- 0:02Speaker 1: Welcome to mediumship Sparks, where we connect more deeply with
- 0:05Speaker 1: spirit and source and follow the sparks of insight and
- 0:08Speaker 1: inspiration that bring us greater awareness, healing, and just more
- 0:11Speaker 1: flow into our lives. I'm Noel dean intuitive medium, licensed therapist,
- 0:16Speaker 1: and your host. The quick note before we begin. This
- 0:18Speaker 1: podcast is for educational purposes only and provides general information.
- 0:22Speaker 1: It is not medical or psychological advice and is not
- 0:25Speaker 1: a substitute for care from a licensed health profession I'm
- 0:28Speaker 1: so grateful we get to step into this together. Let's
- 0:31Speaker 1: dig in. Oh, big sisters are wonderful, so I feel
- 0:36Speaker 1: very for today. What's a nice note to start on.
- 0:41Speaker 1: If I have an older sister, I never called her
- 0:43Speaker 1: my big sister and mpath alert.
- 0:45Speaker 2: She passed about.
- 0:46Speaker 1: Two years ago, but we have a better relationship now
- 0:48Speaker 1: than we ever did. So I do feel for the
- 0:52Speaker 1: first time like I have that big sisters feeling, and
- 0:56Speaker 1: it's very precious.
- 0:58Speaker 2: I know that it's hard, and what a loe position
- 1:01Speaker 2: for you to be in now. I'm sorry that your
- 1:03Speaker 2: sister is no longer here on this plane, but the
- 1:07Speaker 2: fact that you have a relationship with her and feel
- 1:10Speaker 2: closer to her than ever is a gift within itself.
- 1:14Speaker 2: Oh absolutely.
- 1:16Speaker 1: I rebooted my podcast last August. It was her one
- 1:20Speaker 1: year anniversary of passing, and she was my first guest.
- 1:23Speaker 1: I was interesting before that when we connected there was
- 1:26Speaker 1: always a supervisor of one of our grandmothers who.
- 1:29Speaker 2: Would always been there.
- 1:31Speaker 1: There was one reading I did with somebody and their
- 1:33Speaker 1: mom had clearly had some mental health issues more like
- 1:36Speaker 1: personality disordered, so deeply seated stuff, and she showed up
- 1:41Speaker 1: with a supervisor like her best friend from life that
- 1:45Speaker 1: the client.
- 1:46Speaker 2: Knew very well and trusted. And I was like, huh yeah.
- 1:50Speaker 2: And I remember I was at my mom's house.
- 1:53Speaker 1: I flew there to let her know what had happened.
- 1:55Speaker 1: Neither of us were in touch with my sister for
- 1:57Speaker 1: many years. I remember connecting with her and my grandmother
- 2:00Speaker 1: there was there and I just saw the word supervisor
- 2:03Speaker 1: and I was like, Okay, that kept happening. But then
- 2:06Speaker 1: the one year mark, things had changed. My sister made
- 2:09Speaker 1: it clear that she has worked on her healing very
- 2:13Speaker 1: intensely so that we could do some of this work together.
- 2:17Speaker 2: So nice, and that she was able to communicate that
- 2:19Speaker 2: with you. Sometimes the healing is done after they leave,
- 2:24Speaker 2: but you're still here and this is maybe part of
- 2:27Speaker 2: the work that you're here to do in this lifetime.
- 2:31Speaker 2: So sure, yeah. How interesting the families that we come
- 2:34Speaker 2: from are. I always say that my kids are my
- 2:37Speaker 2: greatest teachers, but my family, they've taught me a lot,
- 2:40Speaker 2: and I feel really grateful for the fan that I've had.
- 2:42Speaker 2: We all have our complaints. Like that expression, if you
- 2:45Speaker 2: had the chance to exchange your life and your problems
- 2:48Speaker 2: with somebody else's thatap your's back up in a heartbeat,
- 2:52Speaker 2: because I had a deal with the crazy that I
- 2:55Speaker 2: grew up with. I'm training now, so I'm noticing your
- 2:58Speaker 2: book behind you. Oh yeah, can you tell me a
- 3:01Speaker 2: little bit about your book? Sure? My book is called
- 3:04Speaker 2: The Way with it Igniting your Intuition using Sacred Tools.
- 3:10Speaker 2: I have many sacred tools that I work with, but
- 3:13Speaker 2: this book is about three. One of them is taro,
- 3:17Speaker 2: which I always joke around that I speak two languages,
- 3:21Speaker 2: English and Taro, and sometimes a bit or a taro
- 3:25Speaker 2: that I have in English. Now numerology, which is woven
- 3:28Speaker 2: into the taro, and it's woven into life in general,
- 3:32Speaker 2: and charms, So charms you're my own personal system. I
- 3:36Speaker 2: felt very compelled to write this book. And I have
- 3:39Speaker 2: clients that have always said to me, you should write
- 3:41Speaker 2: a book on Taro. I'm like, you know what, there
- 3:43Speaker 2: are so many books on Taro, and there are so
- 3:46Speaker 2: many books telling you this card means. This card means that.
- 3:49Speaker 2: I said, you know what, I really do not feel
- 3:52Speaker 2: that the world needs another book telling you what the
- 3:57Speaker 2: cards mean. And I always have said to my little
- 4:00Speaker 2: metaphorical fan club that has been encouraging me to write
- 4:03Speaker 2: a book, I said, you know what, if I do
- 4:04Speaker 2: feel that there is something missing that the world does need,
- 4:10Speaker 2: I will step up. Right after COVID I've needed to
- 4:14Speaker 2: write a book. It's funny, like when I get these
- 4:16Speaker 2: feelings give her stand in the ocean and a wave
- 4:20Speaker 2: comes up from behind you, and this wave is so
- 4:23Speaker 2: strong it could push you down. Sometimes it does push
- 4:26Speaker 2: you down. That is the only way that I can describe.
- 4:28Speaker 2: This has been a feeling that I've had, not only
- 4:31Speaker 2: in writing my book, but it becomes so overwhelming, like
- 4:35Speaker 2: the push from behind, that I have no choice but
- 4:39Speaker 2: to step forward or be pushed over. So that was
- 4:43Speaker 2: the impetus that began my book. I wrote the book
- 4:45Speaker 2: that I felt that I would have really appreciated. Maybe
- 4:49Speaker 2: thirty years ago, I told my story and I gently
- 4:53Speaker 2: introduce these three divin nation tools. I try to weep
- 4:57Speaker 2: them together. And that's what I do with my work.
