Saturday night in Milwaukie turned violent when police responded to a disturbance on SE 43rd Ave, finding signs of shots fired—though no one was hit there. Just down the block, a man was grazed by a bullet, treated on scene, and thankfully not seriously injured. Authorities believe the bullet traveled from the first scene to the victim.
