- 0:41Speaker 2: in a row. We took a week off. What did
- 0:43Speaker 2: everyone do? Oh?
- 0:44Speaker 3: I talked to Olivia on the couch about last Jedi. Yeah,
- 0:47Speaker 3: well you tried to figure out while your water was off. Yeah,
- 0:50Speaker 3: it's been a great break. I can't believe that took Yeah,
- 0:54Speaker 3: we got we got to.
- 0:55Speaker 2: The bottom of it.
- 0:57Speaker 1: Honestly, the best discussion between b who have different opinions
- 1:01Speaker 1: about the last Jedi that's ever been had.
- 1:03Speaker 3: And we did agree that Luke is probably in the
- 1:04Speaker 3: soul Stone.
- 1:05Speaker 2: So yeah, of course, yeah we Uh. I was excited
- 1:09Speaker 2: because we talked. A couple of weeks ago. We did
- 1:11Speaker 2: a Conspiracy Theories, a Conspiracy Theorist Buyer's Guide episode. Yeah,
- 1:16Speaker 2: yeah about all the things. Yeah, it was really fun.
- 1:19Speaker 2: And I bought an orgone blaster?
- 1:21Speaker 1: Did you have have we do?
- 1:22Speaker 3: We unwrap it? Is it supposed to stand?
- 1:24Speaker 2: You can unwrap it?
- 1:25Speaker 3: Okay, it's they basically they're giving it to you, like
- 1:28Speaker 3: you know when you have a friend on Instagram that
- 1:29Speaker 3: starts a homemade soap company that goes under in three months.
- 1:32Speaker 3: It's the same bags, right, you know.
- 1:34Speaker 2: And it's got a personalized note that is torn from
- 1:37Speaker 2: an envelope. I believe the piece of paper they used anyway,
- 1:41Speaker 2: a handwritten note.
- 1:42Speaker 3: It says thank you for your purchase, free gift black
- 1:45Speaker 3: Son orgone Skull no mistake, Jason Slash orgone Odyssey A.
- 1:51Speaker 3: And this guy has bad handwriting. This is not the
- 1:54Speaker 3: the craftsman's like fucking skilled terrible handwriting pen that I
- 1:58Speaker 3: would look for from an orgonlas that are good.
- 2:00Speaker 2: An Orgon blaster does not fend off bad penmanship. And yeah,
- 2:04Speaker 2: the we got the Orgon blaster, which it looks like
- 2:07Speaker 2: a Dungeons and Dragons dice. It does.
- 2:09Speaker 1: Yeah, it looks like a D twenty. I thought it was.
- 2:11Speaker 3: Yeah, Now how do we make it blast? Because right
- 2:14Speaker 3: now it's just being a right, I.
- 2:15Speaker 2: Think it's just I think it's blasting in your face
- 2:18Speaker 2: all the time. And it's so good.
- 2:21Speaker 3: I'm to talk all this ship and get like thumb
- 2:22Speaker 3: cancer and.
- 2:24Speaker 2: The minute I pulled it out, the water stopped working
- 2:26Speaker 2: in my part is true.
- 2:28Speaker 3: So we we we did get it to protect from
- 2:30Speaker 3: government surveillance, but we figured out it also blocks government services.
- 2:33Speaker 3: You know, right right out of the rood. Stamps are canceled.
- 2:36Speaker 3: We don't get mail anymore. Yeah, and it came with us.
- 2:40Speaker 3: They haven't taken out the trash like it's a whole deal.
- 2:43Speaker 2: It came with a second one that's shaped like a skull,
- 2:45Speaker 2: which if it's something that's warding off negative energies and
- 2:49Speaker 2: demons and things, and this is made plastic. You gotta fight.
- 2:53Speaker 3: You gotta fight fire with fire. When it comes to
- 2:55Speaker 3: orgone blasting, it's just a plastics that scares away the
- 2:58Speaker 3: really metal ass demons.
- 3:00Speaker 1: It's like when they in Renaissance paintings when they would
- 3:03Speaker 1: include like a skull or a skeleton and like anotherwise
- 3:06Speaker 1: normal painting to include the idea of death.
- 3:10Speaker 2: Oh sure, sure they like to do that.
- 3:12Speaker 3: They're like, hey, this lady's pretty now, but just so
- 3:14Speaker 3: you know, death happens.
- 3:15Speaker 2: It's coming, so as promised. On the last episode, we're
- 3:18Speaker 2: talking about some more celebrities who believe in conspiracy theories.
- 3:23Speaker 2: And I say some More, because if you're not a subscriber,
- 3:26Speaker 2: you don't know the magic. That was our last episode
- 3:30Speaker 2: where we did a track by track review wrapper Bob's
- 3:35Speaker 2: Flat Earth Mix. Well you said some More.
- 3:37Speaker 3: I thought Comedian some More had been the list, and
- 3:40Speaker 3: I was like, oh, maybe that's why she doesn't talk
- 3:42Speaker 3: to you.
- 3:42Speaker 2: It's worth it.
- 3:43Speaker 1: To subscribe to The Patriot just to hear those sick beats.
- 3:47Speaker 2: Yeah, and I mean you could go out and hear
- 3:49Speaker 2: them on SoundCloud, yes you could, but we wouldn't be
- 3:52Speaker 2: talking over there. But we do.
- 3:54Speaker 3: We podcast on top of them, which is the white
- 3:56Speaker 3: Man's rapping. It's podcasting. Yeah, we have we have the
- 4:00Speaker 3: same kind of cold. I mean we do break dancing
- 4:02Speaker 3: and graffiti art and yeah, so burnableism.
- 4:05Speaker 2: All that ship, lots of champagne. Oh yeah, very materialistic.
- 4:11Speaker 3: We're trying to start like our own like nineties New
- 4:13Speaker 3: York Zulu Nation thing, but with broadcasts.
- 4:15Speaker 2: Yeah, you know, and without the leader being a pedophile. Yes,
- 4:18Speaker 2: what was it was the leader of Zulna Africa ban Bada.
- 4:21Speaker 2: Yeah really, because I.
- 4:22Speaker 3: Was like, try call Quest and missy Elliot and all
- 4:24Speaker 3: of them.
- 4:24Speaker 1: Right.
- 4:24Speaker 2: Yeah, it came out not that long ago, like a
- 4:27Speaker 2: few years back that he was molesting people bad.
- 4:30Speaker 3: Time, like Africa boy Bota wasn't even good.
- 4:38Speaker 2: So the story that inspired me to want to do
- 4:41Speaker 2: this episode just going to dive right in. Dot's just
- 4:43Speaker 2: dive right in. Should we or did we have other things?
- 4:46Speaker 3: I had first twenty more minutes on things that don't
- 4:49Speaker 3: happen now that the Orgon blasters here, but I mean
- 4:52Speaker 3: I think we I think we're all filled up on
- 4:54Speaker 3: that bit.
- 4:55Speaker 2: Yeah, I feel empowered to continue with the protection of
- 4:58Speaker 2: the Oregone Blaster here.
- 4:59Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 5:00Speaker 2: Steph Curry thinks the moon landing was faked and that
- 5:05Speaker 2: story just came out a few days ago. He was
- 5:07Speaker 2: on The Ringers podcast. The Ringer is a sports website
- 5:11Speaker 2: and they have a website hosted by NBA legend Vince
- 5:14Speaker 2: Carter and some other dude, and they were in the
- 5:17Speaker 2: course of this podcast, somehow the moon landing comes up
- 5:20Speaker 2: and everyone agreed it was fake, including Steph Curry. Right,
- 5:25Speaker 2: he said they were gonna come kill him for saying that.
- 5:28Speaker 3: Like, yeah, He's like, well, if I can't jump there, surely.
- 5:33Speaker 2: I like that audacity that people always have where they're like,
- 5:36Speaker 2: all right, I'm the one who's gonna get killed for
- 5:38Speaker 2: saying the moon landing was fake. It's like people have
- 5:40Speaker 2: been saying that since they made the moon landing, they
- 5:43Speaker 2: made movies about it, right, Yeah, but like if you
- 5:46Speaker 2: do a real one, that's when you know Nike or
- 5:48Speaker 2: not Nike.
- 5:49Speaker 3: But I guess, like you know, that's when fucking muscle
- 5:51Speaker 3: Milk starts calling. Is when you'd be like, oh, yeah,
- 5:52Speaker 3: they put crack in our community. At that point, you
- 5:56Speaker 3: may not get that under armor deal re upped. But
- 5:58Speaker 3: if it's just like like moon shit, they're like, oh,
- 6:00Speaker 3: that's one of those cute conspiracies, like, oh, you're gonna
- 6:02Speaker 3: offend astronauts, like six of them.
- 6:05Speaker 2: Yeah, that that's the way they're referring to is their sponsorships. Uh,
- 6:10Speaker 2: And like he wasn't the only one who agreed, and
- 6:12Speaker 2: he's not the only flat earther, but Steph Curry is
- 6:15Speaker 2: such a is.
- 6:16Speaker 1: A flat earther also?
- 6:17Speaker 2: Or I mean, uh, is he moonlight?
- 6:20Speaker 1: What?
- 6:20Speaker 2: Probably?
- 6:21Speaker 1: I mean those two seem to go hand in hand.
- 6:23Speaker 2: I think they do.
- 6:24Speaker 1: Yeah, Kyrie Irving, maybe he's a hollowther.
- 6:27Speaker 2: Oh I forget about that. Have you ever?
- 6:30Speaker 1: The best fights are between hollow earthers and flat earthers
- 6:33Speaker 1: interesting to be both.
- 6:35Speaker 2: No, oh okay, turns out no hollow earthers are.
- 6:38Speaker 3: When you see like the chocolate mint cliff bar, you're like, oh,
- 6:40Speaker 3: I forgot about that one. That's a good one.
- 6:43Speaker 2: You know what I saw just out in the world
- 6:45Speaker 2: yesterday or not yesterday, but a couple of days ago.
- 6:48Speaker 2: I saw one single solitary pack of white chocolate peanut
- 6:53Speaker 2: Eminem's and I've never seen them before. I bought them.
- 6:56Speaker 2: I ate them. They were great. I haven't seen him
- 6:59Speaker 2: since I'd never seen them before.
- 7:01Speaker 3: I hope we eBay that and find out you just
- 7:03Speaker 3: ate like ninety dollars.
- 7:05Speaker 2: It was at this shady market across the street from
- 7:08Speaker 2: Vanessa Gretton's place that does have great produce but also
- 7:11Speaker 2: a really sketchy selection of sunglasses that are just in
- 7:14Speaker 2: a bin.
- 7:15Speaker 3: Oh fuck yeah and fell off the truck bin. Yeah yeahs.
- 7:18Speaker 2: And they just had a pack of one pack of
- 7:20Speaker 2: white chocolate peanut m and ms and they were so good.
- 7:23Speaker 3: Was this the kind of store that also sells that
- 7:25Speaker 3: spiky yellow ethnic fruit that you can never understand?
- 7:28Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 7:28Speaker 3: Yeah, I gotta learn what those are someday and eat
- 7:30Speaker 3: one because I still have no idea.
- 7:32Speaker 2: I wonder if it's a Durian. Those are the ones
- 7:34Speaker 2: that smell like garbage.
- 7:35Speaker 3: It looks they look like Dadoria from Dragon ball Z.
- 7:38Speaker 3: And I don't mean something to the folks listening at home,
- 7:41Speaker 3: and that narrows down the fruit. I'm trying to explain
- 7:43Speaker 3: here with my colonizer's tongue.
