- 0:00Speaker 1: All right, what p y'all. Welcome to ourselves on the internet.
- 0:03Speaker 1: I'm Kevin on stage this show. If you're not familiar
- 0:05Speaker 1: me and comedian friends of mine, my bad. We talk
- 0:07Speaker 1: about random old stories that most likely you submitted at
- 0:11Speaker 1: internet at Kevin stage dot com. We have a good time.
- 0:13Speaker 1: This is available wherever podcasts are distributed as well, and
- 0:17Speaker 1: we have it on YouTube. Today's guests it's Keisha E,
- 0:20Speaker 1: Jasmine W and Kanesha Bus Webster Busy.
- 0:25Speaker 2: So please the story.
- 0:27Speaker 1: There was a time on social media you were like, y'all,
- 0:30Speaker 1: I'm changing my name and I respected it, and then
- 0:32Speaker 1: I went to say the name and you said no,
- 0:34Speaker 1: so what what was still?
- 0:37Speaker 3: So my stage name and comedy name is going to
- 0:40Speaker 3: remain KEANISHA Bus, but I will be Kenishah Webster personally. Basically,
- 0:48Speaker 3: I moved quick and I was so upset. I'm like,
- 0:50Speaker 3: I don't want to be related to my family no more.
- 0:52Speaker 3: So I'm changing my name to my dad's last name. Right,
- 0:56Speaker 3: So that's where the Webster came from, us my dad's
- 0:58Speaker 3: last name. And then everybody that was close to me
- 1:01Speaker 3: they were like, you know, branding wise, that's a really
- 1:03Speaker 3: bad idea. There's like this definition of like cutting your
- 1:06Speaker 3: nose aspite your face because everybody knows you've worked sixteen
- 1:09Speaker 3: years in entertainment to be Kenichia Bus and Nicia Webster
- 1:12Speaker 3: sound mad corny and then they was like it don't
- 1:15Speaker 3: have a ring to it, don't have a pop to it,
- 1:17Speaker 3: every like, and then the bus riders was like, damn
- 1:20Speaker 3: you left us out.
- 1:20Speaker 4: That's the was like little webbies were little, like we were.
- 1:30Speaker 3: Just trying to come up with names and everything, and
- 1:32Speaker 3: then I feel my special for Comcast and it was
- 1:35Speaker 3: like this is a big dishy kids my hour special,
- 1:37Speaker 3: thank you, and it's like I had to make that decision.
- 1:40Speaker 3: Am I going to go on with with it being
- 1:41Speaker 3: Kenisia Webster and then people not know who that is yet,
- 1:44Speaker 3: I'll go to Kennisia Bus. So that's when I made
- 1:46Speaker 3: the final change to keep my stage name Kenisia Bus
- 1:48Speaker 3: because that's what people had knew. And somebody was like,
- 1:51Speaker 3: you know, nobody knows your family outside of Seattle, Like you're.
- 1:54Speaker 4: Kind of thinking people know these people and they.
- 1:56Speaker 3: Don't, and so it just was like, okay, I just did.
- 1:59Speaker 3: My mom had threatened never to talk to me again
- 2:01Speaker 3: if I changed it and so yeah, so I didn't
- 2:04Speaker 3: want her to think that she won. Like, so that's
- 2:07Speaker 3: why my Facebook still say.
- 2:12Speaker 4: All this change.
- 2:16Speaker 3: Yes, that all this came from that episode I ended
- 2:18Speaker 3: up right after the Sue stuff.
- 2:19Speaker 4: That's why I changed my name. All of this happened
- 2:22Speaker 4: the butterfly.
- 2:24Speaker 5: Yes, yeah, you tell the story and the marquis has
- 2:31Speaker 5: got a different last name on it.
- 2:36Speaker 3: But yeah, so I was like, all right, personally, I'll
- 2:38Speaker 3: just be Kenician Webster, but stage name, I'm just go
- 2:40Speaker 3: ahead and leave a Kenicia bus. And then I did
- 2:42Speaker 3: a whole flash sell all this. You gotta get the
- 2:45Speaker 3: bus by the merchandise. It's gonna be original, You'll never
- 2:47Speaker 3: see it again. This is it, And it's like all
- 2:50Speaker 3: right them sure, like we back, So what's.
- 2:56Speaker 4: The bus Taurus?
- 2:59Speaker 2: You know? Okay, so listen, this is what's funny about this.
