**PRECIOUS METALS** You Best PAY ATTENTION to This! 🚨 - (Silver Price & Gold Price) · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

0:02
We have massive news right now in the gold and silver sector,
0:06
too much to talk about, but we're going to do it and we're
0:09
going to do it together. Thank you for joining me here in
0:12
the basement, $4000 gold, $60.00 silver, I'm starting to think is
0:18
easy. And after you hear what we're
0:19
going to talk about today, I think you might just agree.
0:22
We've got two big warnings and we're going to talk about Trump,
0:26
but we've got massive breaking news right now in the gold and
0:32
silver sector in relationship to legal tender legislation.
0:36
Let's get to that First. Let's go to this breaking news
0:39
out of Missouri, and then we're going to talk about Florida, and
0:43
then we're going to talk about Trump.
0:45
And right now, what we're getting out of Missouri is
0:51
almost, almost too good to be true.
0:55
This came from Citizens for Sound Money.
0:57
This just hit the wire. Missouri is making history.
1:00
Senator Mike Moon pulled off a masterstroke, adding the
1:03
Constitutional Money Act onto a major financial omnibus bill and
1:10
just passed the Missouri Senate 21 to 10.
1:14
This is legal tender legislation.
1:16
This allows you as a citizen of states that passed this
1:19
legislation to, to use gold and silver as legal tender.
1:24
Gold and silver, the original forms of a decentralized
1:28
finance. This bold move revived the
1:31
effort to make physical gold and silver legal tender in Missouri
1:35
and require the state to accept only electronic gold and silver
1:39
for debts and taxes. A shout out to Senator Mike
1:43
Moon. Shout out to the Missouri
1:44
Freedom Initiative. And the bill now heads to the
1:48
Senate Fiscal Review Committee Thursday.
1:51
And then it's off to the House where it's expected to fly
1:54
through the next week. But it's not just Missouri,
1:57
guys. We get some big news out of
2:00
Florida as well. Florida, like, which on its own
2:04
would be one of the biggest economies in the world, is also
2:08
taking steps to pass legal tender legislation.
2:11
Remember, this is what your founding fathers put in the
2:14
Constitution to protect you. Let's head down to Florida where
2:19
we see this. We're going to go to Florida
2:23
politics and here we go. Florida politics tells us, OK,
2:30
Governor backs gold and silver as legal tender.
2:34
The senator hasn't taken this up, but it passed the House 114
2:39
to one. While the war between the House
2:42
and the governor has been a big talking point this year, Ron
2:45
DeSantis says he would support a House bill to make gold and
2:49
silver legal tender. Yes, I would, DeSantis said in
2:53
Destin when asked if you would back HB999, which passed last
2:58
week by the House. So in Florida, so we've got
3:02
Missouri moving now we have Florida where it's passed the
3:06
House and now needs to go to the Senate.
3:08
But the governor of Florida has said Ron DeSantis that he would
3:12
pass the bill. Guys, gold and silver are
3:16
moving, right? And remember, gold and silver,
3:18
they're the original forms of Defy.
3:21
Do you know what Defy means? To hear that techie term, it's
3:24
thrown around a lot in the crypto world, but Defy stands
3:28
for decentralized finance. That means there's no one
3:31
central power that controls the value of the assets and silver
3:35
and gold are defy. And the states are working right
3:40
now to make it possible for the citizens of these individual
3:45
states. And it's already passed in a
3:47
handful of other states to use gold and silver as legal tender.
3:51
Hey, thank you for being here. This is a gold and silver
3:54
focused live stream for the silver and gold community and
3:58
also for the crypto community who's been asking me, requesting
4:02
that I put together gold and silver content.
4:05
I've always loved gold and silver.
4:07
I know you have two, but most importantly, I've always loved
4:10
you for coming down here to the basement, right, The basement
4:13
dwellers hanging out talking about what we love.
4:16
It's a big deal you're here. Thank you.
4:18
Please subscribe to the channel, give the video a thumbs up.
4:21
Super chats and super thanks are never expected, but always
4:25
appreciated. Now let's hear what Donald
4:27
Trump. So we know what the states, but
4:29
what would it mean on a national level if gold and silver were to
4:33
take on a renewed level of importance?
4:36
Well, let's just take a quick look at what Donald Trump
4:39
recently said. This gets very interesting as
4:44
Trump said, gold. Here's an article from FX
4:48
Empire. Gold hits record high after
4:51
Trump revives, quote the golden rule.
