speaker 2: Yes, it's right that way. Oh my god.
- 1:11:24Speaker 10: This is a huge public service because I think Greg's
- 1:11:27Speaker 10: in the same boat. But like, I won't take anything
- 1:11:29Speaker 10: back to the grocery store, so I'm too embarrassed.
- 1:11:31Speaker 2: Now I have nothing to be like, if it's moldy,
- 1:11:33Speaker 2: I won't take it back. Now I will.
- 1:11:35Speaker 9: Yeah, I mean it's embarrassing to take back, but they'll
- 1:11:37Speaker 9: take it.
- 1:11:38Speaker 2: You'll take anything if you want to see the whole
- 1:11:40Speaker 2: It's on our Instagram story right now.

- 1:11:57Speaker 11: to serving the people chat and of course it was
- 1:12:01Speaker 11: I went to the girls telling you.

- 1:12:16Speaker 7: heard about it on the show. Please don't do that.
- 1:12:19Speaker 2: Yeah, just kidding. Yeah, that's Morgan Radio.
- 1:12:23Speaker 5: That's more ambient funny guys.
- 1:12:24Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, she was just kidding. That was for entertainment

- 1:12:32Speaker 7: two two nine eighty seven.
- 1:12:36Speaker 12: Late seven seven forty four woody people.
- 1:12:39Speaker 16: May Advan never had your phone.
- 1:12:42Speaker 13: I did nobody else.
- 1:12:46Speaker 2: Shout, ain't nothing but a jeit thanks, ain't nothing but
- 1:12:51Speaker 2: a sports than with the G.
- 1:12:54Speaker 5: Jeff Garcia complete those thanks, Good morning, Jeff G.
- 1:12:59Speaker 2: What's happening, hey, woo the show.
- 1:13:00Speaker 12: Our Lakers survived a crappy third quarter last night to
- 1:13:03Speaker 12: beat the.
- 1:13:03Speaker 2: Spurs Castle right with them doches to three Downtown.
- 1:13:09Speaker 12: What a freaking game, man, It was so stressful down
- 1:13:12Speaker 12: the stretch, but luckily the Lakers got it done without
- 1:13:14Speaker 12: Austin Reeves or Lebron Luca thirty five and thirteen.
- 1:13:18Speaker 5: He was one rebound shy of a triple double.
- 1:13:19Speaker 2: He was amazing last night.
- 1:13:21Speaker 12: DeAndre eight and twenty two and ten, Marcus Smart seventeen,
- 1:13:24Speaker 12: ruey fifteen that makes five wins in a row for
- 1:13:27Speaker 12: our Lakers. Purple and Gold are in Atlanta on Saturday.
- 1:13:30Speaker 12: Clippers have a standalone game tonight versus the Suns at
- 1:13:33Speaker 12: six pm, Hockey Ducks in Dallas at five pm, and
- 1:13:37Speaker 12: the Kings host the Panthers at Crypto at seven pm.
- 1:13:40Speaker 2: We also got Thursday Night.
- 1:13:41Speaker 12: At football tonight Raiders in Denver at five pm on
- 1:13:44Speaker 12: Prime Video. And since we're talking football, I'm sure you've
- 1:13:47Speaker 12: seen this Woody Show already. Tom Brady revealed that his
- 1:13:50Speaker 12: dog Juny was cloned from his previous dog Lua, who
- 1:13:53Speaker 12: died in twenty twenty three. Now, I did some digging, man,
- 1:13:57Speaker 12: it turns out that Tom Brady actually has a steak
- 1:13:59Speaker 12: in this clone company. So basically, this is a commercial
- 1:14:02Speaker 12: for a company that he owns. And by the way,
- 1:14:04Speaker 12: if you're thinking about cloning a dog with Tom's company,
- 1:14:07Speaker 12: it'll cost you fifty thousand dollars. Now, Woodies Show, I
- 1:14:10Speaker 12: have three dogs and they love me more than all
- 1:14:13Speaker 12: of my family members combined.
- 1:14:15Speaker 5: That's just about it.
- 1:14:16Speaker 2: But I don't think I can clone them, man. It
- 1:14:18Speaker 2: just seems wrong and kind.
- 1:14:19Speaker 5: Of selfish, especially when there's so many dogs that need
- 1:14:22Speaker 5: to be adopted.
- 1:14:23Speaker 2: Have a great Thursday. I'm JEFFG. And that's a so
- 1:14:25Speaker 2: cal sports JEFFG.
- 1:14:28Speaker 7: As we're talking about yesterday, and Jeff is right in
- 1:14:30Speaker 7: there with the Woody Show. Listeners overwhelmingly said no, they
- 1:14:33Speaker 7: wouldn't clone the dog.
- 1:14:35Speaker 4: Yeah, but got to have a perfect dog like mine,
- 1:14:39Speaker 4: and then you change.
- 1:14:41Speaker 2: Yeah, then you have to.
- 1:14:42Speaker 5: Worry about it.
- 1:14:42Speaker 2: Right here, since we had Morgan's will they take it back?
- 1:14:50Speaker 2: Here's another good one from when Sea Bass has done
- 1:14:53Speaker 2: that will they take it back?
- 1:14:54Speaker 7: This is from Let's See twenty twenty two. This was
- 1:15:00Speaker 7: after Thanksgiving and Sea Bass went to try to return
- 1:15:06Speaker 7: this card. The Mother's Day one is still my favorite,
- 1:15:10Speaker 7: but this one, this one's good too. Again just testing
- 1:15:13Speaker 7: the really liberal return policies different places.
- 1:15:16Speaker 2: I was filling out my Thanksgiving cards and I started
- 1:15:20Speaker 2: this one in my mom, but then I finished it
- 1:15:21Speaker 2: to my wife and I was warning, if there's like
- 1:15:23Speaker 2: a way.
- 1:15:23Speaker 16: I could exchange it's wrote in it, Yes, so's. I
- 1:15:27Speaker 16: hope you always know how much you mean. Happy Thanksgiving
- 1:15:30Speaker 16: to my.
- 1:15:31Speaker 4: Queaf and Queen.
- 1:15:32Speaker 2: I love you, Mom, and obviously I don't want her.
- 1:15:40Speaker 5: Queen and Queen.
- 1:15:47Speaker 2: Oh, now, how do you return stuff at a store.
- 1:15:51Speaker 7: Uh, dude, I bought a little mini fridge that ended
- 1:15:55Speaker 7: up being the wrong size because it was supposed to
- 1:15:58Speaker 7: fit in the a this one open, yes, this space,
- 1:16:03Speaker 7: and it was a little too tall, and I meant
- 1:16:06Speaker 7: to bring it back.
- 1:16:06Speaker 5: I meant to return it. Never did end up giving
- 1:16:09Speaker 5: it to somebody.
- 1:16:10Speaker 2: Yeah, because it was such a hassle to bring it back.
- 1:16:13Speaker 2: I never returned stuff in stores. But you know, uh,
- 1:16:16Speaker 2: the lady in my life, it's like her full time job.
- 1:16:21Speaker 2: I always intended to. I intend to.
- 1:16:24Speaker 8: Yeah, that's your wife's full time job is picking up
- 1:16:27Speaker 8: after your messes. Like, yeah, you spend too much returning
- 1:16:30Speaker 8: any of my stuff. Well, that's why I bought the robot.
- 1:16:32Speaker 2: Yeah, one of those. It's called the Yeah, it's made
- 1:16:37Speaker 2: by one X Technologies, the Neo Robot.
- 1:16:40Speaker 7: It's arriving sometime in twenty twenty six. Then it's gonna
- 1:16:42Speaker 7: have a robot that can fetch them coffee.
- 1:16:44Speaker 2: Yes, I'm very excited about that. But like, she's not
- 1:16:47Speaker 2: returning my stuff, it's just random stuff. And my mom
- 1:16:50Speaker 2: was that way too. You guys remember Mervin's Yeah, Yeah,
- 1:16:54Speaker 2: like she was there every week returning stuff, all right.
- 1:16:58Speaker 5: The card the Thanksgiving card.
- 1:17:00Speaker 4: Queen.
- 1:17:01Speaker 7: We all know the answer because we we played this before,
- 1:17:03Speaker 7: but everybody else I hope got your guests in.
- 1:17:05Speaker 5: Did they take it back?
- 1:17:06Speaker 15: No, because it's.
