- 0:49Speaker 1: more often.
- 0:49Speaker 4: Bo.
- 0:50Speaker 3: You know, we we all got a little busy with
- 0:51Speaker 3: having kids.
- 0:52Speaker 2: You know, changing diapers, it's it's, it's a thing.
- 0:57Speaker 3: So we have a we have a full hour today
- 0:59Speaker 3: for you guys.
- 1:00Speaker 1: Laala is in New York doing Watch what Happens and
- 1:04Speaker 1: we are here to talk about children and fatherhood. Yes,
- 1:08Speaker 1: all right, so my first, my first question, and then
- 1:10Speaker 1: you guys, you know, I think we should just do
- 1:12Speaker 1: what we do. What what for you guys, because you
- 1:16Speaker 1: guys are first time fathers, What for you is the
- 1:20Speaker 1: like the coolest thing now that your baby is nine
- 1:23Speaker 1: months abo and your your baby's five months. What's the
- 1:26Speaker 1: thing like that that was madule for you. That's changing,
- 1:28Speaker 1: that's evolving.
- 1:30Speaker 2: Her, her walking, her getting like now what she's she's
- 1:33Speaker 2: she's you know. I think I posted on my Instagram
- 1:35Speaker 2: when she first stood up. We were in Boston. I
- 1:37Speaker 2: think this was like a month ago, maybe month and
- 1:39Speaker 2: a half ago, but she first just stood up. So
- 1:41Speaker 2: that was like losing my ship.
- 1:43Speaker 5: Yep.
- 1:43Speaker 2: Now she's crawling upstairs, she's crawling everywhere. I have like
- 1:46Speaker 2: little I made like little baby Ninja, like like little
- 1:51Speaker 2: obstical questions of the big water jugs. Yeah, so I
- 1:54Speaker 2: put them all. I have like five of them. I
- 1:55Speaker 2: put them all around. I space them out so she'll
- 1:57Speaker 2: crawl up it and then walk to the next one.
- 1:59Speaker 2: Walk to the next one, walk to the next one.
- 2:00Speaker 2: Wow to the couch. Wait a second, So she's not
- 2:02Speaker 2: she can't stand up and walk by herself, but she
- 2:04Speaker 2: can walk holding on stuff.
- 2:06Speaker 3: Right. So Okay, So that's that's huge. That's been that's huge.
- 2:10Speaker 2: Yeah. So it's like been my whole like the last
- 2:12Speaker 2: like three weeks. That's just been like, Oh, I'm gonna
- 2:14Speaker 2: put an optical course here, and then I'm gonna put
- 2:16Speaker 2: like a box well, she crawled under the box, pop
- 2:18Speaker 2: back up.
- 2:18Speaker 5: Wow boxes kids best toys, right, I can't wait to
- 2:22Speaker 5: do some. We've we saw an app. It's like it's
- 2:24Speaker 5: development phases where you can have the box and you
- 2:26Speaker 5: can go and put some it woolen string through so
- 2:28Speaker 5: you can go ahead and give them like lasers when
- 2:30Speaker 5: they walk through and call through. I demoed this app
- 2:32Speaker 5: and I can't wait for that phase. We're not there yet.
- 2:35Speaker 2: What's the app called.
- 2:35Speaker 5: I'll pull it up on my phone real quick. We're
- 2:37Speaker 5: not there yet with some. She's definitely yeah, just lerting
- 2:40Speaker 5: her voice. Last night we actually found out that she
- 2:42Speaker 5: had a vocal call and she was just sitting there
- 2:44Speaker 5: with her mouth wide open. Gone. Ah, it was the best.
- 2:49Speaker 3: Wow.
- 2:50Speaker 2: Like her thought process was, it's like good.
- 2:56Speaker 5: That's funny. Yeah, look, I'm all for it. I think
- 2:59Speaker 5: I think watching can't wait for to stop walking. But
- 3:02Speaker 5: kids have just imaginations, right, and they're completely blank. So
- 3:05Speaker 5: they're just trying to learn how to do anything. I
- 3:08Speaker 5: want to put my hand up and they figure that out,
- 3:10Speaker 5: motors skills and all that. It's so exciting every step
- 3:12Speaker 5: of the way. But congratulate watching your little walk around you.
- 3:15Speaker 2: Know, because there's there's someone we know that I think
- 3:17Speaker 2: that their baby started walking at ten ten months and
- 3:20Speaker 2: I found that out maybe like three months ago, and
- 3:21Speaker 2: I was.
- 3:21Speaker 3: Like, ten months, ten months, that's aggressive, And I was.
- 3:24Speaker 2: Like, we have to we have to tie that.
- 3:26Speaker 3: We have to beat that. You get your kid to walk.
- 3:29Speaker 2: Yeah, So that's what I'm doing. She's nine and already
- 3:31Speaker 2: I'm like, oh my gosh, can we do this because
- 3:33Speaker 2: I'm literally I look at other babies that are older
- 3:35Speaker 2: than her, and I'm like, she can do that. We
- 3:36Speaker 2: can do that. We have to try to.
- 3:37Speaker 3: Get Oh yeah, because you want to win.
- 3:39Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I want to win, or at least tie.
- 3:41Speaker 3: Well, I want to win. Well my kid, my.
- 3:43Speaker 1: Kid's going to be doing triathlons at seven months. I'm
- 3:45Speaker 1: just letting them all know that.
- 3:47Speaker 5: It's teaching how to do the triathlons. You in, no,
- 3:51Speaker 5: do I look like a guy that.
- 3:52Speaker 3: I could barely run down the block?
- 3:54Speaker 1: You know?
- 3:54Speaker 2: I remember you said that when the what is it?
- 3:56Speaker 2: The baby revealed? I was like, so what do you
- 3:57Speaker 2: want to boy or girl? And You're like, I want
- 3:59Speaker 2: a girl? You think I want to run aroun playing
- 4:00Speaker 2: fucking soccer In like three years out, He's like, girls
- 4:04Speaker 2: are chill. I'm like, okay, that's smart. But also going
- 4:06Speaker 2: back to the walking thing, My winning at ten months
- 4:09Speaker 2: actually sucks because now have more stress. It's like because
- 4:13Speaker 2: now she's crawling all over the place, and it's like,
- 4:14Speaker 2: I need I'm gonna be that parent with a leash. Yeah,
- 4:16Speaker 2: I'm totally okay to be that parent. Oh you're gonna
- 4:18Speaker 2: do that. I'm gonna be I'm gonna care. Somebody get
- 4:20Speaker 2: the backpack that like like that holds onto her. I'm
- 4:23Speaker 2: gonna clip it to my belt. Squeak sweet sweet. Oh yeah,
- 4:26Speaker 2: there's those two squeaky sea. I don't think I really
- 4:29Speaker 2: am going to be the leash because I would always
- 4:31Speaker 2: judge them.
- 4:31Speaker 3: But do you think Statsy would buy the leash thing?
- 4:34Speaker 2: No, unless it was chic.
- 4:36Speaker 5: What it was the leash with like the cold on
- 4:38Speaker 5: the ex spade. That one's a little bit better. You
- 4:40Speaker 5: can let it run for a minute.
- 4:41Speaker 2: I'm gonna have to do that if we go to
- 4:42Speaker 2: like Disneyland or something.
- 4:44Speaker 3: Just disney Lands a different game. Disneylands a different game.
- 4:47Speaker 2: But yeah, it's it's just the stress is already there
- 4:50Speaker 2: when she starts crawling because all of a sudden, I
- 4:52Speaker 2: turn around and it's like, oh, she's getting into the cabinets,
- 4:54Speaker 2: and then I had to go buy all those things
- 4:56Speaker 2: the cabinet you know, locks do you guys?
- 4:59Speaker 6: Do?
- 4:59Speaker 3: Guys? Fine, this is with Lala, at least Lala.
- 5:02Speaker 1: And I don't know if it's just hormones or it's
- 5:04Speaker 1: Lalla's you know, just very emotional person. But every time
- 5:08Speaker 1: she has like a monumental moment, Laala like loses.
- 5:12Speaker 3: She's like, she's.
- 5:13Speaker 1: Growing up so quick, and I'm like, babe, this is
- 5:15Speaker 1: the exciting shit. She's like, I know, and are they
- 5:18Speaker 1: like that or I mean it's stops or or sheina
- 5:21Speaker 1: like that.
- 5:22Speaker 5: Look, Shana is just overwhelmed with anything that my child does.
- 5:25Speaker 5: Anything she obviously excited, full sounds like, it's a great support.
- 5:28Speaker 5: I'm like, oh, it's okay, cool, that stops.
- 5:31Speaker 2: Yeah I think I mean we are too impressed. Maybe
- 5:34Speaker 2: yeah exactly, Yeah, no, no, the same thing that stops.
- 5:37Speaker 2: It's like whatever she does, it's like, you know, when
- 5:38Speaker 2: something new, we're like, oh my god, get out the camera,
- 5:40Speaker 2: get that out the camera. But then now Harford knows
- 5:42Speaker 2: what the camera is. So I don't know how you guys,
- 5:44Speaker 2: are when it's like she's doing something cuan on some
- 5:46Speaker 2: people on the camera, She's like.
- 5:47Speaker 5: She stands at that.
- 5:48Speaker 3: Wow.
- 5:48Speaker 2: She loves FaceTime. She loves looking at herself. Wow, I
- 5:52Speaker 2: was looking at herself in the mirror. That's the way how.
- 5:54Speaker 3: Ocean Ocean likes. She loves the camera. She doesn't let go.
- 5:56Speaker 3: Like it's morning at FaceTime.
- 5:57Speaker 1: Laala in New York and had the camera, you know,
- 6:00Speaker 1: in front of her and she she's trying to hold
- 6:01Speaker 1: the phone and she's at that point but I don't
- 6:04Speaker 1: know like how detailed the awareness, but she can see
- 6:07Speaker 1: her mom and you could see she was smiling.
- 6:10Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 6:11Speaker 2: Those are Those are great moments that I remember that
- 6:13Speaker 2: like the first.
- 6:14Speaker 1: Time have you guys had have you guys had any
- 6:17Speaker 1: scary moments where you were freaked like oh my god,
- 6:20Speaker 1: you know, like near miss I just I.
- 6:22Speaker 3: Don't mean like tragic, just like near like, oh my god.
- 6:25Speaker 1: She she rolled off the couch, you know, I mean
- 6:27Speaker 1: obviously I rolled.
- 6:28Speaker 3: Off the couch a lot. That's why the way I am.
- 6:30Speaker 1: But I'm saying, like, did anything like that happen?
- 6:34Speaker 3: Did she you know, take it fall? Or is just
- 6:36Speaker 3: anything that freaks you out?
- 6:37Speaker 2: Or I mean, you know, there's some nothing crazy, but
- 6:40Speaker 2: every time she does fall and like bumper, and especially
- 6:42Speaker 2: now that she's up, yeay, yay, you bumped your head.
- 6:46Speaker 2: Oh wow, that's so good, just.
- 6:49Speaker 5: Trying to give her that's fine, you're good, don't worry,
- 6:51Speaker 5: don't that's what you do.
- 6:53Speaker 2: And then you wait and then you wait for and
- 6:55Speaker 2: then she giggles and you're like, okay, good, I do that.
- 6:58Speaker 1: I do that like somebody's like I was changing the
- 7:00Speaker 1: diaper the other day because now I'm like really changing
- 7:03Speaker 1: the diaper because clearly Lalla posted.
- 7:08Speaker 3: We saw and we were.
- 7:09Speaker 2: Like, oh, Dad wants to do something wrong.
- 7:14Speaker 1: If you guys were look at.
- 7:16Speaker 3: I'm not gonna comment on that.
- 7:20Speaker 1: By the way, no, but I literally sebody call me
- 7:23Speaker 1: and goes, dude, you don't you have two other kids,
- 7:26Speaker 1: you know, not to change. Thenper I go, bro, I'm old, okay,
- 7:29Speaker 1: and I forget and so I thought I was. By
- 7:31Speaker 1: the way, it was the middle of the night, I
- 7:33Speaker 1: were in the middle of early morning. I put the
- 7:35Speaker 1: diaper on, was trying to be like heiro Dad for
- 7:37Speaker 1: show or like I can still do this.
- 7:40Speaker 3: And then I put the ship on. I was like
- 7:41Speaker 3: baby look, I changed that.
- 7:42Speaker 1: She goes, it's on backwards, camera comes out the fucking
- 7:47Speaker 1: video in the picture, and I go to work or whatever,
- 7:50Speaker 1: and then people start calling me like you can't put
- 7:52Speaker 1: a diaper on?
- 7:53Speaker 3: Right, I'm like, this fucked up?
- 7:55Speaker 5: She got so you know what I did.
- 7:56Speaker 3: True story. I went to the nanny, of course, but
- 7:59Speaker 3: she wasn't.
