- 0:00Speaker 1: This is seven to TENR Boy, The Mark Simoon Show starts.
- 0:06Speaker 2: Now, Well, we got a lot to get to today.
- 0:16Speaker 3: We'll get to the State of the Union. We'll go
- 0:17Speaker 3: over it. Also, we've got some shocking startling news, Bill
- 0:21Speaker 3: Gates confessing that he was lying about nothing going on
- 0:26Speaker 3: with Epstein and that there was something going on with
- 0:28Speaker 3: him and women. And we'll give you all the gory
- 0:30Speaker 3: details coming up. We'll get to Mom, Donnie and the
- 0:34Speaker 3: snowball fight, and we'll get to a whole lot more today.
- 0:38Speaker 3: So State of the Union, as we said, would be
- 0:41Speaker 3: a very long speech last night. You might think it
- 0:45Speaker 3: was too long, yeah, probably, but that was deliberate. Normally
- 0:49Speaker 3: you do the State of the Union, you're done by
- 0:50Speaker 3: about ten o'clock, and then the news channels do a
- 0:54Speaker 3: little analysis and then they go to the rebuttal. The
- 0:56Speaker 3: Democratic rebuttal usually would come on about ten to fifteen
- 1:01Speaker 3: and most people would watch it. Now the President deliberately
- 1:04Speaker 3: going very very long till about eleven o'clock. That way,
- 1:08Speaker 3: the rebuttal doesn't come on until eleven fifteen, and it's
- 1:12Speaker 3: very very few people see it because most people are
- 1:14Speaker 3: done by eleven o'clock. They've had it and they go away,
- 1:17Speaker 3: so very few people saw the rebuttal it was a
- 1:20Speaker 3: great State of the Union speech, the best measurement. I mean,
- 1:24Speaker 3: they have polling that takes place right afterwards and during
- 1:27Speaker 3: this speech. They have a lot of voters, some really
- 1:29Speaker 3: good polers have voters hooked up to machines that register
- 1:34Speaker 3: their reactions. And there was a big spike in independence independence,
- 1:39Speaker 3: especially when the Olympic copy hockey team came in and
- 1:42Speaker 3: many of those heroes were introduced. So it was a
- 1:45Speaker 3: very good speech for the president. You can tell it
- 1:48Speaker 3: was great because if you watched, a good way to
- 1:50Speaker 3: check forget the polling, just put on Morning Joe. The
- 1:53Speaker 3: next morning, Morning Joe. This morning, they were yelling and screaming.
- 1:58Speaker 3: They were so upset. See, you know, it was a
- 2:00Speaker 3: great speech. They were yelling at It was the most
- 2:03Speaker 3: racist speech ever made by a president. Now you're saying,
- 2:08Speaker 3: what racist? What what is he talking about? I guess
- 2:11Speaker 3: the Somali When he talked about the Somali pirates stealing
- 2:16Speaker 3: nineteen billion from people in Minnesota. He also did reveal
- 2:19Speaker 3: that the government is seriously investigating this, so expect to
- 2:23Speaker 3: see a lot of arrests. So when they make the
- 2:25Speaker 3: claim that the Somalis are stealing billions in Minnesota with
- 2:29Speaker 3: the fraudulent daycare, it's not just an allegation or a rumor.
- 2:33Speaker 3: Expect to see arrests and real serious evidence produced of that.
- 2:38Speaker 3: That's coming up. That set off elon Omar and the
- 2:42Speaker 3: other one Talib who were yelling and screaming. The Democrats
- 2:47Speaker 3: fell into every trap he set. He set a lot
- 2:50Speaker 3: of traps for Democrats. When he would introduce these great heroes,
- 2:54Speaker 3: they would not stand the whole everybody would stand except
- 2:57Speaker 3: the Democrats. Remember that hero, the guy. I don't know
- 3:00Speaker 3: how the hell he did it. He was in a helicopter,
- 3:02Speaker 3: young guy, he was like brand new in the Coast
- 3:04Speaker 3: Guard or whatever he was, and young and new, but
- 3:09Speaker 3: somehow they were people drowning in a flood. He lowered
- 3:12Speaker 3: himself down by a rope from the helicopter, saved a
- 3:15Speaker 3: young girl. Now that's pretty impressive right there. But then
- 3:18Speaker 3: the President said he then went on to do the
- 3:21Speaker 3: same thing and rescue another one hundred and sixty four people.
- 3:26Speaker 3: You imagine coming down from a helicopter one by one,
- 3:29Speaker 3: pulling one hundred and sixty one hundred and sixty four
- 3:31Speaker 3: people out of the water and not passing out after
- 3:34Speaker 3: seventy five. And it was an incredible heroic story, an
- 3:40Speaker 3: amazing hero. And then everybody stood in play except the Democrats.
- 3:44Speaker 3: They didn't stand. They wouldn't stand. They didn't stand for
- 3:47Speaker 3: the hockey team, they wouldn't stand for anybody who was introduced.
- 3:50Speaker 3: There was a guy who was introduced to He was
- 3:52Speaker 3: one hundred and two and he fought in World War
- 3:54Speaker 3: two and he liberated the largest internment camp, and what
- 3:59Speaker 3: a hero. They didn't stand for the guy. This went
- 4:02Speaker 3: out all night. They would not stand. Finally, I think
- 4:05Speaker 3: they stood once at the end of the night. He
- 4:07Speaker 3: got the after all the hero by hero by hero
- 4:10Speaker 3: by here. Finally that's one guy who is like one
- 4:12Speaker 3: hundred and eighty five years old. He fought in World
- 4:14Speaker 3: War one, World War two, the Korea, he fought in
- 4:16Speaker 3: nineteen Wars. He killed fifty million. And finally they stood
- 4:21Speaker 3: for this guy. But by then, and I don't think
- 4:24Speaker 3: they were standing for that guy. By then, it was
- 4:25Speaker 3: like two hours into the speech. I think their legs
- 4:27Speaker 3: were cramping up. I think they just needed to stand.
- 4:29Speaker 3: So the Democrats finally stood. But the biggest trap he set.
- 4:32Speaker 3: And this was all deliberate. I remember I was telling
- 4:36Speaker 3: you yesterday. They put things into the speech that we're
- 4:38Speaker 3: going to be traps for Democrats, and they had carefully
- 4:45Speaker 3: planned out responses if the Democrats walked out, if they
- 4:48Speaker 3: didn't stand, if they boot, they had all these responses ready.
- 4:51Speaker 3: You would think if we were talking about this yesterday,
- 4:54Speaker 3: you would think the Democrats would be aware that know
- 4:56Speaker 3: the traps were coming and figure out what to do
- 5:00Speaker 3: better response. They didn't know what to do. So the
- 5:03Speaker 3: biggest trap was when we don't have the clip, though
- 5:05Speaker 3: I don't know why, it was the biggest moment. Everybody
- 5:07Speaker 3: agrees on one thing. This was the takeaway moment from
- 5:10Speaker 3: the State of the Union when he said he wanted
- 5:14Speaker 3: everybody to stand if they agree. Stand if you agree
- 5:18Speaker 3: that the first job of government is to protect American citizens,
- 5:22Speaker 3: not illegal aliens. And they wouldn't stand. They would not
- 5:27Speaker 3: stand for it. It was unbelievably didn't stand.
- 5:29Speaker 4: Now.
- 5:29Speaker 3: I can't play you the whole clip anyway, even if
- 5:31Speaker 3: we had it, because when he said that the Republicans stood,
- 5:36Speaker 3: the applause went for about a minute and a half.
- 5:38Speaker 3: It was unbelievably long. The longest applause ever in the
- 5:42Speaker 3: history of the State of the Union speech. And then
- 5:44Speaker 3: when they stopped, he looked over at the Democrats.
- 5:47Speaker 5: You should be ashamed of yourself not standing up.
- 5:50Speaker 2: You should be ashamed of yourself.
- 5:53Speaker 5: That is why I'm also asking you to end deadly
- 5:57Speaker 5: sanctuary cities.
- 5:58Speaker 3: You hear him yelling, screaming and yelling. Wouldn't stand yelling
- 6:02Speaker 3: about it. What a trap they fell into.
- 6:04Speaker 5: They're blocking the removal of these people out of our country,
- 6:09Speaker 5: and you should be ashamed.
- 6:10Speaker 3: Of your saying. And they kept cutting to that elon
- 6:16Speaker 3: Omar and the other one, Talib, who were yelling and
- 6:18Speaker 3: screaming and pointing and looked like they were going to
- 6:21Speaker 3: kill somebody any moment. And that Talib. I don't know
- 6:23Speaker 3: why they led her into the speech. You know, you
- 6:26Speaker 3: can't come in if you're not properly dressed her in.
- 6:29Speaker 3: But she came in wearing a big button that said,
- 6:33Speaker 3: I can't even say it. It was the F word ice,
- 6:36Speaker 3: big letters, the F word ice. She's wearing this button,
- 6:40Speaker 3: and they let her in somehow, and every time the
- 6:42Speaker 3: camera cuts her, you could see the F word right
- 6:43Speaker 3: on television. It was just awful. So Democrats doing themselves
- 6:49Speaker 3: a lot of damage last night, a lot of damage.
- 6:52Speaker 3: And he got to Iran and started explaining that to people.
- 6:57Speaker 5: They were worn to make no future attempt to rebuild
- 7:00Speaker 5: their weapons program, in a particular nuclear weapons. Yet they
- 7:05Speaker 5: continue starting it all over. We wiped it out, and
- 7:09Speaker 5: they want to start all over again and are at
- 7:12Speaker 5: this moment again pursuing their sinister ambitions. We are in
- 7:16Speaker 5: negotiations with them. They want to make a deal, but
- 7:19Speaker 5: we haven't heard those secret words. We will never have
- 7:24Speaker 5: a nuclear weapon.
- 7:26Speaker 3: Well, now that the speech is over, a lot of
- 7:29Speaker 3: people think the Iran attack is coming now that the
- 7:32Speaker 3: speech is behind them. But there's two concerns wanted. That'd
- 7:37Speaker 3: be a long drawn out where I don't think so.
- 7:38Speaker 3: If they're going to do anything, they've figured it out.
- 7:40Speaker 3: They figured out what they're going to knock out. It'd
- 7:42Speaker 3: be like when they took out the nuclear reactors. They've
- 7:44Speaker 3: figured out what to knock out, what military things, secret
- 7:48Speaker 3: special Republican guard stuff. You know, they'll cripple the regime,
- 7:54Speaker 3: allowing the protesters to take over something like that. I mean,
- 7:57Speaker 3: so it wouldn't be long protested along protracted war. And
- 8:01Speaker 3: also there's no ground troops involved. You can tell because
- 8:04Speaker 3: they've set up everything right off the coast of everything.
- 8:07Speaker 3: They've got battleships, destroyers, everything's there. The one thing that's
- 8:11Speaker 3: not there are troops. There's no staging area with a
- 8:15Speaker 3: lot of troops, so obviously it's not going to be
- 8:17Speaker 3: any kind of troops on the ground. The other problem
- 8:20Speaker 3: is Iran keeps threatening that if we attack, we will
- 8:25Speaker 3: get hit so hard it'll be the biggest response. They
- 8:27Speaker 3: will fight back so hard they will wipe us.
