- 0:01Speaker 1: Do it, the feeling we're doing it, we're annoying.
- 0:03Speaker 2: It a Woody show, and we're into another hour here
- 0:13Speaker 2: on the Woody Show.
- 0:14Speaker 3: Woody Greg means phones open eight seven seven four wood
- 0:19Speaker 3: text us over to two two nine eight seven. I
- 0:24Speaker 3: saw this an immediately thought of Greg, Oh bait. Normal
- 0:27Speaker 3: things that we all go through in everyday life. But
- 0:29Speaker 3: for some reason, some of those things feel embarrassing. Oh
- 0:32Speaker 3: when you do them, like so Greg with buying toilet paper. Yeah,
- 0:35Speaker 3: that's a classic mortifying, classic example. Yeah, the article about
- 0:40Speaker 3: those things titled normal things that feel embarrassing for no
- 0:43Speaker 3: logical reasons.
- 0:45Speaker 1: I think public restaurants in general just embarrassing.
- 0:48Speaker 3: Sitting there while a restaurant staff sings happy birthday to you.
- 0:52Speaker 3: Oh that's a that's on there, opening presence in front
- 0:58Speaker 3: of other people. Agree, I think, I think, like, that's
- 1:00Speaker 3: so weird. I'm not comfortable. First of all, I'm not
- 1:03Speaker 3: comfortable with receiving gifts, never have been. Even when I
- 1:06Speaker 3: was a kid, I thought it was I didn't like it.
- 1:08Speaker 4: Let alone, going through them it's great.
- 1:11Speaker 3: I like, like, you know, the stuff I got for
- 1:13Speaker 3: Christmas or whatever, I liked what I got. I didn't
- 1:17Speaker 3: like the sitting there and everybody's watching you while you're
- 1:19Speaker 3: opening gifts, Like what am I supposed to? You know
- 1:22Speaker 3: when they say, uh, you're on video or on television,
- 1:25Speaker 3: like people don't know what to do with their hands.
- 1:27Speaker 3: Same thing, like what am I supposed to? How am
- 1:29Speaker 3: I supposed to? Am I supposed to act a certain way?
- 1:31Speaker 5: Yes? Yeah, grateful and excited?
- 1:33Speaker 2: Right?
- 1:33Speaker 4: Well?
- 1:34Speaker 6: Uh, the last party I went to, they didn't open
- 1:37Speaker 6: the gifts in front of any anybody.
- 1:39Speaker 7: They just took them home.
- 1:40Speaker 5: Yeah, they don't do that anymore, I know, And.
- 1:42Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 1:43Speaker 6: It kind of sucked because I like, oh, I know,
- 1:45Speaker 6: I knocked it out of the park with this gift,
- 1:47Speaker 6: so I want to see the reaction.
- 1:49Speaker 7: But at the same time, like.
- 1:50Speaker 3: This isn't the kids party thing, right?
- 1:52Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 1:52Speaker 3: It it was, Oh yeah, they don't do that.
- 1:54Speaker 1: Oh they don't.
- 1:54Speaker 7: Oh no, it takes too long probably.
- 1:58Speaker 3: And this kid's too well.
- 1:59Speaker 1: Yeah you won't.
- 2:00Speaker 4: You used to sit there and write down everything you
- 2:02Speaker 4: knew what thank you cards right later? Exactly.
- 2:05Speaker 3: I still do so normal things that feel embarrassing for people.
- 2:07Speaker 3: According to this article, stretching on your own before a
- 2:10Speaker 3: workout class starts, I wouldn't know about that. Is it
- 2:14Speaker 3: off on your own and like doing something?
- 2:16Speaker 5: I don't think that's weird.
- 2:17Speaker 3: I don't know that's for that's a question for you,
- 2:19Speaker 3: jim people. I can't. I can't speak to that. Going
- 2:23Speaker 3: through t s A at the airport embarrassing. Trying on
- 2:27Speaker 3: shoes at the store.
