- 0:14Well, hello, everybody, and welcome to another edition of the ABA Coffee In The Park.
- 0:21My name is Cam Milliken, and I am here with the extraordinary co-host, Jennifer Herrick, the Acheson Business Association Director.
- 0:31Wait a minute.
- 0:32Wait a minute.
- 0:33I always get that wrong.
- 0:34You know what, this happens, like, Cam.
- 0:35I know, every podcast.
- 0:37You work with me.
- 0:38The extraordinary Jennifer Herrick, the Acheson business Association Executive Director.
- 0:45All right.
- 0:46Welcome, Jennifer.
- 0:47Thanks, Cam.
- 0:48How are we this morning?
- 0:49We're doing great.
- 0:50A little tanked up on coffee because we are here at...
- 0:53We are in the Wall Coffee Roasters, as everybody is used to listening to us from, except for last week, Cam, when we were on the road of Bushell Transport.
- 1:01That's right.
- 1:01We did a roadshow last week.
- 1:02We did a roadshow.
- 1:02But we want to say that we are at the Wall Coffee Roasters in beautiful downtown Acheson.
- 1:11That's right.
- 1:12So we're here and we're very excited about today.
- 1:14Things are good.
- 1:15You're doing all right?
- 1:15I'm doing good.
- 1:16Great.
- 1:16Want to tell us about some of our sponsors?
- 1:18I do.
- 1:19I'd like to thank our gold corporate sponsors, which include the MyShak Group of companies, Genics and of course, Parkland County.
- 1:25these businesses are great supporters of the Acheson Business Association, and we're so thrilled to have them as sponsors.
- 1:30That's right.
- 1:31Whom without them, we would not be able to do what we do.
- 1:34So thank you very much.
- 1:35So we're really excited.
- 1:36Things are good.
- 1:37Life is good.
- 1:37Getting back to normal.
- 1:39Well, school starts next week.
- 1:40Oh, your son's going back to school.
- 1:41He's going back to school.
- 1:42Where did summer go?
- 1:43I don't know, but you know what?
- 1:45Fall is going to be coming soon.
- 1:46The weather is changing a little bit.
- 1:47But hey, every season is exciting.
- 1:49So I'm looking forward to a little bit of fall as well.
- 1:52And today, tell us about today.
- 1:56Well, Cam, I am so excited for today's guests.
- 2:01these two individuals are some of my favorite individuals in the entire world.
- 2:05They're awesome.
- 2:06They sure are.
- 2:08So I am so excited to introduce Jan and Don, who are the co-owners of Mprint Sign and Print Solutions.
- 2:18Right here in Acheson.
- 2:19In Acheson.
- 2:20Welcome, guys.
- 2:22Thanks for having us.
- 2:23Yeah, good to have you.
- 2:25This is exciting.
- 2:26We're glad that you're here.
- 2:27We are.
- 2:29And Jan, I know sometimes you're a little reluctant to, you know, kind of do this.
- 2:34She's shy.
- 2:35Jan is a little shy.
- 2:36Yeah, she's shy.
- 2:37You never know.
- 2:38No, but she won't be shy today.
- 2:40She won't be shy today.
- 2:41No, no.
- 2:42So thanks for doing this.
- 2:43Yeah.
- 2:43And we're just excited you guys are here.
- 2:45And as you know, Coffee In The Park is the story behind the story.
- 2:48We think you guys have a great story.
- 2:50You have a great business.
- 2:51You really do amazing work.
- 2:52We know that.
- 2:53If you ever see our coffee mugs or anything on our social media, Mprint did our mugs for us and does a lot of our work for us.
- 2:59So thank you for doing that.
- 3:01We really appreciate that.
- 3:02But tell us, your brother and sister, is that right?
- 3:05That is correct.
- 3:06Who's older?
- 3:08Don is older.
- 3:09Although growing up, people often thought we were twins.
- 3:11Really?
- 3:13Well, let's just stick with the twins thing.
- 3:14That's good.
- 3:15I like that.
- 3:16But then I lose out on the wiser part.
- 3:19Okay.
- 3:20Well, I got nothing to say about that.
- 3:24Tell us a little bit about Don and Jan growing up.
- 3:26Where did that happen?
- 3:27How did that happen?
- 3:29Give us a little insight on that.
- 3:31Yeah.
- 3:32So we actually had a unique childhood where we, our parents separated when we were very young.
- 3:41And so we ended up moving from country home into city home.