- 8:00Speaker 1: She was out, and I was like, I was like, Liz,
- 8:02Speaker 1: hook hook me up. Let's have a little sit down.
- 8:05Speaker 1: She's like, what do you mean. I go just these
- 8:07Speaker 1: diapers are a little tricky for me. They look the
- 8:09Speaker 1: front and the bad the same. She goes, I got you.
- 8:12Speaker 1: And then we practiced for like twenty minutes. Did you
- 8:14Speaker 1: practice on ocean or like a fake baby doll?
- 8:16Speaker 3: No, on ocean? On ocean? How to take the ocean?
- 8:18Speaker 5: How to take the gun?
- 8:20Speaker 3: She's just strap hole tight, tight tight.
- 8:22Speaker 2: And I was like, all right.
- 8:23Speaker 3: Then I came on, I'm gonna change the type. I
- 8:25Speaker 3: got this bumble shit good job. Like, oh, you're not
- 8:28Speaker 3: posting tonight.
- 8:29Speaker 5: He's not posting. I post that success.
- 8:31Speaker 2: I mean, what the fuck?
- 8:33Speaker 3: They Oh my god, but you've been but you know.
- 8:37Speaker 1: I mean, I listen, I make a serious effort to
- 8:41Speaker 1: you know, be in. But now now I'll tell you
- 8:44Speaker 1: my from my perspective, what's changed for me with with
- 8:47Speaker 1: Ocean is that, like you said, the personality now, her
- 8:50Speaker 1: personality is so fucking alive and I look at her
- 8:55Speaker 1: and I melt into like she just looks at me
- 8:57Speaker 1: and with that smile, and I'm like, I don't even
- 8:58Speaker 1: want to go to work, Like what the It's just
- 9:00Speaker 1: so it's just it's magical. Every second is like, you know,
- 9:05Speaker 1: different now, and I just I can't get enough. It's
- 9:07Speaker 1: it's really like.
- 9:09Speaker 2: I remember when you know, Hartford was first born. I
- 9:11Speaker 2: feel like the first like month or two, it's like
- 9:13Speaker 2: she looked through me and I was like, yeah, I
- 9:14Speaker 2: mean I love this baby, but it's like she doesn't.
- 9:16Speaker 2: She gets zero folks amount I mean, you know, it's
- 9:20Speaker 2: like she's looking through me and get it. Like I'm like,
- 9:22Speaker 2: all right, cool. And then now it's like the more
- 9:24Speaker 2: the months, in the days that go on and on
- 9:26Speaker 2: and on, then it's just then you start to see
- 9:28Speaker 2: all these changes and don't.
- 9:30Speaker 1: You feel the love is just it's it's I mean,
- 9:33Speaker 1: obviously I'm fifty, so you know it's been a minute
- 9:36Speaker 1: since a newborn and now that connection like of like different,
- 9:42Speaker 1: it's so yeah, and it's like six months it's like,
- 9:45Speaker 1: I mean, i just can't get enough. I go home
- 9:47Speaker 1: and I'm like, where's the baby, where's the paper? Where
- 9:48Speaker 1: it's like crystal, It's like Christmas every.
- 9:50Speaker 5: Morning you look a look at the time, like Ron,
- 9:52Speaker 5: Now we're all being fathers at this period of time.
- 9:54Speaker 5: I've never been home so much. I've never been home
- 9:57Speaker 5: this month, c the available for child, same same and
- 10:01Speaker 5: so you can see everything. So it's like in the
- 10:03Speaker 5: beauty of being at home plus but it's a struggle
- 10:05Speaker 5: to try and figure out that work life balance. But
- 10:07Speaker 5: at the same time, that's the one pleasurable thing I
- 10:09Speaker 5: get from it, is that I've been home and get
- 10:11Speaker 5: to have these experiences a lot more than what I did.
- 10:13Speaker 5: Even with my first two I was at work every
- 10:15Speaker 5: single day. Right, I try them and there'll.
- 10:17Speaker 4: Be a sleep.
- 10:17Speaker 1: I travel too, and I totally understand that, and it's
- 10:19Speaker 1: like being really trying to be home all the time,
- 10:23Speaker 1: at least in these early stages. It's like it's so different.
- 10:27Speaker 1: It's like, I mean, every second is a different second.
- 10:29Speaker 1: And I know it's cliche to say that, but really
- 10:33Speaker 1: like waking up in the morning and seeing her just
- 10:35Speaker 1: look up at me.
- 10:36Speaker 5: It's like this smile smile starting.
- 10:39Speaker 2: I race you literally raise each other down. There's like
- 10:41Speaker 2: with the alert goes off, she's up, we race each
- 10:43Speaker 2: other down to be the first parent to have to
- 10:45Speaker 2: get that smile right, because it's.
- 10:48Speaker 3: One second you get that first smile.
- 10:50Speaker 2: We will literally like push each other down, up and
- 10:52Speaker 2: I'll close the baby gate on her run downstairs, open
- 10:55Speaker 2: that door, flash of lights, tunnel my music. I thought
- 11:01Speaker 2: to speak as much Chalian as I can, so it's
- 11:02Speaker 2: just like chom, I do my little hand thing, and
- 11:05Speaker 2: then she kind of lifts up her arm because yes,
- 11:08Speaker 2: and Sati comes in. She's like, you motherfucker.
- 11:10Speaker 3: It's it's so mad.
- 11:11Speaker 1: It's I could relate. It's it's just I mean, I
- 11:13Speaker 1: think most I think I don't know. There's just this
- 11:16Speaker 1: magic that's just so unique that you fu just you.
- 11:19Speaker 1: And I know people say, oh, you guys, we all
- 11:21Speaker 1: have kids, we all feel that. But I think from
- 11:23Speaker 1: a data perspective, I don't think people get to hear
- 11:25Speaker 1: as much like we feel the same way. Like it's
- 11:28Speaker 1: you know, usually it's like, oh, it's a mom and
- 11:29Speaker 1: it's you know, the mother and we're off at work, but.
- 11:32Speaker 2: She's more sensitive.
- 11:33Speaker 3: That's like old school right right.
- 11:34Speaker 1: But I'm saying like, you know, like I melt into
- 11:37Speaker 1: it too, that smile, and it's just it's crazy.
- 11:40Speaker 3: Today she was outside.
- 11:42Speaker 1: In the backyard and with Liz before I went to
- 11:44Speaker 1: the office, and it was her nanny and I walked
- 11:47Speaker 1: over and I and I walked right in front of her,
- 11:49Speaker 1: and she just the grin the smile, and I was like, Okay,
- 11:52Speaker 1: I'm not going.
- 11:52Speaker 3: To work right now. Take the baby. Yeah, and I'm
- 11:54Speaker 3: gonna go sit for twenty minute.
- 11:56Speaker 5: If the activity hasn't really gone too well with the baby,
- 11:59Speaker 5: that's for sure.
- 12:00Speaker 1: I'm just it's just hard because you just want to
- 12:03Speaker 1: you know, you want to be I don't want to
- 12:05Speaker 1: miss any of this.
- 12:06Speaker 3: And I feel like, you know, I do you do
- 12:07Speaker 3: you find that like a struggle trying.
- 12:09Speaker 2: To balance No, because I mean one thing that you know,
- 12:12Speaker 2: I'm kind of you know, COVID is awful, but from COVID,
- 12:15Speaker 2: living in Los Angeles, staying at home and working from
- 12:18Speaker 2: home a lot, Yeah, really gifted both of us. Yeah,
- 12:21Speaker 2: that's an amazing opportunity that we would never.
- 12:23Speaker 3: Normally have you know what I mean, that's a good point.
- 12:25Speaker 1: That's a good point because you were You guys were
- 12:27Speaker 1: really I mean when I say lucky, COVID was tragic
- 12:29Speaker 1: and horrific, but you guys were lucky because you really
- 12:32Speaker 1: had your child at the beginning, right.
- 12:34Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean yeah nine months ago. Right, well, yeah,
- 12:37Speaker 2: I mean she was pregnant. She was pregnant during all that.
- 12:40Speaker 2: But you know, I'm glad that Hartford was born. Kind
- 12:42Speaker 2: of like the end, well not the end, but you know,
- 12:44Speaker 2: it's like when it leaves.
- 12:45Speaker 5: The Times week of lot was coming back.
- 12:48Speaker 1: But right, but I feel like, you know, you know,
- 12:51Speaker 1: through all tragedy, we try to find like a number
- 12:53Speaker 1: of light and I feel like all of us kind
- 12:55Speaker 1: of had, you know, babies during yeah, during the during
- 13:00Speaker 1: WORLDWI pandemic, which I think a lot of people.
- 13:02Speaker 2: Their own name, like do you know gen Z, They're
- 13:04Speaker 2: probably gonna have like, like, hey, baby baby. That sounds weird, all.
- 13:10Speaker 1: Right, So what should we shift to now? Oh, by
- 13:13Speaker 1: the way, I think in honor of.
- 13:15Speaker 3: Jax Taylor, should we roast him that? Yeah? Yeah, I
- 13:19Speaker 3: think we.
- 13:19Speaker 1: Should bring Brock up to speak, as Brock wasn't here,
- 13:21Speaker 1: but we want to share with you, and you you'll
- 13:24Speaker 1: remember better than I tell people what Jack's what we
- 13:28Speaker 1: did to him, and what he tried to do to us.
- 13:30Speaker 2: Do you know what a milk cart is? A milk
- 13:34Speaker 2: cart Jack's was? Jack's was brought around and slept in
- 13:38Speaker 2: a milk cart, a milk carton.
- 13:39Speaker 3: What was it? Right? It was a milk cart, milk
- 13:42Speaker 3: cart like a box, like a box.
- 13:44Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 13:44Speaker 2: He was acting like they you know, he like he's like, yeah, my,
- 13:46Speaker 2: you know, my family brought me around and milk carton
- 13:48Speaker 2: all around and I slept in a milt We're like,
- 13:49Speaker 2: what the no?
- 13:51Speaker 1: And he tried to tell us about the big thing was.
- 13:53Speaker 1: He kept saying to us down, I remember, this is normal.
- 13:56Speaker 1: What are you guys talking about? Everybody was okay, okay,
- 14:02Speaker 1: it wasn't like a full time bed, but like when
- 14:04Speaker 1: we went on holiday. Okay, you and Jacks then had
- 14:08Speaker 1: different upbrings than Bow and I. I wasn't putt in
- 14:11Speaker 1: a sock drawer and I was I putting a box
- 14:13Speaker 1: because I asked, So you were put in a sock drawer.
- 14:15Speaker 5: Yeah. It was youngest of five, so I was kind
- 14:17Speaker 5: of like the last went the two brothers, the two sisters,
- 14:20Speaker 5: and then I will put broke there, gotcha, and I
- 14:22Speaker 5: was on a little you will follow us up?
- 14:24Speaker 2: So like your middle brother had like the jean drawer,
- 14:26Speaker 2: be so you got one. I grew up in a
- 14:30Speaker 2: jean drawer. But Rock he got the sock drawer.
- 14:33Speaker 5: Yeah no, that's uh. I love my mom.
- 14:35Speaker 7: Thanks for that, Mom, Jack, I'm on the way to
- 14:37Speaker 7: the airport, about to check to check in.
- 14:39Speaker 1: That's okay, Jack's just stay on the phone. You're live
- 14:41Speaker 1: on the Dad podcast.
- 14:43Speaker 3: Say hello, Jack's how you doing? Hey, buddy, you got
- 14:47Speaker 3: Brock myself and.
- 14:48Speaker 2: You were jealous?
- 14:50Speaker 5: Are you jealous?
- 14:52Speaker 3: Jacks?
- 14:53Speaker 4: Jack, I can't hear what's going on?
- 14:55Speaker 3: We miss you. We're on the Dad Podcast.
- 14:57Speaker 1: We got Brock here and myself and Bow we were
- 15:00Speaker 1: bringing up we were just bringing up milk cartons.
- 15:05Speaker 4: Milk card bottom.
- 15:06Speaker 1: Will you share with Rock you're how you were raised
- 15:10Speaker 1: in a melk curtain?
- 15:11Speaker 7: First of all, it's not a milk carton. It's an
- 15:13Speaker 7: egg box, eggbox.
- 15:17Speaker 4: It was an egg crate.
- 15:18Speaker 2: Egg crate.
- 15:20Speaker 5: Okay, could you break it down for us?
- 15:22Speaker 3: Break it down for us?
- 15:23Speaker 7: Well again, you got to remind you this is nineteen
- 15:26Speaker 7: seventy nine nineteen eighty Okay, and you know, people didn't.
- 15:29Speaker 4: Have a lot of money.
- 15:30Speaker 7: My parents were borderline hippies. Okay, okay is the hippie generation.
