- 0:08Speaker 1: Advice shog Hello, Hello, Hello, Hello, Welcome to the Naughty
- 0:16Speaker 1: but Night Show. I'm your host, Rob Shooter and every Tuesday,
- 0:19Speaker 1: I dear friend Mr Lena Dixon, Mr joins us. How
- 0:22Speaker 1: are you there? Mr? Yallo? Hello? Hello? I am I am?
- 0:25Speaker 1: How are you this morning? Fantastic? Where in the world
- 0:28Speaker 1: is miss today? You were in Miami, Florida? I think
- 0:30Speaker 1: last week? Where are you today? Mister you well, I
- 0:33Speaker 1: am back in Georgia because I celebrated my mommy's birthday.
- 0:38Speaker 1: It was your birthday yesterday, August sixte the same as Madonna.
- 0:42Speaker 1: So happy birthday to the material girl and my mom.
- 0:46Speaker 1: Happy birthday, Mrs Dixon. Hay, let's jump into the show.
- 0:50Speaker 1: We've got so much to talk about. What time is it,
- 0:52Speaker 1: my friends? It is time exclusive. At the top of
- 0:56Speaker 1: the show, Ben Affleck is starting to lose he's patience
- 1:01Speaker 1: with a rod. So Ben has really been quite patients
- 1:04Speaker 1: with Alex. He stood by and watched his girlfriend's ex
- 1:09Speaker 1: followed Jennifer Lopez around the world, remember that when he
- 1:12Speaker 1: showed up in santrape And now though he's starting to
- 1:16Speaker 1: lose his patience, sources tell me the following quote. Ben
- 1:20Speaker 1: said nothing when Alex mysteriously showed up in santope Or.
- 1:25Speaker 1: When Alex rented a home in the Hamptons, just five
- 1:29Speaker 1: minutes away from Jennifer Lopez. Ben kept his mouth shut,
- 1:33Speaker 1: but when Alex started to comment on Jennifer's pictures and
- 1:38Speaker 1: even worse, Alex is still texting her, Ben has had
- 1:43Speaker 1: even enough. What do you think, mister you Alex Alex,
- 1:48Speaker 1: I told you the rules. If you want to win
- 1:51Speaker 1: back your ex, you have to play it cool. You
- 1:54Speaker 1: keep your distance, you make them miss you. You were
- 1:56Speaker 1: doing it all wrong. I can totally understand why Ben
- 2:00Speaker 1: is getting upset. He's rebuilding his relationship with Jennifer Lopez
- 2:04Speaker 1: and her ex keeps the meddling in. It's not a
- 2:07Speaker 1: good look. You need to step back. You had your chance.
- 2:10Speaker 1: You blew it. Time to move on. You had Jen
- 2:14Speaker 1: not got back with Ben so quickly. Maybe there was
- 2:18Speaker 1: a chance, you know. We we reported and lots of
- 2:20Speaker 1: other people confirmed it that when they broke up, Alex
- 2:23Speaker 1: thought he could win her back, and actually he might
- 2:27Speaker 1: have been able to had it not been for the
- 2:30Speaker 1: fact that she moved on really, really quickly. Sources going
- 2:33Speaker 1: to say, can you imagine watching your girlfriend's ex boyfriend
- 2:37Speaker 1: try to win her back when she's moved on with you,
- 2:40Speaker 1: and this is exactly what has happened. But behind the
- 2:43Speaker 1: scenes things are even worse, with Alex still texting and emailing.
- 2:47Speaker 1: May remember they said in their statement that they wanted
- 2:49Speaker 1: to be friends, they'd stay in touch. They've got a
- 2:52Speaker 1: few businesses together, so she is going to have Alex
- 2:55Speaker 1: in in her life. But I think Santra pe the
- 2:59Speaker 1: Hampton's commenting on social media, it was just all too much.
- 3:03Speaker 1: And this explains why Jennifer yesterday raised day Rod from
- 3:08Speaker 1: all her social media and stopped following him. My sources
- 3:13Speaker 1: finally add quote, Ben is a red blooded American male
- 3:19Speaker 1: who's going to defend he's a woman. This is interesting.