- 3:46And then as we got older, Don remained in the city, whereas I headed back up north out into the country.
- 3:54So yeah, we kind of, you know, went our separate ways, obviously remaining very close as family.
- 4:00But yeah, I would like to say our influential years, we grew up very differently.
- 4:04Okay, where up north?
- 4:06Yeah, where?
- 4:07Not too far, a little small place called Grassland.
- 4:10Grassland.
- 4:11Which is halfway between here and Fort McMurray.
- 4:14Yeah, right on.
- 4:15Cool.
- 4:16Yeah, and to be honest, I loved it.
- 4:18I took advantage of the best of both worlds.
- 4:20So, you know, we had the country, the farm home, we had the city home and moved back and forth.
- 4:25And yeah, both, you know, rural and urban lifestyles.
- 4:29So yeah, it was great, actually.
- 4:31Cool.
- 4:32awesome.
- 4:33Now, you are currently both in the print industry.
- 4:37However, it was not always the case, especially Jan, I know with you.
- 4:42Tell us a little bit about your journey and some of the exciting things that I know you've done over the years.
- 4:51Yeah, he's laughing.
- 4:54Oh, it should be good.
- 4:56Yeah.
- 4:57So I graduated high school with not a clear indication of what I wanted to do in life.
- 5:03And so my dad and I kind of lived in a small community college in Lac La Biche and they had a forestry program there.
- 5:11It was an eight month certificate program.
- 5:14So I took the program, loved it, and I ended up working in forestry for about 10 years doing cut block lay out, planning, regen surveys, supervision, things like that.
- 5:29So some really neat experiences with wildlife and different crew members, wildfire and all that good stuff.
- 5:38I then married an entrepreneur and I got the bug for owning businesses.
- 5:44So we moved up to Fort McMurray and I worked for the government for a little while there.
- 5:51And then I opened up the first bone and biscuit, which is a pet supply franchise.
- 5:54Really?
- 5:56yes.
- 5:56Pet supplies?
- 5:57Yeah, pet supplies.
- 5:59Cool.
- 6:00Cam, it's a booming business.
- 6:01Yeah, no doubt.
- 6:03And a little bit of backstory on that is while I was in forestry, my co-worker and I, we would find stray animals out of the bush and we would pick them up, we'd fix them and we would find them homes.
- 6:16Like a rescue.
- 6:17Well, that's how Second Chance Animal Rescue Society got started actually.
- 6:22So yeah.
- 6:23Wow.
- 6:23So that kind of, yeah, you know, kind of remained in that pet industry.
- 6:28And then my husband ended up getting cancer.
- 6:33And just decided it was enough.
- 6:35He had a trucking company up there and he, he just wanted to go home.
- 6:38Right.
- 6:39So we ended up selling that business, moved back to Grassland.
- 6:43And I missed the pet industry.
- 6:46So I ended up opening a couple little pet stores, one in Athabasca, one in Lac La Biche.
- 6:52Yeah.
- 6:53And it got into a situation where, you know, I had to let those go, unfortunately, but still remained on the entrepreneur path.
- 6:59And so yeah, we flipped businesses for a while.
- 7:02We opened car washes.
- 7:03We had a liquor store at one point.
- 7:06Jan, I didn't know this about you.
- 7:09This is so awesome.
- 7:11Yeah.
- 7:12So as you can see, we moved around quite a bit.
- 7:15We actually counted the other day.
- 7:16I think we had seven homes together so far.
- 7:18So yeah.
- 7:19So we now are currently living out in Sturgeon County, and my husband no longer has businesses of his own, other than we have an RV storage place.
- 7:28But yeah, so now we have Mprint.
- 7:31Okay.
- 7:31So yeah.
- 7:32Don?
- 7:33Yeah.
- 7:33Don, was your journey always in printing?
- 7:36My journey was always in printing, a little different than Jan's.
- 7:39She's more of the change junkie than I am.
- 7:42I like that word, change junkie.
- 7:44Yeah.
- 7:45You're the stable one, is what you're saying.
- 7:47You're the, yeah, okay.
- 7:48Yeah.
- 7:48Yeah.
- 7:49I wouldn't say that, but Jan is, outside looking in probably.
- 7:52Right.
- 7:53Yeah.
- 7:54So, no, I, after graduating high school, I really didn't know what I wanted to do.
- 7:59And a family friend owned a print shop in Edmonton.
- 8:03And, you know, I went looking for a summer job.
- 8:05He said, you know, really?
- 8:07I've got a position, but you're going to cost me money for the first six to eight months.
