- 1:00Speaker 1: Scott Street in Saint Catharines. As always, I'm your host,
- 1:03Speaker 1: Brandon Caputo of this post game sports cast, gonna break
- 1:07Speaker 1: down the Sabers for to one road victory over the
- 1:10Speaker 1: Los Angeles Kings, their third straight on this four game
- 1:14Speaker 1: road trip. Look to sweep it tomorrow night in Anaheim.
- 1:17Speaker 1: Again three straight for the Sabers on the road in Vegas,
- 1:21Speaker 1: in San Jose, Now in Los Angeles with a four
- 1:24Speaker 1: to one victory, they hold their lead above the at
- 1:27Speaker 1: the Atlantic Division. At the time of me recording this,
- 1:30Speaker 1: the Tampa Bay Lightning still have to play their game,
- 1:33Speaker 1: and will the Sabers be four points up or possibly
- 1:36Speaker 1: six points up on Tampa Bay four top spot in
- 1:40Speaker 1: the Atlantic Division that will be remains to be seen,
- 1:43Speaker 1: but regardless of that, the Sabers will hold at least
- 1:45Speaker 1: a four point lead in the division going forward. We're
- 1:48Speaker 1: gonna hear from head coach Lindy Ruff're gonna go over
- 1:50Speaker 1: the scoring summary, the highlights, and we'll get connected with
- 1:53Speaker 1: you guys and the fans out there what you thought
- 1:55Speaker 1: of tonight's game.
- 1:56Speaker 2: So with that said, as.
- 1:58Speaker 1: Always, we're gonna start off with our game stats tonight,
- 2:02Speaker 1: which are brought to you by Janel Flooring.
- 2:04Speaker 2: If you think you get a better deal anywhere.

- 2:07Speaker 1: Off Flooring dot com or visit their Naga Falls location
- 2:10Speaker 1: to begin your quality flooring project today. Shots on goal
- 2:13Speaker 1: thirty two to twenty seven in favor of the Sabers.
- 2:15Speaker 1: They actually outshot a team for once, even though that
- 2:17Speaker 1: doesn't seem to hurt them right now, but they do
- 2:19Speaker 1: outshoot the Kings in this game thirteen to six.
- 2:22Speaker 2: In the first.
- 2:23Speaker 1: They down thirteen to seven in the second and have
- 2:26Speaker 1: the advantage twelve to six in the third period, which
- 2:29Speaker 1: was a thirty two to twenty seven score in their favor.
- 2:35Speaker 1: The faceoff percentage the Kings dominated, and Lindy Ruff will
- 2:38Speaker 1: talk about that a little bit later in his postgame.
- 2:41Speaker 1: He was not happy with the Sabers being able to
- 2:45Speaker 1: win draws tonight.
- 2:46Speaker 2: It was very disappointed there.
- 2:48Speaker 1: Sixty five point five percent for the Kings in the
- 2:50Speaker 1: faceoff dot Buffalo only nineteen oh fifty five for a
- 2:54Speaker 1: thirty four point five percent on the dot. Buffalo was
- 2:57Speaker 1: one for one on the power play tonight, King go
- 3:00Speaker 1: one for three, Sabers two for three on the penalty kill.
