Transcript
- 0:10Speaker 1: Hey, everybody, welcome to Pink Shade.
- 0:13Speaker 2: This is welcome to Plathfill Season eight, episode twelve. Yes,
- 0:18Speaker 2: I know it's weird because today's Thursday, and normally we
- 0:20Speaker 2: have Pop and Bravo and this show normally comes on Wednesday.
- 0:24Speaker 2: But life happens. Things got a little crazy, and uh,
- 0:29Speaker 2: here's what happened. First of all, welcome to the show.
- 0:32Speaker 3: I suck r d's that's what happened. No, you don't
- 0:38Speaker 3: even get an apology. You don't get an explanation.
- 0:42Speaker 1: Kimberly, it's not the way to start the episode.
- 0:45Speaker 3: I'm sorry, I'm just kidding. We're so excited that you
- 0:47Speaker 3: were excited for the episode.
- 0:49Speaker 1: Yes, people were chagrined and concerned.
- 0:53Speaker 2: And actually I will take a little bit of the
- 0:55Speaker 2: blame that I did not alert people until like ten
- 0:57Speaker 2: o'clock yesterday morning, when I should have alerted that like
- 1:00Speaker 2: the night before, especially with the big finale episode. But sometimes, guys,
- 1:06Speaker 2: just life gets in the way, and that is what happened.
- 1:08Speaker 2: So both of my sisters are visiting to come to
- 1:12Speaker 2: the beach, which we've been planning for many months, and
- 1:15Speaker 2: my sister, my oldest sister, planned the trip around when
- 1:19Speaker 2: her son and his wife who lived in the DC area,
- 1:23Speaker 2: were having a baby, first baby for them, so very exciting.
- 1:28Speaker 2: Now she went in to get induced. Baby didn't come.
- 1:30Speaker 2: Baby didn't come almost you know, like almost forty eight
- 1:34Speaker 2: hours later, she had the baby. So she was not
- 1:37Speaker 2: in labor the whole time, but half the time. And
- 1:41Speaker 2: and people out there that have had a baby or
- 1:43Speaker 2: know somebody or whatever. They had her push for like
- 1:47Speaker 2: four hours, and then they gave her a sea session,
- 1:52Speaker 2: So that's pretty unusual to push for that long. But
- 1:56Speaker 2: then the babies, of course, heartweight was dropping because it
- 1:58Speaker 2: was in distress from being.
- 1:59Speaker 1: Pushed for that long. So anyway, she had a c section.
- 2:04Speaker 2: The baby is adorable, the blondest blondie blonde, like clear
- 2:10Speaker 2: white little chicken hair you've ever seen.
- 2:13Speaker 1: Like so cute.
- 2:14Speaker 3: They could be a plath.
- 2:15Speaker 1: You're saying, one thousand percent, this baby could be.
- 2:20Speaker 3: Hate crimes start today.
- 2:21Speaker 1: No no, no, no, no hate crimes for this little baby.
- 2:26Speaker 1: So cute though, And I'm.
- 2:27Speaker 3: About tight tight little wranglers.
- 2:30Speaker 2: Okay, we'll allow it, We'll allow it. My sister's other son,
- 2:34Speaker 2: the one, my sister's other son, the one is the cowboy.
- 2:37Speaker 2: He would be all for the tight wranglers on the.
- 2:39Speaker 1: Baby, but very very cute.
- 2:42Speaker 2: But the problem was then like my sister whose son
- 2:46Speaker 2: was they were having the baby, she did not come
- 2:48Speaker 2: with me to the beach. I drove to the beach
- 2:50Speaker 2: by myself because I had to pick up my other
- 2:51Speaker 2: sister at the airport. It was playing trains Automobiles, and
- 2:54Speaker 2: then they had to get back to my house and
- 2:57Speaker 2: she had to get on a super early flight the
- 2:58Speaker 2: next day. Her husband was in town. Needless to say,
- 3:01Speaker 2: it was a complete kerfluffle. And that's why I'm driving
- 3:04Speaker 2: to the beach. Like I am texting with Apple car Play,
- 3:07Speaker 2: I hope that you understand what I'm saying. We're going
- 3:09Speaker 2: to have to push this, do that? Should I take
- 3:12Speaker 2: the notes? What should I do that?
- 3:13Speaker 3: And some of the craziest texts I've ever gotten now
- 3:17Speaker 3: was like, and.
- 3:17Speaker 2: If you don't understand this, I am like talking to
- 3:20Speaker 2: Surrey through Apple car Play. I'm sure it's making no sense. Yes,
- 3:25Speaker 2: you were like, everything is fine, I can do the notes.
- 3:28Speaker 1: Question Mark was it? Yeah, no problem.
- 3:32Speaker 2: So we finally got here, and uh, then my other
- 3:36Speaker 2: sister just got here this morning. So that's why everything
- 3:40Speaker 2: is out of whack. Here at Pink Shade Pod everything.
- 3:43Speaker 2: I'll be back to normal tomorrow. And I also want
- 3:45Speaker 2: to announce saying.
- 3:46Speaker 3: To stress is it wasn't my fault.
- 3:49Speaker 2: Thousand percent not Kimberly's fault one for once, No my fault, no,
- 3:53Speaker 2: never your fault. Also when I announced guys on a
- 3:57Speaker 2: couple of things, Okay, so if you got through.
- 3:58Speaker 1: That, thank you. On Tuesday. This coming Tuesday is.

- 4:06Speaker 2: and Kisha.

- 4:12Speaker 2: we're gonna go ahead and change this one up and
- 4:13Speaker 2: it will be on the last Tuesday of the month,
- 4:16Speaker 2: which is the twenty third correct camber. Yes, okay, that'll
- 4:20Speaker 2: be on Tuesday eight p m e. S t or
- 4:23Speaker 2: et depending up where in standard time or not. Can
- 4:25Speaker 2: ever remember that'll all be in your You'll be able
- 4:30Speaker 2: to get access to that if you're on the ten
- 4:32Speaker 2: dollars level of Apple Patreon supercast. It was very fun
- 4:34Speaker 2: last time. I'm excited to do it again.
- 4:37Speaker 3: I was surprised there were so many people and everyone.
- 4:41Speaker 1: It was really fun, very fun, very fun. We'll have
- 4:43Speaker 1: to come up some hot tops.
- 4:46Speaker 3: Is that what they called the hot topics?
- 4:48Speaker 1: Thank you too much, the hot tops.
- 4:53Speaker 2: So we'll come up with stuff for that. And then also,
- 4:56Speaker 2: of course, tickets are on sale October tenth, Leave refest.
- 5:01Speaker 1: Did you see all the artwork and everything?
- 5:02Speaker 3: Kim?
- 5:02Speaker 1: Really, have you seen it? You're gonna be there. Your
- 5:06Speaker 1: name is on it.
- 5:08Speaker 3: I feel like I did, but now I'm not remembering
- 5:10Speaker 3: what it looked like. But I remember loving it and
- 5:12Speaker 3: thinking it looks so good, and that could have just
- 5:15Speaker 3: been a dream.
- 5:16Speaker 2: No, it looks like Leverfest, and it's very like Agent.
- 5:20Speaker 2: It's got a hand with the pink fingernail holding a microphone.
- 5:24Speaker 3: Yes, yeah, it looks great.
- 5:27Speaker 1: Yeah. So those tickets are on sale, really setting.
- 5:31Speaker 3: The bar high for the actual event. With the artwork
- 5:34Speaker 3: being so good.
- 5:35Speaker 2: Amy Archer has a guy that does her artwork for
- 5:37Speaker 2: her t shirts and stuff, and he's great.
- 5:40Speaker 3: But now we've got to really bring it.
- 5:42Speaker 1: We're gonna bring it.
- 5:44Speaker 3: We have to be charming, we have to look good.
- 5:46Speaker 3: People better have gone away.
- 5:48Speaker 1: It's just let me look at the pimple. I don't
- 5:50Speaker 1: see it.
- 5:51Speaker 3: I have the filter on.
- 5:53Speaker 1: Yeah, you're really a great job. Yeah.
- 5:55Speaker 2: Yeah, So anyway, guys, tickets are on sale.
- 5:58Speaker 1: That's below.
- 5:59Speaker 2: If you have any questions or anything, let me know.
- 6:01Speaker 2: I know, I said, at one point we were trying
- 6:02Speaker 2: to do a room block, but the higher regions you
- 6:05Speaker 2: just just didn't want to give us a good deal, so.
- 6:08Speaker 1: We suck a my regency, Kimberly, are you're on a
- 6:15Speaker 1: rampage today? Now?
- 6:16Speaker 3: What this was a confrontational episode. Let's just get it
- 6:19Speaker 3: all out there, and that's how I'm feeling.
- 6:21Speaker 1: Okay, get it.
- 6:23Speaker 3: From the whore's mouth and.
- 6:27Speaker 1: Mouth that's what you mean to say.
- 6:29Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, So last night my sister and I were
- 6:32Speaker 2: like putting together furniture, you know how I love to
- 6:34Speaker 2: put together furniture, And we had it on just so
- 6:38Speaker 2: I could just kind of have it in my aura
- 6:39Speaker 2: to take the notes this morning. And then I had
- 6:41Speaker 2: it on again this morning to take the notes, and
- 6:43Speaker 2: my sister started asking me questions. I go, nope, no,
- 6:46Speaker 2: you'll have to watch it that. Nope, you have to
- 6:48Speaker 2: watch it. I said, I cannot explain.
- 6:50Speaker 3: To you go back eight seasons.
- 6:52Speaker 2: I can't explain to you why this woman is so
- 6:54Speaker 2: horrible on my I hate so much.
- 6:55Speaker 3: I can't say it, but that was your fault for
- 6:58Speaker 3: really putting it on in front of some one else.
- 7:00Speaker 3: I won't even do that.
- 7:01Speaker 1: I shouldn't put my EarPods in. Yeah.
- 7:04Speaker 3: Yeah, And she'll be like, why is that lady always
- 7:07Speaker 3: wearing squirts? Why?
- 7:09Speaker 2: She did think that was funny that I said that
- 7:11Speaker 2: she's gone into her Costco scort era.
- 7:12Speaker 1: She thought that was hilarious.
- 7:15Speaker 2: Okay, she kept saying that lady, that lady has all
- 7:19Speaker 2: those kids.
- 7:20Speaker 1: Wait, who's that guy? Goo? That's kk ken kk Ken.
- 7:24Speaker 3: She's like, let's call that you need to do like
- 7:27Speaker 3: a presentation, like these are the key episodes to watch.
- 7:31Speaker 3: This is a PowerPoint. This is Kim's DUI arrest photo.
