  Speaker 1: let's get into prayer. Lord, Father that art in heaven,

  Speaker 1: I come to you in prayer to be able to

  Speaker 1: have the Holy Spirit be able to speak through this
• 0:13
  Speaker 1: mic and go through the listeners' ears and be able
• 0:16
  Speaker 1: to reach their hearts and minds and be able to
• 0:18
  Speaker 1: apply these verses to their lives. In the Lord Jesus
• 0:20
  Speaker 1: Christ's name I pray. Amen. Amen. So we're going to
• 0:24
  Speaker 1: get into the verse of the day. But first and foremost,
• 0:27
  Speaker 1: I kind of want to just do a little intro.
• 0:29
  Speaker 1: Not necessarily of how it's the verse of the day.
• 0:32
  Speaker 1: But I want to encourage you that you don't have
• 0:36
  Speaker 1: to be some type of cleaned up version of yourself
• 0:41
  Speaker 1: to come to God. Like just, oh, I have to
• 0:44
  Speaker 1: come to church. I have to read the Bible. I
• 0:47
  Speaker 1: have to pray a certain way. And it's the opposite.
• 0:52
  Speaker 1: God wants to meet you exactly where you're at. Right
• 0:55
  Speaker 1: where you are. Who you are. And allow. Him to
• 1:02
  Speaker 1: come in. And I say him. But it's really the spirit.

  Speaker 1: And it's an it. Because spirit. See how it is
• 1:09
  Speaker 1: in the spirit. I'm going to be diving deep. Here.

  Speaker 1: And I want to make this. A very impactful. Episode.

  Speaker 1: Because whoever you are. That's listening. I'm listening as well.

  Speaker 1: Because we're going to allow the Holy Spirit. And the

  Speaker 1: word of God. To be able to take over majority of.

  Speaker 1: This episode. So John chapter 10. Verse 10. The robber
• 1:37
  Speaker 1: only wants to take away my sheep. He wants to
• 1:40
  Speaker 1: kill them. He comes only to destroy them. But I
• 1:45
  Speaker 1: have come. So that they can have true life. And so.
• 1:51
  Speaker 1: That they can have everything that they need. Now when
• 1:56
  Speaker 1: we're talking about the robber, I've obviously got a different
• 2:02
  Speaker 1: version than maybe you and your Bible or what you're
• 2:04
  Speaker 1: used to hearing. Because I'm on the Bible app and
• 2:07
  Speaker 1: I do have it set at easy. Because I'm a
• 2:10
  Speaker 1: slow learner. And I just want to also be able
• 2:14
  Speaker 1: to apply these verses to my life as well. This
• 2:17
  Speaker 1: is my Bible study. I do this just about every day.
• 2:21
  Speaker 1: And when I don't, I feel some type of way.
• 2:25
  Speaker 1: And I've been doing this consistently for a good six
• 2:28
  Speaker 1: months now. And I'm just very consistent and persistent. Amen. So,
• 2:36
  Speaker 1: what we really need to look at in this verse,
• 2:39
  Speaker 1: John chapter 10, verse 10, is that what really stands
• 2:45
  Speaker 1: out is the last sentence. And so that they can
• 2:48
  Speaker 1: have everything that they need. You notice how it doesn't
• 2:52
  Speaker 1: say everything they want. We strive for some type of status.