- 8:30Speaker 4: You know.
- 8:30Speaker 3: But remember that's a Middle Eastern thing. Remember Sadam Hussein
- 8:34Speaker 3: did the same thing when we were threatening to come
- 8:36Speaker 3: in and an attack. He said, if you attack, you're
- 8:38Speaker 3: going to face the mother of the mother of all
- 8:40Speaker 3: battles was his expression. He would wipe it. So that's
- 8:43Speaker 3: just the way they talk over there. But but the
- 8:47Speaker 3: big concern, some people are quietly off the record, worried
- 8:53Speaker 3: that what they meant was the response would be here
- 8:57Speaker 3: in this country, that there could be sleeper cells they
- 9:00Speaker 3: would activate something like that. But hey, if they didn't
- 9:04Speaker 3: do it with the nuclear reactor, maybe there aren't those
- 9:07Speaker 3: sleeper cells and maybe they can't do it. So state
- 9:09Speaker 3: of the Union speech. Pretty good. Supreme Court justices were there,
- 9:14Speaker 3: not all of them, but four or five of them,
- 9:16Speaker 3: including the ones that voted against President Trump, and he
- 9:20Speaker 3: was very gracious. He shook hands with each of them,
- 9:22Speaker 3: and of course you're going to go after them, you're
- 9:24Speaker 3: gonna let him have it in the speech. But he
- 9:26Speaker 3: was very very nice about it. He said it was
- 9:29Speaker 3: an unfortunate decision. He was pretty good about it, just
- 9:32Speaker 3: said it was unfortunate. I think this is it.
- 9:34Speaker 5: My preferences to solve this problem.
- 9:37Speaker 3: I hear it is.
- 9:38Speaker 5: They will continue to work along with the same successful
- 9:41Speaker 5: path that we had negotiated before the Supreme Court's unfortunate involvement.
- 9:48Speaker 5: So despite the disappointing ruling, these powers.
- 9:51Speaker 3: Okay, that's not bad. Unfortunate, disappointing. The crazy left wing
- 9:55Speaker 3: fake news will tell you what I would he attack
- 9:57Speaker 3: on it. That was not an attack. That was pretty gracious.
- 10:01Speaker 3: If you remember the Biden remember that Biden State of
- 10:02Speaker 3: the Union. We were screaming like a maniac the whole hour.
- 10:06Speaker 3: And also remember when Biden the Supreme Court ruled against
- 10:08Speaker 3: him on his forgive the student loans. He yelled into
- 10:12Speaker 3: the camera that he would defy the Supreme Court. They
- 10:15Speaker 3: were wrong, and he was going to do it anyway,
- 10:16Speaker 3: and he wasn't going to listen to That was far worse.
- 10:21Speaker 3: What else did he get to? There were times where
- 10:24Speaker 3: he just looked at these Democrats and couldn't believe the
- 10:28Speaker 3: way they were behaving. They were just out of control
- 10:31Speaker 3: and acting nuts.
- 10:32Speaker 5: Says up, these people are crazy. I'm telling you deck crazy.
- 10:42Speaker 3: Not supposed to talk like that when you're president. But
- 10:45Speaker 3: he's not a politician. There's no filter. He's a real person,
- 10:49Speaker 3: and they are crazy. You know, there's some Democrats who
- 10:53Speaker 3: are common sense. Yeah, John Fetterman, he's a common sense Democrat.
- 10:57Speaker 3: And did you notice, for the first time ever he
- 11:00Speaker 3: wore a suit and tie. He had a suit and tie,
- 11:03Speaker 3: and you know what, I didn't even notice him there
- 11:05Speaker 3: because I kind of get the reason for the shorts
- 11:07Speaker 3: and the hoodies. He stands out. But in that crowd,
- 11:11Speaker 3: not the crazies like Chuck Schumer, who's a pandering, cheap politician.
- 11:15Speaker 3: Go work whatever way the wind's blowing. But he said,
- 11:18Speaker 3: I think I got like Tom Swazi, there's a common
- 11:20Speaker 3: sense guy, a decent Democrat. But he didn't stand either.
- 11:26Speaker 3: It's not only the crazy Democrats, but the normal ones
- 11:29Speaker 3: are afraid. I'm sure he was afraid to stand up
- 11:32Speaker 3: and be the only one. Imagine if you're the only
- 11:34Speaker 3: Democrat to stand you would have been on every talk
- 11:36Speaker 3: show in the world today, Every news organization would have
- 11:38Speaker 3: come to you. He would have gotten attacked like crazy.
- 11:41Speaker 3: So now the speech helped the mid terms in a
- 11:44Speaker 3: couple of ways. One, it really got to affordability and
- 11:49Speaker 3: all that. It gave people a lot of encouragement. It
- 11:51Speaker 3: was an uplifting, positive speech. Now, the bounce you get
- 11:55Speaker 3: from the mid term from the state of Union, it
- 11:58Speaker 3: wears off after a few weeks. It may not be
- 11:59Speaker 3: there for them, but they got a lot of video,
- 12:03Speaker 3: a lot of clips they can use on commercials, some
- 12:06Speaker 3: ugly moments with those Democrats screaming and yelling and wearing
- 12:10Speaker 3: those F word buttons, and said, there's a lot of
- 12:12Speaker 3: clips on there that are going to seriously they're be
- 12:15Speaker 3: used in ads. They will seriously hurt Democrats in commercials.
- 12:21Speaker 3: So we'll get back to the state of Union. We'll
- 12:23Speaker 3: get to we'll go over the fact checkers, the fact
- 12:25Speaker 3: checkers lying through their teeth. That's how good the speech was.
- 12:28Speaker 3: The fact checkers had to really really stretched to try
- 12:32Speaker 3: to come up with some fact checking. We'll get to
- 12:34Speaker 3: that coming up, but this is an important story. Bill
- 12:36Speaker 3: Gates has confessed. You remember with the Epstein stuff. He said,
- 12:46Speaker 3: I was just there. I met with him about charity,
- 12:49Speaker 3: about philanthropy. I met with him to talk about donations
- 12:51Speaker 3: for my foundation to help feed the hungry. Every time
- 12:55Speaker 3: he was asked, he went through this whole speech. And
- 12:57Speaker 3: remember they kept telling you, it's impossible. I've been in
- 13:00Speaker 3: those charity meetings a million times. They take about a
- 13:03Speaker 3: half hour. Maybe I've seen him go forty minutes once
- 13:06Speaker 3: in a while. Agoes an hour. That's it. It's during
- 13:09Speaker 3: the day. You going three in the afternoon and you
- 13:11Speaker 3: sit there for forty minutes, and you get the money
- 13:13Speaker 3: from the billionaire or whoever, and that's it. The meeting
- 13:17Speaker 3: isn't at night, and it doesn't take six hours. I've
- 13:20Speaker 3: never seen a six hour philanthropy meeting. It doesn't ever happen.
- 13:24Speaker 3: So it made no sense. But he kept swearing over
- 13:27Speaker 3: and over. No, he was in his house a couple
- 13:29Speaker 3: of times, but it was to discuss philanthropy. Well, I
- 13:32Speaker 3: don't know why. What made him confess. But he confessed.
- 13:35Speaker 3: Yesterday was that Microsoft apparently held a town hall, spoke
- 13:39Speaker 3: to the employees and confessed. And by the way, he
- 13:42Speaker 3: didn't fully confess, but he's pretty much confessed. He said, dim,
- 13:46Speaker 3: he did have some affairs with Russian women. He said,
- 13:50Speaker 3: Russian women. Now this is good. I give him credit
- 13:53Speaker 3: for this. And if you caught with one of these
- 13:54Speaker 3: hot Russian women, how do you explain it away? Well,
- 13:58Speaker 3: he said, one was a world champion bridge player. Now
- 14:02Speaker 3: you know, Gates is a big bridge player. He and
- 14:04Speaker 3: Warren Buffett. That's their how they got friendly playing bridge.
- 14:08Speaker 3: Gates love So this is the world champion bridge player.
- 14:11Speaker 3: Now the other Russian woman, he said, she's a nuclear physicist.
- 14:19Speaker 3: That's a pretty good one. Normally, normally you see a guy,
- 14:24Speaker 3: an older guy, with like a young hot and he says, oh,
- 14:27Speaker 3: this is my niece. So this is my cousin. That's
- 14:30Speaker 3: a good one. She's a nuclear physicist. You know, I've
- 14:34Speaker 3: seen a lot of nuclear physicists. I've known many nuclear physicists.
- 14:37Speaker 3: I'm never sew one that looked like that. But if
- 14:39Speaker 3: he's admitting to two of these hot little Russians and
- 14:43Speaker 3: they weren't underage, by the way, they were older women.
- 14:45Speaker 3: But if he's admitting to that, if he says too,
- 14:48Speaker 3: you can be sure it was fifteen. But he confessed
- 14:52Speaker 3: it to the Microsoft employees in a town hall. He
- 14:56Speaker 3: also confessed he's been saying all along, Well, I went
- 15:00Speaker 3: to his house once or twice for a meeting. He confessed,
- 15:03Speaker 3: that's not true that he traveled with Epstein. He was
- 15:06Speaker 3: with him in New York a lot. He was with
- 15:08Speaker 3: him in France, he was with him in Germany. So
- 15:12Speaker 3: more come out, and I don't know what made him confess.
- 15:15Speaker 3: I guess there's too much in the files, but fascinating stuff. Hey,
- 15:19Speaker 3: by the way, some pictures have come out. You know,
- 15:23Speaker 3: he had a big apartment in Paris. Epstein and a
- 15:27Speaker 3: lot of people loved to go to his apartment in Paris,
- 15:29Speaker 3: and Prince Andrew kept asking if he could use the
- 15:31Speaker 3: apartment in Paris. And you see the address. It's a
- 15:35Speaker 3: very fashionable, beautiful area of Paris, beautiful apartment building. You
- 15:39Speaker 3: figured you're picturing Coco Chanel's apartment something like that. Well,
- 15:43Speaker 3: the pictures were in the paper yesterday in the New
- 15:46Speaker 3: York Post. Hasn't what do you see? What this apartment
- 15:48Speaker 3: looked like inside the walls were red. It was like
- 15:51Speaker 3: a dungeon sex chamber with all kinds of sex toys
- 15:55Speaker 3: all over the place, hanging off the walls, shelves of
- 15:58Speaker 3: vibrating sex to of all kinds and all kinds of
- 16:02Speaker 3: it looked like some whips and chains and the most
- 16:04Speaker 3: pornographic pictures all over the world. It was bright red.
- 16:08Speaker 3: It looked like the world's worst sleazy sex operation kind
- 16:13Speaker 3: of place. So it was not your typical Paris apartment.
- 16:15Speaker 3: And the gates was there a lot. Well, anyway, we'll
- 16:18Speaker 3: get back to this, but we'll take some calls in
- 16:21Speaker 3: a minute. Eight hundred three to two one zero seven

- 17:51Speaker 3: No?
- 17:52Speaker 4: Oh?