- 2:29Speaker 4: Now, taking my shoe off at the store is kind
- 2:31Speaker 4: of weird to me.
- 2:33Speaker 3: Yeah, coughing in a quiet public place, not so much.
- 2:36Speaker 3: But I would say if you have to blow your.
- 2:38Speaker 5: Nose, oh, super embarrassing.
- 2:40Speaker 4: You know, you have to.
- 2:44Speaker 3: Issues drip in and like you know, asking for help
- 2:48Speaker 3: finding something at a store. I've never understood the dudes
- 2:52Speaker 3: who were weird about asking for directions.
- 2:55Speaker 1: That stereotype based.
- 2:57Speaker 3: I don't, I don't know.
- 2:58Speaker 4: I can't this giant ass store. How the hell am
- 3:01Speaker 4: I supposed to know where this is?
- 3:02Speaker 3: And I'm just gonna waste all my time walking around
- 3:04Speaker 3: to find it because I can show you what a
- 3:06Speaker 3: man I am.
- 3:06Speaker 6: And it's hard to find anybody these days anyways to
- 3:09Speaker 6: help you find something.
- 3:11Speaker 5: If you find them, you grab hold of them and
- 3:12Speaker 5: don't let go. Yeah, the walk you right to where
- 3:15Speaker 5: you need to go.
- 3:15Speaker 4: Somebody said, asking for a sample at the ice cream stop.
- 3:18Speaker 5: That's such a good one.
- 3:19Speaker 3: Really, Can I try that?
- 3:21Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 3:22Speaker 4: Embarrassing, Yeah, don't.
- 3:24Speaker 3: I don't find that embarrassing. But I won't bother if
- 3:27Speaker 3: there's other people in line behind me, because it's like,
- 3:29Speaker 3: I feel like I'm taking too much time.
- 3:31Speaker 8: You know what I hold up embarrassing, like at a
- 3:34Speaker 8: cafeteria style place or anything like that, holding a tray.
- 3:38Speaker 5: I find it very embarrassing. I don't know if there's
- 3:41Speaker 5: no other way to do it, I don't know. I
- 3:43Speaker 5: don't like it. I don't want to carry a tray.
- 3:44Speaker 6: Going back to the samples though, Like you're at Costco
- 3:47Speaker 6: and your way in line for a sample, and then
- 3:48Speaker 6: they run out of samples. You're just standing there like, oh,
- 3:52Speaker 6: your dork, I didn't.
- 3:53Speaker 3: Want what anyway you were just talking about. You were
- 3:55Speaker 3: at Sam's or a Costco or whatever. People that just yeah,
- 3:59Speaker 3: they take multiple dude.
- 4:01Speaker 6: So I was with all this time for these dumplings,
- 4:04Speaker 6: right because I want to try.
- 4:05Speaker 7: Them, and then this bitch ass family in front of me,
- 4:08Speaker 7: they both double fisted, they double dumpling and took all
- 4:12Speaker 7: the dumplings.
- 4:13Speaker 3: Each person took two.
- 4:14Speaker 7: Yeah, and it's just like it takes forever for them
- 4:17Speaker 7: to cook.
- 4:18Speaker 4: Them damn things because they just got like a little toaster.
- 4:20Speaker 6: Yeah shape, I know, pigs, animals, right, Yeah, people are weird.
- 4:26Speaker 7: Yeah, should trip them as they walk.
- 4:28Speaker 3: What are some of the other ones? Greg, you don't
- 4:29Speaker 3: like normal but embarrassing eating by yourself at a restaurant.
- 4:33Speaker 1: I could never like a sit down restaurant, no waste,
- 4:36Speaker 1: especially one with a hostess where you have to say
- 4:38Speaker 1: table for one. Yeah, you say public restroom in any way,
- 4:41Speaker 1: just basically, especially if there's a superior like a general manager,
- 4:48Speaker 1: and you're standing right next to them peeing. It's like
- 4:49Speaker 1: somebody your boss at worker. We are both standing next
- 4:52Speaker 1: to each other peeing. It's so it's the worst.