- 7:47Speaker 2: Except he's pink. It was pink.
- 7:49Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, it's a it's a different colorway yellow one.
- 7:52Speaker 2: Yeah. Also who other celebrities who believe the moon landing
- 7:57Speaker 2: was faked? Whoopi Goldberg and Marion Coat the oh.
- 8:01Speaker 1: Marion Cuckoo Coat Yard. She's an actress, she was, she
- 8:07Speaker 1: was the wife an inception.
- 8:09Speaker 3: I haven't seen. Okay, there's no way I'm gonna get it.
- 8:17Speaker 1: You know those things you don't watch, Yes, she's in them, okay.
- 8:20Speaker 3: Child pornography. Yeah, just like to make it clear that
- 8:26Speaker 3: was not a big hit. At the wedding, I went
- 8:27Speaker 3: my cousin's wedding, I get I get seated next to
- 8:30Speaker 3: this other like people that know the bride or whatever,
- 8:32Speaker 3: and they're like, what do you do? And I'm saying
- 8:33Speaker 3: with my cousins and they're like, oh, he's a comedian.
- 8:35Speaker 3: He's a comedian, he's a television writer. And they're like, oh, really,
- 8:38Speaker 3: tell us all about it, and I'm like fuck, and
- 8:40Speaker 3: I just go no, I'm actually a pedophile and I
- 8:43Speaker 3: just didn't say ship to me.
- 8:44Speaker 1: It's definitely a way to get out of conversations.
- 8:47Speaker 3: That's how far I will go to not explain what
- 8:49Speaker 3: I do.
- 8:50Speaker 2: I should mention a lot of what we're going to
- 8:53Speaker 2: talk about today comes from a really thorough article on
- 8:57Speaker 2: this is insider dot com called fifteen bewildering conspiracy theories
- 9:02Speaker 2: that celebrities think are true, and we're not gonna cover
- 9:04Speaker 2: them all. So go out and read the article as well.
- 9:07Speaker 2: Send them some business for doing our research for us.
- 9:10Speaker 1: Can you say I've got a problem with that website?
- 9:13Speaker 2: What is I didn't I didn't look into anything else.
- 9:16Speaker 1: It's called this is insider dot com, but that presumes
- 9:19Speaker 1: that there is already an Insider dot com, which means
- 9:22Speaker 1: that it is not insider dot com.
- 9:24Speaker 2: Oh that's a great point.
- 9:25Speaker 3: It's like if you got the Adam Todd Brown and
- 9:27Speaker 3: no one had taken Adam Todd Brown, right. Yeah.
- 9:30Speaker 2: I did at one point have my name on Twitter
- 9:33Speaker 2: as the Adam Todd Brown. Yeah, and I was like, why.
- 9:36Speaker 3: Why why am I being so presumptuous?
- 9:38Speaker 2: Hey, yeah, that was way early into it.
- 9:41Speaker 3: I'm gonna get Connor mcsped and who.
- 9:45Speaker 2: Uh. And this article it has a really great quote
- 9:49Speaker 2: from Mary and Cotyard. Did a man really walk on
- 9:52Speaker 2: the Moon? I saw plenty of documentaries on it, and
- 9:55Speaker 2: I really wondered. And in any case, I don't believe
- 9:57Speaker 2: all they tell me. That's for sure.
- 9:58Speaker 1: No you don't, Marion, No you don't.
- 10:01Speaker 2: The problem with the moon landing being fake is it
- 10:06Speaker 2: negates all my other favorite moon conspiracies, like we went
- 10:10Speaker 2: up there, yeah, and we found monsters and we're like,
- 10:12Speaker 2: whoa shit. Yeah, yeah, I want that to be true.
- 10:16Speaker 1: That is a good one.
- 10:17Speaker 3: Yeah, there's a fucking there's a there's a passage in
- 10:20Speaker 3: twenty sixty one, the sequel to two thousand and one,
- 10:22Speaker 3: A space our twenty ten space obviously where they like
- 10:25Speaker 3: the Japanese crew lands on Europa and they get eaten
- 10:28Speaker 3: by fucking octopuses and it rocks.
- 10:30Speaker 1: Yep.
- 10:30Speaker 3: Yeah, Like I'm into all of those.
- 10:32Speaker 2: All are crazy.
- 10:34Speaker 3: Those are the arthursty flocks. A bad motherfucker.
- 10:37Speaker 1: He's got some going on in his brain.
- 10:39Speaker 3: But it's like it's like ten pages of a guy
- 10:41Speaker 3: just describing how like Jupiter looks, and you're like, this
- 10:44Speaker 3: is the best thing I've ever read.
- 10:46Speaker 2: I need to read that. Yeah, I'm I'm waiting for
- 10:50Speaker 2: the footage of the Mars rover just getting destroyed by
- 10:53Speaker 2: some freaky.
- 10:55Speaker 3: Getting got by a Ben ten character.
- 10:57Speaker 2: Get up there, Elon.
- 10:58Speaker 1: Musk, I am andrek. I want Aliens to be real
- 11:02Speaker 1: so bad.
- 11:02Speaker 3: I'm on record for wanting Elon Musk to be on Mars.
- 11:05Speaker 1: Yeah, guy, yeah, if I go to if I go
- 11:08Speaker 1: to Mars, I didn't want him to stay here, but
- 11:10Speaker 1: I do want to go to Mars. Send me to Mars. Jo.
- 11:15Speaker 3: I met John Demagio, like Bender's voice actor, and he
- 11:18Speaker 3: was really nice. I got drunk with him. I never drink,
- 11:20Speaker 3: but I'm like, I'm fucking getting drunk with Bender. Uh
- 11:22Speaker 3: And and he's like hanging out with the speedweed guy,
- 11:25Speaker 3: who's a Los Angeles comedy character that trades up to
- 11:27Speaker 3: things and.
- 11:28Speaker 2: Gives you weed. Yeah, you want to hit this.
- 11:30Speaker 3: This is the one that Elon Musk smoked on Rogan
- 11:32Speaker 3: and he's like, no, asshole.
- 11:34Speaker 2: I had Tesla Stock.
- 11:37Speaker 3: And I thought that was funny.
- 11:39Speaker 2: Uh, how about Bruce Willis. He's a JFK truther. He
- 11:43Speaker 2: can't be the only I mean, Oliver, I'm I'm sure
- 11:47Speaker 2: there's a lot of those in Hollywood.
- 11:48Speaker 3: Some of those conspiracy theories that doesn't really count, you know,
- 11:51Speaker 3: where it's just so manstream.
- 11:52Speaker 1: And it's also like the least shitty thing about Bruce
- 11:55Speaker 1: Willis probably he's seems like a real conservative dickhead.
- 11:59Speaker 3: The thing that bugged me the most about him is
- 12:01Speaker 3: that he's terrible at reading.
- 12:03Speaker 2: He can't.
- 12:03Speaker 3: He's like dyslexic. Oh really, he's fucking bad at.
- 12:06Speaker 1: He fucking dyslexics.
- 12:08Speaker 3: He is not great at really, very nice guy, not
- 12:11Speaker 3: a good reader.
- 12:12Speaker 2: Yikes. This is a quote from him. They still haven't
- 12:16Speaker 2: caught the guy that killed Kennedy. I'll get killed for
- 12:18Speaker 2: saying this. There it is again.
- 12:20Speaker 1: Eleven years later, but I'm pretty sure.
- 12:22Speaker 2: Those guys are still in power in some form. That
- 12:24Speaker 2: was Bruce Willis in two thousand and seven in a
- 12:26Speaker 2: Vanity Fair interview. He did never get killed. Sounds like
- 12:30Speaker 2: he's leaning towards the Bush family.
- 12:32Speaker 3: They did send him straight to DVD though they put
- 12:34Speaker 3: him in his career in time out because they're like, oh,
- 12:37Speaker 3: you can't be talking about it about.
- 12:39Speaker 2: The Kennedy's mister Willis.
- 12:41Speaker 1: Yeah that sounds like so he's like a Bush senior guy.
- 12:44Speaker 2: Yeah, which Bush Senior turns up at a lot of
- 12:47Speaker 2: really important world events.
- 12:49Speaker 3: Oh the fucking his clip of him speaking at I
- 12:51Speaker 3: forget which President's funeral when he's like when when Jack
- 12:55Speaker 3: Kennedy was shot by a crazed gunman, Like.
- 12:59Speaker 2: He delivered just like that eight rocks.
- 13:01Speaker 3: Go find it if you if you're interested. But yeah,
- 13:04Speaker 3: he's fucking he did that ship.
- 13:06Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean George Bush was the director of the
- 13:08Speaker 2: CIA for a long time. He's gotten into some clans.
- 13:11Speaker 1: Oh yeah, shit, Georgie, the late George H. Bush, Thank god,
- 13:16Speaker 1: the late George should be. Bush was an absolute piece
- 13:19Speaker 1: of shit, and so anything that would come out about him,
- 13:21Speaker 1: I wouldn't be surprised.
- 13:22Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I liked the whole fucking He loved Goofy
- 13:26Speaker 3: Socks though only you see all those articles.
- 13:28Speaker 2: I now you know his dog, his loyal companion. He
- 13:31Speaker 2: had that dog for six fucking months. Oh yeah, and
- 13:33Speaker 2: it's like, well and Hitler ate a lot of cake.
- 13:35Speaker 1: Yeah, and also dogs love everybody.
- 13:38Speaker 2: That's not a dogs are stupid. Yeah really yeah yeah yeah.
- 13:42Speaker 2: The dog at the end of green Room walks back
- 13:44Speaker 2: to the Nazi dogs don't fucking know anybody.
- 13:47Speaker 3: Yeah, he was actually trying to get George's gold that
- 13:50Speaker 3: he got from Prescott, his dad.
- 13:53Speaker 2: Now there's a whole bunch of celebrities who are nine
- 13:55Speaker 2: to eleven troupers, and I'm kind of counting on no
- 13:58Speaker 2: one having read the notes closely. Here's a list of
- 14:01Speaker 2: nine to eleven conspiracy theory truthers. And then I'm gonna
- 14:04Speaker 2: read a quote, and I want you to tell me
- 14:06Speaker 2: who said it, Mark Ruffalo, Martin Sheen, Charlie Sheen, MARIANN. Cotillard,
- 14:12Speaker 2: ed Asner, Rosie O'Donnell, or Willie Nelson. And here's a quote.
- 14:16Speaker 2: We see other towers of the same kind being hit
- 14:18Speaker 2: by planes. Are they burned? There was a tower, I
- 14:21Speaker 2: believe it was in Spain which burned for twenty four hours.
- 14:25Speaker 2: It never collapsed. None of these towers collapsed. And there
- 14:29Speaker 2: in New York in a few minutes, the whole thing collapsed.
- 14:33Speaker 2: It was a money sucker because they were finished, it
- 14:35Speaker 2: seems to me by nineteen seventy three, and to recable
- 14:39Speaker 2: all that to bring up to date all the technology
- 14:43Speaker 2: and everything that work was a lot more expensive than
- 14:45Speaker 2: destroying them before. You tell me who said it. I've
- 14:48Speaker 2: never heard that theory hazy either.
- 14:50Speaker 1: Well, that's because it comes from the one and only
- 14:53Speaker 1: mind of the lovely Cucku Cotillard.
- 14:57Speaker 2: Marion Cotillard conspiracy theory hero. We need to do an
- 15:01Speaker 2: episode about her.
