- 0:12Speaker 1: Hey, everybody, Welcome to Being Shade. Welcome to Wednesdays Free
- 0:17Speaker 1: feed episode of Welcome to Platfill season eight.
- 0:21Speaker 2: This is not the rewatch, We're doing the rewatch, Oh,
- 0:23Speaker 2: Shade Prime. This is the new shit. This is the
- 0:26Speaker 2: new ship.
- 0:26Speaker 3: Kimberly, I'm not Kimberly.
- 0:28Speaker 2: You are Kimberly.
- 0:30Speaker 3: No, you're I'm not Keisha, I'm Kimberly.
- 0:34Speaker 2: Yes, there you got it.
- 0:37Speaker 1: Yeah, I've confused myself because I'm doing the rewatch and
- 0:39Speaker 1: I'm doing this and I'm just like, what is time?
- 0:43Speaker 1: Did I get in my DeLorean and fly backwards forwards?
- 0:47Speaker 1: Confusing myself?
- 0:48Speaker 3: Yeah, it's a lot like how racist and horrible are
- 0:53Speaker 3: people in which season?
- 0:55Speaker 2: Like right right, right right, We're just starting to ramp
- 0:57Speaker 2: it up a little.
- 0:59Speaker 3: But it is sexist, is Ethan?
- 1:03Speaker 1: Oh? Season Well, he's just learning, he's just he's just
- 1:07Speaker 1: hitting the strip.
- 1:08Speaker 2: It's a baby sexist. He's a baby sexist. I will
- 1:11Speaker 2: tell you that.
- 1:13Speaker 1: It's interesting that the episode that we just covered this
- 1:16Speaker 1: week was season three, episode six, and it's when Isaac
- 1:21Speaker 1: goes for the first time it gets a flying lesson.
- 1:25Speaker 2: Oh boy, because you know that's his dream.
- 1:28Speaker 3: Yeah, but it isn't that where Ken start joins the picture?
- 1:32Speaker 1: Everybody said that Kean was in the picture at this time.
- 1:39Speaker 1: This is how Kim met Kean was because Isaac's flying lessons.
- 1:43Speaker 2: Now, if you don't think my.
- 1:45Speaker 1: Eyeballs were peeled for Ken in this episode, he was
- 1:49Speaker 1: not in this episode unless he all of a sudden
- 1:52Speaker 1: became very attractive and lost a ton of weight because
- 1:55Speaker 1: the guy that gave the lesson was not Kin.
- 1:57Speaker 3: Did the guy giving him a lesson have meth mouth?
- 2:00Speaker 2: No?
- 2:01Speaker 3: Because that's how Ken talks in this episode.
- 2:05Speaker 2: I'll just tell you the funniest thing.
- 2:08Speaker 1: When Amy Archer and I were recording last season, she
- 2:11Speaker 1: had to take off for something, and so I had
- 2:13Speaker 1: Kim of ninety Day cray crayon.
- 2:16Speaker 2: To talk about it, and she just like caught up
- 2:18Speaker 2: really quick.
- 2:18Speaker 1: She was dying to talk about it, and she was
- 2:21Speaker 1: the way she imitated the way Ken talks like. And
- 2:27Speaker 1: I was like, no, Kim, what he said was? And
- 2:30Speaker 1: I told her exactly. She's like, I don't know how
- 2:33Speaker 1: you know what the fuck he said? I said, I
- 2:35Speaker 1: speak redneck. I got it, I got it.
- 2:37Speaker 3: It's there's like a pound of dip in his mouth
- 2:41Speaker 3: at all.
- 2:41Speaker 4: Times.
- 2:42Speaker 2: Yes, yes, good call.
- 2:45Speaker 3: And it is definitely impeding the way his tongue is
- 2:49Speaker 3: moving around his mouth or he's missing half his teeth
- 2:53Speaker 3: and that tongue is just rolling around willy nilly in
- 2:56Speaker 3: there loose this episode, and it's just like the lull
- 3:02Speaker 3: of a.
- 3:03Speaker 1: I felt this episode was sort of trying to trick
- 3:08Speaker 1: us into thinking that Kim has lots of friends and
- 3:11Speaker 1: is a great person.
- 3:12Speaker 3: That is what it is. And did we fall for it? No,
- 3:16Speaker 3: we did not. We didn't roll off the turnip truck.
- 3:19Speaker 1: No, nope, nope, nope. You can't tell me nothing about
- 3:23Speaker 1: these things.
- 3:24Speaker 3: They make it seem like Kim is mother Teresa, the
- 3:30Speaker 3: best friend, the most giving friend, will give you her
- 3:35Speaker 3: kidney and her liver if it wasn't so damaged from alcohol.
- 3:40Speaker 3: She is a better person to everyone in that restaurant,
- 3:45Speaker 3: even strangers. And she's ever been to her own children
- 3:48Speaker 3: right on camera, which we've seen. There's video proof. We're
- 3:53Speaker 3: not following for it.
- 3:54Speaker 1: We're not falling for it, and you can't make us.
- 3:57Speaker 1: And I just wanted to say that at the beginning. Now,
- 4:01Speaker 1: I did get a bad review Apple Podcast. I got
- 4:05Speaker 1: a bad review where people this particular person didn't like
- 4:08Speaker 1: how hard we are on them. So if you fill
- 4:11Speaker 1: the opposite and you appreciate how hard we are on them,
- 4:13Speaker 1: please go to Apple Reviews.
- 4:15Speaker 2: Lead five stars.
- 4:16Speaker 1: Just put a couple of words like these ladies are
- 4:18Speaker 1: funny or love this podcast. You can just put anything there,
- 4:22Speaker 1: and that sort of pushes that bad review down because
- 4:25Speaker 1: this person's real mad about us calling out some members
- 4:29Speaker 1: of the Plath family for allegedly being racist.
- 4:33Speaker 3: Yeah, based on things they have said.
- 4:36Speaker 1: And posted on it and done on the program that
- 4:41Speaker 1: we're watching. Correct, So let's get into it. On that note,
- 4:46Speaker 1: Welcome to Platform season eight, episode two, You Catch More
- 4:50Speaker 1: Flies with Honey. So last week was practice what you
- 4:55Speaker 1: preach or whatever. So we're just gonna have u.
- 5:00Speaker 2: They thank you.
- 5:00Speaker 1: Platitudes are going to latitudes. Slatitudes are going to be
- 5:05Speaker 1: what we have. Okay, So we opened with Lydia saying
- 5:09Speaker 1: one more thing because they're all still at the table.
- 5:11Speaker 2: Having the power.
- 5:12Speaker 4: Now.
- 5:12Speaker 2: I did notice Amber and Cassia were there at the table.
- 5:18Speaker 3: I snuck in. They were not supposed to be there.
- 5:20Speaker 1: They were like, what's one more blondie at this table?
- 5:22Speaker 1: Nobody's going to notice. I didn't see.
- 5:24Speaker 2: Mercy, but I wasn't looking because once John realized Cassie
- 5:27Speaker 2: was there, I just didn't take the time to look
- 5:29Speaker 2: any further. But anyway, they snuck in.
- 5:31Speaker 3: So if you offered me a million dollars, I could
- 5:35Speaker 3: not tell you which of those girls is which.
- 5:38Speaker 1: Okay, Amber's the oldest one, Cassia is the one who
- 5:42Speaker 1: has the hurt eye, and Mercy is the youngest one
- 5:46Speaker 1: who now is starting to look exactly like Mariah.
- 5:49Speaker 3: Hmm.
- 5:50Speaker 2: Okay, there you go.
- 5:51Speaker 3: I need a cheat sheep.
- 5:53Speaker 2: Okay, well I have one. I'll thank you. Okay. Okay,
- 5:56Speaker 2: So that a listener sent me and I always forget
- 6:01Speaker 2: who sent it to me.
- 6:02Speaker 1: And I'm very sorry. So if you're the one that
- 6:04Speaker 1: sent it to me, reminded me for the four hundredth time.
- 6:06Speaker 2: Okay. So, Lydia is saying to everyone one more thing.
- 6:13Speaker 1: The biggest thing that hurt us was everything that was
- 6:15Speaker 1: said about us and not to us, and how it
- 6:20Speaker 1: could have been resolved if concerns were.
- 6:22Speaker 2: Brought to us.
- 6:24Speaker 1: So if you have any concerns, please bring it directly
- 6:27Speaker 1: to us. And if I find out you're still gossiping
- 6:30Speaker 1: about us, I will not tolerate it. Like the situation
- 6:35Speaker 1: with the wedding colors, and everybody.
- 6:39Speaker 2: Goes, wait, wait, what what what?
- 6:41Speaker 1: And Lydia goes, Okay, well, I'm just going to say
- 6:45Speaker 1: it all and they get Kim and her talking head goes,
- 6:50Speaker 1: I hope this isn't like totally directed at me, but
- 6:54Speaker 1: I guess I know it is.
- 6:57Speaker 4: Fun.
- 6:57Speaker 2: Mom, I'm so wacky, So okay, Kim Vin says.
- 7:05Speaker 1: Regarding the wedding color, she says, that was one example
- 7:09Speaker 1: that I.
- 7:09Speaker 2: Chose to share about the red flag.
- 7:11Speaker 1: That I saw, and I didn't feel the need to
- 7:14Speaker 1: follow up with Lyda to find out if it was
- 7:16Speaker 1: true because I had someone there that told me so.
- 7:21Speaker 2: A production team member told her this.
- 7:23Speaker 4: I think.
- 7:26Speaker 1: Flashback, we see her saying season seven in her professional
- 7:30Speaker 1: talking head that Lydia wanted Hunter green for the wedding,
- 7:34Speaker 1: but Zach said, no, it had to be blue because
- 7:39Speaker 1: he had a blue suit and he really pops in
- 7:41Speaker 1: that blue suit.
- 7:43Speaker 3: Which is something Zach would say, you know, we're not
- 7:47Speaker 3: really popped in this.
- 7:48Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah.
- 7:50Speaker 1: Also, he already had a blue suit, so he didn't
- 7:52Speaker 1: want green for the wedding because he's like, I.
- 7:53Speaker 2: Don't have to buy another suit, you.
- 7:55Speaker 3: Know, what who wants to buy a new outfit for
- 7:58Speaker 3: a wedding that is your wedding?
- 8:01Speaker 2: Also, isn't that kind of that the point of the wedding?
- 8:06Speaker 3: Y'all?
- 8:07Speaker 2: Do you ever wake up more tired than when you
- 8:09Speaker 2: went to bed? Yes? For me, the answer is always yes.
- 8:12Speaker 2: But you know, it's not always stress.
- 8:14Speaker 1: Sometimes it's your body navigating the hormonal changes that come
- 8:17Speaker 1: with being a lady of a certain age. I've talked
- 8:19Speaker 1: about this a lot on the show. Like I lie
- 8:21Speaker 1: awake at night, I worry about the Plath kids, or
- 8:24Speaker 1: I just toss and turn and worry about like do
- 8:26Speaker 1: I have my time zones right for tomorrow's episodes? Then
- 8:29Speaker 1: I wake up feeling completely exhausted. And when your sleep
- 8:31Speaker 1: is off, everything else, your focus, your mood, your digestion,
- 8:36Speaker 1: everything feels harder the next day. But that is why
- 8:39Speaker 1: I started adding magnesium breakthrough by by optimizers to my
- 8:43Speaker 1: nightly routine. I have been researching magnesium for a while.
