$200 silver. What about the potential for a
• 0:04
financial crisis? Today, we're fortunate to be
• 0:07
joined by Lynette Zhang from Zhang Enterprises.
• 0:10
She's a trusted voice and a respected voice in the precious
• 0:13
metals community. Lynette, welcome to Ron's
• 0:16
basement. I am very happy to be here.
• 0:19
Thank you so much for having me. Yeah, We've had some really
• 0:23
entertaining conversations over the last few years.
• 0:26
And I think since last time we talked, the price of silver and
• 0:29
gold have done very well. I'll start out by asking you
• 0:33
because I know our viewers want to know when you think about
• 0:35
silver and you can touch on gold as much as you like as well.
• 0:39
But I'm starting to feel like we could see much higher silver
• 0:42
prices if we use the US dollar as the unit of measure here in
• 0:47
the coming months, years. Any any thoughts on that?
• 0:51
Oh, absolutely. And I mean technically what we
• 0:55
have in silver and when you talk about $200, frankly that will
• 0:58
still be chump change because we are it seems like we are rapidly
• 1:03
approaching the end of a massive double cup accumulation pattern.
• 1:10
And I, you know, frankly and all the charts that I've seen you,
• 1:13
you don't see that, you do not see that.
• 1:16
And that was that was that was something that was started in
• 1:18
the 70s and then went to 2011. That was the first Cup and now
• 1:24
we're coming to conclusion on the second somewhere above $50
• 1:29
on the spot silver market will conclude that double cup.
• 1:34
And then I think it's off to the races in terms of the spot price
• 1:39
and in terms of of of dollars and and where you hear me
• 1:43
stumble, it's because I 100% know that there is no good price
• 1:50
  discovery coming from Wall Street.
• 1:52
And so when you're looking at the Spot gold in the spot silver
• 1:55
prices, it doesn't real as a trading market.
• 2:01
That's not a true fundamental market.
• 2:03
And ultimately, I can't give you a lot of guarantees, but I can
• 2:07
100% guarantee that at some point all assets, all
• 2:12
instruments go to their true fundamental value.
• 2:17
And silver's is much higher than two $200.00 an ounce.
• 2:22
Yeah. And at the end of the day,
• 2:23
Mother Nature market forces went out.
• 2:25
I agree with you 100%. I also want to throw in, you
• 2:28
mentioned this massive cup and handle pattern, those $50 prices
• 2:33
that we had in 1980 and I think 2011, that $50 price that we're
• 2:39
looking at, those are in $1980 and 2011 dollars.
• 2:43
You adjust that for inflation. Where do we go, Lynette?
• 2:46
  Right? Exactly.
• 2:48
You know really spot silver should be if it's going to be
• 2:52
somewhere near a fair market, somewhere in the vicinity of
• 2:55
2000 bucks. Which sounds outrageous, except
• 2:59
that's only because people put value in government Fiat money
• 3:05
and honest to goodness it cost them nothing to create it.
• 3:08
And its fundamental value is 0, as witnessed by this $10
• 3:13
trillion Zimbabwe note of which I can buy nothing with.
• 3:18
It has 0 purchasing power value. Yeah, yeah, yeah, it's, it's a,
• 3:24
it's absolutely incredible what the period of time that we're
• 3:28
living through. You know, of the very first time
• 3:30
we talked, you said something to me that I will never forget.
• 3:33
And I, I sat down here, I said, Lynette, everything feels, you
• 3:37
know, so crazy out there. You know, when you look at all
• 3:40
these politically, what's going on monetarily, what's going on
• 3:44
fiscally, what's going on? And then you look at the economy
• 3:47
and like everything feels a little crazy.
• 3:49
And you said to me, well, it feels crazy because we're
• 3:52
probably getting near the end and, and, and, and you know,
• 3:57
when, when you talked about earlier about what's the
• 4:00
prospect of 2000, I always say, I think the price of silver as
• 4:04
measured in U.S. dollars could go to Infinity at some point,
• 4:08
right? When the dollar becomes, most
• 4:09
people don't get that. Most people scratch their head
• 4:12
and you know, like they're living in this little aquarium
• 4:15
or bubble, But it's like, how much does silver cost in
• 4:18
Confederate dollars? Ask somebody, you know, from 100
• 4:21
years and years ago. You know it's Infinity at this
• 4:24
  point, except for the collective.
• 4:27
Right. And I happen to have a
• 4:28
Confederate note and it's worth pretty much.
• 4:32
And I probably paid because I don't pay a lot for this stuff,
• 4:35
right? They're worth the same thing,
• 4:38
  which is nothing. Nothing.
• 4:41
And guess what? It's true with this stuff too.
• 4:46
It's nothing to create it. It costs less if they create it
• 4:50
digitally and they don't use paper and ink.
• 4:53
And so how can it have any value?
• 4:56
Because quite honestly, the easier it is to create and spend
• 5:01
money, the more Fiat money that will be created and spent and
• 5:08
push all of that Fiat money products, those Fiat money
• 5:13
products up in nominal terms to 10 trillion.
• 5:19
What difference does it make? You know, this is not an
• 5:21
outrageous number to me because I understand it.