- 5:00Speaker 2: I weave my work together. So I don't believe that
- 5:03Speaker 2: tarot stands alone, that numerology stands alone, that astrology, that charms,
- 5:07Speaker 2: that palming intuition, none of these things stand alone. How
- 5:11Speaker 2: I read very often and how I work with people
- 5:15Speaker 2: is I start looking for patterns. So I have this
- 5:19Speaker 2: story that as in New York City, eagles are not
- 5:22Speaker 2: a common sighting here in New York City. It'd be
- 5:25Speaker 2: like a year ago or so. I was walking to
- 5:28Speaker 2: Central Park walking my dog and a person was coming
- 5:31Speaker 2: out of the park and they're like, oh my god,
- 5:33Speaker 2: you're not gonna believe it. There's an eagle in the tree.
- 5:36Speaker 2: And so I didn't know this person was, but we
- 5:37Speaker 2: were like, really, there's an eagle. So we both went
- 5:40Speaker 2: we looked at it. I'm like, wow, that's really cool.
- 5:42Speaker 2: And so then after I was walking back, I passed
- 5:44Speaker 2: by a magazine stand and on the front of the magazine,
- 5:48Speaker 2: on front and center in the magazine stand was an eagle.
- 5:52Speaker 2: I'm like, okay. And then on my walks further, I
- 5:55Speaker 2: passed by the library and they have put books out
- 5:58Speaker 2: in front, like in the windows times in the library,
- 6:01Speaker 2: and there was something that had the word eagle on it,
- 6:05Speaker 2: and I said, that is so weird. In one day,
- 6:08Speaker 2: the eagle theme has showed up for me three times.
- 6:12Speaker 2: But a normal day, eagles don't even make the top ten.
- 6:16Speaker 2: I just feel like it's just not a thing. So
- 6:18Speaker 2: that to me, it was like, Okay, what does an
- 6:21Speaker 2: eagle mean to me? Let's think about the symbolism, and
- 6:23Speaker 2: let's think about the energy. Let's think about the message.
- 6:27Speaker 2: Maybe I'm getting a message here. So that is what
- 6:29Speaker 2: I call a pattern. When you see something or hear
- 6:32Speaker 2: something or notice it happens not once, not twice, but repeatedly.
- 6:37Speaker 2: It's like if somebody read a great book and they
- 6:39Speaker 2: refer they're like, oh my god, I read this great book.
- 6:41Speaker 2: You have to check it out, and I'm like, oh,
- 6:43Speaker 2: let me write that down. And then I talked to
- 6:44Speaker 2: somebody like maybe and say I read this great book,
- 6:47Speaker 2: and I'm like, that's weird. That's the same. So when
- 6:49Speaker 2: I start to hear things again and again, and this
- 6:51Speaker 2: shows up also with clients, in readings, in coaching, in
- 6:56Speaker 2: whatever way that I am working, I do retreats and
- 7:00Speaker 2: I speak. Sometimes a topic will come up and people, well,
- 7:03Speaker 2: can you speak on this topic? Very often that topic
- 7:06Speaker 2: is intuition. It's usually when I start with a client,
- 7:08Speaker 2: I always say to them, what is your relationship with
- 7:11Speaker 2: your intuition? Some people look at me like I have
- 7:14Speaker 2: three heads. They have no idea what intuition is. I'm like, okay,
- 7:18Speaker 2: now we're very beginner entry level here. I'll hear a
- 7:21Speaker 2: story or experience that someone had at lend them to
- 7:25Speaker 2: not trust their intuition. I like to start out there.
- 7:28Speaker 2: My intuition has been guiding me my whole life, and
- 7:32Speaker 2: I trust it quite strongly. And one thing that also
- 7:38Speaker 2: is a through line with me is I bring a
- 7:41Speaker 2: lot of curiosity. I'm always curious why are people the
- 7:46Speaker 2: way that they are? How did we become cynical, or
- 7:49Speaker 2: how did we become untrusting, or how did we become
- 7:53Speaker 2: angry or mean or resigned to this is the life
- 7:57Speaker 2: that I have to live. To get back to my book,
- 8:01Speaker 2: what I was trying to do is explain how these
- 8:06Speaker 2: tools can bring you back to yourself. They can show
- 8:12Speaker 2: you who you are. They can remind you who you've been.
- 8:18Speaker 2: They can connect you to your past, they can help
- 8:24Speaker 2: you create a clear path to your future. And they
- 8:29Speaker 2: can be so fun, engaging, insightful, and magical. And I
- 8:34Speaker 2: can add a million words to this. I have loved
- 8:38Speaker 2: this arena my whole life. I can't remember a time
- 8:42Speaker 2: when I've not been drawn to all things divination. And
- 8:46Speaker 2: I wanted to share it with people in a way
- 8:48Speaker 2: that made it bite size and easy to understand. So
- 8:53Speaker 2: each of the introductions I introduced the taro, I explain
- 8:57Speaker 2: how I got into it. I we have a few
- 8:59Speaker 2: funny stories my life into it. They can see that
- 9:01Speaker 2: I'm human. I've had challenges too. Just because I have
- 9:05Speaker 2: intuition and I can read all these modalities doesn't mean
- 9:08Speaker 2: that I always take the right path or have the
- 9:12Speaker 2: correct answer. I'm learning like the rest of us. By
- 9:15Speaker 2: end each chapter with exercises and journal prompts. There's a
- 9:19Speaker 2: QR code within the book because I've created PDFs. You
- 9:23Speaker 2: want to dig deeper, here's something you can do. Go
- 9:26Speaker 2: to my pdf file. There's more about this available to you.
- 9:29Speaker 2: If you're still figuring out what intuition is and going
- 9:33Speaker 2: deeper might put you over the edge and send you
- 9:37Speaker 2: running for the hill because it's too much. Then not now,
- 9:40Speaker 2: that was the impetus to write the book, and that
- 9:42Speaker 2: was what the book is in the world. It's a
- 9:44Speaker 2: lot of me. It's my personality. People have said that
- 9:47Speaker 2: have read it. They say, it's like you're sitting next
- 9:49Speaker 2: to me speaking to me, And that's exactly what I
- 9:52Speaker 2: wanted it to be. So that is where it came from.
- 9:56Speaker 1: I love that you add these extra PDFs and links
- 9:59Speaker 1: so people can really go even more in depth.
- 10:02Speaker 2: And your website. I saw logs about Tarot cards so
- 10:05Speaker 2: cool to read.