- 8:46Speaker 1: It has helped me feel more settled at bedtime, Like
- 8:49Speaker 1: my mind is calmer, I wake up without that groggy

- 12:00Speaker 1: So Lydia says, at first, I was leaning toward forest
- 12:03Speaker 1: green because I had a dress I really liked that
- 12:06Speaker 1: was forest green. So I guess she would mean like
- 12:07Speaker 1: for the rehearsal or something, she says. But then I
- 12:11Speaker 1: realized another guy had bought me that dress. Lydia, you little.
- 12:16Speaker 3: Minny, uh wow.
- 12:20Speaker 1: So when we talked about colors and I realized there
- 12:23Speaker 1: was a connection to that dress to another guy, I
- 12:26Speaker 1: decided I didn't want that in that wedding. I didn't
- 12:28Speaker 1: want that color in the wedding. And Micah goes, okay,
- 12:32Speaker 1: that makes good sense. But I mean, Mikeah doesn't know
- 12:35Speaker 1: what Kim said. I'm sure he didn't watch the season. Yeah,
- 12:38Speaker 1: and the talking head Kim goes, okay, well, at least
- 12:41Speaker 1: she's saying there was a time when she wanted Hunter green.
- 12:44Speaker 1: She keeps saying Hunter green, and Lydia is specifically saying
- 12:48Speaker 1: Forest green, which I think is funny.
- 12:50Speaker 3: Yeah, because Kim doesn't know her own daughter, because she
- 12:54Speaker 3: doesn't have to just further.
- 12:55Speaker 2: Proof, Yeah, there was a time when.
- 12:57Speaker 3: Mary would know whether it was hun forest.
- 13:01Speaker 2: Of course he did.
- 13:02Speaker 1: He went and got the colors from the color wheel
- 13:04Speaker 1: at home depot, just to make.
- 13:05Speaker 2: Sure everybody understood he's an involved parent.
- 13:09Speaker 1: And Con says, at least she's admitting there was a
- 13:11Speaker 1: time when she wanted Hunter green, because last time we
- 13:14Speaker 1: talked she denied there ever was. She called me out
- 13:17Speaker 1: on social media, and uh, this is where we see
- 13:22Speaker 1: the social media post from Lydia that I never saw, interestingly,
- 13:29Speaker 1: because I'm not on truth social.
- 13:32Speaker 2: Oh my, what's it on truth social? Yeah?
- 13:37Speaker 1: Yeah, in our in our group text that we do.
- 13:40Speaker 3: So if you're wondering why we said the things that
- 13:44Speaker 3: prompted that one star review.
- 13:48Speaker 2: They might be over there. Listen.
- 13:50Speaker 1: I maybe she also put it on threads.
- 13:54Speaker 2: Maybe she put it on a blue Scott, maybe she put.
- 13:57Speaker 1: It on X. I don't know, but I know that
- 14:00Speaker 1: this post, according to Amy Archer go yell at her,
- 14:02Speaker 1: not me, is from Transferal. Okay, so we see the
- 14:06Speaker 1: post that says my mom expressed her concerns that Zach
- 14:09Speaker 1: was controlling and usurping my desires around the wedding, and
- 14:13Speaker 1: that is the farthest thing from the truth. I was
- 14:16Speaker 1: not set on a specific color for the wedding, but forrest, green, blue,
- 14:20Speaker 1: and rose were the colors I thought would look nice.
- 14:24Speaker 1: Those three colors would look shitty together, Lydia, So you're
- 14:27Speaker 1: wrong about that, Okay.
- 14:29Speaker 3: My friend had us wear lime green, brown white? What
- 14:36Speaker 3: at one of those that was the wheel that we got.
- 14:40Speaker 3: Oh ray, No, lime green was in there. It was
- 14:44Speaker 3: just a horrible color palette. And we still talk about it.
- 14:52Speaker 3: A couple of things. M HM, did production tell Lydia
- 14:57Speaker 3: what problems she was allowed to have with the family,
- 15:00Speaker 3: because she's picking all the wrong ones like from last season.
- 15:04Speaker 3: There's so many other things that you could have focused
- 15:07Speaker 3: on in this conversation than this comment that Kim made
- 15:11Speaker 3: about Forrest slash Hunter Green. There is all of the
- 15:15Speaker 3: times she stood by did nothing when Ethan was popping
- 15:19Speaker 3: off and encouraged him to pop off, and then the
- 15:24Speaker 3: conversation the night before the wedding, like cry, you know
- 15:31Speaker 3: why why is she focused on this? It's like they
- 15:34Speaker 3: don't want to show us those clips of Ethan basically
- 15:38Speaker 3: doing hate crimes at the wedding, like starting, she's started
- 15:42Speaker 3: Mary pain'smarking it.
- 15:44Speaker 1: No, no, no, no, no, I'm pulling up Alp'm pulling. No,
- 15:47Speaker 1: I'm pulling up a clip like she's gonna take that out.
- 15:49Speaker 2: No I'm not. No, I'm pulling up this clip for
- 15:52Speaker 2: you to listen to.
- 15:53Speaker 3: I guess the one thing that I have hesitation of is.
- 15:58Speaker 2: I think he's gay day.
- 16:03Speaker 3: He almost start, he started a fire, he tried to
- 16:06Speaker 3: burn down the engagement, and then he did a dust
- 16:10Speaker 3: storm drive off that created the second dust bowl in history.
- 16:18Speaker 2: Guy wasn't that bad?
- 16:18Speaker 3: But yes at the wedding because he was throwing a
- 16:22Speaker 3: little man tan.
- 16:23Speaker 2: It was at the rehearsal dinner.
- 16:24Speaker 3: But yes, at the rehearsal dinner and Kim did nothing.
- 16:29Speaker 3: It was just like, oh boys, she's just protective.
- 16:32Speaker 1: Well, at the rehearsal Dinder, Kim was walking and whispering
- 16:35Speaker 1: to these manispect children, going tonight's the night we're gonna
- 16:38Speaker 1: get Lydia. We're gonna pull her aside before you know,
- 16:40Speaker 1: before tomorrow. Meanwhile, you saw lots of old people there.
- 16:45Speaker 2: So you assume.
- 16:46Speaker 1: And also you know Zack Sell families from Colorado, they
- 16:48Speaker 1: had come in. We know Hosanna was there. She I
- 16:51Speaker 1: mean she has blurred, but she was there. And you're
- 16:53Speaker 1: going to try to like destroy this whole event for
- 16:56Speaker 1: all these people that have come to town for your
- 16:58Speaker 1: daughter's wedding.
- 17:00Speaker 3: So I just don't get why Lydia is focused on
- 17:02Speaker 3: this one conversation.
- 17:04Speaker 1: And not that, and not the calling him gay either, no,
- 17:08Speaker 1: him saying are you gay?
- 17:11Speaker 3: Yeah too?
- 17:11Speaker 2: The man she's marrying, like and the.
- 17:15Speaker 3: Like mean girl Regina George laughing at the dinner table
- 17:19Speaker 3: that time. It was so like something's about to happen,
- 17:23Speaker 3: They are about to It was hit this like it
- 17:26Speaker 3: felt like violence was gonna happen.
- 17:28Speaker 2: It was like it was so embarrassing.
- 17:31Speaker 3: It was horrible, and there's so many incidences of that.
- 17:34Speaker 3: And I just don't get why she's focused on this
- 17:37Speaker 3: color thing. It's like production has told her we are
- 17:39Speaker 3: focusing on the nice, the nicest moments of all the
- 17:44Speaker 3: horrid behavior that happened last season.
- 17:46Speaker 1: I don't know why they're not addressing why they kept
- 17:49Speaker 1: asking him if he was gay, saying gay, you know,
- 17:51Speaker 1: Isaac was saying, like Zach had lived with him for
- 17:54Speaker 1: a while, and Isaac was like, oh, and he's gross
- 17:56Speaker 1: and he's messy and he just eats dinner and never
- 17:58Speaker 1: cleans up a plate.
- 18:00Speaker 2: I mean, they said really a lot of bad things
- 18:02Speaker 2: about him, a lot.
- 18:04Speaker 3: Oh, that he was a Bridezilla and Bridezilla being so
- 18:08Speaker 3: demanding and like what it was so weird, terrible. So,
- 18:14Speaker 3: by the way, can we just say that, going back
- 18:17Speaker 3: to Lydia, she gets a soft pass on most of
- 18:21Speaker 3: these episodes, and that she's the nice one and like,
- 18:26Speaker 3: we have hope for her. Yeah, aside from the truth
- 18:29Speaker 3: social of it all. Did you see her post on
- 18:32Speaker 3: Instagram promoting her lip gloss? No, so she has a
- 18:40Speaker 3: lip gloss brand?
- 18:41Speaker 2: Good?
- 18:41Speaker 4: Uh huh.
- 18:42Speaker 3: The Lydia line.
- 18:43Speaker 2: Never been kissed or first kiss or something right right
- 18:48Speaker 2: or something.
- 18:49Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 18:50Speaker 3: Hey friends, we don't run sales very often, but we're
- 18:54Speaker 3: celebrating the greatest news of all this weekend. Our Lord
- 18:58Speaker 3: has Risen prayer Emochi hands. In honor of Easter, we're
- 19:05Speaker 3: offering a limited time discount on our all natural lip
- 19:08Speaker 3: glosses on the Lydia line, made with clean, simple ingredients,
- 19:12Speaker 3: so you can feel good about wearing over and over
- 19:15Speaker 3: and over. Lydia had a vision to create an all natural, clean,
- 19:19Speaker 3: beautiful and affordable tallow which is like bones hows or
- 19:26Speaker 3: something glosses, and we brought her vision to life. Use
- 19:31Speaker 3: code Risen at checkout and grab your favorite shade for
- 19:39Speaker 3: ten percent off. While the sail lasts.
- 19:43Speaker 1: Beef tallow is animal fat, so she has made look
- 19:47Speaker 1: ass out of animal fat, which is great. It's all
- 19:49Speaker 1: natural from an animal.
- 19:51Speaker 3: Maybe it was a simple ingredients Use code risen.
- 19:57Speaker 2: Christ the Lord has resen, du Ah.
- 20:01Speaker 3: This is what God told her in the prayer closet.
- 20:05Speaker 3: Used my resurrection to get more sales this weekend.
- 20:10Speaker 2: Ten percent off use code risen.
- 20:13Speaker 1: Okay, it doesn't make sense, but God bless you get
- 20:18Speaker 1: that hustled girl. So all right, so the talking head, Oh, okay, Easter.
- 20:25Speaker 3: Use code Easter, Yes, use code Risen, yes, just use
- 20:32Speaker 3: code Jesus.
- 20:33Speaker 2: Okay, so we see the truth social allegedly post and
- 20:39Speaker 2: so she says to the group, So, no, Zach was
- 20:43Speaker 2: not controlling, and this.
- 20:45Speaker 1: Is why because of the dress and the da da
- 20:47Speaker 1: da da, this is why we leaned into another color.
- 20:51Speaker 1: So in the talking had the production ask her and
- 20:53Speaker 1: Zack together, why do you think your mom didn't respond
- 20:57Speaker 1: in the group when you mentioned the wedding colors? And
- 21:00Speaker 1: she goes, with, my mom, we're just growing our relationship
- 21:06Speaker 1: and I don't think it looks like a specific thing
- 21:08Speaker 1: other than needing to spend more time together.
