- 0:10defending biblical Christianity.
- 0:13No topic, off limits.

- 0:19Hey brothers and sisters in Christ, thank you so much for tuning in.
- 0:22Our guest Olivier Melnick is back with us and he's got a brand new book out.
- 0:27We'll get to in a few minutes but it's called anti-Semitism in the end times.
- 0:33Very important topic, in fact he, before we got on the podcast, said he didn't realize
- 0:38things would be as intense as they are now when he started his ministry.
- 0:42But let's first thank some people because you've been propelling this show, World View Matters.

- 2:29us so much.
- 2:30Thank you, Jesus.
- 2:31So let's bring an Olivier Melanick author and his website is chalombinmasaya.com.
- 2:39That's chalombinmasaya.com.
- 2:42Brother, thanks for your time today.
- 2:44Thank you for heading me again.
- 2:46always a pleasure being with you.
- 2:48Same here, pleasure's mine.
- 2:49Last time you were on, we teased the book,
- 2:53but now I've got it in hand.
- 2:56There it is, you got your copy too.
- 2:59I got my own copy.
- 3:00I'm thinking of sending one to myself.
- 3:02Okay, have you ever tried to buy your own book
- 3:05on Amazon just to see if it works?
- 3:07If everything works out.
- 3:08Yes, do you see how quickly I get it?
- 3:09Yes.
- 3:10I think a lot of authors do that.
- 3:13Well, let's start with the Indorcese
- 3:17because there's a lot of familiar names
- 3:20from the Kingdom of God, the remnant Jeff Kinley,
- 3:24Todd Hampson, Brandon Holthouse,
- 3:26Andy Woods, all friends of World View Matters,
- 3:29and also Tim Siegler.
- 3:31So a lot of people sent their recommendation
- 3:34at the very beginning of the book.
- 3:36So Brother Kudos again, I know how hard it is
- 3:39to put out a book, especially the content
- 3:43of this.
- 3:45It's so important.
- 3:46And let's just talk about, as you said,
- 3:48before we got on the podcast,
- 3:50you didn't think we'd be here
- 3:53where we are in 2025 with the state of antisemitism
- 3:56as it is, just your overall thoughts
- 3:58on where we're at, Olivier?
- 4:00No, I started on that journey in 2000.
- 4:06So it's going on almost 26 years now.
- 4:09And I remember people looking at me,
- 4:12like, you know, I've always been very conservative
- 4:14publicly, but they were looking at me going,
- 4:17like, Olivier, where are you going with this?
- 4:19Where I'm going is that from the Bible
- 4:21and from current events, I can tell you,
- 4:23things are going to get progressively worse
- 4:26for the Jewish people globally.
- 4:28And it's just not going to get better.
- 4:31It's going to get worse and worse and worse.
- 4:33And I've always believed that,
- 4:34but what I was not prepared for was to have to lift through it
- 4:40and to see the speed at which it's increasing,
- 4:43it's exponentially growing right now.
- 4:46And I would say probably, I think the end time's
- 4:49antisemitism, Pandora's Box was open on October 7, 2023.
- 4:56And everything changed.
- 4:58Everything changed.
- 4:58Not just for Israel and the Gaza Strip,
- 5:01but globally for Jews at that point.
- 5:04The Jews who look at the world events
- 5:08and are not seeing the danger of being Jewish
- 5:11anywhere in the world except for maybe in Israel,
- 5:13which is kind of ironic.
- 5:15Then they're not paying attention.
- 5:17Yeah.
- 5:18So tell us about the three sections of the book.
- 5:21I love the way you separated it all out.
- 5:24I'm looking at part two, a timeline of hatred.
- 5:27And that's basically antisemitism from the church fathers
- 5:31to the early middle ages.
- 5:33And then you've got the third section too.
- 5:36And you can tackle whatever you want, Olivier,
- 5:38and this abbreviated time that we have with you.
- 5:41But I love the third section,
- 5:42a new and more dangerous age of antisemitism.
- 5:47So share whatever you'd like on these sections of the book.
- 5:51Yeah, I start, like I always do when I write,
- 5:54I start with definitions.
- 5:55And because a lot of times, if we don't have
- 6:00an understanding of what we're talking about,
- 6:03there's a lot of confusion.
