- 2:16Unknown: Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. So would we.
- 2:19We're gonna take a continuing stab at it, starting out another one of these six day
- 2:24weeks here, the one that this
- 2:27week accumulates
- 2:28to the big day on the fourth, I guess.
- 2:31Real close to that and all of the implications
- 2:35heaped upon that. So Roger Sills, your host,
- 2:39Radio Ranch, the name of our little get together, and today is the next to the last day of June, the twenty ninth. For Tom D, who's always listening,
- 2:48it's the June 29, Tom, on the date stamp here.
- 2:52Good morning.
- 2:53Morning to all you little freedom lovers and searchers,
- 2:58little cowgirls and cowboys,
- 3:00ranch hands.
- 3:02Paul, how are you doing? Did you have a good weekend?
- 3:04Unknown: I'm I'm doing good. It was it was a busy one. Lots of stuff to do. You know?
- 3:09Unknown: Mhmm. The boy's busy. Yeah.
- 3:13Unknown: It
- 3:13is absolutely not a hurry up and a wait thing. Absolutely
- 3:17Unknown: not.
- 3:19Us moving is such a pain in the rear end.
- 3:22Well Yeah. But but this is You know what I mean? I've been in I've been in I've been in South America, I think, this month.
- 3:30In fact, another day or two, right around the the second, I think.
- 3:34I've been down here, like,
- 3:37eight eighteen, nineteen years.
- 3:43I've moved. Would you like to
- 3:45guess how many times I've moved,
- 3:49Paul?
- 3:51Unknown: Twelfth.
- 3:53Unknown: About 15, I think. 15? 14. Something like that.
- 3:58And,
- 3:59and I know what a pain in the rear end it is. I use moving as an attempt to lighten the load.
- 4:05Have I used that in a a year? Nope. Boom. You know, chunk it.
- 4:11Lighten is the way
- 4:13of the world these days. Paul, you have some information to give our audience here, I think, don't you? Yeah. I do. This is absolutely the last time I am moving. I am going to plant myself.
- 4:25Unknown: I'm gonna plant plant my happy butt in Oklahoma. That's where I'm be.
- 4:31Unknown: I with you? Am I with you?
- 4:34I'll be in Oklahoma,
- 4:36but I'm into the last move thing. Go ahead.
- 4:40Unknown: Yeah.
- 4:41Yeah. I'm I'm completely on board with that with that attitude.
- 4:45The website is thematrixstocks.com,
- 4:49and the platform where people can join us live on the show is free conference call, and guess what? You will find the links to free conference call right on thematrixdocs.com.
- 5:02Yes, sir. Oh, yeah. Alright.
- 5:06Unknown: Yeah. I was just thinking that
- 5:08I I've really lucked out here this last
- 5:12place I found where I am now that I called affectionately the Hobbit House,
- 5:17and it's just such a nice place, and it's quiet, safe,
- 5:22peaceful
- 5:23for the most part,
- 5:25and
- 5:26my landlords are wonderful. They the wife speaks English. She used to do exchange student stuff with Minnesota,
- 5:34And, so she speaks very good English. They love me.
- 5:38And so I'm right here. Should anything happen to me, I got somebody here that cares about me,
- 5:44that
- 5:45speaks English,
- 5:46that can help me immediately.
- 5:48And there's just no reason for me to move anymore. I mean, I could cash in some of my little pile and and buy a house up on the side of the hill and have the great view, which I'd like to have.
- 6:00But all the rest of the advantages where I am just override that so much. It'd be stupid for me to move. You know? So and I I reiterate. I've been down here eighteen,
- 6:10nineteen years. Hell, I got down. Depends on whether you think the visit trip in o seven was the trip or the move trip in o eight, I guess. But I've been down here quite a while.
- 6:21Yeah.
- 6:22And
- 6:24this nicest place I've lived in all those times,
- 6:2715 different times, and, boy, I lived in a couple that weren't as nice, I can promise you,
- 6:32and out of necessity,
- 6:35and, it's the best Internet I've had the whole time I've been in South America.
- 6:40So you can't beat those two things. Nice landlord, good area.
- 6:44I got one of the big grocery stores is right literally
- 6:47almost next door in the parking lot.
- 6:50Two, in fact, two big grocery stores very close, and it's just nice place. You know? I found a good spot. So the Hobbit House
- 6:57will be here unless something better up
- 7:01presents itself,
- 7:02and the thought
- 7:03of repacking and moving again
- 7:07makes me shiver like a dog passing a persimmon seed.
- 7:12So, I hope that doesn't happen. So good morning, world.
- 7:17I hope you're as satisfied as I am this Monday morning. There's a lot of chaos in the world, obviously, has been so far this year. We get up every morning in these six day spans,
- 7:28Monday through Saturday,
- 7:30for new people.
- 7:32Paul gets up and does all this technical stuff, man, and gets these recordings
- 7:37starting,
- 7:38little recording. It's time to start through this. It's time to start through that. And, we do all of that to get up for new people. So if you're new,
- 7:48you're the object of our eye. You're the apple of our eye because you,
- 7:53you you you you tell us there's new blood awaiting
- 7:57that wants to be free, and it gives us a chance to explain it to everybody else again.
- 8:02Wonderful. So, anyway, if you're here and you're new and you got quest you heard about it. Maybe you heard about it over the long June weekends. You know? There's this guy that talks about getting shaken these
- 8:14these satanic fed vipers off your back, and he says he can do it. He can show you how to do it. He's got a track record that's, well, I'll be damn funny at 15 years old right now
- 8:27of helping people get out when never one blowback ever recorded to me anyway. I'm the first one they call generally
- 8:33if there's a problem,
- 8:35whoever reported to me or the audience.
- 8:38So, anyway, that's where we are. If you would like to join us in this big family of free folks who can flip their their middle finger,
- 8:47at,
- 8:48at the bad guys and walk away smiling and unscathed.
- 8:52Here you are. It's inexpensive. It's non confrontational.
- 8:56You don't have to go to court. You don't have to fight anybody.
- 8:59You always win every time because it's your choice, not theirs.
- 9:04And, we got a pretty good track record, Paul. Any of you are new, we'd love to hear from you. Just hit star six and go, hey, Roger.
- 9:13Be happy to respond. Yes. Well, there's one right there. No. That's Paul's. Yes, sir. No.
- 9:18Unknown: That's not one. That's Paul. Well,
- 9:21I just I just used my fingers
- 9:24and I counted out by how many times I moved since
- 9:28I left
- 9:29the house that I grew up in.
- 9:32Unknown: Oh my goodness.
- 9:33Unknown: It is an even 20.
- 9:36And in that period of time
- 9:39I lived in a number of apartments,
- 9:43a number of houses,
- 9:44Unknown: had a number of roommates,
- 9:47Unknown: lived in a
- 9:48pickup truck,
- 9:50lived in a minivan,
- 9:53lived in a
- 9:55camper,
- 9:56lived in a mobile home with no heat, light, or water,
- 10:00and
- 10:02lived here.
- 10:03Yeah. So twenty
- 10:05one
- 10:06Unknown: Twenty one twenty one times. That's since you left the house I grew in.
- 10:10Unknown: 20 times since I left the house I grew up in,
- 10:1421
- 10:15will be the magic number and I ain't moving again.
- 10:18Unknown: Do you know that I'll bet there's listeners right now that live in the house they grew up in soon? Mhmm. I'll bet there Can imagine that? Can you imagine living in one town in one house, I mean, virtually your whole childhood and then on into your adult life? It's hard for me to even fathom.
- 10:34Of course, my father was a Air Force officer, and that meant
- 10:38every
- 10:39four to five years, we were moving.
- 10:41And so I had to make new friends every time, readjust to new areas every time. It gave me an advantage, I think, in life to be flexible and to have some of those skills.
- 10:52And, I can't even fathom how many places I've lived in. Holy
- 10:57Yeah. I know the ones I've since I've been down here, and that's plenty enough.
- 11:02So I hope I'm done with all that, but we'll see. Never know one day to the next.
- 11:07Unknown: There's three things. There's three things that
- 11:11that would be pluses or minuses
- 11:15in living any place your entire life.
- 11:19Okay? Number one,
- 11:22the services and amenities of the area.
- 11:26Number two,
- 11:27the neighbors,
- 11:28because you can't beat good neighbors,
- 11:31and you can't abide bad ones.
- 11:34And number three, the friends that you have that are lifelong.
- 11:38And I mean That would be
- 11:41Unknown: very advantageous.
- 11:42I totally agree. Those are all very, very positive things, and I don't have all of those.
- 11:49Unknown: And
- 11:50Unknown: You know, it's I got some I got some thirty year plus friends, but I don't have any friends from my youth.
- 11:56I don't even stay in contact with anybody from all those years.
- 12:00Unknown: I'd bet you dollars
- 12:02I'd bet you dollars to doughnuts
- 12:04that
- 12:05every now and then
- 12:08see, there's there's a little there's a little co op restaurant in the town.
- 12:12They call it the co op, and people congregate there in the mornings for, like, coffee and stuff like that, coffee and chatter.
- 12:20I would bench you dollars to Politics,
- 12:23Unknown: politics,
- 12:25Unknown: weather.
- 12:26Unknown: Right. Crops and women. Those are the things that are talked about. Go ahead. Yeah. Well, I would bet you dollars to doughnuts that on at least a few, if not many occasions,
- 12:38Joe walks into the coop, and he winds up having a cup of coffee in the same room with somebody he went to school with.
- 12:45Unknown: No. I'm sure that's I bet it has. Be very cool. Well, it must be wonderful to have those kind of long term relationships. I got no problem with them. I just don't have them. Yeah. And but I got a lot of new ones. I've met a lot of people. I've been through a lot of stuff. I've had a lot of successes. I've had my share of failures.
- 13:02All that sort of stuff has been a hell of a life.
- 13:07So, anyway and here I am at the tail end of all that
- 13:11with, you know, record business and meeting all these people. I mean, I'm I'm I'm shook hands with Clive Davis who we talked about him the other day. He died.
- 13:19Some of these conventions, I never knew him or spoke with him. You know what his claim to fame was, don't you? I bet you don't, Paul.
- 13:26Noah Clive. Cleve, as we used to call him Cleve. Cleve Davis'
- 13:31he, he was at a cocktail party.
- 13:34You remember Russo, Aaron Russo, freedom fascism?
- 13:39Well, you know what his claim to fame was, don't you?
- 13:44You don't?
- 13:45Unknown: No.
- 13:47Unknown: He discovered Bette Midler.
- 13:49Unknown: Oh, okay.
- 13:51Unknown: Took her on to stardom and all that. Well, she was putting out hit records as she was at some cocktail party, and and Clive,
- 13:58I don't remember what all. Anyway, Clive had dissed her record or did or something.
- 14:03And, you know, and Bet oh, shit. Bette Midler went up in the middle of a cocktail party and slapped his ass.
- 14:11You you don't go up.
- 14:13You don't go in the middle of a party and slap Clive Davis in the face. Just just not a good thing.
- 14:19You hadn't heard her over too much for a lot of years, have you? Well, that's probably why right there. Okay? Anyway, yeah, that's, I remember that incident. So I've had a lot of I've met, you know, Herb Alpert, a charming guy, just wonderful,
- 14:35all these other people, and and they put their pants on same way I do. You know? They've just had some either they've had a lot of talent and they got lucky, and there's a lot of people with talent that never got lucky. They never got that exposure. Okay? It's just some of these magic ingredients that allow someone at some point in their, their life to achieve this stardom and,
- 14:56and fame. And for many of them, it's one hit wonder if you look at the record business. How about here you go. What was the follow-up hit, Paul, to the gigantic
- 15:06hit
- 15:07in the year
- 15:082525.
- 15:11Remember that one?
- 15:13Yeah. Where'd he go? Where'd he go?
- 15:16I
- 15:18think he went to the future to 2525.
- 15:21You never heard of the guy again.
- 15:23So, anyway, great life. I'm here. I I at the end of it, I get to stumble onto this nugget
- 15:30that allows us to take shackles off people.
- 15:34And then one of the of all of my
- 15:37career things,
- 15:40the the one thing that I just really loved was teaching.
- 15:44Man, I love teaching. It's just the most rewarding
- 15:48vocation and activity that you can do, k, that I found anyway. Don't care about the money. Don't care about any of that. I care about being able to teach and teach people truth and see lives change. And, boy, that rings my bell. That blows my dress up. Okay?
- 16:04And, here I am getting to do all that with these fine people here, a big family,
- 16:10of which I have none left. So you're my family.
- 16:15And as I've told you numerous times, I consider
- 16:19you to be like my children in a sense because I have none. And
- 16:24I can come in here with this information and change people's lives, and that's kind of the role of a father, I guess.
- 16:30So, anyway, very cool. Happy to be with you. Glad you're there. Glad you found us. We'll, hopefully make some impact down the line. We take it a day at a time. Welcome.
- 16:40So,
- 16:42I thought I heard somebody clear Good morning, Roger.
- 16:45Well, I thought so, dadgum. Is that Robbie?
- 16:49Unknown: No. No. This is Heiko.
- 16:52Unknown: Heiko. Boy, you sound a lot like Robbie. Well, good morning, Heiko. How are you? One of our newer students.
- 16:58Unknown: Yep. Yeah. I'm doing very, very well. I'm I'm studying all this stuff. I'm excited. I'm learning so much, passing it on.
- 17:07I'm halfway through the handbook of the citizen or the citizen handbook,
- 17:13which is amazing, by the way. I think Devin did a great job.
- 17:17Unknown: One of our listeners, Devin,
- 17:20and he just he he's in the computer business, and he said, I'm gonna do this and put that together, and it's very well done. Good for you, Evan. In fact, I learned some stuff in there that I didn't know. Okay?
- 17:34Unknown: Sure.
- 17:35So
- 17:36so I have a question today and, you know, it's Oh, good. I don't know. Frankly, it's right here.
- 17:43Unknown: No. There's no such thing. You guys don't wanna get into it. That's fine. There plea come. It'll let just not traffic. If it's not traffic, please. That's the the real bugaboo because No. No. No. It's hard. Okay. Go ahead. Well, let we're anxious to entertain your question, Heiko, to see where you are in your understanding development here. Right. Of course. And if the audience doesn't know, Heikka
- 18:06is
- 18:07East German. She escaped from East Germany before the wall was torn down, I believe.
- 18:12Unknown: Yes. Yes. And I'm really happy I did. And, you know,
- 18:16I did live a little bit a while in West Germany, and I saw what was happening there.
- 18:22That's why I left West Germany too, and I came here
- 18:26a few months before the wall then came completely down. And Germany is captured, you know, has been for a long time. Oh,
- 18:34Unknown: of course. Together.