- 10:05Speaker 1: I'm not going to remember the name of the card,
- 10:08Speaker 1: but you were saying that there was a client who
- 10:10Speaker 1: looked at that and said, oh great the patriarchy, and
- 10:12Speaker 1: you're like, hold on, and you talk about this is
- 10:15Speaker 1: very different way to interpret the cards. I have friends
- 10:18Speaker 1: who use tarot as a prompt but really go off
- 10:20Speaker 1: on their intuition. There can be a lot of creativity
- 10:24Speaker 1: that gets applied when you use tarot.
- 10:26Speaker 2: I love that you're.
- 10:27Speaker 1: Talking about the culmination of all these skills and tools
- 10:30Speaker 1: that you have and how they come together because you're
- 10:32Speaker 1: a whole person. You examined these different tools because you
- 10:36Speaker 1: had the genuine curiosity to figure out, like what can
- 10:39Speaker 1: I do with this?
- 10:40Speaker 2: And then it all blends together. When you're talking about patterns.
- 10:44Speaker 1: It's interesting that you call them patterns, because I think
- 10:47Speaker 1: some people might look at those things, like the eagle
- 10:50Speaker 1: is a great example, and just consider those synchronicities. But
- 10:53Speaker 1: when you use the word pattern it almost sounds a
- 10:56Speaker 1: little bit more legitimized. In my ears, at least I
- 10:59Speaker 1: wouldn't have thought of saying it that way. That's a
- 11:02Speaker 1: brilliant way to say it, because it is how it
- 11:04Speaker 1: shows up.
- 11:05Speaker 2: It is actually a pattern.
- 11:06Speaker 1: Synchronicity adds an extra woo factor, and you can discount
- 11:11Speaker 1: yourself if you're not sold on following the lead of
- 11:16Speaker 1: these patterns or synchronicities and seeing something's going on that
- 11:19Speaker 1: I'm seeing three eagles in one day in New York City.
- 11:22Speaker 2: It's true some people have been brought up to that
- 11:27Speaker 2: this is the devil's work, that this is nobody follows us.
- 11:31Speaker 2: If people are skeptical and they are not interested in
- 11:36Speaker 2: going along with my thought processes, I am not here
- 11:38Speaker 2: to twist arms and convince people that they should believe
- 11:41Speaker 2: things that they don't. I don't walk through life looking
- 11:44Speaker 2: for ways that my wo or that my insightful or
- 11:49Speaker 2: intuition spidy skills can be used. I lead with curiosity.
- 11:55Speaker 2: I lead with oh, that's really interesting that this thing happened.
- 12:00Speaker 2: And instead of shrugging it off and acting like it's
- 12:03Speaker 2: not a big deal, I'm just like, what if there
- 12:05Speaker 2: was a message with that? What could I do with
- 12:07Speaker 2: that message? So again, some people see things and they
- 12:11Speaker 2: think a certain way the card might have been the Hirofant. Okay,
- 12:15Speaker 2: the Hirofant is one of my birth cards. A one
- 12:21Speaker 2: birth date in this lifetime, and you have one set
- 12:25Speaker 2: of birth cards that come along with your birth date
- 12:29Speaker 2: and when it's again. How you find that is through numerology,
- 12:32Speaker 2: and all of the birth cards except for one, are
- 12:36Speaker 2: two cards, so the sets are two, and so the
- 12:39Speaker 2: Hirofant is one of my cards. And it's funny because
- 12:43Speaker 2: when I first started learning taro, the fan was one
- 12:49Speaker 2: of the cards that I had a very hard time understanding.
- 12:52Speaker 2: The first deck that I read was a mythical tarot deck.
- 12:56Speaker 2: It was called the Mythic Tarot. Every story the deck
- 13:02Speaker 2: was a myth. So the story of the hiro fant
- 13:07Speaker 2: in that deck was the story of Chiron. He was
- 13:10Speaker 2: a half man, half beast centaur, and what happened was
- 13:16Speaker 2: he was shot with an arrow that hid his achilles
- 13:20Speaker 2: tendon and he couldn't heal from it. So he was
- 13:24Speaker 2: the wounded healer. He could no longer do what he
- 13:29Speaker 2: did out in the world because he was wounded, so
- 13:32Speaker 2: he began to teach the lesson of the hirofant is
- 13:36Speaker 2: teaching from our wounds. Everybody comes to this work differently.
- 13:44Speaker 2: My first teacher used the mythic deck and I was
- 13:47Speaker 2: in awe of all these mythological stories. Fan really stayed
- 13:51Speaker 2: with me. It was so interesting. It's like the things
- 13:54Speaker 2: that you are challenged by in the world, the things
- 13:57Speaker 2: that have wounded you, or as a place is where
- 14:00Speaker 2: the light comes through, and that is how you are
- 14:03Speaker 2: meant to shine in the world. And it just really
- 14:07Speaker 2: stuck with me. I hate to tell people, no, that's
- 14:11Speaker 2: not what that card is about. When people say to me,
- 14:13Speaker 2: what are the rules with reading taro or numerology or
- 14:16Speaker 2: charms or whatever, and I like to say, the rules
- 14:19Speaker 2: are there are no rules. If you want to travel
- 14:22Speaker 2: on an airplane, you have to go through security there's
- 14:25Speaker 2: just no way around it. If you want me to
- 14:27Speaker 2: tell you the secret to getting into the airport without
- 14:30Speaker 2: having to go through through security, I don't have that trick.
- 14:32Speaker 2: I don't know that way. If you are just looking
- 14:34Speaker 2: to read a card and something comes up for you
- 14:37Speaker 2: in the card, then go with it, because that is
- 14:40Speaker 2: your intuition talking. I do not want to push anybody down,
- 14:45Speaker 2: or stunt anyone's growth or stop their wheels turning. I'm
- 14:50Speaker 2: looking to encourage people to use every part of themselves
- 14:56Speaker 2: in delivering the message. So if you think that it's
- 15:00Speaker 2: the patriarchy and something came up in you, what I
- 15:04Speaker 2: would say is that's interesting. Now I'm curious. Tell me more.
- 15:08Speaker 2: I'm not saying that's not true, but let me add
- 15:11Speaker 2: on that for you. Like in the world of improv,
- 15:13Speaker 2: it's a lot of yes. And I'm a certified life
- 15:16Speaker 2: coach and a lot of what we learn in coaching
- 15:18Speaker 2: also is to do the yes. And another thing that
- 15:21Speaker 2: I've blend together is my coaching and my use of divination.
