- 1:59Speaker 3: has reriten tired Las Vegas Metro Police lieutenant twenty four years,
- 2:02Speaker 3: one of the most decorated in the history of Las Vegas.
- 2:05Speaker 3: At the time you retired, he was the most decorated
- 2:08Speaker 3: police officer in the history of Las Vegas. He's the
- 2:10Speaker 3: founder of the Wounded Blue the Woundedblue dot Org. The
- 2:14Speaker 3: Wounded Blue Dot Org a great charitable organization. Last time
- 2:17Speaker 3: you were on, just like two weeks ago, I told
- 2:19Speaker 3: you to remind you remind me to send you a
- 2:22Speaker 3: check and you never reminded me.
- 2:23Speaker 2: That just came to me right now.
- 2:25Speaker 3: I was sending a check to the wounded Blue if
- 2:27Speaker 3: you reminded me. But you never reminded me, So remind
- 2:30Speaker 3: me tomorrow in the morning. When I'm in the mornings,
- 2:32Speaker 3: I can write checks, and I'm gonna write your check, Randy,
- 2:34Speaker 3: so remind me.
- 2:35Speaker 4: Okay, I'm gonna text you at five am.
- 2:38Speaker 2: All right, that's good. That's fine. That's good. I'm up
- 2:40Speaker 2: at six. It'll be the first thing I see, so
- 2:42Speaker 2: that's good. So up.
- 2:44Speaker 3: Tell me about your thoughts when you see the law
- 2:47Speaker 3: enforcement officer in this case, Ice, but it could have
- 2:49Speaker 3: been a police officer like you were in Minnesota.
- 2:52Speaker 2: What he was up against, what he was facing.
- 2:54Speaker 3: It's very by the way, it's a very controversial, tough issue.
- 2:58Speaker 3: Everyone on the right, for the most part, I think
- 3:00Speaker 3: thinks like I do, and I'm guessing like you do,
- 3:03Speaker 3: that he was justified, and that woman was using her
- 3:05Speaker 3: car as a dangerous weapon, and he felt like his
- 3:09Speaker 3: life and his other agent's lives could be under danger
- 3:11Speaker 3: and he had to take his gun out and shoot her.
- 3:13Speaker 3: Everyone I know on the left, because I've spoken of
- 3:15Speaker 3: five or six friends or associates in the last day,
- 3:19Speaker 3: including children of friends of mine who called me to say,
- 3:22Speaker 3: everybody who's under the age of twenty disagrees with you, Wayne.
- 3:26Speaker 3: We all saw that agent murder that woman in cold blood,
- 3:29Speaker 3: and these are kind of reasonable kids.
- 3:31Speaker 2: I was kind of shocked.
- 3:33Speaker 3: So let's hear it from a law enforcement perspective, what
- 3:37Speaker 3: you think you saw and how you feel about it.
- 3:41Speaker 4: Sure thing, So I watched all of the videos that
- 3:44Speaker 4: were out there. There's a ton of them. Most of
- 3:48Speaker 4: the ones that are being put out show a simple
- 3:53Speaker 4: perspective from the rear of the vehicle. From the rear
- 3:57Speaker 4: of the vehicle, you see ice officer walking up to
- 4:00Speaker 4: her trying to get her to come out of the vehicle.
- 4:03Speaker 4: They're about to arrest her because of her conduct prior
- 4:07Speaker 4: to this. She has apparently been stalking them. She's been
- 4:10Speaker 4: putting her vehicle in the way of their vehicles. In
- 4:15Speaker 4: this particular time, she had her vehicle against the roadway
- 4:22Speaker 4: so they couldn't proceed. And I want to tell you
- 4:26Speaker 4: just a little bit about this particular tactic. When you
- 4:30Speaker 4: don't allow the ice vehicles to proceed in their normal
- 4:35Speaker 4: course of duties and they are blocked from behind, that
- 4:39Speaker 4: is an ambush situation. Don't think that those officers don't
- 4:42Speaker 4: understand that they're in a very, very vulnerable position. So
- 4:46Speaker 4: they made a determination they were going to arrest her
- 4:49Speaker 4: for this conduct. So, as you can see, the officers
- 4:53Speaker 4: approach her, they tell her to get out of the vehicle.
- 4:55Speaker 4: She refused this, and she not only does she refuse
- 5:00Speaker 4: intead of telling instead of getting out of the vehicle
- 5:02Speaker 4: like they told her to, she decides to put it
- 5:06Speaker 4: in reverse and then and then accelerate forward. Now, if
- 5:11Speaker 4: you look at the video that was that is also
- 5:15Speaker 4: accessible where there is a ice officer in front of
- 5:19Speaker 4: her vehicle who is clearly in danger. In fact, she
- 5:24Speaker 4: actually hits him with the vehicle. That's when he opens
- 5:27Speaker 4: fire on her and kills her. So the reality is
- 5:31Speaker 4: this that that the use of force, the use of
- 5:35Speaker 4: deadly force by any law enforcement officer, whether it's federal, state,
- 5:39Speaker 4: or local, that is, it goes under under a legal precedent.
- 5:44Speaker 4: Going about the reasonable officer rule, what a reasonable officer
- 5:53Speaker 4: from the circumstances believe that they were in imminent danger
- 5:57Speaker 4: of death or serious bodily injury. It all is comes
- 6:02Speaker 4: down to the legal aspect of the perception of the
- 6:06Speaker 4: officer so we're having the the idiotic governor of Many, Minnesota.
- 6:15Speaker 4: We have the Mayor Fry, who is an absolute idealogue.
- 6:20Speaker 4: You actually have the Attorney General making pronouncements that this
- 6:25Speaker 4: is a murder. It is absolutely reckless. It's disgusting, and
- 6:30Speaker 4: the reality is that an investigation has to be conducted.
- 6:38Speaker 4: But from what I saw, that officer was perfectly justified
- 6:42Speaker 4: in the use of deadly force.
- 6:44Speaker 2: Yeah, I would agree. Be sorry, Randy.
- 6:48Speaker 3: I had a little coffee figure, so I just got
- 6:51Speaker 3: something caught in my throat, taking some vitamins before it,
- 6:53Speaker 3: and I think when I got caught.
- 6:54Speaker 2: So I agree, And your opinion is far.
- 6:58Speaker 3: More important to mine as a law enforcement officer of
- 7:00Speaker 3: twenty four years and a highly decorated one. But I've
- 7:04Speaker 3: been arguing for two days now that it was totally justified.
- 7:07Speaker 3: I did just read a column by Stephen A.
- 7:12Speaker 2: Smith. Well, I don't know if you saw it, but
- 7:15Speaker 2: Stephen A.