- 6:04I remember years ago I was in line in upstate New York
- 6:08going for like a boat ride.
- 6:09And I was at Arnold Fruchtenbaum's Shoshana Bible Camp.
- 6:14And we took the day off, and I was standing right
- 6:17behind an orthodox, an old man, maybe a rabbi.
- 6:20I'm not sure, but an orthodox in black.
- 6:22And we started to talk, and then, and I told him,
- 6:26he said, well, I'm a believer.
- 6:27And then he looks at me and he goes, oh, I'm a believer too.
- 6:30And I took it to mean he's a believer in Jesus,
- 6:33but that's not what he meant.
- 6:35He meant, I'm, you know, I believe in God.
- 6:38And so that ended up in a very awkward, uncomfortable
- 6:42conversation.
- 6:43So I learned from that years ago, please define your terms.
- 6:47So let me start by defining anti-Semitism for our audience
- 6:50who real quick here.
- 6:52Anti-Semitism is the irrational and demonic hatred
- 7:01of Israel and the Jewish people characterized
- 7:04by thoughts, words, and deeds against them.
- 7:08And so that's what I do.
- 7:11And I give more definitions in the first part of the book.
- 7:14Then I go through about 100 pages, which is about, you know,
- 7:19almost, it's a little almost a third, a little over a third
- 7:23of the book, really, of what I call historical anti-Semitism,
- 7:27you know, from the closing, well, from biblical times,
- 7:30even closing of the canon, from biblical times to the Holocaust.
- 7:37And because I think the Holocaust was another on the timeline.
- 7:41It was a marker on the timeline of anti-Semitism.
- 7:43And I show the progression.
- 7:45And then what I'm hoping to do in the book
- 7:47is to show the people that anti-Semitism is not
- 7:51and did not happen in a vacuum.
- 7:53What we're seeing right now today is the result
- 7:55of 2,000 years of Judeo-phobia, basically, over the world.
- 8:03With a progression, it started this theological anti-Judihism
- 8:06with really not too much animosity, just doesn't,
- 8:09doesn't, you know, us and them were different
- 8:12in their, you know, Christians and Jews.
- 8:14And then it evolved into this, you know, more laws
- 8:18being passed and accusations and it got worse
- 8:22and it got ugly and it got really ugly at the Holocaust.
- 8:25Where it became a racial issue, which really is not,
- 8:28but it became, according to Hitler and the Nazis,
- 8:30based on a lot of the science of eugenics,
- 8:34it became a racial issue we had to get rid of the Jews.
- 8:38Then we had 20 years of respite
- 8:41until, you know, after the war until the mid-60s,
- 8:44where people thought it was over.
- 8:46It was like, okay, Holocaust, anti-Semitism,
- 8:50it's all taboo, we don't talk about it anymore, it's over.
- 8:51Never again.
- 8:53And then, and then Arafat came on the scene,
- 8:55put on by the USSR and started to develop slowly,
- 9:01but surely the false narrative of the Palestinian displaced
- 9:05people that today people are just buying
- 9:08Ukraine and Sinker, without any question.
- 9:11And it's just, yeah, 16 years later,
- 9:13it's Bible truth for them.
- 9:16And that's astounding to me.
- 9:18They don't even look at world history,
- 9:20they don't want the facts, they just buy the talking points
- 9:23but I want to go back to something you said
- 9:24and thank you for defining the terms
- 9:27because you said demonic and irrational hatred.
- 9:30I want to focus on the highly irrational.
- 9:34We understand this is a spiritual battle, obviously.
- 9:38If you're a biblical Christian, you understand hatred
- 9:41against the Jews and Christians, we understand that we get it.
- 9:45But what about the highly irrational?
- 9:47Where does that play into this?
- 9:49For example, would that be what we see on college campuses?
- 9:53Where they don't really know, maybe even how to defend
- 9:56what they're protesting for, but is that irrational?
- 9:59Explain that please.
- 10:00Well, that would be an example of irrational,
- 10:03but I think a stronger case for the irrationality
- 10:08of modern anti-Semitism is, for instance,
- 10:12queers for Palestine.
- 10:15That is the epitome of irrationality.
