- 3:31so I just ran in here so I'm gathering myself. But tonight's show,
- 3:38I would like for you guys to just sit back and relax. If you
- 3:44have any questions to ask the guests when I bring him on, I would
- 3:51like for you to give that number of called that's at the bottom of your
- 3:53screen four two, four three one. I'm my guest tonight is the one
- 4:06and only Tanawa Downey. He is an activist. He is currently going around
- 4:17to all the States serving the Attorney generals. I am so happy and so
- 4:25excited to be sitting here talking to him. He's the only one that I
- 4:32reached out to many activists on regarding the injustice, about what's going on with
- 4:39men and women that's around currently incarcerated in prison on wrong for conviction, over
- 4:45centused, and unlawful, and no one had return any of my emails,
- 4:53any of my posts. But Tanawa Downey, thank you so much, so
- 4:59much. We're appreciate you. I know you busy. You seen that you
- 5:02served the great state of text. It's just on today in a general term.
- 5:10Didn't want to come down and accept the papers. So I'm gonna give
- 5:15the floor to you and let you it was more about yourself and let us
- 5:19know what's going on. Thank you so much for having me. It's an
- 5:24honor for me to do this. So you know, when I started this
- 5:28about ten months ago, I said that I will I will speak to any
- 5:31group that will listen to me, and I will I will come to any
- 5:34any location that will host me. You know what's important right now is that
- 5:39is that the information I have that I've been building and the knowledge that that
- 5:46understand I need to give it out to people, because you know, it's
- 5:49not something that I should be keeping inside, something that is going to benefit
- 5:54and value the whole nation. So the more I spread it, the more
- 5:58I give it freely to everybody, the quicker we're going to be able to
- 6:02all come to terms with the reality and learn how to actually address this system,
- 6:08because there are ways that we can address it. And so you know,
- 6:12it's an honor to be able to do it. And UH, and
- 6:14I think that that, uh that you know, your your audience is a
- 6:17is a group that I haven't spoken to before, and so I certainly am
- 6:21thankful for being able to be given that opportunity. So I'm sorry, guys,
- 6:26I've been been coughing for a few days here, getting right out on
- 6:30the on the road here, lots of talking. But my name is Camall
- 6:33Downey, and I'm a national civil rights advocate and litigator, and I I
- 6:39deal with primarily prison related civil rights issues and uh and also family family matters.
- 6:46And so we have some cases that that we're bringing to the United States
- 6:50Supreme Court. We're gonna be heard very very soon, and uh, we're
- 6:56ramping up for for that right now. We're we're putting the states and the
- 6:59courting position where they're not going to have a choice, and we don't want
- 7:02them to uh to reconsider whether or not we're right or whether or not they
- 7:08have to do the right thing. We're going to just bring it home and
- 7:11uh and make sure that overwhelmingly that they understand the true nature of the of
- 7:15the beast right now and and and that if they continue to act contrary to
- 7:21the will of the people and the very laws that create their office and grant
- 7:26them their authority, then they will no longer have authority because any abuse to
- 7:30delegate authority, of course, results in violence of public trust. So and
- 7:33that's a crime. And so we want to make sure that that these criminals
- 7:38that are currently leading our country that they understand that you will not be leading
- 7:41us any longer. You can either return to the stablish rule law, obey
- 7:44the will of people, uh and and have respect for the lass they put
- 7:47into place, or we will we will make sure that that you will not
- 7:51leave our country any longer. So, thank you. How would this help
- 8:00the men and women that's currently that's fighting unlawful imprisonment and over censuses, How
- 8:09would this help them gain their freedom? So, uh, there's there's one
- 8:20thing that's very very important for us to all to understand, is it there's
- 8:24a difference between wrongful imprisonment and wrongful conviction. Right, those are two vastly,
- 8:30vastly different things. So, so wrongful conviction presumes that there is a
- 8:35judgment that is in place and that that judgment is valid, and thus you
- 8:37have to do what's known as a claims processing action, So you would do
- 8:43an appeal. Right, So if you go through a judicial process, you
- 8:48go through adjudication, they find you guilty, right or wrong, there would
- 8:52be a judgment that's in place. That judgment is then used to put you
- 8:54into prison, right, so that they could put you into involuntary servitude and
- 8:58and and profit off of your labor. Now, the issue is is that
- 9:03if that judgment is not valid because the court didn't have the right to be
- 9:07able to overseee the case, or some other substantive issue occurred, that it
- 9:13attacks the fundamental the fundamental judgment and the actions or the court's authority to be
- 9:20able to be a court. If there's a fatal action that affects the substantive
- 9:24nature of that judgment, the judgment doesn't even exist. It's void, fully
- 9:30void, without force or effect on any parties in dispute. So my point
- 9:35here is is that is that all of these people in prison, they need
- 9:39to change their approach, right because today they're being told to go and appeal,
- 9:46right, being told to go appeal their judgment. And that presumes that
- 9:50they have a balid judgment. And I'm going to tell you that right now,
- 9:52there isn't a single person in the nation that is imprisoned in any prison
- 9:58that has a ballid judgment, not one single person, right, And and
- 10:03there's reasons why. But if that's true, and I'll tell you why in
- 10:07a moment. But if that's true, then what that means is that they're
- 10:09not wrongfully convicted. They are unlawfully imprisoned because there is no judgment. There's
- 10:16nothing holding them there, which means that the state is depriving them without just
- 10:20competent, without without just cause. So you cannot lock a person up and
- 10:26do it through in illegal means, contrary to the established procedures or processes that
- 10:31is codified in constitution that directs them on the proper way to adjudicate. They
- 10:35can't act outside of that and produce a lawful result. So when a state
- 10:43is made up of a whole bunch of men, right, it's called the
- 10:46body of men that they can a state. You know, consider my body.
- 10:48My body has a whole bunch of different parts. I've got a hand,
- 10:52eyes, ears, legs, fingers, I've got all these parts of
- 10:54my body, right, and this makes up the body. You can't awagh.
- 11:00Well, the state has a body of men as well. And that
- 11:01body of men makes up judges and prosecutors and cps and all of these agencts
- 11:07a part of that body. So when my body, when my hand goes
- 11:11out and steals something, right, and it steals something, my head can't
- 11:16say, oh wait a second out, that was my hand that did it.
- 11:18You can't punish me, right, No, all parts of the body
- 11:20will be held accountable for any action or action of any part of my body.
- 11:26So when government chooses to take action in a case, and this is
- 11:30directly out of the tour claims acts, you guys, if government is welcome
- 11:33to take to take a sidon case to take action. But if they do,
- 11:37then they're no different than any other party. Right, the body of
- 11:41men that make up the state is no different than the body of men that
- 11:45make up family. So when a prosecute attorney who is an agent of the
- 11:50state working for the state, claiming to prosecute on behalf of the state.