- 21:10Speaker 2: So that was not an answer.
- 21:12Speaker 3: That's not an answer. The reason is Kim refuses to
- 21:15Speaker 3: take accountability, and she is the only one at that
- 21:18Speaker 3: table besides Live Leftlove who did not apologize. And they
- 21:23Speaker 3: had nothing to apologize for.
- 21:26Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean Ambra was are maid of honor. I
- 21:27Speaker 2: mean it was very.
- 21:28Speaker 3: Yeah, everyone else apologized except for Kim Barry.
- 21:33Speaker 2: He has nothing to apologie.
- 21:34Speaker 3: Well, Barry is because he's perfect gying that halo Barry.
- 21:38Speaker 1: So Lydia says, you know, gossip destroys the world and
- 21:43Speaker 1: it's toxic and it's not okay. And if I find
- 21:46Speaker 1: out any of you were doing that, it's not going
- 21:49Speaker 1: to be okay with me.
- 21:51Speaker 2: And Maria goes, yeah, like.
- 21:53Speaker 1: I could agree, because like I've been parts of triangles
- 21:55Speaker 1: like when this family or not and or people are
- 21:58Speaker 1: talking and then not talking, and it's all based on
- 22:00Speaker 1: what other people are saying.
- 22:01Speaker 2: So yeah, I agree with that.
- 22:03Speaker 3: M You came so close to saying triangulation. It's like
- 22:08Speaker 3: maybe someone is reading up on Darvo techniques.
- 22:12Speaker 1: Yeah, she's like, and I remember the time I had
- 22:14Speaker 1: that boyfriend and maybe he was married and then and
- 22:17Speaker 1: then he was like a rapper and even on TikTok okay.
- 22:20Speaker 3: So then, like Veronica was the only one who told
- 22:22Speaker 3: the truth about it, but she was ostracized from the
- 22:24Speaker 3: whole family.
- 22:25Speaker 2: Because she's gray, because I remember, like Ronica is crazy.
- 22:29Speaker 1: Okay, So you do know last season when Veronica came
- 22:33Speaker 1: to the rehearsal dinner, she was wearing the Milania trump
- 22:35Speaker 1: coat that says, I don't yeah, I.
- 22:37Speaker 2: Don't really care to you.
- 22:39Speaker 1: Yeah, I think it's a I think the coast from
- 22:42Speaker 1: Zara anyway, just inappropriate, no matter what. So and the
- 22:47Speaker 1: talking head Kim says, yeah, well, we're a big family.
- 22:51Speaker 1: When you get together, you might just be like, hey,
- 22:53Speaker 1: what do you think about Isaac peanut farming? Or hey
- 22:56Speaker 1: what do you think about Ethan moving home? Or like, Hi,
- 22:59Speaker 1: what do you think about Lydia? I'm marrying that gig guy.
- 23:01Speaker 1: I'm all right, that's what you do in families.
- 23:04Speaker 3: Kiss Kim. You know you're talking out of your ass.
- 23:09Speaker 3: You know you're talking out of your We saw you
- 23:14Speaker 3: say considerably larger ass than it has been in previous seasons. Apologies,
- 23:20Speaker 3: but we all change, we all fluctuate hormones. Having that
- 23:25Speaker 3: many children will mess up your body.
- 23:27Speaker 2: But also Peter Claudas continue also alcohol.
- 23:32Speaker 3: You are rewriting history. This is not innocent gossiping. What
- 23:35Speaker 3: do you think about Isaac being a peanut farmer? Isn't
- 23:38Speaker 3: he just like Jimmy Carter? This is full on calling
- 23:44Speaker 3: someone gay and saying their marriage should not happen on television.
- 23:50Speaker 3: This isn't talks around the kitchen table, because we all
- 23:53Speaker 3: know you don't spend time with your children off camera.
- 23:56Speaker 3: This is on camera gossiping and spread on a national
- 24:01Speaker 3: TV show.
- 24:03Speaker 1: What do you think Zach's family, his two sisters, and
- 24:07Speaker 1: his parents think about these fuckers?
- 24:10Speaker 3: Yeah? Do do you think they thought that was innocent gossiping?
- 24:13Speaker 1: Because you did say in the kitchen to Ethan and Teagan,
- 24:18Speaker 1: the only reason they want to get married so fastest
- 24:20Speaker 1: so they.
- 24:20Speaker 2: Can fuck about your daughter.
- 24:26Speaker 3: This is your innocent gossiping around the kitchen.
- 24:28Speaker 1: It's not it's saying your daughter wants to get married
- 24:30Speaker 1: fast so she can fuck.
- 24:32Speaker 3: It's telling the world to that, to your television show,
- 24:36Speaker 3: to your son. And then you never say these things
- 24:40Speaker 3: to the person's face either, which is also what makes
- 24:43Speaker 3: it toxic gossiping. So you're completely rewriting history. You're not
- 24:49Speaker 3: going to gasolate. Ask Kim, We're not falling for it.
- 24:51Speaker 1: And why this is such a great question that you
- 24:54Speaker 1: brought up. Why is nobody at this big family meeting.
- 24:59Speaker 1: Why why are Lydia and Zach not addressing the whole
- 25:02Speaker 1: You were literally calling my husband homosexual that I was marrying.
- 25:06Speaker 2: You're calling him gay.
- 25:08Speaker 1: You're trying to out him as a gay man the
- 25:10Speaker 1: night before I am marrying him. Not only that, but
- 25:13Speaker 1: Ethan quartered him at one of those little houses and
- 25:16Speaker 1: was like, are you gay. We don't like gay people
- 25:19Speaker 1: around here, you know.
- 25:20Speaker 3: And then tried to have a replica of Burning Man
- 25:23Speaker 3: at your engagement.
- 25:25Speaker 1: Yeah, you, having not watched it and only heard me
- 25:28Speaker 1: talk about it, have really made it into more of
- 25:30Speaker 1: a burning than it was.
- 25:31Speaker 2: But he did, in fact, like the gas on fire.
- 25:33Speaker 3: He lit the grass on fire. That could have gone
- 25:35Speaker 3: really badly. It was more so how bad it looked.
- 25:38Speaker 3: So when he's proposing, he's got burned grass. Yes, And
- 25:42Speaker 3: Zach told him could we not do this right where
- 25:45Speaker 3: the photos are going to be, right where I'm doing
- 25:47Speaker 3: the engagement, And he's like, God, he's being so controlling.
- 25:51Speaker 3: It's being a bridezilla.
- 25:52Speaker 2: Oh god, this guy, he really fucking POPSI.
- 25:54Speaker 3: You're not wanting black grass in his engagement. I was
- 25:59Speaker 3: gonna put straw over it. I was doing burnt grass
- 26:05Speaker 3: with straw over It looks better than just regular grass
- 26:09Speaker 3: for an engagement. Shoot, I'm I'm on Pinterest.
- 26:13Speaker 4: I know.
- 26:15Speaker 1: Sure, So, Mica says to the table, Look, growing up,
- 26:21Speaker 1: you two, Kim and Barry weren't the best communicators. And
- 26:26Speaker 1: Barry goes, I guess what, we weren't the best communicators,
- 26:30Speaker 1: and Micah says, so it's something that we all need
- 26:34Speaker 1: to work on.
- 26:36Speaker 2: In the talking Head, Amber gets.
- 26:37Speaker 1: A little sassy for Assy and goes, that's ironic coming
- 26:40Speaker 1: from Micah since he never comes to visit and lives
- 26:42Speaker 1: in Florida.
- 26:43Speaker 3: Mmmm, pop off, Mary, Kate and Ashley, whichever one you are.
- 26:49Speaker 2: Amber, why do you why do you think that is? Amber?
- 26:51Speaker 2: Why do you think he never comes home? Okay? Would you?
- 26:54Speaker 3: Would you come home if you could marry? So?
- 26:58Speaker 1: The talking head Lydia says, we aren't a family that
- 27:01Speaker 1: talks about everything, and a lot of that is because
- 27:03Speaker 1: when my brother Joshua died, it was so hurtful that
- 27:07Speaker 1: we all just shut down it and nobody talked about it,
- 27:10Speaker 1: and we weren't allowed to talk about it, and it
- 27:13Speaker 1: was the most challenging thing in our lives that changed
- 27:16Speaker 1: all of our lives. We weren't allowed to speak about it,
- 27:19Speaker 1: so nothing ever got healed from that, y'all. I've talked
- 27:25Speaker 1: a lot about how much I hate wearing a ton
- 27:27Speaker 1: of makeup. It's so uncomfortable for me, and I hate
- 27:30Speaker 1: that caked on makeup. I hate the feeling, I hate
- 27:32Speaker 1: the look. Not to mention, I have no idea what
- 27:34Speaker 1: I'm doing like, I find myself staring into this makeup
- 27:37Speaker 1: bag full of products, brushes, sponges, and I'm like, what
- 27:40Speaker 1: do I do? Please, don't let me go out of
- 27:42Speaker 1: this house looking like the clown from it, you know.
- 27:44Speaker 1: So that's where Jones Road Beauty Miracle Bomb comes in.
- 27:48Speaker 1: It actually enhances your skin instead of cacking it down,
- 27:51Speaker 1: and it gives you that effortless no makeup look like
- 27:54Speaker 1: my skin but better. That's what I'm always shooting for.

- 28:13Speaker 1: fingers and you oh, it goes on so smooth. And
- 28:16Speaker 1: I also want to tell you about another Jones Road

- 30:45Speaker 2: Eat some good. So Micah says, all right for practice,
- 30:51Speaker 2: let's all go.
- 30:52Speaker 1: Around to tell each other what's terrible about each other
- 30:54Speaker 1: and how to fix it.
- 30:56Speaker 3: Oh, this will be great. You know who's gonna get
- 30:58Speaker 3: take this great? Kim? Kim is so good at taking criticism.
- 31:02Speaker 2: Constructive criticism, she says, bring it on, bring it on.
- 31:06Speaker 2: I love it. I love it.
- 31:08Speaker 3: I love self reflection.
- 31:09Speaker 2: I like for you to tell me.
- 31:10Speaker 1: I really like to work on things in my damn meditation, walks,
- 31:13Speaker 1: at my therapy.
- 31:14Speaker 3: I'm always trying to better myself.
- 31:17Speaker 1: So Amber says, Okay, Mariah, you're bad at cleaning your room.
- 31:22Speaker 2: You got it. Amber singer, Oh my god, everybody knows
- 31:28Speaker 2: she's a disgusting pig. She's really really dirty. Zach tells Lydia.
- 31:33Speaker 1: You need to work on getting up in the morning. Girl,
- 31:36Speaker 1: after banging all night.
- 31:37Speaker 2: You're tired.
- 31:39Speaker 1: Oh god, I'm not gay. See I'm not gay. See
- 31:43Speaker 1: we're really doing it. Lydia says, Mom, you're a great
- 31:48Speaker 1: planner and you have great ideas, but you need to
- 31:51Speaker 1: work on narrowing them down and sticking to one, which
- 31:55Speaker 1: everybody says about.
- 31:56Speaker 3: Her, Yeah, one of these great ideas.
- 31:59Speaker 1: Oh oh gosh, Olivia says, you can't even imagine how
- 32:02Speaker 1: many businesses she started, how many MLMs she's been into.
