- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need to know six o'clock on the
- 0:03Speaker 1: dot here on this Tuesday morning, Good morning friends, Ricky
- 0:06Speaker 1: Sanchez has those three things.
- 0:08Speaker 2: Beyonce is donating two point five million dollars to wildfire
- 0:12Speaker 2: relief in LA. The money is going to go to
- 0:14Speaker 2: the LA Fire Relief Fund with specific goals of helping
- 0:17Speaker 2: people through the Eaten Fire, which is currently at this point,
- 0:21Speaker 2: I think still burning. Last I checked, which is it's
- 0:24Speaker 2: very hard to keep up to date with everything because
- 0:27Speaker 2: everything is honestly so hectic right now in LA. But
- 0:31Speaker 2: the Eating Fire hit a historically black neighborhood where a
- 0:35Speaker 2: number of black owned businesses were wiped out by the fire,
- 0:38Speaker 2: which is probably why she is specifically working to help
- 0:41Speaker 2: people through the Eton fire. Miranda Lambert raised over two
- 0:44Speaker 2: hundred thousand dollars for animals that have been affected by
- 0:47Speaker 2: the fire. I know a lot of people probably don't
- 0:50Speaker 2: think about that, but there's a lot of animals that
- 0:52Speaker 2: live in the brush and in the mountains that have
- 0:54Speaker 2: been leaving their homes and don't know where to go
- 0:57Speaker 2: and are very scared, even pets.
- 0:58Speaker 1: I know that the shelters can't keep up with the
- 1:00Speaker 1: amount of displaced pets that are great.
- 1:03Speaker 2: Halle Berry is donating her entire closet to families affected.
- 1:06Speaker 2: A lot of people are coming to help LA, and
- 1:09Speaker 2: more and more are going to keep showing up to
- 1:12Speaker 2: do so. There's going to be concerts to benefit the
- 1:16Speaker 2: LA Fire Fund and wildfire relief. When those things happen,
- 1:20Speaker 2: we will let you know.
- 1:21Speaker 1: And sadly, it's supposed to explode again today. The winds
- 1:23Speaker 1: are supposed to be just as intends today and tomorrow.
- 1:26Speaker 2: Raising Canes new spot in Franklin opens up today. It's
- 1:30Speaker 2: located at seventy eighty seven Bakers Bridge Avenue, right next
- 1:33Speaker 2: to Cool Springs Galleria right off of Interstate sixty five.
- 1:37Speaker 2: The grand opening is going to have lots of different
- 1:39Speaker 2: activities and giveaways for the community. They're going to do
- 1:42Speaker 2: a Lucky twenty drawing, so twenty customers thirteen years or
- 1:45Speaker 2: older are going to receive free canes for a year.
- 1:49Speaker 2: Love that, and the first one hundred customers who purchase
- 1:52Speaker 2: a box Combo are going to get a beanie and
- 1:54Speaker 2: a free Box Combo card, so you basically get it
- 1:56Speaker 2: for free and when you're thinking about get it down
- 2:00Speaker 2: your Christmas decorations, this is the date that you have
- 2:03Speaker 2: to take them down by January sixteenth. That is the
- 2:06Speaker 2: official date to take your decorations down.
- 2:09Speaker 3: That's Thursday.
- 2:09Speaker 2: Although half of the people that surveyed during this were
- 2:14Speaker 2: very much on board with just keeping them up all
- 2:15Speaker 2: year round, is it script If you want to keep
- 2:18Speaker 2: them all years, have the people sit all the year round,
- 2:20Speaker 2: go ahead and do it. And then the other half
- 2:22Speaker 2: pretty much came to the collusion of January sixteenth, So yeah,
- 2:25Speaker 2: you have until Thursday. I'll be completely honest with you.
- 2:28Speaker 2: My Christmas decorations are still up. They're coming down this weekend.
- 2:31Speaker 3: I'm shocked to hear that it's just out of laziness
- 2:33Speaker 3: or because you're joy.
- 2:34Speaker 2: Craziness, sheer laziness. I'm Ricky Sanchez And those are the
- 2:37Speaker 2: three things you need to one oh seven five of

- 4:20Speaker 8: We kind of fog the school with this like hospital

- 4:46Speaker 1: That's great. You're gonna see her on the thirty first
- 4:48Speaker 1: at Bridgestone. It's going to be a great show. You
- 4:49Speaker 1: know what I love about you?
- 4:50Speaker 3: Kyosha.
- 4:50Speaker 1: I mean, there's many things, but one of them. You
- 4:52Speaker 1: were so happy to engage in the small talk.
- 4:54Speaker 3: You don't even care about it.
- 4:55Speaker 10: I just wanted to talk to us.
- 4:57Speaker 5: I love it.
- 4:58Speaker 11: I really just like to talk to people.
- 5:01Speaker 6: I see a problem.
- 5:03Speaker 3: It's not specific to us. Okay, it's okay that you like.
- 5:06Speaker 2: To talk to people. All three of us like to talk,
- 5:09Speaker 2: and that's why we're here, so we can't exactly.
- 5:12Speaker 7: I follow you guys on Instagram.
- 5:15Speaker 2: You're the sweetest.