• 5:25
  Yeah. Yep.
• 5:26
And then and it goes back and I'm sure you've heard this and
• 5:29
I've heard it too, but we're almost like we're brainwashed.
• 5:32
Like I would probably consider myself to be a little more, I
• 5:36
want to say, for lack of a better term, enlightened than
• 5:38
the average person out there. But I still think of of the
• 5:42
value of this, right A1 oz silver.
• 5:45
I think of it in terms of U.S. dollars, but really what we need
• 5:50
to think of it in is in ounces, right?
• 5:52
I mean because, because. What you can convert it into?
• 5:56
  Yeah. Yeah.
• 5:58
Right. And what silver does is it
• 6:01
maintains its ability to purchase the same goods and
• 6:06
services over time. I have done so many studies on
• 6:10
it. And when you look, I mean the
• 6:13
Bureau of Labor Statistics, how good was that data to begin
• 6:17
with? Now, I mean, it doesn't mean
• 6:19
anything well, but even using that basket where they track the
• 6:24
same thing from 1913 on, the last time I did it, I think that
• 6:30
basket was up something like 2500%, something like that.
• 6:35
That basket of food, but silver at that time was up like over
• 6:40
3000%. So you see, it maintains your
• 6:43
ability to buy the same thing. But during that same period of
• 6:47
time, Spot gold was up like 16,000%.
• 6:51
So not only does it maintain your ability to buy the same
• 6:55
goods and services, but it actually expands that ability.
• 7:00
Yeah, yeah. Because as the economies expand
• 7:03
and the populations expand, I like to think of like my
• 7:07
grandpa, let's say, you know, he was out in his yard working back
• 7:11
in 1950, and he had his overalls on.
• 7:15
And in one pocket, he had an ounce of silver.
• 7:18
And in the other pocket, I don't know what the price of silver
• 7:21
was in dollars in 1950, but let's say he had two paper
• 7:25
  dollars, $1.00. Yeah, right.
• 7:28
  Because of the silver. Yeah.
• 7:29
So he had $1.00 in one pocket, an ounce of silver in the other
• 7:32
pocket. He unfortunately died of a heart
• 7:35
attack and they hung his overalls up in the closet.
• 7:38
And, and and you know, grandma just died a week ago.
• 7:42
We find grandpa's overalls. What's that dollar worth?
• 7:45
And what's that ounce of silver worth?
• 7:47
  Right. It's not no comparison.
• 7:50
Exactly. And you know, you brought up
• 7:52
1980 and you brought up what was the, the price of silver then?
• 7:57
Because it was always amazing to me.
• 8:00
Actually, one day not that long ago, I lift weights.
• 8:04
And so I was with my trainer and he's an attorney turned gym
• 8:08
owner. So he's a pretty bright guy and
• 8:11
we have some really interesting conversations.
• 8:13
And I've probably been going to him for five years already or
• 8:18
something like that. So this is a very long period of
• 8:20
time. And I don't know quite how we
• 8:23
got to talking about this, but silver as our coinage happened
• 8:29
to come up in the conversation. And his response was we had
• 8:34
silver in the coinage. And this guy is a history buff.
• 8:38
And I looked at him and I said, you didn't know that?
• 8:42
And he said, no, I had no idea. And So what I ended up doing,
• 8:46
which I don't have here right now, and we're we're making it a
• 8:51
little bit different so we can pass it out.
• 8:54
But what I realized is that what you and I are asking people to
• 8:57
do is believe in sound money when anybody that was born in
• 9:02
the vicinity of 65 or later has never really used it as money.
• 9:08
Like I'm 71, almost 71. So I remember it being our
• 9:14
money. So what we did was we came up
• 9:17
with what we call our coin cards and we have a silver quarter on
• 9:21
it pre 1965 and then we have a new quarter on it.
• 9:25
Because people need to understand that governments and
• 9:29
central bankers have a lot of experience in shifting from one
• 9:34
currency 1 Fiat money into the next Fiat money.
• 9:38
And the way that they get you to do that with your, that you have
• 9:42
to volunteer. If they force it, you know about
• 9:45
it and they don't really want you to understand it.
• 9:48
So they make things look as close to normal as possible.
• 9:54
And so I know that this is hard to see, but I think I, I do OK.
• 9:59
But this is 1957 silver quarter and this is a 19, a 2024 or
• 10:08
2023, whatever, it's a new one. And you can see that they look
• 10:13
very similar, right, except for the edge.
• 10:16
This one's all silver. This has some copper color in
• 10:19
  there. This has value.
• 10:22
  It's almost 1/4 of an ounce because it's 90% silver and a
• 10:25
quarter is 1/4. I mean, they were kind of
• 10:28
logical. A dime is roughly 1/10 of an
• 10:31
ounce, 1/4 quarter of an ounce, a half dollar, half an ounce,
• 10:34
and it's silver dollars an ounce roughly because 65, They're all
• 10:38
90%. But that's the way they do it.
• 10:41
And I love showing this example. Give me two seconds.
• 10:45
I'm sorry Sorry about this. Oh, you're great.