- 11:54When an agent of the state chooses to accuse you of something and thus take
- 11:58a role in the in the case itself, and now the state of Oklahoma,
- 12:05or the state of Idoa, or the state of Washington becomes the party
- 12:07in the cause, that judge has a constitutional obligation Code of Biden Article three
- 12:13to accuse himself because he has a complex of interest he works with a plaintiff.
- 12:18So Article three has never been changed. And Article three is the one
- 12:24thing that we all need to we all need to learn because we when we
- 12:28talk about jurisdiction, there's lots of different types of jurisdiction. We're not talking
- 12:33about the law jurisdiction at Mualti versus Kamon law. That's what we're talking about.
- 12:35What we're talking about is the jurisdiction of the United States Supreme Court because
- 12:39the Supreme Court it has its own jurisdictional authority to operate as well, because
- 12:45that court has to operate within the parameters established by the Constitution of essays when
- 12:48we agree. So Article three says, in all cases in which a state
- 12:54shall be party, the Supreme Court shall have original jurisdiction. Original jurisdiction means
- 13:01that that's the court that acts first. It is the original court. So
- 13:03if a state is a party in any cost, then that means that the
- 13:07United States Supreme Court is the court that acts first. You go to that
- 13:13court, and no other court in the country can act before that court takes
- 13:16action. So you know, this is a this is a significant issue that
- 13:20we've forgotten about. But if we want to understand the history or or the
- 13:26original intent of the pridigions the Constitution, well we would typically go to the
- 13:31founders and what they said about it, and so we will oftentimes find ourselves
- 13:35going to what's called the Federals Papers, written by John Jay, Alexander Hamilton,
- 13:39and James Madison. So if we want to understand why Article three says
- 13:43that if a state is a party in the cause, then it must recuse
- 13:46itself max as the judges cause, let's go to James Madison. Let's see
- 13:50what he had to say about it in Federal's Papers. So the Federals number
- 13:54ten New York Packet It was written November twenty third, seventeen eighty seven.
- 13:58The article was titled The Union as a Safe Guard against Domestic faction and Instruction.
- 14:03And in that article James Madison said, no man is allowed to be
- 14:07judged in his own cause, because his interest would, no doubt bias his
- 14:09judgment and not improbably corrupt his integrity. With equal nay, with greater reason,
- 14:15a body of men are unfit to be a judge party same time.
- 14:18You see, James Madison knew that if the body of men that make up
- 14:22the state chooses to become an accuser, it cannot be presumed that the same
- 14:28body of men can be neutral and biased in acting as a judge. They
- 14:31knew that. That's why they wrote it instead that if the state chooses to
- 14:35speak of a party and cause, but it must recuse itself. And now
- 14:39they had to identify a new neutral, unbiased third party, new neutral,
- 14:43unbiased judge. And they weren't referring to state supreme courts, because the state
- 14:46supreme courts didn't exist at the time of the adoptions the Constitution. They were
- 14:50referring to the United States Supreme Court. That's it. So when we say
- 14:54that that is a court of last resort, that is appellet jurisdic And remember
- 15:01it says that if a state is a party, they have original jurisdiction.
- 15:03In all other cases pertaining to equity and law, they are appellate jurisdiction.
- 15:11So if the state is a party in the cause, then the states do
- 15:16not have jurisdiction right And according to the Supreme Court just three weeks ago,
- 15:22that the difference between a a jurisdictional rule and it claims processing rule. In
- 15:28other words, the difference between the court's ability to be a court and have
- 15:31jurisdiction to speak the law versus an appeal right. The difference between the two
- 15:37is that is that a jurisdictional rule can never be waived. It can never
- 15:41be forfeitted because it comes as a first duty and obligation to the court.
- 15:46The court gets its authority to be a court to even call someone in long
- 15:50before anybody even is a part of it. That court has to determine as
- 15:54the first order doesn't have the authority to be a court, doesn't have the
- 15:56authority to call those people in, and if it does, if it does
- 16:00not have authority right if it doesn't, then it doesn't matter if they summons
- 16:04you and you came in, you can't grant that court jurisdiction because the court
- 16:07gets jurisdiction before you even get there. Jurisdiction is a first order to the
- 16:12court, is a first rule, first duty. So even if they call
- 16:17you into that court, you cannot grant them jurisdiction because their authority for jurisdiction
- 16:22goes before you have the right to give it up. They can't, so
- 16:26you cannot waive jurisdiction. You cannot forfeit jurisdiction because the jurisdiction is assigned to
- 16:33the court. The judge doesn't get to decide whether they have jurisdiction or not
- 16:37because it's the court and the statute the constitution that provides the jurisdiction. So
- 16:44my point in all of this is this. My point in all of this
- 16:47is this is that in order for a court to render illegally binding decision,
- 16:52it must have two things. It must have subject matter jurisdiction and it must
- 16:56have personal jurisdiction. Now, subject mattersjurisdiction is the right to oversee the type
- 17:02of cases brought before it. So, for instance, in the case of
- 17:04a death, you would not take that to a small claims court because they
- 17:07would not have subject manager reisdiction to oversee the disposition of disea's assets. You
- 17:11would bring it to a probate court. That would be the court that have
- 17:14subject manager's diction. Now the second thing that it must have is it must
- 17:17have personal jurisdiction. Now, personal jurisdictions is the right to oversee the parties
- 17:22involved in dispute. If the court lacks either one of those two things,
- 17:26it does not have jurisdiction, and therefore it cannot speak the law, and
- 17:30any action that it takes is fully voided, not force or effect. Under
- 17:33civil rules sixty before. So when you go to civil rule sixty which deals
- 17:37with the nullification of judgment, they're avoiding the judgments. If you go down
- 17:41to be four sixty before, what it says is it says that a judgment
- 17:45is either valid or void. It is valid in all instances except for when
- 17:51the court rendering decision lacks either subject manage jurisdiction or personal jurisdiction. If it
- 17:56lacks either one of two things, it is a void judgment, and avoid
- 18:00judgment is always in favor. Void, it can never become valid it has
- 18:03no forcer effective parties involved dispute because the court can never retain jurisdiction when it
- 18:07lacks jurisdiction. So my point is this, that every single one of these
- 18:14brothers and sisters that are in these institutions that we call sweatshops in China but
- 18:18prisons here in America, where we are forcing the weakness, most vulner barn
- 18:22in society into an institution where we will where we will rob them of their
- 18:27of their label right, and we will label them a criminal, will tell
- 18:30all society how horrible they are, right and then and then we will and
- 18:36then we will uh, and then we will walk around and stay this is
- 18:38justice, and will tell the whole country that that slavery doesn't exist. We're
- 18:45gonna lie to everybody, and uh, you know, those brothers and sisters
- 18:49that are there, they're not they're not wrongly convicted, they're not over sentenced.