4:55
Do you know what the golden rule is?
4:57
We're going to skip through a bunch of this talking about how
5:00
well gold is done over the last year or so, and we'll get right
5:03
to the need of it, which is highlighted in gold for you.
5:07
It says over the weekend, President Donald Trump President
5:12
Donald Trump provided a new catalyst for gold with a bold
5:16
statement on his Truth Social platform.
5:19
In a post, the president declared quote, he who has the
5:23
gold makes the rules. This powerful message did not go
5:28
unnoticed. Trump's posts and gold prices
5:31
surging to a new historic high within striking distance of
5:35
$3500 an ounce as financial markets opened on Monday.
5:40
Guys, $3500 an ounce. Do you remember two years ago,
5:46
remember that bear was blindfolded with $2500 across
5:51
and I said I would take the blindfold off when the gold
5:53
price at 2500 and I got I got it attacked.
5:57
I got attacked as being a metals pumper.
6:00
How dare I even, I even I even throw out there the speculation
6:05
the gold could hit $2500. Gold hit $3500 per oz on Monday.
6:12
Needless to say, the bears blindfold went off Donald Trump.
6:15
Let's talk about the reason why Donald, what Donald Trump said
6:18
is so important. The golden rule, he who has the
6:22
gold makes the rules. Why?
6:25
Because like we talked about earlier, gold and silver and
6:30
crypto for that matter are forms of defy decentralized finance.
6:34
No one entity can control their worldwide they're decentralized.
6:41
So whoever has it has the power. That's what he is saying.
6:46
Does that explain why we're seeing on a national level and
6:50
now even on a state by state level, a renewed interest in
6:54
gold and silver? Things are getting interesting.
6:57
Things will continue to get interesting.
7:00
Let's talk about 4000 dollar, $4000 gold.
7:04
Who's saying that? How about JP Morgan?
7:07
And there's a lot more as well. Let's go out here to this is
7:15
Watcher Guru and see what they have to say about $4000 gold, JP
7:22
Morgan predicts. But it's not just them.
7:25
But wait, there's more. When gold prices will reach
7:28
$4000? Gold is money.
7:33
Everything else is credit. JP Morgan 1912.
7:37
All right, let's go down. I got it highlighted.
7:39
When will gold prices reach 4000?
7:41
JP Morgan? JP Morgan has the answer.
7:45
OK. Global investment bank JP Morgan
7:48
wrote in its recent report that gold prices could reach $4000
7:52
per oz mark in Q2 of 2026. Quote, underpinning our forecast
7:58
for gold prices heading towards $4000 next year is continued
8:02
strong investor and central bank gold demand averaging around 710
8:08
tons 1/4 net this year. I got, I got a few comments on
8:13
that, but I'm going to save it. Hold on.
8:16
Not just JP Morgan. Oh, so there's more, right?
8:19
Bloomberg commodity strategist Mike Mcclone recently forecasted
8:23
gold prices would soon $4000. It's only a matter of time, he
8:28
said. At the something index will
8:31
reach there in distinctive fashion.
8:34
So we have JP Morgan, we have JP Morgan themselves.
8:41
Also Goldman Sachs is predicting these massive high gold prices.
8:46
We have Bloomberg, right, and a slew of others.
8:50
But think about this and they mentioned it, right?
8:53
The reason why we can get real excited about this is because
8:57
the American investors haven't really even started to take part
9:03
in this situation yet. OK, I think it's like what?
9:07
I don't know, .5 percent, 1%, whatever it is, I think I got
9:10
some data I'll share with you later.
9:12
But when America still is the. For now, we're doing a good job
9:16
of trying to erode this, but we are still the richest country in
9:20
the world. Think about if we get a little
9:23
bit, just a touch, right, Those Costco parents, those Costco
9:27
moms and dads who are buying gold.
9:30
But what if it really catches on, right?
9:33
Think about the wave of new investors, the wave of new
9:37
demand that we could have for gold.
9:38
And you know what that's going to do to silver, You know,
9:41
right, I'm telling you, $60.00 silver lickety split.
9:46
Lickety split. I think it's easy now.
9:50
A lot of you might attack me, and that's OK.
9:53
This is America. I can say what I want.
9:55
I believe we're going to get $60.00 silver lickety split.