  Speaker 1: We go to so many different lengths to have our
• 3:06
  Speaker 1: reputation be looking the way we want it to look.
• 3:12
  Speaker 1: And people to perceive us some certain way and not
• 3:15
  Speaker 1: know our secrets and not know our true self. And
• 3:19
  Speaker 1: I want to be able to make this clear. Sometimes
• 3:21
  Speaker 1: I'm speaking to one particular person. Maybe I'm speaking to thousands.
• 3:26
  Speaker 1: It just really depends how the spirit really wants to work.
• 3:30
  Speaker 1: At that given moment in time in the present. Because
• 3:33
  Speaker 1: that's where we are at. And I want to just
• 3:35
  Speaker 1: dive deeper. Because the more that I continue to... Not
• 3:43
  Speaker 1: only read the word, pray, and worship. The more that
• 3:47
  Speaker 1: I am being... transformed. I have felt it. I am
• 3:52
  Speaker 1: a walking testimony and this kind of faith that I
• 3:57
  Speaker 1: have cannot be shaken. So I want to make this
• 4:01
  Speaker 1: clear as well. The robber is, drum roll, is your insecurities,
• 4:12
  Speaker 1: is your anxiety, is your fears, it's your doubts, it's
• 4:15
  Speaker 1: all the fruits and not of good spirits. There's only
• 4:22
  Speaker 1: one Holy Spirit, but there's plenty of other spirits. You
• 4:26
  Speaker 1: have a spirit. And no matter where it may be,
• 4:32
  Speaker 1: you can be influenced by another spirit. Let's just go deeper.
• 4:36
  Speaker 1: All right, spirit. I am the good shepherd. This is
• 4:39
  Speaker 1: Jesus talking, not me. I want to make that clear.
• 4:42
  Speaker 1: The good shepherd would die so that he can save
• 4:46
  Speaker 1: his sheep. Another man may take care of sheep so
• 4:51
  Speaker 1: that he gets money. Like a farmer, right? But the
• 4:55
  Speaker 1: sheep do not belong to him. A man like that
• 5:00
  Speaker 1: is not the shepherd. If a wolf comes, a man
• 5:04
  Speaker 1: like that runs away when he sees it. He leaves
• 5:07
  Speaker 1: the sheep in danger. Then the wolf attacks the sheep.
• 5:11
  Speaker 1: It causes them to run away in all directions. How
• 5:16
  Speaker 1: many of us have felt The impact. Of running. And running.
• 5:26
  Speaker 1: From attacks. I'm really looking at this. 11 through 12. And.
• 5:40
  Speaker 1: As I. Definitely. Decise. And deslice. What I have read.
• 5:52
  Speaker 1: No matter the understanding. No matter. If I even understand it.
• 6:01
  Speaker 1: I have to believe it in order. To be able
• 6:07
  Speaker 1: to see it. So I'm looking at it. And as
• 6:09
  Speaker 1: I've read. What I've just read. The robber's coming. Regardless.
• 6:19
  Speaker 1: And the robber could be. your own ego your own
• 6:25
  Speaker 1: pride I'm not even talking about the people on the
• 6:29
  Speaker 1: outside we're talking about the inner the inner child the
• 6:32
  Speaker 1: inner being what God created us to be a lot
• 6:38
  Speaker 1: of us haven't even seen where we could be mentally
• 6:44
  Speaker 1: where we could be spiritually where we could be physically
• 6:47
  Speaker 1: because we give in to the enemy And we don't
• 6:55
  Speaker 1: focus on the Holy Spirit. It's a gift. It's a guider.

  Speaker 1: As I go into this next verse, I really want
• 7:13
  Speaker 1: you to keep an open mind and keep an open heart.
• 7:16
  Speaker 1: Because this is where it's going to really probably rock you.
• 7:20
  Speaker 1: John chapter 10 verse 14 states, I am the good shepherd.
• 7:25
  Speaker 1: I know my own sheep and they know me. I
• 7:29
  Speaker 1: know them in the same way that my father knows me.
• 7:32
  Speaker 1: It's like poetry. And they know me in the same
• 7:36
  Speaker 1: way that I know the father. When you know, you know.
• 7:42
  Speaker 1: The difference is with a lot of us, and I
• 7:45
  Speaker 1: can vouch for this, is just because you know better
• 7:47
  Speaker 1: doesn't necessarily mean that it always feels good to do better.
• 7:54
  Speaker 1: That adrenaline rush, the endorphins, however we want to categorize it,
• 7:58
  Speaker 1: that we can sit here and be ignorant to the
• 8:02
  Speaker 1: fact that we've all lived double standard lives. Me being
• 8:10
  Speaker 1: honest about that, I'm going to throw some people underneath
• 8:13
  Speaker 1: the bus. Some may say, speak for yourself, but I'm
• 8:17
  Speaker 1: not the only one that needs help. All right, spirit.
• 8:21
  Speaker 1: So how can I be able to help Another sick
• 8:23
  Speaker 1: and suffering. It don't matter if they're an alcoholic or addict.
• 8:27
  Speaker 1: If they are spiritually gone. Where I have my faith.
• 8:30
  Speaker 1: I have to be able to show them the way.
• 8:34
  Speaker 1: How do I do that? I'm glad you asked. Or
• 8:37
  Speaker 1: I'm about to explain with six minutes left. Being able
• 8:40
  Speaker 1: to share. By how I take self-care. And how I
• 8:45
  Speaker 1: am aware of my surroundings. The way that I walk.
• 8:50
  Speaker 1: The way that I talk. It is not an act.
• 8:53
  Speaker 1: It is the Holy Spirit taking over. And when I
• 8:59
  Speaker 1: say you allow somebody that is at their darkest time
• 9:02
  Speaker 1: to be able to see that and see your light.
• 9:05
  Speaker 1: And it is not necessarily just your light. It is
• 9:09
  Speaker 1: given to you. It is borrowed. You have the choice
• 9:14
  Speaker 1: to keep it. It's a gift. That's why Jesus said,
• 9:18
  Speaker 1: I'm going to send you a gift. Not everybody keeps
• 9:21
  Speaker 1: their gifts. I'm going to go into a little bit
• 9:23
  Speaker 1: of a parable, right? We all love certain things. We
• 9:29
  Speaker 1: don't dispose of them. I'm not going to get into hoarderism.
• 9:33
  Speaker 1: But I'm talking about we've all been through some sort
• 9:37
  Speaker 1: of category of not accepting what God has to offer
• 9:45
  Speaker 1: for us. And looking at life's terms like they are
• 9:52
  Speaker 1: going to kill us the pressures and stress is a
• 10:01
  Speaker 1: sermon that we have been covering. And going through those.
• 10:15
  Speaker 1: The time put in spiritually. It's so rewarding. And the
• 10:26
  Speaker 1: more that my intuition is sharpened, the more and more
• 10:29
  Speaker 1: I want you to realize that the Holy Spirit is
• 10:39
  Speaker 1: right here. Because I choose to put on the consciousness
• 10:43
  Speaker 1: of Christ. How do I do that? In the morning,
• 10:48
  Speaker 1: each and every day, It's the Lord's Prayer. And if
• 10:53
  Speaker 1: I miss it, I might make it short and I
• 10:55
  Speaker 1: might make it, it does not matter. I always acknowledge Jesus.