- 1:17:07Speaker 9: Thridden already on it and we wouldn't be able to
- 1:17:09Speaker 9: like resell it.
- 1:17:10Speaker 2: Oh, I hear what you're saying.
- 1:17:11Speaker 16: Like, I'm trying to think how I can reward it
- 1:17:13Speaker 16: or scratch it out, you know, like what mom word
- 1:17:16Speaker 16: rhymes with queafing?
- 1:17:18Speaker 5: You don't want to purchase one.
- 1:17:22Speaker 16: I might have to do that, I guess, but I
- 1:17:23Speaker 16: was just trying to I didn't want to be wasteful,
- 1:17:25Speaker 16: you know.
- 1:17:26Speaker 2: I keep thinking about it. I may come back, thanks
- 1:17:28Speaker 2: very much.
- 1:17:29Speaker 5: It did not take it back again? Yeah, Sea matter
- 1:17:34Speaker 5: just put up another sign.
- 1:17:35Speaker 2: Yes, I've got a new sign that's going up. Support
- 1:17:37Speaker 2: it so again.
- 1:17:39Speaker 8: Our security people here of signs, lovely people. One of
- 1:17:42Speaker 8: their one of their jobs as security is to restock paper.
- 1:17:44Speaker 8: Twells shows how much security workers does that.
- 1:17:47Speaker 2: Who does it?
- 1:17:48Speaker 8: Yeah?
- 1:17:49Speaker 2: The security people do.
- 1:17:51Speaker 16: Do?
- 1:17:51Speaker 2: They stock the snacks and everything.
- 1:17:53Speaker 8: They got nothing else going. I thought that was the
- 1:17:54Speaker 8: office manager guy too, he orders it. So what they
- 1:17:59Speaker 8: do though, Greg, and I'm sure you've noticed this is
- 1:18:01Speaker 8: so they you know, this includes paper towels, and we
- 1:18:04Speaker 8: have little paper towel holders besides each sink, and those
- 1:18:06Speaker 8: are lovely. What they do though, is they'll bring an
- 1:18:08Speaker 8: extra roll of paper towels still wrapped in plastic and uh,
- 1:18:11Speaker 8: if the paper towel roll is full on the sink,
- 1:18:14Speaker 8: they'll just take that plastic covered paper towel roll it
- 1:18:16Speaker 8: just set it down on the counter.
- 1:18:19Speaker 5: Well, we have limitless cabinets.
- 1:18:23Speaker 2: Now what do you is that just not clutter an
- 1:18:25Speaker 2: eye sword?
- 1:18:26Speaker 4: It is the other issue I have with the paper towels.
- 1:18:28Speaker 4: They'll be a paper towel holder and it's nothing but
- 1:18:31Speaker 4: the cardboard because it ran out. So I think to myself,
- 1:18:34Speaker 4: oh there must not be more. No, there's more in
- 1:18:36Speaker 4: the cupboard, but you use the last one and then
- 1:18:38Speaker 4: you just walk. Well it is and because everybody who
- 1:18:43Speaker 4: works here turns into an animal when they walk through
- 1:18:45Speaker 4: the door.
- 1:18:46Speaker 8: So my sign says extra paper towels go in the cabine.
- 1:18:49Speaker 8: It's not in the counter with little up arrow and down. Well,
- 1:18:53Speaker 8: you know what, because if I told it to them,
- 1:18:54Speaker 8: I don't think they don't they get it. And I'm
- 1:18:56Speaker 8: also not the moon.
- 1:18:57Speaker 5: They wouldn't get it.
- 1:18:57Speaker 8: I think one of them would get it. Well, it's
- 1:18:59Speaker 8: not to get yeah, yeah, they they don't seem like
- 1:19:02Speaker 8: no offense, they don't seem like high like. I'm not
- 1:19:04Speaker 8: the right person to tell it to them. I'm not there,
- 1:19:05Speaker 8: I'm not their boss. You're too smart for them, right,
- 1:19:09Speaker 8: too high level of the conversation. I've already broken them
- 1:19:11Speaker 8: of one bad habit where boy, we have again limitless
- 1:19:14Speaker 8: counters where they would take the plastic utensils, knife, forks,
- 1:19:18Speaker 8: et cetera. And they would put those in coffee cups
- 1:19:20Speaker 8: and stack those in the counter as opposed to in
- 1:19:21Speaker 8: the drawers where they belong.
- 1:19:23Speaker 2: So I've broken them with that day.
- 1:19:24Speaker 5: I don't care about any of this.
- 1:19:25Speaker 2: The thing that I don't understand. I thought this was
- 1:19:27Speaker 2: the this sign was gonna be for the bathroom.
- 1:19:29Speaker 5: That's what I thought too.
- 1:19:30Speaker 7: I thought it was for because people will grab paper
- 1:19:33Speaker 7: towels to dry their hands, and there's a big garbage
- 1:19:36Speaker 7: can right there. Somehow they can't get the paper towel
- 1:19:39Speaker 7: into the garbage can and it ends up on the floor.
- 1:19:41Speaker 7: They they see, they see that it hits the floor,
- 1:19:45Speaker 7: and they go enough and they keep then they just
- 1:19:48Speaker 7: keep walking out. The other thing they'll do is there's
- 1:19:50Speaker 7: another paper towel dispenser on the counter between the two sinks.
- 1:19:54Speaker 7: They'll take however many they need, it be a couple
- 1:19:56Speaker 7: extra that sit on the counter because they came out
- 1:19:58Speaker 7: from the dispenser and then just sit on the counter
- 1:20:01Speaker 7: to then.
- 1:20:01Speaker 5: Just get wet by everybody splashes, just soaked, and they
- 1:20:07Speaker 5: just leave them.
- 1:20:08Speaker 7: I thought, that's what your sign wash, that's another paper
- 1:20:10Speaker 7: towels go in this trash can.
- 1:20:12Speaker 10: But I think we can all agree that, like, women
- 1:20:14Speaker 10: are very messy. My side of the bathroom is insane,
- 1:20:18Speaker 10: but we're not dirty, Like we're not leaving trash next
- 1:20:21Speaker 10: to trash can and peeing on the wall. We have
- 1:20:23Speaker 10: clutter exactly because that's you guys, what you're talking about
- 1:20:26Speaker 10: is a biohazard issue.
- 1:20:28Speaker 4: Yes, and Woody, I agree with Sea Bass. You of
- 1:20:31Speaker 4: all people were like, oh, they're putting utensils in a cup.
- 1:20:34Speaker 4: I don't care about that.
- 1:20:35Speaker 7: You love an organized place, I don't necessarily care about that.
- 1:20:39Speaker 7: If you care a handful of plastic forks and you
- 1:20:43Speaker 7: just put them on the counter all loose, like the
- 1:20:45Speaker 7: way the Sea Bass keeps his his utensils.
- 1:20:47Speaker 5: At his apartments to like in a drawer, he would.
- 1:20:50Speaker 2: Just throw them in.
- 1:20:50Speaker 8: They're all loose, you, I would throw plastic utensils loose
- 1:20:53Speaker 8: in the just all loose, right, Like I wouldn't want
- 1:20:56Speaker 8: to deal with that. But like if they're in a
- 1:20:58Speaker 8: cup on the counter.
- 1:20:59Speaker 2: I'm funny. I'm fine with that.
- 1:21:01Speaker 8: Drawers signs with utensil hold the counter with paper towels,
- 1:21:07Speaker 8: and that part is paper towels sitting on the counter.
- 1:21:12Speaker 8: Like if they're loose, yes, okay, I don't like that.
- 1:21:15Speaker 8: But they're loose forks on the counter, yeah okay, but
- 1:21:17Speaker 8: they're in the cup. They're organized.
- 1:21:19Speaker 2: It's like how you keep pens in a cup on
- 1:21:21Speaker 2: your desk, or like if depends are just all over
- 1:21:23Speaker 2: the place on your desk, that's different.
- 1:21:25Speaker 5: That's clutter.
- 1:21:25Speaker 2: But what if the cup is sitting next to the
- 1:21:27Speaker 2: pen drawer where the the counter spaces were working on,
- 1:21:31Speaker 2: not for the other places. This is more of the
- 1:21:35Speaker 2: fault of the office worker, not the people that are
- 1:21:37Speaker 2: stalking it, because they're trying to the people stalking it
- 1:21:40Speaker 2: are just trying to say, hey, there are more paper
- 1:21:42Speaker 2: towels available if you run out, and you know where
- 1:21:44Speaker 2: if I had a question. I would say, Oh, look
- 1:21:47Speaker 2: at this cabinet right in front of my face. I
- 1:21:48Speaker 2: wonder if that's used for storage. I wonder if they're
- 1:21:50Speaker 2: storing things in there. I think they're trying to help, but.