- 3:21Speaker 1: He's a guy from Boston, a working class kid from Boston,
- 3:25Speaker 1: and it's in his DNA that's who he is. And
- 3:27Speaker 1: we all get, hopefully a little bit more more mellow
- 3:30Speaker 1: and refined, shall I says, as we get older. But
- 3:33Speaker 1: we are who we are. If this had happened to
- 3:36Speaker 1: Ben who was still in Boston, if he wasn't Ben
- 3:38Speaker 1: the Superstar and he'd grown up with Boston with all
- 3:41Speaker 1: his friends, and some other guy was doing this to
- 3:43Speaker 1: his girl. There would be to rubble them. I'm not
- 3:47Speaker 1: encouraging her fistfight. I'm not I'm really not here, but
- 3:50Speaker 1: I think this is not good Alex. It's over. You've
- 3:54Speaker 1: got to back off. It's done. It's so disrespectful to ben.
- 3:59Speaker 1: Do agree, mystery, I do. I do. It's so funny
- 4:01Speaker 1: that you bring up and he's a kid from Boston. Yeah,
- 4:04Speaker 1: we know that there might have been a little bit
- 4:06Speaker 1: of a rumble there, but no, no, no, we don't
- 4:08Speaker 1: want any fighting. But I understand Alex and Jennifer, like
- 4:12Speaker 1: you said, do you have businesses together, so there is
- 4:14Speaker 1: a valid reason to speak, But there's no reason for
- 4:18Speaker 1: him to follow. It just looks kind of sad, a
- 4:21Speaker 1: little desperate. You know, Alex, We've all been through breakups.
- 4:25Speaker 1: We know how hard they are, and I'm sure we'd
- 4:27Speaker 1: all be crying if we lost Jennifer Lopez. But again,
- 4:30Speaker 1: you had your chance. It's time to move on. Find
- 4:33Speaker 1: the right woman for you. She's out there. Hey, I'm
- 4:38Speaker 1: single now. No, no, me and Alex. You can do
- 4:41Speaker 1: better than that. He seems like a bit of a nightmare,
- 4:43Speaker 1: and he seems really needy, and he seems tone death
- 4:46Speaker 1: like we've all we've all lost someone that we thought
- 4:50Speaker 1: could have been the one. If you think about it,
- 4:51Speaker 1: looking back in our lives, we're all like, oh, I
- 4:53Speaker 1: wish i'd treated that person better or differently. But once
- 4:56Speaker 1: they moved on. Once there, you know she's gonna get
- 4:58Speaker 1: engaged to Ben. She's gonna get ma read to Ben.
- 5:00Speaker 1: They're looking at the houses. It's over. It is over,
- 5:04Speaker 1: which brings us to our pole question of the day.
- 5:06Speaker 1: But Athleck is starting to lose his patients. He's been
- 5:09Speaker 1: really patients with this. If you think about it, he's
- 5:11Speaker 1: losing his patients with Alex. Should Ben react? Should he react?
- 5:16Speaker 1: I'm not saying how he should react, because we're not
- 5:18Speaker 1: a naughty show. But should he react or should he
- 5:21Speaker 1: just ignore him? What do you think? On Twitter page? Naughty? Notice? Wrong?
- 5:26Speaker 1: On Facebook page is naughty gossip? You can leave a
- 5:28Speaker 1: comment there and be sure to check back tomorrow to
- 5:31Speaker 1: hear your results. Misste Love, what are you working on? Well?
- 5:35Speaker 1: The talk is searching for even more test tossed aone
- 5:39Speaker 1: to join the ladies at that table. Page six is
- 5:42Speaker 1: reporting now as we know, Jerry O'Connell took over the
- 5:46Speaker 1: spot for Sharon Osborn after she left the show, and
- 5:48Speaker 1: now he's a permanent co host. So the show's thinking, hey,
- 5:52Speaker 1: maybe we need some more men at the Table. Now
- 5:55Speaker 1: it hasn't been announced, but Carrie Anna Naba is not returning,
- 6:00Speaker 1: and they've been trying at comics and athletes. Hey, a Rod,
- 6:03Speaker 1: maybe you can get a new gig to take her place,
- 6:06Speaker 1: as sources are telling me. So, Carrie Anne announced in
- 6:10Speaker 1: April that she would be taking a leave of absence
- 6:13Speaker 1: to focus on her health and well being. But like
- 6:15Speaker 1: I said, my sources are saying that she will not
- 6:18Speaker 1: be returning at all. So what do you think more
- 6:21Speaker 1: men at the Table will work? Rob, I don't know.
- 6:25Speaker 1: I don't know. I think part of the joy of
- 6:27Speaker 1: these shows is there were girlfriends, a bunch of women
- 6:30Speaker 1: sitting around talking, and I think that was what the
- 6:34Speaker 1: success was. But the talks in terrible trouble. The numbers
- 6:37Speaker 1: are out rageously bad. They were not good when Sharon
- 6:40Speaker 1: was there. Since Sharon left, they got even worse. Jerry
- 6:43Speaker 1: did not add to the numbers. I like Jerry O'Connor.