- 7:16Speaker 3: Smith, the ESPN commentator, is very opinionated, sometimes right, sometimes wrong,
- 7:20Speaker 3: kind of what I call a moderate reasonable liberal. So
- 7:24Speaker 3: we don't agree on a lot, but we sometimes have
- 7:27Speaker 3: common ground on some issues, and he's not too bad
- 7:30Speaker 3: on other issues.
- 7:31Speaker 2: He's not extreme liberal.
- 7:33Speaker 3: He's not wacko, he's not mentally ill, mentally deranged. He's
- 7:36Speaker 3: not a communist, He's kind of what used to be
- 7:39Speaker 3: a moderate Democrat. Stephen Smith said the following, and I
- 7:43Speaker 3: couldn't argue too bad with the following. He said, the
- 7:45Speaker 3: shooting's completely justified. I've watched it from every angle, and
- 7:50Speaker 3: the cop had to do what a cop had to do.
- 7:52Speaker 3: You can never argue with that. So he can never
- 7:54Speaker 3: be charged, and he should never be charged. But but
- 7:57Speaker 3: I don't know why he couldn't have shot the tires
- 7:59Speaker 3: out and thought first to kill the woman.
- 8:01Speaker 2: Why not first shoot the tires out?
- 8:04Speaker 3: And that's kind of a reasonable answer. I mean, she
- 8:06Speaker 3: was not speeding at officer, She was moving very slowly.
- 8:10Speaker 3: Could have shot the tires out or the engine out.
- 8:13Speaker 3: I mean that is an option, is it not. I
- 8:15Speaker 3: would agree that's an option.
- 8:17Speaker 2: I would never charge it.
- 8:18Speaker 4: It is not an option. It is absolutely ridiculous to
- 8:23Speaker 4: even put that out there as an option. We'll tell
- 8:26Speaker 4: you why, because, first of all, the momentum of that
- 8:30Speaker 4: vehicle as it approaches that officer, to even be able
- 8:35Speaker 4: to shoot out the tire of a moving vehicle is
- 8:40Speaker 4: basically impossible to shoot out the engine of it, so
- 8:44Speaker 4: it stops right there. That's only the stuff of movies.
- 8:48Speaker 4: It doesn't happen. It's ridiculous, it's dumb. To even say
- 8:53Speaker 4: that it's something that should be considered shows an absolute
- 8:58Speaker 4: lack of reality.
- 9:00Speaker 2: Well, remember, I'm on your side. I've supported the officer
- 9:03Speaker 2: for two days. But all my.
- 9:04Speaker 3: Point is that was not a speeding car. Of course,
- 9:06Speaker 3: you don't aim for the tires of a speeding car.
- 9:08Speaker 3: You wouldn't hit it.
- 9:09Speaker 2: But it was going It was going in like two miles.
- 9:11Speaker 3: An hour and they were scanning right next to it.
- 9:14Speaker 4: It doesn't matter that officer had a split second to
- 9:17Speaker 4: make a decision, right, I get that it would be
- 9:19Speaker 4: ineffective even if he could hit the tar. Remember where
- 9:25Speaker 4: he was, He's right in front of the thing. Do
- 9:28Speaker 4: you think he even had access to shootout the tire?
- 9:32Speaker 4: It is It is ludicrous and it's it's an impossibility.
- 9:36Speaker 2: All right. Did you see did you see his background?
- 9:40Speaker 3: I'm sure that entered into the situation, and his perception,
- 9:43Speaker 3: of course is his background, as he was involved in
- 9:45Speaker 3: a very similar situation just a few months ago where
- 9:49Speaker 3: he broke the back window and his arm got caught
- 9:51Speaker 3: inside the vehicle, and the guy started speeding away and
- 9:54Speaker 3: was swerving from side to side to throw him on
- 9:56Speaker 3: the ground, and he badly hurt his arm in his
- 9:59Speaker 3: hand and had to have any many stitches.
- 10:01Speaker 2: I was in the hospital, so.
- 10:02Speaker 3: I'm sure that also fed into his perception that he
- 10:06Speaker 3: is and his fellow agent's lifes were in danger when
- 10:09Speaker 3: you've already been through something very similar with a moving car.
- 10:12Speaker 4: Correct, absolutely, you can imagine that, you know, having been
- 10:17Speaker 4: hospitalized from another vehicular type of situation like this, he
- 10:22Speaker 4: of course is going to be more sensitive to it.
- 10:25Speaker 4: But the reality is this that you have you have
- 10:28Speaker 4: literally fractions of seconds to make a life and death decision,
- 10:34Speaker 4: and it all comes down to this reasonableness if you're
- 10:38Speaker 4: standing in front of a vehicle. And by the way,
- 10:41Speaker 4: could he have could he have been in a different position,
- 10:44Speaker 4: We don't know because the chaos of what was taking
- 10:48Speaker 4: place there, and that chaos is caused by people like
- 10:51Speaker 4: the driver of this vehicle. She made the decision. She's
- 10:56Speaker 4: the one who who purposely put herself in that position
- 11:00Speaker 4: begin with, and then instead of complying what she could
- 11:03Speaker 4: have done very easily, she made a decision to move
- 11:07Speaker 4: forward and step on the gas with a vehicle. That's
- 11:12Speaker 4: a two thousand pound missile. That's killed many cops in
- 11:15Speaker 4: the past, right.
- 11:17Speaker 3: So there's been many. It's this like this, where cops
- 11:19Speaker 3: are trying to stop someone in the car. They wouldn't
- 11:21Speaker 3: wouldn't stop, wouldn't get out, they started moving, the cop
- 11:24Speaker 3: maybe didn't pull his gun, and the cop gets run
- 11:27Speaker 3: over and killed.
- 11:27Speaker 2: That has happened before, correct many times.
- 11:30Speaker 4: In fact, just two days ago, Wayne I was with
- 11:34Speaker 4: a police officer who lost the mobility in her leg
- 11:38Speaker 4: where she would run over by a vehicle in a
- 11:40Speaker 4: similar set of circumstances.
- 11:42Speaker 3: Hey, Randy, we're going out. I'm getting a five cot.
- 11:44Speaker 3: We're going out. Stay there, don't go away. We'll be
- 11:46Speaker 3: right back all right, way down the route here with
- 11:55Speaker 3: Alan Powiser and advocates for Great Patriots Store dot com.

- 12:11Speaker 3: I know we've got a slide up there, Allen, that
- 12:13Speaker 3: we could show everyone not only the products exceptional, but
- 12:16Speaker 3: the prices are exceptional.
- 12:19Speaker 5: Yeah, absolutely, Whene. For the last forty years, our company
- 12:21Speaker 5: has focused on manufacturing exceptional products at reasonable prices right

- 12:41Speaker 3: being impacted by some things that were from the Biden administration,
- 12:45Speaker 3: like inflation.