- 32:05Speaker 1: When we first started watching her, she had become a
- 32:07Speaker 1: natural path and was taking on clients, and then that
- 32:10Speaker 1: went away, and then you know, she always is onto
- 32:15Speaker 1: the next the dance studio, dance studio, and then of
- 32:19Speaker 1: course making the farm into a wedding venue. Silver Rain
- 32:23Speaker 1: r ei n that's the name of it. There's still
- 32:27Speaker 1: a website for it, and uh, none of it. She
- 32:32Speaker 1: moved back to the farm. People can't get married there.
- 32:33Speaker 1: They live there now. So anyway, it's an eight hundred
- 32:37Speaker 1: square foot house.
- 32:38Speaker 2: Anyway, So.
- 32:40Speaker 1: Kim says to Michaeh, I'd like to hear from you
- 32:43Speaker 1: more often, and Barry says, Zach, I'm gonna need you
- 32:47Speaker 1: to cool it on.
- 32:47Speaker 2: Then let's go, let's go, let's go, and we get
- 32:52Speaker 2: a bunch of clips of him doing that, which is
- 32:53Speaker 2: pretty funny.
- 32:54Speaker 3: It's pretty funny, and it's a way of Barry to
- 32:57Speaker 3: again brag, humble brag that he knows that better than
- 33:00Speaker 3: Kim because I'll spend more time with him.
- 33:02Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 33:03Speaker 1: Yeah, And Micah says, Ethan, you're one of the hardest
- 33:07Speaker 1: working people I know, but I think you also need
- 33:09Speaker 1: to grow up a little bit.
- 33:12Speaker 2: That was good, all right, Micah, We see you.
- 33:15Speaker 3: Micah. I'm having more and more faith in you.
- 33:18Speaker 2: Please, please, if you could just.
- 33:20Speaker 3: Keep it in your pants, girl, Really, I have hope.
- 33:26Speaker 1: The talking head Zach says, Kim has said a lot
- 33:28Speaker 1: of things here, but you know, actually speak louder than words,
- 33:31Speaker 1: so I hope her words turn into action.
- 33:34Speaker 2: Okay, Zach? All right. Next day, the talking.
- 33:37Speaker 1: To Mariah says it's good to be home with family,
- 33:41Speaker 1: and it's good that Lydia was able to express all
- 33:43Speaker 1: her concerns. We all need to learn to express our
- 33:47Speaker 1: thoughts and feelings, and Lydia doing this was a good
- 33:50Speaker 1: first step. Now we see a scene that I.
- 33:54Speaker 2: Was very excited for.
- 33:54Speaker 1: I didn't realize we're going to get it in episode two,
- 33:57Speaker 1: but Mariah, Amber and Ethan go to a wig store.
- 34:04Speaker 1: The wig that Mariah is wearing here to go to
- 34:08Speaker 1: the whig store looks great.
- 34:10Speaker 3: I loved it. That was like favorite one.
- 34:12Speaker 2: I think it's.
- 34:12Speaker 1: Because it it was like super blonde, and I think
- 34:15Speaker 1: that's we're so used to seeing her blonde that that's what.
- 34:17Speaker 3: Was that like horrible bleach blonde?
- 34:20Speaker 2: No, it was a good collar.
- 34:22Speaker 3: Yeah, and bob is a good look for her.
- 34:26Speaker 1: Yeah, I think I'd like to see it a little longer,
- 34:28Speaker 1: but you know, it's not it's not my choice.
- 34:30Speaker 3: I would say when it's too full of a bob,
- 34:32Speaker 3: it looks a little unnatural because her frame, her face
- 34:36Speaker 3: frame and body frame so small. But it's like when
- 34:41Speaker 3: it's so full, it's a little like a Barbie doll
- 34:43Speaker 3: where it's like so skinny and then huge thing of hair.
- 34:47Speaker 2: Yeah, very like fifties housewife.
- 34:49Speaker 3: And it's like your head, your skull, your cranium doesn't
- 34:53Speaker 3: seem like it could support that much hair.
- 34:55Speaker 2: That's not true. That's a good point. So Ethan's like, oh,
- 34:58Speaker 2: don't around this store on my gown.
- 35:01Speaker 3: It's a woman's work. At the chicks in here, He's like,
- 35:06Speaker 3: so it's like there's bras everywhere. He is so uncomfortable,
- 35:10Speaker 3: like hanging back like a total creeper.
- 35:12Speaker 2: Yeah, it's like there's tampons hanging from the ceiling. So
- 35:18Speaker 2: we see.
- 35:18Speaker 1: Flashbacks of her probably season five or six, when she's
- 35:23Speaker 1: crying to her mom about her hair, like she didn't
- 35:25Speaker 1: know what to do, and which was an interesting for
- 35:30Speaker 1: us as watching her having left the family, that the
- 35:33Speaker 1: person she was crying to was her mother.
- 35:36Speaker 3: And Kim was comforting her. Again this they're trying to
- 35:39Speaker 3: redeem Kim this season. We're not falling for it.
- 35:43Speaker 2: We're not.
- 35:45Speaker 1: And she says around the time of Lydia's wedding was
- 35:48Speaker 1: the time her hair all fell out. Now, she was
- 35:50Speaker 1: back and forth to Montana at that time, so probably
- 35:54Speaker 1: she was trying to stay away from the family stress. Also,
- 35:57Speaker 1: she was probably trying to stay away because she was
- 35:59Speaker 1: going through this horrible thing. And you know, she's explained
- 36:04Speaker 1: that she has alopecia and it is comes and goes
- 36:07Speaker 1: as for her, like her stress level and you know,
- 36:09Speaker 1: probably hormone levels and all these things. So say with
- 36:12Speaker 1: like Jasmine on ninety day, it's not something she always has,
- 36:16Speaker 1: but it comes and goes. So she says, I told
- 36:20Speaker 1: my mom after Lydia's wedding that I was going to
- 36:23Speaker 1: have to shave my head and I asked Ethan to
- 36:26Speaker 1: do it. And again we're trying to make Ethan look
- 36:29Speaker 1: great here. It was very healing for both of us
- 36:32Speaker 1: for him to do it. He told me I was beautiful.
- 36:35Speaker 1: He kissed the top of my head, and people don't
- 36:37Speaker 1: see that side of Ethan. And then talking Toddy, he says,
- 36:40Speaker 1: it was an emotional and I can't imagine how hard
- 36:43Speaker 1: that was for her. And I don't know why she
- 36:45Speaker 1: wanted me to do it, but she did so I
- 36:48Speaker 1: did it for her and it was very emotional. So
- 36:52Speaker 1: that is a nice moment and we can't take it
- 36:54Speaker 1: away from him. But I the more that I see
- 36:56Speaker 1: of this, like, isn't Kim so great? Isn't Ethan so great?
- 36:59Speaker 1: I want everybody to go and rewatch season seven.
- 37:03Speaker 3: That's I literally keep playing those moments in my head
- 37:07Speaker 3: of him being horrible with his tight pants and so angry,
- 37:13Speaker 3: or how he was to Olivia, or what he said
- 37:16Speaker 3: to Olivia if they had a child who has was
- 37:20Speaker 3: trans or something like just the things that he has said.
- 37:25Speaker 3: I have to keep reminding myself because I don't want
- 37:28Speaker 3: to fall for it.
- 37:30Speaker 1: So in the Talking Heads, she says, I've never taken
- 37:35Speaker 1: my wig off, like in a super public place. I've
- 37:37Speaker 1: done some social media, you know, stuff about it, but
- 37:39Speaker 1: never like in a place like this, But of course
- 37:41Speaker 1: she has. She's trying the wigs on, and the lady
- 37:43Speaker 1: there is so nice and so encouraging.
- 37:46Speaker 3: I want them to be friends. I like want her
- 37:49Speaker 3: Mariah to have her as a best friend, support person.
- 37:52Speaker 1: She was so she was like kind of joking around
- 37:55Speaker 1: with Amber and Ethan, but she was easy with Mariah.
- 37:58Speaker 1: This is her job, so she knows exactly how to
- 38:00Speaker 1: do it. And Mariah explained she likes a glueless type
- 38:05Speaker 1: of wig.
- 38:06Speaker 2: You know.
- 38:06Speaker 1: So they're kind of talking about all the different kinds.
- 38:08Speaker 1: She tries on a wig that's kind of red or
- 38:10Speaker 1: dark brown. I couldn't quite tell, and I just don't
- 38:16Speaker 1: love that color. Again, not for me to decide, and
- 38:18Speaker 1: she's playing around with it, but she says she really
- 38:22Speaker 1: likes it.
- 38:22Speaker 2: And then Ethan goes, yeah, the thing that looks good,
- 38:25Speaker 2: and then wig lady goes. He talks, he talks. I'm talking.
- 38:30Speaker 3: Wouldn't it be nice if Lydia had been here, Like
- 38:33Speaker 3: remember when Mariah and Lydia were friends.
- 38:36Speaker 1: It was really cute how close they were. And Lydia
- 38:39Speaker 1: would be so encouraging too. But Amber's being sweet. I'm
- 38:42Speaker 1: talking to head. Amber says, Mariah is doing so much
- 38:44Speaker 1: better these days, Like she has her weirdness back, which
- 38:48Speaker 1: is her personality. And you know what she has shown
- 38:53Speaker 1: me is your self worth doesn't come from your hair
- 38:56Speaker 1: or superficial things. Like she's really doing great. Talking to
- 39:00Speaker 1: Ethan says, Maria seems more confident than she ever did.
- 39:03Speaker 1: She's very resilient and it's, you know, kind of inspiring
- 39:06Speaker 1: to see how she's getting better. And I think being
- 39:09Speaker 1: out in Montana is really what's done it, you know.
- 39:14Speaker 2: Okay, Kim and Kean.
- 39:17Speaker 1: Are going to Georgio's, which is the only restaurant in
- 39:21Speaker 1: a three state area that they go to so in
- 39:24Speaker 1: Tallahassee to celebrate her starting her new chapter in her life. Okay,
- 39:30Speaker 1: she works there, so does Lydia. Lydia's working tonight. So
- 39:35Speaker 1: we see the place.
- 39:36Speaker 3: The where is Tallahassee from where they live.
- 39:39Speaker 2: Like forty five minutes.
- 39:40Speaker 1: Okay, So remember if this is what we're covering over
- 39:44Speaker 1: in season three right now, is that that is where
- 39:48Speaker 1: Olivia wanted to move to Tallahassee because she's like, you
- 39:51Speaker 1: work in Tallahassee so you won't have to drive to
- 39:54Speaker 1: work and back.
- 39:56Speaker 2: So that solves that.
- 39:57Speaker 3: He wants area to work on his right. So she
- 40:02Speaker 3: was like, but you work at Tallahassee, so that's good.
- 40:04Speaker 3: She's like, Tallahassee is her compromise. She really wants a
- 40:07Speaker 3: big city and he really wants a small town. So
- 40:10Speaker 3: she was compromising on Tallahassee, which is far enough away
- 40:12Speaker 3: for her and a medium sized city. But no, okay,
- 40:18Speaker 3: people are like, really Tallahassee. Okay, So we see the
- 40:22Speaker 3: place settings with the painted oyster shells that say next chapter.
- 40:27Speaker 1: Now, if you recall last season, at Lydia's wedding, there
- 40:31Speaker 1: were painted oyster shells, which is like a thing that
- 40:33Speaker 1: had everybody that was their name plate, you know, where
- 40:35Speaker 1: to sit. Oh and when.