- 5:17Speaker 3: Well, thanks, Kyosha. Tell Noah we said, hi, you guys,
- 5:20Speaker 3: have a great day and have fun at the show
- 5:22Speaker 3: on the thirty first. Oh, thank you so much.
- 5:24Speaker 4: Ricky, zach and Mennow In the.
- 5:27Speaker 1: Morning seven five the River, Sabrina Carpenter taste. I said,
- 5:32Speaker 1: that was an appropriate song for this conversation. We're about
- 5:35Speaker 1: to launch into you here, because you know that taste in.
- 5:38Speaker 3: Your mouth when you wake up in the morning, you're
- 5:39Speaker 3: in bed and pretty gross. You do want to give
- 5:42Speaker 3: rid of that?
- 5:42Speaker 2: He tastes. Yeah, you typically would want to get rid
- 5:44Speaker 2: of that, not our Zachary woodword though he would not
- 5:48Speaker 2: want to get rid of it. I learned after years
- 5:50Speaker 2: of being best friends with this man that he does
- 5:53Speaker 2: not brush his teeth in the morning.
- 5:56Speaker 9: No, I don't have time to brush them first thing
- 5:58Speaker 9: in the morning.
- 5:59Speaker 3: Sorry, you don't have time. Wake up thirty seconds?
- 6:02Speaker 1: Well you only for thirty seconds, No, wake up two
- 6:06Speaker 1: minutes earlier.
- 6:08Speaker 4: Dude.
- 6:08Speaker 3: Even if I dad only brushing for thirty seconds, that's
- 6:10Speaker 3: better than zero seconds.
- 6:11Speaker 10: I'm not convinced.
- 6:12Speaker 9: I also feel like, then, if you're saying that, then
- 6:14Speaker 9: you should have to take a shower twice a day.
- 6:17Speaker 2: What's the correlation there?
- 6:18Speaker 10: Oh, if you have to brush.
- 6:19Speaker 9: Your teeth twice today, then you should have to take
- 6:21Speaker 9: a shower twice today.
- 6:22Speaker 10: Your your body is just as nobody.
- 6:24Speaker 1: Is recommending two showers a day. Everybody recommends brushing your
- 6:28Speaker 1: teeth twice.
- 6:28Speaker 10: A day, not every single one.
- 6:33Speaker 1: I guarantee ten out of ten dentists is the one
- 6:35Speaker 1: thing they can all agree on.
- 6:36Speaker 10: Well, I don't have a time in the morning.
- 6:39Speaker 2: It takes two minutes. And also, your body is not
- 6:41Speaker 2: nearly as discussing as your mouth. Your mouth has so
- 6:43Speaker 2: much bacteria.
- 6:44Speaker 10: Your body is discussing too, and.
- 6:46Speaker 2: That's why you shower daily. But your mouth has more
- 6:49Speaker 2: bacteria than your body does.
- 6:50Speaker 10: Clearly, yours does you got to brush it? Person?
- 6:54Speaker 9: Everybody you said, oh, we wake up with that nasty
- 6:56Speaker 9: taste on our mouth. I've never woken up with the
- 6:58Speaker 9: nasty taste in my mouth.
- 6:59Speaker 3: It's called morning breath.
- 7:00Speaker 5: Man.
- 7:00Speaker 1: Everybody does, what do you consume in the morning before
- 7:04Speaker 1: we see you in here? Like, you don't drink coffee,
- 7:07Speaker 1: so it's not like you're drowning out that grossness or making.
- 7:09Speaker 2: It worse because coffee with.
- 7:12Speaker 10: I just drink water.
- 7:13Speaker 9: Okay, Yeah, I don't think there's anything wrong with it.
- 7:16Speaker 9: I brush them when I get home after I eat lunch.
- 7:19Speaker 2: After you eat lunch, so what like two pm?
- 7:22Speaker 10: I have nooonish, and then I brush them again before
- 7:25Speaker 10: I go to bed.
- 7:26Speaker 3: You remember when we found out a while ago that
- 7:28Speaker 3: Zachi used to throw away his toothbrush after every use.
- 7:34Speaker 3: Weird mouth habits man because.
- 7:36Speaker 2: He doesn't brush his teeth as often as he should.
- 7:38Speaker 4: It sounds like.
- 7:39Speaker 10: Brush him just not right when I wake up. I
- 7:42Speaker 10: don't have the time.
- 7:43Speaker 2: How do you not feel disgusting when you wake up
- 7:46Speaker 2: and you don't brush your teeth? How does that hurt
- 7:48Speaker 2: your soul?
- 7:49Speaker 9: I feel good over here, honey, there's no there's no
- 7:53Speaker 9: need I don't feel disgusting.
- 7:54Speaker 2: Did your boyfriend not question it? Is he just like, oh,
- 7:56Speaker 2: this is just totally fine and normal.
- 7:58Speaker 10: Now, well he's asleep. I'm sure he doesn't know either.
- 8:01Speaker 3: When in the afternoon.
- 8:07Speaker 10: Now I just brush them because I actually have time
- 8:09Speaker 10: at that point.
- 8:10Speaker 2: It's two minutes, sack. You just wake up two minutes time.
