Latest / Vanity Farah with Chris Farah / 90 Day Fiancé Before the 90 Days Season 8 Episode 3 “Prepare for Take-Off”
Transcript
- 0:11Speaker 1: Hello everyone. My name is Chris Farrah, and welcome back
- 0:14Speaker 1: to Vanity Farrah, my pop culture TV recap podcast where
- 0:19Speaker 1: I get to just divulge all the stupidest details I
- 0:23Speaker 1: pick up from style and aesthetic details to basically make
- 0:28Speaker 1: up choices. Why do people have so many writing on
- 0:32Speaker 1: the wall posters? I don't know, but however, I certainly
- 0:37Speaker 1: am obsessed with escapist reality shows and a docu series
- 0:41Speaker 1: format that have to do with love and relationships. And
- 0:45Speaker 1: you know what, I think I think you are too,
- 0:47Speaker 1: so let's talk about it. This is a very special
- 0:50Speaker 1: episode in that it's my third episode of this solo podcast,
- 0:54Speaker 1: and I'm so pumped that you found me. Thank you
- 0:56Speaker 1: so much for listening. If you haven't yet, please give
- 0:59Speaker 1: me five stars, just like wish me luck and be like,
- 1:02Speaker 1: hey girl, I see you. There's a little something free
- 1:05Speaker 1: for Christmas. And also just like you know, pat me
- 1:10Speaker 1: on my behind and send me out the door. That's
- 1:12Speaker 1: that kind of five star review that can really just
- 1:15Speaker 1: you know, let a girl know that she's cared for.
- 1:17Speaker 1: But however, we are going to get into ninety day fiance.
- 1:23Speaker 1: This is before the ninety Days. It's season eight, episode three,
- 1:27Speaker 1: prepare for takeoff. And like I said, this is live
- 1:30Speaker 1: from Paris, honey, if you are listening, I have no
- 1:34Speaker 1: guest but the city of Paris herself. I'm so happy
- 1:37Speaker 1: to be here for Christmas with my dad and we're
- 1:41Speaker 1: spending some time together. It's raining outside. It's great. If
- 1:44Speaker 1: you are watching this, this will be a Patreon only
- 1:49Speaker 1: visual in that I'm wearing no makeup and a bunch
- 1:52Speaker 1: of Aqua four and a bathrobe in my hotel room,
- 1:56Speaker 1: So Patreon only for that. However, I can't wait to
- 2:00Speaker 1: talk about this. I loved this episode so much and
- 2:04Speaker 1: I have so many pictures. This was a great episode.
- 2:07Speaker 1: This is Prime nine a day fiance. There's no Emma,
- 2:12Speaker 1: which for this season. I'm now going to go ahead
- 2:14Speaker 1: and say I don't like Emma. I don't want the storyline.
- 2:16Speaker 1: I don't care about it at all. It's old hat
- 2:19Speaker 1: in so many ways. I don't need like another out
- 2:22Speaker 1: of touch Kardashiani kind of girl who doesn't understand that
- 2:26Speaker 1: other people exist and they might feel differently. And also
- 2:31Speaker 1: I don't need to see like another hard headed Arab
- 2:35Speaker 1: man want a hot girl and then put her like
- 2:39Speaker 1: in a cave. You know what, I'm saying, like, none
- 2:41Speaker 1: of that is interesting to me anymore. And the Reddit
- 2:44Speaker 1: streets are also saying that you basically tried this before,
- 2:48Speaker 1: that's why she had the other Moroccan guy. Okay, So,
- 2:51Speaker 1: having said that I loved this episode, there's no Emma,
- 2:54Speaker 1: there's everyone who got new people, and we have like
- 2:57Speaker 1: the best, the best airport reunions I've seen, and it's
- 3:03Speaker 1: obviously not Aviva, no offense. I love Sena so much,
- 3:08Speaker 1: I love for so much, but also so many good
- 3:13Speaker 1: scenes with our new lovely couple. It's going to be
- 3:18Speaker 1: Lisa and then hopefully Danielle's lovely but I don't know.
- 3:20Speaker 1: But Lisa, I love with Faith, her daughter. We're gonna
- 3:23Speaker 1: get into it. Where do we start? Should we start
- 3:25Speaker 1: with them? Okay? Maybe we do? Brand new couple. I
- 3:28Speaker 1: mean again, Lisa, not to be confused with baby girl Lisa,
- 3:34Speaker 1: and not to be confused with another wig lover on
- 3:36Speaker 1: the show, and that's Emma. But Lisa, Lisa, you should know,
- 3:40Speaker 1: loves a couple of things, her daughter Faith, both genders, wigs, Benny, Hannah,
- 3:49Speaker 1: maybe you're also her friend Juna. Okay, so let's start,
- 3:53Speaker 1: shall we again? What a great episode thank you so
- 3:57Speaker 1: much for being here. Oh Okay, Lisa's fifty two and
- 4:01Speaker 1: she lives in like something something Prussia, Pennsylvania, not Prussia,
- 4:08Speaker 1: the country that no longer exists. That I always was
- 4:11Speaker 1: confused because I'd be like, what's Prussia when I was
- 4:14Speaker 1: learning about it. Also, it sounds like Russia. That's my
- 4:16Speaker 1: own fault. I felt the same way about Assyria because
- 4:19Speaker 1: I'm Syrian, so the whole time that people would talk
- 4:21Speaker 1: about Assyria, which I'll be like, what is that Syrian? Anyway?
- 4:26Speaker 1: Truly ignorant. Okay, back back to Lisa and her codependent
- 4:31Speaker 1: lovely daughter Faith. I'm not saying Faith is codependent on her,
- 4:35Speaker 1: but I will say this is a parental you know,
- 4:38Speaker 1: daughter parent you know relationship that is codependent. And we've
- 4:43Speaker 1: certainly seen it before Forrest Molly and you know what
- 4:47Speaker 1: it takes one to know one. My name is Chris.
- 4:50Speaker 1: I'm currently in Paris with my dad and I certainly
- 4:53Speaker 1: am co dependent on him. Okay, now here is what's happenings.
- 5:00Speaker 1: God Bless is talking to her daughter and they're very
- 5:03Speaker 1: very close. They talk about masturbation a lot, and they
- 5:07Speaker 1: have to go over the exact definition and differences between
- 5:14Speaker 1: a playboy and a jigglo and a pimp. Now Faith
- 5:18Speaker 1: knows them. So Faith had to teach her mom. And
- 5:21Speaker 1: sometimes you do have to teach the children. But everyone
- 5:24Speaker 1: knows that a playboy, unfortunately, is a male ho. But
- 5:28Speaker 1: we don't call male hose sluts. They call them playboys.
- 5:32Speaker 1: They don't call girls that like to have sex playgirls. However,
- 5:39Speaker 1: there was obviously a magazine that's what a playboy is.
- 5:44Speaker 1: Now a jigglo is a male sex worker. Now I
- 5:48Speaker 1: know that, And anyone who watched the HBO show Jigglos
- 5:51Speaker 1: knows that Lisa's fighting that out. Lisa's like, no, no, no,
- 5:55Speaker 1: that's a pimp, and Faith had to be like, no, no, no.
- 5:59Speaker 1: A pimp is the CEO of a sex working empire
- 6:05Speaker 1: where predominantly they deal probably with female sex workers. But truthfully,
- 6:12Speaker 1: I don't even know that's true. There's probably male pimps
- 6:15Speaker 1: that deal with male sex workers. And I hate to
- 6:20Speaker 1: say this out loud, but you know, when I have
- 6:22Speaker 1: a podcast so I can that would make a really
- 6:25Speaker 1: good reality show. I guess it was Jiggelow's, but I
- 6:32Speaker 1: think that like there was, I didn't remember it being
- 6:34Speaker 1: like one major pimp and like all of their workers,
- 6:39Speaker 1: Like I remember, you know, it was more about the workers. Okay. Anyway, So,
- 6:44Speaker 1: and this is what's happening for the second time. A
- 6:51Speaker 1: mother and a daughter from a parent and a child
- 6:54Speaker 1: are too close talking about sex and the intricacies and
- 6:59Speaker 1: intimacies of one of their relationships, and they have to
- 7:02Speaker 1: procure devices for it. Now, obviously we saw Mollie take
- 7:08Speaker 1: Force to a sex shop, get some lingerie and get
- 7:11Speaker 1: some goodies, and with Lisa, she needs to buy a condom.
- 7:17Speaker 1: She's like, I've never had sex with a condom. And
- 7:20Speaker 1: I was like, humble brag, it's a dark joke. She's like,
- 7:26Speaker 1: I've never had sex with a condom because I've only
- 7:29Speaker 1: had sex with people that, like, I was married to.
- 7:31Speaker 1: And I was like, okay, good for you, honey. She
- 7:33Speaker 1: was married five times. Now it feels like two of
- 7:41Speaker 1: them or three of them were men, and two of
- 7:43Speaker 1: them or three of them were women. I'm not quite
- 7:45Speaker 1: sure because I'm really bad at math, but just half
- 7:47Speaker 1: and half. She hasn't been with a man in twenty years.
- 7:49Speaker 1: The first man was a null second man or best friend,
- 7:53Speaker 1: and you know, she had faith and then there was
- 7:56Speaker 1: another guy and black guy like whatever, and then honey,
- 7:59Speaker 1: along came Eve, and Lisa was just like, women are soft,
- 8:05Speaker 1: they're curvy, they're soft. Now she goes them describe the
- 8:09Speaker 1: differences and like the cleanup after love making and the
- 8:13Speaker 1: smells and the sex. I found that interesting I too much. Okay,
- 8:22Speaker 1: you know, I am like whatever boringly cisgender heterosexual in
- 8:27Speaker 1: that so I don't can't speak to everything, but from
- 8:31Speaker 1: my own knowledge, there's always a little bit of cleanup,
- 8:36Speaker 1: right like because you know, like because after someone, because
- 8:42Speaker 1: they after people, come they come, come, come right, come,
- 8:47Speaker 1: come my David, my butterflies, sugar bababe. You know what
- 8:51Speaker 1: I'm saying. There's anyway having said that, I sometimes have
- 8:53Speaker 1: to clean up. Okay, that's fine, I'll move on. So
- 9:00Speaker 1: so anyway, she's obviously turned over a new leaf and
- 9:04Speaker 1: or going back to you know, the drawing board if
- 9:08Speaker 1: you will. For her. These are all bad jokes, but
- 9:10Speaker 1: she basically got Facebook messaged by Daniel and he just said,
- 9:19Speaker 1: God showed me your face. My mom told me I'd
- 9:23Speaker 1: end up with and then ollenbo maybe is you know
- 9:27Speaker 1: the word he's using, and then he puts in parenthesis
- 9:30Speaker 1: a white woman, and that she'd be older. So many
- 9:32Speaker 1: interesting things in just that one and one message. How
- 9:36Speaker 1: did he find her? God showed me your face? But
- 9:39Speaker 1: then his mother told him this God is mother? Is
- 9:42Speaker 1: God a woman? Because I feel like that, I don't
- 9:44Speaker 1: know if a god is a o yambo hahaha, But no, no,
- 9:48Speaker 1: God's not. But it does seem like two important people
- 9:53Speaker 1: in his life were like, Daniel, you gotta go fuck
- 9:57Speaker 1: that white lady on that Facebook post, Honey like it
- 10:01Speaker 1: DM or now. Her first message back to him is
- 10:04Speaker 1: you're a scammer. Why are you messaging me? Now? That
- 10:07Speaker 1: also seems like like she like answered her question. She's like,
- 10:18Speaker 1: it's it's like being like, you're the sun, why are
- 10:22Speaker 1: you warm? You're a scammer? Why are you messaging me?