- 15:35Speaker 7: My parents went camping and I was a newborn and
- 15:38Speaker 7: it was happy, peace and love, and I went in
- 15:41Speaker 7: an egg box because it was safe and you just
- 15:44Speaker 7: did it. It was just safe. It was just like
- 15:46Speaker 7: a cardboard box with some blankets in it.
- 15:48Speaker 4: It was like I was. It was like I was
- 15:49Speaker 4: a straight cat.
- 15:51Speaker 2: You know, it actually sounds a lot more safe than
- 15:52Speaker 2: Brock's sock George, Like at least you're not going to
- 15:55Speaker 2: fall out and like land like three.
- 15:58Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 15:58Speaker 7: No, it was like it was like I was like
- 15:59Speaker 7: in a thirty box, Like when you go to the
- 16:01Speaker 7: grocery store and.
- 16:02Speaker 4: You get a big box a hedge and it comes
- 16:04Speaker 4: in a big box.
- 16:04Speaker 5: No, we don't know, he's the whole point.
- 16:07Speaker 3: We don't the reason we.
- 16:08Speaker 7: Got we had access to those boxes.
- 16:10Speaker 4: Because my dad worked at a grocery store.
- 16:14Speaker 1: Okay, Jack's I really fucking miss you. We need you
- 16:18Speaker 1: back here.
- 16:19Speaker 3: Okay. So so you.
- 16:20Speaker 1: And Brock have a very very strong connection because Brock
- 16:23Speaker 1: just let us know that he was raised in a
- 16:25Speaker 1: sock draw.
- 16:25Speaker 5: Well raised, Yes, you were. When we go on holidays,
- 16:29Speaker 5: similar to Jackson. When we go on holidays, we were
- 16:32Speaker 5: at a family of we were a big family. We
- 16:34Speaker 5: were just family. So when we had a motel wherever
- 16:38Speaker 5: we say that, I got the suck.
- 16:40Speaker 4: Turl was yeah, yeah, you got right there like we were.
- 16:44Speaker 4: My parents were.
- 16:45Speaker 7: They didn't have a ton of money, but they like
- 16:46Speaker 7: to go camping exactly, and they're not going to bout
- 16:48Speaker 7: They're not going to bring up play pend the forest.
- 16:51Speaker 4: We're camping like they do.
- 16:54Speaker 7: Now, there's no such thing as packing place in nineteen
- 16:57Speaker 7: seventy nine.
- 16:58Speaker 1: Okay, hold on, but I also I was eight years
- 17:00Speaker 1: old in nineteen seventy nine and I did go on
- 17:02Speaker 1: trips with my parents. And by the way, my parents
- 17:04Speaker 1: weren't billionaires or or loaded. I mean, you know what,
- 17:08Speaker 1: they were fine whatever it is, you know, middle class,
- 17:10Speaker 1: I guess. And I was never put in a soft
- 17:12Speaker 1: draw and I was never put in a crate. So
- 17:14Speaker 1: I'm just putting that out there.
- 17:17Speaker 7: I'm sorry. But as you go camping, we went to
- 17:19Speaker 7: ten camping. My parents were going to sleep in. My
- 17:22Speaker 7: parents are going to sleep in at ten You think
- 17:24Speaker 7: I'm going to sleep in anything better than that?
- 17:26Speaker 2: What exactly is ten camp tent camping a normal camping?
- 17:31Speaker 7: No, because because like some people camping campers some people
- 17:35Speaker 7: some people camp under the stars.
- 17:37Speaker 4: Well, we went in uh intense.
- 17:40Speaker 5: He's bringing up points like that kind when we sleep,
- 17:43Speaker 5: we sleep and sleep.
- 17:46Speaker 2: Did did did they have like an extra small little
- 17:48Speaker 2: tent forward the milk crate or was it like did
- 17:50Speaker 2: they put you in the big one with the family.
- 17:52Speaker 2: We're just trying to get.
- 17:53Speaker 3: A visual where did you? Where were the milk crates?
- 17:56Speaker 4: Random has a picture of it. Let it shows show you.
- 18:01Speaker 5: He does.
- 18:03Speaker 4: He's gotta pay. It's a fucking box.
- 18:09Speaker 5: It's just a corboard box.
- 18:12Speaker 2: Hey do you have do you have a main popping
- 18:14Speaker 2: one of your forehead right now?
- 18:15Speaker 5: Jack trying to explain what the boxes?
- 18:17Speaker 2: Can we can we get a photo of a box
- 18:18Speaker 2: and then frame it and then just have it here
- 18:20Speaker 2: in the studio.
- 18:23Speaker 4: Just look up eggbox, says eggs on the side.
- 18:28Speaker 3: Says eggs. You have to set. You have to set
- 18:31Speaker 3: us a picture of you in.
- 18:31Speaker 1: The top drawing Jacksie the egg box and we're gonna
- 18:34Speaker 1: post it on her.
- 18:35Speaker 4: Sorry, all your parents were ballers. When you're a kid.
- 18:40Speaker 2: No, we didn't do the nature thing. So nos in Miami. Yeah,
- 18:46Speaker 2: I was in Florida. We just went to the beach.
- 18:47Speaker 4: Arents like two Nichols are running together, what do you
- 18:49Speaker 4: want them to do?
- 18:50Speaker 3: But didn't worry you were raised in Michigan or you
- 18:52Speaker 3: were raised in Florida.
- 18:54Speaker 7: No, I was never. I don't know why people say
- 18:56Speaker 7: that I was never raised in Florida. My parents moved
- 18:58Speaker 7: to Florida when my sister and I got out of
- 19:00Speaker 7: high school, so we never would.
- 19:03Speaker 1: People just assume my mother's from the Chigan too, And
- 19:07Speaker 1: I'm willing to bet that she wasn't raised in an acrol.
- 19:09Speaker 2: Remember we did call his sister and she did verify
- 19:12Speaker 2: she did. Remember, Well, we called Jenny.
- 19:14Speaker 3: We need a photo of I really want to see here.
- 19:16Speaker 7: There was some other interesting things that your mother did
- 19:18Speaker 7: with you as a child.
- 19:19Speaker 4: I can just imagine.
- 19:21Speaker 1: Wow, this podcast South real quick, my god.
- 19:28Speaker 2: Jackson on the Boxing Gloves, I'm.
- 19:30Speaker 3: You know, Jack says a funk around.
- 19:33Speaker 5: He goes for t Kow.
- 19:34Speaker 2: He just goes to write for the Dicks.
- 19:37Speaker 7: To say, I'm like, listen, I'm not the old My
- 19:39Speaker 7: parents weren't crazy.
- 19:40Speaker 4: It was just the norm for camping.
- 19:44Speaker 1: Britney's from the south, from Kentucky. So Brittany, Well, ask
- 19:48Speaker 1: Brittany what what what? What boxes she slept in?
- 19:51Speaker 4: She doesn't remember, she doesn't remember.
- 19:57Speaker 1: I'm willing to bet that Brittany did not sleep in
- 19:59Speaker 1: a box ever. And she went camping probably one hundred
- 20:01Speaker 1: times more.
- 20:02Speaker 3: Than you did.
- 20:03Speaker 2: Yeah, and she lived on a farm, and she lives
- 20:06Speaker 2: on a farm and living on a farm, so yeah,
- 20:08Speaker 2: she probably is like, no, I slept on the crip.
- 20:10Speaker 3: I said, all right, well shot born.
- 20:15Speaker 5: Oh here we go with the year age yourself.
- 20:17Speaker 3: That's why she was born on the spaceship my back.
- 20:20Speaker 2: Yeah, about.
- 20:24Speaker 4: Was born, remember.
- 20:25Speaker 2: Jeff, Remember Jack's has to walk to school on the
- 20:27Speaker 2: snow and cars before the cars.
- 20:30Speaker 3: Were so he wrote it. He wrote a dinosaur, like
- 20:33Speaker 3: I did.
- 20:33Speaker 5: Someone on that principal the.
- 20:39Speaker 8: Strange down here. Maybe maybe that's right, maybe we're like
- 20:43Speaker 8: it's a little yeah. I always thought that too, And
- 20:48Speaker 8: then when I went down there, I was like, someone
- 20:49Speaker 8: lies to me.
- 20:52Speaker 3: All right, Jack Jack's were so grateful. We love you, Brittany,
- 20:55Speaker 3: we love you, thanks.
- 20:56Speaker 5: For being on. Take care after that.
- 20:58Speaker 3: We're gonna take a quick I love you guys, we're
- 21:00Speaker 3: gonna we're gonna take it.
- 21:05Speaker 1: All right, We're gonna take quick break. We're gonna take
- 21:08Speaker 1: and come right back and we are back with Give
- 21:17Speaker 1: them bo Brock with Randall, give them bow and Brock
- 21:21Speaker 1: with Randall. That's the name of this podcast, Give them
- 21:24Speaker 1: bow and Brock with Brandon. I'm always I'm always third billing.
- 21:29Speaker 1: Oh with Jackson a great. I mean, we love Jack's
- 21:35Speaker 1: but boy, he just gives it to it. He just
- 21:37Speaker 1: feeds it to us.
- 21:38Speaker 3: I mean he's just teas it up. All right.
- 21:42Speaker 2: Well, I was gonna ask about do you have like
- 21:45Speaker 2: a playroom, play area? I created like this fun because
- 21:48Speaker 2: you know, Stas is very like we need to keep
- 21:50Speaker 2: everything chic. Wen we got this house and then wasn't
- 21:53Speaker 2: you know this house is not very baby asked. We
- 21:55Speaker 2: didn't know we're gonna have a baby.
- 21:56Speaker 3: So I was like, okay, okay, it's right because people
- 21:58Speaker 3: don't know. I've been in your house.
- 22:00Speaker 1: It's beautiful to in the Hollywood Hills, except it's like
- 22:02Speaker 1: three levels, three levels with tons of stairs, tons of.
- 22:05Speaker 2: Stairs, three levels, and it's just like and it's everything
- 22:09Speaker 2: just looks very nice. So like, where are we going
- 22:12Speaker 2: to have like all these plastic things and colorful things.
- 22:15Speaker 1: Yeah, like you're like when I see your house, I'm
- 22:17Speaker 1: like architecture digest like very very Hollywood like veryish, very.
- 22:23Speaker 3: So so how did you so for me?
- 22:25Speaker 1: You know, we in her nursery, Lalla set up like
- 22:28Speaker 1: a bunch of like you know, play stuff and all
- 22:31Speaker 1: types of stuff, and then in our bedroom we also
- 22:33Speaker 1: have like stuff. So I kind of that's kind of
- 22:35Speaker 1: where we're at right now because she's not moving around
- 22:38Speaker 1: so aggressively yet I think we're getting pretty close.
- 22:40Speaker 2: Well, see, we had that we still I mean obviously
- 22:41Speaker 2: she has the nursery and we have all the fun
- 22:43Speaker 2: stuff in there. But now that she's moving around, you
- 22:45Speaker 2: have go to a different section. So it's like we
- 22:47Speaker 2: want we want to hang out upstairs. I have to
- 22:50Speaker 2: have something. So behind the couch, I just pushed Like
- 22:52Speaker 2: we have a huge living room, so I pushed the
- 22:54Speaker 2: couchs up closer to the TV, and I have a
- 22:55Speaker 2: good about eight by six feet in the back.
- 22:58Speaker 3: Oh that's smart.
- 22:59Speaker 2: I went on and designed like a floor plan, like
- 23:01Speaker 2: a floor mat. There's like soft tiles.
- 23:03Speaker 3: It's like, oh yeah, I like the soft house. Yeah,
- 23:06Speaker 3: we have those upstairs in the nursery that the little cushion.
- 23:08Speaker 2: Cushion, and then I got just I had to buy two.
- 23:10Speaker 2: But they're like the little plastic plate pen fences I'm
- 23:14Speaker 2: talking about, just like a gate. So then I just
- 23:16Speaker 2: right behind there and it's just below the couch, so
- 23:19Speaker 2: if you walk in, you can't really see it. Oh
- 23:21Speaker 2: you And then so it's like it's almost like an
- 23:23Speaker 2: invisible plate pair until you walk up towards the best
- 23:25Speaker 2: and then you see it. And then you see it.
- 23:27Speaker 3: So when you guys are chilling watching TV, she's got
- 23:29Speaker 3: her own like fun area.
- 23:30Speaker 2: Yeah, and then usually to sit back there because there's
- 23:32Speaker 2: a little bench so we can have the television on,
- 23:34Speaker 2: still watch and then play with her.
- 23:35Speaker 1: Well, I just want to say, and then I want
- 23:37Speaker 1: to hear you, but I just got to say this.
- 23:38Speaker 1: So I'm still in a three and a half year renovation,
- 23:41Speaker 1: as you know, and.
- 23:43Speaker 2: It's like renovation, got a pickleball cort done first?
- 23:49Speaker 3: I push those.
