- 0:00Speaker 1: You know, the Communists want to take it down. They
- 0:03Speaker 1: try taking Mountain Rush Blood down. They want to blow
- 0:06Speaker 1: it up. They want to take it down. They shouldn't
- 0:08Speaker 1: be up there. These people are crazy, but communism is.
- 0:12Speaker 1: In my opinion, communism is the single greatest threat to
- 0:16Speaker 1: our country and its history, including even World War One
- 0:20Speaker 1: and World War Two Pearl Harvard nine to eleven. I
- 0:22Speaker 1: think it's the greatest threat that I've ever seen to
- 0:24Speaker 1: our country. These people are stone fall crazy.
- 0:27Speaker 2: If you're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with
- 0:30Speaker 2: Ben ferguson.
- 0:31Speaker 3: Good Thursday morning, it's nice to have you with us
- 0:33Speaker 3: on the forty seven Morning Update, and we've got two
- 0:35Speaker 3: big stories for you. First up, Mundani lied to everyone
- 0:40Speaker 3: claiming that he was going to arrest the Prime Minister
- 0:43Speaker 3: of Israel, net and Yahu when he comes to the
- 0:45Speaker 3: United Nations. Well now he's put out a new anti
- 0:48Speaker 3: Semitic video, but he actually had to tell the truth
- 0:52Speaker 3: that he can't do what he promised, and we'll explain
- 0:54Speaker 3: that to you. Also, in another story, you may remember
- 0:59Speaker 3: we talked about the New Jersey governor claiming there was
- 1:02Speaker 3: a computer glitch that registered illlegal immigrants to vote and
- 1:06Speaker 3: many of them actually did vote after they were given
- 1:09Speaker 3: the ability to vote. Well, now the software company that
- 1:13Speaker 3: works for the state is saying, uh uh, we did
- 1:16Speaker 3: not have a computer glitch at all. In fact, this
- 1:19Speaker 3: was the Democrats and lack of oversight. We explain that
- 1:23Speaker 3: to you as well. All right, now, before we get
- 1:25Speaker 3: to all that, I want to talk to you a

- 3:18Speaker 3: slash ben forty seven or nine seven to two Patriot.
- 3:23Speaker 3: It's a forty seven morning update and it starts right now.
- 3:26Speaker 2: Story number one.
- 3:28Speaker 3: For Days New York City's Mayor Mundani, he projected massive
- 3:33Speaker 3: confidence that he was going to arrest the Israeli Prime
- 3:38Speaker 3: Minister Benjaminett Yahoo when he came to New York for
- 3:42Speaker 3: the United Nations. When he came to New York for
- 3:44Speaker 3: the United Nations General Assembly, his administration would look at
- 3:49Speaker 3: arresting him, they said under the International Criminal Court warrant.
- 3:53Speaker 3: It was a promise that generated headlines around the world
- 3:56Speaker 3: and thrilled many of the anti Semites in his political supporters.
- 4:01Speaker 3: But then the reality check came and now the anger
- 4:05Speaker 3: at Yeah Mundani for lying yet again to his constituents.
- 4:11Speaker 3: So after quote ordering his own legal review, Mundani acknowledged
- 4:17Speaker 3: that New York City simply does not have the quote
- 4:20Speaker 3: legal authority to arrest Netnyahoo. He even had to release
- 4:26Speaker 3: a video because so many on the left were so
- 4:28Speaker 3: angry at him for giving them false hope, his office
- 4:32Speaker 3: putting it out and the mayor admitting his administration had
- 4:37Speaker 3: to review every avenue available under applicable law, and they concluded, Yeah,
- 4:43Speaker 3: that he's a pathological liar, that he has no authority
- 4:48Speaker 3: at all whatsoever to execute the ICC warrant. In fact,
- 4:53Speaker 3: if he did, he may actually go to jail trying
- 4:56Speaker 3: to do it. Here's Mundani, in his own words, having
- 5:00Speaker 3: to admit he's well full of crap.
- 5:03Speaker 4: Benjamin Etnie who is a war criminal, the architect of
- 5:06Speaker 4: a horrific genocide against the Palestinian people. He is responsible
- 5:10Speaker 4: for the killing of more than seventy three thousand people,
- 5:14Speaker 4: For the maiming of tens of thousands of children as
- 5:17Speaker 4: those who survive undergo amputation without anesthesia. For the targeting
- 5:22Speaker 4: of neonatal hospitals and attorney care centers, denying newborns even
- 5:26Speaker 4: the chance to live. For the countless people he starved
- 5:29Speaker 4: as he blocked food and humanitarian aid from reaching them,
- 5:32Speaker 4: for the gunning down of hundreds of aid workers and journalists.
