- 0:10Speaker 1: Revive your mind, revive your finances Details in the show notes.
- 0:14Speaker 1: So I am so excited.
- 0:15Speaker 1: You know, it's like I get to add my friends to my podcast.
- 0:19Speaker 1: Returning once again, michelle Tufford.
- 0:22Speaker 1: Hey, michelle, so great to have you.
- 0:25Speaker 2: Hello Teresa.
- 0:26Speaker 2: Thank you for having me.
- 0:27Speaker 2: I always love our conversations together.
- 0:30Speaker 1: One thing you'll find about Michelle she's not only a freaky good businesswoman.
- 0:34Speaker 1: Okay, we'll have to get the name of your group, but listen, michelle's not afraid to look in the camera and say we love Jesus.
- 0:41Speaker 1: In regards with business, now we're not going to.
- 0:45Speaker 1: We're going to talk about business, but we're going to talk about speaking.
- 0:47Speaker 1: Michelle and myself we just came back from Los Angeles for the Radiant Speaker Academy and, michelle, there's always so many people that I meet or that I come across in even other masterminds.
- 0:59Speaker 1: So, like, how do you find a stage?
- 1:02Speaker 1: Do you find that with your group and with your contacts, they're looking for?
- 1:08Speaker 2: yeah, yes, that does definitely come up.
- 1:11Speaker 2: Yeah, right, yeah.
- 1:14Speaker 1: Like.
- 1:14Speaker 1: I heard a podcast with Michelle Schaefer.
- 1:17Speaker 1: It was a Girl Power Alliance podcast and she had this Shauna Evans, I think her name was, but I love what she said and this might connect with someone.
- 1:26Speaker 1: Michelle, she's like you be and God put in you something to be at Like and it was the same thing in my.
- 1:34Speaker 1: What did you do as a child?
- 1:36Speaker 1: She says so I was chatty as a little girl.
- 1:38Speaker 1: It's not surprising I'm using my voice now.
- 1:40Speaker 1: So it's like maybe you're in something that's just easy, but God wants you to be who he made you to be in another business.
- 1:50Speaker 1: But maybe you know that.
- 1:53Speaker 1: You know you're called to speak, but tell them your story about.
- 1:58Speaker 1: You weren't sure to show up for the kingdom.
- 2:00Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, Okay.
- 2:02Speaker 2: So I'll keep it short and sweet because it could be long, but I kind of felt that like pull to do the Kingdom Speaker Academy, which is interesting because I didn't like Teresa, you grew up knowing like I'm supposed to speak, like you're, as a kid even.
- 2:19Speaker 2: You're like standing up on apple cart boxes and preaching to the.
- 2:22Speaker 2: You know the birds, the bees and the apple trees like as you right.
- 2:27Speaker 2: That wasn't me as a kid.
- 2:28Speaker 2: I wasn't the one saying pick me, let me speak right.
- 2:32Speaker 2: So the fact that I was even feeling kind of disturbed to do this program I almost didn't do it because I just kept battling these lies in my mind that I don't have anything significant to share.
- 2:46Speaker 2: Because when I think of speakers, I think of people who have some really profound story right, like they've gone through something either really challenging in their life or some massive breakthrough story.
- 2:59Speaker 2: And then when I reflect back and I think of my life, I'm like it's kind of boring.
- 3:04Speaker 2: I don't have anything exciting.
- 3:06Speaker 2: Why would I?
- 3:07Speaker 2: So as I was debating this, I was wrestling with these thoughts, like maybe I don't have a story Right.
- 3:15Speaker 2: So then I was like well, I shouldn't do Kingdom Speaker Academy.
- 3:19Speaker 2: But then God came so clearly in my mind I was driving home.
- 3:23Speaker 2: I remember the spot I was at.
- 3:25Speaker 2: Even Very clearly in my mind, God said it's not your story that I want you to tell, so good.
- 3:32Speaker 2: It's mine.
- 3:33Speaker 2: And that's when I just knew, okay, I just need to be obedient, and that God will give me the words.
- 3:40Speaker 2: Now, it was still a struggle.
- 3:42Speaker 2: I still had to wrestle things out with the Lord me the words.
- 3:46Speaker 1: Now, it was still a struggle.