- 18:56They're they're illegally they have been they have been kidnapped, they have placed
- 19:00into an institution that is robbing them of their life, their love and then
- 19:03lying to the world about them. And the sad thing about it is that
- 19:08but for the government's criminal acts and creating a criminal environment, there wouldn't be
- 19:14crime because they create the environment where the crime can exist. And then when
- 19:18our people who are poor, or disenfranchised, or or placed into a situation
- 19:25where there's a little bit of pressure, then they choose to break the law
- 19:29within the environment that our government created, so that our government can come in
- 19:33and say when now we're going to arrestue. So when our own government buys,
- 19:37sells, manufactures drugs and then brings those drugs into the poorer communities in
- 19:42our society and places those drug sales within them, they are creating the criminal
- 19:48environment. And I stay to them, but for your criminal act, there
- 19:52would not be crime. So the issue criminality, and this is the fundamental
- 19:56argue. This is what I want. If if anybody listens to anything I
- 20:00have to say, please listen to this right here. This is the most
- 20:04important thing that I could say tonight, is that the issue of criminality,
- 20:10the way we are dealing with it today, it will never be solved.
- 20:12It can never be solved because when we go from the bottom up right and
- 20:17we say we're going to hold the people countful for the crimes that they commit.
- 20:22The problem is is that if our country is being led by criminals.
- 20:26People are acting outside of the law and agreed upon codeconic established by the majority,
- 20:30the very laws that create their office and grant them their authority. They
- 20:34are criminals because the criminal is simply one that transgressed the law. And it
- 20:37doesn't matter if they transgress the constitution or they transgress the state statute. If
- 20:41you transgress the law, you are a criminal. Okay. So if our
- 20:45country is being led by criminals, then that means our country is going to
- 20:48be led toward criminality, and that will produce an environment of criminality, and
- 20:53as a result, we will produce a society of criminals. So the issue
- 20:56of criminality must be hammed from the top down. We must first ensure that
- 21:03we have leaders that are leading their country in a lawful direction out of love,
- 21:07faith and obedience and the law and respect for the people and the laws
- 21:10that they establish. And until we do that, our country is not heading
- 21:14in a good direction, and we will continue to produce criminals because we are
- 21:18simply product of our environment. So if our leaders are creating the environmental criminality,
- 21:22then you can expect that our people become criminals. But what I'm saying
- 21:26to the people, the United States is we don't have to follow them anymore.
- 21:30We can look at what they are, we can understand what they are,
- 21:33and we can say, you know what, I don't follow criminals.
- 21:34Criminals don't have a position of honor in my house. Right, They're no
- 21:40longer going to They're no longer we're going to walk around and say that they're
- 21:42good because they're out killing people. Abstrae impunity. Right, We're not going
- 21:45to allow these things to continue to proliferate and and skew our understanding of our
- 21:52own country because we all believe in something. I believe in. I believe
- 21:55in country, probably as much as anybody that's ever that this country's ever produced,
- 22:00right. But I don't believe in the government. I believe in the
- 22:04people. And I'll tell you what, we can have faith in the people.
- 22:08I'm gonna win this. We're gonna make the right decision that the country's
- 22:12going to listen to what I have to say, and they're gonna agree with
- 22:15the things that I'm saying because we have always and we will always choose to
- 22:18do right when shown that what we are doing is wrong. Our leaders have
- 22:23no power. We don't have to follow them. If they're criminals, then
- 22:29fine, we will leave them there and we're going to go the other direction
- 22:33with lawfulness because we don't have to follow criminals. We don't have to do
- 22:36it. So that's why I'm fighting crime from the top down, because i
- 22:42want our people to understand that our leaders today are acting outside of the constitution.
- 22:49And when their actions are outside of the constitution, then we can be
- 22:52damn sure that whatever they are producing is unconstitutional. And until the return the
- 22:59establish rule law and obey the constitution and the laws that are in place,
- 23:03that they are not going to ever produce anything that is binding, anything that
- 23:08is lawful, anything that is valid. So as long as they're acting outside
- 23:11of a law, than ever some one of our brothers and sisters are sitting
- 23:15in an institution where this that where all of these these judges, prosecutors,
- 23:22anyone with the juris doctorate degree profits off of them. And so we have
- 23:26a massive group of people that have a degree in slavery, literally slavery,
- 23:32because the Thirteenth Amendment, of course made slave and prisoner's synonymous with one another.
- 23:36They mean the same thing, right when you say you can't have slavery
- 23:38except as a punch of crime. You just said that a slave is a
- 23:42prisoner and prisoner's slave. Great, now we know the truth. Now we
- 23:45know what you meant all along. Because justice. Justice is simply a term
- 23:49who is created by slave owners in order to protect the property right. Because
- 23:53justice, Justice is neither good nor bad. Because when it comes to the
- 23:56issue of sin, everybody, everybody falls, No one is gonna stand up,
- 24:02no one wins. Justice would never side with one part or another.
- 24:06Justice is equally concerned about both the accuser and the accused, because justice cares
- 24:11about hurting people, and there's hurting people on both sides. We're not going
- 24:15to continue to take our hurting brothers, these sisters, put them into a
- 24:18hurtful situation and say, you know what, now you need to go get
- 24:19healthy, because that's gonna work. We're gonna we're gonna heal them, We're
- 24:25gonna take care of them, we're gonna love them, and we're gonna say,
- 24:26you know what, how have we failed you? How these our government
- 24:30failed you? Because our gouvernments failed to all of us, because of these
- 24:33people that walk around and say these people walk around and say I don't know
- 24:37the law, but I but I know, I know, case Paul,
- 24:41I don't know what the constitution says, but I know what a judge says.
- 24:45Right. Judges don't make laws. Right. They walk around and they
- 24:48say, Okay, give me ten thousand dollars and you're still going to go
- 24:52to prison. Right. I mean, I mean all of the fundamental things,
- 24:56the things that we believe in American principles, is being destroyed by these
- 25:00people who walk around that we have to call honorable every day, and they
- 25:03do it in this level of arrogance. They have destroyed our country. They've
- 25:07robbed our people, they murdered our people. They've created it an unbelievable amount
- 25:11of trauma and conflict and crime. They are the source of all of it.
- 25:15And yet they're doing it so that they can line their pocket. It's
- 25:18a profit off of this institution that we have to then call them honorable.
- 25:22There is no honor in robbing the people of the United States. You cannot
- 25:26profit up of your illegal as government. And we're done. We're done allowing
- 25:30you to continue to destroy our country because you guys want to get rich.
- 25:33We're done well, And that's what we've been saying. And everyone that I
- 25:42don't talk to the ones the men's that I don't talk so so far has
- 25:48said the same thing that their environment when they was growing up, how you
- 25:53know they turned to crime and you know it started when there was at the
- 25:59end age of twelve ten, you know they didn't have Wow, Angela,
- 26:06can you take us to a two minute commercial and when we come back,
- 26:12I would love for anybody if you have a question for mister Downey, please
- 26:21called the number, drop it in the box. Let's you know, let's
- 26:26let's get this movement going commercial, please Angela sixty seconds. Take a mental
- 26:45health minute to learn about depression disorders they call symptoms that affect how you feel,
- 26:52how you think, and how you handle daily life. Depression should be
- 26:59treated by health professionals. Don't try to handle it alone or treat it with
- 27:04alcohol or illegal drugs. Treatments include psychotherapy or talk therapy, medication, and
- 27:12sometimes brain stimulation therapy. These treatments may also be used in combination with one
- 27:18another. If you think you might have depression, talk to a trusted friend,
- 27:22family member, or healthcare provider. The earlier treatment begins, the more
- 27:27effective it is. Learn more about depression through the NIMH website. And take
- 27:33sixty seconds to share this mental health minute to help someone else. Okay,
- 27:48and we back. Just recently, we've seen that over in a state of
- 27:53text that Governor Grig Abbitt had parton someone that kill black Lives matter? Can
- 28:08you give up? Do you have an opinion on that or what he did?