- 12:46Speaker 2: There's still rising prices.
- 12:48Speaker 3: There's still companies like Procter, Gamble and Amazon talking about
- 12:52Speaker 3: increasing prices. Membership at Costco and Amazon continue to go up.
- 12:56Speaker 2: How does your.

- 13:22Speaker 5: of our consumer goods. And by the way, you mentioned
- 13:24Speaker 5: Costco's membership increasing, Our membership has been the same for
- 13:27Speaker 5: forty years. It's never gone up. And right now you

- 15:09Speaker 3: with Randy Sutton for a couple more minutes. I wanted
- 15:12Speaker 3: to grab Randy. Let's put them up on the screen.
- 15:13Speaker 3: Randy there, I'm here. We live in very tough times.
- 15:18Speaker 3: I see this news just coming in now. Two wounded
- 15:22Speaker 3: in shooting in Portland, Oregon, involving Border patrol agents. So
- 15:28Speaker 3: we've now got another two shootings of civilians involving border
- 15:32Speaker 3: patrol agents. And I'm sure when we hear the details,
- 15:35Speaker 3: the liberal left will say we're you know, we're a
- 15:37Speaker 3: bunch of murderers, and the border patrols a bunch of murderers,
- 15:40Speaker 3: and they've got itchy trigger fingers, and you know, on
- 15:43Speaker 3: the right, we'll all say these people are all crazy
- 15:46Speaker 3: nut job liberals who are looking for it because they're
- 15:49Speaker 3: standing in front of law enforcement harassing them and spitting
- 15:52Speaker 3: on them and throwing things at them and blocking them
- 15:55Speaker 3: with their cars and calling them names and burning American flags.
- 16:00Speaker 3: I just you know, my problem is, Randy, we have
- 16:02Speaker 3: such a divided country. I don't think it's ever going
- 16:04Speaker 3: to come together. We can't fight common ground with these people.
- 16:07Speaker 2: They're crazy.
- 16:11Speaker 4: Well, it's very clear from the reaction to this, the
- 16:15Speaker 4: shooting in Minneapolis, that that that common sense and reality
- 16:23Speaker 4: don't even play a role in the thinking of those
- 16:26Speaker 4: on the left. Watching the attorney general, Attorney General of
- 16:31Speaker 4: the state.
- 16:32Speaker 2: Of Minnesota, Keith Ellison.
- 16:34Speaker 4: Who knows absolutely nothing about what really took place, make
- 16:39Speaker 4: declarations about the charging the ice officer uh with with
- 16:48Speaker 4: with state crimes. It's it's absurd and at the same
- 16:51Speaker 4: time it's frightening because because you realize that there isn't
- 16:56Speaker 4: any perception of reality here, that this is driven by hatred,
- 17:02Speaker 4: this is driven by ideology, not driven by facts.
- 17:06Speaker 3: Well, and it's just driven by naivete because, like you know,
- 17:09Speaker 3: the average person, let alone the average liberal Randy, has
- 17:13Speaker 3: never been in a life and death situation.
- 17:15Speaker 2: They don't know what cops go through.
- 17:17Speaker 3: That's why I'm always airing on the side of cops,
- 17:19Speaker 3: even when I sometimes look at something and I disagree
- 17:21Speaker 3: with them. And say, gee, I wish they had done that.
- 17:24Speaker 3: I still never want to see them charged because I
- 17:26Speaker 3: always put myself in their place, and I go, I
- 17:30Speaker 3: wasn't a cop. I didn't put my life on the line.
- 17:32Speaker 3: They're putting their life on the line. They have a
- 17:34Speaker 3: split second decision. Maybe I would have made the same
- 17:37Speaker 3: decision if I was them, So I always give them
- 17:40Speaker 3: bed for the doubt. You guys are heroes, and it's
- 17:43Speaker 3: a very tough split second decision to make where either
- 17:47Speaker 3: you go home or you never see your family again,
- 17:49Speaker 3: versus taking away their life. It's a tough decision. I'm
- 17:53Speaker 3: glad I don't have to make it. I give you
- 17:55Speaker 3: guys kudos for making those decisions.
- 17:59Speaker 4: And you know, let's not I'm not going to beat
- 18:02Speaker 4: around the bush here, Wayne. There are there are times
- 18:05Speaker 4: when there is misconduct. There are times when law enforcement
- 18:08Speaker 4: officers act outside of the rule of law, and there
- 18:12Speaker 4: are times when when they need to be held accountable
- 18:16Speaker 4: for their actions. There is so much scrutiny when it
- 18:19Speaker 4: comes down to use of forced especially the use of
- 18:22Speaker 4: deadly forced in law enforcement. There are many many levels
- 18:26Speaker 4: of scrutiny of from uh you know, from the policy
- 18:32Speaker 4: of the departments. That's that's one of the things that
- 18:35Speaker 4: everyone looks at, but also at all of the the
- 18:40Speaker 4: legal levels, from the criminal side to the civil side.
- 18:44Speaker 4: There is so much scrutiny and and law enforcement officers
- 18:48Speaker 4: need to be held accountable for their decisions, but they
- 18:51Speaker 4: also need to be understood that many of the decisions
- 18:55Speaker 4: that are made within literally a split second, are all
- 18:58Speaker 4: based on the perception of danger that the officer sees
- 19:03Speaker 4: and feels. And that's the legal issues that we need
- 19:06Speaker 4: to look at.
- 19:07Speaker 3: Let me give you the last two in the last
- 19:09Speaker 3: minute or two two examples that I want to get
- 19:11Speaker 3: your feedback of things I said on this show. I
- 19:14Speaker 3: wrote a commentary and opened the show today and I said, basically,
- 19:17Speaker 3: what this woman in Minneapolis was is a human shield.
- 19:20Speaker 2: Like the people of Gaza.
- 19:22Speaker 3: Hamas puts people in harm's way on purpose so that
- 19:25Speaker 3: when they get killed they can blame the Jews and
- 19:28Speaker 3: go Jewish genocide. They're the ones who put them in
- 19:31Speaker 3: play to be killed. It isn't the Jews who killed them,
- 19:34Speaker 3: it's a US. They were human shields. This woman, in
- 19:38Speaker 3: my opinion, is like a human shield because the Left
- 19:41Speaker 3: wants them to interact with ice and cause trouble and
- 19:45Speaker 3: therefore be in a position where if someone is shot
- 19:48Speaker 3: by ice, then the liberal left has a cause and
- 19:51Speaker 3: they have nationwide riots and they can make us look bad.
- 19:55Speaker 2: She was a pawn.
