- 0:28Good morning from the chicken coop.
- 0:30Ooh, so today I want to talk to you about being a professional
- 0:34warrior, in my opinion. Again, this is just my opinion,
- 0:39while everybody worries, I think women really do an excellent job
- 0:42of worrying. And I know I'm the top Warrior,
- 0:46I've reformed, I should say, and, but am I really reformed?
- 0:49I don't know. I always wonder about that
- 0:51because I still have things that I worry about.
- 0:53But I used to be way worse way worse than I am now.
- 0:58Am I still do I still have the Is to do it.
- 1:01Can I still go there? Absolutely.
- 1:03But whirring. What is the F?
- 1:06You know? What is the cause of it?
- 1:08What is the reason that we go to it?
- 1:10So easily easily? What is the, the root cause that
- 1:14makes women particularly be a worrier?
- 1:18So, thinking about this, and really digging into this.
- 1:21With my clients and researching and looking through everything,
- 1:27there's no direct correlation for a lot of It other than, you
- 1:31know, the pace at which we live but I think women have always
- 1:35been Warriors. I mean, my mother was a
- 1:37professional Warrior as well and her mother was a professional
- 1:41Warrior so you can go back and think.
- 1:44Well, you know, no doubt hundreds and hundreds and
- 1:47hundreds. If not thousands of years, this
- 1:49has been the case. And, in my opinion, I truly
- 1:53believe that a lot of the worrying that we do as women
- 1:56just comes from the paint, the place of being a nurturer.
- 2:01The our nature as women is to nurture.
- 2:05That is part of our hardwiring. We can't get away from that
- 2:08women always want to nurture things, whether it's, you know,
- 2:14their children, their families, their homes, their Farms, their
- 2:17workers, their projects, it doesn't matter.
- 2:21They women just love to grow things.
- 2:24They love to nurture things they love to see them.
- 2:29Blossom. If you will, now, is this across
- 2:32the board for every single woman?
- 2:34No, and it shouldn't be, but those most of us, the
- 2:38preponderance of us have this. And again, I think it's just in
- 2:44our nature. I think it's just part of our
- 2:46DNA and part of our hardwiring, just like, you know, safety
- 2:49survival, all of that. That's there.
- 2:52We just have different ways to get there than most men and
- 2:56worrying is part of it. Remember our emotions are tied
- 3:00to us to help us get information and quickly course correct.
- 3:04So worrying is in was a way that gets us to pay attention to
- 3:10something that needs attention in order to shift and move in a
- 3:13different direction to get to the right place but this world
- 3:18we live in. Now the society this the way
- 3:20information comes at us. It's so fast and so Furious and
- 3:24so much that our brains just cannot possibly comprehend at
- 3:28all coming. Once so we just effectively,
- 3:31delete delete, delete, delete delete, and we move on.
- 3:34And then we choose the things that we're going to worry about.
- 3:37And when we pick them, they seem to stick to us like nasty
- 3:41buggers. If you will, they just don't get
- 3:43off. And we try, we try to get them
- 3:45off and they don't, and the nature of this comes from a good
- 3:51place. So, I have experienced myself
- 3:56beating myself up for feeling a certain way and thinking And
- 3:59what the hell is wrong with me? You know, going to this place of
- 4:03self-deprecation so that I can try to beat it out of myself.
- 4:07But as you've heard me say before, when you subscribe to
- 4:10the methodology of the beatings will continue until morale
- 4:13improves. You're screwed because you can't
- 4:16beat yourself up enough to change the situation.
- 4:20So recognizing that the root cause of this, the root place
- 4:25that this all comes from is nurturing.
- 4:28Eases it it Gives me the place of going to that's much more
- 4:34relaxed. Much more like, okay, this is
- 4:37coming from my nurturing side. This means I'm attempting to
- 4:42care for something which is good, that is good.
- 4:46Okay, those are right thoughts in my opinion.
- 4:50However, when they turn and they become a problem, that's when
- 4:53they go to wrong thinking, and you have to kind of swirl
- 4:56yourself around and say, okay, this is too much, I went too
- 4:58far. And allowing other people to
- 5:01have their experiences IE, if you're worried about your
- 5:04children all the time, they have to learn.
- 5:06And many of them as I know I was one of those kids I had to learn
- 5:11through my own experience and I did not learn all the time
- 5:16through the experience of others.
- 5:18Their did hit a point in my life where I said, okay, I see that
- 5:21happening to them. I do not want that happen to me.
- 5:24And I stopped myself from where I was headed and that was a gift
- 5:28because I was able to learn From someone else's experience.
- 5:30And to me, that's the relative, the the relationship with true
- 5:34intelligence. When you can look at something
- 5:36that someone else did and learn from them, that is true
- 5:39intelligence. We learn so much that way but
- 5:43certain other experiences we let it go.
- 5:45And that's where you start to say, okay, I've moved into a
- 5:49different level intelligence when I can do that and you can
- 5:51do that with whirring as well. You can do that by recognizing
- 5:55this is part of your nature and directed in the right.
- 5:59Tway, coming from the right intent.
- 6:01It's all good. And when you start to see that,
- 6:04it's easier to let go of it. When you start to see that, it's
- 6:07easier to stop beating yourself up for being a warrior.
- 6:10And it's also easier to think outside of those conditions and
- 6:14say I would like to make this happen instead of worrying and
- 6:17then you can start to move towards that.
- 6:20So hopefully, this helps my professional Warriors out there,
- 6:24the way it helps me. And I hope you guys have a
- 6:26blessed day and I will see you tomorrow.
- 6:29Bye-bye.