- 10:26Speaker 1: You are the moon? Why are you light in the sky?
- 10:30Speaker 1: Tho's are two basically metaphors. Pe you know, I'm saying
- 10:34Speaker 1: you're a scammer? Why are you messaging me? That's like
- 10:39Speaker 1: me like going to a drive through and then them,
- 10:48Speaker 1: you know, asking me what I'd like to eat, and
- 10:51Speaker 1: me being like your taco bell, why are you expecting
- 10:56Speaker 1: me to order tacos? It's like yeah, so then Daniel
- 11:02Speaker 1: to that message, says God told me to, but she
- 11:06Speaker 1: basically had already said he said, God's told me your face.
- 11:09Speaker 1: Then she says, you're a scammer. Why are you messaging me?
- 11:12Speaker 1: And then he says God told me to and that
- 11:14Speaker 1: is enough for her, and she's like, oh, good, cleared
- 11:19Speaker 1: that up. Laura, this is gonna. This is I feel
- 11:28Speaker 1: for faith. I put on my faith in faith, and
- 11:30Speaker 1: I do feel for faith in what happens next. Okay,
- 11:32Speaker 1: So basically we get a lot of backstory too. She,
- 11:35Speaker 1: as I said, also likes wigs. She's up in front
- 11:38Speaker 1: about it. She's like, it's a wig. She's not like
- 11:39Speaker 1: Emma where it's like suddenly the heaviest piece of I
- 11:42Speaker 1: don't know, like a full broom on someone's head, honey,
- 11:46Speaker 1: a full mopp ay mop and then her just like
- 11:49Speaker 1: blinking about him then on social media being like, of
- 11:51Speaker 1: course it's a wig, God bless. I would much prefer
- 11:54Speaker 1: Laura's wig over Emma's wig. Laura's wig has some bangs,
- 11:59Speaker 1: so it kind of cuts up that hairline a little bit.
- 12:02Speaker 1: Now she's like, yeah, I had a wife and the
- 12:04Speaker 1: wife was like cut my hair and then I was
- 12:06Speaker 1: like okay, And then you know, Daniel said he liked
- 12:10Speaker 1: her hair, and now she always wears wigs. One time,
- 12:16Speaker 1: Laura told Daniel that she might have had a dalliance
- 12:24Speaker 1: with a lady. Laura told Daniel that perhaps she once
- 12:30Speaker 1: dipped her tiny pinky toe in the lady pond. Didn't
- 12:34Speaker 1: say about the marriages, and Daniel was like, no, that
- 12:38Speaker 1: is against God. And now she's not even telling him
- 12:41Speaker 1: that she was like full on married to women. That's
- 12:47Speaker 1: the shitty sign, that's the red flag. At some point,
- 12:53Speaker 1: you are who you are and fuck anyone else. Of course,
- 12:58Speaker 1: you can change your looks if you want, and it
- 13:00Speaker 1: sounds a good thing, you know, if you want to
- 13:01Speaker 1: wear a wig, fine, you know, like she's not the
- 13:03Speaker 1: only one. And definitely, you know, there's vain people in
- 13:05Speaker 1: the world and I'm one of them. And hello, have
- 13:09Speaker 1: you heard my podcast It's called Vanity Farah So, but
- 13:12Speaker 1: I don't like the idea of a grown ass lady
- 13:14Speaker 1: having to lie about her life experiences to make some
- 13:18Speaker 1: man happy, and a man's younger and intolerant and from
- 13:23Speaker 1: a very specific fundamentalist extreme viewpoint, no, that's like the
- 13:31Speaker 1: crux anyway. During her condom buying scene. She cries, which
- 13:40Speaker 1: in itself is like what's happening here. She's saying that
- 13:42Speaker 1: she's very embarrassed, and we're like, okay, girl, well then
- 13:44Speaker 1: I mean quickly get out, but no, instead, through tears,
- 13:47Speaker 1: she's like, I need to have a conversation with someone
- 13:49Speaker 1: about how embarrassed I am. So she picks a person, honey,
- 13:52Speaker 1: that works in the store who does not want to
- 13:53Speaker 1: have any conversation with her at all about condoms, and
- 13:57Speaker 1: then she cries to him about the cond and the
- 14:00Speaker 1: way that she Okay, one thing is this, she's allergic
- 14:03Speaker 1: to latex. Okay, and so she's like, I have to
- 14:05Speaker 1: go to Nigeria with my own condoms. And we're like, okay,
- 14:08Speaker 1: well take care of yourself, honey, that makes sense. But
- 14:10Speaker 1: then now she's crying about being and barrost.
- 14:18Speaker 2: She's like, I also need to ask you a question.
- 14:23Speaker 2: Does sheer mean that you can feel it more?
- 14:27Speaker 1: Does it?
- 14:27Speaker 2: Does it mean that you can feel the skin a
- 14:29Speaker 2: little more? And we're all like, yeah, girl, that's I
- 14:34Speaker 2: mean a little obviously, right, like yeah, we talked, of course, course,
- 14:39Speaker 2: that's what that means. How do you have a kid
- 14:41Speaker 2: and how you've been married five times or whatever.
- 14:44Speaker 1: I don't know that. Like, obviously, a sheer condom means sheer. Also,
- 14:50Speaker 1: I love the fact that she's never worn a condom
- 14:52Speaker 1: and still knows how shitty they feel. They don't feel shitty.
- 14:56Speaker 1: It's very important that you protect yourself. Okay, obviously, obviously,
- 15:01Speaker 1: so good do it, make sure, But for someone who
- 15:06Speaker 1: has like, never worn a condom, and boy, is she
- 15:08Speaker 1: like I just really want to feel that, Dick.
- 15:11Speaker 3: I was embarrassed to tell you man at the CBS,
- 15:17Speaker 3: but yes, I do get itchy if it's latex, but
- 15:20Speaker 3: also I desperately need to feel it, and I want
- 15:24Speaker 3: him to feel.
- 15:24Speaker 1: Her like me. Okay, now, thank god Faith wasn't in
- 15:28Speaker 1: the shop, which begs the question why was it Faith there?
- 15:33Speaker 1: Because we just saw them driving together. And then she
- 15:36Speaker 1: goes in by herself and then has to ask I
- 15:38Speaker 1: mean some guy named Brian or something that thought his name,
- 15:42Speaker 1: but he certainly doesn't want to help her. He just
- 15:44Speaker 1: wants to get back to his life. And I don't
- 15:46Speaker 1: even know if this is that a riotet or a CBS,
- 15:48Speaker 1: but I'm pretty sure it's probably closed since then, honey,
- 15:50Speaker 1: And he's just like I was supposed to work thrifties
- 15:53Speaker 1: in the ice cream section, and I have to help
- 15:56Speaker 1: this old biddy with latex free condoms and try and
- 16:00Speaker 1: explain to her that, yeah, sheer means that you can
- 16:02Speaker 1: feel the veins, you know, like I'm sorry, it's so good, Okay.
- 16:10Speaker 1: So then we get the Benny Hanna scene, Don't delive
- 16:14Speaker 1: a Habachi grill, honey. So I love this for lots
- 16:18Speaker 1: of reasons. A because we get another like white guy
- 16:23Speaker 1: that like is being forced into the conversation of Laura's
- 16:28Speaker 1: life and sex life who does not want it, and
- 16:32Speaker 1: it's already at work and would rather be at work
- 16:36Speaker 1: doing what he usually does. So this man, you know,
- 16:39Speaker 1: when you're working at Benny Hannaman, I don't know, but
- 16:41Speaker 1: we've all been to one. They're doing all the tricks, honey.
- 16:44Speaker 1: They're cutting up the fried rice with the egg in it,
- 16:47Speaker 1: and they're like throwing you like a one dumpling in
- 16:51Speaker 1: your mouth and you're catching it. She's catching it. She's
- 16:54Speaker 1: she's had some fun, and he does this nice cooked
- 16:59Speaker 1: all does all the things he's supposed to do, act interested,
- 17:01Speaker 1: maybe ask a question, let her have some like expository
- 17:05Speaker 1: backstory revealed, and you know, I hopefully got a tip. However,
- 17:10Speaker 1: we're also learning that she is having money problems, so
- 17:13Speaker 1: half of me is like, is you not paying for this?
- 17:15Speaker 1: Then we get a lot of bad news, a lot
- 17:20Speaker 1: of fucking bad news, you know, the bad news of
- 17:24Speaker 1: like she's giving him money. She's given him two thousand
- 17:29Speaker 1: dollars and even more, give him two thousand dollars. First,
- 17:33Speaker 1: he's asked two to three times for money. He works
- 17:35Speaker 1: in construction, but she wants him to feel safe, and
- 17:40Speaker 1: she wants him to, you know, get better because unfortunately
- 17:44Speaker 1: he told her that he had to deal with malaria
- 17:47Speaker 1: and various other sicknesses and faith hears this and she
- 17:51Speaker 1: loses her shit. She loses her shit in a way
- 17:56Speaker 1: that is a trauma response from a child to a
- 18:02Speaker 1: parent when they are exhibiting behaviors that are reminiscent of
- 18:10Speaker 1: trauma and past toxic behaviors that impeded the child, and
- 18:16Speaker 1: the child is hearing and feeling energies and realizing that
- 18:20Speaker 1: she is no longer safe because she knows what this means.