- 8:13Speaker 9: I'm not setting my alarm any earlier than I have
- 8:16Speaker 9: to keep a toothbrush here.
- 8:18Speaker 3: You have plenty of time here.
- 8:19Speaker 1: Once you get to work, brush your teeth in the bathroom,
- 8:21Speaker 1: I will get I will get you all of that stuff.
- 8:23Speaker 3: I feel bad that we're attacking you right now. You
- 8:25Speaker 3: don't seem to He doesn't seem to care at all.
- 8:27Speaker 3: It seems unfit.
- 8:28Speaker 10: I'm really unbothered by it.
- 8:30Speaker 1: I will say, I've never noticed bad breath on you,
- 8:35Speaker 1: so that's something because they're clean.
- 8:38Speaker 2: I can't say that's something. I'm much shorter than you are,
- 8:40Speaker 2: so I would never smell your bad breath. I never
- 8:43Speaker 2: level with your mouth.
- 8:44Speaker 1: Fair enough, never level with your mouth. Well, we're gonna
- 8:48Speaker 1: bring you a toothbrush, to the toothpaste and works. You
- 8:50Speaker 1: can start brushing when.
- 8:51Speaker 4: You get here.
- 8:51Speaker 2: A mouthwash, sack.
- 8:53Speaker 10: No that still takes time.
- 8:55Speaker 2: Seem to use mouthwash when you're at work.
- 8:58Speaker 10: Well, because now I'm just being stubbed.
- 9:00Speaker 1: If you're a dental hygienis a dentist, anybody in that field,
- 9:03Speaker 1: please call and set.
- 9:04Speaker 3: The man straight. He needs to hear it from professional.
- 9:07Speaker 5: Three things you need to know.
- 9:09Speaker 1: Okay, just after seven o'clock on this Tuesday morning, Hello friends,
- 9:13Speaker 1: Thank you for starting your day with us.
- 9:14Speaker 3: Ricky's got those three things.
- 9:15Speaker 2: SNL's first two shows of the year have been announced.
- 9:18Speaker 2: January eighteenth is gonna have Dave Chappelle as the host
- 9:21Speaker 2: and Memphis rapper Glowrilla as the performer. Really excited for that.
- 9:24Speaker 2: I love Glow and this one's going to be shocking
- 9:27Speaker 2: to you. But on the twenty fifth, Timothy Shallabay is
- 9:30Speaker 2: hosting and Timothy challow May is performing. That's so great,
- 9:35Speaker 2: which obviously the assumption is that he's going to be
- 9:37Speaker 2: doing something from the movie he did for Dylan, So
- 9:42Speaker 2: that's obviously the assumption. But what a strange thing to see.
- 9:44Speaker 2: I saw Timothy Shalla May and Timothy Challamane. I was like,
- 9:47Speaker 2: wait a minute, what.
- 9:48Speaker 3: I wouldn't be mad if he snuck a Wonka song
- 9:50Speaker 3: in there.
- 9:51Speaker 2: There could be a Wonka song. I mean obviously his
- 9:54Speaker 2: song with Pete Davidson.
- 9:55Speaker 3: The yea oh yeah, yeah, yeah, you're right an option,
- 9:59Speaker 3: so the.
- 10:00Speaker 2: Things he can do with this, But the twenty fifth
- 10:02Speaker 2: is when that's gonna happen. Six one to five Indie
- 10:05Speaker 2: Lives complete list of local artists playing has been released.
- 10:09Speaker 2: So these artists are going to play across fourteen of
- 10:11Speaker 2: National's independent music venues on Saturday, February first, so at
- 10:15Speaker 2: places like Third and Lindsley. There's all sorts of different
- 10:19Speaker 2: places on this list. I have the full list that
- 10:21Speaker 2: I'm going to post at one oh seven five The
- 10:23Speaker 2: River's instagram in the stories with the full list of
- 10:26Speaker 2: all the artists. Tickets are fifteen dollars apiece. They're gonna

- 10:32Speaker 2: there's different kinds of artists from hip hop to indie
- 10:34Speaker 2: rock to jazz all over the place, so there's something
- 10:37Speaker 2: for everybody there. Like I said, full lineup and all
- 10:40Speaker 2: the places that they're going to be playing, what time,
- 10:42Speaker 2: things like that are all going to be linked in
- 10:44Speaker 2: our Instagram stories at one oh seven five The River,
- 10:47Speaker 2: so that you could check it all out. Arby's has
- 10:49Speaker 2: renamed their items to quote unquote support the New Year's resolutions.
- 10:55Speaker 2: So for this week only, Arby's is giving some of
- 10:57Speaker 2: their menu items more of like a healthy sound makeover.
- 11:01Speaker 2: So now instead of a double beef and beef and cheddar,
- 11:05Speaker 2: you're getting a salad with dressing. A green smoothie is
- 11:09Speaker 2: the jamocha shake, and steam vegetables are crinkle.
- 11:13Speaker 1: Fries, So if you order steam vegetables, you're gonna get
- 11:15Speaker 1: the fries and it.