- 17:53Speaker 3: Now I can hear you. Of course I can hear you.
- 17:56Speaker 8: Okay, great, good, great analysis, Love your show.
- 18:00Speaker 4: Thanks.
- 18:01Speaker 8: When you speak of ads, I still think the one
- 18:03Speaker 8: with Obama awarding Homan all those awards for his work
- 18:08Speaker 8: in ice and deportating illegal aliens is just priceless.
- 18:13Speaker 3: Actually, you're right, very good idea for an ed. I'm
- 18:15Speaker 3: sure you'll see that. You'll see that a lot coming up, Sarah,
- 18:18Speaker 3: thanks for calling. Good call. Let's go to Philip Badminster,
- 18:22Speaker 3: New Jersey. Nice part of New Jersey. Philip, how you doing.
- 18:25Speaker 4: Right down the road from his place? So that's fine.
- 18:28Speaker 3: Who's right down the road, who's right down the road.
- 18:31Speaker 3: I'm sorry, who's right down.
- 18:32Speaker 4: The right the river road? Right right down river road? Oh?
- 18:35Speaker 3: Well, Trump's golf course.
- 18:38Speaker 4: In any in any event, I was deeply moved by
- 18:41Speaker 4: his sincerity, how well articulated he was, and how time
- 18:46Speaker 4: perfectly timed he was. I sure you. I was so
- 18:49Speaker 4: so proud that he was my president and is and
- 18:52Speaker 4: will be all right.
- 18:54Speaker 3: Well, good thoughts, thanks Philip. Now, of course I was
- 18:56Speaker 3: watching Morning Joe this morning, and they were yelling and
- 18:59Speaker 3: screaming like many I never saw some people, so I rate.
- 19:02Speaker 3: We'll go over the fact checks later that even the
- 19:05Speaker 3: fact checkers had to really stretch to try to find anything.
- 19:08Speaker 3: Let's go to Dave in a lug swamp, New Jersey. Dave,
- 19:12Speaker 3: you got to get a new name for that town,
- 19:16Speaker 3: log swamp. It doesn't sound good.
- 19:19Speaker 9: That's the name of the creek, the creek.
- 19:22Speaker 3: Let me translate for city slickers that means creek creek.
- 19:26Speaker 9: Yeah, we had the power was out.
- 19:29Speaker 3: Yeah, what do you do down there in log Swamp?
- 19:33Speaker 10: We'll stay warm.
- 19:34Speaker 7: The power went out, and I'm lucky I have the
- 19:36Speaker 7: wood stove.
- 19:37Speaker 3: Oh oh, I'm sorry your power went out. With that
- 19:39Speaker 3: wood stove? Does it keep you warm?
- 19:41Speaker 4: Oh?
- 19:41Speaker 11: I was cooking in it, cooking on it, heating water
- 19:44Speaker 11: for bird baths.
- 19:45Speaker 7: You name it.
- 19:46Speaker 3: Well, well, were you cooking possum or something?
- 19:49Speaker 9: Some pork chops? Oh okay, yeah, pork chops, O possum?
- 19:54Speaker 7: I had that.
- 19:54Speaker 3: Yeah, I know, I'm sure you did.
- 19:56Speaker 7: It's good.
- 19:57Speaker 3: And you got a cement pond. Are you just going
- 19:59Speaker 3: to creek?
- 20:01Speaker 4: No?
- 20:01Speaker 11: In the in the there's a lake nearby.
- 20:03Speaker 9: You drove out on the lake and he went through.
- 20:06Speaker 3: Oh that's not good. See we got such a diverse audience.
- 20:09Speaker 3: We've got Sarah, this elegant Manhattan woman, and then we
- 20:12Speaker 3: go to Dave and log Swamp with the woodstove eating apossum.
- 20:15Speaker 3: This is a diverse audience. Well, Dave, thanks for calling.
- 20:20Speaker 3: Let's go to Jerry Granwich Connecticut.
- 20:23Speaker 12: Jerry, how you doing very well?
- 20:25Speaker 7: Mark?
- 20:25Speaker 9: Thank you.
- 20:26Speaker 10: I would like to know if somebody's going to address
- 20:29Speaker 10: that woman after the speech that says the present works
- 20:32Speaker 10: for you, it does work for me, night and day.
- 20:35Speaker 10: It looks like Joe Biden that was sleeping on the beach.
- 20:39Speaker 3: Yeah, some people of asking, was Joe Biden watching the
- 20:43Speaker 3: speech last night? Now nine o'clock, way past his bedtime.
- 20:47Speaker 3: Let's go to rich in Myrtle Beach. Rich how you
- 20:49Speaker 3: doing pretty good?
- 20:51Speaker 4: I stayed up for the whole thing. And you know,
- 20:52Speaker 4: Trump is a genius. He sets these people up in
- 20:55Speaker 4: all these traps. They run face first into the wall,
- 20:58Speaker 4: and then he goes past eleven and like myself and
- 21:02Speaker 4: everybody else in the market, you just turned the TV
- 21:04Speaker 4: off and go to bed. And you got the Virginia
- 21:06Speaker 4: governor talking about affordability and nobody's watching. And the first
- 21:09Speaker 4: thing she's doing is raising taxes in Virginia anyway, And
- 21:12Speaker 4: he got those other dopey people's State of the Union,
- 21:16Speaker 4: but addressing up in costumes, he is, he's correctly right.
- 21:19Speaker 4: These people are crazy, the lunatics, and they're crazy.
- 21:22Speaker 3: Yeah, well a little that Virginia governor, she was the
- 21:26Speaker 3: Democratic rebuttal speech, and she tried to make the case
- 21:29Speaker 3: that because Trump was pointing out, you keep talking about
- 21:32Speaker 3: an affordability crisis, you guys created it. Democrats created the
- 21:36Speaker 3: affordability crisis. I'm the guy fixing it. And she and
- 21:39Speaker 3: her rebuttal tried to say that was a lie that
- 21:41Speaker 3: things were great under Biden and Kamala Harris. Biden and
- 21:44Speaker 3: Kamala were great, but a lot of people have pointed
- 21:47Speaker 3: out when she ran for governor last year, she wouldn't
- 21:51Speaker 3: let Biden or Kamala Harris anywhere near the campaign. She
- 21:54Speaker 3: didn't want to be seen with them if they were
- 21:56Speaker 3: so great. One more called real Fast Robert in Westchester.
- 21:59Speaker 4: You want to say good morning, Mark, thank you for
- 22:02Speaker 4: taking my call.
- 22:03Speaker 7: Mark.
- 22:03Speaker 4: I'll make it quick. With the outburst last night, does
- 22:07Speaker 4: not Mike Johnson have the authority to hit the gavel
- 22:10Speaker 4: and call for the sogeurnt on so I can hear
- 22:12Speaker 4: my presidents speak.
- 22:14Speaker 3: Yes, But they didn't want to do that because they
- 22:15Speaker 3: wanted those outbursts to continue, because they were video taping them,
- 22:19Speaker 3: all recording all those out They will be used in
- 22:21Speaker 3: campaign commercials. You'll see them a lot in the midterm
- 22:25Speaker 3: election campaign commercials. Democrats acting just like lunatics acting crazy.
- 22:31Speaker 3: They got a lot of good video last night to
- 22:33Speaker 3: use in those campaign commercials. Hey, when we come back,
- 22:36Speaker 3: Howie Carr will be with us, the great talk show host.
- 22:39Speaker 3: We'll see what he thought of last night's speech in
- 22:41Speaker 3: just a moment on seven to ten wor.
- 22:44Speaker 7: Mister New York marks them off on sevent ten wor.
- 22:49Speaker 3: Well, Holly Carr one of the great talk show hosts
- 22:51Speaker 3: in America. Best selling author too. You should get his
- 22:54Speaker 3: latest book, Mass Corruption. It's on Amazon. Just go to

- 23:08Speaker 3: get him on iHeart Howie Carshow dot com or iHeart
- 23:12Speaker 3: Howie Carr. How You doing very good?
- 23:15Speaker 11: Wasn't it funny last night when Trump said Somali pirate?
- 23:18Speaker 11: They immediately did a cutaway toponomer. Was almost like a
- 23:23Speaker 11: Republican was directing the telecast, wasn't it?
- 23:27Speaker 3: Well? Are you amazed at how Democrats fell into every
- 23:31Speaker 3: trap he set?
- 23:33Speaker 11: I know, it was just it was astounding. I mean,
- 23:37Speaker 11: you know, I mean they've been this is the way
- 23:38Speaker 11: they've been behaving for a year and a half. But
- 23:40Speaker 11: I mean you would have. I mean, I guess they
- 23:43Speaker 11: you know, most of them stood up for the hockey team.
- 23:46Speaker 11: But other than that, Yeah, you're right, they just they
- 23:49Speaker 11: just played right into his hands. And you know, the
- 23:53Speaker 11: first duty of the government is to protect American citizens,
- 23:56Speaker 11: not illegal aliens. And they're yelling about that. They want
- 23:59Speaker 11: to take they don't want to take away the driver's
- 24:01Speaker 11: licenses CDLs from from illegal aliens. I mean, you know,
- 24:07Speaker 11: it's everybody knows what's been going on. I mean, look
- 24:10Speaker 11: what happened. They arrested the guy in New York in
- 24:13Speaker 11: Oklahoma with the New York license, that is his his
- 24:16Speaker 11: name was no name given. And and you know il
- 24:20Speaker 11: Han and Rashid Rashida, what what that to go on?
- 24:23Speaker 11: They think that's a good thing. These are illegal alien
- 24:26Speaker 11: truck drivers that killed more Americans and Canadians than the
- 24:31Speaker 11: terrorists in the last couple of years.
- 24:33Speaker 3: Yeah, so was he I mean, he's there to do
- 24:35Speaker 3: a state of Union speech. Was the real purpose I
- 24:38Speaker 3: think was to get tons of video to use in
- 24:40Speaker 3: ads in November against some of these Democrats. A lot
- 24:45Speaker 3: of this video going up.
- 24:46Speaker 11: Yeah, no, and you know, and I think and the
- 24:48Speaker 11: other thing was too that he you know, like we
- 24:51Speaker 11: have this like like like a lot of other states,
- 24:54Speaker 11: in Massachusetts, we have this terrible uh snap fraud. And
- 24:59Speaker 11: my paper the has been doing a lot of stories
- 25:01Speaker 11: on this. He posted three of the stories, you know,
- 25:04Speaker 11: a couple of days ago, and last night he he
- 25:07Speaker 11: mentioned Massachusetts as a snap fraud. I mean, I like
- 25:11Speaker 11: that he's talking about this, all of this fraud that's
- 25:14Speaker 11: going on. I mean, I think people people realize what's
- 25:17Speaker 11: what's happening. I mean, it's a lot of these stories
- 25:19Speaker 11: don't even make the make the press. I mean it's
- 25:22Speaker 11: not just food stamps either. I mean we had one
- 25:25Speaker 11: in Massachusetts last week. Haitian was finally sentenced to two years.