- 1:21:53Speaker 7: I think, for example, these are all first world problems.
- 1:21:57Speaker 7: I don't get suggared enough to create a sign. You're triggered.
- 1:22:02Speaker 4: It's not being triggered. It's being normal.
- 1:22:05Speaker 2: Yes, it's being courteous.
- 1:22:08Speaker 4: Yes, it's being a functioning fault. Like would I prefer
- 1:22:12Speaker 4: it that way?
- 1:22:13Speaker 2: Sure?
- 1:22:13Speaker 7: Like does it bother me that they're in the cup
- 1:22:15Speaker 7: as opposed to the drawer? No, it should, But I
- 1:22:18Speaker 7: create a stop down my day to create a sign.
- 1:22:20Speaker 4: It's like, you're being hyperbolic.
- 1:22:23Speaker 2: This is a guy who throws here.
- 1:22:25Speaker 7: My argument here, This is a guy who claims that
- 1:22:27Speaker 7: if he gets changed, he throws it on the ground
- 1:22:29Speaker 7: because it saves him time. And his time is so
- 1:22:33Speaker 7: precious that the act of taking change from a cashier
- 1:22:37Speaker 7: and placing it in his pocket is a quote waste
- 1:22:39Speaker 7: of time.
- 1:22:39Speaker 2: And yet he sat and created a sign prior.
- 1:22:45Speaker 8: No, it's not that it took it. That's not the
- 1:22:46Speaker 8: point to him. Putting from your hand to your pocket
- 1:22:50Speaker 8: change is a waste of time.
- 1:22:54Speaker 2: Okay, so but I think he would argue that that
- 1:22:58Speaker 2: time save gives him more time to make signs. Yeah, this.
- 1:23:03Speaker 8: Sign saves me what has now been hundreds of times
- 1:23:06Speaker 8: of taking the paper, the extra paper tower roll and
- 1:23:09Speaker 8: putting it up.
- 1:23:09Speaker 5: In the say like you know what a great country?
- 1:23:12Speaker 2: You know, like what a you get to a great
- 1:23:14Speaker 2: country like Japan because they left by step.
- 1:23:17Speaker 4: Unless you're talking about curing cancer, everything we do is
- 1:23:19Speaker 4: a quote waste of time, yes, because you could always say, like,
- 1:23:22Speaker 4: don't you have anything better to do?
- 1:23:23Speaker 5: Why'd you buy that hat?
- 1:23:24Speaker 2: You could have donated that's just the money to the kids, right, I.
- 1:23:26Speaker 4: Mean it's like, what, what do we care about anymore?
- 1:23:28Speaker 17: Not?
- 1:23:28Speaker 5: Apparently.
- 1:23:29Speaker 4: Yeah, we need to have a come to Jesus meeting
- 1:23:31Speaker 4: with everybody that works in this building, because everybody's a pig.
- 1:23:34Speaker 5: Well that's every that's every office I've ever been at.
- 1:23:36Speaker 5: I know, it's not it's not exclusive.
- 1:23:39Speaker 8: It can be stopped if you step, put your foot down.
- 1:23:42Speaker 8: Let me put cameras in the bathrooms people, and we
- 1:23:52Speaker 8: begin another new hour insensitivity training for a politically correct world.
- 1:23:58Speaker 5: My name is what that's Greg Gory Menace. Good morning
- 1:24:01Speaker 5: to you.
- 1:24:01Speaker 4: Good morning body.
- 1:24:02Speaker 7: There's Gina Grant. But you got Sea Bass, you got
- 1:24:05Speaker 7: Sammy Morgan's here. Phones are open eight seven seven forty
- 1:24:09Speaker 7: four Wooding. You can set us a text over to
- 1:24:12Speaker 7: two to nine eight seven. We gotta take a look
- 1:24:16Speaker 7: at the weekend audio. What you got here for seaback?
- 1:24:18Speaker 7: How much trailers?
- 1:24:19Speaker 8: I think the main question for these trailers before we
- 1:24:22Speaker 8: hear the answer, Sammy, please keep your answer to yourself.
- 1:24:25Speaker 2: How much does Sammy love this?
- 1:24:27Speaker 5: Oh? Like some holiday movies?
- 1:24:29Speaker 2: Well let's start with that one. A very Jonas Christmas
- 1:24:33Speaker 2: is coming.
- 1:24:33Speaker 5: To Who's to reveal your card?
- 1:24:36Speaker 2: Sammy? Let's listen to a little bit from the trailer here.
- 1:24:39Speaker 2: Let's got a famous rock star like you? So doubt
- 1:24:42Speaker 2: as the Jonas brothers were great, but us As brothers like, actually,
- 1:24:46Speaker 2: whatever magic was there.
- 1:24:47Speaker 18: It's just that nothing like Christmas to help a family
- 1:24:51Speaker 18: rediscover its magic.
- 1:24:54Speaker 2: Rap. So I think we're in agreement in the room
- 1:24:57Speaker 2: that Sam's ripping out for the Jonas.
- 1:24:59Speaker 5: I mean, she like anything Christmas, so I'll watch it.
- 1:25:03Speaker 2: Plus the Joe bros. Right are you and the Jonas brothers?
- 1:25:06Speaker 17: I mean enough?
- 1:25:07Speaker 2: Yeah, make the best like Kevin and his reality show.
- 1:25:13Speaker 2: I stand correct.
- 1:25:15Speaker 4: Yeah, she's gonna have to change her underwear.
- 1:25:17Speaker 9: Yeah, I mean I saw this. This is not news
- 1:25:20Speaker 9: to me.
- 1:25:20Speaker 15: I'm very excited about it, and me and my friend
- 1:25:22Speaker 15: were already texting about.
- 1:25:23Speaker 17: It because I love it.
- 1:25:24Speaker 2: It's so funny.
- 1:25:25Speaker 15: On the like graphic poster for this movie, it's instead
- 1:25:30Speaker 15: of like let it snow, let it snow, let it snow,
- 1:25:32Speaker 15: it says let it bro, let it brow.
- 1:25:35Speaker 2: Bro, Let's go let it Joe. My question is also
- 1:25:40Speaker 2: in that text thread, did you guys start talking about
- 1:25:43Speaker 2: Camp Rock and how excited you are for that?
- 1:25:45Speaker 5: That's what's camp Rock?
- 1:25:47Speaker 2: It stars the Jonas brothers and they. I think this
- 1:25:50Speaker 2: is like the third Camp Rock. Yeah, you don't know
- 1:25:53Speaker 2: about that. No, I'm not a tege girl. No, I'm
- 1:25:56Speaker 2: talking about no.
- 1:25:57Speaker 9: But I'm more into this because it's Christmas, you know?
- 1:25:59Speaker 15: Yeah?
- 1:26:00Speaker 7: Is there of all the because you're a Hallmark Movie
- 1:26:03Speaker 7: Lifetime Christmas movie fanatic, is there like one big new
- 1:26:08Speaker 7: one this year that's coming out there, which is the
- 1:26:10Speaker 7: super Bowl?
- 1:26:10Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 1:26:11Speaker 2: What's the what's the biggest anticipated Christmas movie of this year?
- 1:26:16Speaker 15: Among your two new ones on Hallmark this year that
- 1:26:18Speaker 15: I very much recommend. I'm Christmas and Newport loved it.
- 1:26:23Speaker 15: There's another Weatherman one like Todd something and that that
- 1:26:26Speaker 15: was good. But I would say probably I think it's
- 1:26:28Speaker 15: this year that it's coming out that would be the
- 1:26:30Speaker 15: big one. Which last year, if you remember, they did
- 1:26:32Speaker 15: the Kansas City Chiefs one, and this year I think
- 1:26:35Speaker 15: it's supposed to be Buffalo they're doing another.
- 1:26:38Speaker 16: Now.
- 1:26:39Speaker 2: Last year's Kansas.
- 1:26:42Speaker 9: It was a highly good movie and I didn't even
- 1:26:44Speaker 9: really want.