- 18:25Speaker 1: She knows what this is and as she blank blank,
- 18:28Speaker 1: I'm sorry, as she blink blinks at her mom and
- 18:31Speaker 1: is like I'm sorry, what how much money do you
- 18:32Speaker 1: send him? And Laura's like just enough for me to
- 18:37Speaker 1: feel like he's safe. And she's like, yeah, but we
- 18:40Speaker 1: don't have any money. And you asked, Juna, you're a
- 18:42Speaker 1: good friend here to loan you money. And Juna's like, yeah,
- 18:48Speaker 1: I did. I've been paying for Daniel. And Laura's like,
- 18:53Speaker 1: she's the best that Juna. If she was a lesbian,
- 18:56Speaker 1: i'd be with her and have of me. He's like,
- 18:59Speaker 1: is June can we get It's just like a Michael Laura,
- 19:02Speaker 1: like the like Michael other Michael, Like I need like
- 19:04Speaker 1: an immediate Oh no, did I say Laura. Shit? If
- 19:09Speaker 1: I called Lisa Laura in the past like three minutes,
- 19:12Speaker 1: obviously that's on me. We all know there is another Laura,
- 19:15Speaker 1: and Laura is with Beer Khan, and Laura has a
- 19:19Speaker 1: best friend named Michael. So that was actually what I
- 19:21Speaker 1: was about to say, Does Lisa have a Juna like
- 19:25Speaker 1: a Laura has a Michael where there's the unspoken possibility
- 19:33Speaker 1: for a relationship that, for some reason fear hasn't blossomed yet,
- 19:39Speaker 1: because yeah, Lisa's like it, you know, I would be
- 19:42Speaker 1: with Juna and I'm not saying Juna is gay. But
- 19:46Speaker 1: what I am saying is that you certainly love someone
- 19:50Speaker 1: a lot to just throw them money a lot, like foolishly.
- 19:59Speaker 1: And I'm that because you know, Juna isn't giving Lisa
- 20:03Speaker 1: money to like fund a new business that will like
- 20:06Speaker 1: help Juna in the long run. I'm sorry, help Lisa
- 20:10Speaker 1: in the long run, like build a foundational income or anything.
- 20:16Speaker 1: And maybe I am, you know, an ungenerous soul that
- 20:20Speaker 1: like I just wouldn't be able to give my friend
- 20:23Speaker 1: money to give to a man or to I'm not
- 20:27Speaker 1: going to give my friend money to give to their lover.
- 20:33Speaker 1: It would have to be, like I have to be
- 20:37Speaker 1: a very special situation, like God Bless, like where I
- 20:39Speaker 1: knew the person very well and we definitely knew that
- 20:41Speaker 1: their lover was like going through it and then maybe then,
- 20:43Speaker 1: but I'm not going to just give my friend money
- 20:47Speaker 1: to give to their overseas lover who I haven't met
- 20:50Speaker 1: and who they haven't met yet, who and who like
- 20:53Speaker 1: is definitely definitely am not going to that if they're
- 20:56Speaker 1: from you know, a country God Bless that can have
- 21:00Speaker 1: some you know, some red flags I don't want to be.
- 21:07Speaker 1: I'm not I don't want to be like racist, but Nigeria,
- 21:11Speaker 1: of all of the countries, I mean, that's not the
- 21:16Speaker 1: one that I would like be throwing money to anyone at.
- 21:20Speaker 1: But you know, I'm trying to think now, I want
- 21:22Speaker 1: to not be racist, so like, yeah, there's definitely Arab countries.
- 21:25Speaker 1: Like what I mean, I wouldn't I wouldn't give money
- 21:27Speaker 1: to like anyone from I don't know. I wouldn't give
- 21:30Speaker 1: money to a lot of plate a lot of people
- 21:32Speaker 1: in places where I feel like there is a possibility
- 21:36Speaker 1: for a love scam and my friend hasn't met that person.
- 21:40Speaker 1: Faith goes all out. She's like, you're fucking crazy, mom,
- 21:45Speaker 1: You're being scammed. You don't see it. And Junah doesn't
- 21:48Speaker 1: really say anything, and all we know is Juna has
- 21:51Speaker 1: been supporting it, which begs the question why why. That's
- 21:56Speaker 1: why I'm like, Juna, do you like her? Is this
- 21:57Speaker 1: your way of like trying to, like, I don't know,
- 22:01Speaker 1: show your loved one that you do, because can you
- 22:03Speaker 1: girls just be together? Faith cries and has to leave
- 22:08Speaker 1: the dinner, and I feel so bad for her because
- 22:10Speaker 1: she's like, you're not listening. And then Guna is left
- 22:14Speaker 1: with Lisa and they go and find Faith, and then
- 22:17Speaker 1: Lisa's like, I promise you, I promise you I will
- 22:22Speaker 1: never choose him over you and I will not get
- 22:25Speaker 1: married to him there and she's like, that's what you
- 22:30Speaker 1: said last time. And she's like, yes, you have to
- 22:35Speaker 1: believe that I'm not going to make the same choices.
- 22:39Speaker 1: I'm not that toxic anymore. My heart broke. Ooh, this
- 22:46Speaker 1: is hard. I really want the best for Lisa's I
- 22:50Speaker 1: think that Lisa has a really good heart, and I
- 22:52Speaker 1: certainly want the best for Faith because Faith is like,
- 22:54Speaker 1: I've had a fucking put up with so much. You guys,
- 22:56Speaker 1: you have no idea. I had to move around all
- 22:59Speaker 1: the time, I went like five different schools, and I
- 23:04Speaker 1: had to deal with a mom who was a bleeding heart,
- 23:09Speaker 1: who felt like she had no security, who hated herself
- 23:13Speaker 1: unless she felt the affection of someone. I have a
- 23:17Speaker 1: mom who doesn't feel whole, and so when I was young,
- 23:21Speaker 1: I would see someone desperately grab at something, someone, some
- 23:26Speaker 1: relationship to make her feel enough. And I think that
- 23:31Speaker 1: probably the codependent part of their relationship like feeds a
- 23:36Speaker 1: part of that. Right for Lisa, I mean, Lisa has
- 23:41Speaker 1: to be like I'm not going to do it. I'm
- 23:44Speaker 1: just going to see if he's for real and I'm
- 23:47Speaker 1: not going to do anything bad. And please trust me,
- 23:50Speaker 1: and please you know, be positive and Faith, like you know,
- 23:53Speaker 1: doesn't happen in her heart anymore. Oh Faith, I need,
- 23:58Speaker 1: you know, Faith in her lived again there obviously, and
- 24:01Speaker 1: they're having financial issues which were we already discussed. So
- 24:04Speaker 1: I need Faith, and I mean this to have to
- 24:09Speaker 1: divorce herself of needing Okay. I need Faith to divorce
- 24:16Speaker 1: herself of her relationship with her mom enough to fend
- 24:23Speaker 1: for herself and make sure she's okay. I don't know
- 24:28Speaker 1: if Faith has like a separate bank account or Faith
- 24:30Speaker 1: is you know, has a job. I don't know if
- 24:32Speaker 1: Faith has been living with her mom, you know, and
- 24:36Speaker 1: you know, sharing one income. But if you know, this
- 24:40Speaker 1: isn't enough and her and Faith is going to is
- 24:43Speaker 1: a young girl, and she's gonna have to like find
- 24:44Speaker 1: something she's really good at and then like you know,
- 24:46Speaker 1: make sure that she has security and safety for herself,
- 24:49Speaker 1: because I do not feel like her mom is going
- 24:52Speaker 1: to be able to help her with that, and I
- 24:56Speaker 1: don't think she's ever probably seen a good example of that.
- 24:59Speaker 1: And so and there's no good there's no like way
- 25:02Speaker 1: for me to help her other than I want this
- 25:05Speaker 1: for her, and I'm putting this out there by telling
- 25:07Speaker 1: you guys so that you guys make it happen for her. No,
- 25:09Speaker 1: I don't know, for the universe too. Also, it is
- 25:13Speaker 1: I yeah, I felt really, I felt for her so bad. Uh. Okay,
- 25:18Speaker 1: So let's move on to a Viva and Stig honey, Okay.
- 25:24Speaker 1: She is running to her connecting flight. She's like, oh
- 25:28Speaker 1: my god, it's gonna board in twenty minutes and I
- 25:31Speaker 1: have to run to get there, and she's sweating. And
- 25:33Speaker 1: she gets there and she's like, oh, finally made it,
- 25:37Speaker 1: just in time. But as we see the monitor, all
- 25:40Speaker 1: it says is that it's bording in two minutes. And
- 25:43Speaker 1: I want to be like, all right, girl, you still
- 25:46Speaker 1: have thirty minutes. You could have stopped and gotten like
- 25:50Speaker 1: a straight up pack of Eminem's honey, because we all
- 25:54Speaker 1: know that if it's bording, you have time. So it
- 25:56Speaker 1: felt like a little bit of a sharp like oh, drama,
- 25:59Speaker 1: but like really, okay. We get a twelve hours earlier flashback,
- 26:05Speaker 1: and that's for Stig when we see him, honey, partying
- 26:09Speaker 1: in Saint Santa Elena. And then he's like, you know what,
- 26:12Speaker 1: my name it's Erlin and we were like, mm, we
- 26:17Speaker 1: can see why you call yourself Stig Erlin. Isn't it funny?
- 26:23Speaker 1: How stick is a good looking man? Right, totally good
- 26:25Speaker 1: looking and talented. He's great. And I'm so happy that
- 26:28Speaker 1: we get like a fun new storyline where there's like
- 26:32Speaker 1: a musical artist and this person is successful, great, like
- 26:39Speaker 1: you know, doing well, Like isn't uh kind of a
- 26:43Speaker 1: wannabe or depressing or sad? You know, we've seen so
- 26:48Speaker 1: much of that over the over the over the years.
- 26:50Speaker 1: I'm saying, his career isn't depressing and sad, and he
- 26:53Speaker 1: doesn't have to feel like he has to play at
- 26:55Speaker 1: something And we're like, yeah, sure, And that part's so
- 26:58Speaker 1: great now. I also love that for him because I
- 27:03Speaker 1: love that he has a nerdy name. Now, if Erlin
- 27:06Speaker 1: is like you know a name where you're like Chris,
- 27:09Speaker 1: that's it's a Belletionian heir loom name, and how dare
- 27:13Speaker 1: you like, how dare you say that it's nerdy? That's
- 27:15Speaker 1: just your own ignorance? I would be like, yeah, sure,
- 27:17Speaker 1: I agree, yep, you're right, But what I'm saying is
- 27:21Speaker 1: that Erlin kind of sounds like Ernest and like or Earl,
- 27:28Speaker 1: and all of those names, at least in English are
- 27:32Speaker 1: a nerdy, nerdy sounding. So I'm just gonna like put
- 27:35Speaker 1: my stamp on this. It's a nerdy name. Now, Stig
- 27:40Speaker 1: slash Erlin, I'm gonna call him Merlin has you know,
- 27:44Speaker 1: a posse around him, much like Leon Dicapriolle. There's Purf
- 27:47Speaker 1: who's his producer. There's Richie who his manager is his manager,
- 27:52Speaker 1: and then there's his like hangar on friend six they
- 27:56Speaker 1: always have one. It's the Turtle. It's like the friend Tony,
- 27:59Speaker 1: who's better ever since and so just gets to ride
- 28:02Speaker 1: the wave and pick up all the like leftover ladies
- 28:05Speaker 1: that like, you know, pass through the sieve of Stig.