- 23:51Speaker 4: I need this.
- 23:52Speaker 1: I push those permits hard on the no. But we're
- 23:55Speaker 1: we're like we're like like days away from getting our
- 23:58Speaker 1: final permits, which is taking twelve months. I'm a family
- 24:00Speaker 1: room and I obviously when that's done, we'll we'll have
- 24:03Speaker 1: a whole area like that, which I think is toys
- 24:05Speaker 1: and yeah, and that's that that that's inspiring because now
- 24:08Speaker 1: I'm thinking, okay, when we put the couches, like, well,
- 24:10Speaker 1: that's a smart thing to do, because.
- 24:11Speaker 2: They'll start to get bored. Like if they're just in there,
- 24:14Speaker 2: if they're just in a candle yea yeah, I mean
- 24:17Speaker 2: exact thing that, they'll just get board. It's like they
- 24:19Speaker 2: can run around and play with the same toys and
- 24:21Speaker 2: then all of a sudden it's like, wow, is that
- 24:22Speaker 2: a plastic bottle. I'm like, you want to sit there
- 24:24Speaker 2: and play with the plastic bottle for five hours? Not
- 24:26Speaker 2: the thousands of dollars of freaking you know, toys and
- 24:30Speaker 2: stupid shaky things, but Disneyland I built. You want the
- 24:35Speaker 2: arrowhead bottle water.
- 24:37Speaker 5: Listen to the crunch right, yes, yes, yes?
- 24:40Speaker 3: And what about you? What's your setup?
- 24:41Speaker 5: With the setup was? I mean, we had like some
- 24:44Speaker 5: soft blankets and all that, but now she was kind
- 24:46Speaker 5: of definitely moving, She's definitely on the floor, and so
- 24:49Speaker 5: I wanted to give him more firm things. So we
- 24:51Speaker 5: ordered the tiles and there's actually some really good options
- 24:53Speaker 5: online where you can go ahead and get really nastys
- 24:55Speaker 5: on on ones. We didn't go that route. We just
- 24:57Speaker 5: got the cheap colored ones for now. But I called
- 24:59Speaker 5: it a candle. Sorry, I call it a canne. And
- 25:04Speaker 5: she had told me off for that because it's a
- 25:06Speaker 5: plate pan. Yeah, eas not tell people you'll put in
- 25:11Speaker 5: your child into a candle. In trouble, you do, you
- 25:16Speaker 5: have to go on vacation. Just dropped her in the kettle.
- 25:18Speaker 3: I dropped her off, dropped her off at the kettle.
- 25:22Speaker 5: But yeah, so I'm looking forward to that. She's still
- 25:25Speaker 5: like walking around. She's got all the nice expensive toys,
- 25:27Speaker 5: and then there's also the cheap stuff, the cardboard and
- 25:30Speaker 5: the anything in the mouth really wow.
- 25:32Speaker 2: And he puts the the like a ziploc bag and
- 25:35Speaker 2: then dried pasta shells in there, and it's like this
- 25:37Speaker 2: perfect little that she can eat and chew on and
- 25:40Speaker 2: shake around and.
- 25:41Speaker 3: Throw and wow.
- 25:43Speaker 2: I'm like really, I'm like, you don't want the shakers
- 25:45Speaker 2: lived and it lights up and it plays and it
- 25:47Speaker 2: talks to you. You don't want Elmo, you don't want
- 25:49Speaker 2: Peekapoo Elmo. You just want you just want the cactus.
- 25:53Speaker 2: Have you seen my Instagram stories and I follow you
- 25:56Speaker 2: the freaking cactus. It scared the ship out of her.
- 25:59Speaker 2: He press a button, Yeah, it goes look at my
- 26:01Speaker 2: mom mo. It has like a hundred songs of these
- 26:05Speaker 2: weird I can't tell it's it's not Spanish, it's not Portuguese,
- 26:08Speaker 2: not Italian. I think it's like Japanese or Chinese. But
- 26:11Speaker 2: they they're making the voices sound like they're from others.
- 26:14Speaker 2: I have no idea. And then also you press a
- 26:16Speaker 2: button and when she goes it will it will do
- 26:19Speaker 2: it again. It's literally I've seen that it does it,
- 26:23Speaker 2: but it also like it imitates her, and so she
- 26:27Speaker 2: says the best it's the best thing. I get that Amazon.
- 26:29Speaker 2: But there's like literally fifty different versions. You have to
- 26:32Speaker 2: find the one with all the music and that and
- 26:34Speaker 2: it back. Yeah, I mean it's all the same things,
- 26:36Speaker 2: but it's just it's just weird music. You're like, where
- 26:39Speaker 2: is it from?
- 26:40Speaker 3: This sounds great? Loves it.
- 26:41Speaker 2: She sound loves it. It took her like three because
- 26:43Speaker 2: the first three weeks he hated it. But you got
- 26:45Speaker 2: two of them, one in the upstairs platean and one
- 26:47Speaker 2: of the nurseres.
- 26:47Speaker 3: So it's all you're doubling.
- 26:48Speaker 2: Yeah, you doubling that she loves that thing so much.
- 26:50Speaker 5: It's just like wow, So she can dance in front
- 26:53Speaker 5: of it and then you know, the.
- 26:54Speaker 2: Thing just moves around and it's just like I mean,
- 26:58Speaker 2: it's and I have all like at least three So.
- 27:00Speaker 3: You have to you have to post a video this
- 27:02Speaker 3: week because I want to see how when.
- 27:04Speaker 2: We post about this, I'll put it on yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 27:08Speaker 5: We'll post our crib set up.
- 27:10Speaker 3: Yeah exactly.
- 27:11Speaker 2: Yeah, I'll show you mine like a little walkthrough.
- 27:14Speaker 3: I'll open like lifestyles exactly.
- 27:22Speaker 1: You brought up something on the break that you had
- 27:25Speaker 1: to deal with this weekend, like going to football and
- 27:27Speaker 1: stuff and how you face your partner, whether it's a
- 27:30Speaker 1: real support of go and joy or it's bullshit, it's
- 27:33Speaker 1: a trap. Tell me how your how your house works,
- 27:37Speaker 1: tell me how your house, tell me how your prison
- 27:40Speaker 1: cell works.
- 27:42Speaker 2: I was like, that sounds more correct, No, nos, fantastic,
- 27:46Speaker 2: but it last night was it was a little difficult.
- 27:49Speaker 2: But the majority of the time, I'm going to say
- 27:51Speaker 2: eighty percent of the time, it's not like Russian roulette.
- 27:54Speaker 2: Eighty percent of the time you're good. Go. But then
- 27:56Speaker 2: after last night. I was like, oh there. When she
- 28:00Speaker 2: said go out, I'm like, are you sure? Are you
- 28:02Speaker 2: sure I can stay a messenger at halftime? Hey, rams
- 28:06Speaker 2: are losing. I can totally leave right now, right now
- 28:09Speaker 2: and be okay right and then you know, of course
- 28:11Speaker 2: I c I was with Tom Schwartz and and then
- 28:13Speaker 2: she's like, no, go ahead. So then we walked down
- 28:15Speaker 2: to hamburg Er Marry and it's drag show. And then
- 28:17Speaker 2: next thing you know, I'm like, okay, I said her,
- 28:19Speaker 2: I'd beat back at six, and I'm like Tom and
- 28:22Speaker 2: his little half half shots half shots, half shots, and then.
- 28:25Speaker 3: He's what is with his half shot bullshit?
- 28:27Speaker 2: Well I finally got him. I finally was like no, mother.
- 28:30Speaker 2: I was like, if you're bull shot, you're gonna put
- 28:32Speaker 2: something in my face, you better drink it too. So
- 28:34Speaker 2: that's that's the thing. So it's like, if I'm going
- 28:36Speaker 2: walking out here toasty, so are you?
- 28:38Speaker 3: So he drinks.
- 28:38Speaker 2: Yeah, So he drank and I left. I came home
- 28:41Speaker 2: and I was like, I'm gonna hang out with baby
- 28:45Speaker 2: and washer get you know, take the bath, and and
- 28:47Speaker 2: thing was fine. Then once the baby got put down, no,
- 28:50Speaker 2: and I was like I was like I don't know.
- 28:52Speaker 2: I'm like, are you baby, I'm like, you told me
- 28:55Speaker 2: that I could go out, and she's like, no, it's fine,
- 28:58Speaker 2: it's just I just didn't. I'm like, but I asked
- 28:59Speaker 2: you I could. I told you I could go back.
- 29:01Speaker 3: It's like, it's like you just like you said.
- 29:06Speaker 2: And I was like, I was like five, no, you
- 29:08Speaker 2: can't do this to me.
- 29:09Speaker 3: It's wrong.
- 29:10Speaker 2: It's wrong.
- 29:10Speaker 4: It's wrong.
- 29:11Speaker 3: And then you get so righteous about it.
- 29:13Speaker 2: And then I made a pizza and I was like,
- 29:15Speaker 2: and I guess we texted wrong. And I made like
- 29:17Speaker 2: this flatbird pizza and then it was not very good.
- 29:19Speaker 2: And then I was drunk, drunk pizza pizza making and
- 29:23Speaker 2: for myself and then I you know, she's on a
- 29:26Speaker 2: like you know, after pregnancy kind of diet and weight
- 29:28Speaker 2: she's eating. So I said, I told her. I'm like,
- 29:30Speaker 2: it's I'm pulling it out, you know, thinking that she
- 29:32Speaker 2: would come buy. So she didn't, and I threw the
- 29:34Speaker 2: pizza away because it also was gross. I kind of
- 29:36Speaker 2: over undercooked it and I threw it away. And then
- 29:39Speaker 2: next thing you know, she comes up and she goes,
- 29:41Speaker 2: you threw the pizza away. I wanted something and I'm like,
- 29:43Speaker 2: oh my god, I'm so sorry.
- 29:44Speaker 3: It's so bad you were losing everything.
- 29:46Speaker 2: I have another one. I went to the garage. I
- 29:48Speaker 2: got another pizza. Literally takes ten minutes to make, put
- 29:51Speaker 2: it in there. I don't want it, you don't want
- 29:53Speaker 2: and then I'm like, I can just make it. It's
- 29:54Speaker 2: it's a pizza. I can literally make it right now.
- 29:57Speaker 2: And then I was so angry. So then I threw
- 29:58Speaker 2: that pizza away she wanted. But then I did not
- 30:01Speaker 2: like me throwing that second pizza away, and then it
- 30:03Speaker 2: was just me being a brat and an asshole. It's
- 30:05Speaker 2: just but I was like, well, fine, you know, and
- 30:07Speaker 2: then and then I'm like, I'm really sorry. I am
- 30:10Speaker 2: so sorry, like truly, like thought in my heart I didn't,
- 30:14Speaker 2: but I didn't know because you know, so now never
- 30:16Speaker 2: throw pizza away.
- 30:17Speaker 1: And by the way, I want to say something, Normally,
- 30:20Speaker 1: normally i'd be like looking at you, like what a
- 30:23Speaker 1: sad life you have, But then I think about my
- 30:25Speaker 1: life and.
- 30:26Speaker 9: It's the same, exactly, It's exactly the same, Like like
- 30:31Speaker 9: literally this week, I I the World Series of Poker
- 30:34Speaker 9: just started in Vegas, and I was like, she knows it.
- 30:37Speaker 1: Normally because it's normally in June, but you know, because
- 30:39Speaker 1: of COVID, they moved it. So I was like, I'm
- 30:41Speaker 1: really not playing as many events as I would normally play.
- 30:43Speaker 1: And I was like, I'm like, it already started. I
- 30:46Speaker 1: missed like seven events because I'm home. And I looked
- 30:49Speaker 1: at you first she went to New York, and I said, Babe,
- 30:51Speaker 1: I love you so much.
- 30:52Speaker 3: I love you so much, and I want you to
- 30:55Speaker 3: have the best trip of your life in New York.
- 30:57Speaker 3: She was yeah, I said, nobody.
- 30:59Speaker 5: I really mean that, just trying to high pop, like,
- 31:01Speaker 5: enjoy this experience, and.
- 31:03Speaker 3: You're going for three days, and I want those threas
- 31:05Speaker 3: to be magical. And then I was wondering on.
- 31:08Speaker 1: Tuesday if I could go to Vegas for one of
- 31:09Speaker 1: them in the World Series Poke, come right back on
- 31:10Speaker 1: Wednesday morning. It's exactly how I say it, so and
- 31:14Speaker 1: and and it's like quiet and she goes because she's
- 31:17Speaker 1: really cool about all that, and she's just like, Babe, yeah, yeah,
- 31:20Speaker 1: go I go, so hold on, so I could definitely
- 31:22Speaker 1: got then, and I'm like enunciating, I'm like, so I
- 31:25Speaker 1: can definitely go to the World Series of Poker in
- 31:28Speaker 1: Las Vegas on Tuesday back Wednesday, babe, Yes, okay, okay,
- 31:34Speaker 1: I'm gonna go. Okay, I love you like It's like
- 31:36Speaker 1: I'm petrified because even though she says, yes, what happens
- 31:42Speaker 1: tomorrow morning when I get on the plane.