- 3:46Speaker 1: I still had to wrestle things out with the Lord, but you were challenged too by that verse that we overcome him by the blood of the lamb and the word of our testimony.
- 3:54Speaker 1: You know, okay, that's a dumb deal, but then he had to end the word of your testimony.
- 3:59Speaker 2: Yeah, it's powerful, so powerful when we speak, when we speak with the words God gives us right.
- 4:07Speaker 2: Whatever that is, for some of us it's to tell the things we've gone through, it's to tell the story of breakthrough, and for others it's to tell for me, it was to tell my story of coming to realize my value in him.
- 4:21Speaker 2: Cause there are other people who maybe struggle with feeling like they have anything significant to offer.
- 4:24Speaker 2: So that was my story, because there are other people who maybe struggle with feeling like they have anything significant to offer.
- 4:26Speaker 2: So that was my story, knowing there are others who maybe can relate with that.
- 4:30Speaker 2: We all have a story, right, because God has deposited things in our life and in our hearts and that's his story ultimately, but that's ours too.
- 4:42Speaker 1: So Michelle and I were there.
- 4:44Speaker 1: We were roommates, and I'll never forget.
- 4:46Speaker 1: Just imagine this it's the first night.
- 4:48Speaker 1: Tomorrow it's going to be the practice, and I go Michelle, come here, let's find out where the, where, the, where the room's going to be.
- 4:55Speaker 1: We thought we were going to be there two nights, so we found out we go up there, and I was like this weird stage and then I said, come on, let's practice.
- 5:04Speaker 1: So I went up there first in practice and I got off that practice from practicing.
- 5:08Speaker 1: I'm blanked out.
- 5:09Speaker 1: I'm like what did I say?
- 5:10Speaker 1: So it was like, so smart.
- 5:12Speaker 1: And then she got up, and then Natalie got up.
- 5:14Speaker 1: They were perfect.
- 5:15Speaker 1: I remember saying, guys, can I do it one more time?
- 5:18Speaker 1: Because I thought I had it memorized.
- 5:20Speaker 1: So I'm so glad I didn't black out on the practice day.
- 5:24Speaker 1: So then wasn't that fun to just go ahead and find out where the stage was.
- 5:29Speaker 1: Really, though, that was just a practice where, because they gave us a huge setup with an awesome audience, stage, tvs.
- 5:41Speaker 1: But what was that like your first night, when we went up to that room and we're like practicing.
- 5:46Speaker 1: How are you feeling at that time?
- 5:48Speaker 2: Yeah, it was really good.
- 5:49Speaker 2: I'm really glad that we decided to do that, because just having you in the room and Natalie, one of my dear friends, just being able to kind of break the ice, I mean, it was just kind of allowing us to just okay, like we were able to do it in a safe place where it was not intimidating at all.
- 6:07Speaker 2: But yeah, just kind of reality started to set in though, like, oh, this is happening.
- 6:14Speaker 1: I share these stories about the Kim 10 week of speaking week, so you can just put yourself there and you're not alone.
- 6:21Speaker 1: We're just.
- 6:22Speaker 1: We're being honest about how we felt, so you don't have to be polished and know you're.
- 6:26Speaker 1: You know there's a.
- 6:27Speaker 1: There's a.
- 6:28Speaker 1: How many weeks online were we?
- 6:30Speaker 1: Nine weeks online, 10 weeks online, 10 weeks online where we're learning.
- 6:34Speaker 1: Then we come to LA to actually perform.
- 6:38Speaker 1: So the first day is a practice day, guys, and this is the most unbelievable a practice day, guys, and this is the most unbelievable, safest place to practice.
- 6:47Speaker 1: No, they don't want you to have notes, but that's a discipline in itself.
- 6:50Speaker 1: And then you get up there and you give your speech and you listen to the judges tell you that you're talking faster than caroline leaf and I was like, yeah, but I'm so excited so I would say I blew it the first day in that you would never know it because they just loved on me.
- 7:10Speaker 1: They told me Teresa, one minute you're saying something powerful, the next minute you're going off here.
- 7:15Speaker 1: So it was good.
- 7:15Speaker 1: I'm just saying you can blow it on the practice day.
- 7:18Speaker 1: How did you feel after your practice day?
- 7:21Speaker 2: Yeah, I felt really good after practice day.
