Legacy Investing is eyeing a massive 20-megawatt data center in Minneapolis’ North Loop, slated for the former Star Tribune printing plant site — and they’re hitting the ground running, even before finalizing property ownership. The company’s leadership, including managing partner and VP of development, will present their plans at a neighborhood meeting this Wednesday via Zoom.