- 4:58Speaker 7: With your hands on your genitalia on each other.
- 5:01Speaker 1: It's like I know what you're doing, you know what
- 5:02Speaker 1: I'm doing, and we're three inches apart.
- 5:05Speaker 5: Do you have to make small talk?
- 5:07Speaker 7: I mean it's weird if you don't.
- 5:08Speaker 5: Yeah, what do you say?
- 5:10Speaker 3: You're just saying for what else? Your list is like
- 5:13Speaker 3: a mile long.
- 5:14Speaker 1: Anything going to the doctor, anything, Yeah, like being looked at.
- 5:18Speaker 1: Like even the other day, I'm at the doctor and
- 5:20Speaker 1: the guy put the scope in my ear just to
- 5:23Speaker 1: look in my ear, and I thought, oh my god,
- 5:24Speaker 1: what if my ear is not clean? And then he
- 5:27Speaker 1: looked at my nose and I thought, oh god, what
- 5:29Speaker 1: if my I have a hairy nose? You know, like, oh,
- 5:31Speaker 1: it's just so embarrassing.
- 5:33Speaker 5: You would not survive the gynecologists.
- 5:35Speaker 1: Oh god, buying the odorant.
- 5:37Speaker 3: I can only imagine this one, so Greg, as you know,
- 5:40Speaker 3: I will use a crazy amount of toilet paper after
- 5:44Speaker 3: number two in because you know, go until you get clean, right,
- 5:47Speaker 3: And also like a Samuel will tell you got it
- 5:50Speaker 3: like almost like a boxing love at the end of
- 5:51Speaker 3: your hand. Yeah, well, none of it gets on you right. Anyway,
- 5:55Speaker 3: some of these toilets are very low flow at hotels
- 5:59Speaker 3: in the hotel room, so I did my best to
- 6:01Speaker 3: try to unclog it. I will take I've told you
- 6:04Speaker 3: this before, the hangar from the closet, and it has.
- 6:07Speaker 4: That little wooden doll rod that goes across the bottom
- 6:09Speaker 4: you used to.
- 6:10Speaker 3: Kind of hang pants to. So yeah, I'll twist that
- 6:13Speaker 3: out of there. I'll jam that down in there, and
- 6:16Speaker 3: most of the time, ninety percent of the time that works.
- 6:19Speaker 3: And then I jammed the wood doll rod back in there,
- 6:21Speaker 3: or I'll.
- 6:21Speaker 5: Throw it away, you'll put it back in the closet.
- 6:23Speaker 3: Yeah, of course, it's like that woman that was that
- 6:31Speaker 3: was cleaning panties in the coffee and the coffee maker.
- 6:36Speaker 3: You're both psycho, but psycho it so anyway, put you
- 6:39Speaker 3: get back, let me finish the story. So, uh, nothing
- 6:43Speaker 3: was working and I actually had to call down to say,
- 6:46Speaker 3: you need to send a plunger up. Greg. Would you
- 6:48Speaker 3: have killed yourself or checked out?
- 6:50Speaker 1: I would have just left.
- 6:51Speaker 3: Because that was even that was even starting to encroach
- 6:54Speaker 3: on embarrassing for me. They know what you at the
- 7:00Speaker 3: end of the day. Like once they actually I didn't
- 7:02Speaker 3: care because they just came to the room. They handed
- 7:05Speaker 3: me the plunger yourself. Yeah, yeah, they gave me that
- 7:09Speaker 3: because the plunger was in like a clean uh plastic
- 7:12Speaker 3: like kind of garbage back on the bottom of it,
- 7:14Speaker 3: and they're like, oh, just you could just put it
- 7:16Speaker 3: back in the bag and then outside the door when
- 7:18Speaker 3: you're done.
- 7:18Speaker 5: I I'm sorry, I don't work here.
- 7:21Speaker 3: Yeah, that's that sounds.