- 18:35Of of course. Yeah. Yeah. Now, you know, I have a friend. I'm gonna I'm gonna interrupt you for a second because I have a friend.
- 18:42I haven't spoken with him in a while. We met up at Doug Casey's place in Argentina at Caffeite,
- 18:48and his name is Rainer
- 18:51Fine.
- 18:52And Rainer's a good guy.
- 18:55He was a wirehead, didn't finish high school, but he started studying code, you know, and computers.
- 19:01And this guy wrote the trading platform
- 19:07for Deutsche Bank.
- 19:10Unknown: So,
- 19:12Unknown: obviously, when he was writing that years ago, he had to go learn about trading. So he's always going to this trader. Why do you do this? Why does this happen? So he got a real good feel how the market works, wrote a pro a computer program around it, and then started using all that knowledge to invest when he was younger. You know, he never had to go to high school. I think he lives in Crete now.
- 19:34Anyway, really nice guy. Enjoyed meeting him and talking with him an awful lot. Hadn't spoken with him in a while, but, Heiko, here you show up. Another one of our German friends.
- 19:45Got smart. Same thing. Him and his wife, they were the same thing. They said, we saw what was happening in Germany. We could see what was coming, and they moved to Australia
- 19:55for a while. So,
- 19:57anyway, we ended up meeting and talk with him. Good guy.
- 20:00I like German people. I've met a number of them over here. And you remember have you heard what George Patton wrote to his wife in his private letters
- 20:09about Germany? No. You know who George Patton was?
- 20:13Yeah. Yeah. We're fighting the wrong people. He said we're fighting the wrong people. These are the finest people in Europe.
- 20:22Unknown: Yeah. And, you know, I was going to make a comment to that too.
- 20:26Do you know how they came up with this
- 20:296,000,000?
- 20:30You know what I'm talking about? Yes. Of of course. If anybody
- 20:37visits
- 20:38anybody
- 20:39in the Former East or West Germany,
- 20:42the people are there. They're very hospitable.
- 20:46They're friendly. You
- 20:47know? Yes. They are kind. They are clean.
- 20:51How anybody
- 20:52could believe
- 20:53that that happened that the 6,000,000 people had those people have never visited Germany
- 20:59No. And have never really learned that culture. They mean They interacted.
- 21:05Had grandparents
- 21:06in that war.
- 21:08They were forced to to fight. Okay? They had to live they had to leave their farms,
- 21:14and they had to fight. You know? Yeah. Didn't want it to change. You know? Yeah. Right. Right. Exactly. And but, you know, I grew up with these German people, and I have never met a a bad soul. You know? Well,
- 21:30Unknown: I
- 21:31got a chance about
- 21:33ten years ago, Heikka.
- 21:35I got a chance to go to Germany. I won a contest in a German company I was working for. So ironically enough, it's a gold company.
- 21:43And,
- 21:44so I was very fortunate to win this trip over there for ten seven days, ten days, something.
- 21:50And, we were in Stuttgart, and,
- 21:53I was so impressed with Germany.
- 21:56Never been to Europe before or since,
- 21:59but the everything
- 22:01was immaculate.
- 22:02Everybody's hedges were perfectly shown. Everybody's yard was perfectly done. Everything was so neat, tidy,
- 22:10and organized. It was just very impressive to me.
- 22:15So I'm going into Stuttgart to buy this big I think there's a big electronic
- 22:20store called Saturn or something.
- 22:23And in Argentina where I was, the Apple's smart enough not to open a store in Argentina.
- 22:29And so I couldn't get an iPhone, and I was over there. I thought I'd buy me one. So, you know, you buy whatever you're gonna buy, and they stick the VAT tax on you. And then if you're visiting the Eurozone,
- 22:40you can get a piece of paper filled out where when you leave, they'll rebate you that tax.
- 22:46K?
- 22:46And so I'm up talking to the lady that's issuing me that piece of paper. Nice gal. Spoke English.
- 22:52And I was telling her how much I really was impressed with Germany. You know? Right there by the big square in Stuttgart where the big statue is and all that. It's a lovely spot.
- 23:03And
- 23:04the gal goes, yes. I know.
- 23:07But we have so many rules.
- 23:11I'll never forget what she said.
- 23:13That, but we have so many rules.
- 23:17And I just went, holy smoke. There it is right there.
- 23:21Yeah. Anyway, was impressed with your country.
- 23:24Yeah.
- 23:24Right. That that was ten years ago over there, but I was really impressed with Germany.
- 23:29I'm
- 23:30I know they're under a lot of strain now, unfortunately.
- 23:34So sorry to interrupt with that, Heiko, but that's my German experience. And I was I was charmed
- 23:40with your country and your people, quite frankly. Can I make one point?
- 23:45Well, I guess you can.
- 23:47Unknown: Well, thank you.
- 23:48Anybody that wants to know anything about Germany and the people, all they have to do is watch National Lampoon's European Vacation
- 23:57because
- 23:58when
- 23:59the whole famdamily
- 24:01went over to Germany to visit relatives,
- 24:04They knocked on the wrong door,
- 24:06and they were with these people for two or three days. Everybody's watching the movie thinking that, yeah, these these are grandma and grandpa, right, in Germany.
- 24:16And as they're packing up the car and they're driving away,
- 24:21the mama and the papa are standing inside the door going,
- 24:24do you know who the hell dad was? I don't have a clue.
- 24:28But they put him up for three days. They slept in their house. They borrowed their jammies. They fed them everything.
- 24:36They didn't know them from Adam. There you go. They're nice. Didn't even have didn't
- 24:42even have a commonality of language.
- 24:44Unknown: That's right. Willie, we'll go here and give a overview of your country.
- 24:49I I I'm gonna I'm gonna shut up. Thank
- 24:52you very much. I I that's my experience.
- 24:56And I think Paul's gonna hush up, and you had a question,
- 24:59and we we can do all these other side trails, but we wanna answer your question also.
- 25:04But I've always been very Germany and Germans have been somewhat provocative
- 25:10to me because, you know, Adolf Hitler is the most demonized man in the history of the planet.
- 25:16K? And yet everything I can read about the guy is a pretty good guy all around. He might have got off on the last track with power,
- 25:23but he's a pretty good guy.
- 25:25Okay?
- 25:26A lot of things he did were very good. You don't believe me? You think I'm woofing? Go look at pictures of how he he is when there's dogs or children around him.
- 25:37Dogs or children do not get attracted to tyrants, folk.
- 25:42They just don't.
- 25:44K? And and so you go go look at that. And if you want, you ever really get at least a balanced side of this picture from that ugly incident
- 25:53called big mistake number two,
- 25:56go look at Bit Shoot or
- 25:59or Rumble and go to Europa,
- 26:03E U R 0 P A,
- 26:05and watch that series, and you'll have a whole different idea of World War two than you've been
- 26:11presented with your whole life. Okay, Heiko. I'll shut up. We'll put w w two in the background. You had a question about getting free, and we want you to be
- 26:20find some satisfaction
- 26:22here.
- 26:24Unknown: Sure. So one of your listener about two or three three
- 26:28weeks back
- 26:29made a comment about revocation
- 26:33of election form
- 26:35from
- 26:36the IRS.
- 26:38And so I
- 26:40would
- 26:41maybe somebody can explain that. I did put into Google, you know, what this form is. I it comes up with weird stuff.
- 26:51And if anybody can maybe explain
- 26:54what that revocation
- 26:56of election form is, what the number is, what it's good for,
- 27:01What I gather is if somebody is maybe on a,
- 27:05what is it called, on a w two employment
- 27:08that they need that form
- 27:11to not pay taxes.
- 27:13Unknown: But let let's go in and get some there there's some confusion here and probably is my fault.
- 27:20Right? Because when we started and went through the stuff with John and Glenn years ago,
- 27:26that's what they call this process.
- 27:29So pardon me if it's indelibly
- 27:32imprinted in my subconscious.
- 27:34K?
- 27:35Revocation of election. To me,
- 27:38that means changing your status, a,
- 27:41and going back, and John found in the regulations
- 27:45where you could go if you change your status,
- 27:48you become eligible
- 27:50for three years of what you've erroneously
- 27:54paid in.
- 27:56Right?
- 27:57So you could go back and capture
- 27:59three years of what you'd paid in. You had to do it with a ten forty x because you probably filed against that amount already. Are you with me? You know what I'm saying? Yes.
- 28:11Okay.
- 28:12Well, that's what I look at as revocation of election is applying for those three years.
- 28:18Some people think the revocation of election
- 28:21is the revocation for you to pay taxes at all.
- 28:25K? Except for eight seventy one b and eight seventy seven b, of course.
- 28:30And so there's where the split in if I say revocation of election, I'm thinking about you getting three years money back and you say revocation of election,
- 28:39that's what I think of.
- 28:41Okay? Now somebody has found this form. Larry, are you on with us today?
- 28:47Is Larry there? Because I think he's the one some one of these guys digging deep into this, stumbled into that.
- 28:53I don't know that you need to send them anything else except a notice,
- 28:59which some people view as a revocation of election. It
- 29:05file with the secretary,
- 29:07and it applies to you
- 29:09as is in this second paragraph
- 29:11where I specifically
- 29:13say that a national
- 29:15is
- 29:16deceptively
- 29:17labeled
- 29:18as a nonresident
- 29:19alien.
- 29:20That's that second paragraph in the. So that should tell them pretty quickly
- 29:26what what you're doing. Now what did you mean? You're talking about this form that was brought up.
- 29:33Okay? So Oh, got know somebody
- 29:37Well, I'd I'd listen,
- 29:38Heiko. I hate tax issues.
- 29:41I I despise all this paperwork, all the convoluted language.
- 29:45That's why we're here. Because years ago,
- 29:48when I got beat up in federal court by the IRS,
- 29:51and and I was licking my wounds and healing from the encounter.
- 29:56And I said, there's gotta be a better way to do this. And that's where I shifted over to how are they doing this, not internally
- 30:05at the IRS,
- 30:06but externally over the whole overview.
- 30:09And that's why we're here today.
- 30:13Unknown: Sure. So did I hear this right that there may be a form like a ten forty x?
- 30:21Unknown: Well, a ten forty My my
- 30:23those things,
- 30:24they have very
- 30:26my advice to you, do you have any monies you've paid in
- 30:31that you have not filed against?
- 30:35Right. Yes. Okay. Like last year when you maybe you paid in quarterly. I don't know what you do. We've never discussed that. Did you have some monies that you paid to them
- 30:46that you haven't filed against in the filing sequence,
- 30:51you know, the next year?
- 30:52Do you understand what I'm asking you?
- 30:55Unknown: Oh, you are asking me if I still have to pay taxes from last year or so? No, ma'am. No, ma'am. I'm asking you if you paid taxes last year
- 31:06Unknown: that you did not cover by filing one of their forms.
- 31:10Do you have any outstanding
- 31:11funds they could return to you? No.
- 31:14Okay. No. My suggestion is you don't go back for three years.
- 31:19I we have had very few people that were successful at that.
- 31:24We have had people successful
- 31:27when they have paid into the IRS
- 31:29and haven't filed against it yet.
- 31:33Other way you've got to use an in a ten forty x because you've got to change say you're changing the forms you've already filed to cover that, those monies.
- 31:44See, this this can get so damn complex. Okay? So Yeah. My advice to anybody on there
- 31:52is just be damn glad you're out of these son of a bitches and walk away and live your life.
- 31:59Unknown: Oh, sure, Roger. I just wanted to make sure that I'm not missing something. No. But I totally agree with you. But my
- 32:06next question is if somebody is employed regularly,
- 32:11right, with the w two form, right, When they start a new job,
- 32:16they get this piece of paper. Right? Yep. Yeah. From HR
- 32:20saying
- 32:21Unknown: Yep. All that. So
- 32:23Yep. What Well, what you wanna do do. Well, let's, okay, let's get them formed. Is it w two? Is it w four?
- 32:31Which one is it? And there's always ways to deal with that upfront with the employer.
- 32:37Most of the time, I'm I assume you're referring to your son.
- 32:42Most of the time, the employer will recognize that.
- 32:46Sometimes they
- 32:47get their panties in a wad for whatever reason and don't want to. And you don't want to get into a fight with the boss over this to where you might potentially lose your job. It's not worth that, I guess, at this point. Jobs are hard to find. K?
- 33:04So, what you would do is just wait, pay the taxes.
- 33:09Next year, when filing time comes around, the person files a ten forty n r
- 33:15and recaptures
- 33:16what they've taken and get it back.
- 33:19K? So even if the employer gives you problems, there's a way around it.
- 33:25Unknown: Yeah. Okay. So,
- 33:26Roger, so my son is currently his own contractor.
- 33:30Unknown: Down the line Wonderful. Best time. Wonderful.
- 33:34Unknown: But I know. But down the line,
- 33:37he may will get into a job with the w two form, right, down the line. Okay. So what is somebody's best bet to
- 33:46Unknown: start Let's let's let's well, if
- 33:48that's hypothetical
- 33:49down the line,
- 33:51can we deal with it when it pops up
- 33:53rather than what what if?
- 33:56Because here, if he's a subcontractor
- 33:59well, if he's a subcontractor right now, is he doing it as a individual,
- 34:04or is he doing it as a
- 34:06an LLC or some other entity?
- 34:10Unknown: No. He is he didn't start an LAC.
- 34:13He, you know, he's look. He is trying to get out of his industry and go back into his old industry,
- 34:20which is an aerospace.
- 34:21My son builds rockets.
- 34:24And so he is trying to get back into that industry, you know, quickly. I mean, he has interviews
- 34:30because he loves that job. You know?
- 34:33Uh-huh. So
- 34:34but so if if he would, for instance, work for Blue Origin, you know, again, you know, then
- 34:42they will give him
- 34:43HR
- 34:44gives people this thingy, you know,
- 34:47where they then Yes. Have to fill out
- 34:51Most They have exemption.
- 34:54Unknown: Most of the time, these days, that's computerized
- 34:58from what we get back,
- 35:00especially if it's a larger company. They have somebody computer program that handles all that.
- 35:05Some of our folks in the past have gone into that program. They can go into the program and check exempt,
- 35:13and they don't get any more federal taxes taken out.
- 35:16Some others, it's not gonna be
- 35:19that way. This is why I say,
- 35:21let's wait and
- 35:24deal with that when it comes up because there's ways to deal with all of it. K?
- 35:29Unknown: Okay.
- 35:30Alright.
- 35:31Unknown: Alright. Okay. Cool. I And it depends on a lot of times, it depends on the employer.