- 19:56Speaker 4: Your thought to that, well, you're probably right as far
- 20:00Speaker 4: as her reasoning for being there. But she this was
- 20:04Speaker 4: driven by her. She could have simply stopped her vehicle
- 20:07Speaker 4: and gotten out when she was told to. She made
- 20:10Speaker 4: the decision that ended her life. Quite honestly, Right there
- 20:14Speaker 4: you go.
- 20:14Speaker 3: When a cop says get out of the vehicle. I
- 20:16Speaker 3: told my kids this yesterday.
- 20:17Speaker 2: I told my.
- 20:18Speaker 3: Son, when a cop says get out of the vehicle,
- 20:20Speaker 3: there's only one choice. Turn the key, cut the engine,
- 20:24Speaker 3: get out with your hands up.
- 20:25Speaker 2: That's it. That's the only answer.
- 20:28Speaker 3: Or you are putting your life at risk because he
- 20:30Speaker 3: doesn't know if you're a bad guy or not. Randy,
- 20:32Speaker 3: we got to run. Randy Sutton with the most decorated
- 20:34Speaker 3: officer in the history. His website is the Wounded Blue
- 20:38Speaker 3: dot org.
- 20:41Speaker 2: And I just hi.
- 20:43Speaker 3: This is Wayne Alerude from my great friends John and
- 20:46Speaker 3: Chelsea Jubilee of Energized Health. Energized Health changed my life literally,
- 20:50Speaker 3: I lost twenty five pounds of fat, including the dangerous

- 20:57Speaker 2: Now I look the best of my life.
- 20:58Speaker 3: I'll be on this program life because it's simple and easy.
- 21:02Speaker 2: John and Chelsea have.

- 21:12Speaker 3: sequencing and processes of how to transform your cells so
- 21:15Speaker 3: they can hydrate, allowing you to lose fat and upgrade

- 21:38Speaker 6: Five Energized Health dot Com.
- 21:59Speaker 3: All right, wait, Alan Rude, back to back guests. I
- 22:01Speaker 3: haven't done that, I think ever in ten years. That's
- 22:04Speaker 3: pretty unusual. But we went from Lieutenant Randy Sutton, one
- 22:07Speaker 3: of the most decorated cops in the history of Las Vegas,
- 22:10Speaker 3: to talk about that ice, you know, tragic incident yesterday.
- 22:14Speaker 3: Now back to back with Steve Moore, one of the
- 22:17Speaker 3: great economists in America, to talk about the economy, and
- 22:19Speaker 3: we got some great news just literally in the last
- 22:23Speaker 3: hour about the economy.
- 22:24Speaker 2: We'll talk to him about that.
- 22:25Speaker 3: Before I get to it, I want to mention the
- 22:27Speaker 3: sponsor of this segment of the show, Zeechaw Medicine, Jesus
- 22:31Speaker 3: actually Zecha Genesis Medicine, to be exact. Their CEO, Dan
- 22:36Speaker 3: Montano's on my show all the time and he's been
- 22:39Speaker 3: a great guest to discuss the company's medicine that he
- 22:43Speaker 3: believes could reverse type two diabetes. I know many of
- 22:46Speaker 3: you have type two diabetes or you know someone who does,
- 22:48Speaker 3: so listen up. You could participate in their upcoming free
- 22:52Speaker 3: medical research study in Las Vegas.
- 22:54Speaker 2: There is no catch.
- 22:55Speaker 3: It's free and he woul who lives in Vegas drive there,
- 22:58Speaker 3: do the test and you could reverse diabetes.
- 23:01Speaker 2: And it's free. If you don't live in Vegas, you
- 23:03Speaker 2: have to pay your way in.
- 23:04Speaker 3: To travel to Vegas, but you still get to participate
- 23:08Speaker 3: free in their medical research study. Register now at cure
- 23:12Speaker 3: dashdiabetes dot org. Cure Dashdiabetes dot org. He was on
- 23:16Speaker 3: the show and he mentioned, if my memory serves me,
- 23:19Speaker 3: he had one hundred people he's dosed with his medicine
- 23:21Speaker 3: who had diabetes, and all one hundred no longer.
- 23:24Speaker 2: Show they have it. So it's kind of an amazing thing.
- 23:27Speaker 3: If you or someone you know is interested in this
- 23:30Speaker 3: free medical research study to reverse type two diabetes, register
- 23:34Speaker 3: now at cure dash.
- 23:35Speaker 2: Diabetes dot org.
- 23:39Speaker 3: Speaking of miracles, right, this is an economic miracle what
- 23:43Speaker 3: Trump is pulling off. You know, if everybody else could
- 23:45Speaker 3: do it, they do it. Biden couldn't do it, Obama
- 23:48Speaker 3: couldn't do it. Even George Bush couldn't do it. Trump
- 23:50Speaker 3: comes in and every day you've got, you know, an
- 23:53Speaker 3: economy that's one percent or two percent GDP, and Trump
- 23:56Speaker 3: turns it into four point three in the third quarter.
- 23:59Speaker 3: Now the Atlanta Fit is predicting the fourth quarter is
- 24:02Speaker 3: going to be five point four percent. We're hitting for
- 24:06Speaker 3: Reagan bloom territory. That's an amazing development that just happened
- 24:11Speaker 3: this afternoon. Steve Moore's with US Lungs on Economic Advisor
- 24:14Speaker 3: to Prison Trump, founder of the Committee to unleash prosperity.
- 24:18Speaker 2: Steve Moore, Welcome to the show. How are you hi waiting?
- 24:21Speaker 7: Well, I'm feeling pretty good.
- 24:22Speaker 8: I was wondering if you were when you mentioned that
- 24:24Speaker 8: blackbuster number. You were talking about that incredible almost five
- 24:29Speaker 8: and a half percent growth. And you know, this is
- 24:32Speaker 8: a big black guy for the economics profession because for
- 24:35Speaker 8: the last year they've predicted we'd have a growth of
- 24:38Speaker 8: less than two percent one point nine percent. In the
- 24:40Speaker 8: last three quarters, the economy has grown well over four
- 24:44Speaker 8: and now five percent. These are numbers that are off
- 24:47Speaker 8: the chart. We haven't seen them in years and years,
- 24:50Speaker 8: and shame on the on the all the academic economists,
- 24:54Speaker 8: the blue chips, who got it all wrong. By the way,
- 24:56Speaker 8: they got it all wrong Wayne, as you may recall
- 24:58Speaker 8: in the first term when Trump was in office as well.
- 25:01Speaker 3: And they got it all wrong about tariffs because they
- 25:04Speaker 3: all said terrors would ruin the economy at terriffs would
- 25:07Speaker 3: increase inflation, and obviously the economy's booming and inflation is
- 25:11Speaker 3: lower than anyone expected. So terrists haven't done either of
- 25:14Speaker 3: the things that genius expert economists said it would do.