- 7:25Speaker 2: I think the feedback that they gave me was exactly what I needed, Because, yeah, it's one thing to you know, we share things online.
- 7:33Speaker 2: I am someone that does these types of things all the time live interviews going live on Facebook, all these things, but I don't get feedback.
- 7:41Speaker 2: Most, of us are in a position where we get someone who's actually giving you something, not just like good job, great message.
- 7:48Speaker 2: I feel like no real constructive loving.
- 7:53Speaker 2: It's not like it's not to bring you down, it's actually to call you out, it's to call you higher, it's to recognize something inside you that maybe you don't see in yourself, and so it was like an unlocking, like I felt like there were things in me that they were just unlocking and it gave me permission to just fill up more boldly, because the feedback they gave me was that I have a tendency to kind of hold back.
- 8:21Speaker 2: I'm a naturally soft spoken, which is a gift, right, god gave me that gift, but it's okay for that to like the power to come out on occasion.
- 8:32Speaker 2: So they were like calling that out of me.
- 8:33Speaker 2: I love that.
- 8:34Speaker 1: Yeah, I love that you said they gave you permission, because I remember after my first therapy session she said Teresa, why don't you bank 99 videos?
- 8:46Speaker 1: And I'm like you're giving me permission.
- 8:48Speaker 1: So sometimes we just say I don't know why, but it's a feeling like you're giving me permission.
- 8:52Speaker 1: Okay, I'll do that.
- 8:54Speaker 1: So then we went into.
- 8:56Speaker 1: So we had the practice day and I'll just tell you I I got 30 minutes.
- 9:02Speaker 1: I said they're going to coach me.
- 9:04Speaker 1: I'm going to keep asking questions.
- 9:05Speaker 1: I drained the four coaches and they are just really empowering.
- 9:11Speaker 1: And I know I recorded your feedback.
- 9:14Speaker 1: My daughter recorded my feedback.
- 9:17Speaker 1: But you know what I got to tell you.
- 9:18Speaker 1: I didn't listen to it.
- 9:19Speaker 1: I had an idea, but I didn't want to change too much.
- 9:22Speaker 1: I had an idea what they were saying obviously, slow down.
- 9:25Speaker 1: Then we went to this beautiful church huge stage.
- 9:29Speaker 1: They're recording us from five, four different angles and we got to give our talk and in the back of our minds, we want to be selected for the third day, which was an actual event to get chosen.
- 9:42Speaker 1: You only had to be chosen to go on that event.
- 9:44Speaker 1: So, going into your final Kim 10, that second day, what was going through your mind?
- 9:52Speaker 2: I mean there's an element of pressure because it's being recorded and you have one take.
- 9:56Speaker 2: But going into it, I think because of the conversations that I had and the feedback from the coaches and then the confirmation I got from the Lord that morning.
- 10:08Speaker 2: Yeah, I know I shared that with you, teresa.
- 10:11Speaker 1: Oh, it's so beautiful Michelle.
- 10:13Speaker 2: Yeah, in Isaiah 60, god actually highlighted to me the fact that the gift of me being tender and delivering a message from the heart.
- 10:23Speaker 2: But then, as I continued reading on in Isaiah, it was like to speak, would like not be afraid to speak with power and to shout, and to have come from that place too, so it was really cool to have that confirmation for.
- 10:37Speaker 2: God so I was walking into the second day with that knowledge that, like God, was given me permission to just be who he created me to be and not hold back, and so I felt like I was able to come with more boldness that second day, and she did.
- 10:52Speaker 2: It felt good.
- 10:55Speaker 1: Those of you on the podcast.
- 10:56Speaker 1: You can't see me.
- 10:57Speaker 1: I can't wipe the grin off and I'm a little hyper because I'm remembering that those days were just like they were epic for me.
- 11:04Speaker 1: I was like, oh, I get to speak again tomorrow.
- 11:06Speaker 1: So when we were practicing, I want to tell you something.
- 11:09Speaker 1: When we were practicing it wasn't prophetic, it was just a fact.
- 11:11Speaker 1: I looked at you after you came out to stage.
- 11:13Speaker 1: You're going to get picked, girl, I know you're going to get picked.
- 11:16Speaker 1: So when we were receiving our certificates oh, by the way, my second day was interesting I decided to have those headphones and it kept coming off.
- 11:26Speaker 1: But I was like I'm determined not to let this bother me.