- 1:26:45Speaker 5: To watch it and I can fat chicks crashing through
- 1:26:46Speaker 5: tables about body hair.
- 1:26:50Speaker 2: Yeah, I thought that beating garbage.
- 1:26:51Speaker 9: Plates it was going to be lame.
- 1:26:53Speaker 15: But I will say the one that I have my
- 1:26:55Speaker 15: eye on that's not Hallmark, but it's a style of
- 1:26:57Speaker 15: that is on Netflix with Olivia Hole and it's like
- 1:27:00Speaker 15: a Christmas heist movie, and I think it's gonna be good.
- 1:27:04Speaker 2: You know why they're doing popcorn, Greg, I have it? Yeah,
- 1:27:07Speaker 2: you know why they're doing the bills right because of
- 1:27:09Speaker 2: Hailey Steinfeld. Yeah, damn, I listened to the show too much.
- 1:27:13Speaker 4: Oh something else about Sammy that's cute and interesting. The
- 1:27:17Speaker 4: things that you keep like your socks and your underwear
- 1:27:19Speaker 4: in or in your kitchen. You pull it open to
- 1:27:21Speaker 4: get a spoon or what do you call that? This
- 1:27:24Speaker 4: thing that you pull open?
- 1:27:25Speaker 2: The draw the draw discovered that those draws.
- 1:27:30Speaker 4: That's a Northeast thing. I'd never ever say it draw.
- 1:27:34Speaker 4: Draw you put in the draw? Okay, in the draw?
- 1:27:37Speaker 9: Yeah, I mean, I know, I know it's a drawer,
- 1:27:40Speaker 9: but I'm not gonna like.
- 1:27:42Speaker 2: Saying it that way.
- 1:27:43Speaker 9: I'm not trying that hard.
- 1:27:43Speaker 5: Yeah, I understand.
- 1:27:46Speaker 4: It's cute.
- 1:27:46Speaker 5: I understand.
- 1:27:47Speaker 8: This week in Audio, all right, this one, I'm not
- 1:27:49Speaker 8: so sure on Sammy ripping out for this. It's a
- 1:27:52Speaker 8: new movie starring you Jickman, and it's well play the trailer.
- 1:27:56Speaker 8: Let me see if you guys can guess what this
- 1:27:58Speaker 8: movie is.
- 1:27:58Speaker 5: Okay, I'm not a songwriter.
- 1:28:01Speaker 2: I'm not a sex symbol that I am an entertainer.
- 1:28:04Speaker 2: I don't want to be a shoe dresser. I want
- 1:28:06Speaker 2: to sing, I want to dance. I want to be
- 1:28:08Speaker 2: able to see I need it. So, folks who haven't,
- 1:28:15Speaker 2: I don't know what is this movie about? Okay, So
- 1:28:18Speaker 2: I think the movie is pretty awesome.
- 1:28:20Speaker 8: Yeah, okay, because I was confused originally when I saw
- 1:28:23Speaker 8: the trailer, I thought it was going to be a
- 1:28:25Speaker 8: Neil Diamond biopas, but it's not.
- 1:28:28Speaker 5: It's about a Neil Diamond impersonator.
- 1:28:31Speaker 2: Yeah, no, my wife, husband and wife. I mean, do
- 1:28:33Speaker 2: you already know about it?
- 1:28:34Speaker 9: Saying I think I've heard.
- 1:28:36Speaker 2: Okay, it's produced by Ryan Reynolds and yeah it's about
- 1:28:40Speaker 2: but he's an impersonator. Yeah. These cover band that they
- 1:28:42Speaker 2: had that was like apparently really big, like Thunder and say, yeah,
- 1:28:50Speaker 2: they became really popular. They even opened for Pearl Jam
- 1:28:53Speaker 2: and uh but the ironically popular. Yeah, but then like
- 1:28:58Speaker 2: the wife had an accident out of their front yard,
- 1:29:00Speaker 2: like some random car ran or over and no, it's
- 1:29:03Speaker 2: in the trailer, and then you know, she had to
- 1:29:06Speaker 2: rebuild and bring the band back together. There was a
- 1:29:08Speaker 2: documentary in two thousand and eight. Yeah, it's a really
- 1:29:11Speaker 2: cool story song sung Blue.
- 1:29:13Speaker 8: Yeah, because I first thought I was like, how are
- 1:29:14Speaker 8: they making sixty year old Hugh Jackman into a twenty
- 1:29:17Speaker 8: eight year old Neil Diamond.
- 1:29:19Speaker 2: Yeah, no, it looks really cool.
- 1:29:20Speaker 9: I'm into it.
- 1:29:21Speaker 2: Okay, all right, so she is into it, all right,
- 1:29:23Speaker 2: next trailer Sammy into it and so so.
- 1:29:28Speaker 5: Right, I do like Neil Diamond.
- 1:29:35Speaker 2: Yeah, he's great songs.
- 1:29:40Speaker 7: Get Yeah, I mean, I always forget about this one,
- 1:29:48Speaker 7: but like America, great song.
- 1:29:51Speaker 2: Yeah, America, it's good. I am.
- 1:29:55Speaker 5: I said, huh, love on the Rocks.
- 1:29:58Speaker 2: That's a good one. This stuff, I mean Radio Sweet
- 1:30:00Speaker 2: Caroline Crackling Rose. Oh yeah, they call him the Jewish Elvis. Yeah,
- 1:30:06Speaker 2: so much so that people go see the cover band.
- 1:30:08Speaker 4: Yeah, all right.
- 1:30:09Speaker 8: This week in audio does Sammy ripping out for the
- 1:30:13Speaker 8: vander Pomper Rules Season twelve trailer.
- 1:30:15Speaker 5: Menace is probably right as Basement's flooding.
- 1:30:22Speaker 2: Here's the twist. It's got an all new care.
- 1:30:25Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, I think dude, Menace might squirred.
- 1:30:29Speaker 11: I find myself and coworker in relationships pretty quickly, and hey,
- 1:30:31Speaker 11: you know, I found your hinge profile and it says
- 1:30:33Speaker 11: that you believe in Monogama.
- 1:30:34Speaker 5: And that was an updating part of what I get
- 1:30:37Speaker 5: terrified about. What about all the Shane was.
- 1:30:40Speaker 9: Coming on to you again?
- 1:30:41Speaker 17: Oh my god, do I need to like stab you?
- 1:30:43Speaker 2: I want to stay myself Bravo con In two weeks

- 1:30:50Speaker 8: well he has the plug ip tickets two grand what Yeah,
- 1:30:55Speaker 8: that's more than Coachella, but you get to be there.
- 1:30:58Speaker 2: With wait.
- 1:31:01Speaker 5: Is just what like a bunch of panels from the
- 1:31:03Speaker 5: people that.
- 1:31:03Speaker 2: Are on the Bravo shows Yeah live broadcast mean Greeds
- 1:31:06Speaker 2: Live podcast. Yeah, and then you get to buy like
- 1:31:09Speaker 2: all their products. They released their skincare lines and you
- 1:31:12Speaker 2: met people from million dollars list they have And I
- 1:31:14Speaker 2: made a special recording for Greg and he loved it.
- 1:31:17Speaker 8: So Vander is about what waiters and waitresses to bang
- 1:31:19Speaker 8: each other? Yes, right, yeah, it sounded like from the trailer.
- 1:31:22Speaker 2: It's pretty cool. All right, I don't get it. It
- 1:31:25Speaker 2: sounds yeah, Sam, are you ripping out for me?
- 1:31:28Speaker 9: I'm not ripping out reality shows as much as menas I.
- 1:31:32Speaker 5: Did see the preview trailer they just released for the
- 1:31:35Speaker 5: Michael Jackson bio pick, which looks interesting. How many boats
- 1:31:38Speaker 5: we need?
- 1:31:39Speaker 8: People are into them? Yes, I just saw a story
- 1:31:42Speaker 8: about how AMC theaters despite all the big.
- 1:31:44Speaker 7: Ass movies that were huge, like a huge uh summer
- 1:31:48Speaker 7: at the box office, they lost money. Oh really yeah, down,
- 1:31:52Speaker 7: not a good sign for movie theaters.
- 1:31:53Speaker 8: So do you think in the Michael Jackson bio pick
- 1:31:55Speaker 8: they will show the kids lying about getting molested?
- 1:31:58Speaker 17: No?