- 6:45Speaker 1: I think he's really a terrific nice guy there, and
- 6:47Speaker 1: I think, you know, he's a straight guy. Though too.
- 6:49Speaker 1: Let's be clear here, a lot of people think Jerry's gay.
- 6:51Speaker 1: He's not. His marriage is straight. I know from my
- 6:54Speaker 1: personal life. Just you, Misty, you and your gay friends,
- 6:56Speaker 1: we all go out and we sit around and we
- 6:58Speaker 1: gossip and we giggle like your friends. We probably shouldn't
- 7:00Speaker 1: say that. I'm sure it's not politically correct, but we
- 7:02Speaker 1: have like a real sort of like fun. Note. I
- 7:04Speaker 1: find that when you add a straight man to a group,
- 7:08Speaker 1: the conversation changes a little bit. I get what the
- 7:11Speaker 1: talks doing. The talk will be off the air in
- 7:14Speaker 1: a year if they don't do something, If they don't
- 7:17Speaker 1: change this format, whatever they're doing is not working. So
- 7:21Speaker 1: I'm a big believer you've gotta be honest. When something
- 7:23Speaker 1: isn't working, you've got to make changes. But I think
- 7:25Speaker 1: it's a mistake to add two men to a group
- 7:29Speaker 1: of women. The men generally take over. We know what
- 7:33Speaker 1: that's like, I think, I don't know. We're just in
- 7:35Speaker 1: your life, Misdy. I'm the exception. I get it. But
- 7:38Speaker 1: when you're at with your girlfriends, you don't want a
- 7:40Speaker 1: straight boy suddenly to turn up, do you. It changes
- 7:43Speaker 1: the whole dynamic. I know, because somebody might have a
- 7:46Speaker 1: crush on him and then you can't see what you
- 7:48Speaker 1: need to say, or you're just talking about girl things
- 7:51Speaker 1: that might squeam out certain men. So I totally understand that.
- 7:56Speaker 1: But again, like you said, it hasn't been done. We
- 7:58Speaker 1: haven't really had of this daytime talk show where you've
- 8:01Speaker 1: had men permanently at the table. So if you are
- 8:04Speaker 1: going to mix it up, try to raise your numbers,
- 8:07Speaker 1: that's a great way. And I think right now what's
- 8:09Speaker 1: happening with the talk is we have some lovely ladies
- 8:13Speaker 1: at the table, but none of them are kind of
- 8:15Speaker 1: like that a listers that we knew from a different life. Um,
- 8:18Speaker 1: so we're curious to find out what they're going to
- 8:20Speaker 1: tell us about, you know, their former life as actors
- 8:23Speaker 1: or actresses are being comedians on the road. Yeah, they
- 8:27Speaker 1: need a star power and need to start power moving along.
- 8:31Speaker 1: Lizzo really emotional this video. She was crying in response
- 8:35Speaker 1: to mean things that were said about her So during
- 8:38Speaker 1: a video that's no longer on her Instagram feed. It's
- 8:40Speaker 1: been removed. Lisso got emotional in response to negative attacks
- 8:45Speaker 1: to a new song she put out. A new music
- 8:47Speaker 1: video she put out with Cardi b called rumors. I
- 8:50Speaker 1: love the song, so she said, quote on the day
- 8:53Speaker 1: I should be my most happiest, I feel so down,
- 8:57Speaker 1: like I hurt so hard. She went on to say,
- 9:00Speaker 1: I'm not even going to say it what they said
- 9:03Speaker 1: to her or give them that power, but clearly she
- 9:05Speaker 1: was upset about people focusing on her appearance. She said
- 9:09Speaker 1: she's working really really hard to put out great music
- 9:11Speaker 1: and all anybody cares about is what she looks like.
- 9:14Speaker 1: She calls it fat phobic. She also thinks it's racist
- 9:17Speaker 1: and very hurtful. Quote if you don't like my music,
- 9:20Speaker 1: call if you don't like rumors the new song, call,
- 9:24Speaker 1: But a lot of people don't like me because of
- 9:27Speaker 1: the way I look. Oh it's heartbreaking. It absolutely is.