- 3:03Speaker 1: That's good sign there with the power play getting on
- 3:05Speaker 1: the board again. It was a lucky bounce, but again,
- 3:08Speaker 1: when you're playing well, sometimes you get those bounces, and
- 3:11Speaker 1: Rasmustalin did, which we'll talk about a little later. Block
- 3:13Speaker 1: shots sixteen fifteen in favor of Buffalo, giveaways eleven to
- 3:17Speaker 1: ten in favor of the Kings or I guess the
- 3:21Speaker 1: it's not a good thing for them to lead in it,
- 3:22Speaker 1: but eleven ten in that department, and then the Sabers
- 3:26Speaker 1: had seven takeaways to the Kings four hits twenty seven
- 3:29Speaker 1: fifteen in favor of the Kings, but a hit by
- 3:32Speaker 1: the Kings led to a Sabers goal, so that that
- 3:34Speaker 1: really doesn't mean anything either. So those are our game
- 3:36Speaker 1: stats tonight. Uko pek Lukening got the start for the
- 3:39Speaker 1: Sabers in this game tonight, going back and forth with
- 3:43Speaker 1: Alex Lyon. Colton Ellis was the backup tonight, so Lion
- 3:47Speaker 1: gets the gets scratched there with the Sabers still running
- 3:51Speaker 1: with that three goalie rotation that has seemed to somehow
- 3:54Speaker 1: play out well in their favor all season long. But
- 3:57Speaker 1: with that said, we'll get further with our scoring summary tonight,
- 4:01Speaker 1: which is brought to you by the Nagar Employment Health
- 4:03Speaker 1: Center helping people find work in the Nagaragient since nineteen
- 4:06Speaker 1: eighty three. Check out the Threat That Day Job board
- 4:07Speaker 1: at EHC DOTN dot C to fund your next work opportunity.
- 4:11Speaker 1: Today and the Kings got off to a one nothing
- 4:14Speaker 1: lead in this game. Power play goal from our Temmy
- 4:16Speaker 1: Paneren his twenty fourth goal the season for Monse Copaitar
- 4:19Speaker 1: and Adrian Campe that was to give the Kings a
- 4:23Speaker 1: one nothing lead ten forty eight, but midway through the
- 4:25Speaker 1: first period, and that's where we stood until almost midway
- 4:29Speaker 1: through the well. I guess one one fourth way through
- 4:32Speaker 1: the second period, but the Kings led in this game
- 4:34Speaker 1: for the first twenty four in ish minutes of this game.
- 4:38Speaker 1: Our Temmy Paneren gets the power play goal to get
- 4:40Speaker 1: the Kings on the board, and the Sabers started to
- 4:42Speaker 1: pick things up in the second period as they've done
- 4:45Speaker 1: all season long, one of the best, if not the
- 4:47Speaker 1: best second period teams in all the national hockey being
- 4:49Speaker 1: able to make adjustments, and it was Tage Thompson getting
- 4:53Speaker 1: the Sabers on the board first with his goal. That
- 4:58Speaker 1: was big for the time for the Sabers to be
- 5:00Speaker 1: able to get this game all tied up.
- 5:03Speaker 2: Crabs, let's it go, Thompson. Tage Thompson, it's one.
- 5:11Speaker 1: One Peyton Crabs and Mattia Samoson get the assists on that.
- 5:15Speaker 1: Tage Thompson marker at the four h five mark, he's
- 5:18Speaker 1: able to get the puck with the Anton Forresburg got
- 5:21Speaker 1: to start for the Kings, not Darcy Kemper. He's able
- 5:24Speaker 1: to shovel it in with with Forrestburg down office pad
- 5:28Speaker 1: and is able to shovel that thing in right on
- 5:30Speaker 1: the left left doorstep there, right on the goal line.
- 5:34Speaker 1: So good, good job for Tage Thompson getting his team
- 5:37Speaker 1: leading thirty six goal of the season to get that
- 5:40Speaker 1: game tied. And after two periods of play it was
- 5:43Speaker 1: a one to one hockey game. So the Kings, obviously
- 5:46Speaker 1: as the home team here, they've gone to overtime almost
- 5:50Speaker 1: as much as anybody else in the National Hockey League.
- 5:52Speaker 1: They probably thought, after forty minutes being tied one one
- 5:54Speaker 1: with the Sabers team, Okay, here we go, maybe we'll
- 5:57Speaker 1: be able to sneak at least a point out here.
- 5:59Speaker 1: But it's Sam Carrick, and wow, what a run this
- 6:02Speaker 1: guy has been on.