- 8:12So it's long term or no term.
- 8:14Yeah.
- 8:15Why not?
- 8:15Right.
- 8:16So day one, I went in there, I had no idea what the job entailed, what the industry was about.
- 8:23But in those days, it was very hands-on, very analogue, and I had a good skill for it.
- 8:28It was a craft.
- 8:28And really, a lot of printers will tell you, it gets in your blood.
- 8:33And so, yeah, here we are 30 some years later.
- 8:37And I tried to cap it at 20 years.
- 8:39People say, how long have you been in the industry?
- 8:40I said, well, 20 years, but it's...
- 8:42But you started when you were 10, so you know, right?
- 8:45Yeah, so, yeah, so, yeah.
- 8:48So, you know, through the industry all those years and the industry has changed a lot, which, you know, with the, you know, computer manufacturing processes and, you know, even the change in how people view and, you know, take in their content.
- 9:05This podcast is a case in point.
- 9:08But the industry has changed and adapted and flowed.
- 9:10And for me, that's always been exciting, right?
- 9:12Because we've been able to adapt and change with it.
- 9:17And when we started Mprint, it was those changes in the industry was kind of the foundation that we built Mprint on.
- 9:23So, you know, what does print look like moving forward?
- 9:26So tell us a little bit about the coming together.
- 9:29How did brother and sister decide to go into business together?
- 9:32Because is...
- 9:33Yeah, so that's actually an interesting story.
- 9:36I started out, I was working with a geosynthetic liner company and we moved into Acheson.
- 9:40I think we moved in 2018.
- 9:42So I've been in that building for quite a while.
- 9:44And then when COVID hit, we ended up laying off our shop staff.
- 9:51And at the same time, Don was working at a place where they ended up closing their doors.
- 10:00So it was, we had all this space and it was like, what are we going to do with all of this space?
- 10:05And you know, we just, I, really, I'm just still amazed at how it all came together and how it just, we literally did not expect it to blow up like it has.
- 10:15We just slapped our sign on the wall and opened the door and that sign is still there.
- 10:19During COVID?
- 10:20During COVID.
- 10:21No less.
- 10:22And I mean, Cam, we've talked about this with so many of our guests.
- 10:25Yeah.
- 10:26Of what happened during COVID.
- 10:29How did that affect you as a new business?
- 10:32Well, thankfully, the print industry was considered an essential service.
- 10:36Really?
- 10:37Okay.
- 10:37So you didn't have to close down.
- 10:39You didn't have to...
- 10:40You could come to work every day.
- 10:41All that kind of stuff.
- 10:42Yeah.
- 10:43Yeah.
- 10:43Yeah.
- 10:43So we did.
- 10:45We kind of got set up and enrolling just the two of us.
- 10:49Yeah.
- 10:49And out of the gate, we had a couple of good supporters, local in Acheson as well, who really helped us hit our stride.
- 10:59Right.
- 11:00You know, but lots of challenges starting up during COVID was, I mean, for us, our initial conversation was, hey, do you wanna?
- 11:06And I was like, yeah, sure.
- 11:07Let's.
- 11:08Right.
- 11:08So really, I just want to stop there.
- 11:11So how does that happen?
- 11:12Are you like, are you sitting over coffee one day or beer or whatever it was?
- 11:16And somebody says, one of you says, let's go into business together.
- 11:20And so how does that just, I'm curious how that happens.
- 11:23Especially as siblings.
- 11:24That's right.
- 11:25Like, yeah.
- 11:26Obviously, you get along.
- 11:28Yeah, we've always gotten along really well.
- 11:30So was it like, were you eating one day?
- 11:33Or did you just phone Don one day and say, let's go into, how did that happen?
- 11:38How did that happen?
- 11:39I think like for myself, because I had been an employee for a couple of years, I was like, I'm done.
- 11:45I'm ready.
- 11:46I miss being a business owner.
- 11:49And you know, him being in the industry, I knew nothing about print.
- 11:53Absolutely nothing.
- 11:54But what I did know is I knew how to open and run businesses.
- 11:59So we just kind of, you know, we had two and two together.
- 12:04You had business mind and understanding of print come together.
- 12:08And yeah.
- 12:10Yeah, and credit to Jan.
- 12:11I mean, the industry has a lot of moving parts.
- 12:15There's a lot of different products that we produce and different ways to produce them, different materials, and it's a lot of information.
- 12:21Wow.
- 12:22So Mprint started.