- 25:18Speaker 2: Right.
- 25:20Speaker 8: Well, listen, you know the most important economists in the
- 25:23Speaker 8: world right now is the guy sitting in the Oval Office,
- 25:26Speaker 8: and he knows how an economy works. It makes a
- 25:28Speaker 8: big difference. And whene you know Donald Trump very well,
- 25:31Speaker 8: I've gotten to know him well. And we you know
- 25:33Speaker 8: you mentioned that Ar Laffer and I wrote a book
- 25:35Speaker 8: at the beginning of the year called the Trump Economic Miracle.
- 25:38Speaker 8: But this really is a miracle to take over the
- 25:40Speaker 8: wreckage of what Biden did to our economy with twenty
- 25:43Speaker 8: one percent rise in prices over four years, the worst inflation,
- 25:47Speaker 8: worst interest rates we had since virtually Jimmy Carter was
- 25:50Speaker 8: in office, and a border out of control. And Trump,
- 25:54Speaker 8: just one by one by one, has solved these problems.
- 25:57Speaker 8: And it's an amazing thing. I've got to tell you. Also,
- 26:01Speaker 8: we're going to get a jobs before it tomorrow. I
- 26:04Speaker 8: think it'll be a good report. The inflation numbers way down.
- 26:07Speaker 8: If we stay on that course that we've seen on
- 26:09Speaker 8: the last couple of months, we're gonna have inflation less
- 26:11Speaker 8: than two percent. What's not to like about this picture?
- 26:15Speaker 3: Well, I'll tell you one thing. There's two things I'm
- 26:17Speaker 3: worried about. Number One, I heard today from a friend
- 26:19Speaker 3: who I trust. That's the Supreme Court is going to
- 26:21Speaker 3: rule tomorrow on tariffs, and everyone is expecting the ruling
- 26:25Speaker 3: to be negative.
- 26:26Speaker 2: They're going to kill the tariff. That's insane.
- 26:29Speaker 3: The President of the United States runs the economy, not
- 26:31Speaker 3: a bunch of judges and black robes that have never
- 26:34Speaker 3: created a job and never run a business and never
- 26:36Speaker 3: started a business.
- 26:37Speaker 2: I can't believe we're winning the tariff for all over
- 26:40Speaker 2: the world.
- 26:41Speaker 3: We're putting China out of business, and the Supreme Court
- 26:44Speaker 3: is going to upend Trump's biggest economic you know, angle.
- 26:48Speaker 2: It just makes no sense.
- 26:50Speaker 3: But I know he's ready for that ruling, and him
- 26:53Speaker 3: and Bessent have ideas. Do you have any idea what
- 26:55Speaker 3: they're going to do next if that happens.
- 26:58Speaker 8: Yeah, I think, you know, the court will rule against
- 27:00Speaker 8: some of the tariffs, but I think they'll let some
- 27:03Speaker 8: of the other tariffs stand. And look, I'm not a
- 27:07Speaker 8: tariff guy, as you know, Wayne, but I've got to
- 27:10Speaker 8: say that Trump has used these threats of tariffs against Canada,
- 27:14Speaker 8: against Europe, against Korea, against Mexico, against the Chinese, most importantly,
- 27:21Speaker 8: and they've come hat in hand and made better deals
- 27:23Speaker 8: for America. You know, we're talking about potentially trillions of
- 27:27Speaker 8: dollars of new investment in this country that's coming in
- 27:31Speaker 8: specifically so that these countries can get a deal with
- 27:34Speaker 8: Trump on the tariff. So he's a deal maker, he
- 27:36Speaker 8: knows the art of the deal. I think the Supreme
- 27:39Speaker 8: Court will requires some of the tariffs to be repaid,
- 27:41Speaker 8: but I don't think they're going to repeal all of them.
- 27:43Speaker 2: But it's so awkward.
- 27:45Speaker 3: I mean, we've taken in billions and billions of dollars,
- 27:47Speaker 3: we've reduced the trade deficit by half. That was announced
- 27:51Speaker 3: today too, and suddenly you're going to have to give
- 27:53Speaker 3: money back to countries that you've won the battle with.
- 27:56Speaker 2: It makes no sense to me.
- 27:57Speaker 8: Well, I don't think that's going to be I don't
- 27:59Speaker 8: think this money is going to go back to the countries.
- 28:01Speaker 8: I think it'll go back to the retailers and some
- 28:04Speaker 8: of the factories in the US that paid the tax
- 28:07Speaker 8: bill I saw.
- 28:08Speaker 7: And we'll see how that all turns out.
- 28:10Speaker 8: But this is just one element of Trump's package. I mean,
- 28:15Speaker 8: remember we passed the big beautiful bill in July. You
- 28:19Speaker 8: and I were part of that team that helped push
- 28:22Speaker 8: that thing over the goal line. And I want to
- 28:24Speaker 8: salute you for that way, and you did amazing work
- 28:26Speaker 8: on that. And by the way, as I seem to recall,
- 28:29Speaker 8: weren't you the one who first recommended Donald Trump no
- 28:32Speaker 8: tax on tips?
- 28:33Speaker 7: I think you were the one.
- 28:34Speaker 3: Well, no, no, you're you're slightly You're right, but you're
- 28:37Speaker 3: slightly off. I didn't get involved in no tax on tips.
- 28:40Speaker 3: I got involved in no tax and overtime and no tax.
- 28:42Speaker 2: On sub security.
- 28:43Speaker 3: No close, are mind, no tax and overtime and no
- 28:45Speaker 3: tax on SOB security.
- 28:46Speaker 2: We're both mine. I've been kept paid exactly no tax
- 28:48Speaker 2: on SOB security for a long time. I also wanted
- 28:52Speaker 2: to ask you about another thing.
- 28:53Speaker 3: Trump just announced on the issue of affordability, that he
- 28:57Speaker 3: is going to ask the guvernment to buy two in
- 28:59Speaker 3: a bill that was worth of bonds, which would automatically
- 29:02Speaker 3: lower interest rates.
- 29:03Speaker 2: If that's the case, that sounds great to me. But
- 29:05Speaker 2: I'm not an economists.
- 29:06Speaker 3: I'm asking you, why the hell did any other president
- 29:09Speaker 3: ever think of doing something like that.
- 29:12Speaker 8: Well, I will see how this works out. I just
- 29:13Speaker 8: learned about that an hour ago. I haven't had a
- 29:16Speaker 8: chance to really review the proposal, but look, interest rates
- 29:20Speaker 8: are going to come down. Regardless inflation is coming down,
- 29:24Speaker 8: We're going to see a big new supply of housing.
- 29:26Speaker 4: Uh.
