Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Celebrity news You like that god.
- 0:03Speaker 2: Lebron James went on his wife's podcast, Savannah James, and
- 0:07Speaker 2: obviously they've been together for thirteen years.
- 0:09Speaker 3: He's got three kids.
- 0:10Speaker 2: I don't believe all of them with his current wife though,
- 0:12Speaker 2: because his kids are twenty one, eighteen, and eleven. But
- 0:15Speaker 2: he was speaking about the idea that if he was
- 0:17Speaker 2: dating again and had to find a woman, that he
- 0:20Speaker 2: was basically saying he could not be with a stay
- 0:22Speaker 2: at home woman. And there's a reason for it.
- 0:25Speaker 3: Take a list.
- 0:26Speaker 1: I think personally me today, if I was not in
- 0:29Speaker 1: a relationship today, I could not have a stay at
- 0:34Speaker 1: home woman. It's not like for me, who I am
- 0:37Speaker 1: at forty and what I got going on, just come
- 0:40Speaker 1: home and just seeing somebody just sitting on a couch
- 0:43Speaker 1: every day, just sitting there, just chilling like that wouldn't
- 0:46Speaker 1: that wouldn't float from me.
- 0:47Speaker 4: I mean, listen, I've got it. There's a lot to
- 0:49Speaker 4: unpack there. I need to know if he's referring to
- 0:51Speaker 4: stay at home mums to.
- 0:53Speaker 3: Stay at home woman, what is the state home woman.
- 0:56Speaker 4: I'm assuming it's the woman who doesn't go back to
- 0:58Speaker 4: work after the kids have gone off to school.
- 1:00Speaker 3: Or it could just be a chick who just goes
- 1:02Speaker 3: I'm not working.
- 1:03Speaker 2: He's probably speaking as Lebron James, who earns a shit
- 1:07Speaker 2: ton of money.
- 1:08Speaker 4: He doesn't want a woman sponging off him.
- 1:10Speaker 2: Maybe that's what he means, because I can say, like,
- 1:13Speaker 2: my mom was a stay at home mum and there
- 1:15Speaker 2: is not one day I got home and.
- 1:17Speaker 3: Sitting the couch, but just sitting in general. She doesn't sit.
- 1:21Speaker 4: And you asked me this off air. You were like, well,
- 1:23Speaker 4: you know, were there any days where you would just
- 1:25Speaker 4: like sit and relax on the couch? And when I
- 1:28Speaker 4: was at home with three kids under four?
- 1:30Speaker 2: Because you were a stay at.
- 1:31Speaker 3: Home, stay at home mum or stay home woman, it was.
- 1:34Speaker 4: It is unpaid work, and it is relentless, right, And
- 1:38Speaker 4: there are times where I'd put my kids down for
- 1:40Speaker 4: a nap and yes I would sit on the couch
- 1:43Speaker 4: and god forbid, I didn't spend that time vacuuming, but
- 1:45Speaker 4: guess what I was also up throughout the night. It
- 1:48Speaker 4: is so imperative as a stay at home mum that you.
- 1:50Speaker 5: Rest okay, question, is there an age where like you
- 1:54Speaker 5: could then start taking the piss They go to school
- 1:56Speaker 5: and you just sit at home all day, having a day.
- 1:58Speaker 3: Of our lives.
- 1:59Speaker 5: My mum, you still I remember I'm sick and I'd
- 2:02Speaker 5: come home right from school. I reckon, I'm like, I
- 2:04Speaker 5: don't know, eight yeah, and we're just watching the midday Show.
- 2:07Speaker 5: I remember that, would Marianne.
- 2:10Speaker 3: Is this what you do? Bring up when your kids
- 2:14Speaker 3: are at school?
- 2:14Speaker 4: You could absolutely take the piss, but I mean I
- 2:16Speaker 4: feel like that would be kind of boring.
- 2:18Speaker 3: Yeah, I think a lot all the affairs. I also
- 2:23Speaker 3: think a lot of stay at home women.
- 2:25Speaker 2: Like mums, do it because they want to spend more
- 2:27Speaker 2: time with their kids. Childcare is so expensive, all those
- 2:30Speaker 2: kind of things. But a lot of those women would
- 2:32Speaker 2: probably rather be at work. Like being a mum and
- 2:35Speaker 2: doing the housework and stuff is.
- 2:37Speaker 4: Exhaust I can tell you right now. Ryan used to
- 2:39Speaker 4: go to work, and he would say, honestly, going to
- 2:42Speaker 4: work is like a vacation as opposed to be time home. Yeah,
- 2:46Speaker 4: you get to go and have adult conversation, drink your coffee, peace,
- 2:49Speaker 4: take your dump in peace.
- 2:51Speaker 5: And his men being like, you know, I spend a
- 2:55Speaker 5: whole day at work and I come home and I
- 2:58Speaker 5: expect the house to be clean.
- 3:00Speaker 4: Did the cook and they wonder why that women murder
- 3:04Speaker 4: their husbands.
- 3:05Speaker 3: Yeah, just sometimes not that common if you've got a
- 3:11Speaker 3: thought on that.
- 3:12Speaker 2: Also, you know Chris Tucker. His most famous role Rush Hour,
- 3:15Speaker 2: so they're making a fourth rush Hour. But he's also
- 3:17Speaker 2: a stand up comedian and during a recent show in Vegas,
- 3:20Speaker 2: he basically revealed that he's going to remain and has
- 3:23Speaker 2: been celiban for the last three years until he finds
- 3:26Speaker 2: his forever love.
- 3:28Speaker 3: So celibate's just not doing it at all.
- 3:30Speaker 4: Yeah, celibate is yeah, celibate Basically it's not celebrate from sex.
- 3:35Speaker 2: Well, yes, so he's voluntarily celibate, which basically he's I
- 3:38Speaker 2: guess saying he will hit. The quote is I give
- 3:40Speaker 2: it to love this.
- 3:41Speaker 4: Time, So maybe he's going to wait.
- 3:43Speaker 3: I don't know for the.
- 3:44Speaker 4: One, How do you fall in love without having sex?
- 3:47Speaker 3: Thank you, Amy, I agree, completely impossible.
- 3:50Speaker 5: And if you're not doing it by like I don't know,
- 3:52Speaker 5: a month in or something, you're just friends.
- 3:54Speaker 2: Then I know friends though who've come out of long
- 3:56Speaker 2: term relationships where they've been really hurt, and they say
- 4:00Speaker 2: the same thing. They just go especially for women, because
- 4:03Speaker 2: we if we have sex sometimes those feelings we will
- 4:06Speaker 2: get immediately we emotionally attach, and then we're not logical anymore.
- 4:10Speaker 2: So they go, I'm not doing it until I'm sure.
- 4:13Speaker 3: For how long they AREE. I never last.
- 4:15Speaker 4: They never last.