- 25:30Speaker 11: They gave him eight hundred and thirty six thousand dollars
- 25:33Speaker 11: in COVID welfare fraud after buying a house. First he
- 25:38Speaker 11: bought a house, then he buys a gold Royals Royce,
- 25:42Speaker 11: and then he went down to West Virginia and bought
- 25:45Speaker 11: six French bulldogs for thirty two thousand dollars. I mean,
- 25:49Speaker 11: this is this has been going on in every state
- 25:53Speaker 11: in the union, and most of the time it doesn't
- 25:55Speaker 11: even make the paper. It's you know, it's part part
- 25:58Speaker 11: of it is, you know, the papers are and the
- 26:00Speaker 11: media are too liberal. But it's also it's just so overwhelming.
- 26:03Speaker 11: The numbers are astonishing, you know, maybe a trillion dollars gone.
- 26:08Speaker 11: And I'm glad he I'm glad he confronted it and
- 26:10Speaker 11: you know, said something about it.
- 26:12Speaker 3: Yeah, he also said they're going to go after them.
- 26:14Speaker 3: He pretty much came out and said that you're going
- 26:17Speaker 3: to see some of these people arrested and tried pretty soon.
- 26:20Speaker 3: So that's going to happen around the midterms. I think
- 26:22Speaker 3: that won't look good for Democrats, will it.
- 26:25Speaker 11: No, it won't. I mean, they're they're on the they're
- 26:28Speaker 11: on the wrong side of all these issues, you know.
- 26:30Speaker 11: I mean that's the and and you know they how
- 26:33Speaker 11: about the how about not standing up for the for
- 26:36Speaker 11: the Ukrainian mother of that poor woman at the pizza
- 26:40Speaker 11: hut who was just stabbed in the neck by this
- 26:43Speaker 11: uh by this homeless career criminal on the on the
- 26:47Speaker 11: train in Charlotte, North Carolina. I mean, how can how
- 26:50Speaker 11: can you not have sympathy for these people? It's like
- 26:54Speaker 11: the kid with cancer last year that they that they
- 26:56Speaker 11: wouldn't stand for. I mean, you know, sometimes even if
- 27:01Speaker 11: even if they hate the guy, I mean they don't
- 27:03Speaker 11: you have to stand up just for politics sake, you know.
- 27:07Speaker 11: And how about when you know, when he talks about
- 27:08Speaker 11: insider trading and Elizabeth Warren stands up.
- 27:16Speaker 3: But again, they probably made two thousand campaign commercials last
- 27:19Speaker 3: night with those videos.
- 27:21Speaker 11: So oh yeah, yeah, it was it was just it
- 27:25Speaker 11: was just a great uh, a great performance. I know
- 27:27Speaker 11: today he's not even hitting the road.
- 27:29Speaker 7: You know, usually they they.
- 27:30Speaker 11: Like to hit the road. They got they got dvance
- 27:33Speaker 11: out in Wisconsin. That he's he's sticking around the White House.
- 27:36Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 27:38Speaker 11: I think, you know, I think he would have gotten
- 27:40Speaker 11: a better response, uh from the Iranian parliament then in
- 27:46Speaker 11: Tehran that he got that he got from the Democrats
- 27:49Speaker 11: last night. You know, at least they would you know,
- 27:51Speaker 11: I said, I am the Great Satan. They would all
- 27:53Speaker 11: spet up and cheered him, you know, I mean the Democrats,
- 27:57Speaker 11: they just they are just so me talk about it,
- 28:01Speaker 11: out of touch. It's really amazing. And then how about Spianburger,
- 28:05Speaker 11: I mean, what is it with these rebuttals that they
- 28:07Speaker 11: always seem to pick the worst, the worst background. It
- 28:14Speaker 11: looked like the basement of like the Knights of Columbus all,
- 28:17Speaker 11: didn't it.
- 28:18Speaker 3: Yeah, it really looked cheesy. Yeah, you're right. Why can't
- 28:22Speaker 3: they get that right? They were doing those alternate state
- 28:25Speaker 3: of the unions. When did they go there and do
- 28:26Speaker 3: it at one of those places?
- 28:27Speaker 11: Well you saw it? Yeah, Well I got some I
- 28:29Speaker 11: got some sound of them singing in Spanish at the
- 28:32Speaker 11: Alternate State of the Union and then the guy, the
- 28:35Speaker 11: guy jump Did you see the guy jump up and
- 28:37Speaker 11: Chris Murphy is there. He just he just says, yay, Trump,
- 28:42Speaker 11: You're a real scumbag, Chris Murphy, like thirteen seconds. Perfect,
- 28:48Speaker 11: perfect audio for the show, perfect video for a for a,
- 28:52Speaker 11: for a TikTok or an Instagram. I mean you're right,
- 28:55Speaker 11: I mean this is this is going to be the
- 28:57Speaker 11: speech that launched a thousand memes.
- 29:00Speaker 3: Yeah, hey, so explain this to us. What is it?
- 29:04Speaker 3: Do they just in their heart love illegal or they
- 29:07Speaker 3: just hate Trump? What is what is fueling this?
- 29:11Speaker 11: I think they hate I think it's more they hate Trump,
- 29:14Speaker 11: you know, and and you know I saw some interview
- 29:17Speaker 11: with a with a you know, a radical a woman
- 29:21Speaker 11: from Oregon afterwards, and she said, don't you don't you
- 29:26Speaker 11: want to protect the American citizens. Isn't that kind of like,
- 29:29Speaker 11: you know, uh uh, above politics to say something like that.
- 29:33Speaker 11: She said, yeah, but he's saying it in a racist way.
- 29:37Speaker 11: What what what?
- 29:40Speaker 3: Yeah, somebody's got explain to these people. Illegal is not
- 29:44Speaker 3: a race. It's not a race, right.
- 29:47Speaker 11: It's like Muslim, Muslim is not a race. But they
- 29:50Speaker 11: don't want to they don't want to hear it. And
- 29:52Speaker 11: you know, if anything he says, he could have said,
- 29:55Speaker 11: We've made jokes about this for a while, but he
- 29:57Speaker 11: could have said, last night, you know, I I have
- 30:00Speaker 11: in my hand here a cure, a cure for cancer.
- 30:03Speaker 11: You know, everyone who has cancer will will be you know,
- 30:06Speaker 11: cured within the next six months. They would, you know,
- 30:09Speaker 11: they would have been booing him and saying, you know what,
- 30:11Speaker 11: what about the what about the oncologists, what about the
- 30:14Speaker 11: radiation therapists? You know what they're gonna He's gonna increase unemployment.
- 30:19Speaker 11: They they hate whatever he does. It's it's just not
- 30:23Speaker 11: a good look.
- 30:24Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 30:25Speaker 3: Uh, Hey, Hallie Carr, you're a big mar a Lago member.
- 30:28Speaker 3: Got another assassin they had to shoot on the grounds.
- 30:31Speaker 3: Uh uh people getting nervous about going to dinner there
- 30:33Speaker 3: with these assassins showing up.
- 30:36Speaker 11: No, it was weird because as you know, I'm not
- 30:39Speaker 11: telling any tales out of school, because Dan Bongino said
- 30:42Speaker 11: the same thing, uh that the next morning on Fox.
- 30:45Speaker 11: But this guy came in in UH on the north side,
- 30:50Speaker 11: which they have just it's really hard. That's the hardest
- 30:53Speaker 11: side to get in. And they just put barriers on
- 30:56Speaker 11: the uh on the uh the driveway to the up
- 31:00Speaker 11: to the main residents, and it was just impossible to
- 31:04Speaker 11: get through. I mean, most of most of the nuts
- 31:06Speaker 11: who come in, and most of them are nuts, including
- 31:08Speaker 11: this guy. They scouted out a little bit and then
- 31:12Speaker 11: they try to get in on the lakeside. You know,
- 31:14Speaker 11: it's almost like an amphibious landing. Yeah, but you can't
- 31:17Speaker 11: even do that anymore because they got the Sheriff's department
- 31:19Speaker 11: has got the towers built up and so I'm sure
- 31:23Speaker 11: they got the lights going on at night. And you know,
- 31:25Speaker 11: the other thing is they couldn't say this was a
- 31:27Speaker 11: rabbit Maga Republican assassination like pread and your good because
- 31:33Speaker 11: the sheriff, one of the sheriff's deputies was also involved
- 31:35Speaker 11: in the shootout, and the sheriff is a guy named
- 31:38Speaker 11: Rick Bradshaw who happens to be a Democrat.
- 31:41Speaker 3: Well, so it was.
- 31:42Speaker 11: A bipartisan it was a bipartisan defense of the president's
- 31:47Speaker 11: weather White House.

- 32:56Speaker 2: Now back to the Mark Simone Show on wo.
- 33:00Speaker 3: Well, here's the deal. It's gonna be near forty degrees
- 33:03Speaker 3: for the next few days Tomorrow, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
- 33:06Speaker 3: That's you get rid of all the snow. Now Monday,
- 33:11Speaker 3: Monday night, Monday Tuesdays there's a chance of another snowstorm,
- 33:14Speaker 3: but they're talking about maybe three inches at the most,
- 33:17Speaker 3: and then after that it goes into the fifties for
- 33:21Speaker 3: a while. So I think that could be the last
- 33:23Speaker 3: one if we get that one coming up. Hey, the
- 33:26Speaker 3: next hour, we got lots to get to. We'll get
- 33:28Speaker 3: to Mom, Donnie and the snowball fight as he calls it,

- 33:35Speaker 3: don't go away. We'll go back to the State of
- 33:36Speaker 3: the Union speach and go over it all. Coming up
- 33:38Speaker 3: right after the news on seven to ten.
- 33:42Speaker 1: Now more Mark Simon on sevent TENR.
- 33:50Speaker 3: Well, we'll get to the State of the Union speech
- 33:52Speaker 3: coming up. It's only Wednesday. I don't know about where
- 33:56Speaker 3: you are. It's not so great everywhere else, but here
- 33:58Speaker 3: in Manhattan the snow is pretty much gone. It's a
- 34:01Speaker 3: little bit today, but it's going to be warm for
- 34:04Speaker 3: the next few days. That'll get rid of it all.
- 34:05Speaker 3: It'll be forty or more through the weekend. That will
- 34:09Speaker 3: get rid of it all. So the good news, there's
- 34:12Speaker 3: no more snowball fights.
- 34:13Speaker 7: Now.
- 34:13Speaker 3: This is a downtown snowball fight. It started online. I
- 34:19Speaker 3: think it was on TikTok or Instagram or somewhere. But
- 34:21Speaker 3: they started organizing this and then hundreds of people, not kids,
- 34:26Speaker 3: they looked like grown up people showed up for this
- 34:29Speaker 3: snowball fight and got out of control and there were
- 34:31Speaker 3: a couple of hundred of these people throwing snowballs. Now,
- 34:34Speaker 3: remember on Monday, this was at the height of the blizzard.