- 31:43Speaker 2: And go or Wednesday. Here's the thing what made me
- 31:47Speaker 2: think of this, how you're like, I love you. You
- 31:49Speaker 2: need to do that for like going to dinner or
- 31:51Speaker 2: just any of the smallest thing. So you keep saying that,
- 31:52Speaker 2: so when you do have to ask for something, it's
- 31:55Speaker 2: numbed out right.
- 31:56Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 31:56Speaker 2: Also, get on your get on your Instagram live and
- 32:00Speaker 2: then record her saying that. Then you have proof.
- 32:03Speaker 3: That's the world.
- 32:05Speaker 2: So she wants to shame you.
- 32:06Speaker 5: And you could be like, oh, well look at this,
- 32:10Speaker 5: he is playing at the same level you are. Right.
- 32:14Speaker 2: That just popped in my head.
- 32:15Speaker 3: You are you are?
- 32:17Speaker 1: You are thriving, right, I mean look at Brock and
- 32:19Speaker 1: Eye were so we're so beat down, We're like, tell us.
- 32:22Speaker 5: More, I went pants. I just don't pick him out
- 32:26Speaker 5: every morning. And she I'm talking under the thumb wear
- 32:30Speaker 5: the pants, she tells me, trying to win.
- 32:32Speaker 3: That is okay, by the way, and Lala would like
- 32:36Speaker 3: right now, she was listening. I mean, she was here,
- 32:38Speaker 3: she'd say, you know, that's bullshit.
- 32:39Speaker 1: I let you do you know where you want to,
- 32:41Speaker 1: And I'm like, she does give me, you know, because
- 32:43Speaker 1: I travel for work and all that stuff.
- 32:44Speaker 3: But but at the end of the day, like when
- 32:46Speaker 3: it comes to like.
- 32:46Speaker 1: A personal, real straight up personal trip like that, yeah,
- 32:49Speaker 1: I have to I have to ask for for for mercy.
- 32:52Speaker 2: And we're also not like we're not we're not trying
- 32:55Speaker 2: to sound that. Our wives are like, are like, no,
- 32:58Speaker 2: we you know, gives me so much freedom and so
- 33:01Speaker 2: and she's some fantastic other word. But this but this
- 33:04Speaker 2: is just how ladies and gentlemen or ladies who's listening
- 33:07Speaker 2: to this? This is basically what we talk about if
- 33:08Speaker 2: there was no mic, because we sit there, we gossip,
- 33:10Speaker 2: we complain, but when then we go back, we're like,
- 33:12Speaker 2: what if you want baby, Yeah, okay, sure you know.
- 33:14Speaker 2: And that's literally how how it is as being a dad.
- 33:17Speaker 2: You know, we sit there and we talk and gossip
- 33:19Speaker 2: about all the you know, well she did that wall,
- 33:21Speaker 2: I want to do this. I'm taking control. I'm the man,
- 33:23Speaker 2: I could do this, and then we're like, yeah, what
- 33:25Speaker 2: do you want? Okay, I'm sorry, I'm so sorry. Can
- 33:27Speaker 2: I make you another pizza?
- 33:28Speaker 5: Okay, right, it's about you? What about you? I mean, well,
- 33:32Speaker 5: I'm going through it right now because we're going we
- 33:34Speaker 5: have the same issues because it's kind of like I
- 33:36Speaker 5: want to fly, but at the same time, well, I
- 33:38Speaker 5: got to do it with planning, and I'm the worst
- 33:40Speaker 5: of planning like that. So the only way like where
- 33:43Speaker 5: it makes sense and when I get an men is
- 33:45Speaker 5: when I'm asking her to do stuff but she's like, yeah,
- 33:47Speaker 5: but you didn't plan for this. You just want to
- 33:50Speaker 5: spontaneously don't hang out your friends. Sounds fucking fun, but
- 33:52Speaker 5: I'm gonna have to plan. Yeah, So if I can
- 33:55Speaker 5: plan ahead, I get one hundred percent. Yes, I get
- 33:59Speaker 5: a hundred pcent. But it has to be planned.
- 34:00Speaker 3: Yeah, that's why I ask like five six days ahead even.
- 34:04Speaker 2: Have they plan just for like baby dates and stuff.
- 34:06Speaker 2: You have to plan to do anything. There's no going
- 34:10Speaker 2: out by yourself like last.
- 34:11Speaker 5: Minute, no sporadic stuff. And then and then what I
- 34:13Speaker 5: try and do is I double down on the emotional
- 34:15Speaker 5: deposits because I'll be like, hey, honey, are you sure
- 34:17Speaker 5: you don't want to go out with your mum and
- 34:18Speaker 5: and your mom and your friend tonight, like I'll stay
- 34:20Speaker 5: home with baby. I didn't want to go out anyway,
- 34:23Speaker 5: but I'll stay home with the cats. Whatever. But if
- 34:25Speaker 5: I can give her those emotional ones, so I can
- 34:27Speaker 5: like take those take that credit and just cash in
- 34:30Speaker 5: and have the credit in there, but be like, hey, honey,
- 34:31Speaker 5: I'm gonna double down right now. And they go to
- 34:33Speaker 5: Vegas Randall see Alana And as long as it's planned.
- 34:37Speaker 3: Yeah, I think less said Lala. As easy as good,
- 34:40Speaker 3: cool as they get.
- 34:41Speaker 1: But you know again, I think just notice like she
- 34:44Speaker 1: wants to say to me, like, hey, I'm going to
- 34:47Speaker 1: go with my girls to dinner, like with the girls,
- 34:49Speaker 1: and she says it.
- 34:50Speaker 3: Like, you know, hey, tomorrow I want to do this whatever.
- 34:52Speaker 3: I'm like, oh, go have fun. And I think it's
- 34:54Speaker 3: the same.
- 34:54Speaker 1: I think it's just you know what, we're joking about
- 34:56Speaker 1: our girls being like that. But at the end of
- 34:57Speaker 1: the day, I think it's just mutual respect. It's like, hey,
- 35:00Speaker 1: I want you to feel safe and comfortable. I'm going
- 35:02Speaker 1: to go on this trip.
- 35:03Speaker 3: Is this okay? Do you feel okay? And what about you?
- 35:07Speaker 3: How's it with you? Soon? Same like the planet, it's.
- 35:09Speaker 5: It's the plant planning. This is a tough one for
- 35:12Speaker 5: me because I'm having nanny, I have a mother in law.
- 35:15Speaker 3: Oh that's that's a whole other leg a whole.
- 35:17Speaker 4: Other share with us rock.
- 35:22Speaker 5: But it's it is honestly like this weekend we had
- 35:26Speaker 5: we had a blow up and then reflected and I actually.
- 35:29Speaker 1: Hold on, Okay, you can't just skim over that here
- 35:31Speaker 1: on them with Randall when today is give them owen
- 35:35Speaker 1: Brock with Randall.
- 35:36Speaker 3: Don't skim over that like a rock. What is just
- 35:40Speaker 3: to find blow up? Because we've all had them. So
- 35:42Speaker 3: I just want to know what deaf Colm was this
- 35:45Speaker 3: ten eight?
- 35:46Speaker 5: It was difficult. This was difficult ten like who been
- 35:48Speaker 5: at home for two days by myself?
- 35:51Speaker 2: America?
- 35:52Speaker 5: Like that kind of Yeah, we had we had words
- 35:56Speaker 5: from Vegas go back. Well, here's here's the reason. You
- 35:58Speaker 5: don't put somebody in a car when you have different
- 36:00Speaker 5: opinions of somebody for four hours to Vegas and four
- 36:03Speaker 5: hours back, three out of four weeks in a month.
- 36:06Speaker 5: Oh that's why. That's why I put it down. So
- 36:09Speaker 5: we just had enough of each other and each other's
- 36:11Speaker 5: opinions and then I lost this.
- 36:13Speaker 3: Wait is it you and she in a different opinion,
- 36:15Speaker 3: or you're the mother.
- 36:16Speaker 5: Me and Sheen are me and himm you against both
- 36:18Speaker 5: of them?
- 36:19Speaker 3: Yeah, oh this is this dude, what you are knowing?
- 36:22Speaker 2: What you're done?
- 36:23Speaker 4: Dead.
- 36:24Speaker 3: By the way, I get out, I get out.
- 36:26Speaker 1: I get out in Death Valley in the one hundred
- 36:28Speaker 1: and twenty two degree heat, and I walk. I won't
- 36:31Speaker 1: by the way, Laura would have kicked me out of
- 36:33Speaker 1: the car. I wouldn't have a choice. So yeah, I mean,
- 36:36Speaker 1: it wouldn't have been an option. I would be like
- 36:38Speaker 1: driving and she'd be like, stop, get.
- 36:40Speaker 3: Get the fuck out uber your ship to Vegas.
- 36:43Speaker 2: I could see, like her, the window roll down and
- 36:44Speaker 2: then like a bottle and then she pursys on half
- 36:47Speaker 2: of it and then puts the cap on and then
- 36:49Speaker 2: throws it at you.
- 36:50Speaker 3: And then were you there on that trip? Every went on,
- 36:53Speaker 3: I was.
- 36:54Speaker 5: Passing by, just going to golf.
- 36:56Speaker 4: Hold on.
- 36:56Speaker 3: So you guys had a different opinion. Do you want
- 36:58Speaker 3: to get into that or that's.
- 37:00Speaker 5: Well, it's the same. It's the same as opinions. It's like,
- 37:02Speaker 5: right now, you can't ask anyone what they believes are
- 37:04Speaker 5: in politics. It's cool.
- 37:10Speaker 3: Why are you doing this on the way to fucking
- 37:12Speaker 3: lost Vegas.
- 37:13Speaker 5: No, it's just my cool value. When somebody else says
- 37:15Speaker 5: the egg values and I'm just sitting there driving in
- 37:17Speaker 5: a car after they listen to it until I get
- 37:22Speaker 5: there and get out of the car, I'm like, honey,
- 37:24Speaker 5: we're not doing this for a while. And that was it.
- 37:26Speaker 2: That's like, that's like talking about that in Christmas and
- 37:28Speaker 2: the eki me. You just there's certain things you don't eat.
- 37:31Speaker 3: Or something like it's a given. Oh my gosh, I
- 37:33Speaker 3: want to be in a card for no, no, no, no, no,
- 37:36Speaker 3: I'm not getting anxiety right now.
- 37:37Speaker 2: It's like it's like at least at home Thanksgiving those
- 37:39Speaker 2: dinners you leave, at least you can like.
- 37:40Speaker 3: Go to the bar and like you could get up
- 37:42Speaker 3: literally and get.
- 37:43Speaker 2: A little and then go back down.
- 37:44Speaker 5: You're like, yeah, you know what you get least week,
- 37:46Speaker 5: pull on the gas station. I just get out, calmly,
- 37:48Speaker 5: walk inside, get a red pool, staying there for ten minutes,
- 37:51Speaker 5: walk back in the car, crack it and keep your.
- 37:55Speaker 2: You're gonna walk around the back and be like start
- 37:57Speaker 2: punching the garbage can.
- 37:59Speaker 1: Honestly, I don't think there's any version of this experience
- 38:02Speaker 1: that I could tolerate. I do you know there's airplanes today, right,
- 38:05Speaker 1: and you could for ninety nine dollars you.
- 38:07Speaker 3: Could get on like Southwest, and it's worth the peace
- 38:10Speaker 3: of mind because.
- 38:11Speaker 1: This four hours between your daughter Sena and the mother
- 38:16Speaker 1: in law. I mean, and I, by the way, I'm
- 38:18Speaker 1: down for Shina.
- 38:19Speaker 3: I love Sheena. She's one of my friends. But like
- 38:22Speaker 3: you put two women in a baby in a car
- 38:25Speaker 3: with you, I mean, what do you think is gonna happen?
- 38:27Speaker 5: Exactly what happened.
- 38:30Speaker 2: I think about two when she's older that you can't
- 38:32Speaker 2: have that kind of argument too.
- 38:39Speaker 5: I was completely silent for four hours, Oh my god,
- 38:41Speaker 5: because I was just hairy opinions, and so I just
- 38:44Speaker 5: bubbled it up. I wasn't responding to anything.
- 38:46Speaker 3: For four hours.
- 38:47Speaker 5: I was just like, oh my god, we can tell
- 38:50Speaker 5: my god, I say. When we got there, I was like, honey,
- 38:52Speaker 5: this is how I feel about that last four hours.