• 10:49
I could do this. And, and 99% of Americans today
• 10:54
wouldn't care which of those quarters that they got, if they
• 10:57
got, if they got the 1954 silver quarter, most people, they'd
• 11:02
spend it, you know what wouldn't realize that it's worth whatever
• 11:06
8 or 9 dollars, $10. Except, you know, you don't find
• 11:10
them in circulation. And I'll tell you as we passing
• 11:13
them out, 'cause I, I hand them out everywhere I go.
• 11:16
I go to the doctor's office, I give it to them and I explain
• 11:19
it. And I encourage people to join
• 11:21
the Citizens for Sound Money movement because we've got to
• 11:25
get gold back in the system again.
• 11:27
But I want you to look at this, OK, and I and there's a reason
• 11:31
why I'm doing this, but well, that's not actually an accurate
• 11:35
one. This is more accurate, OK,
• 11:37
'cause this is pre 1933. So first you had this, then they
• 11:41
came up with the certificates because there's so much more
• 11:44
convenient to carry a bill in your wallet than this all is so,
• 11:49
so heavy coin. Oh my goodness.
• 11:51
And you could, right? Yeah, you can walk in with this.
• 11:56
You can walk out with that. But at the same time, and this
• 12:01
is critical for people to understand because it is
• 12:03
happening again right now as you and I are sitting here speaking,
• 12:10
corporations converted their corporate debt and I have all
• 12:14
the proof and evidence from the Frazier.
• 12:17
So from the Federal Reserve itself, corporations converted
• 12:21
their debt into Federal Reserve notes.
• 12:26
So corporations were instrumental in shifting us into
• 12:33
the system cause governments wanted to tax and spend, so they
• 12:36
created the inflation tax and corporations wanted to pay you
• 12:40
less. So inflation covered that puppy
• 12:43
as well. So 20 years, people worked with
• 12:46
all three of them, all three of them.
• 12:49
And you can see there's the little gold thing to remind you
• 12:52
of this. There's this $20 bill to remind
• 12:55
you that when these two things went away, people didn't think
• 12:58
anything had changed. But in reality, everything had
• 13:03
changed because by giving up this, we gave up our power over
• 13:10
the central banks and the government's because up to that
• 13:14
point, if you did not like what they were doing, you'd walk in
• 13:17
with this and you'd walk out with this and that.
• 13:23
Well, you could have your physical, but it was more than
• 13:25
that because it when you took the gold out of the system,
• 13:30
there were more restrictions on how much debt our government
• 13:36
could grow. And they took us from this.
• 13:42
This TD Little 20th of an ounce, which is a $1.00 gold coin which
• 13:47
was equal to A1 silver dollar and equal to where do I have it
• 13:53
in here, a silver certificate it's I have.
• 13:56
Yeah, I've got it. Hold on.
• 13:57
I have it. I have it, Lynette.
• 13:59
  I'm prepared. How's it?
• 14:01
Gonna yay. OK, so all of these three things
• 14:04
were the same when this went away, they still had those two
• 14:08
for a while until 1965. And then that goes back to to
• 14:14
this change. So, and the other piece of that
• 14:19
that is critically important is that our government, I, I can't
• 14:23
believe that they got away with this.
• 14:25
And I mean, and I see it now and I'm understanding it better, but
• 14:29
it's still just crazy to me because the sitting president
• 14:33
that that time President Johnson actually said that if anybody
• 14:39
tries to hoard this silver, which is what the Hunt brothers
• 14:43
did, drove the price to $50. And then, and then our
• 14:46
government said we stand ready to sell silver at at $1.29 an
• 14:53
ounce to maintain its price. I mean, why didn't people go
• 15:00
wait a minute, a government is talking about going in and
• 15:03
manipulating the markets? No, what I, I, you know, I was
• 15:08
  alive then. I remember it.
• 15:10
  I was a child. But I remember that and I don't.
• 15:15
And I remember sitting with my parents and my aunts and uncles
• 15:20
Friday night. I used to love listening to all
• 15:22
their discussions around the table as they were playing Penny
• 15:25
Anti poker and I never heard them talk about it.
• 15:29
So that means it didn't impact them.
• 15:31
And my uncle Al was 1 smart guy, very smart guy.
• 15:35
He knew how to accumulate gold when it was illegal to hold more
• 15:39
than 5 oz any other way than this.
• 15:42
So the reason why I bring that up is this is a physical
• 15:48
representation of etherium because there is no physical
• 15:52
etherium, right? And it's an awful lot like that.
• 15:57
How about Bitcoin, right? And what do they call Bitcoin?
• 16:02
Digital gold without XRP, right? Why, Ron, why are
• 16:10
cryptocurrencies, the physical depiction of them, gold, silver
• 16:16
or platinum? Are they trying to do the same
• 16:22
thing? Yeah, the answer is yes.
• 16:24
Yes, they are. They want you to think that
• 16:27
that's just like gold and silver, but it's not.
• 16:32
And, and there are lots of reasons for that.
• 16:35
I, I, I always called silver the original form of cryptocurrency.
