Transcript
- 0:00[SPEAKER_00]: The liberal globalist order is on its brink and awakening a new conservative age.
- 0:06[SPEAKER_00]: Dr. Steve Turley, join me every day as we discover answers to today's toughest challenges and explore the re-bondalization of conservative civilization.
- 0:18[SPEAKER_00]: This is Turley Talks.
- 0:21[SPEAKER_00]: Buckle up gang, we have got a bomb show coming out of DC, a liberal activist judge is being defied as we speak when it comes to mail in ballots.
- 0:32[SPEAKER_00]: But when you look at what the U.S.
- 0:34[SPEAKER_00]: Postal Service is actually doing right now, it starts to look less like an agency defying the courts and a lot more like an agency that already knows something
- 0:43[SPEAKER_00]: The rest of us don't stick them to the very end of this video because by the time we connect all the pieces, you're going to understand exactly why the postal service is indeed defying this rogue judge and what that says about what's coming next for the midterms.
- 1:01[SPEAKER_00]: Hey gang, it's me, Dr. Steve, your major professor here to help me make sense of the madness with breaking news and analysis.
- 1:07[SPEAKER_00]: You're not going to get anywhere else.
- 1:08[SPEAKER_00]: So make sure to smack that bell and subscribe.
- 1:10[SPEAKER_00]: But also, let's face it sooner or later, your kids are going to ask you where everything in our world is going, right?
- 1:18[SPEAKER_00]: Um, the I know know it all pan out response isn't an answer that holds up.
- 1:23[SPEAKER_00]: It's not in the news cycle gang.
- 1:25[SPEAKER_00]: It's in the pattern underneath it.
- 1:27[SPEAKER_00]: And that's why I wrote Sivcalsum, gods, algorithms, and the rise of a civilization of cause, democracy in starting September 8th, I'm teaching it live, six, Tuesday, nights in a row.
- 1:40[SPEAKER_00]: Join me if you can, watch the replay if you can.
- 1:43[SPEAKER_00]: and the whole thing stays in your library for good.
- 1:46[SPEAKER_00]: Click the link below and register today.
- 1:48[SPEAKER_00]: All right, let's dive right in here.
- 1:50[SPEAKER_00]: Town Hall just dropped a bombshell report that the U.S.
- 1:54[SPEAKER_00]: Postal Service is indeed enforcing President Trump's mail-in ballot executive order in spite of a far left activist judges' temporary injunction.
- 2:07[SPEAKER_00]: A whistleblower, a Democrat whistleblower.
- 2:10[SPEAKER_00]: went straight to Connecticut Center Richard Blumenthal's office and leaked a report claiming that the U.S.
- 2:17[SPEAKER_00]: Postal Service is secretly building the digital infrastructure to enforce President Trump's mail-in ballot executive order in defiance of the federal court in Junction that put a stop to that order at least temporarily.
- 2:33[SPEAKER_00]: It's temporary restraining order.
- 2:35[SPEAKER_00]: Now, if you're not familiar back in March,
- 2:38[SPEAKER_00]: President Trump signed executive order 14 399.
- 2:42[SPEAKER_00]: It's an order designed to maintain public confidence and federal elections by doing three simple things.
- 2:49[SPEAKER_00]: First, it has the Department of Homeland Security built citizenship lists of states can verify whose actually eligible to vote.
- 2:58[SPEAKER_00]: second, it tells the attorney general to prioritize prosecuting state local officials who knowingly issue federal ballots to people who aren't eligible.
- 3:07[SPEAKER_00]: And third, and this is the part that the left is lost their minds over.
- 3:11[SPEAKER_00]: It requires states to hand over to the U.S.
- 3:14[SPEAKER_00]: Postal Service, their voter registration roles, so that those roles could be cross-checked
- 3:21[SPEAKER_00]: With the DHS citizenship registry and only verified citizens can get a mail-in ballot and that mail-in ballot will use uniform secure federal envelopes with barcodes, barcodes, my guitar playing comes back in.
- 3:36[SPEAKER_00]: With barcodes,
- 3:38[SPEAKER_00]: and it blocks the postal service from transmitting mail-in ballots to anyone not on that verified list.
- 3:44[SPEAKER_00]: Now, of course, blue states are going nuts over.
- 3:47[SPEAKER_00]: They are flipping, can you even begin to imagine what California's voter rolls look like?
- 3:57[SPEAKER_00]: All right, I mean, with the illegals and the dead voters in the out of state voters infesting or list literally by the millions, can you even imagine what Chicago's voter roles look or Detroit's or Baltimore's?