9:59
OK? Just like I used to say we were
10:01
going to get $2500 gold and people thought I was crazy.
10:05
I know. That's my truth, right?
10:07
Where's that silver bear? Oh, I'm sorry.
10:09
Hold on, hold on, he's way back there.
10:13
Can you see him? He's back there, back behind The
10:15
Dirty man safe. He's got a blindfold on that
10:18
says $85. It'll come off sooner as opposed
10:22
to later. Hey, before I forget, I need to
10:24
thank my channel sponsors, Ledger.
10:26
Okay, Ledger is the hardware wallet crypto security leader.
10:31
Please, if you ever get into crypto, you need to check out
10:35
Ledger. They are the premier company in
10:37
that area and I'm proud to have them as a sponsor around
10:40
Spaceman and Moon Pay. They're the fintech leader.
10:44
Read about Moon pay, learn about Moon pay.
10:46
If you haven't heard of them yet, you soon will.
10:49
They're growing like crazy and they're considered the premier
10:52
company in the financial technology area.
10:55
OK, $4000 gold Goldman Sachs warnings.
10:59
I promised you some warnings. I'm going to deliver.
11:02
We got some warnings. OK, one warning, number one,
11:06
what's going on with gold right now is a big warning about what
11:11
is happening in the American economy.
11:13
Some people, right? What does it mean when they say
11:16
it's a sell America moment, right?
11:19
People are selling stocks. The stock market is still down.
11:23
People are selling bonds. People are even selling the US
11:27
dollar. Real estate is hitting a very
11:31
difficult period of time. What does all that tell us?
11:35
When gold and silver are doing well, everything else, and
11:39
that's never really, everybody says, oh, when the stock market
11:42
goes down, gold and silver go down because it's always done
11:45
that well, no, wrong. It's not always done that.
11:49
It has recently done that. So you may be suffering from
11:52
recency bias, but we're in a situation now that's different,
11:57
where everything is getting sold.
12:00
But if you notice, gold and silver are doing well.
12:03
What is that Tell us? That tell us tells us there's a
12:07
big warning about what's going on with the US economy, with the
12:11
fiscal situation in this country, which is how the
12:16
government manages our money. That's what fiscal means.
12:18
And the monetary situation, which is our old friend, your
12:21
own pal. Let's get him out here.
12:24
He is this guy. Yeah, Remember him, right.
12:28
He prints toilet paper money. OK, right.
12:32
And right now he's in a box because he's got a recession
12:35
coming on one side and inflation on the other.
12:39
That's called stagflation. He does not like that, not one
12:43
bit. OK, That's the big warning sign.
12:46
The last time we had that warning sign was the 1970s and
12:49
then the 1970s. You might want to check a chart
12:52
if you like. But the gold price, the silver
12:55
price, the D fives of the day went crazy.
12:58
I happen to think that potentially in this in this next
13:02
10 year period of stagflation that also crypto currencies
13:07
could do very well. I know I've got some UFD people
13:10
watching, right? I think the whole sector, the
13:12
whole anything that's not connected to the dollar, right,
13:17
that's decentralized can do very, very well.
13:21
OK, but it's not just that. Let's all do another warning I
13:24
got. I don't want to be just Mr.
13:26
Positive and by the way, I got to do my disclaimer, I'm sorry,
13:32
I'm not a financial advisor, OK? Don't make any financial
13:35
decisions based on anything I say.
13:38
Don't buy gold and silver, don't buy stock sponge, mutual funds,
13:41
real estate, crypto, don't do anything based on anything that
13:44
I say. I'm just giving you my opinion
13:47
on things, OK things that I'm invested in what I believe in.
13:51
But I do believe that we are in very, very, very continued
13:55
lucrative times for the precious metals.
13:59
But but Warren morning, here comes the downer.
14:02
I don't want to make your blood pressure go up, right.
14:05
Gold is very, very frothy right now.
14:10
Okay, It would be normal to see a pullback in gold.
14:13
Some people, that guy, Jesse Colombo, who's highly respected,
14:17
I, you know, tip my hat to Jesse.
14:19
He thinks that we could see gold go down to 3000 ish last I read.