• 16:39
I told you that before we, we went on here because of its
• 16:42
ability. I mean, as, as I understand it,
• 16:44
silver was used as money before gold was for several 100 years
• 16:50
and then gold came on the scene. You know, I do want to ask you a
• 16:54
question and see if you agree with this or can clarify it for
• 16:58
me. I've heard it said recently that
• 17:01
not now we're in this situation where a government, it can do
• 17:04
whatever they want with money, obviously are, you know, with
• 17:07
currency can print with currency can print, print.
• 17:10
And we're in this situation where we have $37 trillion in
• 17:14
debt and is, is the debt in the backing up of of the debt higher
• 17:21
and higher and higher is I've heard it called the inflation
• 17:24
tax. Are they say are people saying
• 17:26
that because the more money that the government prints that that
• 17:31
that and is the prices of everything then as a result of
• 17:34
that dilution as the prices of goods and services that average
• 17:39
people need to buy go up and up that it really is like a hidden
• 17:42
tax on people. I'd like to thank the sponsor of
• 17:46
this video. First meant there are silver
• 17:48
meant located in Las Vegas, NV creating world class silver
• 17:53
bullion products. As a matter of fact, here's a 5
• 17:57
oz silver bar. You can check this out for
• 18:00
  yourself on their website, firstmint.com.
• 18:04
Couple things unique about First Mint.

They're owned by First Majestic Silver headed up by Keith
• 18:10

• 18:14

• 18:18
Again, you can check them out at First mint.com.
• 18:21
Thank you to 1st Mint for sponsoring Ron's basement and
• 18:24
  sponsoring this video. Well, absolutely.
• 18:27
And actually if you read the documentations when and they
• 18:31
were creating this whole Federal Reserve System, that is actually
• 18:35
what they said, what they said is for governments, we need to
• 18:40
be able to tax more and spend more.
• 18:43
But gold creates restrictions on what we can do if, how and so
• 18:49
and so that's why they did that. I mean, this little 20th of an
• 18:53
ounce backed $1.00 when they installed the Federal Reserve
• 18:59
because what they needed and see if you haven't heard this more
• 19:02
flexible money right now, this little thing, instead of just
• 19:09
backing $1.00, it backed $2.40. And that's what I'm trying to
• 19:15
bring out when I'm talking about these Federal Reserve notes,
• 19:20
because the Federal Reserve's neither federal, you know, nor
• 19:23
do they hold reserves. But the, it was corporate debt.
• 19:29
And I, I'm telling you, I have all the evidence on it.
• 19:32
Corporate debt was converted into Federal Reserve Notes and
• 19:37
that's what actually created the Roaring 20s.
• 19:41
But if you look on the purchasing power chart, you'll
• 19:44
see and, and a very rapid loss of roughly 50% between 1913,
• 19:51
actually 1914, the beginning of 1914 into 9 and into 1920.
• 19:58
And then in the 20s, you regained a little bit of its
• 20:02
purchasing power because that was the beginning of it.
• 20:06
And then with that new money, that flexible money.
• 20:11
Pushing around the system they started that was when the US
• 20:16
started their consumer driven economy because that was also
• 20:21
the first time in history where just the general public had
• 20:26
access to credit right now so and and they let them have lots
• 20:32
of credit especially in 1928. It's really an interesting when
• 20:38
you, when you look at this because I see it again, right?
• 20:42
  It's it's history repeating itself.
• 20:44
But in before 19, actually before 1927, I believe it could
• 20:54
be 28, but I'm right in there. All central banks had a limited
• 20:59
charter, right? So they were allowed to be in
• 21:02
existence for between 15 and 20 years.
• 21:06
Those were the typical terms, 15 or 20 years.
• 21:09
This Federal Reserve was given a 20 year charter.
• 21:13
Considering that they came out in 1913, that would put it that
• 21:19
the end of their charter was 33. Well, is that a coincidence?
• 21:25
I'm not sure, but OK. I just think it's interesting,
• 21:29
1927 for the first time in history, the Federal Reserve
• 21:35
where a central bank and happened to be the Federal
• 21:38
Reserve was given an unlimited charter, an unlimited charter.
• 21:45
And so I think it's coincidental that in 1928, that's when the
• 21:53
big industrialists that knew that they had built this paper
• 21:57
pyramid in the stock. Well, the public started getting
• 22:02
into the stock market in like 27 and it kind of ratcheted up by
• 22:07
1928, all of that that roaring 20 money was flooding into the
• 22:13
stock market owned more by the general public.
• 22:18
And then the Federal Reserve took the credit punch bowl away
• 22:22
and we had 1929. OK, Now I don't know about you,
• 22:27
but I'm watching an awful lot of risk transfer that has been
• 22:30
taking place in here. And so I think we have a
• 22:35
repetition. And I do not think that it's an
• 22:38
accident that they're depicting cryptocurrencies as if they're
• 22:44
gold. But you know what a huge
• 22:46
difference is? I mean, there's lots of
• 22:48
differences. Number one, this is used and so
• 22:51
is silver. These are both used in
• 22:54
everything single sector of the global economy.
• 22:58
These are used in one place when you mine gold.