- 28:15I'm sorry, I don't. I don't keep track of of any any
- 28:18uh, any any central news issues, Okay, so I'm not aware of
- 28:25any of it. I try to detract myself from, uh, from what's
- 28:29going on in the world because that's a distraction, and I want to maintain
- 28:32focus on on what God's mission, God's place in front of me. So
- 28:36I allow God to bring with what he needs to bring me, and I
- 28:38try to prevent the news from keewing my disposition the views of of what I
- 28:45have. So I'm sorry, that's under That's okay, that's understandable. Angela
- 28:52is mister cornell on because I believe he said he had a question. No,
- 29:02he's not, Okay, did you want to ask this question? When
- 29:11he called back in? Okay, both of you guys will come on.
- 29:21Okay. That's Angela Thomas, our engineer. She's in the background. And
- 29:26she also support advocate for the Texas. She speaks on behalf of the men
- 29:37and women in Texas. She used her voice, I've been speaking on the
- 29:41out for the men and women in Denver. So that's where I've seen you
- 29:48when you serve the Attorney General and in Denver, and I've been following you
- 29:57for quite so row. And like I said, it's an honor to have
- 30:02you here and to let us know what's going on your movement so we able
- 30:08to back you. Because really I haven't seen no activists really out there going
- 30:18to the Supreme for serving them. Alfred Davis on behalf of the men and
- 30:22women. To me, some of them are just a way to someone name
- 30:27come up in the news who's and they just fight for that person instead of
- 30:33fighting for uh, everyone else. I have a call coming in for you.
- 30:41And what I like people to understand is that is it is it.
- 30:48Sometimes sometimes leaders have to step up because because if you want to inspire others
- 30:53to follow you, Uh, there's nothing more inspirational than the leader willing to
- 30:56draw a store and lead the charge. You know. I chose to do
- 31:00that because I have the knowledge and the understanding the historical underpinions that affect this
- 31:07particular issue. And so this is too big of an issue for me to
- 31:11to let someone else take the take the lead. You know, I need
- 31:15to put myself at a certain level of risk personally because there's too much at
- 31:18stake. I know the underpinnings. I know how to produce and manifest the
- 31:22outcome that we want to see because I understand the process that they use to
- 31:26get to that point. And so what I'm doing is is I'm showing them
- 31:30that this is what happens and and and all of this is well known and
- 31:34documented all to Blackstone. We know exactly what will happened when they choose to
- 31:38break down the new process to the procedures and processes that have long been established
- 31:42and and that's what we're at today. So you know, I chose to
- 31:45do this because because you know, this is too important for anyone other than
- 31:51the other than myself to do it. I know the issues, I know
- 31:55the underpinnings of the issues. I know how to manifest them. So yeah,
- 31:59I'm putting myself in a certain level of risk, But I'm doing that
- 32:01because it's going to show what has happened to all of you right, because
- 32:06this isn't about me. This is about our country, and it's about my
- 32:09children and your children and her children actually having the future. That's that's predictable,
- 32:15it's sustainable because we can have faith in the laws that govern us and
- 32:19and know that that that our outcomeing future is stable because the systems adhere to
- 32:23that. So that's what I'm thinking. I'm thinking a restoration of our nation
- 32:29through the faith, of restoration of our of our foundational laws. And I
- 32:35have a question for you calling. You're on the air with that's with your
- 32:40listen at Johnson and mister Downey, go ahead with your question. My question
- 32:52is on this state that or for eighty five time person who has preserved the
- 33:04Uh? Did did I hear? By? Back? Time? Was that
- 33:06what I heard? Can you turn it? Can you turn down? He
- 33:12came here? Can and repeat your question? You turn you here? You
- 33:22can't? Can you hear me? Now? Can you hear her? Now?
- 33:29I can't? I can't. Yeah, just sau you know, like
- 33:31I had a diving issue in military, so I don't hardly hear out of
- 33:36my one of my ears. I have a very difficult time hearing. Okay,
- 33:38But the individual was sentenced to thirty minutes in prison, and then the
- 33:45statements and he was told that they do eighty five percent of the time and
- 33:50that he was eligible to do maybe five percent of the time. Now,
- 33:52my math is math, and he's eighty five percent of the time. Would
- 33:57have been up this this past April, but they had added five more months.
- 34:02He's never been in trouble and the since he's been there, he's graduated
- 34:07from high school, he started college and there he's working now and he's completely
- 34:13out the programs. I told him he should speak to the social work.
- 34:16He spoke to the social work and they told him to contact the judge.
- 34:20She hasn't heard anything back, So I'm wondering, is it really eighty five
- 34:24percent of the time. That's just something that they say. So unfortunately,
- 34:30unfortunately, what is happening across the country is that is that these lower courts
- 34:37are out of control, absolutely out of control. So we've got these judges,
- 34:43the lowest judges of all like that, the trial judges and the hearing
- 34:46judges, and these people are are outright, blatantly, in your face,
- 34:52violating every single right that you could possibly imagine it exists, and they're doing
- 34:57it because they make a lot of money from doing so, right, And
- 35:00so you know, one of the things that I'm trying to do here is
- 35:06is that is that I'm trying to draw the United States Supreme Court out from
- 35:09their hiding place right now, because they're simply sitting up there in their little
- 35:15perth saying, we have all this power and we are you know, this
- 35:17this Supreme Court, that that that acts fairly and justly and and uh and
- 35:23protects the people and guardians of liberty, all these things that they claim to
- 35:28be, and yet they don't produce right. Their actions are contrary to the
- 35:31things that they say that they that they are. And so you know,
- 35:35if your actions are contrary to your morals, or if your words are contrary
- 35:39to your actions, then your liar. Right, You're a liar. And
- 35:43and only only a person that these words and actions align, or principles and
- 35:49actions aligned, is going to be the truth. And so as long as
- 35:52that Court sits there and hides behind these judges and these courts and these clerks
- 35:58and continues to obstruct and not address the issues that they themselves put into place,
- 36:02they're despicable predecessors. We have to call honorable every day told all of
- 36:07these judges with the purview of the Supreme Court, until they step up and
- 36:10say, you know what, we're going to do the right thing for the
- 36:14first time in the history of or a country and the first time for the
- 36:17history of that institution. Until they step up and they assert their supremacy.