- 11:29Speaker 1: So you can.
- 11:29Speaker 1: If you've ever watched my video, I'm constantly putting my headphone back on and I had something that never happened to me.
- 11:37Speaker 1: If any speaker coaches out here, halfway through, my mouth went solid, dry.
- 11:42Speaker 1: I can recognize it.
- 11:43Speaker 1: When I watched the video, cause I know I'm thinking where.
- 11:46Speaker 1: I'm just like get it through, where did this come from?
- 11:48Speaker 1: I'm thinking.
- 11:49Speaker 1: And then I had a phone in my pocket as a prop and all of a sudden I hear this ding, ding.
- 11:54Speaker 1: But no one else could hear it, but it made me smile Cause that was my coach, my speaker coach, and she was like checking in Alana, and I'm like, but mouth went dry.
- 12:03Speaker 1: I don't know if anyone's a coach and you're watching this live or recorded on my podcast.
- 12:07Speaker 1: What did I do to make my mouth go dry anyway?
- 12:10Speaker 1: So I'm just letting you share this because I want you to know imagine yourself listening and watching that what this is like and how.
- 12:19Speaker 1: I don't want to say simple, but how fun and the challenge you can be.
- 12:23Speaker 1: So then we're getting our certificates.
- 12:25Speaker 1: Michelle, she did this.
- 12:27Speaker 1: I wish I could show the move Jumped up on the stage, literally, and Iron Woman and they gave her a certificate and she was going to get a picture.
- 12:36Speaker 1: And Michelle, you're chosen for tomorrow.
- 12:39Speaker 2: And I'm like, yes, I was shocked, I was literally shocked I was like was like yeah I told you so.
- 12:46Speaker 1: So then when I came up for my certificate, it was like they weren't saying anything.
- 12:51Speaker 1: I was like, well, maybe I didn't get it and I'm going to and I'm taking my picture.
- 12:55Speaker 1: And then finally it was kind of like they were delayed they stalled on purpose.
- 13:00Speaker 1: They were like we all knew you were gonna get then they said and teresa, you're invited, and I'm like you should have seen me.
- 13:06Speaker 1: I mean, I have a video somewhere.
- 13:08Speaker 1: I'm like, yeah, and I do a little dance.
- 13:09Speaker 1: It got me all emotional.
- 13:12Speaker 1: It's not like we wanted to be a way.
- 13:14Speaker 1: It's like, yeah, we wanted to be on stage, you know, with people.
- 13:17Speaker 1: But it was just like anytime you get a chance to be on stage, you want to take it.
- 13:23Speaker 1: If you're beginning speaking, don't expect you to get paid chance to be on stage, you want to take it.
- 13:26Speaker 1: If you're beginning speaking, don't expect you to get paid.
- 13:28Speaker 1: Go to those free places and bring a videographer or hire a videographer, because you're building content, you're building experience.
- 13:36Speaker 1: And the final day, michelle, I felt so at home.
- 13:41Speaker 1: I mean, I had my hand in my pocket.
- 13:43Speaker 1: You were amazed at that and this.
- 13:44Speaker 1: I had my hand in my pocket at home and I slowed down and this is the difference.
- 13:47Speaker 1: We got feedback and you know there's really true, as a speaker, you do feed off the feedback and I got Michelle's friend.
- 13:55Speaker 1: Was I just fed off that feedback?
- 13:58Speaker 1: What was it like for you?
- 13:59Speaker 1: I mean, were you relaxed because, hey, we already were certified.
- 14:02Speaker 1: This is just like an extra.
- 14:04Speaker 1: How did you feel on that final day?
- 14:04Speaker 1: I mean, there was definitely Because, hey, we already were certified.
- 14:05Speaker 1: This is just like an extra.
- 14:05Speaker 1: How did you feel on that final day?
- 14:06Speaker 2: I mean there's definitely nerves because of the audience.
- 14:08Speaker 2: Like this live event.
- 14:11Speaker 2: We're sharing the stage with some really big names in the industry, which in and of itself was just so humbling yeah.
- 14:19Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 14:21Speaker 2: Yeah, I was just in awe that I'm even on this stage having an opportunity.
- 14:25Speaker 2: But yeah, there was definitely some nerves.
- 14:29Speaker 1: And she aced it.