- 29:27Speaker 7: You know, there's a big housing boom.
- 29:29Speaker 8: Going on in this country, and so I think you're
- 29:31Speaker 8: going to see more affordable housing in the years to come.
- 29:34Speaker 3: What do you think of the idea of Trump saying
- 29:36Speaker 3: yesterday he's going to ban large Wall Street companies like
- 29:39Speaker 3: Blackstone from buying you know, hundreds of thousands or millions
- 29:43Speaker 3: of single family houses around the country.
- 29:45Speaker 8: Not a big fan of that, you know, by the way,
- 29:47Speaker 8: because you know, if you look at the statistics, the
- 29:50Speaker 8: big ins social investors are only buying up maybe two
- 29:52Speaker 8: percent of the housing, two or three percent. And look
- 29:56Speaker 8: the a lot of those properties were rental properties, and
- 29:59Speaker 8: you know you want rental units as well. So I'm
- 30:02Speaker 8: not a big fan of banning that. I'm a free
- 30:03Speaker 8: market guy. I think if it's you know, if these
- 30:06Speaker 8: investors want to buy the property, they.
- 30:08Speaker 7: Should be able to. It should be a free country.
- 30:10Speaker 8: But again, like Trump is so shrewd about this in
- 30:14Speaker 8: terms of the way he is.
- 30:16Speaker 7: Perception on track in a way.
- 30:18Speaker 3: Perception perception, affordability. That's what everybody wants, affordability. I think
- 30:24Speaker 3: what he did yesterday. Whether you like it or not,
- 30:26Speaker 3: whether it work or not. And again I trust you, Steve,
- 30:29Speaker 3: so maybe it won't work, but it sounds great to
- 30:31Speaker 3: the young people of America who are you know, a
- 30:34Speaker 3: lot of my fans who actually aren't young, A lot
- 30:36Speaker 3: of my older fans keep saying, kept saying to me.
- 30:38Speaker 3: Trump has got to stop all these big Wall Street companies.
- 30:41Speaker 2: From buying up all the houses. So it sounds good.
- 30:44Speaker 3: It's what the people want. Sometimes you got to go
- 30:47Speaker 3: with what the people want.
- 30:48Speaker 2: But here's my only.
- 30:49Speaker 3: Knock on Trump, and it's not really a knock, but
- 30:51Speaker 3: I want to get your take on this.
- 30:54Speaker 2: I think I'm right on this one. I got to
- 30:55Speaker 2: tell you.
- 30:56Speaker 3: Trump keeps saying out loud he's beaten inflation, he's beat
- 31:00Speaker 3: in the increase in inflation, the rate of increase, but
- 31:03Speaker 3: he's done nothing about the underlying high prices, and the
- 31:07Speaker 3: average person doesn't understand the difference.
- 31:10Speaker 2: He needs to just explain the difference.
- 31:13Speaker 3: He's not responsible for the underlying high prices.
- 31:17Speaker 2: Biden is.
- 31:18Speaker 3: And that's not Trump's fault. Biden exploded the prices. Trump,
- 31:22Speaker 3: can't you work a miracle and make every price just
- 31:24Speaker 3: go down? Overnight tomatoes went from two dollars to five dollars,
- 31:28Speaker 3: and I'm going to make it go back to two.
- 31:30Speaker 3: That's not Trump's job. He got the rate of inflation
- 31:33Speaker 3: increase down.
- 31:34Speaker 7: That's exactly right.
- 31:36Speaker 8: And by the way, we just did an analysis and
- 31:37Speaker 8: Unleashed Prosperity that people should get our Unleash Prosperity hotline.
- 31:41Speaker 7: It's free, just go to a little prosperity dot com.
- 31:43Speaker 8: But we just had an analysis showing that eighty seven and
- 31:46Speaker 8: a half percent of the inflation that's happened over the
- 31:50Speaker 8: last six years happened under Biden.
- 31:52Speaker 2: Not sure, go right.
- 31:53Speaker 7: If you're angry about.
- 31:54Speaker 8: Prices, as you should be, if you're angry about the
- 31:56Speaker 8: price of a stake or the price of you know,
- 31:59Speaker 8: some of these other things that have been going up
- 32:00Speaker 8: in price housing, you have to blame Biden for this.
- 32:03Speaker 8: But I'm here to tell you, by the way, we
- 32:05Speaker 8: do not want deflation. Deflation can be even worse than inflation.
- 32:09Speaker 4: Right.
- 32:09Speaker 8: We want stable prices and Trump is on the way
- 32:12Speaker 8: to give us that. And we're gonna get a new
- 32:14Speaker 8: fad chairman. And by the way, i'd like to see
- 32:16Speaker 8: you be that new FED chairman. Wayne, But we're gonna
- 32:18Speaker 8: get a solid guy who knows what they're doing, because
- 32:21Speaker 8: this current FED chairman, Jerown Powell, he does not know
- 32:25Speaker 8: what he's doing.
- 32:26Speaker 7: He's been a failure exactly.
- 32:27Speaker 3: So you can recommend to President Trump Wayne al Rout
- 32:29Speaker 3: because I would do a hell of a lot better job.
- 32:31Speaker 3: You know what I would say, Knock the interest rates
- 32:34Speaker 3: down to make houses affordable. That is what is going
- 32:37Speaker 3: to make houses affordable for young people. And get rid
- 32:40Speaker 3: of green energy because that's what makes everything unaffordable. Get
- 32:43Speaker 3: rid of climate change legislation, that's what makes everything unaffordable.
- 32:46Speaker 3: Get rid of Obamacare, that's what makes everything unaffordable.
- 32:50Speaker 2: Get rid of illegal aliens.
- 32:51Speaker 3: That's what's running up to debt and making everything unaffordable.
- 32:54Speaker 2: And therefore everything becomes affordable. Democrats are the ones who
- 32:58Speaker 2: caused all.
- 32:59Speaker 8: This ninety two percent reduction in illegal crossings at the
- 33:05Speaker 8: border in just eleven months, ninety two percent reduction. My
- 33:08Speaker 8: friend Tom Holman, by the way, as you know, he's
- 33:10Speaker 8: the borders are he has done an amazing job in
- 33:13Speaker 8: a humane and effective way of making sure we have
- 33:17Speaker 8: a secure border and getting rid of the he he estimates,
- 33:20Speaker 8: by the way, I talked to him a few weeks ago.
- 33:22Speaker 2: Hey, we're going to break. We go to a break.
- 33:26Speaker 3: Stay there, don't go away. I'll let you finish when
- 33:28Speaker 3: we get back. Sit right there, We'll be right back.
- 33:30Speaker 2: More with Steve Moore. Way out route. All right, A
- 33:34Speaker 2: special treat for you.