- 34:36Speaker 3: It was wet, hard snow. When you make a wet snowball,
- 34:40Speaker 3: it's very hard. It ices up and it was freezing cold,
- 34:43Speaker 3: so these are dangerous kind of snowballs, and they were
- 34:45Speaker 3: throwing them everywhere. There were a couple of hundred of
- 34:47Speaker 3: these kids, and the neighbors. People in the neighborhood got
- 34:49Speaker 3: very alarmed at this, called nine to one to one,
- 34:52Speaker 3: and cops started to show up, and these crazy lunatics
- 34:56Speaker 3: started throwing snowballs at cops and then hitting them. You
- 34:59Speaker 3: saw the video, you cops getting hit in the head,
- 35:01Speaker 3: getting hit in the face, and many of these snowballs
- 35:04Speaker 3: were pretty hard and icy. It was an ugly thing.
- 35:08Speaker 3: The police commissioner right after that put out a text
- 35:12Speaker 3: saying a tweet saying that you know, they have a
- 35:16Speaker 3: surveillance video they're going to look at and identify faces.
- 35:19Speaker 3: They're going to start hunting down these people. That that
- 35:22Speaker 3: was actually a criminal act, that's assaulting a police officer.
- 35:25Speaker 3: It's actually a crime. You'll be arrested now. Then things
- 35:28Speaker 3: changed when mayor mom Donnie shows up. Of course, this
- 35:32Speaker 3: crazy goofy young college a kid who's never had a job,
- 35:37Speaker 3: never worked, never manage anything, never run anything, bleeding heart
- 35:41Speaker 3: left wing kook. So he wants to laugh the whole
- 35:44Speaker 3: thing off. Ad they were just kids.
- 35:46Speaker 6: I can just tell you from the video I saw,
- 35:48Speaker 6: it looked like kids at a snowball fight.
- 35:51Speaker 3: Yeah, look at the video. I don't see any kids
- 35:52Speaker 3: in the video. They don't look like kids. They're not children,
- 35:55Speaker 3: they're grown up, they're adults.
- 35:56Speaker 6: From the videos that I've seen, it looks like a
- 35:59Speaker 6: snowball fight. I think that there were two officers who
- 36:02Speaker 6: were facing lacerations on their.
- 36:03Speaker 12: Face of those who built it them.
- 36:07Speaker 6: Look, I've seen the videos of this snowball fight. I
- 36:10Speaker 6: think that it was a snowball fight.
- 36:13Speaker 3: All right. Now, of course he's being a complete idiot.
- 36:16Speaker 3: He's so blinded by his left wing nonsense. Now, if
- 36:19Speaker 3: those were Muslims protesting something and they were getting hit
- 36:23Speaker 3: in the face with snowballs, would they just be kids,
- 36:25Speaker 3: just a snowball fight. If we're emom's being hit. If
- 36:28Speaker 3: it were those crazy left wing ice protesters, if they
- 36:31Speaker 3: were getting hit in the face with these snowballs by
- 36:34Speaker 3: adult males, would it be just a snowball fight? Of
- 36:37Speaker 3: course not. Police commissioner is right, the head of the
- 36:41Speaker 3: PBA is right. It's criminal. It's a crime. These guys
- 36:43Speaker 3: need to be tracked down, arrested. They've identified some fate.
- 36:46Speaker 3: They've got some pretty good pictures of some of the faces.
- 36:49Speaker 3: You can see them online or on TV. But is
- 36:52Speaker 3: it a crime?
- 36:53Speaker 6: Yeah, I don't. From the videos that I've seen, it
- 36:56Speaker 6: looks like a snowball fight.
- 36:57Speaker 3: Yeah, no, it's a crime. It's criminal. It's a snowball fight.
- 37:00Speaker 3: First of all, the police didn't have any snowballs. The
- 37:03Speaker 3: snowball fight means two people thrown at each other. The
- 37:06Speaker 3: police did not have snowballs. They were not in the
- 37:09Speaker 3: snowball fight. They were trying to keep order. And if
- 37:14Speaker 3: you watch the videos, boy, you've got to give these
- 37:16Speaker 3: cops a real credit amazing self control not to react
- 37:21Speaker 3: to that. It was pretty intense getting hit with these
- 37:25Speaker 3: snowballs and they did not react. But it was not
- 37:29Speaker 3: a snowball fight. But any stretch of the imagination, do
- 37:31Speaker 3: you agree.
- 37:32Speaker 6: With Commissioner Tish that what happened in Washington Square Park
- 37:35Speaker 6: with these snowballs was criminal? And how can you take
- 37:38Speaker 6: steps to pretensially like this doesn't happen again. So I've
- 37:41Speaker 6: seen videos of kids throwing snowballs at members of the
- 37:44Speaker 6: NYPD in Washington Square Park, And first I want to
- 37:47Speaker 6: say that officers have been on the front line of
- 37:50Speaker 6: helping our city respond to this blizzard. They have been
- 37:53Speaker 6: keeping New Yorker safe, and they have also been at
- 37:57Speaker 6: the heart of our efforts of digging New Yorker's cars
- 38:00Speaker 6: out of these kinds of conditions and ensuring that our ambulances,
- 38:03Speaker 6: our MTA buses can keep functioning across this city. They
- 38:08Speaker 6: and our entire city workforce deserve to be treated with respect.
- 38:12Speaker 6: The only person in our city, He's workforce, who deserves
- 38:14Speaker 6: to be treated with a snowball is me.
- 38:17Speaker 3: Okay, So now he's trying to cover his ass there,
- 38:19Speaker 3: but he's heading down a very bad path here. He's
- 38:23Speaker 3: going to end up like Deblasio. You remember Deblasio with
- 38:25Speaker 3: his bad attitude towards the cops. It got to the
- 38:27Speaker 3: point when that big public event, all the cops who
- 38:30Speaker 3: had been lying to turn their back on him. You
- 38:32Speaker 3: don't want to get into that kind of stuff. You
- 38:35Speaker 3: don't want to end up like that. And this guy's
- 38:38Speaker 3: probably smarter than Deblasio. The problem is it's in an
- 38:42Speaker 3: academic kind of way, so he doesn't have any real
- 38:45Speaker 3: world experience or management experience. But President mentioning him last
- 38:50Speaker 3: night in the speech, said, you know, he's a nice guy.
- 38:53Speaker 3: He's a nice guy. Bad policies, but he's a nice guy.
- 38:57Speaker 3: And the President mentioning in the speech he does talk
- 39:00Speaker 3: to him regularly, So he keeps talking to him. Now,
- 39:02Speaker 3: why keep saying he's a nice Well, sometimes people are
- 39:04Speaker 3: nice guys. Sometimes these horrible people you see on TV
- 39:07Speaker 3: in real life, they're nice people, but they're bad at
- 39:13Speaker 3: their jobs. They really stink. I think the President thinks
- 39:16Speaker 3: by keeping the conversation going with this guy that at
- 39:19Speaker 3: some point he'll be able to have some influence on him.
- 39:22Speaker 3: He's not going to turn him into a normal person,
- 39:25Speaker 3: but at some point he may be able to get
- 39:27Speaker 3: him in a back off on something. So I think
- 39:31Speaker 3: he just sees some hope for helping this guy straightening
- 39:35Speaker 3: me out just a hair at some point. He also
- 39:38Speaker 3: Mom Donnie and AOC, these two nut jobs, these two
- 39:41Speaker 3: left wing cooks, did an ad which they posted its video.
- 39:45Speaker 3: It's the most cringey thing in the world. It's basically
- 39:47Speaker 3: telling illegals to sign up for illegals to sign up
- 39:51Speaker 3: for daycare that taxpayers will pay for. They're getting a
- 39:55Speaker 3: lot of flak for that, but hey, this is New York.
- 39:59Speaker 3: You got enough crazy lunatics of the elect people like AOC,
- 40:02Speaker 3: people like this guy. State of the Union speech last
- 40:06Speaker 3: night went very very well. If you don't believe me,
- 40:09Speaker 3: put on MSNBC. Watch how angry they're they're getting. They're
- 40:12Speaker 3: so angry about the speech. They're yelling and screaming and
- 40:16Speaker 3: Morning Joe ranting and raving. Now, as soon as the
- 40:19Speaker 3: President's don't want these speeches, the fact checkers go to
- 40:21Speaker 3: work and try to destroy him with the fact check.
- 40:24Speaker 3: They were unable to find much of anything. Now, if
- 40:29Speaker 3: you go to the real partisan left wing kook sites
- 40:32Speaker 3: like Mediaite, you know, they just always say crazy things.
- 40:36Speaker 3: It says CNN's fact checker, blistering fact check on Trump's speech,
- 40:43Speaker 3: fifteen false climb, fifteen lies, a blistering fact. Well, let's
- 40:48Speaker 3: go see what the blistering fact they really found. Nothing.
- 40:52Speaker 3: He said he inherited a stagnant economy. But inflation was
- 40:57Speaker 3: already coming down under Biden. Yeah, but it's very leading.
- 41:01Speaker 3: Inflation is lower under Trump, much lower than under Biden.
- 41:04Speaker 3: Biden had the reason it was coming down with Biden
- 41:07Speaker 3: was always had high inflation. At one point it went
- 41:09Speaker 3: so high it went like through the roof to nine
- 41:12Speaker 3: percent highest in our lifetime, So you can't stay at that.
- 41:16Speaker 3: It came down from nine percent to like six percent,
- 41:18Speaker 3: if I was still bad. It's so that fact check
- 41:21Speaker 3: is just ridiculous. Now, one point, he claimed that there's
- 41:24Speaker 3: plenty of states where gas is two dollars and thirty
- 41:27Speaker 3: cents a gallon and in some places a dollar ninety
- 41:31Speaker 3: nine a gallon. Well the fact checkers, oh, this is
- 41:33Speaker 3: a total lie. Well it's not a total lie. It's
- 41:35Speaker 3: absolutely correct. How does the fact checker try to claim
- 41:38Speaker 3: it's a lie. Well, he says he checked with the
- 41:41Speaker 3: Triple A and there's no state where the average is
- 41:45Speaker 3: a dollar ninety nine. Well he didn't say the average.
- 41:47Speaker 3: Now for instance here, so somebody went into Oklahoma and
- 41:51Speaker 3: found four gas stations that had to gas at a
- 41:53Speaker 3: dollar ninety nine, so the present was correct. The fact
- 41:56Speaker 3: checker really trying to stretch things. That's the one that
- 41:59Speaker 3: try people nuts, because that's the thing that we're yelling
- 42:02Speaker 3: about gas prices. You know, it's four dollars a gallon,
- 42:04Speaker 3: four point fifty five dollars a gallon. Six dollars a
- 42:07Speaker 3: gallon in California still is you know, everywhere you go
- 42:11Speaker 3: all over America, gas is about two dollars and thirty cents.
- 42:14Speaker 3: If you're here in New York, it's still like four dollars.
- 42:16Speaker 3: If you're in Connecticut, Westchester, maybe it's three foot. Why
- 42:20Speaker 3: is it so high when it's dropped dramatically it's down
- 42:23Speaker 3: to two dollars and thirty cents everywhere else, it's because
- 42:25Speaker 3: of New York. They won't let it drop. They every
- 42:28Speaker 3: time it's going to drop, they put more state tax
- 42:32Speaker 3: on it. So when you see this continued high price
- 42:34Speaker 3: of gas, it's all state tax. They've kept the price
- 42:38Speaker 3: high by state tax. Same thing in California. You know,
- 42:41Speaker 3: it's still five six dollars a gallon. It should be
- 42:44Speaker 3: two dollars and thirty cents like everywhere else, but the
- 42:46Speaker 3: state keeps piling taxes on. So no fact checker is
- 42:51Speaker 3: yet to find any real, actual false claim in the
- 42:55Speaker 3: president's speech. Hey, in fact, we could fact check the media.