14:23
Don't want to put words into his mouth and I would kind of agree
14:26
with that. Silver on the other hand, could
14:28
shoot, could still remain strong and we're seeing a lot of that
14:32
now. Let's go out and take a look at
14:34
the current state of the silver market because it's very
14:39
interesting what's going on right now between gold and
14:42
silver. OK, so we've got gold only down
14:45
10 bucks an ounce. This is the futures about 3300
14:50
and we have silver at $33, but gold is down $11.00, while
14:55
silver is up about 3/4 of of a percent or about $0.25.
15:02
Silver is doing well while gold is going down, right?
15:06
And I think that we could continue to see that relative
15:09
strength and silver to gold as we go through the next few
15:13
months. In the long term, I think
15:15
they're both going to do really, really well.
15:18
But on the near term horizon, because if you look at that
15:21
price, right, $33 for silver, $3300 for gold.
15:26
You don't have to be Albert Eisenhower to realize that we
15:31
got about 100 to 1 gold to silver ratio.
15:34
Are you kidding me? Huh.
15:37
Come on, butter cups. What's going on here?
15:40
Right. Look, let me show you this.
15:43
Isn't that beautiful? Don't you love that?
15:45
Don't you wish you were holding that?
15:47
I keep just a few ounces of silver here at the house.
15:50
Look at that. That's a beautiful one ounce
15:53
silver coin. Are you going to tell me, I ask
15:56
you a very serious question, would you trade 100 of these for
16:01
one ounce of gold? No way.
16:03
Look, I'm not giving advice, but I mean, that's crazy, right?
16:07
And we know that historically the gold to silver ratio, I
16:11
don't know, it's been around 50 or 60 at times.
16:14
It's gotten down in recent history down to 15 to 1.
16:18
When we see a correction in the gold to silver ratio, if it goes
16:22
to 50, that means that the silver should be $66.00 an ounce
16:26
right now. I mean, silver, I think it's
16:29
definitely going to outperform here in the coming two to three
16:32
months. Who knows with gold, right?
16:34
I mean, if gold stays where it is, if gold goes to 4000, what
16:39
would that be? Hold on a second.
16:43
So if gold, where's my calculator?
16:44
Gold went to 4000 an ounce and the gold to silver ratio went to
16:50
50, which is not out of the question.
16:52
Hold on, let's see where we'd be. 4000.
16:56
I should be able to. I think that's 80, right?
16:59
Yeah, that's 80. Don't mind me.
17:02
I have a degree in accounting and work for a BIG4 firm.
17:05
So if we got to a $4000 gold price and the gold to silver
17:08
ratio were to go to 50, we would have $80.00 silver.
17:11
You know what that means? Can you see him back there?
17:15
Well, he's really hidden. The gold bear.
17:17
Yeah. I don't know.
17:18
Our silver bear. I'll bring him up.
17:20
That's the only bear we got blindfolded anymore.
17:22
You want me to get him right now?
17:24
I'll prove to you. As usual, I'm wearing shorts.
17:28
Hold on. Here he comes.
17:34
Remember him, huh? Right.
17:37
That's the Silver Bear. That's $85 per oz Silver.
17:43
There he is, $4000 gold, $50 gold to silver ratio, and that
17:51
guy still doesn't get his blindfold off until we get to
17:54
85. That would be $80.00 per oz.
17:57
OK, let's get back at it here, guys.
18:00
So that's the big warning. Gold could be a little blah,
18:02
blah, blah, but are rich people buying gold and silver?
18:06
That's the question. That's the question that we need
18:08
to answer and let's see it here. OK, here we go.
18:15
You know who John Paulson is? He's just a billionaire.
18:19
OK, we're going to look at a couple quick things.
18:22
After 15 years, John Paulson is finally winning big on gold.
18:27
All right, John Paulson made a vast fortune betting against the
18:29
housing market, who was dubbed the greatest trade ever.
18:33
So this guy made the greatest trade in the history of the
18:37
world, And what's he been betting on?
18:40
Yeah, you got it right. He's been betting on gold and
18:42
silver more than a decade. And 1/2 after Paulson went big
18:46
in on gold, the billionaire investor has emerged as one of
18:50
the winners from the record setting surge and the price of
18:53
the precious metal. So we got John Paulson and he's
18:55
buying mostly mining stocks, which by the way, in my opinion,
19:00
have not even started to reflect the, the, the, the increase that
19:05
we've had in the gold price, gold or silver, especially the
19:08
silver mining stocks. I own a bunch of these little
19:11
silver mining development companies, not huge investments,
19:15
I spread the money around, but these silver developers in the
19:19
United States and I mean it's unbelievable and even the big
19:23
gold mining companies, just my opinion, not financial advice
19:28
are are still yet to reflect the massive increase that we've seen
19:33
in the metals prices. These companies are printing
19:35
money because when gold's think about it, when, when gold, I
19:39
will, I will do silver. When silver's $20.00 an ounce,
19:43
it costs the mining companies, you know, whatever, $18.00 an
19:47
ounce to get the silver out of the ground.