- 28:09Speaker 1: Stig's sieve that's sixes. He's so happy for his life.
- 28:13Speaker 1: He's like, it's the only thing that can ruin this
- 28:17Speaker 1: is if you fuck it up for me. I don't
- 28:22Speaker 1: want you to be in a relationship where women think
- 28:24Speaker 1: that you're not single, because then they're not going to
- 28:27Speaker 1: throw themselves at you and then be desperate enough to
- 28:29Speaker 1: maybe try and go home with me so they can
- 28:31Speaker 1: get closer to you anyway. They are the you know
- 28:40Speaker 1: kind of men that are like, oh, you like a
- 28:44Speaker 1: Farina girl. And when he's like, yeah, you know, I
- 28:50Speaker 1: want to settle down and maybe have a kid, they're like, oh,
- 28:53Speaker 1: you want to breed her? That made my skin crawl.
- 28:59Speaker 1: That was a horrible do you want to breed her? Ooh?
- 29:03Speaker 1: Read her? There's like whatever levels of misogyny in this world,
- 29:12Speaker 1: and obviously a lot of levels, I guess, and by
- 29:14Speaker 1: whatever I mean obviously a lot. I don't even know
- 29:19Speaker 1: what I would do if I had met someone was
- 29:24Speaker 1: dating someone was on a reality show and before I
- 29:28Speaker 1: met them, I got to see a scene of them
- 29:30Speaker 1: and their closest friends were That closest friend had seen
- 29:34Speaker 1: pictures of me right like knew who I was, Like,
- 29:36Speaker 1: was like, oh, hey, you know fucking breed with her?
- 29:39Speaker 1: You canna breed her. I don't even know how I
- 29:41Speaker 1: would look at that person in the face ever again,
- 29:44Speaker 1: much less look at like the person I'm with and
- 29:46Speaker 1: not be like and you didn't slap that person and
- 29:48Speaker 1: be like, don't speak about the person I've been in
- 29:52Speaker 1: a six month relationship with like she's cattle. Jesus A
- 29:58Speaker 1: whole person. But he doesn't, right, Stick doesn't. He doesn't
- 30:05Speaker 1: for some reason check his friend slash producer slash manager.
- 30:09Speaker 1: And I don't understand why, because to me, Stig has
- 30:13Speaker 1: all the fucking power. Why is Stick allowing any of
- 30:17Speaker 1: these assholes, any of these fucking losers to like nag
- 30:22Speaker 1: him or disrespect him or his woman that way? I
- 30:27Speaker 1: found that interesting. I thought it. Yeah, to me, if
- 30:31Speaker 1: Stick was like, oh, I'm sorry, I pay your fucking bills,
- 30:35Speaker 1: so you're not gonna disrespect my relationship that way, it's
- 30:38Speaker 1: not what he said. Though. Now maybe you're like Chris
- 30:42Speaker 1: men or men and bullis, but I didn't, like, you know,
- 30:45Speaker 1: and bull eat just don't be so whatever. Maybe you're like,
- 30:47Speaker 1: maybe you're like not saying this, You're like Chris, why
- 30:49Speaker 1: do you keep putting words in my mouth? And I'm like,
- 30:50Speaker 1: I don't know. Maybe it's the place I'm in. It's
- 30:53Speaker 1: just that I guess that. Yeah. To me, And again,
- 31:00Speaker 1: it's not so much that I think that he should
- 31:02Speaker 1: be PC or pro feminist, although obviously I do think that.
- 31:05Speaker 1: It's that I think he is paying these men's bills,
- 31:09Speaker 1: and I think that that was disrespectful to the choice
- 31:12Speaker 1: he had made in a partner. It was like devaluing
- 31:17Speaker 1: the woman that he choose. He they basically called her
- 31:20Speaker 1: catalog like I said, so to me, it makes no
- 31:22Speaker 1: sense for him not to be like, uh, the fuck
- 31:27Speaker 1: you talking about you're gonna stay here, You're not gonna
- 31:30Speaker 1: party with any girls, Go have fun honey back on
- 31:36Speaker 1: the mainland, because you're not partying with me anymore. No
- 31:40Speaker 1: Spotify royalties for you, and no unveilings of any billboards
- 31:45Speaker 1: of any cognacs with me anymore, buddy. Anyway, So they
- 31:52Speaker 1: also are like, yeah, you're getting there, and you're excited
- 31:55Speaker 1: about that citizenship and Stig is like, well, I can't lie. Yeah,
- 31:59Speaker 1: you know, it's good thing kind of and we're all
- 32:02Speaker 1: like oh okay, yeah, okay, we get it. So they're
- 32:09Speaker 1: all like you to bring her to San Pedro, the
- 32:13Speaker 1: Temptation Island, and we get this backstory that he's been
- 32:18Speaker 1: a player, just like faith said playboy when we all
- 32:21Speaker 1: know male sled. And so these friends have their doubts
- 32:26Speaker 1: that he will ever be faithful to one lady. They
- 32:34Speaker 1: have fears and doubts, and he is trying hard to
- 32:37Speaker 1: be like yeah, this is it, but he isn't good
- 32:43Speaker 1: at at least at surging my doubts, a swaying my doubts,
- 32:46Speaker 1: whatever that word is back for her now. She made
- 32:49Speaker 1: it on that second plane, honey, And the shrimp's still
- 32:52Speaker 1: there and we all hate the shrimp. And there's shrimp
- 32:54Speaker 1: stains on her pants, which is better than shit stains,
- 32:56Speaker 1: but it's shrimp stains, I guess. So he's like back
- 33:02Speaker 1: where he is, He's got her flowers. He's like, I
- 33:04Speaker 1: can't wait to hang out with only one burner, which
- 33:07Speaker 1: is one girl. That's enough for me. They've been talking
- 33:10Speaker 1: for two years, been dating for six months because they
- 33:13Speaker 1: had met online, like I said, and then they were
- 33:16Speaker 1: booed up and then they were suddenly not boot up
- 33:18Speaker 1: and they've been six months. But like it's not exclusive.
- 33:21Speaker 1: She freshens up, and they have their airport hello, and
- 33:25Speaker 1: it's boring. It's not it's not an airport meeting that
- 33:36Speaker 1: is indicative of anything other than mediocre sex. I mean
- 33:45Speaker 1: that they seem awkward, like he does carry her bags
- 33:51Speaker 1: for her, and I find that okay, but like when
- 33:53Speaker 1: you actually look at them, she's like, yeah, there's chemistry
- 33:58Speaker 1: and he and he keeps touching me. And he he
- 34:00Speaker 1: keeps kissing me, and he's like, yeah, she had a
- 34:02Speaker 1: fucking fat ass, didn't expect it, love it, but also
- 34:10Speaker 1: a sweet personality and beautiful eyes. And we're like, it's
- 34:15Speaker 1: interesting when I don't know a sweet personality, I can't imagine. Okay,
- 34:25Speaker 1: here's the thing. I want to be sweet, and I
- 34:27Speaker 1: think that I am mostly sweet. But unless you're in
- 34:32Speaker 1: the nineteen fucking fifties, do I believe that like any
- 34:35Speaker 1: young man in twenty twenty five is like I just
- 34:37Speaker 1: like her so much for her sweet personality. She's a sweetie.
- 34:44Speaker 1: Of course, people want people that are kind and stuff
- 34:46Speaker 1: like that. But the way he describes her as having
- 34:50Speaker 1: a fat ass beautiful eyes, which we also know are
- 34:53Speaker 1: like just pull her opposite of the way you know
- 34:56Speaker 1: he looks, which could be that. Listen, we get it.
- 34:58Speaker 1: Light eyes are somewhat enviable in this world. And I'm
- 35:02Speaker 1: speaking from someone that you know radiates love from the
- 35:06Speaker 1: pair of the brownis eyes possible? Uh So maybe there's
- 35:10Speaker 1: like some whatever, but it just all seems like a
- 35:13Speaker 1: superficial kind of want to be cosplay of a relationship
- 35:21Speaker 1: without any like depth, without any depth at all. Really,
- 35:27Speaker 1: I don't want to be considered. I don't want the
- 35:29Speaker 1: predomin like, I don't want the predominant quality that someone
- 35:35Speaker 1: falls in love with me as being sweet, like stay
- 35:39Speaker 1: sweet and obey like okay. I would love them to
- 35:43Speaker 1: think that I'm kind or compassionate or empathetic. I also
- 35:48Speaker 1: definitely want them to think that I'm like funny, right obvious,
- 35:52Speaker 1: I mean whatever, this is me intelligent, funny, witty, snappy.
- 35:56Speaker 1: I want them to think that, like that I care
- 36:02Speaker 1: for people over me being sweet, or I want them
- 36:05Speaker 1: to think that I'm you know, obviously hot, not real hot, obviously.
- 36:09Speaker 1: I want them to think that I'm a weird mixture
- 36:12Speaker 1: of being so unbelievably beautiful but also sexy but also
- 36:15Speaker 1: just undeniably pretty and also respectfully hot. But mostly I
- 36:21Speaker 1: don't want them to think I'm sweet, because sweet to
- 36:23Speaker 1: me feels like you want me to like, yeah, shut
- 36:26Speaker 1: up and obey, fat ass and sweet sick doesn't know women.
- 36:32Speaker 1: When he said that, I was like, Oh, you don't
- 36:33Speaker 1: know women. I don't know what your idea women are.
- 36:36Speaker 1: Maybe just like yeah, shake an ass at concerts like
- 36:38Speaker 1: hype girls for you, you know, like maybe they'll throw a
- 36:41Speaker 1: T shirt out on your behalf. But I wonder if
- 36:44Speaker 1: you've ever been like truly vulnerable with a woman or
- 36:48Speaker 1: anyone and felt the weight of fear anticipation of like
- 36:56Speaker 1: having that person open their heart to you and accepting you.