- 15:02Speaker 1: Yeah, honestly, she's the when it comes to like listening
- 15:05Speaker 1: to someone talk about conspiracy theories. Because he didn't do
- 15:08Speaker 1: it justice, because he did have the French accent.
- 15:11Speaker 2: That's why that would have given it away a little.
- 15:15Speaker 1: There are a lot of really great uh Mary Uncutyard quotes,
- 15:20Speaker 1: including I'm a normal person.
- 15:23Speaker 2: Yeah, I call.
- 15:24Speaker 3: Him quote yards, but I mean it's just because I
- 15:27Speaker 3: like that's that's not even like one of the kind
- 15:31Speaker 3: of makes sense, like why did they fly out to
- 15:33Speaker 3: Saudi royal family the day before? It's not even one
- 15:36Speaker 3: of those.
- 15:37Speaker 2: Well I know what she's talking about, though, I think
- 15:39Speaker 2: because we've I don't remember which episode we talked about
- 15:42Speaker 2: it on.
- 15:42Speaker 1: I think it's the basic jet fuel doesn't melt steal beams.
- 15:45Speaker 2: Argument, right, But it's the stuff at the end about oh,
- 15:49Speaker 2: to recable the building. Yeah, that's expense weird. Yeah, the
- 15:52Speaker 2: World Trade Center was sold six months before it was
- 15:57Speaker 2: attacked and collapsed.
- 15:58Speaker 3: That's oh and the guy who sold it just went safe.
- 16:02Speaker 2: And the guy who bought it, Everyone's like, you bought
- 16:04Speaker 2: it and then filed an insurance claim after it was
- 16:07Speaker 2: just so it's like, oh man, why would you file
- 16:09Speaker 2: an insurance claim on this World Trade Center, the most.
- 16:13Speaker 3: Expensive building that exists.
- 16:15Speaker 2: People are like, why did he take out insurance? Can't imagine?
- 16:18Speaker 2: Probably because you have to to buy the World Trades Yeah.
- 16:21Speaker 3: Because it's like the fucking hoggy of Sofia in the
- 16:23Speaker 3: middle of Manhattan that had already been tried to be
- 16:26Speaker 3: exploded before.
- 16:27Speaker 2: Like yeah, exactly, get insurance.
- 16:29Speaker 3: Yeah, and well they do that to women that marry
- 16:32Speaker 3: old rich dude. It's like, well you had a life
- 16:33Speaker 3: insurance politic. No shit, it was melt.
- 16:36Speaker 1: Broch, Like what do you but yeah, like, uh, I
- 16:39Speaker 1: think you know. I'm sure it's been discussed in this
- 16:42Speaker 1: podcast many times. Why the whole burning thing doesn't pass muster.
- 16:48Speaker 2: Well, for one thing, jet fuel can melts. Yes, there
- 16:51Speaker 2: are several YouTube videos that will demonstrate that is like
- 16:54Speaker 2: the key.
- 16:54Speaker 1: But also, even if it didn't melt it, like just
- 16:56Speaker 1: weakening it is enough to make it right.
- 16:59Speaker 3: This is truth bomb Dad, coming at you from Louisiana.
- 17:01Speaker 3: We're doing a little backyard experiment. I made some home
- 17:04Speaker 3: brewf thermite, and I've got my son's bicycle and now
- 17:07Speaker 3: we're going to see if nine to eleven was correct.
- 17:11Speaker 2: And I know from watching Forged in Fire, which is
- 17:15Speaker 2: one of the low key best reality show reality competition.
- 17:19Speaker 3: Fuck yeah it is.
- 17:20Speaker 2: Yeah, it's like the Great British Banking Show. But they're
- 17:23Speaker 2: making swartz.
- 17:24Speaker 3: It's chopped for in cells. Yeah, and I gotta tell
- 17:26Speaker 3: you underserved market.
- 17:29Speaker 2: And they'll they'll even tell you that like if you're
- 17:31Speaker 2: trying to heat up steel, you can't like hold it
- 17:34Speaker 2: over a campfire. It needs to be a concentrated fire.
- 17:38Speaker 2: And those planes flew into the building and then that
- 17:40Speaker 2: fire stayed inside the building. So that's a concentrated fire
- 17:45Speaker 2: that's gonna be hot enough to at least weaken it.
- 17:48Speaker 2: And then yeah, it's gonna break. Those swords break all
- 17:50Speaker 2: the time, and they're just using kiln fire.
- 17:53Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 17:54Speaker 2: So well, also it's like weird. I mean, Saudi Arabia
- 17:57Speaker 2: did it?
- 17:58Speaker 1: Yeah, No, the thing is there was a nine to
- 18:01Speaker 1: eleven conspiracy. It's that these people made a conspiracy to
- 18:06Speaker 1: throw planes, throw planes into the towers.
- 18:09Speaker 3: Well, I just also like what hear takes me is like, okay,
- 18:11Speaker 3: so case studies for gigantic jetliners colliding with massive buildings,
- 18:18Speaker 3: we have like what exactly two of those that it
- 18:21Speaker 3: was nine to eleven. Yeah, that's also when you design
- 18:23Speaker 3: a building, you're thinking, like, all right, well, if we
- 18:25Speaker 3: get you know, four thousand office units, that's x amount
- 18:28Speaker 3: of revenue, and we gotta have this. You know, it's
- 18:29Speaker 3: gotta we gotta be able to support an l we
- 18:31Speaker 3: want five elevators. It's a busy space.
- 18:33Speaker 2: You're thinking. You're not thinking.
- 18:35Speaker 3: So if a Saudi Arabian coup takes place and they
- 18:38Speaker 3: do fly them directly into the well, if they go
- 18:42Speaker 3: in the middle, we're fucked. But if it's above or below,
- 18:44Speaker 3: I think we can hang.
- 18:45Speaker 2: And I'll tell you what.
- 18:46Speaker 3: Like, they're just not thinking about that right.
- 18:48Speaker 1: Well, And to go back to good ol'd Marian's quote,
- 18:52Speaker 1: you know, she compares it to just a tower on fire,
- 18:56Speaker 1: which is a substantially different scenario. They and an impact
- 19:01Speaker 1: by a plane filled with.
- 19:03Speaker 2: Jet fuels right. For one thing, most tower fires don't
- 19:07Speaker 2: involve the jet fuel. Yeah, it's usually just a tower fire.
- 19:11Speaker 1: Yeah, it's not like she said there was a tower
- 19:13Speaker 1: where a plane guy hit you know, ran into it
- 19:16Speaker 1: in Spain and it didn't go down. Yeah, which wouldn't
- 19:20Speaker 1: still even be like the best argument.
- 19:22Speaker 3: But I also think it's in poor taste. There's a
- 19:24Speaker 3: vending machine at the Memorial Ground that tells jet fuel
- 19:27Speaker 3: brand energy trains.
- 19:30Speaker 2: The Uh, let's see if there's any other interesting. There's
- 19:34Speaker 2: a lot of quotes in this article from different actors,
- 19:37Speaker 2: but they're all pretty long. Follow the money guys, Martin Sheen, Yeah,
- 19:41Speaker 2: the follow the money guy. That's Mark Ruffalo.
- 19:44Speaker 3: Markin Ruffalo just seems like a dumb fun.
- 19:46Speaker 1: Yeah, he just yeah, he really just does seem like
- 19:49Speaker 1: a dumb guy.
- 19:50Speaker 3: Yeah, just a happy dumb dude.
- 19:52Speaker 1: Yeah, good actor, dumb guy.
- 19:54Speaker 2: Yeah, where's Willie Nelson's there? Here? It is.
- 19:57Speaker 3: I saw those towers fall and I've seen an implosion
- 20:00Speaker 3: in Las Vegas. There's too much humilarities between the two.
- 20:02Speaker 3: And I saw the build and fault. He didn't get
- 20:04Speaker 3: Hi hit by nothing, So how naive are we?
- 20:06Speaker 1: Man?
- 20:06Speaker 2: You know?
- 20:07Speaker 3: How do they think we'll go for all right.
- 20:09Speaker 1: We shot have been off the weed, Willy Neilson.
- 20:12Speaker 2: We should have been playing a nylon string guitar underneath that.
- 20:15Speaker 3: Yeah, would have made it, would have made it sound.
- 20:17Speaker 3: Because whenever a guy just whenever he does the three
- 20:19Speaker 3: sentences before the song, no matter what the advice is,
- 20:22Speaker 3: it could just be like, well, I wrote this back
- 20:23Speaker 3: in ninety five when my dog passed away, and if
- 20:26Speaker 3: you're going to get a dog, you should fuck him
- 20:27Speaker 3: to show that you're the master at the home. That's
- 20:30Speaker 3: the only way to establish dominance in the animal community.
- 20:32Speaker 3: And then and then you're like, well that's sure, yeah, okay,
- 20:35Speaker 3: Southern wisdom, that's country. We can't just be with that.
- 20:38Speaker 2: So go out and check out this article. There's a
- 20:41Speaker 2: there are quotes from all of the people we mentioned.
- 20:44Speaker 2: And also, if you've ever they're very long in a
- 20:46Speaker 2: lot of cases.
- 20:46Speaker 1: And if you've ever heard of nine to eleven conspiracy
- 20:49Speaker 1: theory before, just imagine that being said by Martin Sheen,
- 20:52Speaker 1: and then that's the gist.
- 20:54Speaker 2: Imagine it's a movie about nine to eleven comspiracy theorists.
- 20:58Speaker 1: I met Martin Sheen would totally be of like a
- 21:01Speaker 1: like a movie about like the conspiracy of.
- 21:04Speaker 2: Naive voiced a documentary about something. What was it? I
- 21:09Speaker 2: feel like it might have been.
- 21:10Speaker 1: A oh yeah, fucking good radio.
- 21:13Speaker 3: Yeah exactly, I should have that. That's where I should
- 21:15Speaker 3: have done vamping.
- 21:16Speaker 2: Death by China. It's a uh, it's.
- 21:19Speaker 3: An underrated wrestling click where.
- 21:22Speaker 2: Uh yeah, who knows Martin Sheen and Charlie Sheen.
- 21:27Speaker 3: He choked on one key chain and now he's just
- 21:29Speaker 3: got it out for the Chinese.
- 21:30Speaker 2: It's not fair. This is one we talked about last episode.
- 21:34Speaker 2: Kanye West, thanks the government created aids to kill black
- 21:37Speaker 2: people and gay people. Yeah, it's a really conspiracy.
- 21:40Speaker 3: Kanye is right about some things, you know.
- 21:43Speaker 2: Yeah, this is one where I'm like, yeah, maybe it
- 21:45Speaker 2: could have could very well have happened. Yeah, oh yeah.
- 21:47Speaker 3: I mean that's the good Dave Chappelle joke, you know,
- 21:50Speaker 3: but which has two slurs that I can't even parorphrase
- 21:53Speaker 3: without it being incredibly awkward.
- 21:55Speaker 2: Yeah, there's I think one of the ideas is that
- 21:57Speaker 2: it was a chemical weapons experiment gone wrong. Which here's
- 22:01Speaker 2: the thing about our government. We've done some crazy, crazy things. Yeah,
- 22:07Speaker 2: So when I hear stuff like that, I'm like I
- 22:09Speaker 2: don't know, man, it could be like.
- 22:11Speaker 3: Like I'm always confused. Is like I like, I get like,
- 22:14Speaker 3: all right, we need to test out this AIDS virus
- 22:16Speaker 3: in the wild. Why do you go to Chicago and
- 22:19Speaker 3: not Guatemala? Like you have a you have airplanes, you're
- 22:22Speaker 3: the government, Like it just doesn't make sense on that level.