- 4:10[SPEAKER_00]: So turning it over, I mean, this is President Trump's coup to gross that will finally expose for all the nation to see just how corrupt blue Democrat blue states have become.
- 4:23[SPEAKER_00]: and it will be completely vindicate everything that Trump has been saying about Democrats and uh... the lack of election integrity on their part so of course democrats have run to their old tired worn out playbook screeching racism
- 4:39[SPEAKER_00]: Voter suppression!
- 4:41[SPEAKER_00]: Minority disenfranchisement, all the meaningless, pathetic, slow-geneering that's used as a shield of an ear to hide their blatant corruption behind.
- 4:52[SPEAKER_00]: But if you strip away,
- 4:54[SPEAKER_00]: All the rhetorical hysteria, all this E.O.
- 4:57[SPEAKER_00]: does is enforce precisely what 80% of the country supports.
- 5:03[SPEAKER_00]: There is no political issue that garner's more popular support than election integrity.
- 5:10[SPEAKER_00]: None.
- 5:10[SPEAKER_00]: Voter ID alone garner's upwards of 80 to 90% support.
- 5:14[SPEAKER_00]: A majority of Democrat voters support it.
- 5:17[SPEAKER_00]: And what this EOD does, it implements basic chain of custody protocols all the way throughout the mail-in ballot election process, verification of who and who is not a citizen, verification of who filled out the ballot, verification of how the ballot was transported and where it was dropped off and who counted it.
- 5:40[SPEAKER_00]: If, look, if you ran a bank, if you ran a hospital, if you ran like any institution on earth, and someone said, we don't need to verify who's eligible before we hand out sensitive material here.
- 5:51[SPEAKER_00]: You'd fire that person on the spot.
- 5:53[SPEAKER_00]: But somehow when it comes to the ballot box, suddenly verifying eligibility is treated by the left as an act of violence against democracy.
- 6:01[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, it's patently absurd.
- 6:04[SPEAKER_00]: But here's where it gets messy.
- 6:06[SPEAKER_00]: And you do need to understand the timeline a bit here, because the legacy media is deliberately trying to confuse you on you.
- 6:13[SPEAKER_00]: Back in June, a federal judge in Massachusetts of course, so bomb a pointy,
- 6:19[SPEAKER_00]: Indira, Tolwani blocked sections two and three of the order after 23 blue states in DC's suit.
- 6:27[SPEAKER_00]: That injunction sat there for months, then on August 24th,
- 6:32[SPEAKER_00]: The Supreme Court stepped in, six to three decision, and they lifted that block.
- 6:37[SPEAKER_00]: The court's majority said something very important that states did not have standing to sue because the order was just an internal directive to federal agencies in the U.S.
- 6:47[SPEAKER_00]: Postal Service had an even issue to final ruling.
- 6:49[SPEAKER_00]: So the U.S.
- 6:51[SPEAKER_00]: Postal Service did exactly what it was supposed to do.
- 6:54[SPEAKER_00]: It released its final rule implementing the order and then right on cue, the same judge,
- 7:01[SPEAKER_00]: slapped on a brand new 14 day temporary restraining order back on August 27th blocking the role from taking effect while litigation continues.
- 7:10[SPEAKER_00]: The Trump administration appealed within 24 hours and now we've got a hearing schedule for September 3rd.
- 7:16[SPEAKER_00]: That's tomorrow as of the making this video where Tawani will decide whether to convert that temporary block into a full preliminary injunction.
- 7:30[SPEAKER_00]: tactics.
- 7:31[SPEAKER_00]: It's gaming the legal system for the benefit of a single political party.
- 7:36[SPEAKER_00]: Trump issues the order blue states, Democrats who a single Obama appointee judge in Boston blocks at the Supreme Court over turns the block.
- 7:47[SPEAKER_00]: Then the same judge blocks it again, but on different legal grounds.
- 7:50[SPEAKER_00]: Rinse repeat, right?
- 7:52[SPEAKER_00]: This is what legal scholars call judge shopping.
- 7:55[SPEAKER_00]: and forum manipulation, find one friendly district judge and one blue state and use her to override for no other purpose than to stall the president's agenda.
- 8:06[SPEAKER_00]: Of all of these injunctions across the country, they basically have been coming from four different county courts, or district courts.
- 8:16[SPEAKER_00]: But as it turns out, according to this panic Democrat whistleblower, the US Postal Service
- 8:24[SPEAKER_00]: They are defying this activist judge, and ways you're going to absolutely love, wait until you see this.
- 8:32[SPEAKER_00]: Did you know that more Americans are being diagnosed with Alzheimer's, including people far younger than we traditionally associate with the disease?