- 1:32:00Speaker 2: Because he believes it's it's his nephew.
- 1:32:04Speaker 5: That's I don't think he's a child molester. I really
- 1:32:06Speaker 5: don't think.
- 1:32:08Speaker 2: I don't think that he's weird he was a child molester.
- 1:32:10Speaker 4: Yeah, I think he's a weirdo arrested development, you know,
- 1:32:13Speaker 4: like like forty two biopicks on him and anytime Michael Jackson, Yes,
- 1:32:19Speaker 4: and I'll watch all of them. Yeah.
- 1:32:23Speaker 2: I was kind of on the same boat for a
- 1:32:26Speaker 2: very long time until one of the accusers was Wade Robinson, who's, yeah,
- 1:32:31Speaker 2: the choreographer, who's a notable person, And I'm like, oh,
- 1:32:33Speaker 2: that's kind of weird that a notable person would make
- 1:32:37Speaker 2: those accusations. So I'm kind of on the fence on
- 1:32:40Speaker 2: how I feel about it now. But I want to
- 1:32:42Speaker 2: see that movie.
- 1:32:43Speaker 7: Yeah, it looks it looks good like the guy I
- 1:32:45Speaker 7: don't know who it is who's playing Michael Jackson.
- 1:32:47Speaker 2: But I mean nailed it called Michael, Yes, it's called Michael.
- 1:32:51Speaker 2: This week in audio one more.
- 1:32:52Speaker 8: Trailer, Sure, Hey guys, who sees in Assessame Street? Oh right,
- 1:32:56Speaker 8: covering a lot of new ground like this.
- 1:32:58Speaker 21: Different dyes, okay, oh hello, hello?
- 1:33:09Speaker 2: Was that cookie monster getting something? Sesame Street? And neat
- 1:33:15Speaker 2: trailers for a new season and is there so much
- 1:33:17Speaker 2: more to learn about letters? That's what I'm thinking. Also,
- 1:33:21Speaker 2: I feel like we know everything we need to know
- 1:33:24Speaker 2: who picked it up now? Because it was HBO?
- 1:33:26Speaker 6: Right?
- 1:33:26Speaker 4: What what it was? The news?
- 1:33:28Speaker 16: Wait?
- 1:33:28Speaker 2: Maybe Apple did? Has the new season even find it now?
- 1:33:33Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 1:33:33Speaker 7: I mean they are throwing some stuff into those sesame
- 1:33:36Speaker 7: Street episodes like.
- 1:33:37Speaker 5: Oscar the Grouge and was like trash tra got is
- 1:33:42Speaker 5: I love trash songs? Netflix and PBS. Listen to all
- 1:33:44Speaker 5: the stuff he found in there.
- 1:33:45Speaker 2: Five o'clock won't work in them oldtel all else.
- 1:33:50Speaker 16: I broke.
- 1:33:52Speaker 5: A rusty trotten ball, a rusty trombone.
- 1:33:55Speaker 2: That's not real.
- 1:33:56Speaker 5: Google that one, guys, what is a rusty trombone?
- 1:34:00Speaker 2: Kids? Ask your parents?
- 1:34:01Speaker 5: No, don't ask your parents, kids Street. Apparently more wood
- 1:34:05Speaker 5: he showed next.
- 1:34:05Speaker 2: Hang on, More Woody Show is next, next slext.
- 1:34:14Speaker 5: The Woody Show, And we just.
- 1:34:18Speaker 4: Keep on rolling with this week.
- 1:34:20Speaker 2: In audio, that's some more Menace audio.
- 1:34:22Speaker 5: But there's controversy.
- 1:34:25Speaker 8: As you know, Mariah Carey since twenty nineteen has been
- 1:34:28Speaker 8: leasing a little video right after Halloween, too early by
- 1:34:32Speaker 8: my taste, but saying, oh it's time for Christmas music.
- 1:34:34Speaker 2: Blah blahlah blah blah.
- 1:34:35Speaker 5: Oh not yet, yeah, not yet, Okay, I've seen those.
- 1:34:39Speaker 8: Yeah, well now she's it's gotten. So it's become such
- 1:34:42Speaker 8: a thing that she now has brand sponsorships so far.
- 1:34:45Speaker 8: That's why I say it's a menace thing. So fora
- 1:34:47Speaker 8: has partnered with Mariah Carey. I'm more of an alt guy,
- 1:34:49Speaker 8: but yeah, so her as most men are. This year,
- 1:34:53Speaker 8: it's this time for Christmas video as partner with Sephora.
- 1:34:56Speaker 5: But there's a twist.
- 1:34:57Speaker 2: Oh, Billy's the bad news Mariah Carrey.
- 1:35:02Speaker 7: The elves are striking this year, el revenge for putting
- 1:35:05Speaker 7: us through holiday.
- 1:35:06Speaker 2: Hell, you can't cancel Christmas. So that was Billy Eichner.
- 1:35:15Speaker 5: Well boy, and he's canceling.
- 1:35:18Speaker 8: He's trying to steal steal her, you know, the Sephora
- 1:35:22Speaker 8: because the elves are going on strike. So why is
- 1:35:24Speaker 8: there a controversy around this year's Mariah Carey.
- 1:35:29Speaker 4: Video where something about the shutdown?
- 1:35:32Speaker 5: Greg Gory?
- 1:35:32Speaker 4: Now is that right?
- 1:35:35Speaker 2: Even though they filmed this like probably a year ago.
- 1:35:39Speaker 8: How dare you mock the workers of the world going
- 1:35:42Speaker 8: on strike and being without jobs?
- 1:35:47Speaker 2: It's bad optics.
- 1:35:48Speaker 8: I wonder how much Mariah Carey makes every year just
- 1:35:51Speaker 8: off the airplay and the royalties that she gets.
- 1:35:55Speaker 5: For that song, that one song A lot. Know, Hold,
- 1:36:00Speaker 5: I'm I tell you just to get a ball. I mean,
- 1:36:03Speaker 5: it's the Internet, so it's probably not completely accurate.
- 1:36:05Speaker 2: But you know how sting he still makes like, what
- 1:36:08Speaker 2: a million dollars a year off that sample from ye.
- 1:36:11Speaker 4: That might be really.
- 1:36:13Speaker 5: Yeah, it's probably falling off a little bit.
- 1:36:16Speaker 10: One estimate says the song has earned over sixty million dollars,
- 1:36:20Speaker 10: so she may get two million dollars a year to
- 1:36:26Speaker 10: two to three million dollars a season basically.
- 1:36:30Speaker 2: The song only I'm saying only sixty million. I feel
- 1:36:34Speaker 2: like that should be like sixty billion.
- 1:36:36Speaker 5: That's good for one song, for one single song.
- 1:36:39Speaker 2: I will take it. I feel like it would be higher.
- 1:36:42Speaker 4: In her annual video, does she do that It's Time
- 1:36:45Speaker 4: every year? Yeah?
- 1:36:46Speaker 2: Crack no, no, not not not it's time. It Sh'll
- 1:36:49Speaker 2: go like not yet, okay because this particular clip that
- 1:36:53Speaker 2: made my ears and then that's awful, and then he
- 1:36:57Speaker 2: gets to a certain point and then it's like flipping switch,
- 1:37:00Speaker 2: It's time, Isn't that cute?
- 1:37:03Speaker 8: Bruce Buffer gets to sue Mariah carry because I believe
- 1:37:06Speaker 8: he owns the trademark to it's time, which, by the way,
- 1:37:08Speaker 8: is a very.
- 1:37:08Speaker 2: Stupid the words it's time, not the whole phrase. Well,
- 1:37:12Speaker 2: his his brother.
- 1:37:13Speaker 8: You cannot say let's get ready to rumble in a
- 1:37:15Speaker 8: promotional context or he will come to your ass.
- 1:37:17Speaker 5: Michael Buffer.
- 1:37:18Speaker 2: Right, yeah, Bruce is it's time, which is just it's time.
- 1:37:22Speaker 5: Yeah, but it's real bad.
- 1:37:24Speaker 2: That's bad.
- 1:37:25Speaker 5: But in that context's kind of like how Trump was
- 1:37:27Speaker 5: trying to trademark your fire.
- 1:37:28Speaker 2: Yeah, Tuesday, Yeah, it's.
- 1:37:34Speaker 4: About Tuesday.