- 7:36Speaker 3: This is you know what Barry looks like when he's
- 7:39Speaker 3: talking about you know, Bigfoot. This is was a poor
- 7:43Speaker 3: eye injury because no one cared enough to take her
- 7:45Speaker 3: to the doctor. This is Hosannah rip Like. You could
- 7:50Speaker 3: do a full PowerPoint presentation, put it on tik talk.
- 7:54Speaker 3: I think you would get a million views, don't She
- 7:58Speaker 3: does have good bone structure, I will say, like she
- 8:01Speaker 3: is a pretty woman.
- 8:03Speaker 2: We're looking at Kim's mugshot, guys, I put it up
- 8:06Speaker 2: on the screen here for you.
- 8:07Speaker 3: Yeah, she needs help with her makeup. I think she
- 8:09Speaker 3: needs help with everything. But she is not an unattractive leader.
- 8:15Speaker 2: Oh, she obviously is not because you see those wedding pictures.
- 8:18Speaker 3: And she has good shaped lips.
- 8:22Speaker 1: Yourgeous children, yeahorgeous.
- 8:24Speaker 3: Yeah she has all that alcohol puffiness now.
- 8:27Speaker 1: But that helps.
- 8:29Speaker 3: What do you what do you need to do?
- 8:31Speaker 2: Yeah? Hey alcohol maybe no, never, Okay, let's talk about
- 8:36Speaker 2: these people.
- 8:36Speaker 1: Welcome to Plathol season eight, episode twelve.
- 8:39Speaker 2: From the Horse's Mouth, so Ethan says, my mom wanted
- 8:46Speaker 2: to put together a surprise anniversary party and talk about
- 8:50Speaker 2: Joshua and him.
- 8:53Speaker 1: Plus we want to clear the air.
- 8:54Speaker 3: I was like, okay, I'm telling you, the banner would
- 8:58Speaker 3: be so long, really, it would be carried over from
- 9:03Speaker 3: the beginning of the season. Sorry we called you gay,
- 9:06Speaker 3: Zach slash good luck on your dating journey, Berry slash,
- 9:12Speaker 3: Sorry we shot your eye out, whichever one that was
- 9:17Speaker 3: Slash Welcome to the family, Zach slash. Stop asking me
- 9:22Speaker 3: so many questions about my relationship and Teagan slash Teagan,
- 9:28Speaker 3: will you come back in my life? I promise I
- 9:30Speaker 3: won't be so scary slash Mom, please stop drinking. This
- 9:36Speaker 3: is an intervention slash.
- 9:40Speaker 1: Let's talk about our dead brother.
- 9:44Speaker 3: Sorry you died Joshua slash like he could go on forever?
- 9:48Speaker 3: Slash Where is Micah? Where is Micah? Slash?
- 9:52Speaker 2: Isaac's bench business slash yes, promo, Yeah slash, where's kl
- 9:58Speaker 2: Where's Kaylen?
- 9:59Speaker 1: Where's Kylon?
- 10:00Speaker 3: Slash? Why is Ken here? And is no one going
- 10:04Speaker 3: to address his slave memorabilia collection? Flash like this is
- 10:09Speaker 3: this party is forever. It's a catch all. So that's
- 10:12Speaker 3: what our Libra lounge fest should be. A ketch all.
- 10:15Speaker 1: It's a lot of shirts, a lot of shirt So
- 10:21Speaker 1: so this is what he says.
- 10:22Speaker 2: Literally, my mom wanted to put together a surprise anniversary
- 10:25Speaker 2: party of her Lydia and Zach talk about Joshua, celebrate him.
- 10:29Speaker 1: But before we do that, clear the air of Lydia.
- 10:31Speaker 3: Zach, I can't what does well? They have torn it
- 10:36Speaker 3: all up for the season finale, So I guess Ram
- 10:39Speaker 3: and all the themes of the season except for Barry's
- 10:43Speaker 3: love with Bigfoot.
- 10:45Speaker 1: Right, so Ethan says, So, so Kim because she's Kim says,
- 10:52Speaker 1: so we've talked about that.
- 10:54Speaker 2: So yeah, So if anybody else has anything they want
- 10:57Speaker 2: to talk about.
- 11:00Speaker 1: Looks at Ethan like, I.
- 11:02Speaker 3: Wasn't the bad guy? Could it be your turn?
- 11:04Speaker 1: Could bring it up?
- 11:05Speaker 2: So he think goes, yeah, okay, so I got Yeah,
- 11:07Speaker 2: Mom got that. I want to talk to Zach. You know, Zach,
- 11:11Speaker 2: if you see something you think is wrong, like what
- 11:13Speaker 2: card games we.
- 11:14Speaker 1: Play or what shows the girls watch.
- 11:17Speaker 2: Like, unless we come to you and ask. I would
- 11:20Speaker 2: appreciate it if you would keep those opinions to yourself.
- 11:24Speaker 2: Now the Zoom and Olydia. By the way, Lydia and
- 11:27Speaker 2: Zach switch places at some point, so I don't know
- 11:29Speaker 2: if they took a break during the intervention and went
- 11:31Speaker 2: and got a cold drink of water and came back,
- 11:33Speaker 2: but at some point.
- 11:34Speaker 3: Yeah, it's a wrong intervention. There's so many things.
- 11:38Speaker 2: So when Ethan says that, Lydia does she nods and
- 11:44Speaker 2: does her head like, oh that's what this is.
- 11:47Speaker 1: She's like she sees it. She goes, Okay, now I
- 11:49Speaker 1: get why we're here.
- 11:50Speaker 3: Yeah, Zach, can you pull up listings in Colorado on
- 11:55Speaker 3: Zilo on your phone now, because I see what this
- 11:57Speaker 3: day was all about.
- 11:58Speaker 1: Actually, have you added a few to our joint shared folder?
- 12:03Speaker 1: Are the houses that we like?
- 12:05Speaker 2: So Kim says, you know, bottom line, bottom line, we're family.
- 12:10Speaker 2: We're a large number of adults and no, no, sixteen
- 12:14Speaker 2: fourteen twelve not adults.
- 12:17Speaker 3: Sitting right there, two of them right, yeah.
- 12:19Speaker 2: They weren't allowed to come to the first one. But
- 12:22Speaker 2: the youngest, youngest, youngest who are allowed there now? Yeah, right,
- 12:26Speaker 2: So we're a large number of adults, and we need
- 12:29Speaker 2: to allow each other to live different lives and have
- 12:31Speaker 2: different viewpoints and accept each other and love each other
- 12:34Speaker 2: where we're at. The goal here is not to pick
- 12:36Speaker 2: on anybody, but to come closer together.
- 12:40Speaker 3: The goal is exactly to pick on people.
- 12:43Speaker 2: Also, we need to allow each other to live different
- 12:47Speaker 2: lives and have different viewpoints. Oh because now now, now, now,
- 12:53Speaker 2: now you.
- 12:54Speaker 3: Are getting to us and living sport girl summer onto leggings. Now.
- 13:01Speaker 2: So yeah, talking, had Ethan and Isaac are together, and
- 13:08Speaker 2: I think Ethan says, Zach is pulling family members aside,
- 13:12Speaker 2: specifically the younger girls, and telling them what they're doing wrong.
- 13:17Speaker 2: And Isaac goes, yeah, you know, when we were in Montana,
- 13:20Speaker 2: some of those games were dirty, but it was optional.
- 13:24Speaker 2: It definitely was cards against community. So and then talking
- 13:28Speaker 2: had Lydia and Zach. They say, we went to Montana
- 13:33Speaker 2: to hang out with Mariah, and Zach goes, there were
- 13:38Speaker 2: consistent things that they were doing that they knew we
- 13:41Speaker 2: would not want to participate in. And my biggest concern
- 13:45Speaker 2: is Amber is stepping into being a new believer and
- 13:49Speaker 2: wanting to be baptized, and I felt it was important
- 13:51Speaker 2: for her not to engage in this stuff. So now
- 13:55Speaker 2: we're getting somewhere that Amber. He has recruited Amber.
- 14:01Speaker 3: In so fundy sect.
- 14:03Speaker 2: Yes, and I felt it was important for her not
- 14:06Speaker 2: to engage in this stuff. And I talked to Mariah
- 14:09Speaker 2: and I was like, hey, just be aware of the
- 14:11Speaker 2: example you're setting. Leia goes, Yeah, you know, we just said,
- 14:15Speaker 2: Amber really looks up to you. Now in some instance
- 14:19Speaker 2: of this, I can sort of get it. Amber is sixteen,
- 14:23Speaker 2: and everybody there as an adult in a serious relationship
- 14:26Speaker 2: or married or whatever.
- 14:27Speaker 1: I mean, Mariah lives on her own. These two are
- 14:30Speaker 1: you know, everybody's.
- 14:32Speaker 2: Sixteen is a little young to be playing cards against
- 14:35Speaker 2: vanity with everybody that's drinking.
- 14:36Speaker 1: And yeah, so I get totally.
- 14:39Speaker 2: I get it. I get what he's saying, but it
- 14:44Speaker 2: really wasn't his place. Lydia could have said it Lydia
- 14:47Speaker 2: could have later said like, guys, I just don't think
- 14:49Speaker 2: that was great form. But Zach had no leg to
- 14:52Speaker 2: stand on here to say a word.
- 14:53Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, that's my fault. Yeah, but he is also
- 14:58Speaker 3: going to pull the well we felt welcome card too,
- 15:02Speaker 3: So it's just another instance of them not making us
- 15:05Speaker 3: feel welcome, Like you could have done this on the
- 15:08Speaker 3: first trip to Montana that was so boring because Ethan
- 15:11Speaker 3: was there, But like, why did you have to do
- 15:14Speaker 3: it when you invited us when you know we're not
- 15:16Speaker 3: into that and there's a sixteen year old, So that's
- 15:19Speaker 3: two reasons why you could have chosen different activities.
- 15:23Speaker 1: Yeah, and so I get both sides, I do, Yeah,
- 15:26Speaker 1: I get both sides here.
- 15:27Speaker 2: So in the talking head, Mariah says, yeah, Zach and
- 15:32Speaker 2: I worked through it. But I told him like, hey,
- 15:34Speaker 2: you should work on building relationships with everybody so they
- 15:37Speaker 2: know you're a safe person if they ever do want
- 15:40Speaker 2: your advice. Like, more so do that than just picking
- 15:44Speaker 2: everything apart. But I have learned not to care less
- 15:48Speaker 2: if somebody is judging me, Like I'm okay, fine, I'll
- 15:50Speaker 2: judge you too.
- 15:52Speaker 1: I was like, okay, Mariah, well, get this little personality back. Yeah.
- 15:56Speaker 3: Again, she's swung the other direction from she was raised.