- 12:23Where is it going?
- 12:24Where is it come?
- 12:27How have you done over the past, what?
- 12:28Two, three years, four years?
- 12:30Well, thankfully, we don't have to worry about COVID anymore.
- 12:32So that was a good base for us.
- 12:34And we learned some good, but challenging lessons.
- 12:39You know, Supply line issues.
- 12:41You quote something three days later, that material is no longer available and things like that.
- 12:47But it really was a good foundation for us.
- 12:50And so, I mean, year two, we had doubled our sales from the first year.
- 12:55Year three, I think we were up another 40%.
- 12:58This year, we're trending in the same direction.
- 13:00And, you know, so it's been, it's really been grow, grow, grow, which is, which has been great.
- 13:06But again, some challenges, right?
- 13:09We have to be able to handle that.
- 13:12I mean, with that growth, there's always challenges.
- 13:15It's exciting, but maybe just share some of the challenges that, you know, growth you're experiencing.
- 13:23Yeah, I think for us really, I mean, staffing is, you know, right now, it's such a specialized industry and to have a skill set.
- 13:31And, you know, I would consider it almost a trade and to have the younger generation, you know, gaining an interest.
- 13:39I mean, there's a lot of graphic designers out there, but to find someone with the skill set to do the actual finishing of the wide production is the challenge where we're at right now.
- 13:48But we have a great team behind us.
- 13:49We've got two full time and two part time, one being Don's daughter.
- 13:55Okay.
- 13:56And they've been, yeah, it's a bit of a girl-powered Mprint right now, which is amazing.
- 14:00But Don, outnumbered, are you?
- 14:04Yeah, four to one, four to one, whatever we are, four and a half to one at least.
- 14:08I love it.
- 14:09That's great.
- 14:10But it's good.
- 14:10It's good.
- 14:11And, you know, great, great culture there.
- 14:14It's fun to walk into the building every morning.
- 14:16And there's a lot of laughs.
- 14:18So tell us everything, not everything, but a lot of what you do, the services you offer, because people think printing, well, you just, you print, you know, something.
- 14:27You guys do way more than that.
- 14:29Tell us a little bit about what does Mprint do.
- 14:32Yeah, so my background was actually in the sheet fed kind of offset side of things.
- 14:37So business cards, books, brochures.
- 14:38And then I moved into the wide format signage industry.
- 14:42And so when we started Mprint, I really didn't feel like we could offer one without the other.
- 14:48Most businesses need both.
- 14:50And they really are two different industries.
- 14:52And so for us, when we invested in our equipment and our flow, it was with that in mind.
- 14:57So, you know, different supply lines, different equipment, different processes.
- 15:02But what that's done is enabled us to really become a, you know, fairly full service printer, right?
- 15:09And so, yeah, so that's been great.
- 15:12So the products we offer, everything from business cards to multi hundred page books to, you know, on vehicle graphics, and we've wrapped everything from vehicles to boats to ATVs.
- 15:23You wrapped our boat.
- 15:24Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 15:26The Herrick boat.
- 15:27Yeah.
- 15:28And yeah, we did a couple of airplanes.
- 15:30And yeah, wow.
- 15:32You know, so we don't really shy away from things.
- 15:35You know, because we have such a wide diversified portfolio, when somebody comes in to us with a unique product or project, it's the question is really, you know, OK, can we do this?
- 15:46And can we do it effectively?
- 15:47And yeah, and I want to I want to just give you a little shout out here because our company, Genics, we use you for, for just about everything.
- 15:55And print wise, and we come to you and say, can you do this?
- 15:58You've never once said to us, I don't think we can do that.
- 16:01You've always said, we'll figure it out.
- 16:03And you've done it.
- 16:04And you've done it.
- 16:04You do it awesomely like it.
- 16:06Is that a word?
- 16:07awesomely.
- 16:07Anyway, you do it amazingly.
- 16:09It's incredible.
- 16:10So, yeah, you guys are you're an incredible.
- 16:12You do an incredible job.
- 16:13You're incredible business and you've never turned down any requests we've had.
- 16:17And that's amazing to me.
- 16:19I would agree.
- 16:20And that's personally and professionally.
- 16:22I went to them, not last year, but the year before and said, hmm, could you wrap a goalie helmet for me?
- 16:30My son was deciding to be a goalie and they did.
- 16:33I think it was your first one that you wrapped.
- 16:36I know Jan, it was great.
- 16:38He loved it.
- 16:39It's still in our basement now.