- 36:22Then then these judges out here at the edge, they do whatever they want
- 36:27because they're following their leadership, and their leadership are criminals. So you know,
- 36:34if if the judges out here at the edge, the ones that are
- 36:37dealing with the trial courts and everything, if their leadership is acting unlawfully and
- 36:43is hiding behind their institution and hiding behind all of these obstructions that they put
- 36:47into place all these courts, because that's all that is all that the court
- 36:52is is an obstruction. Every single step of this justice system is an obstruction
- 36:58to prevent you from reaching that court. There's all designed to to wear you
- 37:02out, tire you out, make you angry and disillusioned, so that that
- 37:07court doesn't have to do what they are constituted and obligated to do, which
- 37:10is which is enforced to we the people and protected. So they're they're they're
- 37:15hiding, and so what I'm trying to do is I'm trying to draw them
- 37:17out. I'm trying to draw them out right so that so that they're no
- 37:22longer hiding behind those is because that court is I'm challenging it. You have
- 37:29to. If you are what you say you are, and if you can
- 37:31do the things that you say you can do right, and if you protect
- 37:35the document and the things that it says, then it's time for you to
- 37:38step up to do your job. Because today we have fifty regional governments that
- 37:45are fracturing and breaking apart, that are unrecognizable to the American people. Because
- 37:51the only thing that makes America America is American laws. So when we no
- 37:54longer enforce or recognize the laws that make us America, when we have faith
- 38:00and the one law that binds us together, then we become the United States
- 38:02of California, or the United States of Texas, or the United States of
- 38:07New Jersey. That's not the United States of America. We do not have
- 38:12fifty regional governments. We have one unified body of laws that unify all e
- 38:17pluribus union out of many one. So we need to make a decision right.
- 38:22Do we want to have fifty regional governments? Do we want to break
- 38:27apart? Do we want to permit these regional governments to treat the people however
- 38:30they want in these institutions that we call sweatshop in China a prison here in
- 38:34America? Do we want to continue to do that? Or do we want
- 38:37to go back to our foundation and go back to that institution and stay to
- 38:40them. Either one, you step up and do your job and assert your
- 38:45supremacy and get these lower courts to abide by the things that you have to
- 38:49abide by. And if you don't want to do that, then I stay
- 38:52court. Go home, Go home because you no longer have an institution.
- 38:55Go home because you're not what you say you are. Go home because you
- 38:59have no power. Because as long as the lower court is able to take
- 39:02away rights, freedoms, communities, and privileges that they cannot take away,
- 39:06whose court's more powerful? If the Supreme Court is supreme been great Supreme Court,
- 39:13I would say, step up and do your job, or you're gonna
- 39:15find yourself without an institution pretty quick. And those nine justices, I'm telling
- 39:19you right now, they don't want to give up their power. They don't
- 39:22want to give it up. They want to lose their institution. But today
- 39:25they are nothing. They are worthless, they are pointless, they have no
- 39:30power. They aren't doing a damn thing because guess what, all of these
- 39:35lower courts. I've been in seventy courts, no less than seventy courts the
- 39:39last over the last ten months, in at least twelve different states, where
- 39:43that judge in that courtroom has said that the Constitution does not apply to my
- 39:46courtroom. It was just stated earlier today in another courtroom here in Texas.
- 39:52This is an egregious state. This is a this is preason, this is
- 39:57sedition. This is a person that's for the he will support and defend and
- 40:00be bound by the Constitution in the States. And yet he says, not
- 40:04my courtrooms, not my court No, you're not going to talk about that
- 40:07in my courtrooms. Why because that law binds him to certain parameters, that
- 40:14prevents him from being able to make money off of the decisions that he makes.
- 40:20These judges have got to get under control, because if we don't get
- 40:22them out of control, then we will no longer have a nation. And
- 40:27that's not me saying anything other than the obvious, because we are fracturing and
- 40:31breaking apart because we have states that say that we're not going to follow the
- 40:36constitution. Not in my courtroom, Not my courtroom. But remember the only
- 40:40thing that makes America America is American laws. Without faith in them, we
- 40:46have no longer America, and we are left to our own refuge in institutions
- 40:52that believes that they can do whatever they want to people the United States without
- 40:55recourse, with absolute immunity, and uh with with uh with with no effect.
- 41:01What's sober and so and so? To answer your question? Right?
- 41:07To answer your question today? Today? Unfortunately, unfortunately, we have too
- 41:12many battles that are being fought out at the edge. I can't win all
- 41:15those battles. But what has happened to that man? Not only is it
- 41:19illegal because he should have never been there for those thirty three years, but
- 41:22now they're continuing to hold him over right, they're continuing to hold him even
- 41:25though they've made an agreement, a contract with him, and that contract had
- 41:29certain terms and stipulations. And now the contract holder says, oh, we
- 41:32don't care about contract. We don't care about our honor and our integrity and
- 41:36the and the and the words that we said and the promise that we made,
- 41:38we don't care about that. We're just gonna do whatever we want to
- 41:42do anyway. Is that honorable? Is that an honorable institution? No?
- 41:47So, so we need to we need to understand that what we believe in,
- 41:52what we call good every day, is not good because good honors the
- 41:57words that they say. Good honors the law. Good doesn't kill people with
- 42:00abstinent and punity. Good doesn't create conflict in Christ. Good doesn't lock a
- 42:05person up for thirty three years without lawful jurisdiction to do so, and then
- 42:08hold him over for another five months when they were supposed to let him out.
- 42:13That's not good. That's evil. And when you understand what it is
- 42:16that you're looking at, once you understand what it is that they truly are,
- 42:21any guys, you know how to feed him? Because evil, evil
- 42:25works for the enemy. Guys. You want to work for good, Then
- 42:30spend some time with your Bible, spend some time with God. And when
- 42:34you learn about God's attributes, what you're gonna find is that his attributes are
- 42:38the exact opposite of everything that that institution stands for. God says, release
- 42:44the prisoners. They stay, lock him up. God says, your sins
- 42:45are forgiven. They say, we're going to label a fellows for the rest
- 42:49of your life. God says, release the change in the mind of the
- 42:51other. They stay, They are our there are slaves. Everything that they
- 42:54stand for is the exact opposite of what God demands. So I know what
- 43:00side I'm on because I know who I'm fighting for. And so if they
- 43:02fight for me, you just have to ask yourself who is that they're fighting
- 43:07for. And once you understand who they're fighting for, then I would ask
- 43:12you to decide which side you want to be on these I know who I'm
- 43:15fighting for, and I know who they're fighting for, and I know who's
- 43:17gonna win this war because that's already been determined. It's already been promised,
- 43:22and we're showing it every single day with every still in one of these these
- 43:25attorney generals we come against. These guys, they're scared to even talk to
- 43:30me. They are scared of two pages, two pieces of patients. They
- 43:35will not come down and even receive this from me because they're that scared of
- 43:38it. Because what they're doing is punishable by death, and it is absolutely
- 43:45one hundred percent certain that the crime is committed. They don't even these attorney
- 43:52generals in the state of Ohio and the state of Wisconsin and the state of
- 43:54Michigan are Minnesota. You know when I handed them this criminal aff of David
- 44:00identifying the crime of decoration rights and the club law and the conspiracy private rights,
- 44:07when they read it, do you know that those three assistants during generals
- 44:10through that paperwork, through it and said we don't accept service through it.