- 8:40[SPEAKER_00]: More than 55 million people worldwide are living with Alzheimer's, or another form of dementia, and reports are shown
- 8:48[SPEAKER_00]: major increases in diagnoses among younger adults, including a 370% increase among people between the ages of 30 to 44 and a 311% increase among those 45 to 54.
- 8:56[SPEAKER_00]: So, what exactly is happening inside the brain?
- 9:07[SPEAKER_00]: One of the hallmarks of Alzheimer's is a protein called beta amoloid.
- 9:12[SPEAKER_00]: Now, normally these proteins are cleared away, but in Alzheimer's they can begin clumping together forming sticky plaques between brain cells that interfere with normal brain function.
- 9:23[SPEAKER_00]: drug companies have poured billions into developing Alzheimer's treatments and much of that effort has focused on amyloid betas.
- 9:32[SPEAKER_00]: But researchers are also looking beyond the brain and specifically at what's happening in the gut.
- 9:38[SPEAKER_00]: And that's because your gut and brain are constantly communicating through something called the gut brain access.
- 9:45[SPEAKER_00]: Now think of it like a...
- 9:47[SPEAKER_00]: a two-way highway connecting your digestive system and your brains through nerves and hormones and immune signals and the trillions of bacteria living in your gut playing important role in that communication and that brings us to a centuries-old fermented food, kimchi.
- 10:06[SPEAKER_00]: Researcher studied bioactive compounds found only in kimchi to see how they affected cognitive
- 10:16[SPEAKER_00]: helped improve memory and cognitive function while reducing oxidative stress, inflammation, brain cell death, three processes closely associated with neurological decline.
- 10:28[SPEAKER_00]: That's exactly why kimchi won from bright core has become part of my own daily routine.
- 10:34[SPEAKER_00]: It takes the power traditionally fermented kimchi, including more than 900 probiotic strains.
- 10:41[SPEAKER_00]: And it puts it into an easy capsule that I can take every day without the, you know, the strong taste or smell or mass.
- 10:48[SPEAKER_00]: Because taking care of your brain may actually start somewhere you wouldn't expect and that's your gut.

- 11:13[SPEAKER_00]: A U.S.
- 11:14[SPEAKER_00]: Postal Service whistleblower has filed a complaint alleging that the U.S.
- 11:19[SPEAKER_00]: Postal Service is running what they're calling a secretive, rushed digital system to implement President Trump's executive order and that this could cause
- 11:30[SPEAKER_00]: quote a catastrophic failure, disenfranchising voters who mail in their ballots, Senator Blumenthal, ever the showman.
- 11:41[SPEAKER_00]: Remember, he's that infamous Democrat who's repeatedly engaged in stolen valor claims.
- 11:47[SPEAKER_00]: Well, he's telling reporters at the main takeaways that the U.S.
- 11:51[SPEAKER_00]: Postal Service designed a system to disenfranchise millions of American
- 11:58[SPEAKER_00]: voters.
- 11:58[SPEAKER_00]: Again, the same old, tired, rhetorical play, but you know, it will never cease to amaze me the extent to which Democrats practice the deceptive, psychotic art, a projection.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, these guys are psychopaths, right?
- 12:13[SPEAKER_00]: They consistently project on the others.
- 12:16[SPEAKER_00]: The very sins they themselves are committing.
- 12:19[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, let that hit you, Democrats.
- 12:22[SPEAKER_00]: are claiming that Republicans are attempting to corrupt our election system.
- 12:28[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, just think of the Hutspa that.
- 12:30[SPEAKER_00]: But I think the goal here is rather obvious, the Democrats are trying to pressure Judge Talwani in the making that temporary restraining order permanent by making US Postal Service look like a rogue agency defining a lawful court order, regardless of their motivations.
- 12:48[SPEAKER_00]: If you don't know,
- 12:50[SPEAKER_00]: The first mail-in ballots for the mid-terms are scheduled to go out.
- 12:54[SPEAKER_00]: I kid you not, starting September 4th, if you can believe it.
- 12:59[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, literally two days from now, so if the Postal Service waits for every last legal question be resolved, it's too late, which of course is precise of the goal for the Democrats, right?
- 13:12[SPEAKER_00]: There's no doover once ballots are in the mail, but there's a deeper signal here.
- 13:17[SPEAKER_00]: And this is, I think, the heart of the story.
- 13:20[SPEAKER_00]: The U.S.
- 13:20[SPEAKER_00]: Postal Service building this system out now ahead of the courts fully clearing the way.