- 35:36You know?
- 35:37And I just can't say and give you a definitive answer on that because it's hypothetical. It's in the future. May not ever even happen. Right. But let you know, let's let's wait. Just Ted Kennedy said, let's told Mary Jo Kopecnik, let's let's drive off that bridge when we get to it.
- 35:54You probably won't get that, but some of the audience will.
- 35:59Unknown: That's that's So that's what my suggestion would be. If
- 36:03Unknown: he's got this job and keeps it for a while, there's other ways he can deal with it. It depends on if when he gets hired on a new company, is he a subcontractor or is he an employee?
- 36:17Unknown: True. That's very true. Yeah. That's
- 36:20Unknown: what it hinges on. K?
- 36:23So right now, if he wanted to, he could go start an LLC.
- 36:28He takes care of his own taxes. Right? He could go start an LLC and set it up. We got some people who have expertise in that areas.
- 36:36And then
- 36:37the money goes to the LLC. The company would pay the LLC,
- 36:41and then he can get the money from and the LLC, he doesn't have to report anything. The LLC does all the reporting.
- 36:48So there's ways to do all of this stuff. Okay?
- 36:54Unknown: Yep. But, Roger, does he even have to have an LLC?
- 36:57Unknown: No. He doesn't. But some people like that because it removes them from liability.
- 37:04K? That's a limited liability
- 37:06company.
- 37:08Oh, you're making sense. See, that's what everybody wants is to be removed of liability.
- 37:15Unknown: Yep.
- 37:16Okay.
- 37:18Unknown: So what else, Micah? What else? Today is just another one one more little thing. I read somewhere
- 37:27maybe it was on the Telegram channel.
- 37:30I read this.
- 37:32Make sure you have no skeleton
- 37:35in the closet.
- 37:39So I was like thinking
- 37:41Yeah. Okay. Does it mean that somebody has a misdemeanor
- 37:44or whatever
- 37:46Unknown: or somebody has a No. Okay. I'm I'm gonna go okay. Hold on. I'm a go back and tell the whole story. I have to do it every time. Okay?
- 37:54Okay. About three years ago,
- 37:57I got a call or email from a guy in California in San Jose,
- 38:02and he said, Roger, Roger, Roger, I not only got my passport application
- 38:07rejected,
- 38:09they took my open passport
- 38:11and voided it and kept all my fees.
- 38:17Well, hell, that's never happened before.
- 38:20So anytime something like that gets reported to me, I'm gonna have to investigate it.
- 38:25So I did back and forth with the guy. I finally get him to send me the letter from the state department.
- 38:32So here's the story.
- 38:35It's what skeletons in the closet means.
- 38:39He
- 38:40was a Brit who had who had
- 38:42immigrated over here like you did in about 2000.
- 38:46He was driving.
- 38:48The cop, sheriff's department, and whatever the county is out there, San Jose, pulled him over for suspected drunk driving.
- 38:56He would not get out of the car.
- 38:58So they had to break the windows and drag him out of the car and carry him to jail.
- 39:04Somehow,
- 39:06he was able to remove himself from being in jail.
- 39:10Now to a Brit who doesn't know our laws and all that, to him,
- 39:14that meant the charges were gone bye bye.
- 39:18Right?
- 39:19So he never did anything.
- 39:21So now he's got two open charges for drunk driving.
- 39:25He applies with his passport now with an affidavit,
- 39:29which he didn't send out front.
- 39:32This is a key point right there. He didn't send them to it initially.
- 39:36He sent them to it in a passport application.
- 39:39When they receive it, they check the NCIC,
- 39:42the National Criminal
- 39:43Database,
- 39:44and these two tickets for drunk driving show up. Well, he's got an open passport.
- 39:50That's why they revoked
- 39:52his open passport because now he's got these two drunk driving charges, and he's a flight risk.
- 39:58K?
- 39:59So then they go and pull two sections out of the counts
- 40:03code of federal regulations, title 27,
- 40:06and they charge him with that and and and say, no. We're gonna keep your money, and we can't issue you a passport.
- 40:13K?
- 40:14So
- 40:16so what am I supposed to do? He he didn't he didn't he'd never done it before. He did just stumbled on us, dives in the deep into the pool, doesn't know what the hell he's doing, doesn't realize that we recommend you send an affidavit cold
- 40:31with a cover letter to the secretary of state. This is where this came from.
- 40:36I never used to do that. We'd always just have people apply for a passport.
- 40:40But under this particular
- 40:42unique
- 40:43situation,
- 40:45this guy didn't do that.
- 40:47So now the passport office,
- 40:50because the secretary of state has not previously
- 40:53received the paperwork,
- 40:57they reject his application
- 40:59because he's got these two drunk driving charges.
- 41:03That's why we changed the whole process
- 41:06because
- 41:07if he would have had that single piece of paper into the secretary of state,
- 41:13he could at least
- 41:15have said
- 41:16that was you that was in your possession.
- 41:19Those apply. You don't you can't use code of federal regulations against me because those are all for residents.
- 41:27So you couldn't have even done this. What's the next step in my administrative appeal?
- 41:32Well, you hadn't done any of that.
- 41:34So you're just out there left cold and dry. So that's why I say,
- 41:39when you submit a passport application,
- 41:42if you don't have any skeletons in your closet,
- 41:47that's what that phrase refers to,
- 41:49go ahead and do it. If you got skeletons,
- 41:53send him the single affidavit
- 41:55first.
- 41:57Then you've always got a fallback position.
- 41:59What's the next step in my administrative appeal?
- 42:02I don't agree with this.
- 42:05So all that
- 42:06to answer that one little craze on skeletons in your closet.
- 42:12Uh-huh. One guy. Only one only one it's ever happened to. Only one I've ever had to deal with. We had to change our whole protocol
- 42:21because that one guy.
- 42:24And this one incident of something that most people are never gonna have to even worry about. But now we've gotta put it in the process, and every time it comes up, I gotta tell the story again.
- 42:38Unknown: Sure.
- 42:39Because, you know, I was like, well,
- 42:42it's probably not for people with the misdemeanor
- 42:46or even a felony
- 42:48because
- 42:49Unknown: What?
- 42:50Well, I know felonies don't fel well, most charges in driving are are misdemeanors,
- 42:58I think. K? Anyway, that's where it came from. Most people out of 10,000
- 43:04could go through here, and there may be just a couple that would have that circumstance,
- 43:08but you still gotta reference it. You still got to explain it, and people still have to understand it. K. Now you wanna look at the whole bigger picture.
- 43:18I don't think,
- 43:20HICA,
- 43:21they can see enough of these pieces of paper crossing their desks up there.
- 43:26K? I mean, hell, I think we ought to all redo it every year. Send them a whole damn new batch
- 43:32of paperwork every year.
- 43:34Then they continually get these reams of papers coming through there. I'm free. I'm free. You're
- 43:41a slaver. You're a slaver, not directly, but, of course, inferring that.
- 43:45And,
- 43:46so that's where we are.
- 43:48But
- 43:50that really had a big effect on this guy. It cost him a $140.
- 43:55He got he he he couldn't get that back. He didn't get his passport, and he had a passport before that, and it was revoked until he went and got those two charges
- 44:04dealt with.
- 44:06Right? That people states take drunk driving real seriously these days
- 44:13in case you haven't noticed.
- 44:16Unknown: Yeah. Okay.
- 44:17Unknown: Okay. Now does anybody
- 44:20that well, don't run off just yet. Did anybody have any additional information from Haika that I did not cover on you?
- 44:31Haika, sounds like you're good to go to me.
- 44:35Unknown: Yes. Yes. Thank you so much. I appreciate it.
- 44:39Unknown: I love Yeah. All this stuff is very deep. You know? You can't just look at the surface well on anything in this life, hardly, but especially on this
- 44:48because it's layer upon layer upon layer of fraud.
- 44:53Preplanning,
- 44:54premeditated,
- 44:56heinous
- 44:57fraud
- 44:58that they were gonna enslave your ass
- 45:00because these satanic
- 45:02Jew
- 45:03Babylonian
- 45:04bastards
- 45:05think that that's their privilege because they're god's chosen people, that that's their privilege to enslave the goyim.
- 45:13That's in their holy books.
- 45:14That's what even makes this more acute because now we know it. Now we've discovered how they're doing it. Why why
- 45:22would anyone
- 45:23not want to do this?
- 45:28Can anybody in the audience help me? I mean, okay. They're scared. They're terrified.
- 45:32They can't understand it maybe.
- 45:35But other than that, why wouldn't you know, I was talking with Deanna Spingola the day we did that interview that's posted on there, Deanna's gone now. God, rest her soul.
- 45:45Fearless
- 45:46warrior, Deanna Spingola.
- 45:49Wonderful.
- 45:50Wonderful gal.
- 45:51And I'm finally explaining this to her. I tried two previous times,
- 45:56and she didn't get it. K? So I'm trying the third time. I said, basically,
- 46:02Deanna, this gets you out from income tax, almost all of it, and and everything federal.
- 46:08And she says, well, who wouldn't wanna do that?
- 46:13I said, hold on, Deanna.
- 46:15Right there.
- 46:17Don't
- 46:17take that approach because you'll be disappointed.
- 46:21You cannot put expectations
- 46:23on other people and their freedom because most of them a lot of them don't want it.
- 46:28They want nothing to do with it. They wanna be slaves.
- 46:31They want all the goodies. It's like Katherine Austin Fitz
- 46:35in a sense with her red button story.
- 46:39Hike, have you ever heard you know, Katherine Austin Fitz is a kinda heavyset gal that all that financial expertise?
- 46:46Great gal. Yes. I listen to her a lot. Yes. Yes. You have you heard her red button story?
- 46:53Unknown: I think I did. Yes.
- 46:55But you probably can tell it better.
- 46:58Unknown: Well, the the people in the audience might not have, and she's in front of a audience. Right.
- 47:03And they're going over all these gigantic problems and all this and all that and the debts and the the the missing money and all the rest of that stuff.
- 47:13And she goes, but we can stop it.
- 47:17We can stop it. All we have to do is she brings a red button up and puts it on her podium. So all we have to do is come up here and press the red button, and it'll all stop.
- 47:27So will your pensions.
- 47:29So will your this. So will your that.
- 47:31How many people wanna come up and press the red button?
- 47:35One guy in the room.
- 47:36One guy.
- 47:38That's like us. Who wants to be free? One guy in the room. One gal in the room.
- 47:46Anyway, folks, that's where we are. So we continue to put one front in front of the other, blah blah blah, and try and build up a concerted group
- 47:54where one of these days, you're gonna get so many people in there that it's gonna pop,
- 48:01and that's what we're aiming for. Yes, Paul. I
- 48:04Unknown: might have something for Heiko. Heiko, do you have a pencil?
- 48:09Unknown: Yes.
- 48:10Unknown: You're ready to Okay. Take
- 48:13Unknown: Oh, yes. I I always sit here with a pencil.
- 48:17Unknown: Alright.
- 48:18Good job.
- 48:20The website,
- 48:21national
- 48:22statusinfo.
- 48:26Write that down.
- 48:28Nationalstatus.info,info.
- 48:35Let me know when you got that.
- 48:43Unknown: Michael, let him know when you've got it written out.
- 48:52Wow. Did everybody just go by? Okay.
- 48:55That's what I was wondering.
- 48:57Unknown: Ike, are you still there?
- 48:59Unknown: Ike, you didn't didn't get a tsunami down there on Merritt Island, did you?
- 49:05Unknown: Wow.
- 49:06Unknown: Okay. Heiko. Heiko.
- 49:09Unknown: Well, we can we can repeat this. We can repeat this later
- 49:14for Heiko if she comes back.
- 49:18Nationalstatus.info
- 49:20under the remedy section, there's a menu at the top of the screen.
- 49:25You click on remedy and go to internal
- 49:29revenue tax.
- 49:31Go down there, it takes you right
- 49:34to the form generator
- 49:36for
- 49:37opting out of income taxes,
- 49:40it asks you qualifying
- 49:42questions
- 49:43to verify that you are actually
- 49:47in a political status that you
- 49:50can
- 49:52opt out,
- 49:53and then it generates the forms for you
- 49:56and sends you a link to an editor so you can change any information that needs to be corrected in the automatically generated forms. Heiko, are you there?
- 50:09Wow. Is there anybody else in the audience? Oh, yeah. Yeah. There's 40 people in the room.
- 50:14Unknown: Well, 39. Well, a minute. Let me hear from one of them. Let me hear from one of them. There's one. There's Larry. Well, you're the guy who was hailing a minute ago. Hey, Larry.
- 50:25Unknown: Hey. Yeah. I was in the middle of a delivery, but,
- 50:28I'm starting
- 50:30to be convinced
- 50:31that anytime you correspond with the IRS,
- 50:35whatever you are attempting to rebut and respond to,
- 50:39you should add a jurat and get the document notarized.
- 50:43I think without the jurat
- 50:45and without the document being notarized, I don't think the IRS will take your response
- 50:50serious,
- 50:51and it won't be considered evidence in an administrative court of record. So
- 50:56I'm leaning toward doing that anymore, and I'm suggesting that
- 51:00any student that's
- 51:02that's,
- 51:03you know, drafting a response to whatever they got in the mail, whatever
- 51:07c p 59 or c p this or c p that Right. Right. That you rebut what they're saying,
- 51:15and then you'll always include, just like you just mentioned previously,
- 51:19you don't think these administrative agencies can get enough of the affidavits.
- 51:24You send another copy of your affidavit
- 51:27and
- 51:29send all that certified
- 51:31mail
- 51:32And then check your
- 51:33your transcript
- 51:36and and, you know, to ensure that there's there's this paper trail.
- 51:43Unknown: Hey, Roger. You know, my phone dropped.
- 51:47Unknown: Am I talking to you? There
- 51:49Unknown: you are. You've missed all kinds of stuff.
- 51:52Unknown: Yeah. You know? And this happens all the time. I just lose all connections.
- 51:58So I couldn't hear what Paul said.
- 52:01Unknown: Alright. Well, hold on. We're gonna go back and hit this connection thing first. Paul, you got any suggestions for her?
- 52:07Unknown: No.
- 52:08Just don't turn your head.
- 52:11Unknown: How about how about having are you calling
- 52:15are you calling your
- 52:17calling in to the platform, or are you sending them that call me text?
- 52:23No. I dial on my cell phone, the 609 number. Why don't you tell her how to do the other one, Paul, if you would? That might alleviate that.
- 52:32Unknown: Yeah.
- 52:33If you text,
- 52:35call me,
- 52:38to that 609
- 52:39number, the conference will call you back, then it comes in as an inbound
- 52:44call, and it may it may take a different trunk or a different path to you,
- 52:51and it might help.
