Amy Lynn Durham: I am aware of the power of generative
• 0:02
conversations and look for opportunities to join with
• 0:05
others to manifest something new. This affirmation, authored
• 0:11
by Dr Judy Neal, feels especially relevant right now
• 0:15
because what I'm sharing today is how I've taken a thought, an
• 0:22
idea and a vision, and taken concrete, practical steps to
• 0:27
  bring it into being.
• 0:28
Hey, it's Amy Welcome to Create Magic at Work, where we cast
• 0:37
visions for a future of work, where business decisions ripple
• 0:40
outward to our teams, our communities, the planet and
• 0:44
humanity as a whole. If you're ready to edge, walk instead of
• 0:47
sleep, walk through your leadership, you're in the right
• 0:50
place. So let's start making magic at work.
• 0:54
Hi everyone. It's me Amy here, and I wanted to start with that
• 0:58
beautiful line from the poem, because I am here to share with
• 1:03
you some exciting news on the journey of Create Magic at Work
• 1:07
the podcast, many of you might have already seen some different
• 1:11
exciting things to listen to that are coming up in the show
• 1:14
feed. So let me give you a backstory on what's going on
• 1:18
here. The podcast started in September of 2021, and it is not
• 1:24
only a podcast, but it represents my executive coaching
• 1:28
firm Create Magic at Work with the main philosophies and tools
• 1:33
that we use rooted in spiritual intelligence and quantum
• 1:37
leadership across platforms, the show has reached hundreds of
• 1:43
1000s of downloads in over 42 countries, which still amazes
• 1:47
me. We've sort of played back and forth with top 3% global top
• 1:53
5% global rankings, which is incredible. And I want to thank
• 1:58
you all, all the heartbeats all the ears that listen to the show
• 2:04
and join us in these conversations and questions that
• 2:06
we have about leading from our higher selves and living from
• 2:11
our higher selves versus our ego. I've met some amazing
• 2:15
people along the way. The most incredible guests that I've been
• 2:19
able to interview and ask my curious questions too. It has
• 2:22
been such an honor to hold this container and hold this space
• 2:27
for everyone. So around the fall of 2025 it became apparent to me
• 2:35
that we needed a bigger platform for these voices. For example,
• 2:40
my dear friend, Aaron Tobacco, who is one of the most popular
• 2:43
guests on the Create Magic at Work podcast, we strongly had a
• 2:47
vision that there needed to be a separate space for his voice.
• 2:51
Cari Jacobs-Crovetto, who is leading the finding treasures in
• 2:55
the trash mini series that's been running on the Create Magic
• 2:58
at Work podcast that mini series has received so much interest
• 3:03
and excitement that it needed its own space. So what has
• 3:07
started as this one podcast has now turned into a podcast
• 3:12
network called Magic thread media, and that is what I have
• 3:18
been working on behind the scenes to create these past few
• 3:22
months. So what magic thread media is Create Magic at Work is
• 3:28
the executive coaching firm, and magic thread media is the
• 3:31
Podcast Network. It's really been quite interesting to run
• 3:36
both of these companies in tandem the past few months. As
• 3:41
of right now, we are currently in the stage of growing multiple
• 3:44
shows on the network. We have three that are live on the air
• 3:48
right now, but behind the scenes, there are many, many
• 3:50
more that will be lighting up as golden threads in the magic
• 3:54
thread media network throughout the next few months. So if
• 3:58
you're listening on Apple, you'll see a link under the
• 4:00
Create Magic at Work show that says magic thread media, and you
• 4:04
can click on that link, and it'll take you to every show
• 4:07
that's on the network. If you're not on Apple, you can also find
• 4:11
all the shows at Magic thread media.com as every show launches
• 4:15
on the network, you'll see the trailer for that show. It'll say
• 4:19
new to magic thread, media network, and it'll pop up in the
• 4:22
Create Magic at Work feed, so you can listen to the trailer
• 4:26
and check it out and see if you want to check that show out as
• 4:29
well. Most of you are familiar with Cari Jacobs-Crovetto
• 4:33
mentioned her before. You can access Cari's show, and she has
• 4:37
some amazing guests that she's interviewing. I can't wait for
• 4:40
this month's episode. It's incredible. Stay tuned. And
• 4:44
also, Aaron Tobacco has started his own podcast titled circles
• 4:48
edges. It's an old school radio show style podcast designed for
• 4:53
nighttime listening, so the future of the Create Magic at
• 4:58
Work. Podcast. I have a new strategy for this podcast. We're
• 5:03
going to be bringing some leveling up of the show and who
• 5:06
I'm bringing for all of us to listen to and to hear their
• 5:09
thoughts and pose questions during this time. After this
• 5:14
episode airs, you'll be hearing a two part series from returning
• 5:18
guest, Bill Kirst. We will be having a very deep discussion
• 5:24
surrounding AI proof of life, and what does the buying of our
• 5:30
breath mean. So please tune into that and share your hearts and
• 5:36
your ears and your thoughts that come up for you around that very
• 5:41
deep and reflective, two part episode that's coming to all of
• 5:47
the listeners that have been on this journey and the new ears
• 5:51
and heartbeats that are now just hearing this message, I want to
• 5:54
say, thank you, your messages, your reviews, your feedback.
• 5:59
They matter more than you know. If you're listening on a podcast
• 6:03
app where you can leave a rating or a review, it's one of the
• 6:06
biggest gifts that you can give back to any of us creators. And
• 6:11
in closing, I just want to say, Create Magic at Work. We'll
• 6:15
continue on, and we will morph, and we will grow, and we will
• 6:19
evolve. Magic thread media is born. Welcome to our new magical
• 6:25
space. You are all welcome here, and to quote Cheryl striat In
• 6:30
her book, brave enough, I'll never know, and neither will you
• 6:35
about the life you didn't choose. We'll only know that
• 6:39
whatever that sister life was it was important and beautiful, and
• 6:43
not ours. It was the ghost ship that didn't carry us. There's
• 6:48
nothing to do but salute it from the shore. I am saluting what
• 6:55
another life may have been from the shore, and I am embracing
• 6:59
this beautiful constellation of magic, thread media and
• 7:03
welcoming you all into the space.
• 7:06
I want to thank each and every one of you for being here as we
• 7:14
explore what it really means to Create Magic at Work. If this
• 7:18
conversation resonated with you, or if someone came to mind while
• 7:21
you were listening, share the episode with them. Help others
• 7:25
who are looking for these types of conversations, find us and
• 7:29
don't forget to follow, subscribe, rate and review so
• 7:32
you're notified when the next episode airs until next time.
• 7:36
Keep edge walking, keep challenging the way things have
• 7:38
always been done, and keep making magic at work you.