- 13:25[SPEAKER_00]: Tells you that the agency believes one of two things is coming.
- 13:30[SPEAKER_00]: scenario one, the Postal Service believes the Supreme Court is going to finish the job.
- 13:35[SPEAKER_00]: They're going to overturn this judge.
- 13:38[SPEAKER_00]: Remember, the court already ruled six to three in the administration's favor, at least on a procedural question, and strongly signal skepticism towards the state's underlying legal theory.
- 13:48[SPEAKER_00]: So if Taiwanese TRO or temporary restraining order becomes a preliminary injunction after tomorrow's hearing,
- 13:57[SPEAKER_00]: that just gets appealed straight back up through the first circuit and certainly back to the Supreme Court yet again.
- 14:03[SPEAKER_00]: And so the fact that the post of service is building infrastructure now means that the moment the high court rules and rules quickly given out close.
- 14:14[SPEAKER_00]: We are to the election.
- 14:15[SPEAKER_00]: The ages can flip the switch immediately instead of scrambling.
- 14:19[SPEAKER_00]: That's not defined.
- 14:20[SPEAKER_00]: That's contingency planning.
- 14:22[SPEAKER_00]: that's contingency planning by an agency that believes that President Trump's E.O.
- 14:27[SPEAKER_00]: is going to win.
- 14:28[SPEAKER_00]: But there is a second scenario that the U.S.
- 14:31[SPEAKER_00]: Postal Services actions, telegraph, and one frankly, I'm hoping comes true.
- 14:38[SPEAKER_00]: If the court
- 14:39[SPEAKER_00]: keeps stonewalling with last-mended injunctions right up against the male and deadlock.
- 14:46[SPEAKER_00]: The administration has made no secret that election integrity is a national security priority.
- 14:55[SPEAKER_00]: An agency preparing full ballot verification infrastructure in advance.
- 15:01[SPEAKER_00]: is exactly what you'd expect to see if the White House were preparing to invoke emergency executive authority to protect the integrity of a federal election.
- 15:13[SPEAKER_00]: And with the declaration of that National Security Emergency, they would bypass a patchwork of contradictory district court rulings that threaten to throw the midterms in the chaos just weeks before election day.
- 15:26[SPEAKER_00]: Now whether or not that step is ultimately taken.
- 15:31[SPEAKER_00]: The fact that the U.S.
- 15:32[SPEAKER_00]: Postal Service isn't waiting around for Tawani's blessing tells you that the agency isn't betting on the status quo holding.
- 15:41[SPEAKER_00]: Either way you slice it, the message from inside the postal services is the same.
- 15:46[SPEAKER_00]: They do not expect this injunction to survive.
- 15:50[SPEAKER_00]: Agents these don't spend resources in political capital building systems they think are about to be permanently outlawed.
- 15:57[SPEAKER_00]: They build for a future they expect to be operating in and the U.S.
- 16:03[SPEAKER_00]: Postal Service clearly expects to be enforcing this order one way or another.
- 16:07[SPEAKER_00]: before Americans start filling out their midterm ballots.
- 16:10[SPEAKER_00]: Think about what's really being litigated here.
- 16:12[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, no, nobody is debating whether states can choose to offer mail-in voting.
- 16:17[SPEAKER_00]: They can, of course.
- 16:19[SPEAKER_00]: What's being fought over is whether federal government can require basic identity verification before a ballot goes out and basic security envelopes so ballots can't be forged to divert it.
- 16:31[SPEAKER_00]: That's the most common sense by partisan sounding policy imaginable, and yet it took a supreme freaking court ruling just to get Democrat run states to stop blocking it outright.
- 16:44[SPEAKER_00]: And we've already seen why this matters.
- 16:46[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, states like New Jersey, the North Carolina, they've documented problems where non-citizens register through driver's license databases, ended up on voter rolls.
- 16:56[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, that's not a conspiracy theory.
- 16:58[SPEAKER_00]: That's paperwork.
- 17:00[SPEAKER_00]: That's verification failure, exactly the kind of failure this executive order is designed to catch before it becomes a ballot in someone's mailbox.
- 17:08[SPEAKER_00]: So we'll be keeping our eyes on that September third hearing because whatever judge Tauani decides tomorrow is heading straight back up the appellate ladder and the U.S.
- 17:20[SPEAKER_00]: Postal Service, it seems, already knows.
- 17:22[SPEAKER_00]: how this ends.
- 17:23[SPEAKER_00]: So what do you guys think?
- 17:24[SPEAKER_00]: Are you pumped at the postal services at least apparently defying this order?