- 9:31Speaker 1: You know. I love Lizzo. She is so strong and
- 9:34Speaker 1: body positivity, but we all can get down when people
- 9:38Speaker 1: say mean things about us. She has to remember the foreword, answer,
- 9:41Speaker 1: the four words that she uses to define herself and
- 9:44Speaker 1: don't allow anybody else to get in the way of
- 9:47Speaker 1: saying things about her. But mean things can get to
- 9:50Speaker 1: all of us, even stars like Lizzo. It hurts, So
- 9:54Speaker 1: think about that today and thank you for the plug
- 9:55Speaker 1: for the book, The Forward Answer, available now on Amazon.
- 9:58Speaker 1: Thank you mist Think about today, think about what you
- 10:01Speaker 1: say to people. Do you really need to put that
- 10:04Speaker 1: nasty comment on someone's social media? Do you need to
- 10:07Speaker 1: comment on a blog post? I really think about it.
- 10:09Speaker 1: I do on Facebook? Do I really need to fire
- 10:12Speaker 1: off something mean? Because people do see them, they do
- 10:17Speaker 1: read them, even celebrities. What happened with Ben's birthday? He
- 10:21Speaker 1: turned forty nine? Miss me, missy Well, it was on
- 10:26Speaker 1: August fifteen that he turned forty nine, and he kept
- 10:29Speaker 1: it very low key. He did something private with his
- 10:32Speaker 1: kids first and then he hung out with his girlfriend,
- 10:35Speaker 1: Jennifer Lopez. This is according to t m z so. Now,
- 10:41Speaker 1: this is very different from how they celebrated Jennifer's party
- 10:44Speaker 1: a month before. If you remember, they were in France
- 10:48Speaker 1: and San Trope for a massive party at Labra. Now
- 10:52Speaker 1: they were getting flirty and cozy in a booth for
- 10:55Speaker 1: the overtop celebration and it had sparklers in champagne, flash light,
- 11:01Speaker 1: dramatic flog, a Puerto Rican flag and of course a
- 11:04Speaker 1: birthday sign. Hello, I need to have that party. And
- 11:08Speaker 1: they've been dating, you know, since he left his girlfriend
- 11:10Speaker 1: Anna de Armas, and of course we know she ended
- 11:14Speaker 1: things with a Rod and got back together with Ben
- 11:17Speaker 1: rather quickly, so he doesn't need a flashy party. He's
- 11:21Speaker 1: already got the good better believe it. It It just shows
- 11:23Speaker 1: you how different they are. J Loo has this massive, big,
- 11:26Speaker 1: fabulous celebration. He spends it with his kids, which makes
- 11:30Speaker 1: me love him even more quickly before we get a break.
- 11:33Speaker 1: Prince William is very upset. In fact, he he's exacerbated
- 11:38Speaker 1: amid all this Jeffrey Epstein scandal and his uncle. Sources
- 11:42Speaker 1: tell the Mirror quote Charles and William. That's Prince Charles
- 11:46Speaker 1: and his son William are united and they have decided
- 11:50Speaker 1: that there their uncle Charles his brother Prince Andrew will
- 11:55Speaker 1: never return to public life. So the Palace insiders claimed
- 11:58Speaker 1: that William, along with other members of the royal family,
- 12:01Speaker 1: are really really concerned about the effect this is all
- 12:04Speaker 1: going to have, not just on the monarchy but on
- 12:07Speaker 1: the Queen. Andrew was her favorite son. He is involved
- 12:10Speaker 1: in something really ugly now with Jeffrey Epstein. It is
- 12:13Speaker 1: not going away and neither should it. Let me add,
- 12:16Speaker 1: a lawsuit has been filed. More is going to come out. William,
- 12:19Speaker 1: who is second in line to the British throne behind
- 12:22Speaker 1: his dad. Charles has been involved in previous discussions about
- 12:27Speaker 1: what they should do with Prince Andrew, and it was
- 12:30Speaker 1: decided he would step back from his royal duties. So
- 12:34Speaker 1: William had a key role to play in this decision,
- 12:37Speaker 1: and he's worried about how it's going to impact the monarchy.
- 12:40Speaker 1: So not only is this a family William's basically taken
- 12:43Speaker 1: over the family business. This is a massive company. If
- 12:46Speaker 1: you know you're going to take over a big company
- 12:48Speaker 1: one day, you want it to survive, if you want
- 12:50Speaker 1: it to thrive, and you want to get rid of
- 12:52Speaker 1: the employees, the people in the company that are going
- 12:55Speaker 1: to cause you trouble. If you worked for a company
- 12:58Speaker 1: and you had somebody like Andrew who in the company,
- 13:01Speaker 1: a senior member of the company, accused of the things
- 13:04Speaker 1: he's being accused of, you'd fire him. Well, they can't
- 13:07Speaker 1: do that because he is the queen's son, but they
- 13:10Speaker 1: can push him to one side. Andrew was recently photographed
- 13:14Speaker 1: heading to Belle Morrow Castle, where Queen Elizabeth is staying
- 13:18Speaker 1: for the summer. I say leave him up in Scotland,
- 13:21Speaker 1: and this is really tricky but I also say too,
- 13:25Speaker 1: if crimes have been committed, he should pay the price.