- 22:24Speaker 1: Well, I think the idea is that they want to
- 22:26Speaker 1: kill they they didn't want.
- 22:28Speaker 2: Oh yeah, they would do it. Happened. It started in
- 22:30Speaker 2: Africa and migrated. Oh.
- 22:31Speaker 3: I guess I was thinking where they thought. I don't
- 22:33Speaker 3: know where I got that idea near mine.
- 22:36Speaker 2: Because Kanye West is from Chicago.
- 22:38Speaker 3: I'm hungry, ied to. I guess thinking that they needed
- 22:40Speaker 3: to like test subjects, and I guess I thought like, well,
- 22:43Speaker 3: they just arbitrarily pick some group of poor people, and
- 22:45Speaker 3: then I was like, oh wait that I got lost
- 22:48Speaker 3: in it.
- 22:48Speaker 2: It's weird that in the middle of that exchange, I
- 22:50Speaker 2: randomly just thought about how I'm maybe gonna go get
- 22:53Speaker 2: chicken McNuggets after this, and then you said I'm hungry.
- 22:56Speaker 3: I think it's the oregone blaster. Yeah, telling us what
- 23:00Speaker 3: I didn't know. It burns so many calories.
- 23:02Speaker 1: You no, that actually comes from the plastic skull.
- 23:05Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 23:06Speaker 3: Yeah, if it's sound comes from the skull, you know.
- 23:10Speaker 1: It's just I just don't think the biology backs up
- 23:12Speaker 1: this theory. Yeah, and AIDS doesn't. Just it's it's not
- 23:17Speaker 1: like AIDS only targets black people and gay people, like, well,
- 23:22Speaker 1: I don't think anyone can get AIDS.
- 23:24Speaker 2: Yeah. I don't think that's what the theory is saying.
- 23:26Speaker 2: I mean I I think that the most believable theory,
- 23:29Speaker 2: if there is one, is that it started as a thing.
- 23:32Speaker 1: And then they got out of control.
- 23:33Speaker 2: There's the same theory about fucking lime disease.
- 23:36Speaker 3: Oh, that we wanted we were racist against ticks.
- 23:39Speaker 2: No, just that because there's this facility, we're trying to
- 23:42Speaker 2: get diase.
- 23:44Speaker 3: No, that was Lex Luthor of the Tic Universe decided
- 23:47Speaker 3: he wanted to take him down, and.
- 23:49Speaker 2: He's like, I know what I do. There's this Have
- 23:52Speaker 2: you ever heard of the Montalk Monster? Yeah? Yeah, there
- 23:55Speaker 2: there is a facility across from where the Montalk Monster
- 23:58Speaker 2: washed ashore, Okay, And it's a place where people think
- 24:01Speaker 2: the government does all these crazy biological weapons experiments with animals.
- 24:07Speaker 2: And one of the theories is that the strain at
- 24:09Speaker 2: least the strain of lime disease. That's like really debilitating
- 24:14Speaker 2: people right now escaped from that facility like on accident.
- 24:18Speaker 1: So here's like, I think the government is pretty stupid.
- 24:22Speaker 1: They're dumb, like right mostly, But I don't think the
- 24:25Speaker 1: government is stupid enough to test deadly biological weapons in America.
- 24:30Speaker 2: Oh, I totally disagree. I definitely think it could be stupid.
- 24:35Speaker 1: I really think so many other places that are easier.
- 24:38Speaker 2: To that's I guess kind of.
- 24:39Speaker 3: I was trying to get at where why wouldn't you
- 24:40Speaker 3: just take it or something, because exactly you're.
- 24:44Speaker 2: Trying to save money. You're only going to have so
- 24:45Speaker 2: much budget money. Why why make it a fucking destination.
- 24:49Speaker 3: I feel like you go, I feel like you would
- 24:50Speaker 3: deficit spend a little to create a new super plague.
- 24:53Speaker 3: Like that does seem something you treat yourself with if
- 24:55Speaker 3: you're a gun, that's what that's like. They're Jimmy Choos
- 24:58Speaker 3: is like, you know what, I've been a good government.
- 25:00Speaker 3: I'm going to get myself a new age like I
- 25:02Speaker 3: would even much more.
- 25:03Speaker 1: Uh.
- 25:04Speaker 2: But also I think this is a thing you could
- 25:06Speaker 2: probably look up and verify, like we do weird weapons
- 25:10Speaker 2: testing all over. Oh, we definitely do weapons weapons, right,
- 25:15Speaker 2: but that is also I think significantly different than biological testing,
- 25:19Speaker 2: which has a lot fewer constraints on it. But you
- 25:23Speaker 2: have to do it in a lab and you're yea,
- 25:25Speaker 2: and what you risk doing it somewhere where a government
- 25:30Speaker 2: might be working with another government and they have access
- 25:34Speaker 2: to your facilities.
- 25:35Speaker 1: I guess this like that whole the lime disease thing,
- 25:39Speaker 1: would I would be able to buy it a little
- 25:42Speaker 1: bit more if they were saying that the lime disease
- 25:45Speaker 1: testing was coming from like like the the place in
- 25:49Speaker 1: like Norway where they keep all of the frozen diseases
- 25:53Speaker 1: like from all time, right, Like if that if they're saying,
- 25:56Speaker 1: like that's a CIA facility where they manufacture new like bioweapons,
- 26:02Speaker 1: that place, I would be able to buy that a
- 26:04Speaker 1: little more because it's like that seems like the place
- 26:06Speaker 1: where you would do bioweapon test.
- 26:08Speaker 2: Thing.
- 26:08Speaker 3: Yeah, that place also has to be like the louver
- 26:10Speaker 3: for people that fuck dead bodies. It's got to be like,
- 26:13Speaker 3: oh my god, it's you have to go. It's beautiful,
- 26:16Speaker 3: Like if you're a real like creepy guy, that's like
- 26:19Speaker 3: their fucking Smithsonian.
- 26:20Speaker 2: So this is the facility, it's called Plumb Island Animal
- 26:23Speaker 2: Disease Center of New York. That's so interesting And here's
- 26:26Speaker 2: the but here's the thing. During the Cold War, a
- 26:28Speaker 2: secret biological weapons program targeting livestock was conducted at the site,
- 26:34Speaker 2: so we would test biological weapons in the United States.
- 26:37Speaker 1: One fun fact about Plumb Island, I want to say.
- 26:40Speaker 3: It sounds like the brand that makes like the Ross
- 26:42Speaker 3: version of Tommy Bahama shit, Like, yeah, the these Plumb
- 26:45Speaker 3: Island board shorts.
- 26:47Speaker 1: In Silence of the Lambs. When Clarice is trying to
- 26:51Speaker 1: like convince Hannibal to like help her with something, she
- 26:56Speaker 1: offers him vacation like, uh, you know, arted vacation time
- 27:01Speaker 1: on a plum the Plumb Island Nature Reserve.
- 27:04Speaker 2: Oh yeah.
- 27:04Speaker 1: And then he's like, yeah, but that's what they do.
- 27:07Speaker 1: All that's where they like make all these diseases and stuff.
- 27:09Speaker 3: See, He's like, it was just.
- 27:12Speaker 1: Very funny that ended up being that specific thing that
- 27:15Speaker 1: they recognize.
- 27:16Speaker 2: And if you look at even their like they're legitimate
- 27:20Speaker 2: claims about what they're doing. Forty foreign animal diseases are
- 27:24Speaker 2: studied there, so it doesn't even have to be that
- 27:27Speaker 2: they're working on chemical weapons. Something could just get out.
- 27:30Speaker 1: Yeah, that is that's I can't understand that. It's just
- 27:35Speaker 1: like super line' that's like.
- 27:37Speaker 3: Their version of like toy leaks, where like, oh dude,
- 27:39Speaker 3: some guy that works at a factory in Singapore took
- 27:41Speaker 3: a picture and we got Kylo Ren's new match. It's
- 27:44Speaker 3: like that, but it's like, dude, we got swine flu,
- 27:46Speaker 3: but for cows.
- 27:47Speaker 2: Now, how do you feel about his other One of
- 27:52Speaker 2: Kanye West's other big conspiracies, And this is a quote
- 27:56Speaker 2: from a two thousand and five AIDS benefit concert. AIDS
- 27:58Speaker 2: was a man made disease place Africa, just like Crack
- 28:01Speaker 2: was placed in the black community to break up the
- 28:02Speaker 2: Black Panthers. Well that's how do you feel about the
- 28:05Speaker 2: CIA planning crack in the United States.
- 28:07Speaker 1: I think that's true. I think there's there's no way
- 28:11Speaker 1: that's not true.
- 28:12Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 28:12Speaker 3: I mean those things are like like my buddy told
- 28:14Speaker 3: me that he has a friend that's left with Quinn
- 28:16Speaker 3: Tarantino and he has a bed shaped like a foot,
- 28:18Speaker 3: and I have no evidence, but it just sounds so
- 28:21Speaker 3: right and so specific.
- 28:22Speaker 1: I'm like, yeah, that makes sense.
- 28:25Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, the CIA crack conspiracy, there's like I don't
- 28:28Speaker 2: know if it was necessary, like it might have been,
- 28:31Speaker 2: like part of it was to break up the black panthers.
- 28:33Speaker 1: I doubt that was the.
- 28:34Speaker 2: Entire We did a whole lot to both.
- 28:37Speaker 1: We definitely did, but I'm saying like that might have
- 28:39Speaker 1: just been like a positive, like one of the goals.
- 28:41Speaker 1: It seems like the crack epidemic did a lot more than.
- 28:44Speaker 2: Just fuck with the black It had a lot of goals,
- 28:46Speaker 2: Like I feel like an ambitious project. It really was.
- 28:49Speaker 2: I mean, we really followed.
- 28:50Speaker 3: The government really followed the black panthers like white girls
- 28:53Speaker 3: follow one direction. Oh man, Louis Tomlinson, I mean, what
- 28:57Speaker 3: a yeah, what a hunk?
- 28:58Speaker 1: I mean, did you see a black Yeah? Like the
- 29:02Speaker 1: when the way that they talk about the white cops
- 29:05Speaker 1: talk about the panthers, and that's very interesting. I think, Yeah,
- 29:09Speaker 1: there's a there's a fantastic PBS documentary about the Black Panthers. Yeah,
- 29:13Speaker 1: And it goes into a lot of detail about the
- 29:16Speaker 1: things the government did in turn, like things that you
- 29:19Speaker 1: would hear like people would hear now and go, okay, whatever,
- 29:21Speaker 1: that's some Alex Jones shit, But it's what we do
- 29:25Speaker 1: as a government. We sent like if something's happening. The
- 29:28Speaker 1: government wants to know about it, and they're going to
- 29:30Speaker 1: fucking send people to find out about it. And that
- 29:33Speaker 1: can go any number of ways. When that person shows up, right,
- 29:36Speaker 1: and it's like, if you're a person on the left
- 29:40Speaker 1: right now who is thinking the government is probably never
- 29:43Speaker 1: going to send people to come monitor what you're doing.
- 29:46Speaker 2: You shouldn't be on the left. Yeah, help. You need
- 29:49Speaker 2: to be in the center somewhere because you trust the
- 29:51Speaker 2: government a little too fucking much.
- 29:54Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, Like I said, I got no love for
- 29:57Speaker 1: the government. Why not?