- 37:00Speaker 1: But maybe if you like look at women as being
- 37:03Speaker 1: like sexual objects that are all obsessed with you because
- 37:06Speaker 1: you're a pop star, maybe you don't have to like
- 37:09Speaker 1: be open or vulnerable. You're not going to be open
- 37:12Speaker 1: and vulnerable with perf Richie and six though I would
- 37:20Speaker 1: love to see that scene. So she throws the shrimp away,
- 37:25Speaker 1: she won't let him meet the shrimp, and then he
- 37:29Speaker 1: takes her to the hotel and then she has greasy hair,
- 37:38Speaker 1: so he gives her more flowers and she's like, I
- 37:41Speaker 1: have a present for you, and she's already told him
- 37:43Speaker 1: she has lingerie. And I'm like, please shower, Please go shower,
- 37:46Speaker 1: but also I want him to shower, but also at
- 37:48Speaker 1: least you know, I don't know but him, but suret,
- 37:51Speaker 1: please go shower. It's been two flights. I've seen your hair.
- 37:56Speaker 1: There's been shrimp along the way, Like what comes out
- 38:00Speaker 1: that bathroom? To me, it's just her in red lingerie
- 38:03Speaker 1: with now that greasy greasy hair just up just and
- 38:08Speaker 1: like a claw clip. Ah, and I was I was sad.
- 38:17Speaker 1: I was sad, and I also wanted Spring's opinion her aunt.
- 38:22Speaker 1: Remember can you believe that we actually had a whole
- 38:26Speaker 1: episode of a Viva and Stig and they didn't somehow
- 38:29Speaker 1: bring Spring in, Like they didn't have a Viva like
- 38:31Speaker 1: call Spring on the way, you know, to the second plane,
- 38:36Speaker 1: or be like Spring. I made it because I assumed
- 38:40Speaker 1: that once the producer saw Spring, they knew that we
- 38:42Speaker 1: had to see her at every episode now because there
- 38:46Speaker 1: was a reason why we know Spring's name and we
- 38:48Speaker 1: don't know Aviva's mom's name. I'll never know that person's name.
- 38:52Speaker 1: I'll remember Spring for the rest of my life, so
- 38:55Speaker 1: will you. I mean, you know the Spring anyway? Bring
- 39:00Speaker 1: where was she? I know you know she has people
- 39:03Speaker 1: on the ground obviously watching Sprig. I'm surprised that weren't
- 39:06Speaker 1: like people with walkie talkies, like telling her about the
- 39:11Speaker 1: airport reunion. How they're like, hell, he cared about was her?
- 39:14Speaker 1: Fat ass? I don't know. I they have a horrible
- 39:20Speaker 1: conversation where he's like, I'll never leave you and she's like, yeah,
- 39:25Speaker 1: maybe don't leave me. But like, just question if you
- 39:27Speaker 1: were to leave me, Like, what would be the one
- 39:29Speaker 1: reason why you would He's like, well, I would only
- 39:32Speaker 1: have to leave you if you made it impossible for
- 39:35Speaker 1: me to stay but not liking my job and my career.
- 39:39Speaker 1: And she's like, well, I really want to be a
- 39:45Speaker 1: supportive person for you, but I also want to feel respected.
- 39:51Speaker 1: And then he said nothing because he doesn't know what
- 39:56Speaker 1: that means. What a great time to like lay out
- 40:00Speaker 1: the framework of what those words mean, right, I'd be like,
- 40:02Speaker 1: oh great, what is that great? So yeah, how can
- 40:06Speaker 1: that look? What does that look like for each other?
- 40:08Speaker 1: Just so that we can like get on the same page. Nope, Okay?
- 40:13Speaker 1: Rick and Trish, Honey, Rick and Trish, Rick and Trish.
- 40:17Speaker 1: It's the morning after of their lust, his lust and
- 40:24Speaker 1: her predicament. She has a lot of fake designer looks.
- 40:33Speaker 1: It's just interesting to me. There's like fake ermee sandals
- 40:37Speaker 1: on the ground, and she has like a fake Jackamis bag, shock,
- 40:42Speaker 1: a mes bag. She sounds so interesting. So we find out,
- 40:47Speaker 1: against our will that they had sex twice. In the
- 40:51Speaker 1: second time, he did all the stuff that she wasn't expecting.
- 40:54Speaker 1: She's so surprised that he has uh such vigor for
- 40:59Speaker 1: being a man of his age. Does she know those
- 41:04Speaker 1: pills he's despite the fact that he has suffered a
- 41:13Speaker 1: tragedy by losing a sun And therefore I feel bad
- 41:15Speaker 1: talking about him, not for me, in the way that
- 41:21Speaker 1: every time he talks it's it's well, it's disgusting. It's
- 41:34Speaker 1: every word that comes out of his mouth, and relationship
- 41:36Speaker 1: to her is disgusting, it's repulsive. He repulses me. Oh no,
- 41:42Speaker 1: I feel bad, And it's not the way he he's
- 41:48Speaker 1: an try he he's a good looking person, it's entirely
- 41:56Speaker 1: his demeanor. But then what happens is that his demeanor
- 42:01Speaker 1: then also sours any part of his looks that could
- 42:05Speaker 1: be conventionally attractive, where it's sort of like his personality
- 42:10Speaker 1: turns what would be on paper an attractive person into
- 42:15Speaker 1: like a fun house mirror. For me, the way he
- 42:20Speaker 1: talks about her is so gross. It is to the
- 42:28Speaker 1: highest degree. You're like, girl, run, Trish, I don't know, honey,
- 42:33Speaker 1: get those little shoes back on you and tap dance
- 42:36Speaker 1: out of that fucking man's life. Honey, you can't be there.
- 42:40Speaker 1: But unfortunately we're like day one. So after the sex.
- 42:46Speaker 1: He's like, I could stay in that bed all day.
- 42:47Speaker 1: But she was like, and let me show you the town.
- 42:51Speaker 1: So they go to a market and the market's called
- 42:54Speaker 1: Anaala Kiely, which I liked, and she's showing him around.
- 42:59Speaker 1: She's very lovely, she's very she's very proud of her culture,
- 43:07Speaker 1: and she should be. I think Madagascar looks at looks gorgeous.
- 43:11Speaker 1: It looks like a really beautiful part of the world,
- 43:15Speaker 1: and I would love to go there. And why I
- 43:17Speaker 1: bring that up is she's like so excited to show
- 43:19Speaker 1: him her city, and then he just shits on it,
- 43:25Speaker 1: like he does this thing that boomers do sometimes where
- 43:31Speaker 1: it's like they cannot help they cannot help talking the
- 43:39Speaker 1: thoughts in their brain and they seemingly do not hear
- 43:44Speaker 1: the words that they're saying from anyone else's vantage point
- 43:49Speaker 1: but their own. So, you know, she's showing them the market.
- 43:52Speaker 1: There's me, there's you know, this is a culture, this
- 43:55Speaker 1: is a town. Sorry, this is a city, major city.
- 43:59Speaker 1: There's meat markets. It's like, you know, everyone's coming here
- 44:02Speaker 1: to get their food. And he's like, oh my god,
- 44:04Speaker 1: you don't refrigerate anything. Doesn't the meat go bad? Now
- 44:07Speaker 1: I'm gonna tell you this. In the Western world or whatever.
- 44:11Speaker 1: Obviously in America we certainly refrigerator meats, and we have
- 44:15Speaker 1: seen on you know, meats not being refrigerated before. And
- 44:20Speaker 1: I don't quite understand exactly what happens hygienically, you know,
- 44:26Speaker 1: if what happens if people's got bacteria like in certain
- 44:31Speaker 1: places get accustomed and you know, other things are not.
- 44:36Speaker 1: I don't know, but I do know that he's a
- 44:39Speaker 1: grown ass man. So when he sees the food displayed
- 44:45Speaker 1: the way it is, he has to assume that's how
- 44:47Speaker 1: it is, that's how it is here, different from what
- 44:51Speaker 1: he knows. But yeah, there's different places. He's like, oh,
- 44:56Speaker 1: who would eat That's it's like leftover food that people
- 45:00Speaker 1: but when possibly eat And she's like, Oh, that's fucking rude.
- 45:05Speaker 1: That's yeah, we eat that food. Are you talking about?
- 45:08Speaker 1: He's like, oh, would you eat that? That brain and
- 45:10Speaker 1: she's like, yeah, fucking yes, I have. What's do you
- 45:13Speaker 1: hear the words gonna get in your mouth? I don't
- 45:17Speaker 1: get that. I just don't get it. I don't get
- 45:19Speaker 1: how you can be rude about how someone lives in
- 45:21Speaker 1: front of them when when you know that that's how
- 45:24Speaker 1: they live. That's how they that's how they live. It
- 45:28Speaker 1: might not be how you choose, and you definitely might
- 45:30Speaker 1: have like thoughts against it, but to like so openly
- 45:33Speaker 1: be dismissive and negative about it to someone is so
- 45:36Speaker 1: fucking rude. I like what? But she like somehow tolerates
- 45:42Speaker 1: it because there's this thing that sometimes I think happens
- 45:47Speaker 1: when you like have like a passive aggressive thing where
- 45:53Speaker 1: you're like, is this real that he is? That? Am
- 45:55Speaker 1: I the weird one? Then they go up to beautiful
- 46:00Speaker 1: mountaintop and there are people playing music and he tries
- 46:05Speaker 1: to dance and it's quickly apparent that he cannot, and
- 46:08Speaker 1: she starts dancing and he realizes that she can move,
- 46:13Speaker 1: and he's like, he's just for dating someone who's been
- 46:20Speaker 1: in Madagascar. He doesn't seem to have done any research
- 46:23Speaker 1: about it either. He's like, oh, that is that your
- 46:25Speaker 1: typical familiar dance that you have done for me? Like
- 46:29Speaker 1: if he's some British colonizer. I know that he's a person.
- 46:33Speaker 1: I know that he's a person of color, but the
- 46:37Speaker 1: way that he interacts with her is like he's some
- 46:42Speaker 1: British aristocrat almost, where he's like, look at the people.
- 46:45Speaker 1: The way they dance. Is that your typical, typical dance
- 46:49Speaker 1: that you people do, And she's like, no, just that's
- 46:52Speaker 1: the way I just wanted to dance in that one moment. Yeah,
- 46:58Speaker 1: it's very American. I guess, yeah, I guess it's not.
- 47:03Speaker 1: I guess I don't, Okay, So if I was to
- 47:05Speaker 1: say it, it's it's like, there's this American Oh my god,
- 47:09Speaker 1: you people live this way. I wouldn't live that way.
- 47:13Speaker 1: How can you people live this way? Blows my mind.
- 47:17Speaker 1: I would never be comfortable to live this way. Well, sir, a,
- 47:21Speaker 1: you might operate for more privilege. Also, b they don't.
