- 0:00[SPEAKER_00]: The liberal globalist order is on its brink and awakening a new conservative age.
- 0:06[SPEAKER_00]: Dr. Steve Turley, join me every day as we discover answers to today's toughest challenges and explore the re-bondalization of conservative civilization.
- 0:18[SPEAKER_00]: This is Turley Talks.
- 0:21[SPEAKER_00]: The Democrats may have thought that they just scored a huge victory for their election shenanigans, but it turns out that President Trump is getting the last laugh.
- 0:30[SPEAKER_00]: What looks like a crushing defeat for election integrity is actually hiding a far bigger Trump victory.
- 0:38[SPEAKER_00]: Stick a minute at the very end of this video, because once we connect the missing pieces, you're going to see precisely why this ruling is not the last word
- 0:46[SPEAKER_00]: on election integrity and why in the most important strategic sense, Trump in many ways has already won.
- 0:56[SPEAKER_00]: Hey gang, it's me, Dr. Steve, your Patre professor here to help you make sense of the madness and keep you sane, we're breaking news in analysis.
- 1:03[SPEAKER_00]: You're not going to get anywhere else.
- 1:04[SPEAKER_00]: So you know, to do make sure to smack that bell and subscribe button.
- 1:07[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm sure many of you have heard by now that as of last night, the Supreme Court denied the Trump administration's emergency request to lift a nationwide injunction against the U.S.
- 1:19[SPEAKER_00]: Postal Services, new ballot mail rule.
- 1:22[SPEAKER_00]: Now under the new rule,
- 1:24[SPEAKER_00]: States would have been, they would have used approved envelopes, they would have used voter specific bar codes, and voter registration would be cross-checked with the federal government's list of confirmed citizens.
- 1:37[SPEAKER_00]: Non-compliant mail could then be returned for correction or mail in ballots would not be sent to non-compliant states at all.
- 1:47[SPEAKER_00]: The new rule was, of course, blocked by a corrupt, leftist lunatic activist disguised as a judge.
- 1:55[SPEAKER_00]: And the Supreme Court, to their everlasting shame, just played into that.
- 2:02[SPEAKER_00]: They just refused to lift that injunction in time for the midterms.
- 2:06[SPEAKER_00]: Now, make sure you know that the court did not rule,
- 2:10[SPEAKER_00]: on the merits of the case.
- 2:11[SPEAKER_00]: It's just ruled that they wouldn't have the adequate time to determine those merits and that there wouldn't be sufficient time for states to implement and comply with the new rule.
- 2:21[SPEAKER_00]: And so the injunction is allowed to stay.
- 2:24[SPEAKER_00]: So bottom line, that means that the new US Postal Service rule will not govern the November midterms.
- 2:33[SPEAKER_00]: Now, at one level, short,
- 2:41[SPEAKER_00]: They got exactly what they wanted from their own ideologically corrupt judges.
- 2:47[SPEAKER_00]: And the Supreme Court has allowed the Democrats to run out the clock on this one.
- 2:51[SPEAKER_00]: They weren't necessarily looking to win here.
- 2:55[SPEAKER_00]: They just needed to prolong the appellate process enough for the court to hand down a ruling precisely like this.
- 3:02[SPEAKER_00]: And the court, with the exception, Thomas and Alito, granted that blatant partisanization
- 3:09[SPEAKER_00]: process legitimacy, it's beyond disgusting, and President Trump meant no words.
- 3:15[SPEAKER_00]: He absolutely scorched the court taking a true social.
- 3:19[SPEAKER_00]: He blasted the Supreme Court's decision, arguing that the court took too long to act, and then used the resulting lack of implementation time as a reason to block his male and ballot reforms from the midterms, and he accused the court of being intimidated by the radical left, and he warned that its recent
- 3:39[SPEAKER_00]: would be remembered as having seriously damaged the nation.
- 3:43[SPEAKER_00]: He is right about that intimidation part for sure.
- 3:47[SPEAKER_00]: The political left can always rely on woke activist judges to rule according to their ideology rather than the law, but for some reason, the right has no such
- 3:58[SPEAKER_00]: assurance are our judges the judges at Republicans appoint routinely betray conservatives like the Missouri State Supreme Court that just overturned their 71 Republican redistricting map even after the primaries were held those were Republican judges doing that.
- 4:16[SPEAKER_00]: This is why we have Trump by the way.
- 4:19[SPEAKER_00]: The pre-Trump conservative movement was an ass-in-ine joke.
- 4:25[SPEAKER_00]: It was liberal, freaking, Reagan gave us mass and nesty for heaven's six.
- 4:32[SPEAKER_00]: His own state of California never recovered politically or demographically.