- 3:02Speaker 1: I grew up not being into like zodiac signs stuff, right,
- 3:06Speaker 1: but as I've gotten older, more and more people are
- 3:08Speaker 1: into it. Even people go to church into it. And
- 3:10Speaker 1: I'm like, bro, I don't believe in that stuff. But
- 3:12Speaker 1: apparently all my personality traits are towards traits. So when
- 3:16Speaker 1: you said that, I was like I one percent would
- 3:18Speaker 1: have did everything you did, and I would have sold
- 3:20Speaker 1: the shirts at a discount, and I would have changed
- 3:22Speaker 1: my name back, and I would have been talked into it. And
- 3:24Speaker 1: then I was like, I wonder if she's my face
- 3:26Speaker 1: sign and then I'm like, it's tracks. I don't know
- 3:30Speaker 1: how this stuff works, but I want one hundred percent done.
- 3:34Speaker 2: I ain't got none of.
- 3:35Speaker 1: Y'all last name, no more shirts on sales in that
- 3:38Speaker 1: business decision. The shirts are back, that's a good point.
- 3:42Speaker 1: And I got mad at my my family and wanted
- 3:48Speaker 1: to change my name to my real dad's last name.
- 3:50Speaker 1: As a kid, I was like, I'm going to be
- 3:52Speaker 1: Kevin Reads. I'll show you guys. I don't care about
- 3:55Speaker 1: to stand back in the line because Reddy got me
- 3:57Speaker 1: up and to Reese was gonna be I'm gonna be
- 4:01Speaker 1: way back.
- 4:06Speaker 2: And Kevin and I.
- 4:08Speaker 3: Do have to add on because I almost left. That
- 4:10Speaker 3: what made me break down with the name change. When
- 4:12Speaker 3: they were talking about that, I google Kenichia bus It's everything.
- 4:15Speaker 3: If you google Connicia Webster, it's a bunch of bitches
- 4:17Speaker 3: doing crime.
- 4:18Speaker 4: And I just started crying. I'm not gonna lie to you.
- 4:20Speaker 4: I just started crying.
- 4:22Speaker 3: Cansia Webster is nothing but all criminals. I don't want
- 4:26Speaker 3: the problem sick.
- 4:27Speaker 4: Do you understand me?
- 4:28Speaker 3: So that really was the defining I was like and
- 4:32Speaker 3: I was just crying.
- 4:33Speaker 4: I was in Shamas, like what have I done? Everything?
- 4:37Speaker 4: I was trying to escape this now followed me.
- 4:40Speaker 6: Here. Let's see, so.
- 4:44Speaker 2: What this show is about.
- 4:45Speaker 1: We talk about crazy podcast topics and we very often
- 4:47Speaker 1: when necessary, these have been submitted by you, the people
- 4:50Speaker 1: internet at Kevin and say shout out to y'all. Y'all
- 4:52Speaker 1: have a lot of things that I completely missed. I
- 4:54Speaker 1: never heard none of these stories, so the comedians don't
- 4:57Speaker 1: know the stories until I say it. Today's first topic,
- 5:00Speaker 1: Gwyneth Paltrow has tried rectal ozone therapy. And here's what
- 5:05Speaker 1: experts think rector ozone therapy rectal ozone insufflation therapy says
- 5:11Speaker 1: there's little or no medical benefit of the treatment.
- 5:15Speaker 4: So, uh, come on.
- 5:23Speaker 2: The person?
- 5:23Speaker 1: I thought she just went outside and like that's what?
- 5:30Speaker 7: And who's spreading the ass cheeks and opening to the
- 5:33Speaker 7: sun cab That don't make no sense?
- 5:35Speaker 4: But what are the O zone?
- 5:36Speaker 7: Like I'm trying to I was thinking orgasm, but I
- 5:39Speaker 7: don't know what he about to say to me.
- 5:41Speaker 1: That's what I thought. I thought she was opening her butt.
- 5:45Speaker 1: But I'm gonna read the article so y'all can find out.