- 30:00Speaker 2: I know that said? The minute the CIA shows up
- 30:03Speaker 2: and goes, we need you for a thing, I'll be like,
- 30:05Speaker 2: all right, I might for the story. You know, who
- 30:09Speaker 2: do you need me to interview for the story?
- 30:11Speaker 3: You can't tell anybody.
- 30:12Speaker 2: Nah, I still can't decide. A comedian who has a
- 30:15Speaker 2: show on RT dot com reached out, Oh, you want.
- 30:18Speaker 3: To do the show dot com?
- 30:20Speaker 2: Russia's it's like the Kremlin backed news service, And I
- 30:25Speaker 2: think he's an American comedian. He's got like this daily
- 30:27Speaker 2: show type thing. But I'm like, do I even want
- 30:30Speaker 2: to skype with someone backed by the Kremlin?
- 30:32Speaker 1: No?
- 30:32Speaker 2: Like, I cannot fucking decide.
- 30:35Speaker 3: You gotta, Adam, you owe it to yourself to do this.
- 30:37Speaker 3: You're gonna have so much fun getting paranoid about things
- 30:40Speaker 3: happening around that, like the water will shut off.
- 30:42Speaker 2: Think for a second it was Russia. In addition to
- 30:44Speaker 2: having a kmart near where I live in Burbank, there's
- 30:47Speaker 2: also a payphone, so maybe I could do it payphone
- 30:50Speaker 2: and record the call.
- 30:51Speaker 1: That'd be good. Yeah, there'd be some high quality like
- 30:55Speaker 1: miss like, mister.
- 30:56Speaker 3: I'm gonna have I love the beautiful nineteen ninety four
- 30:59Speaker 3: district of burb Man before we keep it all intact.
- 31:02Speaker 2: I'm going to have him meet me on a park
- 31:03Speaker 2: bench while I'm reading a newspaper. I saw a guy
- 31:05Speaker 2: reading a newspaper on a park bench not too long
- 31:07Speaker 2: ago in l A. And I was like, no, what
- 31:10Speaker 2: is this espionage activity?
- 31:12Speaker 3: Yeah, get an iPad.
- 31:13Speaker 1: You creep update it a little bit.
- 31:16Speaker 2: Uh So, Yeah, Kanye West thinks AIDS is a conspiracy.
- 31:21Speaker 2: He also remember he's got that I don't remember what song,
- 31:24Speaker 2: but he's got a line where he says.
- 31:25Speaker 3: And I know the government and Minister Aids. I guess
- 31:27Speaker 3: we just see what the minister say. I heard him say.
- 31:30Speaker 2: I think and He's also got a line about if
- 31:32Speaker 2: Magic can buy a cure for AIDS because Magic Johnson,
- 31:36Speaker 2: remember has AIDS.
- 31:37Speaker 3: Yeah, imagine john'son got a cure for AIDS. So maybe yeah,
- 31:39Speaker 3: I know it's yeah, I should know that better, but
- 31:41Speaker 3: I'm not as I'm not as encyclopedic with my Kanye.
- 31:44Speaker 1: Magic might have a problem with the phrasing of that.
- 31:48Speaker 2: Yeah, considering yeah, probably still with Kanye is saying it
- 31:52Speaker 2: in public.
- 31:53Speaker 3: Yeah, Magic's probably kind of like, you know, I really
- 31:55Speaker 3: work hard on my diet and exercise.
- 31:58Speaker 1: I've got a drug regiment. It's a lot of work.
- 32:00Speaker 2: I mean it's I'm doing fine, but it's not like
- 32:03Speaker 2: I do nothing.
- 32:03Speaker 1: I'm still alive, thank you.
- 32:05Speaker 2: But Magic Johnson say his AIDS went away.
- 32:09Speaker 3: I think, well, there's a thing where it can be
- 32:11Speaker 3: like undetectable that on gay apps, like oh like I
- 32:15Speaker 3: haven't shown right, yeah, like, but it's not like it's
- 32:18Speaker 3: not still an issue.
- 32:19Speaker 2: I guess he is says he isn't cured top right,
- 32:23Speaker 2: good good. He plans to go on living for a
- 32:26Speaker 2: long time.
- 32:26Speaker 1: He just is living with HIV, which is like a
- 32:29Speaker 1: thing A lot of people do well. I mean they
- 32:31Speaker 1: live long normal healthy lives now.
- 32:33Speaker 2: Look along with how long with Big Aids been in
- 32:35Speaker 2: your pocket?
- 32:36Speaker 1: I wish they would jump in there. I need some money.
- 32:40Speaker 3: Big Age is always in my pocket. It's my favorite
- 32:42Speaker 3: brand of gum a Big Age.
- 32:44Speaker 1: No.
- 32:44Speaker 3: Yeah, Magic Johnson and his HIV. It's really a Ros
- 32:47Speaker 3: Rachel situation, like will they are won't they guys coming?
- 32:50Speaker 2: We're waiting. Paris Jackson thinks her father was murdered. Anytime
- 32:55Speaker 2: a kid is like my parent was murdered. I'm not
- 32:58Speaker 2: going to be the one to go shut up.
- 33:00Speaker 1: Yeah, like you're okay, that's that's okay.
- 33:03Speaker 3: I think that headline should be Paris Jackson thinks she
- 33:06Speaker 3: is an anime protagonist.
- 33:08Speaker 1: I don't think it's like completely is she is her
- 33:11Speaker 1: thing that the doctor well, because like I kind of
- 33:14Speaker 1: think that doctor killed him.
- 33:15Speaker 2: Well, I mean the doctor at least killed him through malpractice,
- 33:18Speaker 2: so I do think he was murdered.
- 33:20Speaker 1: Actually, her her.
- 33:22Speaker 2: Thinking is that there were people who legitimately wanted him
- 33:24Speaker 2: dead and fired murder him through the doctor.
- 33:28Speaker 3: Yes, okay, the people that made the Left Glove. He
- 33:32Speaker 3: did so much damage to their business model.
- 33:35Speaker 2: This uh, this is a quote from her in a
- 33:47Speaker 2: Rolling Stone interview. It's a chess game. I'm trying to
- 33:50Speaker 2: play the chess game the right way. And that's all
- 33:53Speaker 2: I can say about that right now.
- 33:54Speaker 3: When she plays chess, does she play the black pieces
- 33:56Speaker 3: or the white pieces?
- 33:57Speaker 2: Because there's there could be could go either way. I
- 34:01Speaker 2: just I hope.
- 34:02Speaker 1: That she doesn't play this chess game for very long.
- 34:05Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 34:05Speaker 3: I hope for her sake that she doesn't like if
- 34:07Speaker 3: there is nothing there, that she doesn't get too into it,
- 34:09Speaker 3: because I don't want her to be in bad like
- 34:10Speaker 3: she's already had a fucking rough life being Michael Jackson's kid.
- 34:12Speaker 1: I mean, like, I want her to have a happy
- 34:14Speaker 1: and healthy life, and I don't want her to spend
- 34:18Speaker 1: too much of her time.
- 34:19Speaker 2: I think she also her father was legitimate, but I
- 34:22Speaker 2: don't think her.
- 34:23Speaker 1: Father was legitimately murdered. I don't think there needs to
- 34:25Speaker 1: be much of a conspiracy beyond.
- 34:29Speaker 2: I wouldn't blame her for wanting to get she was
- 34:31Speaker 2: supposed to be.
- 34:32Speaker 3: Like fan made photoshops of her with like a live
- 34:34Speaker 3: pictures of Michael to look like he was alive when
- 34:36Speaker 3: she was like in her twenties, like present day or whatever.
- 34:38Speaker 3: And I was like this is kind of weird and sad,
- 34:40Speaker 3: but I get it. It was very It's just oddly emotional.
- 34:44Speaker 3: I guess it's like.
- 34:45Speaker 1: I don't want her to not look for the truth
- 34:49Speaker 1: if she thinks that there's a reason to think that
- 34:52Speaker 1: her father was murdered. It's just when she starts saying
- 34:54Speaker 1: these things like it's chess game, I gotta play the
- 34:57Speaker 1: chess game, right and all, that's where I.
- 35:00Speaker 2: Think, yeah, it uh, yeah, I never know when it
- 35:04Speaker 2: comes to Hollywood stuff, Like when Randy Quaid was like,
- 35:07Speaker 2: there's a team of people to kill actors for their money,
- 35:10Speaker 2: I was like, yeah, probably.
- 35:11Speaker 1: Yeah, maybe they're not gonna come after you, Randy quad.
- 35:14Speaker 2: There's FBI records about Tupac getting extorted by the fucking
- 35:17Speaker 2: Jewish Defense League. Yeah, or like right before he died.
- 35:21Speaker 3: Oh that like Corey Feldman like like pedophilias stuff. Well,
- 35:24Speaker 3: he's just like I'm afraid to talk about this, like yeah, probably,
- 35:28Speaker 3: you know.
- 35:28Speaker 2: Yeah, when are we gonna get mad at Barbara Walters
- 35:30Speaker 2: for shutting that interview down? Yeah? When have you ever
- 35:33Speaker 2: seen that clip where she's like, oh, you're gonna ruin
- 35:35Speaker 2: careers right now. Let's change this.
- 35:37Speaker 1: The whole that whole Corey filming thing is very sad,
- 35:40Speaker 1: very sad. Like, Yeah, there's a We did an episode
- 35:44Speaker 1: of heart Shape Pod, which is our Nirvana fan podcast,
- 35:48Speaker 1: about the guitar Kurt Cobaine played on MTV Unplugged. In
- 35:51Speaker 1: this long fucking odyssey behind that his kid gave that
- 35:56Speaker 1: guitar to the man she was married to at one point,
- 36:00Speaker 1: and that story came out and people were like, what
- 36:02Speaker 1: an asshole trying to keep that in court blah blah blah.
- 36:05Speaker 1: But she did legit give it to him, like it
- 36:07Speaker 1: had to be checked out of a facility by her
- 36:10Speaker 1: and Courtney Love before it could be given to him,
- 36:13Speaker 1: and they both had to sign off on it. So
- 36:14Speaker 1: it goes to court and the court sides with him
- 36:17Speaker 1: and he gets to keep this guitar that Kurt Cobain played.
- 36:19Speaker 1: And then about a year later, this story comes out
- 36:22Speaker 1: where he's like Courtney Love Sam Loofti, who was Britney
- 36:26Speaker 1: Spears former manager and an actor from the TV show
- 36:31Speaker 1: what was that fucking pro suicide Netflix show Twelve.
- 36:35Speaker 2: Reasons Why Yeah or something like that, an actor from
- 36:39Speaker 2: that show. He's like, they showed up at my house
- 36:42Speaker 2: and forced me to give that guitar back and they
- 36:45Speaker 2: were basically I think they were going to kidnap me
- 36:49Speaker 2: and take me to the desert and murder me. And wait,
- 36:51Speaker 2: sounds insane, I was. But the police showed up, like
- 36:56Speaker 2: there was a friend there and they forced him out
- 36:57Speaker 2: of the house and the friend just goes out and
- 36:59Speaker 2: call the cops. And they're in this area of the
- 37:02Speaker 2: Hollywood Hills where it's really windy and if there's two cars,
- 37:05Speaker 2: it's gonna have a hard time passing. He blocks their
- 37:08Speaker 2: exit with his car long enough for the police to
- 37:11Speaker 2: show up. And so the police fucking there's a police
- 37:15Speaker 2: report about like Francis Bean's ex husband being in the
- 37:19Speaker 2: back of this fucking suv with these two people who
- 37:22Speaker 2: he was like, they were gonna kill me if the
- 37:24Speaker 2: fucking police does.