- 38:55Speaker 5: And I delivered it very poorly, and we all fuck
- 38:59Speaker 5: up there and then so she's like, look, I'm going
- 39:02Speaker 5: to stay at my mom's for tonight. You and Joy,
- 39:03Speaker 5: you go get focused, you get what you need to get.
- 39:05Speaker 5: And the role of the story was I was just
- 39:07Speaker 5: projecting on my frustration with work and trying to find
- 39:10Speaker 5: my balance out that when I have somebody else they're
- 39:12Speaker 5: having their opinions about this stuff, I just snap on them.
- 39:15Speaker 2: And it just happened to be My mother had like
- 39:17Speaker 2: this stereotypical law relationship. I like, I don't like Dana
- 39:21Speaker 2: Stacey's mom. Godsend like godsend, yes, you know sometimes twenty minutes.
- 39:28Speaker 5: What do you guys hear that?
- 39:29Speaker 3: Hold on? That's kissing an ass. Now let's take it.
- 39:35Speaker 3: Let's take a break right here, and let's give it
- 39:37Speaker 3: up to Dana. All right, so you can guess all
- 39:40Speaker 3: look at the fu is this no, but it's true.
- 39:45Speaker 2: But also it's like having having a parent or like
- 39:47Speaker 2: someone a family member close because my mom's in Florida
- 39:49Speaker 2: my dad, Yeah, that is.
- 39:52Speaker 5: And that's why that's what it's like. It can be
- 39:54Speaker 5: frustrating for me. But at the same time, you're lunch
- 39:57Speaker 5: in Australia, but you're lucky family, you know what I mean. Like,
- 40:00Speaker 5: so I respect that and that's where my issues, when
- 40:03Speaker 5: it comes down to it, is just my issues, and
- 40:04Speaker 5: I have to be like, all right, broke the shut out,
- 40:06Speaker 5: You'll be fine.
- 40:06Speaker 2: And also the help that you get from from as
- 40:10Speaker 2: much annoying as you that you guys hit, She's a blessing.
- 40:13Speaker 2: I would always be by the way, I bless you, blessing, blessing.
- 40:15Speaker 1: I agree, Like I'm also lucky because we have her mother,
- 40:18Speaker 1: who is at the house lot, like twenty five days
- 40:25Speaker 1: out of the month. But the thing is, I love
- 40:27Speaker 1: Lisa is like my like one of my best friend's
- 40:29Speaker 1: true story, Like she's there for Lala and I and
- 40:31Speaker 1: she's phenomenal. But I'll tell you, having Lisa be able
- 40:34Speaker 1: to get an hour and sixteen minute flight, like last
- 40:37Speaker 1: night she came in Lalla in out of town and
- 40:38Speaker 1: I was like, come help and be there with me,
- 40:40Speaker 1: and like, you know, just it's it's It does make
- 40:43Speaker 1: it easy for me because my mother's you know, she's
- 40:46Speaker 1: in her seventies and she lives. I mean, she flies
- 40:49Speaker 1: all the time, but she's in Miami. That's a six
- 40:51Speaker 1: hour flight, three time zones. Lisa, I could call within
- 40:54Speaker 1: an hour and she's here an hour, you know, a
- 40:56Speaker 1: couple hours.
- 40:56Speaker 3: So I think it is nice. Like somebodys, we take
- 40:59Speaker 3: it for granted and we you know, we all get it.
- 41:02Speaker 5: You guys are miss because of Miss Lisa Lisa is
- 41:06Speaker 5: not best. It was still a flight away, and yours
- 41:09Speaker 5: is a flight away.
- 41:10Speaker 2: No, no, no, no, Dana's only an hour and a half.
- 41:12Speaker 5: Away, twenty minutes down the street.
- 41:15Speaker 3: Similar, it's kind of similar trips.
- 41:17Speaker 5: Yeah, it's twenty minutes down the street. I thought she
- 41:20Speaker 5: was like in Zusa, Issa, so on the freeway there,
- 41:23Speaker 5: it takes like thirty minutes.
- 41:24Speaker 2: Okay, But what's.
- 41:25Speaker 3: The biggest fight you ever had with your mother in law?
- 41:29Speaker 1: Oh?
- 41:30Speaker 5: It was just oh, it was just no, no, no.
- 41:33Speaker 5: We had one down in San Diego where she was
- 41:34Speaker 5: worried about the people setting up the tent too close
- 41:37Speaker 5: to the footpath. And I was like, why are you
- 41:39Speaker 5: talking about somebody else's They have nothing to do with us,
- 41:42Speaker 5: Like you're talking about something that doesn't affect our life
- 41:45Speaker 5: in zero ways. And I don't want to have this conversation.
- 41:48Speaker 5: And I sounded like an asshole, and I made her upset.
- 41:51Speaker 5: That was the biggest one, by the.
- 41:52Speaker 1: Way, and I am we've all by the way, we've
- 41:54Speaker 1: all been listen, we've all been there, and like, especially
- 41:57Speaker 1: during COVID when like it was really intense and business
- 42:00Speaker 1: and you know you're stressed just to put food on
- 42:02Speaker 1: the table and all that stuff. You know, we've all
- 42:05Speaker 1: done things and I've listen. You know what I love
- 42:07Speaker 1: about Lisa, honestly is truth both of us. When we
- 42:10Speaker 1: have been wrong and she's been wrong and I have
- 42:12Speaker 1: been wrong. One thing we have in our group is
- 42:15Speaker 1: we can always apologize and be forgiven. Like that's the
- 42:17Speaker 1: thing I'll saytest because I don't have that with everybody
- 42:20Speaker 1: in my life. Like there are people who hold on
- 42:22Speaker 1: a ship for a long time. If I fuck up
- 42:24Speaker 1: and I say, at least I'm really sorry I said that,
- 42:26Speaker 1: or I'm sorry that I acted a certain way that
- 42:28Speaker 1: hurt your feelings, she forgives me and vice versa. She's
- 42:31Speaker 1: come to me and said I shouldn't have whatever done that,
- 42:34Speaker 1: and I'm like, thank you. So I think as long
- 42:37Speaker 1: as you can always own it and be forgiven, then
- 42:41Speaker 1: it always things work out, at least in family, you know,
- 42:44Speaker 1: because I think a lot of family members sometimes go
- 42:46Speaker 1: on for decades not speaking. I mean I have friends
- 42:49Speaker 1: out there that don't talk to their parents or their
- 42:51Speaker 1: in laws because one thing happened and both sides can't
- 42:55Speaker 1: politics right.
- 43:01Speaker 3: It's like, yeah, I just think life's too short.
- 43:04Speaker 1: And you know, family at the end of the day,
- 43:06Speaker 1: no matter what happens in life, you're always going to go.
- 43:09Speaker 3: You know, the family's never gonna they're not leaving.
- 43:11Speaker 5: But I feel like your feelings are always valid at
- 43:13Speaker 5: that point in time. You feel like that for a reason.
- 43:15Speaker 5: So even if you express him, didn't apologize for and after,
- 43:18Speaker 5: it's okay.
- 43:19Speaker 3: To be wrong. Correct.
- 43:20Speaker 5: So you just felt like that, correct and that, and
- 43:22Speaker 5: that gets you go to as long as you're going
- 43:24Speaker 5: to eat it off and be like, you know what,
- 43:25Speaker 5: that was my bad. But as long as the other
- 43:27Speaker 5: piss on the stands that they could be in the
- 43:29Speaker 5: wrong too, and I acknowledge that as well.
- 43:31Speaker 2: Right, But then it's also being the bigger person to
- 43:32Speaker 2: just take it just I'm gonna take this. I'm just
- 43:34Speaker 2: going to take this lost, and I think we all
- 43:36Speaker 2: have to do that.
- 43:37Speaker 3: Something.
- 43:37Speaker 2: It's just you know, something, it makes it It's just why,
- 43:41Speaker 2: like you said, life's too short, you know, and keeping
- 43:42Speaker 2: fam especially now that we have kids and you know,
- 43:45Speaker 2: the holidays are coming up, our holidays and like later
- 43:47Speaker 2: down the road, you want as much family around that,
- 43:51Speaker 2: you know, around our daughters that that you know, so
- 43:53Speaker 2: it's not like she just has us and like maybe
- 43:56Speaker 2: like one mother for for Christmas or Thanksgiving.
- 43:58Speaker 6: You know.
- 43:58Speaker 2: So I'm always like, oh, do you would you like
- 44:00Speaker 2: to be a part of my family? Like would you
- 44:01Speaker 2: you know? Because I'm an only child. So it's like, well.
- 44:06Speaker 5: When you went camping?
- 44:07Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, we didn't do the camping, but I was
- 44:10Speaker 2: just wanted, like, you know, like a whole bunch of
- 44:12Speaker 2: family around, right, you want.
- 44:13Speaker 5: Like the big gap in Italian You probably did you
- 44:15Speaker 5: have your family?
- 44:16Speaker 2: I didn't meet them until I was like twenty two.
- 44:18Speaker 5: Damn.
- 44:19Speaker 3: So oh wow.
- 44:20Speaker 2: Yeah so my birth yeah, my birth father, my dad
- 44:23Speaker 2: is when my mom was like six, gotcha. So that's
- 44:26Speaker 2: been my family.
- 44:27Speaker 3: So yeah.
- 44:27Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 44:28Speaker 2: But now with Hardford, I'm just like really excited about
- 44:30Speaker 2: Thanksgiving where we're doing it, you know, Christmas, wait.
- 44:33Speaker 3: Let's talk about the holidays. Where are you doing your Thanksgiving?
- 44:35Speaker 2: We're doing an Arrowhead, but then we might do it
- 44:37Speaker 2: at our house too. We don't know. We're still trying
- 44:40Speaker 2: to figure that out. But for Christmas definitely, we were
- 44:42Speaker 2: thinking about renting like Airbnb and Big Bear. But then
- 44:46Speaker 2: I'm like, we have I think twelve fifteen people coming,
- 44:50Speaker 2: you know, it's mostly like Stussis and then my mom,
- 44:54Speaker 2: do you know how expensive that is?
- 44:56Speaker 3: You know how expensive that is?
- 44:58Speaker 2: And I'm just like, I really want like a white
- 45:00Speaker 2: Christmas like snow and all that ship. And I'm like,
- 45:03Speaker 2: but that's so expensive, and I really like, what do
- 45:05Speaker 2: we want to spend our money on?
- 45:06Speaker 6: You know.
- 45:07Speaker 2: It's like, so we're just it's such a hard and
- 45:10Speaker 2: La is just so not like I've never really lived
- 45:12Speaker 2: in a Christmas area from from Nashville to naturally Miami
- 45:16Speaker 2: in La Yeah, Florida, Austin, you know, so these aren't
- 45:18Speaker 2: very Christmasy times in Los Angeles. So we're still trying
- 45:22Speaker 2: to figure it out. What about? What about?
- 45:24Speaker 5: So we've got we're gonna we're doing a Hawaii trip.
- 45:26Speaker 5: She has done with her family the last three years.
- 45:27Speaker 5: So we're gonna go to Hawaii and maybe if Australia
- 45:32Speaker 5: opens up their borders, my mum will fly over to
- 45:35Speaker 5: spend it with us.
- 45:35Speaker 2: They can't even come out.
- 45:36Speaker 3: They're the borders pretty tough.
- 45:39Speaker 5: They might be opening up in December to leave and
- 45:41Speaker 5: come back, but right now it's it's still close. So
- 45:43Speaker 5: we'll be doing Hawaii and then that will be before
- 45:46Speaker 5: Christmas and then we'll be back we'll just be back here.
- 45:49Speaker 5: We haven't got any.
- 45:49Speaker 2: Point like un years, I have no idea.
- 45:52Speaker 5: I mean that's a little bit too far.
- 45:54Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean six days from Christmas.
- 45:56Speaker 2: Christ because it's a specific. Also, New Year's suck. I
- 46:00Speaker 2: don't remember what I did is overrated. I don't think
- 46:02Speaker 2: I had a great New Year, you know since I
- 46:04Speaker 2: was like seven.
- 46:04Speaker 3: You know, I like New Year's.
- 46:05Speaker 1: I like the New Year's because it's just a vacation
- 46:07Speaker 1: time where everything's closed and allows me my only two
- 46:09Speaker 1: weeks between Christmas series to just be chill, like you
- 46:13Speaker 1: know what I mean, without worrying like, oh my god,
- 46:15Speaker 1: who's doing this?
- 46:15Speaker 3: Because really, people checked down.
- 46:17Speaker 5: Nobody's doing any people end of December, beginning of January,
- 46:21Speaker 5: you're not getting any like up top day, you know,
- 46:22Speaker 5: doing any business wise.
- 46:24Speaker 3: Correct.
- 46:24Speaker 2: And also New Year's with a baby, how that's going
- 46:26Speaker 2: to be a totally different New Year. Maybe we all
- 46:28Speaker 2: get together do baby supper or something like that.