- 44:15Ring Ohio then went in Ohio, took that paperwork. He threw again on
- 44:20the hallway and he's stopped away saying I don't accept service. And I said,
- 44:23sir, I put it in your hands. It's been sure right,
- 44:28it's been surved right. These people are pissed. They're pissed off because we
- 44:34caught them, and we caught them in their criminal acts. And there's no
- 44:37excuse. There is absolutely no there's no right to self defense for any public
- 44:42official. Any public official that breaks the law can never ever ever justify their
- 44:47criminal acts. Never. That's why, that's why public officials have no right
- 44:52self defense. They cannot defend themselves against this and every seal prosecutor, single
- 45:00judge. Every single law enforcement officer across this country commits these crimes one hundred
- 45:04times a day, a hundred times a day, and they're all felonies,
- 45:07and they're all punishable, as prescribed by law, by death. So I'm
- 45:13not saying that that's what needs to happen. But what I am saying is
- 45:15that if you guys don't wake up your public officials, if you attorney generals
- 45:20don't start to show some action, then what's going to happen is is I'm
- 45:22going to be back in DC in another week and a half, and when
- 45:25that happens, I'm going to tell you right now that the tables are going
- 45:30to be completely different. We are that as of that moment today, when
- 45:36I serve and notice to you guys, and I show you that what your
- 45:38institution and your servants your agents are doing and how they are doing it unlawfully,
- 45:44without any without any justification for doing so. When I show you that
- 45:49right and you choose to do nothing about it, then let me tell you
- 45:52what's going on. There's a difference between negligence and there's a difference between wilfulness.
- 46:00Right today, you might have been ignorant, you might have been doing
- 46:04it in negliges. Even your prosecutors may not have realized what they were doing
- 46:08was wrong, and we can accept that to a certain extent. But when
- 46:13I show you that what you're doing is unbaful and you do not immediately stop
- 46:16doing it, then that means you are knowingly and willingly continuing to engage in
- 46:22criminal behavior. And that's a whole different ballgame, because I don't mess around
- 46:24with people that are going to purposely and intentionally destroy this country and harm our
- 46:30people. I have shown you that what you're doing is wrong, and you
- 46:32guys have thrown it down the hallway and told me that you don't accept service.
- 46:36Well, I don't care about your accepted service. You've been shown right,
- 46:39and now you continue to do it every single dait. You're continuing to
- 46:44do it, and now that is wilful, knowledgeable, blatant violations of the
- 46:47law, treason his acts. So I suggest that in another week and a
- 46:52half, you guys do the right thing, take action, because if you
- 46:55do not, then God help you, God help you. H Well,
- 47:01we have mister cornell is back, but us he's going to be the last
- 47:07one to ask question as we're almost out of time, mister Cornell, are
- 47:13you there, ess, ma'am, I'm here, ma'am. Okay. I
- 47:23like that you spoke about the Supreme Court having the ultimate jurisdiction over over the
- 47:31land and that because of this ultimate jurisdiction, you're saying that the local court
- 47:37and the bottom officials are violating the rights of the people. So are you
- 47:43indicating that by certificate of a rent of surguary that the people should file a
- 47:49complaint on like a civil client action complaint because the Supreme Court and order for
- 47:53them to address the law court positions. Because what you're saying is that the
- 47:58Supreme Court is the one who's allowing violation of our constitutional about field of rights.
- 48:02Is that what you're saying is so. So there's there's a couple of
- 48:07things that you said in there that that that are that are not consistent with
- 48:10with what I with what I was saying, But I'm you're absolutely right.
- 48:14Yeah, But let me clarify a couple of things. First off. First
- 48:17off, that court put into place intentional rulings, intentionally directing every court within
- 48:24the nation. And this goes back to the inception of this court, right
- 48:28from the very very beginning of that court. They have been putting into place
- 48:30for rulings that have been undermined the union, underminded constitution, and sheerness and
- 48:36in the wrong direction. Because of the first twenty eight justice Supreme Court justices,
- 48:40twenty one of them owned their own slaves. So we have an institution
- 48:46that is built upon the institution of slavery by men that wanted to proliferate that
- 48:51industry. That is what they placed is the foundation. But the problem is
- 48:54the foundation was supposed to be the Constitution. It was not supposed to be
- 48:59judgement rulings. Judges don't create law. But we've been calling judge made rulings
- 49:04law for long enough. It's a lie. It's not true. Judges do
- 49:07not create a law. Right, they create rulings. Now, but this
- 49:10is the problem. You do not do a sirciory. You cannot do a
- 49:15circiory because a circiory comes from the nineteen twenty five judicial format of the United
- 49:21States Congress. And what Congress was doing in the nineteen twenty five judicial format,
- 49:24they did two major things. One they made the Supreme Court a court
- 49:29of discretion, and two they told us that in order to petition the court,
- 49:32you must use a rit of sterciority. Now why did they do those
- 49:37two things, Because in nineteen twenty five, six months before the Jujitsal format
- 49:43came out, there was a case called Get Lovers, New York. And
- 49:46in Get Lovers, New York, what the Supreme Court said was they said
- 49:50that the people of the United States have the right to the freedom of speech
- 49:53and it is protected against interference by the States because of its codification within the
- 49:59Constant Houston's text. So all of a sudden, we have a Spring Court
- 50:02coming out and saying, you know what, freemous speech is protected. States
- 50:06can't interfere with freeous speech. And that's kind of a strange, kind of
- 50:09a strange ruling considering the fact that we protected the freedom of speech on December
- 50:15fifteenth, seventy ninety one, when we add ratified and adopted Bill Rights.
- 50:19Did we not? Well, we did, we thought, But unfortunately,
- 50:22a Spring Court in eighteen thirty three, in the case called Baron versus Baltimore,
- 50:25said that the Bill Rights does not apply to the States. It only
- 50:30applies to the federal government. And as of that moment, no one anywhere
- 50:34within the jurisdictional of the United States outside of the District of Columbia was protected
- 50:38by any of the provisions and guarantees of the Bill Rights. None. None,
- 50:45And so then in nineteen twenty five we find out that in nineteen twenty
- 50:50five, Congress finds out that this has been happening. So for the last
- 50:53one hundred and forty eight years, no one has been protected by the Bill
- 50:57Rights, and Congress says, holy cow, that's a pretty big deal.
