SPEAKER_00: And we're gonna start with left off yesterday.
• 0:03
SPEAKER_00: Three lines from the top of Kuflamites Mid Aleph.
• 0:07
SPEAKER_00: So we uh started yesterday the last parak of Mesakis Hulin over here.
• 0:11
  SPEAKER_00: Uh Parak Shiluha Khan.
• 0:12
SPEAKER_00: Now, Shiluchakan, we started learning about the mitzvah, and specifically one of the deenim we saw in the Mishnah was that uh Shiloh Khan applies Daska by Hulin, Lame Mukdashin, very similar to the these denim that we had.
• 0:24
SPEAKER_00: That was the common theme of these past Mishnah's past prakim, that it's uh hulin, not mukadashim, it's only uh it's bad, it's a bhutzah, etc.
• 0:32
  SPEAKER_00: All these different things.
• 0:32
SPEAKER_00: One of them was that it's only hulin, not mukdashim.
• 0:35
SPEAKER_00: So mukdashim, if the bird is hectish, it's gonna be potter from Shilokachan.
• 0:39
SPEAKER_00: So now the Gamera's gonna expand on that.
• 0:40
  SPEAKER_00: Hani Mukdashan Echudami.
• 0:42
SPEAKER_00: This Mukdashin, these birds that are hectish that you're telling me are Potter from Shilokakan.
• 0:46
SPEAKER_00: What exactly is the case?
• 0:47
SPEAKER_00: E lame of the Havale Khan Basakabas of Akdish.
• 0:49
SPEAKER_00: If you're gonna tell me that he had a nest in his house and he was Mokdash, Mimakhayev, is he gonna be hive in Shiluachan?
• 0:55
SPEAKER_00: Meaning it wouldn't be hive anyways in Shilokha Khan for you to tell me a khish that it's not.
• 0:58
SPEAKER_00: Meaning it's not hive anyways, why?
• 1:00
SPEAKER_00: Because again, we know that Allah ki kare cansipur Prath Mizuman.
• 1:03
SPEAKER_00: We learned from Ki Kore, it has to be mikref, Prath Mizuman, except for if it was prepared.
• 1:07
SPEAKER_00: If it was prepared in your house, there's no mids of the claw of Shiloh Khan.
• 1:10
SPEAKER_00: Has to be that you happened upon it.
• 1:11
SPEAKER_00: You happen to stand the a khan sipur, that's where you have the shilokha khan.
• 1:14
SPEAKER_00: So obviously it's not talking about a khan that you had in your house.
• 1:17
  SPEAKER_00: That you were makdish.
• 1:18
SPEAKER_00: Allah, so what must the case be?
• 1:20
  SPEAKER_00: The Hazakhan Baalma.
• 1:21
  SPEAKER_00: The Aktish.
• 1:21
SPEAKER_00: He was walking down the road, he saw a Khan Baalma, he's happened upon it, and then he was Maqdish.
• 1:26
SPEAKER_00: It says Qadish, is it Qadish?
• 1:28
SPEAKER_00: Can you just be Maqdish something randomly you come across?
• 1:30
SPEAKER_00: Ishki Aktish says Baisa Khadishh Amrahmadara says you have to be mach to something that belongs to you.
• 1:34
  SPEAKER_00: Ma'bi isabershusai, afko bershusah.
• 1:36
SPEAKER_00: It could only be makdish.
• 1:37
SPEAKER_00: You can't be makter something random on the street, only if it belongs to you, Bershusai.
• 1:40
SPEAKER_00: So Ella, so what must it be?
• 1:41
SPEAKER_00: That he made a kinyan on it.
• 1:42
SPEAKER_00: What are you gonna tell me?
• 1:45
SPEAKER_00: He picked up the Afrahim, the little chiclets in there of Aktishinu, and then he was Makdashiv, the Hodrajrina, and then he put them back.
• 1:51
SPEAKER_00: And then there's a mitzvah, you would think there's a mitzvah shullah when the mother comes to send her away.
• 1:56
SPEAKER_00: So kamashmalan that there's not, because it's Hektish.
• 1:58
SPEAKER_00: So it's gonna feel the hulan namel machim.
• 2:00
SPEAKER_00: Even if this was hulin and you weren't machdish, if you already picked up the chiclets, you are not.
• 2:05
SPEAKER_00: Uh that's gonna be a word for us today, even though I'm not sure if that's a real word.
• 2:08
SPEAKER_00: But if the if you pick them up even by hulin, forget about being maqdish in between.
• 2:12
SPEAKER_00: Still, there would be no khib of shulah khan.
• 2:14
SPEAKER_00: Where do we see that?
• 2:15
  SPEAKER_00: That's not the tongue.
• 2:16
  SPEAKER_00: We learn the following.
• 2:19
SPEAKER_00: If you picked up these Afrahim, and then you put them back into the Khan, forget about being Maqtishit.
• 2:24
SPEAKER_00: Even not being Maqdish, and then the mother comes back on them, Patri Mulashalah, there's no Khiya of Shullachan.
• 2:30
SPEAKER_00: So what so obviously that's not the case of Mugdashin that we're telling you you're potter because it's hektish.
• 2:35
SPEAKER_00: Because in the case like that, even hulin are gonna be potter, because that's how special.
• 2:38
SPEAKER_00: Allah, if you picked up the chicklets, or by the way, same as in the reverse, if you picked up the aim, even though you have a khif shallah, but if you didn't, then this whole thing is gonna be potter from Shulachan.
• 2:46
SPEAKER_00: So Allah, what must it be?
• 2:48
SPEAKER_00: The Agma la Aim, the Aktishah.
• 2:50
SPEAKER_00: The case is that you picked up the mother while it was revet on the Ephraichan.
• 2:55
SPEAKER_00: So you picked up the mother, and you were makish the mother, the algebra, and then you put it back.
• 3:00
  SPEAKER_00: Okay?
• 3:00
SPEAKER_00: So that's the case that we're telling you, that we're telling you that you're gonna be now it's hektish, and that's where you would have a khiiv shlulachan, but you're gonna be put because it's hektish.
• 3:11
  SPEAKER_00: I don't understand with the case.
• 3:12
SPEAKER_00: You pick up the mother, it was chulin, right?
• 3:14
SPEAKER_00: You pick up the mother.
• 3:15
SPEAKER_00: What are you supposed to do in a case where you happen upon and there's a khi of shilach, and it's not hectash?
• 3:19
SPEAKER_00: You have a khi of shiloch.
• 3:21
SPEAKER_00: If you pick up the mother, there's the issue in the ta'il, sika chhoim alaban.
• 3:24
SPEAKER_00: You're not allowed to take it for yourself, Al-Abana.
• 3:26
  SPEAKER_00: Shalek Tashalach Sayyim.
• 3:27
SPEAKER_00: If you pick it up with your hands, you have a khives send it away now.
• 3:31
  SPEAKER_00: Okay?
• 3:31
  SPEAKER_00: So I don't understand.
• 3:32
SPEAKER_00: What are you telling me?
• 3:33
SPEAKER_00: You were machdish and you put it back down?