- 37:24Speaker 3: That's, by the way, how much people hate walking in
- 37:26Speaker 3: Hollywood is they're like, well, he blocked the I can't
- 37:29Speaker 3: no way I can make an escape.
- 37:30Speaker 2: Right, Well, they would have had to leave their car
- 37:32Speaker 2: behind him.
- 37:32Speaker 3: Is that I'm gonna be thirsty and I'll have to
- 37:34Speaker 3: go to Pink Dot and the'll be six bucks for
- 37:36Speaker 3: gatorade and we'll just get caught storting.
- 37:39Speaker 2: Yeah, So who knows. Yeah, Hollywood's a crazy place, It's sure.
- 37:43Speaker 2: I think this is potentially the most believable conspiracy on
- 37:47Speaker 2: the list. M I A thinks the CIA developed Google
- 37:50Speaker 2: and Facebook to control the flow of information. It's sad.
- 37:53Speaker 2: That's another one that sounds nuts. But the CIA runs
- 37:57Speaker 2: the only government funded tech intry investment firm. It was.
- 38:02Speaker 2: It's called in q Tel, and it was founded in
- 38:04Speaker 2: nineteen ninety nine, right as the Internet was really taking off.
- 38:08Speaker 2: And they're just a venture capital firm that goes out
- 38:11Speaker 2: and invests in new technology on behalf of the CIA.
- 38:15Speaker 2: And that's not the kind of thing where they're going
- 38:17Speaker 2: to go, we put a ton of money into Facebook,
- 38:19Speaker 2: and you cannot believe what we're gonna do to you
- 38:20Speaker 2: motherfuckers with it. Yeah, but this I but like if
- 38:24Speaker 2: they didn't do it specifically like all that, Yeah.
- 38:27Speaker 3: They definitely saw the phenomenon and thought let's get in on.
- 38:29Speaker 1: It, right, that I definitely agree with. Like I doubt
- 38:34Speaker 1: that they invented Google or Facebook or well the.
- 38:39Speaker 2: Government in theory the internet, well, yeah, which sort of
- 38:43Speaker 2: leads to all of it.
- 38:44Speaker 1: But then when you like when you get down into
- 38:47Speaker 1: like who meet like who invented Google or who invented
- 38:50Speaker 1: like this in.
- 38:51Speaker 2: Qtel did invest in Facebook?
- 38:53Speaker 1: When I'm not doubting that they invested it. I'm just saying,
- 38:55Speaker 1: like it's just interest, Like yeah, I just think there's
- 38:57Speaker 1: a distinction. But I agree that they're definitely involved with
- 39:01Speaker 1: them and like want like have a heavy hand in
- 39:05Speaker 1: how that information is uh, you know, managed and processed
- 39:09Speaker 1: and that sort of thing.
- 39:10Speaker 2: This is a quote from her. All governments are connected
- 39:13Speaker 2: to Google, and all governments can shift their search engines
- 39:16Speaker 2: so only what they want you to see comes up.
- 39:18Speaker 2: I want kids to be aware of this digital circumstance.
- 39:21Speaker 2: Google and Facebook, we're developed by the CIA, and when
- 39:24Speaker 2: you're on there, you have to know that. The thing
- 39:26Speaker 2: about Google being connected to all governments, she's saying it
- 39:30Speaker 2: in the most tenfoil hat way. Yeah, but we know
- 39:34Speaker 2: that's true, right. We know Google goes out to other
- 39:36Speaker 2: governments and goes, well, how do you want it to
- 39:38Speaker 2: work in your country? And if the government is like,
- 39:40Speaker 2: well we want to censor some shit, Google goes all right,
- 39:43Speaker 2: that's the thing.
- 39:44Speaker 1: And we and we got into this a little bit
- 39:46Speaker 1: on the Bob episode, but it's like it's it's where
- 39:49Speaker 1: you go, there's like that that really fine line where
- 39:52Speaker 1: you go, there, this is the crazy stuff that actually happens.
- 39:55Speaker 1: And now now we're talking about stuff that's made right,
- 39:59Speaker 1: and like she's like she is right about the first
- 40:03Speaker 1: half of that, definitely, and then you know, then she
- 40:07Speaker 1: it just kind of stretches credulity to then be like
- 40:10Speaker 1: and they were created by the CIA for the you know,
- 40:13Speaker 1: it's like, I think the CIA is an opportunistic organization
- 40:16Speaker 1: that saw these things and realized their potential early on
- 40:20Speaker 1: and so invested and now uses the information. But right,
- 40:24Speaker 1: but that's also kind of nitpicking, I think, like, I mean, guess,
- 40:27Speaker 1: like she's she's using the words she's using, but it's
- 40:30Speaker 1: not that like if the CIA was just like there
- 40:33Speaker 1: when it was being developed and like write and shit down,
- 40:36Speaker 1: that's good enough for me. I guess that's I mean,
- 40:39Speaker 1: really though, It's like all I'm saying is I think
- 40:41Speaker 1: that that muddles her messaging a little bit. Like, ye,
- 40:44Speaker 1: the messaging is true, but like that part that tagging
- 40:48Speaker 1: it on with the hyperbole at the end is what
- 40:51Speaker 1: will make people just dismiss it whole right out of
- 40:54Speaker 1: hand without thinking about the parts of it. That might
- 40:57Speaker 1: have actually been true.
- 40:58Speaker 2: And because she's a woman, meanwhile he gets you know,
- 41:02Speaker 2: it's like, of course, but you win again. Patriarchy.
- 41:06Speaker 3: Damn it.
- 41:07Speaker 1: Uh.
- 41:07Speaker 2: This is one of my favorites of all time. Terrence Howard.
- 41:12Speaker 2: I can't stop talking about this since I read this
- 41:14Speaker 2: article in twenty fifteen. This amazing. Terrence Howard believes that
- 41:18Speaker 2: one times one equals two and that all of math
- 41:22Speaker 2: is wrong. He has a name for this theory. No
- 41:24Speaker 2: wonder those towers fell.
- 41:26Speaker 3: The architects were going on one times one equals one.
- 41:30Speaker 2: He has a theory for it called terryology, which which.
- 41:33Speaker 3: Sounds like an in that sounds like an uncle describing
- 41:36Speaker 3: his barbecue sauce recipe.
- 41:38Speaker 2: I cooked this up using a little terryology. Ain't that
- 41:41Speaker 2: the best food you have?
- 41:42Speaker 3: And you're like, it's pretty good?
- 41:43Speaker 2: But the I just yeah, this is so amazing. This
- 41:48Speaker 2: is a quote. This happened when he the story of
- 41:51Speaker 2: how he came to this realization. He got into an
- 41:53Speaker 2: argument while with his professor while working toward a chemical
- 41:58Speaker 2: engineering degree at Pratt Institute. And you're like, oh my god,
- 42:01Speaker 2: he has a chemical engineering degree. No he does not.
- 42:04Speaker 1: He got into an argument professor about one times one.
- 42:08Speaker 2: And here comes that quote, how can it equal one?
- 42:10Speaker 2: If one times one equals one, that means that two
- 42:12Speaker 2: is of no value because one times itself has no effect.
- 42:16Speaker 2: One times one equals too, because the square root of
- 42:18Speaker 2: four is two. So what's the square what's the square
- 42:21Speaker 2: root of two? Man? Should be one, but we're told
- 42:24Speaker 2: it's two, and that cannot be You can both ask
- 42:27Speaker 2: one question, Go, I.
- 42:28Speaker 1: Don't have any questions.
- 42:29Speaker 2: Yeah, I think that explains it.
- 42:31Speaker 3: You're getting enough sleep, man, It's.
- 42:35Speaker 1: Just so interesting that that's just so much when really,
- 42:39Speaker 1: like all it would take is the professor going, well,
- 42:41Speaker 1: you see when we say one times one, we mean
- 42:44Speaker 1: one one time, and that's.
- 42:47Speaker 2: Why it equals.
- 42:47Speaker 3: Like how you break a multiplication down to a kid,
- 42:50Speaker 3: it's like a dishes.
- 42:51Speaker 2: It's kind of crazy that he got it. So then
- 42:54Speaker 2: what is two times one in his world? Well, one
- 42:58Speaker 2: time not. I don't know terology, Yeah, I know, I
- 43:03Speaker 2: want to know the terryology.
- 43:04Speaker 1: Yeah, it's everything times one actually plus one.
- 43:08Speaker 3: I mean there's all kinds of like proofs that they
- 43:10Speaker 3: like kind of play off the sort of like a
- 43:12Speaker 3: semantic traditions of math where you can sort of cleverly
- 43:15Speaker 3: make an argument that one equals zero, but it's false
- 43:18Speaker 3: if you really look at it with a fine tooth comb.
- 43:20Speaker 3: That's like a fucking web comic joke for nerds. But this,
- 43:25Speaker 3: I don't know, man, one and one is just one. Well,
- 43:28Speaker 3: it sounds like some ship to me, Like there's just
- 43:31Speaker 3: no none of that.
- 43:32Speaker 1: It is just like the word He just didn't quite
- 43:36Speaker 1: grasp what the word times meant, and man has he
- 43:40Speaker 1: ran with it and he just like it's like that
- 43:42Speaker 1: clip of William Shatner refusing to say sabotage. Yeah, where
- 43:46Speaker 1: there's a direct spuck sabotage the system, and the directors like,
- 43:50Speaker 1: can we do that again? But can you say the
- 43:51Speaker 1: word sabotage. You say sabotage, I say sabotage.
- 43:55Speaker 2: And it's in Star Trek at one point, the best
- 43:58Speaker 2: sabotage the system, the.
- 44:00Speaker 3: Best Beastie Boys song, sabotage.
- 44:02Speaker 1: Sabotage, sabotage, y'all, it's sabotage.
- 44:07Speaker 2: I cannot recommend this Terrence Howard profile on Rollingstone dot
- 44:11Speaker 2: com enough. It's called Terrence Howard's Dangerous Mind. Fuck. Yes,
- 44:15Speaker 2: it's on Rollingstone dot com. By Eric headiguard, and I say,
- 44:19Speaker 2: go for it. Terrence Howard, what is it about rolling
- 44:22Speaker 2: Stone that makes people so comfortable to the magazine? Fucking yeah,
- 44:29Speaker 2: that's what.
- 44:29Speaker 3: That's what like my dad thinks the counterculture is, you know,
- 44:33Speaker 3: like not my dad, but like a dad and like
- 44:36Speaker 3: the they play the platonic form of a dad or
- 44:40Speaker 3: whatever the philosopher was.
- 44:41Speaker 2: This is another quote from that interview. This is the
- 44:43Speaker 2: last century our children will ever have been taught that
- 44:46Speaker 2: one times one is one Maine. They won't have to
- 44:49Speaker 2: grow up in ignorance. Twenty years from now, they'll know
- 44:53Speaker 2: that one times one equals to Maine. We're about to
- 44:55Speaker 2: show a new truth, that true universal math. The air
- 45:02Speaker 2: horn was part of the quote crazy, right.
- 45:04Speaker 1: I mean, I do believe that this is the last
- 45:06Speaker 1: century that our children will have been taught that one
- 45:08Speaker 1: times one equals one. But I just think that's because
- 45:10Speaker 1: it's the last century community. There's no more like.