- 6:04Speaker 2: I just got to pull up a tweet because I
- 6:05Speaker 2: saw it from Jordan L.
- 6:06Speaker 1: Barber, Sam Carrick's fifth goal in eight games as a
- 6:09Speaker 1: Saber again. Just wow, what a what an acquisition he's
- 6:14Speaker 1: been for Yarmokika line and a guy that when you
- 6:16Speaker 1: saw the return when when they traded the pretty decent
- 6:21Speaker 1: mid round pick to the Rangers, he thought, Okay, what's
- 6:23Speaker 1: the deal here? This guy's a fourth line center. But
- 6:26Speaker 1: you know he's been him and Beck Mallenstein have been
- 6:28Speaker 1: incredible with their their contributions on the fourth line, not
- 6:32Speaker 1: just doing the heavy work but also contributing on the
- 6:35Speaker 1: score sheet. And Sam Carrick, Wow, what more can you say?
- 6:37Speaker 1: Is fifth goal in eight games as a Saber. But
- 6:41Speaker 1: this was all set up from Zach Benson taking a
- 6:44Speaker 1: hit to make a play run down hard.
- 6:49Speaker 2: Then the Savers take two to one league.
- 6:53Speaker 1: Zach Benson cut down the right wing and got absolutely
- 6:56Speaker 1: hammered on the half wall by Joel Edmunds, but again
- 7:00Speaker 1: he was able to get the puck down to Sam
- 7:03Speaker 1: Kerrick who cuts down the right wing and is able
- 7:06Speaker 1: to pot that thing in over top of Anton Forstbury,
- 7:08Speaker 1: He's kind of did a nice little cut towards the
- 7:11Speaker 1: net there being able to pick the puck up off
- 7:13Speaker 1: of Benson getting absolutely rocked and the most well earned
- 7:17Speaker 1: I guess assist he's gonna get in a long time
- 7:20Speaker 1: for Zach Benson. Just one of the Sabers most noticeable
- 7:24Speaker 1: players tonight and he's able to get his twenty fourth
- 7:28Speaker 1: assist of the season. Zach Metsa also started to breakout,
- 7:30Speaker 1: getting it up to Zak Benson. He gets the secondary
- 7:32Speaker 1: assystem to play, but Sam Carrick's ninth goal of the
- 7:35Speaker 1: season gets the Sabers the lead at two to one
- 7:40Speaker 1: there at the eleven to twelve mark of the third period.
- 7:42Speaker 1: Midway through the third they get that game in their favor,
- 7:47Speaker 1: that they've been trailing the entirety of it, or haven't
- 7:50Speaker 1: been leading, I should say, on that backhand shot from
- 7:53Speaker 1: Sam Carrick again, just a really nice play cutting towards
- 7:55Speaker 1: the net, picking up that loose puck. Zach Benson goes
- 8:00Speaker 1: to show how tough tough his nails, that kid is
- 8:03Speaker 1: and he doesn't let that size differential bother him and
- 8:08Speaker 1: he's able to, you know, perfectly make a make a
- 8:10Speaker 1: play there and help the Sabers get their first lead
- 8:14Speaker 1: of the game, and they would hold on to it.
- 8:16Speaker 1: Let's get later about him. Just over a minute later,
- 8:19Speaker 1: actually it was Rasmus Dallen taking a shot on the
- 8:22Speaker 1: power play because it was actually challenged. That Karat goal
- 8:25Speaker 1: was challenged by the Kings for a possible offside. It
- 8:28Speaker 1: was ruled that it was not offside, so that means
- 8:31Speaker 1: that Buffalo goes to the power play for la getting
- 8:33Speaker 1: the penalty for delay of game on the failed challenge
- 8:36Speaker 1: and Rasmus Dallin kind of cuts down to the hash
- 8:38Speaker 1: marks on the right side, takes a shot. It hits
- 8:41Speaker 1: off of a defender in front an LA Kings player.