- 16:01Speaker 3: So now she's going like she's just gonna walk around
- 16:04Speaker 3: naked in front of children and be like, well, I
- 16:06Speaker 3: was told to cover up growing up, So now I'm
- 16:09Speaker 3: a newdist you know, she hasn't learned there's like a
- 16:13Speaker 3: middle ground of yeah, there are things that are appropriate
- 16:16Speaker 3: to do in front of a teenager, yeah.
- 16:18Speaker 2: Right, right, right, just because you were kicked out of
- 16:20Speaker 2: the house and lived alone in age sixteen. So to
- 16:24Speaker 2: the group, Zach says, in Montana, we talked through everything
- 16:29Speaker 2: and I apologize to them in Montana for overstepping, and
- 16:33Speaker 2: we had resolution and comfort with each other. And Isaac goes, no,
- 16:38Speaker 2: that's not what I heard coming from them, and Calein
- 16:41Speaker 2: and amberbo said they felt trapped in that car ride
- 16:44Speaker 2: because you were there, and so that's hard to put
- 16:45Speaker 2: together with what you just said. Yeah, so Zach feels
- 16:49Speaker 2: like he apologized to them for overstepping and made it right.
- 16:53Speaker 2: But like Amber has told us her thing like that
- 16:55Speaker 2: he got them in the car and they felt trapped. Yeah,
- 16:59Speaker 2: And it's very very very interesting to me that Mariah
- 17:03Speaker 2: and Amber are hiding in the house and Kaylin did
- 17:05Speaker 2: not show up at all because I don't think they
- 17:06Speaker 2: want to be around this motherfucker Zach.
- 17:09Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I think they feel so.
- 17:13Speaker 2: And you could also tell the body language on Cassieus
- 17:15Speaker 2: specifically as her arms crossed and is staring down the
- 17:18Speaker 2: whole time, because I believe he has had talks with
- 17:21Speaker 2: them as well about you there.
- 17:24Speaker 3: Yeah, no one hired you to be the preacher of
- 17:27Speaker 3: this family, like the moral compass. And he's so he's
- 17:31Speaker 3: so self righteous.
- 17:32Speaker 1: Yes he is, and we want to be for him,
- 17:36Speaker 1: but in this situation.
- 17:37Speaker 3: I've been rooting for him all season, yeah, because they
- 17:40Speaker 3: called him gay and I felt like he was being bullied,
- 17:44Speaker 3: but they set me up to want to be on
- 17:46Speaker 3: his side. But now I'm seeing the way, like more
- 17:50Speaker 3: of the way he cuts off lydia and interviews and
- 17:53Speaker 3: things like that, and I'm like, you're just a typical
- 17:56Speaker 3: fundy asshole that wants to control your life and her
- 18:00Speaker 3: because you think you know what's best and you think
- 18:03Speaker 3: you know what traditional roles should be. And there's no blacker.
- 18:07Speaker 3: It's all black or white, and they're all sinners and
- 18:10Speaker 3: you are the one that's going to have it.
- 18:12Speaker 2: Yeah, and I'm sad about that because of how how
- 18:16Speaker 2: much empathy I had from last season. You know that
- 18:19Speaker 2: now they're all like, don't come in here and try
- 18:23Speaker 2: to say, tell my little sister what TV show she
- 18:25Speaker 2: can watch?
- 18:26Speaker 1: You know what I mean, Like, yeah, come on.
- 18:28Speaker 3: And Lydia, it seems like has gone from one cage
- 18:31Speaker 3: to another. She went from the family who put her
- 18:35Speaker 3: in a box and told her what to do and
- 18:37Speaker 3: how she should bathe, and she had to take care
- 18:40Speaker 3: of the whole family. And now she's the same way
- 18:44Speaker 3: with Zach. You know, I hope they don't have children
- 18:47Speaker 3: right now.
- 18:50Speaker 2: Well, they wanted to have kids right away. They're like,
- 18:52Speaker 2: we'll be were eight months, we should start trying. I'm like,
- 18:54Speaker 2: oh my gosh, she's twenty okay. So the talking head
- 19:00Speaker 2: Zach says, I didn't know. I didn't know that I
- 19:03Speaker 2: made Kaylen and Amber uncomfortable. And the talking dad, Isaac
- 19:07Speaker 2: says Kaylen and Amber were uncomfortable and Mariah felt the
- 19:10Speaker 2: same way. They were invited to Mariah's house and it's
- 19:14Speaker 2: not okay. Just to pick apart everything like what they
- 19:17Speaker 2: think is okay and what is not okay. So I'm
- 19:20Speaker 2: just trying to clear the air. So Zach says, well,
- 19:24Speaker 2: we're family and we're going to talk about each other.
- 19:27Speaker 2: And Ethan goes, right, but they didn't ask for your opinion,
- 19:30Speaker 2: and they felt very uncomfortable. And Zach goes, yeah, and
- 19:34Speaker 2: there was apologies and resolution, and you're only focusing on
- 19:37Speaker 2: the discomfort. Isaac goes, we all were in the car.
- 19:41Speaker 2: They wanted to call me and have me on the phone.
- 19:43Speaker 2: They felt so uncomfortable around you, OK. And Ethan goes,
- 19:48Speaker 2: and I'm not trying to get on you.
- 19:50Speaker 1: Yeah you are, Yeah you are.
- 19:52Speaker 2: Ethan says, I'm not trying to get on you. I
- 19:55Speaker 2: am trying to build a relationship with you, and you
- 19:57Speaker 2: are part of the family. But I can't build a
- 20:00Speaker 2: relationship when that's inside. Like we're trying to communicate and
- 20:04Speaker 2: I'm not always very good with that, but I'm trying
- 20:06Speaker 2: to communicate. And that's true. He is trying and he's
- 20:09Speaker 2: not good at it, but he's trying. He's trying. So
- 20:13Speaker 2: Zach says, well, I felt the need to speak up.
- 20:17Speaker 2: You know, our lifestyle, and you knew we would be
- 20:19Speaker 2: uncomfortable and to hang out with you. We have to
- 20:21Speaker 2: do all these things that we don't want to do.
- 20:24Speaker 2: And Ethan goes, but is that on the host or
- 20:26Speaker 2: on the guest?
- 20:28Speaker 1: The host, It's on the host. So I think that
- 20:31Speaker 1: is on Mariah.
- 20:32Speaker 3: That it's on the guest.
- 20:34Speaker 1: It's not on the guest, it's on the host.
- 20:37Speaker 2: So if they go to Mariah's and they know Zach
- 20:40Speaker 2: and Lydia are going to be there, don't play cards.
- 20:42Speaker 1: Against humanity to try to shock them. Just play something else.
- 20:46Speaker 3: Exactly Like if you had a friend that was like
- 20:49Speaker 3: an Orthodox Jew and she was coming to your house.
- 20:51Speaker 3: I'm not saying you have to set out a whole
- 20:54Speaker 3: kosher spread and do that. Like they can make some accommodations,
- 20:58Speaker 3: but you wouldn't have a burlesque show performing at your party, right,
- 21:03Speaker 3: or you would tell them at a time, like we're
- 21:05Speaker 3: going to do this if you're not comfortable, like.
- 21:08Speaker 2: Right, So now I swing back because now I swing
- 21:11Speaker 2: back to like, well, it kind of was on Mariah
- 21:14Speaker 2: as the host to be like, hey, they're leaving it
- 21:17Speaker 2: on Thursday and Thursday night, we're gonna get crazy and
- 21:19Speaker 2: play like these adult games, you know. And so Ethan
- 21:22Speaker 2: says that I'm the host of the guests, and Zach
- 21:25Speaker 2: just looks at him, and Kim says, well, for example,
- 21:29Speaker 2: if you don't drink alcohol and we have alcohol here,
- 21:31Speaker 2: you don't have to drink it. I don't think that's
- 21:35Speaker 2: a good example.
- 21:37Speaker 3: It's not the same thing at all. A you've gotten
- 21:41Speaker 3: at least one d UI. So maybe that's a whole
- 21:45Speaker 3: separate issue. But if you were having people over with
- 21:50Speaker 3: children there, you wouldn't have like a party where you're
- 21:53Speaker 3: getting wasted. That alcohol would be in the cabinet away.
- 21:58Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, So I don't quite understand her point.
- 22:01Speaker 2: I think she's just, you know, she wants to all
- 22:03Speaker 2: know she drinks, and we know Kim, yeah, she's yeah, yeah,
- 22:07Speaker 2: And Zach says, I understand that. But if everything that
- 22:10Speaker 2: is happening is something we don't want to do, then
- 22:13Speaker 2: we don't feel welcome.
- 22:16Speaker 3: This show, the game, the alcohol, maybe there was drugs,
- 22:21Speaker 3: we don't even know, like it was things. It was
- 22:24Speaker 3: a series of things.
- 22:26Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 22:26Speaker 3: And whereas the trip with Ethan, they just sat around
- 22:30Speaker 3: and they were going to watch a movie and went
- 22:32Speaker 3: out a horse. Why couldn't they have done that PG
- 22:35Speaker 3: stuff when Emperor was there and Zach and Lydia.
- 22:38Speaker 2: And I think they did because they showed him skiing
- 22:41Speaker 2: and all that, So I think they did do all
- 22:42Speaker 2: that stuff, but I think at night that I think
- 22:44Speaker 2: probably Isaac and Caylin and Mariah wanted to get crazy
- 22:48Speaker 2: and you know, play a dirty game and do shots.
- 22:51Speaker 1: They're adults, you know, and so and Zach and Lydia
- 22:56Speaker 1: are there. I don't know.
- 22:57Speaker 2: I just did very bad there too, very bad. And
- 23:00Speaker 2: Amber's there, she's sixteen. So I'm just very back and
- 23:03Speaker 2: forth on this because I'm very.
- 23:04Speaker 1: Much like.
- 23:06Speaker 2: Zach should not have been giving his opinion on it,
- 23:09Speaker 2: but also they should have been more respectful of Lydia
- 23:11Speaker 2: and Zach have been like, there are.
- 23:13Speaker 1: Fifty six other things we can do.
- 23:15Speaker 2: We can still have drinks and stuff, but we don't
- 23:16Speaker 2: need to try to play cards against humanity to make
- 23:18Speaker 2: them feel so uncomfortable.
- 23:20Speaker 1: You know, exactly.
- 23:22Speaker 2: So Ethan goes, well, that's not true, because you're welcome
- 23:25Speaker 2: and we're trying to be welcoming, and Zach says, okay,
- 23:27Speaker 2: So if I'm playing a game and my wife can't
- 23:30Speaker 2: talk about the cards she's dealt because of her moralistic
- 23:33Speaker 2: idea of what the words say, then sure I'll say something.
- 23:38Speaker 2: And Barry goes, why would you even want to play
- 23:41Speaker 2: a game like that? Can't we just choose another game?
- 23:43Speaker 2: I wasn't there, but wow, what is this game?