- 11:16Speaker 2: All comes up on the receipt. So if anybody's actually
- 11:19Speaker 2: like keeping track of what you're eating, yeah, or you
- 11:22Speaker 2: have somebody who's an accountability partner, you could be like,
- 11:24Speaker 2: it's no worries, I got a salad with dressing and
- 11:27Speaker 2: some steam vegetables on the side.
- 11:28Speaker 3: Ignore the fact that it says Arby's at the.
- 11:30Speaker 2: Top weekly exactly nobody will ever know. It's obviously a
- 11:33Speaker 2: playful way for you to indulge while keeping up all
- 11:36Speaker 2: of your appearances that you are trying to keep this
- 11:38Speaker 2: year for your healthy lifestyle. Amrie Sanchez, and those are
- 11:41Speaker 2: the three things you need to know.
- 11:42Speaker 3: You might know this.
- 11:43Speaker 1: I feel like a lot of people are shocked when
- 11:44Speaker 1: they hear this. But do you know why Arby's is
- 11:46Speaker 1: called Arby's. You know how they got the name because
- 11:49Speaker 1: r B roast beef Arby's.
- 11:52Speaker 2: No way that's true. You mean no, I.
- 11:54Speaker 3: Didn't look it up. I swear that's true. Yeah, google it.
- 11:56Speaker 3: You trust Zac with his facts every day. Don't trust me.
- 11:59Speaker 2: I'm not.
- 12:00Speaker 1: We are I'm gonna get one of those questionable facts
- 12:03Speaker 1: from Zack.
- 12:04Speaker 3: Right after Jelly.
- 12:05Speaker 4: Roll, Ricky, Zach and Man in the morning on.
- 12:10Speaker 3: One O seven five the River. Ricky, did you fact
- 12:12Speaker 3: check my Arby's claim?
- 12:13Speaker 4: I did?
- 12:13Speaker 2: In your incorrect what Arby's is named after the initials
- 12:17Speaker 2: of its founders, the Raffle brothers.
- 12:19Speaker 3: I don't believe it.
- 12:20Speaker 1: It's roast beef ar beef anyway, a fact that we
- 12:23Speaker 1: can all trust without fact checking Zach's facts, which you got, Bud.
- 12:27Speaker 10: You guys, A sloth can hold their breath for up
- 12:29Speaker 10: to forty minutes, almost hour. Wow, I know it's crazy.
- 12:34Speaker 2: Why would they need to do that?
- 12:35Speaker 9: So apparently they do it so they can reserve their
- 12:38Speaker 9: energy so they can move slower.
- 12:40Speaker 3: How have they survived? I don't know. Survival of the
- 12:43Speaker 3: fittest they're just so slow. They breathe slow.
- 12:46Speaker 2: They give me hope.
- 12:47Speaker 10: I am a sloth now. And that's your fact of
- 12:49Speaker 10: the day.
- 12:50Speaker 5: Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 12:52Speaker 4: On the river.
- 12:54Speaker 2: Are some things that you do with your significant other
- 12:56Speaker 2: to bond? Zach and I went on our own little
- 12:59Speaker 2: day to bond the other day.
- 13:01Speaker 10: It was cute.
- 13:02Speaker 2: We met the cutest couple. Shout out to Nikita and
- 13:06Speaker 2: Jessega and Nikita. We did them at the Neslon and
- 13:10Speaker 2: they're together, a couple who go and get their nails
- 13:13Speaker 2: done together. And we thought it was the cutest, sweetest
- 13:16Speaker 2: little moment. We were like, oh, look them bonding.
- 13:18Speaker 10: It was so sweet.
- 13:20Speaker 2: It was so nice. So we want to know some
- 13:22Speaker 2: things that you do with your significant other to bond.
- 13:24Speaker 1: Six one, five, seven, three seven, nine, one oh seven.
- 13:28Speaker 1: I want to get Ricky's and Zach's as well. And uh,

- 13:35Speaker 1: we need we need to be better about this. So
- 13:36Speaker 1: we'll use this as a learning uh, you know, opportunity
- 13:39Speaker 1: for myself and my wife because you know.
- 13:41Speaker 3: After several years of marriage, I'm digging my own hole
- 13:44Speaker 3: over it. There's no reason this. You are six one five, seven,
- 13:47Speaker 3: three seven nine, one oh seven. How do you bond

- 14:06Speaker 11: So we both started probably about a year ago, and
- 14:09Speaker 11: we've worked our way up from like White Belt, the
- 14:12Speaker 11: Green Belt, Yellow Belt, like we've it's just so much fun.
- 14:15Speaker 3: Jenna, what inspired this? Why did you guys start in
- 14:18Speaker 3: the first place?
- 14:20Speaker 11: So we actually we did a marathon of the Karate
- 14:23Speaker 11: Kid and then watched Cobra Kai that are based off
- 14:26Speaker 11: of the movies, and we were like, okay, we've got
- 14:29Speaker 11: to do this. So here in Dallaton there is a
- 14:32Speaker 11: martial arts studio that has classes for results and it's great.
- 14:36Speaker 2: I love that. What a cool way to bond. You're
- 14:38Speaker 2: getting active, you're learning something new with your partner. This
- 14:42Speaker 2: is a really cool way.