- 40:40Speaker 2: Ethan got to his table and saw that Veronica was
- 40:42Speaker 2: sitting there, he threw her shell at the other table,
- 40:46Speaker 2: almost taking out an old person's eye.
- 40:47Speaker 3: But yeah, no great behavior about that clip package.
- 40:52Speaker 1: Great behavior at so much wedding. Okay, your sister's wedding,
- 40:56Speaker 1: no less so. And the talking had Lydia says, my
- 41:00Speaker 1: mom and I have a lot of growth that we
- 41:02Speaker 1: need to do, and I wanted to be their server
- 41:04Speaker 1: tonight to show that I'm there for her and we
- 41:08Speaker 1: have our differences over the years, but I want her
- 41:10Speaker 1: to know like I'm not going anywhere.
- 41:11Speaker 2: Well, it's not on you. You're the child. The talking head.
- 41:16Speaker 2: Kim says.
- 41:17Speaker 1: The talk that we all had as a family was
- 41:19Speaker 1: good and productive, but there's some underlying tension, and ultimately
- 41:23Speaker 1: I did what I did and I said what I
- 41:25Speaker 1: said because I care about her and love her, and
- 41:28Speaker 1: I was hesitant about her marrying someone she doesn't really know.
- 41:32Speaker 1: So I'm not going to apologize. So quit putting the
- 41:35Speaker 1: camera in my face and thinking things are going to change,
- 41:37Speaker 1: because they're not.
- 41:37Speaker 3: Yeah, they're not. I'm really happy with that way that
- 41:40Speaker 3: conversation went. I didn't have to apologize. If only Barry
- 41:44Speaker 3: didn't look so great. It's been a great conversation.
- 41:48Speaker 1: At the table, there's a guy named Taylor. He's a friend,
- 41:51Speaker 1: which is interesting because he's in the clip for next
- 41:54Speaker 1: week hanging out with Barry.
- 41:56Speaker 3: Oh, so Taylor is there and he says, so, Ken,
- 42:01Speaker 3: this is your next chapter party that we're being forced
- 42:04Speaker 3: to come to.
- 42:05Speaker 2: What does your next chapter look like? And she goes,
- 42:10Speaker 2: you know, I.
- 42:10Speaker 1: Don't really know because I can't come up with an
- 42:12Speaker 1: idea stick to it. But I know where I want
- 42:18Speaker 1: to figure it out and who I want to figure
- 42:21Speaker 1: it out with.
- 42:22Speaker 2: Oh, it's Ken, It's Ken.
- 42:25Speaker 3: I hope we can just post some racist things on
- 42:28Speaker 3: Instagram together. Maybe we'll have a joint account. Allegedly, what
- 42:35Speaker 3: is it? What's the point of having a next chapter
- 42:37Speaker 3: party if you don't know what your next chapter is
- 42:39Speaker 3: going to be or have zero ideas for it.
- 42:42Speaker 1: She just got the farm back and she had can
- 42:46Speaker 1: move in to pay all the bills, and that's it.
- 42:48Speaker 2: She's figured it out, girls and talks.
- 42:50Speaker 3: Now I'm letting secular music in the house. That is
- 42:53Speaker 3: all I know about our next chapter.
- 42:55Speaker 1: The kids are learning about van Halen thirty five years later.
- 42:59Speaker 2: It's great.
- 43:00Speaker 3: I'm only a part time mother to marry Kate and Ashley,
- 43:03Speaker 3: and I couldn't be happier about it. So I can
- 43:06Speaker 3: just bang all over the house the other week out
- 43:09Speaker 3: of the month.
- 43:11Speaker 1: Near the house is three bedrooms, one and a half baths.
- 43:15Speaker 1: Oh nine children. Okay, so she says, you know, I
- 43:19Speaker 1: can tell you this. I think I moved five times
- 43:22Speaker 1: in four years. I'm never moving again.
- 43:25Speaker 3: So Taylor House vote are recounting the House vote.
- 43:28Speaker 2: We're not. She is, but we're not because we know
- 43:30Speaker 2: you were living with Kim.
- 43:34Speaker 1: Taylor announces, not only is this the next chapter party,
- 43:38Speaker 1: We're going to do the roast of Kim Plath. Now
- 43:40Speaker 1: this is something I could fucking get behind.
- 43:43Speaker 3: Let's except Kim cannot take a joke about herself or
- 43:49Speaker 3: any negative comment, and she does that fake ass smile
- 43:53Speaker 3: that does not reach her droopy alcoholic panda eyes. It's
- 43:59Speaker 3: like this kind of it's like a warning smile.
- 44:04Speaker 2: It always a warning, don't go too far. So Lydia sits.
- 44:09Speaker 1: Down and in the talking head Kim tells us, I'm
- 44:13Speaker 1: great at taking a joke, but there's always a potential
- 44:17Speaker 1: with the roast of people being too mean. And you know,
- 44:20Speaker 1: Lydia is here, and I'm not afraid to let my
- 44:23Speaker 1: hair down and throw back some drinks and get loose
- 44:26Speaker 1: with Lydia here. But with the divorce and how Lydia
- 44:30Speaker 1: sided with Barry, it might be awkward for her to
- 44:33Speaker 1: be here. She can't get as drunk as she wants to.
- 44:37Speaker 2: With Lydia, there is the.
- 44:38Speaker 3: Point I've never seen someone so proud of being an alcoholic,
- 44:46Speaker 3: especially someone whose mother was an alcoholic and ruined her
- 44:50Speaker 3: life and ruined her life, which is why she did
- 44:53Speaker 3: not drink for a long time, or said that she didn't.
- 44:56Speaker 3: And she again sad remind killed her child while behind
- 45:02Speaker 3: the wheel of a car and then proceeded to drive
- 45:05Speaker 3: drunk and get it, d ui.
- 45:07Speaker 2: These are all facts.
- 45:09Speaker 3: These are all facts. I can't get in trouble for it.
- 45:11Speaker 2: These are facts.
- 45:12Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, so uh, and Lydia did side with Barry
- 45:17Speaker 1: because if anybody remembers when Kim left the family, which
- 45:20Speaker 1: is how Lydia described it on that podcast, when my
- 45:24Speaker 1: mother left our family.
- 45:25Speaker 2: Okay, Barry had nobody. He used Lydia, who was fifteen
- 45:30Speaker 2: sixteen years old.
- 45:32Speaker 1: They would go on picnics and dates together and he
- 45:34Speaker 1: would talk to Lydia about his divorce from Kim. Lydia
- 45:39Speaker 1: was his therapist. She also had a part time job
- 45:41Speaker 1: at the bank while trying to finish.
- 45:43Speaker 3: Our high school studies. Okay, that was super weird, super weird.
- 45:47Speaker 3: Nobody forget that either.
- 45:49Speaker 2: So there's a.
- 45:51Speaker 1: Friend that gets up and says, I look forward to
- 45:53Speaker 1: the next chapter, can't wait to see what's next. Oh
- 45:56Speaker 1: and one more thing, and she brings out a full
- 45:59Speaker 1: bottle of wine because it's hilarious to talk about how
- 46:02Speaker 1: much she drinks. Now, I bought a full bottle because
- 46:06Speaker 1: we get the whole thing of when she and Barry
- 46:09Speaker 1: had their post divorce thing and she kept saying, are
- 46:11Speaker 1: you gonna buy me a bottle? And he goes, yeah,
- 46:15Speaker 1: I'm gonna bring you a whole bottle.
- 46:17Speaker 3: Have some decency, Kim drinking secret. There are cameras around you.
- 46:22Speaker 1: Let's see if I could find my favorite photo of her.
- 46:29Speaker 3: Also, this is not a roast, but no, none of
- 46:32Speaker 3: that was a roast.
- 46:33Speaker 2: None of that was a roast.
- 46:34Speaker 1: And I got if I could just find it, I
- 46:36Speaker 1: know it's on my Oh it's on my desktop.
- 46:38Speaker 2: Okay, hold on, it's on my desktop.
- 46:41Speaker 3: I'm excited.
- 46:44Speaker 2: Well, there's always this one.
- 46:46Speaker 3: Yeah, that's a great one.
- 46:48Speaker 2: There's always that one.
- 46:49Speaker 3: But actually it's not that bad of a It is
- 46:53Speaker 3: a mugshot or a prison headshot as we call them
- 46:57Speaker 3: on a date with dateline. Yeah, she looks not that bad.
- 46:59Speaker 1: There a prison headshot. This is my favorite of all times.
- 47:06Speaker 3: It is it atoms up girl.
- 47:10Speaker 1: It is when there's to Barry and Kim go to
- 47:13Speaker 1: meet at a wine bar. After all these years preaching
- 47:18Speaker 1: about how awful alcohol was and shunning Ethan and Olivia
- 47:21Speaker 1: from the family for having a beer at age twenty
- 47:24Speaker 1: one in front of the other kids. And they meet
- 47:27Speaker 1: at a wine bar and before he leaves, his parting
- 47:32Speaker 1: words to her were bottoms up, girl, bottoms up girl,
- 47:35Speaker 1: And he did not buy her that bottle of wine.
- 47:39Speaker 1: She went up after her glass. She went to the
- 47:41Speaker 1: bottle and goes, I'm supposed to have a bottle here, TikTok,
- 47:44Speaker 1: it's been ten minutes.
- 47:45Speaker 2: I'd like to have a bottle.
- 47:47Speaker 3: I treat my underage children to alcohol because I'm the
- 47:51Speaker 3: fun mob. Now, So where is my bottle so I
- 47:54Speaker 3: can go share it with Mary, Kate Nashley. Is that
- 47:56Speaker 3: name gonna stick? Probably not. You have to come up
- 48:01Speaker 3: with a three person Keisha calls him something different, Mary
- 48:04Speaker 3: Kate and Ashley.
- 48:06Speaker 2: Oh, I see what she did there? Not Mary Kate
- 48:09Speaker 2: and Ashley?
- 48:09Speaker 3: No, Mary, Ashley and Kate. Yeah, she wanted some. She's
- 48:17Speaker 3: again not ashamed of being an alcoholic. She doesn't care
- 48:20Speaker 3: how she gets the alcohol. If there are cameras rolling,
- 48:23Speaker 3: if she's in public, if there are people watching her,
- 48:26Speaker 3: give me my free drinks. I'm on television.
- 48:30Speaker 1: Also, we are alleging she has a drinking problem. She
- 48:33Speaker 1: herself has never said it, but she just said she
- 48:36Speaker 1: thinks it's in her DNA from her mom, and she
- 48:42Speaker 1: wasn't going to drink because of that. Right, Ethan comes
- 48:46Speaker 1: in for the rows. He just jumps over a barrier
- 48:49Speaker 1: and Harry is in his uniform and he says, well,
- 48:54Speaker 1: there's a thousand things I could say about my mother,
- 48:57Speaker 1: but I want to be allowed back on the farm
- 48:59Speaker 1: because I I am homeless, but I will say this
- 49:03Speaker 1: about my mom.
- 49:04Speaker 2: Get ready for a sick burn. Get ready.
- 49:08Speaker 1: She's probably the only woman in the state of Georgia
- 49:11Speaker 1: who has more ATVs than children.
- 49:15Speaker 2: What a burn?
- 49:16Speaker 3: Have these people never seen a roast?
- 49:19Speaker 2: They're scared of her.
- 49:22Speaker 1: Also, he says, also Kim has more brain power in
- 49:26Speaker 1: this room to come up with ideas, but she never
- 49:28Speaker 1: follows through with any of them.