- 10:18Explain why that doesn't work.
- 10:21Okay, and where that doesn't work is,
- 10:26if you take an LGBTQ and any of the alphabet soup people
- 10:32and you place them in the Middle East
- 10:35in a Muslim-run country, like Palestine,
- 10:38which is not a country, by the way,
- 10:40but the ideology of Islam within the Palestinian people,
- 10:47you put them there, what happens to them?
- 10:50They get thrown off roofs of buildings.
- 10:52Gays are, and I'm not in support of gay lifestyle.
- 10:56I mean, I don't think it's biblical, and I think it's a sin.
- 11:01But I'm just using it as an example.
- 11:03Gays will be thrown off roofs if they are caught
- 11:06anywhere in a Muslim country that is run by Sharia law,
- 11:10by Koran-a-Klaw, the law of the Quran.
- 11:12And so now we have gays, queers for Palestine.
- 11:18They're not queers for Palestine.
- 11:19They're gays against Israel.
- 11:22And they change the terms to make it sound more,
- 11:26you know, social justice oriented,
- 11:29but they're really anti-Semitic people.
- 11:33And, but they're showing their colors by saying,
- 11:36hey, even us in the LGBTQ movement, we support Palestine.
- 11:41What is showing is the irrationality
- 11:44where the enemy of my enemy is my friend.
- 11:46You've got two groups of people, Muslims and alternative
- 11:54lifestyle LGBTQ people who have nothing,
- 12:00ideologically speaking, nothing in common, zero in common,
- 12:05except one thing, the hatred of the Jews
- 12:07and the hatred of Israel and the desire to destroy Israel.
- 12:10That is the epitome of irrational.
- 12:13That's not the only example.
- 12:14I would say that the fact that the youth on campus
- 12:17is when you ask him what river, what sea,
- 12:18from the river to the sea,
- 12:20the vast majority of them, they don't even know.
- 12:23And they will tell you, oh, I don't know,
- 12:24but it's the right thing to say
- 12:26because it shows my support for Palestine.
- 12:29That's it, that's what they said.
- 12:30Ignorance, this really is almost unbelievable.
- 12:34But if you talk about what the parallel that's happening
- 12:36at the same time with the dumbing down
- 12:38of the education system and the biblical illiteracy
- 12:42in the church, it makes sense that people can,
- 12:46I don't care, I don't have to explain that.
- 12:47I just believe that we need to be protesting.
- 12:49Anyway, I wanna go back now.
- 12:52You mentioned Sharia law.
- 12:54I think of places like Dearborn, Michigan,
- 12:56and places that, I mean, Texas, Minneapolis,
- 13:00but let's talk about New York City.
- 13:02I wanna get your response to the election of a communist
- 13:05and anti-Semite and anti-Christian,
- 13:08this guy, I'm Donnie in New York.
- 13:11I don't think it'll end well for New York,
- 13:13but what do you have other concerns?
- 13:15Because by the way, the new story that you mentioned
- 13:17before we're going on the podcast,
- 13:18I saw that as well where just just after he was elected
- 13:21or that he announced that he won,
- 13:24there were, someone put swastikas on,
- 13:26was it a Jewish center in New York City?
- 13:28Or Brooklyn?
- 13:29Tell us about that.
- 13:30Brooklyn, a Jewish center, community center,
- 13:33or school of sorts.
- 13:35I forgot the name of it,
- 13:36but you see the gate in front of it
- 13:39of the little red squastika that was painted,
- 13:42and that was not the only one, by the way.
- 13:44There were multiple cases of anti-Semite symbols.
- 13:5130 minutes after the results were in
- 13:54that he had been elected, this happened,
- 13:57and it's gonna continue.
- 13:58And Mamdani is already spoken,
- 14:01and I posted an article on our telegram channel
- 14:04about that Mamdani condemned swastika graffiti
- 14:09at Brooklyn, Yashiva, it was a Yashiva, it was a school.
- 14:13As disgusting, and, I can't read it here,
- 14:17it's disgusting and heartbreaking.
- 14:19And he says he's not gonna allow any of that to happen.
- 14:22Well, right now, those are just words, okay?