- 14:43Speaker 3: To do that. Great skills to have as well. Self
- 14:45Speaker 3: defense that's so important.
- 14:47Speaker 11: We can beat each other up a little bit in
- 14:48Speaker 11: a scape environment.
- 14:50Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 14:50Speaker 2: Oh yeah, anger, you guys can grapple each other a
- 14:53Speaker 2: little bit.
- 14:54Speaker 3: I hear what you're saying. All right, so you took
- 14:59Speaker 3: it the other wa. Thank you for calling. That's such
- 15:02Speaker 3: a great idea. Thank you Jenna. Today you too. I
- 15:06Speaker 3: will say good morning to Matthew and Nashville. It's up, buddy,
- 15:09Speaker 3: hy what's up?
- 15:09Speaker 6: How's it going guy?
- 15:10Speaker 3: It's going well. We're asking what people do to bond
- 15:13Speaker 3: with their significant others. What do you guys do?
- 15:15Speaker 5: Oh?
- 15:15Speaker 12: Man?
- 15:16Speaker 6: We we pick random stuff to do, Like we'll go out,
- 15:19Speaker 6: like I live in Nashville, so music creedy, right, Yeah,
- 15:21Speaker 6: we'll go out and not playing up. And you just
- 15:24Speaker 6: pick stuff to do, like one day we went to
- 15:27Speaker 6: hot yall uh. And one day we went put on
- 15:30Speaker 6: our like for Christmas, put on our ugly Christmas weaters,
- 15:33Speaker 6: visited all the different uh like places that you go
- 15:37Speaker 6: uh in national sight seeing things like that, uh ride
- 15:41Speaker 6: the little scooters around.
- 15:43Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 15:43Speaker 2: So a little spontaneous adventure, that's all.
- 15:46Speaker 1: And it's fun sometimes to live like a tourist in
- 15:48Speaker 1: your own city, to do the things that you might
- 15:50Speaker 1: otherwise not do.
- 15:51Speaker 6: Right, you'll miss the small things, like it's so big
- 15:54Speaker 6: here but you like when you go out and you
- 15:56Speaker 6: actually talking. I want a plan to do. Whether it's
- 15:58Speaker 6: like go ride the train. There's a brain that goes
- 16:00Speaker 6: to Nashville. It's dark light DOWNWN. Yeah, that's really nice.
- 16:07Speaker 3: I don't know what happened to your phone there, But
- 16:09Speaker 3: thank you for these tips, Matthew. That's good stuff. We
- 16:11Speaker 3: appreciate it.
- 16:12Speaker 2: Yeah, have a great day.
- 16:14Speaker 3: About Ricky. Do you and aj have something specific.
- 16:17Speaker 4: That you do?
- 16:17Speaker 2: We love food, So our thing to bond that we
- 16:21Speaker 2: like to do is either cook together at home, like
- 16:24Speaker 2: both in the kitchen together.
- 16:25Speaker 4: That's nice.
- 16:26Speaker 2: Or we go to like a nice fancy dinner if
- 16:29Speaker 2: we like save up and we're like, you know what,
- 16:30Speaker 2: let's treat ourselves and we'll go to like a new
- 16:32Speaker 2: restaurant that we haven't been to yet, and we just
- 16:34Speaker 2: sit there and we put our phones away and we
- 16:36Speaker 2: just talk to each other and talk about the amazing
- 16:39Speaker 2: food that we're having. We both believe like there's no
- 16:41Speaker 2: better way to bond than over food, sure, and like
- 16:44Speaker 2: that it's such a spiritual experience to eat good food
- 16:47Speaker 2: and that's how we bond.
- 16:48Speaker 1: Honestly, one of the reoccurring like date nights that my
- 16:50Speaker 1: wife and I've had over the years has been a
- 16:52Speaker 1: cooking class.
- 16:53Speaker 3: We go to those every so often. Yeah, I think
- 16:55Speaker 3: that's fun.
- 16:56Speaker 5: River, Nicky, Zach and Mano in the morning and.
- 16:59Speaker 2: With your significant other. It's so important to do and
- 17:02Speaker 2: sometimes we kind of forget about it. Nikita and Jesse James,
- 17:06Speaker 2: who both Zach and I met recently, kind of reminded
- 17:09Speaker 2: us that it's important to bond with your significant others.
- 17:12Speaker 2: We're getting their nails done together while Zach and I
- 17:13Speaker 2: were getting our nails done. Caitlin and Springfield, what do
- 17:16Speaker 2: you do to bond with your significant other?
- 17:19Speaker 6: So we like to.
- 17:20Speaker 7: Play video games together, specifically Minecraft, and it takes two.
- 17:24Speaker 7: It is so fun.
- 17:25Speaker 3: I don't know, it shakes two.
- 17:27Speaker 7: So it takes two is like a co op game.
- 17:31Speaker 7: So I hold the door open, he walks through kind
- 17:33Speaker 7: of thing. But if you're playful with each other, I
- 17:37Speaker 7: will absolutely close the door on him and then he
- 17:39Speaker 7: has free Sorry.