- 49:30Speaker 3: Okay, again, we're getting that comment.
- 49:33Speaker 2: And Lydia says, preach it.
- 49:34Speaker 1: Brother in the talking head, he says, there was a
- 49:40Speaker 1: time when my mother wasn't in my life, and I'm
- 49:42Speaker 1: sure it affected her more than it did me. But
- 49:45Speaker 1: I'm glad she's back in my life. It's fun to
- 49:47Speaker 1: have a drinking buddy. Okay, it's also.
- 49:50Speaker 3: Fun that I am now in credit card debt because
- 49:53Speaker 3: she stole my credit card again and is spending my money.
- 49:58Speaker 1: So that's one thing that Kisha doesn't know yet. So
- 50:01Speaker 1: whenever Keys, she's like, I don't understand what the original
- 50:03Speaker 1: what the big problem is between Olivia and Kenn, I go,
- 50:06Speaker 1: we haven't gotten there yet. Yeah, I can't tell you,
- 50:08Speaker 1: and I haven't told her. Even off mic, She's like,
- 50:10Speaker 1: you better tell me.
- 50:11Speaker 2: I'm not I'm not telling you.
- 50:15Speaker 1: So she's really she's really absorbing the process and really not.
- 50:18Speaker 1: But she does say that TikTok keeps giving her current
- 50:21Speaker 1: plathorm clips.
- 50:23Speaker 3: Yeah, I said you have to scroll fast, scroll fast.
- 50:26Speaker 1: No, okay, Okay, now it's time for Ken to rouse Kim,
- 50:32Speaker 1: and he says, well, as you guys know, like I
- 50:35Speaker 1: recently decided to retire, and I was worried I'd be bored.
- 50:39Speaker 2: But she got a lot of projects.
- 50:41Speaker 4: Full flo, I got walking for her health and f
- 50:50Speaker 4: go around posing we for wanting. Okay, play Confederate flower,
- 50:59Speaker 4: her house. Love. But I love watching a great girl
- 51:04Speaker 4: and I love he make that.
- 51:07Speaker 3: I love her over her.
- 51:10Speaker 4: When I was broke. I love that girls so much.
- 51:16Speaker 2: Little look, we're gonna fants can't just stop my vants
- 51:23Speaker 2: my pants. Oh my god, that was not good for me.
- 51:27Speaker 4: Oh my god.
- 51:30Speaker 2: Okay, guys, again, you're not watching on video. That was
- 51:34Speaker 2: Kimberly who just shoved a bunch of Kleenex in her mouth.
- 51:39Speaker 2: But here's what he really said.
- 51:42Speaker 3: He said, you can understand. You really can understand what
- 51:46Speaker 3: he said.
- 51:47Speaker 1: Yes, and I understood everything you just said. I heard
- 51:51Speaker 1: you throw out the Confederate flag.
- 51:53Speaker 2: I heard it.
- 51:54Speaker 1: Okay, he said. You know, I was worried I'd be bored.
- 51:57Speaker 1: But Kim, it's just so many projects from so recently.
- 52:01Speaker 1: A new project she has me doing is making new
- 52:05Speaker 1: trails through the woods, and I'm looking forward to making
- 52:08Speaker 1: many new trails with her. Okay, oevo, here's what happened.
- 52:15Speaker 1: Kim has found herself a retiree who will come to
- 52:19Speaker 1: the farm, pay all the bills, do all the projects.
- 52:21Speaker 1: She's replaced her nine children worker bees with one ken.
- 52:26Speaker 3: This woman is so fucking lazy.
- 52:30Speaker 2: She is she is in my opinion, Yes.
- 52:35Speaker 3: She does nothing for herself. And she just got to
- 52:39Speaker 3: lay on the couch and put that eyeliner on. And
- 52:43Speaker 3: then she now has Ken as her handyman that she
- 52:46Speaker 3: does has to pay. She just throws from a bone
- 52:49Speaker 3: every once in a while.
- 52:50Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, Remember, you know Barry comes by, he may
- 52:53Speaker 1: see something he doesn't want to see. Chick about, so
- 52:59Speaker 1: Lydia says, she's like to say a few words. She says, again,
- 53:04Speaker 1: not a roast. It's great to see everyone here and
- 53:07Speaker 1: so joyful, and to see my mother so happy. And
- 53:11Speaker 1: we've had our ups and downs, and I want to
- 53:13Speaker 1: say I'm also ready to start a new chapter and
- 53:16Speaker 1: move forward. And they hug, raise a toast to Kim
- 53:21Speaker 1: for being such a wonderful human being, and she takes
- 53:24Speaker 1: the backseat and blah blah. I didn't write anything else
- 53:27Speaker 1: down because all of this is bullshit and I'm not
- 53:29Speaker 1: buying it.
- 53:30Speaker 3: No, she's the best friend that I've ever had. She
- 53:33Speaker 3: gives so much to everyone around her. She's so selfless.
- 53:37Speaker 3: All she does is give. She does nothing for herself.
- 53:41Speaker 3: She gives away all her possessions, and the volunteers with
- 53:45Speaker 3: sick children, and will drive you to your appointments. And
- 53:49Speaker 3: she painted my house and then she gave me her
- 53:52Speaker 3: left arm because my left arm fell off. I don't
- 53:56Speaker 3: buy a single thing. Where's the footage? Show me the
- 53:59Speaker 3: footage of Kim being a good friend.
- 54:02Speaker 2: I didn't even know she had friends.
- 54:04Speaker 3: I had known these are hired people from TLC.
- 54:08Speaker 1: Well, I'll be very interested when we see Taylor again
- 54:10Speaker 1: next week. Talking to Barry because I wonder if he
- 54:12Speaker 1: actually is Barry's friend, and he's like, sure, I'll go
- 54:16Speaker 1: what am I going to get a fifty dollars Amazon
- 54:17Speaker 1: gift card?
- 54:18Speaker 2: All right?
- 54:19Speaker 1: So talking to Lydia says, when my mom and Ken
- 54:24Speaker 1: started dating, it was all too sudden and I could
- 54:28Speaker 1: not understand it. I really want my mother to say
- 54:33Speaker 1: she accepts Zach, but I've never said I accept Ken
- 54:39Speaker 1: as a daughter. It's easy to see her flaws, but
- 54:42Speaker 1: hearing how her friend see her helps me to see
- 54:45Speaker 1: her that way too. So maybe I should take my
- 54:47Speaker 1: own advice to heart and tell her that.
- 54:51Speaker 3: Okay, no, you're saying, I have never seen these good
- 54:54Speaker 3: qualities in my own mother. My own mother has never
- 54:58Speaker 3: treated me this well. But her friends are saying she's
- 55:01Speaker 3: nice to them, So I guess she's a good person.
- 55:05Speaker 3: You are her daughter, she should be that way to you.
- 55:09Speaker 3: But the fact that you are now have never seen it.
- 55:13Speaker 3: You should not take these people who are being paid
- 55:15Speaker 3: by TLC in Chili's gift cards. You should not take
- 55:19Speaker 3: their word for it.
- 55:20Speaker 2: They're getting paid in Georgio's gift cards. Georgia.
- 55:24Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 55:24Speaker 1: Yeah, So now we see Ethan who has a friend
- 55:28Speaker 1: named Austin. But Austin also lives with his mother. Because
- 55:32Speaker 1: they're at Austin's mom's house. These people are too old
- 55:35Speaker 1: to live with their parents.
- 55:36Speaker 3: Okay, I missed that, and I was obsessed. I was like, oh,
- 55:40Speaker 3: Austin seems nice. I don't see a Confederate flag outside.
- 55:44Speaker 3: I could do without the giant bowl of fifteen decorative
- 55:49Speaker 3: wicker balls on the coffee table.
- 55:51Speaker 2: You have a real problem with the decorative balls.
- 55:53Speaker 3: I started my war against decorative wicker balls on a
- 55:56Speaker 3: date with dateline, and I'm proud to continue that war here.
- 55:59Speaker 3: That war will never die until we win and we
- 56:02Speaker 3: eradicate all decorative wicker balls.
- 56:04Speaker 2: I did have something I threw away because of you
- 56:06Speaker 2: saying that.
- 56:07Speaker 3: Thank you. I really really appreciate that. But I thought
- 56:10Speaker 3: Austin maybe had a wife and that's why he had
- 56:13Speaker 3: those decorative wicker balls.
- 56:15Speaker 1: No, he's at his mom's house. It says Austin's mom's house. Completely,
- 56:19Speaker 1: Now that is shade because they could have just at
- 56:22Speaker 1: Austin's house. He totally could, but it's Austin's mom's house
- 56:25Speaker 1: because it's like, not only is Ethan a Losers is
- 56:27Speaker 1: from Austin.
- 56:28Speaker 4: So.
- 56:31Speaker 3: Seems so nice.
- 56:32Speaker 2: He does, he does, He plays.
- 56:36Speaker 1: Ethan is playing a song and Austin when it's over,
- 56:39Speaker 1: Austin goes, well, that one's better than I remember, and
- 56:44Speaker 1: he says, what's that song about? And Ethan says, oh,
- 56:47Speaker 1: it's just a song really about how you can't run
- 56:49Speaker 1: from your problems, even though I have run from Minnesota
- 56:52Speaker 1: back to Georgia, so I did, in fact run for
- 56:54Speaker 1: my problem.
- 56:56Speaker 2: And he wrote it around I.
- 56:57Speaker 3: Ran from divorcing my wife for many years, I've kept
- 57:00Speaker 3: her the hook right because.
- 57:02Speaker 1: I didn't want to tell the government how much money
- 57:04Speaker 1: I made. And it was around the time Olivia and
- 57:08Speaker 1: I separated, I think, he said, when Olivia left, and
- 57:13Speaker 1: the talking head he says, yeah, depression, that's a real thing.
- 57:17Speaker 1: I struggled with it and music helps me, and sometimes
- 57:20Speaker 1: music can be painful.
- 57:22Speaker 2: How about medication? Could you medicate yourself? Could you talk
- 57:25Speaker 2: to a therapist.
- 57:25Speaker 3: No, it's in the part that gives me hope for
- 57:28Speaker 3: Ethan where he is like talking about mental health. Because
- 57:32Speaker 3: he was married to Olivia, he was pretty dismissive about
- 57:35Speaker 3: that sort of thing and therapy like that's for pussies.
- 57:40Speaker 2: He went to therapy one time. He was like, I
- 57:42Speaker 2: don't think I need to go back, and she's like, yeah,
- 57:43Speaker 2: you need to go twice a week. Yeah.
- 57:46Speaker 3: And so now the fact that he's saying like depression
- 57:48Speaker 3: is a real thing, that's that is good sort of growth.
- 57:52Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean he's seen what Mariah has been through,
- 57:54Speaker 1: you know. So there's a talking head together and Austin
- 57:58Speaker 1: talks about Ethan's vere his faces, like when he's happy,
- 58:01Speaker 1: he does this, he's mad, he does this.
- 58:03Speaker 3: You know.
- 58:03Speaker 2: It's just like he said, he does it all through
- 58:05Speaker 2: his face.
- 58:06Speaker 3: Ethan shows his emotions by smiling or not smiling like
- 58:11Speaker 3: everyone else on earth. But I did think it was cute.
