  Daniel Penny ended up getting acquitted for what had happened

  on a subway train. As far as I know, the story went

  like this. A vagrant, homeless black man

  decided that he wanted to walk around the subway station and on

  the train and actually threaten people's lives and say he was
• 1:55
  going to hurt people, do all kinds of stuff.

  Well, Daniel Penny decided that he was going to put the guy in

  what appears to be a rear chokehold.

  You can tell by the footage that he didn't apply much pressure or

  anything like that. Unfortunately for Daniel Penny,

  the guy was so drugged up and so screwed up that he had already

  had a prior health issues and all that, so it didn't do him

  any favors. Now here's where the problem

  comes in. Obviously, at some point in

  time, the cops show up. People are actually helping with

  the whole restraining process. A lot of people are standing

  around. Well, there were tons of

  witnesses, all of them black, stating that they were worried

  about their life. They were concerned that this

  vagrant was going to hurt them. People all over the train said,

  hey, you know, this was a problem.

  This was an issue, and we thank this man for doing it.

  So basically, right off the bat, everybody was stating it was

  good what he did. But the thing that'll really

  surprised a lot of you that the news doesn't talk about

  mainstream media is that the man wasn't dead.

  The guy didn't die in the arms of Mr. Penny.

  What happened was, is when the cops got there, the guy was

  having some problems breathing, but he was still fully alive

  long after Mr. Penny had left the area and wasn't in the

  proximity. What the problem was, and I

  think that this is New York's fault for this.

  They keep on claiming that New York is divided over this.

  They're not. That's another lie from the

  mainstream media. The cops were concerned that the

  guy might have HIV or many of other diseases because he was a
• 3:53
  basically a homeless guy. And people were saying that the
• 3:56
  guy had a really bad smell about him and he looked awful.

  So none of the cops wanted to put their hands on the guy and

  nobody wanted to give him mouth to mouth.

  And you can understand why you see somebody dying in an

  alleyway with syringes or smelling really awful, like

  death warmed over. You're not going to want to put

  your mouth on their mouth and do all that.

  So because of the deterrents of the cops and not doing anything

  about it, which I actually can understand why I'm not

  aggravated or upset with the cops.

  But the truth is, is that the way the ambulance drivers and

  the people who came along as well as the cops, they're the
• 4:41
  ones that failed to do anything to save the man.

  So technically they're responsible for this, but New

  York doesn't want to go down for that Shut.

  Well, he ends up going to trial, which a lot of people don't

  believe should have even happened.

  I don't know how many stories or how much news a lot of you read

  out there, but just a month before this happened, a black

  man did the same thing. A black man seen that another

  guy was on a train threatening to stab people and cut people's

  throat and all that, and he ended up locking up with a guy
• 5:20
  and the guy died while in the arms of the black man who was
• 5:25
  trying to stop him. That black man did not go to
• 5:28
  court. He was not talked about.

  It was quickly forgotten. And why?

  Why is it that Mister Penny was so important?

  Well, it's because of groups and organizations like Black Lives

  Matter. Black Lives Matter made it a big

  deal. Whenever they start going on

  about a white guy killing a black man, they started claiming

  that Oh yeah, the KKK. They associate anything to do
• 5:56
  with white people with Hitler, Nazism, fascism, fascism, all

  this kind of shit. Anytime a white person is

  involved in death of a a black person, it's always because the

  white person is evil, no matter if they're female or male or

  whatever the gender. And that's the game.

  Black Lives Matter is. Black Lives Matters is

  responsible for tons of rioting, destruction of black people's

  property and businesses. They claim to be representing

  blacks, but they were involved in destroying billions of

  dollars worth of businesses for whites as well as blacks and

  because of them a lot of communities now that are a

  majority black don't have businesses or places to work now

  are places to go eat or go clothes shopping.

  Black Lives Matter is one of those groups that don't think

  that black should be held responsible whenever they decide

  to break into JC Penney's or a mall and just steal every

  fucking thing. So they've not been good, and

  they've received millions of dollars in donations.

  Let me fill you in on the stats and the record of Black Lives

  Matter. Since this group has existed,

  there hasn't been one black neighborhood that has been

  fixed. Not one child has been able to

  get their education paid for them by this group's donations.

  It has already been exposed and shown repeatedly that these

  blacks that are part of Black Lives Matter are stealing money

  and using it for profit, as well as buying themselves new cars

  and mortgages and nice shit. So All in all, ladies and

  gentlemen, they're what Al Sharpton is.

  They're a fucking race hustler. They basically use tragedies

  that involve interracial tragedies and issues and then