- 5:36Speaker 4: And just last month, the UN confirmed that Palestinian children
- 5:39Speaker 4: continue to be deliberately targeted and killed by Israeli armed forces,
- 5:44Speaker 4: more than eight months after the so called ceasefire. The
- 5:47Speaker 4: list goes on and on, all as we, as Americans,
- 5:51Speaker 4: pay for the bombs that do the killing. There is
- 5:54Speaker 4: a reason the International Criminal Court issued a warrant for
- 5:57Speaker 4: his arrest. As human beings, we have spent generally building
- 6:01Speaker 4: a shared understanding that there are crimes so grave they
- 6:04Speaker 4: offend all of humanity. Anyone with their eyes, with their heart,
- 6:09Speaker 4: with their conscience, should recognize the devastation he has wrought
- 6:12Speaker 4: and understand that he belongs before a court of law.
- 6:17Speaker 4: As I've said, I agree with the ICC the Benjamin Netanya,
- 6:20Speaker 4: who should be arrested and tried for his crimes, as
- 6:23Speaker 4: I do for anyone else charged by the ICC. My
- 6:27Speaker 4: administration has reviewed every avenue available under applicable law to
- 6:32Speaker 4: determine whether New York City could execute the International Criminal
- 6:35Speaker 4: Court's arrest warrant if Benjamin Netanya, who came here. It
- 6:38Speaker 4: is clear that we do not have the independent legal
- 6:40Speaker 4: authority to enforce this warrant. The federal government, however, does
- 6:45Speaker 4: and I call on them to join the ICC and
- 6:47Speaker 4: execute this warrant. And I want to be equally clear
- 6:50Speaker 4: Benjamin Netanya, who is not welcome in New York City,
- 6:53Speaker 4: nor is any other war criminal at large. While we
- 6:56Speaker 4: cannot end the genocide on our own, we can decide
- 6:59Speaker 4: whether our silence and will become another weapon, and we
- 7:01Speaker 4: can examine every tool we have to defend the humanity
- 7:05Speaker 4: and dignity of all people. That is my commitment to you. Now.
- 7:11Speaker 3: That was Mundani obviously going full on anti Semite, attacking
- 7:16Speaker 3: net Yahoo, attacking Israel, attacking the Jewish people. And this
- 7:20Speaker 3: is exactly what you would expect from him. And again,
- 7:23Speaker 3: just days earlier, he said his legal team was exploring
- 7:27Speaker 3: whether New York could detain net Yahoo during his visit
- 7:31Speaker 3: to the United Nations General Assembly. Now, the left, they
- 7:36Speaker 3: are actually mad now at the mayor for giving them
- 7:40Speaker 3: the hope that there could actually be un arrest, and
- 7:43Speaker 3: of course that there actually was an arrests. I think
- 7:45Speaker 3: we all know that BIEB would not be coming to
- 7:48Speaker 3: New York City. So instead of announcing the arrests now,
- 7:51Speaker 3: Mandani is shifting his position. He now says the federal
- 7:56Speaker 3: government should join the International Criminal Court, something that we
- 7:59Speaker 3: should never do, by the way, and then immediately carry
- 8:03Speaker 3: out any arrest war in itself, especially Net Yahoo, the
- 8:07Speaker 3: quote unquote war criminal. Now, whether you agree or disagree
- 8:11Speaker 3: with Mendanni's view on Israel, this episode highlights an important
- 8:16Speaker 3: distinction between campaign rhetoric and actual governing. It's one thing
- 8:22Speaker 3: to make sweeping promises on the campaign trail, and Mendanni
- 8:25Speaker 3: is a pathological liar. This is the same exact guy
- 8:29Speaker 3: who said and I quote the buses will be free,
- 8:34Speaker 3: the subway will be free. Not only are they not free,
- 8:37Speaker 3: they've actually increased the pricing. He also said they were
- 8:41Speaker 3: going to set up government grocery stores. How often do
- 8:44Speaker 3: you see those.
- 8:45Speaker 1: In New York?