- 8:44Speaker 1: It looks like Jason Zuker might might have touched it,
- 8:48Speaker 1: but he does not. He was animated about it that
- 8:51Speaker 1: it was Doleen's goal. So Zucker standing in front of
- 8:53Speaker 1: the net where he usually does on the power play
- 8:55Speaker 1: and causing some havoc, but goes off of two LA
- 8:58Speaker 1: Kings players in past Anton forsbrigs.
- 9:00Speaker 2: Sometimes you gotta be lucky to be good. Dallein again saved,
- 9:05Speaker 2: Dorkberg gets close and the Sabers a power.
- 9:10Speaker 1: Play good here they lead Drew one or good to
- 9:13Speaker 1: be lucky as well. Rasmus Dahalen's fifteenth goal the season.
- 9:16Speaker 1: They take the assists away on it because it went
- 9:17Speaker 1: off a couple of Kings players on the way in.
- 9:19Speaker 1: He gets the power play goal there for the Sabers,
- 9:22Speaker 1: and again that first unit has been very criticized for
- 9:26Speaker 1: their lack of production. But I guess on that play,
- 9:29Speaker 1: you gotta you just gotta accept that sometimes a bouncing.
- 9:33Speaker 2: Here here and there will go in.
- 9:35Speaker 1: And Dleen has been playing really good hockey lately for
- 9:38Speaker 1: the Sabers and gets rewarded there with a with a
- 9:42Speaker 1: bank shot off of of of a Kings player and
- 9:44Speaker 1: into the nets. So Dahleen is able to kind of
- 9:47Speaker 1: get that insurance marker for the Sabers. And then later
- 9:50Speaker 1: in the game, speaking of getting rewarded by the hockey guys,
- 9:53Speaker 1: as Dahalen was there, Zach Benson for that earlier play
- 9:56Speaker 1: that he made on the the Sam carricle where he
- 9:58Speaker 1: got rocked by Edmondson, gets the empty net goal. Josh
- 10:01Speaker 1: Norris gets it up to him, Beck Malenstein the secondary assist,
- 10:04Speaker 1: but Zach Benson's eighth goal of the year and the
- 10:06Speaker 1: empty net winsome.
- 10:07Speaker 3: Time for Norris, empty net the game and Benson scores
- 10:13Speaker 3: the Sack Benson Benson four.
- 10:15Speaker 1: To one, Buffalo for to one winners over the Los
- 10:19Speaker 1: Angeles Kings on this night, a great road victory for
- 10:23Speaker 1: the Sabers again, just continue to amaze a lot of
- 10:28Speaker 1: the Sabers fans out there. Thirteen game road points streak,
- 10:31Speaker 1: twelve wins in the last thirteen games since the break,
- 10:34Speaker 1: ninety four points, once again tied to top the conference
- 10:37Speaker 1: standings with the Carolina Hurricanes has been incredible to watch.
- 10:41Speaker 1: And for the Sabers, you know it. It was a
- 10:45Speaker 1: full team effort tonight. You know Sam Carricks and Zach
- 10:47Speaker 1: Benson's Uko Pek Lucan in in the net stopping twenty
- 10:50Speaker 1: six to twenty seven. You know Tage Thompson chipping in.
- 10:53Speaker 1: So they were getting contributions from everybody up and down
- 10:55Speaker 1: the lineup big blocks tonight for Zach Metza with two,
- 10:59Speaker 1: Logan's Stanley with two, Mattia Samson with a pair of blocks.
- 11:03Speaker 1: You also had Josh Norris with a pair of blocks
- 11:06Speaker 1: as well, Quinn Mallenstein, Auslin talk Don, all these guys,
- 11:11Speaker 1: Sam Carrick, Jack Quinn all chipping in with blocks in
- 11:15Speaker 1: this game for the Sabers when the Kings were pressing.