- 23:46Speaker 3: You're a bigfoot version of Monopoly?
- 23:50Speaker 1: Or heard my show is fun? And Isaac says, I
- 23:54Speaker 1: don't know.
- 23:55Speaker 2: That card game was weird, Like I didn't enjoy it,
- 23:57Speaker 2: like he laughs, and then he laughs and he goes
- 24:00Speaker 2: and we did play other games. So Zach says, I
- 24:03Speaker 2: just personally don't think a sixteen year old should be
- 24:05Speaker 2: participating in that. And you know, again, I don't really either,
- 24:11Speaker 2: but it would not be my place to say that,
- 24:14Speaker 2: you know, right, But it wouldn't be my place to
- 24:17Speaker 2: be like, Okay, I don't think you should have your kid. Listen,
- 24:19Speaker 2: I'm not judging and thinking it, but I wouldn't say it.
- 24:22Speaker 3: That child's parents are not there, so who is in
- 24:27Speaker 3: charge of that child?
- 24:30Speaker 2: Mariah is the oldest one, right, which is crazy, right,
- 24:35Speaker 2: She's the oldest one of that group. She's been on
- 24:38Speaker 2: her own for almost ten years.
- 24:40Speaker 3: You know, she had a crash course in growing up,
- 24:44Speaker 3: it was like, here's your box of cards against humanity,
- 24:46Speaker 3: go out into the world.
- 24:48Speaker 1: Good luck.
- 24:49Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, So in the talking head, Zach says, seeing
- 24:53Speaker 2: the way that they walk through their lives, it seems
- 24:56Speaker 2: that they want to go in the direction in choosing
- 24:59Speaker 2: good God, and then when they don't, they're making decisions
- 25:03Speaker 2: that aren't good for their lives. And the producer goes
- 25:07Speaker 2: like what he goes and the producer goes what like
- 25:10Speaker 2: a card game? And Zach goes, let me make my point, please.
- 25:13Speaker 2: I didn't know he interrupted the producer.
- 25:17Speaker 1: And he says, he says, if.
- 25:18Speaker 2: They're playing games or watching shows that aren't good for
- 25:21Speaker 2: you or making Lydia and I cringe, I want to
- 25:25Speaker 2: talk about it. But here's where here's where he loses me,
- 25:28Speaker 2: because to say they're making choices, watching shows or playing
- 25:31Speaker 2: games that aren't good for you, they're they're not good
- 25:33Speaker 2: for them, but that doesn't mean they're not good for.
- 25:36Speaker 1: The people that are doing it.
- 25:37Speaker 2: It's not good for Lydia and Zach, but it's not
- 25:39Speaker 2: up to them to say Mariah shouldn't be watching the
- 25:43Speaker 2: Sopranos or whatever it was the show right.
- 25:45Speaker 3: Has Mariah come to you for moral spiritual guidance?
- 25:50Speaker 1: What TV shows should I watch? Exactly?
- 25:54Speaker 3: So shut up?
- 25:56Speaker 2: And if you feel like Amber shouldn't be watching Succession
- 26:00Speaker 2: or whatever they're watching. If you think that's bad, you
- 26:05Speaker 2: don't need to be like, hey, guys, I don't think
- 26:06Speaker 2: Amber should be watching this because now you made everybody uncomfortable.
- 26:10Speaker 2: Maybe next time you see Barry you can be like, oh,
- 26:12Speaker 2: I kind of felt weird about that, do you guys?
- 26:14Speaker 2: Let Amber watch that stuff and it Verry says it's
- 26:16Speaker 2: up to Amber to make her own decision, then zif
- 26:18Speaker 2: it it's sanch your kid, you know, or.
- 26:21Speaker 3: It's hard, yeah, aparent's not there. You could have pulled
- 26:25Speaker 3: someone aside like Mariah or suggested a different show to watch.
- 26:31Speaker 1: And Lydia should have done it, not Zak.
- 26:34Speaker 3: I agree.
- 26:34Speaker 1: It's not his sister.
- 26:36Speaker 3: Yeah, I agree.
- 26:37Speaker 2: And he hasn't known her for ten years. He's known
- 26:39Speaker 2: her eight months, you know, correct.
- 26:41Speaker 3: But I feel like in their family, Lydia and Zach,
- 26:44Speaker 3: the man is the speaker for the family.
- 26:49Speaker 2: One percent is, but we're not there yet because Lydia
- 26:54Speaker 2: has only been married to this man for eight months
- 26:57Speaker 2: and they only met him.
- 26:58Speaker 1: Some of them.
- 26:59Speaker 3: The lord in with promises of independence and you know self,
- 27:05Speaker 3: you know, autonomy, and then he's gonna it's a bait
- 27:09Speaker 3: and switch. Because I feel like this stuff is starting
- 27:12Speaker 3: to creep in the power.
- 27:15Speaker 1: But she wants that. She wants her husband to be
- 27:17Speaker 1: the leader and all that she wants that.
- 27:19Speaker 3: I know, but no, you're right, you're right. She's a
- 27:22Speaker 3: tried wife.
- 27:23Speaker 1: She wants, she wants, that's what she wants. She wants
- 27:25Speaker 1: to set up the house, she wants to make the food.
- 27:27Speaker 2: Oh my god, you guys, if you follow her Instagram
- 27:30Speaker 2: the other day, god bless she was like, help me decorate,
- 27:33Speaker 2: you know, our new place in Colorado with only thrift
- 27:36Speaker 2: store fines. And she has made it is such a
- 27:41Speaker 2: mountain cowboy theme.
- 27:42Speaker 1: Every every piece of word art, every it's.
- 27:46Speaker 2: Like not my mountain, but my cowboy. I mean everything.
- 27:49Speaker 2: You just can't everything as everything is somebody on a horse.
- 27:52Speaker 2: Everything is a mountain. Every word art is about the mountains.
- 27:56Speaker 3: And because she never developed a personality her own. So
- 28:01Speaker 3: wherever her husband wants to go and wherever they're living,
- 28:05Speaker 3: she's going to adopt that states yes, right, right, they
- 28:09Speaker 3: moved to Arizona. It'll all be southwest most.
- 28:11Speaker 2: It'll all be turquoise chewelry all the time. Okay, so
- 28:15Speaker 2: the talking head Barry says, Zach is inserting himself into
- 28:19Speaker 2: things he potentially shouldn't.
- 28:21Speaker 1: Be talking about.
- 28:22Speaker 2: You know, I'm at the point where I trust Amber
- 28:25Speaker 2: and if she's going to make mistakes, she can make
- 28:28Speaker 2: them and then we can talk about it. But you know,
- 28:30Speaker 2: if you're in a gray area wondering if somebody needs
- 28:33Speaker 2: your opinion, you.
- 28:34Speaker 1: Just probably don't need to say anything, right.
- 28:37Speaker 2: And he is treating Amber exactly like he treated Lydia
- 28:40Speaker 2: at age sixteen. Now you're my emotional support person now
- 28:45Speaker 2: that you're sixteen. That's what we do around here, you know, Cassia,
- 28:49Speaker 2: I'm looking at you next.
- 28:50Speaker 3: Okay, Yeah, So I think Zach didn't feel like he
- 28:55Speaker 3: was in a gray area. I think he felt like,
- 28:58Speaker 3: this is my moral duty or I will go to hell.
- 29:02Speaker 3: Their sins will impact me. So I have been chosen
- 29:06Speaker 3: as a man of God to speak up when I
- 29:09Speaker 3: see things that are bad, like cards against humanity. This
- 29:12Speaker 3: is just how I'm imagining, he thinks.
- 29:14Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, so he had.
- 29:17Speaker 3: To speak up or had to take the perils of Satan.
- 29:23Speaker 1: And the talking he head. Kim goes.
- 29:24Speaker 2: I appreciate that they care about Amber. Barry and I
- 29:27Speaker 2: have changed and we've let up on a lot of things.
- 29:31Speaker 2: Really and ultimately they are our children and we are
- 29:36Speaker 2: the ones who need to decide things about raising them.
- 29:39Speaker 2: Some people say we're too strict, other say we're not
- 29:41Speaker 2: strict enough. And if Zach has something to say about it,
- 29:44Speaker 2: he could talk to me and not the girls. And
- 29:48Speaker 2: I think that's.
- 29:48Speaker 3: Fair too, that's totally fair. But you weren't there for
- 29:52Speaker 3: him to talk to and this would be a perfect
- 29:56Speaker 3: opportunity for you to say to him, I really appreciate
- 29:59Speaker 3: you looking out for Amber, but blah blah blah.
- 30:04Speaker 2: In the future, I would rather you address this with
- 30:06Speaker 2: me or Berry and not.
- 30:09Speaker 3: Compliment sandwich that bitch, that's right. I don't know what
- 30:13Speaker 3: the other side of the bread would be. I also
- 30:15Speaker 3: don't think you're gay, Smack Sandwich.
- 30:19Speaker 2: And I never said you were gay. Yeah, that was
- 30:21Speaker 2: all Ethan. Okay, So Lydia says, Zack apologize and he
- 30:28Speaker 2: hasn't done anything like that since then. And if people
- 30:31Speaker 2: don't want our opinions, we won't give our opinion, and
- 30:34Speaker 2: Ethan goes, I don't.
- 30:36Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 30:37Speaker 2: If you were aware of the situation, like to Lydia,
- 30:43Speaker 2: and then uh then okay, okay, so sorry, so sorry,
- 30:48Speaker 2: so sorry.
- 30:49Speaker 1: Rewind.
- 30:50Speaker 2: Yeah, it didn't rewind rewind because I was taking notes fast. Okay,
- 30:53Speaker 2: Lydia says this to Ethan. Zach apologize and he hasn't
- 30:58Speaker 2: done anything like that since then. And if people don't
- 31:00Speaker 2: want our opinions, we won't give our opinion. And Ethan,
- 31:04Speaker 2: I don't know if you were aware of this situation,
- 31:07Speaker 2: but Zach was hearing so many things about Teagan from everyone,
- 31:13Speaker 2: so he wanted to hear about it from you. So
- 31:15Speaker 2: my thing here is hold on. So Zach was hearing
- 31:18Speaker 2: things about Teagan from everyone.
- 31:22Speaker 3: Right, the family was about Tagan being a slut on
- 31:27Speaker 3: Holy fans, right, money grabber, even though I don't know
- 31:31Speaker 3: what money Ethan has. He lives out of his car.
- 31:34Speaker 3: But also, this is a weird jump. Lydia seems to
- 31:39Speaker 3: have instigated the Teagan part of the conversation because I
- 31:44Speaker 3: think that they swash up two parts of the scenes
- 31:47Speaker 3: to get into one.