- 45:13Speaker 3: You look at these and you're like, wouldn't it be
- 45:15Speaker 3: great if this whole like myth he was trying to dispel,
- 45:17Speaker 3: is like sex with the virgin doesn't curates, you know,
- 45:19Speaker 3: just like any kind of productive one where he's just like,
- 45:23Speaker 3: you know, before you throw out that white T shirt,
- 45:25Speaker 3: try a tide pen, you know, like like like little
- 45:28Speaker 3: tips or.
- 45:30Speaker 1: It would be Or what if it turns out that
- 45:32Speaker 1: he's right and he's just totally reinvented math and from
- 45:34Speaker 1: now on math is tereology.
- 45:36Speaker 2: Yeah, but even then we're not gonna want to fix
- 45:39Speaker 2: all that shit like our systems work, just.
- 45:41Speaker 1: Gonna work on the fake math that works.
- 45:43Speaker 2: It'd be so great, Just like can he like the
- 45:45Speaker 2: geometric system where we're like, how does.
- 45:47Speaker 1: He think this society exists? If one times one? If
- 45:51Speaker 1: everybody thinks that one times one equals one and he's
- 45:55Speaker 1: the only one he's figured out that it equals too,
- 45:57Speaker 1: how does he think that anything works?
- 46:00Speaker 3: It just walks into the large Hadron collider shut it down.
- 46:02Speaker 3: I know it's a five mile Lotte but cost a
- 46:04Speaker 3: billion dollars.
- 46:05Speaker 2: But you're you're wasting your time. You're looking for half
- 46:09Speaker 2: atoms are wrong. First. One of my favorite parts about
- 46:13Speaker 2: that Rolling Stone interview is he takes a bunch of
- 46:15Speaker 2: breaks from the interview to construct these plastic sculptures with
- 46:20Speaker 2: his ex wife or something like. Even that part was weird,
- 46:24Speaker 2: And then they string them up around his house, and
- 46:26Speaker 2: these are supposed to help explain dude his theory. He
- 46:29Speaker 2: has a fucking US patent on these sculptures.
- 46:33Speaker 1: If you have to make sculptures, multiple sculptures to prove
- 46:38Speaker 1: your basic multiplication.
- 46:40Speaker 3: I also just want to I want to say, for
- 46:41Speaker 3: the record, a sculpture has never clarified anything. Yeah, there's
- 46:44Speaker 3: never been any.
- 46:45Speaker 2: Process where I'm like, well, once I saw the sculpture, Oh,
- 46:48Speaker 2: it's like a volleyball that comes upout. You know what.
- 46:50Speaker 1: Now that I look at it, I understand that one
- 46:53Speaker 1: times one is two.
- 46:54Speaker 2: Yeah. Absolutely, it looks cool.
- 46:56Speaker 3: I don't know I could be convinced of something with
- 46:58Speaker 3: these images, but.
- 46:59Speaker 1: I mean it looks like one of those things that
- 47:01Speaker 1: you would buy from like Brookstone that's like a plastic
- 47:03Speaker 1: ball and then he tosses up in the air and
- 47:05Speaker 1: it changes.
- 47:06Speaker 3: Oh absolute yeah, and like a businessman would have it
- 47:08Speaker 3: on his desk and think it makes it fun, you know.
- 47:10Speaker 3: And I'm a cool boss. I have a dumb, dumb ball.
- 47:14Speaker 2: Look at all of the fucking, oh my god, sciencey
- 47:19Speaker 2: talk that goes building It's it's a lot he's got.
- 47:23Speaker 2: There's a bunch of claims. The building block of claim
- 47:26Speaker 2: one further, including a second stub straight connected to the
- 47:29Speaker 2: first substrucle.
- 47:30Speaker 1: And the light emitting diodes of course in the first Well,
- 47:34Speaker 1: I will.
- 47:35Speaker 3: Say as a as a freelance writer, I've done punch
- 47:37Speaker 3: up on worse. I mean, he's got some decent ideas.
- 47:40Speaker 2: So if you want to go out and google that,
- 47:43Speaker 2: it's a Systems and Methods for Enhanced Building block applications on.
- 47:47Speaker 1: Those that he doesn't include Terryology in the patent.
- 47:50Speaker 2: No, you don't want to, like, you know what'd be like?
- 47:52Speaker 1: So first of all, one times one that makes you
- 47:57Speaker 1: know this before we start this.
- 47:59Speaker 3: That makes it worse to me because he was like,
- 48:00Speaker 3: I don't want to dilute this beautiful message with my branding,
- 48:03Speaker 3: because if he put Terryology all over the place, you
- 48:05Speaker 3: be like, there's a bit is a joke. He's guy
- 48:07Speaker 3: trying to get touch. The fact that he didn't means
- 48:09Speaker 3: he's fucking serious.
- 48:10Speaker 2: He registered Terryology with the Writers Guild so that one
- 48:13Speaker 2: can turn it into a TV show.
- 48:14Speaker 1: Lad oh man, that was a real risk, dude.
- 48:18Speaker 2: All right?
- 48:18Speaker 3: Two more, what am I going to call my new
- 48:20Speaker 3: Terry Gilliam vehicle for ABC? I give them out of ideas.
- 48:23Speaker 2: All right, two more to get through. Dave Mustaine from
- 48:26Speaker 2: Mega Death thinks Obama organized mass shooting. He's not the
- 48:29Speaker 2: only one. This is what's the conspiracy. Yeah kidding, Yeah,
- 48:33Speaker 2: I remember when Obama came and took all our guns. Yeah.
- 48:36Speaker 1: I gotta say, man, this is the least effective conspiracy
- 48:40Speaker 1: I've ever heard of.
- 48:41Speaker 2: Yeah, my entire life. They are not doing a good job. Again.
- 48:44Speaker 3: Well, he was crying after Sandy Hook because he's like,
- 48:46Speaker 3: I'm gonna have to do another one.
- 48:51Speaker 1: It's just like the thing with most of the other
- 48:53Speaker 1: conspiracy theories is that the conspiracy actually happened, right, and
- 48:58Speaker 1: whereas with this one, it's like, hey, Obama made all
- 49:01Speaker 1: these shots to pass all this strict gug ConTroll take
- 49:03Speaker 1: your guns away, and that's why I have all of
- 49:06Speaker 1: these guns still easier than ever.
- 49:08Speaker 2: Can't buy bumper stocks, man, can't buy bumper stocks.
- 49:12Speaker 1: He took it's boomstock. You should really learn what you're
- 49:17Speaker 1: talking about.
- 49:18Speaker 2: I mean the ones I did have grandfathered in and
- 49:20Speaker 2: I can still keep that.
- 49:21Speaker 3: I tried to get into domestic terrorism. Turns out I
- 49:24Speaker 3: just invested in a bunch of family bowling centers and
- 49:27Speaker 3: I bought bumper stocks. Boom, dude. Yeah, you see how
- 49:34Speaker 3: fun They'll join my eyes.
- 49:36Speaker 2: This is Dave Mustain on stage in Singapore in twenty twelve.
- 49:41Speaker 2: Remember when the Dixie Chicks just said we're ashamed of
- 49:43Speaker 2: the President's in Texas and people are like, you're in England,
- 49:47Speaker 2: don't Well, here he is in Singapore, my president. He's
- 49:51Speaker 2: trying to pass a gun ban. So he's staging all
- 49:54Speaker 2: of these murders, like the fast and furious thing down
- 49:56Speaker 2: at the border which Paul Walker died in La whatever,
- 50:00Speaker 2: the massacre in Aurora, Colorado, all the people that were
- 50:03Speaker 2: killed there, and now the beautiful people at the Sick
- 50:06Speaker 2: Temple near Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It is sick interesting and and uh.
- 50:15Speaker 2: In an interview later, he said he was just parroting
- 50:17Speaker 2: the talking points of Larry Pratt, who is the head
- 50:22Speaker 2: of extremist gun group Gun Over Gun Owners of America.
- 50:26Speaker 2: And this is another quote he said something about it.
- 50:29Speaker 2: No one went after him, but everyone went crazy on me.
- 50:32Speaker 2: It's because you're the fucking lead singer a mega dad. Yeah,
- 50:34Speaker 2: and I'm the leader of an extremist gun group. Idiot.
- 50:38Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't know that you have can file the
- 50:40Speaker 3: paperwork to start an organization.
- 50:43Speaker 1: I just think it's, uh, it's crazy to find out
- 50:46Speaker 1: that he was parroting talking points when when you read it,
- 50:50Speaker 1: it sounds just like every other program talking point I've
- 50:53Speaker 1: ever heard, exactly.
- 50:55Speaker 2: And I'm dying to know where this fucking talking point
- 50:58Speaker 2: comes from, because in that same interview where he said
- 51:01Speaker 2: he was just talking about Larry Pratt's talking points, listen
- 51:04Speaker 2: to this fucking quote. Look back in history at what
- 51:06Speaker 2: Michelle Obama wore at his inauguration. And she had a
- 51:09Speaker 2: black dress on with two red triangles, so she looked
- 51:12Speaker 2: like a black widow turned upside down. So there's gotta
- 51:15Speaker 2: be some symbology.
- 51:16Speaker 3: There, Oh for sure.
- 51:18Speaker 2: I mean there's gotta be.
- 51:20Speaker 3: Someone wore a dress.
- 51:23Speaker 1: Hey, at least he's not he's not calling her a
- 51:24Speaker 1: man anymore.
- 51:25Speaker 2: So yeah, that was he doing that.
- 51:28Speaker 1: Well, but I mean, like that's a popular Michelle Obama
- 51:31Speaker 1: conspiracy theory.
- 51:32Speaker 2: Along the same line.
- 51:33Speaker 1: Well, I've not heard the black widow.
- 51:36Speaker 2: I want to know who's talking. Barack put on that
- 51:39Speaker 2: tan suit?
- 51:39Speaker 3: Right tan? What's tan? The sands of Egypt? Where's our
- 51:43Speaker 3: oil coming from? Do the man exactly?
- 51:47Speaker 1: I bet Alex Jones is talking about black widow a
- 51:50Speaker 1: black widow dress before. I mean, this sounds like some
- 51:53Speaker 1: Alex Jones.
- 51:53Speaker 3: Well he does, dude, nine hours of broadcasting today, so
- 51:56Speaker 3: I imagine it would come up.
- 51:58Speaker 1: I'm not thinking it's like hit. Like what I like
- 52:00Speaker 1: about like the crazy conspiracy theory, My fucking god.
- 52:05Speaker 3: What I like about it is it's like it doesn't
- 52:07Speaker 3: they did they think that they have enough time to
- 52:09Speaker 3: like do this evil shit and plant easter egg like
- 52:13Speaker 3: the real heads, you know, like, oh, it's gonna be
- 52:16Speaker 3: so great when they see Howard the duck in the
- 52:18Speaker 3: fucking mushroom cloud.
- 52:19Speaker 1: You're never gonna guess what this dress really means. This dress,
- 52:22Speaker 1: it doesn't even look like a black widow, Like it's
- 52:26Speaker 1: just black and red.
- 52:27Speaker 2: It just looks like a bad dress.
- 52:28Speaker 1: Like it's actually really one of the worst stresses I've
- 52:31Speaker 1: ever seen her wear.
- 52:32Speaker 3: Uh, you know, looking at it, it's not not her
- 52:34Speaker 3: best look. That's no crime.
- 52:36Speaker 1: And also you can tell it's supposed to be an
- 52:39Speaker 1: all red like it's black on the outside and then
- 52:42Speaker 1: red and then she's got a black sash.
