- 2:52Police Chief Donna McNamara has filed a lawsuit
- 2:55against the town of Stoughton and town manager
- 2:58Thomas Kalter amid a weeks -long dispute over
- 3:01her position at the police department. The lawsuit
- 3:05filed in Norfolk County Superior Court claims
- 3:08that town officials have violated McNamara's
- 3:11contract by prohibiting Chief McNamara from doing
- 3:14her duties even though today they have provided
- 3:17no lawful reason to do so. Coulter has denied
- 3:21these allegations, stating that he has remained
- 3:24silent out of respect for McNamara. The Stoughton

- 3:30against both McNamara and Coulter, emphasizing
- 3:33their commitment to a fair and thorough process.

- 4:13from a quad tendon tear suffered in week one

- 4:20the terminology of the Minnesota defense and
- 4:23is eager to showcase his flexibility in various
- 4:26positions. In local sports, the Red Sox head
- 4:30to Oakland tonight for Game 4 against the Athletics,
- 4:34looking to clinch the series after a 4 -2 win

- 4:48momentum on this road trip. They're 56 and 51
- 4:52on the season, fighting to stay competitive in
- 4:55the AL East. The bats have been sharp against
- 4:58Oakland's struggling pitching. Patrick Sandoval
- 5:02was strong in yesterday's win, going five innings
- 5:05while striking out seven. Andrew Monasterio was
- 5:09the standout. going three for four with two RBS
- 5:13and a home run. Jimmie Jones also went deep,
- 5:17and the lineup showed real consistency, exactly
- 5:20what Boston needs down the stretch. There's some