- 31:49Speaker 2: So Ethan goes, yeah, I appreciate you looking out for me,
- 31:53Speaker 2: but I wasn't looking for your opinion, and Zach goes,
- 31:56Speaker 2: and I wasn't giving it. I was just trying to
- 31:59Speaker 2: understand because I'd heard so many things from everyone, and
- 32:03Speaker 2: concerned and the ups and downs, and so I was
- 32:05Speaker 2: just like, what is it then?
- 32:08Speaker 3: Right?
- 32:08Speaker 2: So now Ethan explains and the talking to had Ethan says,
- 32:12Speaker 2: after we worked on the car, Zach pulled me aside
- 32:15Speaker 2: and said, I know you think you need to go
- 32:17Speaker 2: to Wisconsin, but there are some things I see the
- 32:20Speaker 2: Tigan that you should be concerned about. He had a
- 32:23Speaker 2: couple of things, and one is that she has a child,
- 32:27Speaker 2: and Tiegan's little daughter is the best thing that ever
- 32:29Speaker 2: happened to her, and she's her whole world. And even
- 32:32Speaker 2: if he was coming for a good place, it was
- 32:34Speaker 2: disrespectful and judgmental.
- 32:37Speaker 3: Yeah, he didn't see that part.
- 32:39Speaker 2: We didn't see that part. So for him to go
- 32:41Speaker 2: to Ethan after they had this conversation that was already
- 32:45Speaker 2: cringy enough about the money, then he said off camera
- 32:49Speaker 2: and also she's got this daughter out of wedlock, and
- 32:52Speaker 2: you know, disrespectful and judgmental is what he was. So
- 32:55Speaker 2: if I was Ethan, I would be pissed about that,
- 32:57Speaker 2: and I was Teagan, I'd be pissed about that. Keep
- 32:59Speaker 2: my name and much I'll name at your mouth, absolutely.
- 33:02Speaker 3: And I mean this in the nicest way. Was Zach homeschooled.
- 33:06Speaker 1: No, he went to regular school, school, regular church. Who
- 33:13Speaker 1: has two sisters.
- 33:14Speaker 3: Yeah, he doesn't seem to understand social anything, and.
- 33:20Speaker 1: We think he's he's just self righteous.
- 33:23Speaker 3: He's just self righteous. He has the confidence of a religious,
- 33:26Speaker 3: mediocre white man, and he he seems to think people
- 33:31Speaker 3: are sharing things with him and seeking his counsel, and
- 33:35Speaker 3: in reality, they are physically retracting from his presence, and
- 33:41Speaker 3: he keeps pushing and pushing.
- 33:43Speaker 2: I think he's mistaking family chit chat and gossip as
- 33:46Speaker 2: somebody asking him to fix it or his opinion, when
- 33:51Speaker 2: actually it's just family chit.
- 33:52Speaker 1: Chat and gossip. Nobody's asking you to then jump in
- 33:55Speaker 1: and fix it.
- 33:56Speaker 3: Right, And I think he sees I also do think
- 34:01Speaker 3: in his I hate to do this. He did say
- 34:05Speaker 3: at the beginning of the season, let's just not talk
- 34:08Speaker 3: about each other behind each other's backs. Let's have everything
- 34:11Speaker 3: out in the open. So when he saw people gossiping
- 34:14Speaker 3: about Teagan, He's like, I'm going to go to the
- 34:17Speaker 3: horse's mouth in the tight Wranglers and find out the
- 34:21Speaker 3: scoop because everyone's gossiping about Teagan, but no one has
- 34:24Speaker 3: the balls to say it to Ethan's face because they're
- 34:27Speaker 3: so scared that he's gonna light their house on fire.
- 34:30Speaker 3: So it's up to me because I have the strength
- 34:34Speaker 3: of God behind me, unlike these heathens. So I can
- 34:38Speaker 3: go with righteousness to him and find out the truth
- 34:42Speaker 3: and practice what I preach. I'm putting an end to
- 34:44Speaker 3: the family gossip. We're gonna talk about this on camera.
- 34:48Speaker 3: Is teeing a money grabber?
- 34:51Speaker 1: Is does she have a bastard child? I mean, you know.
- 34:56Speaker 2: So we're talking to Lydia cries and says time and
- 34:58Speaker 2: time again, Zach is misunderstood and that hurts me. And
- 35:03Speaker 2: maybe he hasn't gone about everything in the perfect way
- 35:05Speaker 2: each time, but his heart is always perfect.
- 35:11Speaker 1: And then in the dim I.
- 35:12Speaker 3: Do you feel bad? It is literally a year to
- 35:15Speaker 3: the day that they the worst day of her life,
- 35:19Speaker 3: which was the day before her wedding.
- 35:20Speaker 1: When they tried to stop the wedding by calling him gay.
- 35:23Speaker 3: Yes, this is rough that they are doing this on
- 35:27Speaker 3: this day.
- 35:28Speaker 2: So I'm talking to Lydia cries, she and Zach are together,
- 35:32Speaker 2: and Zach goes, I'm still trying to be a brother
- 35:36Speaker 2: to them. I've noticed that Zach when he gets he
- 35:40Speaker 2: does this. He flicks his nose like he has a
- 35:42Speaker 2: cocaine problem.
- 35:43Speaker 1: He does.
- 35:44Speaker 2: He flicks his thumb or is it on the butt,
- 35:46Speaker 2: like when he's nervous. He flicks his nose and Zach says, I'm.
- 35:50Speaker 3: Still trying to me, Yeah, me do picking his nose?
- 35:54Speaker 2: Yeah, well that's a full picking. This is just like
- 35:56Speaker 2: a tick. Zack says, I'm still trying.
- 35:59Speaker 1: To be a other.
- 36:00Speaker 2: And I never was a brother to any other brothers,
- 36:04Speaker 2: and so I'm just like, am I supposed to wrestle them? Like?
- 36:06Speaker 1: I don't know what do? Right? We didn't my brothers.
- 36:11Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, So now we go to a commercial and
- 36:14Speaker 2: we come back dramatic violin music is just like.
- 36:22Speaker 1: So. In the Talking Head, Lydia says, one year ago
- 36:26Speaker 1: was one of the hardest days of my life. And
- 36:28Speaker 1: here we are, so, Zach says to the group.
- 36:33Speaker 2: Part of the reason I think that we have gone
- 36:35Speaker 2: about things the way that we have is we're always
- 36:37Speaker 2: doing what you guys want to do.
- 36:40Speaker 1: Barry and the girls are great.
- 36:42Speaker 2: It's swinging by, you know when they're in Tallahassee and
- 36:44Speaker 2: hanging out. But it's like pulling an arm and a
- 36:47Speaker 2: leg to get you guys to hang out. You know,
- 36:49Speaker 2: I'm not holding anything against you, but we're right there
- 36:52Speaker 2: forty five minutes away, and Lydia says, yep, the door
- 36:56Speaker 2: is always open, and Kim goes, I believe I've come
- 36:59Speaker 2: every time I've been invited, which I think is just once.
- 37:04Speaker 3: She's saying, they want you to invite yourselves, like suggests things, yeah,
- 37:09Speaker 3: not just wait, yeah, not just wait until you're invited. Also,
- 37:12Speaker 3: forty five minutes.
- 37:13Speaker 1: It is far.
- 37:14Speaker 3: I don't want to try forty five minutes to see
- 37:16Speaker 3: somebody who won't even play Cards against Humanity with.
- 37:21Speaker 2: So Kim then lists all the nice things she's done.
- 37:24Speaker 2: I let her cut my hair, I took a much cheesecake.
- 37:30Speaker 1: I boughtom a flower from Goodwill.
- 37:33Speaker 2: She names all the nice things she's done in the
- 37:34Speaker 2: time she's gone over there, and the talking head tea
- 37:38Speaker 2: and goes, I'm not around that much, but I can
- 37:41Speaker 2: tell you when I was around, they are not excluded
- 37:44Speaker 2: at all. People go out of their way to make
- 37:46Speaker 2: them be included, and then when they are included, they
- 37:49Speaker 2: want to be catered to one hundred percent. Also, they
- 37:53Speaker 2: said they said I had a bastard child, so fuck them.
- 37:56Speaker 3: Fuck them. Yeah, but as like a outside member. I
- 38:02Speaker 3: kind of take I go, oh, okay, that's I can
- 38:05Speaker 3: see that.
- 38:07Speaker 2: Yes, because she's not in the family, she's got no
- 38:09Speaker 2: she has no loyalty to Ethan or anybody really anymore.
- 38:12Speaker 2: So she's actually having her honest opinion. Yeah, And Ethan says,
- 38:17Speaker 2: going forward, my boundary is unless I come to you
- 38:21Speaker 2: and ask you, what are your thoughts on me moving
- 38:23Speaker 2: to Wisconsin or what on your thoughts are me playing
- 38:26Speaker 2: this card game, I would appreciate it if you would
- 38:29Speaker 2: keep your opinions to yourself and don't tell me if
- 38:32Speaker 2: something is right or wrong, and don't tell the girls
- 38:35Speaker 2: if something is right or wrong, and if you feel
- 38:37Speaker 2: really convicted of something, don't participate. And if you respect
- 38:42Speaker 2: that boundary, I would appreciate it for me and my siblings.
- 38:46Speaker 1: I am the oldest boy and.
- 38:48Speaker 2: I have spoken MH and Zach says, I understand, I'll
- 38:53Speaker 2: respect your wishes. So the producer says to Zach and
- 38:57Speaker 2: Lydia together, so what do you take from that? And
- 39:00Speaker 2: Zach says I need to shut up, and Lydia goes
- 39:04Speaker 2: duly noted, and he says, I'm not perfect and I
- 39:07Speaker 2: could very well have judged them wrongly. I just wish
- 39:11Speaker 2: my heart was understood. Okay, all right, So Lydia says
- 39:18Speaker 2: to everyone, we don't know how to include ourselves, Zach says,
- 39:22Speaker 2: and they said, well, what would you like to do
- 39:24Speaker 2: with us?
- 39:25Speaker 1: And Zach goes, I'd like to.
- 39:26Speaker 2: Do more bonfires, and they said, we'd like to go fishing.
- 39:30Speaker 3: And then they make some jokes when Ethan is no,
- 39:34Speaker 3: not that, not that engagement party.
- 39:36Speaker 2: He's like, if you guys need help to like make
- 39:39Speaker 2: a four wheeler track, like, I'd love to come.
- 39:40Speaker 1: Out here and work on the farm.
- 39:42Speaker 2: And they joke about going fishing, and Kim says, Kim says,
- 39:45Speaker 2: he'll he'll, I'll cook under and then Kim says, well,
- 39:52Speaker 2: it's five o'clock somewhere.
- 39:53Speaker 1: Am I right? I feel this has been productive.