- 14:26And I don't think at trust him,
- 14:30because of the track record of how vocal he has been
- 14:34promoting the Boycott Divestment Sanction Movement,
- 14:37rubbing elbows with terrorists,
- 14:39and people who are involved in terrorism,
- 14:42and all those different things that show that he really has
- 14:47a very, very strong disdain for Israel and the Jewish people,
- 14:53and the fact that he said that if he's elected mayor,
- 14:55not near who will be arrested if he walks
- 14:58in, if he comes to New York.
- 15:00I mean, that alone could cause an international incident.
- 15:05So it's just like he's not a good person.
- 15:09I don't think he's going to be successful
- 15:13in his trying to push the Marxist agenda,
- 15:18because I mean, really communism and Marxism
- 15:22have been failures only 100% of the time since it started.
- 15:27So there's a track record for it, not working.
- 15:29But it's still going to encourage and embolden
- 15:34other Marxist and other blue cities
- 15:38to run and possibly get in place.
- 15:42And what's happening here is that there is a faster
- 15:46than I would like it, but kind of a slow eroding
- 15:50of Judeo-Christian values in America.
- 15:53And I don't see it stopping.
- 15:59God knows what's going to happen post-Trump.
- 16:02I mean, who's going to replace him?
- 16:03I don't know.
- 16:04Are we out there yet?
- 16:06Let me just share, we have to take it.
- 16:07Just a brief pause.
- 16:08I've got some exciting news I want to tell you, friends.
- 16:11But first of all, one poll showed that 75% of people
- 16:14under 30 voted for this guy, who is communist anti-Semite.
- 16:20Then this is not going to end well.
- 16:21What I mean by that is behind every free promise stands
- 16:25someone forced to pay.
- 16:28And behind every vote for dependency hides
- 16:30the slow erosion of freedom.
- 16:32I posted that on my Facebook page yesterday.
- 16:35Socialism always presents itself as compassion.
- 16:39But socialism isn't charity, it's coercion.
- 16:44Scripture commands voluntary generosity
- 16:48within the church, not state imposed redistribution.
- 16:53And as we all know, when government becomes God,
- 16:55freedom dies and dependency becomes the new devotion.
- 16:59But we've got a lot more with executive director
- 17:01of Shalom and Messiah Ministries, Olivia Melnick
- 17:05on World View Matters.
- 17:07Introducing the World View Matters Conference
- 17:10coming to Green Bay, Wisconsin, May 1st and 2nd, 2026.
- 17:14Here's some of the featured speakers, Ken Michael,
- 17:18Olivia Melnick, Tim Chaffee, Mark and Amber Archer,
- 17:23Laura Perry Smalls, Dr. Jake Jacobs, J. Seigert, Gary Caw,
- 17:29Scott Shera, and Elijah Abraham.
- 17:32That's the World View Matters Conference May 1st and 2nd,
- 17:352026, Green Bay, Wisconsin.
- 17:39Olivia Melnick, you are one of the speakers
- 17:42at the May 2026 World View Matters Conference.
- 17:45Thank you.
- 17:47I wanted to bring you here to Wisconsin
- 17:49because your message is so important and needed.
- 17:53And I'm excited to have you come and share.
- 17:55So just your thoughts about how you've maybe changed
- 18:00your message since October 7th, 2023
- 18:03in your recent conferences and you'll be coming to town.
- 18:08Yes, there's been a shift.
- 18:11And I think for me, it started a little before October 20th, 2023.
- 18:17But October 7th, 2023 definitely solidified
- 18:23that decision.
- 18:24It confirmed that when I started 25 years ago on this topic,
- 18:34I knew that I was trying to encourage people to educate themselves
- 18:39and expose the lies and teach the truth.
- 18:42And hopefully we can change people's heart
- 18:44and people's mind towards the Jewish people
- 18:47and we can make a difference.
- 18:48I still believe that and I'm not going to stop.
- 18:51But I think right now there's also an emphasis on equipping people
- 18:57in the body to physically have skin in the game
- 19:01to make a difference with their Jewish friends
- 19:03because that will open doors for the Gospel.
- 19:05The reason why I'm saying this is because I think I'm actually convinced
- 19:11that we have reached a point where we are not going to be able
- 19:18to defeat anti-Semitism.