- 15:25Speaker 2: So when people say to me, oh, that's the patriarchy,
- 15:29Speaker 2: I'm like, yes, and what else is it? What else
- 15:32Speaker 2: do you see? And what in the image brought you
- 15:35Speaker 2: to that decision. I'm always very interested by what people
- 15:39Speaker 2: point out and notice a lot of times, when we're young,
- 15:43Speaker 2: that's when our subconscious mind is formed, when we are
- 15:45Speaker 2: taught to think a certain way. Unless we do like
- 15:49Speaker 2: a reboot on our internal systems, we bring those thoughts
- 15:53Speaker 2: into our adult life. If you've always been taught that
- 15:57Speaker 2: this is weird and that only a certain type of
- 16:00Speaker 2: people get terror readings or do this type of work,
- 16:04Speaker 2: then when you show up, you're already on guard. You're
- 16:07Speaker 2: already looking for ways to pogue holes and to make
- 16:10Speaker 2: a problem out of this. Sometimes when we first sit
- 16:13Speaker 2: down together, people start pointing out all the negative things
- 16:17Speaker 2: and listen, that's an approach. Then my question is how
- 16:21Speaker 2: do you do this in other areas of your life
- 16:23Speaker 2: as well? And what would happen if you opened yourself
- 16:29Speaker 2: up to a new perspective and it didn't have to
- 16:32Speaker 2: be that way. What if what you think is true
- 16:37Speaker 2: but something else is true as well. It's possible for
- 16:39Speaker 2: two things to be true at the same time, or
- 16:42Speaker 2: maybe the thought that you have is a little outdated.
- 16:48Speaker 1: I could see why you would love coaching. Your natural curiosity.
- 16:51Speaker 1: You're looking for insight but really looking to inspire people
- 16:56Speaker 1: to be more insightful about themselves.
- 16:58Speaker 2: Yes, and I know that's what you do with therapy. Also,
- 17:00Speaker 2: because I am not here, even though people come to
- 17:03Speaker 2: me for readings, my readings are not to give you
- 17:07Speaker 2: an answer. I consider myself a storyteller. Also my readings,
- 17:11Speaker 2: I lay out the parts and I'm like, ooh, here's
- 17:13Speaker 2: a story, and this is what I see. This is
- 17:15Speaker 2: the picture that I'm showing. And I just did a
- 17:18Speaker 2: reading the other night, and I could see that this
- 17:21Speaker 2: woman who I was doing the reading for, she was
- 17:23Speaker 2: going through a transition in her life and she was
- 17:25Speaker 2: starting to set boundaries, and all of a sudden she
- 17:28Speaker 2: could understand why a lot of the people that she
- 17:32Speaker 2: thought were her tried and truth that were her rider
- 17:35Speaker 2: dies were all of a sudden not around as much.
- 17:39Speaker 2: And I said, it sounds like you're drawing lines in
- 17:42Speaker 2: the sand and you're setting boundaries with your life. And
- 17:45Speaker 2: she's I can't just keep doing for everybody all the time,
- 17:48Speaker 2: and so they think you can. I said, what happens
- 17:50Speaker 2: is as we grow and we change and we shift,
- 17:53Speaker 2: we begin to see things differently. And I'm not going
- 17:56Speaker 2: to tell her those people. You're a giver, they are takers,
- 18:01Speaker 2: and very often the givers of the world are found
- 18:03Speaker 2: by the takers of the world. And we need to
- 18:05Speaker 2: set boundaries or else we'll just never get anything done.
- 18:08Speaker 2: We were just talking it out. She said, you know what,
- 18:10Speaker 2: I think that I need to shed the skin. I
- 18:12Speaker 2: need to make them a part of an old story,
- 18:15Speaker 2: and I need to start a news story. And I'm like,
- 18:17Speaker 2: I am all for this new story. It's not my
- 18:19Speaker 2: job to be like time for a new story. It
- 18:21Speaker 2: has to come from the client or the current or
- 18:25Speaker 2: whoever is coming for coaching or reading.
- 18:28Speaker 1: I can appreciate that supporting people with self trust and
- 18:31Speaker 1: if you provide answers and people think you have access
- 18:34Speaker 1: to better information than they do because you're tapped in,
- 18:38Speaker 1: then it would be easy for them to keep coming
- 18:40Speaker 1: back to you for those answers. You're looking to help
- 18:43Speaker 1: people in your interactions be more expansive.
- 18:46Speaker 2: And now you're.
- 18:47Speaker 1: Bringing it back to supporting people but not giving advice
- 18:51Speaker 1: or telling them what to do or being directive, because
- 18:54Speaker 1: that's about you. And that's a power trip that we
- 18:56Speaker 1: never want to be on, because we do want to
- 18:58Speaker 1: support people to have a much better, better sense of
- 19:01Speaker 1: their own agency like compass agency, and absolutely self trust
- 19:06Speaker 1: is in this work. It's at the heart of all
- 19:09Speaker 1: of it, because if you don't have that, you can't
- 19:11Speaker 1: do it. Not that I think everybody, anybody who's listening
- 19:14Speaker 1: to this podcast is necessarily looking to do this kind
- 19:18Speaker 1: of work. It might be that they have a fascination
- 19:20Speaker 1: with this kind of work and they appreciate getting readings
- 19:23Speaker 1: and all of that is beautiful. But even with that,
- 19:26Speaker 1: you have to bring your own self trust and discernment
- 19:30Speaker 1: to who you choose.
- 19:30Speaker 2: To interact with.
- 19:32Speaker 1: About this, thirty something years ago, I was very scammed
- 19:35Speaker 1: by a psychic woman. I had no real sense of
- 19:38Speaker 1: myself At that time in my life. The idea of
- 19:41Speaker 1: trusting myself would not have even registered.
- 19:46Speaker 2: So I had learned through fire.
- 19:47Speaker 1: I had to do a lot of rebuildings since to
- 19:50Speaker 1: be somebody who trusts myself. You said something earlier that's
- 19:53Speaker 1: sticking with me, Is it okay? If we talk a
- 19:55Speaker 1: little more about you. You were talking about your intuition
- 19:57Speaker 1: and you said you trust it quite strongly. I noticed
- 20:00Speaker 1: that you didn't say I completely trust it.