- 4:37[SPEAKER_00]: The pre-Trump Republican Party was a walking disaster, regardless.
- 4:43[SPEAKER_00]: The left created delay, they weaponized delay, and then persuaded the court to cite delay as the reason Trump's rule could not take effect.
- 4:54[SPEAKER_00]: That's the old bureaucratic rope, but don't we see it all the time, run out the clock, then say there's no time to implement the policy.
- 5:02[SPEAKER_00]: It's infuriating, but, and this is what I want to focus on.
- 5:06[SPEAKER_00]: Here, remember, we look at the bad as well as the good.
- 5:11[SPEAKER_00]: what makes us different as we also look at the good, right?
- 5:13[SPEAKER_00]: It's this is emphatically not the whole story precisely because this ruling does not deal
- 5:21[SPEAKER_00]: with the entire executive order that authorized U.S.
- 5:24[SPEAKER_00]: Postal Services New Rule in the first place.
- 5:27[SPEAKER_00]: And that's absolutely key to understanding what's really happening here.
- 5:33[SPEAKER_00]: The Supreme Court ruling did not erase executive order 14399, particularly section two.
- 5:42[SPEAKER_00]: Now section two of that order separately directs the Department of Homeland Security working with the
- 5:48[SPEAKER_00]: Social Security Administration and Federal Citizenship databases to compile state-by-state citizenship lists of confirmed adult U.S. citizens.
- 5:59[SPEAKER_00]: and make those lists available to each state's chief election official.
- 6:04[SPEAKER_00]: Now remember, this is how a Homeland Security Secretary Mark Wayne Mullins discovered the how corrupt New Jersey's voter rolls were, right, with tens of thousands of illegal aliens on their rolls and even their pathetic Democrat.
- 6:20[SPEAKER_00]: Governor Mikey Cheryl, she had, she had no choice but to admit, yes, we have thousands of illegal migrants on our voter rolls.
- 6:26[SPEAKER_00]: It was a computer glitch, she said.
- 6:29[SPEAKER_00]: It also directs the section two of the executive order, directs the attorney general to prioritize investigations and prosecutions involving election officials or others who issue federal ballots to people who are not legally eligible to vote.
- 6:48[SPEAKER_00]: The federal data project has been launched and election officials now know exactly what the administration is trying to compare their voter rolls with in terms of their own.
- 7:00[SPEAKER_00]: That changes behavior.
- 7:03[SPEAKER_00]: That kind of scrutiny makes criminals nervous and what the Trump administration did next is already sending chills down the spine of every Democrat secretary of state
- 7:17[SPEAKER_00]: Now, encountering all of this, made me think of the lines I hear people say, all the time when it comes to goal.
- 7:24[SPEAKER_00]: I'm, I'm good to wait, right?
- 7:25[SPEAKER_00]: Wait for goal to come down, wait for inflation to settle.
- 7:29[SPEAKER_00]: Then I'll get a, wait for the economy to stabilize.
- 7:31[SPEAKER_00]: Wait until things feel a little more normal.
- 7:34[SPEAKER_00]: But here's my question to you guys.
- 7:36[SPEAKER_00]: What exactly are we waiting for?
- 7:40[SPEAKER_00]: You see the likes of the wealthy around the, they're not waiting.
- 7:44[SPEAKER_00]: Look at the economic reality around the central banks around the world, continue accumulating gold.
- 7:49[SPEAKER_00]: Nations continue looking for alternatives to their dependence on the dollar.
- 7:54[SPEAKER_00]: We're watching an increasingly fragmented global economy take shape right in front of us.
- 7:58[SPEAKER_00]: These are an isolated headlines.
- 8:00[SPEAKER_00]: These are structural changes.
- 8:02[SPEAKER_00]: And we've been talking about these trends in this channel for years.
- 8:05[SPEAKER_00]: So when someone tells me that they're waiting for the quote right time to look at gold,
- 8:11[SPEAKER_00]: I think they're still focused on the wrong thing, because if debt, currency concerns, central bank buying, geopolitical uncertainty, if those are the reasons you were considering physical gold in the first place, what's changed?
- 8:26[SPEAKER_00]: That's the question, right?
- 8:27[SPEAKER_00]: Not whether you could perfectly time the price.
- 8:30[SPEAKER_00]: Not whether gold is higher today than it was a year ago.
- 8:33[SPEAKER_00]: Have the fundamental reasons for owning gold gone away.
- 8:37[SPEAKER_00]: obviously from where I said they have not.
- 8:39[SPEAKER_00]: So that's why people are still looking at purchasing physical gold and silver directly while others are exploring whether a gold IRA makes sense for a portion of the retirement savings.