- 1:37:36Speaker 2: On the back end, just to be safe, they might
- 1:37:38Speaker 2: have gave him some money, you know what, Oh, Mariah, Yeah,
- 1:37:43Speaker 2: well gave some money just so that Okay, Yeah, Bruce
- 1:37:47Speaker 2: Buffer does have the trademark it's time. Yeah, isn't it
- 1:37:51Speaker 2: when you when you trademark something, isn't it only four context?
- 1:37:54Speaker 2: Certain use, right, there's certain kind of context and registered
- 1:37:58Speaker 2: renewed like you say, it's time, my water broke, it's time.
- 1:38:04Speaker 2: Here comes.
- 1:38:08Speaker 8: I'm looking at the actual trademark. It is advertising promotions
- 1:38:12Speaker 8: specifically for sports, entertainment and media events, not for Christmas.
- 1:38:18Speaker 2: It's advertising, it's time for Christmas.
- 1:38:22Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, I don't think you'd win that.
- 1:38:24Speaker 2: Wat Chat Mario.
- 1:38:25Speaker 8: He's coming for you this week. In audio, all right,
- 1:38:27Speaker 8: more Menace news. Kim Kardashian, she she's still not quite.
- 1:38:30Speaker 8: She hasn't passed the bar. I don't think she's taken it,
- 1:38:32Speaker 8: but it hasn't passed now menace much like you your friend.
- 1:38:35Speaker 2: Kim Kardashian.
- 1:38:36Speaker 8: She loves relying on the computer to do things for her,
- 1:38:39Speaker 8: but she says in her law schooling it has screwed her.
- 1:38:42Speaker 1: When I am needing to know the answer to a question,
- 1:38:46Speaker 1: I'll take a picture and snap it and like put
- 1:38:48Speaker 1: it in there to cheat. They're always wrong. It has
- 1:38:53Speaker 1: made me fail test all the time. And then I'll
- 1:38:57Speaker 1: get mad and I'll like yell at him, be like
- 1:38:59Speaker 1: you made me fail.
- 1:39:00Speaker 7: Well, you know there are official resources right looking up
- 1:39:03Speaker 7: in a book. There's official references that you use for
- 1:39:05Speaker 7: certain things.
- 1:39:06Speaker 2: And I got computer.
- 1:39:07Speaker 9: I'm glad.
- 1:39:08Speaker 2: I'm glad to hear that. I let that be a
- 1:39:10Speaker 2: warning to all the college and high school kids.
- 1:39:13Speaker 5: Yeah, I think we've all been burned by that.
- 1:39:14Speaker 2: Oh yeah, but kids who get through.
- 1:39:17Speaker 10: That's why I keep saying, we're getting dumber and the
- 1:39:19Speaker 10: kids are going to get better and better degrees because
- 1:39:20Speaker 10: they're cheating.
- 1:39:21Speaker 2: So do you want your surgeon to be like I'm thinking,
- 1:39:24Speaker 2: like a like a doctor exactly putting something in there
- 1:39:27Speaker 2: and getting a completely wrong answer.
- 1:39:29Speaker 4: I told.
- 1:39:33Speaker 15: We're gonna have AI doctors though Kim's k I have
- 1:39:36Speaker 15: to if we went to the moon.
- 1:39:37Speaker 2: By the way, also Kim Kardashian, Yeah, she has not
- 1:39:41Speaker 2: passed the bar. People might try to correct us. She's
- 1:39:44Speaker 2: passed like some pre she's qualified. Yeah, yeah, to take it.
- 1:39:49Speaker 2: So you have to qualify to take the bar.
- 1:39:51Speaker 8: You need like some pre Well, because she didn't go
- 1:39:53Speaker 8: to law school, she did like it basically a work
- 1:39:55Speaker 8: study program.
- 1:39:56Speaker 5: Yeah, okay, she's been working on that forever. They call
- 1:39:59Speaker 5: it the but a decade. This Weekend audio, this is
- 1:40:04Speaker 5: also about AI.
- 1:40:04Speaker 2: This is Scott Galloway. He's a professor.
- 1:40:07Speaker 8: He's written a book about manliness and he says that
- 1:40:09Speaker 8: AI is killing men for these reasons.
- 1:40:12Speaker 2: Right here.
- 1:40:13Speaker 8: Forty five percent of men eighteen to twenty five have
- 1:40:15Speaker 8: never approached a woman in person.
- 1:40:18Speaker 4: Never asked woman out in person.
- 1:40:19Speaker 22: And why, I Underson, would you go through the rejection
- 1:40:23Speaker 22: dressing well, the effort, the expense, the humiliation, developing a
- 1:40:27Speaker 22: kindness practice of trying to establish a romantic partnership when
- 1:40:32Speaker 22: you have literally lifelike synthetic porns.
- 1:40:35Speaker 2: So what are we doing.
- 1:40:37Speaker 22: I think we have our economy attached to one objective,
- 1:40:41Speaker 22: and that is to evolve a new species of asocial
- 1:40:45Speaker 22: asexual males.
- 1:40:47Speaker 2: In the process of that right now, that's been happening
- 1:40:51Speaker 2: before AI.
- 1:40:51Speaker 8: But like you said, the numbers stated that like about
- 1:40:54Speaker 8: half of young men have never even asked the girl
- 1:40:57Speaker 8: out in person, never approached the girl to ask, And so.
- 1:41:00Speaker 10: You're avoiding possible rejection, but you're also avoiding like the
- 1:41:04Speaker 10: self esteem that comes with making a new relationship and
- 1:41:07Speaker 10: like all the good stuff.
- 1:41:08Speaker 2: That comes from meeting a human being.
- 1:41:10Speaker 8: But what they're saying is you get enough good stuff
- 1:41:11Speaker 8: with AI that you don't need to that that's not
- 1:41:13Speaker 8: worth the trade off.
- 1:41:15Speaker 2: I'm gonna be a home. We're just going to have
- 1:41:17Speaker 2: like a.
- 1:41:17Speaker 7: Whole society of lesbians because because the women are falling
- 1:41:21Speaker 7: in love with quote guys who are I guess technically men,
- 1:41:25Speaker 7: but they're really chicks, right, Because I keep hearing about
- 1:41:28Speaker 7: how man, it's rough out there, what's it like out there?
- 1:41:30Speaker 5: And the you know, talking to dudes, like dudes are
- 1:41:32Speaker 5: so soft and there's.
- 1:41:34Speaker 9: The saying that's like not to go to war.
- 1:41:36Speaker 11: And now they do all these like girly weird you know,
- 1:41:39Speaker 11: taking these public type things.
- 1:41:41Speaker 23: Playing hard to find like a man's man things, and
- 1:41:44Speaker 23: they were so angry after there's a happy medium, there's
- 1:41:49Speaker 23: a middle, right, they had night like totally agro bro
- 1:41:54Speaker 23: you know, at the same time, but yeah, are you're
- 1:41:57Speaker 23: going to get your nails done together?
- 1:41:59Speaker 4: Right? Or your care?
- 1:42:00Speaker 8: So the last time I had on a girl in person,
- 1:42:03Speaker 8: it was with my buddy. We were on a little
- 1:42:05Speaker 8: mini road trip and these Australian checks actually and thought
- 1:42:09Speaker 8: it was gonna be pretty good.
- 1:42:10Speaker 2: Were chatting them U chatting them up, chatting them up.
- 1:42:12Speaker 2: They're exchanging Instagram profiles, the people who have Instagram, and
- 1:42:15Speaker 2: turned out they both had boyfriends back in Australia. But
- 1:42:18Speaker 2: you know, they liked the attention, they like the flirting.
- 1:42:22Speaker 2: Of course, so I'm sticking with AI.
- 1:42:25Speaker 9: You had social media, so it's easier to reach out to.
- 1:42:28Speaker 8: A hashtag Yuki this weeken audio All right, for the
- 1:42:32Speaker 8: men who will meet you in person and perhaps we'll
- 1:42:34Speaker 8: follow you on a train station at night.
- 1:42:36Speaker 2: This lady in Dallas. She has a plan to get
- 1:42:38Speaker 2: rid of these creepermen.
- 1:42:40Speaker 4: Why spitting it?
- 1:42:41Speaker 5: I live in Dallas, Texas.
- 1:42:43Speaker 17: This man followed me, and so did that man.
- 1:42:48Speaker 22: Until I ripped out my used pat my pepper spray
- 1:42:56Speaker 22: and started screeching.