• 23:03
I, I have to speak about gold particularly because silver gets
• 23:07
used up in industry. Gold is indestructible, so it
• 23:10
takes labor and energy to mine gold.
• 23:14
But then, because gold is indestructible, it can be used
• 23:19
over that same level of energy can be transferred to every
• 23:24
single sector of the global economy an infinite number of
• 23:30
  times. Because gold is indestructible.
• 23:33
They want you to believe that this has value because it took
• 23:36
energy and water to create it, but it doesn't store that energy
• 23:42
or that water. It is used up.
• 23:48
So these are like really interesting pieces that that
• 23:54
people don't seem to talk about or understand.
• 23:57
But what you do need to understand, everybody needs to
• 24:01
understand this. I mean, so I'm, I'm like as
• 24:04
serious as a heart attack on this is there is officially
• 24:08
virtually no purchasing power left in the currency.
• 24:12
And so they have to create. That's what the stable coin act
• 24:16
was about, the genius act. So I'm sure it's a genius, but
• 24:20
OK, the genius act is about creating an additional
• 24:25
artificial market for dollars because there's a huge race
• 24:29
going on. We've just had abysmal, abysmal
• 24:34
  auction results from our treasuries.
• 24:37
But it's the 10 year Treasury that underpins the global
• 24:41
economy. So if, if, if countries and
• 24:47
banks are not showing up to buy and hold that stuff.
• 24:52
And that's been shifting for a long time.
• 24:54
That's not something that's new. Then somebody needs to be buying
• 24:59
that stuff. And what they're really doing is
• 25:01
transferring the risk to you through stable coins.
• 25:04
And not not necessarily to you, but all those third world
• 25:08
countries, particularly in Africa where their currencies
• 25:12
are hyperinflating. And so people have glommed on to
• 25:18
the US dollar stable coins because it's not losing value as
• 25:22
quickly. But to your point, the more of
• 25:26
this that they do to, the less value everything out there has.
• 25:30
And they've already gotten your purchasing power, so now they
• 25:35
got to attack your principal. And it's that simple.
• 25:39
  It's that simple. It's, it's a, it's a actually a
• 25:42
sad situation. And you know, I heard AI heard a
• 25:44
data point yesterday, and I'm sure you've heard this as well,
• 25:48
that 60% of Americans now have a negative net worth.
• 25:53
And, and I kind of circle back to what you were saying earlier
• 25:57
about what happened in the 19 tens 1920s.
• 26:01
It feels like, like they kind of turned.
• 26:05
And I can't think of a better way to say this, except you use
• 26:07
the word slavery. But they've kind of worked to
• 26:10
turn the country into a into a kind of a debt slavery nation
• 26:15
where your average person from the time they go to school
• 26:20
through the time they either graduate high school or college,
• 26:22
never really learns about what they're taught is get into debt,
• 26:26
get into debt, get into as much debt as you can, and then work
• 26:30
the rest of your life to try to pay that debt off, which you
• 26:33
probably we won't ever really be able to pay off.
• 26:35
And and that most people, and I think that's reflected in these
• 26:39
numbers that we've got 60% of Americans that have a negative
• 26:43
net worth. First Mining Gold is a Canadian
• 26:45
gold developer with two multi million ounce projects in
• 26:50
Canada, Spring Pole in Ontario and Duparque located in Quebec.
• 26:56
Millions of Oz of gold in the ground in Canada.
• 27:00
  Moving through the permitting process.
• 27:02
The company has 0 pro debt and many big catalysts on the
• 27:05
  horizon. That is insane.
• 27:09
How do they have a negative net worth?
• 27:11
And think about the new system that was just put in place
• 27:15
because there is not one teeny weeny itty bitty doubt.
• 27:18
I've lived through it. I lived through it in 65 as a
• 27:21
child, 71 as a teenager. So you know what I'm seeing is a
• 27:27
repetition. But they just changed the system
• 27:30
and they do say what Gold is the money of cake things, silver is
• 27:35
the money of I think it's merchants or something like
• 27:37
  that. Gentlemen.
• 27:41
Gentlemen, Yeah. Do you know the quote?
• 27:46
So and debt is the money of slaves and 100% there is
• 27:51
absolutely 0 doubt in my mind because I read their documents
• 27:56
from the IMF. That's what I'm referring to
• 27:58
when I say there it'll be the Federal Reserve or the
• 28:02
International Monetary Fund or the Bank for International
• 28:06
Settlements or the World Bank or the World Economic Forum.
• 28:10
You know, you got to read that because most people don't.
• 28:13
And so they're probably a bit more open and honest in there
• 28:17
because they know people are not going to be reading them.
• 28:21
But what the tokenization is about, and wow, I mean, the
• 28:25
first time I came across this and started talking about this
• 28:28
was back in 2015, was to enable people to hold all of their
• 28:34
wealth on the phone. And let me tell you what's
• 28:37
happening with AI and the ability to to manage people's
• 28:43
perception by feeding them information and moving them in
• 28:48
the direction that they want us to go in.
• 28:52
You know, people are so dependent.