- 42:58Speaker 3: They got a lot of things wrong. David Muir and
- 43:02Speaker 3: Jonathan Carl ABC News. The president is you know, the
- 43:06Speaker 3: first five ten minutes is the President coming down the aisle,
- 43:10Speaker 3: shaking hands, taking selfies, people greeting him, and at one
- 43:15Speaker 3: point he got to the Supreme Court justices and David
- 43:18Speaker 3: Muir and Jonathan Carl to fake news guys. Especially Carl said,
- 43:24Speaker 3: look at that he refused to shake hands with Amy
- 43:27Speaker 3: Coney Barrett. He shook hands with Kavanaugh, but not with
- 43:30Speaker 3: Amy Coney Barrett, who voted against him. Well, they got
- 43:33Speaker 3: that wrong. He did shake hands with Amy Coney Barrett.
- 43:36Speaker 3: Now I'll give them a little pass on this, because
- 43:40Speaker 3: there was a woman that walked down the aisle with
- 43:42Speaker 3: President Trump. She was some kind of aid coming down
- 43:46Speaker 3: the aisle with him, like escorting him. She looks exactly
- 43:50Speaker 3: like Amy Coney Barrett. So if you were looking fast,
- 43:52Speaker 3: you see him shake Kavanaugh's hand and the woman is
- 43:54Speaker 3: standing there, and he doesn't shake her hand. But the
- 43:56Speaker 3: woman is with him, he wouldn't shake her hand, So
- 43:58Speaker 3: it was an honest mistake, probably because she does. It's
- 44:02Speaker 3: unbelievable the resemblance there. So, hey, you know what's interesting
- 44:09Speaker 3: the South Street Seaport. You ever been there? I see
- 44:12Speaker 3: most people haven't been there for like thirty forty years.
- 44:17Speaker 3: They've been trying to get the South Street Seaport going
- 44:20Speaker 3: here in Manhattan. You know, the meatpacking district was a dangerous,
- 44:24Speaker 3: isolated terrible place. And then the great Irwin Cohen, the
- 44:28Speaker 3: great New York legendary builder, built the Chelsea Market and
- 44:33Speaker 3: it started to really take off. And then the whole
- 44:35Speaker 3: everything took off around it, and that created the Meatpacking District,
- 44:39Speaker 3: and to this day it's one of the hottest places
- 44:41Speaker 3: in Manhattan. Go down to the Meatpacking District. Was a
- 44:44Speaker 3: million great restaurants, hotels, stores, great stores, and everything is there.
- 44:50Speaker 3: Everything in the Chelsea Market, the whole first floor is
- 44:53Speaker 3: like an enormous food court. Millions of people down there,
- 44:57Speaker 3: go down to Tribeca. It's been so they've been trying
- 44:59Speaker 3: to I do this with the South Street Seaport for
- 45:02Speaker 3: about forty years now years ago. Remember it was a
- 45:07Speaker 3: late eighties, early nineties Dinkins administration. They're trying to really
- 45:10Speaker 3: get the South Street Seaport to take off. Remember Carolines
- 45:15Speaker 3: was a big comedy club downtown and they got her
- 45:19Speaker 3: to close up and moved to the big, big, big
- 45:22Speaker 3: comedy club at South Street Seaport and she opened there
- 45:24Speaker 3: and other stuff. I loved restaurants open there. There was Roeblings.
- 45:28Speaker 3: There was all these great restaurants South Street Seaport, and
- 45:30Speaker 3: one by one they all went out of business because
- 45:32Speaker 3: nobody wanted to go down there, and Carolines closed and
- 45:35Speaker 3: moved the Times Square where it flourished. So it never
- 45:38Speaker 3: worked that South Street Seaport. So about it was it
- 45:40Speaker 3: five years ago they decided to get it going again
- 45:44Speaker 3: and they built with the tin building and they all
- 45:47Speaker 3: these top restaurants and they got John George to come
- 45:50Speaker 3: down there and open the most incredible food hall ever
- 45:53Speaker 3: and an amazing restaurant. Yeah it was twenty twenty two.
- 45:58Speaker 3: Was that four years ago? And it was ten years
- 46:01Speaker 3: in the making, big real estate guys, that we'll get
- 46:03Speaker 3: the South Street Seaport going again. Ten years they worked
- 46:07Speaker 3: on this, poured hundreds and millions of dollars into this,
- 46:10Speaker 3: even though John George John George deal was for two
- 46:13Speaker 3: hundred million. So he opened it was going to be
- 46:16Speaker 3: like Italy or the Chelsea Market. He opened this incredible
- 46:19Speaker 3: food hall, restaurants, unbelievable, luxurious, beautiful, unbelievable. Well it all
- 46:26Speaker 3: closed last week. It all closed down. That it's gone.
- 46:30Speaker 3: It's closed. They couldn't get it going again, just total
- 46:34Speaker 3: lack of foot traffic. People blame the ice relatively remote
- 46:39Speaker 3: location along the East River it's too far away from
- 46:42Speaker 3: anybody commuting. It's not convenient to any subways and anything.
- 46:47Speaker 3: You think about the Chelsea Market, there's like twelve subways
- 46:50Speaker 3: that go right there. It's easy to get to. It's
- 46:53Speaker 3: right next to the village. It's right next to the
- 46:55Speaker 3: SOHO try back South rut two boards like the middle
- 46:59Speaker 3: of nowhere. They cannot get it going. It was kind
- 47:03Speaker 3: of the same with Hudson Yards, although Hutson Yards is different.
- 47:05Speaker 3: Hutson Yards has a lot of apartment buildings an office building,
- 47:09Speaker 3: so he got a bunch of people that are there anyway,
- 47:12Speaker 3: and it's not that isolated. It's like few blocks from
- 47:15Speaker 3: Penn Station, but South Street Seaport. I don't know what
- 47:19Speaker 3: they're going to ever do at that place. Hey, Martin Short,
- 47:22Speaker 3: this is just terrible. Another great tragedy in Hollywood. Martin Short,
- 47:29Speaker 3: his daughter Catherine killed herself. She was only forty. They
- 47:32Speaker 3: just had a big birthday party for big splashy birthday
- 47:35Speaker 3: party at a restaurant with Goldie Hawn was there, Katherine O'Hara,
- 47:40Speaker 3: Joni Mitchell. That was the kid's idol. Joni Mitchell even
- 47:44Speaker 3: named her dog after Joni Mitchell. Fortieth birthday party and
- 47:49Speaker 3: his daughter, Katherine was a social worker, and then went
- 47:53Speaker 3: later to her apartment committed suicide. TMZ reported she was
- 47:58Speaker 3: found dead with a self inflicted gun shot wound. It's
- 48:01Speaker 3: just horrible, Martin Short, you know. And Martin Short, he's
- 48:05Speaker 3: been through a lot of death. His former wife died,
- 48:08Speaker 3: his brother died, his parents died, and now now they
- 48:12Speaker 3: say that the daughter was suffering from some sort of
- 48:16Speaker 3: mental illness and had problems all along. So we'll see
- 48:21Speaker 3: what he says. He hasn't really commented yet. Hey, an
- 48:24Speaker 3: American Airlines plane lands in Miami. It had been in Colombia,
- 48:27Speaker 3: in South South America, Columbia. It lands in Miami. You know,
- 48:31Speaker 3: when a plane lands, they do a quick inspection you'll
- 48:34Speaker 3: see what mostly to clean the plane out. But it
- 48:38Speaker 3: lands from Colombia. During the inspection, they find a number
- 48:41Speaker 3: of bullet holes. Bullet holes in the plane from Columbia. Now,
- 48:46Speaker 3: if you hit the right stuff, in fact, it hit
- 48:48Speaker 3: the right aleron whichever that is, which helps control the
- 48:52Speaker 3: balance of the plane, it can cause a crash if well. Luckily,
- 48:56Speaker 3: with all these bullet holes, it didn't and the plane
- 48:58Speaker 3: was able to land. Okay, Hey, we'll take some calls next.
- 49:01Speaker 3: Eight hundred three to two one zero seven ten is
- 49:04Speaker 3: the number. Eight hundred three two one zero seven ten
- 49:09Speaker 3: seven ten.
- 49:10Speaker 1: Wrs Mark Simone, Hey, let's take some calls.
- 49:15Speaker 3: Eight hundred three two one zero seven ten is the number.
- 49:19Speaker 3: Let's go to Fred in Florida. Fred, how are you doing?
- 49:23Speaker 13: I'm doing fine now, Mark, Yeah, just like the comments
- 49:26Speaker 13: and all these Democrats that didn't stand up last night
- 49:29Speaker 13: because they're criminals, and they need criminals because they're criminals,
- 49:34Speaker 13: and that they don't want to vote or any they're not.
- 49:37Speaker 3: I mean maybe a lean lion Omar might be a criminal,
- 49:41Speaker 3: but they're not criminals. They're just nuts.
- 49:43Speaker 9: I mean no, they're waiting for something to wind these
- 49:46Speaker 9: people up, but they want to get them going and
- 49:48Speaker 9: actually put the the midterms, and they need these people here.
- 49:52Speaker 3: Who yeh, no, but they're not criminals. They're and you
- 49:54Speaker 3: should make fun of the sick. They're sick. They have
- 49:57Speaker 3: a disease Trump arrangement syndrome. It's affecting them. They don't
- 50:01Speaker 3: realize how many traps were set for them. They fell
- 50:03Speaker 3: right into each one of them. The whole real purpose
- 50:05Speaker 3: of that speech last night was to get video for
- 50:08Speaker 3: midterm campaign ads of Democrats acting crazy at the state
- 50:12Speaker 3: of the Union, and they've come away with tons of video.
- 50:15Speaker 3: You'll be seeing these moments in ads all over the
- 50:17Speaker 3: place in the fall. Let's go to Randall in Maryland. Randall,
- 50:21Speaker 3: how you doing.
- 50:23Speaker 12: I'm good, Mark, Mark who throws snowballs at cops? Who
- 50:28Speaker 12: gets away with it?
- 50:30Speaker 3: Yeah? Nobody does you know when remember when you were
- 50:32Speaker 3: a kid and you throw snowballs at cars coming by,
- 50:35Speaker 3: and all of a sudden the cops showed up and
- 50:37Speaker 3: you were in big trouble. Would you ever think to
- 50:39Speaker 3: throw the snowball at the cop.
- 50:43Speaker 12: I've lived in Mata Georgi Sticsans in the States. No
- 50:48Speaker 12: longer gets away with that.
- 50:51Speaker 3: No, you shouldn't get away with it. I mean, listen,
- 50:52Speaker 3: we're in the crazy left wing Kooki Mamdanni world. Things
- 50:56Speaker 3: are different now. If the good old days and you
- 50:59Speaker 3: throw snowballs at cops, I just openly hit him with snowballs,
- 51:03Speaker 3: you would the cops would give you what what Curtis
- 51:07Speaker 3: would call a wooden shampoo. The night sticks would come out,
- 51:11Speaker 3: and you'd learned not to throw snowballs at cops. Let's
- 51:14Speaker 3: go to Jim in New Jersey. Jim, how you doing him?