- 52:54But,
- 52:55I had you write down a website, nationalstatus.info,
- 52:59did you get that written down?
- 53:02Unknown: Nationalstatus.info.
- 53:07Unknown: Okay,
- 53:09now on that website
- 53:12there is a menu across the top and the remedy
- 53:17is one of the selections there.
- 53:22Unknown: Okay. And
- 53:24Unknown: then in that drop down menu is Internal Revenue Service.
- 53:29When you click on that,
- 53:31it takes you to four steps to remove yourself from the federal tax system
- 53:36with a warning. Do not proceed with this process until you've submitted your affidavit of citizenship evidence, mailed your IRS notice,
- 53:44and received your new passport.
- 53:46Methods are not associated with the national status teachings of Roger Stales. If you decide to proceed with any process
- 53:53discussed
- 53:54on these pages, you do so at your own risk. But it
- 53:58has
- 53:59a income
- 54:00tax jurisdictional
- 54:03letter generator,
- 54:05important notes,
- 54:08disclaimers,
- 54:08it explains
- 54:10the
- 54:11ROE
- 54:12document builder, the revocation of election document builder,
- 54:16and it actually generates the documents for you.
- 54:20So Oh, okay.
- 54:22It's it's all right there on the website.
- 54:25Unknown: Yeah. It's a wonderful website.
- 54:27You. Thank you, Dave and Kay.
- 54:30Unknown: Absolutely.
- 54:31Unknown: Thank you so much. So and and just
- 54:34Unknown: to to mention what Larry or to buttress what Larry said,
- 54:38if
- 54:39you
- 54:41do a search for revocation of election or
- 54:45filing documents
- 54:47to the IRS giving them official notice of anything,
- 54:51they require
- 54:53that
- 54:54it be
- 54:56with a jurat signed under penalty of perjury
- 55:00and
- 55:01an
- 55:02actual
- 55:03actionable document
- 55:05or an evidentiary
- 55:07document.
- 55:08Otherwise,
- 55:09the IRS will ignore it.
- 55:11Letters,
- 55:12you know, letters, anything like written on, you know, an eight and a half by 11 piece of paper with crayon or whatever, all the way up to typewritten formal 41 pages, whatever. If it doesn't have a, they ignore it. It hits the circular file. As far as they're concerned, it's not an official notice. I have I I have never heard that before or experienced it before, but it's interesting.
- 55:36Unknown: K.
- 55:37Unknown: Oh, so now we are saying if I write this notice to the IRS,
- 55:42Unknown: that has be notarized. Yeah.
- 55:45It has to be notarized. Be noticed
- 55:48Unknown: so that has to be notarized too. And then Now
- 55:52And then and then that that affidavit
- 55:55of citizenship
- 55:56evidence goes on the back, right, or goes attached with that? A shepherd. Attached in the same package.
- 56:04Oh, that one needs to have a juror now.
- 56:08Unknown: Well, what Larry is suggesting is that any correspondence you send to them have a penalty of perjury jurat on it. Now there's a couple of ways of achieving that.
- 56:20Do you know do you understand what a notary is and does,
- 56:24Heiko,
- 56:25Unknown: really, technically? I have already noted. Yes.
- 56:28Unknown: Yes. Alright. So they're all they're doing when they do that stamp or whatever they do is they're saying, they showed me identification
- 56:36and that I know that's the person that's signing that is that person.
- 56:41That's all they're doing. K?
- 56:43They can't give you legal advice.
- 56:45They can't tell you, no. Don't do this. Go somewhere else. The only thing you're doing is recognizing
- 56:51officially
- 56:52that I am officially the person that's signing this document, and you recognize that and notarize it. K?
- 56:59So that's one thing that I don't we've had instances of all these people giving legal advice.
- 57:06You know, the postal clerk say, no. You can't
- 57:09put this paper in there. When it says right in the instructions that you can.
- 57:14So we stumble on a lot of this, functional ill illiteracy, if you will.
- 57:20But I'm that's a very interesting idea, Larry. I've never heard it proffered before.
- 57:24Never seen any requirements that alluded to having to do that, but it might put a little additional
- 57:32sparkle on it.
- 57:33K?
- 57:36Right.
- 57:38Larry, are you still there or are you delivering? He may be delivering. You know? He is there above you a bit in the on in Jacksonville.
- 57:46Yeah. I
- 57:47Unknown: just made a delivery. I'm back in the truck, Roger.
- 57:50Unknown: Okay. I I think that I've never heard that before, Larry. I've never even heard it insinuated,
- 57:56but I think it's probably a good idea, and it couldn't hurt. And what I was trying to do is explain to Haika and anybody else out there that might not know what these functionaries are.
- 58:07But,
- 58:09you know, what the what a notary is supposed to do, but there's also one thing. You don't have to go chase one of them down.
- 58:17All you have to do is have two witnesses.
- 58:20Do you know that, Heikka?
- 58:23Unknown: Yes.
- 58:25Unknown: Okay. So two witnesses
- 58:27are the same as an official notary.
- 58:30Alright?
- 58:32Unknown: Oh, I see. Yeah. Okay. Okay.
- 58:35Unknown: So Mhmm. Good deal, Larry. I think that's a good suggestion. Let's see if it doesn't maybe expedite things a bit with these creeps.
- 58:42I mean, come on. They're looking at anything to delay
- 58:46sidetrack
- 58:47Buffalo U or anything else they can they can stop this process on.
- 58:53We haven't had them be very effective, have we?
- 58:58Not really.
- 58:59I mean, I I again, it's one of those things. Never heard anybody come on here and talk about the IRS coming in season,
- 59:07garnishing
- 59:08any of the self help remedies.
- 59:10I hadn't heard any of that on here. We got some misconstrued
- 59:15tax officials occasionally,
- 59:17mostly in the state.
- 59:19We've got some people that,
- 59:22whatever, do things wrong or make mistakes occasionally, and we've had that happen.
- 59:28But I don't believe we've had anybody's
- 59:30property
- 59:31seized.
- 59:34And, of course, to do that,
- 59:36IRS can't just blow into your county and come grab stuff.
- 59:40They've gotta go to the local sheriff
- 59:43and get the sheriff notified that they're coming to take that. And, generally,
- 59:48if they come and it's a seizure,
- 59:50there will be a sheriff's deputy
- 59:52that will be along for the ride
- 59:55as we have been for the first hour of the radio ranch today.
- 1:00:00And, take a couple of deep breaths and, hear from Paul,
- 1:00:05Have a little bit of as of your palate cleanse. Today's Radio Ranch with Roger Sales.

- 1:00:57I'm Paul from the Radio Ranch and Global Voice Network. Thank you for being with us. We'll be returning to the program shortly.
- 1:01:05Thank you so much for your patience.
- 1:01:47Unknown: How
- 1:01:48refreshing.
- 1:01:49How refreshing. Thank you, Paul.
- 1:01:52Yikes. We're with Heiko and the group, the family here, and we're talking about things IRS.
- 1:02:00Favorite agency
- 1:02:01and just about everybody's
- 1:02:03favorite topic and subject, isn't it, Larry?
- 1:02:07Unknown: That's right. I feel like I'm a duck in water when I'm talking about it.
- 1:02:14That's how you described me once, mate.
- 1:02:18Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:02:20You know, it's funny, and I say that little tongue in cheek, but it's really accurate.
- 1:02:25There are just some people that hit our our movement
- 1:02:28here that are like Larry that just take to some complex
- 1:02:33issue like IRS just take the like, a duck to June bog on it.
- 1:02:38Joe Joe Lusica, tremendously talented in this area. You may be too,
- 1:02:43whoever you are, wherever you listen. But Larry is
- 1:02:46and, man, do I cons I consider you guys, you and Mark, and the other people just like gold.
- 1:02:52Okay?
- 1:02:53Just so you know,
- 1:02:55Larry.
- 1:02:57I appreciate really big, big asset to our undertaking
- 1:03:02here.
- 1:03:05Because you can't have one
- 1:03:07there's one person that can't have all this information. It's just almost too damn much
- 1:03:13to master.
- 1:03:16Unknown: Go ahead. I'll stop interrupting. Go ahead, Larry. Yeah. No. No. That's that's fine. I appreciate the, the compliments.
- 1:03:23So
- 1:03:24you should get the, document notarized whenever you're responding. It I would suggest you get the document notarized, have the on there.
- 1:03:32And, you
- 1:03:33know, after all, when you sign a ten forty or a ten forty n r, there is a penalty of perjury
- 1:03:40statement there that you have to sign, and that's why they take you serious.
- 1:03:44Unknown: You know? No. Listen. No. That's why they take it, period. If that isn't on there, they can't take it.
- 1:03:52Unknown: Right.
- 1:03:54Unknown: And so can send them you can oh, let me just just make this comment, Larry. You can I've said it before. You can send them a billion dollars, $10.40 form. If you don't sign it, they'll send it back. Go ahead.
- 1:04:06Unknown: Yeah. So here's I mean, you can be creative when you're drafting documents. You wanna rebut what they're, you know, what whatever they're claiming,
- 1:04:15whatever they're alleging.
- 1:04:17You know?
- 1:04:19And then you can include statements like this. Here's here's one statement that I would include with practically every correspondence, especially if I completed a ten forty NR.
- 1:04:30Because remember, a ten forty NR technically is for a nonresident alien foreign national
- 1:04:37because even on the other information form that's required to be included
- 1:04:43with the filing.
- 1:04:44It's all talk it's talking about, you know, substantial presence test and and all this other stuff. You know? Are you under a particular treaty of a country, you know, with The United States so that you can get either a partial or a full exemption?
- 1:04:58And so that's why in my, you know, presentation last fall,
- 1:05:03I I I was recommending
- 1:05:05that you x out that whole section,
- 1:05:08and then there's certain,
- 1:05:10you know, statements you could put there that this is not applicable to me, and there's a couple of codes you can quote
- 1:05:16because you're trying to show them that you're a nonresident alien American national
- 1:05:21or or just, you know, national.
- 1:05:24And
- 1:05:25anyway, here's something that you could put on a response to the IRS.
- 1:05:30Now, this one here,
- 1:05:32we were dealing with 2023
- 1:05:34and 2024.
- 1:05:35So
- 1:05:36whatever year is applicable as far as
- 1:05:40what year October NR you completed.
- 1:05:43But here's how it goes. You can write, please note, I utilize the form 2023
- 1:05:49and 2024
- 1:05:5010 '40 NR
- 1:05:52as a procedural
- 1:05:54means
- 1:05:55to request the return
- 1:05:57of my property. Now, I like using the word property,
- 1:06:01okay, because that's indisputable.
- 1:06:03Your wages,
- 1:06:04your compensation,
- 1:06:06any interest you earn on, you know, dividends,
- 1:06:10stuff like that,
- 1:06:11that is your property.
- 1:06:13And,
- 1:06:14you know, you're you're sure your labor is your property, Roger.
- 1:06:19Unknown: If we could ever find the OMB definition
- 1:06:22of the ten forty form,
- 1:06:24it will verify what you just said.
- 1:06:27A something something something recapture
- 1:06:29property.
- 1:06:31That's in the well, they describe the form for so it can be have an OMB number issued.
- 1:06:37That's the description of a ten forty form. I remember it from decades ago. I just don't remember it verbatim.
- 1:06:43Somebody again, you wanna go look that up? Go research it up and bring it back to us. I you that's what you're gonna find.
- 1:06:50Go ahead, Lair.
- 1:06:51Unknown: Yeah. So,
- 1:06:53I'm using these forms as a procedural means to request the return of my
- 1:06:59property,
- 1:07:02including any applicable interest
- 1:07:05for its retention,
- 1:07:07as I have found no other internal revenue
- 1:07:11forms that appear applicable to my circumstances.
- 1:07:15If there is a specific form,
- 1:07:17you require me to complete
- 1:07:20to facilitate the return of my property
- 1:07:24for and I put tax in brackets.
- 1:07:27Anytime you put something in brackets,
- 1:07:30it's just to offer
- 1:07:32a commentary, but it's technically not on the paper.
- 1:07:37Return of my property for tax
- 1:07:40years, tax is in brackets,
- 1:07:42tax years 2023
- 1:07:43and 2024.
- 1:07:45Please identify
- 1:07:47it for me.
- 1:07:49Otherwise,
- 1:07:50please return my property.
- 1:07:52So
- 1:07:54you're just letting them know, really, none of these forms were Okay. For
- 1:07:57Unknown: Are you just starting to do that in your procedure and weave that in, Larry, or is that something you've you've done previously? To do this recently,
- 1:08:06like, the last couple of months. Well okay. Well, I think anything
- 1:08:10like that that's added to it that can enhance your position and try and further
- 1:08:16identify what's going on, they they it takes away wiggle room from them. And I'm just really coming understand and realize
- 1:08:25here's another example of their MO and how they think.
- 1:08:29This differentiation
- 1:08:31between if you're new and you're listed, they're this is federal stuff, and he in the states, we're foreign,
- 1:08:37considered legally foreign to the federal government as is Mexico,
- 1:08:43Canada,
- 1:08:45Ecuador,
- 1:08:47etcetera. So when they're using this nonresonant
- 1:08:50alien thing, here's your dialectic.
- 1:08:52There's one hidden behind the other,
- 1:08:55just like American Samoan,
- 1:08:57noncitizen
- 1:08:58national and national.
- 1:09:00This is a technique and a trick
- 1:09:03that they use constantly.
- 1:09:05And if you're getting into this and you're new,
- 1:09:09look at the complexity
- 1:09:11of how our enemies set these things up. Well, hell, it's no wonder nobody ever figured it out before.
- 1:09:20Really?
- 1:09:22It's incredibly complex,
- 1:09:24man.
- 1:09:25I did listen, Larry, over the weekend. I did listen to the JD Hall.
- 1:09:30It was like a Tucker Carlson in baseball weekend.
- 1:09:34Listened to the whole, JD Hall interview again.
- 1:09:38If you haven't heard that interview, it's on Tucker last week.
- 1:09:42JD Hall is an old friend of Brent Winthers.
- 1:09:46And Brent came on Friday and said, would you like to get JD on the show? Well, I'm chomping at the bit to get JD on the show for multiple reasons.
- 1:09:55But if you haven't caught that Tucker Carlson yet
- 1:09:58on the background of Christian Zionism
- 1:10:01and all these idiosyncrasies
- 1:10:03like we're discussing with the code here,
- 1:10:06same thing there.