• 28:55
And if you have have all of your wealth and all of your equity on
• 28:59
your phone and now you're out and you're being nudged to spend
• 29:03
that equity and you have so much of it, it's just a little bit
• 29:07
there. And the smart contracts are on
• 29:09
top of that. Before you know it, then we've
• 29:12
fallen into what the World Economic Forum was talking
• 29:16
about. Out by 20-30 you will own
• 29:19
nothing and you'll have nobody to blame but yourself.
• 29:24
Psychologically, you will not understand that you were
• 29:28
encouraged to do that and I've seen that before.
• 29:31
I've seen that with business owners, small business owners.
• 29:35
I mean, Amazon came in in what the late 90s and Wall Street
• 29:41
funded them. They didn't have to make money.
• 29:43
They didn't have to charge state taxes.
• 29:46
They didn't have to. They had a lot of advantages.
• 29:50
But a mom and pop shop in your local community, they can't
• 29:54
afford those losses. They have to make a profit.
• 29:57
They have to charge you taxes. And so once Amazon had the big
• 30:02
enough pie, well then they had to start charging taxes.
• 30:07
But this was a set. It wasn't a level playing field.
• 30:11
And so I know small business owners that couldn't survive
• 30:15
because of this. This is a riggedy game.
• 30:18
And the sooner people realize it become their own central bank
• 30:22
and become as independent and self-sufficient in community,
• 30:25
'cause we gotta do it in community, the better off we're
• 30:28
all gonna be. That's our battle.
• 30:31
Communities, everything and as you were talking, I thought most
• 30:34
Americans when this does happen will be scratching their heads
• 30:38
thinking how did this happen? All I did was I did what they
• 30:42
told me to do, you know, cuz like you said, I think I don't
• 30:45
want to, you know, sound crude when I say this, but I think
• 30:50
that the reality is that us humans, we are very easily
• 30:53
trainable animals. Most of us like, you know,
• 30:59
likely myself, you know, I mean, so it's going to be an
• 31:03
interesting ride, you know, especially when I think about
• 31:08
and I never get political on my show.
• 31:09
I don't say pro or Connie, but when I objectively look at
• 31:13
what's going on in Washington, DC right now and and, you know,
• 31:17
when I look at the big picture, like we could probably talk
• 31:20
another two hours about this, but with the national debt and
• 31:24
what the administration is going to do, I don't, you know, I
• 31:28
think objectively we can look at at Donald Trump's past and
• 31:32
realize that he's a guy that likes that and he's a guy that
• 31:35
likes to, you know, run up. He hasn't exactly how do I say
• 31:40
  this? I guess he's accumulated a lot
• 31:43
of wealth, but he's not a a person who's likes austerity and
• 31:48
and you know, and that and that let's just open the floodgates,
• 31:51
Let's cut rates. Let's do, you know, let's get
• 31:53
this economy. And it's, it just seems, I don't
• 31:57
know, like the the best long term interest of of, of what
• 32:01
would really make for a long term sound to kind of like those
• 32:04
decisions aren't going to be made.
• 32:06
Maybe some good short term decisions, big parties, but any
• 32:09
thoughts on that? Yes, I have a lot of thoughts on
• 32:13
that. And I don't get political either
• 32:16
because quite honestly, I've studied this stuff enough.
• 32:19
And it didn't matter whether it was a debtor, a Republican in
• 32:23
office. Things have been moving right
• 32:25
along according to schedule. And I do believe that President
• 32:30
Trump is a change agent. And here's the thing, right?
• 32:34
The thing is, is that when you have this level of debt that is
• 32:40
not payable, so if you know you're going bankrupt and you
• 32:45
get some credit cards in the mail, you will spend them.
• 32:49
But you see, we need a big crisis to shift us into the next
• 32:56
system. Additionally, what I want to say
• 32:59
is President Trump also likes gold and has been known to gold
• 33:05
for lease payments and other things.
• 33:08
So I honestly do believe that this is the best shot that I
• 33:12
have seen in my entire career of getting gold back in the
• 33:17
monetary system. But it must be redeemable
• 33:24
because if it is not redeemable, it doesn't mean anything.
• 33:29
And that's critically important for all of what Wall Street
• 33:32
wants us to believe are asset backed securities, right?
• 33:38
If you cannot convert that token into the underlying asset, then
• 33:45
what do you have and how do you even know it exists?
• 33:49
You don't you have to be able to redeem the asset or I mean, I'm
• 33:56
sorry, I am not an engineer nor am IA specific kind of engineer
• 34:00
that can understand all of that stuff behind the scenes.
• 34:05
And that kind of makes me go, let's see, can I be taken
• 34:08
  advantage of? Probably.
• 34:10
And just like inflation has robbed you of your purchasing
• 34:15
  power. Really interesting thought
• 34:18
experiment is anybody can do this.
• 34:20
Go on the Federal Reserve, Education Department, the Fred
• 34:23
Fred, and in the search bar put purchasing power of the consumer
• 34:28
dollar and put your birthday in there and speak how much you
• 34:33
have been robbed since the day you were born.
• 34:36
But you know, the problem with this stuff is that it can only
• 34:41
go 1.00 and maybe they'll take it out a couple more zeros.