19:49
When silver goes to 33, guess what?
19:51
Their cost doesn't go up. They're fixed.
19:53
And actually with oil being down lately, it's actually brought
19:56
their cost down a little bit. They're just printing money.
20:00
It's a good time. We need to go.
20:01
What do you say, huh? We put our money together and go
20:04
buy a gold mine or a silver mine.
20:06
It's absolutely crazy. What are the Chinese doing?
20:09
We're living in a new world, right?
20:11
And the Chinese love gold and silver, no doubt about it,
20:16
right? We're living in a complete new
20:19
world. Most Americans are asleep.
20:21
They don't realize this is happening.
20:23
But the world has changed drastically over the last decade
20:27
and really drastically over the last five years.
20:30
And the Chinese are ruling the day.
20:32
We'll go look at the at the silver and gold price in China
20:35
in one second. But this is just an interesting
20:38
article that came out about China and gold from Kitco, from
20:45
Frank Holmes. I like Frank Holmes gold swat
20:53
China is considering setting up overseas gold warehouses.
20:58
OK, basically the Chinese, you can read this article yourself,
21:02
right? They're making massive, massive
21:05
moves in the precious metals arena, massive moves in the
21:08
world economy, and now they're talking about setting up
21:11
overseas warehouses. That'll be a with their Shanghai
21:15
Gold Exchange guys. There's just things going on all
21:19
over the place and again in the United States.
21:23
Here's some data for you. Here's some breaking data.
21:26
Gold backed ETF assets currently represent less than 2% of all
21:31
ETF assets, down from approximately 8% in 2011.
21:39
So think about that for a second.
21:41
What does that tell us? What's the reason why that is so
21:45
important? Cuz currently we're at 2% of
21:48
money. Gold, I'm sorry of money.
21:52
And ETFs and gold ETFs recently we were as high as 8%.
21:57
That's four times more money. OK.
22:00
And you know, the same is true with silver.
22:02
You know, you know, the same is true for silver.
22:05
Let's go take a look. One more article, then we're
22:08
going to go look at the Shanghai Gold Exchange.
22:11
This one just to give us even more reason to be optimistic
22:15
about what is happening. This comes from Goldman Sachs
22:19
predicts further fall for the battered dollar.
22:22
All right, it's from investing.com.
22:24
I can tell you without boring you what that article says,
22:27
which is basically Goldman Sachs, like chief economist is
22:32
telling us that the dollar, the DXY, could go down by another 20
22:36
or 25%. Let's go look at where that is
22:39
right now. We're always interested in the
22:42
dollar and we go, hold on, let's pull this up.
22:46
Let's go check on the DXY index, which compares the dollar.
22:51
Come on, there we go. OK, we're still healthy below
22:55
100. You're going to want to get mad
22:57
at me. I understand you can get mad at
22:59
me. People didn't get mad at me on
23:01
YouTube for five years. But if we look at this on a long
23:06
term basis, the critical, critical thing that we need to
23:10
look at is quite simply, am I on the right page?
23:16
Yes, I am. Hold on here, guys.
23:20
We're back. All right, let's get our crayons
23:22
out Here we are right here. 100, let me circle the wrong thing.
23:29
100, see that? 100?
23:33
There's 100. All right, you're driving me
23:36
crazy. Computer start over. 100.
23:41
That's the DXY index. Here's the 100 line.
23:46
OK, guys, we are below the 100 line right here.
23:56
We are below the 100 line. OK, we're down here.
24:01
And as you can see, only during that little time and just
24:06
recently and all the way back there in the 80s were we ever
24:10
above 100 basically. OK, so we can go much further
24:15
down here. This is 75 if we go down there.
24:20
Katie, bar the door for precious metals, please.
24:23
I it can get interesting really quick.
24:26
Let's run out here. Just make sure the silver
24:29
markets no longer being manipulated.