- 47:25Speaker 1: She knows her life, so she's living her life that
- 47:32Speaker 1: she knows. She's happy, she's been happy. She certainly doesn't
- 47:37Speaker 1: need you to come raine on her parade, all of
- 47:38Speaker 1: your doubts and worries and whatever peculiarities. It's just I
- 47:44Speaker 1: hated it, don't you. I hated it so much. So
- 47:47Speaker 1: then after I hate all of this, he's like, let
- 47:49Speaker 1: me ruin everything more by bringing up this stupid you
- 47:54Speaker 1: ghosted meat for five days things. So then he's like,
- 47:58Speaker 1: why did you ghost me again? And she's like, I
- 47:59Speaker 1: can not fucking believe you're making me say all the
- 48:01Speaker 1: details again. Hey, my ex boyfriend was robbed. He thought
- 48:05Speaker 1: it was me. He thought I was an accomplice. He's like,
- 48:07Speaker 1: that sounds shady. She's like, also, be my brother using
- 48:09Speaker 1: my scooter hit someone. Then we had to pay for
- 48:12Speaker 1: that person's like whole healthcare and all these also the amends.
- 48:15Speaker 1: He's like, well, why don't you tell me? And she's like,
- 48:17Speaker 1: because I don't fucking know you. So I'm going through
- 48:20Speaker 1: a lot of goddamn turmoil with my family. I don't
- 48:25Speaker 1: have to like suddenly find time to spend two hours
- 48:30Speaker 1: on the phone with some dude I've never fucking met.
- 48:36Speaker 1: You're not real what. So then he hears all that,
- 48:42Speaker 1: and he's like, good, good, good, I'm glad I got
- 48:44Speaker 1: that cleared up, because the real cruxes while the five
- 48:49Speaker 1: days happened. He during the five days somehow got back
- 48:56Speaker 1: in touch with his ex in Columbia and that person's like,
- 49:02Speaker 1: come visit me. I don't know why I made it seem
- 49:05Speaker 1: like she's a bit She's fine, He's an asshole. And
- 49:08Speaker 1: then he gets back in touch with Trisha. Trish tells
- 49:12Speaker 1: him everything that she's already told him, He, in that moment,
- 49:15Speaker 1: decides not to believe her. He's like, I just felt
- 49:19Speaker 1: like she cheated on me, So what did I do?
- 49:22Speaker 1: I wanted her to have cheated on me, so I
- 49:25Speaker 1: can do whatever the fuck I want to do, which
- 49:28Speaker 1: is go to Colombia and act like I'm in a
- 49:30Speaker 1: relationship with someone who I already broken up with for
- 49:32Speaker 1: some reason, and fuck the shit out of her and
- 49:34Speaker 1: then leave her because I'm like, what travel fucking passport? Bro?
- 49:45Speaker 1: How do I? How do I not hate this man?
- 49:49Speaker 1: Help help me? Listen, we all live different lives, and
- 49:53Speaker 1: I feel really bad about that kid, But oh my god,
- 49:55Speaker 1: I don't know how gonna deal with him. I truly
- 49:57Speaker 1: don't like him. I don't like him, and he freaks
- 50:02Speaker 1: me out. I don't want him for her. Laura and
- 50:08Speaker 1: Beer Khan Okay, two couples left my love. Laura has
- 50:15Speaker 1: never flown over the ocean before. She has never even
- 50:19Speaker 1: left the continent, so she's nervous to go. She's wearing
- 50:22Speaker 1: a blue shirt and packing. She's packing to go visit obviously,
- 50:27Speaker 1: Beer can broken and leaving her friend Michael in the
- 50:31Speaker 1: goddamn dusk because Michael Honey couldn't even in the moment
- 50:34Speaker 1: be like I like you now. People in the streets
- 50:38Speaker 1: and by the streets, I mean read it were like
- 50:40Speaker 1: back and forth up Michael like, oh, I feel so
- 50:42Speaker 1: bad for him, and I do feel so bad for him,
- 50:44Speaker 1: and other people were like, also, he didn't ask her
- 50:48Speaker 1: out before? And the timeline of like why either it
- 50:55Speaker 1: because of his own self sabotage is one thing, or
- 50:58Speaker 1: whether he didn't ask her out prior when she happened
- 51:04Speaker 1: to weigh more pounds was a little confusing for the
- 51:07Speaker 1: internet streets to be like, oh, does he like her
- 51:10Speaker 1: now in this different body? And is you know what's
- 51:12Speaker 1: happening and what does that look like? And that is
- 51:15Speaker 1: a very interesting conversation that I hope the producers ask
- 51:22Speaker 1: him just to clarify, like, Buddy, like were you have
- 51:27Speaker 1: you been wanting to be with her the whole time
- 51:28Speaker 1: and you're and you've been self sabotaging because you feel
- 51:31Speaker 1: like you're not worthy because of a little birth defect
- 51:33Speaker 1: or a birth defect. I mean to minimize it for him,
- 51:36Speaker 1: I'm just saying a birth defect and him being like,
- 51:38Speaker 1: oh no, no, no, no, I didn't self sabotage. The whole time.
- 51:41Speaker 1: I only realized I was in love with her recently,
- 51:43Speaker 1: or oh no, I wasn't attracted her before, like I
- 51:46Speaker 1: need to know exactly what it was, or I was
- 51:47Speaker 1: in love with her the whole time and it wasn't
- 51:49Speaker 1: until that one scene where I started to say the
- 51:53Speaker 1: thing and then still couldn't say it. Okay, now, as
- 51:57Speaker 1: I said, she's packing, what is she packing? Only the
- 52:00Speaker 1: most sexy, lingerie, skimpy, slutty things possible to seduce her
- 52:09Speaker 1: man like avocado pit pjs. Oh look at those avocado
- 52:17Speaker 1: print PJ bottoms. You can almost feel like they're kind
- 52:20Speaker 1: of soft but also washed out a lot. I mean,
- 52:25Speaker 1: look at all them pits. I saw that. I was like,
- 52:30Speaker 1: oh babe, I'm not saying those PJ pants are bad.
- 52:35Speaker 1: I'm just saying I don't think they have to make
- 52:36Speaker 1: the trip. I don't think they got I think they
- 52:39Speaker 1: can stay. So then Laura's parents come over. Their names
- 52:47Speaker 1: are Eileen and Terry, and they are a conservative Catholic.
- 52:50Speaker 1: Oh god, and boy do they look at And then
- 52:53Speaker 1: I instantaneously wanted like way more backstory, like Laura, like
- 52:58Speaker 1: can you please talk about like what you're like? Was
- 53:00Speaker 1: like did you go to Catholic school, what's your confirmation name?
- 53:02Speaker 1: Like did you have to like pray to the saints?
- 53:04Speaker 1: How may no venas? Did your mom come home with?
- 53:06Speaker 1: Do you have a scalpular you know, like when you
- 53:08Speaker 1: tell me you're a conservative Catholic, I need more details.
- 53:12Speaker 1: I know that life. Her mom is the kind of
- 53:17Speaker 1: person that says Muslim like this Muslim, like if it's
- 53:22Speaker 1: spelled m u zz l um, like a muzzle Muslim,
- 53:29Speaker 1: And her dad says hardly anything at all, which is
- 53:32Speaker 1: probably how that relationship has lasted the whole time, because
- 53:36Speaker 1: the mom's a talker and has a lot of opinions,
- 53:39Speaker 1: and they're negative, real negative. They do not trust and
- 53:48Speaker 1: therefore respect really their adult daughter now not the first
- 53:56Speaker 1: pair of parents to do so. I always think of
- 53:59Speaker 1: like re Becca, of Rebecca and Zayed as like the
- 54:02Speaker 1: prime example for some reason of someone who and this
- 54:07Speaker 1: is kind of obviously similar as beer cons from it,
- 54:10Speaker 1: you know, obviously an Arab country, Turkish or Muslim country.
- 54:15Speaker 1: What everyone's saying, someone who when she or when they
- 54:24Speaker 1: discuss the choices that they have made, which is to
- 54:27Speaker 1: follow their heart, everyone in their life was like stupid,
- 54:30Speaker 1: fucking choice, you dumb dumb. You're a stupid dumb dumb
- 54:33Speaker 1: for making that choice, and you are not to be
- 54:36Speaker 1: at all trusted. Your behavior and your choices in the
- 54:39Speaker 1: past certainly have led us to believe that you don't
- 54:43Speaker 1: know shit, And so when you tell us the choices
- 54:47Speaker 1: that you have made in your adult life, we certainly
- 54:50Speaker 1: feel totally totally valid and like giving you our opinions
- 54:55Speaker 1: and how shitty we think your ideas are, how bad
- 54:58Speaker 1: they are, and why we think that you, I mean,
- 55:00Speaker 1: are fucking asinine, fucking crazy. It's just a it's a
- 55:04Speaker 1: hard pov to have against someone that you respect, Like
- 55:10Speaker 1: even if someone who your whole life you've been like,
- 55:12Speaker 1: you know, is an normal person. But I can see
- 55:14Speaker 1: someone they build or I can see why they built something,
- 55:17Speaker 1: or you know, they have a certain lifestyle, certain life
- 55:20Speaker 1: that they've created that I recognize, even if they were
- 55:24Speaker 1: making a wild choice, you would still back up your
- 55:27Speaker 1: statements of being like I know you to be a
- 55:29Speaker 1: logical person. I know you to be a rational person,
- 55:33Speaker 1: like why this, why that? And obviously that's never That's
- 55:36Speaker 1: not the vibe. The vibe is like we've been putting
- 55:38Speaker 1: up with your bullshit you're stupid bullshit this whole time,
- 55:41Speaker 1: and we cannot believe you're doing it again. And it's
- 55:45Speaker 1: hard because the mom is saying, Allen, saying things like,
- 55:53Speaker 1: you know he doesn't love you and you can't possibly
- 55:56Speaker 1: love anyone. He's an unknown entity. And she says, don't
- 55:59Speaker 1: sell yourself short, why are you doing this? And Laura
- 56:04Speaker 1: says that she thinks life is a series of calculated
- 56:09Speaker 1: risks and you have to take a risk on love
- 56:15Speaker 1: because if you don't for love, like what is anything for?
- 56:23Speaker 1: And I I really respect that there is this horrible
- 56:30Speaker 1: like balance you have to do when you have to
- 56:33Speaker 1: like take a leap of faith. Right, And it happens
- 56:36Speaker 1: in careers like with money stuff and investments, and like
- 56:40Speaker 1: starting a business, And it happens with moves like if
- 56:45Speaker 1: you move to a brand new city or state or whatever,
- 56:48Speaker 1: take a new job, or and of course it happens
- 56:51Speaker 1: with relationships, like the burgeoning of a new love or whatever.