- 16:40He's proudly displaying it.
- 16:42So again, you guys are amazing.
- 16:44Everything you do, it's incredible.
- 16:46And it's cool to hear the story.
- 16:48And I know there's been some challenges along the way.
- 16:52Life hasn't always been easy.
- 16:54I mean, any business owner would attest to that.
- 16:56I'm sure life has not always been.
- 16:58And even personally, you've had some struggles.
- 17:01And Don, I know we've become aware of your daughter and her cancer.
- 17:06And do you want to talk just a little bit about it?
- 17:08Because I think it's an amazing story.
- 17:10And I don't mean to put you on the spot, but we love her and we've supported her and watched your journey with her.
- 17:17And I'm sure that wasn't easy as well.
- 17:19Running a business and going through that.
- 17:23Well, and thanks for that, Cam.
- 17:25That's great to hear.
- 17:26And I could probably talk for hours about her.
- 17:29But really, the short story is she was a pretty normal, active 12-year-old girl and ended up with back pain one day.
- 17:38And, you know, she was active again, sports, club soccer player.
- 17:43And so we said, you know, kind of suck it up and we'll, you know, you'll get through this.
- 17:48And three days later, she was diagnosed with leukemia.
- 17:55And they started treatment the next day.
- 17:58She had surgery and was in.
- 18:00And then unfortunately, her leukemia is an extremely rare leukemia.
- 18:04It's got a chromosome switch marker on it that makes it extremely hard to cure.
- 18:11And with kids, pediatric, they really talk about cure.
- 18:14And really most likely, really more likely to come back.
- 18:18So her treatment plan was very aggressive and very challenging.
- 18:23And, but she got through it.
- 18:25And it was a couple of years of, you know, I think in those two years, she was in the Stollery for almost 350 days.
- 18:33But we got through it.
- 18:36And she was, yeah, in remission for almost five years, all set to go to Hawaii for a year of college there.
- 18:43She was going to Hawaii there, yeah.
- 18:44Yeah, and her blood tests, you know, blood work going in, they found that it had come back.
- 18:52So now she was 18.
- 18:54And again, you know, they say after five years, the likelihood of it coming back is extremely rare.
- 18:59Well, and unfortunately, this was just shy of that.
- 19:01So she was, it was really a chapter behind us.
- 19:03Yeah, so yeah, so the treatment plan for this one, they said really bone marrow transplant is the only way to go.
- 19:12So that's, that was about six months in Calgary.
- 19:15They found a good donor.
- 19:17So that was great.
- 19:18And yeah, so she got through that and then unfortunately it has come back again.
- 19:24So yeah, so I mean, even now she's on a daily dose of chemo and effectively in remission, which is great.
- 19:32But it's, the bone marrow transplant is about a three year recovery.
- 19:36And so she's unable to work or go to school or do those things.
- 19:39Yeah.
- 19:39However, she does come in and work for Mprint a couple of afternoons a week.
- 19:44And I can tell you that those afternoons sometimes turn into evenings.
- 19:49And she is not only very good at what we do, but yeah, she's, she's all heart and soul in.
- 19:56So yeah, so it's been really, really good to watch and see.
- 19:59Yeah, yeah, what a journey.
- 20:01Yeah, that's incredible.
- 20:02And I again, you know, we, we always say that Coffee In The Park is the story behind the story of business people.
- 20:10And, and I appreciate so much you sharing that with us and telling us about that.
- 20:16And I can't imagine you're running a business, a startup business at that.
- 20:21Your families are going through these kinds of things.
- 20:23How does that, how do you balance all that?
- 20:26Like, how do you, I...
- 20:29You know, if there was about 36 hours in the day instead of 24, it would be easier.
- 20:35But, you know, during that bone marrow transplant time, I was in Calgary every weekend, so a lot of miles back and forth, you know, plus you have to, you have to zip down there when there's something that's not quite going the way it's supposed to be going.
- 20:49And you know what, our, our staff and our customer and Jan, especially, super supportive, right?
- 20:56And, and, you know, there's, yeah, it's just been a really good community around us.
- 21:02And that's been super important to otherwise, yeah, running the business, it would probably be impossible, honestly.
- 21:11Yeah, yeah.
- 21:12I find it a privilege right now.
- 21:15I'll sit in my office and Kate is mostly in the wide format room in the back, and she's, she's the boss back there.
- 21:23She owns that position.
- 21:24I love it.
- 21:25But I always say like this time with her and Don is so precious and it's an honor for me to be able to observe it.