- 8:45Speaker 3: You really don't. Another example of a communist, socialist Marxist
- 8:50Speaker 3: running for office, promising you the world and then having
- 8:54Speaker 3: to do videos telling you the truth that everything they
- 8:57Speaker 3: said they were going to give you they can't actually
- 9:01Speaker 3: do at all. So here we are again another lie
- 9:04Speaker 3: from Mendami, another video that he had to put out,
- 9:08Speaker 3: of course, still claiming that somehow it's the other guy's fault.
- 9:12Speaker 2: Next story number two, which.
- 9:14Speaker 3: Brings me to another story about another pathological liar. The
- 9:19Speaker 3: software vendor, and this is the story we talked about yesterday.
- 9:23Speaker 3: In New Jersey is now disputing the governor's quote unquote
- 9:27Speaker 3: glitch claim that she says the state approved foreigners on
- 9:31Speaker 3: their voter rolls and many of them actually voted.
- 9:35Speaker 4: Well.
- 9:35Speaker 3: Now the New Jersey government and its vendor are in
- 9:38Speaker 3: a public dispute that was supposed to catch an error
- 9:43Speaker 3: that allowed thousands of nonsenisans to register to vote in
- 9:46Speaker 3: New Jersey. It raised direct questions about the integrity of
- 9:50Speaker 3: the safeguards that voters are told they can trust all
- 9:53Speaker 3: over the country with Just hours after the new Jersey
- 9:57Speaker 3: governor blamed a software glitch for thousands of non citizens
- 10:01Speaker 3: being registered to vote automatically, the software company that she
- 10:05Speaker 3: threw under the bus has issued a statement disputing that claim.
- 10:10Speaker 3: The software vendor for the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission
- 10:14Speaker 3: issuing a statement saying it was the responsibility of state government,
- 10:18Speaker 3: which is completely controlled by the Democrats, to verify eligibility
- 10:23Speaker 3: to vote. IDEMA quote worked with a New Jersey Motor
- 10:27Speaker 3: Vehicle Commission and has for more than forty years to
- 10:30Speaker 3: support the process through which eligible individuals may indicate their
- 10:35Speaker 3: interest to register to vote when applying for or renewing
- 10:39Speaker 3: a driver's license or a state issued identification card. Ademia's
- 10:43Speaker 3: role is to transmit information through the motor vehicle system.
- 10:47Speaker 3: ADEMIA said this in a statement saying, quote, the voter
- 10:51Speaker 3: registration information is transmitted to the New Jersey Department of State,
- 10:55Speaker 3: then the Division of Elections, which is ultimately responsible for
- 10:59Speaker 3: verifying eligibility to vote. Information submitted by ADEMIYEP must still
- 11:05Speaker 3: be validated and adjudicated by the Division of Elections. Now,
- 11:10Speaker 3: the governor blamed the software company on Tuesday, saying that
- 11:14Speaker 3: there was a quote computer glitch that allowed six six
- 11:17Speaker 3: hundred and sixty non citizens, meaning illegal immigrants, to register
- 11:22Speaker 3: to vote. She also said that as many as four
- 11:24Speaker 3: hundred of those illegal immigrants had in fact voted in
- 11:27Speaker 3: recent elections. She claimed that those who voted were quote
- 11:32Speaker 3: registered as Democrats, Republicans, and unaffiliated voters, and were scattered
- 11:37Speaker 3: across the state. It is unclear for which candidate the
- 11:41Speaker 3: non citizens voted, she also said. And of course, to
- 11:45Speaker 3: cover the story here, right, they said, Well, the individuals
- 11:48Speaker 3: answered no when asked on a keypad whether they were
- 11:51Speaker 3: a US citizen when applying for drivers' licenses and identification cards,
- 11:56Speaker 3: but through no fault of their own, the system registered
- 11:58Speaker 3: them anyway, the continued. Now, Cheryl also said the error
- 12:03Speaker 3: curred under the previous administration, again throwing her Democratic colleague,
- 12:07Speaker 3: Governor Phil Murphy under the bus as well. So no accountability. Well,
- 12:12Speaker 3: now the software company is saying, yeah, you're a lying.
- 12:16Speaker 3: It wasn't a software glitch at all. This was your
- 12:20Speaker 3: fault and this was your problem. So now you have
- 12:23Speaker 3: two different Democrats in office yet again lying to the
- 12:26Speaker 3: voters apparently about their big plans and when they're called
- 12:30Speaker 3: out on it, and we'll see how they respond. Well,
- 12:33Speaker 3: one thing is for sure. They may promise you one thing,
- 12:36Speaker 3: but they clearly are delivering something very different.