- 33:35Speaker 3: I want to introduce you to a real hero of
- 33:38Speaker 3: the American energy industry, a legend. Mark Brunner, founder and
- 33:42Speaker 3: CEO of Lost Soldier Oil and Gas in the United States.
- 33:45Speaker 2: Lost Soldier is the last.
- 33:47Speaker 3: Major BCGA basin centered gas accumulation. This is code for
- 33:53Speaker 3: a monster field where gas or oil is in a basin,
- 33:57Speaker 3: which makes the drilling and production much easier. Mark, you're
- 34:00Speaker 3: allegend in the oil industry, in the gas industry.
- 34:04Speaker 2: Tell us about your track record.
- 34:06Speaker 9: Well, I'm a second generation oil and gas guy. My
- 34:09Speaker 9: father in the early nineteen fifties started a company called
- 34:12Speaker 9: tech Star. It later became Texas Oil and Gas. When
- 34:15Speaker 9: it sold out to US Steel, it was the largest
- 34:17Speaker 9: independent in the world. Dell High Pipelines was the largest
- 34:21Speaker 9: gas distribution system in the United States when it sold
- 34:24Speaker 9: out to a US steal. I worked with him for
- 34:26Speaker 9: four years. I've been in the oil and gas. Ever since,
- 34:30Speaker 9: you would probably know me better as the chairman of
- 34:33Speaker 9: Ultra Petroleum, and Ultra had a pretty good track record,
- 34:37Speaker 9: which you're very familiar with.
- 34:39Speaker 3: I think, well, I think ten thousand dollars investor in
- 34:42Speaker 3: Ultra turned it into thirteen million dollars. Is that correct
- 34:46Speaker 3: in the nine year run of your publicly traded company.
- 34:49Speaker 4: Yeah, at the high that's true.
- 34:50Speaker 3: Ten thousand dollars turned into thirteen million. That means one
- 34:53Speaker 3: hundred thousand dollars turned into one hundred and thirty million.
- 34:55Speaker 3: That's an incredible track record. Now tell me why this
- 34:59Speaker 3: deal lost Soldier. This project is so special. I hear
- 35:03Speaker 3: about projects and deals all the time. What makes this
- 35:06Speaker 3: one special?
- 35:07Speaker 2: Mark?
- 35:08Speaker 9: What's special about this is all the other basins of
- 35:11Speaker 9: the United States have been drilled. We've known for fifty
- 35:13Speaker 9: years what they are. This one could not be drilled
- 35:16Speaker 9: because there was a uranium mine out here. Until it
- 35:18Speaker 9: was reclimated three years ago, no one could drill it.
- 35:22Speaker 9: This is surrounded by large oil and gas fields with
- 35:26Speaker 9: billions of dollars of infrastructure that at this point eighty
- 35:29Speaker 9: five percent empty. So we made this discovery. We are
- 35:32Speaker 9: the only operator in this field and right now we
- 35:36Speaker 9: can see that we've got enough room for five hundred
- 35:39Speaker 9: horizontal wells out here with what we drilled so far.
- 35:42Speaker 9: Very exciting. It's the new basin in the United States,
- 35:46Speaker 9: and as far as I'm concerned, this is an order
- 35:48Speaker 9: of magnitude bigger than Ultra Petroleum, the one that I did.
- 35:52Speaker 2: All right.
- 35:53Speaker 3: The website is Lost Soldier dot com. Pretty simple stuff,
- 35:57Speaker 3: Lost Soldier dot Com. The project forty thousand acres took
- 36:01Speaker 3: forty years to piece together. It's called Lost Soldier Oil
- 36:04Speaker 3: and Gas LLC. That's the company that's the project. But
- 36:07Speaker 3: the website Lost Soldier dot com. If you're an accredit investor,
- 36:12Speaker 3: Mark wants to hear from you. If you want to
- 36:14Speaker 3: hear more information, check it out. Fill out the form
- 36:16Speaker 3: and you get to Lost Soldier. Mark and his people
- 36:19Speaker 3: will get back to you as CFO and let you
- 36:21Speaker 3: know all the details you need to know Lost.
- 36:23Speaker 2: Soldier dot Com. Thanks Mark for being with us today.
- 36:27Speaker 4: Thank you Wayne. Good to see you again.
- 36:51Speaker 2: All right, Twayne Larude.
- 36:52Speaker 3: I wanted to finish up a couple of key points
- 36:54Speaker 3: with Steve Moore. So, Steve, I like to say to
- 36:58Speaker 3: my friends who complain about affordabill that Trump managed to
- 37:02Speaker 3: get under control the increase in the rate of inflation.
- 37:06Speaker 3: It's so much lower than under Biden. It's a miracle
- 37:09Speaker 3: what he pulled off in one year, in just a
- 37:11Speaker 3: few months, in just a few weeks. It's a miracle,
- 37:14Speaker 3: let alone in the last year. But if you really
- 37:17Speaker 3: want the underlying base prices to go down, if you
- 37:20Speaker 3: really want to see them drop dramatically, you'd have to
- 37:22Speaker 3: have a great depression.
- 37:24Speaker 2: And none of us want that. You don't want to
- 37:25Speaker 2: see prices drop.
- 37:27Speaker 3: And that's what you just said. You'd call it deflation.
- 37:29Speaker 3: I called it a great depression. What could possibly make
- 37:32Speaker 3: prices drop dramatically? It wouldn't be a good thing, right.
- 37:36Speaker 8: Well, listen, prices drop when productivity increases, and if you
- 37:40Speaker 8: can make more things, then guess what their price falls.
- 37:44Speaker 8: This is a very simple concept in economics. Increases supply
- 37:49Speaker 8: leads to lower prices. I got to tell you that
- 37:51Speaker 8: somebody just sent me a note, a friend of mine
- 37:54Speaker 8: in Oklahoma, saying that right now the gas price is
- 37:56Speaker 8: a dollar eighty seven a gallon. It was as high
- 37:59Speaker 8: as four or five dollars a gallon under Biden. But
- 38:02Speaker 8: the most important thing that makes the kind of the
- 38:07Speaker 8: whole idea of affordability a bit of a fosi is
- 38:09Speaker 8: that the evidence is crystal clearer that wages and salaries
- 38:13Speaker 8: are rising faster than prices right now, which was the
- 38:16Speaker 8: opposite of what happened under Biden, when prices went up
- 38:19Speaker 8: faster the people's ability to pay. So we're starting to
- 38:22Speaker 8: see Trump's numbers on the economy, especially in the last month,
- 38:26Speaker 8: start to really climb as the perception catches up with
- 38:29Speaker 8: the reality, which is this is a smoke and economy.