- 56:56Speaker 1: There's a certain leap of faith and therefore a certain
- 56:59Speaker 1: like necessary bravery it takes to do so. And and
- 57:05Speaker 1: only that like period of discomfort can there be like
- 57:09Speaker 1: wild growth and wild possibility. Right. But at the same time,
- 57:15Speaker 1: being able to like draw a line between taking a brave,
- 57:19Speaker 1: wild leap of faith and then making a crazy mistake
- 57:25Speaker 1: with a bunch of red flags that everyone else sees
- 57:28Speaker 1: that you don't is like, I mean, I listen, you
- 57:38Speaker 1: could imagine that I'm not someone into cryptocurrency. I don't
- 57:42Speaker 1: know if you can imagine that. But now I've said it,
- 57:45Speaker 1: so you don't even have to imagine. Guess what, not
- 57:47Speaker 1: a person that I just don't. It's fine, I don't
- 57:49Speaker 1: know it. Well, I've never invested in it, and you know,
- 57:53Speaker 1: my own personal I guess my own personal business matter,
- 58:00Speaker 1: because I told you I'm in a codependent relationship with
- 58:02Speaker 1: my father. As usually, I go to my dad for
- 58:04Speaker 1: business advice, and my dad handles money and is a
- 58:09Speaker 1: has been a financial advisor all of his life, and
- 58:11Speaker 1: he definitely is, you know, of the older generation. So
- 58:14Speaker 1: my dad very early on was like fuck crypto, okay,
- 58:18Speaker 1: and I believed him. Now, did people make money on crypto?
- 58:22Speaker 1: Certainly they did. Did people lose money on crypto? Certainly
- 58:26Speaker 1: they did. They don't even talk about crypto, but I
- 58:29Speaker 1: know there are crypto billionaires. I don't even know where
- 58:31Speaker 1: they are. Truly. It's like I don't. It could be
- 58:33Speaker 1: either what there are people who made a huge leap
- 58:36Speaker 1: of faith in crypto and made a lot of money,
- 58:38Speaker 1: and there's people who made a huge leap of faith
- 58:40Speaker 1: in crypto and probably lost it all. Or it's all
- 58:44Speaker 1: locked in some fucking weird digital wallet and they can't
- 58:47Speaker 1: remember the key. I mean, I don't even know, or
- 58:50Speaker 1: someone mined it. I mean wa okay. So all that
- 58:55Speaker 1: to say, I really felt for this like bitter ed,
- 59:00Speaker 1: bitter sweet. I say this double edged sword, a bitter
- 59:04Speaker 1: sweet symphony, a catch twenty two. You don't know what's
- 59:07Speaker 1: gonna what it's gonna be. It could be great, it
- 59:09Speaker 1: could be horrible. We get cut to ber Khan. Now
- 59:14Speaker 1: ber Khan loves Nietzsche and loves philosophy. We get an
- 59:21Speaker 1: idea of him that at first is almost kind of
- 59:26Speaker 1: like Miss Debbie, where like, remember miss Debbie, I think
- 59:34Speaker 1: it's my thing. His name is Mohammed. Oh god, it's
- 59:36Speaker 1: really bad. It's just there's not I think his name
- 59:39Speaker 1: is Mohammed. Where at first he was like an artsy
- 59:42Speaker 1: person and we were supposed to believe that he was
- 59:44Speaker 1: like artsy, and that was like his major personality trait
- 59:49Speaker 1: ber Khan's major personality trait is like stoic philosopher, depressive
- 59:58Speaker 1: kind of existential crisis. A man in the middle of
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: an existential crisis is what his like vibe is. He's
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: like life is one part pain and one part thriving.
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: He's like, I want to be the light for people
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: while I deal with the darkness of my soul. He
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: was supposed to be a professional soccer player and then
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: he tore his ACL out. I'm sorry ACL and still
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: loves to play. We meet up with his two friends.
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: But before that, he says that when he met Laura
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: on Snapchat, she made him feel like dreaming was okay again.
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: And what he said that it was a beautiful sentiment
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: and it's a better sentiment to me or more romantic
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: than anyway. Danielle's saying that he loves her right away,
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: that she's like from a face of God or stick
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: being like love that ass people. You know. For him
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: to say that she made him feel like dreaming was okay,
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: it makes me feel like he was open and or
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: vulnerable with her enough to feel an actual feeling. I
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: don't know if it's going to last, and I don't
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: know if he has the emotional maturity to like sit
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: with and sustain a relationship. Those are the things we'll
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: find out. But his friends are his friends and they're close.
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: He's not close to his fam. His friends aren't Memo
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: and Tuba, and they are playing some tile game. I
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: don't know what kind of tell game it is. At first,
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: I'm like, is this scrabble? You know? Everyone's playing Majong
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: now right? Like everyone were you on? I remember when
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: I was doing the episode with Mary Page. I can't
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: remember if she said it from Pink Shade on the
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: podcast or before and after that everyone was playing Majong
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: in her life, and then once she said that to
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: me two weeks ago, it's like, fucking Majong is everywhere.
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: Everywhere people are playing Majong. Anyway, the tiles made me
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: think of that at first, since I was like, is
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: that is that back? Ammon? No, it's some tile game.
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: And the friends talked to him about Laura and they
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: see a picture of Laura and they're like, how old Laura.
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: He's like twenty years older than me, And obviously she
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: had to tell her parents that and her parents hated that.
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: And he's like, I like older women. I like him.
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: First of all, she looks young even though she's old,
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: and we're like, you didn't have to say that part.
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: And then he's like, yeah, you know they understand. Now
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: that part gave me pause. I'm sorry, sir, what do
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: we understand? What do you think that us older women
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: understand exactly? Because truly we have knowledge, but we're not
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: going to allow bullshit by some like easy sentiment of
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: understanding or being you know, it's like it was a
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: very oh it was. It was a very suspicious answer.
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: So he then says that after his failed soccer career,
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: that he started a bunch of businesses and they didn't
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: do well. He's in some sort of financial trouble and
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: that he therefore has a secret to tell her. Now.
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: I don't know what the secret is, but I hope
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: it's not him asking for money, and if it is,
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: I won't allow her to give it, but definitely her
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: parents won't. Yeah, you just can't ask your lover for money.
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: You just can't. You gotta ask someone else. I don't
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: have to tell you. Well, I know what to tell you,
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: Beer Khan. If you need money, you're gonna have to
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: go get back in with your family. And I mean
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: that because you're from a culture where like it's a
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: lot of family shit. So if you need something, don't
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: be asking this older white lady you haven't met before.
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: Go back and ask daddy straight up. I do want
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: to give him grace because I felt like he had
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: more interesting answers than just like stereotypical, Like I liked her,
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: she had blue eyes, fuck you. But at the same time,
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: there obviously is some suspicion, suspicious behavior, so suspicious answers.
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: So the other thing is that he also said that
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: she Laura compares him to Michael, which I thought was interesting.
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: Obviously we know that he hates michaels like she shouldn't
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: have friends, but he may. I like, stop this, and
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: they always hang out. But I want to be like,
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: what is she comparing him to? Michael will hang out
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: with me? Michael doesn't ask me for money? Michael. I mean, yeah,
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: was comparing the word that he needed. He Michael will
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: listen to me more. Michael listens to me. I don't know, Okay,
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: I certainly saved the best for last forced and Sheena.
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: You know, we have themes that reoccur on the show,
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: like s'mores one theme of this season besides Wiggs, is
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: shrimp on a plane. Now, I don't eat fish, and
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: I know I'm vocal about it. I don't eat fish
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: at all. And you can be like, do you mean lobster?
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: And I'd be like, bitch, that's in the ocean. That's fish.
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: You'd be like, Chris, no, that's not fish, that's some
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: other kind of thing. And I'd be like, Okay, no,
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: I don't eat it if it's in the water. If
- 1:06:17Speaker 1: it's in an ocean water, I don't eat it. That's gross.
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: It smells gross. And I don't know how you eat it. No,
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: And also like don't we all think that, like mercury
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: and all that stuff exists, and like didn't we like
- 1:06:30Speaker 1: pollute everything? Now, like don't we eat Like no, Like
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: don't we all agree that, like you shouldn't eating fish? Okay, no,
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: we don't. I guess I do. But can't we all
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: agree at least that shrimp or fish or anything that
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: is from the water shouldn't be on planes a because
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: of the smell, but also b because of the freshness.
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: Forrest is a lovely person. He is eating this fucking
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: shrimp on this plane, and he's like this shrimp. This
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: is great. This is the best fish I've ever had.
- 1:07:04Speaker 1: This food on this plane is so yummy. I can't
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: wait for she to eat more of this food on
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: the plane with me. And I died on the inside. Well, no,
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: I mean, I don't know what. I don't know what's
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: gonna make me like heave more like Rick talking about
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: Trish to Trish or shrimp shrimp on planes, smelly shrimp
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: on planes, loving shrimp on planes. So that's him. Molly's
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: someone in the back I don't know, joining the Mile
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: High club with Dev, which I wonder what Dev does
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: on a plane. I like, you know, Forrest is filming himself.
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: Dev I'm assuming sleeps twenty hours a day. We get
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: the little cut to Shina. Shina is waiting for a
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: ride to the airport with Honey. A big ass piece
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: of fruit, big ass piece of fruit, and it's jackfruit.
- 1:08:08Speaker 1: I did not know they made. I didn't know that
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: jackfruit's that big. I mean that this jack this jackfruit
- 1:08:14Speaker 1: was the size of like the biggest watermelon I've ever seen,
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: I don't even know, or like the biggest pumpkin. I
- 1:08:25Speaker 1: can't believe jackfruit is that big. I can't quite. I
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: don't know what jackfruit tastes like. I've had jackfruit before,
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: but the way I had jackfruit was like in a
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: vegan taco format. Vegans love jackfruit. I don't know if
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: it's like easily mouldable or one of those things. I mean,
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: obviously I guess it is, because I mean I ate it,
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: and it tasted yeah, like they seasoned it and it
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: just was like wet kind of yeah, like what fruit,
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: spicy wet fruit, But like, yeah, I don't know what
- 1:09:04Speaker 1: it tastes like by itself. Uh. I love fruit though. Okay,
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: So she gets a ride and then she's like, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: thank you so much, sir, I'll take the bags. Help
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: me with that jackfruit. And then Forrest gets off the
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: plane and he's wearing a lemon shirt. Makes me happy.
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: And again we saw those avocado pajama pants, so it's
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: like there's a lot of food on clothing happening. And
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: that wasn't even the actual shrimp on a beava's pants.
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: You know, it's like, what are these themes? Okay, and
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: right outside of the plane, as they do, you bark?
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: Do you bark? That's a word, right, you bark? I'm
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: sorry you do you you deplane? Do you debark a plane? Oh? No,
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: dop de bark? Do you do that? By the way,
- 1:09:56Speaker 1: do you ever just say words and then you and
- 1:09:58Speaker 1: as you say them out loud, you're like, is that
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: real word? De bark? I'm looking it up right now
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: in real time, because I mean verb leave a ship
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: or aircraft? Great? Hm hm okay. So you guys, when
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: you sometimes listen to my podcast, are you like, Wow,
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: what a literary genius? What a walking dictionary? This woman is.