- 1:42:58Speaker 2: Disease by lady dog.
- 1:43:00Speaker 8: Oh sounds And she shows by the way a very
- 1:43:04Speaker 8: stained mentrual path. Wait, so she took her Okay, she
- 1:43:08Speaker 8: did say what I thought she said.
- 1:43:10Speaker 2: So she took her pad out. Yeah, and started like
- 1:43:12Speaker 2: waving the.
- 1:43:12Speaker 5: Pepper spray right right right, and was screaming.
- 1:43:15Speaker 8: She's she's a video on a dart platform that's a
- 1:43:18Speaker 8: dalled area rapid transit and this happens. And Gina's talked
- 1:43:21Speaker 8: about this, like at night. You're at ten ten o'clock
- 1:43:24Speaker 8: at night, you're out of it, you're waiting for a train,
- 1:43:25Speaker 8: and some creeper dudes won't leave you alone.
- 1:43:27Speaker 2: It's not great. Yeah, it's not awesome. I should have
- 1:43:29Speaker 2: read my pad out. I didn't know that was an option. Yeah,
- 1:43:33Speaker 2: that worked for her. I'll scare him away.
- 1:43:35Speaker 5: It's like menace had to do with the what was
- 1:43:36Speaker 5: the the animals that were hanging around You had to
- 1:43:39Speaker 5: get the pace.
- 1:43:40Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, the Wolf Wolf getting on Amazon. Yeah, just
- 1:43:43Speaker 2: take a.
- 1:43:43Speaker 5: Pad out there.
- 1:43:44Speaker 10: It reminds me of one of my favorite John Mulany
- 1:43:46Speaker 10: bits where he's talking about he's the only one in
- 1:43:48Speaker 10: a train station at night except for this woman walking
- 1:43:50Speaker 10: in front of him, and she starts to get scared
- 1:43:52Speaker 10: because he's behind her, so she starts running and he goes, Oh,
- 1:43:56Speaker 10: I guess she hears the train coming.
- 1:43:57Speaker 2: So I start running.
- 1:43:59Speaker 9: Yeah, it's a pre freaking out, Yeah, for sure.
- 1:44:02Speaker 5: This Weekend audio Paul Pierce.
- 1:44:06Speaker 8: He's one of Sammy's favorites because he won a championship
- 1:44:09Speaker 8: for the Celtics in two thousand and eight, and he
- 1:44:11Speaker 8: also has another great thing that Sammy fully approves of,
- 1:44:14Speaker 8: as far as if you're in a relationship and you
- 1:44:16Speaker 8: want to find out if someone loves you, do this
- 1:44:19Speaker 8: thing that Paul Pierce and Sammy approve of.
- 1:44:20Speaker 4: If you really want to know if a girl love you,
- 1:44:23Speaker 4: need to go out and cheat on her.
- 1:44:27Speaker 2: Let's see if you really want to If you really
- 1:44:31Speaker 2: want to know if a girl love you for real,
- 1:44:35Speaker 2: go cheat on her and see.
- 1:44:36Speaker 4: How she reacts.
- 1:44:38Speaker 9: So you want to be with a woman with low
- 1:44:39Speaker 9: self esteem, that's the type of.
- 1:44:41Speaker 2: Advice that love.
- 1:44:47Speaker 11: And that's the men that are in the dating pools, right,
- 1:44:50Speaker 11: that's because you have.
- 1:44:52Speaker 9: An interesting thing he's looking for.
- 1:44:54Speaker 15: Because for her to stay, that means she has low
- 1:44:56Speaker 15: self esteem. If it's early on in the relationship and
- 1:44:59Speaker 15: he isn't like, it's not secure enough to know if
- 1:45:01Speaker 15: she likes you, so you think you need to cheat
- 1:45:03Speaker 15: on her, then that and and then she stays, then.
- 1:45:06Speaker 9: That is low self esteem. Yeah, like you weren't here.
- 1:45:11Speaker 2: You're saying, I guess you never really love me. Do
- 1:45:15Speaker 2: it again?
- 1:45:15Speaker 5: What would happen if Steamboat Willie tried this tactic?
- 1:45:18Speaker 9: I would break up with him.
- 1:45:21Speaker 5: Even though you're totally fine with cheaters, I'm not.
- 1:45:23Speaker 15: Totally fine with cheaters. All I have said is that
- 1:45:26Speaker 15: you can do a bad thing and not be a
- 1:45:28Speaker 15: bad person. And I don't suggest staying with the person
- 1:45:31Speaker 15: if they cheat on you. But I don't think all
- 1:45:32Speaker 15: of society needs to write off a person because they
- 1:45:35Speaker 15: cheated on someone.
- 1:45:36Speaker 2: That's that makes sense, Yes, that's all. It doesn't make sense.
- 1:45:39Speaker 5: It makes sense.
- 1:45:41Speaker 8: She has fully in supportive cheaters hate him, but you
- 1:45:45Speaker 8: don't know they're good people, kind of like.
- 1:45:49Speaker 2: How many you know has amnesia when it comes to
- 1:45:52Speaker 2: all the Sarah Jessica Parker jokes selective what never said that?
- 1:45:56Speaker 2: Who's that?
- 1:45:57Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 1:45:57Speaker 2: Exactly?
- 1:45:58Speaker 8: Well, it's raises a good point, like because they're the
- 1:46:00Speaker 8: men out there are either hyper aggressive jackasses like Paul
- 1:46:03Speaker 8: Pierce and these guys who will like follow you on
- 1:46:05Speaker 8: a train or yeah, or they're essentially whimps behind who
- 1:46:08Speaker 8: won't even get out of the the basement playing you know,
- 1:46:10Speaker 8: Tetris or whatever. Which these so few of these like
- 1:46:19Speaker 8: super stable, responsible, emotionally available men like Seaveash.
- 1:46:23Speaker 4: Just oh yeah.
- 1:46:27Speaker 2: All the time. Yeah this week in audio, Okay, what
- 1:46:31Speaker 2: he's gonna love this.
- 1:46:31Speaker 8: So this is one of those sheriffs who decided he's
- 1:46:33Speaker 8: going to be a social media expert. This is Sheriff
- 1:46:35Speaker 8: Keith Pearson and Saint Lucy, and they've busted like a
- 1:46:38Speaker 8: drug den the trap as they say on the streets,
- 1:46:40Speaker 8: right menace Yeah, And they've got the guys in cops
- 1:46:43Speaker 8: behind them, and so they're like, hey, we busted these
- 1:46:45Speaker 8: to this fentanyl house behind us. So as the as
- 1:46:48Speaker 8: the sheriff shooting his videos, the guys who are in
- 1:46:50Speaker 8: cops are like, wait a minute, So here.
- 1:46:53Speaker 2: They are screaming at the quite frankly screaming.
- 1:46:55Speaker 8: Louder than the sheriff as he's trying to show off,
- 1:46:57Speaker 8: how you know, don't do drugsson.
- 1:47:02Speaker 2: We just conclude the investigation targeting those pedaling feanyl.
- 1:47:07Speaker 8: And I can't afford like a road mike dog. They
- 1:47:11Speaker 8: sell these things everywhere, Bluetooth, microphones and.
- 1:47:18Speaker 2: Amazon. I've got the train in the background, I've got
- 1:47:20Speaker 2: the guy and screen. I've got the Bad Boys music playing.
- 1:47:24Speaker 7: It'd be great if those guys were in the background,
- 1:47:26Speaker 7: but at least be forefront with your little like.
- 1:47:30Speaker 2: Wireless even background noise. Later on, I hear the sheriff
- 1:47:35Speaker 2: the least the.
- 1:47:36Speaker 16: Investigation targeting those pedaling fentanyl.
- 1:47:55Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying that the belief that was
- 1:47:58Speaker 2: the police.
- 1:48:03Speaker 5: Yeah, I know you have that.
- 1:48:04Speaker 2: What do they call those public information officers that work
- 1:48:06Speaker 2: for police departments. They could teach you how to work
- 1:48:08Speaker 2: a cameray, Sheriff Keith, We're gonna send Vaughan out to you.
- 1:48:11Speaker 5: It's our gift to you.
- 1:48:13Speaker 2: Just get you miked up.
- 1:48:14Speaker 5: Give me one more clip this week in audio.