- 20:04Speaker 2: I trust it. I do trust myself very well. I
- 20:08Speaker 2: have a feeling for things I have in station, and
- 20:11Speaker 2: feelings for things I lean into my intuition. I have
- 20:15Speaker 2: my husband and children. Sometimes the decisions that I make
- 20:19Speaker 2: needs to be a group decision. I'm not completely my own.
- 20:23Speaker 2: Another thing is that sometimes you get put into a
- 20:26Speaker 2: situation that you have never been in before. Sometimes I
- 20:31Speaker 2: don't know the right thing to do because I have
- 20:35Speaker 2: no foundation or track record or context or want exactly.
- 20:42Speaker 2: There's no contact. So in those situations I have to
- 20:46Speaker 2: lean into other things. So I don't say that I
- 20:49Speaker 2: trust it implicitly, because when I don't know something, you
- 20:54Speaker 2: have to go in and just be like, all right,
- 20:56Speaker 2: I want to fly by the seat of my pants.
- 20:57Speaker 2: I'm just going to have to be in the moment
- 20:58Speaker 2: and see what happens. When I was in my twenties
- 21:01Speaker 2: and even in my thirties, I would freeze. I really
- 21:04Speaker 2: did not like being uncomfortable. One of the things that
- 21:07Speaker 2: really opened me to being uncomfortable was my coaching training.
- 21:13Speaker 2: Because nothing changes if nothing changes, so I have begun
- 21:19Speaker 2: to lean into the discomfort. I'd begin to be comfortable
- 21:24Speaker 2: being uncomfortable, and that has definitely had its upsides. I
- 21:30Speaker 2: have to say I feel very grateful that I have
- 21:35Speaker 2: had this training. Sometimes I don't know where my feet
- 21:38Speaker 2: are going to land, and because I've done it a
- 21:41Speaker 2: few times and I've landed on solid ground, I now
- 21:45Speaker 2: feel more comfortable doing that. Sometimes that works, and sometimes
- 21:51Speaker 2: you're like, Okay, we're gonna have to do it again.
- 21:53Speaker 2: We'll try it again. That's why I says I chucked
- 21:55Speaker 2: it strongly, because sometimes it's not always about intuition. Sometimes
- 22:00Speaker 2: the thing that feels very intuitive is the safe thing,
- 22:05Speaker 2: not the right thing.
- 22:06Speaker 1: On your website, you talked about anxiety versus intuition, and
- 22:10Speaker 1: anxiety has an urgency to it and intuition doesn't. What
- 22:14Speaker 1: you're also talking about is this deeper layer of actually
- 22:17Speaker 1: being just a human being. You have your way that
- 22:19Speaker 1: you want things to unfold, and when they don't, it
- 22:22Speaker 1: can be triggering. And with intuition, this is why it's
- 22:25Speaker 1: easier to do readings on other people. You can be neutral,
- 22:29Speaker 1: but when you have children and something comes up that
- 22:31Speaker 1: provokes some anxiety about your children, because how would it not.
- 22:35Speaker 1: There's a lot of factors all happening at the same time.
- 22:38Speaker 1: Nobody's above being a regular human being, and there are
- 22:42Speaker 1: times when it's hard to discern when you're feeling that trigger.
- 22:46Speaker 1: It's hard to discern intuition from anxiety because maybe the
- 22:49Speaker 1: pulsing in your body is just loud. And then how
- 22:53Speaker 1: do you try to when you're triggered like that, remove
- 22:57Speaker 1: the energy of the anxiety. Maybe not like go of
- 23:00Speaker 1: the concerns, because they're legitimate, but the.
- 23:02Speaker 2: Energy or the.
- 23:05Speaker 1: Like the vibration that doesn't support you trying our best
- 23:09Speaker 1: when we can.
- 23:10Speaker 2: To try to let that go. But it can be
- 23:12Speaker 2: really complicated and is complicated, and do you find that underneath?
- 23:17Speaker 2: I feel like the anxiety is like very much like
- 23:22Speaker 2: chest breathing. Allo. Another little tool that I've begun really
- 23:25Speaker 2: working with a lot is your body. Your body has
- 23:30Speaker 2: the answer. I have a little exercise that I give
- 23:34Speaker 2: clients or in speaking engagements, and this is very simple.
- 23:37Speaker 2: We can do it right now. I think that what
- 23:39Speaker 2: happens is we often say yes to things that are
- 23:43Speaker 2: truly nos in our lives, and we waste a lot
- 23:46Speaker 2: of our time and our energy, and then we're very
- 23:48Speaker 2: frustrated because we're locked into things that we don't want
- 23:51Speaker 2: to be doing. So, Noel, I want you to tell
- 23:54Speaker 2: me something that you love more than anything in this world.
- 23:58Speaker 2: It lights you up, it makes you smile, and it's
- 24:00Speaker 2: always a yes. What is something that is always a yes?
- 24:05Speaker 2: And you love it? The only thing that I could
- 24:08Speaker 2: picture is my cat. Cupcakes, cupcakes, and you're smiling right
- 24:12Speaker 2: now for those that can't see your face. So tell me, Noel,
- 24:15Speaker 2: the idea of Cupcake and when you see her and
- 24:18Speaker 2: spend time with her, how does that feel in your body?
- 24:24Speaker 2: I've never thought about this.
- 24:26Speaker 1: It's like I can feel the love oozing from me
- 24:29Speaker 1: and it's such a beautiful feeling, wonderful.
- 24:33Speaker 2: So Cupcake, your cat is what I call your full body. Yes,
- 24:39Speaker 2: that is what yes feels like. All right, I'm just
- 24:42Speaker 2: gonna give you a different scenario. Paper next door comes
- 24:46Speaker 2: knocking on your door. It's like, Noel, listen, I have
- 24:50Speaker 2: this really big, stinky bag of garbage. It's so heavy
- 24:56Speaker 2: I can't even move it, and it's stinking up my house.
- 25:00Speaker 2: I have to get it out and I can't drag
- 25:02Speaker 2: the bag by myself. Will you come and drag this awful, stinky,
- 25:06Speaker 2: heavy bag of garbage with me out to the curb
- 25:09Speaker 2: right now? Tell me how does this new little offer
- 25:15Speaker 2: us onto you?
- 25:18Speaker 1: I would say, yes of quote, I would be grossed out,
- 25:22Speaker 1: a hyper aware of all of the ick factors about it.
- 25:26Speaker 2: A lot of times when people approach us and they're like, hey,
- 25:29Speaker 2: can I give you this work project that I don't
- 25:31Speaker 2: have time for? Can I just dump it on you?
