In this Report, Richard Wolstencroft discusses the continued persecution of Pauline Hanson. Federal Court Justice Angus Stewart recently ruled that Hanson violated 18C of the Racial Discrimination Act for telling Greens Senator Mehreen Faruqi to ‘piss off back to Pakistan’ in response to Faruqi’s slur against the late Queen Elizabeth II.