• 34:47
But basically, this creates limitations and it would make
• 34:54
inflation more obvious once we're fully in a digital system,
• 35:00
OK, they can. They can still, they can't keep
• 35:03
this game going, this debt base going, but in the new system.
• 35:07
So this is about burning that off so they can start anew.
• 35:11
But in the new digital system, you won't even be able to see
• 35:16
  that loss. Right.
• 35:19
Or necessarily feel it as acutely.
• 35:22
Yeah, Yeah. You know, it's interesting
• 35:24
because as you were saying about I was born in 1970 and when I
• 35:29
was a little boy, 1/4 meant something like if my mom and dad
• 35:33
gave me a quarter because we had a dime store near our house,
• 35:37
whatever, that was cool. You know, that was a big deal.
• 35:40
My daughter's now are 13. And this is interesting because
• 35:44
it was just yesterday or the day before, they had a couple
• 35:47
friends over and they'd gone to the, we don't have a grocery
• 35:50
store by our house. And they came back and they had
• 35:52
change and I heard two of them, I forget how they said it, but
• 35:55
they were like, oh, I don't even want that stuff.
• 35:57
I don't even I don't want to deal with like like they didn't
• 36:00
even want the change, right, Like it was worthless basically
• 36:03
is what was communicated. I didn't say anything, but I'm
• 36:06
thinking why? I'm like, well, what about
• 36:08
That's money, you know, and that's what you know, But it's
• 36:12
like these are that's it's worthless.
• 36:15
They don't even want that. They don't even want it.
• 36:16
They like, throw it away basically.
• 36:19
I, I mean, I hate to tell you this, but I kind of feel the
• 36:22
same way. I mean, as as young child,
• 36:25
right? One of the jobs that I love to
• 36:28
do was clean out my mother's purse for her because my was
• 36:33
whatever change I found in the bottom of her purse.
• 36:37
And then one day I got away with that for a few years.
• 36:40
Honestly, that was a great gig. One day she happened to walk in
• 36:46
when I was finishing up and she saw how much change was on the
• 36:51
table that I got to keep. And I never got that deal again.
• 36:54
But you know, today when somebody gives me change,
• 36:57
because I do like to use cash, so I use a lot of cash.
• 37:01
You know, it goes right in the tip jar.
• 37:03
I don't even want to deal with it.
• 37:05
So I, I can relate to that that example even inside of my
• 37:10
lifetime where it mattered, right that that.
• 37:15
I have a question for you. You're walking out of the local
• 37:18
grocery store. You got your cart.
• 37:20
You're walking to your car and out of the corner of your eye
• 37:24
you see a nickel laying on the ground.
• 37:26
Do you stop and pick it up or do you keep walking?
• 37:30
I hate to admit it, I keep walking.
• 37:33
OK. There was a day where if I saw a
• 37:36
penny on the ground, I'd pick it up.
• 37:38
Remember, find a penny, pick it up and all the day you'll have
• 37:42
good luck. If it's heads up and you'd put
• 37:44
it in your shoe and you'd walk around with a stupid penny and
• 37:49
your shoe on me. I mean, I'm like, you know,
• 37:54
because then I got to deal with it and I don't want to deal with
• 37:56
it because it has no value anymore and it doesn't.
• 37:59
It doesn't. Now if it were a silver coin,
• 38:03
then I feel differently about it, but.
• 38:07
It was 1/4. You might pick it up and see
• 38:08
what year it was made, right? Right.
• 38:10
  Yeah. Yeah.
• 38:12
You know, the the last thing I want to say, you said something
• 38:13
that was very interesting to me that I hadn't really thought
• 38:16
about. Maybe I knew, but I hadn't put
• 38:19
together. And that is, and I'll go back to
• 38:22
what I said earlier, One of the most powerful things you said to
• 38:24
me the first time we talked was that things seem crazy because
• 38:28
we're getting near the end where, you know, big, big events
• 38:31
could happen. But what you just said now that
• 38:34
really caught my attention, yeah, that I hadn't really
• 38:37
thought of is that President Trump is a change agent.
• 38:41
And and I think, like, right now, hey, the markets doing
• 38:45
great. I know I look at the VIX index
• 38:47
and the VIX is low and, you know, everything's dandy.
• 38:50
Economy is, you know, but that we might be sleepwalking.
• 38:54
Like Donald Trump is no stranger to major events.
• 38:59
He likes kind of, and again, I'm not being political here, but he
• 39:03
likes, he likes big things and big things to happen that that
• 39:07
there might be some surprises around the corner.
• 39:11
You know, I think it's going to be an interesting go.
• 39:15
Ahead, we entered an extraordinarily interesting time
• 39:18
and my personal opinion is that we have entered the melt up
• 39:22
phase of this and the melt up phase.
• 39:25
So, so markets keep going up, cryptos keep going up.
• 39:29
I mean they're already at Nosebleed valuations, but So
• 39:33
what that can keep going up as long as they keep doing this and
• 39:36
putting more money out into the system that makes things look
• 39:40
like they're going up. But that is also a trap because
• 39:46
what we're, I also believe because of the monetary velocity
• 39:51
that we are already in the beginning stages of the
• 39:54
hyperinflation. It's just not quite obvious yet,
• 39:59
but we are super close to it because I pay a lot of attention
• 40:03
to consumer confidence. This is a con game.
