International Coffee Day
Before live-streaming went global, it was all about checking the pot! On this episode of National Day Spotlight, Marlo Anderson and co-host Alice Anderson are honoring a famous piece of internet history for International Coffee Day. They’ll tell the story of Cambridge researchers in 1991 who created the world’s very first webcam just to see if their breakroom coffee pot was full or empty. Tune in for a fun look at tech's first brew and the origin of live-streamed culture!