- 17:40Speaker 2: Okay. So it's a way that you guys can kind of,
- 17:42Speaker 2: like you said, be playful and.
- 17:44Speaker 7: Have fun exactly. It is so much fun.
- 17:47Speaker 2: And nobody's said video games.
- 17:48Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, that's a good one. Thank you for listening
- 17:51Speaker 1: to Sharon Caitlyn. Appreciate it.
- 17:52Speaker 5: Y'all.
- 17:52Speaker 7: Have a good day.
- 17:53Speaker 2: You love.
- 17:54Speaker 1: Jessica in Eagleville. Good morning, Welcome to the river. What
- 17:57Speaker 1: do you do to bond with your significant other?
- 18:00Speaker 5: Good morning?
- 18:00Speaker 8: Okay this may sound kind of odd, but my husband
- 18:03Speaker 8: and I build a slunted house together.
- 18:05Speaker 2: Okay, cool, Jessica, where do you build this haunted house?
- 18:10Speaker 8: Because so we actually build it at our house, at
- 18:12Speaker 8: that home Haunt, but all throughout the year we go
- 18:15Speaker 8: to thrift stores, Goodwill, we hit up lows and home depot.
- 18:20Speaker 8: We build all the props, make all the costumes, so
- 18:23Speaker 8: it's something to keep us busy all year long.
- 18:25Speaker 2: I am obsessed with this. Halloween is my favorite holiday
- 18:28Speaker 2: of the year. This is the coolest thing ever, Jessica.
- 18:32Speaker 2: I want to come to your haunted house.
- 18:33Speaker 3: Who do you open it up to?
- 18:34Speaker 8: Do We open it up just to the community. It's
- 18:37Speaker 8: completely free. So this year will be our eleventh year
- 18:40Speaker 8: doing Oh just last we had a little over six
- 18:43Speaker 8: hundred people come through on Halloween night.
- 18:45Speaker 2: Oh my god, you need to let us know when
- 18:48Speaker 2: it opens this year and when we can come by
- 18:51Speaker 2: to see you, because I am I'm freaking there Jessica.
- 18:53Speaker 8: Absolutely, we open it a dark on Halloween Night every year,
- 18:57Speaker 8: so rain or shine.
- 18:58Speaker 3: Jessica, thank you for calling and sharing that with us.
- 19:00Speaker 3: That's so great.
- 19:01Speaker 8: Yeah, you guys have a great morning.
- 19:03Speaker 12: Thank you too, Ricky, Zach and Meno. In the morning,
- 19:07Speaker 12: I want to see.
- 19:08Speaker 2: The iconic Bonnaroo Festival come to life in front of
- 19:12Speaker 2: your eyes. You gotta play Kevin Manno's Game of the

- 19:17Speaker 3: Lineup is solid this year.
- 19:19Speaker 1: Olivia Rodrigo, Avril Levigne, Hozier, Luke Combs.
- 19:23Speaker 3: Tyler the Creator. Tyler is gonna be there.
- 19:25Speaker 1: I mean, we could keep going here. We are playing

- 19:31Speaker 4: I actually love.
- 19:32Speaker 2: This game, Kevin. Give you a lot of compliments on
- 19:34Speaker 2: your Game of the Day, but I love this game.
- 19:35Speaker 1: You do not six seven three seven nine one seven.
- 19:39Speaker 1: We're gonna throw a bunch of band names at you.
- 19:41Speaker 1: If you can tell us what you're real, what you're fake,
- 19:43Speaker 1: you get two out of three, you get the passes. Okay,
- 19:45Speaker 1: we're playing next reeler Fake Bonnaroo Band on the River.
- 19:49Speaker 4: Thanks for being a part of our morning.

- 20:28Speaker 1: Okay, all right, here we go India and Nashville. Your
- 20:32Speaker 1: game starts right now. Reset the switch Blade? Is that
- 20:37Speaker 1: a real or fake band at Bonnaroo this year?
- 20:42Speaker 2: You are correct at speech and.
- 20:43Speaker 3: You were very fast about that as well. H WISP
- 20:47Speaker 3: Is WISP gonna be at Bonnaroo this year?
- 20:51Speaker 4: With yes?
- 20:52Speaker 2: Oh my god, do you memorize the.
- 20:54Speaker 11: Lineup in I actually I actually made a playlist with
- 20:58Speaker 11: everybody on it.
- 21:00Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, that is such a smart idea and
- 21:02Speaker 2: also it's what got you to win the game.
- 21:05Speaker 3: Very very quickly. This is two days in a row. Now,
- 21:07Speaker 3: this has been too up two down. Yeah, congratulations, you're
- 21:10Speaker 3: going about a rou Thank you.

- 21:32Speaker 4: Thank you, Thank you, India.
- 21:34Speaker 1: Uh, I mean that's kind of a loophole in this game.
- 21:36Speaker 1: Is just to really familiarize yourself with the you know,
- 21:39Speaker 1: hundreds of names on this list.
- 21:40Speaker 3: Yeah, but we're cool.
- 21:41Speaker 2: Then read them through a few hundred times, make a recording,
- 21:44Speaker 2: fall asleep to the recording.
- 21:46Speaker 3: I used to study like that in college.