- 1:10:27Speaker 1: I get smarter by listening to her. I'm playing with you.
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: You absolutely don't know what You're just like, oh my god,
- 1:10:32Speaker 1: stop talking about beauty projects. Stop saying the word like.
- 1:10:36Speaker 1: I'm like, I know, I can't sorry about it. Okay,
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: So here we are. Mollie is a little messy. She's frazzled.
- 1:10:45Speaker 1: She's a frazzled, chaotic person who seemingly doesn't have your
- 1:10:50Speaker 1: shit together, not ever, because we certainly saw her in
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: the airport getting there and everything was like I can't
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: find this, and I can't find that, and what's that?
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: And I'm bubbling around and don't want to get there,
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: and I mean that kind of like energy. You're like,
- 1:11:04Speaker 1: how how do you? How have you lived? How are
- 1:11:07Speaker 1: you alive? You know a little bit still, So she
- 1:11:09Speaker 1: gets with the plane and she's like, well, where's my passport?
- 1:11:12Speaker 1: Oh no, I can't find my passport. Dev is like oh,
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: Forrest just wants to run to Sheena's arms. He's done
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: all this to get away from Molly, and the last
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: possible moment before he could like actually touch Sena, Molly's like,
- 1:11:25Speaker 1: not yet, I gotta find my paperwork. Mollie went on
- 1:11:30Speaker 1: know she thought she had left it in the little
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: like magazine part where the sky mall was in the
- 1:11:38Speaker 1: seat in front of her pocket. I don't know. But
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: this whole time, the plane has landed and shea me listen,
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: she ka if one thing she wants to be in
- 1:11:49Speaker 1: constant contact. It does maybe appeel like they have some
- 1:11:52Speaker 1: insecure attachment situations in some codependency situations. Certainly does feel
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: that way. Uh So she has texted him you landed,
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: and he has not texted back, and that has made
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: her nervous. Also, she doesn't say this, but she also
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: is like, doesn't probably want to fucking see Molly who's
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: just yelled at her and stuff. Like that. There's a
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: whole part of this whole situation where I'm like, I
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: just fucking wish that Molly and dev were like, Okay,
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: you know what, when we get to the airp, when
- 1:12:24Speaker 1: we get off the plane, we're gonna let you hang
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: out with Sheena the whole fucking day. We're not gonna
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: even say hi to her. We're just gonna like, let
- 1:12:32Speaker 1: you guys have your romantic moment and then we'll meet
- 1:12:35Speaker 1: up later. But like no, so okay whatever. But they
- 1:12:37Speaker 1: do have a romantic moment, like they do come together. Uh,
- 1:12:40Speaker 1: she sees him, he comes through the doors. She starts crying,
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: I mean instantly, you know, and he holds her and
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: she says, oh, honey bear, and he starts crying and
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: they kiss. I mean his face when he sees her,
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: like Forrest, it's Forest's face, and he definitely got a
- 1:12:59Speaker 1: go forst Go run Forrest, run from his mom. When
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: he sees Sheena, it's so full of an open hearted
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: love of someone who is looking at his yeah, beloved,
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: with such tenderness and such like open heartedness that it's
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: so beautiful. I loved this. I loved, loved loved this.
- 1:13:23Speaker 1: Airport reunion seven years in the making. It's full of tenderness.
- 1:13:30Speaker 1: It's full of so much tenderness that Molly breaks down,
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: that Dev loses his shit. Dev loses his Dev doesn't
- 1:13:40Speaker 1: lose any shit. Molly loses her passport, loses everything. Oh
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: my goddamn time. Dev is a stoic man. Never can
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: do anything. He never can, like, you know, barely make
- 1:13:48Speaker 1: a noise that Dev.
- 1:13:50Speaker 4: Dev is like, I mean, love is love, Honey, you
- 1:13:54Speaker 4: can't you can't deny it. Dev's like, I never fucking cry.
- 1:13:58Speaker 4: I'm telling you, I don't cry. You'll never see moisture
- 1:14:02Speaker 4: leave an orifice from my face. I barely have any
- 1:14:06Speaker 4: moisture left in my entire body.
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: Look at me. You know that's not Yeah, but she
- 1:14:15Speaker 1: had not got to him. I really love them. Oh
- 1:14:22Speaker 1: my goodness, gracious, that was the episode I loved. I mean,
- 1:14:25Speaker 1: I'm stop saying I love this episode. It was such
- 1:14:27Speaker 1: a good episode. I'm so into this season. I'm very
- 1:14:30Speaker 1: highly into it. I am committed. I care. I don't
- 1:14:36Speaker 1: want any more. Emma. At some point, we're getting a lease,
- 1:14:45Speaker 1: which I can't even really wrap my mind around. I mean,
- 1:14:52Speaker 1: there's so many couples, Okay, and we still have another
- 1:14:57Speaker 1: couple to meet. That's not a lease. I think a
- 1:14:59Speaker 1: lease must be coming like season or something. Okay, my
- 1:15:04Speaker 1: loves That was the end of the episode. Can you
- 1:15:05Speaker 1: believe it? I just can't wait for more. Obviously, we
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: have Toe coming up and I will be doing also
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: Sister Wives Live from Paris. The way I'm structuring this
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: right now is that my RSS feed is getting for
- 1:15:22Speaker 1: Vanity Farrah is getting the Before the ninety Days, and
- 1:15:26Speaker 1: I'm keeping YouTube lives for Toe and the Sister Wives
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: right now, and then at some point I'll marry everything,
- 1:15:34Speaker 1: just like Sheena and Forrest getting married. But until then,
- 1:15:38Speaker 1: the RSS feed is where you'll find Before the ninety Days,
- 1:15:41Speaker 1: this season of ninety Day Fiance, and this visual of
- 1:15:47Speaker 1: this episode will be of my Patreon only because I
- 1:15:49Speaker 1: have no makeup on and I just don't feel like
- 1:15:51Speaker 1: scaring people for free, but you can pay to be scared.
- 1:15:56Speaker 1: I'm just kidding. And then yes, I will have like
- 1:16:02Speaker 1: I said, Toe and Sister Wives on my YouTube. I
- 1:16:08Speaker 1: would love you to give Vanity Farah five stars. Please
- 1:16:12Speaker 1: give a helpful review and share this podcast with others.
- 1:16:15Speaker 1: Go to my Instagram and share it to your feed
- 1:16:19Speaker 1: or if you're listening right now, like screenshot it and
- 1:16:22Speaker 1: tell me you like it. I would love to know
- 1:16:24Speaker 1: your favorite parts. It means a lot that you're listening.
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: I heavily appreciate it. If you want more of me,
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: guess what there's more of me. I'll tell you all
- 1:16:33Speaker 1: the ways. And my God, I keep monetizing myself or
- 1:16:37Speaker 1: whatever I keep putting myself out there is what I
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: should really say, because that's what you have to do.
- 1:16:42Speaker 1: Sometimes you have to make calculated risks in this world.
- 1:16:46Speaker 1: For love, you have to make leaps of faith or
- 1:16:49Speaker 1: nothing will happen. So I have a Patreon, Like I said,
- 1:16:52Speaker 1: it's Chris Farah, I have a substack. It's Chris Farah.
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: I am at Chris el Farah on Instagram and on TikTok,
- 1:16:59Speaker 1: and I'm having a lot of fun making content there.
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: None to day content, a lot on TikTok, and life
- 1:17:05Speaker 1: content on TikTok, life content on Instagram. Right now, I
- 1:17:11Speaker 1: am in Paris for Christmas week, so a lot of
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: fun traveling stories. Last week I was in London for
- 1:17:18Speaker 1: the opening of the West End production of Oh Mary,
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: and that was super super super great, funny, but also
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: amazing to watch the journey of that production. So it's
- 1:17:34Speaker 1: like incredibly inspiring. And if you haven't seen Omary yet,
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: it's so fun Stupidly funny, stupidly smartly funny, is what
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: I should say, because it's camp done really well. And
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: I think for camp to be done really well, there's
- 1:17:49Speaker 1: you have to be brilliant performers living in a heightened
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: version of absolute truth, of absolute painstaking, high stakes truth
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: for it to be that funny. It is, so go
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: see you Mary on Broadway, Go see you Mary in
- 1:18:03Speaker 1: the West End. Follow me at Chris el Fara on Instagram,
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: on TikTok, and finally I'm on Facebook. You can join
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: my private group van Vy Farah or you can like
- 1:18:12Speaker 1: my page Chris Farah on Facebook. Those are all the options.
- 1:18:16Speaker 1: I feel like they're great. Patreon, Substack, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Facebook,
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: give me a review here on Vanity Fair. Other than that,
- 1:18:26Speaker 1: I certainly wish you all happy holidays, Happy Hanukah, Merry Christmas,
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: Happy New Year. Please find pockets of joy for yourself
- 1:18:40Speaker 1: where you feel loved and warm, and do that enough
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: so that you have ample joy to share with others. Okay,
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: if you could take care of yourselves. Like they tell
- 1:18:56Speaker 1: you in a plane, you put your oxygen mask on.
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: Make sure that you feel as much love and it's
- 1:19:04Speaker 1: much kindness, and it's much like care by giving yourself
- 1:19:09Speaker 1: that that you can. And then once you feel like
- 1:19:13Speaker 1: you've ascertained enough, don't be miserly. Share it, you know,
- 1:19:18Speaker 1: share a smile, share eye contact, share like a consensual
- 1:19:24Speaker 1: consensual touch, or share a vulnerable part of yourself with someone,
- 1:19:32Speaker 1: not in an oversharing trauma response way, but in a
- 1:19:36Speaker 1: way that you choose that will make someone else feel
- 1:19:43Speaker 1: not alone, if you can find that kind of moment.
- 1:19:49Speaker 1: When I do lives on YouTube, at the end, I
- 1:19:52Speaker 1: do a breath for us all to take together because
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: I have a sort of joy in that, in one
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: present moment, whoever is listening and whoever's in the room,
- 1:20:05Speaker 1: that we all breathe together and we all know that
- 1:20:07Speaker 1: we're all doing it because we're in fact sharing space.
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: I love that. So But like I end YouTube lives
- 1:20:16Speaker 1: and like I'll end Vanity Farrahs, take care of yourselves
- 1:20:21Speaker 1: and one another, stand up for what you believe and
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: make art. Okay, ah, thank you again. I love you, guys.
- 1:20:32Speaker 1: Thank you so much. I'll talk to you later, my
- 1:20:35Speaker 1: little pheromones, all right bye,