- 1:10:08Very
- 1:10:09enlightening and interesting. And we may be lucky enough, cross your fingers, drop a little prayer in the prayer box. We may have JD Hall on the show,
- 1:10:18eventually, and maybe even maybe maybe build
- 1:10:21up some sort of relationship
- 1:10:23with him,
- 1:10:24because I think he'll be interested in our information.
- 1:10:29So, anyway, sideline, Lair. Sorry. Yes, sir.
- 1:10:33Unknown: Yeah. I'm gonna I'm gonna give you one more,
- 1:10:37for the audience. I'm gonna give one more statement that I like putting in my documents.
- 1:10:43Now,
- 1:10:44I don't know if you agree with but I'll point you right out of the Brushfavor case.
- 1:10:51The income tax has been described by the US Supreme Court
- 1:10:55in several rulings as an excise tax applied
- 1:10:59in specific contexts.
- 1:11:01See Brooks Shaver versus Union Pacific,
- 1:11:04r r company,
- 1:11:05railroad company,
- 1:11:07two forty US
- 1:11:09by,
- 1:11:10comma, 16
- 1:11:11dash 17.
- 1:11:13No. And in parentheses, it's 19 Yeah.
- 1:11:17Okay. By the way, I should have just said brush shaver. Alright. Here's the quote. Taxation
- 1:11:23on income
- 1:11:24was in its nature an excise entitled
- 1:11:28to be enforced as such.
- 1:11:31And
- 1:11:32here's what I wrote: My earnings are derived
- 1:11:35from my labor, constitute my personal and private property,
- 1:11:40and are sourced privately and domestically
- 1:11:43within the 50 states of the Union. I assert that none of this income belongs to or is derived from a foreign person,
- 1:11:52nor am I acting as The US person,
- 1:11:55agent of one. I have the unalienable
- 1:11:58God given right to earn a living, and this right cannot lawfully be construed as a privilege resulting
- 1:12:06in an indirect excise tax upon my exclusive property.
- 1:12:11Damn. I'm glad you're not. Read this one last sentence.
- 1:12:15Consider the concurring
- 1:12:17opinion of justice Stephen j Field in Butchers Union
- 1:12:21Uh-huh. Versus Butchers Union Company versus Crescent City Company in which he wrote Uh-huh. Property is everything
- 1:12:29which has
- 1:12:30an exchangeable
- 1:12:31value,
- 1:12:32and the right of property includes
- 1:12:35the power to dispose of it. Labor is property,
- 1:12:39and as such merits protection.
- 1:12:45Unknown: Let me bring out a a I've tried to hammer home to you folks.
- 1:12:50The Supreme Court cannot
- 1:12:52define what income is.
- 1:12:55Here,
- 1:12:56they're incorrectly
- 1:12:57defining
- 1:12:58the now
- 1:13:00purported income tax. You know why, Larry?
- 1:13:04Because excise taxes have to be uniform.
- 1:13:08Have to be.
- 1:13:09Direct taxes
- 1:13:11are a portion,
- 1:13:13and indirect taxes,
- 1:13:14excise taxes have to be a portion. They have to be the same. So my income tax amount that I pay would have to be the same that you pay, and it's never that way. It's an individual income tax. That is why it is a capitation
- 1:13:29or a head tax. See right there, who I'm talking about? They they don't even know what a freaking excise tax is?
- 1:13:41That's what I get from what you read us. He said it's an excise tax. It's clearly a capitation tax.
- 1:13:53Unknown: Okay. My 2¢. Ex excise excise tax falls under indirect tax.
- 1:13:58Unknown: Yes. That's why they've gotta be equal. You don't pay an income tax what I pay. There's no equality.
- 1:14:09Right. But I I don't think the income tax is a capitation tax. That means it would be a direct tax. No. No. Well, that is, and that's why what you pay is different from your guy down the street because it's individual.
- 1:14:21It can't be. Sized. That has to be uniform. Everybody's gotta pay the same amount.
- 1:14:26It has to be a capitation tax.
- 1:14:34Unknown: Hey. I
- 1:14:36Unknown: Yes, please.
- 1:14:38Unknown: Yeah. This is Matt. Hey, Roger. So it is the same. It
- 1:14:42is the same. Do
- 1:14:44we all pay the the same amount on the first day, $50,000
- 1:14:48of, quote, unquote, income that we make, and then it it goes up from there. It's it's so it's the same. It's like buying buying gas, the gas tax, the fuel tax. We don't buy the same amount of gas, but we pay the same percentage
- 1:15:00based on how much we buy. Mhmm. So how much we earn, they have it for everybody, the same for everybody. If you earn x amount in one year and you're a slave, then you pay this amount. So it is the same. So without a yield.
- 1:15:16Unknown: I I don't know that I agree with that, and I believe it's been proven to be a capitation tax.
- 1:15:22But it's here to the people that may be new, and here, these are the very fine points
- 1:15:29that you can get down and discuss and argue about for for a long time. And just like I said, the Supreme Court can't define what income is.
- 1:15:40K?
- 1:15:42So go ahead. Well, Larry, whatever. I, let us know about that. Have you
- 1:15:48I'll
- 1:15:49I'll talk to you on the side about that.
- 1:15:51Okay. Thanks, Matt.
- 1:15:54I
- 1:15:57wow.
- 1:15:58It's a sticky wicket,
- 1:16:01and there was an 18
- 1:16:03a late eighteen hundreds
- 1:16:06in the nineties tax case
- 1:16:08that they turned down the income tax,
- 1:16:12and I can't think of the name of the style of the case,
- 1:16:17but the sixteenth amendment was kinda written to overcome that.
- 1:16:21Pollock Pollock? Is that Pollock's
- 1:16:24versus somebody's
- 1:16:26savings and loan or something? I believe that was the case. Anyway, we get out of paying it, and it's all a big charade, and it don't make a shit because the sixteenth amendment really was fraud, and it was never lawfully,
- 1:16:40ratified.
- 1:16:41And that's been proven now.
- 1:16:43Seventeenth amendment two.
- 1:16:45What how in the hell
- 1:16:47do you go back and straighten all this out?
- 1:16:53Unknown: I think that what they're trying to do is they're trying to roughly approximate
- 1:16:58an equality across all people by applying the same tax schedule to all people
- 1:17:05and the same percentage based on income
- 1:17:08range.
- 1:17:09I'd it I think there it's a stretch there, but as long as nobody complains about it, their presumption stands.
- 1:17:18Right?
- 1:17:21Unknown: I guess, Paul. Honestly,
- 1:17:24it gets so complex, and I dislike it so much. I hate to even spend all that time thinking about it, quite frankly. Yeah. I
- 1:17:31think we pretty well got the IRS taken care of, and well, to my knowledge, maybe with a rare exception, just not IRS. It's state.
- 1:17:41But I believe we have successfully
- 1:17:44accomplished most of the abatement there. Yes, Larry?
- 1:17:49Unknown: Yeah. The bottom line is, I mean, as far as all these details, yeah, we could we can,
- 1:17:56debate them or, you know, have friendly debates and all that. But the bottom line is you have to figure out a way
- 1:18:04to stop
- 1:18:05filling
- 1:18:07out these what's known as withholding certificates.
- 1:18:11Those withholding certificates,
- 1:18:13I don't believe they are meant for
- 1:18:15us to fill out. There is no law that requires you to fill out a
- 1:18:20w four or a w nine.
- 1:18:23In fact, if you were to read the instructions,
- 1:18:26you you would be informed
- 1:18:29that you shouldn't even be filling out a w nine.
- 1:18:33So what a w four does
- 1:18:35is if
- 1:18:36you're an employee of a company,
- 1:18:38that's what generates
- 1:18:39an informational return called a w two.
- 1:18:43If you're a contractor and you complete a w nine,
- 1:18:47that's that's going to generate an informational return known as a ten ninety nine.
- 1:18:52So what happens is when you complete a withholding certificate,
- 1:18:56your employer sends
- 1:18:58information
- 1:18:59to the IRS
- 1:19:01and it gets it gets
- 1:19:04they're sending the the the generated
- 1:19:07w w two
- 1:19:09and w or ten ninety nine,
- 1:19:12and that that gets sent to the IRS. It gets sent to West
- 1:19:16West Virginia,
- 1:19:18Martinsburg,
- 1:19:20and that computer system, it gets scanned into it. That's how your your master file, individual
- 1:19:25master file and your business master
- 1:19:28file is created in that computer.
- 1:19:31It's they have a file of every single person, and there's a couple of videos on YouTube that helps you crack the crack the code, so to speak, to get into that individual master file.
- 1:19:44But I think the key is is to to get the IRS to lock you out of that thing and and to not treat you like you're a foreign person
- 1:19:54because when you sign these when you sign these withholding certificates,
- 1:19:58you're telling the IRS,
- 1:20:00like, in in in the sense of the the w nine,
- 1:20:04that you are a foreign person or acting as the agent
- 1:20:07of a foreign person.
- 1:20:09And
- 1:20:10that because if you read the instructions, it talks about how you're taking on the role as a US person.
- 1:20:17And according to the tax law, a US person serves as the agent of a foreign person. That's why, like I've mentioned in the past,
- 1:20:25most of the IRS
- 1:20:27code
- 1:20:28deals with foreigners,
- 1:20:31you know.
- 1:20:33So we have to stop sending in these withholding certificates,
- 1:20:37and then that will stop the
- 1:20:39this generating
- 1:20:41of the informational returns
- 1:20:44because what that computer is doing is it's looking for an associated
- 1:20:48ten forty or ten forty NR
- 1:20:51or whatever type. If you're a business,
- 1:20:54there's a there's a ten forty something with a letter that businesses have to have to complete.
- 1:21:00And so that computer system, all it's looking for is it's trying to partner these two these two documents together.
- 1:21:09And if it doesn't achieve the return,
- 1:21:11then it's gonna send you a CP letter. In other words, why didn't you file for 2024?
- 1:21:17You know, after all, we got a October.
- 1:21:20And so the computer's basically saying, I'm I'm missing this form because I got the informational return.
- 1:21:27And in that informational return, you're admitted that you're a US person.
- 1:21:31And so I think that's the whole key is to get away from these forms. None of these forms are for us, Roger.
- 1:21:37Unknown: Very well could be, Larry. I've never heard anybody get into the depth of this with our knowledge that you have here that you're explaining to us.
- 1:21:46And, I I I've my sense is when we find, at least up to this point, like an old blind,
- 1:21:54chipmunk finds an acorn,
- 1:21:57when we find the right form to submit,
- 1:21:59everything settles down, doesn't it?
- 1:22:04You find the right form to plug in there, it abates them. Everything settles down. So this quest of continuing to find the correct forms to apply in these different situations is,
- 1:22:17well, is very productive, and it's interesting. Yes, Paul.
- 1:22:21Unknown: And I think at this point, it would be,
- 1:22:24constructive to bring up Sherry's point earlier.
- 1:22:28If you have to sign a form like that, you sign it with a restriction with a restricted signature
- 1:22:33stating you're only
- 1:22:35completing
- 1:22:36in order to be paid.
- 1:22:39And
- 1:22:41that
- 1:22:42because
- 1:22:44you're under threat of unemployment
- 1:22:47if
- 1:22:48the employer is insisting that you fill out those documents. So it's under TGC.
- 1:22:54Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. Another way to say that. No. It's good. Nothing wrong with that. And I like some of these, you know, these little things that people have put over the years on there. I forget some of the guys I intend to pay any and all constitutionally
- 1:23:07grounded taxes or whatever statements that you think apply that continue to show them, look. I'm wanting to cooperate.
- 1:23:15You gotta see my position.
- 1:23:18Basically, what you're telling them.
- 1:23:22So not as good, Larry.
- 1:23:24You, you found your niche, buddy.
- 1:23:27You found your niche. Who else has got something to add to all that?
- 1:23:33Come on. I know everybody's favorite topic is IRS. Come on.
- 1:23:40Individuals
- 1:23:42representing Satan. You love them. Come on. Let's talk about them and their procedures.
- 1:23:47Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:23:48You gotta love them.
- 1:23:52Unknown: I used to you know, I never made enough money to have any honestly, he worries about it. I probably got money back. I don't even remember. I do remember those saving all those. And here's where the example in the excise taxes,
- 1:24:05differs.
- 1:24:06I I remember saving all those little pieces of paper all year and having that one weekend where you set the card table up and you get the calculator out and you get your stack of little papers
- 1:24:18and you start adding all that shit up because you get deductions.
- 1:24:22Well, the other guy doesn't have that same thing. He may have the same rate, but he didn't have deductions or my individual situation
- 1:24:29or anything else.
- 1:24:30So, anyway, I remember those days. Do you, Paul? Did you ever do that?
- 1:24:36Do you set the card table up and get the little calculator out and do all that and
- 1:24:42so you could go and and pay somebody 40 or $60.
- 1:24:46I actually had a guy that did my taxes that was the guy that that star helps the guy start H and R Block
- 1:24:53years before.
- 1:24:55And,
- 1:24:56so, anyway, that's what we did. And, god, I'm glad not to have to do that anymore.
- 1:25:02Mhmm.
- 1:25:03And they'll have a designation.
- 1:25:05They've got a designation. I don't know what it is. I've never gone to any kind of efforts to check. They got a designation for me because I got out of it entirely different from all you guys. I paid them $35,000.
- 1:25:19They took 5,000 extra. I didn't know to get out of it.
- 1:25:25How about that?
- 1:25:26I've never heard from them since. So there's some kind of designation up there in Martinsburg
- 1:25:32on my individual master file that says, stay the hell away from this guy.
- 1:25:40I don't know how they code that up, Paul, but I know basically what it says. We don't wanna tangle with this with this dude again.
- 1:25:50Yeah. Well, you're still tangling with me, you son of a bitches, and that $5,000
- 1:25:56is a lot of the motivation of why I'm here because I'm getting that back with penalties and interest out of your rear end,
- 1:26:04buddy.
- 1:26:07So you're glad you took that $5,
- 1:26:10rub my nose in it at the time you thought? Guess whose nose is getting rubbed?
- 1:26:15Fraudsters.
- 1:26:17Unknown: Fraudsters.
- 1:26:20Unknown: Slavers.
- 1:26:22Yep.
- 1:26:23Would somebody wanna say something there?
- 1:26:28Unknown: Do, Raja. This is Heiko again.
- 1:26:31Unknown: Heiko, come on, dear. Front and center.
- 1:26:35Unknown: So, well, I'm all very new to this, so I just wanna have a clarification.
- 1:26:39You were talking about the
- 1:26:41capitation tax or a direct tax and indirect tax, and then one of the Yes, ma'am. Where we all Okay. Well equal tax per head. Well,
- 1:26:51Unknown: we are where
- 1:26:53Unknown: do we pay that tax?