• 3:36
SPEAKER_00: As soon as you pick it up, you're chaif to do shiloch a khan, you're haived to send it away.
• 3:41
  SPEAKER_00: What?
• 3:41
SPEAKER_00: So now just because you were machdish, now you're gonna be potter?
• 3:44
SPEAKER_00: Now you're gonna be potter and it has a ptur?
• 3:46
SPEAKER_00: Where do we find that?
• 3:48
SPEAKER_00: We have up Raisa where we have, as it relates to Kisyy Hadam, a very similar setup.
• 3:58
SPEAKER_00: And only after you were machished, then you shafted it.
• 4:00
  SPEAKER_00: Then Pottermilch.
• 4:01
SPEAKER_00: You're potter from Kisadam because at the time that you shachted it was already hektish.
• 4:03
SPEAKER_00: Shochtavachka Hikdisha, we're reading faster.
• 4:06
  SPEAKER_00: Shochtavachka Hikdisha.
• 4:08
SPEAKER_00: If you were shachted it first, so what happens?
• 4:11
SPEAKER_00: You shafted it, now you have a Khih of Kis of Adam.
• 4:12
SPEAKER_00: Kisadam, but only after you shafted it, once the Khiv Kisadam already kicked in, then Hikdisha, then you were Makdash, it then chai of the Haz.
• 4:19
SPEAKER_00: The Khi of Kisadam applies, because again, Kisadam only applies the hu and not by hektish.
• 4:22
SPEAKER_00: So you're now gonna be Haiiv Kisadam.
• 4:24
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 4:25
SPEAKER_00: Shikhar is Haibi Kisadadam, make Kisa Kadam Shabal the Hektish.
• 4:28
SPEAKER_00: Because the Khiv Kisadam happened before the Hektish happened.
• 4:31
SPEAKER_00: Because as soon as you shafted it, there was a Khiv Kisadam.
• 4:34
SPEAKER_00: Only after that you were Maqtish.
• 4:35
SPEAKER_00: Since the Khi of Kisadam happened before you were Maqtish, you're still Hive to do the Kisadam.
• 4:39
SPEAKER_00: So what do we see over here?
• 4:40
SPEAKER_00: We see that this is the same thing.
• 4:42
SPEAKER_00: If you pick up the mother, so what do we try to say?
• 4:44
SPEAKER_00: What's the case that you have to tell me that you're gonna be potter from Shiloh Khakan because it's hektish, because it's mugdashim.
• 4:49
SPEAKER_00: Aye, maybe it's this case.
• 4:50
SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's you walk over to uh Ebraichim, you walk over to a khan, that's chulin, you pick up the mother, and you're maqdish her.
• 4:57
SPEAKER_00: Maybe that's the case, and then you put her down.
• 4:59
SPEAKER_00: Maybe that's the case that now you're gonna be potter from Shilulah Khan.
• 5:01
SPEAKER_00: Says the gymara can't be.
• 5:02
SPEAKER_00: Because as soon as you pick her up, this was chulin, you're chaired in Shiloh Khakan.
• 5:05
SPEAKER_00: You're khaived to send her away.
• 5:06
  SPEAKER_00: Shalekh to Shalakhsaim.
• 5:08
SPEAKER_00: Now you put it down, what just because you were maqtish afterwards?
• 5:13
SPEAKER_00: No, if the khiv is happened, you picked her up, you have to send her away.
• 5:18
SPEAKER_00: That's the khiv shiluah happened before you were maqdish her.
• 5:21
SPEAKER_00: Obviously, that's not the case.
• 5:22
SPEAKER_00: We see the same thing by Khisadam.
• 5:23
SPEAKER_00: If you shafted it, there's a chief sadam, and then you were machdish it.
• 5:26
SPEAKER_00: So that's still Khiv Kisadam, because the Chihil Kisadam happened before.
• 5:29
SPEAKER_00: So to be here, the Khiv Shilua happened before, because you picked her up, you have to send her away.
• 5:32
SPEAKER_00: So Sadzgemara, what is the case again?
• 5:34
SPEAKER_00: What is the case that we're trying to tell you, Akidish, that that uh dafka over here, Bumukdashin, if it's Hektish, there's gonna it's gonna be Potr from Shilu Akan.
• 5:43
SPEAKER_00: So so far, everything we suggested, anyways, is Potter from Shiluah Kakan says, or it's hive, like in the case we just suggested.
• 5:49
SPEAKER_00: Setzgemara, what is gonna be the case?
• 5:51
  SPEAKER_00: So Rav and Shmu.
• 5:52
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be Machlekis between Rav and Shmu over here, also Rabyaichan and Raishlakish, so the Gidaile Amaram from Babl or Rav and Shmua, and also the Gidaili Amaram from Aresol, Rabiachan and Rishlakish, really around the same time zone.
• 6:02
SPEAKER_00: But the point is that uh the biggest of Amaraim line up having the same machlegas.
• 6:08
SPEAKER_00: The Rav Amarav explains what's the case.
• 6:13
SPEAKER_00: The case is where someone was machdish the payrois of his shaivach.
• 6:16
  SPEAKER_00: What's a shaivach?
• 6:17
SPEAKER_00: Shaivah is like his uh tree house.
• 6:19
SPEAKER_00: So this guy's a tree house with all his birds and everything.
• 6:21
SPEAKER_00: The payro, what's the payres of your shaivach?
• 6:23
SPEAKER_00: The little birds in the treehouse.
• 6:24
SPEAKER_00: So he was machdish the birds of his treehouse.
• 6:28
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 6:28
SPEAKER_00: Why is this the case, by the way?
• 6:29
SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna see it's very important soon.
• 6:31
SPEAKER_00: Raf says it's Dafka birds we're talking about.
• 6:34
SPEAKER_00: Birds that are able to be brought as carbonas.
• 6:36
SPEAKER_00: Since they're eligible to be brought as carbonas, so these are considered khotchemizbeah.
• 6:40
SPEAKER_00: We know when you are machdish something, there are different types of hektish, right?
• 6:43
SPEAKER_00: You could have koche misbeh, which means that I'm being machdish this animal, and now this animal is gonna be used to be brought in the misdeh.
• 6:51
  SPEAKER_00: What does that mean?
• 6:51
SPEAKER_00: It means it's cutish be kadusha sagof.
• 6:53
SPEAKER_00: You can't just be poid unless it gets a mum, different allahs.
• 6:56
SPEAKER_00: But it's a much higher level of hektish than, for example, karce bedakabais.
• 7:00
SPEAKER_00: If you're makdish something that can't be brought in the mizdeh, so it has keddusha's domin.
• 7:04
SPEAKER_00: It has keddusha for the value of it.
• 7:06
SPEAKER_00: Uh uh Bedakabaias can use it, the Masum English can use it to fun stuff, right?
• 7:10
SPEAKER_00: So you could be Mactish anything, you could make a k tissue box, you could be Mactish, and that's gonna be Karche Bedakabaies because it has value, but it's not karci misdeh.
• 7:17
SPEAKER_00: And then it's it's not keddusha's a guuf because it's guuf is not gonna be brought in misdeh, but rather it's kadusha's domin.
