Warsaw-based egg producer Creighton Brothers has been acquired by Mississippi-based Cal-Maine Foods in a nearly $129 million deal. The city of La Porte has inked a new tax agreement with Microsoft regarding the company's planned $1 billion data center project. Gov. Mike Braun is touting what he calls a successful legislative session for his administration. Plus, the Fulton County Commissioners have approved a one-year moratorium on data center projects.