- 5:47Speaker 1: Oscar winning actress Wyneth Paltrow has dabbled of many alternative therapies,
- 5:50Speaker 1: but even she admits that blowing ozone gas up her
- 5:53Speaker 1: rectum is pretty weird. She also said it was it
- 5:56Speaker 1: has been very helpful on Monday's episode of the podcast
- 5:59Speaker 1: The Art of Being Well, let's see, Oh this is
- 6:04Speaker 1: a tweet Okaton. Many would agree that so called ozone
- 6:07Speaker 1: in suffalation therapy is unusual. Not so many concur that
- 6:10Speaker 1: it's helpful, at least medically. So experts spoke up on
- 6:13Speaker 1: Twitter response to the Goop founder's revelation. Doctor cave Holda,
- 6:17Speaker 1: a gas gastro entrologist in northern California who hosts a
- 6:20Speaker 1: medical podcast, said, please don't get rectal ozone therapy. It's
- 6:25Speaker 1: not approved by the FDA. Ozone is a toxic gas
- 6:28Speaker 1: with no known useful medical application in specific, adjunctive or
- 6:33Speaker 1: preventative therapy. Don't get it, and don't put coffee in
- 6:36Speaker 1: your butts either. It's what they told her that therapy
- 6:39Speaker 1: has been touted by some as a way to fight
- 6:41Speaker 1: viruses and inflammation, support the immune system, improve blood circulation, speed, healing,
- 6:46Speaker 1: and more, not just in humans but impets also. So basically,
- 6:50Speaker 1: when they take a combination of oxygen atoms from the
- 6:53Speaker 1: ozone upper stratosphere and they put it into a gas
- 6:57Speaker 1: form and they blow it.
- 6:58Speaker 2: Up your booty, all I hear is trick?
- 7:00Speaker 4: Daddy did not blow all in your book?
- 7:02Speaker 6: You know what's.
- 7:06Speaker 5: Like?
- 7:07Speaker 4: You get the air?
- 7:10Speaker 3: Like that's where the start who is on that mission
- 7:13Speaker 3: to get the abbie? Are you got a just big assimation?
- 7:16Speaker 3: Like how are you getting the air from up there?
- 7:19Speaker 3: It's like do you know how much germs is in
- 7:23Speaker 3: the air?
- 7:23Speaker 7: Right?
- 7:23Speaker 4: I hope I ain't know California air Right, that's a
- 7:26Speaker 4: small chick.
- 7:28Speaker 6: I'm likel just get a Coloniaska be.
- 7:31Speaker 4: Who comes up with this ship?
- 7:32Speaker 8: Like how you I mean a not a Yes, I had.
- 7:38Speaker 3: A bumble bee of mind, but that's a whole other story. Yeah,
- 7:40Speaker 3: you know how you can watch it come out when
- 7:42Speaker 3: they put the thing bumble.
- 7:43Speaker 6: In your in your intensity?
- 7:45Speaker 4: Yes, yes, on my child, the bumblebee went by.
- 7:48Speaker 3: She's like it's a b I don't know, and I'm
- 7:55Speaker 3: allergic to be so I don't know how it got
- 7:57Speaker 3: in there and why it's not mashed up, why it's
- 7:58Speaker 3: not nothing.
- 7:59Speaker 4: It was all It was a whole bumblebee. Maybe it
- 8:02Speaker 4: was in the machine.
- 8:02Speaker 3: I don't know, but it was a whole bumble bee
- 8:04Speaker 3: in the thing going by. Yeah, yeah, I did no,
- 8:11Speaker 3: lie my kid, I watch the screen.
- 8:16Speaker 9: It's not a screen.
- 8:17Speaker 4: It's a freaking too right there.
- 8:18Speaker 2: Yeah you see it in the line.
- 8:20Speaker 6: Yeah really yeah.
- 8:22Speaker 8: In real life because the first time I want it
- 8:24Speaker 8: was like nothing coming on and I was like, yo's
- 8:25Speaker 8: what's happening here?
- 8:26Speaker 6: Just take my money? She's I just think you're really
- 8:28Speaker 6: backed up.
- 8:30Speaker 7: No way, So y'all I've never done that before. Do
- 8:33Speaker 7: y'all find that helpful? Colonics is helpful?
- 8:36Speaker 8: Like I didn't feel I almost felt like I feel
- 8:38Speaker 8: when I do like a clean like a juice cleans
- 8:40Speaker 8: I did. I felt really lighter in my mind, I felt.
- 8:42Speaker 6: Really like clear.
- 8:44Speaker 8: I didn't feel as bloated, because I do get really
- 8:46Speaker 8: like bloated in like inflammation.
- 8:49Speaker 6: But I didn't.
- 8:50Speaker 9: I think you were.
- 8:51Speaker 8: I only did two, and they suggest you do like
- 8:53Speaker 8: four or something like in a row kind of so dang.