- 11:18Speaker 1: So a really top to bottom team effort tonight. And
- 11:22Speaker 1: it's going to be hard to pick a player of
- 11:23Speaker 1: the game, but we'll get to that a little bit later.
- 11:25Speaker 1: But again, the Sabers win this one by a four
- 11:27Speaker 1: to one. Final Let's get to Sabers head coach Lindy
- 11:30Speaker 1: Ruff with his postgame comments, as always brought to you
- 11:32Speaker 1: by Wild Bills out of Repair, helping customers stay safe
- 11:35Speaker 1: and confident on the road in Niagarsins twenty twelve in
- 11:38Speaker 1: honor of the late William Robert Hunter. Here is Lindy
- 11:40Speaker 1: Ruff following his team's four to one victory on the
- 11:43Speaker 1: road and their three third win in a row on
- 11:46Speaker 1: this western road trip.
- 11:48Speaker 2: What did change?
- 11:49Speaker 3: Were you doing well? I thought their compete was better
- 11:52Speaker 3: than ours early on. I thought the first ten minutes,
- 11:55Speaker 3: the first period, they won more of the fifty to fifties.
- 11:59Speaker 3: The faceoff circle, we were terrible, you know it, So
- 12:03Speaker 3: now we're chasing the puck around. But I thought they
- 12:07Speaker 3: came after us as hard as they could, and they
- 12:10Speaker 3: had the edge for a while. And we talked about
- 12:13Speaker 3: teams being ready for enough. I'm not getting taken for
- 12:16Speaker 3: granted the way we've been playing. There's teams that want
- 12:19Speaker 3: to try and knock us off. We've got to be
- 12:20Speaker 3: ready for it.
- 12:21Speaker 2: So how did you put it? Though? As they said,
- 12:23Speaker 2: you caused a lot of.
- 12:25Speaker 3: Competed harder, got the pucks quicker. I thought we got
- 12:28Speaker 3: over pucks and not a real uh hard answer to that.
- 12:35Speaker 3: It's just you got to get into into people. When
- 12:39Speaker 3: you do that, you can win the battle.
- 12:41Speaker 1: It seemed like, oh, empower is really on his game
- 12:43Speaker 1: with the breakouts and the puck possession.
- 12:45Speaker 2: What do you like about his game?
- 12:46Speaker 3: I thought he moved it well when he went back
- 12:49Speaker 3: for pucks. I thought he was able at times to
- 12:51Speaker 3: skate away. I thought sometimes physically use his size to
- 12:55Speaker 3: get away from people. But I thought a lot of
- 12:58Speaker 3: his reads on whether to move it quick or by
- 13:01Speaker 3: just a little bit of time, we're really good. You
- 13:03Speaker 3: talked about cart going to the net with authority, and
- 13:05Speaker 3: we've seen that this year from Allenstein had some great goals.
- 13:08Speaker 2: Those guys aren't there to be offensive players. So what
- 13:11Speaker 2: does it say when your fourth line is thinking about
- 13:13Speaker 2: getting chances and putting puck in the net.
- 13:15Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean that line has done a great job.
- 13:18Speaker 3: I mean you look at Carrick's got five goals with
- 13:20Speaker 3: us now and the plays they made, even the you
- 13:24Speaker 3: know Mel's big block with the with the goalie out
- 13:27Speaker 3: which allowed you know, Benson to get his goal. We're
- 13:32Speaker 3: getting a great effort from all. You know, all four
- 13:35Speaker 3: lines where you know, if there's a line, if there's
- 13:38Speaker 3: a line that's struggling, maybe uh, you know, another line
- 13:41Speaker 3: can pick up the slack.
- 13:42Speaker 1: Postgame audio is courtesy of MSG and the National Hockey League,
- 13:46Speaker 1: as well as Buffalo Sabers dot Com and x dot
- 13:48Speaker 1: Com slash Buffalo Sabers. All audio rights courtesy of the
- 13:52Speaker 1: Buffalo Sabers.