- 14:29Speaker 1: She aced it.
- 14:30Speaker 1: Let me tell you Thank you, she, and.
- 14:32Speaker 1: Natalie, our roommates all three of our roommates we all made it and Natalie rocked it, michelle rocked it and I just had flipping fun.
- 14:41Speaker 1: That's all I can tell you.
- 14:42Speaker 1: So we're talking about this and, from what I understand, this is Kingdom Alliance Speaker.
- 14:48Speaker 1: It's part of Kingdom Alliance.
- 14:50Speaker 1: Some of you may know it as Girl Power Alliance, but from what I understand, they're going to kick one off in September because of summer.
- 14:58Speaker 1: But this is what we want you to do.
- 15:00Speaker 1: There are classes.
- 15:02Speaker 1: I'm going to tell you about a few of them the Confident Speaker I took that one, I think it's with Lisa, so you can go through these classes over the summer while you're waiting for September.
- 15:13Speaker 1: Master Communication, whoa.
- 15:16Speaker 1: And then, I think, signature Soundbite Method.
- 15:19Speaker 1: I actually haven't heard that one, I don't remember it.
- 15:22Speaker 1: I got to go back and listen to it.
- 15:24Speaker 2: That one, they kind of teach you how to put things together in like 30, 60, 90 second increments, which is amazing, especially if you are creating content online with reels.
- 15:33Speaker 2: What?
- 15:35Speaker 1: are the other two.
- 15:39Speaker 2: Present like a pro Right, that's a really good one.
- 15:43Speaker 2: Um, yeah, I think you said confident.
- 15:47Speaker 2: Did you say confidence on camera, confidence?
- 15:48Speaker 1: on camera, yeah.
- 15:49Speaker 1: So one thing I'd like to just encourage you.
- 15:52Speaker 1: Um, that's a stage, but your stage may be like Michelle every day she goes on and they're waiting for us, cause we I told him we'd be that two 40 every day she goes on stage with her group.
- 16:04Speaker 1: You can go on stage live on Instagram.
- 16:07Speaker 1: I dare you.
- 16:08Speaker 1: You may be terrible, cruddy, but you got to learn somehow.
- 16:13Speaker 1: Stage live on Instagram, I dare you.
- 16:15Speaker 1: You may be terrible, cruddy, but you got to learn somehow.
- 16:18Speaker 1: Go live on YouTube, tell your story.
- 16:20Speaker 1: A story wins it all the time because they've introduced I'm not going to talk about it in detail, but they introduced another way for us to earn income speaking, looking into a camera.
- 16:33Speaker 1: So there's a lot here.
- 16:35Speaker 1: Yeah, you want to find stages.
- 16:37Speaker 1: Yeah, you wouldn't mind waiting till September to go through those classes.
- 16:43Speaker 1: So what would be the best way?
- 16:46Speaker 1: Just contact us, or what would you suggest?
- 16:48Speaker 2: Yeah, I think definitely reaching out.
- 16:50Speaker 2: I think you're catching this, obviously, with Teresa.
- 16:52Speaker 2: Reach out to Teresa and we can get you more information.
- 16:56Speaker 2: I honestly think going through over the next couple of months, because September is going to come real fast.
- 17:02Speaker 2: The summer is going to fly by, but then getting in and going through some of the courses leading up to King no Speaker Academy, you'll be better equipped to step in and really take full advantage of the 10 weeks, Because I mean we there's a lot that we unpack in 10 weeks If you can come in a little bit more seasoned, a little bit more prepared, you're going to get a lot more out of the 10 weeks.
- 17:25Speaker 2: So I would say come in now, go through the five, those five programs that we talked about.
- 17:30Speaker 2: There are courses within our mentorship program that you can come go through.
- 17:35Speaker 2: Get, yes, equipped, so that by September you're ready to rock with us and to dive deep into the Kino Seeker Academy.
- 17:44Speaker 1: I just think it's an opportunity.
- 17:46Speaker 1: Um, I told Michelle this right, right Email there Someone was trying to help me last November and December get on a TEDx stage.
- 17:57Speaker 1: I mean, he met with me, he wanted to get my friend Alana on and did just something stop me.
- 18:03Speaker 1: And then I did find out that TEDx stages do not let you really share your faith.