- 7:22Speaker 4: Like a them thing. Yeah, thanks, man, just dropped a
- 7:23Speaker 4: monster in there. Sorry, And you.
- 7:25Speaker 5: Didn't have any problem being just handed the plunger.
- 7:28Speaker 3: Like I was, you know what I was. I was.
- 7:30Speaker 3: I was glad that he wasn't going in there, because
- 7:35Speaker 3: look by the way it looked at this point, it
- 7:37Speaker 3: just looked like all toilet paper and then little toilet
- 7:40Speaker 3: paper shards all floating in the water that was about
- 7:42Speaker 3: a quarter inch from the top of the.
- 7:47Speaker 7: Living on the edge.
- 7:48Speaker 9: See, I would have called down and said, hey, I
- 7:50Speaker 9: need someone to please come up and plunge my toilet,
- 7:52Speaker 9: and then I would leave and have them just go
- 7:55Speaker 9: in and do their thing, and I will show back
- 7:57Speaker 9: up later and all of ad.
- 7:58Speaker 5: You have no shame when it comes to clogged toy
- 8:00Speaker 5: Absolutely not.
- 8:00Speaker 3: I will clog toilets all day.
- 8:02Speaker 4: I don't care.
- 8:03Speaker 7: I do have a hotel story.
- 8:06Speaker 4: You wouldn't think she'd be able to produce anything big.
- 8:07Speaker 9: Enough to the toilet paper, because I'll do it even
- 8:11Speaker 9: when I.
- 8:15Speaker 6: Know I do have a hotel story and a plunger.
- 8:19Speaker 6: It's it's pretty funny where you remember I told you
- 8:22Speaker 6: I have a lipstick lesbian friend. She works out of
- 8:25Speaker 6: female prison, And so I was visiting uh town and
- 8:29Speaker 6: I was staying at a hotel, and so she comes
- 8:32Speaker 6: over with two of her other lesbian friends, Greg and
- 8:35Speaker 6: so we were all like drinking and stuff, and then
- 8:38Speaker 6: one of the lesbians clogs the toilet, so I have
- 8:41Speaker 6: to call down. But these other lesbians, they are like
- 8:45Speaker 6: horny or something, so they start making out on the
- 8:47Speaker 6: bed while the hotel worker comes up to the room
- 8:51Speaker 6: to like de clog the toilet.
- 8:54Speaker 7: So I see this guy.
- 8:55Speaker 6: He's like using a buncher, but he's staring at the
- 8:59Speaker 6: bed washing those take out.
- 9:02Speaker 7: It was like the funniest scene ever.
- 9:04Speaker 6: So he's like not even looking at the toilet, just
- 9:06Speaker 6: staring at your bed.
- 9:07Speaker 1: Yeah, lessons looking at these insatiable lesbions. I can't go
- 9:14Speaker 1: five seconds without making out.
- 9:15Speaker 7: Yeah, I think he took extra time to be clogging
- 9:17Speaker 7: that toilet.
- 9:17Speaker 1: I bet. Yeah, got to make sure it's clear. Yeh,
- 9:20Speaker 1: super embarrassed. Just a few days ago, there was this
- 9:23Speaker 1: store that Mario and I love and they have this
- 9:25Speaker 1: one painting on the wall that I've been obsessing about
- 9:28Speaker 1: for a long time, and I considered buying it, and
- 9:30Speaker 1: Mario said, go ask the lady what's quote. What's the
- 9:34Speaker 1: best price you can do on this? And I thought,
- 9:36Speaker 1: I don't want to bargain with I can't so I said, no,
- 9:39Speaker 1: let's just leave. He said no, this will be good
- 9:41Speaker 1: practice for you because he's trying to make me not
- 9:43Speaker 1: so shy. And I said no, no, no, no, no, no,
- 9:45Speaker 1: let's just go. And I started walking to the door.