- 52:44Speaker 2: Yeah, so it's not like it's like so there's gotta
- 52:46Speaker 2: be some symbology there.
- 52:47Speaker 1: Did you know what though, let's figure it out.
- 52:50Speaker 2: Yeah, you know what the sash is the Jews?
- 52:52Speaker 3: All right, now, you got your pencils.
- 52:55Speaker 1: That's literally what every fucking conspiracy theory boils down to,
- 52:59Speaker 1: pretty much. It's so annoying.
- 53:00Speaker 2: All right, let's talk about this last one. I like
- 53:03Speaker 2: to escape.
- 53:03Speaker 3: Can we escape groups some other white ethnic ground. I'm Irish.
- 53:06Speaker 3: I've never been scapegoaded for anything. I've never had like
- 53:09Speaker 3: the Irish or destroying a fucking chatter bait like, throw
- 53:14Speaker 3: that one out.
- 53:14Speaker 1: I think just like one hundred and fifteen years too
- 53:17Speaker 1: late for that.
- 53:18Speaker 3: I know, Yeah, I can't believe it's really I gotta
- 53:20Speaker 3: go way out of my way to be persecuted. I
- 53:22Speaker 3: gotta talk about ninety year old dudes in the bronx.
- 53:25Speaker 2: Uh. Jaden Smith basically thinks Wakanda is reale. If you've
- 53:28Speaker 2: seen Black Panther, you know Wakanda ideas that, Well.
- 53:32Speaker 1: Where do you think they shot Black Panther?
- 53:37Speaker 2: Exactly?
- 53:37Speaker 3: Yeah, he says, the streets of San Francisco in nineteen
- 53:41Speaker 3: eighty The streets.
- 53:44Speaker 2: He says. He thinks a place exists on Earth where
- 53:47Speaker 2: the technology surpasses anything we've been allowed to know about.
- 53:50Speaker 2: This is a quote. The technology that we're currently at
- 53:53Speaker 2: is not the maximum of the human capability, and that
- 53:56Speaker 2: there are places in the world where their technology supersedes
- 53:59Speaker 2: what we see here on a daily basis. It's made
- 54:02Speaker 2: by humans and it should be acknowledged and it should
- 54:04Speaker 2: be looked at because it could heal a lot of problems.
- 54:06Speaker 2: When asked if he was referring to a real world Wakanda,
- 54:09Speaker 2: he acknowledged that he was.
- 54:11Speaker 3: See this, I actually do buy it because like, in
- 54:13Speaker 3: terms of what's available to a consumer, it's all based
- 54:16Speaker 3: on profitability. Like if they can make an iPhone, they
- 54:19Speaker 3: probably had two terabytes in it, but it would just
- 54:21Speaker 3: cost like, you know, twelve thousand dollars in abder to
- 54:23Speaker 3: fucking buy it, you know. So like like and you like,
- 54:26Speaker 3: if there's shit that they can do that just wouldn't
- 54:28Speaker 3: be effective to sell on a mass scale. You think
- 54:31Speaker 3: they don't just make one for fun and say, hey,
- 54:32Speaker 3: let's see what we can do with this, you know.
- 54:34Speaker 1: Yeah, Yeah, I mean I like Jaydon Smith in general.
- 54:37Speaker 1: I think he's I like that he's so weird and
- 54:41Speaker 1: it's allowed to be like weird and interesting in public
- 54:44Speaker 1: because he had, you know, incredibly rich famous.
- 54:48Speaker 3: Go watch to the David Blaine special where he impales
- 54:50Speaker 3: his hand in front of him and Will Smith's entire family.
- 54:54Speaker 2: Very fun.
- 54:54Speaker 3: Watch. Yeah, he also swallows a fish in front of
- 54:56Speaker 3: Woody Allen, which is because it's just Woody Allen being
- 55:00Speaker 3: a germophobic.
- 55:02Speaker 1: With Harrison Ford in the Yes in the Orange Yeah
- 55:08Speaker 1: rocks we I think we actually talked about that before. Yeah.
- 55:12Speaker 2: What this reminds me of the idea that there might
- 55:14Speaker 2: be places that are fucking with technology that we don't
- 55:18Speaker 2: have access to. It's like Atlanta's theory. But it's also
- 55:21Speaker 2: not unlike what happened with Tesla, not not Elon Musk's Tesla,
- 55:25Speaker 2: actual Tesla, where he was working on a project. It
- 55:30Speaker 2: was a project to bring electricity to households and he
- 55:33Speaker 2: had all these investors and at one point he was like, oh, yeah,
- 55:36Speaker 2: this is gonna be free, Like it's going to give
- 55:37Speaker 2: everyone free electricity, and they were like, oh fuck you.
- 55:42Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 55:43Speaker 2: And it's like, if you read about Tesla, it like
- 55:47Speaker 2: deals with obelisks and their ability to tap into some
- 55:51Speaker 2: sort of energy that's around us and transmit it and
- 55:54Speaker 2: it all sounds crazy. But it's also fucking Tesla.
- 55:57Speaker 1: Yeah, and also Tesla was kind of like he did
- 56:00Speaker 1: a lot of he was a great deventor and did
- 56:02Speaker 1: a cool things, but he also was kind of.
- 56:05Speaker 3: Like I don't necessarily think he could have built a
- 56:07Speaker 3: death right, but it's sort of like like with vaccines
- 56:10Speaker 3: or something where it's like, I'm sure there were dudes going.
- 56:12Speaker 2: Like, what the fuck are you curing polio? For? You
- 56:14Speaker 2: treat polio? That's where money is.
- 56:16Speaker 1: Yeah, we made so much on crutches, you have no idea.
- 56:20Speaker 1: Kind of like a blanket market is out of control.
- 56:22Speaker 2: Oh for just the shivery and children. Yeah, they need
- 56:25Speaker 2: a tattered shawl every what.
- 56:27Speaker 1: They all need something to cover their legs. They're just
- 56:30Speaker 1: distribution deal. What the fuck?
- 56:32Speaker 2: You know? There are rumor or not rumors, but there's
- 56:35Speaker 2: so many theories about what the the temples in Egypt
- 56:39Speaker 2: or the pyramids in Egypt, right, what those were used for.
- 56:42Speaker 2: And one of them is that it was some sort
- 56:44Speaker 2: of power plant that they were able to actually generate.
- 56:47Speaker 3: Fucking the bagdad battery.
- 56:48Speaker 2: See that. Yeah, because it's one of those things where
- 56:51Speaker 2: we're like they were fucking old, the ancient people, they
- 56:54Speaker 2: didn't know anything. It's like society has been built up
- 56:57Speaker 2: and destroyed numerous times. We don't know what the fuck
- 57:00Speaker 2: they were fucking with back then. They could have figured
- 57:02Speaker 2: out electricity, I think.
- 57:04Speaker 1: I mean, I don't know it's I or why not
- 57:07Speaker 1: I Well, for I think there's lots of reasons, but.
- 57:10Speaker 2: They were pretty advanced.
- 57:12Speaker 1: No, I'm never gonna be one to doubt like the
- 57:16Speaker 1: achievements of ancient people's. I think they achieved all of
- 57:20Speaker 1: this stuff without the Internet or libraries or anything. It's that,
- 57:24Speaker 1: you know, the same kind of information that we have,
- 57:27Speaker 1: and they still achieved things like the Pyramids. I think
- 57:29Speaker 1: it's amazing. I just don't think it needs to be
- 57:31Speaker 1: a battery for it to be amazing. I think it's
- 57:33Speaker 1: amazing that these people just built these tombs.
- 57:39Speaker 2: Like the idea that it would be a battery wouldn't
- 57:40Speaker 2: even be that amazing because they had batteries back then.
- 57:43Speaker 1: Yeah, but they weren't that big and sophisticated.
- 57:46Speaker 2: Right, But we might just not have ever seen the
- 57:48Speaker 2: big and sophisticated ones.
- 57:50Speaker 1: But there would also be traces because in order, the
- 57:52Speaker 1: ancient batteries that they made used acids and things that
- 57:55Speaker 1: would trace, and no one's found, but.
- 57:57Speaker 2: Can we get inside the pyramids, like, because they have
- 58:01Speaker 2: all of those fucking aqueducts and things that are like
- 58:05Speaker 2: this is the Bob Bob song all over again, And
- 58:10Speaker 2: I might, but the fucking camera didn't melt. The camera melt. Yeah, boom,
- 58:16Speaker 2: end of disgust.
- 58:17Speaker 3: Yeah, you know, it's just like I do, like the
- 58:19Speaker 3: part of history where white guys just go, all right,
- 58:21Speaker 3: we'll burn this down and we'll spend five hundred years
- 58:23Speaker 3: trying to refigure it out our way.
- 58:26Speaker 2: You mean, Alexander the Great. Yeah, because you can't.
- 58:28Speaker 3: You can't beat you got you guys won, and I
- 58:30Speaker 3: want to win. So we're just gonna do it. We
- 58:32Speaker 3: call it do over and we burn the library.
- 58:34Speaker 2: We gotta do an episode about the Georgia Guidestones, because
- 58:37Speaker 2: that's the thing, which one it's called the Georgia Guidestones.
- 58:42Speaker 3: Oh yeah, so that rock that says if there's more
- 58:44Speaker 3: than one hundred and twenty thousand people, you're fucked or whatever.
- 58:46Speaker 2: Yeah, it says keep society under five hundred thousand people,
- 58:49Speaker 2: and it's got all these like rules for future generations.
- 58:53Speaker 1: It was the premise of a pretty good anime.
- 58:55Speaker 3: Oh yeah, anyway, also some pretty strong thoughts on ask
- 58:59Speaker 3: to mouth. They say never do it in the Georgia Guts.
- 59:02Speaker 1: That's also a really good anime.
- 59:06Speaker 2: So that is our episode. There's obviously lots of other
- 59:10Speaker 2: celebrities who believe in conspiracy theories, but those are the
- 59:13Speaker 2: fun ones to talk about. Go read that episode or
- 59:15Speaker 2: article we mentioned up top if you want to read more,
- 59:18Speaker 2: or just google around you'll find.
- 59:19Speaker 1: Some ship figure it out.
- 59:20Speaker 2: Uh, this episode's coming out early January, so patreon dot
- 59:25Speaker 2: com slash on pops. Hopefully the world is still a
- 59:28Speaker 2: thing in early January. Yeah, hopefully we're all still alive.
- 59:32Speaker 2: I doubt it.
- 59:33Speaker 3: Yeah, the last part, fucking I do everything I do.
- 59:36Speaker 3: I think, like, what if this was the only thing
- 59:38Speaker 3: that we had of civilization and I do reverse engineer
- 59:42Speaker 3: a whole society based on me making fucking weird like yeah,
- 59:46Speaker 3: flat Earth puns.
- 59:47Speaker 2: Yeah that would be great. Yeah that the last podcast
- 59:50Speaker 2: ever recorded.
- 59:51Speaker 3: Yeah that from if that's the legacy. They're just like, yeah,
- 59:54Speaker 3: a lot of like skepticism and wordplay.
- 59:56Speaker 2: You know, it's like the.
- 59:57Speaker 1: Super advanced robots from the end of like excavating Huge humanity,
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: and they're like, well, it seems that they really like
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: talking about Dick jokes and yeah, j Dick is.
- 1:00:10Speaker 2: Uh so Patreon dot com, slash on pops sign up
- 1:00:13Speaker 2: for that, Olivia, what do you got to plug?