- 13:28Speaker 1: Just because he's a Prince of England. We can't just
- 13:30Speaker 1: put him in a castle and throw away the key. Noah,
- 13:33Speaker 1: I do believe that if if he is proved guilty,
- 13:37Speaker 1: there has to be a consequence, and I think Charles
- 13:40Speaker 1: and William are making a mistake by just trying to
- 13:44Speaker 1: have raise him. No, these are awful crimes if true, Misty,
- 13:50Speaker 1: and I think it would actually be better for the
- 13:53Speaker 1: monarchy if Prince Andrew was made to answer for them.
- 13:58Speaker 1: Is that too radical? Oh? Well, I think they're taking
- 14:02Speaker 1: the first steps. They're saying, we don't want you involved
- 14:05Speaker 1: in any type of charitable work. And they're thinking about
- 14:08Speaker 1: their mom, their grandmother. I mean, she lost her husband
- 14:11Speaker 1: this year. She's ninety plus. It must be so devastating
- 14:16Speaker 1: for her to know that these allegations are out about
- 14:19Speaker 1: her favorite son. So I think they just want to
- 14:22Speaker 1: let mom not have to deal with this at the moment.
- 14:25Speaker 1: But yes, if you commit a crime, it doesn't matter
- 14:29Speaker 1: if you're a pauper or a prince. You must pay
- 14:33Speaker 1: for your transgressions. So in that mind, at some point
- 14:38Speaker 1: they're going to have to deal with it. It's sad,
- 14:41Speaker 1: but if it's true, then he has to pay the consequences. Hey,
- 14:46Speaker 1: we're gonna take a quick break and we will be
- 14:48Speaker 1: right back right, welcome back to that. So, Jennifer Lopez
- 15:01Speaker 1: has wiped away all the traces of Alex from her Instagram.
- 15:05Speaker 1: She has unfollowed him. He is not on her Instagram.
- 15:08Speaker 1: Guess what, She's still on his. He hasn't taken down
- 15:11Speaker 1: her pictures yet. Is this a good idea to raise
- 15:15Speaker 1: him and follow him? Or is it petty? That's interesting?
- 15:18Speaker 1: Is it is this petty? Let's have a look. Said,
- 15:22Speaker 1: it is a good idea. I agree. Now when people
- 15:26Speaker 1: upset me, mry, it takes me a while to unfollow
- 15:29Speaker 1: or to raise them, But after a bit, I just
- 15:33Speaker 1: don't want to see their faces pop up anymore. If
- 15:35Speaker 1: your face pops up on Facebook like a memory from
- 15:38Speaker 1: five years ago and it's not a good memory, I
- 15:41Speaker 1: sort of like mute to like I don't I don't
- 15:43Speaker 1: you know what I mean, Like I want to pretend
- 15:45Speaker 1: that I don't care, and that guy it's like, oh,
- 15:47Speaker 1: it's part of my past, which means it's part of me.
- 15:49Speaker 1: I want to pretend that but I agree here. I
- 15:51Speaker 1: think it's better sometimes to just and follow where are you? Well,
- 15:54Speaker 1: I don't unfollow people. I definitely put them on mute
- 15:57Speaker 1: kind of. You know, the opposite of love is in
- 16:00Speaker 1: different So I don't want to even show that I
- 16:02Speaker 1: care enough to unfollow you or take down the photos.
- 16:05Speaker 1: That takes too much effort, but I will mute them. However,
- 16:08Speaker 1: in Jennifer Lopez's case, because alex is being so kind
- 16:12Speaker 1: of niiggy and staying on her heart bum for lack
- 16:15Speaker 1: of a better word, I think she needs to send
- 16:18Speaker 1: him the message that you need to back off. In
- 16:23Speaker 1: this case, I agree with it. But in my personal life,
- 16:26Speaker 1: just I just put you on mute. You're just not
- 16:28Speaker 1: there for the moment, That's right, honey. Hey, don't forget
- 16:31Speaker 1: to vote on today's Paul go to Twitter page nay
- 16:34Speaker 1: nice robber on Facebook pages, he's naughty. Come on, sep.