• 7:22
SPEAKER_00: So Rad says, what's the case?
• 7:24
SPEAKER_00: The case is where your Mactish Paira Shabaf or the birds of your Shaivach, which are Kachimizdeach because they can be brought as a karban.
• 7:31
SPEAKER_00: Umardu, and then they rebelled, meaning your shaivaf, that's misumman, right?
• 7:34
SPEAKER_00: That's a problem because it came from your house.
• 7:36
SPEAKER_00: It has to be uh that you happened upon it.
• 7:38
  SPEAKER_00: What do you mean?
• 7:38
  SPEAKER_00: Mizuman is a problem.
• 7:39
SPEAKER_00: No, so the case is Rav explains that Umardu.
• 7:41
SPEAKER_00: First you were Maqtish, your birds from the Shaivach, and then Umardu, then they rebelled.
• 7:45
SPEAKER_00: These are rebellious birds, so they ran away, they flew away, and now they're uh they they happened upon some fields.
• 7:52
SPEAKER_00: So yeah, these birds are hectish, they're actually Kutchemizbech because the Bylam are Machdish, but at the time that someone happened upon them now, in a random field, they are uh that's key karikan sipur because they were Mardu.
• 8:05
SPEAKER_00: They flew off to somewhere else.
• 8:06
SPEAKER_00: So some once someone you know winds up on and finds those birds.
• 8:10
SPEAKER_00: Now you would think there's a khi of shiluach because it meets all the criteria ki karikan sipur, kamashmalan, that's what the mission is telling you.
• 8:20
SPEAKER_00: Those birds are mukadashin, the hektish, that's the khidish, that's what we're telling you, that there's not gonna be a khi of shilwah over here because it's hektish.
• 8:27
SPEAKER_00: You would think it is, but it's not.
• 8:28
SPEAKER_00: And Rav says this dafka applies, like Khotchem is beh specifically, and we're gonna see that Mukhlake is Shmuel Amr.
• 8:34
SPEAKER_00: Shmuel says that it's Makdish Tanagalto Bedakabais.
• 8:39
SPEAKER_00: Shmuel says no, we're talking about we're talking about um we're talking about even karci bedakabais.
• 8:47
SPEAKER_00: Let's say it was Maqtish chickens, chickens aren't brought as karmanas.
• 8:50
SPEAKER_00: So if he was Maqtish a chicken to the to the base magglish, if you're maqtish a chicken, what does it have?
• 8:54
SPEAKER_00: It doesn't have kiddush as a go, because it's not broad as a karaban.
• 8:57
SPEAKER_00: It has kiddusha has kiddusha's domin, and therefore it's ki it's mactish tarnagulte le bedekabais.
• 9:03
  SPEAKER_00: It's not lemizbeh.
• 9:04
SPEAKER_00: So that's what Shmoul says.
• 9:05
SPEAKER_00: And Shmoul says that it would apply even by Mactish uh tarnagalt lebedekabais, even that if it got lost or whatever, it rebelled or whatever the case is, and then someone happened upon it, even then there's gonna be, you would think, a shiluh, mitzvah shiloh.
• 9:21
SPEAKER_00: It's not gonna have a mitzvah shilua.
• 9:22
  SPEAKER_00: So that's gummar.
• 9:23
SPEAKER_00: Let's try to uh break down these sheetas.
• 9:25
  SPEAKER_00: Bish lama shmuel amarkurab.
• 9:27
SPEAKER_00: I understand why shmuel didn't say like Rab the Kamukunlah, big kochibeta kabaiz.
• 9:31
SPEAKER_00: Because Rab explained the case was even koche sorry, because they come mukumla butche beta kabai'cause because Shmuel explained the case of even Kochebedakabaiz, right?
• 9:41
SPEAKER_00: Shmua is a bigger fetish.
• 9:42
SPEAKER_00: That this applies across the board.
• 9:43
SPEAKER_00: Not only but Khum is baked, if you happen upon it, it's gonna be considered Kotchum still, and you're gonna need Potter from Shullafakan.
• 9:48
SPEAKER_00: Even if it's Kochebedakabaias and these chickens flew away, or whatever the case is, and someone happened upon it, even that it's still gonna be baked dish, and you are gonna mean even though again it's a lower level of kiddush, it doesn't have kiddush as a goof, it has kiddush as domin.
• 10:00
SPEAKER_00: So even these chickens that have kiddusha's uh bedlackabayas and they ran away if someone happened upon it, still it's gonna be potter because it's still considered hektish.
• 10:09
  SPEAKER_00: It's a bigger kidush, we're gonna see why.
• 10:11
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara.
• 10:12
SPEAKER_00: But Rav, but Ella Rav, but Rav that limited this alocha by Kotch Mizbeh specifically, my time kushmo.
• 10:20
SPEAKER_00: Why didn't you say like Shmuel?
• 10:22
SPEAKER_00: Why didn't you say why did you limit it limit it to only uh to only the Perushbochar, right?
• 10:26
SPEAKER_00: Which is only birds that are eligible to be brought on the Mizbeh, Kachemizbeh.
• 10:29
SPEAKER_00: Why not say like Shmuel that it could even be any type of coach by the kabai?
• 10:33
SPEAKER_00: It says my time alarm kushmu.
• 10:35
SPEAKER_00: Why didn't Rav say like shmuel?
• 10:36
SPEAKER_00: So I'm looking for's gonna tell you that going perush to kacha mizbeh.
• 10:42
  SPEAKER_00: You wanna know why?
• 10:43
SPEAKER_00: Because I hope, again, that it's only gonna be dakel karci misbeach that are gonna be potter from Shiluach if they flew away.
• 10:49
SPEAKER_00: So again, the case is obviously when they were martyred.
• 10:52
SPEAKER_00: In both cases, they have to be martyred, they have to fly away somewhere because otherwise it's uh misulman and ki karmislum.
• 10:57
SPEAKER_00: So someone had to happen upon these things.
• 10:59
SPEAKER_00: So the question is if you happen upon something that was karcheh misbeyach, that still has inherent kadusha.
• 11:04
SPEAKER_00: If it still has inherent kadush, it's karce misbeach, then that's what Rav's gonna tell you you're gonna be potter because it's karce.
• 11:10
  SPEAKER_00: And that's the aloha.
• 11:11
SPEAKER_00: Shmuel's gonna tell you that applies even by Kotchibetakabaiz.
• 11:14
SPEAKER_00: Now that's a bigger hidd, because you would think Kotchibeta Bayes has kedusha's dhamun.
• 11:17
SPEAKER_00: Kadusha's dhamin, maybe once it's not in the rushus of the bhylam, maybe paq kadusha samine, maybe it's not kadusha anymore, and therefore it's regular chulun that's on the street, and it wouldn't have this tour of the fact that it's still Kotchim.
• 11:28
SPEAKER_00: So Shmuel's applying it even to Kachabeta Kabaiz, that if you happen upon it, it still maintains its kedusha even though that it's lost.
• 11:34
SPEAKER_00: Even though it's not in the rushes of the by limit.