- 39:57Speaker 2: Everybody got a chance to voice what was bothering them,
- 40:00Speaker 2: and I came out looking great. I made Ethan do
- 40:02Speaker 2: all the dirty work. So now that it's done and cleared,
- 40:07Speaker 2: everything is off the table.
- 40:09Speaker 1: We can move forward.
- 40:10Speaker 2: So we're gonna eat lunch and then we'll move on
- 40:13Speaker 2: to the second part of our day, which is talking
- 40:15Speaker 2: about my dead child.
- 40:17Speaker 1: Okay, let's go So.
- 40:22Speaker 2: And the talking him was with Zach and Lydia. The
- 40:25Speaker 2: producer says, how are you feeling? And Zach says, well,
- 40:29Speaker 2: we feel confused, and again we feel that we are
- 40:32Speaker 2: the outsiders looking in and from the beginning we could
- 40:35Speaker 2: tell our lifestyles are different enough that we won't mesh. Well,
- 40:39Speaker 2: we aren't going to change our lifestyles to suit each other,
- 40:42Speaker 2: and Lydia says, and I can see in Zach he
- 40:45Speaker 2: got shut down from the beginning and he is trying
- 40:48Speaker 2: to show care, but it was taken as disrespectful. I
- 40:51Speaker 2: just don't have any words. It's not any words.
- 40:55Speaker 3: Also, they were thrown for a loop. They thought this
- 40:58Speaker 3: was about Joshua or that maybe their anniversary, like they
- 41:03Speaker 3: didn't know what it was about. And then it was
- 41:06Speaker 3: a we all have a bone to pick with you guys.
- 41:09Speaker 2: I think it's funny because they're like, well, we began
- 41:11Speaker 2: the season with us sitting down telling them what's what,
- 41:14Speaker 2: so now we're all going to sit down and talk
- 41:16Speaker 2: about how wonderful it is and how they were so
- 41:19Speaker 2: glad that we did that.
- 41:20Speaker 1: At the first of the season, they.
- 41:21Speaker 2: Had no idea and so Barry and Zach talk out
- 41:25Speaker 2: By the chickens. Did you feel like this chicken should
- 41:28Speaker 2: have been born in the shade? I kind of felt
- 41:29Speaker 2: like they were out in the middle of a field.
- 41:31Speaker 3: Yeah, why aren't they just in a pen? Just outed
- 41:33Speaker 3: in the middle of nowhere. There was no roof.
- 41:36Speaker 2: It was weird, and maybe that maybe they go for
- 41:39Speaker 2: one pen to the other. I don't know about chickens.
- 41:41Speaker 1: So Barry and Zach talk.
- 41:44Speaker 2: They're best friends, you know, and h Zach's like, wow,
- 41:47Speaker 2: well that was really something. Ary goes, oh, I had
- 41:50Speaker 2: no idea coming in cold on that one, and I
- 41:54Speaker 2: certainly don't know what happened in Montana. And Zach says, well,
- 41:57Speaker 2: what I've learned is hybeat overstep. Maybe I talk too much,
- 42:02Speaker 2: and Barry goes, ooh, maybe you're exporting your opinion into
- 42:06Speaker 2: lands that don't want the imports.
- 42:09Speaker 1: You gotta help, Barry. You gotta have jurisdictional boundaries, right,
- 42:14Speaker 1: you gotta you gotta take that into consideration, like who's
- 42:18Speaker 1: offendable and who's less offendable? Right right? So Ethan he's growing?
- 42:24Speaker 2: Is that?
- 42:25Speaker 1: Go yeah taller?
- 42:28Speaker 2: Zact like you think I've given Ethan a fucking inch
- 42:31Speaker 2: Get out of here.
- 42:32Speaker 1: He is the one that just did that whole thing.
- 42:35Speaker 3: But he didn't pull out a baseball bat or anything,
- 42:38Speaker 3: and he did.
- 42:39Speaker 2: Not he didn't butt head firefire, Yeah, he didn't do
- 42:44Speaker 2: any of that.
- 42:46Speaker 3: It was less angry and less violent.
- 42:50Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah.
- 42:51Speaker 2: So Ethan and Teagan talk and everybody's gotten up and
- 42:54Speaker 2: they're still sitting there, and Teagan goes.
- 42:57Speaker 1: Well, I feel bad for Lydia.
- 42:58Speaker 2: Ethan goes, I do too, but is better just to
- 43:00Speaker 2: get it out and to say it. And Teakan goes, well,
- 43:04Speaker 2: you know, he took accountability, so I appreciate that.
- 43:08Speaker 1: Meanwhile, you motherfucker don't talk about my kid.
- 43:11Speaker 3: So why even like sitting in Teagan's lap too, and
- 43:15Speaker 3: this whole they're sitting armed to arm like elbow. He's
- 43:18Speaker 3: trying so.
- 43:19Speaker 1: Hard, but they're not touching, no touching.
- 43:22Speaker 3: But she yeah, because she's like friends, we're still friends.
- 43:26Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 43:26Speaker 2: My sister looked up and goes, what is with that
- 43:28Speaker 2: girl's shirt? And I go, oh, she's just like they
- 43:32Speaker 2: called me a whore. I'm gonna dress like I'm gonna
- 43:34Speaker 2: dress like a horror So just kidding, guet, we don't
- 43:38Speaker 2: actually we're saying what they would think if we actually
- 43:41Speaker 2: don't Yeah, I love Teagan. I love her new journey
- 43:44Speaker 2: and her new hot boyfriend. We're here for it.
- 43:46Speaker 3: So yeah.
- 43:46Speaker 2: In the talking head, Ethan says, I I think I've grown,
- 43:51Speaker 2: and I think I've become more empathetic to how other
- 43:53Speaker 2: people feel. And maybe people are right and I shouldn't
- 43:57Speaker 2: have started a serious relationship right after my marriage, but
- 44:01Speaker 2: I'm still learning.
- 44:04Speaker 3: I really think that I wish he had said some
- 44:07Speaker 3: of that to the group and maybe gave an updated
- 44:10Speaker 3: apology to Zach for the whole trying to ruin the
- 44:13Speaker 3: engagement you're gay thing.
- 44:16Speaker 1: Not an updated apology because he's never apologized.
- 44:19Speaker 3: Exactly, because he gave like a half ass I'm sorry
- 44:22Speaker 3: if I'm sorry, I tried to set hire to the
- 44:27Speaker 3: land because you were proposing to my sister and then
- 44:30Speaker 3: I repeatedly talked about having sex with her. So now
- 44:35Speaker 3: with this newfound growth, he could have said something. And
- 44:39Speaker 3: I feel like if he and te can feel bad
- 44:41Speaker 3: for Lydia because she's been crying on her anniversary, Yeah,
- 44:44Speaker 3: could have gone over, given her a hug, checked in
- 44:47Speaker 3: say I'm sorry if that was rough, you know, like
- 44:51Speaker 3: I really want to.
- 44:52Speaker 2: Well, Te is like I'm never going to see these
- 44:53Speaker 2: people again. I don't give a flying fuck.
- 44:55Speaker 3: No, she does not flight.
- 44:57Speaker 1: My flight is at seven o'clock. Get me out of here.
- 44:59Speaker 3: Yeah, but Ethan could show this new empathy that he
- 45:03Speaker 3: suddenly has. He had to be taught empathy, like yeah,
- 45:07Speaker 3: in his late twenties. He had to learn empathy.
- 45:11Speaker 2: Thirty seven, oh Nola, he is okay. So two hours later,
- 45:16Speaker 2: so they've had food or whatever, Zach and Kim are
- 45:19Speaker 2: talking on the couch and.
- 45:25Speaker 1: Zak says to Kim, Okay, so, y'all are all going
- 45:27Speaker 1: to be talking. So that's good.
- 45:28Speaker 2: So I guess i'll y'all are going to be talking,
- 45:30Speaker 2: So I guess I'll hang out with Teagan and she goes, yeah, yeah, Ken's.
- 45:34Speaker 3: Around more Babylon.
- 45:36Speaker 1: Yeah, y'all don't want to have to touch her or anything.
- 45:39Speaker 1: And she goes, yeah, Ken's around.
- 45:40Speaker 2: He's like, those are my choices, okay yeah, And he says, well,
- 45:45Speaker 2: I'm glad you had this over, and I'm glad you're
- 45:47Speaker 2: going to talk about Joshua more. That's awesome, and I
- 45:50Speaker 2: know Lydia is excited for it, and I'm excited for
- 45:53Speaker 2: it too, just to see the whole family talking and
- 45:55Speaker 2: come together. It's really cool and she's excited to share
- 45:59Speaker 2: this with her family, So it's awesome.
- 46:01Speaker 1: It's great.
- 46:02Speaker 2: And uh, she just looks at him, and Kim says,
- 46:05Speaker 2: you know, when a parent loses a child, there is
- 46:08Speaker 2: never a time. The void will never be filled.
- 46:11Speaker 1: You know.
- 46:11Speaker 2: I lost so much of my life to that and
- 46:13Speaker 2: I just didn't want to go through it again. But
- 46:16Speaker 2: if they all need me to go back there for
- 46:17Speaker 2: a while to talk about it, I will. So he's like, great.
- 46:21Speaker 2: So Zach is so upset that he's not going to
- 46:24Speaker 2: be included in this. He cannot believe he's being left out.
- 46:27Speaker 2: He can't believe it. Ken is not married and Tigan
- 46:30Speaker 2: is not married, but damn it, Zach is married and
- 46:33Speaker 2: he should be included like he is. He is like,
- 46:36Speaker 2: I'm so glad you're all coming together.
- 46:38Speaker 3: God, I wish I was my guidness. He needs my
- 46:42Speaker 3: grief counseling.
- 46:44Speaker 2: So I'm talking head. Kim goes, I'm aware that Zach
- 46:47Speaker 2: likes to have deep conversations, but I don't think that
- 46:51Speaker 2: excited is the word I would pick. And Uh, I
- 46:54Speaker 2: know where he's coming from, and I know he means well,
- 46:58Speaker 2: I need to find out what he needs from me
- 47:00Speaker 2: to feel loved and accepted, because I want to fix that.
- 47:03Speaker 2: I want to be here for my kids for whatever
- 47:05Speaker 2: they need, and I'm ready for this if it's a
- 47:07Speaker 2: painful conversation.
- 47:09Speaker 3: We're sure he wasn't homeschooled.
- 47:12Speaker 1: She wasn't he all.
- 47:14Speaker 3: This is another one of those conversations that he does
- 47:17Speaker 3: not seem to understand that the other person does not
- 47:19Speaker 3: want to be in that conversation. I wouldn't be surprised
- 47:24Speaker 3: if he was like on the spectrum or something, because
- 47:28Speaker 3: no social awareness.
- 47:30Speaker 1: He is very by language.