- 51:18Speaker 4: Mark?
- 51:18Speaker 9: Mark, you were talking yesterday about consequential presidents being assassinated.
- 51:23Speaker 9: Did you know that one of our assassinated presidents died
- 51:26Speaker 9: at the Jersey Shore? I mean, he wasn't on vacation,
- 51:28Speaker 9: but he died at the Jersey Shore.
- 51:29Speaker 3: No, who was that?
- 51:32Speaker 9: James Garfield?
- 51:34Speaker 3: He was shot in the old James Garfield.
- 51:36Speaker 9: He was shot in the old railroad station in d C.
- 51:40Speaker 9: And he suffered for three months in Washington with horrible
- 51:43Speaker 9: medical care. So they built him a special train and
- 51:46Speaker 9: he took him to Elberon, New Jersey at the Jersey Shore,
- 51:50Speaker 9: where he eventually died.
- 51:52Speaker 3: Okay, but back then, you're talking about a million years ago,
- 51:54Speaker 3: there was no Jersey. It wasn't the same Jersey Shore.
- 51:56Speaker 3: There weren't a million, There was no it was New
- 51:59Speaker 3: Red Bean that theater back then.
- 52:05Speaker 9: Mark, one more than speaking of the Jersey Shore. That
- 52:07Speaker 9: you know that Ulysses S. Grant was born in Point Pleasant.
- 52:11Speaker 3: No, I didn't know that.
- 52:14Speaker 9: Ohio.
- 52:14Speaker 3: Oh all right, yeah, thanks March. All right, thanks for calling.
- 52:18Speaker 3: We've never had a Jersey Have we ever had a
- 52:20Speaker 3: New Jersey present? Yeah? I'm sure we have. I can't
- 52:23Speaker 3: remember who, but I'm sure we have. Let's go to
- 52:26Speaker 3: Bruce in Franklin. Bruce, how you doing.
- 52:29Speaker 4: All right?
- 52:29Speaker 3: Let's go to Vincent in Brooklyn. Vincent, how you doing.
- 52:33Speaker 7: Good morning, Mark, Mark, I'm okay, Good morning, Rich, Good
- 52:35Speaker 7: morning Mara. Back in the day, had you even deigned
- 52:39Speaker 7: to throw a snowball out of the cop, the cop
- 52:41Speaker 7: would have got out of the car, and as you
- 52:44Speaker 7: pointed out, as Curtis said, you would have got a
- 52:47Speaker 7: wooden shampoo on your legs, on your head, everywhere. Mam
- 52:54Speaker 7: Abigail Spamberg is probably the worst person they could have
- 52:59Speaker 7: chose to do the rebuttal to Trump's speech. She as
- 53:03Speaker 7: soon as she got an office, she ran as a moderate.
- 53:06Speaker 7: As soon as she got in office. As we say
- 53:09Speaker 7: in Italy the Chinese and China, if it walks, they
- 53:12Speaker 7: eat it with her. If it doesn't walk, if it's dead,
- 53:17Speaker 7: she'll tax it. She wants to tax car work, auto
- 53:22Speaker 7: mechanic works, the dog walkers. She wants to guy tax
- 53:26Speaker 7: nail salons, gym's everything. Mark. I've been in the real
- 53:31Speaker 7: estate business for a long time, and during the good
- 53:35Speaker 7: I've had some even famous Hollywood editor editors live in
- 53:41Speaker 7: my apartment. Yeah, no, Square business Mark. I'm not gonna
- 53:46Speaker 7: drop any names, but one guy in particular. I mean,
- 53:50Speaker 7: I've had roles like ilin Omar and Tahleeb and AOC.
- 53:56Speaker 7: It seems like the group, the liberal group from twenty
- 54:00Speaker 7: five to forty, they're completely out of their birds. Do
- 54:06Speaker 7: all the liberals like in their seventies. They're probably too decrepit.
- 54:13Speaker 3: You're right, liberals used to be a good thing. Daniel
- 54:15Speaker 3: Patrick moynihan, Bill Clinton, common sense, Okay, liberals, that's different exactly.
- 54:21Speaker 7: It seems like these people are totally out of their bird.
- 54:26Speaker 7: I mean even look look at all the people that
- 54:30Speaker 7: protested New York. Look, Mandami's a perfect example the He's
- 54:36Speaker 7: the spawn of this liberal society.
- 54:40Speaker 3: Yeah no, it started with the universities decades ago. They
- 54:45Speaker 3: became left wing cook and doctor and doctor Nation centers,
- 54:48Speaker 3: and you end up with AOC's and mom Donnie's coming out.
- 54:51Speaker 3: I can't who knows what's coming next. I can't even imagine. Vincent,
- 54:55Speaker 3: great call, thanks for calling. Well, usually it turns around,
- 54:57Speaker 3: usually goes in cycles. This has been one very long cycle.
- 55:01Speaker 3: Here here, well, we'll ask, We'll ask Ann Coulter next
- 55:04Speaker 3: and we'll find out what she thought of the State
- 55:06Speaker 3: of the Union speech, and a whole lot more to
- 55:09Speaker 3: get too coming up right after the News on seven
- 55:11Speaker 3: to ten WR.
- 55:13Speaker 1: Mark Simone on sevent ten WR, Well it is right
- 55:18Speaker 1: now the best selling author, that a great columnist and culter.
- 55:22Speaker 3: Make sure you're following her on Twitter, even better substack
- 55:25Speaker 3: where she's got her column and videos, podcasts, interviews, all
- 55:28Speaker 3: kinds of stuff and culture dot substack dot com and culture.
- 55:33Speaker 14: How you doing fantastic? How are you Markximone?
- 55:37Speaker 3: Excellent? I thought the President's speech last night was maybe
- 55:40Speaker 3: one of the top three or four speeches he's ever given.
- 55:43Speaker 14: I totally agree. It was magnificent. Again that Trump I've
- 55:49Speaker 14: been waiting for, and it reminded me what I like
- 55:53Speaker 14: about him. He is just so thoroughly from the heart American.
- 55:59Speaker 14: And when Democrats would not acknowledge Americans killed by illegal
- 56:06Speaker 14: aliens and a few other times, and he just said,
- 56:09Speaker 14: these people are crazy and you won't stand for that.
- 56:15Speaker 14: It is the reaction of just a normal human being,
- 56:18Speaker 14: a normal American. Anyway, It really illustrates that they the Democrats,
- 56:24Speaker 14: really hate our country.
- 56:25Speaker 3: You're talking about this moment here.
- 56:27Speaker 5: Nobody says, up, these people are crazy.
- 56:31Speaker 3: Now, you're not supposed to talk like that when you're
- 56:33Speaker 3: a president. But you're right, it's great. He's a real person,
- 56:35Speaker 3: he's not a politician.
- 56:37Speaker 14: Yes, And I think you're not supposed to root for
- 56:40Speaker 14: Americans to be killed by foreigners when you're an elected
- 56:46Speaker 14: member of Congress. As long as we're talking about things
- 56:49Speaker 14: you shouldn't do.
- 56:51Speaker 3: Now, a lot of this what he did, were traps
- 56:54Speaker 3: that he was setting for the Democrats, and they've from
- 56:58Speaker 3: last night it wasn't real purpose of the speech was to
- 57:01Speaker 3: get tons of video clips to use in campaign ads
- 57:04Speaker 3: against them in the midterms. How why did they fall
- 57:07Speaker 3: into every trap? He said?
- 57:10Speaker 14: Uh, if it was a trap, I mean, it just
- 57:13Speaker 14: seems like those are Trump's positions. It didn't seem phony
- 57:20Speaker 14: to me. He keeps pushing for a really hit immigration hard,
- 57:24Speaker 14: which of course was is the reason he was elected
- 57:28Speaker 14: more than anything else.
- 57:29Speaker 4: So that's important.
- 57:30Speaker 14: And uh, Democrats are on the other side. So I
- 57:37Speaker 14: don't even think I find it hard to believe that
- 57:39Speaker 14: this was like carefully planned.
- 57:42Speaker 3: It was.
- 57:42Speaker 14: It was well, everybody knew that this is what he
- 57:46Speaker 14: ran on, and everybody knew. The Democrats have decided to
- 57:49Speaker 14: oppose basic common sense on that as well as on transgenders.
- 57:56Speaker 14: I don't know why they. I mean, I guess the
- 57:58Speaker 14: progressive of the Democratic Party just has them, really really
- 58:05Speaker 14: has a lot of power. Why would they, whether it's
- 58:08Speaker 14: in a State of the Union address or on the
- 58:11Speaker 14: campaign trail or answering questions on TV? Why would they
- 58:16Speaker 14: not be opposed to Ille Lilian's killing Americans? Why would they?
- 58:21Speaker 14: Why would they support these mangole a like experiments of
- 58:26Speaker 14: poisoning and mutilating little little children, teenagers or anyone really
- 58:32Speaker 14: who's decided they're in the wrong gender.
- 58:35Speaker 3: Yeah. So, but there's some Democrats who are in that credit.
- 58:40Speaker 3: They're kind of normal, like Tom Swazi, the congressman from
- 58:42Speaker 3: Long I think, a common sense normal. But they were
- 58:45Speaker 3: afraid to stand up. So that was really kind of sad.
- 58:49Speaker 3: A fetterman afraid to stand up. What do you think?
- 58:52Speaker 14: Well, every time I think one of them is normal,
- 58:56Speaker 14: they then very quickly disabused me of that. I mean,
- 58:59Speaker 14: real Hannah is supposed to be like mister moderate and
- 59:02Speaker 14: he will not give up on his support for transgenders
- 59:06Speaker 14: in women's sports.
- 59:07Speaker 3: Yeah, and the image of elon Omar shouting and screaming
- 59:12Speaker 3: and pointing her finger and that other nutjob next to her.
- 59:15Speaker 3: We're going to see that in a lot of campaign ads,
- 59:17Speaker 3: aren't we.
- 59:19Speaker 14: I would hope. So, as you know, I'm often complaining
- 59:22Speaker 14: about the ads Republicans run.
- 59:25Speaker 11: If they do it.
- 59:26Speaker 14: Right, Yes, I agree with you. They got a lot
- 59:28Speaker 14: of good ones from last night. They should have.
- 59:31Speaker 3: I know it was a great speech because I don't
- 59:32Speaker 3: know if you saw Morning Shoe this morning, but he
- 59:34Speaker 3: was screaming like a maniac, and he said it was
- 59:37Speaker 3: the single most racist speech ever given by any American.
- 59:42Speaker 14: Oh, that's fantastic. I did not see it. Sadly, I
- 59:46Speaker 14: was finishing my column last night, so I was up
- 59:49Speaker 14: kind of late and very disappointed. I missed Morning Joe,
- 59:52Speaker 14: So thank you for filling me in. Yeh, that you
- 59:55Speaker 14: are right, that is completely waving the white flag when
- 59:59Speaker 14: they start serred And why it was.