• 11:35
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna see soon is that Tali whether it's uh the Bialim has a Khiva Khrais on it, if he doesn't, in a second.
• 11:40
SPEAKER_00: But either way, Rav's gonna tell you again that I was dafka I dafka pattered from Shulach Khan only per shakhod, the kochemisbeh, only kochemizbeh that has inherent kiddushah.
• 11:51
SPEAKER_00: Kedusha saguf, therefore it's always hectish no matter where it is, no matter flu away to where I don't care where, and therefore it's still considered hectish, it's it's kedusha sa goof, it's kachem is beach, and the came on the khce bikedusha sa guf, le poka kedusha sayyuminayu.
• 12:06
SPEAKER_00: This is the sora like we just spoke out.
• 12:07
SPEAKER_00: Since it's caddish by kedusha's a gof, and it's kachim is beach, these birds, it could be brought on the misbeach, so the kadusha never was able to be transferred off of it.
• 12:16
SPEAKER_00: And wherever it is, it's still Kadush.
• 12:18
SPEAKER_00: Why is it different by Kachibethabais?
• 12:20
SPEAKER_00: We already explained it a little bit, but to read it inside, Avobi Machdish Tanagalt and Lebetaka Bayes.
• 12:24
SPEAKER_00: If it's only Kachibeda Kabaies, meaning it's has Kedusha's Domin, the laugh kachim is beach, it's not kachimizbea, it can't be brought on the misbehav.
• 12:31
SPEAKER_00: Then Kedusha's Domin Baalmahu, what would be Kachibeda Kabaies?
• 12:35
  SPEAKER_00: It's only Kedusha's a gof.
• 12:36
  SPEAKER_00: Sorry, it's only Kedusha's Domin.
• 12:37
SPEAKER_00: It only has the monetary value of it.
• 12:40
  SPEAKER_00: So that cavandin murders.
• 12:41
SPEAKER_00: If it was martyr and it ran away, it's now not in the Rashus of the Bailim, then poka kedusha sayu.
• 12:47
SPEAKER_00: Then I'll tell you that it's kedusha was pakamine.
• 12:49
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 12:50
SPEAKER_00: Because this thing only had the inherent value of it for the kadusha.
• 12:53
SPEAKER_00: So as soon as it's not in the reshush of the bailin, that's gonna give that value.
• 12:57
SPEAKER_00: So it's poka kedusha sayu.
• 12:58
SPEAKER_00: It's not because it's tied to the bailam.
• 13:00
SPEAKER_00: His khiv on this amount of money, let's say, not on this uh thing that's inherently kaddush.
• 13:04
  SPEAKER_00: It's not, it's not kiddusha sa gof, it's only kedush's domin.
• 13:07
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, if it was migrate, it's somewhere else now, flew away to a different field.
• 13:11
SPEAKER_00: Now we're gonna say that poka kdusha poka kdusha sayu.
• 13:15
  SPEAKER_00: It's not kaddush anymore.
• 13:16
SPEAKER_00: The chhaav is be shiluach, and now it's gonna be chaib in shiluach.
• 13:20
SPEAKER_00: So Rav says that it's dafka only by Khajam is beh, where it's gonna have this ptur and that it's k'chem no matter what.
• 13:24
SPEAKER_00: Shmuel says no, even if it's kachibeth abais, no matter where it is, it's going to have the ptur of Kachim.
• 13:31
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 13:31
SPEAKER_00: Because it's still considered Kachim.
• 13:32
SPEAKER_00: Now Shmuel's gonna have to answer up, why, right?
• 13:34
SPEAKER_00: Rav seems to have a ha had a good title over here that poker kdusha saw mine, it's only kiddusha's domin.
• 13:39
SPEAKER_00: So how does Shmuel tell you that it still has its kadusha, even if it's keddusha's domim, even if it's khatihabis, no matter where it is?
• 13:44
SPEAKER_00: So as gimmar, I'll tell you why because Shmuel Lamar Shmuel's gonna say a special khadish.
• 13:51
SPEAKER_00: Anywhere it is in the world, the be gazad rahmana.
• 13:54
SPEAKER_00: It's still in the reshaz of the bailam.
• 13:55
SPEAKER_00: It's still in the reshus of the bailim.
• 13:56
  SPEAKER_00: Who's the bailim?
• 13:57
  SPEAKER_00: Khajbaru.
• 14:00
SPEAKER_00: Anywhere it is in the world, it's still in the reshus of a khadjbaru, the siv is the post says La Shema or Retumeloya, the entire Gansavelt is all the reshus of Rahmana, the reshus of a kajbarhu, and therefore Kaleichah the Isa Bebegaz Rahman Isa, and that's why even if it has Kedusha's dumb, it's considered the reshut of a Qadjbaru, he is the bylam of the world, and therefore it's still going to maintain its kadusha, and Shmuel will tell you it's still gonna be part of Shiloh Khan because Karchim are not hai in Shiloh Akhan.
• 14:28
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara.
• 14:30
SPEAKER_00: The same Machlekis we just had somebody seen here.
• 14:37
SPEAKER_00: Same Machlekas between uh Rab and Shmuel as it relates to as it relates to again, we said that that uh as well we started off the Mishnah.
• 14:45
SPEAKER_00: Shilu Akha Khan is not like Shulay Bifneah by Bechulin, the laybah mukadashan.
• 14:51
  SPEAKER_00: Only Hulin not Mukdashan.
• 14:52
SPEAKER_00: The question is what type of khajim is it not?
• 14:54
SPEAKER_00: So we we tried first figuring out what what bakal are we talking about, right?
• 14:57
SPEAKER_00: Because uh where it was hard to find the case bakal that it's kodchim, that you would think uh that to have a Havamina that it would be Hai Koma Schma, we have to tell you that it's potter.
• 15:05
SPEAKER_00: But then we had a machaic Ravishmual, what exactly the case is where it's gonna have a Ptur of uh if it's considered Kotchim.
• 15:13
SPEAKER_00: Is that Kotchum across the board, even if it's Kotch Badaga Gabai's?
• 15:15
SPEAKER_00: Or is it only uh if it's eligible to be brought on the misbehav, if it's cotchemizback, like oifos, like or peerish, like Raf says.
• 15:21
SPEAKER_00: Raf said it's only limited to uh Paris Shabach.
• 15:24
SPEAKER_00: It's only something that has Kedusha's a goof inherently, something like Kedusha's uh Goofai, where it's uh where it's Kedusha's Misbayah, that's where you're gonna have the Ptur.
• 15:32
SPEAKER_00: That it's considered no matter where it is, it flew away, I don't care where it is, it's still gonna be considered Khadchim, and you're gonna have you're gonna be potter in Shidohakan.
• 15:39
  SPEAKER_00: Shmuel says no.
• 15:40
SPEAKER_00: Shmuel says, even Kotche Bedaka Bayas, no matter if it was chickens, whatever, they flew away, still you're gonna be potter, because it's still going to be considered khadash.
• 15:48
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 15:48
SPEAKER_00: Because Shmuel has a special kidish called Heikh the Isa, Bershuse, Bebek Gaza, Drachmani Isa, right?