- 18:09Speaker 1: Chem 10 stands for kingdom impact message, so you have the freedom to bring in God.
- 18:18Speaker 1: Like Michelle's and Natalie, they're sharing Bible verses.
- 18:22Speaker 1: Mine may not be sharing Bible verses, but sharing principles on how to win the war on your voice, and that's it.
- 18:31Speaker 1: How do you win the war?
- 18:33Speaker 1: How do you win the war to get up on stage, and I think that being you have to realize that God lined in your DNA and you know what.
- 18:40Speaker 1: Michelle, like you, had a hesitancy, but I know there are many people listening, many women listening.
- 18:46Speaker 1: They know that.
- 18:47Speaker 1: They know that God called them, but they've either buried it down with doubt or the imposter syndrome who me?
- 18:53Speaker 1: Or they're in the midst of a maybe relational thing that's holding them back.
- 18:58Speaker 1: I understand that.
- 19:00Speaker 1: We both understand that.
- 19:02Speaker 1: But we do know that, as you really find what God's put in you, your being from when you were born and like, even in your mother's room it's like, okay, I've got a speaker on here.
- 19:13Speaker 1: I wonder when he did the?
- 19:14Speaker 1: Oh, she's going to stand on apple carts and then go to apple stages.
- 19:17Speaker 1: You know, I mean, that's his God.
- 19:19Speaker 1: So I, we really want to encourage you to join, find out now and get a head start and, by the way, you not only will get those amazing speaker coaches that you'll get contact with Michelle and me, but you'll get, you'll get other really good community.
- 19:36Speaker 1: Sometimes, I mean, I think sometimes we just join for community yeah, there's member, there's masterclasses, but yet, when it's all said and done, this is mentorship.
- 19:47Speaker 1: Why don't you share a little bit about the mentorship in kingdom alliance?
- 19:50Speaker 2: you bet yeah.
- 19:52Speaker 2: So we're not just a program that you can go through, go through courses kind of by yourself, which you can, but we don't.
- 19:59Speaker 2: We recommend that you really do that sometimes mentorship side of what we do, and get yourself plugged into the live calls.
- 20:07Speaker 2: We also hear you know.
- 20:10Speaker 2: Within with Teresa and myself, we have some additional kind of mentorship and things that we do with with our community.
- 20:16Speaker 2: Teresa and I have actually been talking to of actually running like a special group just for people who feel called to speak.
- 20:23Speaker 2: So stay tuned for that Cause we're going to be talking more details what that's going to look like.
- 20:26Speaker 2: But really create, creating this culture of community and of really coming alongside you and really helping you.
- 20:33Speaker 2: Kind of pull that out.
- 20:34Speaker 2: Cause sometimes you just need a community that you can talk through some things.
- 20:37Speaker 2: What's holding you back?
- 20:38Speaker 2: What are some of the lies in the enemy that's flooding your mind?
- 20:41Speaker 2: What if you could come into community and have people speak life over you or remind?
- 20:45Speaker 2: You who you are, because that, ultimately, is kind of the most valuable piece of all of this the fact that you know we went to kingdom speaker academy.
- 20:54Speaker 2: I didn't go by myself, like I went with theresa, so my best friend like the, the conversations that we have in private settings camaraderie are some of the most powerful opportunities for growth.
- 21:07Speaker 2: Yeah, being in community is one of the most powerful things, in my opinion, to the growth that we see here.
- 21:14Speaker 1: I spoke on.
- 21:15Speaker 1: I spoke on that and I got to say getting to know you even better, and Natalie was Sunday night.
- 21:21Speaker 1: I missed you guys so bad, but God always reminds me when you miss someone you miss the Jesus in them.
- 21:26Speaker 1: So I was missing a lot of Jesus in you guys.
- 21:28Speaker 1: But sometimes, like I'm just going to end it with this little that was part of my talk but about how you have to fight for your friends and fight for kingdom and you might have to invest in those things to get them.
- 21:41Speaker 1: But there's this hormone that serves as a neurotransmitter.
- 21:46Speaker 1: It's called oxytocin, not oxycontin.
- 21:49Speaker 1: Come on back.
- 21:50Speaker 1: Oxytocin and what that in the context of relationship that produces empathy, trust and bonding.
- 21:59Speaker 1: If you're low on that, you're like you're kind of isolated because you're afraid, or you just don't want to do that because you're afraid.