- 25:34Speaker 2: Or will you run the carpool? Today people ask for things,
- 25:38Speaker 2: and in general we feel bad saying no. Your gut
- 25:42Speaker 2: is getting a little not here. I'm feeling a little
- 25:45Speaker 2: bit of resistance, like your body is telling you, but
- 25:48Speaker 2: your mind overrides you. And if you were a good neighbor,
- 25:52Speaker 2: or if you were a good colleague, or if you
- 25:54Speaker 2: were a good friend, you would say yes. We say
- 25:57Speaker 2: yes to things that we don't want to do. This
- 26:00Speaker 2: exercise is saying when you are asked to do something,
- 26:04Speaker 2: I understand sometimes for family or for work you just
- 26:07Speaker 2: got to take one for the team and dug it
- 26:09Speaker 2: up and do the thing. But for the most part,
- 26:12Speaker 2: for your free time and for how you want to
- 26:15Speaker 2: spend your days, if somebody asks you to do something
- 26:20Speaker 2: and it doesn't feel like cupcake, then it's a note.
- 26:26Speaker 2: I'm a believer that our bodies have the answer. I
- 26:31Speaker 2: also believe that it is sometimes hard for us to
- 26:34Speaker 2: listen or do the thing that our body is telling us,
- 26:38Speaker 2: because our mind logically is doing the math so to speak,
- 26:44Speaker 2: and saying am I going to be judged for this?
- 26:46Speaker 2: Am I going to be labeled something? Am I going
- 26:48Speaker 2: to not be invited back again? Or whatever it is
- 26:51Speaker 2: that you are worried about. Think about how much time
- 26:54Speaker 2: you spend saying yes to things that are actually knows
- 26:58Speaker 2: and what could you do with all that time and
- 27:01Speaker 2: energy and focus if you had that time. I love
- 27:06Speaker 2: this example.
- 27:07Speaker 1: So first of all, when you're talking about the neighbor thing,
- 27:10Speaker 1: You're right, the pressure in my head of I want
- 27:12Speaker 1: to be a good person is very loud. So there's
- 27:15Speaker 1: obligation versus freedom. So if I was asked that question
- 27:19Speaker 1: and if I was like, no obligation to do that,
- 27:22Speaker 1: so I could say yes or no freely, then it
- 27:25Speaker 1: would be a very different answer. And I learned to
- 27:27Speaker 1: use muscle testing, where I ask the universe for a
- 27:30Speaker 1: yes and a no.
- 27:32Speaker 2: What is my yes? What is my note?
- 27:33Speaker 1: And then I use that to discern answers to questions
- 27:37Speaker 1: is it right for me to eat this?
- 27:38Speaker 2: To go here? I was doing that with every decision.
- 27:42Speaker 1: Hey, for you it was, But what I've slowly realized
- 27:46Speaker 1: and gotten some feedback about, is that I'm bypassing my
- 27:50Speaker 1: own ability to make decisions, thinking I just want to
- 27:52Speaker 1: be as connected as possible, That's why I'm doing this.
- 27:56Speaker 1: But I was bypassing the meed that I still had
- 27:58Speaker 1: to learn to trust on an even deeper level, because
- 28:02Speaker 1: that's been a huge part of my journey. So I
- 28:04Speaker 1: was bypassing myself. And so I am just now starting.
- 28:09Speaker 1: I'm going to call it now the cupcake test, where
- 28:11Speaker 1: I'm not asking somebody outside of myself to make the
- 28:15Speaker 1: decision for me, and I am feeling in my.
- 28:17Speaker 2: Body, which is really a very different process. Right.
- 28:22Speaker 1: It's freeing, and it's also I'm bringing back to my
- 28:25Speaker 1: own sense of self, like my own core of myself,
- 28:29Speaker 1: which I didn't realize how separate I was. When I
- 28:32Speaker 1: do readings, I always check in, hey am I getting
- 28:35Speaker 1: this right? I'm asking the person in spirit or my
- 28:37Speaker 1: client's spiritual team, Hey am I getting this right?
- 28:41Speaker 2: From you all? But when it's something for myself, I'm
- 28:45Speaker 2: training myself to do exactly what you describe. And I
- 28:48Speaker 2: love the cupcake test. I hadn't thought of it that way,
- 28:51Speaker 2: but you're right. We do feel it?
- 28:54Speaker 1: Oh what a yes, feels like you feel it in
- 28:56Speaker 1: different places in your body, but it is a lot clearer,
- 28:59Speaker 1: but you have to.
- 29:00Speaker 2: Be willing to listen.
- 29:02Speaker 1: And not everybody has trained themselves that way or might
- 29:06Speaker 1: even feel safe doing that.
- 29:08Speaker 2: And so often we want validation for the decisions that
- 29:13Speaker 2: we make, and we look to other people to give
- 29:18Speaker 2: us that validation. Who are these people that were even
- 29:21Speaker 2: seeking out approval from Yeah, as exactly I decide if
- 29:26Speaker 2: you want this or not. Yeah, I'm with you on
- 29:28Speaker 2: this self trust journey. It's huge for every area of life.
- 29:33Speaker 2: And you also talk on your website how women are
- 29:35Speaker 2: socialized to be more collaborative than self focused or self referencing.
- 29:42Speaker 2: In this kind of way, we are.
- 29:45Speaker 1: Looking to please people, work with other people, accommodate other people,
- 29:50Speaker 1: coming back to ourselves as if we are the authority
- 29:53Speaker 1: of us. See, like you were saying, so many women
- 29:56Speaker 1: put themselves last.
- 29:57Speaker 2: On their list. They're putting everyone and they're getting everything
- 30:00Speaker 2: done for everyone, which is why at the end of
- 30:03Speaker 2: the day their battery is on empty. I think safety
- 30:07Speaker 2: for women is number one. If I don't feel safe somewhere,
- 30:10Speaker 2: then I don't want to be there. That's a big topic.
- 30:12Speaker 1: Yeah, and I never thought of it quite that way,
- 30:16Speaker 1: but that is spot on.
- 30:17Speaker 2: I feel like I'm telling you too many memes. Do
- 30:19Speaker 2: you have the guy I spend all my time with? Please?
- 30:21Speaker 2: I'm knowing all of them so far. So there is
- 30:23Speaker 2: a meme a world with no men and then the
- 30:27Speaker 2: husband says to the wife, who would protect you if
- 30:29Speaker 2: there were no men? And she said to him, who
- 30:32Speaker 2: would I need protection from? It's you are the people.