- 8:49[SPEAKER_00]: And if you're looking in either one, get educated first.
- 8:52[SPEAKER_00]: And that's why I trust Augusta precious metals.
- 8:56[SPEAKER_00]: Their experience educational team will sit down with you one-on-one, explain physical gold and silver, walk you through how a
- 9:03[SPEAKER_00]: Gold IRA works, answer your questions, and then help you understand your options before you make a decision.
- 9:11[SPEAKER_00]: Go to turlybyschool.com or text turly to 35052 to request Augustus FreeGod, because waiting only makes sense if you're waiting for something fundamental to change.
- 9:22[SPEAKER_00]: Dead is still climbing, central banks are still buying, the global order is still shifting, the reasons for owning gold haven't changed.
- 9:30[SPEAKER_00]: Not one bit.
- 9:31[SPEAKER_00]: Click on that link below.
- 9:32[SPEAKER_00]: Right now.
- 9:34[SPEAKER_00]: Just a few weeks ago, Assistant Attorney General Harme Dylan Civil Rights Division sent letters to election officials in all 50 states in the district of Columbia warning that officials who knowingly retain non-citizens on voter rolls or facilitate non-citizens receiving and casting ballots would face criminal liability under existing federal statutes.
- 9:59[SPEAKER_00]: The letter put election officials on written notice.
- 10:02[SPEAKER_00]: that their conduct will indeed be watched and reviewed, and will indeed have serious legal consequences.
- 10:09[SPEAKER_00]: If they allow illegals to vote or engage in any other election shenanigan that the Democrats have become so ridiculously infamous for.
- 10:18[SPEAKER_00]: So, in fact, we're getting word.
- 10:21[SPEAKER_00]: that as many as 30 election officials are under federal investigation already for allowing illegal aliens to register to vote.
- 10:30[SPEAKER_00]: And this is where Trump's executive order has in many ways already won.
- 10:35[SPEAKER_00]: And that's precisely because the federal government is building state by state citizenship lists.
- 10:42[SPEAKER_00]: that can be compared with existing voter roles.
- 10:45[SPEAKER_00]: And election officials have now been put on notice that those federal records exist and can be used to examine their decisions in terms of who gets ballots.
- 10:56[SPEAKER_00]: So state and county election officials can no longer assume
- 11:00[SPEAKER_00]: that nobody will compare the names receiving ballots with federal citizenship records, the Justice Department and Assistant Attorney General Harme Dillon have already placed election officials across the country on written notice that knowingly facilitating non-citizen voting could expose officials to federal investigation and where the evidence supports it criminal prosecution now.
- 11:25[SPEAKER_00]: Because of the Supreme Court's ruling,
- 11:28[SPEAKER_00]: The Postal Service will continue delivering ballots under the existing system.
- 11:37[SPEAKER_00]: But if a state supplies the U.S.
- 11:41[SPEAKER_00]: Postal Service with a ballot addressed to an illegal while the Postal Service has to deliver that ballot, that delivery does not erase the record.
- 11:54[SPEAKER_00]: If ballots are requested by Secretary's estate for illegal and ineligible voters, federal investigators will catch them doing so by comparing the state's mailing records with citizenship and voter eligibility data compiled federally and harming Dylan made it absolutely crystal clear.
- 12:12[SPEAKER_00]: The Justice Department will indeed prosecute them.
- 12:17[SPEAKER_00]: So, unfortunately, while the controlling mechanism, the enforcement mechanism before the election was taken out by the Supreme Court and enforcement mechanism after the election is still in place.
- 12:31[SPEAKER_00]: So, again, yes, the Supreme Court blocked one enforcement mechanism, but it did not eliminate the federal data, the paper trail or the possibility of post-election accountability.
- 12:45[SPEAKER_00]: That means Trump's election integrity initiative is already accomplishing something enormously important, putting every election official in America on notice that this time, somebody is actually there to check the names.
- 13:01[SPEAKER_00]: That alone is enough to deter at least some of these corrupt Democrat secretaries of states.
- 13:08[SPEAKER_00]: That's the big takeaway here.
- 13:10[SPEAKER_00]: The Supreme Court blocked one enforcement mechanism, but left another one in place.
- 13:16[SPEAKER_00]: And that's key Trump selection, security, executive order and his various initiatives.
- 13:21[SPEAKER_00]: They all have a number of enforcement mechanisms and in the end.
- 13:26[SPEAKER_00]: Scotus merely blocked one of many still enforce that's why Trump in many ways has already won.
- 13:35[SPEAKER_00]: And now it's our job to get ourselves in every one we know to the polls and make this midterm too big to rig for anyone.
- 13:47[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, listen, you see what's happening to your faith, your family, your freedom.
