Egbuka Returning, Bucs Receiving Hope | Tampa Bay Buccaneers News
Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ star wideout Emeka Egbuka is making strides in his toe recovery, seen running on a side field and looking sharp just 11 days before their season opener against the Bengals. With veteran Mike Evans gone, Egbuka — who flashed brilliance last year with 63 catches for 938 yards and 6 TDs — is poised to take over as the team’s top receiver. Backup Jalen McMillan is also rehabbing well, and coach Bowles says they’re moving in the right direction. Positive signs abound as the Bucs gear up for a big season.