- 13:53Speaker 2: This is the armchair GM Sports Network.
- 13:56Speaker 1: There was Sabers head coach Lindy Ruff on the Wild
- 13:58Speaker 1: Bills out of repair postgame, really happy with the way
- 14:01Speaker 1: Sam Kerra competed tonight. He thought they were terrible on
- 14:04Speaker 1: the faceoff dot But again we're picking at small straws
- 14:08Speaker 1: here for the Sabers being able to come away with
- 14:11Speaker 1: another victory here twelve in their last thirteen and again, yes,
- 14:15Speaker 1: the face offs sixty five percent to thirty four not
- 14:18Speaker 1: good enough if you're the Sabers, But for them to
- 14:21Speaker 1: be able to get their first lead midway through the
- 14:23Speaker 1: third period, essentially, that was big, big for the team's
- 14:26Speaker 1: confidence and just showing that how much resiliency this team
- 14:30Speaker 1: has even when they're down, you know, even into the
- 14:32Speaker 1: third period, this team is not out of it. And
- 14:34Speaker 1: they continue to show why they've been the best team
- 14:37Speaker 1: in the National Highey League since the beginning of January
- 14:40Speaker 1: on on quite the streak here for for the Buffalo Sabers.
- 14:43Speaker 2: And it's again is.
- 14:46Speaker 1: I keep saying on this I'm running out of words
- 14:48Speaker 1: to kind of describe what we've been seeing from this team.
- 14:51Speaker 1: It's just been so so fun to watch and if
- 14:55Speaker 1: you're if you're a fan of the Sabers, wow, you
- 14:57Speaker 1: got to be.
- 14:58Speaker 2: You got to be pretty excited about with the the
- 15:00Speaker 2: potential of this team is.
- 15:01Speaker 1: And now it's now thirty three six and two, well,
- 15:04Speaker 1: thirty two six and two, excuse me, best forty games
- 15:07Speaker 1: stretch in the NHL since the Red Wings in nineteen
- 15:09Speaker 1: ninety five ninety six. They've been on a historic run
- 15:13Speaker 1: right now that we haven't seen, you know, in basically
- 15:16Speaker 1: thirty years. So congratulations as Sabers on that mark. It's
- 15:19Speaker 1: been unbelievable to see what the Sabers have been able
- 15:24Speaker 1: to do over their last forty games. It's it's been fun.
- 15:29Speaker 1: It's been fun to cover this team again since since
- 15:33Speaker 1: that late November stretch there, I thought we were going
- 15:35Speaker 1: into another sort of rebuild type of season and yeah,
- 15:38Speaker 1: the Sabers just decided yet so much for that. But
- 15:41Speaker 1: regardless of that, we're gonna get connected with our fans
- 15:45Speaker 1: as always, brought to you by the Niagra dentri Clinic.
- 15:47Speaker 1: Creating natural smiles in the Niagara region for over twenty
- 15:51Speaker 1: five years. Our poll tonight was who was the Buffalo
- 15:54Speaker 1: Sabers best player in their four to one road victory
- 15:56Speaker 1: tonight in Los Angeles. Make sure to give us a
- 15:58Speaker 1: follow on X that save where semantics get in on
- 16:01Speaker 1: our fan polls for our shows.
- 16:02Speaker 2: Ucopec Lucanan in the net.
- 16:04Speaker 1: Forward Sam Carrick, forward Zach Benson, or defenseman Rasmus Dalen.
- 16:07Speaker 2: Again.
- 16:08Speaker 1: At the time of this recording, Ukopec Lucan is leading
- 16:10Speaker 1: this poll at fifty three point eight percent with his
- 16:12Speaker 1: great performer stuff in twenty seven to twenty eight. Sam
- 16:15Speaker 1: Carrick with his goal there is thirty eight point five percent.