- 19:20It's just not going to happen until the King of Kings returns
- 19:26and inaugurates and establishes a kingdom in Jerusalem
- 19:30from the throne of David.
- 19:31I'm speaking of Yeshua, Jesus.
- 19:33Until that happens, there's going to be a semblance of peace,
- 19:36this peace, that peace, this land, that land.
- 19:38But nothing for sure until he comes back.
- 19:41So we're going to have this increase of anti-Semitism.
- 19:44After all, we know that Zechariah 12, 3 needs to be fulfilled
- 19:48and we're halfway there right now, according to numbers,
- 19:51where the whole world is going to turn against Jerusalem
- 19:53and the Jewish people.
- 19:54So that's well on its way.
- 19:57So my message right now is to Christians who have,
- 20:02it should be all Christians, unfortunately, it's not.
- 20:05They have the heart and the attitude of a good Samaritan going like,
- 20:10A, I see the Jewish people all throughout the Bible.
- 20:12I see God has not done with them.
- 20:14I see He's going to resume His program on the Jewish people
- 20:16in Israel and He's going, He's been blessing the world
- 20:19with the Jewish people.
- 20:21I want to bless the Jews and I want to be there for them.
- 20:23I see a need for Christians to be bold, to be vocal,
- 20:27to be engaged, to have skin in a game
- 20:30and talk to their neighbors, talk to their friends,
- 20:32talk to their coworkers, talk to their doctor, their lawyer.
- 20:36Whoever they knew is Jewish and say,
- 20:38I'm a Christian, I go to that church.
- 20:40I want to make sure you know that I love Israel.
- 20:44I will do anything to help you.
- 20:46It's scary to be Jewish right now,
- 20:48but I'm your friend, I'm on your side
- 20:51and just ask, I'll be happy.
- 20:54Anything I do, I've got your back.
- 20:56I think Jewish people need to hear that
- 20:58because right now, on the human standpoint,
- 21:00it's a very scary time for Jews globally.
- 21:02Yeah, and unfortunately, we didn't think
- 21:05it would be the way it is in the United States
- 21:08after what we've seen on college campuses
- 21:10and again, the word irrational keeps coming to mind.
- 21:13But let's define more terms
- 21:15because people are confused about this as well.
- 21:18What is Christian Zionism?
- 21:21And why do you consider that a noble cause?
- 21:26Well, Christian Zionism is simply,
- 21:30Zionism is defined as the return of the endeavor
- 21:40to return, the endeavor for Jewish people
- 21:43to return through their ancestral biblical homeland.
- 21:47And you have all kinds of Zionism.
- 21:50You have a cultural Zionism,
- 21:51historical Zionism, political Zionism on and on and on
- 21:55and Christian Zionism is simply the belief
- 21:58that the Jewish people, according to the teaching
- 22:02of the Bible, the Jewish people are entitled
- 22:05to a piece of land known as Erets Israel,
- 22:07the land of Israel, because God gave it
- 22:11to the ancestors of the Jewish people
- 22:13and it has never been reneged
- 22:15and it's never going to be.
- 22:16So that piece of land is the boundaries
- 22:19are defined in Genesis 15
- 22:21and they have never been fulfilled.
- 22:23That will be fulfilled in the millennial kingdom.
- 22:26Right now, the small sliver of land
- 22:29is about the size of New Jersey
- 22:30and the millennial kingdom will be twice the size of Texas.
- 22:33Quite a lot bigger.
- 22:36And so Christian Zionism is simply Christians
- 22:39showing their support to Israel
- 22:42and expressing that they have the right to exist
- 22:46as Jews in the land of Israel
- 22:48based on God's promises in the Bible.
- 22:52Now, what Christian Zionism is not
- 22:55and that's important
- 22:56because we're being accused of that all the time.
- 22:58What Christian Zionism is not
- 23:00is a blind adherence to anything Jewish
- 23:05without asking any question.
- 23:06Thank you.
- 23:07I'm glad you mentioned that.
- 23:09And because we are so, oh yeah,
- 23:11Christian Zionism, you know, you draw loyalty,
- 23:13you know, you're more loyal to Israel
- 23:15than you're loyal to America.
- 23:16What about make America great again?
- 23:18Would you really want to make Israel great again?