- 58:15Speaker 3: I was trying to I was a little being sarcastic,
- 58:18Speaker 3: but Austin overall, I like, bring on. He brings us
- 58:22Speaker 3: sort of lightness to the show that is generally not there.
- 58:26Speaker 1: Yeah, and you're like, I'm glad these people have some
- 58:28Speaker 1: normal outside world friends. Yes, so Ethan says he has
- 58:33Speaker 1: started writing a song about Teagan and also goes, well,
- 58:36Speaker 1: let's hear it. And he says, yeah, I know, I
- 58:40Speaker 1: don't want to play it, and so also goes he
- 58:43Speaker 1: still got feelings for her, and he goes, yeah, yeah,
- 58:46Speaker 1: I guess I do still have feelings for Tiaguan, and
- 58:50Speaker 1: talking to Ethan says, I have a lot on my
- 58:52Speaker 1: heart in my mind, but I can't express it. You know,
- 58:56Speaker 1: with my parents and my siblings, we just never learned
- 58:58Speaker 1: to communicate. And I've learned that communicating is not just
- 59:02Speaker 1: what you feel, but actually communicating, and it hasn't helped
- 59:08Speaker 1: me in my personal life. And I've learned the hard way.
- 59:10Speaker 1: And he says, but that's okay. I'm still learning. And
- 59:14Speaker 1: what we find, you know, in these past seasons, is
- 59:17Speaker 1: it's not just how you feel, because actually when you're
- 59:20Speaker 1: sitting down and they have these conversations about like you've
- 59:23Speaker 1: changed or I've changed, or I can't.
- 59:26Speaker 2: Leave here because this is all I have left, like
- 59:27Speaker 2: he does have. He does know how to vocalize it.
- 59:30Speaker 1: But the problem, one of the main problems Olivia had
- 59:34Speaker 1: the actual communicating, like not talking to somebody for four
- 59:37Speaker 1: days when you're married, like, yeah, you went to kro
- 59:40Speaker 1: to work on your trucks and I couldn't get in
- 59:42Speaker 1: touch with you for four days exactly. And I know
- 59:45Speaker 1: you saw my text. I could see that you read
- 59:47Speaker 1: it and then never responding and we are married, and
- 59:51Speaker 1: we are married.
- 59:52Speaker 2: So he says, you know, I've learned that it's not.
- 59:54Speaker 1: Just what you feel, but it's actual communication, like actually
- 59:57Speaker 1: letting somebody know what you're doing. And he says, learned
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: it the hard way, but that's okay. I'm still learning.
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: And I miss Tegan and she was truly the best
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: friend I ever had. And not being able to talk
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: to her or spend any time with her, and not
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: having her every day in every minute, you realize time
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: is going by so fast and you can't get it back.
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: So it's good to have friends you can talk to
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: and not keep it all bottled up. I don't know
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: how much he's talking, but he's expressing to Austin that
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: he's still very sad about it and he misses her.
- 1:00:29Speaker 3: It's that bro kind of talking where you're like, how
- 1:00:32Speaker 3: you doing, man? Not good?
- 1:00:34Speaker 2: Not good?
- 1:00:35Speaker 3: It was really good to chat with you and I
- 1:00:38Speaker 3: got a lot out today when I said not good.
- 1:00:41Speaker 3: That was the most I've talked about how I felt.
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: Now we'll say Austin says, I've, you know, been in
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: a relationship that broke up, and sometimes you realize you
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: look back at it, you realize that what in that time,
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: in that life or that relationship was meant to be.
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: But you don't know what's going to happen in the future.
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: But some you know it's a if you throw it
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: away comes back. It's meant to be, if you're not
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: whatever that bullshit I like.
- 1:01:04Speaker 3: Ethan says they broke up because of the long distance,
- 1:01:07Speaker 3: because he kept saying he was going to move there
- 1:01:09Speaker 3: and then he didn't.
- 1:01:12Speaker 2: He was in Minnesota and she was in Wisconsin.
- 1:01:15Speaker 3: A fixable problem.
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: He was in Minnesota because they've got the family there
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: and so that's why he was there. And he had
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: a job there, like working for UPS or something, and
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: she was like, I have a kid, like I live
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: in Wisconsin.
- 1:01:28Speaker 2: He kept saying he would move there and then he
- 1:01:29Speaker 2: wouldn't have me.
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: It's only, like I believe when we looked it up
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: at like four hours away.
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: So that's enough that you can't do it every single week.
- 1:01:37Speaker 3: No, but these people don't seem to mind to like
- 1:01:40Speaker 3: hop in the car and drive for twelve hours to
- 1:01:43Speaker 3: get a stereo that they left at their exouf. Also,
- 1:01:47Speaker 3: can you imagine getting a delivery from UPS and it's
- 1:01:51Speaker 3: Ethan at the door with his translation facial hair and
- 1:01:55Speaker 3: his UPS outfit pulled up to his nipples.
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: I uh, yeah, I can imagine it.
- 1:02:03Speaker 2: Yeah, picture it pretty clearly.
- 1:02:07Speaker 3: So now and if he was on your ring camera, yeah,
- 1:02:11Speaker 3: and you were like, yes, staring.
- 1:02:14Speaker 2: People, go go look at your ring cameras if you
- 1:02:16Speaker 2: live there in the Minnesota area. Okay.
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: Now we're in Bainbridge, South Georgia for a Halloween festival
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: and a corn maze. My worst fucking nightmare. Never I
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: would I go to a Halloween festival. Never would I
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: go to any type of maze, corn.
- 1:02:30Speaker 2: Or I don't know.
- 1:02:31Speaker 3: I appreciate that Mariah is trying to branch out a little,
- 1:02:34Speaker 3: but she looks like the type of woman who would
- 1:02:37Speaker 3: see a squirrel and faint. Who is yeah, like we
- 1:02:42Speaker 3: lost her.
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: So Mariah hangs out with Kaylen a little bit beforehand,
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: and you know, they have these scary people coming up
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: and all this stuff and she tells us.
- 1:02:51Speaker 2: She's like, Okay, go way.
- 1:02:53Speaker 4: Now.
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: She tells us she really likes Kaylen a lot, and
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: she has not seen not one red flag from Kaylen.
- 1:03:01Speaker 2: None. Okay, Caylen's perfect.
- 1:03:05Speaker 3: Do you agree. I didn't watch last season. I only
- 1:03:07Speaker 3: heard you talk about it, and I feel like we
- 1:03:09Speaker 3: didn't get a ton from Teacan or Kaylin. They were
- 1:03:12Speaker 3: both just sort of there.
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: Kaylen especially didn't say much. I mean she was like
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: eighteen nineteen, like very young. Well maybe she was, maybe
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: she was twenty twenty one, and then he was nineteen
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: or twenty. But Kaylen no never caused any problems, only
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: think she Veronica tried to pick a fight with her
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: about Kaylen, saying I was going home to work on
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: the homework with then Veronica, and then I came back
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: and you were there, and Kayla's like, I got done
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: with my homework, so I came back. And the issue
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: really Teacan got involved because Veronica was spreading the rumor
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: that Teacan had only fans yes, and she was like,
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: why are you talking about me? Like keep my name
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: out of your mouth, dumb bitch. So and Kim Kim's
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: over there, just like look at my children getting.
- 1:03:55Speaker 3: Along, boys please boys.
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: So, Caylen says they have been together. She and Isaac
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: have been together for about a year. Communication between them
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: has always been great, but for the past few weeks
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: something's been off. Talking head Ethan says, you know, I
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: don't know about Halloween. Like in the past, we didn't
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: celebrate Holliday the days, you know, we weren't allowed to.
- 1:04:19Speaker 2: But Teagan.
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: Teagan, she really likes Halloween. And Tagan introduced me to Halloween.
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: And that makes me sad, and it makes me miss her.
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: So I'm gonna go to a corn maze.
- 1:04:32Speaker 3: Yeah, Isaac droopy dog all over the place.
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: He's just so sad. He sat in a wig store,
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: He's sat in a corn maze. It's sad everywhere. So Isaac, Ethan, Mariah,
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: and Caylin talking to the producers and they're like, okay,
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: you're excited about this corn maze and Isaac goes, this
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: is not the most Ethan Plath thing.
- 1:04:51Speaker 2: Isaac ever says.
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: He goes, well, I've been in a field working fourteen
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: hours today just to come and hang out in another field.
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: So yeah, I'm here, and Mariah goes.
- 1:05:02Speaker 2: Okay, So I guess we're all tired, so.
- 1:05:05Speaker 3: Okay, and poor Mariah like having two people please and
- 1:05:10Speaker 3: like and make her brothers look better when they're being
- 1:05:13Speaker 3: obnoxious and being like, Okay, smile for the camera, everybody,
- 1:05:17Speaker 3: we put on a happy face. We're gonna have fun.
- 1:05:20Speaker 2: Everybody's tired.
- 1:05:22Speaker 3: That's why her hair's falling out. Yeah, she had she
- 1:05:25Speaker 3: like has to do that sort of shit for these
- 1:05:28Speaker 3: emotional boys. And they say women are the emotional ones.
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: Kaylin, It's like, okay, listen, I really don't want to
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: be in the front or the back. Okay, I don't
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: want to be in the front or the back, like
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: I want to be in the middle. Like I'm actually scared.
- 1:05:38Speaker 3: Read that's reasonable. Can't grab you if you were in
- 1:05:42Speaker 3: the for the middle, in the middle. Yeah, So the.
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: Talking head Isaac goes, I've been farming peanuts all day,
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: working fourteen hours. I got a lot on my mind.
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: I really don't want to be here. I would have
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: rather gone home and just go to bed. But Kaylen
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: will me to come, so.
- 1:06:01Speaker 2: I had to come. And you can understand too.
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: But also, you're filming a show and you agree to
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: shoot this scene, so you have to go Okay, don't
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: be a whim. So they go through the maze all squealing.
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: They're freaking out. The clowns and scary things are coming
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: out of nowhere, and the.
- 1:06:17Speaker 3: Men are being big strung boys though, and they don't
- 1:06:20Speaker 3: I felt like they didn't have time for the women's hysterics.
- 1:06:23Speaker 3: They're like, why are these girls screaming?
- 1:06:25Speaker 4: Like? Oh?
- 1:06:26Speaker 3: Women being women?
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: In theatrical Cayln says, and you're talking to Kim goes,
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: you know, I'm a girl here and I got put
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: in the back, and I know that. I know that
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: that is how something is really wrong, because he put
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: me in the back and I can't put my finger
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: on it. I think her point is normally he would
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: treat me like a lady, and specifically, as I said
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: I don't want to be in the back, he would
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: have put me in front of him.
- 1:06:51Speaker 2: And protected me. Yeah, but that's how I.
- 1:06:54Speaker 1: Know something is really wrong. But I can't put my
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: finger on it. So then Isaac guess women know, yes,
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: you could tell, and a guy is acting different to you.
- 1:07:02Speaker 1: And Isaac says, Kylen, when you come to talk to
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: me Matro and she goes, okay. So they go sit
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: in the truck and gets turn off your mic now
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: black screen of death, Isaac and Kaylen spoke privately in his.
- 1:07:17Speaker 2: Truck shortly after Isaac broke up with her.
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: Now, I will tell you that this episode, we found
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: out that Isaac is twenty and Kaylen is twenty two.
- 1:07:31Speaker 3: Yeah, so there's that.
- 1:07:32Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:07:33Speaker 3: I always picture them in high school because that's because
- 1:07:35Speaker 3: I skipped like a couple of seasons.