- 46:30Speaker 1: We're gonna be where for New Year's will be in Miami,
- 46:32Speaker 1: So everybody, if you guys want to come down obviously,
- 46:35Speaker 1: and we're gonna babies on the beach chill, you know, the.
- 46:38Speaker 3: Babies on the beach and then Christmas.
- 46:42Speaker 1: You know, like because my whole life I grew up
- 46:44Speaker 1: in Miami in La right, so like I never had
- 46:46Speaker 1: a white Christmas. Ever, the Lalla has really driven at
- 46:51Speaker 1: home that for Ocean throws Christmas. She wants to spend
- 46:54Speaker 1: it in you deer valley. Yeahah, and we're gonna run
- 46:57Speaker 1: a place up in the mountain and first time ever
- 47:00Speaker 1: Christmas in the snow.
- 47:01Speaker 2: That's awesome. Yeah, that's that's what that's what we want. Yeah,
- 47:03Speaker 2: this is the kind of same type of snow vibe.
- 47:05Speaker 5: And yeah, I don't want a snowy No, I'm fine
- 47:08Speaker 5: with the beach.
- 47:09Speaker 1: I mean yeah, but I mean, I you know, she's
- 47:11Speaker 1: the boss, so you know, so she gave me Miami
- 47:14Speaker 1: for New Year's and I and I'm gonna, you know,
- 47:16Speaker 1: we compromise on Christmas.
- 47:18Speaker 3: You like, okay Christmas. But you know what I like skiing.
- 47:20Speaker 3: And the thing is is that every year I go
- 47:22Speaker 3: to Sunyan.
- 47:23Speaker 1: It's the only time ever ski And because Sony Ants
- 47:25Speaker 1: has been canceled, you know, in terms of live the
- 47:27Speaker 1: last couple of years, this will be nice to go
- 47:29Speaker 1: and I'll be able to ski and and oh she'll
- 47:31Speaker 1: be able to have her first Christmas in the snow
- 47:34Speaker 1: that she'll never remember a little.
- 47:36Speaker 3: Yeah, but you know what if she'll never remember, with.
- 47:37Speaker 2: All the videos that we take of it, she's gonna remember.
- 47:40Speaker 3: By the way, By the way, I agree, good point,
- 47:41Speaker 3: because there's so much video.
- 47:43Speaker 5: It's just so easy.
- 47:44Speaker 2: Yeah, it's like I have, like the hard copies back
- 47:46Speaker 2: when I was a kid, Jack's hies with black and
- 47:47Speaker 2: white copies of photos.
- 47:49Speaker 3: Jessica sets, Oh yeah, I have those too.
- 47:51Speaker 2: I was saying, Jack's has like, you know, old black
- 47:52Speaker 2: and white photos because he was born you know, back
- 47:54Speaker 2: in the seventies fact before color was invented. So I
- 47:58Speaker 2: was born in eighties, so that was nineteen eighty that's
- 48:00Speaker 2: right when color card photos, Jack Jacksie.
- 48:02Speaker 3: Our photos are like polaroids, and it's always like March
- 48:06Speaker 3: eighty one.
- 48:08Speaker 2: February seventy written in cursive on the back, and I
- 48:12Speaker 2: faded because it's like the blue ball point.
- 48:15Speaker 1: It's like faded, and all your ship, all his ship's
- 48:18Speaker 1: like you know, fucking video.
- 48:20Speaker 5: It's it's actually, how old are you?
- 48:23Speaker 3: How are you?
- 48:23Speaker 5: I'm thirty one now, not even forty one, okay, so yeah,
- 48:28Speaker 5: and I'm fifty. That's a little right in the middle. Yeah, wow, yeah,
- 48:33Speaker 5: like you were born like I was born before Nintendo.
- 48:35Speaker 5: You were born what like Super Nintendo the second.
- 48:41Speaker 3: I was I was born Atari twenty six hundred.
- 48:44Speaker 2: I had that. My dad had that with the freaking
- 48:46Speaker 2: orange orange.
- 48:49Speaker 3: Pop.
- 48:49Speaker 2: Of course, there's an instagram that pops up that it's
- 48:54Speaker 2: like has all the game consoles and they're like, which
- 48:56Speaker 2: one are you? And I'm like the first one.
- 48:58Speaker 3: I was the one before that.
- 49:00Speaker 5: There was the test before it became a little die.
- 49:03Speaker 5: Oh yeah, sketch it.
- 49:05Speaker 3: Yeah, Oh my gosh wow.
- 49:07Speaker 1: And then what about I mean, it's just fun and reminisce.
- 49:09Speaker 1: But what about technology? So when you were so we'll
- 49:13Speaker 1: start with you when you were born, when we were young.
- 49:15Speaker 5: Technology is also slower in Australia than it is a little.
- 49:18Speaker 1: Bit when you were a teenager, like because that's the
- 49:20Speaker 1: time you want to run, Like when you were thirteen
- 49:22Speaker 1: and like seventeen, what device did you did you rock?
- 49:25Speaker 4: Oh?
- 49:25Speaker 5: I didn't even have a fine I'll grow up in
- 49:26Speaker 5: the country, so I was.
- 49:27Speaker 3: Nothing nothing, Okay? Uh was what was your first phone?
- 49:32Speaker 2: You ever got?
- 49:32Speaker 5: That you that you can remember thirty three fifteen when
- 49:35Speaker 5: I was like sixteen.
- 49:38Speaker 3: Noia Kia was just the square device.
- 49:42Speaker 5: Yeah, I remember, okay, and that was my first mine.
- 49:44Speaker 2: You had a pager and I was paid Yeah ninety
- 49:47Speaker 2: three pager, that pager where you would like you could
- 49:50Speaker 2: you have.
- 49:50Speaker 3: To go to the sety three Wait ninety three.
- 49:52Speaker 1: I was graduating college and I had my first flip
- 49:55Speaker 1: phone in and then I remember I was so excited
- 49:57Speaker 1: going to the flip ninety three flip phone ninety four
- 50:00Speaker 1: when I was graduating college that.
- 50:02Speaker 2: Maybe my mom just didn't buy it for me.
- 50:03Speaker 3: You probably didn't get it. Yeah, you got right, I
- 50:05Speaker 3: got we all have. I had a pager. I had
- 50:08Speaker 3: a pager al during college, but then I got I
- 50:10Speaker 3: was able to like, in my what does a page
- 50:12Speaker 3: it's a little much, it's a little any way, take
- 50:14Speaker 3: a moment. Please just take a moment. Take a moment.
- 50:17Speaker 1: This is what's amazing about generational gap. Brock just said it,
- 50:21Speaker 1: by the way, not even making fun of me. I'm
- 50:23Speaker 1: just saying, wow, Well.
- 50:24Speaker 5: Because I always see them in the movies like oh
- 50:26Speaker 5: I got a page and they looked down and it's.
- 50:27Speaker 3: Like, oh, I just want to take this moment.
- 50:30Speaker 5: I mean, he's being sincere.
- 50:32Speaker 3: That's what's amazing. I feel like I feel like I
- 50:33Speaker 3: just grew another ring.
- 50:35Speaker 2: I think I just age you.
- 50:37Speaker 3: I'm picking up my coffee. You have to I'm picking
- 50:39Speaker 3: out my fucking casket.
- 50:41Speaker 1: The fuck.
- 50:41Speaker 3: Let's go look at what? Tell what the pager is?
- 50:47Speaker 2: So patrons, this a little like you know, device square
- 50:50Speaker 2: thing where like your mom would call you and like
- 50:52Speaker 2: it would be from her number and the like you
- 50:54Speaker 2: got to pull over.
- 50:54Speaker 1: This one would show up. It would show up and like,
- 50:57Speaker 1: this person's reaching you, and then you have to go
- 50:58Speaker 1: to a pay phone. But in a back then it
- 51:01Speaker 1: was a dime and then to like hey, and you'd
- 51:04Speaker 1: be like, oh mom, Like he's got a page for
- 51:05Speaker 1: It's like what time you're gonna be home?
- 51:07Speaker 5: You like says She's kind of cool. When you on them,
- 51:10Speaker 5: it's a vibrant.
- 51:12Speaker 2: And it gets the number. But then like in high school,
- 51:14Speaker 2: you could send message. You would do like you message
- 51:16Speaker 2: it one for three. If you're dating someone, she would
- 51:18Speaker 2: just randomly message you one for three I love you.
- 51:20Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, And then you can do certain little things
- 51:23Speaker 2: like the little codes and stuff. Yeah, your friends would
- 51:26Speaker 2: know that this is like you know, like like where
- 51:28Speaker 2: we're going to meet all types of like her number.
- 51:31Speaker 2: Then next would be like like like another code of
- 51:33Speaker 2: like all ones, which means like an exclamation point is
- 51:35Speaker 2: an emergency, get you know, get over there.
- 51:38Speaker 3: My parents had My parents had phones from the minute
- 51:41Speaker 3: they came out. My parents were like like into the technology.
- 51:44Speaker 3: And my mom had that first brick phone.
- 51:46Speaker 2: I was so one of the with the backpack.
- 51:48Speaker 3: My dad had the back yeah, the big thing with
- 51:50Speaker 3: the big thing. It was like it looked like you
- 51:52Speaker 3: were working, you know, working on like an aircraft.
- 51:54Speaker 2: Like one in his car. I remember it never worked.
- 51:57Speaker 2: He had one in the car, the car he had
- 51:59Speaker 2: in a car there's and it never works, like this
- 52:02Speaker 2: is a brand new car. This thing doesn't work with
- 52:03Speaker 2: the cord, I mean with the cord of the whole thing,
- 52:06Speaker 2: like in the car. Did you ever see like the
- 52:08Speaker 2: Beverly Hillbillies movie from over the nineties, Remember when like
- 52:11Speaker 2: the Beverly hill Billies, Like it's like the nineties movie
- 52:14Speaker 2: and they're sending the back of the limo and they
- 52:15Speaker 2: just you know, get out of their country and she
- 52:17Speaker 2: pulls up the brick phone and they're like and the
- 52:19Speaker 2: woman like she think she's talking to somebody.
- 52:21Speaker 3: Earl oh, my god like that.
- 52:25Speaker 5: When I moved to America, That's why I got a
- 52:27Speaker 5: four to four number, because I wanted.
- 52:31Speaker 3: No, oh my god, That's why.
- 52:36Speaker 1: I was the same wh when I moved to LA
- 52:37Speaker 1: I wanted three one old. Just be like oh, because
- 52:39Speaker 1: at that time there was no four two four, It
- 52:41Speaker 1: was three one oh. There was only three one o
- 52:42Speaker 1: and two one three and eight one eight. So if
- 52:44Speaker 1: you were like two and three, you're a Hollywood person.
- 52:46Speaker 1: If you were eight, when eight you were the Valley
- 52:47Speaker 1: and three and oh you were like Beverly Hills. I
- 52:48Speaker 1: was broken and a nickel and I'm like, I'm yeah.
- 52:52Speaker 1: I mean why I parked my car sixteen blocks away
- 52:54Speaker 1: from the valet because I didn't want Tony to see,
- 52:57Speaker 1: you know, the rundown car I had because early work.
- 53:00Speaker 2: Yeah, that was I'm ee. Because when I first moved here,
- 53:04Speaker 2: I moved lived in Tuluga Lake for I think the
- 53:07Speaker 2: first yeah, for the first year, and then Silver Lake.
- 53:09Speaker 2: You kept it and I just kept it.
- 53:10Speaker 1: Yeah, but you yeah, twenty one years, same number, same number,
- 53:14Speaker 1: twenty one years. Well, I think I've had about three
- 53:17Speaker 1: in the twenty one years, but one is like legit
- 53:20Speaker 1: and I've.
- 53:21Speaker 2: Had it for so long that sometimes people like mess
- 53:22Speaker 2: like when we like when you know, people found out
- 53:25Speaker 2: that I had a baby, I'll sudden just getting all
- 53:26Speaker 2: these random numbers like congratulations, and you have no idea,
- 53:29Speaker 2: no cloud, no idea, no clue, like I.
- 53:32Speaker 5: Still my bad friend. I'm like, who who's these I
- 53:34Speaker 5: have with semi random numbers?
- 53:35Speaker 1: Yeah, but I'm the same and you know, and and
- 53:38Speaker 1: then I start like I always want to change my
- 53:40Speaker 1: number because I'm like, I just you stopped with all
- 53:42Speaker 1: the constant messages. And then I'm like that I get
- 53:45Speaker 1: an anxiety, like, oh my god. Then what about business?
- 53:47Speaker 1: What about that guy like that I dealt with three
- 53:49Speaker 1: years ago? What if he wakes up and wants to
- 53:51Speaker 1: do a deal with me this year?
- 53:52Speaker 2: I can't.