- 16:20Speaker 1: Zak Benson's actually at zero. I would expect him to
- 16:22Speaker 1: be a lot more. He would be my player of
- 16:24Speaker 1: the Game tonight for the sacrifices he made in this
- 16:26Speaker 1: game and in all aspects. And Rasmus Dallen seven point
- 16:31Speaker 1: seven percent just continues to make the polls every single
- 16:34Speaker 1: night because he plays such good hockey. But we're gonna
- 16:37Speaker 1: give it to Lucan in tonight Player the Game Honoro
- 16:39Speaker 1: mention to Sam Krrick. My personal is going to go
- 16:41Speaker 1: to Zach Benson just for the type of play that
- 16:44Speaker 1: he made that led to the Sabers go ahead goal.
- 16:48Speaker 1: There that that's a play that again it will show
- 16:51Speaker 1: up on the score sheet because he got the assist
- 16:53Speaker 1: on it, but even if he didn't, you know, just
- 16:55Speaker 1: a warrior play for Zach Benson to be able to
- 16:57Speaker 1: sacrifice himself for the better mine of the team and
- 17:00Speaker 1: the buy and the belief that these guys have in
- 17:02Speaker 1: each other. They just really enjoy each other and it's
- 17:05Speaker 1: really you know, that saborhood brotherhood that they keep talking
- 17:07Speaker 1: about is alive and well within that room. So with
- 17:12Speaker 1: that said, again, hopefully you guys enjoyed another After the
- 17:15Speaker 1: Horn Sports cast here a little bit earlier of an
- 17:18Speaker 1: addition because it was a four o'clock local start in
- 17:21Speaker 1: Los Angeles, so we were able to get this one
- 17:23Speaker 1: out a little bit too quicker than we were the
- 17:25Speaker 1: other night when it was a normal start in San Jose,
- 17:28Speaker 1: which was you know, ten o'clock local time, ten thirty
- 17:31Speaker 1: here in the Eastern time zone. So able to get
- 17:35Speaker 1: this one out for you. Th Thompson in the building
- 17:38Speaker 1: was named first Star with his one goal. Sam Carrick
- 17:40Speaker 1: was second Star. Lucan In was third star, but I
- 17:44Speaker 1: think I'm gonna go the other way around. I think
- 17:45Speaker 1: I'm gonna go Benson, lucan In, Carrick would be my
- 17:48Speaker 1: three stars in this in this hockey game, the road ahead.
- 17:52Speaker 1: Buffalo plays in Anaheim tomorrow to close out the four
- 17:56Speaker 1: game roady. We'll see if they can sweep it, and
- 17:58Speaker 1: we'll see them back on home ice on a Wednesday
- 18:01Speaker 1: against the Boston Bruins. Going to be a fun one
- 18:04Speaker 1: there as always again. Buffalo ninety four points in the
- 18:07Speaker 1: Atlantic Division, leading that now with thirty seven or excuse me,
- 18:12Speaker 1: forty regular regulation and overtime wins. They improve their away
- 18:16Speaker 1: record on the year to twenty two eleven and three.
- 18:20Speaker 1: They're twelve their last thirteen. They've won four straight. They're
- 18:23Speaker 1: nine to one in their last ten. What else can
- 18:25Speaker 1: you say other than point percentage. They are first place
- 18:31Speaker 1: in the Atlantic Division with Carolina. So it's I look
- 18:36Speaker 1: at these standings every single day when I record these shows,
- 18:38Speaker 1: and it keeps amazing me.
- 18:40Speaker 2: Ten points up.
- 18:41Speaker 1: On Detroit for the last playoff spot, eleven if you
- 18:45Speaker 1: count the New York Islanders, who are at the time
- 18:47Speaker 1: recording is playing in Montreal. Which is a big game
- 18:50Speaker 1: within the standings there as well. But with that said,
- 18:53Speaker 1: that's going to wrap it up for another Saber Semantics