- 21:48Speaker 2: And it works.
- 21:48Speaker 3: Yeah, it works.
- 21:49Speaker 2: You got through college, so clearly it does something kind
- 21:52Speaker 2: of three.
- 21:53Speaker 1: Days you need to know, all right, just passed eight
- 21:55Speaker 1: o'clock on this Tuesday morning. Before we get to the
- 21:57Speaker 1: three things Ricky and I were just talking about, let's
- 22:00Speaker 1: if anybody knows of a good omelet spot here in
- 22:02Speaker 1: the downtown Gulch area, please text us six four eight
- 22:05Speaker 1: nine to five of good omelet butt River. At the
- 22:07Speaker 1: beginning of that text, we're looking for a good omelet.
- 22:09Speaker 2: There's nothing like a good album, I know. Really.
- 22:12Speaker 3: Okay, back on track, Ricky's Got three things.
- 22:14Speaker 2: Demi Moore's The Substance is coming back to theaters this Friday,
- 22:18Speaker 2: so January seventeenth, This Friday, you could check it out
- 22:21Speaker 2: in the theater.
- 22:22Speaker 4: Uh.
- 22:22Speaker 2: This is a move following all the success from the film.
- 22:25Speaker 2: It obviously did very well when it first went to theaters,
- 22:28Speaker 2: and Demi Moore just won her first award ever for
- 22:31Speaker 2: acting at the Golden Globes. She to call him the
- 22:33Speaker 2: award for Best Female Actor in a Comedy or Musical.
- 22:36Speaker 2: You've seen it, Kevin, Yes, and you suggested that I
- 22:39Speaker 2: watch it.
- 22:39Speaker 1: I think you need to see it. You like weird stuff,
- 22:42Speaker 1: and this movie is crazy. I don't want to give
- 22:45Speaker 1: anything away, but it's kind of a horror film.
- 22:47Speaker 3: It's just weird, okay, But I liked it. It was good
- 22:50Speaker 3: to watch it.
- 22:50Speaker 2: I might go actually see it. Not this Friday, but
- 22:52Speaker 2: this weekend in theater because there's nothing like going to
- 22:56Speaker 2: the theaters and watching a good movie. So if you
- 22:58Speaker 2: want to check it out this weekend's time. The owner
- 23:01Speaker 2: of Daddy's Dog is a Sean Porter. He is opening
- 23:04Speaker 2: a new spot on Saturday, January eighteenth. The concept is
- 23:08Speaker 2: called Gram's Garage, just located at twenty nine thirteen Gallaton Pike.
- 23:12Speaker 2: We don't know many details just yet. The announcement was
- 23:16Speaker 2: made over the summer that it would be happening. There
- 23:18Speaker 2: was another announcement on Gram's Garage social media about the
- 23:21Speaker 2: date of the opening, and then there was another announcement
- 23:25Speaker 2: saying that there was a big announcement coming today. We
- 23:27Speaker 2: just don't know what it is just yet, so I
- 23:29Speaker 2: will keep you posted. I love Daddy's Dogs. I think
- 23:32Speaker 2: it's the best hot dog that I've ever had in
- 23:33Speaker 2: my life is at Daddy's Dogs. So I'm really excited
- 23:36Speaker 2: for this new venture, to see what they decide to
- 23:39Speaker 2: do next. I mean, Gram's Garage looks like a bar.
- 23:43Speaker 2: I'm excited.
- 23:43Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 23:44Speaker 3: I don't know what to expect.
- 23:45Speaker 2: I don't know what's happening. If you're on a health
- 23:47Speaker 2: journey this year, this is something to keep in mind.
- 23:50Speaker 2: According to a new study, some protein shakes are actually
- 23:53Speaker 2: really bad for you. So researchers tested one hundred and
- 23:56Speaker 2: sixty different protein products and they found that forty seven
- 24:01Speaker 2: percent exceeded safety thresholds for toxic metals like lead. Dear, So,
- 24:05Speaker 2: obviously you should research the brands that you consume all
- 24:08Speaker 2: the time. I know that's really tedious and very annoying.
- 24:11Speaker 2: Trust me, I get it. But as a guideline, the
- 24:14Speaker 2: study found that vanilla flavored protein powder tends to be
- 24:17Speaker 2: safer than chocolate, which is frustrating because I prefer chocolate.
- 24:21Speaker 2: Organic powders tend to be less safe than non organic stuff.
- 24:25Speaker 2: And you should choose way protein over plant based if possible.
- 24:29Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 24:29Speaker 2: All things that I did not want to hear personally
- 24:32Speaker 2: say is I can only have plant based protein, and
- 24:35Speaker 2: I like chocolate more than vanilla.
- 24:37Speaker 3: And I'm vegetarian and I consume a lot of protein powder.
- 24:40Speaker 2: So just something to keep in mind. Obviously, that doesn't
- 24:42Speaker 2: mean the one that you are consuming is bad. Just
- 24:44Speaker 2: you know, do your research, check up on it. I
- 24:46Speaker 2: have to do it as well. Today is my day
- 24:48Speaker 2: to research it. You just want to stay on that
- 24:50Speaker 2: healthy mind track. If that is what your journey is
- 24:53Speaker 2: this year. I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three
- 24:55Speaker 2: things you need to know.