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: Yeah, and they didn't go to high school. So how
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: would you know? What does the times end when you
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: don't know?
- 1:07:42Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 1:07:43Speaker 3: Next time, and we discussed there was a like next up,
- 1:07:47Speaker 3: Mariah dies in a cornfield, and it was like a
- 1:07:50Speaker 3: really long sequence of her screaming, having a panic attack,
- 1:07:54Speaker 3: like she's actually being murdered. And then that scene happened
- 1:07:57Speaker 3: and it was nothing.
- 1:07:59Speaker 2: Look we found on our way out of the corn maze.
- 1:08:01Speaker 3: Yeah, those guys ditched both of those ladies, though they
- 1:08:06Speaker 3: were not at all. Mariah was lost by herself. I
- 1:08:10Speaker 3: did not notice.
- 1:08:11Speaker 2: No, I think Isaac was like, you think, can you
- 1:08:13Speaker 2: fuck it? Believe this? I worked all day and he's like,
- 1:08:15Speaker 2: get used to and this is how bitches are? Am
- 1:08:17Speaker 2: I right?
- 1:08:18Speaker 3: Yeah, let's leave him in the cornfield. Let the cereal
- 1:08:21Speaker 3: chainsaw murderer get her.
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: Next time on Welcome to Plaitfell, Barry is with Taylor.
- 1:08:27Speaker 1: It seems the same guy that did the.
- 1:08:29Speaker 3: Joint friend Yeah, hired Schill for yelse.
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: Now Zach is there for some reason with Barry, because
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: I guess they're best.
- 1:08:37Speaker 3: The best friends.
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: And Zach says, is asking Barry about dating, and Barry goes,
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: you know, I thought there could be a time when
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: I could be nice to go on a date and
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: meet somebody. So Zach says, all right, Like for me,
- 1:08:54Speaker 1: it's very easy for me to approach people, like are
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: you like that? Are you willing to talk to anybody?
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: And Barry goes, I like to engage people.
- 1:09:01Speaker 3: No, you don't, don't it's soop weird.
- 1:09:04Speaker 2: And he can't he can't stop.
- 1:09:06Speaker 3: He's you have girls in your basement, like I don't know.
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: No, it's he can't stop being a weirdo. And the
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: producer as Zach, you think Barry has game, and you
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: think you could help him out. Producers, Micah is the
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: person to ask. Micah is the one with game who
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: the minute he got his freedom, was banging every girl
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: in kro Georgia, Okay except Helene.
- 1:09:31Speaker 3: One girl, Lydia is a hottie and Zak got her
- 1:09:38Speaker 3: and devirginized her.
- 1:09:40Speaker 2: That's not the point.
- 1:09:41Speaker 1: The point is this, Zach is not a player who
- 1:09:45Speaker 1: has game, who can help He met a girl and said, hey,
- 1:09:49Speaker 1: you know what's a good idea never kissing?
- 1:09:52Speaker 3: Yeah, you know what's a good idea? If Jesus cock
- 1:09:54Speaker 3: blocks us? Yeah, can we do that?
- 1:09:56Speaker 2: Sure, you know what's a great idea. Let's skip skipping
- 1:09:59Speaker 2: his fun.
- 1:10:02Speaker 3: You know, I still like him.
- 1:10:04Speaker 2: I mean I like him too.
- 1:10:05Speaker 1: I'm not saying I don't like it. I'm just saying
- 1:10:07Speaker 1: this is not the guy with the game that you
- 1:10:10Speaker 1: need to be. It's Micah. Micah's only one who has game.
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: We don't know about Taylor. Taylor may have game. But
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: producer says, Zach, do you think Barry has game? You
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: think you could help him out? And Zach goes, well,
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: there's a couple of generations between us, and so there
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: might be different dating cues. But I could do my
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: best good answer. Also, there's not a couple of generations.
- 1:10:33Speaker 2: I mean, i'd say three three, how is that?
- 1:10:39Speaker 3: But he's her dad.
- 1:10:41Speaker 2: So if it is a generation one set of ten,
- 1:10:47Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 1:10:48Speaker 3: Isn't it just like who could have children, who could
- 1:10:51Speaker 3: have begot the others?
- 1:10:54Speaker 2: It was just one generation, That's what I'm thinking.
- 1:10:57Speaker 3: But then I think of like millennial gen X, so
- 1:10:59Speaker 3: maybe that it's not right and I'm thinking about it wrong. Well,
- 1:11:03Speaker 3: those are much smaller generations either way.
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: Let's remember Lydia's twenty and Zach is twenty three. Okay,
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: So Lydia is going to cut Kim's hair and she's crying,
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: and all I want is for there to be a yeah,
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: blood splashes all over the camera.
- 1:11:25Speaker 2: Lady, and no, Lydia, No, but Kim says.
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: Kim says, you and I used to be really close,
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: and I feel like all this other stuff is crept
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: in over the years.
- 1:11:38Speaker 2: All this other stuff, like when you left the.
- 1:11:40Speaker 1: Family and completely went against every single thing you ever
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: taught these children and moved in with allegedly HM, a
- 1:11:52Speaker 1: Confederate war criminal, and what so.
- 1:11:57Speaker 3: She sided to UI completely change your personality, started wearing
- 1:12:02Speaker 3: skirts after I was your slave for my I had
- 1:12:06Speaker 3: no childhood, no child in the kitchen the whole time.
- 1:12:11Speaker 2: All this other stuff is crept in.
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: And Lydia says, well, when I used to talk to
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: you I felt like I was talking to a brick wall.
- 1:12:20Speaker 2: True too, Okay, the talking hood and the talking hood?
- 1:12:24Speaker 2: What a Forridian slip and a talking head.
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: Lydia says, there's been a lack of transparency, a lack
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: of vulnerability, and my mother is going to have to
- 1:12:37Speaker 1: be able to let her walls down.
- 1:12:39Speaker 2: And then we seek him. Why don't be so mean
- 1:12:42Speaker 2: to me, Lydia, don't stab me with this.
- 1:12:44Speaker 3: She only cries for herself ever.
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: And then Isaac's doing a talking Daddy goes, well, there's
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: no easy way to say it, but I broke up
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: with Kaylin. I felt it was moving too fast and
- 1:12:56Speaker 1: I was too young. And then we see Kaylen and say,
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: I really believed he was the one. Nobody saw it coming.
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: So Isaac find himself a hot little girlfriend, dated for
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: a year, got what he needed.
- 1:13:10Speaker 2: Out of it, popped the cherry.
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: Got some free booze from Kim, and has decided to
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: move on and date to other people.
- 1:13:17Speaker 3: Honestly, I think that's fine. Like he's twenty, he's twenty
- 1:13:21Speaker 3: years old. I don't think they should be discussing marriage.
- 1:13:24Speaker 3: But I think he should have been honest with her,
- 1:13:27Speaker 3: and if he was leading her to believe they were
- 1:13:30Speaker 3: going to get married. Then that's super super shitty.
- 1:13:35Speaker 2: It is crazy that.
- 1:13:37Speaker 1: Let me look at the age difference between Lydia and
- 1:13:40Speaker 1: Isaac because they both can't be twenty.
- 1:13:44Speaker 2: Okay, let's look at the age difference. Okay, Isaac's birthday.
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: Remember, Isaac has on the same birthday, October twenty first,
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: two thousand and five. Lydia's birthday is February, So Lydia
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: is February fourth, two.
- 1:13:54Speaker 2: Thousand and four. Isaac's birthday is October twenty first, two
- 1:13:58Speaker 2: thousand and five.
- 1:14:00Speaker 3: Lydia is a year older than Isaac.
- 1:14:03Speaker 2: They're eighteen months apart.
- 1:14:05Speaker 3: Yeah, in Isaac's twenty one and Lydia's twenty two.
- 1:14:09Speaker 2: Okay, so that means.
- 1:14:13Speaker 3: Zach is probably or will be whatever this year.
- 1:14:16Speaker 2: Maybe Zach is like twenty five.
- 1:14:22Speaker 1: Yeah, because yeah, because what they're saying on the show
- 1:14:25Speaker 1: is Lydia twenty one in Isaac twenty.
- 1:14:29Speaker 2: So because last season when.
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: Zach and Lydia went over to Micah and Veronica's place,
- 1:14:37Speaker 1: they had like a fun drink that like Michael was
- 1:14:40Speaker 1: showing them he made this fun drink and they were joking.
- 1:14:43Speaker 2: Lydia is almost twenty one.
- 1:14:45Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:14:45Speaker 1: Now, old Lydia would have said, but I'm not twenty
- 1:14:47Speaker 1: one and that's against the laws of her Land.
- 1:14:49Speaker 2: But she didn't say that. She sure did drink that
- 1:14:51Speaker 2: drink mm hmm, and they tried to get her drunk
- 1:14:53Speaker 2: and make her talk about sex, but she wouldn't.
- 1:14:56Speaker 3: For Lydia, you gotta push Lydia really slow, although now
- 1:14:59Speaker 3: she he's a full on horned dog and would be like, yeah,
- 1:15:03Speaker 3: tell me about BDSM. I want to try it everything.
- 1:15:05Speaker 1: I want to try I want to try it all,
- 1:15:06Speaker 1: and I want to try it all with Zach.
- 1:15:08Speaker 3: Yep.
- 1:15:09Speaker 2: That's the episode everybody.
- 1:15:11Speaker 1: I don't know about Kaylin and Isaac, but I support
- 1:15:13Speaker 1: them letting Isaac date to other people because he is
- 1:15:16Speaker 1: very young.
- 1:15:16Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:15:17Speaker 3: Yeah, I just feel bad for her because I think
- 1:15:19Speaker 3: she got the wrong impression and that could have been
- 1:15:22Speaker 3: his fault because he did not communicate, which is a
- 1:15:26Speaker 3: Plath thing to do.
- 1:15:27Speaker 2: Yeah, I think so.
- 1:15:29Speaker 1: I think in the last couple of weeks he's like,
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: not only am I going to communicate where I am,
- 1:15:32Speaker 1: but I'm not going to communicate my feelings as Yeah,
- 1:15:35Speaker 1: we saw him act just like Ethan, so it's coming.
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: It's coming for all of them. It's coming for all
- 1:15:39Speaker 1: of them. They can't escape it, even Micah.
- 1:15:44Speaker 2: But I want to just leave you, leave you with
- 1:15:47Speaker 2: that bottom step, girl. I love it so much. It's
- 1:15:51Speaker 2: been on my computer all this time. I just love it. Everybody.
- 1:15:55Speaker 2: That's it. That's our plath filled episode. It's Wednesday.
- 1:15:58Speaker 1: Tomorrow's Thursday, and I'm going to have an interview you
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: out with Elise from Before the ninety Days. Kimberly and

- 1:16:54Speaker 2: It's a little you got to look it up.
- 1:16:56Speaker 1: It's like a little monastery island four hours outside of Paris,
- 1:17:01Speaker 1: and it's like a oh my gosh, Unesco place of
- 1:17:05Speaker 1: peace or something.
- 1:17:06Speaker 2: And it's like only certain times you can get.

- 1:17:18Speaker 1: And they say outside of Paris, it's like the top

- 1:18:36Speaker 3: she doesn't follow through boom roasted except for that's not true.
- 1:18:43Speaker 3: She follows through. I follow through.
- 1:18:45Speaker 2: All the co hosts paid for it. Okay, that's it.