• 15:54
SPEAKER_00: Any anywhere where it is, it's still in the Bailim, it's still in the Rashus of the Bylim with it, which is like Baruch.
• 15:59
SPEAKER_00: So it says the Gemar on that.
• 16:00
SPEAKER_00: This same machine we just had between Rab and Shmuel was also a machelikus between the Gidolla Ma Ramin Erit's roll.
• 16:06
SPEAKER_00: Now, Rabbichanon and Rishtakashina Mirbeikan.
• 16:09
SPEAKER_00: Rebeknon also said, he said like Shmuel, right?
• 16:13
SPEAKER_00: Now we're talking about a case of even Kadusha's Dhammim, of Makdash Tagot a little bit like it rebelled.
• 16:22
  SPEAKER_00: I don't understand.
• 16:23
SPEAKER_00: As soon as it was murdered, it doesn't have Kadusha anymore because it was only Kadusha's dummy.
• 16:26
SPEAKER_00: It's out of the reshos of the bid them, and therefore pakushase.
• 16:28
SPEAKER_00: So why would it be Patan Shlach again?
• 16:30
SPEAKER_00: So Amalai answered him back, but they got the drachman issa dichibla sham oratumalaya.
• 16:35
SPEAKER_00: And here clearly we see the same Akhakma between Rabbichanan and Raishlakish.
• 16:39
SPEAKER_00: And if you line up the Sheetahs, Rabiachanan says like Shmuel and Rishlakish would be saying like Rab over here.
• 16:45
  SPEAKER_00: But says the Gemara.
• 16:46
SPEAKER_00: This setup that we just said between Rabbichan and Rishlakesh, Veramid Rebechan and Rebech and Vramid Resh Reshimlakesh Hadra Rashimilakh, I have a steer within sheetas Rebechan, and a steer within sheetas reakesh from the following Dithmar was set over like this.
• 16:59
SPEAKER_00: So we said it's gonna be Talian Machakis whether you're gonna be high in a chray by Khajabeta Kabayas or not.
• 17:04
SPEAKER_00: So if you had you donate a money Zelabeta Kabayez, again, what's that?
• 17:08
SPEAKER_00: Obviously it's not Kadush'd Dhamm, it's only Kadusha Zagov.
• 17:10
  SPEAKER_00: Sorry, it's only not Kadusha's a goof, it's only Kadusha's Dham.
• 17:13
SPEAKER_00: It has the monetary value, it's not gonna be brought on the Mizbeh, it's not Khaj Mizbeh.
• 17:17
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, if you donate a money at a hundred bucks to Bedakabaiz, and then it was stolen or lala.
• 17:23
SPEAKER_00: The question is, is it uh stam Khajim that uh was lost and you're not responsible, or you have a personal responsibility.
• 17:29
SPEAKER_00: So Bechna Maribek says Khaybachusen, Acheh Yov, Lide Gizbar.
• 17:33
SPEAKER_00: You're gonna be Khayev until you actually give it to the Gizmar.
• 17:35
SPEAKER_00: If it gets lost after you give it to the Gizmar, it's a different story.
• 17:43
SPEAKER_00: It still has its kidusha wherever it is, even though it's cardshaikabaias.
• 17:48
SPEAKER_00: It only has kiddusha's dominant still, wherever it is, so he says this line It says the Gemara, the sibla Shemara to Malaya.
• 17:55
  SPEAKER_00: What's the question?
• 17:56
SPEAKER_00: Kasha D Rish Lakeshad Rish Lakeshadow, because this was exactly the opposite of the sheetas we just had.
• 18:02
SPEAKER_00: Over here, it was Rish Lakish saying, Kalei Khadisa Bebekar Rahmana Isa.
• 18:06
SPEAKER_00: That we look at the Katsh Beta Kabias no matter where it is, as if it still has its kadusha wherever it is, and that's why you're not gonna be high to pay back.
• 18:12
SPEAKER_00: Whereas Raishlakish before said, not that way, Rish Lakesh before said, like Rav, that as soon as Khajakabais gets lost, then poka k dusha sayumine.
• 18:22
SPEAKER_00: The kadusha is poka from it, and the baylum is gonna be khiv to pay again.
• 18:25
SPEAKER_00: So says the gymarah there's a steer and Rebekhan is one that said the opposite.
• 18:28
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, there's a steer between Rabbi Akhan and a steer in within Sheetas Rishlakish himself as well, and says the Gemara, the Rishlakesh and the Rish Lakes, like cash, it's not a steer in Rishlakish.
• 18:37
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 18:37
SPEAKER_00: Ha Mikham Dishamir Rabbi Echan and Rabbeh Halabashami Ribbeakan and Rabbeh.
• 18:41
SPEAKER_00: As much as Rishlakish was Ribiachan's Balpluk, he was also a Talmud of Ribekin.
• 18:46
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, very simple, easy answer.
• 18:49
SPEAKER_00: Why where did Rishlakish say not like Ribakhan?
• 18:51
SPEAKER_00: That's before you heard from Ribiachan and his Rabbi.
• 18:53
SPEAKER_00: Where did he say Laker Biachan?
• 18:54
SPEAKER_00: And that's where he heard.
• 18:55
SPEAKER_00: That's once he heard it.
• 18:56
SPEAKER_00: Once he heard it, yeah, you're right.
• 18:57
SPEAKER_00: He was Maskim, and therefore you're gonna have to say, by the way, in Armakh like this, the same one we had Rabin Shmo about our Mishnah, about the case of Shulakha Khan, about uh where what is unlimited to, so that also he was Khaiser, you're right, he was Khaizer once he heard it from Ribeknun, then he was Khaizer and he held like an Ellach and the Brachhana Kash.
• 19:11
SPEAKER_00: What are you gonna do with the steer in Rebechan?
• 19:13
SPEAKER_00: So the Gamara is you're there, Nalikash.
• 19:16
SPEAKER_00: It's also not a steer in Bechanan.
• 19:17
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 19:17
SPEAKER_00: Ha the Amr Allah, ha the Ammar Harizu.
• 19:20
SPEAKER_00: It depends what lush you used.
• 19:21
SPEAKER_00: If you use the lush Allah, that I'm taking this upon myself, that Allah, Haraizu Allah, then he's gonna have a khiabachaiz.
• 19:30
SPEAKER_00: He's gonna have a khibach, and the reason is because once you say Allah, that's a khaiva's gavra now.
• 19:35
SPEAKER_00: Now the chiv is on you.
• 19:36
SPEAKER_00: So if it gets lost, the khiva is on you, you didn't give it.
• 19:38
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, that's a khiva, that's a khaiv on the gavra, and that's why if you say Allah, it's gonna be different.
• 19:43
SPEAKER_00: Hadamarizu, where you say haraizu and it gets lost, then are zu means this is qadresh, this is qadresh, call it isa but because they're ahmada isa, fine, wherever gets lost, it gost.
• 19:52
SPEAKER_00: And it still has its kadush, but I'm not chaib in a khaiz, because this are zu, this is qadrish.
• 19:56
SPEAKER_00: So wherever it is, it's qadrish.