- 9:47Speaker 1: He said nope, and he like physically took me. He said,
- 9:49Speaker 1: go ask her what's the best price you can do
- 9:51Speaker 1: on this painting? And I finally did it, and I
- 9:53Speaker 1: was mortified.
- 9:54Speaker 5: He's sweating.
- 9:55Speaker 1: Yeah, and what she knocked off? A few hundred bucks?
- 9:59Speaker 3: There you go.
- 10:00Speaker 1: I didn't buy it.
- 10:01Speaker 3: A few hundred dollars bucks down and I didn't how
- 10:04Speaker 3: much was this thing?
- 10:05Speaker 1: It was insane. It was more a mortgage payment based
- 10:08Speaker 1: for what a painting? A painting that I'm obsessed with.
- 10:12Speaker 1: And I thought, I really want it, but I don't
- 10:14Speaker 1: think I can spend that much. So if if she
- 10:16Speaker 1: goes down in price, maybe it was still too much.
- 10:20Speaker 1: But I almost couldn't do it. I was so embarrassed.
- 10:22Speaker 3: I spend money on a lot of stuff, a lot
- 10:24Speaker 3: of dumb stuff, and people go, oh, that's so dumb.
- 10:27Speaker 3: But when when someone I hear about, like they spent
- 10:30Speaker 3: crazy amount of money on a painting or something, I go,
- 10:32Speaker 3: I don't get it. Yeah I don't. I don't get
- 10:35Speaker 3: the same way people don't understand. Maybe like what I
- 10:37Speaker 3: will spend money on. Yeah, but yeah, like I spent.
- 10:41Speaker 3: If you spent more than, I don't know, let's call it.
- 10:43Speaker 3: If you spend more than, I'll give you two hundred bucks.
- 10:46Speaker 3: If you spend more than two hundred bucks on something
- 10:48Speaker 3: you hung on your wall, it was a lot more
- 10:51Speaker 3: than that.
- 10:52Speaker 5: And it's pretty, but yeah, exactly, this is.
- 10:54Speaker 1: How weird human psychology is. I didn't buy it, and
- 10:58Speaker 1: then in my head I thought, Okay, now I have
- 11:00Speaker 1: all this money that I didn't spend that I can
- 11:02Speaker 1: spend some other ways.
- 11:03Speaker 5: That's crush.
- 11:12Speaker 3: And Sea Mass is here to run us through this round.
- 11:18Speaker 3: It's Pride Month.
- 11:19Speaker 4: It's a round of our game.
- 11:21Speaker 3: How did it end? Sea Beth? Do you want to
- 11:25Speaker 3: explain what's going on here?
- 11:26Speaker 4: I'll ask these guys about a story in their life,
- 11:29Speaker 4: in this case, a pretty gay story, and then they'll
- 11:32Speaker 4: stop right as I asked them. How the story wrapped up.
- 11:35Speaker 4: I'll give you guys some options.
- 11:36Speaker 3: It's a fun guessing game, guys, that's right.
- 11:39Speaker 4: But Pride Edition, the person who guesses the most correctly
- 11:42Speaker 4: gets a smooch. I'm a proud smooch.
- 11:46Speaker 7: Is alright?
- 11:47Speaker 1: Sent it from to be determined?
- 11:50Speaker 7: Oh okay, okay from Morgan.
- 11:52Speaker 4: Who's the volunteers, Yeah, Morgan volunteer. Well it has to
- 11:56Speaker 4: be gay, so only girls.
- 11:58Speaker 3: Yeah, Tyler's a kisser.
- 12:00Speaker 5: Yeah he can do the guy.
- 12:02Speaker 7: Yeah, some nice lips.
- 12:04Speaker 3: Yeah. Come here, all right, who's this first person?
- 12:07Speaker 4: This first guy is Zach telling me about his gay stuff.
- 12:10Speaker 10: We met honestly on Tinder. I was driving a porch
- 12:13Speaker 10: at the time.
- 12:13Speaker 4: When you were driving a Porsche the car you readed
- 12:16Speaker 4: a Porsche to meet this guy.