- 24:55Speaker 1: Thank you so much, Ricky getting back into the music. Hey,
- 24:58Speaker 1: keyword we're paying your bill is win one thousand dollars coming.
- 25:02Speaker 4: Right, Ricky, Zach and Mannow in the morning.
- 25:07Speaker 3: You want to know the last thing you googled?
- 25:10Speaker 1: A little nervous to ask the question to certain people
- 25:13Speaker 1: like Zach over here with.
- 25:14Speaker 2: The little spurred this was Zach uh huh.
- 25:17Speaker 3: He looks like a lot of weird stuff. The last
- 25:19Speaker 3: thing you googled let us know for me it was
- 25:20Speaker 3: best omelet in Nashville. I'm so on this hunt for
- 25:23Speaker 3: an omelet.
- 25:24Speaker 2: I get it. It's hard to find a good omelet.
- 25:26Speaker 3: Yeah, Zach, do I ask mine?
- 25:29Speaker 10: Isn't that bad? This time?
- 25:30Speaker 9: It's actually Kevin made me do it is how much
- 25:31Speaker 9: money does Raven Simone have?
- 25:33Speaker 10: The last thing that I googled?
- 25:35Speaker 2: Yes, that's actually spurred this entire conversation because what a
- 25:39Speaker 2: random thing.
- 25:39Speaker 3: To We wanted to know her networth. She was in
- 25:42Speaker 3: so many shows back in the nineties.
- 25:45Speaker 5: Ricky is Zach and Man in the Morning on.
- 25:50Speaker 3: A carboner. It's one of seven five the River.
- 25:52Speaker 1: We're asking what was the last thing you googled? Gordon
- 25:56Speaker 1: in spring Hill?
- 25:56Speaker 3: What was it?
- 25:58Speaker 10: I'm scared made me.
- 26:00Speaker 3: Yes, yeah, I get that.
- 26:04Speaker 1: I googled that the other day too. I will be
- 26:06Speaker 1: completely honest with you. I forgot she ever had any
- 26:09Speaker 1: sort of a music career. What she was a bop?
- 26:13Speaker 2: Okay, Zach, your taste in music is interesting, to say
- 26:16Speaker 2: the least.
- 26:17Speaker 10: Heidi Montag is number one right now. So clearly I
- 26:19Speaker 10: have good taste.
- 26:20Speaker 2: Not because everybody likes the song trying to.
- 26:22Speaker 3: Tell them they love her.
- 26:24Speaker 1: Okay, you don't think it's because she's a musical genius
- 26:26Speaker 1: or anything.
- 26:26Speaker 3: So, Gordon, did you listen to the song? What did
- 26:28Speaker 3: you think?
- 26:29Speaker 6: I forgot about it.
- 26:30Speaker 11: It was almost listening to it for the first time.
- 26:33Speaker 2: Yes, so nothing special. Clearly you don't want to.
- 26:36Speaker 3: Kick her while she's down. They're going through a hard time.
- 26:38Speaker 2: Yeah, you're right, you're right, You're right, you're right.
- 26:40Speaker 3: Well, thanks for calling. We appreciate you, bi friend. Ricky.
- 26:44Speaker 3: What was it for you? What was the last thing
- 26:45Speaker 3: you googled?
- 26:46Speaker 2: I was googling everything about Bad Bunnies residency he's doing
- 26:50Speaker 2: in Puerto Rico, he's going to be a Coliseo de
- 26:52Speaker 2: Porto Rico, and I'm very excited about it and I
- 26:54Speaker 2: want to go really bad. So I was googling everything
- 26:56Speaker 2: about it.
- 26:57Speaker 10: That is not what I thought was going to be
- 26:58Speaker 10: in your Google history.
- 26:59Speaker 3: Is that why you were texting us about vacation days yesterday?
- 27:02Speaker 2: Yes?
- 27:02Speaker 5: It was.
- 27:03Speaker 3: Do you think you're gonna make the trip?
- 27:04Speaker 2: If I can get the tickets in August, I'm one
- 27:07Speaker 2: hundred percent taking off of work and I'm going to
- 27:09Speaker 2: go see him in Puerto Rico, Like it's just I
- 27:12Speaker 2: have to.
- 27:12Speaker 3: He's doing a ton of shows and the.
- 27:14Speaker 2: Full like all the shows in July are only for
- 27:17Speaker 2: people who are residents of Portthorp. Everybody else can go
- 27:21Speaker 2: in August. So I signed up for every single day
- 27:24Speaker 2: in August.
- 27:25Speaker 11: Try and go.
- 27:27Speaker 2: The other thing I googled was doctor Seus's trees.
- 27:30Speaker 10: Doctor SEUs trees what they're called? The Why were you
- 27:33Speaker 10: looking that up?
- 27:34Speaker 2: Because my hair since I cut it, I put it
- 27:37Speaker 2: up in a little like bun on top of my
- 27:39Speaker 2: head and I looked like a truffle of tree.
- 27:41Speaker 1: Okay, we'll just pretend to stop talking after bad Bunny