• 19:57
  SPEAKER_00: I'm not chaib again.
• 19:59
SPEAKER_00: That would be a different story, says the Gemar.
• 20:01
SPEAKER_00: What does that imply though?
• 20:07
SPEAKER_00: What does that sound like?
• 20:08
SPEAKER_00: We just answered this here in Rabbi'achan by saying Ribyoichanon is gonna say you're gonna be haived in a case where you say ally.
• 20:14
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so Riyakhan Rish Lakesh who argued on it before.
• 20:17
SPEAKER_00: So it's mech it implies that Rish Lakesh would say, even if you didn't say, even if you said Alai, you're still not gonna be haived.
• 20:25
  SPEAKER_00: How could that be?
• 20:25
SPEAKER_00: We have a bright says on nether is a double.
• 20:28
  SPEAKER_00: What's another?
• 20:28
  SPEAKER_00: What's an a dava?
• 20:29
  SPEAKER_00: So we know this.
• 20:29
SPEAKER_00: Nedher is ha'imer hare ally oilah, and a dove is ha'imer zu.
• 20:34
  SPEAKER_00: So that's the difference.
• 20:36
SPEAKER_00: And a rezu is an oil.
• 20:37
SPEAKER_00: Say Gamar Mah be nether than a double.
• 20:39
  SPEAKER_00: What's that lachik nafkamina?
• 20:40
SPEAKER_00: Nader, Meso Nigniba, sorry, nader, meso inigniba oisha ofda.
• 20:45
SPEAKER_00: If it died, it got stolen, it got lost, then hai bacharyusa.
• 20:48
SPEAKER_00: You're gonna be high in the air by another because why?
• 20:50
SPEAKER_00: Because you said hare allah, so it's a chaib on the gavra, so even if it gets lost, now you're gonna be haived.
• 20:58
SPEAKER_00: It's the and therefore harai zood.
• 21:00
SPEAKER_00: This is qadish, wherever it is, it's qadush, and uh you're not gonna be high in the khris if anything happened to it.
• 21:04
SPEAKER_00: So says the Gemara, what's Rish Lakesh gonna tell you?
• 21:06
SPEAKER_00: Rishlakhish has to agree with this.
• 21:07
SPEAKER_00: So what are you gonna tell me?
• 21:08
SPEAKER_00: We implied to say before that Rish Lakesh is gonna say, even if you said Allah, you're not gonna be high in the khai, you're gonna be pottaming.
• 21:14
  SPEAKER_00: That these are basics.
• 21:17
SPEAKER_00: If you said a line, you're gonna be high in the khai, says the Gemara.
• 21:19
  SPEAKER_00: Amr of Kharishlakish.
• 21:21
SPEAKER_00: Rishlakish will tell you a very simple answer.
• 21:24
  SPEAKER_00: Hani Mili Kotchimizbeach.
• 21:26
SPEAKER_00: Hani milish kochim is beach that's mechuserah kravah.
• 21:29
SPEAKER_00: That's true by Katshim is beach, that's mechuserah krava.
• 21:31
SPEAKER_00: Khajim is beach that it's mechuserah krava still, and you lost it and you said I realize, you're gonna have to bring another one because it's uh because it's uh what's it called?
• 21:39
  SPEAKER_00: Because it's a chiman the gabra.
• 21:40
SPEAKER_00: Abel, Khajabithabas, but Khajra Kabai is the la Machusera Krav.
• 21:43
SPEAKER_00: It's not Muchar Kabara, it's just again, where's this thing going?
• 21:45
SPEAKER_00: I don't know, to the treasury of the base of Migbdah.
• 21:47
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, this has Kadusha's Dhammum, wherever it is.
• 21:49
SPEAKER_00: One day doesn't well one day the base of Migdash, you know, might the Gizber might use it to pay for something.
• 21:54
SPEAKER_00: The point is, right now it's Kadush.
• 21:56
SPEAKER_00: That's his purpose for it.
• 21:56
SPEAKER_00: Now it's gonna be Kaddash.
• 21:57
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, since this is not Machusarakru.
• 22:02
SPEAKER_00: Even if you said Allah, then it got lost, he's not gonna be hai, because again, he that thing is colourish in its sense, it's not machusra krov, there's not like an added step that you said ally on me, I'm gonna have to do, and that's why you're not gonna be haived in that case.
• 22:15
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara Vatanan, but I have a Mishnah that says, We're gonna see the question in a second.
• 22:19
SPEAKER_00: Someone who says, This shar is an oylah.
• 22:21
SPEAKER_00: Baize karbon, or this house I'm giving is a karban, right?
• 22:25
SPEAKER_00: Mesa shor, if the shar dies, or nafala bias, or the house falls, that's what we need right here.
• 22:30
SPEAKER_00: Then you don't have to uh you're not gonna be chaib to uh to pay back.
• 22:35
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, what's the question?
• 22:37
SPEAKER_00: Or we're about to see, sorry.
• 22:38
SPEAKER_00: You're not gonna be hive.
• 22:39
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 22:39
SPEAKER_00: Because you said shor ze, right?
• 22:41
  SPEAKER_00: This shar.
• 22:41
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 22:42
SPEAKER_00: Shar ze alai oilah what if you use the word alive?
• 22:44
SPEAKER_00: Then I'm thinking of on myself.
• 22:45
  SPEAKER_00: Allah oyla.
• 22:46
  SPEAKER_00: Baize alai karbon.
• 22:48
SPEAKER_00: Then Mesa Sharv and Fa Bayez, if the Shar died or the house that you said this ba bias Allah is gonna be a karman, then haived, you're gonna be haived in the chris.
• 22:57
  SPEAKER_00: What's the question?
• 22:58
SPEAKER_00: You said Allah, you should be haived, right?
• 23:00
SPEAKER_00: But what did we just say?
• 23:01
SPEAKER_00: We just said that by kid by cotchibed a kabias, this is not true.
• 23:04
SPEAKER_00: Kotchibedaca bias, since it's not Machosar Krabba, we just tried suggesting that you're gonna be potter, even if you said a lie.
• 23:10
SPEAKER_00: But what do we see over here?
• 23:11
SPEAKER_00: A bias is not cutcha mizbeh.
• 23:13
SPEAKER_00: You can't bring a house on the misbehak, and therefore a bias, even if he said a lie, is for sure cutcha biteka bias.
• 23:17
SPEAKER_00: And by cotchabitek a bias, still we see you said a lie and you're gonna be chaibach rayas.
• 23:22
SPEAKER_00: Not like what we just said that cutchabitaka bias, even if you said a lie, you're not gonna be chai.
• 23:25
SPEAKER_00: We just said you cut a bitaka bias, it's a house, for sure, khajabitaka bias, and still the chival applies, even if you said a lie.
• 23:30
SPEAKER_00: And just the Gemara, very easy answer again.
• 23:38
  SPEAKER_00: Completely.
• 23:38
SPEAKER_00: So, yeah, but Kachabitaka Bais, if it got destroyed completely, then you're gonna be haived to pay.
• 23:42
SPEAKER_00: The less nu because it's not around anymore.