- 51:00We don't want the people to find out about that. So here's what we'll
- 51:04do. We're gonna make you a court discretion. We're gonna say you have
- 51:07the discretion so you could pick or choose what you want to hear, so
- 51:09we don't have to deal with these great, big issues that are in placed,
- 51:13because those are too big. They're too big to deal with. So
- 51:15we'll make you a court discretion so you don't have to hear every case,
- 51:17and that way you could push away the ones that they're too big to have
- 51:20to deal with. Right. But the issue there is is one one.
- 51:27Acts of Congress must must be must be consistent with the Constitution. If an
- 51:30Act of Congress violates the obligations the Constitution, then it cannot be valid.
- 51:36Either right, and so the Court can be a court of discretion so long
- 51:40as a state is not an into party. If a state is named a
- 51:45party, then the Constitution has created the constitutional obligation for the Supreme Court to
- 51:50hear the case as original jurisdiction. That is a constitutional obligation assigned to the
- 51:55Supreme Court United States. So when the Supreme Court is an obligation by the
- 52:00Constitution, that means it cannot be delegated. It cannot be discretionary because you
- 52:06cannot use discretion with regard to what its opposite obligations. So, Supreme Court
- 52:10the United States, I want to ask you, why is it that you
- 52:15have had the duty and responsibility, the constitutional obligation to oversee every case in
- 52:20which the state has become a party, and yet there are millions of cases
- 52:24every single year with a state being a party, and you have failed to
- 52:28fulfill that obligation. Why is it that you are not fulfilling that obligation,
- 52:32Supreme Court? Why is it that you are not doing what the Constitution has
- 52:36said that you must do? And why is it the Congress tells us to
- 52:40use a registertionory? Why do they tells you use a ritis sociory. They
- 52:44tell you to use a rit of cerciority because a ritisserciority is a request to
- 52:49review a lower court's decision. So if you are bringing a petition to Supreme
- 52:53Court and you are requesting them to review a lower court's decision, then that
- 52:59means that there is a judge. It's in place. So when you bring
- 53:00a rit of sociority Supreme Court, you cannot invoke Article three. You cannot
- 53:06invoke original jurisdiction because you are saying that there's a lower court decision that exists.
- 53:10And if there's a lower court's decision that exists, they don't have an
- 53:14original jurisdiction. So you cannot bring a rid of sociory and invoke original jurisdiction.
- 53:20You must bring a different mechanism. And the mechanism that we're using is
- 53:24a rit of Hagess corpus. It's a writ of Habeas corpus. Because brother
- 53:29today today that the writ of cerciority is an appeal. It's an appeal.
- 53:36The writ of Habes's corpus tests the validity of the attainment. Is it unlawful
- 53:40imprisonment? And if it's unlawful imprisonment, then the rid of Hayes's corpus is
- 53:45used to remove the unlawful imprisonment. The rid of Habes's corpus is there to
- 53:49challenge the detention. So if the judgment is void and it doesn't exist,
- 53:53it's fully without force or effect, then that means that all of you are
- 53:57unlawfully imprisoned. And the way you deal with unlawful imprisonment, it's to a
- 54:00redivating corpose. We go there and we are invoking Article three and we are
- 54:04telling that court you're not We're not asking you to hear a case. We're
- 54:07telling you you must hear a case because the constitutions established the obligation and either
- 54:10one you could build the obligations countries. Okay, but you made a distinction
- 54:20earlier about unlawful convictions and run for conviction. So because you're secure Body nine
- 54:28six Constitution and that they cannot be so based upon their qualified immunity from prosecution,
- 54:34then what did you tell the families are sitting in prison? You know
- 54:37what I'm standing the wrong for conviction as opposed to unlawful convictions, And how
- 54:43do they be able to get a reed from their conviction during the eleven h
- 54:46seven process when they have the anti terrorism back in place, prohibiting you from
- 54:51filing anything subsequent applications on eleven oh sevens and bringing in new discovered evidence of
- 54:59information. Right qualified qualified immunity is a lie. It's a lie. It
- 55:07was a lie that was created in eighteen ninety by the Weight Court. And
- 55:12remember the Weight Chief Justice Weight was well known to be a slave sympathizer.
- 55:16He misread the law on numerous occasions. This is well known. He put
- 55:20into place some of the most disgusting rulings that ever existed, such as plus
- 55:22e versus ferguson, such as the Crunk Shot case, such as that these
- 55:27civil rights acts or cases. He made numerous rulings that were intended to undermine
- 55:31the Union and undermining the reconstruction amendments because he wanted to reinforce the slave institution,
- 55:37which he has successfully done for another one hundred and eighty years. But
- 55:42the issue of sovereign immunity derives from a decision that he made in eighteen ninety
- 55:46called Hans versus Louisiana. Listen, there is no such thing as sovereign immunity.
- 55:52You cannot have sovereign immunity right because states are not sovereign because a sovereign
- 55:59state is one that is independent of itself, not subject to a higher government
- 56:02whose laws is subject to So only a sovereign state cannot be or cannot be
- 56:09subject to another law's higher loss. So when the States says they're sovereign,
- 56:15then what they're saying is, we don't have to follow that higher law,
- 56:17that higher government's laws. We don't have to follow the Constitution because we're sovereign.
- 56:22Right, States aren't sovereign. States gave up their sovereignty to join the
- 56:25Union, to subject themselves to the supremacy of the United States Constitution. You
- 56:30are not sovereign states, because if you were sovereign, then that would mean
- 56:34we wouldn't have one nation, we would have fifty nations. We would be
- 56:37a confederacy once again like we are today. So if you claim to be
- 56:42sovereign, you claim to be you know, above the law, then you
- 56:45are not subject to the Constitution United States and States. I'm gonna tell you
- 56:50right now, that is not a proposition that that would propose that you that
- 56:53you that should pursue because unfortunately, there's three hundred thirty million people that believe
- 57:00in America, they don't believe in the bullshit that you're creating. They don't
- 57:02believe in the destruction that you're bringing upon this and we aren't gonna follow you,
- 57:07right because we can see exactly where you're taking us. We can see
- 57:10exactly what you're doing because you're profiting off of it. Right, you guys
- 57:15are criminals. You're destroying our country, you're killing our people, and then
- 57:20you make us walk around and call you honorable. At the same time,
- 57:22there's no honor in you justice. You go Black said it in nineteen sixty
- 57:27honorable men, honor the law. There's no honor in criminals. There's no
- 57:31honor in people that are going to lead our country toward criminality and then hold
- 57:36the people accountable because you guys are too arrogant to actually self reflect and the
- 57:40things that you do, your crimes and the decisions that you make that is
- 57:45destroying people. So the thing is, there is no sovereign beauty. So
- 57:50under the tenth Amendment, right, the tenth demendon, you cannot delegate powers
- 57:53that you and yourself don't have. If I'm not sovereign, government cannot be
- 57:58sovereign because I cannot elegate onto government. Is something that I don't have.