- 1:26:55Unknown: Where everybody equally pays, I don't know Correct. By five a portion. Let me show you. Well, it's called apportionment.
- 1:27:03It's a check and a balance
- 1:27:05that was put into the country by the founders. It's quite clever.
- 1:27:10There's only by my my knowledge is people say
- 1:27:14you say tax, and they think income tax, and they think it pays for everything.
- 1:27:19There's a lot of misinformation
- 1:27:22and downright ignorance
- 1:27:24on the taxation issue.
- 1:27:26There's two types,
- 1:27:27like you're saying.
- 1:27:29One is called indirect,
- 1:27:31and the other is called direct.
- 1:27:33You could also further label them as the indirect
- 1:27:39type is a excise tax,
- 1:27:42and all excise taxes have a rule,
- 1:27:46HICA.
- 1:27:47They all have to be uniform.
- 1:27:50What does that mean?
- 1:27:52That means that when you pay a gallon of gas there in Merritt Island, Florida,
- 1:27:58the federal tax
- 1:28:01and probably the the well, the state tax doesn't have any anyway, the federal tax is the same if it's gonna be in Alaska. Percentage wise,
- 1:28:09it'll be 10 or 12%,
- 1:28:11same as in Alaska, in Illinois,
- 1:28:14New York, Texas, right next to the refinery,
- 1:28:17but everybody pays the same percentage
- 1:28:21of tax on a gallon of gas.
- 1:28:23So, therefore, it becomes a
- 1:28:26an an
- 1:28:27excise tax or an indirect tax. Now they also called indirect taxes
- 1:28:33sin,
- 1:28:34s I n,
- 1:28:35taxes,
- 1:28:36because you don't to pay the tax, you do the sin.
- 1:28:41You have to pay a tax on smoking.
- 1:28:45You pay a tax on drinking.
- 1:28:47Those are sin taxes.
- 1:28:49If you don't wanna pay the tax, don't do the sin. That's why they call it that.
- 1:28:55So that's one whole side.
- 1:28:57The other side is direct
- 1:28:59or capitation,
- 1:29:01which means head tax,
- 1:29:03individual tax.
- 1:29:05Those
- 1:29:06constitutionally
- 1:29:08have to be apportioned.
- 1:29:10And here's the big problem with the sixteenth amendment.
- 1:29:14They can't apportion a head tax and apply the income tax because it's a progressive income tax, and it's not equal.
- 1:29:24K? So with the direct tax or a capitation
- 1:29:28tax,
- 1:29:29the founding fathers
- 1:29:31in the constitution
- 1:29:33said these taxes are so potentially dangerous
- 1:29:37that they have to be apportioned.
- 1:29:39What does that mean? Well, that means that little Haika down in Florida,
- 1:29:45if if they're
- 1:29:47gonna call through congress for tax,
- 1:29:50congress has gotta generate it. It's a capitation tax, which means it has to be apportioned.
- 1:29:56So what does that mean? Everybody pays the same.
- 1:30:00So HICA down in Florida
- 1:30:02would pay the exact same amount as somebody in Rhode Island,
- 1:30:06a state with,
- 1:30:08dare I say, one one hundredth of the population.
- 1:30:11But with this way of approaching it of apportionment,
- 1:30:15it ends up everyone's paying the same.
- 1:30:18K?
- 1:30:19Unknown: So Where do I pay that tax in?
- 1:30:23Unknown: Well, this is in the constitution if you it hadn't been called for yet.
- 1:30:28Just giving you an example of how for. I'm just giving you an example of how these things work. K?
- 1:30:36So if we had an apportion tax last year
- 1:30:40and it was or the year before and it was $5,
- 1:30:43congress would have to raise it. They go, okay. Then you'd have to pay at the state. The state would have to pay their percentage to the feds. K?
- 1:30:52But the next year, we go over and start this war in Iran, and instead of $5 is $5,000
- 1:30:58ahead.
- 1:30:59Everybody's gonna stand up and say, what the hell are you people doing up there?
- 1:31:04See, it's a check and a balance because everybody paid the same.
- 1:31:10Unknown: But my question is, how do I pay this capitation tax?
- 1:31:15Unknown: Well, you'd have to pay it to the state. There is none. I'm giving you a hypothetical
- 1:31:20example, Heiko. Oh,
- 1:31:23Unknown: because I'm just confused to the way Well, that tax
- 1:31:27Unknown: and so on. They don't want that kind of tax. They want a progressive income tax where you and your neighbor all pay different.
- 1:31:38Unknown: So
- 1:31:39so then we don't really have a capitation tax in the country? No. No.
- 1:31:44Unknown: No. If we had legitimacy
- 1:31:46and they had direct taxes,
- 1:31:48we would have.
- 1:31:50But there is no legitimacy.
- 1:31:52They substituted
- 1:31:53this income tax for that direct tax,
- 1:31:57so they're not under that limitation now.
- 1:32:01Unknown: Okay.
- 1:32:02I get it now.
- 1:32:03Unknown: Okay.
- 1:32:04Alright. So the there's only two types of taxes. They're direct or they're indirect.
- 1:32:10It's pretty simple. People just don't understand it.
- 1:32:17You know, we are property
- 1:32:19we are property taxes brought up here all the time.
- 1:32:22Property taxes are all local.
- 1:32:25You voted on referendums for bond issue and stuff for the school board and the fire department and the other things and voted on them in a local election,
- 1:32:34and now they've Saturday with them. They have nothing to do with our program.
- 1:32:40Now there's a guy in Florida,
- 1:32:42around Orlando,
- 1:32:43that's found a way to get out of those.
- 1:32:46But according to the Florida statutes, you gotta be a resident
- 1:32:50to take advantage of his approach.
- 1:32:52Evidently, he's been successful with it,
- 1:32:55but there's that big hitch. Are you a resident or not? Because now you'd be open to federal taxes, and you wouldn't have this wonderful status we found. Yes, Larry?
- 1:33:06Unknown: Yeah. I was just gonna say that
- 1:33:08when it comes to
- 1:33:10direct taxes, there's two subcategories.
- 1:33:13There's
- 1:33:14just like in the bottom left. Yeah. I'll get you a copy.
- 1:33:21There's two subcategories.
- 1:33:22There's
- 1:33:23the capitation,
- 1:33:24and then there's the property
- 1:33:28aspect of it. So they can put it in a direct tax
- 1:33:31on the head of everyone or their property. And in in The United States Of America history,
- 1:33:38there's never been a capitation tax, but there's been five
- 1:33:42direct taxes on property.
- 1:33:45And I went over that a couple of weeks ago.
- 1:33:47Unknown: Okay. Well, I don't I don't ever I've never gotten into this that deep. Don't care to. Anyway, there's all kinds of little things through our whole history,
- 1:33:55and what they had to have is this progressive income tax. Haika, do you know why?
- 1:34:04No. I I
- 1:34:06believe it's either the first or the it's either the first or the second plank of the communist manifesto. I forget which one.
- 1:34:16See, this is why they not only get the tax you think it goes to run the country, not one nickel of it goes to run the country. It all goes to pay off the debt of the bonds that you have had issued in your name under this scam we're addressing back here that you've now become a serf.
- 1:34:35K?
- 1:34:36Unknown: Yep.
- 1:34:39Unknown: It it it's just incredible. So that's the whole deal right there, And then they they would pay the countries with tariffs and things like that,
- 1:34:49and
- 1:34:50it would run the country more than likely like it did before.
- 1:34:54We don't know.
- 1:34:56But they had to get this in here because they were gonna tax our labor as slaves
- 1:35:03to run the whole thing.
- 1:35:06This is the critical connection.
- 1:35:08They've got to get an illicit funds
- 1:35:11out of you to pay off what they've been selling in the bond market.
- 1:35:16That completes the whole circuit right there.
- 1:35:20And without that,
- 1:35:21everything goes belly up and bankrupt.
- 1:35:24Well, they were damn close to that right now. They're treading on it. They're just by widgets and tricks and smoke and mirrors, been able to keep the thing afloat.
- 1:35:33That's why all these wars are on the front burner.
- 1:35:37Iran and Russia.
- 1:35:39But but but because their monetary system is failing,
- 1:35:44and when it fails, everybody's gonna know who's behind it. They're desperately trying to get Russia's
- 1:35:50$95,000,000,000,000
- 1:35:52worth of resources,
- 1:35:54so that's about how much debt they've conjured up and is sitting there ready to flip.
- 1:36:01And what's gonna happen is the interest on that debt compounding
- 1:36:06to the extent that it is
- 1:36:08is going to cause a Fred credit freeze.
- 1:36:13Nobody
- 1:36:14wants the bonds.
- 1:36:16They can't start the credit tap.
- 1:36:19Everything's gonna go upside down.
- 1:36:21That's why they're so damn desperate, Heiko, on these wars.
- 1:36:28Whole thing is tied back in, and what is the linchpin?
- 1:36:33Larry,
- 1:36:33what's the linchpin?
- 1:36:35You filing your ten forty forms.
- 1:36:38Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:36:40Unknown: Alright. So this is my understanding. You got direct,
- 1:36:44which includes
- 1:36:46capitation
- 1:36:48and property.
- 1:36:50There's never been a capitation tax.
- 1:36:52There's been five on the property in in history. And
- 1:36:55then you got indirect taxes, which are duties,
- 1:36:59imports,
- 1:37:00and what's known as excise.
- 1:37:02Yeah. And another another word for excise is privilege. And I think what the IRS code is doing
- 1:37:09is it's considering a nonresident alien foreign national.
- 1:37:14It's considering what they're doing in our country if they're working. It's called a privilege.
- 1:37:19Therefore, they're treating it as an excise.
- 1:37:21So if they're earning money here, they have the right to tax it under an excise tax.
- 1:37:28Unknown: Why they make them be residents.
- 1:37:31Why they make them be residents.
- 1:37:34Because then the country's laws, including the tax laws, apply to them.
- 1:37:46Unknown: Another thing I'd like to add
- 1:37:50is I
- 1:37:53would recommend when you when you
- 1:37:56correspond with the IRS,
- 1:37:59not only to get it notarized,
- 1:38:00include your act, get it notarized.
- 1:38:02Maybe you can include some of these statements that I went over.
- 1:38:06But as far as my three go to cc
- 1:38:10parties,
- 1:38:12I always send
- 1:38:14a copy to Scott Essent.
- 1:38:16He's no longer the acting commissioner. I think the IRS is still without a principal,
- 1:38:22but I have Scott's email. You can even
- 1:38:25Unknown: I think he's over it now unless that's changed, Larry.
- 1:38:29Unknown: Well, secretary of the treasury is still in charge of the IRS.
- 1:38:34Okay? Yes.
- 1:38:36So that's why I still send it to him.
- 1:38:40His email is Scott dot Essence Oh, no. No. At treasury dot com.
- 1:38:46Okay.
- 1:38:47And I always send it to, Heather,
- 1:38:50m as in Mary. I don't know if that's her last middle name. M as in Mary,
- 1:38:55Hill, h I l l. She's the principal deputy inspector general,
- 1:39:00treasury inspector general for tax administration.
- 1:39:03Her email is heather.hill@tigta,tigta,.trash,treas,.gov.
- 1:39:13And
- 1:39:14and then the last one,
- 1:39:16but not least,
- 1:39:17and I think this is you know, you're talking about how the IRS stands for individuals representing state and law.
- 1:39:23They have their priesthood,
- 1:39:25and I think the high priest over
- 1:39:28that
- 1:39:29organization
- 1:39:30is Jared Koopman,
- 1:39:32j a r e d
- 1:39:35k o o p m a n. He's the chief tax compliance officer,
- 1:39:41internal revenue service,
- 1:39:43111
- 1:39:44Constitution
- 1:39:45Ad Northwest,
- 1:39:47Room 2501,
- 1:39:49Washington DC
- 1:39:512022.
- 1:39:52I would definitely send him certify a certified copy of so if you get a correspondence in the mail, you should always send it back to the address that they're telling you to send it back to.
- 1:40:03And you can always put attention director of, you know, Austin
- 1:40:07the Austin IRS office,
- 1:40:09and then put their address
- 1:40:11and send that send that copy
- 1:40:14certified mail.
- 1:40:16And then you could cc these three parties I just went over,
- 1:40:19but also send a certified copy to to
- 1:40:23Jared Koopman
- 1:40:25because I think he knows the whole scam.
- 1:40:29And he could provide what I believe to be a locked out code
- 1:40:33from your from the your individual master file.
- 1:40:37It could so in other words, the the computer
- 1:40:40and agents will stop sending you correspondence.
- 1:40:45Unknown: Folks, if you're new, don't you know, everybody's scared of this. Get terrified of these people anyway.
- 1:40:50We have very little interaction with them in the response
- 1:40:55of having challenging or anything else. And the ones we do have is with just a rare couple of exceptions, and it's generally state,
- 1:41:04we haven't had any problems with subsequently. He's pretty well right, isn't it, Larry?
- 1:41:13Unknown: I mean, I I hear,
- 1:41:15you know, some some people reach out to me. I mean, I don't know everything that's going on, but I'm sure if there's people
- 1:41:22having issues,
- 1:41:24they'll be calling you. Well,
- 1:41:26Unknown: they'd be coming on the program like they do and say, I just got this letter. You know?
- 1:41:32Or else if they've been listening for a while, they might contact you directly. You're becoming the expert here. Mark has taken a sabbatical of sorts,
- 1:41:42dictated
- 1:41:43his his acceptance.
- 1:41:45Hopefully, he'll be back with us, but I don't wanna bring any of the
- 1:41:49with the consequences of what goes with that. You know? He's just in a bad situation
- 1:41:54of taking care of his elderly parents. It's a duty. I admire that he's doing it to the extent that he is.
- 1:42:01So, anyway, he's gonna be a neighbor of Paul's down there pretty quick evidently.
- 1:42:05Maybe Paul can go down there and visit.
- 1:42:08Anyway, thanks, Alaire, for all you do.
- 1:42:12And, you well, I'll I'll talk to you on the side, like I said.
- 1:42:16Who else has got something today to bring up either on this IRS stuff or anything else we've discussed or
- 1:42:23something unique on your own situation?
- 1:42:26So anybody wanna do star six and take a jump into the deep end of the old
- 1:42:32Radio Ranch pool?
- 1:42:34It's right there behind the house, you know, next to where we have our campfires and drink our coffee. It's right there in the pool. You wanna jump in the deep end?
- 1:42:45Oh, nobody wants to jump. Hell, it's summer, man. It's almost July. Come on.
- 1:42:54Mm-mm. I don't know what to do with these folks sometimes.