- 23:20That's all you think about.
- 23:21No, I am all about making America great again.
- 23:25But I also want to remind our audience
- 23:26that America has been great
- 23:28because America has been blessing Israel since 1948.
- 23:31Hmm.
- 23:33Yes.
- 23:34Yes.
- 23:35Yeah, I agree.
- 23:36So I want to jump to.
- 23:37We only got four minutes left, believe it or not.
- 23:39But chapter seven, eschatological anti-Semitism.
- 23:44Explain that for us.
- 23:46Oh, once in a while I put big words in my book
- 23:49so I sound smart.
- 23:50So, it's a lot of, right, yes.
- 23:57No, actually I don't.
- 23:58I want people to read the book.
- 24:00It is not a textbook for seminary.
- 24:02Don't be scared.
- 24:03It should be simple.
- 24:04So anyway, eschatological anti-Semitism,
- 24:08it's just another way to describe
- 24:10end times anti-Semitism.
- 24:11It's the same meaning.
- 24:12Eschatology is the study of end times.
- 24:15And so, and, you know, I believe there's several
- 24:19different, you could call them dispensations
- 24:23in anti-Semitism or time period.
- 24:26And, you know, there's the historical anti-Semitism
- 24:30that went all the way to the Holocaust.
- 24:31Then the new anti-Semitism that started
- 24:33after the Holocaust within two decades
- 24:36that continues to this day.
- 24:37Within the new anti-Semitism we have
- 24:39end times anti-Semitism or eschatological anti-Semitism
- 24:43which, for lack of time right now,
- 24:45but it says in the book, started in 2012.
- 24:49So about 13 years ago.
- 24:50And then there's been one more anti-Semitism
- 24:53that has not been, it has not materialized yet.
- 24:56It's the worst of them all.
- 24:58It's a tribulation anti-Semitism.
- 25:02So, which will be, you know, during the seven-year tribulation?
- 25:05Yeah, a couple minutes left.
- 25:06On page 165, it's chapter 11,
- 25:09the new players in eschatological anti-Semitism
- 25:13part four, the church.
- 25:15Are you implying that there are some churches
- 25:18that are not supportive of Israel
- 25:19or even anti-Semitic in America?
- 25:23Was that sarcasm?
- 25:25Yeah, unfortunately I know the answer to that.
- 25:27That's a softball question to end with.
- 25:30But I'm more concerned about the American church.
- 25:32Go ahead and share your thoughts in the last minute or so.
- 25:35Yes, there are people within the church
- 25:37that are starting to distance themselves from Israel
- 25:43for the same reasons that I told you about.
- 25:44And they did just, you know, it's like,
- 25:46or they believe that we spend too much time
- 25:49speaking of Israel, speaking to the Jewish people,
- 25:51even speaking of the Holocaust.
- 25:53And guess what?
- 25:55I don't think we spend enough time
- 25:57educating people about the Holocaust.
- 25:58Because look, 80 years later,
- 25:59we have the Nova Festival attack
- 26:01where they killed people the worst since the Holocaust
- 26:0580 years ago in Israel.
- 26:07So, we have people within the church
- 26:10who are either doing active anti-Semitism
- 26:15and that's a position of the heart
- 26:17and that's unfortunate
- 26:18because they should read their scripture.
- 26:20Something like Psalm 83 says,
- 26:22you cannot hate the Jews and love God in the same breath.
- 26:25That's not compatible.
- 26:28Psalm 83 verse five.
- 26:29And you also have soft anti-Semitism
- 26:32or passive anti-Semitism.
- 26:33And that's where I would put replacement theology
- 26:36when people think they have replaced Israel.
- 26:38You know, as Christians and God has done with the Jews,
- 26:40it's not that they want to kill the Jews,
- 26:42but in essence to say the Jews are no longer in Bible prophecy
- 26:46so who cares?
- 26:47And that places Israel and the Jews in a place where,
- 26:50you know, in the annals of history
- 26:52and then they're not really playing a part in the future
- 26:54and that's very problematic.
- 26:56But I guess that's for another show
- 26:57because we're running out of time.
- 26:59Yes, yes, but thank you for running that down for us.
- 27:01But friends, you can get this on Amazon.