• 40:06
It requires confidence. And so we keep bouncing off of
• 40:12
the bottom support level, in other words, the lowest that
• 40:16
confidence in our dollar has ever, ever been.
• 40:20
And so we that and then we kind of bounce off of it.
• 40:23
But I'm paying attention for when we breakthrough that
• 40:27
because technically when we breakthrough that, I think it's
• 40:32
game over. No, I mean the beauty part about
• 40:36
understanding the technicals is it doesn't matter what you're
• 40:39
looking at, it all works the same.
• 40:42
And so you know that support level.
• 40:45
So I believe that we've entered the melt up phase.
• 40:48
The markets will get a lot higher, crypto will get a lot
• 40:50
higher. The bond markets, you know, I
• 40:54
mean, now there are going to be three members on the FOMC
• 41:01
meeting that can push the lower interest rates.
• 41:04
And and people need to understand that what that
• 41:07
actually means is that they want a a less valuable dollar, right?
• 41:13
When interest rates go down, more people borrow and spend and
• 41:17
more of this happens, right? So it puts the visible price of
• 41:21
stuff up, but at the same time it pushes the purchasing power
• 41:26
  down. Yeah.
• 41:28
And so, yeah, it, it's it, it's a trap and it's the way they do
• 41:34
it. And they've done it every time.
• 41:36
And this time is no different. And these transitions, people
• 41:41
think we'll just slide from one end to the other.
• 41:44
It's not the way it works. There's pain, right?
• 41:48
You know, there's a saying that that I read years ago that stuck
• 41:51
with me, and I apologize if I said this to you already, but I
• 41:55
think it applies to everything we've talked about.
• 41:57
And that is that mathematics shows no forgiveness on the
• 42:02
altar of truth, and that not even God can change the fact
• 42:06
  that 2 + 2 = 4. You can't just, you can't just
• 42:09
make value and wealth out of nothing.
• 42:12
And, and I love what you said earlier because I agree with you
• 42:16
100% that it feels like as a country where I think you use
• 42:20
the analogy of a family, but like as a country that if you
• 42:24
know you're, if you know you're going to be claimed.
• 42:26
Like if I knew that Susie and I were going to be claiming
• 42:28
bankruptcy and I go out to get the mail here in a little bit
• 42:31
and somebody sends me a credit card with a $8000 limit on it.
• 42:35
And I know that I'm doomed or we're doomed already, we're
• 42:38
going to go spend the $8000, right?
• 42:40
And it really sadly feels like as a country as a whole, that's
• 42:45
where we are right now. So always fat.
• 42:49
I want to show your website, I need to show your website and I
• 42:51
need to show your YouTube channel.
• 42:53
But before I do that, there's somebody who wants to say hello
• 42:56
to you. If you have just 30 more
• 42:58
seconds, I know it's one of your favorite, one of your favorite,
• 43:01
one of your favorite people. I don't know if you remember
• 43:04
him, but he's he's inside this box and he has a recession on
• 43:09
one side and inflation on the other.
• 43:11
And it's your old friend Jerome Powell with his toilet paper
• 43:15
money in there. So he's he got he was shaking.
• 43:20
He was shaking when he saw you shooting your dollars.
• 43:23
And then one other last question for you.
• 43:26
Who Who cleans up all those dollars after you're done
• 43:29
filming that you shoot out during the?
• 43:34
Go to the gym, I do it all day long.
• 43:36
And you know, Tiger Stacker gave me this.
• 43:38
I love that. I might just use it.
• 43:40
But you know, opium, right? Not a plan.
• 43:46
It's not a plan. And that is what at Zang
• 43:50
Enterprises is that we have our sound money strategy that I
• 43:55
developed for myself since I've been studying currencies and
• 44:00
currency life cycle since 1987. And so they're all customized,
• 44:05
but it's about making sure because here's the reality, when
• 44:09
1 Fiat money dies, another one is going to pop up.
• 44:13
But what gold and silver do for you is they are the bridge to
• 44:18
hold your purchasing power intact from one system into the
• 44:24
other system and dare I say it, enable you to take advantage of
• 44:29
the crisis. Never let a good crisis go to
• 44:32
waste. Why is it always the 1% that
• 44:34
take advantage of it? Because wealth never disappears,
• 44:38
it merely shifts location. How about having the wealth
• 44:43
shift your way? What a flipping concept.
• 44:47
Yeah, yeah, And it's, and it's and gold and silver have a
• 44:51
perfect track record of defeat, of winning against Fiat
• 44:55
  currencies for thousands of years.
• 44:57
You know, all those different bills you have that you can hold
• 45:00
up. This is not what the what, what
• 45:02
gold and silver are facing right now with the US dollar.
• 45:06
This is not their first rodeo. They've been doing it.
• 45:08
Yeah, they've been doing it for a few years.
• 45:10
They've been at it for a few years.
• 45:12
I'm going to pull up your. I'm going to pull up your
• 45:14
website here. Get that on the screen we go.
• 45:17
