- 5:09tax rules may complicate filing for many Americans
- 5:12who are now dealing with an internal revenue
- 5:15service that has lost more than a quarter of
- 5:17its workforce. Experts suggest getting an IRS
- 5:21online account for quicker access to information
- 5:25and payments. Scammers continue to file fake
- 5:28tax returns, but an identity protection personal
- 5:31identification number can help protect taxpayers.
- 5:35With over 100 changes to the tax code, taxpayers
- 5:39are advised to review the IRS website before
- 5:42making inquiries. Knee filing is recommended
- 5:46to avoid delays associated with paper returns.
- 5:51In business news, did a blog post just cause
- 5:55software stocks to lose more than $200 billion
- 5:58in market cap? For investors to wade back into
- 6:02the software sector, they want and need To see
- 6:06the stocks stop trading down on new artificial
- 6:08intelligence headlines, one analyst says. Artificial
- 6:13intelligence fears have dogged the software sector
- 6:15this year, and the pressure continued on Monday
- 6:18with renewed intensity. The iShares Expanded
- 6:22Tech Software Sector Exchange traded fund fell
- 6:244 .75 % on Monday, marking its lowest close since

- 7:45back to the show. Let's talk science. A mountain
- 7:49secretly collapsed in Greenland, and then the
- 7:52earth rang like a bell for nine straight days.
- 7:55Scientists traced the mysterious global vibration
- 7:58back to a single 650 -foot wave violently trapped
- 8:02inside a remote waterway. In September and October
- 8:06of 2023, an unknown seismic pulse was generated
- 8:10by the Earth every 90 seconds. This seismic activity
- 8:14was believed to be caused by a SAGE, or standing
- 8:17wave, triggered by a landslide and a powerful
- 8:20Magat tsunami in Dixenfjord. Using advanced satellite
- 8:25data, researchers concluded that the observed
- 8:28variability was consistent with a slowly decaying
- 8:31SAGE. And in entertainment news, the new series
- 8:39CIA is a thrilling addition to Dick Wolf's FBI
- 8:43franchise, following an FBI agent who joins a
- 8:46CIA task force, starring Tom Ellis as Collin
- 8:51Glass. a crafty operative, and Nick Gelfa says
- 8:54Bill Goodman. A rule following FBI liaison, they
- 8:58embark on covert operations in New York. The
- 9:02show promises exciting crossovers, with Jeremy
- 9:05Sisto reprising his role as Jubal Valentine in
- 9:08the premiere. Set to debut on February 23rd,
- 9:13CIA aims to explore undercover missions while
- 9:16keeping America safe. Catch CIA every Monday
- 9:21at 10 p .m. Eastern Time on CBS. Well, all righty,
- 9:26folks. It's time for the quote of the day. And