- 1:42:58Paul, you got me some guests so nice. For me.
- 1:43:00Unknown: A pool would be so nice, especially when it's a 100 and stupid.
- 1:43:05Unknown: Yeah. Are you getting is is warm up there? You looking forward to getting out of New York, Paul?
- 1:43:12Unknown: Yep. I've
- 1:43:13I've got heat warnings up here in New York,
- 1:43:18and
- 1:43:19the forecast is 90 degrees.
- 1:43:22Okay. Yeah. Yikes.
- 1:43:24Maybe on a cool day.
- 1:43:26Unknown: Well, let's go back, and, we're trying to get Paul out of New York. If you haven't heard of the spiel, since you won't come forward and talk with me, I'll just solicit you.
- 1:43:35We're trying to get Paul and the,
- 1:43:37all the brains of this whole outfit here.
- 1:43:40What we're damn lucky to have Paul. God sent him to us, I believe. That's conclusion
- 1:43:45I've come to
- 1:43:46off of, one segment of the Sarah Westall interview couple of years back.
- 1:43:52As stuck, he stuck, and, has has become such an advantage for us except, unfortunately,
- 1:43:58for him. He somehow ended up in the great or the not so great state of New York.
- 1:44:03And, we're for whatever many reasons, we're trying to get his butt out of there.
- 1:44:08We found a place. He's already secured the place
- 1:44:11where he's already packing and getting ready to maybe take off here in a couple of weeks,
- 1:44:17and, we need to make sure that he's got some gas money. K? We need to make sure he's got some funds to do all this. If you've heard this before, you've contributed already. I I we appreciate it. Thank you. I know times are are are are are struggling and tough for some people. They're not getting any easier evidently.
- 1:44:37There there there are billions
- 1:44:40of
- 1:44:41dollars on the short side oil to keep the price down the way they've done with metals.
- 1:44:47All these years, same technique in oil right now.
- 1:44:50And if mister Trump doesn't get his ass off here and get these damn Jews and Netanyahu straight,
- 1:44:56You're going to get a irretrievable
- 1:44:59situation
- 1:45:01where there's not enough of the ingredients that manufacture diesel
- 1:45:05and jet fuel
- 1:45:07to manufacture them.
- 1:45:10We have about four weeks left.
- 1:45:13That evidently is what got Trump's attention,
- 1:45:16and he's made the big split with the, bad guys here recently.
- 1:45:21Eve, I I ain't I ain't sacrificing everything for this, for for Netanyahu, or anything else dealing with Israel.
- 1:45:29Miriam, what's her name? Be damned. I don't care if she calls. K?
- 1:45:36So Adelson. She Miriam Adelson. Anyway, that that literally is where we're at, folks. And I understand that. If you can if you can pinch, if you haven't donated and you can, please,
- 1:45:49donate.
- 1:45:50And, we're we're trying to get Paul to Oklahoma,
- 1:45:54And there's gonna be some other funds involved, gonna need the house repairs a little bit, and, no telling what else. All kinds of stuff pops up at those times are not expected. Paul, you were trying to say something?
- 1:46:08Unknown: Basically,
- 1:46:09what I'm looking for is I'm looking for
- 1:46:11funding to wrap things up here, funding for the transportation
- 1:46:16of my stuff and me and my cat to Oklahoma,
- 1:46:20and funding to set up
- 1:46:22these stuff for the radio program
- 1:46:25when I get there.
- 1:46:27I fully expect to be funding the housing repairs and things like that myself.
- 1:46:33Funding Shield. A vehicle when I get there so I can get around.
- 1:46:40I'm I'm just basically looking
- 1:46:43to get there
- 1:46:45and to get things set up and get the the Internet access set up, the power
- 1:46:51stuff like that. So the show is gonna happen. Hey.
- 1:46:55Unknown: It's quite unusual for us to solicit our audience for funds. It's only happened one other time to my knowledge, and that was with me.
- 1:47:03And I know we're strapped. I know everybody's right there on the edge, but if you can,
- 1:47:09please
- 1:47:10contribute what you can, and let's see if we can get over this right here and and get this done. It's really important. It's the backbone of what we do here, folks.
- 1:47:19Unknown: And Annie issue a challenge
- 1:47:23Unknown: that she would match 25
- 1:47:25Unknown: she
- 1:47:26issued a challenge that she would match $25
- 1:47:29donations
- 1:47:31up to four,
- 1:47:32and
- 1:47:34as of yet, we only have two $25
- 1:47:37Unknown: donations. Let's let's reissue
- 1:47:39that. That was Saturday.
- 1:47:40We've had to meet the clarion call and respond to that, Paul.
- 1:47:45We need two more contributions.
- 1:47:47Sweet little Annie, neighbor of, neighbor Larry's down there in Jacksonville.
- 1:47:53She stopped jogging the other day, Saturday. She was listening to the show and issued the challenge that she'll put up a $100.
- 1:48:00And if she can get four other people to put up 25,
- 1:48:04she'll put up another $100.
- 1:48:06So we need $225,
- 1:48:09and you need to to say somehow in in the in the correspondence that this is to meet Annie's challenge.
- 1:48:16No. We're gonna Any We're gonna turn her upside down. 25.
- 1:48:20Unknown: Any contribution of $25.25.
- 1:48:23Unknown: We'll meet Annie's challenge.
- 1:48:25Well, we're gonna try and grab her by the heels and turn her upside down, shake another $100 out of her. K?
- 1:48:31I
- 1:48:32mean, I've met her and her hubby, Clayton. I know they can afford it, and I appreciate her extending that challenge. We need two more folks to contribute $25,
- 1:48:42and that'll get done. So inch by inch,
- 1:48:45you know, inch by inch, life's a cinch,
- 1:48:49yard by yard, life is hard.
- 1:48:52Okay. Inch by inch, little by little, we're gonna get Paul and and kitty kitty down there to Oklahoma.
- 1:48:59K? And get us off on a on a well, it'll be a new phase of the radio ranch because we've made some substantial changes. It's a excellent
- 1:49:09there's evidently very good access to both super broadband Internet and all the things you need,
- 1:49:16right there. So we'll have a real good interaction with the Internet and,
- 1:49:22get get Paul the hell out of New York, crazy ass state,
- 1:49:26and,
- 1:49:28and just, Lord, can you almost hear that wind?
- 1:49:31Yeah. I bet you as you just gust up to fifty, sixty miles an hour.
- 1:49:36Anyway, that's what we're trying to do. If you haven't contributed yet, we would certainly say if, any of this information which we give you out of depths of our heart, honestly, for your freedom and our strengthening,
- 1:49:49we never charge for it. K? You you couldn't
- 1:49:53if if you if I was charging for this information,
- 1:49:57holy smokes,
- 1:49:59what would it be worth?
- 1:50:02You couldn't pay it.
- 1:50:05Okay?
- 1:50:06And and I wanna give it to you for free
- 1:50:09because I don't think you should charge people for
- 1:50:13to become free from this
- 1:50:15because if they're really going to become free,
- 1:50:19the price they're gonna pay is not in monetary. It's in sacrifice
- 1:50:24to learn this stuff, to understand it, to incorporate it into your being where you make this information yours,
- 1:50:31then you're free.
- 1:50:33When you can stand up against anybody
- 1:50:36and coherently
- 1:50:37defend your position
- 1:50:38and make your argument,
- 1:50:40you are free.
- 1:50:42And that's the sacrifice you gotta make going in because it does not
- 1:50:48just please don't make it a paper filing game.
- 1:50:51That's not what we're here for. We're in this condition because of a lack of education and understanding.
- 1:50:56We're not in it because of a lack of people filing paper.
- 1:51:00This is the answer. This is the way
- 1:51:04you, maybe even not in my lifetime.
- 1:51:07This is the way I exert what I can to affect change in a positive direction
- 1:51:13by helping you people have access to get free. Then if we can all get together and get free, here's the second big hurdle.
- 1:51:22We ain't nowhere near organized
- 1:51:25to effectively do anything. We haven't ever been able to get organized
- 1:51:29because we never been able to get enough people who want to be nationals.
- 1:51:34We gotta get the people first. That's the answer to all of what we need to do and want to do as we go forward if
- 1:51:43if
- 1:51:44you wanna affect change.
- 1:51:47Oh, I wanna see these bastards exposed
- 1:51:50so badly
- 1:51:51in their little scams
- 1:51:53and their little schemes
- 1:51:55and their lives and their thievery
- 1:51:58and their murdering.
- 1:52:00Just countless
- 1:52:01number, not only Christians,
- 1:52:03but everybody else, even their own. They even murdered their own. Look at October 7. They turned the damn gunships
- 1:52:11on their own people.
- 1:52:13That's who we're dealing with here.
- 1:52:16Never
- 1:52:17have I ever seen anything expose them like this throughout history?
- 1:52:23Nobody's ever done it before to my knowledge.
- 1:52:26Let's hold the feet to the fire. We do that with numbers.
- 1:52:31Yes, Larry.
- 1:52:34Unknown: Yeah. I'd just like to, interject one final, thought on the, the taxes.
- 1:52:40Have you heard of the 2024 case,
- 1:52:43Moore versus United States?
- 1:52:46Unknown: I have not.
- 1:52:49Unknown: Okay. This is a short, very short paragraph,
- 1:52:52and this will explain my position.
- 1:52:55So here's what was written. Article one of the constitution
- 1:52:59affords congress brought power to lay and collect taxes.
- 1:53:03That power includes direct taxes,
- 1:53:06those imposed on persons or property,
- 1:53:09and indirect taxes, those imposed on activities
- 1:53:13or transactions.
- 1:53:15Direct taxes must be apportioned among the states according to each state's population,
- 1:53:21while indirect taxes are permitted without apportionment
- 1:53:24but must
- 1:53:25quote be uniform
- 1:53:27throughout
- 1:53:28The United States end quote.
- 1:53:30Taxes on income are indirect taxes,
- 1:53:34and the sixteenth amendment confirms that taxes on income need not be apportioned.
- 1:53:40That's what came out of that case, that recent case.
- 1:53:44Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:53:46Okay. Sixteenth
- 1:53:50amendment is fraudulent.
- 1:53:53They found
- 1:53:54I I I guess most people here know the books. I saw a reference in something the other day
- 1:54:00by Bill Benson, the law that never was law volume one and two. He and,
- 1:54:05Red Beckman,
- 1:54:06when he retired from the Chicago's Illinois
- 1:54:09state taxing division, knowing there was something real bad wrong, He teamed up with Red Beckman who was another of the great patriarchs of our movement, if you've never heard of him.
- 1:54:20I think the IRS actually bulldozed his house down, I believe, Larry.
- 1:54:27They had a a benefactor,
- 1:54:29so this flew them to every state in the union. There was a state in 1913.
- 1:54:34They went into the archives of every one of such states and got totally
- 1:54:38certified
- 1:54:39and notarized
- 1:54:40documents,
- 1:54:42and the the printed a book out of them. They're in two books, big tabletop books.
- 1:54:46They not one state legally ratified
- 1:54:49the sixteenth or the seventeenth amendment.
- 1:54:53To ratify an amendment,
- 1:54:55the law that never was.
- 1:54:58Unknown: Oh, I already have that. Volume Okay. Thank you. Law one and two.
- 1:55:02Unknown: And what they proved was they were not in one state that that
- 1:55:07totally correctly,
- 1:55:10ratified the amendment. Two of them, one of them was New Jersey. I think the other was Oregon,
- 1:55:14had ratified it and tried to back out, and they wouldn't let them back out. Mhmm. Okay?
- 1:55:21And and so, anyway, it got to be to have this thing totally
- 1:55:27correctly ratified.
- 1:55:30It has to be it has to be passed to the states
- 1:55:33the way it came out of congress.
- 1:55:35Then it has to be read
- 1:55:38three times
- 1:55:40allow
- 1:55:40allowed
- 1:55:42in the congress
- 1:55:43in the state congress house
- 1:55:46sitting.
- 1:55:47Not one
- 1:55:48jot
- 1:55:49or not one tittle,
- 1:55:51not one eye, one comma,
- 1:55:54one colon,
- 1:55:55one nothing
- 1:55:57can be different from the one that was sent out from congress.
- 1:56:00It has to be read in that
- 1:56:03precise
- 1:56:05context the same way three times,
- 1:56:08then it has to be voted on. And it was never go went through that process in any state is the findings of these guys. Now here's what happened. The same thing is happening to William right now
- 1:56:20over there in Georgia with his in a sense is that now we have these books come out. These are certified notarized copies.
- 1:56:27A couple of people that were in problems with the IRS took this to court, and the court ruled in their favor.
- 1:56:39Within moments,
- 1:56:40there were there
- 1:56:42there were, briefs
- 1:56:43filed. When it went up to the appeals, they obviously overturned that.
- 1:56:48Amicus curry briefs is what I was searching for.
- 1:56:52And so then the appellate court goes, nope. Nope. Sorry. We're gonna overturn this lower court decision.
- 1:56:58This
- 1:56:59is a political question, and we're gonna throw it to congress.
- 1:57:04In congress, they throw this steaming red hot hot potato over to.
- 1:57:09Then congress said, hell, well, this isn't the damn political
- 1:57:13question. This is a judicial question. Boom. And they throw it right back.
- 1:57:17And they've been playing hot potato with that ever since.
- 1:57:21Yep.
- 1:57:24K? So that's the history of all that and the sixteenth amendment and the seventeenth amendment,
- 1:57:31which was passed a little later that year,
- 1:57:33and
- 1:57:34which allowed the senators
- 1:57:37to be popularly elected instead of appointed by the state legislature.
- 1:57:41Therefore, that severs
- 1:57:43the state's influence into Washington DC,
- 1:57:46and it allows people to be popularly elected,
- 1:57:49which means we can take our oak copious amounts of Federal Reserve notes based on your labor
- 1:57:57and go
- 1:57:58spend them to get these guys that we want representing us
- 1:58:03like Tom Cotton
- 1:58:05up in the senate.
- 1:58:07Yeah. Pretty two pretty important pieces of legislation in the big scheme
- 1:58:12here, folks. So I hope you got a little bit of, information
- 1:58:17today on
- 1:58:19IRS,
- 1:58:20how they operate,
- 1:58:21how to respond to them should they want and care to operate on you.
- 1:58:26A little bit of information on the sixteenth amendment, some good history.
- 1:58:32So I hope you got something out of this. It's not the most exciting content. I will absolutely guarantee you.
- 1:58:38But it is
- 1:58:40you gotta know how these things operate. When you understand how they operate,
- 1:58:45it's much easier to find the weak points.