- 38:32Speaker 3: Well, you know what, Steve, I'm kind of some of
- 38:34Speaker 3: the believe there's to America's Unfortunately, there's a Republican American
- 38:37Speaker 3: and a Democrat America, and the Democrats believe their own
- 38:40Speaker 3: set of quote unquote facts, and then they call us misinformation,
- 38:43Speaker 3: and we believe our set of facts, and we call
- 38:45Speaker 3: there's misinformation. Of course we're right, but that's besides the point.
- 38:49Speaker 3: I think it's a self fulfilling prophecy. Is the problem
- 38:53Speaker 3: my friends who live in blue states, their gas has
- 38:56Speaker 3: not come down. If you live in California, gas is
- 38:59Speaker 3: still stratisfy. If you live in Nevada, by the way,
- 39:01Speaker 3: which is kind of a red state, now, but we
- 39:03Speaker 3: use California's gas pipeline, so our gas prices are almost
- 39:07Speaker 3: as high as California.
- 39:08Speaker 2: So we're still at like three fifty and four dollars
- 39:11Speaker 2: in some places.
- 39:12Speaker 3: So you know, it seems like to people who live
- 39:14Speaker 3: in blue states that Trump has not done what he
- 39:18Speaker 3: said he'd do. But you and I both know in
- 39:20Speaker 3: Oklahoma and Texas and Florida, gas prices are way down.
- 39:24Speaker 3: We also know inflations lower in red states than blue
- 39:26Speaker 3: states in general, So it's a matter of where you live.
- 39:30Speaker 8: So nine of the ten states that have the highest
- 39:33Speaker 8: cost of living and the biggest increase inflation blueoo states.
- 39:37Speaker 8: It's California, It's Illinois, It's New York, It's New Jersey,
- 39:40Speaker 8: it's Connecticut, It's Illinois, Massachusetts, Illinois and to have much
- 39:45Speaker 8: higher costs. So if you want a lower cost of living,
- 39:49Speaker 8: move to a red state.
- 39:50Speaker 2: And they are there are lots of people that a
- 39:52Speaker 2: move into red states. Believe me, Las Vegas is booming. So,
- 39:55Speaker 2: by the way, what was the one red state that's
- 39:57Speaker 2: in that list of the ten most expensive states.
- 40:02Speaker 7: I forget which one it was, but it was there
- 40:05Speaker 7: was only one one of.
- 40:06Speaker 8: The states that was not a blue state, and I
- 40:10Speaker 8: don't recall.
- 40:10Speaker 2: I was wondering if it was Nevada because we're eight of.
- 40:13Speaker 8: The ten states with the lowest cost of living Republic states.
- 40:17Speaker 3: Right, of course, I'm sure one of the exceptions is
- 40:20Speaker 3: Nevada because we're pretty expensive because we have the gas
- 40:24Speaker 3: rates of California, and we've also got electric rates. The
- 40:27Speaker 3: electricity in Las Vegas, which is ninety percent of the
- 40:30Speaker 3: population Nevada. The electricity is the energy. It's owned by
- 40:34Speaker 3: Warren Buffett, and he went to like forty green energy.
- 40:38Speaker 3: So my electric bill has skyrocketed, no surprise, right.
- 40:43Speaker 8: Yeah, States that have green energy mandates pay fifty percent
- 40:48Speaker 8: more for electric utility bills, for gasoline, for energy.
- 40:52Speaker 7: I mean, all you're doing with all these green.
- 40:54Speaker 8: Energy mandates is requiring people to pay more out of
- 40:56Speaker 8: their pockets and they can't afford it.
- 40:59Speaker 2: Trump is is amazing. He's doing great things.
- 41:01Speaker 3: I get mad every day because so many of my
- 41:03Speaker 3: friends and so many of my fans. But you know,
- 41:05Speaker 3: it's like maybe twenty percent eighty percent love and appreciate Trump,
- 41:09Speaker 3: but a good twenty percent are always complaining about something,
- 41:13Speaker 3: Epstein this, and Epstein that, something in the end. It's
- 41:17Speaker 3: about your pocketbook, and Trump is doing a great job,
- 41:21Speaker 3: and we're getting a boomy economy five point four percent GDP.
- 41:25Speaker 3: That's the highest since what Reagan when has there been
- 41:27Speaker 3: five percent or higher.
- 41:29Speaker 7: It's an incredible number.
- 41:30Speaker 8: And that follows up on four point three percent, which
- 41:33Speaker 8: is what we got for the third quarter. Amazing, and
- 41:35Speaker 8: I think the first quarters off to a great start too.
- 41:38Speaker 8: So you know, my buddy Larry Kudlow said out box
- 41:41Speaker 8: the other day that he thinks we're going to get
- 41:42Speaker 8: five percent growth for the whole year of thirty twenty six.
- 41:46Speaker 7: That's a little higher than when I am. But look, anything.
- 41:48Speaker 8: Under over three and a half percent growth you get big,
- 41:51Speaker 8: big reductions in the dot deficit because you grow your
- 41:55Speaker 8: way out of the problem.
- 41:56Speaker 2: Right, And that's what we're trying to do. I said
- 41:58Speaker 2: it to my son this morning.
- 42:00Speaker 3: You don't get it, man, it's about have you want
- 42:02Speaker 3: to beat inflation. You got to grow out of the
- 42:05Speaker 3: problem with high economic growth and create a booming economy
- 42:09Speaker 3: and make wages fly more than the cost of inflation.
- 42:13Speaker 3: So we're on the same train here. My great buddy
- 42:16Speaker 3: Kip Perrig, who's one of the great economic predictors in
- 42:18Speaker 3: the country. He's been predicting a Reagan boom for the
- 42:22Speaker 3: next three years, and he didn't come lately to that.
- 42:24Speaker 3: He's been saying that since the day Trump got elected.
- 42:27Speaker 3: He said we are set up for the Trump Miracle,
- 42:29Speaker 3: Part two, and he said we're gonna have five and
- 42:31Speaker 3: six percent GDP. He thinks six by twenty twenty seven.
- 42:36Speaker 2: So I hope he's right.
- 42:37Speaker 7: I hope he's Why would I love to see that.
- 42:40Speaker 8: We did get for a year, we got almost seven
- 42:42Speaker 8: percent growth under Reagan, so you can.
- 42:44Speaker 2: Do it right, It could do it. It could happen, he says,
- 42:46Speaker 2: by twenty twenty seven, I think Kip's gonna be right. You,
- 42:48Speaker 2: me and Kip are all going to be in good
- 42:50Speaker 2: position here, Steve. We got it right. Thank you for
- 42:52Speaker 2: coming on the show, and have yourself a great night.
- 42:55Speaker 7: Happy New Year, Thanks Wayne, Happy New Year.