24:33
Sure. Nobody manipulates the price of
24:36
silver. Our friend the dude puts out his
24:39
daily post and he told us that yesterday the silver market only
24:44
traded 467,000,000 paper oz. So need I remind you that that
24:49
basically means that that that the paper silver market, the
24:54
COMEX and the LBMA traded the equivalent of about half,
24:58
probably more than half of the annual production of all the
25:03
world's silver mines. Let's see if we can.
25:06
There he is. Let's go check on the price of
25:08
silver over. There's Oriental Ghost, who we
25:11
also love for putting out his good information.
25:14
These are all on X and Twitter. This is the price of silver in
25:21
Shanghai. All right, there's silver AG.
25:25
That's the China Shanghai Gold Exchange.
25:28
In China, the price of silver is $35 per oz, probably what, 7%
25:35
above what we have right now in the USA?
25:40
Hey, while we're out here on the Internet, why don't we go just
25:42
make sure that the United States is not paid its debt off.
25:49
Hold on. There we go.
25:52
All right, guys, here we go. Let's just because we love to
25:55
look at big numbers, 36 trillion, 700 billion, Need I
26:00
remind you that one trillion is 1,000,000 * 1,000,000.
26:05
And of course, we've got interest down here of about a
26:08
trillion, which is making our federal budget deficit go up to
26:12
about two trillion, which feeds right back in and makes the US
26:16
national debt go up, which makes the interest go up, which makes
26:19
the deficit go up, which creates what we like to fondly and
26:24
disgustingly refer to as a debt spiral.
26:28
The dollar to silver ratio still standing strong, over $1000 per
26:33
oz. Yes, that means that for each
26:37
one ounce of silver produced in the world each year, the United
26:41
States government is creating 1000 paper.
26:44
Paper, what I like to call Unicorn fart dust, electronic,
26:48
whatever you want to call it, dollars through the M2 money
26:53
supply. Hey, let's go look at one more
26:56
thing, OK? Because we know that the gold
27:00
and silver community and the gold and silver price watch the
27:05
Fed very, very closely. We've got a Fed meeting coming
27:08
up on the 7th of May. I think it's uh oh, uh oh, is it
27:13
down? Hold on here.
27:16
Oh, woof. We almost left our lost our fed.
27:21
All right, there's a 92% chance guys that rates are going to
27:24
remain the same at the next Fed meeting.
27:27
However, this is super interesting if we go out one
27:30
year. OK, this is April of 2026 and
27:36
let me draw on here for you. Here is the current rate, the
27:40
current fed funds rate 4.25. We'll just focus on the lower
27:45
end of the range. It'll keep it simple for us.
27:48
There's like a .2% chance that that rate actually that would be
27:54
lower. Wow.
27:56
So there's like a 0% chance actually that rates will be even
28:01
the same one year from now. All of this is much lower here.
28:06
Let's start here. There's 3.25.
28:09
So if we draw a line there, we can say that there's basically a
28:14
90. If you Add all these up, all
28:17
right, there's a 90% chance that rates one year from now are
28:26
going to be at least 1% lower. Now, that's from the Chicago
28:31
Mercantile Exchange Fedwatch tool.
28:33
This aggregates all the big money bets in the bond markets.
28:39
This is the big money. So this is the insiders.
28:42
And they're basically telling us that we have a 90% chance that a
28:47
year from now rates are going to be 1% low or lower.
28:51
Man, it is just getting super interesting out there.
28:54
The economy, right? And then the reason why, why is
28:57
that going to happen? Well, we know, right?
28:59
The economy is slowing down. What do we get?
29:01
I don't think it do I have it pulled up here.
29:04
I don't think I do. Yeah, here I do.
29:06
Hold on. One more article for us to look
29:08
at. OK, this came out last week.
29:13
And why? And there's a reason why this is
29:15
so important. Weekly mortgage demand plunges
29:18
nearly 13% as interest rates hit two-month high.
29:22
Mortgage, mortgage demand is crashing.
29:25
But think about this. Think about this.
29:28
The reason why that is so scary is because we are in the middle
29:35
of spring. We're in the middle of when the
29:37
home buying season, when demand for housing should be going
29:40
through the roof. I was sitting out on the front
29:43
porch on one of my homemade Adirondack chairs the other day
29:46
and my neighbor Ted walked by. Nice guy, very successful real
29:52
estate agent. He like controls the market
29:55
around here. Great guy.