- 21:35Yeah.
- 21:36No, yeah, I understand that.
- 21:38And yeah, that's, it's, you know, it's one of those things that I think, when we think of a business, I don't think people stop to realize all of the ins and outs of the people behind that business and that you're dealing with things every day, that, you know, you have to put on a brave face and, you know, work and deal with your customers.
- 22:08But that's really hard sometimes.
- 22:09Yeah, life is, life is difficult and a lot of people I don't think see, well, obviously they don't see it, you know, their customers, whatever, they have no idea what's going on behind closed doors.
- 22:21And you guys have just done so remarkably well.
- 22:26What's the future for Mprint?
- 22:27Do you have, is it just any big plans or thoughts you want to share?
- 22:32You want a breaking news right here on ABA?
- 22:35Yeah, Coffee In The Park.
- 22:37You're expanding to, I don't know, anything.
- 22:39What's the future of Mprint?
- 22:42Well, more of the same, right?
- 22:43Our focus is on providing a great customer service.
- 22:48We really, really like that, the relational side of the business.
- 22:51We like to get to know our customers.
- 22:55But yeah, I mean, there's areas of Acheson we haven't introduced ourselves yet too.
- 22:59So we're really, yeah, we're looking forward to expanding our Acheson customer base.
- 23:04And we do service customers all over the, you know, Greater Parkland, Edmonton region.
- 23:10And, you know, we think we've hit a formula that works.
- 23:14So it's, yeah, it's go mode for us.
- 23:18It's growth mode where we're excited to come in every day and see what projects are going to come down the pipe.
- 23:23So, yeah.
- 23:25Listen, Acheson businesses, if you have not, that's right, been to Mprint, get down there.
- 23:32What are you waiting for?
- 23:34Yeah, exactly.
- 23:35And I'm telling you, as a customer, they do the best.
- 23:37So anyway, you need to use them.
- 23:38You do need to use them.
- 23:39You need to call them, call Mprint.
- 23:41Call Mprint.
- 23:41Yeah.
- 23:43What's the website?
- 23:44What's your website?
- 23:45www.Mprint.ca.
- 23:48There you go, www.Mprint.ca.
- 23:51Yeah, give them a call.
- 23:53Well, so we're going to put you both on the spot.
- 23:57This is the final question we like to ask each of our guests.
- 24:01So I'm going to ask each one of you.
- 24:02Jan we will start with you and then Don, I'll ask you.
- 24:06So what is the best piece of advice you've been given, either personally or professionally, that you carry with you still to this day?
- 24:17You should have let him go first.
- 24:20They're twins, remember?
- 24:23honestly, okay, so here's the truth.
- 24:26I really don't stop and think.
- 24:28I kind of just do.
- 24:30I do and then I figure it out as I go along.
- 24:32So yeah, you know, I don't think I would change anything.
- 24:37And you know, I wouldn't, I just keep trucking along.
- 24:40That's all you do.
- 24:41Keep your head up.
- 24:42Keep treading water.
- 24:42Sure.
- 24:43Okay.
- 24:45See, and I thought it was going to be an easy question.
- 24:46Like what's your favorite color?
- 24:49To which I would say, you know, obviously Pantone 348 Green is a great one.
- 24:54But anyways, yeah, I think the advice I've received is, especially as a small business owner, is that it's not going to be easy.
- 25:03And while there's going to be some valleys, there's going to be lots of peaks, so persevere.
- 25:08Just persevere.
- 25:09Yeah.
- 25:10What is that?
- 25:10Chew like hell?
- 25:14Yeah, bite off more than you can chew and then chew like hell.
- 25:18I noticed Jan said that away from the mic and then expected you to say it.
- 25:24I think that's great advice.
- 25:25Well, that's awesome.
- 25:26Well, you guys, honestly, you know, I think I can say it for Jennifer and I, you're two of our favorite people in Acheson.
- 25:36We love you, not just for Mprint and what you do, but both of you as well.
- 25:41You are amazing people.
- 25:43And we were pretty excited about today.
- 25:46And honestly, folks, we're not kidding.
- 25:48If you need some print, have some printing needs, these are the folks to call without a doubt.
- 25:53They come very highly recommended.
- 25:55They're professional.
- 25:57They'll take care of you.
- 25:59And so we encourage you to check it out.
- 26:01And thank you both for taking the time to do this.
- 26:04We really appreciate it.
- 26:05We do really appreciate it.
- 26:06We really do.
- 26:07Thank you.