- 12:17Speaker 5: Yeah, I did.
- 12:17Speaker 10: I rented the car and it cost me like seventy
- 12:19Speaker 10: five dollars and I was just like so over it.
- 12:21Speaker 4: So did you think that renting the Porsche would make
- 12:23Speaker 4: him impressed by your wealth?
- 12:25Speaker 10: Yeah, that's the reason why he sucked. And then we
- 12:27Speaker 10: go to the hotel whatever, and then I see a
- 12:29Speaker 10: condom on the like dresser room, and then like after
- 12:32Speaker 10: I see the condom, I was like, so, what are
- 12:33Speaker 10: you trying to do? And then like we just it happened.
- 12:36Speaker 4: How did it end? We've already heard the whole story.
- 12:40Speaker 6: We know how Yeah, so I like the flat show
- 12:44Speaker 6: before you even get to the hotel.
- 12:46Speaker 3: Yeah, so that's the appetizer.
- 12:48Speaker 1: Again.
- 12:48Speaker 4: We said this a thousand times, this is how this is.
- 12:50Speaker 4: There's a whole other section of men who operate this
- 12:52Speaker 4: way that straight guys wish. There's like when we're all
- 12:56Speaker 4: sold this fantasy that this is how dates work, right, Yeah,
- 12:59Speaker 4: that's our guess what never happens?
- 13:01Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 13:01Speaker 1: Why make fun of all those straight guys? Were like,
- 13:04Speaker 1: it's my birthday, I might be getting solid. Wow, what
- 13:07Speaker 1: a specials Once a year, I.
- 13:09Speaker 4: Showed up before we had dinner. I was already taking
- 13:11Speaker 4: care of women. Take notes, all right, So how did
- 13:15Speaker 4: it end? A His condoment ended up getting stuck and
- 13:18Speaker 4: he actually left at two am for Denny's. Okay by
- 13:23Speaker 4: They both ended up o ding on poppers and had
- 13:25Speaker 4: to visit urgent.
- 13:27Speaker 1: Or C.
- 13:28Speaker 4: They both realized the end of the loop of constant
- 13:30Speaker 4: hook ups was meetingless and unfulfilling, so they went back
- 13:32Speaker 4: to school for their doctorates in biomedicaleering.
- 13:35Speaker 3: It's between one and three for me.
- 13:39Speaker 4: Yeah, the condom ended up getting stuck and then he
- 13:41Speaker 4: got pissed off and his left and head Denny's by himself.
- 13:44Speaker 4: Odd on poppers or realized this whole thing is a farce.
- 13:47Speaker 3: Went to Denny's by himself.
- 13:48Speaker 5: Yeah, on poppers.
- 13:50Speaker 6: Yeah, the.
- 13:52Speaker 4: Condom got stuck because yeah, for folks who don't know,
- 13:54Speaker 4: poppers are an inhalent that gives you a head rush
- 13:57Speaker 4: and uh and loosely some things up so you could
- 14:00Speaker 4: you could pass out hurt yourself on Popper's.
- 14:02Speaker 8: So girls say Popper's, boys say Denny's. For whatever reasons.
- 14:08Speaker 3: Just how it worked out, that's fine. How did then?
- 14:10Speaker 10: After I see the condom, I was like, so, what
- 14:11Speaker 10: are you trying to do? And then like we just
- 14:14Speaker 10: it happened?
- 14:15Speaker 7: How did it end?
- 14:17Speaker 10: And and then with my condom getting stuck on his
- 14:20Speaker 10: because supposedly he was just too loose, and I was
- 14:22Speaker 10: just like, oh my god, like I can't do lose.
- 14:24Speaker 4: So I just laughed. You say your condomy got stuck,
- 14:27Speaker 4: that's because he was too loose.
- 14:29Speaker 10: Yeah, because he was too loose. Unfortunately, like I try
- 14:31Speaker 10: to put the luba his you know, like lubricatter a