- 53:52Speaker 1: I can't.
- 53:53Speaker 3: Yeah, It's like I freak out.
- 53:54Speaker 2: Yep, I loved Now.
- 53:59Speaker 5: I go on for you? How's going back off the
- 54:02Speaker 5: pages in the final spring? It back into being panenting?
- 54:05Speaker 5: What about the sex lot? How are we doing it?
- 54:08Speaker 5: How's it affected you guys? Has anything changed? Because I mean, yeah,
- 54:13Speaker 5: let's why are you guys starn to me?
- 54:15Speaker 3: Here's the thing I say. I think we're looking at
- 54:17Speaker 3: you because you're nine months in so you have the
- 54:20Speaker 3: most runway away from the birth.
- 54:23Speaker 1: Okay, so let's start with you, and then I'll go
- 54:25Speaker 1: to me because I'm ahead of Brock, and then Brock
- 54:27Speaker 1: is the closest.
- 54:29Speaker 3: To the birth.
- 54:29Speaker 2: Okay, So I've I guess I'm I'm frustrated with myself
- 54:33Speaker 2: because at forty one, I should be like like buying
- 54:37Speaker 2: those pills at seven eleven to the front that like
- 54:39Speaker 2: get you know, because forty one, I thought that my
- 54:42Speaker 2: mojo is supposed to like go down. I don't know
- 54:44Speaker 2: what happened, but like after when I like after, I
- 54:47Speaker 2: feel like, yeah, after Harford was born, I I like, also,
- 54:49Speaker 2: I'm so attracted to my wife that I'm just like
- 54:51Speaker 2: you know when she like just changes, I'm like, hey,
- 54:54Speaker 2: I'm so attracted to my wife, and my brain is
- 54:57Speaker 2: so like sexually activated, like the past nine months, my
- 55:00Speaker 2: body is like I feel like I'm I'm a rabbit.
- 55:02Speaker 2: I just I'm always thinking about it. I always thinking about.
- 55:05Speaker 3: Her hold on in pregnancy. How often you have.
- 55:07Speaker 2: All the time, which is all the time at least
- 55:10Speaker 2: to at least.
- 55:11Speaker 1: To talk about we were like it just got like
- 55:14Speaker 1: we did, but like it got like awkward. I thought
- 55:17Speaker 1: I was like, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 55:21Speaker 5: I definitely slide down.
- 55:23Speaker 3: I was like, it was a little it was a
- 55:25Speaker 3: little yeah, it's a little mental for a small penis.
- 55:28Speaker 2: So I didn't have.
- 55:30Speaker 6: You guys are like my big old dick was going
- 55:32Speaker 6: to pop it in the head. Get at scientifically, no
- 55:36Speaker 6: way whatever you have on her half I heard it
- 55:40Speaker 6: was just.
- 55:40Speaker 5: Like there's a lot going on there. I was like, honey,
- 55:43Speaker 5: this isn't working for me. It just it just got
- 55:45Speaker 5: It was emotional.
- 55:47Speaker 3: It was a mental for me to doing now now
- 55:49Speaker 3: what about after after so so on? So are you saying?
- 55:52Speaker 2: So I would sit there and she would be like,
- 55:57Speaker 2: you know, I have to get like you can't just
- 55:58Speaker 2: we're not you know, it's not like first year that together,
- 56:01Speaker 2: which instant. So now I'm like, now I found the way.
- 56:03Speaker 2: I'm like, would you like, would you like a midday
- 56:05Speaker 2: massage because there's there's no more morning sex because hardfer's
- 56:08Speaker 2: gonna wake up.
- 56:09Speaker 1: I'd rather sleep now, you know, you know what the
- 56:12Speaker 1: hardest thing for us, and and and she's all about it,
- 56:15Speaker 1: and she you know, we just had a conversation like
- 56:17Speaker 1: you know, when she gets back from this trip, like she's.
- 56:20Speaker 3: Really feeling it.
- 56:21Speaker 1: And the thing about is is time and that's something
- 56:24Speaker 1: that we're now working on in the relationship, is like,
- 56:26Speaker 1: you just have to make sure that time in the
- 56:29Speaker 1: relationship is a priority.
- 56:30Speaker 3: And I think that was hard for both of us.
- 56:32Speaker 1: I think the baby came and everything was about the
- 56:34Speaker 1: baby and then work and then coming out of a pandemic,
- 56:38Speaker 1: trying to make a living, trying to put you know,
- 56:39Speaker 1: trying to get back to some level of even because
- 56:43Speaker 1: I mean, it wasn't a great time. And I think
- 56:46Speaker 1: now we've looked at each other and said, there's nothing
- 56:49Speaker 1: more important than time together.
- 56:52Speaker 3: And I think it took us.
- 56:54Speaker 1: We're six months into to ocean, but I think it
- 56:57Speaker 1: took us about four and a half months we started saying, Okay,
- 57:00Speaker 1: it doesn't matter.
- 57:01Speaker 3: We have to have time for each other.
- 57:02Speaker 2: Because why, guys are the foundation.
- 57:03Speaker 3: You need them. You need to keep that correct and
- 57:05Speaker 3: I and I think people forget that.
- 57:07Speaker 1: I think you know, when you ask people, they'll say,
- 57:09Speaker 1: and therapists have told me this, you know that I've
- 57:11Speaker 1: gone to in my life. Uh, you know, just on
- 57:15Speaker 1: an individual base, they saying, you know, just so you know,
- 57:18Speaker 1: relationship has to be the priority. Yeah, because if your
- 57:21Speaker 1: relationship is healthy, your children will be healthy. Yeah, your
- 57:23Speaker 1: relationship is dysfunctional.
- 57:25Speaker 3: Your your children's dysfunctional.
- 57:27Speaker 1: So I so we both took that as meaning not
- 57:31Speaker 1: we're dysfunctional, but just like your kids are going to
- 57:35Speaker 1: be great, but if you're great, they're going to be phenomenal, right,
- 57:39Speaker 1: Like they're gonna be okay. So now we're saying okay,
- 57:42Speaker 1: time together, date nights, trips, like.
- 57:44Speaker 3: You know, we just on this floor.
- 57:46Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, And there's nothing more important to us now
- 57:50Speaker 1: is creating that time together.
- 57:51Speaker 3: So that's that's for us.
- 57:53Speaker 1: It's helped us in the in our sex life and
- 57:56Speaker 1: and being reconnected in a more positive way because and
- 58:00Speaker 1: more positive but just in a healthier way, because our
- 58:03Speaker 1: attention between work and our baby was taking up like
- 58:06Speaker 1: consuming us. But now it's like no, no, no, no,
- 58:09Speaker 1: Tuesday's date night doesn't matter what the fuck's going on.
- 58:11Speaker 1: We're going out to dinner and we're coming home and
- 58:14Speaker 1: we're getting it on.
- 58:15Speaker 2: See yeah, Moday Night's definitely that's easy.
- 58:20Speaker 5: Going to get home for the date night. It's like, wait,
- 58:22Speaker 5: we have to Oh. I felt like we did the
- 58:23Speaker 5: same thing Sina and I we had We were like
- 58:26Speaker 5: we got to make time for ourselves. But then then
- 58:28Speaker 5: it got to a point where we're putting so much
- 58:29Speaker 5: pressure on coming home and having sex that it wasn't
- 58:32Speaker 5: happening because I was just like for me, I was
- 58:34Speaker 5: kind of like I was like, oh, I'm just gonna
- 58:37Speaker 5: go to bed, like I'm tired. And so to get
- 58:40Speaker 5: over that, we tried it a few times, went to
- 58:41Speaker 5: Palm Springs and even during like our first time having
- 58:45Speaker 5: sex after baby was like four months into it, and
- 58:47Speaker 5: then everybody even trying was like halfway through making that
- 58:50Speaker 5: with her in like full play, I'm like, I like,
- 58:53Speaker 5: look at her, what are you thinking about right now? Well,
- 58:55Speaker 5: she's like, oh, I'm thinking is it still the same
- 58:57Speaker 5: down there? Is my baby inside? Like I was like,
- 58:59Speaker 5: it's and then that doesn't do it for me? Yeah,
- 59:02Speaker 5: and needs you win with this? This is I need
- 59:04Speaker 5: a response for that to get that energy gone.
- 59:06Speaker 1: So like you need the connection and you also and
- 59:08Speaker 1: you're also also probably and I know you because your
- 59:10Speaker 1: sense of a person like you want her to feel
- 59:12Speaker 1: safe and connected. So you're asking her like are you
- 59:15Speaker 1: all right? And she's also has the insecurities, which which
- 59:18Speaker 1: I know you know Lala has or had you know,
- 59:21Speaker 1: I think in the beginning, but it's like I just
- 59:23Speaker 1: tell her like it's you and I like, don't don't worry,
- 59:25Speaker 1: like when we're in that moment, like let's just and
- 59:28Speaker 1: she's she's you know, she h yeah.
- 59:31Speaker 3: I think. I think you've got to just work on
- 59:33Speaker 3: it because it thinks not it. There's no book to it.
- 59:35Speaker 5: It's like, well, exactly what worked for us was just spontaneously,
- 59:39Speaker 5: So what instead of me going like, hey, like let's go,
- 59:41Speaker 5: we're gonna go to dinner, it's not get it on.
- 59:43Speaker 5: After I was like, hey, honey, I'm getting the shower quick,
- 59:45Speaker 5: come with me. And then I dumped in shouting and
- 59:48Speaker 5: it was like, oh that was easy, see where it is.
- 59:50Speaker 5: And then it just took all the stress of going
- 59:52Speaker 5: to dinner and coming home and playing and have six
- 59:54Speaker 5: like the mental runway there. I was just like handy
- 59:58Speaker 5: jumping shower with me real quick that we just started
- 1:00:00Speaker 5: making out and the it what God.
- 1:00:02Speaker 2: It's almost like those like the nerves like when you're
- 1:00:04Speaker 2: saying it's like the nerves on the first date, you're
- 1:00:05Speaker 2: like all the day, like do I kiss her when
- 1:00:07Speaker 2: I drop her off? I mean like I got to
- 1:00:08Speaker 2: the restaurant yet, But do I kiss her when I
- 1:00:10Speaker 2: drop her off? Oh my god, what do I do?
- 1:00:12Speaker 2: What I or you know, or just even that first yeah,
- 1:00:15Speaker 2: this first moment. But we sit there and uh, we
- 1:00:17Speaker 2: just kind of I just have the thing like I'm saying,
- 1:00:19Speaker 2: midday massage and you know, and I go midday massage,
- 1:00:22Speaker 2: no touchy like, no sexy time, just to be like,
- 1:00:24Speaker 2: if she doesn't want sexy time, you still get a massage, right,
- 1:00:27Speaker 2: Sometimes she does, so then it's like it's it's a
- 1:00:29Speaker 2: win when she gets a massage and you know, we
- 1:00:32Speaker 2: get to you know, make a love.
- 1:00:34Speaker 5: I love that.
- 1:00:36Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:00:37Speaker 5: I've never been so happy and like happy in any
- 1:00:40Speaker 5: relationship my entire life. But now with this one, she's
- 1:00:42Speaker 5: she's a mother of my child, and it's she's amazing.
- 1:00:46Speaker 5: It's just the best. Like, and talk to guys that
- 1:00:48Speaker 5: have the same situations going on, like I just always
- 1:00:50Speaker 5: want to make sure I did the best version of
- 1:00:52Speaker 5: myself for my family now, and that's the pressure I
- 1:00:55Speaker 5: put on myself.
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: And it's an evolution, like we're all nobody's perfect law
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: is not perfectly I'm not for you guys, like, but
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: but as long as you work on it and you
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: put the effort in.
- 1:01:03Speaker 3: I think we're all in up in the right place.
- 1:01:05Speaker 2: Yeah, I think we're doing pretty damn good.
- 1:01:07Speaker 3: I think we're over I think the three of us
- 1:01:10Speaker 3: are overachievers.
- 1:01:10Speaker 5: I definitely didn't put my kid in a bulks yet
- 1:01:12Speaker 5: now or it sucks, I'm going to order ed Carton's
- 1:01:20Speaker 5: milk car what is it?
- 1:01:21Speaker 2: Carts for all of us?
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: All right, all right, this was awesome and honestly this
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: is probably my favorite podcast. This is the ship I
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: love and I know you guys like it. So we
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: got to try to make this, you know, every eight weeks,
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: like we were out to try to do this because.
- 1:01:36Speaker 3: This is like good guys. You know, we don't get
- 1:01:38Speaker 3: the time like to just talk with.
- 1:01:40Speaker 2: We need to have like at least enough time for
- 1:01:42Speaker 2: new things to happen.
- 1:01:43Speaker 3: A couple of months goes.
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: By and we come back in and now, you know,
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: and now your daughter's you know, sprinting, My daughter's in marathons.