- 30:36Speaker 2: As much as I love my husband, there's a lot
- 30:38Speaker 2: of men that are predators out there. That's a very
- 30:40Speaker 2: big topic, a very deep topic, the need to feel
- 30:43Speaker 2: safe and what you're willing to do. And some people
- 30:46Speaker 2: give that away when I describe the act of people
- 30:49Speaker 2: pleasing an overgiving of yourself, and a lot of women
- 30:52Speaker 2: are like, yeah, that's what I do, and I'm like,
- 30:54Speaker 2: who does that for you? And then usually I get no,
- 30:59Speaker 2: no one. You're so busy filling everyone's cup while your
- 31:02Speaker 2: own cup sits empty. And that's why I want to
- 31:06Speaker 2: empower women to set boundaries. Yes, it is nice to
- 31:10Speaker 2: give I understand not all relationships are going to be
- 31:12Speaker 2: fifty to fifty, but you shouldn't have a ninety ten,
- 31:16Speaker 2: and even if it's ninety ten, like maybe somebody's going
- 31:18Speaker 2: through a really hard time and it's a season. It
- 31:20Speaker 2: shouldn't be like that all the time. It's hard for
- 31:24Speaker 2: women more so than men, to walk away. I feel like.
- 31:28Speaker 1: You're capturing the essence of your work, which is really
- 31:31Speaker 1: supporting people coming back to themselves in a deep, spiritual
- 31:36Speaker 1: kind of cellular way, and you don't realize that you're
- 31:38Speaker 1: as stuck in it as you are, because we are
- 31:41Speaker 1: really taught that and we're so reinforced for that. Men
- 31:44Speaker 1: have their own stuff. This is our stuff creating that
- 31:48Speaker 1: we're a good person because we sacrifice or whatever we've
- 31:51Speaker 1: got in our heads that we were taught implicitly or
- 31:54Speaker 1: explicitly to be that way, to be thought of as
- 31:58Speaker 1: a good person, to think of ourselves as a good person.
- 32:00Speaker 1: We can have a lot of shame when we're not
- 32:02Speaker 1: overgiving or overcompromising. There's a lot of obstacles to traverse
- 32:06Speaker 1: to have that deeper sense of self.
- 32:09Speaker 2: I want the gliance that I work with to have
- 32:11Speaker 2: a relationship with their discernment. I want this to establish
- 32:15Speaker 2: a connection or a relationship to intuition and also to
- 32:19Speaker 2: be able to move through the world with more confidence
- 32:23Speaker 2: and more inner stability. Developing discernment means that we're not
- 32:27Speaker 2: just listening to every intuitive nudge, but we're learning to
- 32:29Speaker 2: filter and question and understand it in a grounded way.
- 32:34Speaker 2: And this is empowering. So as you do this work,
- 32:37Speaker 2: you feel stronger, you feel more empowered, and then you
- 32:40Speaker 2: feel more confident in your decision making and how you
- 32:43Speaker 2: show up, and then you begin attracting that instead of
- 32:49Speaker 2: the energy of giving it all away. What you're describing
- 32:53Speaker 2: as being truer to yourself. Yes, it's like off the end,
- 32:58Speaker 2: just like anything else in the world. If you want
- 33:02Speaker 2: to have a stronger relationship with your intuition, if you
- 33:05Speaker 2: want to be more discerning, just like going to the gym,
- 33:09Speaker 2: your intuition is a muscle. How can we be better
- 33:12Speaker 2: at anything? Like you want to be a better cook,
- 33:14Speaker 2: You're gonna have to burn a few dinners and then
- 33:15Speaker 2: you're gonna figure it out and then you get better.
- 33:17Speaker 2: You have to be bad a little bit before you
- 33:19Speaker 2: can be better. If you want to strengthen your intuition,
- 33:23Speaker 2: we all have made bad decisions. And once again, like
- 33:25Speaker 2: you were scammed by that psychic when you were younger
- 33:30Speaker 2: and you were a trusting person. You were likely brought
- 33:34Speaker 2: up to believe that people are good and that they're
- 33:36Speaker 2: not going to scam you and hurt. But unfortunately you
- 33:40Speaker 2: make your way out in the world and you find
- 33:41Speaker 2: out that's not completely true. Sometimes we have to learn
- 33:45Speaker 2: the hard way. And I'm sorry that your situation was
- 33:47Speaker 2: really it was a saying it really hurts. I feel
- 33:49Speaker 2: as though that is how we get stronger, that is
- 33:52Speaker 2: how we get better. I am a big believer that
- 33:56Speaker 2: in life there is no failure. We either win or
- 34:00Speaker 2: we learn. If you get knocked down, pick yourself up,
- 34:04Speaker 2: dust yourself off, keep going. That is how we turn
- 34:08Speaker 2: our situation around. So it's like, you can't get down
- 34:12Speaker 2: on yourself. You need to be your biggest fan, your
- 34:15Speaker 2: biggest believer. You have to also be willing to change
- 34:18Speaker 2: the script, this internal script. Because a lot of clients
- 34:23Speaker 2: that I work with, they come in and they're like,
- 34:24Speaker 2: maybe I shouldn't have gotten the job, or maybe I
- 34:27Speaker 2: deserved to have that happen to me. I'm like, wait
- 34:30Speaker 2: a minute, you're playing for the wrong team here to
- 34:34Speaker 2: change this, and I feel like one of the ways
- 34:37Speaker 2: that we can do that is by being very honest
- 34:39Speaker 2: about forgiving ourselves for what we didn't know at the time,
- 34:44Speaker 2: to be willing to learn in a new way about
- 34:47Speaker 2: how we can be different the next time.
- 34:49Speaker 1: And to keep going, like it's ironic that I turned
- 34:52Speaker 1: into an intuitive medium after I've made a lot of
- 34:56Speaker 1: peace many years later, and not in the pain of
- 34:58Speaker 1: this situation. I've made a lot of peace with what
- 35:02Speaker 1: happened and what I've gained from it. But it's easy
- 35:05Speaker 1: sometimes when you get burned, like somebody who really falls
- 35:07Speaker 1: in love for the first time and they get their
- 35:09Speaker 1: heartbroken and they may never be willing.