- 58:01So when they claim sovereign community, you stay to them bullshit. I'll show
- 58:06you how sovereign you are. And that's what we're doing. That's what we're
- 58:08doing. Brothers. They're not suving civil rights have been violated if my civil
- 58:14rights have been violated due to some unlawful conviction. Okay, So are you
- 58:16indicating the fact that we should get the Attorney Junior's office, I mean the
- 58:21the United States Problem of Justice to conduct an independent investigation and to all of
- 58:24these because of the fact that kill saying that all of these judges and these
- 58:30prothecutors and and and are conducting an illegal operations rat system and our criminal justice
- 58:36system Blacks being convicted by all white jewry. You know plea bargain agreements processors.
- 58:40Okay, I have a copy of your camplate right here, and you
- 58:44talk about plea bargain agreements. Okay, that's a process that's illegally because it's
- 58:47being held behind the scenes where your indictments being no good. Is that that's
- 58:57true? It's absolutely true. Yeah, you put plea bargains are not valid.
- 59:00Plea bargains have never been valid. You cannot use you cannot use threats
- 59:05of intimdation, coersion address by the very entity that's bringing the accusation and use
- 59:09that to formulate a contract of guilt, because when you use dress to formulate
- 59:14a contracts, that contract is void. It's wholly void without force effect on
- 59:17parties involved dispute. Dresses a jus pole of the events for a crime of
- 59:21breached contracts are toward. Article three of the United States Constitution says that in
- 59:25all cases or that the trial of all crimes with the exception of impeachment,
- 59:30shall be by jury, and the trial sol curren state range crime sate have
- 59:32been committed. Nowhere in that does it say that you can convict a person
- 59:37of crime other than impeachment in any other way but trial by jury. You
- 59:40guys don't get to change the rules. You guys don't get to change the
- 59:44obligations that people in the United States do that consistent with the special manufactature of
- 59:47Article five. If it's not changed, and it's consistent with with what the
- 59:52Article five demands by an authentic act of people, then guess what that is?
- 59:57An active sedition committed by t to the didition. Because sedition is defined
- 1:00:02as the speaking or writing of words such as law established in order to cause
- 1:00:07dis affection to the Constitution, to procure its alteration in other than lawful manner.
- 1:00:13Your obligation. I already have, brother, It's already there. I'm
- 1:00:21trying to get them to actually do something about it. That's why I'm That's
- 1:00:24why I'm speaking the way i'm speaking. That's why I'm That's why I'm speaking
- 1:00:29toward a strict group, because they need to understand that I'm coming after them,
- 1:00:34all right. I'm coming after them with the law and with the people,
- 1:00:37and we're going to address this situation that there that they cause, that
- 1:00:40they put us into because of their arrogance and their greed. We're going to
- 1:00:45address this situation. And they can either one come back to the stablish rule
- 1:00:49law and work with me to to to move forward consistent with what the law
- 1:00:53demands and the parameters that is established. And if they don't want to do
- 1:00:58that, then they can continue. When are your things? Unluckily, in
- 1:01:00which case they will be known for the rest of history as nothing but a
- 1:01:07bunch of traders, criminals to try the distorination people. I thank you,
- 1:01:15I thank you, I thank you for that. Thank you, mister Cornell
- 1:01:19for your questions, and thank you mister Downey for your support out there applicating
- 1:01:25for the men and women that's currently incarcerating and for this state. Thank you
- 1:01:31guys for joining us on today. So, mister Downey, I just want
- 1:01:38to give you one more thing to keep you rolling, to keep gassed getting
- 1:01:45you to the other states. Can you let us know, let the views
- 1:01:50know how to get in contact with you. Yeah, yeah, you guys
- 1:01:55again, I'm here to serve you. You know what, do you guys
- 1:02:00believe that I can do what I say that I'm trying to do is irrelevant.
- 1:02:04I have my faith. God has given me that faith. He is.
- 1:02:07He has shown me that I can have faith in it and I can
- 1:02:10believe in it, and I'm going to live out my faith. I'm going
- 1:02:14to do it because that's what I believe in, and I'm either going to
- 1:02:17put my faith in action. And I would rather be a fool believing in
- 1:02:22something than an idiot sitting on the side doing nothing and wishing that I would
- 1:02:27have that I would have at least tried. So I would rather fail miserably
- 1:02:30trying to do something that's right than to sit back and say there's nothing I
- 1:02:36can do. So what I'm doing is I'm doing everything that I believe is
- 1:02:42in within my power. And if I fail, then at least we're going
- 1:02:45to fail knowing that there's lots and lots of new options. Right at least
- 1:02:51I'm going to fail with opening up the eyes of a lot of people that
- 1:02:53may may not have been able to see something before. So I do this
- 1:02:59because I love country. I do this because I love my people. I
- 1:03:01do this because this is the right thing to do. I don't do this
- 1:03:04for the money. I've never taken a check since I went in a full
- 1:03:07time litigation nine years ago. I operate on donations because I want to focus
- 1:03:10on service, not money. I will not fight for anyone. I will
- 1:03:14only fight for everyone. I don't take individual contracts. But you guys,
- 1:03:17you guys are welcome to contact me. You're welcome to use any of my
- 1:03:21information. You know, empower yourselves. I have information. Listen to the
- 1:03:25things I'm saying. Take it because I've given it to you for free.
- 1:03:29God gave it to me for free. I need you guys to take it
- 1:03:30for free because the more people that know and have the knowledge that I have
- 1:03:35right, the more powerful we as the people are going to become. And
- 1:03:37so we have donation points and yes we are traveling across the country. We
- 1:03:45have another seventeen states to go. We only have until now between now and
- 1:03:49June sixth, so we need quite a little bit of gas. We're actually
- 1:03:52out of gas right now. We're pretty close to it and we're gonna need
- 1:03:54to tank here very very soon. But we have cash app, we have
- 1:03:59try, we have Benmo, and we have PayPal and they're all exactly the
- 1:04:01same. It is we shall be free. That's w E s h A
- 1:04:09L L B E f R E E. And we would welcome whatever blessings
- 1:04:14you guys want to send away. Don't take any food out of your out
- 1:04:15of your family's mouth because you know, uh, God's going to make sure
- 1:04:19that that we see it true. But I do need help from you guys,
- 1:04:23and uh, and I don't ask for much, but but if you
- 1:04:26are able to, we would absolutely welcome the blessing. And just know that
- 1:04:30that I'm going to reset destination and I'm going to argue on your behalf and
- 1:04:34that's not going to cost you a thing, because this is the gift that
- 1:04:38God gave me to be able to do this for you because he loves me
- 1:04:43enough that, uh, he wants to show you how much he loves you
- 1:04:46as well. So we're gonna be successful in this. There's no doubt at
- 1:04:50all. I have no doubt whatsoever that we are going to win. And
- 1:04:54uh, and you're gonna get home. But if you want to contact me,
- 1:04:57my phone number is Choo zero to six zero four four four seventy three,
- 1:05:02and again I would welcome discussions. I do have a lot of calls
- 1:05:05every day, so I can't guarantee I'll be on, but that is my
- 1:05:09number. You're welcome call me if you want to shoot me an email if
- 1:05:12you're able to do that. My email address is my first name. Th
