SPEAKER_01: Um, but the league where I'm defending champ, not your league, I know I was defending champ in one of your leagues where I finished close to last.

SPEAKER_00: Um I would have had two championship weeks this week, but unfortunately I made the mistake of you know benching George Pickens last week.

SPEAKER_01: And then if you uh were riding that Hunter Henry train, he's still got that knee tweaked, and uh, I'm not sure if he's gonna play either.

SPEAKER_01: So, you know, Isaiah Pacheco, there's a good chance he's not gonna play.

SPEAKER_01: If you're desperate, you can grab uh Clyde Edwards Alaire off the wire, but you know, Jamar Chase, if if he's not playing, Pittman's out, like the whole wide receiver core that I just listed, those would probably be guys that you had in your lineup Waddle, Keenan Allen, Jaden Reed, Jamar Chase, and Michael Pittman.

SPEAKER_01: So you might have to make some moves if you're in a three-wide receiver league or if you were using one of those guys as your starter.

SPEAKER_01: And I I mean, if you look at his numbers, it's it's really a lot of it comes down to volume.

SPEAKER_01: If he's only getting 12, 13, 14 touches, basically if he's getting less than 15, he's probably not gonna have a great game.

SPEAKER_00: You might see him more going out in the flats, and on the opposite side, uh Dallas, that's the way it attacked them, is on the ground as well.

SPEAKER_00: And um, although their Dallas is really strong against the pass, they are susceptible in the slot, and that's where Amon Ra does work out of a lot.

SPEAKER_00: You know, they're gonna move him around, gadget him around, because they do work Josh Reynolds and um Jameson Williams on the outside.

SPEAKER_00: Um they're they're better in the uh against the pass, um, even though they got Nate Bolton back, so they're probably gonna be attacking more on the ground.

SPEAKER_00: And uh, yeah, so we'll see some Mahomes, some some uh Kelsey, and of course some uh Rasheed Rice, uh heavy doses of Rasheed Rice, and you mentioned Edward Schlair, you know, so he's uh he'll be the only healthy back there, so he's gonna get a heavy dose here today.

SPEAKER_01: Now, my second hot matchup of the week is the 49ers versus the commanders.

SPEAKER_01: It's gonna be a tough game for Washington, no doubt.

SPEAKER_01: And what I'm thinking is you've got arguably the best offense in the NFL with the San Francisco 49ers versus the worst defense in the NFL, the Washington Commanders.

SPEAKER_01: So it could be a blowout that, you know, obviously that's gonna be a lot of points for the Niners.

SPEAKER_01: Everyone on the Niners offense is gonna have a big day.

SPEAKER_01: And then if the Commanders have to play catch up, you know, you could have some guys, um, some of the Washington uh wide receivers, uh, I know Sam Howe was a big reason for uh, you know, the the high volume for all those guys, but if they're gonna be getting blown out, they're gonna be throwing the ball a lot, there's no way around it.

SPEAKER_01: So you could see, you know, even someone like Logan Thomas having a big day just from trying to play catch up.

SPEAKER_01: So if you need a tight end to fill in for TJ Hawkinson, he's not a bad option.

SPEAKER_00: So the Niners uh obviously, you know, the big narrative has, you know, and I I'll talk about this matchup here, but the big narrative has, you know, that um analysts have been talking about when the Niners get behind on games, you know, they they start to go away from from their identity.

SPEAKER_00: You know, um this they got they started getting beat, Purdy started forcing the ball, he threw four picks, right?

SPEAKER_00: Um then what happened was they you know he got knocked out of the game, they had Sam Darnold, and this is in the fourth quarter, right?

SPEAKER_00: And guess what the Niners did?

SPEAKER_00: On single back formation, instead of handing the ball to McCaffrey for two straight downs, knowing they were gonna go for it for the next two downs and bringing in a big formation, they went single back formation, they tried to go for a pass, and guess what?

SPEAKER_00: Darnold got sacked and lost five or six yards, and guess what?