- 8:56Speaker 8: I didn't mind it though, I mean I was like
- 8:58Speaker 8: maybe I just in like the second time, and then
- 9:00Speaker 8: it was like okay, okay, here we go, but you're
- 9:04Speaker 8: gonna have to give me this kyah I.
- 9:11Speaker 4: Stuff got my money's work. I'm like, you said you
- 9:16Speaker 4: weren't to put coffee beans in your booty.
- 9:18Speaker 8: Ho.
- 9:18Speaker 4: I'm like, I gotta people doing coffee animals all the time.
- 9:23Speaker 2: I didn't know why they were saying that coffee.
- 9:25Speaker 4: You got to kiss my plans tonight.
- 9:30Speaker 2: Get a grid white beans. I'm gonna throw that in
- 9:34Speaker 2: my butt.
- 9:35Speaker 1: I got some on their patro has a lot of
- 9:39Speaker 1: just weirdness associated.
- 9:41Speaker 2: Yeah, there was a story about her.
- 9:43Speaker 1: Well she was just like she was talking about her
- 9:45Speaker 1: diet and she like only had coffee and like bone bro,
- 9:52Speaker 1: she was eating serious and she was like that's all
- 9:54Speaker 1: these benefits. People were like, you gotta eat, you can't,
- 9:56Speaker 1: you can't survive. And the video where she did it,
- 9:59Speaker 1: she like a she.
- 10:02Speaker 4: I feel the healthiest. She was like, hand me this,
- 10:08Speaker 4: I feel.
- 10:08Speaker 2: The health.
- 10:14Speaker 4: Why that's the coffee.
- 10:18Speaker 2: Sitting away?
- 10:20Speaker 1: She really be looking bless her heart, but also she
- 10:24Speaker 1: is so rich man. I remember one time she went
- 10:26Speaker 1: viral because she didn't know she was in like Spider
- 10:31Speaker 1: Man or something like the Marvel movie she had They
- 10:34Speaker 1: had shot a scene at the end of Iron Man
- 10:35Speaker 1: that she was shooting, but it wasn't for Iron Man.
- 10:38Speaker 1: And she was like, I don't really watch my movies.
- 10:39Speaker 1: I just do the work and I go home. Yeah,
- 10:41Speaker 1: And then she was talking. I think, uh, Robert Downing Jr.
- 10:45Speaker 1: He was like, no, you're in this Avengers movie or
- 10:47Speaker 1: spider in one of the two.
- 10:48Speaker 2: She was like, no, I'm not. Man, I did the
- 10:49Speaker 2: Iron Man.
- 10:50Speaker 1: She's like, girl, I'm was like, this scene I just
- 10:53Speaker 1: watched the this scene is in the movie.
- 10:55Speaker 2: She's like, let me check my checks.
- 10:56Speaker 1: And she was like Marble YouTube video movies, like okay,
- 11:02Speaker 1: we're gonna why are you here?
- 11:04Speaker 2: You're gonna put this Marvel students and also Marvel.
- 11:09Speaker 1: This is unrelated, but I think Marvel is suffering from
- 11:13Speaker 1: too much.
- 11:14Speaker 2: There's too much stuff on TV. They got movies, they
- 11:18Speaker 2: got television programs. It's too much.
- 11:22Speaker 1: I just wanted to say, I got Disney Plus and
- 11:24Speaker 1: it's too much.
- 11:26Speaker 4: Marvel's everything, it's.
- 11:28Speaker 2: Everything, but it's too much.
- 11:30Speaker 6: Man.
- 11:32Speaker 1: There was a five year period was like everything was good,
- 11:34Speaker 1: like it was like they didn't miss and then Avengers.
- 11:36Speaker 1: But after the second Avengers, I feel like that was
- 11:39Speaker 1: the peak.
- 11:40Speaker 2: It's like nothing can do.
- 11:41Speaker 3: Endgame, especially to your left. Everybody start coming out with Captain.
- 11:45Speaker 4: I'm crying and cheering. Nothing, no moment is ever outdoing came.
- 11:52Speaker 2: I wanted to run into the movie screen.
- 11:55Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 11:55Speaker 6: Yeah, it was amazing.
- 11:58Speaker 4: She had blew up.