- 22:07Speaker 1: Oh, they're not going to like me.
- 22:08Speaker 1: If you're low on oxytocin, there are serious health problems that can come.
- 22:14Speaker 1: You could have high blood pressure, heart disease and a weakened immune system, not to mention anxiety, depression and loneliness.
- 22:24Speaker 1: That's proven studies.
- 22:25Speaker 1: I know that because I was oxytocin deprived all through my marriage, which is another story.
- 22:31Speaker 1: But my heart has come alive.
- 22:36Speaker 1: I remember almost a year ago, when Michelle was on stage at the conference.
- 22:40Speaker 1: God says those are the people I want you to align to kingdom women who love Jesus.
- 22:44Speaker 1: Michelle Shaver, now that's the leader I want you to be.
- 22:46Speaker 1: So God spoke to me and in the process of this there was a kingdom speaker academy.
- 22:56Speaker 1: So for the very first time I got to speak on stage.
- 22:58Speaker 1: Last year was terrible.
- 22:59Speaker 1: I threw up on stage.
- 22:59Speaker 1: But so then to come back and be double certified it was really to be certified for the first time, because the last time was.
- 23:05Speaker 1: So I'm just saying all that to really speak to you and encourage you, whether you're listening or not or just kind of daydreaming Come back, come back.
- 23:14Speaker 1: God's called you as a speaker.
- 23:15Speaker 1: Look at Michelle.
- 23:17Speaker 1: She went over that.
- 23:18Speaker 1: I don't have anything to speak.
- 23:19Speaker 1: You may be saying that, but I love that verse.
- 23:25Speaker 1: They overcame him by the blood of the lamb and the word of our testimony.
- 23:28Speaker 1: So any final thoughts of encouraging people, michelle?
- 23:33Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, I think you, you really hit it and I think, like the fact that we can overcome the enemy by the blood of the lamb, that and I mean.
- 23:46Speaker 2: I'm still like blown away that there's even an and in that sentence word of testimony that there's so much fear attached to it of speaking.
- 23:55Speaker 2: But that's why because the enemy knows exactly the impact that you can have when you speak against what the enemy is trying to hold you back from.
- 24:12Speaker 2: That's that's one of the best things that you can do to to help really move the kingdom forward is just to continue to fight against what the enemy is trying to hold you back from.
- 24:17Speaker 2: So if you feel any resistance, that's a good indicator to press into it, like just bulldoze right into it and say you know what?
- 24:24Speaker 2: Like I'm feeling resistance here and it's not of god, so I'm just gonna going to press in.
- 24:29Speaker 2: So if that's you, press in, figure it out, be intentional, surround yourself with the people who are going to help equip you.
- 24:36Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 24:36Speaker 1: So if you want to find Michelle Tufford's group, I think the best way is to find her on her profile, michelle Tufford.
- 24:43Speaker 1: Then look on the left and click on that group and ask to join that group.
- 24:48Speaker 1: That's where we're going to be.
- 24:49Speaker 1: That's where I'm going to be.
- 24:50Speaker 1: I'll be a little bit on my profile, but I've just been loving hanging out with this group.
- 24:54Speaker 1: What is it?
- 24:54Speaker 1: 23k now.
- 24:56Speaker 1: Yeah, and you're just around women that love, that are really freaky good in their business, and you find speakers and you find all sorts of encouragement.
- 25:06Speaker 1: And then you'll find, yeah, we'll have avenues to get into Kingdom Alliance, but Michelle puts on her own amazing training of connecting, helping you connect.
- 25:15Speaker 1: So, michelle, I think it's time to go over to your group.
- 25:19Speaker 1: They're waiting for us.
- 25:20Speaker 1: All right, let's do it.
- 25:21Speaker 1: And I appreciate you.
- 25:23Speaker 1: I miss you so much.
- 25:25Speaker 1: I mean, it's just wow, that was an epic time and to spend it with you and the way you guys loved on my daughter so good.
- 25:32Speaker 1: So, thank you, you're welcome.
- 25:34Speaker 1: All right, this is Unleashing Kingdom Voices.
- 25:37Speaker 1: We're so glad you're listening.
- 25:38Speaker 1: Hey, stay tuned, we'll continue to unleash your voice and maybe you will be a speaker.