- 47:33Speaker 3: He's so so but also but like she's just trying
- 47:35Speaker 3: to eat and take a break before they have this
- 47:38Speaker 3: really intense conversation about the loss of a child, and
- 47:42Speaker 3: he is like keeps trying to talk to her so
- 47:46Speaker 3: excited this one on one time with Kim, and she's
- 47:50Speaker 3: like trying to mentally prepare herself. Like she also her
- 47:54Speaker 3: foot is on that coffee table, and I know it's
- 47:57Speaker 3: her house, but I was like, get that foot off
- 47:59Speaker 3: your coffee table. You have guests over and.
- 48:02Speaker 1: The talking to head.
- 48:03Speaker 2: Lydia says, I've given up trying to make all these
- 48:06Speaker 2: relationships perfect and with my mom and Zach. I don't
- 48:08Speaker 2: know time, I don't know, so I'm talking head. Zach
- 48:13Speaker 2: says something that we all feel very deeply, which is
- 48:16Speaker 2: I don't understand Kim and how she operates.
- 48:19Speaker 1: She's got her life, I'm just trying to understand it,
- 48:23Speaker 1: and the decisions that she makes just doesn't click for me.
- 48:29Speaker 1: And we agree with you. We agree with you, but
- 48:31Speaker 1: you don't need to be judging. You just got here, Lydia.
- 48:35Speaker 3: It's like when your best friend breaks up with her
- 48:38Speaker 3: boyfriend and tells you all of the horrible shit and
- 48:41Speaker 3: then get back together with the boyfriend and you have
- 48:44Speaker 3: to pretend you're not still bothered.
- 48:46Speaker 2: Yes, yes, he goes, it just doesn't click for me,
- 48:50Speaker 2: and Lydia over the last few years has worked really
- 48:52Speaker 2: hard just to be seen in the family, and I
- 48:56Speaker 2: don't think Kim really tries to see her or try
- 49:00Speaker 2: to even I don't want to talk about this. I
- 49:04Speaker 2: can defend my wife, but in all honesty, I don't know.
- 49:07Speaker 1: What they've been through. Period. So he was starting to
- 49:10Speaker 1: go down and he was like, ah, I just.
- 49:12Speaker 3: Like Green Dress. I think it was all coming back
- 49:16Speaker 3: to Hunter Green. You don't really know me, mom.
- 49:19Speaker 1: I don't I don't think.
- 49:20Speaker 2: I think it was coming back to she left the
- 49:22Speaker 2: family and Lydia had to pick up the pieces. And
- 49:25Speaker 2: I don't understand why she doesn't see that Lydia had
- 49:27Speaker 2: to take on the role of wife and mother in
- 49:30Speaker 2: addition to Cinderella, you know. But I think he was
- 49:34Speaker 2: about to go down. She left the family and Lydia
- 49:36Speaker 2: had to but he was like, I'm just he realized
- 49:40Speaker 2: he stopped. So Ken, Tigan and Zack sit awkwardly on
- 49:45Speaker 2: the couch and talk about the dog and I this
- 49:47Speaker 2: is a this is a spinoff.
- 49:48Speaker 1: I needed. This was hilarious. This like the producers.
- 49:52Speaker 3: There are other chairs, but the producers make them sit there,
- 49:57Speaker 3: and Tigan's like this or boobs or pushed together because
- 50:01Speaker 3: she's like, doesn't She's right in the middle. Oh, it
- 50:05Speaker 3: smells like chewing tobacco, and the other smells like hair
- 50:08Speaker 3: jel made by Jesus. And she's just like, I gotta
- 50:14Speaker 3: get out of this fucking family. She's not even dating
- 50:17Speaker 3: anyone in this family right.
- 50:19Speaker 2: My here she's looking at production my flights at seven
- 50:22Speaker 2: four thirty.
- 50:23Speaker 1: We're heading to the airport.
- 50:25Speaker 3: So see my contract is complete right.
- 50:27Speaker 1: Right after today. Never again, right.
- 50:30Speaker 2: So Kim and Barry sit outside with Mariah, Ethan, Lydia,
- 50:36Speaker 2: Isaac and Kim, cassi Ye Bamber Mercy, so dusty child.
- 50:43Speaker 2: Lydia says, regarding Joshua, I just want to acknowledge him more.
- 50:49Speaker 2: We always say they're nine children, but there's ten. And
- 50:53Speaker 2: Maria goes, yeah, you know, I think it's a good
- 50:55Speaker 2: thing to talk about the grieving process, but you can
- 50:58Speaker 2: get stuck there. And so I've really been working on
- 51:02Speaker 2: remembering Joshua and not the tragedy. And so Lydia starts
- 51:06Speaker 2: crying and they're talking to Lydia says, this is all
- 51:10Speaker 2: I needed, just to bring him up in conversation. The
- 51:13Speaker 2: fact that we're gathering for this purpose, it's all right there.
- 51:17Speaker 2: And this opens the door to talk about Joshua. And
- 51:20Speaker 2: I'm really proud of my mom for doing this because
- 51:22Speaker 2: I really do feel like other than that one time
- 51:24Speaker 2: performatively on the show where they went to the grave,
- 51:27Speaker 2: according to Olivia, they had never been.
- 51:29Speaker 3: In the car.
- 51:29Speaker 1: Yah. Yeah, they had never done it ever.
- 51:32Speaker 3: Ever, that's crazy.
- 51:34Speaker 2: So Kim brings duckies for the three that never got
- 51:39Speaker 2: to meet Joshua, because remember, I mean, he was only
- 51:41Speaker 2: seventeen months old, So his personality really was rubber duckies.
- 51:44Speaker 2: And I mean, you know, he's a cute little baby
- 51:45Speaker 2: toddling around and they talk about, Oh, he loved his duckies.
- 51:50Speaker 2: He called him Gukies. He loved his dog book, and
- 51:53Speaker 2: he loved his red boots. And they were just talking
- 51:56Speaker 2: about all the things they liked to do. And Kim said,
- 51:58Speaker 2: Isac would lead him around the farm when they were
- 52:00Speaker 2: walking around, hold hands and and Ethan goes, I remember,
- 52:04Speaker 2: I just put him in, strap him in the little car,
- 52:05Speaker 2: and push him around the little car. And Kim nicely,
- 52:10Speaker 2: in a very out of her own way moment, looks
- 52:13Speaker 2: at Barry and says, how are you doing?
- 52:16Speaker 1: Mm hmm shocking.
- 52:19Speaker 3: But I did feel like it was a little judge, like,
- 52:21Speaker 3: why aren't you talking? Look how much growth I've had, Barry,
- 52:23Speaker 3: I went to therapy. Why aren't you talking about your
- 52:26Speaker 3: feelings right now?
- 52:27Speaker 1: Barry goes, I'm thinking.
- 52:28Speaker 2: I had a hot girl named Jonie and u Joe
- 52:32Speaker 2: Anne whatever her name was.
- 52:33Speaker 3: And Barry, you met my mom?
- 52:38Speaker 1: What was that girl you doing on the data? I
- 52:40Speaker 1: was cast Sandra Bullock, Joni Jony whatever her name was,
- 52:43Speaker 1: And Barry says, you know, everything we went through early on,
- 52:47Speaker 1: I had to stop asking why. It was all counter
- 52:50Speaker 1: productive to the situation.
- 52:51Speaker 2: I just tried to play my role as best I
- 52:54Speaker 2: could and move on, you know, because he was like,
- 52:57Speaker 2: I'm dealing with the death of my child, plus my
- 53:00Speaker 2: wife is taken to the bed, plus I've got forty
- 53:02Speaker 2: six other children running around and Hosannah and Lydia just
- 53:06Speaker 2: can't get that laundry done fast enough. So and the
- 53:09Speaker 2: talking head Barry says, I always like to think back
- 53:12Speaker 2: on Joshua, right, and I remember the good seventeen months
- 53:15Speaker 2: we had, and yeah, there'll always be a scar from
- 53:18Speaker 2: a trauma like this.
- 53:19Speaker 1: It was a big loss. It was a tragedy.
- 53:22Speaker 2: So Mariah says, well, Mom, we're all talking about ourselves,
- 53:25Speaker 2: but how are you doing, And she goes.
- 53:27Speaker 1: Well, you know, I talked to doctor Tye.
- 53:29Speaker 2: And I realized I could talk about it and I
- 53:33Speaker 2: can talk about him. And Lydia cries and says, I
- 53:36Speaker 2: think about everything that you've been through, Mom, and how
- 53:39Speaker 2: strong you are and pushing through it. So thank you
- 53:42Speaker 2: for talking. And that makes Kim cry because somebody appreciated her.
- 53:46Speaker 2: And Maria goes, yeah, Mom, you're really strong and they
- 53:50Speaker 2: and Kim, you know, is happy. So talking head Kim says,
- 53:54Speaker 2: Lydia brought this on by talking publicly and that wasn't
- 53:58Speaker 2: the right way to go about it, but the end
- 54:01Speaker 2: result has been beautiful. And losing someone does make you
- 54:06Speaker 2: appreciate all the people in your life that are still here.
- 54:09Speaker 2: And I want Lydia to know she is loved and appreciated.
- 54:13Speaker 2: And I know that after talking to doctor Ty, I
- 54:16Speaker 2: needed to do this for my kids. And it's really
- 54:19Speaker 2: hard to talk about hard things, but we're all in
- 54:22Speaker 2: it for the long haul and we will all keep
- 54:24Speaker 2: working on it.
- 54:26Speaker 1: And one of the.
- 54:27Speaker 2: Kids says, we're so lucky we have such great parents.
- 54:31Speaker 2: I think it's Mariah, even though I kicked out when
- 54:33Speaker 2: I was sixteen for wearing a tank top. But I've
- 54:35Speaker 2: forgotten about all of that.
- 54:38Speaker 3: So now they're going to voice again.
- 54:40Speaker 2: She's doing a baby voice again. So they're gonna put
- 54:42Speaker 2: Joshua's name on the bench. So in the talking to
- 54:45Speaker 2: bear goes no, Michael, Michael, he's not here, but he'll
- 54:49Speaker 2: he'll work on it when he gets here, and he'll
- 54:51Speaker 2: he'll help carve when he gets here.
- 54:53Speaker 1: I had to work and uh no, you've worked your job?
- 54:59Speaker 3: Is the show my season?
- 55:01Speaker 1: We only saw episode one and two.
- 55:04Speaker 3: Yes, by the way, Yeah, you and Keisha are pushing
- 55:09Speaker 3: it too far with your sexual fawning over Micah.
- 55:13Speaker 1: No we're not.
- 55:14Speaker 3: I'm making I am uncomfortable because he he is like
- 55:20Speaker 3: thirty years younger than you.
- 55:22Speaker 1: Mary Payne, It's gonna get worse.