- 35:11Speaker 2: To take that risk again. That's the opposite of the
- 35:15Speaker 2: learning part about being uncomfortable. People like, wait a minute,
- 35:19Speaker 2: that really hurt. I did not like that. I don't
- 35:22Speaker 2: want to do that again. And then what they do
- 35:24Speaker 2: is they close for business. We're not doing that again
- 35:26Speaker 2: kind of thing. And for me, that makes me really
- 35:29Speaker 2: sad when people are unwilling to go that extra mile
- 35:34Speaker 2: for themselves. I'm like, this is in service of you
- 35:39Speaker 2: being the best version of yourself, and what if your
- 35:43Speaker 2: story could change somebody else's life what you learned, So
- 35:48Speaker 2: it sounds like you have paid a lot of Carmatax.
- 35:49Speaker 2: You have learned a lot from your mediumship work. Have
- 35:53Speaker 2: you ever had a conversation with your younger self or
- 35:55Speaker 2: you able to access your younger self and share wisdom
- 36:00Speaker 2: with each other?
- 36:03Speaker 1: They haven't really dug into that very much. Is that
- 36:06Speaker 1: part of the work that you do with people is
- 36:08Speaker 1: to encourage them in that way?
- 36:11Speaker 2: There's that little me exercise, finding the little girl in
- 36:14Speaker 2: you before the world tainted the way she moves through it,
- 36:19Speaker 2: and before people lied to her and made her feel
- 36:23Speaker 2: less than. Let's tap into that because sometimes that is
- 36:27Speaker 2: where the power is. I am looking for where were
- 36:32Speaker 2: you in your life when you last had that feeling?
- 36:37Speaker 2: Because we have to go in and undo. When I
- 36:40Speaker 2: pass by an old tree in New York City, they
- 36:43Speaker 2: have these iron grates over the trees, and sometimes the
- 36:46Speaker 2: tree roots and the iron grate are one. You will
- 36:49Speaker 2: never separate these two. It's just grown that way. And
- 36:52Speaker 2: sometimes what happens is how we're wounds become part of
- 36:55Speaker 2: the fabric. And deparating ourselves from these old patterns and
- 37:00Speaker 2: these old thoughts and these old ways of being is hard.
- 37:04Speaker 2: When I work with people, I will walk next to you,
- 37:06Speaker 2: I will not leave you. However, I cannot want this
- 37:10Speaker 2: for you more than you want this for you. Because
- 37:14Speaker 2: I'm walking my own road at the same time that
- 37:17Speaker 2: I'm walking with you, and I'm doing my own work,
- 37:19Speaker 2: and I've been here before and I know how to
- 37:21Speaker 2: do it. I will not do it for you. I
- 37:23Speaker 2: don't want to give people answers. I want them to
- 37:26Speaker 2: figure it out because I don't expect them to be
- 37:29Speaker 2: with me for the rest of life. I want to
- 37:31Speaker 2: give them tools, and I want them to finish working
- 37:34Speaker 2: with me, leaving with a big old toolbox full of
- 37:38Speaker 2: ways that they can handle whatever life throws at them.
- 37:42Speaker 2: Love that all you can do is love them. My
- 37:44Speaker 2: original Tara teacher, the one that I was learning the
- 37:47Speaker 2: mythic Taro with, she said to me, you must do
- 37:51Speaker 2: this work coming from a place of love. I understand
- 37:55Speaker 2: that some people don't even want to be loved. Some
- 37:57Speaker 2: people come to you and they don't even be themselves.
- 37:59Speaker 2: As I treat my clients like I love them and
- 38:03Speaker 2: I want the best for them. I'm available with an
- 38:05Speaker 2: affirmation and a question to redirect them, but I really
- 38:09Speaker 2: do want them to do it for themselves. That's ultimately
- 38:13Speaker 2: the goal.
- 38:14Speaker 1: And when you're talking about supporting people, holding their hand
- 38:17Speaker 1: through these experiences, but also that you're walking your own
- 38:20Speaker 1: path one of the things that's so crucial in this
- 38:23Speaker 1: kind of work. But you're talking about coming from a
- 38:26Speaker 1: place of love and integrity, but also that unconditional positive
- 38:30Speaker 1: regard that you have for people, that you want the
- 38:33Speaker 1: best for them, and it's their path, and you can't
- 38:36Speaker 1: walk it for them.
- 38:37Speaker 2: You can't push them down it.
- 38:38Speaker 1: You are not the wave that's supposed to slap somebody
- 38:41Speaker 1: down to make them change. They have to want it
- 38:44Speaker 1: for themselves because the next time they step into a
- 38:47Speaker 1: ditch or a hole or something, they need the tools
- 38:50Speaker 1: themselves and the will to pull themselves out of that.
- 38:54Speaker 1: And you can't make somebody have that. They have to
- 38:58Speaker 1: find that within themselves.
- 39:00Speaker 2: It's definitely a journey, and I love this work. I
- 39:03Speaker 2: love seeing people finding themselves, staying themselves.
- 39:08Speaker 1: Recognizing themselves, and it's working for all the people that
- 39:11Speaker 1: you've helped. Do you have account on your website of
- 39:13Speaker 1: how many sessions you've had, how many happy customers you have,
- 39:16Speaker 1: and it's in the thousands.
- 39:17Speaker 2: I love this work. I feel so privileged that I
- 39:20Speaker 2: get to do this work as people come and they
- 39:23Speaker 2: tell me things they've never told anyone before, and I
- 39:27Speaker 2: just I acknowledge them and I'm so grateful for them.
- 39:29Speaker 2: And I feel as though, see you told someone and
- 39:33Speaker 2: we're both still here. It's okay kind of thing. And
- 39:36Speaker 2: I think that people get very scared, and what I
- 39:38Speaker 2: want them to know is they're not alone and that
- 39:41Speaker 2: they don't need to be afraid to be themselves.
- 39:44Speaker 1: I can hear your passion and your love you infuse
- 39:48Speaker 1: in working with your clients. How can people find you, Dina,
- 39:51Speaker 1: give us your contact info, your website.

- 40:20Speaker 2: bit about numerology. Anyone has pulled a card and they
- 40:24Speaker 2: are like, what the heck? I try to break it
- 40:27Speaker 2: down into Layman's terms. It's like little bite sized pieces.
- 40:32Speaker 2: I don't talk to you like you have a tremendous
- 40:34Speaker 2: amount of knowledge and background in the taro. Maybe you've
- 40:37Speaker 2: just picked up the deck. I love it when people
- 40:39Speaker 2: respond to me. You can email me, you can leave
- 40:42Speaker 2: me a comment on YouTube, so that's where you can
- 40:44Speaker 2: find me.