  Speaker 1: I always thank God. I put trust in God. I
• 11:07
  Speaker 1: put faith in Jesus. And for that, I inherit the
• 11:12
  Speaker 1: Holy Spirit. And even though I might not look like
• 11:17
  Speaker 1: I'm winning financially, Stability wise. Oh. What God can do.
• 11:28
  Speaker 1: When he sees an obedient servant. There's testimony. After testimony.
• 11:34
  Speaker 1: After testimony. After testimony. That are out there. You can
• 11:39
  Speaker 1: either be a statistic. Or you can be a testimony.
• 11:42
  Speaker 1: I have chosen to be a testimony. I just want
• 11:45
  Speaker 1: to also. Share to you. What really makes me so passionate.
• 11:51
  Speaker 1: Being the baby of the family of four. I'm the
• 11:56
  Speaker 1: last one. Always. Trying to. Bring peace. And getting back to.

  Speaker 1: Because I'm going to go deep into it. So I
• 12:17
  Speaker 1: got to stop. Jesus told this story. And this is
• 12:19
  Speaker 1: John chapter 10 verse 6. Like a pitcher to teach
• 12:24
  Speaker 1: the people. But they did not understand what he was
• 12:27
  Speaker 1: saying to them. So Jesus spoke again. He said, I
• 12:31
  Speaker 1: tell you this. I am like the gate for the sheep.
• 12:36
  Speaker 1: All other men who came before me were like robbers.
• 12:40
  Speaker 1: But the sheep did not listen to them. I am
• 12:42
  Speaker 1: like the gate. Everyone who comes in through me will
• 12:47
  Speaker 1: be safe. They will be free to come in and
• 12:50
  Speaker 1: out freely. Be free to come in and to go out.
• 12:57
  Speaker 1: And they will find plenty of food. The robber only
• 13:01
  Speaker 1: wants to take away my sheep. He wants to kill them.
• 13:04
  Speaker 1: And we've already stated this. John chapter 10 verse 10
• 13:08
  Speaker 1: verse of the day. He comes only to destroy them.
• 13:11
  Speaker 1: But I have come, Jesus said, so that they can
• 13:16
  Speaker 1: have true life. And so that they can have everything
• 13:19
  Speaker 1: that they need. And this is how we're going to
• 13:22
  Speaker 1: close out. As long as you have everything you need, okay,
• 13:28
  Speaker 1: I got a minute to win it. A minute to finish.

  Speaker 1: Having control over these emotions and allowing the Holy Spirit
• 13:39
  Speaker 1: to take motion. I really appreciate you pressing play. As

  Speaker 1: now where I'm at. And where I'm going. And it's

  Speaker 1: all glory to God. And if I boast in anything.

  Speaker 1: It's the Holy Spirit. Like I've stated. In the beginning
• 14:35