- 1:48:16Speaker 8: Let's play a little game SeaBASS original copyright trademark game
- 1:48:19Speaker 8: How they Owe it's where we listened to audio and
- 1:48:21Speaker 8: then you guys guess how this person hurt themselves.

- 1:48:58Speaker 2: maybe something's getting shot towards I thought it was like gas,
- 1:49:02Speaker 2: like they live near gas and it sound like a
- 1:49:05Speaker 2: blow to I was.
- 1:49:06Speaker 4: Thinking like something was like running toward them and they
- 1:49:09Speaker 4: had to get out of the way, like kind of
- 1:49:10Speaker 4: get His friend clearly caught fire because he says, drop
- 1:49:12Speaker 4: drop dropp, get down, down down.
- 1:49:14Speaker 8: Believe your winner today is Sammy with assistance from Greg.
- 1:49:17Speaker 8: These are two Australians obviously drunk, and one of them says,
- 1:49:20Speaker 8: you don't what to do. I should get some gas
- 1:49:22Speaker 8: in my mouth and try to blow a fire.
- 1:49:26Speaker 2: Drunk. It doesn't go that far.
- 1:49:27Speaker 8: Also, I have a full the full head of hair,
- 1:49:30Speaker 8: so his entire face goes up. But of course, as
- 1:49:34Speaker 8: you hear fly, oh joey, joey, cool, my entire face
- 1:49:49Speaker 8: was on fire two seconds ago.
- 1:49:51Speaker 4: Whatever.
- 1:49:52Speaker 7: All right, well, thank you very much Sea Bass the
- 1:49:55Speaker 7: weekend audio. I'm gonna play you guys, one more clip.
- 1:50:03Speaker 7: It is because Gina was talking about this off the air.
- 1:50:07Speaker 7: Oh yeah, this is the director of the.
- 1:50:10Speaker 5: Miss Universe pageant.
- 1:50:13Speaker 2: The ladies don't like him.
- 1:50:14Speaker 7: Yeah, and someone recorded this meeting of the contestants and uh,
- 1:50:21Speaker 7: he called Miss Mexico dumb.
- 1:50:24Speaker 2: Don't know, And so she stood up for herself. He
- 1:50:27Speaker 2: called out for security. That caused several other contestants to
- 1:50:31Speaker 2: walk out of it.
- 1:50:32Speaker 5: Moves the whole thing. It went on for like over
- 1:50:34Speaker 5: five minutes.
- 1:50:34Speaker 2: Literally looked like a parade.
- 1:50:36Speaker 7: And uh, I guess he's tie, it says the Tie
- 1:50:39Speaker 7: official has apologized.
- 1:50:41Speaker 2: Yeah, this is not a secret recording either. There's all
- 1:50:42Speaker 2: kinds of cameras there. Yeah, warning, fun accent ahead, here
- 1:50:46Speaker 2: we go. This is the moment he called Miss Mexico
- 1:50:49Speaker 2: dumb and it started all the drama.
- 1:50:53Speaker 5: At least good for you.
- 1:51:01Speaker 2: It's not good for you.
- 1:51:04Speaker 13: No knock about you, not about you, not about you.
- 1:51:08Speaker 13: I didn't give you opportunity to talk. Please keep your
- 1:51:12Speaker 13: life for me. I'm still talking. I still talking.
- 1:51:15Speaker 9: Listen, I still keep talking to everybody.
- 1:51:18Speaker 3: Why you stand up to talk to me? No, you
- 1:51:23Speaker 3: have aye, but you have to lessen security security. She's
- 1:51:40Speaker 3: done she's done and.
- 1:51:41Speaker 2: Talk as a woman.
- 1:51:43Speaker 5: They need to respect from us.
- 1:51:45Speaker 12: I'm here presenting a country, and it's not my fault
- 1:51:47Speaker 12: that you have promise with my organization.
- 1:51:50Speaker 2: Talk stuck. Yeah yeah, talk talk.
- 1:51:55Speaker 12: You can talk.
- 1:51:58Speaker 2: Using the one girl is a block.
- 1:52:00Speaker 5: Oh your lady, you'll keep my mouth shutting.
- 1:52:03Speaker 2: Talking. She looks a little bit like it's crazy. I mean,
- 1:52:07Speaker 2: because she missed something, because she wasn't supposed to be there.
- 1:52:10Speaker 2: Her people said, don't go to you are dumb, You
- 1:52:12Speaker 2: are dumby. Yeah, I mean it's stand up personally, I
- 1:52:15Speaker 2: think it's hilarious that you take anything like the Miss
- 1:52:18Speaker 2: Universe pageant this seriously. We're like, no, we're having this meeting,
- 1:52:22Speaker 2: I know, and don't is anybody taking minutes of this meeting?
- 1:52:25Speaker 2: It's the Miss Universe pageant. And it's also quite surprising.
- 1:52:28Speaker 2: I don't care if they do it. I'm just surprised,
- 1:52:31Speaker 2: you know, knowing what you know about the world and
- 1:52:32Speaker 2: how it works, is that they're still doing these Yeah,
- 1:52:35Speaker 2: they're a big deal. Well not twisting people's arms, but
- 1:52:39Speaker 2: their whole lives. For this dude that's running it.
- 1:52:41Speaker 8: Yeah, he looks like he's judging by the veneers and
- 1:52:44Speaker 8: everything else, the plastic surgery. He looks like he's not
- 1:52:47Speaker 8: an offensive dude to these ladies.
- 1:52:49Speaker 2: Though, also, like, look at which country is the most
- 1:52:53Speaker 2: offended when it comes to this stuff.
- 1:52:56Speaker 5: What do you mean do you think the United States
- 1:52:57Speaker 5: think it's the people.
- 1:52:58Speaker 2: In the United States are offended on it? Sounds like
- 1:53:01Speaker 2: Miss Mexico is pretty offended. I understand that she was called.
- 1:53:05Speaker 5: I know what you're saying, just in general about the
- 1:53:07Speaker 5: idea of the of like a pat All.
- 1:53:10Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:53:10Speaker 2: Yeah, and Trump used to run it, right.
- 1:53:13Speaker 5: One of them, I don't know, Universe was America.
- 1:53:17Speaker 2: No, he bought it. He bought it in nineteen ninety six.
- 1:53:21Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:53:22Speaker 5: I don't care about the adult ones.
- 1:53:23Speaker 7: The ones that certainly need to never happen are those
- 1:53:25Speaker 7: ones where they dressed the little girls up. Yeah, those
- 1:53:30Speaker 7: like little kid pageants.
- 1:53:31Speaker 2: Yeah, that's so creepy, and they flirt with the judges
- 1:53:35Speaker 2: baby y. Yeah, there was just something I was reading about.
- 1:53:42Speaker 3: Uh.
- 1:53:43Speaker 7: Online retailer Sheen has banned the sale of sex dolls
- 1:53:47Speaker 7: on their site after France threatened to cut them off.
- 1:53:49Speaker 2: I didn't know they had them.
- 1:53:51Speaker 7: They accused Sheen of selling sex dolls with childlike appearances.
- 1:53:56Speaker 7: And said that the item description on the site made
- 1:53:58Speaker 7: it difficult to doubt the pedal pornographic nature of the content,
- 1:54:02Speaker 7: and so she and doubled down on the dollban and
- 1:54:05Speaker 7: they delisted all the products in their adult products category,
- 1:54:09Speaker 7: and so they're doing this whole review. The company released
- 1:54:11Speaker 7: the statement saying that the fight against child exploitation is
- 1:54:14Speaker 7: non negotiable for them and they're taking the matter extremely seriously.
- 1:54:18Speaker 4: So have you seen these things?
- 1:54:20Speaker 2: Yeah, it's really not up for debate.
- 1:54:23Speaker 5: This is super creepy. This is a basically a toddler,
- 1:54:27Speaker 5: a child, and you're buying that for purposes.
- 1:54:31Speaker 2: The argument is, well, what would you rather? Would you
- 1:54:33Speaker 2: rather have them have the fake one or the real one? No,
- 1:54:35Speaker 2: I'd rather be like, whoever orders this, we show up
- 1:54:37Speaker 2: at their house.
- 1:54:38Speaker 5: And they're immediately executed.
- 1:54:39Speaker 2: That seems to be the best.
- 1:54:43Speaker 5: Shows next time, more fun than goner Rhea. I mean,
- 1:54:46Speaker 5: I've had gone a few times and i haven't had show. Well,