• 23:44
SPEAKER_00: Abo hecha de isnu, but if it's around, like our karciabitaka bayas, the chickens that flew away somewhere else, they're alive, they're in a different field.
• 23:52
SPEAKER_00: The question is, are you chaif shuh, nah shuch?
• 23:54
  SPEAKER_00: They're inherently called.
• 23:55
SPEAKER_00: Kaliha di issa be bagazar achmanaisa, as we just said, and therefore, and therefore, since they're around, Kalicha the Isa Bay Gaza Rahmana is saying the Alma Dhsib Har Lashema orat humulaya, and that's why the two cases are different.
• 24:06
SPEAKER_00: Again, if it's gone, if these chickens were killed and destroyed, then maybe you're gonna be chaib in the Khri's.
• 24:11
SPEAKER_00: Uh, like we just said, this house is well, Allah.
• 24:14
SPEAKER_00: But if not, and it's karas, then we're gonna tell you Kaleichah the Isa Bay Gaza de Rahmana Isa, and that's why you're not gonna be Haib in the Khri's, because it's still around, it's still Kaya, and therefore it's a thdish.
• 24:23
SPEAKER_00: Now I have to tell you that's a case, I'm gonna have to tell you a khidish.
• 24:26
SPEAKER_00: Shmuel's gonna say that uh that in this case you're gonna be potter from Shiluah Hakan, even though it's Karchabedaka bias, because it still maintains its kidusha, koleicha the isabaza de rachmana issa.
• 24:38
  SPEAKER_00: Says the gomar.
• 24:39
  SPEAKER_00: Umrhamnununa.
• 24:40
  SPEAKER_00: Rahamnuna says on that.
• 24:42
  SPEAKER_00: Hakomidim.
• 24:44
SPEAKER_00: Afa gav the umr Allah.
• 24:46
SPEAKER_00: Everyone's gonna agree, but as relates to erchin.
• 24:48
  SPEAKER_00: So erchan's a sugio, right?
• 24:49
SPEAKER_00: Where you say erki alai, my value taken apart, so depending on your age, bracket, depending on whatever, you're gonna have to pay a certain erchin, right?
• 24:54
SPEAKER_00: So if you say erk by erchin, afa give the umr ally lemachaib.
• 24:58
SPEAKER_00: Even if you use the word ally, you're not gonna be chaib and a chrys.
• 25:01
SPEAKER_00: If it got lost, if whatever you uh were mockedish got lost or damaged or whatever it is.
• 25:05
  SPEAKER_00: My time.
• 25:05
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, what's the reason?
• 25:06
SPEAKER_00: So lay mit my labelay ali.
• 25:08
SPEAKER_00: Because by erchan, there's no way to say an erchan without the word ali.
• 25:11
SPEAKER_00: So if it's the only way to say it, so you're not gonna be haibachriz.
• 25:14
SPEAKER_00: Alai is not gonna be special enough to make you haiba khaiz.
• 25:16
SPEAKER_00: Hey Chile, what are you supposed to say without ally?
• 25:18
SPEAKER_00: Lema, erki, should you just say erki, right?
• 25:20
  SPEAKER_00: My value.
• 25:21
  SPEAKER_00: My value, what?
• 25:22
  SPEAKER_00: Aman.
• 25:22
SPEAKER_00: Who my value is he's chai, shimon is haiiv, my value?
• 25:25
SPEAKER_00: You're not saying erki alaih, I'm chai of my value, and therefore, it's not uh it's not bar what you're saying.
• 25:29
  SPEAKER_00: Laimachaiv.
• 25:31
SPEAKER_00: Sorry, i if you're gonna say erki, aman, who are you talking about?
• 25:33
SPEAKER_00: Lema erch uh Aman Lima, sorry, who are you saying that about?
• 25:37
SPEAKER_00: Okay, maybe you're gonna say, or lema, erchploini, maybe you're gonna say erchploini, the value of plaini.
• 25:42
SPEAKER_00: We know you can be uh by erchin, you could be machdish also the value of someone else.
• 25:45
  SPEAKER_00: So maybe erchploini.
• 25:46
SPEAKER_00: Okay, erch plaini on who?
• 25:48
SPEAKER_00: On you, on someone else?
• 25:48
  SPEAKER_00: Who's chaived that?
• 25:49
  SPEAKER_00: So erch plaini aman.
• 25:51
SPEAKER_00: So mask if the rabba, or understand your your your whole uh question over here.
• 25:54
  SPEAKER_00: Two questions.
• 25:55
SPEAKER_00: Rabbah says like this Lame uh I have a very easy way out.
• 25:58
  SPEAKER_00: I don't agree with that.
• 25:59
SPEAKER_00: I don't think Allah is the only way you could say an erchin.
• 26:01
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 26:02
SPEAKER_00: Because lay a harini barki, just say harani barki.
• 26:04
SPEAKER_00: I'm taking upon myself my erch.
• 26:05
  SPEAKER_00: Or harini barek plaini.
• 26:07
SPEAKER_00: So you don't have to say ally, and therefore if you said a lie, maybe it should bind you.
• 26:10
SPEAKER_00: But another question, Tanya, but I sort of not say I remember Nasan says, Vinosana is a erkha bayoim hahu kedh slash.
• 26:15
SPEAKER_00: This is in the sugiya, someone is makesh say mikneh and then he the Allah is poid.
• 26:19
SPEAKER_00: The point is that it says in the the the the the words over here, look in the psokim, are a little bit extra, and therefore we learn Matham Lambert.
• 26:25
SPEAKER_00: Why do I need to say all these extra words?
• 26:32
SPEAKER_00: You can transfer the kadush onto money, shabahulin, niknu boy shaabdu, ey no chabachan.
• 26:37
SPEAKER_00: And then if they get uh stolen or lost, you're not gonna be high in a chai.
• 26:42
SPEAKER_00: So I would think maybe this is true as well over here by Erchin, that if it gets uh lost or stolen, you're not gonna be hai in a chrys.
• 26:51
SPEAKER_00: Tamil Nasana is erkha to teach you.
• 26:53
SPEAKER_00: Sorry, this is the by the paida stay uh stay miqan.
• 26:56
SPEAKER_00: So Tamil Mramasan is the point is that chulin at Shabalu de Gizbar, that it's considered chulin.
• 27:01
SPEAKER_00: Extra words in the past to teach me, it's considered chulin until it comes to the gizbar, which basically in other words means you're gonna be hai in the Khraiz.
• 27:08
SPEAKER_00: It's considered Hulin until you give it to the Gizbar.
• 27:09
SPEAKER_00: So meaning it's still Hulin, you're gonna be Haib in the Khraiz until the Gizbar gets it, and that's a came of your of your uh of your opinion of the stay mikhnova here.
• 27:17
  SPEAKER_00: What's the point?
• 27:18
SPEAKER_00: The point is you're chaib in a chrais by erchin.
• 27:20
SPEAKER_00: So we just said you're potato in the chries by erchin, because the only way is alai.
• 27:23
  SPEAKER_00: So I don't understand.
• 27:24
SPEAKER_00: Rav sah Rabba says two questions.