- 16:37Speaker 1: I'm sure to check back tomorrow to hear your results.
- 16:39Speaker 1: And now it's time for our nicest of the day. Well,
- 16:45Speaker 1: our nicest of the day is for Orlando Bloom because
- 16:48Speaker 1: he's getting a little cheeky, so his full physique was
- 16:53Speaker 1: on display after he was skinny dipping in an undisclosed
- 16:57Speaker 1: location and he was showing off his back stroke. He
- 17:01Speaker 1: popped up out of the water and exclaims it feels amazing. Okay,
- 17:05Speaker 1: but here's the best part. He shared a photo of himself.
- 17:09Speaker 1: He wasn't wearing and a clothes and we could see
- 17:13Speaker 1: his backside. But of course he put a peach emoji
- 17:16Speaker 1: over his bomb, as you Brits would say. And this
- 17:20Speaker 1: is the funniest. He actually tag the peach his girl,
- 17:25Speaker 1: Katie Perry. This time he remembered to tag up. And
- 17:30Speaker 1: now there were some people across the river when the
- 17:33Speaker 1: picture was taken, so it looks like he's holding his
- 17:35Speaker 1: swim trunks in front of himself, just to be a
- 17:38Speaker 1: little bit modest. But because of that, Orlando Bloom is
- 17:41Speaker 1: the nicest and the sexiest of the day. The pictures
- 17:45Speaker 1: are a naughty gossip if you want to see his
- 17:47Speaker 1: bottom and now and naughtiest the day Bobara strives him
- 17:51Speaker 1: has taken a jam at Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga,
- 17:54Speaker 1: So Barbara looks like she's walking back her prior praise

- 18:03Speaker 1: the classic Hollywood Taylor star is born streisand said the
- 18:06Speaker 1: following quote. At first, when I heard it was going
- 18:09Speaker 1: to be done, it was supposed to be with Will
- 18:12Speaker 1: Smith and Beyonce, and I thought that's interesting. Really make
- 18:17Speaker 1: it different again, different kind of music, integrated actors. I
- 18:22Speaker 1: thought it was a great idea. So I was surprised
- 18:26Speaker 1: when I saw how alike it was to the version
- 18:30Speaker 1: I did in nine seventies six, and Barbara saying, hey,
- 18:34Speaker 1: this looks too familiar to my film. Now. In the past,
- 18:38Speaker 1: Bradley Cooper and Gaga did say that strays and praised
- 18:41Speaker 1: them and even when as far as saying, quote, she
- 18:44Speaker 1: gave us at her blessing. That's what Bradley Cooper told
- 18:47Speaker 1: Entertainment Weekly, and Garga added, she was so kind. Well,
- 18:51Speaker 1: she's not being so kind now, Barbara, You're naughtiest of

- 19:16Speaker 1: We are made kind by being kind, as simple as that.
- 19:20Speaker 1: If you want to be a kind person, do you
- 19:22Speaker 1: know how to be a kind person? Mystery? You do
- 19:24Speaker 1: something kind. It's that easy. It's not something you have
- 19:27Speaker 1: to go to university for. It's not something you have
- 19:29Speaker 1: to study. You can become a kind person today by
- 19:32Speaker 1: doing something kind. So stop thinking about why and start
- 19:37Speaker 1: thinking about when and to whom you are going to
- 19:40Speaker 1: be kind today. That's it. You are made kind by
- 19:44Speaker 1: being kind. It's so simple. You know. I had a
- 19:47Speaker 1: fallout with a friend last week and I took some
- 19:50Speaker 1: time to think have I really been kind as kind
- 19:53Speaker 1: as I could be to her? And when I stopped
- 19:55Speaker 1: to think about it, I was like, no, Sometimes we're
- 19:57Speaker 1: not kind of the people closest to us because we're
- 19:59Speaker 1: like I'll get it, they'll understand. But we have to
- 20:02Speaker 1: first start with ourselves and then start with your inner circle.
- 20:06Speaker 1: Be kind to those people because it will radiate out
- 20:09Speaker 1: from them to the next person, to the next person.
- 20:12Speaker 1: So my goal this week is to be kind to myself,
- 20:16Speaker 1: to the people I love, and then kindness to other
- 20:19Speaker 1: people that I don't even know, and it's just gonna
- 20:21Speaker 1: feel great. Amen. That's it for today. Thank you so