- 1:00:02Speaker 2: Racist, well in the term what was racist?
- 1:00:04Speaker 3: And then he said the idea of using the phrase
- 1:00:07Speaker 3: Somali pirates, it's the most racist thing.
- 1:00:10Speaker 14: But this is like the Wuhan virus. I'm with Trumps.
- 1:00:15Speaker 14: These people are crazy.
- 1:00:18Speaker 3: So but are they crazy or are they just so
- 1:00:21Speaker 3: caught up with Trump derangement syndrome that they're just not
- 1:00:24Speaker 3: thinking straight right now.
- 1:00:26Speaker 14: It seems to be going on and on. I mean,
- 1:00:29Speaker 14: it's really hard to distinguish what they actually believe from
- 1:00:33Speaker 14: how much they hate Trumps. They could have they could
- 1:00:39Speaker 14: have maintained at least what they were pretending was their
- 1:00:42Speaker 14: position on immigration under Obama and Clinton, and that is,
- 1:00:47Speaker 14: we have to have a border and we have to
- 1:00:49Speaker 14: deport illegals. I don't know why they couldn't have done that,
- 1:00:52Speaker 14: But they seem to have latched on to Trump's most
- 1:00:55Speaker 14: popular policies and oppose him on those. I noticed they
- 1:00:59Speaker 14: don't particularly oppose him on pointless foreign wars.
- 1:01:04Speaker 3: Curious that, well, there's a lot of contracts.
- 1:01:07Speaker 14: We'll pose him on something he deserves being.
- 1:01:09Speaker 3: Opposed on, Well, foreign wars. There's a lot of contracts
- 1:01:12Speaker 3: to hand out the donors, so they don't want to
- 1:01:14Speaker 3: oppose that, a lot of defense contracts to hand out
- 1:01:19Speaker 3: on those words. Hey, but we're talking of this. Before
- 1:01:23Speaker 3: there were old fashion liberals that were fine. There was
- 1:01:27Speaker 3: Daniel Patrick moynihan and Bill Clinton, I mean, normal liberals.
- 1:01:31Speaker 3: What happened to these people? Are they did they just
- 1:01:34Speaker 3: become extinct?
- 1:01:37Speaker 14: Yes, well, I mean it's pretty much everything in our
- 1:01:41Speaker 14: country is a function of immigration. We've changed the people.
- 1:01:46Speaker 14: There used to be normal Democrats, you know, among the
- 1:01:49Speaker 14: voting populous. But I mean Democrats couldn't get a majority
- 1:01:56Speaker 14: of white people to vote for them other than lbj's
- 1:02:00Speaker 14: blowout in sixty four, since the nineteen thirties, well since
- 1:02:04Speaker 14: since FDR. So they had to bring in, bring in ringers.
- 1:02:11Speaker 14: Now we are a fifty to fifty country, not because
- 1:02:14Speaker 14: Americans change their minds or Democrats' arguments were so oh,
- 1:02:17Speaker 14: they're so clever, they persuaded me. No, they've brought in
- 1:02:21Speaker 14: people from less free countries who do not believe in
- 1:02:28Speaker 14: freedom and free speech and capitalism. And they're the ones
- 1:02:32Speaker 14: who who are filling up the Democrats voting list. Well,
- 1:02:38Speaker 14: plus the illegal aliens weren't supposed to be voting.
- 1:02:40Speaker 3: Yeah, even the normal ones. You know, you go back
- 1:02:43Speaker 3: ten years, twelve years. Look at the video of the
- 1:02:45Speaker 3: Clintons of Chuck Schumer, of Obama. They're all talking about it.
- 1:02:48Speaker 3: We must have a border. We've got to deport illegals.
- 1:02:50Speaker 3: And so did they just go nuts or they foreigners.
- 1:02:54Speaker 14: Who came to our country. Don't believe America should have
- 1:02:57Speaker 14: a border. They don't really care that much for our country.
- 1:03:01Speaker 14: They certainly don't care for our traditions, and they certainly
- 1:03:06Speaker 14: can't grasp capitalism, the free market, or free speech. Oh
- 1:03:10Speaker 14: on guns, Oh my gosh. Polls have shown this. Incidentally,
- 1:03:13Speaker 14: I've written about this over and over and over again.
- 1:03:16Speaker 14: That is why the Democratic Party is changing. That is
- 1:03:19Speaker 14: why Virginia flipped from fairly red to solid blue. It
- 1:03:25Speaker 14: isn't the government workers, it's the immigrants.
- 1:03:28Speaker 3: Yeah, hey, did you see the snowball attack on cops.
- 1:03:32Speaker 3: They're getting hit in the face with these snowballs. I'm
- 1:03:34Speaker 3: sure you saw that. But mom, Donnie said, they're just
- 1:03:37Speaker 3: a bunch of kids. They all look like thirty five
- 1:03:39Speaker 3: year old ex convicts. I mean they didn't look like
- 1:03:41Speaker 3: kids to me.
- 1:03:42Speaker 14: And yes, and snowballs made of ice, I mean they
- 1:03:47Speaker 14: can blind you, they could knock you out. This this
- 1:03:51Speaker 14: is something that's always driven me crazy about the liberals
- 1:03:55Speaker 14: love throwing things in people's faces. Things you don't know
- 1:03:58Speaker 14: what they are. Anything coming at your face is in fact,
- 1:04:01Speaker 14: it's a good technique to use in a fight. Throw
- 1:04:04Speaker 14: something at somebody's face. It's it's frightening. You don't know
- 1:04:08Speaker 14: what it is. And it's always annoyed me that that
- 1:04:12Speaker 14: people will sniff at, Oh it was just a marshmallow pie,
- 1:04:17Speaker 14: or oh, just a milkshake. Yeah, you don't know what's
- 1:04:19Speaker 14: in it. It's coming straight at your face, and in
- 1:04:23Speaker 14: this case, it's very hot, something very hard and capable
- 1:04:27Speaker 14: of doing enormous damage coming at your face. No, this
- 1:04:30Speaker 14: was I think a series assault. I'm with the police union.
- 1:04:33Speaker 14: And for Monami to sniff that it was just a
- 1:04:36Speaker 14: snowball fight, I mean, the only response is to is
- 1:04:42Speaker 14: to subject mom Nami to just face snowball.
- 1:04:46Speaker 3: You know, years ago there was that football game. I
- 1:04:49Speaker 3: forget which team, but they decided to throw snowballs at
- 1:04:52Speaker 3: the other team, the fans, and they blinded a coach.
- 1:04:55Speaker 3: He got hit in the face and was blinded by
- 1:04:57Speaker 3: a snowball.
- 1:04:58Speaker 14: That's awful, but I'm not also prised. Yeah, of course
- 1:05:01Speaker 14: you could blind someone, and it's irresponsible and sophistry to
- 1:05:07Speaker 14: say just a snowball, just a pie, you don't know
- 1:05:11Speaker 14: what's in it. It's something coming at your face.
- 1:05:14Speaker 3: Sophistry. I like that word. I'm gonna use that today.
- 1:05:16Speaker 3: She always has these words where you can sound very smart.
- 1:05:21Speaker 3: I'm going to say that to something. Somebody says something else,
- 1:05:24Speaker 3: that's just sophistry.
- 1:05:28Speaker 14: It's deceptive logic.
- 1:05:30Speaker 3: Just in case, what does sophistry mean?
- 1:05:33Speaker 14: It's deceptive logic.
- 1:05:35Speaker 3: Oh, okayfically, i'm using that word today.
- 1:05:39Speaker 14: I'm sure there's a better dictionary definition of it.
- 1:05:42Speaker 3: But no, that's very good, the perfect word. Well, that's
- 1:05:45Speaker 3: why you should read and Culter and get her books
- 1:05:47Speaker 3: and make sure you follow her on Twitter, and make
- 1:05:50Speaker 3: sure you sign up for her substack. There's great stuff, videos, columns,
- 1:05:54Speaker 3: all sorts of stuff and culture dot substack dot com
- 1:05:58Speaker 3: and culture. Thanks for being with us.
- 1:06:01Speaker 14: Good to talk to, Mark Simon, bye bye, all right,
- 1:06:03Speaker 14: take care.
- 1:06:04Speaker 3: Oh don't forget Buck and Clay Noon today. Buck has
- 1:06:07Speaker 3: a new book out by the way, coming out. We'll
- 1:06:09Speaker 3: talk to he'll be with us later this week and
- 1:06:11Speaker 3: they'll be talking about the president's speech last night. At
- 1:06:15Speaker 3: noon and then three o'clock, the most listened to radio
- 1:06:17Speaker 3: show of all Sean Hannity, we'll talk about it, and
- 1:06:19Speaker 3: then you got Jesse Kelly at six and Jimmy Fayl
- 1:06:22Speaker 3: a great show, very funny. Nine o'clock tonight on seven
- 1:06:25Speaker 3: to ten, wor.
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: Did Mark on demand by setting a preset for his
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: podcast on the iHeartRadio app. Now back to Mark Simone
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: on wor Well.
- 1:06:40Speaker 3: President's speech considered a great, great State of the Union speech,
- 1:06:44Speaker 3: very successful. The immediate polling takes place afterwards, looks very good.
- 1:06:48Speaker 3: The focus groups where they were the good posters, not
- 1:06:52Speaker 3: the fake ones, but the good posters. Focus group people
- 1:06:55Speaker 3: showed him getting a spike in independent voters. And that's
- 1:06:59Speaker 3: the key to winning the You don't win with your base,
- 1:07:01Speaker 3: You only win by whoever gets the most of the
- 1:07:04Speaker 3: independent voters. So that's good. Now he's going to get
- 1:07:06Speaker 3: a big bump from the speech. Problem is sometimes that
- 1:07:08Speaker 3: bump doesn't last too long. It can just go a
- 1:07:10Speaker 3: few weeks. But Democrats acted so crazy last night, and
- 1:07:16Speaker 3: so you know, the yelling, the screaming, the ugly pointing,
- 1:07:19Speaker 3: and the not standing up. So the President also ended
- 1:07:24Speaker 3: up with hundreds and hundreds of video clips that will
- 1:07:28Speaker 3: be used in campaign ads for the midterms to go
- 1:07:32Speaker 3: after Democrats with Hey, it's thirty five degrees right now,
- 1:07:35Speaker 3: so the snow is starting to melt. It's going to
- 1:07:37Speaker 3: go into the forties today. Looks like it'll be in
- 1:07:40Speaker 3: the forties till Monday. That should get rid of the snow. Now,
- 1:07:44Speaker 3: there's a chance of snow on Monday, but two three
- 1:07:47Speaker 3: inches maybe if that, if fat happens, but otherwise the
- 1:07:50Speaker 3: snow will be melting every day. Now, Hey, we're out
- 1:07:52Speaker 3: of time. Don't go away. Buck and Clay are next.
- 1:07:55Speaker 3: I'll be back tomorrow. I'm here every day ten to noon.
- 1:07:58Speaker 3: Thanks for listening, Thanks for everything. Talk to you later
- 1:08:01Speaker 3: seven ten Woo