• 27:25
SPEAKER_00: First of all, you're gonna tell me the only way to say Allah is the only way to make an Echan is the word Allah.
• 27:29
  SPEAKER_00: I don't agree.
• 27:31
SPEAKER_00: Second of all, I just brought you a case where we see that you're clearly Haiv in a in a chrais by Erchin.
• 27:37
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara El Yatmar Achyitmar, you're right.
• 27:39
SPEAKER_00: If Ram Nuna said something, it was actually the opposite.
• 27:45
SPEAKER_00: Even if he didn't say Allah, forget it, even if he did say Allah, he's not gonna be.
• 27:49
  SPEAKER_00: No, the exact opposite.
• 27:50
  SPEAKER_00: Pung forget.
• 27:51
SPEAKER_00: If he said Allah, even if sorry, if even if he didn't say ally, still he's gonna be Mikhail in the Achaiz.
• 27:56
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 27:58
SPEAKER_00: Which teaches me Hulun and Miyodhad Shiba Gizbar, like we just saw, which teaches me he's gonna be haired in the Khraiz until it gets to the Gizbar.
• 28:05
SPEAKER_00: And we'll try to do a little more.
• 28:08
SPEAKER_00: The Mishnah said, There's a khumra that Kisam has over Shiloh Khan.
• 28:12
SPEAKER_00: We're about to go through that.
• 28:13
SPEAKER_00: Now we're just gonna explain Postrib how we know the mitzvah Shiloh Khan applies when you happen stance across something.
• 28:19
  SPEAKER_00: Ki kari, right?
• 28:20
SPEAKER_00: So the Pasik says, and this is a little bit of a long-winded rise.
• 28:23
SPEAKER_00: So ki kare kansipa levena.
• 28:25
  SPEAKER_00: What?
• 28:25
SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna dash all these words in the pasik.
• 28:26
SPEAKER_00: Levi Shamberh, the Pasik says, Shaleh the Shah Sahim, Mesa Banam tikahloh, Sandra with the mother, take the bunit.
• 28:31
SPEAKER_00: So Yochul Yahshabarum of a goa is kidding shimtsa khan.
• 28:34
SPEAKER_00: So I would think you're supposed to go traveling and hiking in mountains, whatever kid to find uh to find the nest.
• 28:39
SPEAKER_00: Tamul Naiman the Pasik says, no ki kare, bimurafanach.
• 28:42
SPEAKER_00: No ki kare if you happen upon it.
• 28:43
  SPEAKER_00: Don't go out searching.
• 28:44
SPEAKER_00: If you happen upon it, that's where you have the mitzvah.
• 28:46
  SPEAKER_00: Ki kare.
• 28:46
SPEAKER_00: Khan teaches me, the word Khan teaches me kamakim, meaning even if it's one beza, even if it's one afraid, you're still gonna be high in Shulach Khan.
• 28:53
SPEAKER_00: Sipo, what does that teach me?
• 28:54
  SPEAKER_00: Tarva like male.
• 28:55
SPEAKER_00: Only tarva and not a tmail one.
• 28:56
SPEAKER_00: Only a kosher bird is gonna be high in Shulokh Khan.
• 28:59
SPEAKER_00: What does that teach me?
• 28:59
  SPEAKER_00: Birchsayakin.
• 29:00
SPEAKER_00: But Derech teaches me Birch Sarrabim also.
• 29:03
SPEAKER_00: Be Lonais me nine, how do I know even in the trees?
• 29:05
SPEAKER_00: Tamilibal eight says Bhala eight.
• 29:08
SPEAKER_00: How do I know even in the ditches, walls, pits, whatever it is?
• 29:09
SPEAKER_00: Tamilabas says, Oh yeah, it's the chimeach is called Dava, Lefonecha Baderh Lamali.
• 29:15
SPEAKER_00: After I'm gonna include basically everything, why do I need the words lefonnech and baderech?
• 29:19
SPEAKER_00: Lemilakh to teach you mad derachcha, just like a derach is not kanabiodch, it's not gonna be zummin before you.
• 29:27
SPEAKER_00: And we're about to say what if that excludes me, Kan Amru, Yoine Shaivukh, the Yoine Aliyah, Shekhanubatik.
• 29:33
SPEAKER_00: If you have Yoine Shav, the Yoinim uh the doves that usually are in the shivach, or yani aliah, but they didn't uh make their nest where they normally would.
• 29:39
SPEAKER_00: But rather, shekanubatfichim, they made their nest in the kalim, Rashis says, or babir is on towers, or a vaznatan.
• 29:47
SPEAKER_00: Again, they're domesticated, but instead of making it in the normal place, they made their nest in the pardis in the orchard.
• 29:51
  SPEAKER_00: Then Chai Bishluach.
• 29:53
SPEAKER_00: Because again, it's more of a happenstance.
• 29:56
SPEAKER_00: But if they made in the house, had her dacious, we saw this before, potem shiloch, that's gonna be potter from Shiluacha kinda in that place, because that's the derich already.
• 30:05
SPEAKER_00: That's the dercha of where they would be.
• 30:07
SPEAKER_00: And let's just get to the two.
• 30:09
SPEAKER_00: That says gmar um, we just send this very okay.
• 30:14
SPEAKER_00: So anything that's not kanabiodcha, you're gonna be hive.
• 30:17
SPEAKER_00: Why do I need that?
• 30:18
SPEAKER_00: But anything that's a derech that's not gonna be oddcha.
• 30:22
SPEAKER_00: I already learned that that's only if it's happened, stands kiikari, not misummin biodhacha, saysumun.
• 30:30
SPEAKER_00: What am I gonna do with the word lefanach?
• 30:34
SPEAKER_00: So lefanachah is including a case that they were before you, and then they were mired, they were rebelled, went somewhere else, then there will be a khiiv that's the special Allah.
• 30:41
SPEAKER_00: You would think not, Kamashman.
• 30:42
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 30:42
SPEAKER_00: But derach, what is that used for?
• 30:47
SPEAKER_00: Let's say you find the nest in the water, haib shlulch.
• 30:49
SPEAKER_00: You're gonna be hive in shullach khan, special khidish.
• 30:54
SPEAKER_00: So we see the word derach, which was in the postuk by the context of a yam.
• 30:57
SPEAKER_00: So we see this a chival khakan even in the water.
• 30:59
SPEAKER_00: And the miyata says, if so that you're gonna use anywhere it says the word derech, that there's gonna be a chiv shu lachan, then matsu can bash, let's say you find it in the sky, whatever the case is.
• 31:10
SPEAKER_00: So you have the word derach.
• 31:11
SPEAKER_00: So maybe you should be haived even if you find a nest in the shamaim.
• 31:15
SPEAKER_00: Says the gomara, derhnesha ekri derhstamah.
• 31:17
SPEAKER_00: It says it calls the shamai derhnesha.
• 31:19
SPEAKER_00: It doesn't call it der stomah, and that's why you're not going to be haiv in Shullachan in that place.
• 31:23
SPEAKER_00: Um okay, well uh yeah tomorrow.
• 31:27
  unknown: Shakah.