- 55:24Speaker 3: You are Jenny of Jenny and Side, and I think
- 55:29Speaker 3: you need to take a good hard look in the mirror. Well,
- 55:35Speaker 3: next time you talk about somebody's age difference at ninety
- 55:38Speaker 3: day fiance, I'm gonna be there to remind you.
- 55:41Speaker 1: I've never acted on it.
- 55:42Speaker 4: Okay, So so all right, So blah bade blah to
- 55:50Speaker 4: talking to Edi, says, you know, my mom likes to
- 55:53Speaker 4: have little places to sit around the farm.
- 55:55Speaker 2: She likes to sit outside and so having this bench
- 55:57Speaker 2: is really nice. It's better you're not laughing that what
- 56:00Speaker 2: he said. She likes to have a little place.
- 56:01Speaker 1: This is it.
- 56:02Speaker 3: My mom's all about places to sit outside of like
- 56:07Speaker 3: what that shade.
- 56:09Speaker 1: She likes to have little places to sit and rest.
- 56:12Speaker 3: Yeah, she's so lazy.
- 56:15Speaker 2: So they look at the bench, we get some nice
- 56:17Speaker 2: music and an aerial shot of pulling back of all
- 56:20Speaker 2: the kids looking at the bench and with Kim and
- 56:22Speaker 2: Barry and a dog just sitting there her, which it
- 56:25Speaker 2: was beautiful. Actually, it's like somebody got to use the
- 56:28Speaker 2: drone that day, so.
- 56:30Speaker 3: Uh, he need to put Micah in there, just like
- 56:33Speaker 3: a little animation Micah so uh Ken.
- 56:39Speaker 1: T and z hmmm, oh Ken, Tagan and Zach look
- 56:44Speaker 1: at the dog. There's the dog. Yeah, oh yeah, oh
- 56:46Speaker 1: it's an old dog, very awkward.
- 56:48Speaker 2: And the talking head Tagan says, I don't in the
- 56:53Speaker 2: talking head, she says she does not plan on talking
- 56:56Speaker 2: to him and does not want to dampen the mood.
- 57:00Speaker 1: Zach, I don't want to want to talk to Zach.
- 57:03Speaker 2: Yes, she says, we're here, we're here to celebrate he
- 57:06Speaker 2: and Lydia, and now I'm not going to talk to him.
- 57:08Speaker 2: And all the way, it's almost four thirty and I'll
- 57:11Speaker 2: never see these people again exactly.
- 57:13Speaker 3: Also, the intervention part of the day is over, Teakan,
- 57:17Speaker 3: so she does it now anyway because now we're in
- 57:20Speaker 3: the memorial section.
- 57:21Speaker 1: Section right right right right at.
- 57:24Speaker 3: The program we're trying to stick to like at a
- 57:26Speaker 3: wedding at.
- 57:27Speaker 1: Three thirty were tied dying t shirts. Okay, so.
- 57:31Speaker 2: The talking head Zach says, it seems like Teagan doesn't
- 57:36Speaker 2: even want to be here, and from what I heard,
- 57:39Speaker 2: Teagan was terrible. So I was trying to understand why
- 57:43Speaker 2: Ethan doesn't think so we brought up some things we
- 57:46Speaker 2: thought were serious. So I don't think I can own
- 57:49Speaker 2: up to the fact that I was wrong, but of course,
- 57:52Speaker 2: because we were the ones to bring it up because
- 57:54Speaker 2: nobody else would.
- 57:56Speaker 3: Yeah, okay, you're scared of tight pants wrangler, it's.
- 58:01Speaker 1: Not your business about Teagan and her child.
- 58:04Speaker 3: Also, how could you have watched last season and think
- 58:08Speaker 3: that Teagan was terrible?
- 58:10Speaker 2: Right, I don't get it. So now it's raining. Kim says, Oh,
- 58:14Speaker 2: we had this great party plans for outside, but now
- 58:16Speaker 2: we need to do it inside. We have to shift,
- 58:18Speaker 2: and she says this is how she shows love by
- 58:20Speaker 2: doing this event. So Mariah and Mercy distract Lydia and
- 58:24Speaker 2: Zach and take them upstairs and force them to listen
- 58:26Speaker 2: to Mariah try to play a violin in the closet
- 58:31Speaker 2: in the prayer closet. That wasn't the prayer closet. The
- 58:34Speaker 2: prayer closet is in Barry's house. They never had a
- 58:38Speaker 2: prayer closet at the farm. That was literally where somebody
- 58:40Speaker 2: slept in that closet. The six kids, that's six kids
- 58:44Speaker 2: in that loft six six room was this white. They
- 58:48Speaker 2: had six kids. You go up up to the lost
- 58:51Speaker 2: three feet wide, four bunk beds, two single beds, a
- 58:55Speaker 2: half bath in that closet.
- 58:57Speaker 1: That's what's up there.
- 58:58Speaker 2: So Barry says, it's great to see the siblings come
- 59:02Speaker 2: together and have fun. We see Isaac pretend balloons or boobs.
- 59:06Speaker 1: Hey, oh my god, big tigan. I'm all right, big jugs.
- 59:13Speaker 3: So didn't say anything. He was not an appropriate joke.
- 59:18Speaker 1: He was he was upstairs. He would have never done that.
- 59:20Speaker 1: Run of Zach Lydia, hide your face so everybody, they.
- 59:26Speaker 2: Get them downstairs surprise, have the big anniversary surprise.
- 59:29Speaker 1: He dips her and kisses her, just like on our
- 59:31Speaker 1: wedding day one year ago, we had our first gifts.
- 59:35Speaker 1: So I'm the talking to head.
- 59:35Speaker 2: Lydia and Zach are like, yeah, we're pretty amazed they
- 59:38Speaker 2: put in this effort to celebrate us. Yeah, and Zach says,
- 59:42Speaker 2: I just hope next time conflict arises. I am not misunderstood,
- 59:47Speaker 2: and the producer says, so, how will you ensure next
- 59:50Speaker 2: time you're not misunderstood? And Lydia goes, oh, I can't
- 59:53Speaker 2: really think about it, and he goes, let me answer.
- 59:55Speaker 1: Please, What the fuck?
- 59:59Speaker 2: And he says, yeah, I mean if we continue to
- 1:00:03Speaker 2: be misunderstood, then we just won't keep trying. And you know,
- 1:00:06Speaker 2: we've grown since last year and we will continue growing
- 1:00:09Speaker 2: and we can leave it open ended without expectations. That's
- 1:00:12Speaker 2: what we've learned, because otherwise you end up her in
- 1:00:15Speaker 2: confused and honestly, I'm tired of working on relationships.
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: I just want to be for a little bit and
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: see who floats in and out.
- 1:00:24Speaker 3: That's what Lydia says.
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: That's what Lydia says when she was allowed to speak.
- 1:00:29Speaker 3: Yeah, exactly.
- 1:00:30Speaker 2: Now.
- 1:00:30Speaker 3: I know she does interrupt him a lot. I think
- 1:00:33Speaker 3: she does, yeah, but people have pointed that out on
- 1:00:36Speaker 3: the podcast when they were there together, so maybe he's
- 1:00:39Speaker 3: just sick of it. But she's never been allowed to
- 1:00:42Speaker 3: have a voice, so yeah, that's probably why she interrupts
- 1:00:45Speaker 3: him constantly, and maybe he's swinging the other way by
- 1:00:48Speaker 3: cutting her off.
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: But when he said let me speak, she laughed and
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: put her head on his shoulder like.
- 1:00:53Speaker 3: She did, like it was a joke, but his eyes
- 1:00:56Speaker 3: convey a darkness that frightened me, and I don't like it.
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: I agree, So the talking head Berry goes, we're getting
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: more opportunities to practice communicating better. So yeah, and as
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: for me, the search for Saundra bullet continues.
- 1:01:16Speaker 3: You just got to pop that pimple on your Noseberry
- 1:01:18Speaker 3: and get out and back out there, Isaac.
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: They do with cheers with some sort of green drink.
- 1:01:23Speaker 2: I have a feeling it was some sort of like
- 1:01:25Speaker 2: a green Sherberty, one of those sherberty things where you
- 1:01:28Speaker 2: like make a thing and you put like ice cream
- 1:01:30Speaker 2: in it floats and then you scoop that.
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: That's what it looks like.
- 1:01:32Speaker 3: What's the virgin?
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: Yes, oh yes, it was not for Kim. Not for Kim,
- 1:01:40Speaker 2: and the talking head Kim says, it could be hard
- 1:01:42Speaker 2: being a parent to so many.
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: I don't have it all figured out. If anybody figures
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: it out, let me know. And that's the end.
- 1:01:52Speaker 3: She always does that too, whenever she's like about to
- 1:01:56Speaker 3: admit a mistake, She's like, but no one could know
- 1:01:59Speaker 3: what to do.
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm not perfect but no one is.
- 1:02:02Speaker 3: But no one is. I don't know how to raise
- 1:02:05Speaker 3: all these children, but no one who will one tell me?
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: No one knows how to raise as many children. Well,
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: I give this season eight out of ten. It was
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: season eight. That's not uh.
- 1:02:16Speaker 2: I didn't mean it that way, but I'll give it
- 1:02:18Speaker 2: a eight out of ten. It's not the best season
- 1:02:19Speaker 2: we've ever had.
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: But it's pretty good.
- 1:02:22Speaker 3: I thought it was pretty good.
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: Yeah, a new a new bombshell enters the villa.
- 1:02:26Speaker 3: It's zach uh huh, a new villain cave like a
- 1:02:30Speaker 3: wrecking ball in Myrie Cyrus hot pants. And I don't
- 1:02:40Speaker 3: know what's going to happen next season if there.
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: Ethan's got that new girl that he's been seen around with,
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: that blonde. Okay, so we'll see.
- 1:02:48Speaker 3: Just want so he really took don't date until I've
- 1:02:52Speaker 3: worked on myself to heart.
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: He could just be a one off date, you know. Yeah. Well, everybody,
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: that is it? And yep, sorry, that's my sister coming
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: in to tell me you time to go. Everybody that

- 1:03:21Speaker 2: we'll do it right here.
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: Girl, are you Are you sure they.
- 1:03:23Speaker 3: Don't love the rewatch with Keisha?
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: They love that. They love that too.
- 1:03:29Speaker 3: Okay, I love that too. I always think they love
- 1:03:31Speaker 3: her more than me.
- 1:03:32Speaker 2: You know, I know that you do, but it's not don't.
- 1:03:34Speaker 2: In the words of my cousin Page, don't be so competitious.
- 1:03:37Speaker 3: I'm not.
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: I try not to say competitious.
- 1:03:41Speaker 3: If she keeps sending me texts like the people love
- 1:03:44Speaker 3: me more than they love you know.
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: That she doesn't. No, she doesn't.