29:57
We were chatting for a minute. He was asking about gold and
29:59
silver. He's asking about UFD.
30:01
We were just talking and I asked him as like, how's real estate
30:03
Ted? He said it's slow.
30:05
It's slow. And what's real scary about that
30:09
is that St. Louis, MO, where I live, we're a
30:12
lag market, meaning when Texas and Florida real estate markets
30:16
were exploding higher in Saint Louis, we like lagged.
30:20
It took a while for our market to catch up.
30:23
Now that those other markets I'm here in Florida is really bad,
30:27
Texas, North Carolina, so I don't know, whatever are really
30:30
slowing down. There's like 30% more supply,
30:33
all this stuff. Saint Louis is a laggard on the
30:36
slow down side too. So we could be in for some very
30:39
interesting times. Look, I wholeheartedly looking
30:43
at the big picture believe lickety split we're going to get
30:47
the $60.00 silver. I believe that the gold price,
30:50
yeah, you know, we could have some short term turbulence, but
30:54
I agree with these ideas that we could have $4000 gold easily by
30:59
early next year. Look, we could be shocked.
31:01
It could go much, much higher or it could go down.
31:03
Whatever you do with your money, you know, always do it
31:06
responsibly. Speaking of responsibly, I
31:08
almost forgot. I want to tell you guys if you
31:11
get a chance, right, if you have anything that you might want to
31:15
bury in your yard, anything of value, maybe you have a safe in
31:20
your house, maybe you have a safety deposit box, whatever,
31:23
right? It's good to diversify where you
31:25
where you store things, check out Dirty man safe, right?
31:29
Remember, this is the safe. You get to be like a pirate.
31:32
Where did the pirates hide their silver and gold?
31:35
It buried it in the ground. People are still looking for it
31:37
today. The Dirty Man safe allows you to
31:40
do that. I'll show you that in one
31:42
second. But it comes with the sleeve,
31:44
right? That you put.
31:45
Can you see me? Hello.
31:47
Can you see me? My name is Ron.
31:52
Listen to the Ron now. It comes with this sleeve you
31:56
bury in the ground. It's got this lid, right?
32:00
Then it all fits down in there. But this thing is cool, and this
32:05
is the smallest one. This is The Dirty girl, OK?
32:09
And you open it up and you put whatever, whatever floats your
32:13
boat, whatever you want to put in there.
32:14
I happen to have a Unicorn in there.
32:16
You store it in there, and then it goes down into that sleeve.
32:20
And then you put the lid on and you bury it with dirt and you
32:23
remember where you put it. You don't tell anybody, maybe
32:26
one other person, but it allows you, you know, the what really
32:31
kind of reignited my, my real interest in, in Dirty man was
32:36
when I read about these fires that went through Los Angeles
32:40
and a lot of people had things in fireproof safes and, and a
32:44
lot of it got destroyed because the fires were so intense.
32:47
And I thought if they'd had a dirty Man safe, they'd have been
32:49
in good shape. I hope you feel like, remember
32:51
Ron 10, Ron 10, you get 10% off, but I hope you feel like you're
32:56
in good shape after joining me here in the basement.
32:58
It's always a big honor. Everyone from the gold and
33:02
silver community, everyone from the crypto community.
33:05
I really believe there's a lot. Trust me, I know there's a lot
33:09
of shared interest between those communities.
33:11
It it boils down to defy, right? Decentralized finance.
33:16
We all like assets, things that aren't controlled by a big
33:21
central authority. No one central authority can
33:25
really on a long term basis control the value of silver and
33:30
gold. And that's what crypto people
33:31
like about crypto as well, right?
33:33
It's decentralized. But you know, look guys, what I
33:36
hope to do here in the basement number one is create an
33:40
environment where you feel welcome, right?
33:43
Where we can come down, talk about the stuff, help protect
33:45
ourselves, protect our families, but it doesn't happen without
33:49
you. So thank you again.
33:50
Please remember, like the video, give it a thumbs up, subscribe
33:54
to the channel. I'd love to have you come back.
33:56
What else? Share it with your grandma #1
33:59
All right. Be good to yourself.
34:01
You deserve it, OK? Be good to other people.
34:03
But you got to be good to yourself first.
34:05
Don't forget. Look in the mirror, smile for
34:07
three seconds and I'll see you soon.
34:10
Have a great day. Bye bye.