- 13:14Speaker 7: Actually the same reason I don't go to the movies
- 13:17Speaker 7: Like I went to the movies to see Wakanda, and
- 13:20Speaker 7: then I went to see Little Mermaid. That's the past
- 13:22Speaker 7: twelve years. I went to the movies twice.
- 13:24Speaker 2: It's no movie called whatever.

- 13:45Speaker 3: Especially is so black woman motivated comic books.
- 13:51Speaker 8: I actually thought when I heard Black Panther was coming out,
- 13:53Speaker 8: I was excited, right. I was like, because my dad
- 13:57Speaker 8: was part of like the Detroit chapter, like the Black
- 13:58Speaker 8: Panther Party. So I was like I'm there, like I
- 14:01Speaker 8: got my off here ready, like going like this shine
- 14:06Speaker 8: because when we be playing games and it be like
- 14:08Speaker 8: movies or TV, and I'd be like they want to
- 14:10Speaker 8: be black history. You're playing what is it? Heads up
- 14:12Speaker 8: black version of it? Then they be Likekesha, come on,
- 14:14Speaker 8: let's puts in right. So I'm like this where I shine?
- 14:17Speaker 8: And then I was like, hi, people start putting up like.
- 14:21Speaker 7: He was.
- 14:23Speaker 2: Africa was.
- 14:29Speaker 9: The group text like we're going to watch some mom committed.
- 14:32Speaker 6: I gotta show up.
- 14:33Speaker 4: I was like, oh, I.
- 14:35Speaker 6: Ain't seen you.
- 14:36Speaker 2: You know I ain't seen Bobby.
- 14:42Speaker 4: Was like who is.
- 14:44Speaker 2: The Charlie from opening?
- 14:50Speaker 6: But I was like going left?
- 14:52Speaker 10: What?
- 14:55Speaker 4: I was confused?
- 14:58Speaker 6: Black or right?
- 15:00Speaker 4: Said do you start out with the brothers in Oakland?
- 15:03Speaker 6: Looked like I was reading.
- 15:07Speaker 3: And it didn't go back to the seventies, So yeah,
- 15:11Speaker 3: she's waiting for the pop up and don't never.
- 15:13Speaker 2: Have He was like hold on, hold off and threw me, Yeah.
- 15:20Speaker 4: I don't.
- 15:20Speaker 6: I don't watch superheroes.
- 15:22Speaker 2: I don't.
- 15:23Speaker 6: I don't watch the girls.
- 15:25Speaker 8: Thinking that I got with a black panther because I
- 15:28Speaker 8: was God named black panther. Dan say something else, say
- 15:32Speaker 8: call it something else and it was written.
- 15:34Speaker 4: Before the Panther. It's called first of all, like this
- 15:38Speaker 4: is what Detroit looked like.
- 15:43Speaker 6: I was back, give it, yeah, give it another name.
- 15:49Speaker 3: She was in there with the beret your leave and
- 15:51Speaker 3: everybody else's yeah colors, get that ball everything.
- 15:55Speaker 6: I was great.
- 15:57Speaker 1: It's gonna be good with the Oppenheimer, Like where the
- 16:01Speaker 1: option at.
- 16:03Speaker 7: What?
- 16:04Speaker 2: I thought? It was all about options.
- 16:06Speaker 6: I don't watch super heroes.
- 16:08Speaker 2: The Color Purple you thought was about grey? Okay?
- 16:11Speaker 8: First of all, I kept on State Studio. It's so
- 16:14Speaker 8: responsible for my therapy. After having me watch The Color
- 16:16Speaker 8: Purple and people were like it was people like that's
- 16:19Speaker 8: my favorite movie and I was like, are you like
- 16:20Speaker 8: should not?
- 16:22Speaker 2: That movie is so traumatic?
- 16:25Speaker 9: Whole week I was like, damn, we shoot. I have
- 16:26Speaker 9: to I literally have or.
- 16:28Speaker 6: I can fake it.
- 16:29Speaker 1: They would have know, We would have known if you
- 16:32Speaker 1: was the black woman is wild?
- 16:34Speaker 8: And why would y'all be watching this as kids? Like
- 16:37Speaker 8: I can't hear you in see New Jake City.

- 32:45Speaker 3: They would sit on the back of the car and
- 32:47Speaker 3: they will punch us in different levels. So each level
- 32:49Speaker 3: one you get one candy too, you get a couple
- 32:51Speaker 3: of pieces, and if you have survived ship, then you
- 32:53Speaker 3: get a whole thing.