- 1:58:47And when you find the weak points in their system,
- 1:58:51you
- 1:58:52can bring them to their knees.
- 1:58:54As evidenced by our program right here, fifteen years of
- 1:59:00unblemished
- 1:59:01success
- 1:59:02applying to the federal government to remove yourself
- 1:59:06from their really cleverly,
- 1:59:09cleverly fashioned
- 1:59:11little slave system
- 1:59:14that all of us were born into and operated under.
- 1:59:17So we'll be back to see what Tuesday
- 1:59:20happens and what goes on today. There's some pretty interesting things afoot.
- 1:59:25If none of you wanna talk about our stuff, we got plenty of geopolitical
- 1:59:30stuff.
- 1:59:31See you tomorrow, if not then soon.
- 1:59:37Yes.
- 1:59:38Unknown: I really need that last fifteen seconds of just music, Raj.
- 1:59:43Unknown: You do? Okay. I'll try and I'll
- 1:59:45try and remember that. Okay.
- 1:59:48Unknown: Alright. Yeah. I can hear the volume coming up. You know? Yeah. Yeah. When the volume comes up and you gotta shout over it, that's time to let the music take it. Okay.
- 1:59:57Unknown: Alright.
- 1:59:59Sorry.
- 2:00:00Unknown: I'm old. I'm a slow learner.
- 2:00:02Hey. It's not my problem. Now. The syndicated platforms need to figure it out.
- 2:00:08Unknown: Now who is the one with questions?
- 2:00:16Unknown: I'll tell you, man. Hey,
- 2:00:18Unknown: man. Okay. I have something to ask. I'll wait. Okay.
- 2:00:23Well, let's say the gentleman was first. I think that's Annie second. Yes. Yes, sir. How can we help you?
- 2:00:32Unknown: I'm not sure if that was me. That's me, dude.
- 2:00:35Unknown: Got it. You. Step forward.
- 2:00:37Unknown: Alright.
- 2:00:38I
- 2:00:40got a couple of
- 2:00:42they affidated in the notice off the national status,
- 2:00:46like a document builder.
- 2:00:49And I'm looking at this affidavit.
- 2:00:51On the bottom half of that, on the affidavit of citizenship,
- 2:00:55that's for the notary. Right?
- 2:00:59Unknown: Yeah. I would assume. Should they?
- 2:01:01Unknown: Okay. On that FinNet part, do I need to put a sig like, cursive signature on there or just sign and print it? You register. No. You sign. What they want
- 2:01:10Unknown: is they wanna see an official ID,
- 2:01:13and they're gonna check and see if that signature on your ID matches the one that you sign in. So you wanna use that one.
- 2:01:20Unknown: K? Well, I'm now alright.
- 2:01:24I'm sitting at certified mail, so I can't the notary
- 2:01:28Unknown: is gonna wanna match the signatures
- 2:01:31Unknown: on your end. Notary.
- 2:01:32That's her function is to make sure the person signing the document
- 2:01:37is the person she's got the official identification
- 2:01:40Unknown: of. That's her job. Does the actual ID, does it have to be, like I'm not sure if mine's expired or what.
- 2:01:48Unknown: Well, even if it's expired, the ID may be expired, but you're not.
- 2:01:53An ID can be used as ID
- 2:01:56even though it's expired is my understanding.
- 2:02:00Unknown: Okay.
- 2:02:01And and if the notary has cursive.
- 2:02:04Unknown: Accept when you're voting,
- 2:02:06not when you're voting. No.
- 2:02:11Unknown: Okay. Hold on a second, sir. Let's go back to you.
- 2:02:14If
- 2:02:15you if that is not
- 2:02:19good with the notary,
- 2:02:21you got several options.
- 2:02:23One,
- 2:02:24you can do it with two witnesses
- 2:02:27because the ID is still you.
- 2:02:30K?
- 2:02:31Okay. The other is to go if you don't have a, for instance, state driver's license,
- 2:02:39you should be able to go to your state driving
- 2:02:42authority DMV
- 2:02:44and get a state ID
- 2:02:47that's issued in your name with your picture. And when you do that, take a copy of your affidavit,
- 2:02:54and then they'll scan that into your file,
- 2:02:57and you'll be in the state driving record database
- 2:03:00as a national. K?
- 2:03:06Unknown: Okay.
- 2:03:08Unknown: Or find another notary.
- 2:03:11Unknown: Or do two witnesses. I several options. Notary. I just didn't wanna drive all the way down south to do that. Well, you don't have to. You can you got two neighbors?
- 2:03:21Unknown: Yeah. I don't I don't talk to my neighbors around here, though. Well, do you have two friends? I could probably Do you have anything? Got two friends.
- 2:03:30Unknown: Do you have two friends?
- 2:03:32All you gotta do is have them witness you signing it, the the write out and sign their name. And if you really, really want it to look real official,
- 2:03:42you go get a little thumb pad and you do the thumbprint.
- 2:03:47Unknown: Oh, yeah.
- 2:03:49Unknown: Okay. Now there's another thing at the bottom that says my commission
- 2:03:52expires.
- 2:03:54Unknown: That's a notary. That's a notary. That's a notary. They have to apply. Alright. They have to apply to the state every year, couple of years to maintain that position. It's just you know what? A notary
- 2:04:06that's what they're doing is recognize
- 2:04:09well, they're an officer of the court or the state, and they're there to make sure
- 2:04:14the document,
- 2:04:15whatever it is that you give them to ID yourself,
- 2:04:19is that that's you that's signing that document. That's what their only job is.
- 2:04:25Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:04:26Unknown: Okay.
- 2:04:27Unknown: Alright. That's pretty much the only other thing is that this a lot of people say to send this to the cover letter. This didn't have print out a cover letter, so I'd make one or just send it in.
- 2:04:38Unknown: You guys is this your initial submission
- 2:04:41Unknown: to the secretary of state? Yes.
- 2:04:43Yep.
- 2:04:44Unknown: I I would do a cover letter, and you could put legal lawful notice at the top of it if you wanted to in big bold letters.
- 2:04:53And and and I'll
- 2:04:55leave the complications
- 2:04:57at that.
- 2:04:58Although you could put this also, we use it on the state level.
- 2:05:02K? Notice to the principal is notice to the agent.
- 2:05:06Notice to the agent is notice to the principal.
- 2:05:09That's agent's law language
- 2:05:12that you're given to the secretary of state that this applies to everyone under his authority.
- 2:05:19K?
- 2:05:20Authority on notice.
- 2:05:23Okay. Well, I'm just telling you, I guess, in general education. But, yeah, it's nice to send a little cover letter. Please find my enclosed,
- 2:05:30notarized
- 2:05:32or, enclosed affidavit of citizenship
- 2:05:34evidence,
- 2:05:35notarization
- 2:05:37indicates
- 2:05:38affidavit
- 2:05:40because it's now court testimony.
- 2:05:42K?
- 2:05:43And and please,
- 2:05:45correct
- 2:05:46any records accordingly
- 2:05:49and just leave it at that. It doesn't have to be long. It doesn't have to be complex.
- 2:05:55You're not trying your case. You're making a simple submission
- 2:05:59that is on its face. They either know or have a duty
- 2:06:04to know.
- 2:06:07Unknown: Alright.
- 2:06:09Thank you for your time.
- 2:06:11Unknown: Yes, sir. I appreciate it. Name again? What was your name again, sir? Dustin.
- 2:06:15Dustin. Dustin.
- 2:06:17Dustin
- 2:06:18or Dustin?
- 2:06:19Unknown: With a d.
- 2:06:21Unknown: Dustin. Dustin, what state are you calling from?
- 2:06:26Unknown: Indie Indiana.
- 2:06:27Unknown: Okay. Thank you, Dustin. Nice to speak with you. Now there's a female that was there also. Who was our gal there?
- 2:06:35Unknown: Hey. This is Annie. I just I wanted to Hey, Annie. But also hi.

- 2:06:51if you could
- 2:06:52share with me the email,
- 2:06:54I'd like to
- 2:06:56send him an email.
- 2:06:58Unknown: Okay,

- 2:07:55Okay. Alright, sweetie. We're gonna try and we're
- 2:07:58gonna try and shake that other $100 out of you. I know Clayton can afford it. Okay?
- 2:08:03Unknown: Oh, listen. You've got it.
- 2:08:06Unknown: Oh, okay. So
- 2:08:08Unknown: we have we have three. But I was hoping that it would be in I hope it would was gonna be an incentive for others, you know, to Well, that's where we've already got well, we got two other ones.
- 2:08:20Unknown: Good. No. We actually we actually have three.
- 2:08:24Nancy,
- 2:08:25popped one in via Cash App and said Thank you, Nancy. And said it's for the Annie match.
- 2:08:32Unknown: Alright. There you go.
- 2:08:34Unknown: We're on we're up to three. More.
- 2:08:37Unknown: Can probably have it by tomorrow.
- 2:08:39Okay? Good. So we hadn't forgot about you. We're trying to whip the old beast and get it going.
- 2:08:46Unknown: I know. Uh-huh. I know. I I was listening today, but I've I'm
- 2:08:50I've I've got something I've gotta go run to do right now, so I can't chat much longer. Now you're
- 2:08:56Unknown: you're working with the
- 2:08:59supervisor
- 2:09:00of elections over there in your county. What is it? Duval County?
- 2:09:04Unknown: Duval County. And, incidentally, you cannot just for voting purposes in the state of Florida, you cannot use an expired identification
- 2:09:14if you wanna vote. Yeah.
- 2:09:18Unknown: I that hell,
- 2:09:19most of them don't even require any anyway.
- 2:09:23But if you've got one that's expired, they won't accept it. I'll be damned.
- 2:09:28No.
- 2:09:28No. I think that technically
- 2:09:32and I guess maybe they don't see it this way, but the rule is it's it's still identifies me. It's still not active.
- 2:09:40I'm not using it. In this instance with you,
- 2:09:43would be for an active purpose,
- 2:09:45so that's probably why they don't accept it.
- 2:09:49Unknown: Yeah. There's only specific
- 2:09:51identification that's accepted to vote in the state of Florida.
- 2:09:55Unknown: What do you do? You run a precinct, a little a little bow a a voting precinct?
- 2:10:01Unknown: I do.
- 2:10:02And I also manage an early voting precinct as well.
- 2:10:06Uh-huh.
- 2:10:07So when when we have ten days of early voting,
- 2:10:10I manage that precinct as well. I comanage it. I have an
- 2:10:15another manager who works with me because I can't cover all those days myself. Of course. It's really strenuous.
- 2:10:21Unknown: My mother did that for, god, I don't know how many decades,
- 2:10:25and the polling place was right across from our house.
- 2:10:29So all she had to do is walk across the street. But, boy, she did that for a lot of years, and my family
- 2:10:36controlled the from a standpoint of people getting elected and stuff.
- 2:10:41They controlled the supervisor of elections officer in Bay County for a long time.
- 2:10:46Several of our who family control that office. So when I was growing up, it was you know, we go to my aunt work down there and go down and see aunt Re. You know?
- 2:10:56So, yep, I just wanted to ask you. So that's what you're doing. I know what you're doing. I know what it entails.
- 2:11:03Unknown: Yeah. It's my way to give back to the community.
- 2:11:07Unknown: Yep. No. I understand. I'm sure you're wonderful at it. Yep. Committed to doing that.
- 2:11:13Super. Okay. I love you guys. Alright. Gotta go. Alright. See you later, girl. Thank you so much. Mhmm. Okay. Look forward to seeing you back down here in Ecuador. Ciao.
- 2:11:24Now who else? Anybody else?
- 2:11:30Paul, I don't think there's any
- 2:11:32other takers.
- 2:11:38Didn't seem to be any givers either.
- 2:11:43Alright. Well, hell, I'm just gonna put my tails through my legs and go home.
- 2:11:49Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:11:49Unknown: See if we can find out what's going on in the loyalty or anything. Roger, do you have time for another quick question?
- 2:11:55Unknown: Mhmm.
- 2:11:56Unknown: Only if it's from Heiko.
- 2:11:59Unknown: From HICA. Oh, it is. It is. It is. It is.
- 2:12:05Unknown: You ready? I've got a little echo. Yes, ma'am.
- 2:12:09Unknown: I don't know why. It's strange. No. It's wrong now. Do you know
- 2:12:14the
- 2:12:15the commissioner of the IRS? Right? That seat is vacant right now.
- 2:12:21And
- 2:12:21so I'm wondering to whom I should address
- 2:12:25the letter now
- 2:12:27Commissioner. To the IRS because
- 2:12:30Unknown: Commissioner. You to the CEO.
- 2:12:33Unknown: Address
- 2:12:35Unknown: You address it to the CEO. There's no commissioner. It's the CEO now.
- 2:12:40Unknown: See Actually, the guy that's overseeing the whole IRS is Besson. Now is my understanding if they haven't changed that. Besson. Yeah. Exactly.
- 2:12:49Unknown: I should I do it to
- 2:12:51Unknown: There's a new CEO over the IRS.
- 2:12:57Unknown: So to whom should I address it?
- 2:13:01Unknown: I would just come address it, commissioner, but so other people have different opinions and ways, and that's all I know to tell you. K?
- 2:13:11I don't think it makes much difference.
- 2:13:14Yeah. Commissioner.
- 2:13:15You know why they call him the commissioner, by the way, don't you?
- 2:13:20Unknown: No. Not yet.
- 2:13:23Unknown: Oh, they because he gets a cut on everything he gets. Yes.
- 2:13:28Commission.
- 2:13:33Right. Yep. That's the way the tax business works. Guess who's run the tax business
- 2:13:38since all the days all the way back to Egypt? Yep. You got it. Our pals.
- 2:13:44Yeah. We know.
- 2:13:47Roger? Okay. Yes, Owen. There's Julie. Hi, Jules. Yeah. Frank. Hi. Frank Bisignaano,
- 2:13:54Unknown: b I s I g n a n o, is the new CEO
- 2:14:00Unknown: of the IRS. He'll be well, he'll probably be gone next week. There'll be another one.
- 2:14:06Unknown: Well, that's what it says right now. So Okay. Yeah. I attention.
- 2:14:11Frank,
- 2:14:13Unknown: CEO of Ira. You you address it whoever you want to, Heiko. K?
- 2:14:19Unknown: Alright. Well, I just wanna make sure that it doesn't get stuck somewhere in the lower mail room. Well, you
- 2:14:25Unknown: you you you you can't do that, but do the best you can. Okay?
- 2:14:31Exactly. Alright. Anybody else? Yes,
- 2:14:34ma'am. Always a pleasure.
- 2:14:37Who else?
- 2:14:38All takers.
- 2:14:40All comers.
